00:00:47.000We still don't know who the president is going to be.
00:00:50.000We don't know whether this is going to come down to voting irregularities and what the voter rules actually are in states like Pennsylvania or Michigan or Wisconsin.
00:01:04.000Except for Robert Kahaley over at Trafalgar.
00:01:06.000Every single other human in the polling industry needs to immediately be put to work digging ditches so they can meet an actual human outside of New York and L.A.
00:02:45.000Right now, the vote count in Wisconsin says about 97% in and Joe Biden has a 0.6% lead in Wisconsin.
00:02:56.000He's up by about 20,000 votes in Wisconsin, and there are apparently still another 100,000 votes still left to be counted in Wisconsin as of this morning.
00:03:03.000So that is where things stand right now.
00:03:05.000And then you move on over to Pennsylvania.
00:03:08.000Trump right now, Pennsylvania is taking its sweet damn time.
00:03:11.000For all the talk about Florida, by the way, being a Florida man and crazy state, Florida worked beautifully.
00:03:15.000Florida reported its vote totals when we were done by early in the evening with Florida.
00:03:18.000We'll get to Florida in a second because it shows some real pathways forward for the Republican Party In the future and some real shortcomings for the Democratic Party that are quite delicious in a variety of ways.
00:03:27.000Pennsylvania, Trump right now is up about 10 points in Pennsylvania, which is about 534,000 votes.
00:03:33.000There's still 1.6 million votes out there to be totaled.
00:03:36.000Those are supposed to break heavily Democrats.
00:03:38.000It's going to be extremely close in Pennsylvania.
00:03:41.000North Carolina, Trump is likely to win Michigan.
00:03:44.000is really, really close, like separated by 12,000 votes.
00:03:48.000At this point, Biden up 0.2 points, 0.2.
00:03:51.000So about half a million votes to be counted in Michigan.
00:03:54.000Trump looks like he is going to finish off Georgia.
00:03:56.000So there's a lot of doubt last night as to whether Trump was actually gonna win Georgia.
00:03:58.000It started off as likely Trump, then it moved to lean Trump, then it moved to toss up.
00:04:02.000And now it's back to likely Trump at this point.
00:04:05.000Arizona is a state that is absolutely chaotic.
00:04:07.000Arizona was called very early on in the night by Fox News.
00:04:54.000Usually it'll shift a couple hundred votes either way.
00:04:57.000In Florida, for example, George W. Bush and Al Gore, we had months of recounting and it only shifted a couple hundred votes in Al Gore's direction.
00:05:03.000So shifting tens of thousands of votes on the basis of a recount is fairly unlikely.
00:05:09.000Trump campaign advisors believe that Arizona might still be in reach for President Trump on the regular count, because they're still counting Election Day voters.
00:05:17.000So Trump could theoretically win Nevada and Arizona, and that would put him over the top.
00:05:22.000If Trump takes Nevada and does not win Arizona, but wins Pennsylvania, then he could still be over the top.
00:06:58.000Okay, how about the battleground states?
00:07:00.000So the battleground states were fairly wildly off as well.
00:07:04.000In the battleground states, in the RealClearPolitics polling average, which was more favorable to Trump than, for example, the 538 polling average, in the RealClearPolitics polling average, they had Trump down in Florida by 0.9.
00:07:15.000Trump will end up winning that state by 3%, so not particularly close in Florida.
00:08:56.000And I will pat myself on the back for my prediction on the Senate.
00:08:58.000I did say I thought that Republicans would likely hold the Senate.
00:09:02.000A mess for pollsters today, an absolute mess.
00:09:04.000And a big night for Republicans, by the way.
00:09:06.000If you are a Republican, regardless of how this turns out with Trump, because that's still up in the air and he could still win this thing, depending on how those late votes are counted, depending on whether there are lawsuits, right?
00:09:16.000This is still very much up in the air.
00:09:17.000Regardless of that, if you are a Republican or a conservative, you should feel very good moving forward.
00:09:21.000This was supposed to be a year like 2018, where Democrats walked away with this thing, where it was a blue tidal wave washing away all in its path, where Joe Biden was going to win by 10 points nationally.
