00:01:17.000 I just want to share some breaking news here.
00:01:20.000 TikTok lost at the U.S. Supreme Court 9-0.
00:01:23.000 They were challenging the constitutionality of the data aspect of the law.
00:01:28.000 President Trump has been signaling for quite some time.
00:01:31.000 The law allows for a presidential workaround for the president to basically bring the suspected companies into the table and potentially broker a deal with the federal government.
00:01:40.000 And the president has been signaling for some time that he wants to find a way to save TikTok.
00:01:45.000 And based on reporting, the president is considering whether or not to do an extension to the ban because it's scheduled to be banned as of Sunday.
00:01:53.000 And from there, the president can potentially work out a deal, can bring TikTok in the room, either sell it or broker a deal with them or make sure the data is walled off, make sure the Chinese Communist Party aspect, that all kind of gets figured out and ironed out.
00:02:08.000 All I know is this.
00:02:09.000 I hope TikTok continues to operate in the United States.
00:02:12.000 I trust the president to figure this out.
00:02:14.000 We got over 2 billion views on the platform in the last year.
00:02:17.000 Ryan was completely right.
00:02:18.000 Ryan did a great job running it on our team.
00:02:20.000 And I think competition is good for social media.
00:02:22.000 I think it makes Meta better.
00:02:24.000 I think it makes X better.
00:02:25.000 I think it makes YouTube better.
00:02:27.000 So I trust President Trump to figure this out.
00:02:29.000 I would hate to see any interruption of service to see this go down.
00:02:32.000 But I will say, I say this as a creator, someone who loves the platform and sees what it's capable of.
00:02:38.000 If the president is able to broker a deal and keep TikTok operating, he could win.
00:02:44.000 Support of the younger generation in perpetuity.
00:02:46.000 And the Democrats just handed this to him.
00:02:49.000 The Democrats worked hard and Joe Biden signed the bill to kill TikTok.
00:02:52.000 And now President Trump has an opportunity to save it.
00:02:55.000 While also addressing all of the privacy concerns that people might have.
00:02:58.000 So that is the breaking news there.
00:02:59.000 I do want to go to one of our members, though.
00:03:01.000 So all hour, we are doing a member dialogue, but I just need to do breaking news alerts throughout the hour.
00:03:06.000 So if you are a member, you guys are able to dialogue with me directly and come on the show.
00:03:11.000 Oh, Kevin has a question about TikTok.
00:03:13.000 Great.
00:03:14.000 Kevin, welcome to the program.
00:03:15.000 Thank you for being a member.
00:03:17.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.
00:03:18.000 What's on your mind?
00:03:20.000 Yeah, it was specifically that TikTok question.
00:03:22.000 I didn't know if this had come up today, but...
00:03:24.000 There is a clip that you might want to play, and you probably already know about this.
00:03:30.000 All the terms and conditions that are embedded in the app that we all agree to when we download TikTok are quite concerning.
00:03:38.000 I understand your reasoning behind wanting to keep it.
00:03:41.000 I think it's a great platform, but there's a lot of privacy concerns.
00:03:45.000 And there's a video with Joe Rogan.
00:03:52.000 You could probably pull it up on YouTube where he goes into a rabbit hole of TikTok in terms and conditions.
00:04:01.000 A lot of privacy concerns there.
00:04:02.000 Yeah, I don't know as much about that.
00:04:04.000 And by the way, yeah, yeah.
00:04:05.000 And so I hear that from a lot of people.
00:04:07.000 I'm agnostic on that.
00:04:09.000 Ryan on our team who actually deals with the app says that's all not true.
00:04:13.000 Other people I trust say it is true.
00:04:15.000 I will say, though, but if it is there, President Trump now has an opportunity to fix it, though.
00:04:20.000 And that's what's really cool, is that the president can, from what I understand, sign an extension, bring TikTok into the room, cut a deal, and address all the data concerns.
00:04:29.000 Get it all out of the table.
