00:00:00.000 Hey everybody enjoy this episode become a member members.charliekirk.com that is members.charliekirk.com email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com and become a member to support this program buckle up everybody here we go Charlie what you've done is incredible here maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk Charlie Kirk's running the White House folks I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:25.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:26.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:43.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:44.000 We are here in Phoenix, Arizona at America Fest.
00:01:14.000 CHEERING And we have an all-star roster here.
00:01:18.000 This is the tribute to the chase.
00:01:21.000 We have Lacey, Brett, and Tyler.
00:01:23.000 I'm going to do active listening here.
00:01:25.000 This team here saved America, won Arizona, won Wisconsin.
00:01:29.000 They made it happen, everybody.
00:01:32.000 Tyler Boyer is the grand maestro of such activities.
00:01:36.000 Tyler, walk us through all this.
00:01:38.000 Charlie, I mean, our team that we have on the ground, many that are here at AmericaFest right now, made it happen in ways that have never been done before across the entire country.
00:01:49.000 And I want to give so much credit to Lacey and Brett who are two of our top leaders that have run the entire program from top to bottom.
00:02:01.000 But, I mean, we have talked about it privately.
00:02:04.000 We are going to be talking a lot more about this publicly.
00:02:08.000 We chased in Arizona 315,000 ballots from our universe.
00:02:17.000 And that's news.
00:02:18.000 We're breaking that news here today.
00:02:20.000 So you can take that.
00:02:21.000 You're going to see it in other places.
00:02:22.000 But that is...
00:02:24.000 Way beyond the difference that President Trump won that here in the state of Arizona.
00:02:28.000 We are in the place that we have to win now moving forward and Lacey and the entire team in our Chase the Vote squad made that happen.
00:02:38.000 Lacey, why don't you take through real quickly and then we'll hit in Wisconsin with Brett.
00:02:44.000 Talk to me about the places that we needed to win the most and what we did to win those places by as much as we did here in Arizona.
00:02:53.000 Yes, of course.
00:02:54.000 So one big thing was this was kind of a challenge when we had no idea what we were doing in the beginning.
00:03:01.000 We often said that we were building this rocket ship as we were flying it.
00:03:06.000 And quickly we found out that when you hire the right people, which is so many of you in this audience, it all came together.
00:03:14.000 And so we knew we had to hire in Maricopa County.
00:03:17.000 That was our big push from the beginning.
00:03:20.000 We focused on hiring our top managers there.
00:03:23.000 And from there, we built out our ballot chase program.
00:03:26.000 Yeah, and that was probably the big difference maker, both in Arizona and Wisconsin, Charlie, was that what we did that was so different was we hired the best of the best.
00:03:36.000 And some of our managers are right here.
00:03:38.000 I'm looking at Julie.
00:03:39.000 That's right in front of us right here.
00:03:40.000 Antoinette, I know.
00:03:41.000 I just saw her walking around right here.
00:03:43.000 There's Antoinette right there.
00:03:44.000 But you have to hire people who hire the best people.
00:03:49.000 Because you can't just hire on Craigslist the last 20 days of the election.
00:03:54.000 You have to hire talented activists who know the area, that are from the neighborhoods, in order to chase the votes that we need to win.
00:04:02.000 So Tyler, in Arizona, in 2020, we all know what happened in 2020, but the official count was 10,000 ballots that we fell short of.
00:04:13.000 How did we end up and speak about the blanketing coverage of precincts that Turning Point Action was able to pull off?
00:04:20.000 Yeah, that's the perfect transition from what I was just saying was the difference maker here and this is for everybody to hear.
00:04:25.000 It doesn't matter what state you're from.
00:04:27.000 It does not matter what state you're from.
00:04:29.000 You have to be from the neighborhood to chase the ballots that we need to win.
00:04:35.000 I'm going to say this again.
00:04:36.000 You have to be from the neighborhood.
00:04:38.000 So that's the science.
00:04:39.000 It's not rocket science.
00:04:40.000 This is like basic science, right?
00:04:43.000 Which is that if you're from the neighborhood, they're going to know your face, right?
00:04:48.000 Don't cut them off in traffic, right?
00:04:51.000 Because they're not going to want you to come to their door to chase their ballot.
00:04:54.000 This is what we train to.
00:04:55.000 They need to know you, be comfortable with you.
00:04:59.000 Know you're from the same places, care about the same things that they do, and they're more likely to show up to vote.
00:05:05.000 And this is the simple math that we came up with, is we identified those top neighborhoods first.
00:05:11.000 And we said, in these precincts or wards, We're going to hire full-time the people that we need to do that work.
