00:02:26.000 We've had a great conversation with Jack recently on that with Charlie.
00:02:30.000 You guys are going to want to check out that book.
00:02:32.000 Jack Posobiec, welcome to the show.
00:02:34.000 What's up, Andrew?
00:02:35.000 Jack, I want to talk about Pennsylvania.
00:02:37.000 You are Mr.
00:02:38.000 Pennsylvania, at least in my mind.
00:02:40.000 I think in a lot of people's minds, it's your home state.
00:02:43.000 Before we get into some of these stories about voter intimidation, suppression, Just give us the broad overview.
00:02:51.000 How do you see the state?
00:02:52.000 How is it coming together, early voting?
00:02:55.000 We've seen a lot of data come out about their firewall, how that has been.
00:03:01.000 It's much lower than previous cycles.
00:03:03.000 Jack, tell our audience where we're at in PA. Yeah, so in Pennsylvania, we've done a really good job there in turning out the Republican early vote in a way that has not been done before.
00:03:14.000 Republicans do not early vote in Pennsylvania.
00:03:17.000 We don't have a culture of it.
00:03:18.000 This is the Rust Belt, okay?
00:03:19.000 This isn't the Sun Belt where they've been doing it for years.
00:03:22.000 And so Republicans are very wary of this.
00:03:25.000 Very wary of certainly of the mail-in ballots.
00:03:28.000 However, there's this option that wasn't even official early voting.
00:03:32.000 What it was was de facto early voting in person because what you do is you would request a mail-in ballot and then you would turn it in in person at your county board of election or a couple of these satellite offices.
00:03:44.000 Around the counties.
00:03:45.000 And this is where the issues, as you just mentioned, would later come in.
00:03:49.000 So that's why when we see the split right now between Republican and Democrat, you're seeing 58-32.
00:03:56.000 So 58 Democrat for 32 Republican.
00:03:58.000 That's for mail-in returns.
00:04:00.000 2.1 million ballot requests went out.
00:04:04.000 1.5 million have been returned.
00:04:06.000 So again, that 32,000, that's roughly 470,000.
00:04:09.000 Total for Republicans, which represents about 15% of the registered Republicans in Pennsylvania have already done this.
00:04:17.000 Here's the kicker.
00:04:18.000 That's way more than Republicans usually do, percentage-wise, and relative to the Democrats, the Democrats are way down.
00:04:27.000 So you talked about the firewall.
00:04:28.000 The Democrats were trying to build a firewall of 400,000 early votes prior to Election Day.
00:04:35.000 So early person voting ended yesterday.
00:04:39.000 Absentee ballot requests ended yesterday with the exception of two counties, one Lehigh and then another one Bucks might be opening theirs up a little bit later today because of some of the issues that they had yesterday.
00:04:51.000 So, they wanted 400,000 votes going into Election Day.
00:04:55.000 This is when the big wave is going to come in.
00:04:57.000 In 2020, they had a million votes going into Election Day.
00:05:02.000 This year...
00:05:03.000 Andrew, they weren't able to make the $400,000.
00:05:07.000 They came in around $380,000.
00:05:08.000 So they don't have the votes.
00:05:10.000 They're undervoting.
00:05:11.000 The Democrat numbers are down from where they expected to be, and they're way down from where they were in 2020.
00:05:18.000 We are seeing a potential motivation issue, a huge motivation issue on the Democrat side.
00:05:24.000 Which makes sense.
00:05:25.000 They didn't have a primary.
00:05:26.000 They didn't have a situation where they could solidify behind a single candidate.
00:05:30.000 They were sort of told that you're supposed to be common supporters now.
00:05:33.000 And we're seeing in the data that the numbers that they had expected to put up are just not there.
00:05:38.000 All right.
00:05:38.000 So Jack, put yourself and help our audience understand, what is the Democrats spin?
00:05:44.000 So how are they trying to explain this away to tell their base, hey, you know, we haven't lost this yet.
00:05:50.000 We're still going to win PA. What are they saying?
00:05:53.000 Well, they're saying, look, they're saying we're up.
00:05:55.000 They're saying we're up in, you know, 58-32.
00:05:58.000 They're looking at that split.
00:05:58.000 They're saying, look, we were beating them in the early votes.
00:06:01.000 We're winning almost two to one outright in terms.
