00:01:29.000 For this hour, we have the great and legendary Sage Steele, host of the Sage Steele Show.
00:01:35.000 Sage, welcome back to the program.
00:01:36.000 Great to see you.
00:01:37.000 Great to see you, Charlie.
00:01:39.000 So, Sage, you've been on the trail campaigning for President Trump.
00:01:42.000 Give us an update on that.
00:01:43.000 I cannot believe you just said that and that I can't deny it.
00:01:47.000 How did I end up campaigning?
00:01:49.000 How did I end up doing politics?
00:01:51.000 This was not at all what I thought I'd be doing, and I've loved every second of it.
00:01:55.000 Honestly, I've met the coolest people.
00:01:59.000 I've learned so much about the behind the scenes, and most importantly, To be out and about, like, boots on the ground in Atlanta and Charlotte and Pennsylvania.
00:02:07.000 And just talking to people, people just like me and you who, honestly, it sounds like a talking point, but it's not.
00:02:12.000 Just love this country and are concerned for what we have seen in the last four years and what could happen.
00:02:17.000 And it's just been so cool to, like, galvanize and to see people finding that courage to say, yes, I know we need a change and it's okay that I'm going to vote for Donald Trump.
00:02:27.000 Like, there's been a lot of progress.
00:02:29.000 So, Sage, you are a woman surrounding Donald Trump.
00:02:34.000 I am.
00:02:34.000 According to Mark Cuban, he doesn't surround himself with very intelligent women.
00:02:40.000 I've known Mark Cuban for a long time.
00:02:42.000 Have you?
00:02:42.000 We're both Indian.
00:02:43.000 So, I have to interrupt.
00:02:45.000 Tell us about the...
00:02:46.000 I played a tape.
00:02:48.000 I'm so interested in this.
00:02:49.000 Playcut89.
00:02:50.000 Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women.
00:02:54.000 Ever.
00:02:54.000 Ever.
00:02:55.000 It's just that simple.
00:02:56.000 Now, Sage, of course, you covered the Mavericks for years.
00:03:00.000 You know Mark Cuban.
00:03:01.000 The floor is yours.
00:03:03.000 I will say this.
00:03:04.000 I saw it right away and tried to take a deep breath because I'm like, okay, don't start posting videos until you take a deep breath and think about all of this.
00:03:11.000 And then I'm like, let me make sure I have the full context.
00:03:13.000 I listened to Alyssa, whatever her name is, listened to Alyssa's question.
00:03:17.000 There's no way to spin it, except for the fact I bet Mark would love to have a couple of words back and say things differently.
00:03:25.000 And you know what?
00:03:25.000 We've all been there before, right?
00:03:28.000 We did text a little bit last night, and we're still friends after what I posted.
00:03:35.000 But listen, Mark mouths off a lot, and Mark is unabashed about that and about his opinion.
00:03:41.000 And Mark is very smart, which is why I thought that it was so stupid that he said what he said.
00:03:48.000 I mean, it's just, it's ridiculous.
00:03:49.000 And it's kind of like, okay, let's go back and fix, well, what Joe Biden meant to say?
00:03:54.000 It was garbage when it You said what you said.
00:03:56.000 And so I'm just annoyed at how divisive he was with that comment and in general how that party has been and how that campaign has been.
00:04:09.000 When they lecture us the other day, lecture the riot about it, and let's come together more, but they're the ones that have used the terms like Hitler and Nazi and fascist and garbage from the sitting president of the United States and now saying that The former president, potential next president, does not surround himself with smart or strong women.
00:04:29.000 It's unnecessary, it's divisive, and most importantly, it's wrong.
00:04:32.000 I've been working directly with all women, literally dozens and dozens of women, on the Trump campaign.
00:04:39.000 And they're incredible women, and they're young, or they're not so young, they're my age, but they're smart and they're strong just for saying yes to working with Donald Trump.
00:04:50.000 Open mouth, insert foot, Mark Cuban.
00:04:53.000 But you know what?
00:04:54.000 Thank you.
00:04:55.000 We'll take that gift because now we're going to show them and prove even further that there's a lot of strong, intelligent women who get it.
