Summary

Kamala Harris travels to Nashville, Tennessee, to give a speech about racism in the South, and she gets expelled from the Tennessee state legislature for the crime of actually violating the rule of law. Is it any surprise that two black state legislators were kicked out of the Tennessee General Assembly for their part in the crime? Well, of course not! It's just another example of why the Democratic Party loves rule-of-law violations, and why they don't like the law up until the point when it actually applies to them, at which point they really, really don t like it at all. And their priorities are perfectly clear. They don't care about the law, they care about racism, and they're going to go there and wave her arms as though she's an inflatable thing at the local car park. Except for the fact that she's a terrible at her job, and it's going to be amazing, and everyone can see it, because it's not fake at all Except for it's actually butter! And it's gonna be amazing. I can't wait to see what she does next, because I'm sure you'll agree with me that it'll be... not fake, but not fake and it will be amazing I promise you that's what you're gonna love it . Transcript

00:00:00.000 Well, folks, Kamala Harris is the world's worst vice president.
00:00:02.000 She is terrible at her job.
00:00:03.000 She's failed at every job she has ever tried.
00:00:05.000 But she saw an opportunity over the weekend, an opportunity to reinvigorate her flagging political prospects.
00:00:12.000 The unparalleled genius of Kamala Harris, she sees two black legislators get expelled from the state legislature for the crime of actually violating the law.
00:00:20.000 And rule of law, they love rule of, as we will see, they love rule of law, right?
00:00:24.000 This is why Donald Trump has to be indicted.
00:00:25.000 Democrats, there's nothing they love better than rule of law.
00:00:28.000 It is their favorite thing, except when they are actively incentivizing violations of the rule of law.
00:00:33.000 Well, apparently she went and she said, we're going to make it plain, guys.
00:00:36.000 We're going to do speeches.
00:00:37.000 But, says Politico, there were questions of where she would make the speech and to whom.
00:00:41.000 Fortunately, for the White House, they had someone they trust in Nashville, former Biden comms advisor, T.J.
00:00:46.000 Ducklow, who is the chief comms officer and senior advisor to the national mayor, John Cooper.
00:00:50.000 They quickly secured a venue at Fisk University and built out a crowd of roughly 700 at the historically black college and university.
00:00:57.000 Apparently, this is so funny, here's Politico's take.
00:00:59.000 So, I pointed out here that Kamala Harris did not come to Nashville to meet with the families, right?
00:01:04.000 Here's how Politico tries to defend her on that.
00:01:07.000 Although some conservative commentators have criticized Harris for not meeting with the families affected by last month's shooting at Nashville Covenant School, a White House aide tells Playbook the families were invited and that they offered blessings but ultimately couldn't make it.
00:01:17.000 Maybe because she didn't come to actually meet with the families.
00:01:20.000 Maybe because she came to defend the state legislators, not the actual dead people.
00:01:24.000 Maybe that.
00:01:26.000 By the way, offered blessings from the families is the equivalent of bless your heart, which is like the most dismissive thing that southern people can say.
00:01:33.000 It's when someone says something unbelievably stupid or insulting and people are like, ah, bless your heart.
00:01:38.000 That is the way you dismiss people.
00:01:40.000 But according to Politico, it was amazing.
00:01:42.000 That afternoon, Harris's 20-minute speech went off without a hitch.
00:01:45.000 I don't know what hitch was expected, exactly.
00:01:46.000 Was she going to like keel over in the middle of the speech?
00:01:50.000 A third Harris aide says, quote, I'm so sick of this feeling seen garbage.
00:01:59.000 Ugh, they feel seen?
00:02:01.000 What if they don't feel seen?
00:02:02.000 Like, well, what happens if you don't feel seen?
00:02:02.000 They die?
00:02:03.000 Because I can think of people who actually died who don't feel particularly seen right now.
00:02:07.000 But again, the priorities are perfectly obvious.
00:02:09.000 So here is Kamala Harris doing her.
00:02:11.000 Fight against Jim Crow.
00:02:12.000 By the way, the fight against Jim Crow involves apparently going to a state in which there are a bevy of black legislators and talking about how everyone is racist.
00:02:21.000 A democracy says you don't silence the people!
00:02:24.000 You do not stifle the people!
00:02:26.000 You don't turn off their microphones when they are speaking about the importance of life and liberty!
00:02:35.000 These leaders had to get a bullhorn!
00:02:40.000 They had to get a bullhorn to be heard!
00:02:44.000 And then guess what?
00:02:45.000 Cause you know what?