00:09:30.000He was going to carry 350 electoral votes.
00:09:33.000Where Democrats were going to walk away with the Senate, where they were going to then nuke the filibuster and then use it to cram through states and cram through court packing.
00:09:42.000Senator Mitch McConnell is going to be in charge of the Senate majority in all likelihood at this point, which is a devastating blow to the Democrats.
00:09:49.000And old slow Joe Biden winning what may be the narrowest electoral college victory in American history.
00:09:55.000If it turns out that Trump wins Georgia and he wins Pennsylvania and Biden wins all of the others, The election gap is something like 270 to 268.
00:10:03.000Okay, that is as close as it is possible to get.
00:10:07.000Okay, that is not a massive mandate for huge world-beating change.
00:10:13.000And Joe Biden is old and doddering, and Joe Biden can't hold a thought in his head, and he's going to face a fractious coalition.
00:10:17.000So if you're a conservative, regardless of what happens going forward, if you just stop time at this moment before we even know what happens in the presidential race, last night was a very, very good night for Republicans and demonstrates full scale that our media are garbage and need to be replaced forthwith.
00:12:39.000They spent $200 million trying to oust Lindsey Graham in South Carolina and Mitch McConnell in Kentucky, and they got blown the F out in both of those races.
00:12:48.000And the pollsters were telling us that both were competitive, particularly that South Carolina race.
00:12:53.000Republicans pulled out the victory in Iowa.
00:12:55.000That was supposed to be a Democratic victory for most of the race.
00:12:59.000Republicans pulled out the victory in Montana.
00:13:01.000Republicans pulled out the victory in North Carolina.
00:13:03.000That was supposed to be a Democratic win.
00:13:04.000Republicans are going to win both of the seats in Georgia.
00:13:07.000Okay, Republicans are going to lose that seat in all likelihood.
00:13:10.000They're going to lose Cory Gardner in Colorado.
00:13:12.000If that's what you got for your Lincoln Project grift money gang, well, good luck to you.
00:13:17.000The AP reports, hopes fading for Senate control, Democrats had a disappointing election night as Republicans swatted down an onslaught of challengers and fought to retain their fragile majority.
00:13:25.000It was a jarring outcome for Democrats, words that you love to hear, who had devised an expanded political map eager to provide a backstop against President Trump and his party's grip on the Senate.
00:13:33.000The races attracted an unprecedented outpouring of small-dollar donations from Americans apparently voting with their pocketbooks to propel long-shot challenges.
00:13:41.000However, they lost a seat in Alabama, and then Republicans held their own in one race after another.
00:13:45.000South Carolina, Iowa, Texas, Kansas, and Montana.
00:13:49.000Lindsey Graham tweeted out, you wasted a lot of money.
00:13:52.000He said this is the worst return on investment in the history of American politics because he defeated Jamie Harrison by double digits after they dumped $100 million into that campaign.
00:14:02.000It looks very much as though Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell stays the Senate Majority Leader.
00:14:06.000John Cornyn in Texas retains his seat.
00:14:08.000Joni Ernst defeats Theresa Greenfield.
00:14:12.000It looks like in Maine, Susan Collins is going to retain her seat.
00:14:15.000In fact, Susan Collins was dancing over the course of the evening because Republicans held her seat.
00:14:20.000Here was Susan Collins getting jiggy with it, last night in Maine.
00:14:24.000I mean, I'm not a huge Susan Collins fan, but I will say that Susan Collins holding that seat is a massive, massive thing.
00:14:34.000There's a big difference between a 50-50 Senate in which Kamala Harris casts the deciding vote if indeed Biden pulls out the election, and a Republican majority in the Senate.
00:15:07.000But there are a bunch of progressive House candidates who are badly lagging in closely contested races, according to Josh Krauschauer over at National Journal.
00:15:15.000He cites four separate races in which members of the Justice Democrats, or at least adjunct members, lost their races last night.
00:15:22.000It turns out Americans are just not all that interested in that kind of garbage outside of Brooklyn.