00:04:30.000 What are you doing?
00:04:31.000 Are you doing keystrokes?
00:04:32.000 Are you doing monitoring?
00:04:33.000 And by the way, while we're at it, if we make TikTok live up to that data standard, shouldn't we also bring in the other social media companies and also make them do that?
00:04:43.000 Just to be clear, we are asking TikTok...
00:04:46.000 To operate at a higher level that we don't at other American companies.
00:04:50.000 And what we're doing actually is we're driving American youth to the Chinese TikTok competitor Red Note.
00:04:55.000 So look, I'm far from an expert on this.
00:04:57.000 All I know is as a creator, I see the views.
00:04:59.000 People are coming up to me that never would have been supportive of President Trump, saying I supported Trump all because of TikTok, because what you did there.
00:05:06.000 And so we need to kind of figure this out.
00:05:09.000 And I think that I trust President Donald Trump 100% to be able to bring all the parties together.
00:05:15.000 Broker a deal, address all the privacy concerns, figure out the Chinese Communist Party element, because this app is likely here to stay in one way or another.
00:05:25.000 It's been a great tool for us at Turning Point to be able to get our message out.
00:05:29.000 And I will say this, there's three things that are true.
00:05:32.000 President Trump will become president again on Monday.
00:05:35.000 He would not have become president if it wasn't for the youth vote.
00:05:38.000 The numbers are conclusive.
00:05:40.000 If younger voters did not move the way they did, he would not have won.
00:05:44.000 And number three, younger voters likely would not have moved the way they did if it was not for our ability to go viral on TikTok.
00:05:51.000 This is the CEO's video, PlayCut112.
00:05:55.000 It is Sho's video, Sho Z Cho, who is thanking President Trump for finding a way to save TikTok.
00:06:04.000 President Trump is going to Americanize TikTok.
00:06:06.000 He has an opportunity to do that.
00:06:08.000 Let's PlayCut112.
00:06:12.000 We have been fighting to protect the constitutional right to free speech for the more than 170 million Americans who use our platform every day to connect, create, discover, and achieve their dreams.
00:06:24.000 On behalf of everyone at TikTok and all our users across the country, I want to thank President Trump for his commitment to work with us to find a solution that keeps TikTok available in the United States.
00:06:36.000 This is a strong stand for the First Amendment and against arbitrary censorship.
00:06:41.000 As we've said, TikTok is a place where people can create communities, discover new interests, and express themselves, including over 7 million American businesses who earn the living and gain new customers using our platform.
00:06:55.000 We are grateful and pleased to have the support of a president who truly understands our platform, one who has used TikTok to express his own thoughts and perspectives, connecting with the world, and generating more than 60 billion views of his content in the process.
00:07:10.000 To all American users, thank you for making our TikTok community such a rich and vibrant space, for surprising and delighting us every day.
00:07:19.000 Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to ensure our platform thrives as your online home for limitless creativity and discovery, as well as a source of inspiration and joy for years to come.
00:07:32.000 Thank you.
00:07:33.000 More to come.
00:07:34.000 Yeah, and an important element, Ryan, reminds me of this.
00:07:37.000 All the TikTok data, guys, is actually stored by an American company called Oracle.
00:07:41.000 All of it is stored by Oracle and not by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:07:44.000 So it's a deal to figure out.
00:07:46.000 I understand all the concerns.
00:07:48.000 We don't want China and the Chinese Communist Party, which is our greatest enemy, to be able to access our kids and be able to blackmail them and all that.
00:07:56.000 But I saw the power of this platform the last year, and I think the president has a unique opportunity to strike a deal.
00:08:01.000 We'll see what he ends up doing.
00:08:02.000 Okay, let's go to Stephen.
00:08:04.000 Stephen, thank you for being a member.
00:08:05.000 What's on your mind?
00:08:05.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.
00:08:07.000 Hey, Charlie, can you hear me?
00:08:08.000 Stephen, what's on your mind?
