00:01:42.000 Happy Thanksgiving, everybody.
00:01:44.000 I love Thanksgiving.
00:01:45.000 It's one of my favorite days of the year.
00:01:47.000 I think it speaks very well to our nation.
00:01:50.000 That there is a day where we stop and say thank you.
00:01:55.000 As the great Dennis Prager would say, and Dennis Prager is in a tough spot right now, and you should say an audible prayer for Dennis Prager right now.
00:02:02.000 He is...
00:02:04.000 He's in a tough situation and we want him to have a healthy and speedy recovery.
00:02:11.000 Dennis would say in his happiness hour, you cannot be happy if you are not grateful.
00:02:18.000 The ingrates, the ungrateful make the world worse.
00:02:23.000 The grateful make the world better.
00:02:27.000 On Thanksgiving, you must be grateful to something.
00:02:30.000 You could be grateful to your parents, grateful to your friends, but of course, grateful to Almighty God.
00:02:35.000 And boy, do we have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
00:02:42.000 Why do you think about three weeks ago, 22 days ago, there was a nation on edge, nation full of anxiety.
00:02:50.000 We were told that Kamala Harris was up in the polls and we knew that it was an existential survival question.
00:02:58.000 Was this nation going to continue to exist?
00:03:03.000 Was this nation going to survive?
00:03:07.000 And God shined his grace on this great Republic.
00:03:10.000 And I believe our best days are ahead, that we are on the verge of an American Renaissance, a restoration.
00:03:16.000 It's as if America is being powered up, it's being booted up.
00:03:19.000 We are emerging from our slumber.
00:03:24.000 And how thankful we are that Donald Trump didn't die on July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:03:29.000 How thankful that we are, that we were spared from all of the civil chaos We all dodged a bullet on July 13th and on November the 5th.
00:03:41.000 I love Thanksgiving because people from all different walks of life and different faiths can come together and say that gratitude is a necessary practice and being grateful is a practice.
00:03:53.000 You must be intentional about it.
00:03:56.000 We are not naturally a grateful people.
00:04:00.000 In fact, we're very ungrateful.
00:04:02.000 In the book of Exodus, God's chosen people leave Egypt.
00:04:05.000 And how long?
00:04:06.000 Until they were complaining that they did not have meat like they did when they were slaves in Egypt.
00:04:12.000 I believe it's Numbers 14. I could be wrong.
00:04:16.000 The book of Numbers.
00:04:19.000 It's actually maybe 18 or 12. I'm all over the place.
00:04:23.000 I'll find it in a second.
00:04:25.000 Where the people of Israel complain.
00:04:30.000 They complain that they don't have good enough food, even though God sent quail off course and manna from heaven.
00:04:37.000 It's Numbers 11. Thank you.
00:04:40.000 We'll read from Numbers 11 here because it's a wonderful story on how the people constantly complain.
00:04:47.000 When the people complain, it displeased the Lord, and the Lord heard it, and his anger was kindled, and the fire of the Lord burnt among them and consumed them in the uttermost parts of the camp.
00:04:55.000 We are a complaining people.
00:04:57.000 You see, Thanksgiving and the fundamental story of Thanksgiving is to understand that there is a God and you are not him.
00:05:05.000 That there is a cosmological order and a cosmological plan above all of us.
00:05:10.000 And that we must have the humility to know that God is sovereign and that we can easily lose perspective.
00:05:18.000 And I encourage all of you today, tomorrow, Friday, Saturday, this Thanksgiving weekend, turn off your devices and just say to the heavens, thank you.
00:05:28.000 Thank you.
00:05:29.000 And yes, there is much work yet to be done.
00:05:32.000 There are many fights left to embark on.
00:05:34.000 But what would have been if Kamala Harris would be president-elect right now?
00:05:41.000 Now, that would be a tough Thanksgiving.
00:05:42.000 We would still be saying thank you because there would be so much for to be thankful for.
00:05:46.000 You got to keep the main thing, the main thing, God, family, country.
00:05:50.000 And you see, when you're thankful, I think it invites humility.
00:05:53.000 I believe gratitude and humility are sister virtues.
00:05:58.000 Because by definition, when you are thankful, you are not necessarily taking credit for everything.
00:06:03.000 When you are thankful, you're not saying that it's all because of you, that there's something that was given to you, that you are the recipient of something external that you did not make happen.
00:06:15.000 And we are all recipients of this beautiful nation.
00:06:21.000 And look at the remarkable sequence of events that have come together.
00:06:29.000 The world's richest man, a Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, former DNC co-chair, Donald Trump surviving, all together to reclaim our nation.
00:06:40.000 I just, I am blown away with humility at that truth.
00:06:45.000 Humility allows you to grow and improve, to evolve, to strengthen and deepen in your understanding.
00:06:54.000 You see, the left thrives on ingratitude.
00:06:59.000 You look at the last of the Ten Commandments, thou shall not covet.
00:07:04.000 It's a very interesting commandment because it's the only of the Ten Commandments that deals with the mind.
00:07:10.000 It deals with the inner workings of the being, not just the external.
00:07:14.000 All the other ten are largely behavioral.
00:07:18.000 You shall have no other gods before me.
00:07:19.000 That's somewhat internal.
00:07:21.000 You shall have no idols.
00:07:23.000 You shall remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy.
