00:00:30.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:34.000 I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy.
00:00:36.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:53.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:17.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:21.000 I have my co-pilot, Mr.
00:01:23.000 Blake, with us. Blake, how we doing?
00:01:24.000 We're doing great, Charlie. We were up late last night.
00:01:27.000 Very late. Well past...
00:01:29.000 Well, you were up, I think, till like 3 Eastern.
00:01:31.000 Oh, yeah. I was deranged.
00:01:33.000 It was bad. Editing the podcast, and we were upstream.
00:01:36.000 Okay, hold on. I should not do Stolen Valor here.
00:01:39.000 I agreed to split it with Daisy.
00:01:40.000 I was so gassed. I went home.
00:01:42.000 I sat on my couch, and I was just out.
00:01:44.000 And then I woke up at 2 a.m., and then I looked at my phone, and Daisy had to edit the episode herself.
00:01:49.000 So... I need to be public about that.
00:01:52.000 I do not want to. So it wasn't like a Tim Walz, Stolen Valor.
00:01:55.000 Yeah, yeah. No Tim Walz in this show.
00:01:57.000 Or Kamala Harris working at McDonald's.
00:01:59.000 Exactly. We were streaming till 1 Eastern-ish last night.
00:02:03.000 It was a long day. It was a long day.
00:02:05.000 And we have a long day today, by the way.
00:02:07.000 Right when we're done today, I'm going to Grand Canyon University for a major voter registration event.
00:02:12.000 We're pre-taping some stuff, and tonight we have Dr.
00:02:14.000 Ben Carson for a major event here in Phoenix.
00:02:17.000 We're doing everything we can to win this election.
00:02:18.000 But first, of course, the major news.
00:02:22.000 Yesterday was a day of vindication for me, if I may say so.
00:02:26.000 That was a big Charlie Kirk W. day.
00:02:28.000 It was great, I gotta say.
00:02:30.000 That was the day of whether or not I'm going to be further blamed for something that's actually not my fault.
00:02:36.000 Which, of course, is, you know, people love pointing fingers at Charlie.
00:02:38.000 You know, it's like acting as if I have more power than I really do.
00:02:41.000 But it's kind of a running joke around here.
00:02:43.000 Did you know, Charlie, the GOP won every election until you came along?
00:02:46.000 No, that's right. Exactly. All the problems wrapped into one, but none of the credit, right?
00:02:51.000 If something goes right, it's never my credit.
00:02:54.000 So the Veep stakes were unfolding.
00:02:57.000 I've known J.D. for a while.
00:02:58.000 We were one of the first organizations to endorse J.D. Vance for the Senate primary in Ohio.
00:03:03.000 Very early. Very early, as Tyler told us.
00:03:07.000 Remember that? Super early.
00:03:08.000 By accident, really early.
00:03:10.000 In fact, it was so much so that I personally endorsed him and we had an endorsement ready to go for J.D. Vance and we sent out the endorsement graphic like two months early.
00:03:18.000 So we made a lot of friends with that one.
00:03:21.000 J.D. Vance, at the time, was polling at 2% in the Ohio Senate primary, ran a great race, got Trump's endorsement, which obviously was the main reason he won the primary.
00:03:30.000 He ascended, won the U.S. Senate election against a good candidate, Tim Ryan, and was a great senator, very loyal to President Trump.
00:03:39.000 And remember the moment where J.D. Vance and Donald Trump combined forces, as they both needed each other in a unique moment, which was East Palestine.
00:03:48.000 Donald Trump's campaign was objectively not going well up until East Palestine.
00:03:52.000 His heart wasn't really in it at first.
00:03:54.000 Yeah, it wasn't the Trump that we love.
00:03:57.000 And it was like, hey, do you want to do this?
00:03:59.000 Was kind of what some people were saying.
00:04:01.000 And East Palestine got him back into fighting shape.
00:04:04.000 He was talking to people face to face.
00:04:06.000 They were pleading for his help.
00:04:08.000 And I think President Trump got his why back.
00:04:10.000 He's like, I'm fighting for these people.
00:04:12.000 Like, that's why I'm running for president.
00:04:13.000 Let's do this thing. And I think he went to McDonald's afterwards or something.