00:15:28.000So, Republicans are going to pick up somewhere in all likelihood between five and ten House seats.
00:15:32.000Republicans are going to retain the Senate.
00:15:34.000Which brings us back to the presidential race itself.
00:15:37.000So the pollsters got this thing wildly wrong.
00:15:54.000If one narrative should have died a gruesome death last night, it was the narrative of the woke.
00:15:59.000It was the narrative of the woke scolds.
00:16:01.000That simply shouting racist at everybody means that you're going to be able to create A really durable minority coalition to defeat the supposed racist, white, silent majority.
00:16:12.000That narrative bit the dust last night, and it bit it incredibly hard.
00:16:17.000They spent four years declaring that Donald Trump is an abject racist, that he's a bigot, that anybody who votes for him is a racist and a bigot.
00:16:24.000And Americans not only showed up en masse to vote for President Trump, I mean, in huge, huge numbers.
00:16:29.000This is the biggest turnout year in American politics since 1900.
00:16:42.000Even if Joe Biden wins, it's going to be by the thinnest of hairs, by the thinnest of hairs on that balding pate, he's going to win the election if he wins at all.
00:17:00.000It's fascinating because what we are watching is a rebuke to the woke mentality that demography is destiny, that demographics are destiny, that all you have to do is call Republicans racist and you can cobble together a huge super majority of Hispanics and blacks and Asians, and then you can just replicate the Obama coalition once again.
00:17:18.000The Obama coalition only works for Barack Obama because Barack Obama was a unique candidate.
00:17:24.000Barack Obama is not the new Democratic Party.
00:17:26.000Barack Obama is not the future pathway for the Democratic Party.
00:17:30.000Barack Obama was a unique candidate at a unique time.
00:17:33.000The reality, I mean, these exit poll numbers are going to blow your mind.
00:17:36.000While Democrats continue to maintain that it's just that half of Americans are racist, that's why Trump did so well last night, regardless of final outcome.
00:17:43.000While they maintain that, the reality is far different.
00:17:46.000If Trump loses, it's going to be because he lost a share of white men.
00:17:53.000These exit poll numbers are a ringing rebuke to everybody in the media who thought that they had any fix on this election because after 2016, they said, oh, well, you know, maybe we'll go out into the stakes and we'll talk to some of these Trump supporters.
00:18:03.000And it was though they were Steve Irwin exploring the wilds.
00:18:06.000And it turns out they didn't understand Trump supporters.
00:18:08.000They didn't understand nearly anything about how politics works in the country.
00:18:12.000They intellectualized their way into believing that if they went with the intersectional coalition, it was going to carry them to victory.
00:18:44.000It takes just two minutes to complete and matches your body type and sleep preferences to the perfect mattress for you.
00:18:48.000Whether you're a side sleeper or a hot sleeper, whether you like a plush or a firm bed, with Helix, there's no more confusion and no more compromising.
00:18:54.000Helix Sleep is rated the number one mattress by GQ and Wired Magazine.
00:18:57.000CNN called it the most comfortable mattress they've ever slept on.
00:19:46.000That was the only predictable part of the night.
00:19:48.000He won 57% of the white vote versus 42% for Joe Biden.
00:19:53.000Among black Americans, there was some early data that suggested that he may have won in places like Florida up to 14 or 15% of the black vote.
00:20:01.000Even by the New York Times estimate, he won 12% of the black vote.
00:20:05.000Last time around, he won, I believe, 7% of the black vote.
00:20:07.000So he radically improved his showing among black Americans.
00:20:11.000He radically improved his showing among Hispanic Americans.
00:20:49.000He cuts through this group identity crap because everybody has an individual opinion of Donald Trump.
00:20:54.000Nobody has the image of Donald Trump that is written on the wall by the media about Trump.
00:21:00.000I've been very critical of Trump's use of Twitter.
00:21:02.000I'm very critical of some of the things that I think Trump has said that are wrong.
00:21:06.000But it is absolutely true that he has a unique connection with American voters because he is so prominent, because everybody knew who Donald Trump was before he ran.
