Summary

A gay man in bondage is whipping a man's bare ass in public in front of small children in the LA Pride Parade. A gay rapper raps about anal sex in public, and the media loves it. And a Florida legislator passed a bill that would ban sexual obscenity in public schools in order to teach children about sex toys and dildos in public places. This is what Pride Month is really about, isn t it? A celebration of the LGBTQ+++ community. A time to celebrate and celebrate all things LGBTQ+ ++. And a time to protest and decry the anti-gay, anti-choice legislation passed by the Florida legislature, which could have a big impact on gay and lesbian rights in the United States, as well as in other countries, like Canada and the UK. And it's Pride Month, which means it's time to talk about it! Let's talk about that, shall we? The clip of the day: Pride Month's first episode of Pride Month. Here's the clip of our era: Pride month's most cringe-worthy moment from the Los Angeles Pride Parade in which a man in BDSM gear is whipping another man's ass in a public place. 00:00:00.000 So, here it is.
00:00:01.000 The clip of our era.
00:00:02.000 It's Pride Month.
00:00:03.000 Here's the Pride Month clip.
00:00:04.000 I'm just gonna give it to you because there is no introduction that can do it justice.
00:00:07.000 Here we go.
00:00:11.000 This is from the LA Pride Parade, for those who cannot see.
00:00:14.000 This is a gay man in assless chaps and bondage gear having a whip put around his neck on a truck in public view by a man wearing some sort of sadomasochistic gear.
00:00:26.000 That man is now whipping this man's bare ass as they ride down a public street, presumably in West Hollywood, which is a very gay area of LA, obviously.
00:00:35.000 There are children in the crowd.
00:00:37.000 This is pride.
00:00:38.000 Do you feel the human dignity?
00:00:40.000 Do you feel the pride?
00:00:41.000 Do you feel what Pride Month is really about?
00:00:44.000 You wonder why it was that in the state of Florida, there were a bunch of parades that canceled themselves after Ron DeSantis and the Florida legislature passed laws against Sexual obscenity in public in front of children.
00:00:56.000 Why they cancel it.
00:00:57.000 Why they were so offended.
00:00:58.000 Maybe it's because there are a lot of people who are very into the idea that this is a positive good.
00:01:03.000 That our society is supposed to look like this in public.
00:01:05.000 That obscenity is supposed to be public.
00:01:07.000 And religion is supposed to be private.
00:01:09.000 Traditional morals are supposed to be private.
00:01:10.000 Obscenity is supposed to be public.
00:01:12.000 Obviously, that is the theme.
00:01:14.000 Everyone was lied to.
00:01:15.000 So the lie during the 1990s is that the LGBTQ plus minus divided by sign movement was largely about admitting more people into traditional institutions, broadening the scope of those institutions in order to apply to more diverse people.
00:01:30.000 That's not the case.
00:01:31.000 It's about transforming and exploding those institutions.
00:01:34.000 Because if you had a traditional religion pride parade, what it would look like, presumably, is people who are studying the Bible, or images from the Bible, or people who are walking with their families.
00:01:47.000 You know, the things that you want to brag about.
00:01:49.000 Traditionally, when you have a pride parade for a thing, it's the things you want to brag about.
00:01:52.000 But this is the thing that gets bragged about at the LA Pride Parade.
00:01:54.000 This has been an ongoing spectacle in the city of Los Angeles, where I used to live, for literally decades.
00:01:59.000 They shut down full city streets for hours on end, for half the day, in the middle of a workday, in order to promote this sort of stuff.
00:02:05.000 And it's not just in California, obviously.
00:02:07.000 The Arizona Pride Festival, which was attended by many elected Democrats, featured a rapper rapping in public about anal sex.
00:02:14.000 Here's what it sounded like.
00:02:26.000 There are small children in the crowd who are partying along with this man.
00:02:31.000 Let me put you up all day.
00:02:33.000 I put them up all day like Nintendo Ego.
00:02:36.000 Now bitch, I can't get it off all time.
00:02:38.000 Again, this is a guy rapping about gay anal sex in public in front of small children.
00:02:44.000 You can see there are kids on the shoulders of other people.
00:02:49.000 And twerking, obviously.
00:02:51.000 And this has become de rigueur.
00:02:53.000 This is what children must be taught.
00:02:57.000 In fact, the Boston Medical Center, in celebration of Pride Month, was giving out snacks and dildos over the weekend in the city of Boston.
00:03:04.000 Here's what that looked like.
00:03:08.000 Yep, that is wonderful imagery.
00:03:13.000 Out in public, presumably children are present.
00:03:17.000 Sex toys and other implements being handed out in the middle of the public arena.
00:03:25.000 Again, obscenity must be made public.
00:03:28.000 And not only must it be made public, it must be taught to your kids.
00:03:31.000 This sort of stuff must be taught to your kids in public schools.
00:03:33.000 This is why so many people, including the Biden administration, are very warm on the idea that small children must have access to books like Genderqueer, which are pornographic books with Graphic depictions of gay sex.
00:03:44.000 Those must be available to seven, eight year olds at school libraries.
00:03:47.000 It's very, very important.
00:03:48.000 It's why the entire media universally decided that Ron DeSantis and the Florida legislature were very, very bad for passing a law saying you're not allowed to teach this sort of stuff to kids under the age of eight.
00:03:57.000 Originally, that bill applied to K through three and the entire media labeled it, don't say gay.
00:04:02.000 Well, it's they who are making the argument that gay rights is inherently tied up in teaching small children about perverse practices.
00:04:12.000 They are the ones who are making that case.
00:04:14.000 We are not making that case.
00:04:15.000 They are making that case.
00:04:16.000 And the argument that was made in the 1990s, at least for the ears of the general public, is two men want to live together and sign a will for one another.
00:04:24.000 They want to be able to do hospital visitation rights.
00:04:26.000 They just want to be left alone in the privacy of their own lives to live the life they seek.
00:04:31.000 That's it.
00:04:31.000 And they want to imitate the ways of traditional marriage.
00:04:35.000 They want to live monogamous, effectively, Traditional lifestyles.
00:04:40.000 It's just it's two men instead of a man and a woman.
00:04:42.000 And this is the depiction in pretty much every television show that promoted the idea of same-sex marriage.
00:04:48.000 That was the depiction.
00:04:49.000 That was the depiction, for example, in Modern Family.
00:04:51.000 Modern Family was one of the most well-watched comedies of the last 20 years.
00:04:56.000 And Modern Family was entirely about the idea that there was a gay couple, and this gay couple had an adopted child, and they were a monogamous family, and there's really no difference between them and the families who were part of their extended family, the man-woman-child families.
00:05:07.000 No difference whatsoever.
00:05:08.000 That was the pitch to the public.
00:05:10.000 But then, the pitch to the public, obviously, has gotten a little bit more risque.
00:05:14.000 Now, that riskeness was always there.
00:05:16.000 Here's the thing.
00:05:16.000 The agenda was always there.
00:05:18.000 It's just that there was an active attempt to prevent people from noting the agenda.
00:05:22.000 If you noted the agenda, you were called a radical.
00:05:25.000 You were called a nut for noting that this is what was... It wasn't as though this stuff wasn't happening 20 years ago.
00:05:29.000 It 100% was happening 20 years ago.
00:05:31.000 People were saying it openly.
00:05:32.000 I'm going to give you the records in just one second.
00:05:34.000 But now it's being openly promoted to kids.
00:05:37.000 So basically, all the accusations that were made about the repressive and intolerant and bigoted religious right, they're off their rockers.
00:05:43.000 They keep saying that we want to indoctrinate your kids in this.
00:05:45.000 No, no.
00:05:47.000 Well, it seems that a lot of those complaints, a lot of the warnings about the slippery slope, it was not a slippery slope, folks.
00:05:53.000 It was a cliff.
00:05:54.000 And we're now at the bottom of it.
00:05:55.000 I'm going to show you the footage from public schools this week in just one second.
00:05:59.000 First, Obviously, there's a lot of pressure on corporations not to partner with this show to advertise their wares because the left has decided that they're going to basically blackmail all businesses into imitating their lifestyle choices and points of view on politics.
00:06:13.000 That's why we are grateful to sponsors like Pure Talk.
00:06:16.000 Pure Talk is proud to stand behind the show and we are proud to stand with them.
