00:01:26.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:30.000 It is a breaking news day.
00:01:32.000 We still have fires in California.
00:01:33.000 TikTok is in front of the Supreme Court.
00:01:35.000 We have a lot happening today, but we are going to lead with the end of the lawfare experiment.
00:01:44.000 President Donald Trump was patient zero of the lawfare regime.
00:01:49.000 You see, the Biden-Obama gang realized what they were doing to the country was deeply unpopular.
00:01:55.000 They realized that keeping the borders open and hyperinflating the currency and sending hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine while Americans purchasing powers decreasing, as people could not afford eggs, bread, butter, and basic necessities, that their popularity was diminishing.
00:02:13.000 They knew they could not win on policies.
00:02:15.000 And so if you are a leader, you have a decision to make.
00:02:20.000 You can either change your policies or you can remove the opposition leader.
00:02:25.000 That's it.
00:02:25.000 It's that simple.
00:02:26.000 You can change your policies to adjust to how the people are processing this information, or you can just get rid of the dissent.
00:02:35.000 You could try to make it a one party country, not by persuasion or dialogue or discourse or debate or having robust discussion about the issues or coming to common ground or admitting that it's not a good thing to have 10,000 people a day come across your southern border.
00:02:53.000 No, no, no.
00:02:54.000 Instead, they went full third world.
00:02:59.000 There was a warning shot that was sent to President Donald Trump.
00:03:05.000 The warning shot was in August of 2022. President Donald Trump was in exile.
00:03:12.000 He was just supposed to be golfing and truth socialing.
00:03:15.000 He wasn't even allowed to be tweeting.
00:03:17.000 Remember, he was kicked off of Facebook, kicked off of Instagram, kicked off of Spotify.
00:03:21.000 He was kicked off of every major social media platform.
00:03:26.000 Actually, I think Elon bought X in the spring of 2022, but it was before real some of the changes set in.
00:03:31.000 President Donald Trump was supposed to be, sit down and be a good boy, stay in exile.
00:03:36.000 And as President Donald Trump started to tease that he was getting ready for another presidential run in 2024, there was a final warning shot.
00:03:46.000 When President Trump's home was raided.
00:03:50.000 This was the beginning, ready, set, go.
00:03:54.000 Of a moment in American history that we have never experienced before.
00:03:59.000 Total mafioso stuff.
00:04:01.000 Where they basically said, you sure you want to run for president?
00:04:05.000 You sure you want to be president of the United States?
00:04:07.000 Would be a shame if some legal case happened.
00:04:09.000 And they went right in to Melania's closet.
00:04:13.000 They went into President Trump's bedroom.
00:04:16.000 They rummaged through his personal items and effects.
00:04:19.000 And what you are seeing on screen there, Mar-a-Lago.
00:04:23.000 Was a warning shot.
00:04:25.000 That was the final warning.
00:04:26.000 And effectively, the warning was this.
00:04:29.000 President Trump, if you do this again, if you run for the presidency, we're not going to debate you any longer.
00:04:36.000 We're going to put you in prison.
00:04:39.000 And President Trump had a decision to make.
00:04:41.000 To the right, he could make the easy decision.
00:04:46.000 Just kind of take it.
00:04:47.000 Take it easy.
00:04:49.000 Go golf.
00:04:50.000 Be the kingmaker.
00:04:51.000 To the other side.
00:04:53.000 It was a fork in the road.
00:04:55.000 He could fulfill the mandate and finish what he started, but he knew he would have to go through the most sinister, well-funded, powerful forces on the planet.
00:05:05.000 The oligarchy stood ready to do unspeakable things against him and his family, to literally want him dead at times, as we still have not gotten to the bottom of what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13th.
00:05:18.000 But that was the beginning.
00:05:20.000 The Mar-a-Lago raid in August of 2022. And then all of a sudden we started to see in the New York Times leak after leak after leak after leak.
00:05:30.000 Oh, Donald Trump might face indictments in Georgia.
00:05:33.000 Donald Trump might face indictments in New York.
00:05:36.000 Donald Trump might face indictments by Jack Smith.
00:05:38.000 And that warning shot was ignored by President Donald Trump.
00:05:42.000 And the one who crossed the Rubicon.
00:05:44.000 In obviously a coordinated and symmetrical legal operation was Alvin Bragg.
00:05:51.000 Alvin Bragg was the one that took one for the team with the most shoddy, legally indefensible case of them all.
00:06:01.000 Alvin Bragg indicted a former president for paying off a business records dispute for covering up a crime even though they can't tell you what the crime actually was.