00:21:13.000It made it very difficult for the media ever to box him in or paint him as exactly what they wanted him to be.
00:21:18.000And this is reflected in a lot of these exit polling results.
00:21:22.000I mean, these people should feel astonished by this.
00:21:26.000They should feel shocked by this and they should feel really optimistic about all of this because what this means is that the demographic stranglehold that we were told Democrats have on Hispanic voters does not exist.
00:21:37.000The democratic stranglehold that supposedly had on black voters, that has been wildly overrated.
00:21:44.000These exit polls are evidence that Republicans can in fact make head, that they can make ground With particular demographic groups that supposedly they had forgotten about.
00:21:55.000I mean, this is this is amazing, amazing stuff.
00:21:58.000The guy who they were calling a wild racist for years on end.
00:22:02.000There are a lot of folks on the right.
00:22:03.000Mary Catherine Ham had a good tweet last night.
00:22:05.000She said, I always thought Republicans could put together a multiracial coalition.
00:22:08.000I just didn't think Trump would be the one to do it.
00:22:10.000But in many ways, he was the one to do it, specifically because he is Donald Trump, and because people have very specific opinions on him as a human being, and he cannot simply be mocked up as generic Republican racist by Democrats.
00:22:23.000Here is Matt Bruning of People Policy Project.
00:22:28.000He got a hold of some Edison exit polling.
00:22:51.000If you had told me before the election that Trump won 17% of black men and 35% of Latino men, You'd think, okay, this guy wins a clear re-elect victory.
00:23:00.000He just lost a little bit in the white male category, and that's a very, very large category in the United States.
00:23:06.000So he made headway with Latino men, with Latino women, with black men, with black women, with other, so that would include Asian Americans, and 36% of the vote with the other group in the United States.
00:23:17.000That is an amazing, amazing, and that bodes so well for the future of the country.
00:23:20.000Honestly, that's the thing that makes me most optimistic from last night.
00:23:23.000Because what that says is that the intersectional bullcrap that we have all been fed, that we ought to think of each other in terms of group identity, it is a lie.
00:23:54.000And it bodes really well for the future of the Republican Party.
00:23:57.000I want to point out specifically in just one second What happened last night in Florida because Florida is the future of the Republican Party.
00:24:07.000We'll talk about that in just one second.
00:24:08.000First, let us talk about getting in shape.
00:24:10.000So over the course of this pandemic, a lot of people gained some weight because you're home a lot.
00:24:15.000And that meant some stress eating and all the rest.
00:24:17.000Well, One thing you have to change if you actually want to change weight is your habits.
00:24:20.000It really isn't so much about diets because people go on diets and then they go off diets.
00:24:24.000It really is about changing how you think about health, how you think about exercise, how you think about what kind of food you put in your body.
00:24:32.000Noom is the habit-changing solution that helps users learn to develop a new relationship with food through personalized courses.
00:24:37.000Based in psychology, Noom teaches you why you do the things you do and empowers you with the tools you need to break bad habits and replace them with better ones.
00:26:16.000It's one of the reasons why I've been saying for a couple of weeks now that I think Trump is going to win Florida.
00:26:20.000Trump's popularity meant that other House Democrats fell.
00:26:24.000Representative Debbie McCassell-Powell is the first South American-born member of Congress.
00:26:31.000She was trailing Carlos Gimenez, the Miami-Dade mayor, in her congressional race.
00:26:34.000And Representative Donna Shalala is out, trailing TV host and commentator Maria Elvira Salazar.
00:26:41.000This is largely because Democrats have embraced the mantle of socialism.
00:26:45.000And it turns out when you embrace the mantle of socialism and you are attempting to gain ground with crowds who have come from socialist countries, you know who doesn't like socialism?
00:26:52.000Everybody who's ever lived in a socialist country.
00:26:55.000A bunch of white people who don't live in socialist countries.
00:26:58.000That's the message of what happened in Florida.
00:27:00.000Trump outperformed with Latinos in Florida by a huge, huge margin.
00:27:04.000Meanwhile, Apparently, Donald Trump also outperformed the Jews in Florida.
