00:02:21.000 Yeah, that's you.
00:02:22.000 You're also our resident Swifty.
00:02:25.000 We try not to judge her too harshly for that.
00:02:28.000 Andrew, I've got to say she was totally correct on Taylor Swift's impact on the presidential election.
00:02:33.000 There was a lot of stuff where people were thinking Taylor Swift is their secret weapon.
00:02:38.000 They have this whole plan for her to make it Kamala.
00:02:42.000 And Daisy just said she's going to do some one-off endorsement and it's not going to matter and she's not going to talk about it again.
00:02:47.000 And she was right!
00:02:48.000 And that she did it the second the debate ended so that no one talked about it.
00:02:52.000 It wasn't in the news at all.
00:02:53.000 Yeah, I've got to give her credit where credit's due.
00:02:56.000 Thank you.
00:02:56.000 She nailed that one.
00:02:58.000 I don't feel as obligated to give her credit, but I will say, I actually had the same instinct.
00:03:05.000 I feel like the blowback on Taylor Swift in 2020 was, I would say, pretty harsh from half the country, and therefore she wanted to find a way to sort of thread the needle, do what she felt like she'd check the box and move on.
00:03:20.000 And you were right, Daisy.
00:03:21.000 You were right.
00:03:22.000 Thank you.
00:03:23.000 But that is not where we're starting.
00:03:25.000 If anywhere, we're starting on the other pop culture icon, female singer, more with the Beyonce side, because some massive, massive, I wouldn't say revelations, but allegations have come out that Involving Jay-Z. Now, so we all know about what's going on with Puff Daddy.
00:03:45.000 Alright?
00:03:45.000 P. Diddy.
00:03:46.000 Did we use the Puff anymore?
00:03:49.000 Sean Combs.
00:03:50.000 I've never heard anyone refer to him as that.
00:03:53.000 Like, it's only Diddy.
00:03:55.000 I don't know if it's like a generational thing or what.
00:03:57.000 P. Diddy or Diddy.
00:03:58.000 But I think it's obsolete.
00:04:00.000 I think Andrew might be showing his generation here.
00:04:03.000 Yes, I'm very millennial in this conversation.
00:04:07.000 But I was planning on going down the list.
00:04:10.000 I actually think that the waterfall of names is a pretty funny thing.
00:04:14.000 I mean, you've got something similar with, who am I thinking of?
00:04:21.000 We'll skip that, I guess.
00:04:23.000 But there's names.
00:04:24.000 See, this is how bad I am at pop culture, which is why you're here, Daisy.
00:04:29.000 So, here's the point.
00:04:30.000 Oh, it's like Lion, right?
00:04:32.000 What's the guy's name?
00:04:34.000 I'm really lost now.
00:04:36.000 You have Blake, who doesn't know anything about pop culture, and me, who wasn't conscious for any pop culture until, like, 2010. So...
00:04:48.000 Snoop Dogg, Snoop Lion.
00:04:50.000 There was, like, stuff like...
00:04:51.000 Anyways.
00:04:52.000 Snoop Dogg-y dog.
00:04:53.000 My only knowledge of Snoop Dogg is when he, like, came back for his, like, second or third career with Martha Stewart and now does all those, like, random collabs with her.
00:05:02.000 I know.
00:05:03.000 He's so, like, establishment and brand vibe now.
00:05:06.000 He's doing, like, this guy who was literally in gangs.
00:05:10.000 Anyways, that's another story.
00:05:12.000 So, okay.
00:05:13.000 So, Diddy...
00:05:16.000 A very high-profile case against him.
00:05:19.000 Freak-offs.
00:05:20.000 He was recording people doing terrible things, inviting them.
00:05:25.000 Underage women have come out and sued him.
00:05:28.000 Allegations of rape.
00:05:29.000 Very disturbing things.
00:05:31.000 Now, which is interesting because there's a lawyer named Tony Busby who's been on this show when he was defending Ken Paxton from impeachment in Texas.
00:05:42.000 He is now representing many of these accusers and he sent a letter that I believe we have a copy of, 135. Actually, he sent a letter making these allegations and then Jay-Z replied back with this.