00:05:20.000 And that is the difference maker.
00:05:22.000 And in Wisconsin particularly, Arizona, we have a lot of people from a lot of places.
00:05:27.000 So we're a lot more trusting and able to say, oh...
00:05:30.000 I'm from somewhere else, too.
00:05:31.000 That's cool.
00:05:32.000 I'm not.
00:05:33.000 But I'm from somewhere else, too.
00:05:33.000 I'm from here.
00:05:34.000 That's cool.
00:05:35.000 I'll listen to you.
00:05:36.000 But in Wisconsin, this is in particular the very important science that we had.
00:05:42.000 We have people that are living in Wauwatosa and in parts of Waukesha County that matter so much that have lived there their whole lives.
00:05:51.000 And they're only going to listen to people who have also lived there their whole lives.
00:05:55.000 Yeah, I mean, there's way more value in saying, hey, I'm your neighbor from down the block.
00:05:59.000 Let's talk about why you don't vote versus, hey, I'm a random stranger from out of state.
00:06:03.000 What issues do you care about most?
00:06:06.000 So we were really excited to put together infrastructure that created people knocking doors in the neighborhoods that they lived in, the areas that they know best.
00:06:13.000 Which turned into moms knocking on the doors of other moms.
00:06:16.000 Latinos knocking on the doors of other Latinos.
00:06:19.000 And to really what we believe is a remedy to the turnout problem that we were hanging on to in Wisconsin for the longest time.
00:06:25.000 This is something that's a complete shift away from how we know Get Out the Vote to historically be in Wisconsin.
00:06:31.000 We're excited because we've created now permanent infrastructure that we can keep rolling into the Supreme Court race on April 1st.
00:06:40.000 So let me ask you, if it wasn't for Turning Point, and we want to just compliment, the Trump campaign did a great job.
00:06:46.000 Susie Wiles, James Blair, phenomenal to work with.
00:06:49.000 But were there other people that were doing this work in advance on the outside?
00:06:53.000 Thankful for what Elon did, but what we did was different than Elon.
00:06:57.000 Tyler, was this new work being done in the movement?
00:07:00.000 Well, I want to give a huge compliment to Brett, our entire Wisconsin team, our managers.
00:07:07.000 See some of...
00:07:10.000 Because what they did, Charlie, is you're right.
00:07:12.000 The work that Elon...
00:07:14.000 And this is really important for people that are paying attention closely.
00:07:17.000 The work that Elon did is really important.
00:07:20.000 The pound the doors type door hanger, knock on doors, talk to people, remind them to vote work.
00:07:26.000 They did that.
00:07:28.000 We actually stood...
00:07:30.000 Stepped up and helped out in Wisconsin.
00:07:31.000 So we not only were doing our job in the neighborhoods, chasing votes, but then our team said we want to help.
00:07:39.000 Elon, we had a partnership that we did just exclusively in Wisconsin.
00:07:42.000 It worked and it saved the day because we were able to ensure that Wisconsin was one for Trump by doing that work.
00:07:49.000 It created a model now for success that we can replicate in other states.
00:07:54.000 So, you know, sometimes I think this gets downplayed.
00:07:56.000 Our team was essentially doing triple duty in Wisconsin.
00:07:59.000 Not only was there an opportunity every single day in Wisconsin for volunteers to learn how to chase ballots with our Superchase events, but we had hundreds of ballot chasers out in the field chasing low propensity and disengaged voters.
00:08:11.000 And then with our partnership with America PAC, that allowed us to target a whole new universe of voters that we knew We're not turning out in the way that they needed to at that time.
00:08:20.000 We created a well-rounded effect in Wisconsin that I think history will look back on and smile.
00:08:25.000 Let me ask you, was it easier to do it because of President Trump?
00:08:30.000 Did President Trump make the chase easier?
00:08:32.000 Yeah, so Charlie, we actually just talked about this, and I really want to focus in on this, and this is for everyone that's thinking about running in 2028, or 2026 for that matter.
00:08:43.000 The populist message that President Trump carries, and he does it so effectively, is a big portion of what makes the job easier.
00:08:51.000 When you can knock on a door and people understand the issues and they agree on the issues.
00:08:56.000 And this is the magic of President Trump.
00:08:58.000 President Trump made this election so much easier because people fundamentally understand the issues better because of how he speaks.
00:09:05.000 And if we keep doing that, we're going to win for a long time and we're going to be able to chase ballots at doors.
00:09:12.000 If we get into the, oh, what's the price of tea in China divided by three?
00:09:17.000 And what is Iran's nuclear?