00:04:17.000 Probably. He's been there more than Kamala has.
00:04:20.000 But J.D. Vance was kind of the host, if you will, of Donald Trump's visit to East Palestine, Ohio.
00:04:25.000 Can you find a date? I think East Palestine was like February 2023, if I'm not mistaken.
00:04:30.000 It was early, January, February 2023.
00:04:32.000 It was early in the year, and it was a major news story completely ignored by Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg.
00:04:39.000 And J.D. Vance...
00:04:40.000 What was the date? So the train derailed February 3rd.
00:04:43.000 He was there the 22nd.
00:04:44.000 Perfect. Great. So 2023?
00:04:46.000 Yes. Okay, great. So that really was the reset of the Trump campaign, and there was no looking back from that point forward.
00:04:52.000 And so Donald Trump spent the whole day with J.D. Vance, and he was remarking to his team, I like that guy.
00:04:57.000 He's smart. He doesn't interrupt me.
00:04:59.000 He listens to me, which is a big deal.
00:05:01.000 Don't interrupt Trump. And he's like, he gives great advice.
00:05:05.000 And so they really grew together.
00:05:07.000 And J.D. Vance became one of Donald Trump's fierce supporters in the U.S. Senate on cable television.
00:05:15.000 I wasn't thinking at first J.D. Vance was even in the possibility of being considered for a serious vice presidential contender.
00:05:24.000 And then fast forward to 2024, all of a sudden, you know, I was hanging out with President Trump and his team and, you know, people were like, you know, what do you think about J.D.? I'm like, I love J.D. Is he being considered?
00:05:33.000 They're like, the president likes him.
00:05:34.000 He's seriously on a list of like, you know, 10 other people.
00:05:38.000 And that list got kind of whittled down and whittled down and whittled down to about five people.
00:05:43.000 And I remember I was like, I'm going to go all in.
00:05:45.000 I know JD. He's legit.
00:05:47.000 He's a patriot. He sees the world the right way.
00:05:49.000 He's super articulate. He's a good man.
00:05:50.000 He's a loyal father. He's an incredible husband.
00:05:53.000 And I said, let's just try to do whatever we can to make JD Vance the VP. And you saw it kind of all happen.
00:05:59.000 It was a very impressive thing.
00:06:02.000 And I just want to add the way...
00:06:04.000 JD's like a great hard worker in a lot of ways.
00:06:07.000 I remember... He spoke at the People's Convention in Detroit, and you tell this story.
00:06:12.000 Yeah, this is a great story. So this is three weeks before he gets selected as the vice president.
00:06:18.000 And so I'm like, yo, JD, you've got to come to our event in Detroit.
00:06:21.000 A lot of cameras will be there.
00:06:22.000 And he's like, man, it's my anniversary weekend.
00:06:24.000 He's like, but I'll do it.
00:06:26.000 I totally get it. He's like, let me see what I can do.
00:06:28.000 So JD's like, hey, can I close out your conference on Sunday because my anniversary is on Saturday.
00:06:33.000 I've got to be with my wife for my anniversary.
00:06:34.000 I totally get it. And so JD shows up at the event and just kind of like shows in at like our random like check-in table.
00:06:42.000 Like he just like shows up at like the mezzanine areas if you're like buying a ticket.
00:06:46.000 And he's like, hello, I'm Senator Vance.
00:06:48.000 I'm here to speak. Like it introduces himself.
00:06:50.000 He drove himself there, correct?
00:06:52.000 That's what I'm getting at. And so then our team is like, well, where's your team?
00:06:55.000 Your entourage? He's like...
00:06:57.000 I gave my team the weekend off.
00:06:59.000 JD Vance. This is a true story.
00:07:00.000 JD Vance drove himself on a Sunday morning from Columbus, Ohio to Detroit and back by himself.
00:07:07.000 No staff. No one with him.
00:07:09.000 Literally just as like a regular dude showing up at a conference on a Sunday.
00:07:12.000 And took pictures of everybody, hung out with everybody.
00:07:15.000 Literally, our team was blowing me up.
00:07:17.000 They're like, this is the best speaker we've ever had.
00:07:19.000 Super easy. And literally, our team...
