00:01:36.000 Today is the day to go vote early.
00:01:39.000 We are seeing a massive surge at the polls right now.
00:01:43.000 And it is really remarkable to see.
00:01:45.000 Yesterday, we had a phenomenal event at the University of Arizona in Tucson, which is supposed to be a very, very liberal college campus.
00:01:55.000 We'll show you kind of a contrast between last year and this year.
00:01:59.000 We had an amazing event with Tulsi Gabbard last evening with nearly 2,000 people on a college campus.
00:02:05.000 We had the daytime event.
00:02:07.000 Where we had thousands of students pass by.
00:02:10.000 Just a remarkable, remarkable impact.
00:02:14.000 Now I want to show you this.
00:02:15.000 I want to load up this image first.
00:02:17.000 And then I want to show you how things have grown over the last year.
00:02:21.000 Because what we're experiencing is not normal.
00:02:23.000 And the media is actively and intentionally ignoring it.
00:02:27.000 You see, the media is actively not paying attention to what is happening on these college campuses and what we're doing.
00:02:34.000 This is one of the most exciting news stories in the country.
00:02:38.000 It's one of the most important things that is occurring and very few outlets are even mentioning that the most popular thing happening on the college campuses right now Are the tours that we are doing.
00:02:51.000 So first, I want to show this cut.
00:02:53.000 I want to show University of Arizona a year ago.
00:02:56.000 We went and did a change my mind, a prove me wrong event at the University of Arizona one year ago.
00:03:01.000 Can we put this up on screen first?
00:03:03.000 It was well attended by maybe 100 students.
00:03:06.000 Look at this.
00:03:07.000 Just kind of, you know, sparsely attended.
00:03:09.000 It's fine.
00:03:10.000 You know, no big deal there.
00:03:11.000 We had some great conversations and took a couple selfies.
00:03:14.000 Now, I want you to remember that image.
00:03:16.000 Now look at what happened yesterday.
00:03:18.000 Look at this picture of what happened yesterday.
00:03:21.000 Thousands of students occupying the entire student mall.
00:03:26.000 The energy is palpable on the ground, everybody.
00:03:29.000 Students are saying, when can I vote?
00:03:30.000 When can I vote?
00:03:31.000 There is a transformational patriotic reset happening.
00:03:37.000 There is a real-time resurgence of love of country.
00:03:43.000 There is a real-time elevation of the beautiful things.
00:03:48.000 And we're seeing it occur at the grassroots level.
00:03:53.000 And the work that Turning Point Action is doing to get out the vote and to drive early voters is making a sizable and tangible difference.
00:04:02.000 This is not supposed to be happening at University of Arizona.
00:04:05.000 And you can contrast that, by the way, with the crowd that the sitting U.S. Senator Mark Kelly drew when he went to Tucson.
00:04:13.000 You see, Mark Kelly went to Tucson last week and drew maybe 40 people.
00:04:19.000 And I'll show you the picture.
00:04:20.000 When Mark Kelly went on campus, he had a pathetic crowd of maybe 40 people.
00:04:26.000 And of course, the media won't say this.
00:04:27.000 Look at the picture that Mark Kelly drew.
00:04:29.000 You know, very intimate.
00:04:31.000 Kind of a little gathering.
00:04:32.000 Same exact location, mind you.
00:04:34.000 Look at what Mark Kelly, the sitting Democrat U.S. Senator...
00:04:37.000 Drew at University of Arizona and a nice little crowd of Dems.
00:04:41.000 And then go back to our picture.
00:04:42.000 Boom.
00:04:43.000 The MAGA takeover of college campuses is occurring.
00:04:47.000 And the New York Times and CNN, Washington Post, they won't touch this story because they know that it would only make it bigger.
00:04:54.000 They know that it would only make it stronger.
00:04:57.000 So they're trying to act as if it doesn't exist, even though this is going so viral right now on social media.
00:05:04.000 This has never happened in my 12 years of doing this.
00:05:08.000 This type of spirit, enthusiasm.
00:05:13.000 And we're seeing on the ground, correlated with what's also happening, In voting patterns across the country.
00:05:21.000 We are seeing people embrace early voting.
00:05:23.000 In Georgia, we have record turnout in the first couple days.
00:05:25.000 It must be sustained.
00:05:27.000 In Arizona, we've had a spike in early voting amongst Republicans and Trump supporters.
