Summary

Trump picks Bill Barr to be his next Attorney General, and it's not even close to being a boring news day. Charlie and I discuss why Bill Barr is the perfect choice, and why he deserves to be the next AG. We also discuss why he is a perfect fit for the job, and what he should do now that he's been confirmed as Trump's next AG pick. We also talk about how the Department of Justice has been used as a Soviet-style attack vector against the citizen-led populist movement, and how they have destroyed the reputation of a man who has spent his life fighting for the rights of all Americans. And we talk about why they should be embarrassed by what they've done to Matt Gaetz and his family, and the damage they can do to a person's reputation. We wrap up the show with a special guest who has been a long time supporter of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk. Thank you Charlie for being on The Charlie Kirk Show, and for fighting for freedom on campuses across the country! 00:01:21.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:26.000 There was news heard around the world yesterday.
00:01:28.000 If you thought Pete Hegsteth was controversial, if you thought Tulsi Gabbard at DNI was controversial, oh no, you've seen nothing yet.
00:01:34.000 The Attorney General pick.
00:01:36.000 Before I go any further, President Trump has earned the right to do whatever he wants with the Department of Justice.
00:01:43.000 Whatever he wants.
00:01:45.000 They tried to lock him in prison for 700 years on fake and phony and political charges.
00:01:57.000 I don't like the bureaucrats of Jack Smith and Merrick Garland.
00:02:00.000 Remember, the same Department of Justice that gave him Bob Mueller.
00:02:03.000 The Department of Justice has been used as a Soviet-style attack vector against the citizen-led populist movement.
00:02:10.000 There was a referendum on this topic.
00:02:13.000 Do you want major governmental reform?
00:02:15.000 Do you want massive changes to the federal bureaucracy?
00:02:19.000 Or do you want business as usual?
00:02:21.000 There was a referendum, an up or down vote.
00:02:23.000 And the people overwhelmingly voted yes.
00:02:25.000 And not just the people of the battleground states, but in the popular vote as well.
00:02:29.000 That is how elections work.
00:02:31.000 And Donald Trump has earned the right to do whatever he wants with the Department of Justice.
00:02:36.000 Whatever he wants.
00:02:38.000 If he wants to troll them, he can troll them.
00:02:40.000 But this is not a troll.
00:02:41.000 This is very, very serious.
00:02:44.000 Donald Trump did not want to just have the same type of person like Bill Barr, like other attorneys general before.
00:02:53.000 No, no, he wanted something different.
00:02:55.000 He wanted a game changer.
00:02:56.000 And he rolled a metaphorical congressional grenade into the Department of Justice yesterday.
00:03:05.000 A man who himself was thoroughly investigated and tried to have his life ruined by the Department of Justice, Matt Gaetz.
00:03:13.000 Matt Gaetz was guilty until proven innocent.
00:03:16.000 Here's how it worked.
00:03:17.000 Matt Gaetz, a story came out in the New York Times back in the spring of 2021 saying that Matt Gaetz was involved in underage sex trafficking, like the worst thing you could accuse somebody of.
00:03:30.000 And then his father was blackmailed illegally and the people that were doing that ended up going to prison.
00:03:35.000 And Matt Gaetz was guilty until proven innocent and he fought and he fought.
00:03:39.000 These were anonymous sources and there were no charges.
00:03:42.000 And this is what the Department of Justice made Matt Gaetz and his family go through.
00:03:46.000 Look, Matt Gaetz would be the first one to tell you he's lived a full life.
00:03:50.000 Found the love of his life and married Ginger Gates.
00:03:52.000 Matt Gates is a great friend of mine, a friend of the program.
00:03:55.000 But he is a victim of lawfare and he knows personally and intimately how vicious and unfounded these accusations can be.
00:04:05.000 They can ruin your life just with a subpoena and a leak to the New York Times.
00:04:10.000 They can ruin your reputation.
00:04:12.000 And by the time you finally realize that The public realizes that it's fake, you are still damaged goods.
00:04:21.000 And let's not forget the atrocity of the Russian collusion scam.
00:04:24.000 After that, the Department of Justice deserves to be completely blown up, top to bottom.
00:04:30.000 And so Donald Trump has earned a right, and he deserves, he deserves an attorney general that will fulfill that mandate.
00:04:40.000 He deserves an attorney general that will let him...
00:04:46.000 Fulfill the mandate of the American people.
00:04:47.000 He does not deserve some sort of paper shuffling attorney general.
00:04:52.000 He doesn't deserve some sort of business as usual.
00:04:56.000 A change agent.
00:04:58.000 But my oh my, all the right people are upset.