00:05:03.000 And that's why we're voting for Donald Trump.
00:05:04.000 And talk about that because there is this message that you must vote for Kamala Harris just because you are a woman.
00:05:11.000 Just kind of help us unpack the message you are bringing to women on the fence.
00:05:18.000 But they did that with Hillary Clinton, too, right?
00:05:20.000 And then a couple weeks ago, you have Barack Obama saying you must vote for Kamala because she's Black.
00:05:26.000 And so they keep using these tactics.
00:05:29.000 And I also think that people are just tired of being told what to do.
00:05:34.000 And then when you've got DEI police everywhere, and then, no, we're accepting and we're tolerant and we're inclusive of everybody.
00:05:40.000 But now we're going to divide it down.
00:05:41.000 And because you're a woman, then you have to vote this way.
00:05:46.000 It's ignorant, actually.
00:05:48.000 And I think that a lot of people are just tired of it.
00:05:51.000 I say keep doing it at this point because the amount of women that have come up to me and said, what do they think were idiots?
00:05:58.000 I just kind of nod and smile because I'm like, yeah, I've been thinking that for a long time.
00:06:03.000 And Charlie, you know me.
00:06:03.000 And for years, I was afraid to say something.
00:06:05.000 Number one, because I had to keep my job at ESPN Disney.
00:06:09.000 Until I didn't.
00:06:10.000 And then you go, and then you realize that when you speak up, just by me getting to talk to you and the women that are going to see it, and even men who have wives and daughters, right?
00:06:21.000 We've been saying it on the road with Laura Trump and Elizabeth Pipko and Lynn Patton and everybody, courage is contagious.
00:06:28.000 And as women, that's what we want to tell other women.
00:06:30.000 Even if you don't vote for Donald Trump, go with what's in your heart.
00:06:35.000 Be true to that.
00:06:36.000 How about that Julia Roberts ad?
00:06:39.000 I mean, how...
00:06:40.000 So let me take a pause here, Sage.
00:06:41.000 I have to do...
00:06:42.000 Thank you for that moral clarity.
00:06:44.000 So the Julia Roberts ad comes out.
00:06:47.000 I come out against it, not that forcefully on the Megyn Kelly show.
00:06:50.000 And I say that Kamala Harris wants women to lie to their husbands.
00:06:55.000 And the Democrats got really mad at me saying, how dare you want to control women?
00:07:00.000 I said, no, I think it's bad that the Democrat Party wants to create acrimony in families and that their way to get political power is to try to have deceit and underhandedness between what I believe is a holy union in front of God.
00:07:15.000 And the Democrats lose their mind, like, how dare you say that it's a bad thing?
00:07:18.000 Let's play the ad.
00:07:20.000 I think it is morally repulsive.
00:07:22.000 The Democrats want to see women turn against, quote-unquote, their stupid husbands.
00:07:27.000 Play Cut 49.
00:07:31.000 Your turn, honey.
00:07:33.000 In the one place in America where women still have a right to choose, you can vote any way you want.
00:07:41.000 And no one will ever know.
00:07:45.000 Did you make the right choice?
00:07:50.000 Sure did, honey.
00:07:51.000 Remember, what happens in the booth stays in the booth.
00:07:55.000 Vote Harris-Waltz.
00:07:56.000 Vote Common Good is responsible for the contents of this ad.
00:07:59.000 I have so many thoughts, but to you, Sage.
00:08:02.000 Honestly, it made me sad when I saw it.
00:08:05.000 And it also made me think to myself, they are desperate.
00:08:09.000 Because that's actually surprising that the Democrats would put out an ad like that, I think, in many ways.
00:08:14.000 And also, it's a lie.
00:08:16.000 It started off by saying the one place that women still have a right, like, to do what they want, to say what they want.
00:08:22.000 I forgot the wording.
00:08:23.000 That's ridiculous.
00:08:24.000 And I just think, does their campaign believe that that many women...
00:08:30.000 Are just gonna bite on that low-hanging fruit.
00:08:33.000 Maybe, but for me and a mother of two young adult women, my daughters are 18 and 22, and then for my son, who's 20, to see something like that, I mean, I plan on having conversations with them about that ad.