00:08:09.000 Thanks for being a member.
00:08:10.000 How are you doing?
00:08:11.000 Yes.
00:08:12.000 Hey, so just, I've got a statement here.
00:08:16.000 But first, I wanted to thank you for HamFest.
00:08:18.000 It was amazing.
00:08:18.000 It was the first time I'd ever come.
00:08:20.000 I really experienced that kind of energy.
00:08:23.000 Looking forward to coming back next year.
00:08:26.000 I want to talk about the justice system.
00:08:28.000 And I, to me, completely broken.
00:08:30.000 I grew up believing in the rule of law, the fundamental rights granted, you know, to Americans that we have the right to a speedy trial, the right to face one's accuser.
00:08:40.000 For those of us that just kind of common folk with no power, influence or wealth, what recourse do we have to push back against injustices when loved ones are incarcerated unjustly for years without due process?
00:08:54.000 So that's a really smart question.
00:08:56.000 So I recently spent...
00:08:59.000 A good amount of time with a lawyer I really respect.
00:09:02.000 We talked about him on the thought crime.
00:09:04.000 He represented me during all the January 6th nonsense.
00:09:07.000 And I asked him a question.
00:09:09.000 I said, how is AI changing the legal world?
00:09:12.000 And he said, oh, it's going to be one of the greatest applications of AI. I said, why?
00:09:17.000 He said, soon people without money will be able to get the best possible legal briefing for almost no cost.
00:09:24.000 So here's how this would work.
00:09:26.000 There's this thing now called, it's a Thompson Reuters company.
00:09:30.000 It's not called CoPilot.
00:09:31.000 It's called CoCounsel.
00:09:34.000 You are able to upload thousands of documents.
00:09:36.000 So if you have someone who is wrongly incarcerated, all of the documents regarding your potential loved ones.
00:09:42.000 We're not there yet, but we're getting there.
00:09:44.000 All the documents, all the inconsistencies, all the depositions, everything.
00:09:48.000 And within seconds, CoCounsel will make an incredibly compelling argument.
00:09:53.000 That would otherwise cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars at big law to be able to advocate for your loved one to be released or wrongly incarcerated or whatever.
00:10:04.000 The point being is we're not there yet, but within five to ten years, there will be a situation where almost every American will have access to a very high-quality legal representation, and that is an awesome promise.
00:10:19.000 That it will no longer be just a luxury item for the billionaire elite, but every person can get access to defend their rights, their freedoms, and their constitutional God-given rights.
00:10:34.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:31.000 So check it out right now, relieffactor.com.
00:11:33.000 Let me just kind of finish this thought here.
00:11:37.000 So, essentially, the biggest barrier towards large-scale...
00:11:44.000 Corporate law is all the second and third tier briefs.
00:11:47.000 You hire some legal assistant to read the brief and go over the depositions and find inconsistencies.
00:11:52.000 That is all going to change.
00:11:54.000 You bundle all of that within an artificial intelligence program, it's going to bring down the cost of litigation by 99%.
00:12:02.000 Now, there still will be a need for somebody to argue in front of a judge, someone to check the work of AI. But in the ideal and where we are headed...
00:12:11.000 Is that if somebody is wrongly accused of a crime, for example, if a kid is wrongly accused of raping a girl when he's 19 years old and he has no money to be able to defend himself, potentially having co-counsel AI be able to shepherd him through the process means that our inalienable rights can be better protected.
00:12:33.000 There's a lot of dangerous stuff with AI that I don't like.
00:12:36.000 This is one of the most exciting applications that I see.
00:12:39.000 Why?
00:12:40.000 Because it will allow the truth to win and eventually will get to a place where it is easier to defend and advocate for the truth.
00:12:47.000 Truth and justice are the immune system of a society.
00:12:51.000 If truth and justice are suppressed, a society gets sick.
00:12:56.000 That is why these last four years we have been sick and the woke cancer and the tumor have enveloped the entire country.