00:05:31.000 And today, I want to remind you, today is the first day of early voting in North Carolina.
00:05:38.000 So if you live in North Carolina, go vote and vote in person.
00:05:43.000 In-person early voting is open today.
00:05:47.000 In-person early voting is open today.
00:05:51.000 Now, there's so much to talk about this hour.
00:05:53.000 We're going to talk about the Brett Baer-Kamala Harris conversation.
00:05:55.000 I want to get into that.
00:05:56.000 But I need to finish this point.
00:05:59.000 That...
00:06:00.000 It's not just a matter of transferring Election Day votes and reallocating them to early votes.
00:06:06.000 What we are seeing is we are seeing new voters that are coming into the system.
00:06:13.000 We are seeing first-time voters that are being caught up in the surge and in the energy.
00:06:20.000 It's not just a matter of Sally Sue Marie who votes on Election Day and now instead she votes on October 17th.
00:06:28.000 Instead, we are seeing new voters, people that have never voted before, that are coming into the system.
00:06:38.000 These are net new voters.
00:06:40.000 And don't just take my word for it.
00:06:41.000 We are seeing in the data and on the ground individuals that have voted.
00:06:50.000 Registered to vote, but did not vote at all.
00:06:52.000 Let me read you just some of these amazing emails we're receiving from Carrie.
00:06:55.000 Charlie, emailing you from Cherokee County, Georgia.
00:06:57.000 I listen to your show every day.
00:06:58.000 I want to share my great news.
00:07:00.000 By the way, this is the power of this program.
00:07:02.000 Millions of people watch and listen to the show.
00:07:04.000 If all of you did what Carrie did, we can win.
00:07:06.000 Listen to this.
00:07:07.000 One of our customers stopped in yesterday complaining about high insurance premiums.
00:07:12.000 And before she left, I asked her if she was voting.
00:07:15.000 Honestly, Kerry, God bless you.
00:07:16.000 You're taking in the energy of the show and you're translating it into action, action.
00:07:21.000 This is in the must-win state of Georgia.
00:07:22.000 She's 55 and didn't know if she was even registered.
00:07:25.000 I sat down with her, checked her voter status online, and although it was active, she had never voted in her life.
00:07:36.000 No history of votes ever.
00:07:38.000 She didn't even know how to or what to expect.
00:07:42.000 So I walked her through all of it, step by step, from showing identification to even collecting her sticker.
00:07:49.000 I printed a sample ballot for her, and she promised she would go, and she said she knew she had to go vote for Trump.
00:07:57.000 We then checked her son's voter status.
00:08:00.000 He's active but has never voted in his life.
00:08:02.000 She said she would take him with him.
00:08:07.000 So, God willing, that's two more votes for Trump.
00:08:09.000 I'm thrilled to be part of this movement.
00:08:11.000 Thank you for all that you and Turning Point do.
00:08:13.000 We're going to turn the great state of Georgia back to Red Kerry.
00:08:16.000 We're going to win Georgia because of people like you.
00:08:18.000 That's two new voters for Trump.
00:08:21.000 That were zero propensity.
00:08:24.000 They're on the voting rolls and they're not showing up.
00:08:27.000 And if you every day find one person like that, you break the industrial poll complex.
00:08:33.000 You break the system that is currently in place where they say, oh, you know, it's tied.
00:08:39.000 No, no, no, no.
00:08:40.000 They're not polling people that have never voted before.
00:08:42.000 It is a game changer.
00:08:44.000 It shakes the matrix at its core.
00:08:47.000 And that is what I'm saying is go find low propensity voters.
00:08:50.000 That is exactly what I'm talking about.
00:08:52.000 And there are millions of them out there.
00:08:55.000 Millions of them out there that are registered that do not show up and do not vote.
00:09:00.000 But they're suffering under high insurance.
00:09:02.000 They're suffering from the open border.
00:09:04.000 And this is the mission of Turning Point Action.
00:09:05.000 I'm not interested in high propensity voters.
00:09:07.000 That's fine.
00:09:09.000 Instead, I'm interested in can we find lower propensity individuals and get them into the system?
00:09:17.000 Today is the first day of voting in North Carolina.
00:09:21.000 George has early voting.
00:09:22.000 Go vote yourself and find someone who's not as interested and get them out to vote.