00:06:20.000 Pure Talk shares my values as well as the values of Matt Walsh and Michael Mowles, Candace Owens, the rest of the Daily Wire hosts.
00:06:24.000 It's why they are the official wireless partner of the Daily Wire.
00:06:27.000 That is not the only reason.
00:06:28.000 We've checked the coverage.
00:06:29.000 It's premium.
00:06:30.000 Pure Talk is the most dependable 5G network in the United States.
00:06:32.000 I use it myself.
00:06:33.000 We checked the plans.
00:06:34.000 They are top tier but at a fraction of the cost of other major carriers.
00:06:36.000 In fact, you can get unlimited talk, text, and unlimited data with a mobile hotspot for just 55 bucks a month.
00:06:41.000 Remember, you vote with how you spend your money.
00:06:43.000 So stop supporting woke wireless companies that don't support you, and switch on over to PeerTalk today.
00:06:48.000 You'll get great coverage and save while you are doing it.
00:06:50.000 Head on over to PeerTalk.com slash Shapiro.
00:06:52.000 Save an additional 50% off your very first month of coverage.
00:06:54.000 That's PeerTalk.com slash Shapiro.
00:06:56.000 PeerTalk is wireless for Americans by Americans.
00:06:58.000 Again, PeerTalk.com slash Shapiro.
00:07:00.000 Save an additional 50% off your very first month of coverage.
00:07:04.000 Again, this has now infused itself deeply into the veins of the school system.
00:07:09.000 So public schools across America are quote-unquote celebrating Pride Month by indoctrinating kids into this garbage.
00:07:16.000 This, for example, is one public school that was featuring a giant inflatable rainbow that kids could hop through while wearing pride flags guided by their teachers.
00:07:27.000 This is a form of soft ideological child grooming here.
00:07:33.000 This is not particularly soft in terms of ideological grooming.
00:07:36.000 Again, I'm making a very strong distinction here between grooming kids because you want to have sex with them and grooming kids into an ideological worldview that is directly counter to traditional morality, which is clearly what's happening here.
00:07:45.000 There is no neutrality in schools that are flying pride progress flags in the hallway and having kids hop through inflatable rainbows in celebration of LGBTQ plus minus divided by sign activities and identities.
00:07:57.000 Here's some of the footage.
00:08:02.000 The kids are dancing through to the music of Earth, Wind, and Fire through the rainbow.
00:08:06.000 These kids are tiny.
00:08:06.000 These are tiny little kids who are being guided.
00:08:09.000 And there are the teachers.
00:08:10.000 There are the teachers wearing pride flags, dancing through with the kids.
00:08:14.000 That's just one school.
00:08:16.000 Schools across America are featuring this sort of stuff during Pride Month.
00:08:20.000 All you have to do is check Libs of TikTok for a long list of different schools that have been promoting this sort of stuff to kids.
00:08:30.000 This was the agenda.
00:08:30.000 This was always the agenda.
00:08:31.000 The agenda was never the idea.
00:08:33.000 So the idea was always dignity, right?
00:08:35.000 We want to live a dignified lifestyle, and that just means admit male-male couples or female-female couples to the registers of marital dignity.
00:08:44.000 But let's be real about this.
00:08:47.000 This was this was not the original agenda.
00:08:49.000 And now the original agenda is becoming very clear because they won the victory.
00:08:53.000 Because gay marriage was made the law of the land, and because everybody bought into the idea that we were then done, then it became, well, actually, we have something to tell you.
00:09:02.000 What we have to tell you is that what we were actually legitimizing was not just a man and a man living together under some sort of legal regimen that gave them tax benefits.
00:09:09.000 That's not actually what we were looking for.
00:09:11.000 What we were looking for is a full-scale indoctrination into the idea that all forms of sexual activity are equally good for people, and equally praiseworthy.
00:09:19.000 And again, that was the original agenda.
00:09:20.000 So if you go all the way back to 1955, Abraham R. Cuse, who was one of the Frankfurt School founders, he was a professor at UC Berkeley, and he was the coiner of the term, make love, not war.
00:09:31.000 He wrote a book called Eros and Civilization, in which he argued, essentially, that true freedom lay in what he called polymorphous perversity.
00:09:38.000 So Freud had argued that the central motivating factor of human life is the sexual identity.
00:09:44.000 It is your sexual drive.
00:09:45.000 But Freud also argued that you had to sublimate that in pursuit of civilizational growth.
00:09:51.000 That adolescent sexual behavior was making your sexual desires the center of who you were and then following all those desires.
00:09:57.000 But as you grew up, the idea was you had to sublimate all of that and that energy went into the creation of civilization, right?
00:10:01.000 That's a Freudian notion.
00:10:03.000 Marcus came along and he said, no, no, no, that's wrong.
00:10:06.000 Really what you have to do is you have to free that.
00:10:08.000 You have to free the eros.
00:10:10.000 He posited a world of what he called liberated eros.
00:10:12.000 He called for, quote, the concept of a non-repressive civilization based on a fundamentally different experience of being, a fundamentally different relation between man and nature, and fundamentally different existential relations.
00:10:23.000 Now, what he meant by that was not just that we were going to tear down all the traditional family structures and that we were going to get rid of norms of heteronormativity and all the rest of this.
00:10:31.000 He meant that, because Marcuse was a communist, what Marcuse meant was that all civilizational structures had to be torn down.
00:10:38.000 And just as Marx argued in the Communist Manifesto, that begins with tearing down family structures.
00:10:42.000 It doesn't end with tearing down family structures.
00:10:43.000 That is one of the predicates to remolding all of humanity.
00:10:47.000 So Marcuse suggested That it was a goal for, quote, the body in its entirety to become an object of cathexis, a thing to be enjoyed, an instrument of pleasure.
00:10:57.000 He said this sensuous rationality contains its own moral laws.
00:10:59.000 We can build an entirely new moral utopia on the basis of the sexual itch being scratched in any way that you so choose and in any way that you so enjoy.
00:11:10.000 Now, this would also require that traditional ways of life be suppressed.
00:11:14.000 It wasn't enough to offer this as an alternative option.
00:11:16.000 Traditional ways of life had to be actively suppressed, right?
00:11:18.000 Marcuse argued that the problem with traditional institutions is that they're pretty seductive.
00:11:22.000 People actually tend to like them and they're pretty durable.
00:11:24.000 And so the best thing that you could do is create massive social sanction and maybe legal sanction for people who spoke out in favor of those traditional ideals.
00:11:32.000 So Marcuse said, quote, the objective of tolerance would call for intolerance toward prevailing policies, attitudes, opinions, and the extension of tolerance to policies, attitudes, and opinions, which are outlawed or suppressed.
00:11:43.000 Freedom itself was bad because freedom would allow for the bad ideas to win.
00:11:48.000 So get rid of the freedom and what you will end up with is the new regime of tolerance.
00:11:53.000 Tolerance, of course, meaning just whatever he liked.
00:11:56.000 He said liberating tolerance would mean intolerance against movements from the right and tolerance of movements from the left.
00:12:01.000 It would extend to the stage of action as well as of discussion and propaganda of deed as well as of word.
00:12:08.000 This took its next form in the works of some of the radical feminists, like Shulamith Firestone.
00:12:12.000 Shulamith Firestone, in 1970, she wrote this paragraph, which sounds just prophetic.
00:12:17.000 It sounds prophetic now when you read it.
00:12:19.000 Quote, until a certain level of evolution had been reached and technology had achieved its present sophistication
00:12:24.000 to question fundamental biological conditions was insanity.
00:12:27.000 Which is true.
00:12:28.000 She's basically arguing there.
00:12:30.000 That you could argue for polymorphous perversity, but until basically 1960, that ended really badly.
00:12:34.000 You got an STD, you got pregnant, out of wedlock.
00:12:36.000 There were real consequences to that sort of stuff.
00:12:38.000 Then with the rise of the birth control pill, the welfare state, modern medicine, all the consequences went away.
00:12:43.000 As a result, says Shulamith Firestone, we are no longer just animals.
00:12:46.000 The kingdom of nature does not reign absolute.
00:12:47.000 The end goal of feminist revolution must be, unlike that of the first feminist movement, not just the elimination of male privilege, but of the sex distinction itself.
00:12:55.000 Genital differences between human beings would no longer matter culturally.