00:05:01.000 And you know what?
00:05:01.000 You could not think of a more metaphorical middle finger to this lawfare system than Matt Gaetz.
00:05:07.000 I get it.
00:05:08.000 Cry more.
00:05:10.000 But Matt Gaetz should never have gone through what he went through with the Department of Justice.
00:05:15.000 Ever.
00:05:16.000 And Donald Trump is doing what he said he was going to do.
00:05:18.000 If you wanted milquetoast, that's not what you voted for.
00:05:21.000 You wanted massive government reform.
00:05:25.000 They spied on Trump, so now they get Tulsi Gabbard.
00:05:28.000 They tried to lock up Trump, so now they get Matt Gaetz.
00:05:30.000 They kept the border open, so now they get Tom Homan.
00:05:33.000 They tried to ruin the country, and they are getting what they deserve.
00:05:39.000 Matt Gaetz is a change agent.
00:05:42.000 He's not going to keep the 70,000 people with guns and badges at the Department of Justice going after moms and dads at school boards.
00:05:49.000 Going after Catholic laymen at Latin Mass.
00:05:56.000 He's not going to have the Department of Justice raid political opponents like Bannon and Peter Navarro.
00:06:03.000 He is going to fix the Department of Justice.
00:06:05.000 And this is going to be a big confirmation fight.
00:06:07.000 This is going to be one of the biggest ever.
00:06:10.000 It is not going to be easy.
00:06:12.000 Matt Gaetz does not have a lot of congressional allies.
00:06:15.000 It's kind of why we love him.
00:06:17.000 However...
00:06:18.000 Some people say, oh, there's no way he can get confirmed.
00:06:20.000 Don't dismiss the power that an incoming president has with a mandate, especially Donald Trump within the Republican Party.
00:06:29.000 Do not discount that.
00:06:31.000 And you know, it's really funny.
00:06:32.000 Axios says, oh, 10 senators are already against Matt Gaetz.
00:06:34.000 Oh, really?
00:06:34.000 What are their names?
00:06:35.000 Oh, Anonymous?
00:06:36.000 That's why.
00:06:37.000 Everyone's a tough guy until it becomes a floor vote and you have to face the music.
00:06:41.000 And I asked this out of a senator this morning who shall remain nameless.
00:06:45.000 He said, oh, Gaetz can't get confirmed.
00:06:49.000 I said, oh really?
00:06:51.000 How is it that Merrick Garland got out of committee?
00:06:53.000 Let me read what he wrote.
00:06:55.000 And he says, no clue.
00:06:57.000 I'm not in judiciary.
00:06:58.000 But as you know, there are a couple of members challenging members on it.
00:07:01.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:07:02.000 Hold on.
00:07:02.000 So Merrick Garland, can you guys get me the whip sheet of all the people that voted for Merrick Garland?
00:07:06.000 Merrick Garland received votes from lots of Republicans.
00:07:10.000 Ron Johnson voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:11.000 And we love Ron Johnson.
00:07:14.000 John Cornyn voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:16.000 Merrick Garland, the craven lunatic that went after Donald Trump that we see, that bitter, angry, small man running DOJ. So if Republicans are willing to vote for Merrick Garland, why would you not vote for Matt Gaetz?
00:07:30.000 So let's just go through the list.
00:07:36.000 Former Republican Senator Blunt from Missouri voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:41.000 Burr, former senator from North Carolina, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:47.000 Shelley Moore Capito, who is in leadership from West Virginia, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:53.000 Cassidy from Louisiana, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:56.000 Susan Collins from Maine, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:07:59.000 John Cornyn from Texas, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:05.000 Joni Ernst from Iowa, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:08.000 Lindsey Graham from South Carolina voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:11.000 Chuck Grassley from Iowa voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:16.000 Inhofe, the former senator from Oklahoma, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:20.000 Ron Johnson, I mentioned, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:24.000 James Lankford from Oklahoma voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:28.000 I'm going to keep going through the list here.
00:08:31.000 Mitch McConnell voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:33.000 Moran voted for Merrick Garland from Kansas.
00:08:36.000 Murkowski voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:40.000 Mitt Romney obviously voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:43.000 Rounds from South Dakota, Blake's hometown, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:48.000 We're almost to the list here.
00:08:50.000 John Thune, your new Senate Majority Leader, voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:54.000 Tom Tillis from North Carolina voted for Merrick Garland.
00:08:58.000 And to close it all off, That's it.
00:09:02.000 So all of those Republicans voted for Merrick Garland that I just mentioned.
00:09:08.000 If you're going to vote against Gates and you also voted against Merrick Garland, then maybe you're consistent.