00:09:31.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:09:32.000 Did you know that 80% of adults take supplements to feel our best, right?
00:09:37.000 Well, one thing your dog can't do without you is improve their diet or health to feel their best.
00:09:43.000 That is why I believe Rough Greens could dramatically help your best friend by adding what is missing to their diet like you do.
00:09:50.000 Rough Greens is helping thousands and thousands of dogs feel better and live longer, including my dog, Mr.
00:09:58.000 We'll be right back.
00:10:27.000 Don't change your dog's food.
00:10:28.000 Just go to roughgreens.com slash Kirk.
00:10:30.000 R-U-F-F-Greens dot com slash Kirk.
00:10:34.000 Todd says, my daughter, home on fall break from college in Florida, we live in Georgia, is headed to the polls with me this morning, and we banked our votes.
00:10:42.000 First time 19-year-old voter vote for Donald Trump.
00:10:44.000 Well done, Todd.
00:10:45.000 You are a good father, and you are helping save the country.
00:10:50.000 So Vaughn Hilliard, who I know, he's somewhat fair, but obviously on the left, but he's given us a fair shake throughout the years.
00:10:56.000 He's known as kind of like Mr.
00:10:58.000 Arizona in MSNBC. It's actually very interesting.
00:11:02.000 Lately, left-wing media is at least giving us a little bit fairer of a shake than even establishment right-wing media.
00:11:10.000 We're seeing this right now, that establishment-entrenched right-wing interests actually are quietly hoping that we don't win this election because it means that Donald Trump actually might become president.
00:11:21.000 And I'll tell the full story after the election because it's a little bit of a detour from the core ethos that we have emphasized in the next 19 days.
00:11:30.000 But the establishment Republican operatives want us to lose and lose the country because if we were to win, they won't get credit for it and Donald Trump were to win.
00:11:43.000 I have so much evidence of this that I'll share after the election, but we'll get to that later.
00:11:48.000 So Vaughn Hilliard is Mr.
00:11:50.000 MSNBC Arizona.
00:11:51.000 Again, I actually think he operates somewhat in good faith, but he laces all this stuff with election denial and misinformation, whatever.
00:11:58.000 That doesn't bother me.
00:12:00.000 And to his credit, he went out to Kingman, Arizona.
00:12:03.000 Now, I know right now there are some folks in Kingman, Arizona watching this program.
00:12:07.000 In fact, we have a very strong contingent in Mojave County that listen to this program.
00:12:14.000 Now, Mojave County is western Arizona.
00:12:16.000 This includes Bullhead City, Lake Havasu, Kingman.
00:12:21.000 In fact, Donald Trump got net 50-ish thousand votes just out of Mojave County.
00:12:28.000 Now, Mojave County, we can run up the score even more.
00:12:30.000 Their population has increased.
00:12:32.000 We've done more voter registration.
00:12:34.000 We had a lot of people that didn't vote there.
00:12:36.000 So we can even run up the score more in Mojave County.
00:12:40.000 So Vaughn was dispatched to Kingman, Arizona.
00:12:43.000 Again, I love these assignments so much.
00:12:44.000 As I've said in previous episodes, this is like them sending a National Geographic correspondent into the wild.
00:12:51.000 And now the snow leopard goes above the ridge and goes gently into the wild.
00:13:00.000 As if they're like observing animals in their natural habitat.
00:13:04.000 So Vaughn is the National Geographic correspondent for MSNBC. He is the MAGA in the wild correspondent.
00:13:12.000 Here's what he found in Kingman, Arizona.
00:13:15.000 Play cut 72.
00:13:17.000 And I should note, we did not find a single person who audibly would tell us that they voted for Kamala Harris.
00:13:22.000 These were Trump supporters getting out to vote early in the all-important Mojave County.
00:13:26.000 We met one man who did not vote in 2020, but he said he was horrified by the state of the country, so he's voting here in 2024.
00:13:33.000 We met three other voters, one that moved from California, one that moved from Oregon, blue states, who said that they moved here and were eager to vote in a state where Donald...
00:13:43.000 And so it's those types of voters that not only Republicans are watching come to the polls, but also Democrats have a close eye, understanding that they need to really win the Maricopa County area to make up for any potential juicing of turnout here among the MAGA faithful in places like Mojave County, Jose.
00:14:00.000 I want to repeat this.