00:27:09.000He won about 41% of the Jews in Florida, which makes a lot of sense.
00:27:12.000He's the most pro-Israel president in American history, bar none.
00:27:14.000Okay, that is a, that's an amazing showing, right?
00:27:19.000And that is largely because the Jewish population in Florida is either old enough that they are sort of traditional, Jewishly, and still care about the state of Israel, or they are Orthodox.
00:27:27.000A very big Orthodox community in South Florida, which is one of the reasons why I now live in South Florida.
00:27:33.000So Florida is a good indicator for where the Republican Party is moving going forward.
00:27:38.000There's a lot of talk last night about building a working class party.
00:27:40.000It's not just a working class party with multi-ethnic appeal.
00:27:44.000Here's the thing, by making inroads with Latinos, I mean, there were stats from Texas last night that are absolutely astonishing.
00:27:50.000The most Latino district in the United States, 96% Latino in Texas.
00:27:59.000Those are heavy inroads into a new demographic that Republicans have been told you can only win if you cater to them on illegal immigration and amnesty.
00:28:06.000And it turns out that's not true because the vast majority, every single Latino who is voting in the United States right now is legally in the United States because you have to be in order to vote.
00:28:14.000So it turns out all you have to do is go and talk to people.
00:28:28.000If Trump was disproportionately bad with white college-educated folks that Mitt Romney won in 2012, imagine if you could capture the share that Mitt Romney won of white suburban women in 2012 and combine that with the share that Donald Trump is winning of black and Latino voters in 2020.
00:28:43.000That is a majority party and that is a clear majority party.
00:28:49.000So good on Donald Trump and good on the American people for spitting in the eye of the woke.
00:28:54.000Now, naturally, was this a lesson for the media, who really believed that they got to declare the outcome of the election three weeks in advance, four weeks in advance?
00:29:04.000The media, who declared for years that Donald Trump was an illegitimate president, that people hated him so much, there was no way, no way he would even be competitive in this election.
00:29:12.000Republicans were going to get absolutely hammered, swamped.
00:29:14.000There was going to be a hurricane that blew them away.
00:32:29.000They deliver your medication every three months, so you can say goodbye to pharmacy checkout lines and awkward doctor visits.

00:33:27.000On all the unfolding twists and turns, we're going to be here with you pretty much all day today.
00:33:30.000Not only that, we have huge plans for the next four years, regardless of who the president turns out to be.
00:33:36.000I'm happy to announce, as we did last night, that Candace Owens, New York Times bestselling author and founder of the Blexit Foundation, single-handedly in many ways responsible for a shift in the black vote toward Republicans, will be launching a brand new show with us early next year in Nashville.
00:34:43.000Please go over and subscribe at Daily Wire.
00:34:45.00025% off with code election when you sign up today.
00:34:47.000Also, while you're at it, you may have noticed that these battles for the future of the country are very much pitched.
00:34:53.000I mean, these are very contested battles.
00:34:55.000If you want your kids to know about why America is great, if you want to know why there are people attacking the greatness of America, pick up a copy of my book, How to Destroy America, in three easy steps.
00:35:50.000He's going to win a broader share of the electorate this time around than he did last time around.
00:35:54.000And whether or not he ends up winning the election, And if you think that Democrats are simply going to abandon their woke priorities, you have another think coming.
00:36:06.000I just have no faith that they are going to give up on the wokeness culture that they have promulgated here.
00:36:11.000Nicole Hannah-Jones tweeted last night in the aftermath of Florida, which again, Florida was a devastating rebuttal to the entire intersectional philosophy, Latinos voting in outsized numbers for Donald Trump, 55% of Cubans voting for Trump, a huge percentage of Latinos generally across the country voting for Trump.
00:36:27.000Hispanic women, he picked up Hispanic men, he picked up black men, he picked up black women.
00:36:32.000So naturally, Nikole Hannah-Jones, the in-house racist at the New York Times, tweeted out, One day after this election is over, I'm going to write a piece about how Latino is a contrived ethnic category that artificially lumps white Cubans with black Puerto Ricans and indigenous Guatemalans and helps explain why Latinos support Trump at the second highest rate.