00:09:12.000 There is not a universe where we will accept on this program or at Turning Point Action where you will vote for Merrick Garland and you will vote no for Matt Gates.
00:09:21.000 That will trigger an immediate primary challenge.
00:09:24.000 Immediate.
00:09:25.000 That will not be tolerated.
00:09:27.000 That if you will vote for Merrick Garland, but not for President Trump's pick for Attorney General.
00:09:33.000 So I hope the senators go through advising consent, ask Matt the tough questions, and we can proceed from there.
00:09:41.000 Because Merrick Garland was the most destructive, disastrous Attorney General in American history.
00:09:45.000 That had a lot of Republican support.
00:09:47.000 And they didn't vote for Merrick Garland in the essence that you might think.
00:09:49.000 They'll say, oh, a president deserves to have his cabinet.
00:09:52.000 Fine.
00:09:52.000 Then why should Trump not get his cabinet?
00:09:55.000 If the rules that you allow Joe Biden to get his Attorney General, why is it that you will not allow Donald Trump to get his Attorney General?
00:10:03.000 That will not go over with voters.
00:10:05.000 That will be met with ferocity and opposition.
00:10:10.000 Again, if a Senate Republican would vote for Joe Biden's cabinet, why will they not vote for Donald Trump's cabinet?
00:10:18.000 What happens when the power's out, your phone says no service, and the grid is down?
00:10:22.000 Do you have a backup plan?
00:10:24.000 If you don't have a satellite phone from sat123.com, you're risking more than just missed calls.
00:10:30.000 A satellite phone from sat123.com keeps you connected no matter what.

00:10:53.000 Don't wait until it's too late.
00:10:54.000 Head on over to Sat123.com.
00:10:56.000 That is Sat123.com.
00:10:58.000 Use promo code CHARLIE for $25 off.
00:11:00.000 Protect yourself, protect your family, and stay connected with Sat123.com.
00:11:07.000 I want to go deeper in this.
00:11:09.000 If you give Joe Biden his people, why would you not give Donald Trump his people?
00:11:15.000 And look, there's a psychological operation that is being run in the media right now trying to make it seem as if Matt Gaetz is not qualified.
00:11:21.000 Okay, he is a lawyer.
00:11:22.000 That's important to note.
00:11:24.000 He was targeted by DOJ. He was also one of the most outspoken oversight individuals in Congress.
00:11:32.000 And he deserves advice and consent.
00:11:36.000 He deserves the opportunity to be able to go through this process.
00:11:40.000 President Trump earned this.
00:11:43.000 Gates also worked as a lawyer for many years.
00:11:47.000 Look, here's the fundamental issue in front of us.
00:11:51.000 Did the American people vote for more of the same or did they vote for fundamental change?
00:11:58.000 Given that our past qualified nominees did things like unleash unprecedented political warfare, maybe our qualifications aren't a good measure.
00:12:08.000 Maybe all the people we told are qualified end up being incredibly dangerous and treacherous against the American people.
00:12:16.000 Maybe we need a big shakeup.
00:12:18.000 And by the way, Donald Trump was elected as a change agent and he is fulfilling that.
00:12:23.000 He has a mandate to shake the matrix to its core.
00:12:28.000 This is Democrat Congressman Jared Moskovitz telling CNN he'll be fiercely competent.
00:12:35.000 Do not underestimate Matt Gaetz.
00:12:36.000 If we can get him through committee, if we can get him through the proper channels, he will be a phenomenal attorney general.
00:12:45.000 He is wicked smart.
00:12:47.000 He has a sky-high IQ. He has energy, capacity, love of country, knows the problems.
00:12:52.000 And I'll say this right now.
00:12:53.000 He is smarter than Merrick Garland.
00:12:56.000 Let's play cut 405.
00:12:58.000 I mean, look, this is what the American people voted for, right?
00:13:01.000 I mean, you know, Trump was not, he was not shy about what he wanted to do in this country.
00:13:06.000 And, you know, in Matt Gaetz, he's not only going to get someone who's fiercely loyal, but fiercely competent.
00:13:12.000 Matt Gaetz knows exactly what to do with the attorney general's office.
00:13:15.000 He will, he will turn that into the most powerful attorney general in American history.
00:13:21.000 This is correct.
00:13:23.000 JFK made his 35-year-old brother, Bobby Kennedy, Attorney General.
00:13:29.000 Matt Gaetz is far more qualified than he was.
00:13:31.000 And the Democrats keep Kennedy in folklore.
00:13:34.000 They love Bobby Kennedy.
00:13:35.000 They love JFK. They don't love this new Bobby Kennedy.