00:14:02.000 Some people say, the skeptics will say, but Charlie, early voting is just transferring Election Day votes into earlier votes.
00:14:09.000 Therefore, it's no net advantage.
00:14:10.000 The Von Hilliard piece says, no, no, no.
00:14:12.000 There are new voters that are coming in because when you open up the voting portfolio or the voting days, you're going to have first-time voters that now have more options.
00:14:20.000 And guess what?
00:14:21.000 Those first-time voters, they're not as likely, because they've never voted before, To treat election day as almost a holy day and a sacrosanct day that many of us do.
00:14:31.000 That many of us do.
00:14:33.000 Arizona voter to MSNBC says the reason he voted early was because Trump told him to.
00:14:39.000 Play cut 73.
00:14:40.000 Well, the difference is going to be that everybody's coming out early.
00:14:45.000 And everybody that we've talked to has made a special effort this year to vote.
00:14:51.000 And you can see it here in the parking lot.
00:14:53.000 You know, this library's usually got five cars in it.
00:14:57.000 There's a ton of cars in it now.
00:14:58.000 I said you voted early for the first time.
00:15:00.000 For the first time.
00:15:01.000 Why did you vote early this year?
00:15:02.000 Honestly, because Donald Trump told me to.
00:15:06.000 What a good answer.
00:15:07.000 He keeps saying it, and I've been thinking about it, and so here I am.
00:15:15.000 So if you've already voted, which many of you have, what is your purpose?
00:15:17.000 Go find that low propensity voter.
00:15:19.000 Download the Turning Point Action app and chase ballots and get them out.
00:15:24.000 Just yesterday, I personally did two speeches, did two hours of radio, was in Tucson, all over the place.
00:15:31.000 I chased six ballots.
00:15:32.000 It's not hard.
00:15:33.000 You know what I did?
00:15:34.000 I texted people that I know that are kind of lazy.
00:15:37.000 In Arizona, and I said, just no excuses, guys.
00:15:42.000 Get it done.
00:15:42.000 And they were, Charlie, I voted.
00:15:44.000 You know why?
00:15:45.000 Because they wanted me to stop harassing them.
00:15:47.000 It's that simple.
00:15:48.000 So find the people, gently, politely, nag and harass until they vote for Trump, and then find another one.
00:15:55.000 and do that for the next 19 days.
00:15:57.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:16:01.000 I understand.
00:16:02.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:16:03.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD weight loss and nutrition program.
00:16:07.000 First, Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:16:11.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:16:14.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition.
00:16:16.000 There is so much more.
00:16:17.000 They know that 90% of permanent change comes from the mind, and they work on eliminating the reason you gain this weight in the first place.
00:16:22.000 There's no shortcuts, pills, or injections.
00:16:24.000 Just solid, science-based nutrition and behavior change.
00:16:27.000 And finally, a probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.
00:16:29.000 Look, they're amazing.

00:17:13.000 Super excited for our next guest here because he's super smart.
00:17:16.000 And also, it is a topic we haven't even touched yet because I have been just celebrating our early voting surge.
00:17:22.000 And I want you guys to keep emailing them, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:17:25.000 Our next guest is Ryan James Gerduski, founder of the 1776 Project PAC and also at natpop.substack.com.
00:17:32.000 Ryan, welcome back to the program.
00:17:34.000 Ryan, we have not even touched on the Brett Baer-Kamala Harris interview.
00:17:39.000 I would believe it was closest to the Hindenburg yesterday.
00:17:43.000 Walk us through your analysis of it, and I want to play some pieces of tape.
00:17:46.000 But first, Ryan, your thoughts on that interview that happened yesterday.
00:17:49.000 Well, I think that if you're going to do a media strategy and change your media strategy to reach out to voters you have not really spoken to, which is what Kamala Harris is doing, you have to ask yourself, who was she trying to talk to, right?
00:18:02.000 Who was the goal of that interview?
00:18:06.000 Was it...
00:18:07.000 Was it Republicans who were open to voting for her, or was it to replay her hottest clips for the Morning Joe the next day?
00:18:14.000 I think the intention was for moderate Republicans, but I think in the end she kind of surrendered to just going back to the Morning Joe crowd.
00:18:21.000 Her answer on immigration was horrendous.
00:18:25.000 She didn't let Brett Baier actually bring up the facts correctly as he tried to do.
