00:01:51.000He was out later doing events than I was yesterday.
00:01:55.000And so yesterday we went and did our Superchase events in Queen Creek and Mesa, which are the deployments to go chase ballots.
00:02:02.000It is the beginning of the strategy to win election month.
00:02:10.000After that, we did an event on campus.
00:02:12.000Let's show the picture of us on campus yesterday at Arizona State University.
00:02:16.000Thousands and thousands of students That we're attending our on-campus event at Arizona State University.
00:02:23.000After that, we then went to more Super Chase events, and then we did an evening event with Donald Trump Jr.
00:02:29.000right on campus there at ASU at the Omni Hotel, which I'm sure we can throw up a picture of that of.
00:02:34.000And then after that, we did a very unique event.
00:02:38.000An event that shows, and by the way, it's consistent with some recent polling.
00:02:44.000The evidence for a big youth gender gap, as we've been saying on this program, New York Times writes, young men are much more Republican than young women.
00:02:52.000The best data suggests and may wind up backing Republicans.
00:03:33.000Harris is, however, faring no better than Joe Biden did among young men in the Times-Sietta data, even though she's made significant gains among young women.
00:03:41.000If this enormous gender gap among young voters holds, it'll be one of the most important developments of the election season, one that would at once clarify a surprising trend and perhaps even change how we understand gender and cultural dynamics in America today.
00:03:52.000Understand, us losing young women is not a good thing, but if young men almost offset it, that means that, by definition, Kamala Harris would only win the youth vote by like 18 or 20 points, which would be a seismic change versus prior election cycles.
00:04:07.000Now, what you're looking up on screen there is a BYOB event that we did at Turning Point Action last night.
00:04:14.000Nope, not bring your own beer, not bring your own beverage.
00:04:21.000This is a one-of-a-kind turning point action deployment event where we had our staffers plan an event with Don Jr.
00:04:30.000in the evening on the campus of Arizona State University.
00:04:32.000Let's show that B-roll, guys, where we were able to facilitate over 280 first-time voters for Donald Trump that submitted their ballot right there at the BYOB event.
00:05:07.000People were bringing in their ballots.
00:05:10.000There is no other organization in the country that is mobilizing low-prop first-time voters and getting their votes into the system like Turning Point Action.
00:05:20.000In fact, let's show the video, guys, of actually outside of the Dropbox.
00:05:25.000These are first-time voters, by the way.
00:05:27.000These are people that have never voted before.
00:08:07.000But we're beating them in early voting.
00:08:10.000So we had this event at the Omni Hotel.
00:08:14.000And I was not sure what to expect right there.
00:08:16.000And I asked the audience, raise your hand if you have voted yet.
00:08:21.000And I would say 10% of the room raised their hand.
00:08:25.000Now mind you, that is motivating because we've got to get them out to the polls.
00:08:29.000But these are high, high propensity voters.
00:08:32.000These are people that will crawl over glass to go vote for Trump.
00:08:37.000What I'm getting at, though, is that if we're beating the Democrats already in early voting, what that sample size showed me at the Omni Hotel is that our best and most reliable voters haven't engaged yet.
00:08:55.000Said otherwise, what Turning Point Action is doing in Arizona to get out the vote of low propensity voters is Means that we are now competing and beating Democrats in early voting with people that otherwise may not have showed up at all.
00:09:10.000And our best voters have not even dipped a toe into this election yet.
00:09:53.000And then 10,000 independent or nonpartisan.
00:09:56.000That means that, and by the way, we have chased over 10,000 early low propensity ballots in just the first week of early voting.
00:10:03.000That means 14% of all Republican ballots submitted so far were because of turning point action ballot chasers and those videos that you saw.
00:11:16.000Protect yourself, protect your family, and stay connected with Sat123.com.
00:11:22.000There's so much meat on the bone and what we have to do is to keep on drive out new voters to the polls.