00:13:38.000 We love him.
00:13:38.000 So why was it okay to do that, which was definitely a stretch for JFK, and Donald Trump doesn't get his cabinet of his choosing?
00:13:48.000 And before Before anybody gets too ahead of themselves, oh, he can't get confirmed.
00:13:54.000 He can't confirm.
00:13:55.000 Back up, back up, back up.
00:13:56.000 What are the names?
00:13:57.000 Show me the names of the people.
00:13:59.000 I don't want some anonymous leak in Axios.
00:14:01.000 I don't want the New York Times.
00:14:02.000 No, no, no.
00:14:02.000 I want names.
00:14:03.000 And if they're not names, they're terrified of President Trump, and they should be.
00:14:07.000 He is the most popular Republican politician leader ever.
00:14:14.000 And John Cornyn is in cycle.
00:14:16.000 Tom Tillis is in cycle.
00:14:19.000 And President Trump, this is one he deeply and personally cares about.
00:14:23.000 I bet President Trump is going to work the phones on this one.
00:14:26.000 I bet President Trump is going to call up some of these guys.
00:14:28.000 No, no, no, no.
00:14:30.000 Why are you against my guy?
00:14:31.000 Why are you against my Matt?
00:14:32.000 As he calls him.
00:14:35.000 President Trump has earned the right to be able to not be worried that the Department of Justice is bugging the White House.
00:14:41.000 Donald Trump has earned the right that Air Force One is not going to be filled with double agents.
00:14:47.000 Donald Trump has earned the right to know that he's safe and protected and there will not be another Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
00:14:54.000 Donald Trump has earned the right to be able to know that his people are not going to be indicted.
00:15:02.000 Mark Halperin is very smart.
00:15:04.000 This is so beautifully put.
00:15:06.000 And I had this thought earlier and he distilled it better than I could have put it into words.
00:15:11.000 Here is one factor that those who say Matt Gaetz is dead and not considering.
00:15:15.000 Every Republican senator has donors, friends, staffers, constituents, and in some cases, kin, who want something from the incoming Trump administration, especially jobs.
00:15:25.000 You think that the Trump White House is going to help out any senator who comes out against Gaetz?
00:15:29.000 This is not even Politics 101.
00:15:31.000 It's Politics 1.
00:15:32.000 You better believe it.
00:15:33.000 Good luck getting on the Committee of Religious Freedom.
00:15:35.000 You want to be ambassador to Sweden?
00:15:37.000 How about Senegal?
00:15:40.000 You want to be ambassador to France?
00:15:43.000 How about the Central African Republic?
00:15:45.000 Or how about Laos?
00:15:46.000 We're not going to play that game.
00:15:50.000 It's time for hardball Machiavellian politics.
00:15:54.000 I can allow some senators...
00:15:56.000 Here's the thing.
00:15:57.000 Do your advised consent.
00:15:58.000 Ask the questions.
00:15:59.000 Grill Matt Gaetz.
00:16:00.000 Do it publicly, do it privately.
00:16:02.000 But none of this preemptive, I'm going to say I'm against Matt Gaetz before you do your job as advice and consent.
00:16:08.000 You get a hearing, you hear him out, you grill him, he can handle himself.
00:16:11.000 Matt Gaetz is far more capable than your typical cabinet appointee.
00:16:15.000 But until then, President Trump gets his cabinet because Joe Biden got his.

00:17:24.000 All right.
00:17:25.000 Without further ado, I want to bring in Cliff Maloney from P.A. Chase.
00:17:29.000 Cliff, how you doing, brother?
00:17:31.000 You still basking in the afterglow like the rest of us?
00:17:34.000 Well, I'm down here in Palm Beach as we all are, you know, meeting with different folks, talking about the transition.
00:17:41.000 But I've lost my voice, so I can officially say the chase got to me.
00:17:45.000 I'm trying to keep it, so I had a few days without the interviews.
00:17:49.000 But yeah, man, we're all just enjoying it.
00:17:51.000 You know, I tell people the first battle was winning the White House, right?
00:17:55.000 The next battle that we have to win, and I think we've had tremendous success so far with a lot of these cabinet choices.
00:18:02.000 But the next battle is going to be, okay, do we fulfill the mandate, right?
00:18:06.000 I know you've been talking about it, Charlie's been talking about it, everybody's been talking about it.
00:18:10.000 But now's the time, right?
00:18:11.000 We have to win this battle.
00:18:13.000 And we're going to have a bunch of them.
00:18:15.000 You know, this is not going to be a walk in the park.
00:18:17.000 This is going to be difficult.
00:18:18.000 But I tell people we can't be out to lunch just because we won the election.