00:08:47.000 Like, what stands out to you?
00:08:49.000 The point is, when you break it down like that and try to pander, that's what it is, to women, almost out of guilt, whatever it might be.
00:08:59.000 But then, to your point, Hiding it from your spouse.
00:09:03.000 How about just have a conversation?
00:09:05.000 And if you end up having different opinions, go with that.
00:09:09.000 But that part shouldn't surprise me, right, Charlie?
00:09:11.000 Because they actually don't care about the morals and the values.
00:09:16.000 That's what I have learned.
00:09:17.000 Morals and values within a marriage, which is a sacrament in the Catholic faith, right?
00:09:22.000 No, that's right.
00:09:23.000 I think it's sad.
00:09:25.000 I think it's very sad.
00:09:25.000 And it's very, very telling about their priorities and the morals and values.
00:09:28.000 And that is across the board between that and abortion.
00:09:32.000 It actually is pretty consistent.
00:09:34.000 So maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
00:09:36.000 Yeah, and I just also, the way that they portray the man as if he's just some sort of a fool and an idiot, kind of just like a happy-go-lucky guy.
00:09:46.000 And the Democrats do not believe in the nuclear family, and they've already destroyed it in the macro, and now they're trying to destroy it in the micro.
00:09:53.000 In no political situation should you want to undermine a union between a husband and a wife.
00:10:02.000 And voting is really important.
00:10:03.000 And you have to ask, what else is she lying to him about?
00:10:05.000 Is she stealing money?
00:10:07.000 Is she lying about other potential things?
00:10:10.000 Because that is a lie.
00:10:12.000 She's obviously saying one thing to her husband and doing a different thing.
00:10:17.000 It is hard to put into words how vile that is.
00:10:19.000 The Democrat Party...
00:10:23.000 We're just assuming, based on the hat that he was wearing and based on the ad itself, that they were portraying him as a Trump voter.
00:10:30.000 I don't know that I'd go as far as if she's lying with other things and stealing money.
00:10:36.000 It's by a Democrat super PAC. Did you vote for the right guy?
00:10:41.000 No, you're right.
00:10:42.000 I'm trying to be a little softer on it for the sake of maybe the woman.
00:10:47.000 I don't know.
00:10:48.000 At the end of the day, of course, they're all super PACs, they're actors, etc.
00:10:51.000 But I do think this, that it goes back to the point of fear.
00:10:55.000 And because of how they have run this election, and frankly, how it's been going since 2015, since Donald Trump came down the golden escalators, and the fear tactics, which have worked incredibly, these are the kind of things that they have been doing, right to try to make it make it so you're afraid to say here's why I actually do believe in Donald Trump here's why as a woman of color I do think it's okay
00:11:23.000 and actually it's the only way based on how people of color have been treated in these Democrat-run cities for half of a century.
00:11:31.000 So there's this clip going viral online of a dozen women being asked the following question Do we need men?
00:11:40.000 Most answered very quickly, no.
00:11:43.000 And only one said she thought women needed a man in their lives.
00:11:47.000 Only one.
00:11:48.000 But when men were asked a similar question, do we need women, most of them said yes.
00:11:55.000 So why do you think that is?
00:11:58.000 Because men are useless.
00:12:01.000 And by the way, I want to differentiate between straight men and gay men because I think I would die without gay men.
00:12:08.000 Nobody can gossip like gay men.
00:12:10.000 Nobody can help you accessorize like gay men.
00:12:13.000 Nobody can help you...
00:12:14.000 Keep you from doing harm to yourself like gay men.
00:12:19.000 But with the exception of somebody like Steve, I think Steve is very self-sufficient.
00:12:24.000 He is.
00:12:24.000 That's Joyce's husband.
00:12:25.000 My husband, it takes a village of women to make sure that he's not emaciated, starving, and living in his own filth.
00:12:34.000 That is quite the narrative.
00:12:37.000 So, again, that clip is, I think, a year old or something.
00:12:40.000 But it does play into this narrative of anti-male sentiment that is certainly spreading across the country.