00:11:28.000Yesterday was the first day of voting in North Carolina.
00:11:32.000Of course, North Carolina was flooded terribly, especially in western North Carolina.
00:11:38.000North Carolina has had a very, very difficult couple weeks and has been abandoned by FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
00:11:47.000In Western North Carolina, despite homes being destroyed, despite widespread and mass flooding, we saw that some of the counties that performed the highest in turnout yesterday in North Carolina were those that were most significantly affected by the flooding.
00:12:07.000That was the most significant affected by the flooding were the ones that were most willing to go and vote.
00:12:14.000You see, this is a survival This is a question of survival right now on the ground in the great state of North Carolina.
00:12:24.000We're seeing similar trends in Georgia.
00:12:26.000You see long lines of early voting in North Carolina.
00:12:30.000You see, this surge that we are seeing is the pent-up demand of the patriotic core and backbone of America to want to save it.
00:12:40.000But it's going to require every single one of us to continue to do the work.
00:14:46.000Some 59% of Americans say they believe the economy is getting worse compared to just 23% who say it's getting better, with more Americans trusting Trump to handle the economy if he wins a second term.
00:15:01.000You see, on the fundamental and core issues, We're winning.
00:15:06.000This is no longer a persuasion election.
00:15:09.000This is going to be about who can dig deeper.
00:17:05.000Yeah, Rights and Freedoms in Peril is out this week.
00:17:07.000It's a book America needs, and frankly, Americans need to read before the election, because we talk about many of the issues at stake during this election, so it's educational in that regard.
00:17:20.000And I'm nervous about the election, how it's going to be run, whether it's going to be honestly run.
00:17:25.000And this book details the secrets they don't want you to know about what happened in 2020 and how those fundamental issues that compromise the 2020 election may still emerge in 2024 and what can be done about it.
00:17:41.000And the left is completely opposed to it.
00:17:45.000And I despair in the sense of how little needs to be done to fix elections, but also I'm hopeful because so little needs to be done to make elections so much cleaner.
00:18:08.000It's just the last year and a half, two years, Judicial Watch's litigation cleaned up 4 million dirty names from the rolls, meaning people who shouldn't be on the rolls.
00:18:19.000And we're in court still in Illinois and California to clean up the rolls.
00:18:23.000We may sue in Oregon, frankly, any minute.
00:18:27.000They've got the dirtiest rolls in the nation, as best I can tell.
00:18:31.000So the Justice Department, of course, has been AWOL on this because they don't want the rolls to be cleaned.
00:18:37.000They're run by Democrats, and they have an interest in dirty voting rolls because dirty voting rolls Provide a pool of voters that fraudsters can use to vote.
00:18:50.000And so we've been alone in doing this heavy lifting.
00:18:54.000And you see in the news just in the last week, the Justice Department, rather than cleaning up the rolls, comes in, abuses the law to sue Virginia to tell them that federal law requires them to keep non-citizens on the rolls.
00:19:08.000This is extraordinary stuff, but I do want to emphasize one thing, everybody, which is voter rolls sounds wonky.
00:19:15.000Voter rolls is without a doubt the most important legal fight because dirty voter rolls is the original sin in erroneous mail-in ballots being received and then mail-in ballots then being counted.
00:19:32.000Is that if someone is just looking at the ballot tabulation from the time the ballots are received at its final point of contact, they'll say, oh, these are all real ballots.
00:19:43.000But hold on, they might be legitimately processed ballots, but illegitimately sent out in the sense that they're being sent out to people that have moved, that have died, that are two or three times registered.
00:19:56.000How dirty voter rolls are the original sin of broken elections?
00:20:01.000You highlight when you have mass mailing of ballots and you have voters who shouldn't be there, there's a good chance voters who have moved away or who are dead are going to get ballots in the mail.
00:20:16.000Or there's a chance because the names have been old and people know and fraudsters track this, the parties track this, it's available to everyone who's voted recently, who's likely moved away, and just and just because you're inactive and haven't voted for a long time, you're still on the registration list and votes can be made in your name.