00:13:03.000 Truth and justice when they are active is the immune antibody response against any virus.
00:13:10.000 Or a societal bacterial infection that tries to fester.
00:13:14.000 And we are right now excommunicating that tumor.
00:13:17.000 And starting on Monday, we bring back truth and justice as penultimate American virtues and values.
00:13:27.000 We are going to see a restoration of our founding promise that all human beings are created equal.
00:13:33.000 So there are some things with AI that I'm very excited about.
00:13:36.000 Some things I'm neutral about.
00:13:38.000 Some things I'm horrified.
00:13:39.000 The idea that every human being can get high, high-quality legal defense is awesome.
00:13:45.000 I see nothing wrong with that.
00:13:46.000 And also, we'll put a lot of lawyers out of business.
00:13:49.000 So sign me up for that.
00:13:51.000 Let's go to Trey.
00:13:53.000 Trey, thank you for being a member.
00:13:54.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com, what's on your mind?
00:13:56.000 Hey, Charlie.
00:13:57.000 Long time no talk.
00:13:58.000 How are you, my friend?
00:13:59.000 Great.
00:14:00.000 Thank you for being a member.
00:14:01.000 So my first question is, first off, how was your trip to Greenland?
00:14:05.000 You know, it was balmy.
00:14:07.000 Should have wore a t-shirt, but it was great.
00:14:10.000 Thank you.
00:14:10.000 That's good to hear.
00:14:12.000 So, first off, my main question is really, because I'm curious about this, how is the acquisition of Greenland going to be feasible, and would it be beneficial for America in the long run?
00:14:25.000 Yeah, so absolutely beneficial from a geopolitical standpoint, from a strategic standpoint.
00:14:31.000 It is a massive landmass with tons of natural resources, very hard to reach, and consolidates the entire hemisphere.
00:14:40.000 In the long run, somebody is going to access it, either China, Russia, or the United States.
00:14:47.000 Somebody is going to access it.
00:14:50.000 Now, is it feasible?
00:14:51.000 Well, first of all...
00:14:52.000 The Greenlandic Prime Minister is already wanting to meet with America.
00:14:55.000 Native Greenlanders want to secede and leave their Danish masters because they are not treated well by Denmark.
00:15:03.000 It can happen in many different ways, the first of which is just the good old-fashioned purchase.
00:15:08.000 It can also happen with doing a deal with the current Greenlandic government and turn them into kind of how we have Guam.
00:15:14.000 The Northern Mariana Islands.
00:15:17.000 Puerto Rico is its own kind of distinct status.
00:15:20.000 But we have a lot of these kind of agreements all throughout the Pacific of American territories where you have full constitutional American rights, even regardless of them being a far-off distant land.
00:15:32.000 And so Greenland definitely could fall under that category and fall into that kind of subset.
00:15:39.000 But why is this a good deal?
00:15:42.000 It would increase our national security.
00:15:44.000 They have nickel.
00:15:45.000 They have aluminum.
00:15:46.000 They have oil, natural gas.
00:15:47.000 They have gold.
00:15:48.000 They have silver.
00:15:49.000 They have rubies.
00:15:51.000 They have abundant natural resources, not to mention how close it is to the North Arctic Sea.
00:15:58.000 It is a no-brainer.
00:15:59.000 Greenland, accessing Greenland and adding it to the United States of America would be a phenomenal benefit for our entire nation across the board.

00:17:30.000 Here in Texas, we have the worst rhino problem with our new Speaker of the House.
00:17:35.000 Do you think that we will be able to help with any of Trump's agenda items?
00:17:43.000 Will Governor Abbott veto any of the bad bills that they try to get through?
00:17:49.000 And then what do we do about boroughs and primarying everybody that voted for him or censoring him?
00:17:59.000 Sorry, thank you.
00:18:01.000 Okay, I think it's because of a technical thing.
00:18:04.000 It was a little hard to understand what you were saying.