00:12:46.000 There's a lot of cultural commentary about it.
00:12:48.000 The gender divide is quite dramatic, though, Sage.
00:12:50.000 We need to try to close it.
00:12:52.000 Young men are heavily favoring Donald Trump.
00:12:54.000 Young women are heavily favoring Kamala Harris.
00:12:57.000 I wish it was closer.
00:12:58.000 I wish that we voted for what is best for the country.
00:13:01.000 How do we best close that gender divide in the next couple days?
00:13:04.000 Honestly, I think the biggest reason for that is social media and the messages that are put out there on TikTok.
00:13:09.000 My kids are 22, 20, and 18, and my daughter, the oldest in particular, she'll tell me what she sees because she tends to be very conservative on her own.
00:13:18.000 She went on her own and started to learn and read and watch.
00:13:21.000 And I encouraged her a lot to do that as a teenager.
00:13:24.000 And I think it's up to the parents to really guide our kids, our young women, and say, This is what they're telling you on TikTok, on social media, and these are the facts.
00:13:36.000 Now decide for yourself, because I'll say that was something my parents did really, I think, well with me, is to not even tell me how they voted.
00:13:43.000 I asked them, and they're like, it's none of your business.
00:13:45.000 Go do the research and figure out who you want to vote for, why you align, And follow that.
00:13:50.000 And I think that's actually a responsibility as parents.
00:13:52.000 It's not to say, believe this, but show them the true facts, how to research them themselves, and then make an educated decision because people aren't making educated decisions.
00:14:02.000 Charlie, I watch all the stuff that you do on the college campuses.
00:14:04.000 My entire family does.
00:14:06.000 My 75-year-old mother calls me the other day and she's like, did you see this one?
00:14:10.000 And I think that's proof that these kids aren't even necessarily like, it isn't like We're good to go.
00:14:26.000 And faith and church and things that I think, based on what you said, the Democrats not wanting the nuclear family to exist, not wanting us to talk about God and faith.
00:14:36.000 Look what Kamala Harris said at her rally in Pennsylvania a few weeks ago when they yelled Jesus is Lord about abortion.
00:14:43.000 That's not just a one-off.
00:14:45.000 That's real.
00:14:46.000 And so when we don't focus on faith and try to guide our kids to at least make educated decisions, we are failing them.
00:14:53.000 And then that's why we are in the situation we're in.
00:14:56.000 I agree with all of that, and hopefully we'll be a nation that will point back to faith and to God and eternal principles.
00:15:03.000 I just want to close with this, Sage.
00:15:05.000 Out of your career, you could have not imagined being where you are today, advocating for Trump on the campaign trail.
00:15:12.000 Just give us your top-of-mind reaction of how God has mysterious plans for all of us.
00:15:20.000 I am so glad that you asked this question.
00:15:23.000 No one's asked me this yet.
00:15:24.000 I talk about it with my parents every single day.
00:15:26.000 It almost gets me choked up because I was so fearful when I said goodbye and stood up for myself and sued ESPN and Disney.
00:15:33.000 I was so scared because I had this great life and making money and my dream job.
00:15:38.000 And then you realize you can't be quiet anymore.
00:15:39.000 And you've not talked about this before, but I have noticed, especially in just the last six to eight weeks when it comes to, okay, do I put on this pink women for Trump jacket and post it, right?
00:15:50.000 Do I talk to Charlie Kirk about these things?
00:15:52.000 Every time I've just let it go, And let God guide me.
00:15:57.000 The things that come from it are beautiful.
00:16:00.000 Most importantly, the people I've met, the experiences I've been able to have, and to find even more good and love in this country than the Democrats would like for us to believe.
00:16:10.000 There's so much good, and I would not be here right now, literally or figuratively in any way, If not for my faith in God and letting go and realizing that we're all going to get the hate.
00:16:21.000 But what's bigger than that is all the good that comes with it.
00:16:24.000 And if we can share our faith, it's such a blessing.
00:16:28.000 And that's why I'm no longer afraid.
00:16:30.000 I'm so glad that I am allowed to talk to you.
00:16:32.000 And I just want to encourage you, Sage.