00:06:14.000 And then from there, the Overton window moved.
00:06:17.000 We then got Fannie Willis, and we got Jack Smith, and we got documents, we got January 6th, and then President Trump was facing 700 years in federal prison.
00:06:24.000 And basically, the oligarchs of the American regime said, we tried to warn you, when we raided your home, that was the final warning, Mr. Trump.
00:06:35.000 We're not going to let you become president again.
00:06:38.000 Alvin Bragg brazenly campaigned for office on getting Trump.
00:06:41.000 Elect me, and I'll send him to jail.
00:06:44.000 Great due process there.
00:06:45.000 The entire case was built on a completely novel legal theory.
00:06:50.000 In effect, they were prosecuting Trump for covering up campaign finance violations.
00:06:56.000 Except the DOJ actually investigated and refused to charge Trump for those same violations.
00:07:02.000 The Department of Justice was right to refuse because the supposed violation was ridiculous.
00:07:08.000 The claim was this.
00:07:10.000 Because Trump paid money to Stormy Daniels, he was actually making a campaign contribution to himself because it could help his reputation.
00:07:17.000 By that standard, anything is a campaign expenditure.
00:07:21.000 And of course, the judge was Judge Juan Mershon.
00:07:25.000 The daughter, Lauren Mershon, runs a progressive consulting firm that raised $93 million for Adam Schiff and the Senate Majority Pack.
00:07:33.000 Their central witness was a disbarred, convicted liar.
00:07:37.000 And of course...
00:07:38.000 Bragg's case was just the worst of the New York lawfare.
00:07:43.000 He had a lot of help.
00:07:44.000 The New York legislature also rewrote their laws and repealed the statute of limitations for one year just because of President Trump.
00:07:52.000 And then also E. Jean Carroll could bring her ridiculous defamation case against President Trump.
00:07:58.000 They also tried to take his business empire away from him.
00:08:02.000 A biased jury found President Trump responsible for defaming Carol because he denied raping her when he obviously didn't.
00:08:10.000 Carol was just obviously ripping off of a Law& Order episode.
00:08:15.000 She couldn't even give a year that this allegedly happened because if she had any details at all, this would have been so easy to debunk.
00:08:23.000 And then there's also Letitia James.
00:08:26.000 Launching an unprecedented effort to steal President Trump's businesses.
00:08:31.000 They accused him of fraud, but they had no victims.
00:08:34.000 All of the banks that President Trump did business with said he was a wonderful client.
00:08:38.000 In a case with no victims, they issued an unprecedented move and penalty and moved to dissolve the entire Trump organization, the whole company.
00:08:49.000 The New York governor had to go around saying that, don't worry, we'll only do this travesty to President Trump.
00:08:55.000 Please don't move to Florida.
00:08:56.000 And of course, all of this lawfare unfolded while New York itself went to hell and took aim at heroes like the now free man of Daniel Penny.
00:09:06.000 President Trump was patient zero and he went through more than any human being has ever had to go through to run for the presidency.
00:09:14.000 Literally getting shot.
00:09:17.000 His business empire almost taken from him.
00:09:19.000 Facing 700 years in federal prison.
00:09:21.000 And now today was finally the sentencing of all of this lawfare.
00:09:26.000 And let us close the book and turn the page on this unspeakably disturbing and dark chapter in American history.
00:09:36.000 Let us never go back to this, but justice is going to come.
00:09:40.000 There needs to be federal investigations into the potential coordination between Alvin Bragg.
00:09:45.000 Letitia James and Fannie Willis.
00:09:48.000 These people need to be investigated and potentially even prosecuted.
00:09:52.000 What President Trump had to go through and what our country nearly dodged, both literally and metaphorically, would have turned this beautiful republic of ours into a permanent state of bedlam.
00:10:04.000 And that's what the Democrats wanted.
00:10:05.000 The Democrats were playing with a thermonuclear weapon and they were okay with it because they knew how unpopular they were and they did not care.
00:10:13.000 They did not care.
00:10:14.000 For them, it was all about power and holding on to power and doing whatever it takes, whatever it takes, to try to suffocate the American voter so that they can hold on to their illegitimate regime.
00:10:30.000 Even if you think it's a bit overhyped, AI is suddenly everywhere, from self-driving cars to molecular medicine to business efficiency.
00:10:38.000 If it's not in your industry yet, it's coming fast.
00:10:41.000 But AI needs a lot of speed and computing power, so how do you compete with costs spiraling out of control?
00:10:47.000 Time to upgrade to the next generation of the cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or OCI. OCI is a blazing fast and secure platform for your infrastructure, database, application development, plus all your AI and machine learning workloads.