00:06:04.000 And keep in mind, these are not polls.
00:06:05.000 These are actual votes we're talking about now.
00:06:08.000 And they've got a lot of split polls that have come out down the pike over the last couple of days.
00:06:14.000 Kamala up one, Trump up one, basically all within the margin of error.
00:06:19.000 So everyone is basically saying, It's not so much that Pennsylvania is in the bag for one candidate or another, but that it is a jump ball and that everybody needs to get to the polls.
00:06:29.000 Look, I'll just tell you, I've seen more focus and money being spent in Pennsylvania in this cycle than I have in any cycle of my entire life.
00:06:37.000 So I obviously grew up in Pennsylvania, spent my entire life there.
00:06:40.000 And so this is a $500 million election just in the one state, just in the state of Pennsylvania.
00:06:47.000 It's $500 million.
00:06:49.000 That's being spent.
00:06:50.000 So you're seeing Kamala Harris blasting the airwaves You cannot turn it on a screen right now, whether it's YouTube or a podcast or anything, without your Spotify, Pandora, whatever you listen to, without hearing a Kamala Harris ad.
00:07:02.000 She's got a lot of big money, and so that's going to be driving her people out to the polls, whereas with Trump, it's much more that grassroots energy, and we're seeing a ton of it.
00:07:11.000 So I'm seeing upper-class households, lower-class households tend to be where you see Kamala Harris, Harris-Walt signs, but then it's middle-class, just Every single house has a Trump sign up now almost every and people by the way people that have been reaching out to me that I've knew from you know growing up that I had no idea were even interested in politics saying hey Jack where can I get a Trump sign hey Jack how can I get into the Trump rally I'm talking like high school friends all sorts of stuff people who they know that I'm you know kind of in the in the political space but just haven't even
00:07:41.000 reached out to me in like 20 years Well, it's a good sign for energy.
00:07:45.000 Guys, hear that.
00:07:47.000 This thing is not in the bag.
00:07:48.000 Even though this firewall has not materialized, if you are in PA, we need you to get out to the polls.
00:07:54.000 And so it sounds like if you're not in one of those two counties that still has it open for early voting, make a plan on election day to vote.
00:08:01.000 It's so critically important.
00:08:02.000 We have to have a monster, monster turnout in PA. Which leads to our next topic, Jack.
00:08:08.000 I'm going to play 67.
00:08:10.000 This is an early vote line in Quakertown, PA. And it looks like they cut off the line around 1.30, 1.40 in the afternoon.
00:08:19.000 Meanwhile, the governor of Pennsylvania, Josh Shapiro, is saying, hey, if you're in line by 5 o'clock, they have to let you early vote.
00:08:28.000 Let's go ahead and play cut 67.
00:08:30.000 I have a question.
00:08:32.000 I have to bring someone here about 4 o'clock to vote.
00:08:35.000 Are they gonna- I'm gonna ask you to talk to this- Are they gonna turn everyone down?
00:08:38.000 I'm gonna ask you to talk to this gentleman because the voting is closed right now.
00:08:41.000 It's closed.
00:08:42.000 I just want you to talk to this gentleman.
00:08:43.000 We have the right to vote until 4.30.
00:08:46.000 I got you.
00:08:47.000 Why is it closed?
00:08:48.000 Let me explain to you.
00:08:49.000 Please.
00:08:54.000 It's very slow and grueling.
00:08:55.000 That doesn't matter if we're online.
00:08:57.000 Very slow and grueling.
00:08:59.000 Doesn't matter if we're online.
00:09:00.000 By 4.30, we have the right to vote.
00:09:02.000 The reason why it had to close was because a high volume of people wanted to do this.
00:09:06.000 Slow and grueling.
00:09:07.000 Well, then they have to wait until everyone's...
00:09:08.000 They had to cut the line at 1.45.
00:09:11.000 Jack, what's happening here?
00:09:12.000 Well, look, I mean, you know, I love Kewtown.
00:09:15.000 I've spent a lot of good times there.
00:09:17.000 Quaker Town Farmers Market is absolutely legendary.
00:09:20.000 But what you're seeing there, there's two things.
00:09:22.000 First of all, you're seeing a voter who is told that you could come in person and vote, and as long as you were in line by 5 p.m., that you'd be allowed to vote in person.