00:36:48.000Ah, so you see, you're not truly Latino unless you vote for Democrats, according to Nikole Hannah-Jones, just as you're not truly black if you don't vote for Democrats, according to The racism is not going to stop.
00:36:58.000They cannot give up on this narrative because they believe it is still their pathway to power.
00:37:02.000They don't want to make the arguments on behalf of their own policies.
00:38:52.000We don't have the same dynamics that we have in Florida where you have like in Miami-Dade, I think it was Joy pointing out, a large Cuban influence in terms of Cuban voters who look more to the propaganda that we're dealing with socialism and all that offset a large black turnout.
00:39:11.000OK, so again, it's all about it's all about the supposed whiteness problem.
00:39:16.000And Arne Duncan, The former education secretary under Barack Obama, he tweeted out last night, we should stop talking about red and blue.
00:39:21.000We should start talking about whiteness.
00:39:25.000So if you think your media are going to suddenly learn a lesson, wrong you are.
00:39:29.000The same media who have been lying to you.
00:39:30.000And honestly, I don't know how to read the polls being this wrong nationally, except that these people either are in such a deep bubble that they have internalized their own inability to poll Trump voters and then pretended that they live in a universe of their own making, or This was a lot of push polling, right?
00:39:46.000There's a lot of polling that was designed to disintegrate Trump support, particularly in battleground states, by saying that states like Wisconsin and Michigan were out of reach.
00:39:54.000But the media are not going to shift their story.
00:40:01.000The media were worth A minimum of 5 to 10 points for Joe Biden in this election.
00:40:06.000If it were not for the media, that is a minimum.
00:40:08.000If it were not for the media, if the media had covered Donald Trump honestly, if the media had covered politics honestly, if the media weren't damned liars in pursuit of an agenda, Donald Trump would have won easily last night.
00:40:18.000Because even if Donald Trump loses, we're going to be talking about Donald Trump losing by a combined total of probably under 100,000 votes in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona.
00:41:08.000He's a total moron, and you couldn't figure out how to crush him in an election?
00:41:13.000Man, the corporate Democrats and the mainstream media suck at this.
00:41:17.000They absolutely positively suck, and they brainwash smart people into compliance.
00:41:25.000Okay, so he's right about the mainstream media brainwashing people into compliance.
00:41:29.000He's just hilariously wrong about the idea that if the Democrats attacked way to the left, they would have done better in this election.
00:41:35.000The only reason that they were even competitive in this election is they ran a dead man who was a vessel for all anti-Trump sentiment in the country.
00:42:00.000Because I'm old enough to remember, because I'm more than one day old, when the entire media was declaring that there was a 90% shot that Biden was going to win because he was going to blow out Trump, right?
00:42:08.000That the national polling was showing that he was up seven to 10 points.
00:42:11.000So here is Jake Tapper now rewriting the story so that a Biden blowout was apparently always a pipe dream.
00:42:18.000The Biden people, we should say, have not conceded any Florida or Georgia or North Carolina.
00:42:25.000They still feel good about North Carolina.
00:42:26.000They still feel very positive about Arizona and the blue wall.
00:42:31.000But it's just not going to be as some Democrats were hoping for.
00:42:35.000They thought it was going to be an early landslide, which was really always a pipe dream.
00:42:40.000Okay, well, why was that a pipe dream?
00:42:42.000I mean, seriously, we were told that that was actually not a pipe dream.
00:42:44.000That was a heavy possibility by many members of the media.
00:42:48.000Not Jake specifically, I assume, but many, many members of the media were saying that it was a foregone conclusion that Biden was going to blow out Trump.
00:42:54.000Trump was going to lose North Carolina, he was going to lose Florida, he was going to lose them early, and the night was going to be over by 7 p.m.
00:43:00.000Brian Williams let the cat out of the bag.
00:43:01.000He was like, yeah, the numbers so far have been frustrating for our viewers.
00:43:03.000Yeah, you're damn right they're frustrating for your viewers because they're a bunch of liberal partisans.