00:05:55.000 This is a wild letter.
00:05:57.000 That Jay-Z wrote back.
00:05:59.000 Daisy, tell us more about this letter.
00:06:00.000 I mean, it seems like he wrote it.
00:06:03.000 Yeah, it's like he...
00:06:05.000 To write this letter, you almost think someone, like, has to be innocent because it's gonna...
00:06:10.000 Like, this is even worse if it comes out that this stuff is true and he wrote this entire letter.
00:06:15.000 One weird thing I did find about this letter is that he writes that he is just a young man from the Bronx or from...
00:06:22.000 From Brooklyn, from the project out of Brooklyn.
00:06:24.000 Jay-Z's like almost 60. So I don't know why he's referring to himself as a young man.
00:06:29.000 But basically, Diddy was already in this lawsuit from Busby with a 13-year-old girl who said she was raped in 2000 at an after party, a VMA after party.
00:06:42.000 And there was a male celebrity and an unnamed female celebrity there.
00:06:46.000 And then they named the male celebrity as Jay-Z, which Jay-Z and Beyonce...
00:06:51.000 Are very publicly friends with Diddy.
00:06:54.000 They've always been friends with Diddy.
00:06:56.000 And so people have been, like, talking about their connection with Diddy ever since this grand jury indictment stuff came down on Diddy.
00:07:03.000 He was arrested.
00:07:04.000 Everything like that.
00:07:05.000 And this was the first person that was actually named, which Tony Busby did say a couple weeks ago when Diddy was first arrested.
00:07:13.000 He said, like, names will be coming out.
00:07:16.000 It's people that you would have never expected.
00:07:18.000 Everyone is involved in this.
00:07:20.000 And I think that people in...
00:07:23.000 Everyone online kind of saw it as an Epstein thing.
00:07:27.000 Everyone's really excited to get the list, but no one actually believes that we're going to get the list.
00:07:31.000 It's just one of those things that it's going to live on in conspiracy theories.
00:07:35.000 And then we got this Jay-Z name and people were like, oh my gosh, we might actually be getting more names.
00:07:40.000 And Tony Busby says that he's not...
00:07:42.000 He's backing down from this.
00:07:43.000 He's going to keep naming names.
00:07:45.000 But Jay-Z's letter is very, very intense.
00:07:49.000 He released it on his business brand Instagram account.
00:07:53.000 And he's very adamant that he did not do this.
00:07:56.000 And he calls out Tony Busby and says, like, you're a Marine.
00:07:59.000 You're supposed to know what honor is.
00:08:00.000 And you messed with the wrong person.
00:08:02.000 And Tony Busby said that he's not backing down.
00:08:05.000 And this is still an ongoing case.
00:08:09.000 Yeah, Blake, he makes a point in this letter where he says, if you believe all this stuff is true, why is this not a criminal case?
00:08:17.000 Which I actually thought was an interesting point.
00:08:18.000 He said, you know, if you believe that a minor is getting raped, and you say, I did it, why are you...
00:08:24.000 Why is this a civil case?
00:08:26.000 Explain that.
00:08:27.000 Well, so keep in mind, it is a lower burden of proof.
00:08:31.000 And a lot of these cases, they are old and hearsay.
00:08:34.000 And this will just be me controversial.
00:08:36.000 These sorts of sordid cases, they do get a lot of their mileage out of just how incredibly scandalous it is.
00:08:43.000 And let's be honest, a lot of the time, people are looking for a payout.
00:08:47.000 They're looking for Yeah, like a settlement.
00:08:50.000 Yeah, they're looking for a settlement.
00:08:51.000 And that doesn't necessarily mean it didn't happen, but I think there are certainly plenty of cases where they play up minor behavior to make it seem much more severe, or they invent stuff out of whole cloth.
00:09:04.000 And I'm just going to be controversial and say I think people have learned the script at this point where if you come forward at the right time, because he's already someone who's vulnerable because the Diddy thing is happening, there's a bit of a feeding frenzy, so...
00:09:19.000 I mean...
00:09:20.000 These allegations...
00:09:21.000 What year did they happen in?
00:09:22.000 2000. 2000. That is 24 years ago.