00:09:30.000 Of course, the officer is telling her no.
00:09:33.000 This directly countermands the guidance that was put out by the Pennsylvania governor, Josh Shapiro, this guy who tried very, very hard to get on the ticket, but of course was humiliated nationally by Kamala Harris.
00:09:44.000 Then second, which a lot of people are missing, by the way, and this also happened, by the way, down in Doylestown, Bucks County.
00:09:51.000 Second, Is that person who's giving out the guidance there at the polling place with that badge on?
00:09:57.000 I don't know if Phoenix can put that up again.
00:10:01.000 That's not an election official.
00:10:03.000 That's a Democrat volunteer wearing some kind of voter protection fake badge that they've printed up and that they're manning the polling lines in all They are not licensed to do this.
00:10:30.000 They are not certified by the state.
00:10:31.000 By the county, it's completely illegal.
00:10:34.000 By the way, this is something Republicans have had a consent decree against them for over 40 years.
00:10:41.000 And so the idea that they would be out there posing as fake election officials is very serious.
00:10:46.000 And I'm told, by the way, that in Bucks County, in just about actually 15 minutes time here, it's 1 15 Eastern, that in 15 minutes time, the Trump campaign is already suing Bucks County over all of this.
00:10:59.000 And that a hearing is going to be taking place in the Bucks County Courthouse regarding this.
00:11:03.000 I've personally worked to get in three, maybe even four, affidavits from witnesses who were turned away when the governor had told them not to.
00:11:15.000 So our team's been using this app.
00:11:16.000 Again, I'm careful with these betting markets, but this is the one you guys got to look at.
00:11:19.000 It's called Kalshi.
00:11:21.000 K-A-L-S-H-I. It's the first legal exchange where you can trade and bet on any event.
00:11:26.000 For the first time in 100 years, they got approval to list markets to trade on the outcome of the upcoming election, making it legal to trade on the U.S. presidential election and see who's going to win, Trump or Kamala.
00:11:36.000 They have markets on who will win each election, who will win swing states.
00:11:39.000 They also have markets on inflation, interest rates, will the government shutdown, and more.
00:11:42.000 What's really cool about this platform is you can trade on your opinions to make money or hedge risks that may impact you.
00:11:46.000 Go to Kalshi.com slash Kirk.
00:11:48.000 K-A-L-S-H-I.com slash Kirk.
00:11:51.000 Additionally, you can check market odds, which come from thousands of people trading.
00:11:54.000 These odds can be highly predictive, which is why these markets are referred to as prediction markets.
00:11:58.000 Go to K-A-L-S-H-I.com slash Kirk.
00:12:00.000 That is K-A-L-S-H-I.com slash Kirk.
00:12:05.000 Jack, I'm going to throw out this image.
00:12:07.000 You were mentioning it before the break, 68.
00:12:09.000 This is the lanyard that these activists are wearing.
00:12:13.000 It's like, you know, completely misleading.
00:12:16.000 It says voter protection on it.
00:12:19.000 And it appears that in that last video, the woman was trying to ask that woman, she said, well, you should talk to this gentleman, the police officer.
00:12:26.000 So I think she's very aware that she may look official because of the lanyard she's wearing.
00:12:32.000 She's not.
00:12:33.000 She's a fraud.
00:12:33.000 So this is one of those things, these very sneaky things that's happening in PA. Now, I have another video here, same situation, but just really quickly, build it out for us.
00:12:44.000 I mean, if you're doing the electoral math, 270 to win, right?
00:12:50.000 Democrats see the same thing we're seeing.
00:12:52.000 Pennsylvania is critically, critically important for either side building out that 270.
00:12:58.000 We should not be surprised to be seeing all these shenanigans in the Keystone State.
00:13:02.000 No, look, I've been saying all year, PA is the play, the keystone is the key.
00:13:07.000 That's why I've been going up and down Pennsylvania, going to churches in Pennsylvania, working with the Latin masses, the Latin Rite Catholics to try to drive those out as well.
00:13:17.000 Pennsylvania Catholics being a huge constituency there, one that's completely up for grabs, by the way, Since Joe Biden is no longer on the ballot and Kamala Harris is just completely anti-Catholic.
00:13:26.000 So look, when you look at things, the Sun Belt is turning out great for us.