00:11:00.000 OCI costs 50% less for compute and 80% less for networking, so you're saving a pile of money.
00:11:07.000 Thousands of businesses have already upgraded to OCI, including Vodafone, Thomas Reuters, and Suno AI. Right now, Oracle is offering to cut your current cloud bill in half if you move to OCI. For new U.S. customers with minimal financial commitment, offer ends March 31st.
00:11:24.000 This is an amazing offer.
00:11:25.000 Oracle is a very, very impressive company.
00:11:28.000 See if your company qualifies for this special offer at oracle.com.
00:11:32.000 That is oracle.com.
00:11:36.000 They can't be allowed to get away with this.
00:11:38.000 This is an injustice against the American people.
00:11:43.000 Think about what they wanted.
00:11:45.000 What result Alvin Bragg and Letitia James wanted.
00:11:50.000 If they would have gotten their way, President Trump would be in a jail cell right now.
00:11:55.000 If they would have gotten their way, they wanted to interfere with a constitutional election.
00:12:02.000 Because they were terrified that President Trump was going to win.
00:12:05.000 And they were right.
00:12:06.000 All of their fear was warranted.
00:12:08.000 That is what is even more chilling.
00:12:10.000 Is that this was not just about getting Trump.
00:12:12.000 We hate Trump.
00:12:13.000 It's about revenge.
00:12:14.000 They saw this so clearly.
00:12:18.000 They said, my goodness, this guy's a super celebrity.
00:12:20.000 He's going to win the Electoral College.
00:12:22.000 He's a candidate unlike any who's ever seen.
00:12:24.000 We're not going to have COVID again.
00:12:26.000 We have to stop him through the most extreme measures in the history.
00:12:31.000 The most extreme measures we've ever seen.
00:12:36.000 And for years, they tried to paint him as Hitler.
00:12:39.000 They tried to paint him as the worst person ever to justify the indictment and the proceeding of criminal charges.
00:12:46.000 Today, President Trump was officially sentenced with an unconditional discharge.
00:12:53.000 Let's play cut 144. This is the news report as breaking today.
00:12:58.000 As we are now able to...
00:13:00.000 Close the chapter on one of the most dark, disturbing, and dare I say, evil, moments in the history of this beautiful republic.
00:13:14.000 Play cut 144. Donald Trump, I thought, gave a pretty effective statement where he said, quite simply, I was indicted because my accountant labeled legal expenses legal expenses, and that's why I'm here.
00:13:27.000 He said this person could have labeled them concrete or electrical or anything like that.
00:13:32.000 They didn't.
00:13:32.000 They were legal expenses because they were payments to a lawyer.
00:13:35.000 They were logged as such, and now I've been indicted.
00:13:37.000 He also talked about Michael Cohen.
00:13:39.000 He said how he was a disbarred attorney, but yet he was allowed to speak as if he was...
00:13:44.000 George Washington he pointed out From the screen that he was speaking from, he saw into the courtroom and he could see Matthew Colangelo, who used to be a top senior official at the Biden Department of Justice, who left that spot, took a pretty big career downgrade to go join Alvin Bragg and prosecute Donald Trump.
00:14:03.000 He pointed him out and said, you know, this is evidence that the Department of Justice was involved.
00:14:08.000 That was his perspective.
00:14:10.000 And then he said, and I thought this was a very effective line, he said, speaking to Judge Marchand, he said, I watched the trial in your courtroom, and the people voted decisively.
00:14:20.000 I won all seven swing states.
00:14:22.000 And, you know, as he was saying that, I was thinking about, as I walked into the courtroom, that the only protesters, per se, who were here were Trump supporters.
00:14:31.000 And even as I'm standing here right now, I'm looking into a square, and I'm looking at people holding Trump flags.
00:14:36.000 I'm looking at a person who has a sign that says, enough is enough.
00:14:40.000 We voted.
00:14:41.000 We don't want this lawfare anymore.
00:14:43.000 President Trump makes a very astute point.
00:14:47.000 That the voters knew about all this.
00:14:49.000 Not only did they know about it, they were propagandized about it with television ads.
00:14:53.000 Donald Trump is a felon.
00:14:56.000 And the American people weighed their choices and they decided the merits of this case and the entire idea that you can indict the leading opposition figure, we're not going to put up with that.
00:15:09.000 The American people made a wise and prudent decision, all just to try to get a soundbite to try to say, oh, Donald Trump's a convicted felon.
00:15:18.000 No, no.