00:12:59.000 A reversion to an unobstructed pansexuality, Freud's polymorphous perversity, would probably supersede hetero, homo, or bisexuality.
00:13:07.000 The reproduction of the species by one sex for the benefit of both would be replaced by artificial reproduction.
00:13:12.000 Children would be born to both sexes equally or independently of either, however one chooses to look at it.
00:13:16.000 The dependence of the child on the mother would give way to a greatly shortened dependence on a small group of others in general.
00:13:21.000 Any remaining inferiority to adult and physical strength would be compensated for culturally.
00:13:25.000 The division of labor would be ended by the elimination of labor altogether through cybernetics.
00:13:30.000 The tyranny of the biological family would be broken and with it the psychology of power.
00:13:34.000 That sounds exactly like what we are watching happen in real time.
00:13:37.000 That's the agenda.
00:13:39.000 And again, that agenda was just smuggled in through the guise of, we want dignity, we want to be left alone.
00:13:44.000 Because here's the thing, Americans were like, fine, we'll leave you alone.
00:13:47.000 Do what you want in the privacy of your own bedroom.
00:13:49.000 No one cares.
00:13:51.000 But that wasn't enough.
00:13:52.000 It was never enough.
00:13:53.000 Because the goal was to transform the institutions.
00:13:56.000 Even advocates of same-sex marriage, who were promoting the idea of monogamous same-sex marriage, We're going out of their way, at the time, to make clear that what they were really arguing for was the equality of all sexual relations, and that being taught to kids.
00:14:13.000 Andrew Sullivan, who was a big proponent of same-sex marriage in the very early days, in the middle of the 1990s.
00:14:19.000 In 1999, he wrote a piece for Salon.
00:14:22.000 Obergefell was like 2015, so this is solidly 16 years before Obergefell.
00:14:28.000 And he wrote, quote, The unmarried, even sexual adventurers, get no grief from me.
00:14:32.000 Why should they?
00:14:32.000 In my most recent book, Love Undetectable, I defended the beauty and mystery and spirituality of sex, including anonymous sex.
00:14:40.000 Including anonymous... So, again, the institution of marriage was meant to say that sex is beautiful and wonderful and spiritual, which is why it should be in the confines of a marriage that produces children.
00:14:53.000 The sexual drive is meant to be channeled in this direction.
00:14:58.000 When you say that that is no longer true, that the mystery and wonder of sex can be had just randomly in an anonymous bar bathroom, but not inside the confines of marriage, what does marriage even mean?
00:15:10.000 At that point, bringing that within the confines of marriage just explodes the institution of marriage.
00:15:15.000 Which, of course, is kind of the goal.
00:15:17.000 I mean, Dan Savage, another advocate for same-sex marriage, he has openly said that the goal of marriage should not be monogamy.
00:15:24.000 Monogamy should be defeated as an aspect of marriage.
00:15:27.000 Quote, Savage and his boyfriend, this is from the San Francisco Chronicle, Circa 2005, Savage and his boyfriend have well-defined parameters by which they are allowed to have sexual relations with others.
00:15:35.000 He does not define those for readers, but notes that in the ten years they have been together, Savage has twice had sex with a man who is not his boyfriend, though his boyfriend, Terry, was involved too.
00:15:41.000 And he argues for people to be quote-unquote monogamish.
00:15:45.000 Right?
00:15:45.000 Now you've seen, by the way, the New York Times promoting this to straight couples.
00:15:48.000 The idea, and the reason, again, why this is happening, Because if one standard rules them all, then the standard has to rule them all.
00:15:56.000 And the reality is that we have long known that gay couples are not monogamous in the same way that straight couples are.
00:16:03.000 There's a gay couple study out of San Francisco State University circa 2013, and it found that literally half of all gay couples Members of those couples were having sex with someone other than their partner with their partner knowing.
00:16:15.000 So that's not even, that's putting aside people who don't even know.
00:16:17.000 Because that's a completely different way of life.
00:16:19.000 That's a completely different lifestyle.
00:16:21.000 So when people say, I don't, I don't understand.
00:16:23.000 Why are the pride parades featuring men and assless chaps whipping each other?
00:16:26.000 Why?
00:16:27.000 Because that's the point.
00:16:29.000 Because that's the point.
00:16:31.000 The dignity argument was not made to uphold the institution of marriage and broaden it.
00:16:36.000 That doesn't mean, by the way, that all gay couples who are getting married are involving themselves in this kind of activity or in favor of pride parades with people whipping each other or in favor of the obliteration of all sex differences.
00:16:46.000 What it is to argue is the broader overarching agenda here was never to extend the beauties of monogamous marriage to other people.
00:16:55.000 And then to spread the value of monogamy, chastity, sanctity.
00:17:01.000 That was not the goal.
00:17:03.000 The goal was always to spread throughout society a moral relativism, a complete moral apathy, actually, with regard to matters of sex and then to teach that to kids.
00:17:12.000 Because, after all, repressive tolerance requires that you teach our version of tolerance to the kiddies, which is why you see it cropping up in public schools.
00:17:21.000 So, when you look at Pride Month and you see these videos, you shouldn't be shocked.
00:17:23.000 This stuff's been happening for years.
00:17:24.000 It's just the media lied about it and they wouldn't put it on TV.
00:17:26.000 Now they put it on TV.
00:17:28.000 Now they put it on TV.
00:17:29.000 They put it in the halls of government.
00:17:30.000 That's how this stuff works now.
00:17:33.000 Speaking of the halls of government, I have a clip for you on that one in just one second.
00:17:35.000 First, it's rough to maintain a healthy lifestyle when you have a new baby.
00:17:40.000 I have four kids.
00:17:41.000 I have a dog.
00:17:41.000 There's a lot going on.
00:17:43.000 Let me give you a glimpse into the Shapiro house.
00:17:46.000 Last night, I was up with the baby until 1 a.m.
00:17:48.000 so my wife could get a little bit of a break.
00:17:50.000 Then I went to sleep and my son woke up at 2.30 through 4.30 so that he could have food poisoning.
00:17:55.000 And then my youngest daughter woke up at 5.45 to wake me up for the day.
00:17:59.000 Which means, you know it's really hard to stay healthy.
00:18:02.000 And what I rely upon is balance of nature because I'm not going to eat that many fruits and vegetables.
00:18:06.000 It's just not a thing I'm going to do.
00:18:08.000 I suffer enough.
00:18:09.000 I don't need to eat that many vegetables.
00:18:10.000 Balance of nature, fruits and veggies, they're a great way to make sure you're getting those essential nutritional ingredients every single day.
00:18:16.000 Through Balance of Nature's advanced cold vacuum process, the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients of the fruits and vegetables are preserved, so you can get that vital nutrition in each capsule.
00:18:23.000 Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement with no additives, fillers, extracts, synthetics, pesticides, or added sugar.
00:18:28.000 The only thing in their capsules is pure fruits and veggies.
00:18:30.000 Balance of Nature sent a bunch of product over to the studio.
00:18:32.000 I'm taking it.
00:18:33.000 It's kosher, so I can take it as well.
00:18:34.000 It's good.
00:18:35.000 Go to balanceofnature.com.
00:18:36.000 Use promo code SHAPIRO for 35% off your first order as a preferred customer.
00:18:39.000 That's balanceofnature.com.
00:18:40.000 Promo code SHAPIRO.
00:18:41.000 Get 35% off your very first preferred order.
00:18:45.000 Okay, so again, this has reached the halls of government as well.
00:18:48.000 This is why the Department of Agriculture shined the progress pride flag on the actual Department of... What does the Department of Agriculture have to do with any of this?
00:18:57.000 And if all we were talking about...
00:18:59.000 Even were the idea that two men would live in a monogamous relationship and have the ability to visit each other in the hospital and sign wills to one another.
00:19:09.000 That became non-controversial in the United States as a general rule, even for people like me who disagree and say that marriage is about childbearing and child-rearing.
00:19:16.000 Male-female child is the basis of civilization.
00:19:18.000 The truth is that by public opinion polls, people very much accept the idea of same-sex marriage,
00:19:22.000 but only when they think that same-sex marriage is basically just heterosexual marriage with two dudes,
00:19:27.000 or just heterosexual marriage with two ladies.
00:19:29.000 When it comes along with this entire other world view, which suggests that anonymous bathroom sex
00:19:34.000 is the same thing as sex within marriage, that it's all the same,
00:19:38.000 most Americans are not on board with that.