00:02:47.000 Can't have those voices in that room challenging notions about who should say what and when and where.
00:02:57.000 Let's expel them!
00:03:00.000 Okay, so this is a Vice President of the United States actively inciting violation of law and violation of breach of all rules on the floor of the Tennessee State Legislature.
00:03:11.000 Now, this is, of course, not the first time that Kamala Harris has incentivized lawbreaking.
00:03:14.000 She, of course, tried to bail out actual rioters during the Black Lives Matter riots of 2020, but it just shows you these are people who respect the law.
00:03:21.000 They respect the law up until the point when the law actually applies to them, at which point they really, really don't like the law at all.
00:03:28.000 And their priorities are perfectly clear.
00:03:30.000 Look, this is just a cynical play.
00:03:31.000 Does she actually care about this?
00:03:32.000 Of course not.
00:03:33.000 Of course not.
00:03:33.000 She wants her moment in the sun.
00:03:36.000 And she's a black woman who's going to speak about racism in the South, and she's going to go there and she's going to wave her arms as though she's an inflatable thingy over at the local car wash.
00:03:46.000 And it's going to be so exciting.
00:03:47.000 It's going to be not fake at all.
00:03:49.000 Not as fake as AstroTurf.
00:03:51.000 It's not going to be artificial.
00:03:52.000 It's not going to be...
00:03:53.000 I can't believe it's not butter.
00:03:54.000 It's going to be actual butter!
00:03:55.000 It's going to be amazing!
00:03:56.000 Except for it is absolutely fake and she is terrible at her job and everyone can see it.
00:04:00.000 But they have to come up with some narrative.
00:04:02.000 It's all about narrative for the left.
00:04:04.000 It's not about the fact pattern.
00:04:05.000 Victims don't matter for bleep.
00:04:07.000 They do not matter whatsoever.
00:04:10.000 And by the way, the one conversation that must be avoided at all costs, of course, is, of course, the trans conversation.
00:04:15.000 Never forget, this was a shooting by a trans person of Christian school children.
00:04:19.000 I know this is difficult for people on the left to either accept or comprehend.
00:04:23.000 It is a thing that happened.
00:04:24.000 And when you pretend it did not happen, when the vice president has nothing to say to the families for weeks on end, but then she descends to scream and shout at a historically black college and university about racism in Tennessee for expelling a bunch of people cosplaying as civil rights leaders, Well, their priorities are absolutely clear.
00:04:41.000 The fact of the matter is the economy is in real trouble right now.
00:04:45.000 The inflation rates continue to be incredibly high.
00:04:47.000 The economy is on sort of a razor's edge right now.

00:06:49.000 Speaking of the priorities being absolutely clear, the Democratic Party continues along its march to promote the radical trans agenda.
00:06:57.000 According to the Washington Post, the Biden administration has now put forward new regulations on transgender athletes in schools.
00:07:05.000 These new regulations disallow blanket bans on transgender athletes that have been approved across the country.
00:07:10.000 So supposedly, the Biden administration believes that it can just unilaterally, through the power of the executive branch, ban states from passing laws that say that men should not compete in women's sports.
00:07:20.000 According to the Washington Post, the Biden administration on Thursday proposed new regulations that would allow schools to bar transgender athletes from participating in competitive high school and college sports, but disallow blanket bans on the athletes that have been approved across the country.
00:07:32.000 So that is Joe Biden actually winking and nodding at the fact that this program is really, really unpopular.
00:07:37.000 So he's saying like, OK, maybe you can ban like a man from boxing women in college athletics, but we're going to go up against the evil Ron DeSantis and Bill Lees across the country.
00:07:47.000 The rules would narrow when discrimination of trans athletes would be permitted, but they would also offer guidelines for when schools could bar their participation.
00:07:53.000 Under the proposal, schools would need to consider a range of factors before imposing a ban on trans athletes, and would need to justify it based on educational grounds, such as the need for fairness.
00:08:02.000 So, for instance, a school district could justify a ban on trans athletes on their competitive high school track and field team, whereas a district would have a harder time making that case for an intramural middle school kickball squad.
00:08:12.000 Well, I mean, I have a question.
00:08:13.000 Why?
00:08:14.000 Really, why?
00:08:15.000 I mean, a lot of the sports that you're talking about, presumably, like, you know, a boy kicking a ball in high school kicks a ball a lot harder than a girl.
00:08:25.000 You may have noticed that, whether it's intramural or non-intramural.
00:08:28.000 But it doesn't matter.
00:08:30.000 What's funny about this particular proposal is Joe Biden is trying to split the baby and everybody's mad.