00:09:25.000 That's before everyone has a smartphone in their pocket.
00:09:28.000 That's before there's cameras showing where everyone is at all times.
00:09:31.000 So you could very plausibly...
00:09:33.000 You can basically just make whatever allegation you want.
00:09:36.000 And could it ever be proven?
00:09:37.000 I don't think so.
00:09:38.000 This girl is still remaining anonymous.
00:09:40.000 Like, she goes by Jane Doe in the lawsuit.
00:09:42.000 So they're...
00:09:44.000 I don't know.
00:09:45.000 There's a lot that goes into the beyonds.
00:09:46.000 I mean, Diddy's stuff is very provable.
00:09:49.000 Everyone knows he's a horrible person, so I think it does play into the whole Me Too thing.
00:09:54.000 There's an element of a girl can say this, and a Jay-Z who has a net worth of $2.5 billion or something like that could be like, okay, I'll give you a million dollars.
00:10:03.000 That's without even other possibilities.
00:10:04.000 Sometimes people are just nuts.
00:10:05.000 There's a person I know who was...
00:10:09.000 It didn't even end up getting filed, but they were privately accused by someone, and it seemed like there were all these signs, oh, this could be real, this person is a respected member of the community.
00:10:21.000 And it just turned out the person had mental problems, and they were just targeting a famous person.
00:10:30.000 I think we had that guy on the show, but we've seen this ruin people's lives.
00:10:34.000 Jay-Z wouldn't have as big of an impact as it would have on a C-list celebrity.
00:10:39.000 This is their entire reputation.
00:10:41.000 I don't know.
00:10:42.000 I feel like there's equal opportunity.
00:10:44.000 The most interesting aspect of this that we haven't hit on yet is it's caused people to finally ask, wait, how did Jay-Z actually meet Beyonce?
00:10:52.000 Because now people are saying, were they a couple when she was...
00:10:56.000 16 instead of when she was 19?
00:10:59.000 I have seen this, but there's a lot there.
00:11:01.000 Well yeah, put up 142 the b-roll there.
00:11:04.000 This is like, so Beyonce was born in 1981 and Jay-Z was born in 1969, it looks like.
00:11:12.000 Are you ready to lose weight but not sure where to start?
00:11:16.000 I understand.
00:11:16.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:11:18.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition Program.

00:11:42.000 And finally, a probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.

00:12:04.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:12:07.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:12:10.000 Second, the PhD program starts in nutrition, but it's so much more.
00:12:14.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:17.000 Call 864-644-1900.
00:12:20.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:12:22.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.
00:12:23.000 Check it out, myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:27.000 So we just finished talking about Jay-Z and Diddy.
00:12:32.000 Jay-Z is married to Beyonce.
00:12:33.000 Beyonce is also close with Diddy.
00:12:35.000 When Diddy got arrested, it started this whole firestorm on the internet, TikTok, X, Instagram, that basically people on the internet are believing that Jay-Z and Beyonce have killed people.
00:12:47.000 How many people?
00:12:48.000 There's three that are specific.
00:12:50.000 That's a lot of people.
00:12:52.000 So one of these people is Michael Jackson.
00:12:55.000 Not that they've specifically killed them, but that there is some sort of high up power ring in Hollywood.
00:13:01.000 People have always been discussing this and that it has had some sort of hand.
00:13:06.000 I do want to hear the rest of it.
00:13:08.000 I just want to make very clear these are allegations.
00:13:10.000 These are internet rumors.
00:13:12.000 Continue.
00:13:13.000 People on the internet are believing this.
00:13:15.000 People on the internet have long believed there's like a Hollywood power ring that controls things.
00:13:20.000 It's all very conspiratorial.
00:13:23.000 And after the Diddy stuff, people started to put together the deaths of Michael Jackson and I don't know who that is.
00:13:43.000 From TLC. You were saying they all have the same birthday?
00:13:46.000 Yeah, so Jay-Z, Beyonce, and Diddy were all born on the 4th, and then they all have album titles that have the number 4 in there.
00:13:54.000 The 4th of a month?
00:13:56.000 And then Lisa Lopez, Michael Jackson, and Aaliyah all died on the 25th.