00:07:22.000 Understand, there's people that are running for dog catcher in eastern Tennessee that show up at Turning Point events with a nine-person entourage.
00:07:30.000 Okay? And this is a guy who is a legit finalist for the vice president.
00:07:34.000 At that time, he was in the final three.
00:07:35.000 It was Rubio, Burgum, J.D. Vance, and maybe Tim Scott, final four.
00:07:40.000 And there's no one doing social media stuff.
00:07:42.000 There's no one like, okay, well, J.D.'s going to enter this way.
00:07:45.000 No, like, advance. This guy's a U.S. senator of a major state of Ohio, the bordering state, and he just shows up by himself.
00:07:52.000 By the way, that shows to me tons of self-confidence.
00:07:55.000 If you can show up with, you know, just like totally by yourself, you know, you kind of navigate it yourself.
00:08:02.000 And so anyway, so he gives a great speech, drives himself back.
00:08:05.000 It was just, it was remarkable.
00:08:07.000 And so the process unfolds.
00:08:09.000 And just remember, and then we'll get into the debate, but I just want to also thank you guys, the audience.
00:08:14.000 You guys, the audience, made a huge difference in this.
00:08:16.000 Remember, I was soliciting, do you guys want JD or not?
00:08:19.000 Do you want Marco Rubio, Doug Burgum, do you want Nikki Haley?
00:08:21.000 I would show the president what you guys were thinking in real time.
00:08:25.000 Would you have done it if they... Oh, I love Nikki Haley, Charlie!
00:08:28.000 No, but I would have scolded all of you.
00:08:31.000 You're like, no. But you guys that were always communicating and taking our polls and emailing me freedom at charliekirk.com, I would literally show the president and I would text the team and be like, hey, this is what our audience wants.
00:08:42.000 This is what our millions of people want.
00:08:43.000 This is the vibe of the base.
00:08:45.000 So you guys played a role in all of this.
00:08:47.000 And J.D. Vance gets selected, remember...
00:08:50.000 48 hours after Trump gets shot, J.D. Vance became the VP. Wild week.
00:08:54.000 We were there in Milwaukee. One of the craziest weeks ever.
00:08:56.000 For me, very satisfying. But the weeks that followed is the establishment and the media were going after J.D. super hard.
00:09:02.000 Cat lady stuff. All this misrepresentation.
00:09:04.000 And J.D. Vance, you know, climbed out of that.
00:09:06.000 Did really well. But still, there was kind of this question amongst smug D.C. circles.
00:09:11.000 Was J.D. really the right pick?
00:09:13.000 Like, can he hold his own? Last night was a triumph and a vindication.
00:09:17.000 Even Never Trumpers like Meghan McCain.
00:09:20.000 We're like, okay, this is legit.
00:09:22.000 In fact, debate graders were saying this was the most impressive vice presidential debate performance that they have seen in the modern era.
00:09:34.000 I'll go through all the elements of why it was good and what it means politically, but just for me personally and for those of us and for those of you that pushed for J.D. Vance, you should feel really good about yourself.
00:09:43.000 Because this was far better than Mike Pence ever did in a debate.
00:09:47.000 This was far better than Paul Ryan ever did in a debate.
00:09:50.000 And I think it actually will make a difference in the election because this election right now is tied everywhere.
00:09:56.000 As Nate Silver says, it's the closest election ever.
00:09:58.000 And it will help bring soft, moderate Republicans home.
00:10:02.000 Also, the final thing I'll say is President Trump deserves the credit for trusting his gut and his instinct to All of the warmongers and the neoconservatives and multiple billionaires were doing a lobbying effort against Trump saying, do not pick J.D. Vance, do not pick J.D. Vance, do not pick J.D. Vance.
00:10:20.000 And J.D. Vance defied them, I'm sorry, Donald Trump defied them all and he made a decision.
00:10:25.000 Listen to the bass. Listen to the American people.
00:10:27.000 Listen to the grassroots. And I gotta be honest, the Trump team and the Trump movement, we are blessed to have J.D. Vance.
00:10:34.000 And last night, that was on full display.
00:10:36.000 We will play the tape. We'll go through it in methodical detail.
00:10:39.000 But it's a great night.
00:10:40.000 And honestly, this feels even better than the June debate because we are now voting right now.