00:18:23.000 And so to all the activists out there, to everybody that thinks, you know, we can just celebrate and go home, this is the time to shine.
00:18:30.000 We have to hold—and by the way, I'm talking about Republicans—we have to hold a lot of these Republicans accountable to make sure that what we're doing actually fulfills the mandate that the American people send Trump back to office, took over the Senate, continue to keep the House, and now we need those policies that they are mandating that we bring to the American people.
00:18:53.000 Yeah, I completely agree, Cliff.
00:18:55.000 And speaking of Republicans, this is John Cornyn, cut 414.
00:19:00.000 He's saying he wants to review the ethics report that was coming out of the House before Matt Gaetz decided he was going to resign, effective immediately.
00:19:12.000 414. We'll be talking about recess.
00:19:15.000 On the issue of vetting, though, how critical is it to have access to what the House Ethics Committee has found in their investigation?
00:19:22.000 I think there should not be any limitation on the Senate Judiciary Committee's investigation, including whatever the House Ethics Committee has generated.
00:19:31.000 So you want to see it?
00:19:32.000 Absolutely.
00:19:33.000 Tulsi.
00:19:34.000 Absolutely he wants to see it, Cliff.
00:19:37.000 So this is a guy, Cornyn, who is the senator I mean, the polls were predicting three or four points in Texas for Trump.
00:19:48.000 It goes 14.
00:19:49.000 This guy's in cycle.
00:19:51.000 Cliff, I do want to get to some updates in PA, but just for a moment, respond to that.
00:19:58.000 Well, let me start off by saying this.
00:20:00.000 I was quiet about this during the cycle, but, you know, I'm a lifelong Pennsylvania resident.
00:20:04.000 My whole family is there.
00:20:05.000 I spent 22 years of my life in state.
00:20:08.000 I live in Matt Gaetz district, right?
00:20:11.000 I tell people that, you know, he is by far, it's an honor to have somebody like him represent me and my family because, you know, he's a fighter, right?
00:20:20.000 And to have him now appointed as AG, of course the swamp's going to push back, right?
00:20:24.000 But when, you know, when you have Republicans like John Cornyn, who needs Democrats?
00:20:28.000 So I totally agree that this is going to be a knock-down, drag-out fight.
00:20:33.000 Yes, they should ask Matt the tough questions, but he's ready for them.
00:20:37.000 He's an honest broker.
00:20:38.000 He represents we the people.
00:20:40.000 And look, the reason we love him is he doesn't have a lot of friends in Washington, D.C. But the reason I think that this Trump appointment of Matt Gaetz as Attorney General is so smart is because we're going to know right out of the chute Who's ready to fight for the America First movement?
00:20:56.000 And who's ready to stand on the side of the swamp?
00:20:59.000 That's what's the most important about this.
00:21:01.000 John Thune has a great opportunity here.
00:21:04.000 I'm going to give him a chance.
00:21:07.000 I've looked at his voting record.
00:21:08.000 He's been on the wrong side of a bunch of issues, but he's been on the right side on a couple of them.
00:21:13.000 So he's got a fresh slate now.
00:21:15.000 Which direction does he take it?
00:21:17.000 And if we, A, do the recess appointment, that'll show us right away that Thune's ready, at least for these first couple battles, to be on our side.
00:21:26.000 And if it goes to a floor vote, I mean, we're going to know.
00:21:29.000 We're going to have those names.
00:21:31.000 And I'm going to stand here with Charlie, with you, and I'm going to say that I'm going to put the full force of my entire grassroots operation behind primarying any Republican that stands in the way of the America First movement.
00:21:45.000 The time for excuses is over.
00:21:47.000 And so John Cornyn is not going to be the only one.
00:21:50.000 There's going to be others.
00:21:50.000 But if these folks don't get in line, if they block Donald Trump and his agenda, we will go to war and we will take them out politically.
00:21:58.000 we will be on the ground in their state We will be turning out voters to primary them out of office.
00:22:05.000 You have my word right here on the Charlie Kirk Show that we will stand there with you guys.
00:22:09.000 We will put all of our time, energy, resources, everything we've got into primarying any of these Republicans who are weak and attempt to block Donald Trump.
00:22:19.000 Well, Cliff, on that note, you know, we floated this that we were willing to go to South Dakota, we're willing to go to Texas, and I can't even tell you how many people in the grassroots came out and were basically like, hey, we have this venue, we've got these insiders, the grassroots, we've been looking for help and support.
00:22:38.000 These guys have to know that this is not business as usual.
00:22:41.000 This is not, you just, you got an R next to your name, you get through the primary if you're an incumbent, and then you just keep doing it.