00:14:01.000 Okay.
00:14:02.000 Why would they want that pattern?
00:14:06.000 I don't know, but people have started to put this together, and then there's a song called She Knows by J. Cole.
00:14:11.000 We can't play it on the radio, obviously.
00:14:14.000 But J. Cole mentions in this song all three of their deaths and said, like, the whole song is like, she knows.
00:14:21.000 She knows.
00:14:22.000 We all know that she knows.
00:14:24.000 And then all these award shows, people winning Grammys, video awards, and they all thank Beyonce when they win.
00:14:35.000 So we have a couple of those clips.
00:14:38.000 Let me pull it up.
00:14:40.000 So 136 is Lizzo thanking Beyonce when she wins her Grammy.
00:14:45.000 Beyonce, you changed my life.
00:14:47.000 You sang that gospel medley and the way you made me feel.
00:14:51.000 I was like, I want to make people feel this way with my music.
00:14:54.000 So thank you so much.
00:14:56.000 And then 137 is Adele thanking Beyonce for her Grammy in 2017. Tonight winning this kind of feels full circle and I'm very humbled and I'm very grateful and gracious but my artist of my life is Beyonce in this album for me.
00:15:10.000 The Lemonade album was just so monumental Beyonce and so well thought out.
00:15:18.000 And so beautiful and soul-bearing.
00:15:20.000 We f***ing adore you.
00:15:22.000 You are our light.
00:15:24.000 And the way that you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel is empowering and you make them stand up for themselves.
00:15:31.000 And I love you.
00:15:32.000 I always have.
00:15:34.000 And then, I think probably everyone remembers, I don't know if you remember this, but clip 141, Kanye West interrupting Taylor Swift.
00:15:41.000 Even I remember this one.
00:15:42.000 Okay, at the VMAs.
00:15:43.000 And this clip has kind of lived in infamy.
00:15:46.000 Everyone's talked about it.
00:15:47.000 But it got resurfaced because after all these Beyonce conspiracy theories started happening, everyone was like, wait, maybe Kanye West was trying to protect Taylor Swift.
00:15:56.000 Save her life?
00:15:57.000 Because if you don't thank her...
00:15:59.000 If you don't thank her, then who knows what's going to happen, allegedly.
00:16:02.000 This is like the plot of like a...
00:16:03.000 A horror movie or something.
00:16:05.000 I think if this...
00:16:06.000 I mean, obviously this is all legend.
00:16:08.000 I think Ryan Murphy could make a really cool TV show out of this or something.
00:16:11.000 If you don't say Beyonce three times to the mirror, she'll appear with a kitchen knife.
00:16:14.000 Yeah, so we have 141 of Kanye interrupting Taylor if we want to play it for the throwback.
00:16:20.000 I sing country music, so thank you so much for giving me a chance to win a VMA award.
00:16:28.000 Yo, Taylor!
00:16:31.000 I'm really happy for you.

00:16:33.000 But Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.
00:16:39.000 One of the best videos of all time.
00:16:44.000 He was just trying to save her life, apparently.
00:16:48.000 I think that was like 2008?
00:16:50.000 2010, I think.
00:16:51.000 I think it happened when I was just starting college.
00:16:53.000 Maybe 2009, maybe 2009. I remember it.
00:16:55.000 Also, Angelo, very helpful, sent me a note that Lisa Lopez is from TLC. They sing the Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls song.
00:17:03.000 I don't know that song.
00:17:06.000 I know that song, but I know it from, they sing it in We're the Millers.
00:17:10.000 So I don't really know it.

00:18:16.000 Alright, so before we leave this Jay-Z thing and this Diddy thing, I do want to bring up the LeBron James angle.
00:18:27.000 This is something, you know, maybe I forgot Snoop Lion, Snoop Dogg or whatever, but I do follow sports closely.
00:18:34.000 And LeBron James has for many years, basically 20 years in the league, been the best player in the league.
00:18:42.000 Essentially, if you take it by average, there's been years where some other players would come up and take him.
00:18:48.000 But here's what I will say.
00:18:50.000 20, 22 years in the league, he's been basically the best player.