00:18:07.000 So you were talking about the Speaker of the House, right?
00:18:10.000 In the Texas race, is that correct?
00:18:13.000 Yes, that's correct.
00:18:14.000 Great.
00:18:15.000 So can you actually refresh the audience?
00:18:18.000 We did a whole segment on this and we weren't covering it closely.
00:18:21.000 Can you please tell us how that all ended up?
00:18:24.000 So we had David Cook running for Speaker of the House.
00:18:30.000 He was in our Republican caucus.
00:18:33.000 That's what they voted for.
00:18:35.000 And Burroughs went with the Democrats, got their vote.
00:18:40.000 And got a bunch of rhino Republicans to vote with him, including my rep, Charlie Guerin, which sucks anyway.
00:18:48.000 And so we now have a rhino as our leader of Speaker of the House, and I'm worried about him and any of the bills that Trump needs through and if Abbott will veto any of the bad ones.
00:19:10.000 So let's just thank you for that.
00:19:12.000 So Dan Patrick also commented, he said, this may be the first time in our nation's history where the minority party openly elected the speaker of a legislative body instead of the majority party.
00:19:24.000 Look, the GOP is getting better.
00:19:27.000 Abbott is politically savvy overall.
00:19:29.000 And Abbott has said that he'll veto and deprioritize any Democrat bills.
00:19:34.000 But we have to change this.
00:19:36.000 I'll tell you what.
00:19:37.000 The idea that the minority party is able to elect a speaker, even if the Republican is not fully MAGA at heart, they know which way the party is going.
00:19:46.000 And this is something for you in Texas.
00:19:48.000 Every one of my Texas viewers and listeners, you guys have got to take back the party and change this process so the minority party cannot dictate what is happening in the great state of Texas.
00:19:59.000 It is an outrage.
00:20:00.000 Thank you so much for being a member.
00:20:02.000 Really appreciate it.
00:20:03.000 What do we have next, Daisy?
00:20:04.000 Let's go to Silas.
00:20:06.000 Silas, thank you for being a member.
00:20:08.000 What is on your mind?
00:20:09.000 Happy Friday.
00:20:10.000 Hey, Charlie.
00:20:10.000 How are you doing?
00:20:12.000 Good.
00:20:12.000 How are you?
00:20:13.000 Good.
00:20:14.000 I just got my signed hat, so thank you for that.
00:20:18.000 Absolutely.
00:20:19.000 So, I was wondering, with all your experience going to colleges and debating students and things like that, what are some of your best tips for debate?
00:20:28.000 So, I have three that I would like to share.
00:20:31.000 The first of which is there is no replacement for knowing your stuff.
00:20:35.000 Doing research, reading dozens, if not over 100 books a year, listening to audiobooks, listening to podcasts, reading, taking online courses at Hillsdale College, charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:20:48.000 There is no replacement for knowing your stuff.
00:20:51.000 That is number one.
00:20:52.000 Number two is ask questions.
00:20:53.000 Don't tell the audience what you think, but start to ask provocative questions that can get the other side to defend their position, but also can...
00:21:03.000 Have them see things from your perspective.
00:21:06.000 When it comes from immigration, for example, you could say, is there any limit to the amount of people that you would like to have come into the United States?
00:21:13.000 Is there any cap that you'd like to have?
00:21:14.000 That is far more effective than saying there should be a firm limit on XYZ people coming.
00:21:20.000 Of course, we believe that, but it's very important.
00:21:23.000 Finally, it's critical to make sure that...
00:21:28.000 Your heart rate does not get higher than the person you are debating or that you are talking to.
00:21:34.000 If you get more upset, if you get more fired up with the person that you are debating, you are more likely to get a little in a frenzy and not be able to win the debate.
00:21:45.000 Hope that's helpful.
00:21:46.000 Thanks for being a member.
00:21:46.000 Really appreciate it.
00:21:47.000 Jeannie wrote in.