00:19:39.000 But that has to be taught in order to explain why all sexual relations are the same.
00:19:44.000 It was a Trojan horse.
00:19:47.000 The entire argument was a Trojan horse, and again, now the Trojan horse has been broken open,
00:19:51.000 and you can see what exactly was inside the Trojan horse What was inside the Trojan Horse is the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, an anti-Catholic hate group, a gay anti-Catholic hate group in California, doing events at the California Capitol building with Senator Scott Weiner, who is most famous for attempting to lower the penalties for
00:20:12.000 Adults who have sex with minors of the same sex, so that it's reflective of adults of different sexes having sex with minors of different sexes.
00:20:22.000 Scott Wiener's a joy.
00:20:23.000 And here he was, kicking off the Capitol Pride celebration with the amazing Sister Roma and other Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
00:20:30.000 Again, the entire purpose of the group is to mock Catholics.
00:20:32.000 We're honoring Sister Roma and other badass LGBTQ community leaders from around California.
00:20:39.000 Oh, isn't that, that's just, they're such a delight.
00:20:42.000 They're such a delight.
00:20:43.000 I mean, this is what it's all about.
00:20:44.000 Here is Scott Wiener honoring a drag queen from the anti-Catholic hate group again in the halls of the state capitol in California.
00:20:52.000 So proud of Sister Roma and her work in the community, and I'm proud of California for standing strong to support LGBTQ people as our community is under assault in the rest of the country.
00:21:07.000 Sister Roma went on to say it's an incredible honor to have been nominated.
00:21:11.000 She says being recognized not only means a lot to her, but the LGBTQ community at large.
00:21:20.000 Sister Roma is a dude wearing a bright- I mean, we're just living in an alternative reality.
00:21:24.000 But that's the reality that we created for ourselves because, again, the Trojan horse is now wide open and everything is now out in the open.
00:21:31.000 Speaking of all the masks coming off, it is fascinating to watch as even corporations are beginning to basically destroy their own basis for business in order to pander to the woke crowd.
00:21:42.000 So, yesterday, the CEO of Lululemon defended firing employees who had confronted thieves who were stealing product from the store.
00:21:52.000 According to the New York Post, MoodleM and CEO stands by his decision to axe two employees who called the cops while three masked men robbed a Georgia outpost, citing the company's zero tolerance policy for intervening with a robbery as reason for firing the workers.
00:22:05.000 Apparently, McDonald, his name is Calvin McDonald, he claimed that the two fired female workers were not fired for calling the cops, but because they didn't abide by company policy, which said they shouldn't engage with thieves.
00:22:15.000 Because after all, after all, it's just stuff.
00:22:16.000 Now, here's the thing, it's not just stuff.
00:22:18.000 The people who actually robbed the store ended up being arrested 12 miles away at another store robbing that store.
00:22:22.000 So when you don't arrest criminals, you know what they end up doing?
00:22:24.000 More crime!
00:22:25.000 I know, it's a giant shop.
00:22:26.000 But here's Luma Lemon's CEO basically saying, if you feel like walking into a Luma Lemon today and stealing some yoga pants, go for it.
00:22:32.000 Two of your employees were fired relating to a theft that was happening in the store.
00:22:37.000 There was talk that they were fired because they called the cops.
00:22:40.000 You say that's not true.
00:22:42.000 Can you just clarify what's happened here?
00:22:43.000 Because it's gone viral, especially amid this wave of retail theft that we're seeing around the country.
00:22:50.000 In this particular case, we have a zero-tolerance policy that we train our educators on around engaging during a theft.
00:22:59.000 Why?
00:22:59.000 Because we put the safety of our team, of our guests front and center.
00:23:03.000 It's only merchandise.
00:23:04.000 At the end, they're trained to step back, let the theft occur, know that there's technology, there's cameras, and we're working with law enforcement.
00:23:14.000 Let the theft occur.
00:23:16.000 Shop at Lululemon for free.
00:23:18.000 Let the theft occur.
00:23:20.000 Now, by the way, Lululemon was one of the big Black Lives Matter proponents, right?
00:23:24.000 I mean, they're pretty on board with the whole, the police are ACAB, the police are the bad guys here.
00:23:30.000 So, you know, have at it!
00:23:32.000 I mean, fine, if that's the way that corporations are going to treat their own wares, if the suggestion by corporate rich companies like Lululemon is that this is all just breakage, it's just stuff, who cares?
00:23:42.000 Then, alright, keep giving your money to Democrats, Lululemon, and then see how that works out for you.
00:23:46.000 In San Francisco, here's how it worked out.
00:23:48.000 The San Francisco mayor, after going through Chesa Bowden, the DA of San Francisco, actually losing a recall election because he was letting every criminal in sight out Without bail, basically.
00:23:58.000 Now London Breed, who's big into the cops are bad movement, she's now requested a $63 million increase in spending for the cops.
00:24:06.000 Breed's requested budget for the upcoming fiscal year is $14.6 billion.
00:24:09.000 That's a record high for both San Francisco County and the city.
00:24:12.000 That $63 million increase marks a 9% increase from what police would get from the 2022-2023 fiscal year according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
00:24:20.000 That is not a particular shock given the fact that all of downtown San Francisco is basically now shutting down because, after all, it's just merch.
00:24:26.000 It's just merchandise.
00:24:28.000 By the way, the predictable result here is that shoplifting is not just a couple of people who are walking in and stealing a candy bar anymore.
00:24:35.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, not enough attention has been paid to the toll that shoplifting is taking on retail workers who have to try to perform demanding jobs in cities where politicians have decided to tolerate such lawlessness.
00:24:45.000 Market Watch columnist James Rogers writes, quote, half of retail and grocery workers witnessed a theft or attempted theft in their stores from October 2022 through mid-April 2023, according to research from learning provider Exonify.
00:24:57.000 Retail and grocery associates are seeing a notable increase in hostile and violent situations.
00:25:01.000 Over 20% of the respondents to Exonify's survey don't feel prepared to handle situations involving theft.
00:25:06.000 40% said they feel scared to go to work.
00:25:10.000 And the enormous cost to business owners is going to be borne by workers and shoppers.
00:25:13.000 You get to pay the price.
00:25:15.000 When there's breakage, you just pay a higher price.
00:25:18.000 Brian Cornell, CEO of Target, who, again, when he is not pushing Pride Progress propaganda on small children with bathing suits so you can tuck your penis behind you, when he's not pushing that, he has put a number on the cost of inventory shrinkage.
00:25:33.000 $500 million in lower profits this year.
00:25:34.000 $500 million.
00:25:38.000 So, okay, if this is the game that you want to play, corporate America, then you will reap the benefit of people stealing your crap.
00:25:45.000 If you want to keep giving to Democrats who allow people to steal your crap in the name of racial equality or some such nonsense, then enjoy the result.
00:25:52.000 Enjoy the fruits of your own stupid policy.
00:25:54.000 Alternative reality has consequences because just like your truth, there's no such thing as your truth, there's only the truth.
00:25:59.000 There is no alternative reality, there is just reality.
00:26:02.000 And we are going to feel that reality come to fruition everywhere.
00:26:05.000 We can pretend there are no consequences to reality and going up against it, there are consequences to reality and reality always wins.
00:26:12.000 Okay, meanwhile, Joe Biden's administration continues to be a black hole of bad policy.
00:26:20.000 So the probe into Joe Biden's possible corruption is now heating up, according to Politico.
00:26:25.000 House Republicans are escalating their standoff with the FBI over an unreleased document they say ties then-VP Joe Biden to a bribery scheme, but has links to a Trump-era inquiry that ended with no apparent further action.
00:26:35.000 The Oversight Committee is going to vote on Thursday to hold the FBI director, Chris Wray, in contempt of Congress over the FBI's decision not to give lawmakers a copy of that document.
00:26:43.000 Here is the chair of the committee, James Comer of Kentucky.
00:26:46.000 He said the FBI refuses to hand over even unclassified records to the custody of the House Oversight Committee surrounding the activities of Joe Biden and family.
00:26:56.000 The confidential human source who provided information about then Vice President Biden being involved in a criminal bribery scheme is a trusted, highly credible informant who has been used by the FBI for over 10 years and has been paid over six figures.