00:09:18.000 Like that's not what's going to matter.
00:09:21.000 This is why the America first movement matters so much.
00:09:23.000 Simple understanding of the things that matter close to home from the neighborhoods are what changed the game.
00:09:31.000 And President Trump made that easy.
00:09:33.000 We're going to do another segment together.
00:09:34.000 I do want to talk about lose by less, which is part of what we did here in Arizona.
00:09:38.000 Lacey, from what I remember, you live or have lived in Pima.
00:09:42.000 Is that right?
00:09:43.000 That is correct.
00:09:44.000 All right.
00:09:45.000 How did we do in Pima County, which is terrible.
00:09:48.000 Should be given back to Mexico.
00:09:49.000 I'm half kidding.
00:09:49.000 It's awful place.
00:09:51.000 But how did we do?
00:09:53.000 Am I right, Tyler?
00:09:54.000 Pima's not good.
00:09:55.000 In Pima in 2024 versus 2020. I would trade Pima County for Rocky Point.
00:09:59.000 Any day.
00:10:00.000 But how did we do in Pima?
00:10:02.000 We'll have to work with you.
00:10:02.000 But it's okay.
00:10:04.000 You guys are so awful about Pima.
00:10:05.000 I've lived in a hotel for 100 plus days this year, so I don't know if we can say Lacey still lives in Tucson.
00:10:13.000 That being said, I will say I have seen so many things come around in Pima because of the border, because of safety.
00:10:23.000 President Trump, what he speaks is so relatable for moms, for everyday people.
00:10:28.000 We want safety for our kids, right?
00:10:31.000 And in Pima County, I no longer even recognize where we live.
00:10:35.000 And that's really sad.
00:10:36.000 We bought our house thinking we wanted to live somewhere that had good schools.
00:10:41.000 Our kids can no longer go to those schools.
00:10:46.000 Are you worried about the future of the US economy?
00:10:48.000 With so much uncertainty in the air, it's natural to fret about the security of your retirement savings.
00:10:53.000 But there's one asset that stands the test of time, and that is gold.

00:11:42.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:48.000 Tyler, really quick, summarize all this.
00:11:51.000 Well, Charlie, you were just talking about Pima and Southern Arizona in general.
00:11:55.000 Along the border, we saw similarly what happened in Texas happened in Arizona, which was a huge spike in the Latino population, the Hispanic population, showing up big for Trump.
00:12:05.000 And this is huge.
00:12:08.000 There were precincts in Yuma that had over 200% increase in voting for Donald Trump for 2020. In Pima County, we had precincts that were darn well there, 50% increases in voting turnout, specifically for Donald Trump.
00:12:27.000 This is massive.
00:12:28.000 When you're looking at these numbers, you're going, oh my gosh, this is insane.
00:12:32.000 And that's part of the conversation that we were having about how do we do the work?
00:12:37.000 Well, we were focused on coalitions that were being built that were chasing those specific people.
00:12:41.000 Yes, and these are people that normally would not vote, which is so important.
00:12:46.000 We chased the disengaged voters.
00:12:48.000 So these are 315,000 people in Arizona that normally would not have voted if we would not have contacted them.
00:12:56.000 And I think that's critical.
00:12:58.000 Yeah.
00:13:00.000 Brett, Wisconsin Supreme Court race, educate the audience, then I gotta throw it to Ben.
00:13:04.000 We still have our work cut out for us in Wisconsin.
00:13:07.000 2025 has a couple elections going on nationwide.
00:13:11.000 In Wisconsin, hear me out everyone, the Wisconsin Supreme Court race in April is the most mission critical race in the country in 2025. I'm not discrediting Virginia, I'm not discrediting New Jersey, that's great.
00:13:24.000 But what will happen in Wisconsin in April will determine our success in 2028. What do I mean by that?
00:13:31.000 We are right now losing a conservative majority on our state Supreme Court.
00:13:38.000 If we do not win this conservative majority back, the very first thing that will happen out of the gate is that voter ID will be scrapped in the state of Wisconsin.
00:13:47.000 I don't need to tell you guys how detrimental that could be to the cause.
00:13:51.000 Well, and Charlie, we talked about the lose by less mentality.
00:13:54.000 There are places in America where we know that the manipulation is so severe.
00:13:59.000 Pima County is one of them.
00:14:01.000 Dane County is one of them.
00:14:03.000 The manipulation is so severe, we have to make it as difficult for them to manipulate the election as possible.
00:14:09.000 That means we have to get more voters out, ID them by specific voter ID, track them and make sure that we're not going to lose more ground in the places that they are trying to cheat and manipulate maximally.