00:18:55.000 He has taken time away from the game.
00:18:58.000 And he is now, for personal reasons, he missed like 20 three-pointers in a row, something that has never happened in his career.
00:19:07.000 He's saying he's gassed, he's tired, he's saying he may not play in the league that much longer.
00:19:14.000 So there's a lot of rumors going on about LeBron.
00:19:17.000 Is he going to get traded?
00:19:18.000 Is there something else going on?
00:19:21.000 So all of this kind of overlaps with the Jay-Z Diddy scandal that's going on.
00:19:29.000 The fact that Jay-Z just got looped into this, and is there going to be something with LeBron?
00:19:34.000 Now, this is all internet rumor, obviously unsubstantiated.
00:19:37.000 We have no reason to believe this is true, but I will say there is this one clip that is circulating.
00:19:44.000 Remember, the freak offs are the big story with Diddy and all of the mishaps that happened there, the criminality, allegations of rape.
00:19:52.000 Let's go ahead and play cut 124. This is a, a, from a sort of like a, I guess it was an Instagram stream, Daisy, maybe you know, um, where, you know, LeBron joined Diddy and he's got, Diddy's got his friends or maybe even his son behind him and they're, they're talking about Diddy's parties, 124. Hey, everybody know, ain't no party like a Diddy party, so.
00:20:13.000 Yeah, that's what's up.
00:20:15.000 Not a good look.
00:20:16.000 You, Yeah, we were throwing that B-roll up there too, of them together, which I hope we can still play.
00:20:24.000 So now there's all this speculation with Jay-Z getting wrapped up into it.
00:20:28.000 Maybe LeBron is having, knows something's coming down the pike.
00:20:32.000 But again, Internet rumors, speculation.
00:20:35.000 I'm sure Blake will tell me there's nothing to this story.
00:20:39.000 I don't know.
00:20:40.000 I think LeBron, the thing about LeBron, like, super villainous stuff with LeBron is LeBron is sort of, like, when he's annoying, it's almost in this, like, childish way, if that makes any sense.
00:20:53.000 One thing that never got investigated, at the peak of the...
00:20:57.000 I don't think it was during Floyd.
00:21:00.000 It might have been slightly before it.
00:21:02.000 But he very obviously faked...
00:21:05.000 Someone faked a hate crime against LeBron's front door where they were like...
00:21:08.000 Someone graffitied hateful stuff.
00:21:10.000 And considering it's LeBron James, a very famous person, this got...
00:21:14.000 No one was talking about it very soon after, and they've never spoken of it since.
00:21:19.000 I think it's very obvious something suspicious happened there.
00:21:22.000 And then, like, the things where he'll try to be a thought leader, and he'll just be reading the first page of every book.
00:21:28.000 Like, there's no evidence LeBron James has ever read past the second page of any book ever.
00:21:34.000 And, like...
00:21:35.000 And obviously the decision...
00:21:37.000 Like, he's always just, like, corny.
00:21:39.000 And then, you know, he won't say anything bad about China, because, like, that's the brand.
00:21:43.000 And...
00:21:44.000 I find it hard to believe a guy who goofs up in all of these funny ways would be involved in anything super sinister with Diddy.
00:21:52.000 Is LeBron even rumored to cheat on his wife?
00:21:55.000 All of these guys are really bad.
00:21:57.000 He's just a family guy.
00:21:58.000 He wants to be a dad.
00:21:59.000 He wants his son to be in the NBA even though he's not that good at basketball.
00:22:04.000 Well, he does know about Diddy parties, apparently.
00:22:08.000 And I'm just saying.
00:22:08.000 I think the two things can be true.
00:22:11.000 I think if we do end up getting, like, lists of names from these Diddy parties as people talk about it, I think there's probably a lot of people that were just...
00:22:19.000 Happened to be invited, happened to be there.
00:22:21.000 And I think they were more likely they were like secondary parties happening like downstairs, outside, who knows where, where the real shady stuff went down.
00:22:31.000 And they were probably like, are you good?
00:22:33.000 Are you going to tell anyone?
00:22:35.000 NDAs, that kind of thing.