00:27:16.000 These are facts and no amount of spin and frankly lies from the White House or Congressional Democrats can change this information.
00:27:25.000 At the briefing, the FBI again refused to hand over the unclassified record to the custody of the House Oversight Committee.
00:27:33.000 And we will now initiate contempt of Congress hearings this Thursday.
00:27:40.000 Meanwhile, speaking of foreign corruption, the Biden administration appears to be moving toward some sort of detente with the Chinese.
00:27:48.000 They want to avoid some sort of serious conflict with the Chinese, presumably because if there were to be some more increased intentions with the Chinese, the economy would sink and national security comes secondary to Joe Biden's electoral priorities.
00:28:02.000 In a fascinating turn of events yesterday, the Secretary of State Antony Blinken put out a statement on the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre.
00:28:12.000 And there was a massive difference between his statement on the Tiananmen Square Massacre Okay, so what is the difference between that and what he did the year before?
00:28:20.000 Tomorrow, we observe the 34th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre.
00:28:24.000 On June 4th, 1989, the government of the People's Republic of China sent tanks into Tiananmen Square
00:28:28.000 to brutally repress peaceful Chinese pro-democracy protesters and bystanders alike.
00:28:31.000 The victim's bravery will not be forgotten and continues to inspire advocates for these
00:28:35.000 principles around the world. The United States will continue advocating for people's human
00:28:38.000 rights and fundamental freedoms in China and around the world.
00:28:40.000 Okay, so what is the difference in that and what he did the year before?
00:28:43.000 The year before, he had an entire paragraph saying, quote, that today the struggle for democracy and freedom continues
00:28:49.000 to echo in Hong Kong, where the annual vigil to commemorate the massacre in Tiananmen Square was
00:28:52.000 banned by the PRC and Hong Kong authorities in an attempt to suppress the memories of the
00:28:56.000 day.
00:28:56.000 We will continue to speak out and promote accountability for PRC atrocities and human rights abuses, including those in Hong Kong, Zhejiang, and Tibet.
00:29:03.000 To the people of China and those who continue to stand against injustice and seek freedom, we will not forget June 4th.
00:29:08.000 Well, apparently now we are going to like sort of forget June 4th because they're attempting some sort of detente with the Chinese.
00:29:14.000 They want to make nice with the Chinese.
00:29:17.000 And everybody is noticing this.
00:29:18.000 I mean, they're frankly just saying it.
00:29:20.000 And China is growing more aggressive knowing exactly that.
00:29:22.000 In fact, here's some tape of the Chinese Navy harassing a United States ship in the Taiwan Straits.
00:29:27.000 Of course, China is threatening pretty openly now to blockade Taiwan.
00:29:31.000 They have been for a while here.
00:29:32.000 Look how close this Chinese ship is coming to an American ship
00:29:40.000 in the Taiwan Strait.
00:29:41.000 I see you.
00:29:43.000 They're obviously playing games with us, recognizing that the United States is going to do pretty much nothing about any of this.
00:29:50.000 Meanwhile, John Kirby, the national security spokesperson, he says, don't worry, Joe Biden's going to confront the Chinese in appropriate time.
00:29:56.000 What would that appropriate time look like?
00:29:58.000 I mean, they're flying giant spy balloons over the entirety of the continental United States before you shoot down Mylar balloons from Party City.
00:30:05.000 They're harassing our ships.
00:30:07.000 They unleashed a virus that killed probably five to seven million people globally, minimum.
00:30:13.000 And are you picking your spots here or are you just cowards?
00:30:17.000 Like, what exactly is your plan?
00:30:18.000 At what point does the president pick up the phone, reach out directly with President Xi and say, enough?
00:30:32.000 the reasons that you talked about earlier, at what point does the President himself get
00:30:36.000 involved in this?
00:30:37.000 MR KIRBY We have sent that message directly to the PRC, as I said earlier, through various vehicles, including
00:30:45.000 the conversations that these two officials – one from the NSC and one from the State
00:30:49.000 Department – are having in Beijing as we speak.
00:30:52.000 The President will have another conversation with President Xi, and he'll do that at
00:30:55.000 the appropriate time, and I'm sure that when he does, he'll be just as candid with
00:31:02.000 President Xi then as he has been in the past in terms of our concerns.
00:31:08.000 So much candidness.
00:31:09.000 Wow.
00:31:10.000 The candor is just astonishing.
00:31:11.000 Meanwhile, the National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, who is deeply involved, of course, with laundering the Steele dossier into public view with the Hillary campaign and all the rest.
00:31:21.000 He says, don't worry, guys, we're not trying to decouple from China.
00:31:24.000 We are for de-risking, not for decoupling.
00:31:27.000 We are not looking to decouple our economy from China.
00:31:30.000 We are not looking to end trade between the United States and China.
00:31:35.000 Oh, we're not looking to decouple.
00:31:37.000 What are you looking to do other than kowtow to the Chinese?
00:31:40.000 By the way, you know what's going to end up happening in Ukraine?
00:31:42.000 We're going to end up outsourcing policy to China and Ukraine.
00:31:45.000 How do I know that?
00:31:45.000 Because that's exactly what Barack Obama did with Russia in Syria.
00:31:48.000 This is what democratic administrations do.
00:31:50.000 They get into conflicts, and then they outsource the solution to the conflict to some other group so they can wash their hands of it and pretend that they solved it.
00:31:58.000 That's what's actually gonna end up happening in Ukraine.
00:32:00.000 It'll be a brokered deal, but it won't be a deal brokered by the United States, it'll be a deal brokered by the Chinese, in all likelihood.
00:32:05.000 In just one second, we'll get to the reason why, perhaps, There is a serious problem for Joe Biden emerging on his left, actually.
00:32:13.000 We'll get to that first.

00:34:12.000 Meanwhile, Joe Biden being a very, very bad president.
00:34:15.000 Here is the thing.
00:34:16.000 There's no real challenger on the Democratic side of the aisle to Biden, because obviously, if you do that, then you take your political career in your hands.
00:34:22.000 One of the things that allowed Bernie Sanders to do it is that he was an independent and nobody took him seriously.
00:34:26.000 And the Democratic Party is not super popular among members of its own base at this point, at least not until they get to a general election, which presumably is the reason why, if you look at the polling inside the Democratic Party right now, The latest CNN poll has Joe Biden polling inside the Democratic Party nomination at 60%.
00:34:44.000 That's super low.
00:34:46.000 60% for the sitting president of the United States is super duper low.
00:34:49.000 When they had primary polls for Donald Trump in 2020, he was pulling at like 90%, 88%.
00:34:57.000 Joe Biden is at 60% inside the Democratic Party.
00:35:00.000 His closest competitor is RFK Jr., Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
00:35:04.000 According to CNN, he is now pulling at 20%.
00:35:05.000 He is averaging in the RealClearPolitics polling average 16.8%.
00:35:08.000 And Marianne Williamson, The love lady, that lady is averaging almost 7%.
00:35:17.000 Those are not amazing numbers for Joe Biden.
00:35:19.000 And this is leading to a sort of panicked response from the media in which they are freaking out over Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
00:35:25.000 now.
00:35:26.000 Let's be clear.
00:35:27.000 Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
00:35:28.000 is a super weird dude.
00:35:29.000 That is a weird guy.
00:35:30.000 He believes a lot of very conspiratorial things.
00:35:33.000 He made false claims about vaccines generally.
00:35:35.000 He claimed there was a material in vaccines that was causing autism when that material had not been in the vaccines for literally decades.
00:35:41.000 There's no evidence that typical traditional vaccines cause autism or any of that.
00:35:45.000 He continued to promote that for years on end.
00:35:47.000 He's sort of a conspiracy theorist when it comes to pretty much everything.
00:35:51.000 I mean, here's a clip of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
00:35:53.000 blaming the CIA for both the death of JFK, his uncle, and for the death of RFK Jr., his father, who was shot by Sirhan Sirhan, a Palestinian terrorist, essentially.
00:36:04.000 This is going back a little ways here, is RFK Jr.
00:36:06.000 talking about assassination.
00:36:09.000 Who do you think really killed your uncle?
00:36:11.000 Well, I think there's overwhelming evidence that the CIA was involved in his murder.
00:36:15.000 he thinks was responsible for the 1963 assassination of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, in
00:36:21.000 a new interview.