00:18:30.000 She interrupted him that she offered amnesties, not an actual solution to the border crisis.
00:18:35.000 She was complaining two different immigration bills, neither which one would have actually solved the border crisis.
00:18:42.000 Her answer on Biden's age and what she knew with what is probably one of the greatest cover-ups ever in American history that the president had severe mental decline, she wouldn't answer that.
00:18:54.000 And then when she was asked about the transgender surgeries for illegal immigrants, she said, I'll follow the law, which is not an answer because you helped create the law.
00:19:04.000 So she had a few good moments for Democrats as far as attacking Trump goes, things that were effective, one-liners that they would like.
00:19:12.000 But as far as reaching out to Republicans who may not like Trump but care about the issues quite a bit, I think she totally bombed.
00:19:19.000 I completely agree.
00:19:20.000 And just to be clear, Bret Baier had a really...
00:19:23.000 First of all, I just want to be fair.
00:19:24.000 I thought Bret Baier did well.
00:19:25.000 I think objectively did well.
00:19:26.000 I wish that Bret Baier would have at least allowed the non-answer on the immigration question to marinate a little bit more, because that was actually the best part of...
00:19:37.000 You know what I mean?
00:19:37.000 He said, how many illegals are in this country because of you?
00:19:40.000 And I just...
00:19:41.000 I think that that would have been totally fair for him to just be with a dog with a bone.
00:19:45.000 Be like, well, Vice President, can you take a guess of how many people are illegally in the country?
00:19:49.000 I think that was a great question that could have been better executed.
00:19:54.000 All right, so let's play some of this tape here just to kind of set the table here.
00:19:57.000 Let's go to Cut88.
00:19:59.000 You and I both know what I'm talking about.
00:20:00.000 Brett Baer with a great follow up.
00:20:02.000 Play Cut88.
00:20:03.000 More than 70% of people tell the country is on the wrong track.
00:20:07.000 They say the country is on the wrong track.
00:20:09.000 If it's on the wrong track, That track follows three and a half years of you being vice president and President Biden being president.
00:20:18.000 That is what they're saying, 79% of them.
00:20:21.000 Why are they saying that?
00:20:22.000 If you're turning the page, you've been in office for three and a half years.
00:20:26.000 And Donald Trump has been running for office.
00:20:30.000 But you've been the person holding the office, Madam Vice President.
00:20:33.000 You and I both know what I'm talking about.
00:20:35.000 You and I both know what I'm talking about.
00:20:37.000 I actually don't.
00:20:37.000 What are you talking about?
00:20:37.000 What I'm talking about is that over the last decade, But you're the lever of power.
00:20:43.000 But listen.
00:20:45.000 So Ryan, first of all, I thought Brett's answer there was great.
00:20:48.000 And this is this condescending elitist.
00:20:51.000 Well, you and I both know what I'm talking about.
00:20:53.000 And Brett was like, well, actually, I don't.
00:20:54.000 Like, don't do that.
00:20:55.000 Like, what is this?
00:20:56.000 It's also this pathological, insane effort to make it seem as if Trump is the incumbent while she's running the country.
00:21:03.000 Ryan, your thoughts?
00:21:04.000 Yeah, no, it's very hard to run as the change candidate when you are the incumbent vice president.
00:21:09.000 I think, and she's using her gender and race to be the change factors, not really the policies, because she kept on saying, my administration will be different than Biden's.
00:21:19.000 And Brett asked, well, how?
00:21:21.000 And then she couldn't give an answer to how it would be different than Biden's.
00:21:26.000 I thought that was great.
00:21:27.000 I do think Brett should have let her talk a little longer before trying to interrupt her, but she did show up late to the interview.
00:21:34.000 And Brett said that her staff was cutting it off as quickly as possible because this is, I think, the very first time there was a genuinely, not hostile interview, but adversarial interview she's faced in any real—I mean, maybe she had one on 60 Minutes, but that was really the only other adversarial interview she ever did as running for president.
00:21:54.000 And I think that she completely squandered the moment where she could have sat there and said something like, you know, we got it wrong in the past, but I'm a new generation.
00:22:03.000 But she didn't, I guess, didn't want to sit there and disrespect Joe Biden.
00:22:07.000 And at the same time, she couldn't bash Barack Obama because it was eight years of Obama, four years of Trump, four years of Biden.