00:22:48.000 Over, you know, rinse, wash, repeat.
00:22:50.000 This is not going to be the new Republican Party that we see.
00:22:54.000 Now, Cliff, I want to, I'll finish with what you say.
00:22:58.000 I want to underscore that.
00:22:59.000 We're going to give these guys a chance.
00:23:01.000 You know, Senator Thune, if you want to support the mandate that Trump won, not you, that Trump won, not you, if you want to support that mandate and give his nominees a chance because the American people gave President Trump a chance, it's great.
00:23:15.000 We're going to support you.
00:23:16.000 If we are pleasantly surprised, we will support you.
00:23:19.000 You will become a folk hero.
00:23:21.000 But if you stand for the business as usual, it's not going well for you.
00:23:25.000 It will not.
00:23:26.000 I want to pivot here, Cliff, because you are Mr.
00:23:30.000 P.A. I know you're down in South Florida.
00:23:32.000 I'm heading out there after the show, Cliff, so I expect to see you promptly as I land.
00:23:38.000 So P.A., Bucks County.
00:23:41.000 We're getting all these, you know, we got this McCormick thing.
00:23:44.000 Mark Elias is there.
00:23:45.000 He's trying to challenge.
00:23:46.000 I looked at New York Times before you came on.
00:23:48.000 They still don't have the Senate race called.
00:23:51.000 You know, it's this little collusion of the far left.
00:23:54.000 What's going on in PA? What's going on in Bucks?
00:23:57.000 Break it all down for us one by one.
00:24:00.000 Yeah, this is why when we launched the PA chase, I told people, I said, yes, we want to increase Trump's share of mail-in votes to 33%.
00:24:07.000 But the reason I said that was not just because I thought we could win with 33% of the mail-ins.
00:24:13.000 But because I knew that if we won by less than the amount of provisional ballots, we would be going through right now what Dave McCormick is going through, and they would drag this thing out for months, okay?
00:24:26.000 And obviously, I'm very proud to say that we hit 34.5% of Trump getting those mail-in votes versus Harris.
00:24:33.000 I mean, that's up.
00:24:33.000 You got 22%.
00:24:35.000 Back in 2020 versus Biden.
00:24:37.000 So, 22 to 34.5.
00:24:39.000 I'm very proud of that.
00:24:40.000 Got to give turning point action, early vote action, America first works, the Trump campaign, everybody gets credit, right?
00:24:46.000 It was a grand just finale of people coming in to get us where we needed to be.
00:24:51.000 But here's where we're at with McCormick, okay?
00:24:53.000 We're up by roughly, let's say, 30,000 votes, and there's about 100,000 provisionals in the state.
00:24:59.000 Okay, now provisionals, people have to understand what a provisional ballot is.
00:25:03.000 In the old days, you'd think of a provisional as, well, they didn't fill in the circle fully, or they kind of marked both candidates, or somebody shows up and they're not registered to vote there, they're registered in a different precinct, so they put all these in a provisional pile, and typically they don't look at them because they're not needed unless the election is razor thin like it is now.
00:25:24.000 But what's happened is, because of the mail-in voting, it causes a lot more issues that then get deemed provisional.
00:25:31.000 Let me explain what those provisional issues would be.
00:25:34.000 One, they don't sign the envelope on the provisional mail-in ballot.
00:25:39.000 Two, they don't date it correctly.
00:25:41.000 And three, they don't use the proper secrecy sleeve for the envelope.
00:25:46.000 And so what happens there is that creates all of these different issues that then get put into a separate pile, batch by batch, county by county, that are considered provisional.
00:25:57.000 And then yes, you have a couple of those like the old days where you have irregularities and somebody that came in and the ballot had some sort of issue.
00:26:05.000 Okay, what's happened now is in Bucks County specifically, they are going against the Supreme Court's ruling that if they're not signed or they're not dated correctly, They're going to count them anyway.
00:26:17.000 And this is what I tell people.
00:26:18.000 These boards of elections and these judges, they're timid.
00:26:22.000 They're scared.
00:26:23.000 The left fights and they always capitulate.
00:26:26.000 And that's what's happening in Bucks.
00:26:28.000 So right now, McCormick's team has filed a lawsuit to hold them accountable and say, no, hold on a second.
00:26:35.000 The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has ruled that you cannot count a ballot.
00:26:39.000 It is not legal if it's not dated correctly.
00:26:43.000 And so these are the basic rules.
00:26:45.000 And when people talk about legal votes, this is the perfect example.
00:26:49.000 There are a set of rules you have to follow for your vote to be legal.