00:36:22.000 Take a listen.
00:36:23.000 Who do you think really killed your uncle?
00:36:27.000 Well, I think there is overwhelming evidence that the CIA was involved in his murder.
00:36:34.000 I think it's beyond a reasonable doubt at this point.
00:36:38.000 OK, so that's weird.
00:36:40.000 And then he continued to suggest that RFK, his father, was murdered by the CIA, which, uh, no, he was- RFK was a- a pretty pro-Israel figure and he was murdered by, again, a Palestinian terrorist named Sirhan Sirhan.
00:36:51.000 But the reason the media are mad at him are not because of these particular weirdnesses.
00:36:56.000 They're mad at him because he's saying things that Democrats aren't supposed to say, which is also the reason why he is now earning 20% in some of these primary polls.
00:37:04.000 So, for example, he did a Twitter Spaces with Elon Musk last night, and in that Twitter Spaces, he said, for example, I'm not going to take your guns.
00:37:10.000 A lot of Democrats are like, what?
00:37:12.000 But guess what?
00:37:13.000 It turns out there are a lot of blue collar Democrats who actually don't want their guns taken.
00:37:18.000 I'm not going to take away anybody's guns.
00:37:22.000 I'm a constitutional absolutist.
00:37:28.000 You know, we can argue about whether the Second Amendment was intended to protect guns, but
00:37:32.000 that argument is now been settled by the Supreme Court and it has a very, and the Supreme Court,
00:37:42.000 you know, Antonin Scalia's decision is a very expansive interpretation of the right to own
00:37:48.000 Okay, and then RFK Jr.
00:37:51.000 said he would travel down to the southern border where he would seek to close it permanently.
00:37:56.000 Well, maybe this is one of the reasons why, you know, some Democrats are like, well, you know, I might like a Democrat who wants to close the border.
00:38:01.000 We're not super in favor of open borders either.
00:38:04.000 Over the next three days, be meeting with people from the border patrol and elsewhere to try to formulate policies That will seal the border permanently and stressing the school systems, stressing the social service systems for people who are already, for Americans who are already struggling.
00:38:23.000 It needs to be turned off.
00:38:26.000 Okay, like, this position is actually not a wildly unpopular position with a lot of Democrats.
00:38:31.000 In fact, it turns out it's a much more coherent position than that currently being taken by the Democratic Party, which encourages open borders and then whines when illegal immigrants end up in their towns.
00:38:39.000 In fact, like, as we speak, California is now threatening legal action against Florida for shipping illegal immigrants from Florida to California.
00:38:46.000 According to Yahoo News, California Governor Gavin Newsom appeared to threaten his Florida counterpart Ron DeSantis with kidnapping charges on Monday, as a second plane load of migrants arrived via private jet in state capital Sacramento.
00:38:58.000 That's a hell of a kidnapping.
00:38:59.000 If by kidnapping you mean you illegally arrive in a country, and you are asked where you wish to go, and you say California, and then you are put on a private jet with a ticket, that does not sound like a very good kidnapping... plot.
00:39:11.000 It seems more like kidnapping actually to, you know, ship yourself up via coyote over the border in like a heated truck, which is what Democrats have facilitated.
00:39:22.000 Then to put people on an air-conditioned private jet to Sacramento, which is basically how Gavin Newsom gets around.
00:39:27.000 The confrontation comes after DeSantis has pursued a policy of flying migrants to Democratic-controlled cities in protest at presidential Biden's immigration policies.
00:39:35.000 It's fun to watch as California claims we are a sanctuary state.
00:39:37.000 We love our illegal immigrants.
00:39:39.000 Also, if you fly people who are illegal from Florida, California, we will prosecute you for kidnapping.
00:39:44.000 California Attorney General Rob Bonta said his office was evaluating potential criminal or civil action against those who transported or arranged for the transport of these vulnerable immigrants.
00:39:52.000 Well, if they're vulnerable, why aren't you happy to have them?
00:39:55.000 Enjoy!
00:39:56.000 State-sanctioned kidnapping is not a public policy choice.
00:39:59.000 It is immoral and disgusting.
00:40:01.000 Unless you're dumping them in a Republican town, then it's totally fine.
00:40:04.000 If you just dump hundreds of thousands of people in small towns along the Arizona and Texas borders, that's not kidnapping, that's fine.
00:40:11.000 If you dump them in California or New York, then it's a serious, serious problem.
00:40:15.000 In fact, Corine Jean-Pierre is now claiming that it is illegal to send illegal immigrants to other states.
00:40:20.000 So, unless the federal government does it, obviously.
00:40:22.000 If the federal government just catches and releases people at the border, and then sends them to like a small town with no resources at all, that's called humanitarian aid.
00:40:30.000 If you fly that person to Martha's Vineyard, however, you are a kidnapper.
00:40:34.000 I've said it many times from here, repeatedly from this podium, that busing or flying migrants around the country without any coordination with the federal government, we've talked about this, state or local officials as well, is dangerous and unacceptable.
00:40:49.000 And we'll continue to be very, very clear about that.
00:40:52.000 It is dangerous and unacceptable because you're putting people's lives at risk, and it's dangerous and unacceptable because you're actually putting a lot of pressure on these states and local Local areas.
00:41:06.000 By the way, it's Erica Adams in New York who's like, you know, the Biden administration might want to do something about the influx of illegal immigrants we're seeing.
00:41:11.000 So it's the position of this White House that they can allow in millions of illegal immigrants and then they can ship them to blue cities.
00:41:18.000 And if the federal government does it, it's fine.
00:41:19.000 But if you're a red state governor and you do it, then you're very, very bad because you're not coordinating it with Joe Biden.
00:41:24.000 You wonder why some people are looking at RFK Jr.
00:41:26.000 who's saying, let's just shut down the border and being like, maybe here's the solution that's now being posited in New York.
00:41:33.000 by Eric Adams is what if we actually put them in prison?
00:41:36.000 So I guess someone will go to prison in New York City, but you'll have to be an illegal immigrant to do it.
00:41:39.000 Or maybe we'll just pay people to put them in their private homes in New York City.
00:41:43.000 That's how bad things are over there.
00:41:45.000 It is my vision to take the next step to this, to go to the faith-based locales
00:41:53.000 and then move to a private residence.
00:41:56.000 There are residents who are suffering right now because of economic challenges.
00:42:02.000 They have spare rooms, they have locales, and if we can find a way to get over the 30-day rule and other rules that government has in its place, We can take that $4.2 billion, $4.3 billion maybe now, that we potentially have to spend, and we can put it back in the pockets of everyday New Yorkers, everyday houses of worship, instead of putting it in the pockets of corporations.
00:42:25.000 And some of those corporations come from outside our city.
00:42:28.000 So, their solution is, we will pay poor people with small homes to house illegal immigrants with them.
00:42:34.000 Good solution, Eric Adams.
00:42:36.000 Things are gonna work out just fine.
00:42:38.000 Again, there's a reason why RFK Jr.
00:42:40.000 is pulling at 20%.
00:42:40.000 It's not because he's an amazing candidate.
00:42:42.000 It's because, despite all of his kookiness, he's still less nuts than, like, the mainstream Democratic Party policy on issues of major public concern.
00:42:50.000 In just one second, we're going to get to the presidential race on the right side of the aisle where more and more candidates are starting to show up and make some interesting comments.

00:44:02.000 Hey, meanwhile, the Republican side of the aisle is getting kind of interesting.
00:44:05.000 Who's in?
00:44:05.000 Who's out?
00:44:07.000 New Hampshire governor who had flirted with the senatorial run, which probably would have given the Republicans the majority and then rejected it to stay governor of New Hampshire.
00:44:13.000 He'd also flirted with the presidential run.
00:44:15.000 That was probably going nowhere.
00:44:16.000 At least he's smart enough to stay out of that race.
00:44:18.000 The last thing that I think Republican voters want at this point is 1,000 candidates in the race.
00:44:22.000 Here's Chris Sununu announcing his non-running on CNN yesterday.
00:44:26.000 Governor, thank you so much for inviting us here to the Granite State.
00:44:29.000 Absolutely.
00:44:30.000 Your decision.
00:44:31.000 Yeah, so we've taken the last six months to really kind of look at things, where everything is, and I've made the decision not to run for president on the Republican ticket in 2024.