00:13:31.000 Early voting has been phenomenal for Republicans in the Sun Belt.
00:13:34.000 But on that 270 to win, it's very hard.
00:13:38.000 It is very hard to build a path to the presidency for Donald Trump to 270 without any of the Rust Belt, without that blue wall.
00:13:48.000 And so here's the math of it.
00:13:50.000 Kamala Harris, if she wants to win, she's got to sweep the blue wall.
00:13:54.000 But if Donald Trump wants to win, he only needs to win one.
00:13:59.000 Now, the biggest prize out of all of those is Pennsylvania.
00:14:03.000 Pennsylvania only had an 80,000-vote delta back in 2020.
00:14:09.000 2016, it was won by Donald Trump, the first time a Republican won Pennsylvania since 1988, when George H.W. Bush was riding off the coattails of Ronald Reagan, so he brought those Reagan Democrats out.
00:14:20.000 Now, you talk about the 80,000 vote delta that we just mentioned here.
00:14:24.000 Take that 80,000.
00:14:25.000 What did I just say?
00:14:26.000 They had a 1 million vote reservoir, 1 million vote firewall of the Democrats going into election day in 2020.
00:14:35.000 We can have lots of discussions about what they did to build that 1 million vote firewall, but that's what they had.
00:14:43.000 Even with one million votes in their firewall in 2020, it only came down to 80,000 because that's how many Republicans showed up and voted on Election Day in 2020.
00:14:53.000 So now on 5 November, on 5 November in Pennsylvania, we've got 3.1 million Republicans that were registered Republican, plus lots of right-leaning independents and probably a bunch of Trump-supporting Democrats in the state of Pennsylvania that have yet to vote.
00:15:11.000 By the way, the silent majority in 2024 will be Democrats, Democrats who vote for Trump.
00:15:19.000 And you're going to see that nationwide, but we'll talk about that a little Later, for Pennsylvania, it is incumbent on—and this is the role of turning point action in groups like the PHAs with Cliff Maloney and early vote action with Scott Pressler and everything that Trump Force 47 is doing—go to those 3.1 million Republicans or just anyone in your circle.
00:15:39.000 Become the force multiplier.
00:15:40.000 Grant Cardone came and he spoke at the recent Trump rally at MSG when we were there.
00:15:45.000 10X your vote.
00:15:46.000 So this is the guy who came up with 10X your business.
00:15:48.000 Now you got a 10X your vote.
00:15:49.000 You need to be a force multiplier.
00:15:51.000 Don't just think, oh, I voted.
00:15:52.000 I'm good to go.
00:15:53.000 No.
00:15:53.000 You need to be that squeaky wheel and that pest everywhere in your chat groups and your family chats.
00:16:02.000 And anything you have, if you know anyone, whether it's in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, in the Blue Wall, or any of the other swing states, really anywhere else, and just make sure that you are just driving people out to the polls.
00:16:12.000 If anyone needs assistance, you need to be the force multiplier who's providing them assistance.
00:16:17.000 I've even thrown out when I was doing War Room this morning, and I threw out, why not Just have people sleep out in front of the polls on Monday night.
00:16:25.000 You can totally do that, just like people do for these Trump rallies.
00:16:28.000 Hey, if it's warm enough, if you've got a tent or something, go ahead and do it, because we know that 5 November things are going to get crazy, because it's Election Day, we know this is going down, and Josh Shapiro has not said a word about any of this, even though it all went down on Bucks County yesterday.
00:16:44.000 There was another instance in Doylestown that you referenced.
00:16:47.000 The same situation, police officers put a line in here.
00:16:51.000 They closed the line off at 241 while Josh Shapiro was saying you can get in by five.
00:16:56.000 If you're in the line by five, you get to vote.
00:16:59.000 Give the update on the lawsuit that the RNC is filing.
00:17:04.000 Real quick.
00:17:05.000 Yeah, so they're following the lawsuit right now.
00:17:07.000 Literally, as we speak, the hearing is set to open in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
00:17:11.000 We're hoping to get an emergency injunction.
00:17:14.000 And I hope that what they'll do is they'll extend the early voting in Bucks County.
00:17:19.000 That's the right thing to do.
00:17:21.000 And obviously, just let these people vote.