00:14:26.000 And that is the key.
00:14:27.000 Turning Point Action is going to be expanding with offices in Nevada.
00:14:31.000 We're going to continue Wisconsin, Arizona, and another state that we're not going to yet proclaim, right?
00:14:35.000 We will have big news after Christmas.
00:14:38.000 Out East.
00:14:39.000 Big news after Christmas, where we're expanding into, but it's going to be exciting stuff.
00:14:44.000 It's going to be big.
00:14:45.000 Thank you guys.
00:14:46.000 Brett, Lacey, Tyler, great work.
00:14:49.000 Thank you guys so much.
00:14:50.000 Ben, let's go to you as we kind of do a line change.
00:14:52.000 Speaking of action, we got this young man, high school.
00:14:56.000 Tell me, your grandma, tell me the story.
00:14:59.000 Okay, my name is Janet Frazier.
00:15:01.000 A year ago this weekend, I took my grandson to the Reawakened tour in Tulare, and I want you to hear the rest of the story from Brayden.
00:15:15.000 Yeah, so I actually thank Charlie Kirk so much for what he does.
00:15:19.000 As a student, I watch him on hours on end each day.
00:15:22.000 And I actually started a chapter at my school.
00:15:24.000 And so I've been teaching everybody about just politics and how the Electoral College works.
00:15:29.000 And shout out to Sasha, my field rep, for helping us.
00:15:32.000 And all your guys' donations go back to us, the high schoolers.
00:15:35.000 We get snacks to give to the students and encourage them to come.
00:15:38.000 We got a big ball to have them sign called a Freedom Ball.
00:15:41.000 It was so cool.
00:15:42.000 And so I just want to thank Charlie for all he does.
00:15:44.000 And I had a question for him.
00:15:46.000 Charlie, we've got one question for you.
00:15:48.000 So for somebody like me who wants to get into politics, and I want to be a constitutional attorney, so I want to go to college and go to political...
00:15:56.000 You've got to go to Hillsdale.
00:15:57.000 Hillsdale.
00:15:58.000 If you've got to be an attorney, go to Hillsdale College.
00:16:00.000 Okay.
00:16:01.000 And then, one more thing.
00:16:01.000 Hillsdale College.
00:16:02.000 For somebody like me who wants to get into politics, how would I be able to work with you one-on-one and become like your apprentice in a way?
00:16:09.000 Well, we actually are constantly hiring.
00:16:13.000 As long as you're okay, not sleeping, traveling everywhere.
00:16:17.000 Hating your life, you know, running and getting a lot of coffee and all that.
00:16:20.000 I'm half kidding.
00:16:22.000 I will say this about politics.
00:16:24.000 It is the ultimate meritocracy that you don't have to go to college.
00:16:27.000 You have to just work your tail off and you will ascend, especially in turning points.
00:16:31.000 So if you're really serious about it, go talk to Mikey and we'll see what you're made of.
00:16:36.000 Most people quit, by the way.
00:16:37.000 90% of people that say, oh, I want to work for your turn.
00:16:40.000 I'm like, oh, yeah, yeah.
00:16:40.000 Okay.
00:16:41.000 I'm not a quitter.
00:16:42.000 They're like, oh, wait, we're working on a weekend.
00:16:44.000 I'm like, uh, yeah.
00:16:45.000 Yep.
00:16:45.000 Everyone!
00:16:46.000 Go back and, you know, shuffle papers or something.
00:16:48.000 We played a win at Turning Point.
00:16:50.000 We don't just sit around on our hands.
00:16:53.000 Go talk to our team if you're serious about it.
00:16:55.000 Okay.
00:16:56.000 Very special guest here.
00:16:57.000 So...
00:16:58.000 I, as you guys know, traveled the country and went to college campuses and brought the good word to them.
00:17:06.000 Mitchell Brown is here from Signal Polling.
00:17:09.000 Mitchell, welcome to the program.
00:17:11.000 You know, I'm going to recreate part of it here as we do this.
00:17:14.000 Who wants a hat?
00:17:15.000 See?
00:17:16.000 We're going to see here.
00:17:17.000 There you go.
00:17:18.000 We did that on campuses across the country.
00:17:18.000 Over there.
00:17:21.000 Mitchell, you did the study.
00:17:23.000 Did we make an impact visiting all these college campuses?
00:17:27.000 Again, great impact that you had.
00:17:29.000 We have three or four awesome numbers for you here.
00:17:32.000 And so what we went and did was I knew how impactful this was just by the vibe we were seeing on the college campuses now compared to 2020. And so I went back and I went...