00:15:18.000 Donald Trump's going to be the 47th president of the United States.
00:15:21.000 That's the soundbite that you guys got.
00:15:23.000 You wanted convicted felon.
00:15:25.000 We get 47th president.
00:15:27.000 That's what we get.
00:15:29.000 Fair trade?
00:15:30.000 Fine.
00:15:30.000 You guys get convicted felon.
00:15:32.000 He's going to be in charge of the nuclear arsenal.
00:15:34.000 You guys get convicted felon.
00:15:36.000 He's going to broker a deal for Greenland.
00:15:40.000 It is the ultimate Genesis 50-20 moment.
00:15:44.000 One of my favorite verses in the Bible.
00:15:46.000 With the enemy meant for evil, God will use for good.
00:15:50.000 That was in the context of Joseph at the end of the first book of the scriptures.
00:15:55.000 The enemy meant all of this for evil and it was used for good.
00:16:00.000 And we wear this as a badge of honor.
00:16:02.000 But I hope all of you, and we need to remember this as we look at President Trump, what he had to endure and he did it.
00:16:09.000 Voluntarily.
00:16:10.000 He could have backed off.
00:16:13.000 I'm going to golf.
00:16:15.000 I'm going to go open some hotels.
00:16:17.000 I got a 757 Boeing 200 with Rolls-Royce engines that I like flying around the world.
00:16:24.000 I'm a former president.
00:16:26.000 Whatever.
00:16:27.000 And they never would have indicted him.
00:16:29.000 They never would have come after him.
00:16:33.000 They never would have touched him.
00:16:35.000 There's a little quiet broker deal.
00:16:37.000 You stay away.
00:16:39.000 We stay away.
00:16:40.000 Thanks for playing.
00:16:41.000 And he leaned in for you.
00:16:43.000 And he went into the arena for you.
00:16:45.000 And he risked it all.
00:16:47.000 He took the largest risk.
00:16:49.000 President Trump took the largest risk, personal risk, of any candidate in the history of politics.
00:16:55.000 And he won.
00:16:56.000 And today he gets an unconditional discharge.
00:17:01.000 As we step into 2025, the one thing is clear.
00:17:05.000 De-dollarization is accelerating.
00:17:07.000 China and the other BRICS nations are determined to reduce their dependence on the U.S. dollar and establish themselves as global economic superpowers.
00:17:15.000 Their secret weapon?
00:17:17.000 Gold.
00:17:17.000 China resumed buying gold recently.
00:17:20.000 And you know what's even more telling?
00:17:21.000 They underreport their buy.
00:17:22.000 Does that make you wonder why?
00:17:24.000 They recognize its global value and ability to withstand economic shocks.
00:17:28.000 Gold is a global asset with innate value.
00:17:31.000 It's tangible, reliable, and immune to economic manipulation.
00:17:34.000 China and other BRICS countries want to be prepared.
00:17:36.000 They just don't want it to be known.
00:17:38.000 But this is not about other nations.
00:17:40.000 It's about you.
00:17:40.000 In a world of shifting economic power, gold is your hedge against uncertainty.

00:18:03.000 The California fires are ongoing.
00:18:06.000 And people have lost their entire homes.
00:18:08.000 I know people that have lost everything.
00:18:10.000 Joining us now is a citizen who confronted Gavin Newsom.
00:18:14.000 It is Rachel Darvish, mother, attorney, and Palisades resident.
00:18:19.000 Rachel, welcome to the program.
00:18:20.000 I'm very sorry for the loss.
00:18:23.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:18:23.000 Thanks for having me.
00:18:25.000 Rachel, let me begin by playing your tape here of you, a citizen, confronting someone who works for you, Gavin Newsom.
00:18:33.000 God bless you for this.
00:18:34.000 Play Cut 153. Governor, you got a second?
00:18:38.000 Governor!
00:18:39.000 Governor, I live here, Governor!
00:18:41.000 That was my daughter's school, Governor.
00:18:43.000 Please tell me what you're going to do.
00:18:45.000 I'm not going to hurt him, I promise.
00:18:46.000 I'm literally talking to the president right now to specifically answer the question of what we can do for you and your daughter.
00:18:53.000 Can I hear it?
00:18:54.000 Can I hear your call?
00:18:55.000 Because I don't believe it.
00:18:58.000 I'm sorry.
00:18:59.000 There's literally...
00:19:00.000 I've tried five times.
00:19:01.000 That's why I'm walking around to make the call.
00:19:02.000 Why is the president not taking your call?
00:19:04.000 Governor, please tell me, tell me, what are you going to do with the president right now?