00:22:37.000 How many people would just get invited to a billionaire rapper's party and they're like, yeah, he's a billionaire rapper, I'm going to go.
00:22:42.000 And then they go and they're like, that was kind of weird.
00:22:45.000 I'm sure that there are a lot of people that are probably really scared right now because they might be in photographs or someone might mention them that they were at a ditty party and they're just like normal people that were there.
00:22:55.000 I think that a lot of times people can get really riled up about the power ring of Hollywood.
00:23:02.000 I do think there are normal people in Hollywood still.
00:23:06.000 But there also might be something crazy happening.
00:23:08.000 They have money.
00:23:10.000 Well, I think you're right, Daisy, because there's a lot of photographs of Ellen DeGeneres.
00:23:15.000 She was really close to Diddy, and she had the tweet about cuddling Diddy or something.
00:23:22.000 Anyways, she's now in Great Britain, and we don't have to deal with Ellen DeGeneres anymore.
00:23:27.000 Yeah, her house flooded immediately upon going.
00:23:31.000 It's almost like karma.
00:23:33.000 So, hey, Blake, you really want to hit this story about Joe Burrow.
00:23:37.000 So take it away.
00:23:38.000 I know nothing about it.
00:23:40.000 Daisy knows a lot about this, too.
00:23:41.000 It perfectly overlaps.
00:23:42.000 And, you know, it's a better sport than the NBA, in my opinion.
00:23:45.000 So Joe Burrow is the quarterback of the Cincinnati Bengals.
00:23:50.000 He is very good.
00:23:51.000 The Bengals...
00:23:53.000 Are not so good.
00:23:54.000 It's been a weird season.
00:23:55.000 He's having one of the best seasons ever for a guy on a losing team.
00:23:58.000 But they were on Monday Night Football this week, and I can't remember.
00:24:03.000 Did they win this time, or did they lose in another back-breaking fashion?
00:24:06.000 They lost to the Cowboys, I think.
00:24:08.000 Oh, wait!
00:24:09.000 No, the Cowboys lost.
00:24:10.000 Oh, yeah, yeah.
00:24:11.000 The Cowboys...
00:24:12.000 It was close, though.
00:24:12.000 Wacky punt.
00:24:13.000 Well, the Cowboys blocked that punt, and then it was recovered by the Bengals.
00:24:18.000 So, like, they should have had a good play.
00:24:19.000 27-20, Bengals won.
00:24:21.000 They won.
00:24:22.000 But anyway...
00:24:22.000 But they're both 5-8 this year.
00:24:23.000 The downside here is some organized burglars, you know, they knew Joe Burrow was going to be on Monday Night Football, so they went and they burgled his house...
00:24:33.000 on you know while he was at the stadium and it turns out the house was not empty and i had never heard of the person who was there but daisy had heard of the person who was there so daisy how about you explain what they found there so olivia ponton she is a she's a sports illustrated model and influencer tiktoker and she's the one
00:24:55.000 So the story goes that she got to Joe Burrow's house and she called her mom and told her mom that someone robbed his house and that there was a broken window and a bunch of stuff was taken and her mom called the police and said, "My daughter Olivia Ponton is at Joe Burrow's house.
00:25:12.000 There was a burglary.
00:25:13.000 She didn't want to call it in." Olivia ends up calling the police and the police ask her why she's there and she says that she is an employee of Joe Burrow's.
00:25:20.000 Which makes no sense because she's extremely famous.
00:25:28.000 She lives in LA. Joe Burrow lives in Cleveland.
00:25:32.000 Also, at what point when you're playing Monday Night Football, would your employee just be at your house unless they're your housekeeper or something?
00:25:39.000 The police said she was able to give a detailed description of everything that was missing in the house.
00:25:45.000 Where this gets even more interesting is that Joe Burrow has had a longtime girlfriend who's a normal girl he met.
00:25:52.000 He went to college in Ohio, right?
00:25:54.000 I can't remember where, but yes.
00:25:56.000 Yes, Ohio State.
00:25:58.000 Oh.
00:25:59.000 Louisiana, LSU. He went to Ohio State, then LSU. It
00:26:30.000 does seem that people have discussed, like, there hasn't been a photo of him with this long-term girlfriend for like a year or so.