00:17:41.000 And I wanted to see how people were actually responding on the ground.
00:17:44.000 So we went in first and asked voters under 30 in all seven of the swing states what they thought of Turning Point, what they thought of Charlie, and how often they were seeing them.
00:17:54.000 So you have a 49% name ID with voters under 30 in the swing states.
00:17:58.000 Turning Point has a 47% name ID, and both of you are overwhelmingly positive with voters there.
00:18:07.000 To put that into perspective, Trump is underwater with voters under 30 in those swing states, and you are above water.
00:18:15.000 So to show the impact of it not just being Trump down, it's other conservative voices.
00:18:20.000 So we went and asked those people, and of those people, 37% of those people said they saw, read, or heard something from Turning Point this election cycle.
00:18:30.000 And of that group, 58% of them said it was more likely to make them vote for Donald Trump this year.
00:18:37.000 Yay!
00:18:39.000 So what that means by location stop.
00:18:42.000 So we'll jump out with this first one here.
00:18:44.000 I went and pulled the polling precincts of the seven largest schools that you stopped at in swing states.
00:18:51.000 And we checked what the turnout shift was from 2020 to 2024 and what that margin shift was.
00:18:57.000 I'm going to start with the biggest.
00:18:59.000 Penn State University.
00:19:01.000 Turnout 42% higher than in 2020. The margin shift, 17 points to the right.
00:19:13.000 So we turned out more voters and did better with them.
00:19:16.000 Correct.
00:19:17.000 Now, Westchester University, 19% higher turnout, 15% movement to the right.
00:19:25.000 University of Wisconsin at Madison, 13% higher turnout, 11% shift to the right.
00:19:35.000 I can go through all of these.
00:19:36.000 Georgia State University, 13% higher turnout, 14% shift to the right.
00:19:43.000 And that is a tough campus.
00:19:45.000 That is not always MAGA-friendly.
00:19:48.000 And so, who wants a hat, by the way?
00:19:50.000 Let's see here.
00:19:51.000 There we go.
00:19:52.000 So, by the way, this is what it was like on these campuses, I'm telling you.
00:19:56.000 And Mitchell, in polling, can you go through how dramatic a change like this is?
00:20:02.000 Seeing double-digit movement.
00:20:04.000 There is a cause and effect to this.
00:20:05.000 It does not happen by itself.
00:20:07.000 It's a cause and effect, and we can talk about it on a longer forum next time.
00:20:11.000 But we even saw this result as this is just the kids who stayed in their college town to vote, not kids from a different state that were going to these schools, not kids who voted in their parents' home precincts where they're registered.
00:20:22.000 So that's also a thing to factor in here.
00:20:24.000 But this shift is monumental.
00:20:26.000 For example, the shift with this voter group from 16 to 20. Is almost none.
00:20:32.000 If you went to these college campuses, I went back and looked.
00:20:35.000 There was only three that had higher turnout in 2020 than they had in 2016. And only one shifted to the right.
00:20:41.000 And it was by one point from 2016 to 2020. So what you're saying is you had a control group.
00:20:45.000 Correct.
00:20:46.000 And then you had the turning point group.
00:20:49.000 Therefore, it would say that not every campus automatically had this sort of shift.
00:20:54.000 So the control group proves that we actually helped move the youth vote towards the victory for Donald Trump.
00:21:00.000 Correct.
00:21:01.000 And you guys changed the conversation.
00:21:03.000 So of this group, again, voters under 30 in these swing states, one, 81% of their media consumption is online or in social media.
00:21:11.000 It's none of its legacy media.
00:21:13.000 And the second part is for voters, their first time voting, Gen Z voters, abortion was 25% of people's top choice, inflation was 25%, and cancel culture was 20%.
00:21:26.000 So with first-time Gen Z voters, abortion was only 25% of people's highest issue.
00:21:32.000 And that shows the type of work that we do.
00:21:34.000 So the control group is the most interesting in what you say, because it shows that it wasn't just an automatic lurch to the right, that it was the actual work that we were doing.
00:21:43.000 Quickly, before we have to get to our next guest, tell us some of the remarkable polling you saw this cycle as I throw out another hat here.
00:21:51.000 Yeah, the most remarkable to point to is also outside of the swing states and how you can see how the culture on the ground is actually moving.
00:21:58.000 If you look at California, Connecticut, New York, and then even deep red areas, that's where the largest shift to the right was.
00:22:05.000 So when Kamala Harris was spending her $1.5 billion in the swing states, they weren't spending money anywhere else.