00:16:34.000 You are such an important person in this space and so wise and smart and fearless.
00:16:40.000 And you inspire so many people.
00:16:41.000 God bless you, Sage.
00:16:42.000 Truly.
00:16:43.000 Thank you.
00:16:43.000 Thank you, Charlie, as well.
00:16:44.000 We'll see you soon.
00:16:47.000 We have with us the chairman of the Georgia GOP, Josh McCoon.
00:16:53.000 Josh, how we doing?
00:16:54.000 Give us the analysis bit by bit.
00:16:57.000 You and I have been texting.
00:16:58.000 What are we seeing out of the beautiful state of Georgia?
00:17:01.000 So, really good numbers.
00:17:02.000 Again, today, over 100,000 people voted as of noon.
00:17:07.000 For people listening in Georgia, it's not too late if you haven't already voted.
00:17:11.000 If you're in line this afternoon, you'll be allowed to stay until you vote.
00:17:15.000 But we're continuing to track a significant lead, 75,000, 80,000 vote lead, we believe, for President Trump in the early and absentee voting together.
00:17:26.000 If we have a We should be in good shape.
00:17:37.000 We should be on track.
00:17:38.000 But the only way that's going to happen is if Republicans continue to turn out in large numbers.
00:17:43.000 We've got a lot of the votes we need.
00:17:45.000 A lot of people came out early and banked their votes.
00:17:47.000 I'd say we're at the 10-yard line, but it's going to take those Election Day voters to put us over the top, put us in the end zone, and make sure that our 16 electoral votes go for President Trump.
00:17:57.000 So let's go through this.
00:17:59.000 Let's compare and contrast parts of the state and early voting with 2020.
00:18:03.000 So first, tell us the story that was in 2020 and then what we are seeing today.
00:18:07.000 So what we saw in 2020 was very significant turnout in the Black community.
00:18:13.000 For a Democrat to win statewide here in Georgia, you generally need 30% of the overall vote to be Black voters, and then that Democrat needs to get over 90% of that vote.
00:18:26.000 Here in 2024, we're sitting on about 26% of the total vote are black voters.
00:18:32.000 So you're not seeing places like Clayton County, Georgia, Albany, Georgia, turn out with the same enthusiasm that they turned out four years ago.
00:18:40.000 By contrast, rural Georgia, really the base and bedrock of the Republican Party here in Georgia, is turning out in incredible numbers.
00:18:49.000 I believe Towns County, Georgia, up in the North Georgia mountains, is the highest turnout county in America right now.
00:18:56.000 Almost 70% of all registered voters in Towns County have voted.
00:19:01.000 And they're not alone.
00:19:03.000 We're seeing that all over the state.
00:19:05.000 24 of the top 25 state house districts for turnout are held by Republicans.
00:19:11.000 The top five congressional districts for turnout are held by Republicans.
00:19:16.000 So what we're seeing is an enthusiasm gap.
00:19:19.000 That was not there in 2020.
00:19:21.000 And of course, we can't just bank on that.
00:19:25.000 We've got to make sure our people continue to turn out in very big numbers.
00:19:29.000 So that's the big story right now, is we're not seeing that heavy turnout in the Democratic-leaning areas, but very heavy turnout in rural Georgia, in ex-urban areas around Atlanta, Columbus, Augusta, and Macon, that all trend Republican.
00:19:44.000 So let me ask you, Josh, what is the number?
00:19:48.000 What is the magic number that we need to hit on Election Day?
00:19:51.000 So we're looking, if we end today with about 4 million, which is where I think we're going to be, we're going to be looking for an Election Day turnout In excess of a million, that election day turnout should be more Republican than the early voting and absentee voting and should put a significant distance between President Trump and Vice President Harris if we get that turnout on election day.
00:20:16.000 So what I'm looking for is that we get over a million, that we crest the five million total vote mark.
00:20:21.000 I think if we do that, it's going to be a good night for us, an early night for us here in Georgia.
00:20:26.000 Blake, would you like to chime in for a second?
00:20:28.000 So I guess just a natural question a lot of people are asking, Josh, is we have seen that the Election Day vote is more Republican in past elections, but a lot of that was because we weren't doing early voting.