00:10:44.000 Voting is happening right now.
00:10:46.000 This is when points can actually go on the board.
00:10:50.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:46.000 That is patriotmobile.com slash charlie, patriotmobile.com slash charlie.
00:11:53.000 So JD was spectacular last night.
00:11:56.000 And let me tell you what I think his greatest accomplishment was.
00:12:01.000 Donald Trump still has a fair amount of people that would self-identify as Republicans.
00:12:05.000 They do not like Kamala Harris.
00:12:07.000 They do not like Democrats.
00:12:09.000 But they still are, let's just say, recalcitrant.
00:12:13.000 Is that a good word to use?
00:12:15.000 That's a good word. That's a good word. To vote for Trump.
00:12:17.000 And they need that, hey, come on home.
00:12:20.000 Come on home, guys.
00:12:21.000 It's all in good hands.
00:12:22.000 It's all in good hands. Let's come on home.
00:12:25.000 And because of that, J.D. Vance needs to talk to the center-right person who would, in a heartbeat, vote for a Romney.
00:12:34.000 Heartbeat would vote for a Paul Ryan, would vote for that kind of a candidate.
00:12:38.000 But Trump, either from personality or tone, or they're just very persuaded by mass media and television advertisements, they're like, man, I'm not there yet.
00:12:47.000 That polling shows that's not an insignificant portion of the electorate, right, Blake?
00:12:52.000 There's just a lot of people like that, and they've been around a long time, and, you know, they don't change their habits, unfortunately, but they're certainly a lot better than the people we're running against.
00:13:04.000 And these are people that want to see a more civil tone.
00:13:07.000 They want to see a kind of get along type vibe.
00:13:11.000 I agree with them for the most part.
00:13:14.000 I think civil politics are good.
00:13:16.000 I understand why they dislike that about Trump.
00:13:19.000 I think Trump was sort of necessary as like a blunt object because being really polite is not getting the point across of what's going on in this country.
00:13:28.000 But I understand, you know, in the abstract, yes, it is better to have civil, political tone.
00:13:32.000 And especially, you have both now.
00:13:35.000 Yeah. The point is that Trump is still Trump, and now you have this extra wrinkle and layer that gives people that say, man, I'm just not there yet on Trump.
00:13:46.000 A justification to then vote for J.D. Vance.
00:13:49.000 And these people are not libs.
00:13:51.000 Last night was not about winning over liberals.
00:13:53.000 It was about winning over center-right independence and registered Republicans.
00:13:57.000 Now, remember this, everybody.
00:13:58.000 If you are watching a VP debate, you are a high-propensity voter, okay?
00:14:04.000 Last night was not somebody that's like—very few people are like first-time voters that are like watching this and trying to make up their mind.
00:14:11.000 These are people that do vote.
00:14:13.000 They plan to vote.
00:14:14.000 They tend to be higher income, more stable communities, and they tend to be just like regular TV watchers.
00:14:21.000 You know the type. Suburban America.
00:14:23.000 This is not your type of guy that is working a 7-7 police gig, coming home, and would usually watch Thursday Night Football, and he's like, I'm going to go watch the VP debate for 30 minutes.
00:14:36.000 Unlikely. That kind of profile.
00:14:38.000 The muscular class was not well represented in the VP viewing debate.
00:14:43.000 Who was, was higher income earner, laptop class, people that work on their laptops like us, right?
00:14:50.000 People that went to Dartmouth like Blake.
00:14:52.000 People unhealthily committed to following US politics.
00:14:55.000 Correct. But that's an important, that's still a micro community, especially in states like Arizona.
00:15:00.000 A lot of voters like that. Very college educated, very high IQ, and they want to see that kind of nuance.
00:15:07.000 I want to go to what I believe was J.D. Vance's best moment.
00:15:10.000 J.D. Vance was confident enough and stoic enough to be able to politely and precisely and powerfully stand up for himself against the three women.
00:15:23.000 It was the two moderators and Tim Walls.
00:15:25.000 And be able to correct the record on the CBP1 app, and I hope you all understand this, is that border crossings are not the only way that they are now transporting illegals into the country.