00:26:52.000 They didn't follow the rules.
00:26:54.000 And now the Democrats are using pressure with Mark Elias.
00:26:58.000 And by the way, I wish we had people that fought with his tenacity.
00:27:02.000 You know, good for them.
00:27:03.000 I will give Watley and Laura Trump so much credit because we're finally on par with them.
00:27:08.000 But of course, they're fighters.
00:27:09.000 They're going to try to use the courts to win this.
00:27:12.000 So this thing's going to drag out.
00:27:14.000 The automatic recount has been triggered because it's less than 0.5% of a race.
00:27:19.000 And Casey had the option to say, no, I don't want to do it.
00:27:22.000 He didn't say that.
00:27:23.000 We're moving forward with the recount.
00:27:24.000 But this is going to take court case by court case, county by county, to decide which of these ballots will count.
00:27:32.000 And here's the good news.
00:27:33.000 Even if all of the provisionals count, all 100,000, we still feel like we are in a position where he does not have the votes.
00:27:42.000 There are not enough votes out there for Bob Casey, but Democrats want to put Dave McCormick through this pain, and they are the type of people I don't think they're going to relent.
00:27:51.000 Bob Casey should concede right now.
00:27:55.000 We could move on.
00:27:56.000 We could get to work for the American people within the U.S. Senate.
00:28:00.000 I don't think he's going to do it, and unfortunately, that's the Democrat playbook.
00:28:05.000 All right, so Mark Elias, real quick, boil it down, 30 seconds for us, Cliff.
00:28:10.000 What's his role in this, and how is the RNC countering him?
00:28:13.000 Yeah, so what he's doing right now is he's going out to counties that they think are going to be favorable for Bob Casey, and he is using every legal trick in the book to count these votes.
00:28:24.000 Because remember, listen, when you're down, you want as many more potential votes as possible, right?
00:28:29.000 You're not guaranteed to win in some of these counties, but you need more votes anyway, so why not go for them?
00:28:34.000 So Elias is going county by county in Pennsylvania.
00:28:37.000 He is working to pressure or file lawsuits to pressure these boards of elections to count all these provisionals.
00:28:43.000 And so that is his battle right now.
00:28:45.000 How many more votes can he get to count?
00:28:48.000 And their hope is the more votes they count, the more likely it is they can make up for it.
00:28:55.000 If your approach to everyday aches and pains is to mask them, you know, feel better for a few hours only to have the pain return and then repeat the cycle all over again.
00:29:04.000 It's time to try Relief Factor.
00:29:06.000 And the good news is Relief Factor makes it quite easy.

00:29:57.000 I mean, what's happening in the next, you know, couple months for you?
00:30:01.000 Lay it out.
00:30:02.000 How do people stay involved with what you're doing?
00:30:05.000 How do they stay apprised of what you're doing?
00:30:08.000 Yeah, sure.
00:30:09.000 Folks can follow me on X at Maloney.
00:30:12.000 M-A-L-O-N-E-Y. Look, the Pennsylvania Chase was a smashing success.
00:30:17.000 And like I said earlier, we've got all of our partners, including Turning Point Action, to thank for that.
00:30:22.000 What I'm doing right now is pretty much over the next 30 to 60 days, we're going to be compiling our formal plan to relaunch the Pennsylvania Chase January 1 of 2025.
00:30:32.000 Let me say that again, because I think people miss this.
00:30:35.000 Okay, I said this from the start.
00:30:37.000 I want to match the Democrats' tactics.
00:30:39.000 That's what I want to do.
00:30:40.000 I want to fight fire with fire.
00:30:42.000 We had a ton of success chasing ballots during the presidential race and all the down-ballot success that we had.
00:30:49.000 But Scott Pressler announced, and I'm right there with him, Pressler says, no, we're going to be back out registering.
00:30:54.000 Why?
00:30:55.000 Because Democrats are doing it.
00:30:57.000 Yeah, so, you know, everybody thinks about 26 and 28, and at the end of the day, it's like, I want to match the Democrats, line item for line item of what they do.
00:31:06.000 We did that during the presidential race with the PHAs.
00:31:09.000 I mean, Scott Pressler registered more people than I think existed on the target list, you know, for Republicans in the past, and we have to keep matching them.
00:31:17.000 So Scott's going to continue to register like a wild man that he is that gets it done.
00:31:22.000 Turning Point Action is going to continue to do what they're doing in all the target states, building up.
00:31:27.000 I mean, heck, if I could get Charlie Kirk to do an event at each of the target counties in PA, we'd probably be a permanent red state, right?
00:31:34.000 But the idea that we can wait until 2026, we need to stop thinking about things like this.