00:43:08.000We are coming up onto the top of the hour.
00:43:11.000We are at the point where there's not many poll closings left, but there are a few, particularly as we get to the West Coast, and there are a number of states left to call.
00:43:20.000And boy, does some of the numbers start to add up as we get late in the night, however frustrating this night is for many, many of our viewers.
00:43:33.000Yep, it is very frustrating for many of the MSNBC viewers because it did not go how they wanted.
00:43:37.000Van Jones was extremely upset last night at the results.
00:43:51.000I think for people who saw babies being snatched away from their mothers at the border, for people who are sending their kids into schools where the N-word is now being used against them, for people who have seen this wave of intolerance, they wanted a moral victory tonight.
00:44:07.000We wanted to see a repudiation of this direction for the country.
00:44:12.000And the fact that it's this close, I think, it hurts.
00:45:08.000There are a lot of tweets this morning from a lot of folks on the center-left about how they need to rethink how they have framed American politics.
00:45:32.000Nevada has Biden up by about 8,000, 10,000 votes, but they're not resuming until tomorrow.
00:45:38.000Arizona was called for Biden last night, but Republicans keep insisting that Arizona is still open.
00:45:43.000I've talked to Trump campaign operatives who say that the final count in Arizona is going to be a lot closer than what they are talking about right now, at the very least.
00:45:51.000Apparently, Biden is up in Michigan right now, but Trump is up in Pennsylvania as well as Georgia.
00:45:57.000So this thing is still very much up in the air.
00:45:59.000And that is putting aside any and all legal challenges that could be brought.
00:46:02.000It's putting aside mandatory recounts in Wisconsin.
00:46:04.000If they're within margin of error, there's a mandatory recount.
00:47:32.000Twitter is now the arbiter of all truth.
00:47:34.000What he's talking about there is the Pennsylvania state rules that do not make it clear whether or not you can count a vote that has been cast after election day, even if it has no postmark, right?
00:47:45.000That is what he's talking about there, presumably.
00:47:46.000Okay, so last night, Trump comes out and he says, he looks a little bit downcast because I think he wanted to walk away with the victory on the night of, obviously.
00:49:43.000Okay, so that statement that we won the election and there's fraud happening all over the country.
00:49:47.000See, the responsible statement there is, we have lawyers on the ground in all of these states to ensure that fraud is not going to be the deciding factor in this election.
00:49:55.000We believe that we're on a pathway to victory.
00:49:56.000In fact, that's exactly what Mike Pence said one moment later.
00:49:58.000So, that is something that President Trump should obviously not have said.
00:50:03.000Then, President Trump said at one point, and I want to find the direct quote because people were taking it out of context.
00:50:09.000So, President Trump was talking about the vote.
00:50:12.000And he said, so here's a statement from the Biden campaign manager.
00:50:16.000They said the president's statement tonight about trying to shut down the counting of duly cast ballots was outrageous, unprecedented and incorrect.
00:50:33.000Now we want all vote counting to stop.
00:50:34.000In fact, Trump was protesting the fact that there were random stoppages of the vote counting last night, right?
00:50:39.000There was this weird two hour gap where all of a sudden all the states kind of stopped at once, stopped reporting ongoing election counting results and started reporting them in bulk.
00:50:48.000When Trump said we want all voting to stop, we don't want them to find ballots at four o'clock in the morning and add them to the list, he's clearly saying we don't actually want them to manufacture votes in the middle of the night and then use that to make up the margins.
00:51:32.000But, if you're a conservative, you should be looking at the outcome of last night's election, given the priors, and think to yourself, that was a massive victory.
00:51:39.000A massive victory against the hard, radical left.
00:51:41.000And that is a great thing that everybody should be celebrating right now.
00:51:45.000You are allowed to take a sip of champagne for how the election went last night, even while we wait for the final outcome of the presidential.
00:51:51.000Alrighty, we'll be back here later today with two additional hours of content, including all of the updates.
00:51:54.000I'm Ben Shapiro, this is The Ben Shapiro Show.
00:52:01.000The Chipero Show is produced by Colton Haas.