00:15:38.000 They are flying in foreigners via an Expedia Travelocity type app, where you can now go to an application, if you are a foreigner and a Haitian, and get your entrance into the country approved by Expediently.
00:15:55.000 Very, very quickly.
00:15:57.000 There literally is an app for that.
00:16:00.000 The way J.D. Vance did not give up, did not give in, leaned in.
00:16:04.000 This was, I think, his best moment of a spectacular night on an issue that we went on.
00:16:10.000 The moderators are a bunch of buffoons.
00:16:12.000 They should be ashamed of themselves.
00:16:13.000 Playcut 96. Thank you.
00:16:15.000 Senator, we have so much to get to.
00:16:17.000 I think it's important because the rules were that you guys weren't going to fact check.
00:16:23.000 And since you're fact checking me, I think it's important to say what's actually going on.
00:16:27.000 So there's an application called the CBP OneApp.
00:16:30.000 Or you can go on as an illegal migrant, apply for asylum or apply for parole, and be granted legal status at the wave of a Kamala Harris open border wand.
00:16:41.000 That is not a person coming in, applying for a green card and waiting for 10 years.
00:16:46.000 That is the facilitation of a legal immigration, Margaret, by our own leadership.
00:16:49.000 Thank you, Senator, for describing the legal process.
00:16:52.000 We have so much to get to, Senator.
00:16:55.000 We have so much. The CBS's response was so snarky and so, like, white-lib woman.
00:17:02.000 Thank you, Senator, for explaining.
00:17:04.000 We have a lot to cover tonight.
00:17:06.000 It's so toxic femininity in a perfect picture.
00:17:09.000 Like, you're talking too long?
00:17:11.000 Excuse me. And J.D. Vance being the alpha, like, no, I'm going to explain this.
00:17:15.000 I'm running for the vice presidency.
00:17:17.000 Sit down. I thought it was done so well.
00:17:22.000 Email us your thoughts. How do you think J.D. Vance did?

00:18:31.000 I will say last night, Blake, it was actually one of the deeper debates that we've seen in the modern era.
00:18:37.000 It really was. Like, it's a little sad, but I feel like Veep debates generally are a bit better than the major ones.
00:18:44.000 I think maybe they're one a lot of veeps more so than nominees. I think are picked for kind of being likable
00:18:50.000 people You know very genial
00:18:53.000 They don't necessarily have a very strong brand and that is conducive to you know
00:18:58.000 Good substantive debate their job is don't screw it up. Don't alienate people and so I think we saw that you saw both
00:19:04.000 candidates We're giving more concessions to each other. They were
00:19:09.000 It was less combative and that means you have more room to talk about actual policy stuff
00:19:14.000 Although the best policy moment was still when JD had to man-splain about you know, the phone app
00:19:21.000 I want to get to that tape, but my favorite part of the entire night from a substance standpoint is when J.D. Vance read the room in the electorate, Tim Walls was really confused and was not really sure what was going on.
00:19:36.000 Where J.D. Vance said, no, the expert class, the ruling class, the oligarchy has gotten a lot wrong.
00:19:44.000 Let's think about it. They said that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
00:19:48.000 They said that it was okay to mask your child and to shut down your kid's local school.
00:19:54.000 They said that the vaccine was safe and effective.
00:19:57.000 They said that the border was secure.
00:19:58.000 They said that we were spreading democracy in Iraq.
00:20:01.000 They said that the Afghan war was going to be a success.
00:20:03.000 They said that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
00:20:06.000 I'm forgetting some.
00:20:07.000 They said that sending all of our manufacturing abroad would make the middle class thrive.
00:20:11.000 That's the example JD used, which was great.
00:20:13.000 But Tim Walz was almost mockingly saying, well, let me get a list here.
00:20:17.000 Are you trying to say you don't trust the military and don't trust the FBI and don't trust the CDC? It's like, yeah, Tim Walz.
00:20:24.000 Actually, we don't trust these institutions because they've prioritized diversity, equity, inclusion, not merit.
00:20:30.000 They are no longer in the pursuit of excellence and in the best for the country.
00:20:35.000 We are no longer a nation where our institutions are ones that our best and brightest are filling it.
00:20:42.000 Instead, the institutions we do trust are the private sector ones like SpaceX and Tesla that actually do things and make stuff.