00:26:35.000 But they were already pretty private.
00:26:37.000 Yeah.
00:26:38.000 And I don't know.
00:26:40.000 It's weird.
00:26:41.000 But then also the NFL sent out a memo to everyone that said, this has been happening more than once.
00:26:48.000 People during their games, their houses are getting robbed.
00:26:51.000 You might not remember this because you'd have been young, but have you ever heard of Sean Taylor?
00:26:58.000 I don't know.
00:26:59.000 Sean Taylor was a player for the Washington Redskins who they were doing that.
00:27:03.000 They were trying to break into his home during a game.
00:27:05.000 He had been injured and they didn't realize that so he was not at the game.
00:27:09.000 He was at home with his family and then they shot and killed him.
00:27:13.000 I was seven.
00:27:14.000 I don't remember this.
00:27:16.000 It's a crazy thing.
00:27:17.000 I'm just going to come out and say it.
00:27:19.000 It's probably going to be more common now because we have let organized burglary rings into the United States under Joe Biden's illustrious border policies.
00:27:29.000 Overlapping story here.
00:27:31.000 Didn't LeBron James' house get burgled as well in LA? I believe it did.
00:27:38.000 And we have these Chilean gangs all over the state of California.
00:27:43.000 Huh.
00:27:45.000 Yeah, there are just professional rings at this.
00:27:48.000 And that's a much bigger problem in Latin America.
00:27:50.000 In Latin America, rich people will have family members kidnapped for ransom.
00:27:55.000 Kidnapping people for ransom is a TV show plot here.
00:27:59.000 But it happens in other countries quite often.
00:28:01.000 Well, I mean, it is a very interesting thing that these are some of the most famous people in the world, and their schedules are just, like, fully on blast.
00:28:08.000 Like, they know that...
00:28:09.000 Because Patrick Mahomes' house was robbed.
00:28:11.000 I think Travis Kelsey's house was robbed.
00:28:13.000 There was another, like, Vikings linebacker's house was robbed.
00:28:15.000 They know these people are not going to be at their houses.
00:28:18.000 And most people don't have, like, 24-7 security.
00:28:22.000 If you were an organized robber.
00:28:26.000 Most people don't have...
00:28:32.000 I don't know if Olivia Ponton is moonlighting as a housekeeper.
00:28:36.000 But maybe we need to pay for people to have Instagram housekeepers because that's how they were able to catch it and know what was going on.
00:28:43.000 So this would be like a security issue.
00:28:45.000 What's the conclusion of this story?
00:28:46.000 Is it like out and out that they have an affair and...
00:28:50.000 Has Joe Burrow broken up with his long-term girlfriend?
00:28:53.000 Neither of them have said anything.
00:28:54.000 I think the conclusion as of right now is that if you're an NFL player, watch out for your house and also don't cheat on your girlfriends or your wives.
00:29:03.000 Then you won't have these kinds of problems.
00:29:04.000 But if he hadn't been cheating, no one would have caught the burglary at the time.
00:29:09.000 Well, we don't know.
00:29:10.000 She could have been a housekeeper.
00:29:13.000 Or she could have been broken up with his girlfriend.
00:29:14.000 We don't know.
00:29:15.000 I wish someone would say something.
00:29:16.000 It could have been on a break.
00:29:17.000 It could have been the Ross and Rachel thing where they were on a break.
00:29:20.000 And by the way, happy 35th birthday to Taylor Swift.
00:29:24.000 My girl, Taylor.
00:29:24.000 That's for you, Daisy.
00:29:28.000 Okay, everybody, you've heard a lot of misinformation around ivermectin.
00:29:32.000 That's right, ivermectin.
00:29:33.000 And the media has villainized people like you and me to take it.
00:29:36.000 Well, look, I can tell you, Tyler Boyer, he was on the ropes.
00:29:39.000 I don't know if Tyler Boyer would be alive today if it wasn't for ivermectin.
00:29:42.000 I'm not joking.
00:29:43.000 You can listen to our thought crime episode about it.
00:29:45.000 He swears that ivermectin turned COVID around for him.

00:30:45.000 And I have to hit this, Blake.