00:17:23.000 Thank you so much, Jack.
00:17:24.000 We really appreciate the insight into PA. Can you imagine your child being lost alone in the woods for nine days?
00:17:32.000 The new movie, Lost on a Mountain in Maine, produced by Sylvester Stallone, is the inspiring true story of 12-year-old Don Fenler, separated from his family in a fast-moving storm and lost in the remote wilderness of northern Maine.
00:17:45.000 For nine days, he fights to stay alive with no food or proper clothing.
00:17:48.000 He didn't even know the danger he was in.
00:17:50.000 By the way, as a parent, this would be just our worst nightmare.
00:17:52.000 Don's disappearance captured national headlines, sparking a massive search and rescue effort with hundreds of volunteers, including his own father, who was afraid he'd never see his son again.
00:18:02.000 Don't miss the inspirational family adventure film of the year, Lost on a Mountain in Maine, from Blue Fox Entertainment, coming to theaters nationwide on November 1st.

00:18:18.000 All right, so I'm going to welcome in our next guest, and that is Mary Margaret Olihan.
00:18:22.000 She's a senior reporter for The Daily Wire.
00:18:24.000 Mary Margaret, welcome to the show.
00:18:27.000 Thanks so much for having me.
00:18:28.000 Well, I just love this piece, and you're with The Daily Wire.
00:18:32.000 We've had you on the show before.
00:18:34.000 You are a proud Catholic, so it doesn't surprise me that your reporting on this is so rich.
00:18:39.000 I mean, this is a really amazing piece.
00:18:41.000 How Trump Learned to Embrace the Transgender Culture Wars.
00:18:45.000 And what I find interesting, It's a path that I observed Trump following and traveling myself.
00:18:53.000 To see you put it in chronological order and make sense of it was really interesting.
00:18:58.000 Mary Margaret, you call it the 2024 sleeper issue.
00:19:02.000 Let's start there.
00:19:03.000 Why do you think that the transgender culture war issue is Because not everyone understands how massively impactful this issue is going to be.
00:19:16.000 And I think the Trump team has tapped into it because they do get it and they understand and their internal polling is showing them that yes, Americans do deeply care about this issue.
00:19:27.000 Kamala Harris and her campaign often talk about how this is something that Trump campaign is weaponizing and it's just weaponizing fear and Americans are more worried about the economy and things like that.
00:19:37.000 Americans absolutely are worried about the economy and they're worried about immigration and I would say that those are the main issues that people are focused on.
00:19:45.000 But this is, as we're arguing, the sleeper issue.
00:19:48.000 American parents are tired of radical ideology being pushed on their kids.
00:19:53.000 They don't want men and women's sports, and they don't want irreversible transgender procedures for kids.
00:19:59.000 And Trump is picking up on this.
00:20:01.000 He's paying attention to how this has been messaged.
00:20:03.000 He's paying attention to How people are talking about it.
00:20:07.000 And he's saying, OK, I'm going to lean into this.
00:20:09.000 We're going to advertise on it.
00:20:10.000 And so one of the first anecdotes we start out in this story with is this ad that the Trump campaign put out saying, Kamala is for they, then.
00:20:18.000 The Trump campaign is for you.
00:20:20.000 And this is their most effective ad, really interestingly, Andrew.
00:20:24.000 And Democratic internal polling obtained by The New York Times actually validates that it's their most effective ad.
00:20:30.000 So it's not just Republicans who are realizing how strong this is.
00:20:34.000 Democrats are, too.
00:20:35.000 Let's go ahead and play that ad, as a matter of fact.
00:20:38.000 Cut 70.
00:20:39.000 Kamala supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners.
00:20:43.000 Surgery.
00:20:44.000 For prisoners.
00:20:46.000 Every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access.
00:20:46.000 For prisoners.
00:20:52.000 It's hard to believe, but it's true.
00:20:54.000 Even the liberal media was shocked Kamala supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal aliens.
00:21:01.000 Every transgender inmate would have access.
00:21:04.000 Kamala's for they-them.
00:21:06.000 President Trump is for you.
00:21:07.000 I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message.
00:21:11.000 Powerful adder.
00:21:12.000 Yeah, so doing the research that you've done, maybe you could dissect what I'm not just using that word, I mean it in quotes, crazy these types of messaging are.