00:22:10.000 And that's where the real cultural movement that Trump has created has moved.
00:22:14.000 You look at counties along the border that are 75% Hispanic that voted for Trump this time.
00:22:21.000 You look at communities in New Jersey that are 91% minority that voted for Donald Trump this time.
00:22:28.000 You go through, state by state, every single county moved further to the right than it did in 2020. Kamala Harris did not outperform Joe Biden.
00:22:37.000 And it wasn't solely because of people talking about Trump.
00:22:41.000 It was also the anti-vote against Harris and groups like Turning Point did it.
00:22:46.000 We're gonna have you back on for a deep analysis.
00:22:48.000 Thank you, man.
00:22:48.000 Give it up for Mitchell.

00:23:54.000 Ben, let's go to you for one question as we bring up Matt Peterson.
00:23:58.000 Ben, help us as we do a line change.
00:23:59.000 All right, what's your name and what's your message?
00:24:01.000 Question.
00:24:02.000 I'm Bella.
00:24:03.000 I help run a TPUSA high school chapter in NC. And I just have a question for Charlie.
00:24:13.000 Charlie, question for you.
00:24:15.000 So, I was just wondering how can I help, like, more so expand and get more out into the community with my chapter?
00:24:25.000 Is it a high school or college chapter?
00:24:27.000 High school.
00:24:28.000 Where again?
00:24:28.000 High school.
00:24:29.000 North Carolina.
00:24:29.000 Sorry.
00:24:30.000 North Carolina.
00:24:31.000 Look, the biggest thing is activity, activity, activity.
00:24:34.000 Finding more friends, finding more people, and then finding specific things you can do.
00:24:38.000 It might be taking back your school board.
00:24:40.000 It might be hosting a lot of events that people like.
00:24:43.000 But constantly using social media as well to try to connect with like-minded friends.
00:24:48.000 And just so you guys know, at Turning Point USA, we have more high school chapters than college chapters across the country.
00:24:55.000 That are pushing for conservative values every day.
00:24:57.000 What was your name again?
00:24:58.000 Bella.
00:24:59.000 Bella, you want a hat, Bella?
00:25:00.000 Yes, please.
00:25:00.000 Here, give Bella a hat.
00:25:01.000 She's earned a hat for being a Turning Point chapter leader.
00:25:04.000 Joining us now is Matt Peterson.
00:25:06.000 Matt, you're from The Blaze.
00:25:07.000 You're launching Frontier Magazine.
00:25:09.000 Tell the audience about it and get that mic right up.
00:25:12.000 Yeah, well, Charlie, as you know, when we say this is a movement, we mean it's more than just a political movement.
00:25:17.000 So as important as voting is and it's essential, beyond that, what this movement is about is establishing an American way of life that's worthy of the name in the 21st century.
00:25:25.000 And that means shifting the culture in a way that's far beyond just political commentary.
00:25:31.000 And Frontier Magazine, Blazes put out, is all about that.
00:25:33.000 So this is about...
00:25:35.000 Highlighting the people, the movements, the companies, and the regions and states, like in areas where interesting things are happening, that are moving against the woke agenda, and providing a model, really, for the rest of the country.
00:25:47.000 I think everyone's asking, like, how do I live, you know?
00:25:50.000 Conservatives don't have a lot of media that talks about the normal stuff, right, that normal media would have, and profiles of people like yourself.
00:25:58.000 Or we did Chris Rufo in the last one.
00:26:00.000 You know, what makes that guy tick?
00:26:03.000 Left-wing media would do that six ways to Sunday.
00:26:06.000 Right-wing media usually doesn't, and Frontier is a beautiful aesthetic package that does it.
00:26:10.000 How do people get it, access it, and order it?
00:26:14.000 BlazeMedia.com.
00:26:15.000 You just go to Frontier slash Frontier.
00:26:17.000 Yeah, so tell us about how things are going at the Blaze.
00:26:19.000 You guys are creating this really powerful media juggernaut.
00:26:21.000 Tell us about it.
00:26:22.000 Yeah, well, it's been an incredible year.
00:26:24.000 I mean, there's a lot of, you know, new faces, new shows.
00:26:28.000 Jill Savage and I at Blaze News Tonight are over at the booth over there.
00:26:31.000 And I think you can see on the website something that's aesthetically pleasing if you go to theblaze.com.
00:26:36.000 One of the first things they did that's really important is just change that site to make a site that's actually, you know, good-looking, which is...
00:26:43.000 Rare in our space, as you know.
00:26:45.000 And Frontier Magazine is just one example of that because we need a lot more than straight political commentary.