00:44:39.000 Obviously a lot goes into that decision, but it's been quite an adventure, but not the end of the adventure by any means.
00:44:45.000 Why?
00:44:46.000 Why won't you run?
00:44:47.000 Well, when you look at what's happening out there, you obviously have a very large field.
00:44:51.000 I think the former President Trump is doing much better in the polls than folks thought.
00:44:55.000 And when I looked at where my voice can be, how we make the Republican Party bigger, the responsibility that I think I have in terms of focusing on the Republican Party and ultimately focusing on the opportunities for the country I want more independence on the Republican Party team.
00:45:09.000 I want more young voters on the Republican Party team.
00:45:11.000 I am tired of losing U.S.
00:45:13.000 Senate races and governor's races.
00:45:15.000 And clearly, I talk a bit candidly, I think as folks appreciate, I think more folks within the Republican Party have to have that kind of voice, that kind of emphasis of message.
00:45:25.000 Well, I'm glad he's not running.
00:45:27.000 I mean, at least he recognizes the truth.
00:45:29.000 Meanwhile, speaking of people who probably should not be running, I know Vice President Pence.
00:45:33.000 I like Vice President Pence a lot.
00:45:35.000 I don't understand the purpose of this run.
00:45:37.000 He filed paperwork on Monday to run for president, setting up an unprecedented contest between a former VP and a former president of his own party for the nomination, according to Politico.
00:45:45.000 His largest task will be attempting to win back Republicans who largely cast him aside following Donald Trump's presidency.
00:45:50.000 He's been quite critical, obviously, of President Trump.
00:45:52.000 Maybe his only role in the race is going to be as a stalking horse for another candidate,
00:45:55.000 which would be a good thing.
00:45:57.000 I mean, like him actually taking all of the incoming fire so another candidate could run
00:46:01.000 up the middle against Trump might be a good thing for the party.
00:46:03.000 But here was Mike Pence yesterday, for example, slamming President Trump over praising Kim Jong-un.
00:46:09.000 President Trump has run a very weird campaign thus far.
00:46:11.000 It really has not involved a lot of campaigning.
00:46:12.000 It's mostly been him on food social saying strange things.
00:46:15.000 So, a few days ago, he congratulated Kim Jong-un on something or other and Mike Pence was like, uh, you shouldn't congratulate people who strap their uncles to aircraft, anti-aircraft guns and then open fire.
00:46:25.000 There's Mike Pence.
00:46:28.000 The World Health Organization let America and the world down during the COVID pandemic.
00:46:33.000 I mean, they literally were complicitous in covering up what was happening in China, and we held them to account during our administration.
00:46:42.000 But look, whether it's my former running mate or anyone else, no one should be praising the dictator in North Korea or praising the The leader of Russia who has launched an unprovoked war of aggression in Ukraine.
00:46:58.000 This is a time when we ought to make it clear to the world that we stand for freedom.
00:47:05.000 So, yeah, he's running.
00:47:07.000 Is that going to be productive or not?
00:47:09.000 I have my doubts.
00:47:10.000 Meanwhile, Nikki Haley is also running, the former governor of South Carolina and the U.N.
00:47:15.000 ambassador under President Trump.
00:47:16.000 She was on CNN the other day.
00:47:17.000 Now, I got to tell you, I'm not a big fan of the CNN town halls for Republican candidates.
00:47:21.000 I just don't see the purpose unless you're going to go in and go in aggressively.
00:47:25.000 The one thing that I thought that Nikki said, which is necessary in this race, somebody is going to have to say the truth about the entitlements in this country.
00:47:31.000 Right now, we have a bunch of candidates, all of whom are afraid to step on that third rail because they're afraid that if they say the truth about entitlements, then they will lose an election.
00:47:38.000 But Nikki Haley says we should tackle entitlements because, I mean, if we don't, then the country's going to go bankrupt.
00:47:43.000 She obviously is correct about this.
00:47:45.000 I want to ask you about Social Security.
00:47:47.000 The program is expected, as you noted earlier, to run out of money to pay full benefits in 2034.
00:47:53.000 And if nothing is done, that will prompt automatic cuts.
00:47:56.000 In order to address that, you said that you have wanted to raise the future retirement age for people who are young right now.
00:48:03.000 What retirement age are you proposing?
00:48:05.000 So I think that first of all we need to understand that yes, Social Security will go bankrupt in 10 years, Medicare will go bankrupt in 8, but we shouldn't take away from anyone who is put into the system.
00:48:15.000 We should keep our promises.
00:48:17.000 Everyone who's been promised should get it.
00:48:19.000 My kids are in their 20s.
00:48:21.000 They're the ones we go to and we say we're raising the retirement age to reflect life expectancy.
00:48:28.000 We limit benefits on the wealthy.
00:48:30.000 Instead of cost of living increases, let's do increases based on inflation.
00:48:34.000 And let's expand Medicare Advantage plans.
00:48:37.000 That's what we need to do to start really taking on entitlement reform.
00:48:40.000 We have to do it because we can't keep kicking this can down the road.
00:48:43.000 And I know that Trump and DeSantis have both said we're not going to deal with entitlement reform.
00:48:47.000 Well, all you're doing is leaving it for the next president, and that's leaving a lot of Americans in trouble.
00:48:53.000 Okay, so I'm glad that somebody's articulating that because that actually is true.
00:48:56.000 It is true that the Republican Party, since President Trump, has basically taken entitlements and shoved them off to the side.
00:49:00.000 But a Republican president with a Republican Congress should have done something about the entitlements during the last administration.
00:49:06.000 Okay, meanwhile, in media news, Chuck Todd has now announced that he is stepping down as anchor of Meet the Press.
00:49:12.000 And I gotta say, his outro speech was pretty astonishing.
00:49:16.000 He suggested that his legacy is that he did not accept propaganda.
00:49:20.000 Here is Chuck Todd announcing his departure on Meet the Press.
00:49:24.000 So I leave feeling concerned about this moment in history, but reassured by the standards we've set here.
00:49:30.000 We didn't tolerate propagandists, and this network and program never will.
00:49:34.000 But it doesn't mean sticking your head in the sand either.
00:49:37.000 If you ignore reality, you'll miss the big story.
00:49:40.000 Being a real political journalist isn't about building a brand.
00:49:43.000 It's about reporting what's happening and explaining why it's happening, and letting the public absorb the facts.
00:49:51.000 So much objectivity from Chuck Todd.
00:49:52.000 Just a quick review of dumb things that Chuck Todd has said in extraordinarily biased fashion.
00:49:57.000 This is just like over the last seven months.
00:50:00.000 A little brief montage we have here of some Chuck Todd.
00:50:03.000 How do you know?
00:50:04.000 Are you confident that you know that gender is as binary as you're describing it?
00:50:10.000 Are you confident that it isn't a spectrum?
00:50:13.000 I am.
00:50:13.000 You know this as a scientist?
00:50:14.000 Well, there's two X chromosomes if you're a woman, an X and a Y. That means you're a man.
00:50:18.000 So there's a biological basis for this.
00:50:19.000 There's a lot of scientific research out there that says gender is a spectrum.
00:50:23.000 Chuck, I respectfully disagree.
00:50:25.000 Part of the reasons our politics are inflamed is we do not have an unbiased media.
00:50:31.000 We don't.
00:50:31.000 It's unfortunate.
00:50:32.000 I'm all for a free press.
00:50:33.000 It needs to be more unbiased.
00:50:35.000 There's misinformation on both sides, but the censorship and suppression primarily occurs from the left.
00:50:42.000 Look, you can go back on your partisan cable cocoon and talk about media bias all you want.
00:50:46.000 I understand it's part of your identity.
00:50:48.000 And it's all?
00:50:50.000 Due to treating people as political pawns.
00:50:52.000 Leaving some migrants who might have been misled to believe they were going elsewhere, as reported by NPR, on a literal island that doesn't have any infrastructure designed to help them at all.
00:51:02.000 In a word, it's inhumane.
00:51:04.000 All right, but let's talk about one of the elephants in the room, and that is the appeasement of this white supremacy stuff.
00:51:10.000 And this, look, it does appear there are a lot of Republicans who don't want to denounce it because they're afraid of turning off the base.
00:51:21.000 This is a huge virus in the GOP.
00:51:24.000 Come on, members of Congress, aren't you embarrassed by the silliness of this debt limit thing that we go through, this shenanigan?