00:08:33.000 So the trans community is like, no, we need men punching women in the boxing ring.
00:08:38.000 And the people who are saying and believe that men and men are women and women, we're saying like, well, I don't understand why you guys get to put any rules on this whatsoever.
00:08:47.000 The proposed Biden administration rules would require that schools wishing to limit trans athletes participation show the decision relates to an important educational objective and minimizes harm to others.
00:08:56.000 It must also consider the sport involved, the age of the students, the level of competitiveness.
00:09:00.000 So Joe Biden jumping in on defense of this.
00:09:02.000 Meanwhile, You know one place where it actually matters, whether somebody is a man or a woman?
00:09:07.000 Like in the military.
00:09:09.000 Unpopular position, but it turns out that men carry heavy things and perform feats of different physical prowess than women.
00:09:18.000 But the good news is that we have really reshaped how we've done our military, which is why Politico reports, it was their top headline yesterday, the DoD's highest ranking trans official is now saying that we cannot ostracize anyone.
00:09:28.000 Because that's what the military is all about, guys.
00:09:30.000 The military is about where you feel accepted.
00:09:33.000 I know, you thought that was just your therapist's office.
00:09:35.000 It's the United States military that has to face down China and Russia.
00:09:35.000 Wrong!
00:09:39.000 That's where we have to have feelings of acceptance.
00:09:40.000 That's the key.
00:09:42.000 Shawn Skelly was a naval commander working to help fend off roadside bomb attacks when she came to a realization about herself, says Politico, one that meant her career in the military was over.
00:09:51.000 It was 2006.
00:09:52.000 Don't Ask, Don't Tell was still in effect.
00:09:55.000 As long as they kept their sexual identities under wraps, you could do what you wanted to do.
00:09:58.000 Skelly had identified as a man up until that point.
00:10:01.000 Now she felt she could no longer do so and decided to retire from military service as soon as possible.
00:10:05.000 Well, now she's back at the Pentagon, this time as a civilian.
00:10:08.000 An assistant secretary of defense for readiness.
00:10:10.000 Skelly oversees military preparedness for warfighting, including training programs, equipment safety, and munition supplies.
00:10:16.000 And Skelly has a message for Republicans accusing the DoD of promoting diversity and inclusion in the armed forces at the expense of military readiness.
00:10:24.000 Their campaign is what's hurting the military's warfighting capabilities.
00:10:26.000 Yes, the dearth of people being recruited to the military is because we are not warm enough to trans soldiers.
00:10:32.000 We need more male soldiers being able to cut off their balls at taxpayer expense in order to make ourselves more militarily ready.
00:10:39.000 That is the most important thing we can do.
00:10:41.000 Diversity.
00:10:41.000 Acceptance.
00:10:43.000 If we paint it on the bombs that we drop over Afghanistan, it makes the bombs okay.
00:10:46.000 That's how this works.
00:10:48.000 Skelly said, if you want to be ready, you have to ensure that everybody that is in your force can be their best selves and contribute as a member of the team and be seen as valuable.
00:10:55.000 Is that really what you do when you build a military team?
00:10:58.000 You make sure that everybody feels real good about themselves inside?
00:11:00.000 Because literally every military person I've ever talked to says that's nonsense.
00:11:04.000 Literally all of them.
00:11:06.000 That is the opposite of what you do in the military.
00:11:08.000 In the military, they literally break you down as a human being, and then they build you back up as part of a unit.
00:11:14.000 The idea that individualism is the source of military prowess is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard.
00:11:18.000 But it does not matter, because Skelly has now been appointed as the DoD's highest-ranking openly trans official.
00:11:24.000 The second to hold an office that requires Senate confirmation, the first is, of course, our Admiral, our very- Because he knows how to pilot a boat, man.
00:11:33.000 Rachel Levine over at Health and Human Services, one of the great admirals of all time.
00:11:38.000 It is amazing.
00:11:39.000 I mean, I've never seen an admiral quite as incredible as Rachel Levine.
00:11:45.000 It basically goes Horatio Nelson, Lord Mountbatten, Rachel Levine.
00:11:53.000 Like, amazing, amazing stuff there.
00:11:55.000 This administration has its priorities all in order.
00:11:57.000 And the good news is that they are backed by the entire elite in our institutional life.
00:12:02.000 Okay, we're going to continue now with some of your questions in the mailbag.
00:12:05.000 Plus, I got to get into some of the polling data with regard to President Trump.
00:12:09.000 We'll get into that momentarily.