00:26:51.000 We need a whole new media ecosystem.
00:26:54.000 What do you make of this moment that we're in, this new American renaissance?
00:26:58.000 You're a deep thinker.
00:26:59.000 In fact, you're a teacher of mine.
00:27:00.000 I've taken informal, but yeah, formal classes from you with the Claremont Institute.
00:27:04.000 What is your analysis of this moment that we are entering as a country?
00:27:08.000 Well, I wish every student was like you.
00:27:11.000 I... He reads the words.
00:27:16.000 I think that right now you can't underestimate the opportunity that we have because this is a completely different universe than we lived in before November.
00:27:26.000 And I don't say that lightly.
00:27:27.000 You know me.
00:27:28.000 I take this very seriously.
00:27:30.000 I think we're in a very, you know, we were in a very serious situation as a country and as a civilization.
00:27:34.000 But what has happened now is a complete opening of an entirely new frontier in politics, culture and commerce.
00:27:42.000 And so really what exactly what you guys said in the opening, what has to happen now is that we put this all on overdrive.
00:27:50.000 Everyone needs to, it's time to build all the things, right?
00:27:53.000 So everyone needs to go out there and do it.
00:27:55.000 The time is now.
00:27:56.000 And there's never been an opportunity like this in anyone's lifetime.
00:28:00.000 And it's like, it's a once in many lifetimes opportunity.
00:28:03.000 Give some action items on how people can turn that into applicable action steps.
00:28:09.000 Because we get that question all the time.
00:28:10.000 What can I do?
00:28:10.000 What can I do?
00:28:11.000 Yeah, so I think the first thing is, whatever sector you're in, look, throughout the last four years, people in all kinds of areas, whether it's media, whether it's law, they would come to me and say things like, look, I want to find people who are not insane.
00:28:24.000 I want to work for people who aren't about this agenda.
00:28:27.000 And what you need to do first is find people of like mind.
00:28:30.000 You'd be surprised at what you can create in any sector, really, of America right now, because there are like-minded people like you who want to build new things.
00:28:39.000 So first, you have to find those people.
00:28:41.000 Don't be isolated, right?
00:28:43.000 And there's lots of people looking to invest and to build the new stuff that I know a lot of people here want to do.
00:28:48.000 Blaze website again?
00:28:50.000 That's at theblaze.com.
00:28:51.000 Oh, pretty easy.
00:28:52.000 Blaze slash Frontier.
00:28:53.000 Easy to find.
00:28:54.000 Matt, you're a great man.
00:28:55.000 Ben Burkwam, how are we doing down there?
00:28:57.000 We're doing well.
00:28:58.000 Truck drivers.
00:28:59.000 Hey, Charlie, I just want to say thank you.
00:29:01.000 And thank you, Ben, and thank you, Blue, for all your hard work.
00:29:04.000 But mostly I'd like to talk about the truckers.
00:29:06.000 America has changed.
00:29:07.000 The American trucker, I've been one for 40 years.
00:29:10.000 And the American truck driver is now gone.
00:29:12.000 We're maybe 30% of the workforce now.
00:29:15.000 Yep.
00:29:16.000 Jeff Bezos has shipped in all these people walking in here and put them in new trucks.
00:29:20.000 They can't speak English.
00:29:22.000 They can't do nothing.
00:29:22.000 Gotta run.
00:29:23.000 God bless you man.
00:29:24.000 We love the truckers.
00:29:25.000 We have the truckers back.
00:29:26.000 Eric Metaxas everybody.
00:29:27.000 Give it up for the great Eric Metaxas.
00:29:29.000 Oh thank you.
00:29:31.000 What's going on?
00:29:32.000 A lot's going on, Charlie.
00:29:34.000 The country should be dead.
00:29:36.000 Donald Trump should be dead by the grace of God.
00:29:40.000 The country is alive.
00:29:42.000 Donald Trump is alive.
00:29:43.000 But it's only by the grace of God.
00:29:46.000 And the reason I say that is that God saved Donald Trump's life and he saved this nation for a purpose.
00:29:53.000 We need to get busy.
00:29:56.000 We just crossed the starting line.
00:29:59.000 And we need to get busy to go scorched earth on the deep state, on the bloated bureaucracy.
00:30:05.000 We need to get the rhinos out.
00:30:07.000 And everything Charlie says I agree with, so I'll just shut up.
00:30:11.000 Well, so Eric...
00:30:12.000 The divine providence, Donald Trump being an instrument of divine providence.
00:30:15.000 Yep.
00:30:16.000 We see that.
00:30:17.000 But let's be honest.