00:21:48.000 She says, what about those of us who are traveling to the inauguration?
00:21:51.000 Should we come to DC now that it has moved inside?
00:21:54.000 That's a good question.
00:21:56.000 It depends.
00:21:57.000 I mean, there will probably still be people on the National Mall that want to watch it on big screens.
00:22:02.000 My personal advice is, look, there's going to be many MAGA fans.
00:22:06.000 It'll be a big party atmosphere.
00:22:08.000 But it's up to you.
00:22:10.000 It's going to be cold.
00:22:11.000 It's going to be frigid.
00:22:12.000 It's going to be difficult to navigate in some ways.
00:22:16.000 But if you guys want to do that, it's still going to be a huge party atmosphere.
00:22:20.000 And if I run into you, I'd love to see you.
00:22:22.000 But just take as a cautionary note that it's not going to be for the faint of heart.
00:22:26.000 But a lot of these people that are emailing us say, Charlie, I live in Minnesota.
00:22:28.000 This is nothing.
00:22:29.000 Or I live in North Dakota.
00:22:30.000 What are you talking about?
00:22:31.000 So if that's nothing for you, there's still going to be plenty of festivities and activities for people to enjoy in Washington, D.C. Okay, Mary, thank you for being a member.
00:22:41.000 Mary, what's on your mind?
00:22:42.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:22:43.000 Thank you for asking me to speak or allowing me to speak, I should say.
00:22:47.000 I just have a question.
00:22:49.000 I have noticed there is a large swing in, it seems like, younger numbers of people coming to Christ these days.
00:22:57.000 And I would like to attribute a lot of that to you going around to the young people around the country.
00:23:03.000 Thank you.
00:23:05.000 Like I said, I grew up Christian.
00:23:08.000 My father was a missionary.
00:23:09.000 I was able to live around the country because of that and things like that.
00:23:13.000 To me, being able to see all of these people getting saved and coming to Christ, do you feel like there's been a big switch in the age gap of people coming to Christ?
00:23:27.000 I think so.
00:23:28.000 I think younger and younger people are starting to come to Christ, which is the most important thing that we can do, is to bring people to Christ and to make Christ known.
00:23:36.000 I know that young people are waking up big time, and I see this on college campuses.
00:23:40.000 And by the way, we've been able to reach hundreds of millions of people with the message of God and Jesus, the scriptures, a redemption through TikTok.
00:23:48.000 It's just true.
00:23:49.000 I mean, our top performing video on TikTok up until about a week before the election was me talking about the resurrection and me talking about Jesus.
00:23:57.000 That's something to think about.
00:23:59.000 Very interesting.
00:24:00.000 Also, Instagram as well has been really good for us.
00:24:02.000 So yes, I think that young people are waking up big time, both politically and spiritually.
00:24:05.000 They want to get away from kind of this old, gentrified way of viewing government and policy and culture.
00:24:13.000 And they want a bright future and a new American renaissance.
00:24:18.000 And God willing, I think we're getting that starting on Monday.
00:24:20.000 Thank you.
00:24:21.000 Really appreciate it.
00:24:21.000 Okay, let's go to Brandon.
00:24:22.000 Let's go, Brandon!
00:24:24.000 Brandon's going to stop being president on Monday.
00:24:27.000 Brandon, what's on your mind?
00:24:28.000 Good morning, Charlie.
00:24:29.000 So, last year, I was kicked out of my social work program at my Catholic school for saying men should protect women, disagreeing with pronouns, and wearing a real Women's Day shirt.
00:24:46.000 They said that I was not a good fit for social work, basically.
00:24:53.000 And then I've reached out to a few legal organizations, and most turn me down because it's a private school.
00:25:01.000 However, Pacific Justice Institute turned me down because it's a Catholic school, and they don't want to look bad by suing a supposed religious school, even though they support religious liberty.
00:25:16.000 So my question is, how do we keep or make...
00:25:24.000 It's a great question.