00:51:30.000 Just shame on all of you.
00:51:32.000 Shame.
00:51:33.000 Come on.
00:51:33.000 Particularly Republicans.
00:51:34.000 You're playing games this time.
00:51:36.000 I know the Democrats play games, but enough of this.
00:51:38.000 This is stupid.
00:51:39.000 So much unbiased journalism.
00:51:43.000 Ah, he without fear or favor.
00:51:45.000 The journalism levels reached by Chuck Todd.
00:51:48.000 You'll be sorely missed in his objective journalism.
00:51:53.000 Yeah, man.
00:51:55.000 Okay, time for a quick thing I like and then a thing that I hate.
00:51:58.000 So, things that I like today.
00:52:00.000 So, Tim Scott, another Republican presidential candidate, he was on The View.
00:52:04.000 And as you all know, one of my life ambitions is to one day be on The View.
00:52:08.000 Because I think it would be hilarious.
00:52:10.000 And I think it would be wildly entertaining.
00:52:12.000 The producers know about this.
00:52:13.000 The producers are fully aware of it.
00:52:15.000 When Meghan McCain was on the show, she tried to get me on the show many, many times.
00:52:18.000 They always refuse.
00:52:19.000 But Tim Scott had the opportunity to go on the show, and he had what was a particularly sweet media moment here, in which he chastised Sunny Hostin, essentially for her racially reductionist view of the world.
00:52:30.000 Here is Tim Scott, the senator from South Carolina.
00:52:32.000 One of the things I think about, and one of the reasons why I'm on the show is because of the comments that were made, frankly, on this show, that the only way for a young African-American kid to be successful in this country is to be the exception and not the rule.
00:52:44.000 That is a dangerous, offensive, disgusting message to send to our young people today
00:52:49.000 that the only way to succeed is by being the exception.
00:52:53.000 I look back at the fact that my grandfather, born in 1921 in Sallie, South Carolina, when
00:52:59.000 he was on a sidewalk, a white person was coming, he had to step off and not make eye contact.
00:53:05.000 That man believed then, with some doubt now, in the goodness of America, because he believed
00:53:10.000 in having faith in God.
00:53:12.000 Faith in himself and faith in what the future could hold for us kids would unleash opportunities in ways that you cannot imagine.
00:53:20.000 Every kid today can look, just change the stations and see how much progress has been made in this country.
00:53:26.000 ABC, NBC, CBS, ESPN, CNN, Fox News all have African-American and Hispanic hosts.
00:53:34.000 So what I'm suggesting is that yesterday's exception is today's rule.
00:53:41.000 Okay, this is Scott's message.
00:53:43.000 It's a very nice message.
00:53:43.000 Do I think that he's going to win the presidential nomination?
00:53:45.000 No.
00:53:46.000 But do I think that he's going to say things that need to be said on issues of race in this race?
00:53:50.000 Absolutely.
00:53:51.000 And I think that that was a really nice one.
00:53:52.000 That was when, well, Tani Haasen was trying to claim that Tim Scott was an exception, that black people in America can't succeed, and Tim Scott somehow escaped the boot of white supremacy in the United States, and he rebutted her.
00:54:02.000 Okay, time for a couple of quick things that I hate.
00:54:09.000 So it is now imperative to hijack literally every character in every children's movie.
00:54:14.000 They're all gay, they're all...
00:54:17.000 Switch from white to minority if that can be done.
00:54:21.000 Everybody is recast for purposes of diversity.
00:54:23.000 It's very important.
00:54:24.000 Traditional IP has to be dumped by the side of the road.
00:54:27.000 Some of that makes very little difference to the plot.
00:54:29.000 It doesn't make a big difference to the plot if Ariel in The Little Mermaid is black versus if she's white.
00:54:33.000 All you're doing is something very stupid in terms of IP, which is taking classic IP and then screwing around to classic IP.
00:54:39.000 So now The Little Mermaid does not look like The Little Mermaid did in the animated movie that we all watched when we were kids.
00:54:43.000 So that's one thing.
00:54:45.000 It is another thing, when there is a suggestion made, and it's constantly being made, that children's characters are members of sexual minorities, when they clearly are not.
00:54:54.000 Okay, so the latest example of this is the new Spider-Man movie.
00:54:57.000 I've not seen the new Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse movie.
00:55:00.000 Into the Spider-Verse is a fantastic film.
00:55:02.000 The first Spider-Man movie.
00:55:04.000 The reviews of this one are good, but not great, I would say.
00:55:07.000 So I'm interested in seeing it.
00:55:09.000 Here is the new idiotic attempt to hijack characters.
00:55:13.000 So, the movie does include usual left-wing propagandistic imagery.
00:55:20.000 The biggest piece of propagandistic imagery is Gwen Stacy, who is Spider-Woman in an alternate universe, has above her door a giant flag that says, Protect Trans Kids.
00:55:33.000 So she's obviously at the very least a left winger.
00:55:36.000 Protect trans kids.
00:55:38.000 That protect trans kids flag is only in the trailer.
00:55:40.000 You know why that is by the way?
00:55:42.000 The reason why that is?
00:55:43.000 Because they want international distribution and you know where they're not super big on that kind of stuff?
00:55:47.000 China.
00:55:48.000 And then her dad's jacket at one point in the film also has a trans flag on it.
00:55:52.000 He's a cop and he has a trans flag on it.
00:55:55.000 Also her color scheme is hot pink and blue.
00:55:59.000 So this has driven A huge number of people on the Twitters and in the gay press to suggest that actually Gwen Stacy is a dude.
00:56:10.000 Gwen Stacy is actually not a female.
00:56:12.000 She's not Spider Woman.
00:56:13.000 She's Spider Trans Woman.
00:56:18.000 Because of the color scheme.
00:56:18.000 Now, back in 2014, when this character was first introduced in the comics, my understanding is this was the color scheme that was used in the original comics also.
00:56:25.000 So, that is just not true.
00:56:27.000 Also, it would be kind of a weird moment when Miles Morales finds something he didn't expect to find if they end up getting together.
00:56:36.000 That'll be kind of awkward.
00:56:39.000 But the attempt to hijack children's characters and then propagandize them into completely different characters, like it makes kind of a difference whether Gwen Stacy is a boy who thinks he is a girl.
00:56:49.000 That makes kind of a difference to the story, does it not?
00:56:52.000 But apparently, the entire trans community has now latched onto this sort of stuff in the same way that the gay community spent years claiming that Bert and Ernie on Sesame Street were gay.
00:57:00.000 Like, why do you guys... There are lots of gay characters all over the place, okay?
00:57:04.000 There's no shortage of gay characters in film and TV.
00:57:07.000 And this character is canonically pro-trans.
00:57:09.000 So, why do you need to do that?
00:57:10.000 And the answer is because seizing popular properties and then pretending they're a thing they're not...
00:57:15.000 It's part of mainstreaming the idea.
00:57:17.000 That is what it is.
00:57:18.000 They have to take what is subtle in terms of the sort of trans messaging on like a little, you know, throwaway graphic, and they have to turn it into the center of the film.
00:57:27.000 So The Pink News says, quote, it's official.
00:57:29.000 Fans of Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse are convinced the character of Gwen Stacy is trans and the evidence is compelling.
00:57:36.000 Compelling.
00:57:38.000 Gwen and the environment around her are practically drenched in the trans pride colors during the sequence, with many seeing a scene in which she announces to her father that she has a hidden identity as Spider-Woman.
00:57:49.000 So first of all, the idea that a person who announces a hidden identity is therefore trans is absurd.
00:57:53.000 The entire basis of Spider-Man, for literally all of Spider-Man's history, and by the way, the basis of pretty much all superhero comics, movies, is someone has a secret identity and it gets revealed to someone.
00:58:04.000 It does not mean that Superman is trans because he also masquerades as Clark Kent during the day.
00:58:09.000 But this is where we have decided to go, at least in this radical part of society.
00:58:13.000 So, there's that.
00:58:15.000 Great, great stuff.
00:58:16.000 Alrighty, guys.
00:58:16.000 The rest of the show is continuing right now.
00:58:17.000 You're not going to want to miss it.
00:58:19.000 We'll be getting into the New York Times, which is suddenly getting strangely acquiescent with regard to Nazi symbolism.
00:58:27.000 No, really.