00:31:39.000 We need permanent infrastructure.
00:31:41.000 Okay, you're going to hear me use those words a lot.
00:31:44.000 Permanent infrastructure.
00:31:46.000 Whatever the Democrats are doing, we need to match it.
00:31:49.000 They're out there 365 days a year.
00:31:51.000 Okay, they were preparing for the 2024 election in 2021, right, after they won Pennsylvania.
00:31:58.000 So we can't just show up every four years.
00:32:01.000 We can't just show up every two years.
00:32:02.000 So the next 30 to 60 days, yes, I'm going to put a plan together that really has a budget, and we're going to have exactly the operations that we want or that we need.
00:32:11.000 And January 1 of 2025, we're going to launch it.
00:32:14.000 We have three Supreme Court races in Pennsylvania in 2025.
00:32:18.000 Okay, there is no off year in Pennsylvania.
00:32:21.000 And so folks can follow me on x at Maloney.
00:32:25.000 They can email me directly, cliff at pachase.com.
00:32:28.000 We're going to need all hands on deck, and we are just simply doing one thing, fighting fire with fire and matching the Democrats' tactics.
00:32:37.000 If we do that, I feel very confident that 2026 will not be some setback here, and that 2028 will be an even larger victory when we have in place permanent infrastructure.
00:32:51.000 So how does this work in PA? You've got three PA Supreme Court justices up for retention in November 2025.
00:33:00.000 So then if they vote no to retention, then there's special elections in 2027?
00:33:05.000 Yeah, it's a little confusing.
00:33:07.000 But yes, the other thing I will share with you guys that are not that familiar with Pennsylvania is our mail-in ballot requests, they reset every year.
00:33:18.000 So when you go to request your mail-in ballot, in some states, everybody gets sent a ballot.
00:33:23.000 Every registered voter, the ballots go out when they go out and everybody gets them.
00:33:27.000 In Pennsylvania, the reason we got crushed in 2020 is because Democrats understood this and they worked it to get people to request the ballot.
00:33:36.000 If you got a ballot at your door, you were three to four times more likely to vote when you're just looking at those low propensity voters that we all targeted.
00:33:45.000 Right?
00:33:46.000 So in 2025, it resets.
00:33:48.000 Everybody has to request a ballot again, and we're trying to create that culture, that behavior of them being confident in requesting it and then dropping it off at their county office.
00:33:58.000 So yes, we'll have retention elections to vote no.
00:34:01.000 We'll have other local municipalities, school board races.
00:34:04.000 But there are going to be races all across Pennsylvania.
00:34:07.000 But the most important thing here is that it resets.
00:34:10.000 It resets January 1.
00:34:12.000 So that's what we have to do is go out and chase applications or requests for people to get a mail-in ballot.
00:34:19.000 All right.
00:34:19.000 So last question here.
00:34:20.000 One minute, Cliff.
00:34:22.000 Explain the role of the RNC in Pennsylvania.
00:34:25.000 Whatley, Lara, Trump, are they on top of this lawfare, Mark Elias' attempt to rob another Senate seat?
00:34:34.000 Absolute rock stars.
00:34:36.000 Okay, I'm not paid to say that.
00:34:37.000 I have no incentive to say that.
00:34:39.000 The RNC, between 2020 and 2024, when you have Las Evita, Blair, Wiles, the whole, Whatley and Trump, I mean, everybody.
00:34:49.000 They understood that we had to triple down on lawfare.
00:34:53.000 We had to triple down on making sure that we're protected and we have election integrity.
00:34:57.000 They've been three steps ahead on any issue we've had in Pennsylvania.
00:35:01.000 And look, I'm grateful because I don't have the bandwidth.
00:35:04.000 Scott Pressler doesn't have the bandwidth.
00:35:07.000 We have the things that we were assigned to do.
00:35:09.000 We went out and did our job, but none of it would have been worth it if we didn't have a legal team behind us backing up everything that we were doing to make sure that this was a fair election.
00:35:20.000 So I feel very confident and I'm proud to say the RNC has just really stepped up and been there when the country needed them most.
00:35:28.000 That's fantastic news.
00:35:31.000 We don't have to litigate it now, but the change at the RNC, the timing of it turned out to be critically important to the outcome of this election.
00:35:39.000 So, Cliff Maloney, P.A. Chase, keep doing your work.
00:35:41.000 I have a feeling we're going to just, you know, keep doing even more work together in the years to come, Cliff.
00:35:47.000 So, I'll see you tonight, hopefully, in South Florida.
00:35:51.000 Be well, my friend.
00:35:53.000 Take care.
00:35:54.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