00:30:47.000 This is Crystal Mangum, the woman who falsely accused the Duke lacrosse players.
00:30:53.000 And then I guess she killed somebody who's been in prison.
00:30:57.000 She's still in prison.
00:31:01.000 She has come out and has apologized for lying.
00:31:05.000 And Blake, You can expound upon the ramifications that this story had nationwide after this clip, but let's go ahead and play it.
00:31:13.000 147. I testified falsely against them by saying that they raped me when they didn't.
00:31:20.000 And that was wrong.
00:31:23.000 And I betrayed the trust of a lot of other people who believed in me and made up a story that wasn't true because I wanted validation from people and not from God.
00:31:43.000 And that was wrong.
00:31:44.000 And I hope that they can forgive me.
00:31:48.000 Blank.
00:31:49.000 I mean, it's crazy, actually, the butterfly effect of this case.
00:31:54.000 A lot of people don't know.
00:31:55.000 So Stephen Miller, currently Deputy White House Chief of Staff, one of the smartest guys in the administration.
00:32:00.000 He was a Duke student at the time this was all going down.
00:32:04.000 He was he made a name for himself opposing the the lynch mob that they whipped up against these lacrosse players.
00:32:11.000 And, you know, he's a talented guy.
00:32:13.000 I think he would have followed a similar course anyway.
00:32:15.000 But we can think that's the first time America saw Stephen Miller in any capacity.
00:32:22.000 And also, that was probably important to his ideological formation, that he went through this, that he saw how the left operated up close.
00:32:30.000 And it's so telling.
00:32:32.000 It's such a perfect microcosm of so many of the forces we would see in the coming years, that people assumed these guys were guilty because, basically, they looked a certain way.
00:32:43.000 They were just like, everyone knows that these white frat bros just Are raping people constantly.
00:32:49.000 And that was somehow considered a valid argument.
00:32:52.000 Blake, this also had legislative and bureaucratic agencies got involved and they started changing the way universities had to deal with these sexual assault allegations nationwide.
00:33:08.000 Yeah, so, I mean, we're going to have to get rid of this with the new Trump administration because the Obama administration came up with these rules where they said to adhere to Title IX, you actually have to have kangaroo courts, like your threshold for considering someone guilty of or responsible for sexual assault.
00:33:26.000 It has to just be preponderance of the evidence, which is you have to evaluate as 50% likely or more.
00:33:32.000 Yeah.
00:33:33.000 And they would say, yeah, you actually have to have hearings that don't follow, you know, you don't have to confront your accusers.
00:33:40.000 You don't even necessarily get to know who your accusers are.
00:33:44.000 And they would say, you have to do this, or you violate Title IX. And Trump got rid of that in his first term.
00:33:49.000 And then Biden, there were so many things going bad with Biden that didn't get a lot of attention, but he brought that back and made it worse.
00:33:56.000 And we need to throw that out immediately and try to give that teeth, because...
00:34:02.000 It's almost forgotten now, but a lot of the 2010s, you have these shrill claims.
00:34:07.000 They would say, like, one in four.
00:34:09.000 Did you ever hear that number when you were in school, Daisy?
00:34:11.000 Yeah, I think we all had to take, like, a Title IX class our first week at college, basically.
00:34:16.000 They would claim, like, one in four women are raped on college campuses.
00:34:20.000 Like, that's...
00:34:21.000 Those are numbers that you get during, like, a civil war in Central Africa.
00:34:26.000 It is not what is going on on an Ivy League campus.
00:34:29.000 And you would get these strange things...
00:34:32.000 Yes?
00:34:33.000 Oh, go ahead.
00:34:33.000 Go ahead.
00:34:34.000 Oh, I was just going to say, it also, like, we've created this problem for ourselves where now women are actually raped or, like, when anyone is sexually assaulted.
00:34:43.000 It immediately makes you be like, wait, are you telling the truth?
00:34:47.000 Because we wanted to do this whole believe women, believe women, but then we've seen multiple cases where women are not telling the truth.
00:34:52.000 So it makes it harder to believe people that are actually telling the truth, and it's sad.
00:34:56.000 It's really sad.