00:19:08.000 We're getting the resources to help rebuild.
00:19:11.000 Why is there no water in the hydrants, Governor?
00:19:14.000 That's all literally...
00:19:16.000 Is it going to be different next time?
00:19:17.000 It has to be.
00:19:19.000 Has to be.
00:19:19.000 Of course.
00:19:21.000 Rachel, what are you going through and what was your reaction to Governor Newsom's dialogue with you?
00:19:25.000 It's so funny, Charlie.
00:19:27.000 Every time I watch that, I think, I get angrier and angrier.
00:19:30.000 That's the honest truth.
00:19:32.000 I see myself now as someone who really was looking to the person that you're supposed to look to in this time of tragedy and ask for help.
00:19:42.000 And I think I would see a little bit of dismissiveness in his reaction.
00:19:46.000 I'm disappointed.
00:19:47.000 But I will say that after that, I was contacted.
00:19:51.000 Someone did reach out to me.
00:19:52.000 And we are speaking.
00:19:54.000 We are in contact.
00:19:55.000 I have a lot of concerns.
00:19:56.000 I'm hoping that we do get them addressed.
00:19:59.000 This is a fast-moving beast.
00:20:01.000 The thing I was worried about five minutes ago changed 30 seconds later, and it went back to it, then it changed it.
00:20:07.000 There is so much going on right now.
00:20:10.000 We need real guidance, and I'm not sure we have it in place.
00:20:14.000 Yeah, so let's just take a step back.
00:20:17.000 Walk us through what you have gone through and just the scale of this tragedy.
00:20:21.000 The scale is, there is no scale.
00:20:24.000 Let's just put it that way.
00:20:25.000 There's no scale.
00:20:26.000 I haven't seen anything like this.
00:20:28.000 When I left, and the difficulty in leaving, and that's a whole other story, walking out with nothing and just getting into the car and leaving, you do that, and then you think at some point you're going to hopefully see a fire truck come up towards you.
00:20:43.000 I didn't see a single fire truck.
00:20:45.000 I didn't see a police officer.
00:20:46.000 There were citizens redirecting traffic, attempting to.
00:20:50.000 There was nowhere to go.
00:20:51.000 There was nowhere for us to go.
00:20:52.000 So it started with a lot of...
00:20:55.000 Sadness, frustration, and it led to me wondering, where was the National Guard?
00:21:01.000 Where were the people that were supposed to be there for us?
00:21:05.000 And that's where, you know, I thought if I talked to the governor, maybe we can at least have someone he can have.
00:21:11.000 Maybe you can talk to me, governor.
00:21:13.000 Tell me, and I can tell the people, you are really doing what you're supposed to do.
00:21:16.000 You are really getting us the funding, the money.
00:21:18.000 We're not going to have power.
00:21:19.000 We're not going to have electricity.
00:21:20.000 And there is so much governmental red tape that I think we're going to be up against.
00:21:25.000 So, you know, what was, well, this all started because I, a news crew asked if I would.
00:21:32.000 You know, be interested in going to see whether my home was still there.
00:21:34.000 And when we did drive through town, I asked if I could see if the preschool was there.
00:21:39.000 And the governor happened to be there.
00:21:41.000 It's just the coincidence of that was enormous.
00:21:44.000 And I just, I'm a mom.
00:21:48.000 I think about that kid every single moment of the day.
00:21:51.000 And I know my friends and the other fellow parents are exactly like I am.
00:21:55.000 So the dismissiveness that I see every time I watch that, it disappoints me.
00:22:01.000 Rachel, as a father, I totally get that when you say that, 100%.
00:22:07.000 Do you think, being a local, the California government did everything to prepare for this, given past tragedies, to make sure that the Palisades was ready for such disaster and also disaster response?
00:22:25.000 Do you think you guys were adequately prepared?
00:22:28.000 I don't think I need to answer that question.
00:22:30.000 I think the officials have answered that question for you.
00:22:33.000 Every single necessary person, even the people in charge, even Governor Newsom, even our mayor, they've all told you that we were ill-prepared.
00:22:40.000 And they've all told you that they were told or they knew or should have known or maybe we'll do it better next time.
00:22:46.000 We just went through COVID. I mean, we had a mayor who ran on homelessness, right?
00:22:53.000 We had a mayor who said she was going to take care of the homeless problem and she was going to deal with it.
00:22:58.000 Holistically.
00:23:00.000 Well, now we're going to have a whole new homeless situation that has a magnitude that outweighs whatever it was she was holistically trying to fix.
00:23:08.000 So we went from one problem to something else.