00:21:34.000 It's crazy to say that illegal aliens should get taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries.
00:21:39.000 No one who hears that thinks that's a good idea.
00:21:41.000 But that is, in fact, what Kamala endorsed, and that is what she said she would support.
00:21:46.000 Now, of course, recently she's been really careful about talking about this because even she realizes this is not resonating with voters.
00:21:53.000 But all the Trump campaign had to do was to put that soundbite in an ad and say, look, this is what she supports.
00:22:00.000 And I think it's been a boon to the Trump campaign because it's not something you really have to dive into.
00:22:06.000 It's just there for everyone to see.
00:22:08.000 This is absurd.
00:22:09.000 And some of the more artfully contrived phrases that the left uses, like gender-affirming care, those things actually mean transgender surgeries, hormones, and puberty blockers for kids.
00:22:20.000 And I think the Trump campaign has been really good about breaking that wall as well and showing people what they're actually talking about.
00:22:27.000 So, you know, on the left, there's been a lot more recognition that these very radical left policies that people like Kamala Harris are pushing, maybe they need to tone down the rhetoric there because they're not actually popular with the American people.
00:22:40.000 And polling shows that, and potentially, if Donald Trump wins next week, that win will demonstrate that as well.
00:22:47.000 Yeah, I think there's a lot of truth to that, actually.
00:22:51.000 I'll never forget, as a small aside, I deal with reporters for my day job when I'm not here.
00:22:57.000 And I had a dinner with a New York Times reporter.
00:23:01.000 This individual goes back and forth between New York and Washington, D.C. It was about 2019.
00:23:06.000 And he was telling me that if Republicans wanted to win...
00:23:10.000 That we should run hard on the trans...
00:23:12.000 It's 2021, I apologize.
00:23:14.000 2021.
00:23:15.000 That we should run hard on the transgender issue because what he was seeing in New York and in DC was liberal Democrat families that were freaking out about this topic.
00:23:26.000 Absolutely freaking out about it.
00:23:27.000 And I think an underappreciated, so you've got the urban elites, the college-educated, urban core, but then you also have, I think, minorities, Mary Margaret, that are also impacted by this.
00:23:41.000 And this is one of my favorite moments of this campaign.
00:23:44.000 This is from Charlemagne, The God Show, The I don't know if it was the backdrop of football.
00:24:12.000 But when you hear the narrator say Kamala supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners, that one line, I was like, hell no, I don't want my taxpayer dollars going to that.
00:24:20.000 That ad was effective.
00:24:23.000 That ad was effective.
00:24:25.000 You're right.
00:24:26.000 You're right.
00:24:27.000 Is that supported in the data that this is really resonating with minority communities?
00:24:33.000 Yes, I've been seeing that.
00:24:35.000 And really interestingly, Andrew, I've been hearing that this is the big issue that Trump can reach women on, which maybe that's not surprising to most people.
00:24:43.000 It kind of surprised me because we know that Trump has an issue with female voters and Kamala Harris does not at all.
00:24:50.000 That's one of her biggest support groups.
00:24:52.000 But what a lot of people told me for this story is if you look at polling on it, it's reaching women very, very strongly.
00:25:00.000 I think one pollster I talked to said that for women over 50, this is their top issue.
00:25:06.000 That was according to the results that he was looking at from recently.
00:25:09.000 He said for women under 50, it was their top Especially when we hear that Trump on culture issues is driving women away.
00:25:19.000 Well, that might just be on abortion, whereas transgender issues, it really could be something that they're drawn to him on.
00:25:25.000 So that's really interesting on the one hand.
00:25:29.000 But on the other hand, I think it's really important to highlight that Trump came to this issue because of the grassroots support from families who were pointing out all of these crazy things.
00:25:38.000 Like you were saying, that reporter that you were talking to, I find that anecdote really interesting because in liberal New York, I'm surprised to hear that, but maybe we shouldn't be considering how many parents all over the country were furious at what they found out their kids were being exposed to during COVID. You know, the radical gender ideology, critical race theory, pornographic books, all of this.
00:26:00.000 And across the country, parents rose up, maybe in Loudoun County first of all, but then all across the country to say, we are not going to put up with this.
00:26:08.000 And Glenn Youngkin's victory in Virginia was a really good example of how that kind of thing can get a Republican elected.