00:20:39.000So if there's no voter ID, or as you point out, the balloting takes place away from the voting place, meaning unsupervised voting through the mail, it's much easier to get away with fraud voting in someone else's name.
00:20:53.000And we don't have to prove whether it happens or not.
00:20:55.000That's the risk, and that's why the law requires the states take reasonable steps to clean up the rolls.
00:21:01.000The left doesn't want to do anything reasonable to curtail voter fraud, Or the concern that Americans have that, what do you mean you're not taking dead people off the rolls?
00:21:12.000Are you expecting us to believe the election is going to be honest if that's the case?
00:21:18.000And as I said, the Justice Department and the left fight us.
00:21:21.000Well, in this case, the left fights us tooth and nail.
00:21:25.000All these Soros operations, all these Mark Elias type groups are coming in and trying to stop us from cleaning up the rolls.
00:21:32.000And on top of it, The other big issue I think this year, Charlie, and I'd be interested in your views on this, is the counting of ballots after Election Day.
00:21:42.000I don't think it should happen at all.
00:21:44.000In the least, counting ballots that arrive after Election Day is anathema.
00:21:50.000And the federal law sets an Election Day.
00:21:53.000Taking ballots in after Election Day and counting them is obviously contrary to law.
00:24:20.000So it's the fixed can be have two different words.
00:24:23.000So so they've structured the voting process in places like Arizona or up in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania to make it easier to steal the election if need be.
00:24:34.000So if you normalize the counting of ballots after Election Day, boy, that sure makes it easier for fraudsters to come in and manipulate the outcome.
00:24:45.000And I don't care if voters get nervous about it, because it's all about winning.
00:24:50.000And, you know, I've seen three or four stories in the Washington Post.
00:24:53.000CBS News was pushing this garbage out as well.
00:24:56.000Oh, we won't know who won on election night.
00:25:00.000Remember, in 2020, Pennsylvania took four days to count their ballots.
00:25:07.000And it ought to be not normal nor accepted.
00:25:10.000And I tell you, if President Trump doesn't have...
00:25:14.000In 2020, he had the votes to win on election night.
00:25:18.000And that result was changed as a result of unprecedented, I would argue, unlawful counting that occurred for days after Election Day.
00:25:26.000And I tell you, if we don't know who won on election night, I think it's going to be very unpleasant in terms of what the outcomes are in terms of voter confidence.
00:25:57.000That bill was signed in 2006, and it requires us to use DMV data Where people self-identify as non-citizens to then go through a process of removing them from the voter rolls if they're on the voter rolls.
00:26:39.000We go through a process of notifying the registrar that they need to be told that if they cannot affirm their citizenship in 14 days, they're taken off the voter roll.
00:26:50.000So what the government's saying is that you can't have a systemic process or systematic process to remove entire swaths of people from the rolls 90 days out of an election.
00:27:01.000And what Governor Youngkin is saying, we're not doing that.
00:27:04.000We're just taking names, name by name.
00:27:06.000If there's an indicator the person's not registered legally because they're a non-citizen, we follow up and make sure they're not on the rolls.
00:27:15.000This is the first time that, as best I can tell, that that law to require the cleanup of roles has been used to make sure states don't remove non-citizens from the roles.
00:27:27.000And I tell you what's going on over at the Justice Department.
00:27:31.000You know, I have colleagues here in our election law Department, our litigation department, who work there.
00:27:39.000They will tell you that the Justice Department Civil Rights Division, the Election Integrity Division, as folks popularly know it, are left-wing, Partisan Democrats.
00:27:52.000And this is a left-wing partisan Democrat move designed not only to stop Virginia from removing non-citizens from the rolls, but it sends a signal to every other election official in the country, you start taking names off the rolls who obviously are not supposed to be there legally because they're non-citizens, we're going to come after you.