00:25:26.000 I mean, look, first and foremost, you have to take over those boards of supervisors and kind of the board of directors.
00:25:32.000 And we saw this with the St. Mary's Turning Point USA chapter, and we've had huge issues on our end.
00:25:38.000 I'm curious, can you tell the audience more about what happened when you decided to stand up?
00:25:43.000 Did it make you tougher?
00:25:44.000 Did it make you stronger throughout that entire process?
00:25:51.000 And politics last May, you know, which reinforced my beliefs.
00:25:57.000 And I decided, I knew that social work was liberal.
00:26:00.000 And I knew going in it was going to be tough.
00:26:03.000 But I couldn't give in.
00:26:06.000 It just doesn't make sense.
00:26:08.000 And going through the process of being kicked out, it was a month-long process, roughly.
00:26:13.000 A little longer with the appeals.
00:26:16.000 But that's one of the main things that brought me closer to God.
00:26:20.000 And now I'm reading the Bible every day in the Bible in 365 with your wife's help.
00:26:28.000 So I appreciate that.
00:26:28.000 But yeah, that whole situation.
00:26:30.000 Isn't that a great thing?
00:26:31.000 Oh, yes, it is.
00:26:33.000 But that whole situation is probably the biggest reason I've come back to God.
00:26:38.000 Well, praise God for that.
00:26:40.000 And thank you for that testimony.
00:26:43.000 And I'll tell you, you have to challenge these institutions that...
00:26:47.000 Fall from prowess and fall from their once great place.
00:26:55.000 and God bless you for that.
00:26:56.000 Hey, everybody.

00:28:00.000 Let's go to Adriana.
00:28:01.000 Adriana, thank you for being a member.
00:28:03.000 What is on your mind?
00:28:05.000 I'm here.
00:28:05.000 Sorry, I had to unmute.
00:28:07.000 So I just have a question regarding California.
00:28:09.000 So I'm a part of a 511 Media Group.
00:28:13.000 It's a new grassroots organization, and we're trying to do what you guys did across the nation.
00:28:19.000 What Scott Pressler did in Pennsylvania, here in California.
00:28:22.000 And, you know, we're hustling, we're talking at organizational meetings, we're doing all the things.
00:28:26.000 But I know California is a different animal.
00:28:28.000 So I was just wondering, with your expertise, what things do you recommend that we need to do different here, as opposed to different states in the Union?
00:28:36.000 You got a lot of work to do in California.
00:28:38.000 Look, the first and foremost thing I tell all of our amazing California patriots, understand you live in paradise.
00:28:43.000 They have destroyed paradise.
00:28:45.000 You need to take back every square inch you can, starting with local.
00:28:49.000 Start with your mayor.
00:28:50.000 Start with your water municipality.
00:28:52.000 By the way, you know, we used to make jokes.
00:28:54.000 Oh, what are you on the water reclamation board?
00:28:57.000 Pretty important.
00:28:58.000 We used to make fun of the water municipal review board.
00:29:02.000 Pretty darn important.
00:29:03.000 Right, Adriana?
00:29:04.000 That is a pretty important job.
00:29:06.000 Oh, what are you on the mosquito abatement thing?
00:29:08.000 Well, that's actually important too for West Nile and Lyme.
00:29:10.000 No, seriously.
00:29:11.000 That's a big thing.
00:29:12.000 Jack Posobiec agrees, by the way.
00:29:14.000 And so try to start local.
00:29:17.000 School boards are very important.
00:29:18.000 And also, I imagine you are a person of faith or at least akin to believing in God.
00:29:26.000 And if not, I encourage you to do that.
00:29:27.000 Making sure you have a strong church community and mobilizing it for greater good and for higher purposes is incredibly, incredibly important.
00:29:35.000 Remember, when we were in the dark night of the soul, this is very important, when we were in the dark winter of 2021, February, March, and April, where did our movement focus?
00:29:47.000 On school boards.