00:26:15.000 He listened to parents.
00:26:16.000 He voiced their concerns.
00:26:17.000 He said, I will not let people like Terry McAuliffe tell you that you don't have a say in your kid's education.
00:26:22.000 And he won.
00:26:23.000 And I think that was a real turning point for this issue, because that was around the time when a lot of Republicans started talking about this topic more and more.
00:26:33.000 And I think it was around the time when conservative newsrooms started really leaning into this issue.
00:26:39.000 And as a conservative journalist, I'd like to just give us a little hype here.
00:26:42.000 We all worked really hard on education stories.
00:26:45.000 And I think that's part of the reason that the GOP and Trump himself has been so bolstered and strong in their rhetoric on this topic, because they had the stories to lean back on and say, no, this is not a conspiracy theory.
00:26:57.000 We know it happened.
00:26:58.000 This person verified all of the details.
00:27:01.000 This mother shared this story.
00:27:02.000 These documents came from this school.
00:27:04.000 They had everything to fall back on.
00:27:06.000 And they couldn't have done that without grassroots activists and parents and conservative media.
00:27:11.000 Yeah, I mean, I love that you're making that point.
00:27:13.000 And it was well made in the piece, by the way.
00:27:16.000 And you talk about the rise of conservative activists in this space, like Riley Gaines, who we have a partnership on the Turning Point USA side.
00:27:26.000 She's one of our contributors.
00:27:27.000 As a matter of fact, you linked to a clip of her from one of our recent events.
00:27:31.000 Go ahead and play Cut 71.
00:27:33.000 I see on social media people saying they're voting for Kamala Harris because she's a woman.
00:27:38.000 Well, guess what?
00:27:39.000 I am voting for Donald J. Trump because I am a woman.
00:27:43.000 Thank you.
00:28:13.000 Thank you, guys.
00:28:18.000 Thank you.
00:28:22.000 Powerful.
00:28:23.000 Well, I love that.
00:28:24.000 I love that we just let it breathe, too, right there.
00:28:27.000 You know, because the audience, you could just feel it was such a palpable moment.
00:28:32.000 I was in the audience that day when she said it, and I remember getting chills because of just how powerful it was being there live, in person, hearing that, and then seeing the crowd response.
00:28:44.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:46.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:28:47.000 We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds.
00:28:52.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:28:54.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:28:59.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
00:29:04.000 And we're not going to do nothing.
00:29:05.000 Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:29:11.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:29:13.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:29:16.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:29:22.000 And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:29:26.000 Call 833-850-2229.

00:29:34.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:29:37.000 Also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:29:40.000 I'm a donor of this organization.
00:29:41.000 They're terrific.
00:29:42.000 Go to charliekirk.com.
00:29:43.000 Click on the pre-born banner.
00:29:46.000 So I'm in all of these chats.
00:29:49.000 A lot of data floating around.
00:29:51.000 A lot of people crunching numbers.
00:29:52.000 And basically the election is going to come down to women.
00:29:56.000 Historically, and it's holding true right now, women are coming out in greater numbers than men.
00:30:00.000 They historically vote about 1%, 2%, maybe 3% higher percentages than men.
00:30:06.000 Kamala's doing well with women, better with women.
00:30:09.000 Some groups are So, this hidden female vote, a lot of it is their hopes are pinned on the female vote.
00:30:19.000 Is it gonna come out?
00:30:19.000 Is it gonna come out in greater numbers?
00:30:21.000 And is abortion going to animate them?
00:30:23.000 Now, you're saying there could be this hidden transgender culture war vote You call it the sleeper issue.
00:30:31.000 Dive into it more.
00:30:32.000 Explain, are you seeing anything in the data or is it polling or is it just more anecdotal?
00:30:37.000 Well, I'm not the only one calling it the 2024 sleeper issue.
00:30:40.000 The Wall Street Journal actually called it that.
00:30:42.000 And that's what we're hearing from people close to the Trump campaign who have polling data that they can look at that's internal.
00:30:49.000 What I was told by one person that's close to the Trump campaign is that they would never be messaging so aggressively on this if the messaging didn't match their internal polling.
00:31:00.000 One person told me that Tony Fabrizio, who's in charge of the campaign's polling, makes really sure that they're on message with the polling that matches this messaging.