00:22:13.000 12 of the 16 were one party.
00:22:16.000 It was your party.
00:22:17.000 And you can't really bash two of the two men that were involved in that time period.
00:22:21.000 So you have to go back to Trump running for office.
00:22:23.000 I don't know.
00:22:24.000 What does it matter that he was running for office in 2015?
00:22:26.000 He wasn't in charge of anything besides the Trump company.
00:22:30.000 What they're getting at, and let me make sense of this, is that Kamala Harris, her team has data that the American people are fatigued with the current state of politics.
00:22:43.000 And so they're misreading that data, and they think that their strategy can be like, oh, you're fatigued because of Trump, and therefore he's kind of this like shadow and decade-long incumbent that we need to turn the page on.
00:22:58.000 And that's such a flawed political...
00:23:00.000 No, but that's what it is, though.
00:23:01.000 I'm telling you, that's what David Plouffe has authored here.
00:23:04.000 Is that the data...
00:23:06.000 Again, the analysis is wrong, but the data is itself...
00:23:09.000 Like, yes, Americans are fatigued with politics.
00:23:11.000 Americans are kind of tired of these cycles, and they want it to be over with.
00:23:15.000 So the trick they've done is like, okay, Trump is this decade-long incumbent, even though when he's not in power, he's still ruining our politics, and everything will be great once we remove him.
00:23:27.000 And it is such a deeply flawed and risky political strategy to try and convince the American body politic that, oh, I'm actually not in charge when I'm in charge, so still give me more power.
00:23:41.000 This is what you were just mentioning, Playcut 87.
00:23:45.000 Madam Vice President, it was a policy decision in the early part of your administration.
00:23:49.000 I will let one of the mothers talk about it.
00:23:52.000 Take a listen.
00:23:54.000 Because of the Biden-Harris administration open border policies catch and release, they were enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program.
00:24:03.000 This meant that they were released into the United States.
00:24:06.000 It was not even a full three weeks later that they would take my daughter Jocelyn Nungare's life.
00:24:11.000 I believe the Biden-Harris administration open border policies are responsible for the death of my daughter.
00:24:18.000 That's the early days.
00:24:20.000 So do you owe them an apology is what I'm saying.
00:24:23.000 I will tell you that I am so sorry for her loss.
00:24:26.000 I'm so sorry for her loss.
00:24:28.000 Sincerely.
00:24:31.000 But let's talk about what is happening right now with an individual who does not want to participate in solutions.
00:24:40.000 Okay, Ryan, that's actually not the cut I wanted, but it still works.
00:24:43.000 Your reaction, Ryan, I know you've got a lot to say.
00:24:44.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:24:46.000 I mean, so first of all, with what you're saying before about they're tired of politics, they are tired of the media's coverage of politics.
00:24:53.000 They are tired of the way that the media has made Trump the center of everyone's life.
00:24:57.000 It is not healthy for a presidential candidate to be the center of your life where you feel like every day may be in the world because the media is telling you it could be the end of the world.
00:25:07.000 On the immigration thing, what she doesn't want to admit, and what, see, here's, she doesn't It's very, very important.
00:25:14.000 She sits there and says border crossings are down from their height, which they are.
00:25:18.000 And then she says we needed a congressional action, which is untrue.
00:25:22.000 They had all the laws on the books that they needed.
00:25:25.000 They only started using some of them and very, very few rather recently in order to sit there and bring numbers down before the election.
00:25:34.000 Her entire thing, it's an act of Congress.
00:25:37.000 Congress gave the president almost every law he needs back in the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
00:25:42.000 This is a trope that she's using to sit there and say, it's not my fault, push the buck to somebody else, but also we're having good results.
00:25:50.000 You can't have both ways.
00:25:52.000 Yeah, and can you speak to this, though?
00:25:54.000 Again, we mentioned it briefly, but this kind of rather insulting idea that Trump is still running the country for 10 years, that Trump is the deep state, that Trump's actually in charge.
00:26:05.000 That's basically their argument, that Trump is the deep state, that even though they have all the power and control of the agencies, Trump has been this, like, decade-long pseudo-dictator of the country.
00:26:15.000 Right.
00:26:15.000 Somehow Donald Trump is able to end bills from being passed saying Donald Trump is able to sit there one truth social post at a time from stopping Congress from reacting and doing it.