00:29:48.000 We focused on school boards all through 2021 and 2022. And in some ways, it was kind of a good restart.
00:29:55.000 We started with parents.
00:29:56.000 We started with kids.
00:29:57.000 It was a great restart for our movement when we were in oblivion.
00:30:01.000 And it was a bottom-up reset.
00:30:03.000 And we helped rebuild the entire movement in a very positive way.
00:30:09.000 Here we are now, four years later, taking back the White House.
00:30:13.000 Love California.
00:30:15.000 Have a heart for California.
00:30:17.000 Thank you so much.
00:30:18.000 Thank you.
00:30:19.000 Last question, a member question from Elizabeth, members.charliekirk.com.
00:30:23.000 What's on your mind?
00:30:25.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:30:26.000 Can you hear me?
00:30:27.000 Yes, I can.
00:30:27.000 What's on your mind?
00:30:28.000 So, it's a little bit nosy, and I apologize, but I had heard you on Thought Climb, and they had mentioned that you and Erica possibly met at the very first Trump rally, and only with what you're comfortable sharing.
00:30:40.000 Can you go over that story?
00:30:41.000 I would love to hear it.
00:30:42.000 No, we did not.
00:30:43.000 So, Erica was a Trumper before I was, and that's...
00:30:46.000 She's...
00:30:47.000 She's far more conservative than I am.
00:30:49.000 If you think I'm conservative, you've got to meet Erica.
00:30:51.000 She went to the very first Trump rally.
00:30:54.000 We did not meet there, but we met a little bit later, about a year and a half later.
00:31:00.000 And yeah, look, she was at that first Trump rally organized by Tyler Boyer in Maricopa County.
00:31:07.000 And that was President Trump's first rally.
00:31:09.000 So we host the President Trump again at AmericaFest.
00:31:12.000 For his only transition rally, basically.
00:31:14.000 Is that right, Jack?
00:31:15.000 The only rally he did during transition, basically, was AmericaFest?
00:31:18.000 Yeah, this time.
00:31:19.000 Last time was, yeah, all the place.
00:31:21.000 So, and very important to understand that.
00:31:24.000 And I told President Trump after, I said, you know, this was your first ever MAGA rally.
00:31:28.000 And he was very, very touched by that.
00:31:31.000 And Tyler told the entire story in our live stream.
00:31:33.000 And it was really remarkable.
00:31:34.000 But yes, Erica was right there at the first ever Trump rally.
00:31:37.000 And then Erica and I will be here as he takes the oath of office the second time.
00:31:43.000 Pretty amazing.
00:31:43.000 Thank you so much.
00:31:44.000 All right, I want to just close out everybody by making sure that you guys remain this weekend in prayer.
00:31:50.000 Prayer for the safety of our country, for the security of this event, for everyone that is working it.
00:31:55.000 There are hundreds of thousands of people involved in all this.
00:31:57.000 And also be grateful.
00:31:59.000 Your Liberation Day is coming on Monday.
00:32:01.000 You guys fought for it.
00:32:02.000 You guys asked for it.
00:32:03.000 You guys prayed for it.
00:32:04.000 You guys fasted for it.
00:32:05.000 This has been a spiritual struggle.
00:32:07.000 And you are right there.
00:32:09.000 We have 48 hours, basically.
00:32:11.000 Let me think about that.
00:32:13.000 No, I'm sorry.
00:32:13.000 72 hours.
00:32:14.000 Yeah, it's one more.
00:32:15.000 It's one more interval.
00:32:16.000 It's 72 hours, everybody.
00:32:18.000 Friday night, Saturday night.
00:32:19.000 You have only three more times you have to go to bed before Donald J. Trump is back in the White House.
00:32:25.000 And say thank you, Lord, for your grace, your goodness, and your mercy.
00:32:30.000 Monday is it.
00:32:31.000 It's Liberation Day.
00:32:33.000 Glory be to God.
00:32:34.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:32:35.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:37.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