00:20:48.000 At least temporarily are able to get away with hiring on merit.
00:20:52.000 And your administration takes aim at them for that reason.
00:20:56.000 And this was the greatest line.
00:20:58.000 And I stood up and I applauded.
00:21:00.000 I say this all the time on college campuses, and this was part of kind of one of the things I texted J.D. about.
00:21:04.000 I texted him this 2,000-word essay.
00:21:07.000 I was like, here's all my thoughts about the debate.
00:21:09.000 One of the things I said is, don't be afraid to reject the consensus of the ruling class, because what's happening in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, is everyday voters, they have wisdom and common sense, but they might not have PhDs.
00:21:23.000 And that is the divide.
00:21:25.000 You see, the Democrat Party, they are the defenders of the credentialed oligarchy.
00:21:30.000 The Democrat Party believes if you have a credential from Harvard, you're inherently more qualified to make decisions.
00:21:36.000 So, for example, Anthony Fauci must know what's best for your life because he's been in medicine for 40 years.
00:21:42.000 Like, actually, no. We have practical judgment, prudence, and wisdom.
00:21:46.000 You just have a certificate.
00:21:48.000 This was J.D. Vance's best moment that really was edifying and was extremely telling about the divide.
00:21:57.000 If you trust the government, if you trust the FBI, and if you trust the CDC, and if you trust Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson& Johnson, Moderna, vote for Tim Walls and Kamala Harris.
00:22:07.000 But if you trust citizens, vote for Trump.
00:22:11.000 Play cut 130. If Kamala Harris has such great plans for how to address middle-class problems, then she ought to do them now.
00:22:19.000 Not when asking for a promotion, but in the job the American people gave her three and a half years ago.
00:22:24.000 And the fact that she isn't tells you a lot about how much you can trust her actual plans.
00:22:29.000 Now, Donald Trump's economic plan is not just a plan, but it's also a record.
00:22:34.000 A lot of those same economists attack Donald Trump's plans, and they have PhDs, but they don't have common sense, and they don't have wisdom.
00:22:41.000 Because Donald Trump's economic policies delivered the highest take-home pay in a generation in this country, 1.5% inflation, and to boot, peace and security all over the world.
00:22:52.000 They have PhDs, but they don't have wisdom.
00:22:55.000 I love that.
00:22:57.000 And by the way, you want to win over the muscular class in Ohio and win over the muscular class in Pennsylvania?
00:23:03.000 That is exactly how.
00:23:05.000 And understand that the example he kept on repeating was the deindustrialization of the heartland of the country was one of the great public policy failures of the modern era.
00:23:19.000 Tim Walz couldn't have it both ways.
00:23:22.000 Tim Walz said, well, I think it was a mistake to de-industrialize the heartland.
00:23:25.000 Well, which is it then? Is it that we should trust McKinsey and Deloitte and the managerial class that basically came in with a bunch of central planning pride and said, oh, we're going to move these factories to Wuhan.
00:23:39.000 Everything will be great. Blake, J.D. Vance was on the side of voters on this issue.
00:23:44.000 Yeah, it's just, and we're getting back to what originally caused Trump to take off so much, and it was that he had that brash developer ability to just point at something that's obviously insane, and they only maintain the facade that it's not insane by this suffocating unanimity among the expert class.
00:24:05.000 Oh, yeah, like, the border is great.
00:24:07.000 The border is secure. Actually, Trump's border was the worst border ever.
00:24:11.000 No, that's just obviously not true.
00:24:13.000 You can see that by going outside.
00:24:14.000 Oh, the lockdowns were a great idea.
00:24:16.000 No, that's obviously insane.
00:24:18.000 Anyone can look at a school and tell that educating kids by Zoom was a terrible idea.
00:24:23.000 And it's really good to show...
00:24:25.000 Vance's showing there was really great because it shows how that Trump brashness, that Trump directness, that Trump ability to call out BS is migrating out into the rest of the right-wing political sphere, which is that transition we need to make in order to have a post-Trump mega political movement.
00:24:46.000 Let's play more tape here.
00:24:47.000 I think that's really smart, and I totally agree.