00:26:25.000 That is, if that were true, when Donald Trump was president, he would have gotten all the money for the wall on day one.
00:26:32.000 They have this dual vision of Donald Trump that he is a dementia-ridden, low-IQed individual and a secret mastermind who's able to plot destructions from the back of his phone when he's going to McDonald's.
00:26:47.000 This is like the two separate worlds that Donald Trump lives in their head simultaneously and they can't kind of concretely get which one it is.
00:26:56.000 She calls him, like in the interview, she calls him, I think, a diminished man or somebody with You know, signs of decline or something to that effect.
00:27:03.000 And at the same time, he is secretly operating the country To any thinking person, you sit there and say, that doesn't make any sense.
00:27:12.000 Which one is it?
00:27:13.000 You're either an evil genius or you are a bumbling fool who happens to be the luckiest man in America.
00:27:19.000 But only to a liberal mind could someone like Kamala Harris be a genius and Joe Biden be completely healthy, as Morning Joe said he was, and Donald Trump's an idiot and so is Elon Musk.
00:27:32.000 And they're just lucky throughout their entire life.
00:27:35.000 It just, it doesn't make any sense when you sit there and you think about it.
00:27:37.000 You know, it's just dumb luck that we get satellites into orbit.
00:27:41.000 It's just a roll of the dice.
00:27:44.000 I hate when that happens.
00:27:46.000 When just random people just like, wow, that rocket happened to deliver a package to international space station.
00:27:55.000 My favorite excuse that liberals will say is, well, somebody else would have invented it eventually.
00:28:01.000 You know, Just, there are dozens of people like in Ethiopia waiting to invent these things and they're just, yes, it is deranged.
00:28:08.000 It's a deranged way of thinking, yeah.
00:28:12.000 Everyone, I want to tell you to vote no on Amendment 3.
00:28:15.000 On November 5th, Florida residents will vote on Prop 3, which is to legalize marijuana.
00:28:20.000 Look, Amendment 3 does not have time, place, or manner restrictions.
00:28:24.000 It goes too far.
00:28:25.000 This means if it passes, recreational marijuana would be allowed everywhere.
00:28:28.000 11 million registered voters in Florida and an estimated 36% intend to vote no on Prop 3.
00:28:35.000 So why are we against this?
00:28:36.000 What does marijuana have to do to the minds of young people?
00:28:38.000 Do you know it could reduce IQ points in young adults by an average of 8 to 10 points?
00:28:43.000 This is about corporate greed.
00:28:44.000 It's not about the voters.
00:28:46.000 It's about making them wealthier.
00:28:47.000 Now, here's the call to action, everybody.
00:28:49.000 Vote no on 3.
00:28:51.000 You should learn more about it.
00:28:53.000 It goes too far.
00:28:54.000 Let me say it again.
00:28:55.000 It goes too far.
00:28:56.000 For more information, go to no-on3.com.
00:29:00.000 Vote against the legalization of marijuana.
00:29:05.000 Ryan, I want to make sure we play this.
00:29:07.000 I think it's just great, of you on CNN. Where is this tape here?
00:29:10.000 How recent was this, Ryan?
00:29:12.000 This was obviously in the last couple days, correct?
00:29:14.000 Two days ago.
00:29:16.000 Okay, let's play 90 and then you riff on it.
00:29:18.000 Play cut 90, please.
00:29:19.000 Just yesterday, Ryan, about how, in the context of riots, he was saying, let's just bring the military into it to deal with American citizens.
00:29:27.000 I mean, that happened yesterday.
00:29:28.000 Right, but there are the post-George Floyd riots resulted in excess of over 15,000 black male deaths in this country.
00:29:35.000 How?
00:29:36.000 The surge of violent crime, it was like Ferguson, the Ferguson effect and the Floyd effect.
00:29:40.000 Respectfully, you've got to explain to me how George Floyd's death resulted in 15 years.
00:29:46.000 What happens is after the Ferguson riot and after the Floyd riot, policemen, in fear of their jobs many times and political coverage, pulled back from their jobs, resulting in an incursion.
00:29:57.000 Ryan, listen, I got to stop you there.
00:30:00.000 You can look at the Washington Post numbers on this.
00:30:02.000 Ryan, we got to stop you there because you're literally making a connection out of your own conjecture.
00:30:06.000 You cannot just do that.