00:30:18.000 The church did not step up the way it should have this election cycle.
00:30:21.000 That's right.
00:30:22.000 It even makes me want to know, what is the church?
00:30:22.000 And you know what?
00:30:24.000 If the church is not stepping up and living its faith out heroically, including politically...
00:30:31.000 Listen, I hope that I'll meet all these folks in heaven, but I don't expect them to have very big mansions.
00:30:37.000 If you are not living out your faith...
00:30:41.000 I don't know that you have faith.
00:30:42.000 God looks at us and he expects us to live out our faith.
00:30:45.000 And there are many people that they're very theological, but they don't live out their faith.
00:30:49.000 They didn't care.
00:30:50.000 They didn't even vote.
00:30:51.000 They didn't care about it.
00:30:52.000 So one of the reasons Charlie and I are friends is we understand this, okay?
00:30:56.000 And this is not just a theory we have.
00:30:58.000 This is biblical.
00:30:59.000 You have to live out your faith or shut up about it.
00:31:03.000 And Eric, you are the premier scholar on Bonhoeffer.
00:31:07.000 You know, I give you a hard time because Eric deserves it.
00:31:10.000 But that's actually the highest form of friendship when you could joke.
00:31:12.000 I agree.
00:31:13.000 Eric is the best.
00:31:15.000 He's 10 out of 10. I've known Eric for a long time.
00:31:17.000 But Eric understands if the church goes silent, what happens, Eric?
00:31:21.000 Okay, some of you folks know the story of Dietrich Bonhoeffer and the German church.
00:31:26.000 A film came out.
00:31:27.000 If you haven't seen the film yet, go see the Bonhoeffer film.
00:31:31.000 I'm telling you, see the film, because the crazy left has tried to silence the film.
00:31:37.000 The Bonhoeffer story is a story about Germany in the 30s, but it's really a story about America today.
00:31:42.000 When the church thinks our job is just to do church, You're serving the devil.
00:31:48.000 If you just have a nice church service, but you're not living your faith out heroically, you're serving the devil.
00:31:53.000 The Bonhoeffer story is the perfect illustration of that.
00:31:56.000 If you read my book, you know that story.
00:31:58.000 But it's the story of America today.
00:32:00.000 But I believe God has spared us so that we don't go down the path that Germany went.
00:32:05.000 And that we now have work to do.
00:32:07.000 But we must use the reprieve for God's purposes.
00:32:10.000 Amen.
00:32:10.000 For God's glory.
00:32:11.000 Eric, plug your Socrates back.
00:32:13.000 Well, people ask me, what am I doing now?
00:32:16.000 I run a thing called Socrates in the City.
00:32:18.000 We just had our 25th anniversary.
00:32:21.000 If you don't know about it, go to socratesinthecity.com.
00:32:23.000 I interview all kinds of people.
00:32:24.000 It's kind of like PBS that skews conservative Christian.
00:32:28.000 We ask the big questions.
00:32:30.000 I've interviewed all kinds of people.
00:32:33.000 And we've got a book out.
00:32:35.000 We've got all kinds of swag.
00:32:36.000 I can't give these away for free.
00:32:38.000 But if you make a big donation, you're This is what makes Eric and I different.
00:32:43.000 I give hats away for free.
00:32:44.000 Who wants a hat?
00:32:45.000 Forget it.
00:32:47.000 That was really pathetic.
00:32:50.000 How about all the way back there?
00:32:51.000 Let's see.
00:32:52.000 Let's see if the campus tours...
00:32:56.000 Wow, those are aerodynamic hat.
00:32:58.000 That's pretty good, Charlie.
00:32:59.000 They are aerodynamic.
00:33:00.000 That's not bad, right?
00:33:01.000 That's 25 campus tours.
00:33:02.000 We're back there.
00:33:03.000 That looks good.
00:33:04.000 Eric Metaxas, final thoughts.
00:33:06.000 What are you going to be doing in this reprieve?
00:33:09.000 I bet it's important.
00:33:11.000 I want to say this again, folks.
00:33:14.000 Winning this election, and on January 20th, we cross the starting line.
00:33:20.000 We cross the starting line.
00:33:22.000 Now we've got to run the race, and now we're all going to see what we're made of.
00:33:26.000 And I really believe it's God's will, I don't say this lightly, it's God's will to restore this nation to what God's will is for the nation.
00:33:36.000 We've drifted for 50, 60 years, and we've got to do the work, and we've got to restore the nation to God's purposes.
00:33:42.000 Give it up, Eric.
00:33:44.000 Thank you.
00:33:44.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