00:23:11.000 And I just know that pre-preparation, not from West Africa, would have meant that less homes would have burned down.
00:23:22.000 It would have meant that less destruction happened.
00:23:24.000 It meant that less kids would have had maybe one less school to go to.
00:23:29.000 That's what would have happened.
00:23:30.000 Preparation, we know what preparation does.
00:23:33.000 It doesn't fix everything, but it pretty, it does a lot.
00:23:37.000 It does a lot.
00:23:37.000 We know that.
00:23:38.000 I don't know why our elected officials don't know that.
00:23:42.000 I just, and Rachel, I'm not asking you to go deep into policy here, but here's the facts.
00:23:47.000 California is the world's fifth largest economy.
00:23:50.000 California is a $4 trillion state, and yet...
00:23:56.000 With some of the wealthiest people on the planet that live in California or have businesses in California, and yet no water, no response.
00:24:05.000 And this is not the first fire in the region.
00:24:08.000 2018, 2020, it seems that this happens every couple of years.
00:24:12.000 So it just begs the question, do these leaders actually care about their citizens?
00:24:17.000 I mean, this is a time of pain.
00:24:19.000 I understand that.
00:24:20.000 But what is your reaction to that?
00:24:22.000 Well, they care enough to want the Olympics here.
00:24:25.000 You know, we care enough to want to have people come to our city, but we're not going to have a city for them to come to.
00:24:30.000 We're not going to have, if these kinds of things are left unchecked, if we have elected officials that keep letting these things go unchecked, who knows?
00:24:38.000 Maybe we're not going to have the Olympics here in five years or a couple of years.
00:24:41.000 It's just the list of things that are a result of this, forget the displacement and all that.
00:24:47.000 Even the people that have a house to go home to, we have nothing to go home to.
00:24:52.000 There's nothing to go home to.
00:24:53.000 There is no life to be had there.
00:24:56.000 And the only people, the numbers you're referring to, the fifth largest economy, oh my God, what is that good for if you don't have water in your fire hydrants?
00:25:06.000 Where is that money going?
00:25:08.000 It went to Ukraine today, I think.
00:25:12.000 If we can find a way to bring people back to California with a D or an R, whatever it is, that part maybe we differ on.
00:25:20.000 But I think we need to have qualified people who respect Californians, who respect the locals.
00:25:27.000 And we don't have that right now.
00:25:29.000 And it speaks for itself.
00:25:31.000 Just look at the fact that an entire community was wiped out in such little time.
00:25:37.000 And the response I got from the governor.
00:25:43.000 That's what we have to offer.
00:25:46.000 Just a final question.
00:25:47.000 What is your plan?
00:25:48.000 Do you plan to stay in the Palisades?
00:25:50.000 Do you plan to stay in this community?
00:25:52.000 Great question.
00:25:53.000 4 a.m.
00:25:53.000 this morning, that was the phone call that I was on with three other moms.
00:25:58.000 We were trying to figure out what is it we're going to do.
00:26:01.000 Do we stay?
00:26:02.000 For what?
00:26:03.000 I don't know.
00:26:04.000 Are the schools setting up a school for our kids to go to?
00:26:08.000 Then the other problem is, you know, with all of us who are displaced, there is going to be a shortage of space locally or near us.
00:26:15.000 So we've got a lot of problems.
00:26:17.000 And like I said, I would put all of those away.
00:26:20.000 I wouldn't even care about where I live.
00:26:22.000 I don't know what I'm going to tell the children.
00:26:24.000 The children are future, as we know, and we're not giving it to them.
00:26:29.000 We're not giving them the future that we promise them.
00:26:35.000 I think we can do so much better, Charlie, don't you?
00:26:38.000 I know you could do so much better.
00:26:41.000 Rachel, thank you.
00:26:42.000 I'm sorry for all of your pain and tragedy.
00:26:44.000 I know many of your neighbors that no longer have homes, and it is just a terrible situation.
00:26:50.000 Rachel, thank you so much.
00:26:52.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:26:53.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast.
00:26:56.000 She brings up a great point.
00:26:57.000 How are we going to host the Olympics?
00:26:59.000 The Olympics could go down as one of the great tragedies in world history.
00:27:03.000 I mean, if we host the Olympics, there's not going to be running water.
00:27:06.000 We are not ready.
00:27:08.000 That is a great flag by Rachel there.
00:27:10.000 Very good flag.
00:27:12.000 We should honestly say that the Olympics should go to Dallas or should go to Miami.
00:27:17.000 I'm not kidding.