00:24:50.000 The back and forth was remarkable, and I want to make sure I hit this one part here because it was lesser reported.
00:24:58.000 Actually, this comes very personal to me as a Christian, as I frequently quote scripture as a moral backbone of how I think society should run and how I think we should derive our morality from.
00:25:12.000 It's really telling.
00:25:15.000 So liberals and Democrats, or even Republicans, are allowed to quote scripture as long as it's for open borders and secular worldview and mutilating kids.
00:25:26.000 Fine. Scripture is permissible in the justification of left-wing politics.
00:25:33.000 But if I were to quote scripture about that God created man and woman...
00:25:37.000 Christian nationalist Charlie Kirk.
00:25:39.000 It's Christian nationalism. Exactly.
00:25:41.000 Playcut 127. By the way, this is a misquoting and a misapplication.
00:25:46.000 Tim Wall's trying to win over evangelical voters.
00:25:48.000 Playcut 127. I don't talk about my faith a lot, but Matthew 2540 talks about, to the least amongst us, you do unto me.
00:25:56.000 I think that's true of most Americans.
00:25:58.000 They simply want order to it.
00:26:01.000 This bill does it.
00:26:02.000 It's funded. It's supported by the people who do it.
00:26:05.000 And it lets us keep our dignity about how we treat other people.
00:26:09.000 Okay. The way that should have been responded is, great, Tim, so what about the 320,000 missing kids from the southern border, many of whom are now sex slaves?
00:26:17.000 How is an open border helping them?
00:26:19.000 Okay. But what's so telling, though, is that the MSNBC panel...
00:26:26.000 I loved the fact that Tim Walz used scripture because it derived morality.
00:26:31.000 This was so fascinating to me.
00:26:33.000 So if Donald Trump or Charlie Kirk or J.D. Vance were to use scripture to justify any of our public policy positions, MSNBC would lose its fit.
00:26:42.000 They'd have Tim Alberta on there saying that you guys are rising as fascism and Christian nationalists and you're the worst thing ever.
00:26:49.000 But if Tim Walls uses scripture, it's, well, he's really bringing morals into this conversation.
00:26:56.000 This is Jen Psaki talking about how she's going to circle back to Tim Walls not starting well.
00:27:03.000 Listen carefully. Playcut 114.
00:27:06.000 But tonight, I felt like he was spending a lot of time in the first half or two-thirds proving he read the briefing materials, and I was missing the magic and the organic spontaneity of Tim Walz.
00:27:18.000 I know you already all talked about the January 6th moment, which I thought was great, and the moment on health care, also great.
00:27:24.000 I loved it when he quoted the Bible and made it about morality on immigration.
00:27:29.000 But coming out of it, I hope that they free Tim Walz.
00:27:33.000 And put him out there and let him be rusty at times and make mistakes and hug football players and cry and be funny sometimes.
00:27:41.000 That's the magic. That's why he's on the ticket.
00:27:44.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Made it about morality when it comes to immigration?
00:27:47.000 So just so we're clear, it is now permissible to have the Bible be a standard of morality in political discourse.
00:27:54.000 I just want to make sure I'm hearing this correctly.
00:27:56.000 When I talk about how God created men and women, we talk about how borders are a biblical concept, we talk about how life begins at conception, all of that is no Charlie.
00:28:06.000 It's separation of church and state.
00:28:07.000 But this is so important, everybody.
00:28:09.000 The moment you use scripture to justify left-wing politics, I'm glad that you're bringing morals into the conversation.

00:29:11.000 Let's go to this here.
00:29:12.000 This is going viral here.
00:29:15.000 This is from Nicole Wallace.
00:29:17.000 And again, please do not mix.
00:29:19.000 It's a really important lesson.
00:29:20.000 Do not mix Chardonnay with benzodiazepines.
00:29:22.000 Bad mixture. Nicole Wallace goes on MSNBC and is just unhinged.
00:29:28.000 I don't really understand what this is all about.
00:29:31.000 She perfectly embodies the upper-middle class, white, liberal woman where there's just something missing in her life.
00:29:40.000 And left-wing politics fills the void, but not totally, actually.
00:29:44.000 It's like a counterfeit filling of a void.
00:29:46.000 I don't know if Nicole Wallace is spiritual or not.