00:20:42.000 Now we are.
00:20:43.000 Is there a particular reason that we are optimistic that the Election Day vote will tilt Republican as it has in the past?
00:20:51.000 That's a great question.
00:20:52.000 So almost 20% of the people that have turned out in this election so far in Georgia did not vote in the 2020 election.
00:21:01.000 Over 600,000 votes out of the roughly 4 million that will probably be cast by the end of the day today.
00:21:07.000 Probably closer to 700,000 if that trend continues.
00:21:11.000 So those obviously are not voters that voted on election day in 2020.
00:21:16.000 So we're not cannibalizing that election day vote.
00:21:19.000 The last time I looked, It's about 8.5% of the early voters are Republican-modeled voters that voted early this time that voted Election Day in 2020.
00:21:31.000 So about 91% of our Election Day voters are available for Election Day, which is why I'm optimistic that our Election Day turnout is going to look very similar to how it's looked in previous election cycles.
00:21:44.000 So that's great news.
00:21:46.000 I think Blake touched on this, but is there no cannibalization fear, Josh?
00:21:50.000 You guys have a lot left on the shelf.
00:21:52.000 Is that right?
00:21:53.000 That's exactly right.
00:21:54.000 We have a lot left to go.
00:21:56.000 We've got a lot of new voters that voted in this election.
00:21:59.000 We have a lot of people that voted absentee four years ago because, of course, we were dealing with COVID that have transferred to early in-person voters.
00:22:10.000 So we haven't really seen that much Election Day voters moving to early voting.
00:22:17.000 Some, but not significant.
00:22:19.000 Nine in ten of our Election Day voters are still available.
00:22:21.000 On the Democrat side of the equation, Black female voters have turned out in very significant numbers, while Black male voters have largely been staying at home.
00:22:32.000 That's what's been depressing the Black vote.
00:22:34.000 So we're going into Election Day, I believe, with an energized, A population of voters who are ready to turn out.
00:22:41.000 They want to turn out on election day.
00:22:42.000 It's what they do.
00:22:43.000 And with Democrats approaching a ceiling.
00:22:46.000 So again, this is all dependent on us successfully turning the vote out.
00:22:51.000 That's why I'm going to Gainesville, Georgia tomorrow, Hall County.
00:22:57.000 We're going to run through the tape over the next four days because we have to keep pushing our people to the polls.
00:23:02.000 Again, I'm optimistic, but that optimism is fueled by a belief that we are going to be able to successfully turn out these people and crest that 5 million voter mark on Tuesday.
00:23:13.000 So, and that other question people have is the law fair in Fulton County.
00:23:18.000 Stacey Abrams seems a little muted this cycle versus prior.
00:23:22.000 Is that fair to say?
00:23:23.000 We're still battling with Mark Elias and the usual crowd.
00:23:28.000 In Fulton County, only nine of the poll workers that we submitted that went through the training were hired by Fulton County.
00:23:36.000 There's a hearing going on right now.
00:23:39.000 We've got litigation going on in Cobb.
00:23:41.000 There are about 21 cases in various stages of litigation here in Georgia.
00:23:47.000 So I wouldn't describe it as quiet by any means, but what I will say is we have been very aggressive.
00:23:53.000 I'm talking about we're not getting the front page of our magazine articles with the cape.
00:23:53.000 No, you've been aggressive.
00:23:57.000 Is that fair to say?
00:23:58.000 Correct.
00:23:59.000 That is very fair to say, yes.
00:24:01.000 When they said, this is our superhero.
00:24:02.000 Remember that, Blake?
00:24:03.000 They said, she's our superhero.
00:24:05.000 And by the way, they weren't wrong.
00:24:07.000 She delivered two senators and electoral votes to Biden.
00:24:10.000 I mean, she orchestrated all that, but it was very tricky, right?
00:24:14.000 Josh, it was not legitimate what she did.
00:24:17.000 So there is some fear and a question is, has the Kemp machine been activated?
00:24:23.000 Even if it's not fully activated, it's helpful to have an infrastructure and you feel better with that turnout operation than what you saw in 2020?