00:27:18.000 President Trump should pose the question, are we really ready to host the Olympics in three and a half years?
00:27:23.000 Are we ready to host the Olympics in three summers from now?
00:27:26.000 No way!
00:27:27.000 What if there's a fire during the Olympics?
00:27:29.000 We're hearing reports that Chilean gangs are setting fires and we're supposed to set the Olympics.
00:27:33.000 It will be an international disgrace with this current leadership.
00:27:37.000 With Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom and the local city council, liberals are completely incapable of governing cities.
00:27:44.000 I think that we should cancel the Olympics in LA or at least put it in a question for the next 90 days.
00:27:50.000 They have to prove to us they can do it and you go to another city.
00:27:53.000 You keep it in America, you go to Miami, you go to Dallas, you go to some other well-run city.
00:27:59.000 You could just have the Texas Olympics.
00:28:00.000 I guarantee, by the way, the Texas Olympics would be a great idea.
00:28:03.000 You could have Houston, Austin, Dallas.
00:28:05.000 They have enough infrastructure.
00:28:05.000 You don't have to build all these new stadiums.
00:28:07.000 Between Houston, Austin, and Dallas, you've opening ceremony in Jerry Stadium.
00:28:13.000 You've got San Antonio.
00:28:15.000 You've got all the riverways.
00:28:16.000 You've got lakes abundant.
00:28:17.000 You could have Lake Austin.
00:28:18.000 It could be gorgeous.
00:28:19.000 You have the Texas Olympics.
00:28:20.000 You cancel the LA Olympics.
00:28:21.000 LA, I'm sorry.
00:28:23.000 This is going to be an international disaster.
00:28:24.000 That would be so bad for our diplomacy of athletes that can't get out of hotel rooms, people getting mugged.
00:28:29.000 We can't put up with this.
00:28:31.000 If you can't fill a fire hydrant, you aren't qualified to host the Olympics.
00:28:38.000 That was a really good point by Rachel.
00:28:40.000 I think we've got to cancel the Olympics in LA and move it to Texas.
00:28:44.000 Make it the Texan Olympics.
00:28:48.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:49.000 This is a very important reminder about your year-end giving.
00:28:52.000 If you're looking to do something that makes the greatest impact, join me in providing ultrasounds with Preborn and Saving Babies.
00:28:58.000 And remember that 100% of your gift goes directly to providing ultrasounds.
00:29:03.000 Preborn separately fundraisers for overhead and administrative so you can now know that every penny you give right now will go directly to the cause.
00:29:10.000 I am a donor, so listen carefully.
00:29:12.000 When we do this with Preborn, providing free ultrasounds to girls and women, it doubles the chance those moms will choose life.
00:29:20.000 $140 gives five free ultrasounds and saves babies.
00:29:24.000 Just $28 a month can save a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:29:28.000 And speaking of year-end giving, I can't think of a better one than a $15,000 gift providing an ultrasound, saving thousands of lives for years to come.
00:29:36.000 I'm a donor.
00:29:37.000 Join me in donating at 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:29:44.000 That is 833-850-2229, pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:29:50.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:53.000 You know, some of the people are saying no Olympics in Texas, no Olympics in Texas.
00:29:56.000 Why not?
00:29:57.000 It is the whole planet that would have the eyes on Texas and take it as a compliment.
00:30:01.000 I think that Texas could do it.
00:30:05.000 I think Texas has the infrastructure, the capacity, the ability, four major cities.
00:30:11.000 Trump would want the Olympics.
00:30:12.000 And understand, a bad Olympics is a stain on the nation.
00:30:16.000 The worst Olympics that we've had in the last 25 years.
00:30:20.000 Was what?
00:30:20.000 Athens.
00:30:21.000 Athens was a disaster.
00:30:23.000 If you remember the Athens Olympics, I believe it was 2004. Sydney was 2000. Athens was 2004. Beijing was 2008. And then London was 2012. Rio de Janeiro was 2016. Tokyo was supposed to be 2020. And then, of course, this last summer was in Paris.
00:30:42.000 Rio de Janeiro was worse than Athens.
00:30:44.000 However, Athens was bad.
00:30:46.000 And we have to depend on...
00:31:12.000 The local Kristen Fire Chiefs?
00:31:14.000 The lesbian trio?
00:31:17.000 I don't think so.
00:31:19.000 I don't think so.
00:31:20.000 And look, I'm a big Olympic buff.
00:31:22.000 If you know anything about me, I watch the Olympics start to finish.
00:31:25.000 Everyone in the office would tell you that.
00:31:26.000 I love the Olympics.
00:31:27.000 I cherish it.