00:28:12.000And if that's not a signal as to what the left wants to happen, which is to make it easier for non-citizens to vote illegally in our elections, that's where the DOC stands three weeks out of the election.
00:28:24.000Just so we're clear, the federal government is actively suing to keep illegals on the voter rolls.
00:28:31.000This is as bad as the Fed suing Texas when it tried to protect its own border.
00:28:35.000Kamala Harris is an active participant in betraying the United States of America.
00:28:40.000Tom, tell us more about your book and the lack of justice towards the corruption within the federal government especially the last couple of years.
00:28:49.000You know, we've had this terrible abuse of power under the Biden administration.
00:28:54.000Of course, it continued the deep state abuses under the Trump administration, largely targeting Trump, but it really truly metastasized under Biden with the lawfare against Trump.
00:29:06.000And it's not just Trump, it's other innocent American citizens.
00:29:11.000The FBI was sent to my house to issue me a subpoena, deliver a subpoena to me on judicial watches, activities, holding the Justice Department accountable for attacking Trump, abusing Trump.
00:29:26.000And they harassed me for hours, Jack Smith's team, before a grand jury arguing with me about politics.
00:29:34.000As I've joked, it was like being at an MSNBC panel for four hours.
00:29:39.000Of course, that pales in comparison to what they've done to Trump.
00:29:44.000And my view is the election has already been compromised by this attack on Trump, this lawfare.
00:29:52.000Now, will it be enough to change the result in a way that people reject?
00:29:57.000But let's not be naive that this has been about election rigging as much as the excuse they've been using that they're seeking to hold Trump accountable over anything he did wrong in 2020.
00:30:14.000So this is a real crisis for our republic because if we start jailing former presidents and political opponents at the drop of a hat, which is what the Biden-Harris people seemingly want to do now, that's the end of our republic as far as I'm concerned.
00:30:31.000Now we see recently, Charlie, they're going after Elon Musk.
00:30:35.000They've gone after party officials in the various swing states.
00:30:39.000I'm sure you've seen it, where some of the folks you might have worked with in 2020, you can't work with this year because they're facing criminals.
00:30:47.000Of course, and the normalization of this, Tom, when I talk to liberals both on campus and off, they'll say, oh, it's just because they commit crimes.
00:30:54.000I mean, this is the third world we're entering, Tom.
00:30:57.000These folks are being targeted because they disputed an election under law, as has been done since the beginning of our country.
00:31:05.000And so That's been the challenge, again, that Trump's campaign has faced in 2024.
00:31:13.000And there's got to be some accountability for it.
00:31:17.000And assuming Trump wins, if he does win, I'd recommend he conduct and demand a criminal investigation of what went on in terms of targeting him and these other innocents in the several states.
00:31:30.000The abuse of power, the targeting of individuals, depriving them of their civil rights under color of law.
00:31:37.000It's happening right now here in Washington, D.C. with Jack Smith.
00:31:42.000So, yeah, the Jack Smith thing is, I mean, if Trump were to win, he can disassemble all of that.
00:31:49.000But, you know, it's not going to stop unless there's accountability.
00:31:55.000I mean, the deep state isn't gonna stop.
00:31:56.000I mean, the challenge, and I think what's important about getting this book, Rights and Freedoms in Peril, is that the issues we're talking about don't go away on election day.
00:32:06.000The left isn't gonna stop trying to destroy Trump and engage in lawfare.
00:32:10.000The left isn't gonna stop with open borders.
00:32:13.000The left isn't gonna stop trying to destroy elections.
00:32:20.000The left is going to stop pushing forward their effort to destroy America through racial division and strife.
00:32:27.000All of these issues are going to remain a challenge no matter who is president.
00:32:32.000And in fact, the challenges might change and increase even if Trump wins, given the recent insanity of the left that's been largely taken over by communists or folks who agree with the communist approach to their political opponents.