00:24:32.000 Yeah, everyone's rowing in the same direction.
00:24:35.000 The governor's political machinery is really focused on some close state legislative races.
00:24:40.000 But again, that's turning out voters in areas that we need to turn out.
00:24:44.000 And one thing that's really different this time, we've got this great deployment from Turning Point, Faith and Freedom Coalition, Greater Georgia.
00:24:54.000 We've got a constellation of Center-right groups that are working together to make sure we get our vote out.
00:25:01.000 And that's a big difference from four years ago.
00:25:03.000 Yeah, and so then it's, I mean, Josh, we don't have to overcomplicate it.
00:25:07.000 It's going to be a matter of who can get human beings out to vote coming this Tuesday, right?
00:25:11.000 What are the hot spots for our audience?
00:25:14.000 We need to run up the score in the rules, but we also, in the exurbs of Atlanta, we need to have a good election day as well.
00:25:20.000 We can't forget that.
00:25:21.000 Explain as we close.
00:25:23.000 Yeah, so counties you want to look for, you know, Effingham right outside of Savannah.
00:25:28.000 We want to be looking for Fulton.
00:25:31.000 I'm sorry, not Fulton, but Bartow, Forsyth, Cherokee.
00:25:38.000 Those counties are really important.
00:25:40.000 And again, it's about getting out to vote.
00:25:42.000 Hall County, where I'm going tomorrow, is a key area for us.
00:25:45.000 58% of Donald Trump's votes came north of Interstate 20, so north of Atlanta.
00:25:50.000 So we're spending a lot of time, resources, energy in that part of the state.
00:25:55.000 Wait, hold on a second.
00:25:56.000 You said how much in the entire state came north of I-20?
00:26:01.000 How much?
00:26:02.000 That's right, 58%.
00:26:04.000 Well, I mean, that's good, but also, there's a fair amount of unrealized gains in the southern part of the state.
00:26:09.000 I mean, Valdosta, that's Trump country down there.
00:26:12.000 Albany, Waycross, you know, those are our people, right, Josh?
00:26:17.000 Absolutely.
00:26:18.000 They're 100% of our people, and we're working to get out the vote in those areas of the state as well.
00:26:22.000 I'm going to McDonough tonight for an event.
00:26:25.000 Of course, President Trump's coming to Macon, and I believe he's coming to Macon because he wants to activate those areas in the 8th Congressional District, right there in the Valdosta area in southeastern Georgia.
00:26:37.000 So a lot of things are in the works that I believe are going to continue to move those voters forward.
00:26:42.000 But we're seeing good turnout.
00:26:43.000 We're seeing good turnout in the 1st Congressional District on the coast.
00:26:46.000 We're seeing good turnout in the 8th Congressional District.
00:26:49.000 We just want more of it.
00:26:50.000 And I believe President Trump making one more stop is really going to help us do that.
00:26:54.000 It's on his schedule.
00:26:55.000 Josh, excellent work.
00:26:56.000 Thank you so much.
00:26:57.000 Thank you for having me.
00:26:58.000 Guys, look, if we turn out, Carrie Lake can win.
00:27:00.000 If we turn out, Eric Hovde can win.
00:27:02.000 Blake, can you talk about really quick, it's so easy to talk about the presidency, we might be able to sneak a couple Senate races across the finish line.
00:27:09.000 Yeah, and that's so important, not just, like, one, we just need to get the Senate, and we have good odds on that, because we have free pickup in West Virginia, we're looking strong in Montana, but you never know, sometimes things go wrong.
00:27:20.000 But it's also just looking ahead.
00:27:22.000 You want Trump to have a strong presidency, assuming we win, and one of the things to look ahead to is, 2022, there's midterms.
00:27:29.000 2026.
00:27:30.000 Or 26.
00:27:31.000 Isn't that crazy to say that?
00:27:32.000 Yeah, 2026.
00:27:33.000 So we're in the future, Charlie.
00:27:34.000 I know.
00:27:35.000 So that's a tougher Senate map for us.
00:27:37.000 It's a tough map for us.