00:31:28.000 I think it's a really great tradition.
00:31:29.000 Even though it's gone woke, I think we gotta take it back and bring it back.
00:31:34.000 It was hard to watch some of the Paris Olympics this summer.
00:31:36.000 And I think this would be the first American-hosted Olympics in my lifetime.
00:31:40.000 Let me think about that.
00:31:41.000 That's not true.
00:31:42.000 We had the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City when I was a kid.
00:31:44.000 First Summer Olympics.
00:31:46.000 There was Atlanta in 1996, and then there was LA in 1980 or 1984. Is that right?
00:31:54.000 Am I right?
00:31:55.000 We have a really amazing chance to showcase...
00:31:59.000 Reborn America.
00:32:00.000 We have the 250th anniversary of America coming up in the summer of 26. And the Olympics right after.
00:32:06.000 And let's not forget.
00:32:07.000 Hold on.
00:32:07.000 This is important, everybody.
00:32:09.000 We got the World Cup in the summer of 2026. Also in Los Angeles.
00:32:14.000 I mean, it's all over North America, but they're hosting in LA. I think there needs to be a little penalty box.
00:32:20.000 We're supposed to bring in the citizens and the tourists from around the planet?
00:32:24.000 From the Philippines and Indonesia and from India and from Pakistan and from Kazakhstan and from Germany.
00:32:30.000 Oh, come to our country.
00:32:31.000 I cannot say in good faith to people of this world if you go to LA that we will protect you.
00:32:36.000 I can't say that in good faith.
00:32:37.000 I can't.
00:32:38.000 LA is dangerous.
00:32:40.000 It is crime infested.
00:32:41.000 It is dirty.
00:32:42.000 They don't even have water to be able to put out fires.
00:32:45.000 What if a hotel lights on fire?
00:32:48.000 What is Karen Bass going to just say, oh, well, you know, at least we got three lesbians running our fire department.
00:32:52.000 No, this is not a joke.
00:32:53.000 We want to put ourselves on full display for the planet that we have an American reborn.
00:32:57.000 We want to show our best off, not the burnt-out husk of a city that peaked 100 years ago.
00:33:05.000 And the argument for Los Angeles was so defeatist, too.
00:33:08.000 Oh, we don't have to build anything.
00:33:09.000 It's already there.
00:33:10.000 That's not America.
00:33:11.000 Go to Texas.
00:33:12.000 Build something new.
00:33:13.000 By the way, in Texas, they build these beautiful structures.
00:33:16.000 You would have all of the oil tycoons come in and they would invest.
00:33:20.000 In LA, what is the compelling argument?
00:33:22.000 Traffic?
00:33:24.000 Bums?
00:33:25.000 Overdoses?
00:33:26.000 Fires?
00:33:28.000 We demand widespread resignations.
00:33:31.000 By the way, there should be an entire new governing structure coming in.
00:33:35.000 This is not a little thing.
00:33:36.000 This is not a small little thing.
00:33:38.000 People remember Olympics, especially international leaders.
00:33:41.000 They remember them, and it's a little window into how is your country doing.
00:33:45.000 For example, the Tokyo Olympics back in 2021, which is supposed to be 2020, incredibly organized.
00:33:50.000 And that was kind of a little window into Japan.
00:33:53.000 Like, wow, they still got their act together.
00:33:55.000 Little window into Rio de Janeiro.
00:33:57.000 Whoa, stay away from there.
00:33:58.000 And don't forget.
00:34:01.000 That's right.
00:34:01.000 Blake read my mind.
00:34:03.000 That's right.
00:34:04.000 Beijing in 2008 was China's big coming out.
00:34:07.000 They went all out.
00:34:09.000 And that's when the people of the planet, the people of the world said, oh.
00:34:12.000 China is legit.
00:34:14.000 They did this orchestrated timpani routine with like 50,000 people.
00:34:19.000 It was one of the most unbelievable things I've ever seen.
00:34:22.000 And then you look at this, what are we going to have?
00:34:24.000 Like three fire chiefs come with a gay flag?
00:34:26.000 No, we got to up our game here.
00:34:28.000 This is a new America.
00:34:28.000 It's a new golden era.
00:34:29.000 It's an American renaissance.
00:34:31.000 LA, I think you should, I mean, you should be done.
00:34:34.000 We need to find a new city, new town.
00:34:36.000 By the way, you might say, oh, you just can't change it.
00:34:38.000 IOC will do whatever we're going to do.
00:34:39.000 Just put tariffs on the member countries and they'll change it.
00:34:41.000 Who cares?