00:31:09.000 And that really bolstered to me the idea that the Trump campaign is seeing really strong results on this issue internally as well.
00:31:16.000 Penny Nance, the CEO of Concerned Women for America, she's one of the activists that's been behind this issue since way before the GOP was talking about it, way before Trump was talking about it, back when it was very uncool to talk about this issue at all because a lot of people were afraid that it might sound anti-gay or homophobic to talk about it.
00:31:35.000 But the reality is that, as the Trump campaign will tell you, they're not talking about anything to do with something that the left might label homophobic or anti-gay.
00:31:43.000 They're talking about kids.
00:31:44.000 They're talking about Keeping kids safe from transgender surgeries.
00:31:47.000 They're talking about keeping men out of women's spaces, including locker rooms, restrooms, women's shelters, prisons, you name it.
00:31:55.000 And they're talking about keeping radical ideology out of schools.
00:31:58.000 What a lot of people told me is the left has just pushed too far on this.
00:32:02.000 So a topic that once might have been taboo has been completely normalized in everyday conversation.
00:32:08.000 I have a colleague that told me that her father, who never talks about politics, doesn't get into culture issues, was radicalized to go vote because of this issue.
00:32:18.000 And that's what I'm hearing across the spectrum from female voters as well.
00:32:22.000 They're really worked up, especially moms and grandmas, by this idea that the government is pushing this type of thing on their kids without their knowledge.
00:32:31.000 And there was even a New York Times questionnaire that I read yesterday where these reporters were talking to each other about how this is a very real fear among American voters.
00:32:40.000 And of course, the New York Times doesn't really believe it's an important fear or a fear that should be taken seriously, but even they acknowledge that this is something that's on top of mind.
00:32:49.000 And so that's part of the reason we call it a sleeper issue is because we don't really know and we don't really have evidence right now of how impactful it will be.
00:32:58.000 But the more I look into it and the more you talk to people, the more I'm convinced that this is going to play out in a much more impactful way than we might have thought.
00:33:06.000 Well, and just, you know, I want to give some kudos here to Matt Walsh at The Daily Wire, one of your colleagues over there.
00:33:13.000 What is a Woman was a huge, huge breakthrough in this.
00:33:17.000 I remember getting that from, like, normie moms that are connected with our family being like, is this real?
00:33:22.000 Like, they were asking, you know, it's like, And I think Tablet Magazine had a headline, something along the lines of the biggest advantage Democrats have is that voters literally can't believe how crazy they've become.
00:33:33.000 And I think you saw that in the Charlemagne Tha God, the breakfast club clip.
00:33:40.000 This is a guy that deals in politics, has a lot of these high profile politicians on his show.
00:33:45.000 And even that hit him really hard because it just it is Everybody with kids understands and feels that viscerally.
00:33:54.000 So I certainly hope you're right.
00:33:55.000 I hope we're hitting women, the electorate, hard with this messaging because we do need to counter the abortion debate.
00:34:03.000 Final 30 seconds, Mary Margaret, please.
00:34:06.000 Well, I'd just like to end by saying this is an issue that has really united people.
00:34:10.000 I cover abortion, gender, marriage, family, all of these topics, very divisive.
00:34:15.000 And I can tell you as a culture reporter, I see people on both sides of the aisle on the abortion issue that come together to combat this issue.
00:34:22.000 I see people on both sides of the aisle that are agreeing on this that never would have had anything to say to each other before.
00:34:28.000 It's a unifying issue.
00:34:30.000 It's a unifying message.
00:34:31.000 And I'm really excited to see how it plays out.
00:34:34.000 Well, it was great reporting.
00:34:36.000 And I encourage everybody to read the piece because it's a long piece.
00:34:39.000 You obviously did a lot of reporting and research on this, Mary Margaret.
00:34:42.000 So congratulations on a fantastic piece.
00:34:44.000 So everybody check it out at thedailywire.com.
00:34:47.000 You know, I'm going to be calling you in the next week to get some Catholic insights too, Mary Margaret.
00:34:53.000 We didn't get into that, but that was my next on the list.
00:34:56.000 So lots to check in on the next couple of days.
00:34:59.000 Thank you so much.
00:35:00.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:35:01.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:02.000 Talk to you soon.