00:27:38.000 And so you have to think, we're likely to lose some senators in that map.
00:27:42.000 And so you want that give so that in the second half of a Trump term, he's still able to confirm people.
00:27:49.000 What if there's a Supreme Court vacancy in the second half?
00:27:51.000 It was so important for us to...
00:27:53.000 That we had a Senate majority in the second half of Trump's term.
00:27:58.000 I mean, maybe if you get to 53, 54, you tell Thomas and Alito your time is up in a very kind way.
00:28:03.000 I think they'll understand.
00:28:05.000 No, no, no.
00:28:06.000 I'm not saying badly.
00:28:08.000 I think they'll be like, hey, guys, you don't want to do the Ruth Bader Ginsburg thing and have a Democrat president, right?
00:28:13.000 Exactly.
00:28:13.000 And you get a spring chicken.
00:28:16.000 That one guy, Justice Yu, you know what I'm talking about?
00:28:18.000 He's amazing.
00:28:20.000 Asian-American guy.
00:28:22.000 He's terrific.
00:28:22.000 So, we're at a situation where Carrie Light could win, Eric Hovdey could win, Dave McCormick could win, Bernie Moreno could win.
00:28:30.000 Huge gains across the board.
00:28:30.000 If we get a nice, big win, you get a spillover effect.
00:28:34.000 And that's one of the big things.
00:28:35.000 We don't just want Trump to win.
00:28:37.000 If we can get Trump over the hump by 2% or 3%, one, our election night is a lot less sweaty and is a lot more fun, and two, you get...
00:28:45.000 All of that spillover, you make it so Trump comes in with energy, he comes in with a mandate, he comes in with the ability to say, this is the way it's going to be done.
00:28:53.000 Whereas if he just sneaks over the line, they already have the groundwork in place to start mucking everything up, making it way more difficult.
00:28:59.000 We want a fun presidency where we accomplish things.
00:29:02.000 Yeah, and look, they're going to fight, but if we have margins in the Senate, you lose a Murkowski, you lose a Collins because they won't vote for you, you're still okay.
00:29:08.000 Exactly.
00:29:09.000 And if you only get to 51 with a Trump, whew.
00:29:11.000 I mean, that'll be because Collins and Murkowski won't be with you.
00:29:14.000 You can have maybe a two-vote majority on every committee instead of a one-vote one.
00:29:18.000 Which is huge.
00:29:18.000 You get so much less room for shenanigans that are irritating.
00:29:22.000 And don't forget the House.
00:29:23.000 We can't name too many specific House districts, but we want to hold the House.
00:29:27.000 We want to be able to pass things.
00:29:29.000 If you have a majority in both...
00:29:31.000 Yeah, the House isn't getting as much attention.
00:29:33.000 It's going to be a toughie because of redistricting.
00:29:35.000 We didn't focus on redistricting the way we should have.
00:29:37.000 But Trump might have coattails that can keep us the House.
00:29:40.000 For sure, for sure.
00:29:42.000 Think of 2016.
00:29:43.000 2016, Democrats were looking to take the House.
00:29:46.000 Democrats were looking to take the Senate.
00:29:48.000 It was a very tough map for us in 2016.
00:29:50.000 And instead, we actually, I think we made gains in the Senate, or at least we didn't lose.
00:29:55.000 Oh, no, we did in both.
00:29:56.000 We made gains in the House and the Senate.
00:29:58.000 It was such an upset, and if we can deliver that upset again, we come in with momentum, and I think great things could happen if we close the deal.
00:30:07.000 We don't drop the ball like the guy...
00:30:09.000 They had another one of those NFL players.
00:30:11.000 I asked for the clip.
00:30:12.000 I don't know if we have it, but I'm sure people saw it.
00:30:15.000 The guy, straight up.
00:30:16.000 Come on, I thought we asked for that clip.
00:30:18.000 I don't know where it is, but another guy right before the end zone dropped the ball.
00:30:22.000 And this keeps happening, guys.
00:30:24.000 Right running up to the line and just dropping the ball.
00:30:26.000 Don't be the Chicago Bears where you take that last playoff.
00:30:28.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:30:30.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:32.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