00:30:06.000 No, it's a real thing.
00:30:07.000 Look up.
00:30:07.000 These people are stupid.
00:30:09.000 Ryan, please.
00:30:10.000 Yeah, I loved it when What's-His-Face started doing his loghorn, foghorn impersonations.
00:30:16.000 I tell you, I mean, I tell you, I never heard of this thing before.
00:30:19.000 It was so, so insane.
00:30:22.000 I said it, I was more shocked because I genuinely thought that everyone working in the news industry would have heard about something that CNN itself covered.
00:30:30.000 So I was in shock at parts of times that they were sitting there and saying it because I thought they were, I honestly thought it was like a ruse.
00:30:37.000 I was like, they must be pulling my leg that they are working in the media and don't know very basic things on crime statistics.
00:30:44.000 Considering a lot of people on the show that I was on talk about race like five million times a day.
00:30:50.000 It's how they built an entire career.
00:30:52.000 So that was exhausting and infuriating.
00:30:54.000 And then I was going back and forth on it.
00:30:56.000 And I was like, do I, in my head, because when you're doing live TV and Charlie, you know, because you've done it, like there's what you're saying, you're listening and you're thinking, what am I going to say next?
00:31:05.000 And how is it going to play, you know, to the audience, to the people I'm around?
00:31:09.000 Like there's a, your brain is moving a mile a minute.
00:31:12.000 And I'm thinking, do I bring up like race and violent crime statistics right now?
00:31:17.000 And like, do I just throw a nuclear bomb in the middle of it and then go to commercial break and then sit with these people for the next hour?
00:31:23.000 So didn't do that.
00:31:24.000 But I was just going back and forth on a lot of There are talking points and nonsense, and it's hard when there's five people screaming at you the entire time.
00:31:33.000 But I'll tell you, after the segment was over, it was like one of the nastiest moments ever.
00:31:37.000 There were two ladies sitting to my right, and one, we went to commercial, one looked at the other, pointed at me and goes, what's his name?
00:31:46.000 And the other one goes, I have no idea.
00:31:48.000 And I'm like, I'm 10 inches from you.
00:31:50.000 Like, do you think I don't see what you're saying?
00:31:53.000 Like...
00:31:54.000 And then she goes, oh, you're a very feisty person.
00:31:56.000 I was like, am I, like, on drugs?
00:31:59.000 What is going on right now?
00:32:01.000 And then we were going into commercial, and Bakari Sellers, who was doing the Foghorn impersonation before, He was in the middle of commercial break.
00:32:12.000 He's very close to Kamala.
00:32:13.000 He was like, you know, Trump needs Pennsylvania to sit there and to win nationwide.
00:32:18.000 He came without Pennsylvania.
00:32:19.000 I go, well, that's not true.
00:32:21.000 And he's like, how is it not true?
00:32:22.000 And I'm going through different scenarios to get to 270.
00:32:26.000 Yeah, of course.
00:32:27.000 Yeah, and he's like, yeah, no, but he needs Pennsylvania.
00:32:30.000 And I'm like, no, I'm just, I'm going through it right now.
00:32:32.000 No, he doesn't.
00:32:33.000 No, there's six different scenarios, such as winning North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin.
00:32:39.000 I mean, yeah.
00:32:40.000 I know that.
00:32:41.000 I know that.
00:32:41.000 You know that.
00:32:42.000 I literally was doing simple math.
00:32:45.000 Like, it was addition.
00:32:45.000 It was just, it was just straight up addition.
00:32:47.000 And at the end, I was like, if you didn't eat breakfast this morning, would you be hungry?
00:32:51.000 Like, what would you do?
00:32:52.000 That was I honestly wanted to do like a live IQ test in real time because I was like, maybe I'm just not on.
00:32:59.000 Maybe no one has read a book this decade.
00:33:02.000 Like, maybe that's what's going on.
00:33:04.000 And I just I'm just in the wrong room.
00:33:06.000 I love Abby and I love a lot of people on.
00:33:09.000 That was a specifically very hostile environment when I was mentioning something that is a very well documented thing.
00:33:15.000 and everyone was like, this is...
00:33:17.000 Yeah, I mean, it was, I mean, if I was about to say, like, listen, we all need to read Steve Saylor and just have a moment right now and we'll have a really educational experience for a CNN audience, but I didn't go that far.