00:29:48.000 I don't know if she has a good family life.
00:29:49.000 But it's so intense.
00:29:50.000 It's so nasty.
00:29:52.000 And it's so uncalled for, actually.
00:29:55.000 And I get so confused between Nicole Wallace and Stephanie Ruhle, who are just kind of these suburban wine moms that they put on MSNBC that are constantly just complaining about Trump being a threat to democracy.
00:30:05.000 There are millions of these kind of suburban wine moms that tend to be part of the Trump derangement syndrome Democrat Leviathan.
00:30:13.000 Anyway, so this is Nicole Wallace here, Cut 112.
00:30:16.000 And I actually think if you're a woman, that might be the worst moment J.D. Vance had, because he was going to mansplain right over that mute button.
00:30:26.000 And again, I don't pretend to know how everyone will react to this.
00:30:30.000 I think that a lot of women in positions of authority that should command respect just by virtue of that dynamic will see themselves as some dude that disrespected them and talked over.
00:30:41.000 I mean, there was a moment like that with the vice presidential in the Harris-Pence debate.
00:30:46.000 So, mansplaining is standing up for yourself up against three women.
00:30:51.000 It's just truly...
00:30:53.000 You really wonder how politics can work if this is their reaction to like, oh, a guy firmly wants to explain the deranged thing the government is doing.
00:31:02.000 And they're like, oh my god, not a good look, Stacey.
00:31:05.000 And by the way, I thought that the whole idea of feminism was that they wanted to be treated equal.
00:31:11.000 As women, this is the bigotry of low expectations that you can't stand up to a calm, spoken...
00:31:17.000 I mean, just to be clear, J.D. Vance could not have been more polite, yet firm, precise, and effective.
00:31:26.000 He didn't call them names.
00:31:27.000 He said, wait a second, these were the rules.
00:31:29.000 And he was a gentleman about it, making the women live up to their own rulebook.
00:31:34.000 And they didn't know how to deal with it.
00:31:35.000 And how did they respond? With sarcasm.
00:31:37.000 Thank you, J.D. Vance, for letting us know about the legal process to let us into the country.
00:31:43.000 That right there is toxic femininity.
00:31:45.000 It is everything that's wrong with modern politics.
00:31:48.000 It is not the way that dialogue should occur.
00:31:52.000 And they thought that they could continue to enforce the arbitrary rules against J.D. Vance and make him comply.
00:31:59.000 And J.D. Vance just doesn't put up with that, actually.
00:32:02.000 He's like, no, I'm going to...
00:32:05.000 I'm going to stand up for the truth and for what is right.
00:32:08.000 I want to play more of a piece of tape here, which I think is really important, from last night.
00:32:13.000 Let's play cut 115. ABC says, Walls seemed unsteady.
00:32:17.000 Play cut 115. I think that Walls did seem unsteady.
00:32:20.000 And frankly, what I saw in Walls is somebody who has not faced questions on a national stage since he became the Democratic nominee.
00:32:29.000 He was simply out of practice.
00:32:31.000 I mean, I don't know why they've done it, but they've kept him out of the limelight.
00:32:35.000 They've kept him away from reporters.
00:32:37.000 They haven't had him do any interviews.
00:32:38.000 And he was clearly unsteady through much of that debate.
00:32:41.000 And in contrast, J.D. Vance was very smooth.
00:32:44.000 He took the arguments not to Walls.
00:32:46.000 He was very respectful of Walls.
00:32:48.000 Took it to Kamala Harris.
00:32:50.000 The consensus amongst anybody that isn't a total politico is that J.D. Vance won this debate.
00:32:57.000 J.D. Vance now has starting a spark plug.
00:33:00.000 And now let's have a big week. We have J.D. Vance debate.
00:33:02.000 We have Trump returning to Butler on Saturday.
00:33:04.000 Voting is beginning. The chasing is starting.
00:33:07.000 One week from today, Arizona ballots are out.
00:33:10.000 One week from today, poof.
00:33:13.000 We're all going to have to vote or Charlie's going to nag us.
00:33:15.000 Oh, I'm going to nag the living snot out of you guys.
00:33:18.000 And all of you need to, too.
00:33:20.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:24.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