00:07:25.000 You shall not use the Lord's name in vain or carry the Lord's name in vain.
00:07:29.000 You shall honor your mother and fathers who may live long in the land of which you are in.
00:07:31.000 You shall not murder.
00:07:32.000 You shall not steal.
00:07:34.000 You shall not commit adultery.
00:07:36.000 But coveting.
00:07:39.000 Coveting.
00:07:40.000 Well, how can you covet your neighbor's donkey or your neighbor's wife if you're thankful?
00:07:45.000 And the answer is, you can't.
00:07:48.000 Gratitude is the fruit that makes everything else taste sweet.
00:07:53.000 But then you must be thankful to whom?
00:07:56.000 To the Almighty God.
00:07:58.000 The left feeds off of fear and smugness and ingratitude.
00:08:04.000 The activist energy that fuels so many of these campus radicals.
00:08:10.000 Is not gratitude.
00:08:11.000 I believe if you graduate from college, you graduate with a degree in ingratitude.
00:08:16.000 Our side feeds off of love, community, and patriotism.
00:08:19.000 And so as you sit around the Thanksgiving table this Thanksgiving, just be thankful that we still have a country.
00:08:28.000 Thankful that we have the ability and the agency and the table is set for the greatest reclamation of the Constitution in American history.
00:08:38.000 Be thankful that we have this window in time that was given to us that we did not earn to fulfill the founders mandate.
00:08:46.000 That we have a 100 year detour that we've been taking post Woodrow Wilson.
00:08:52.000 For FDR, to Richard Nixon, to Lyndon Baines Johnson, it was one president after the other, one decision after the other, that grew government, that got us off the founder's course, that made the citizens smaller and the Leviathan bigger.
00:09:08.000 And we have this opportunity and we should be thankful for the opportunity.
00:09:12.000 And what I'm saying is we should be thankful that we have an opportunity to fight that what we do actually matters.
00:09:17.000 And isn't that the greatest of all the things to receive?
00:09:19.000 It's not that we received the end result.
00:09:21.000 We have received a chance.
00:09:24.000 That's what we received.
00:09:25.000 We did not receive the nation backed fully intact, but we received an opening.
00:09:30.000 And isn't that all that we were asking for?
00:09:32.000 We were asking for just give us a chance.
00:09:35.000 Give us the ability to use our free will and our agency, our capacity to think, to be able then to restore liberty if the people were to want it.
00:09:45.000 But a prideful and a cocky nation will not be saved.
00:09:49.000 You must be humble before the Lord and say, Thank you for allowing us this second chance that we do not deserve.
00:10:00.000 That we do not deserve.
00:10:01.000 Because we have taken such a detour away from our founding values, from our foundational ideas, from our birth certificate.
00:10:10.000 And Thanksgiving is a uniquely American tradition.
00:10:13.000 Going all the way back to the original story of Thanksgiving to today, we pause and say thank you.
00:10:21.000 I think it's one of the greatest things Traditions in American history.
00:10:25.000 And just our whole country.
00:10:28.000 To say thank you.
00:10:32.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:33.000 If you ever had a doubt that there's a war on the unborn, you now know beyond a doubt that is the case.

00:11:52.000 We just secured Glenn Beck.
00:11:55.000 We have Tucker Carlson.
00:11:56.000 We have Matt Walsh.
00:11:56.000 We have Michael Knowles.
00:11:58.000 We have the biggest speakers in the movement.
00:11:59.000 Play Cut 20.
00:12:01.000 Play Cut 20.
00:12:22.000 Phoenix, Arizona, people from all over the country.
00:12:25.000 It's so remarkable because it brings everybody together.
00:12:27.000 One of my favorite of the year.
00:12:28.000 The energy that left us watching to see it.
00:12:31.000 The stakes are high.
00:12:50.000 begun to fight.
00:12:52.000 AMFEST.com.
00:13:09.000 Get your ticket right now.
00:13:10.000 Amfest.com.
00:13:12.000 So you would imagine that the Democrat campaign mafia would have some sort of introspection about how they lost.
00:13:23.000 Well, they're on a PR damage tour right now.
00:13:26.000 Jen O'Malley Dillon and David Plouffe are doing the rounds.
00:13:29.000 This is Miss Jen on Pod Save America trying to explain away how and why Kamala Harris lost.
00:13:39.000 We were just talking about humility.
00:13:41.000 Maybe they could use a little bit of that.
00:13:43.000 Play cut 52 of Jen O'Malley Dillon.
00:13:47.000 On the Biden question, we of course got that everywhere we went.
00:13:52.000 And we knew what the data was.
00:13:54.000 We knew we had to show her as her own person and point to the future and not try to rehash the past.
00:14:01.000 She also felt that she was part of the administration.
00:14:04.000 And unless we said something like, well, I would have handled the border completely differently.
00:14:10.000 We were never going to satisfy anybody.
00:14:11.000 We were trying to tell a story and give the impression that she was different without pointing to a specific issue.
00:14:19.000 Can I ask us why not a specific issue?
00:14:21.000 Is it something she was unwilling to do?
00:14:22.000 You worried you would feel disingenuous?
00:14:24.000 She felt like she was part of the administration.
00:14:26.000 So why should she look back and cherry pick some things that she would have done differently when she was part of it?
00:14:31.000 She had tremendous loyalty to President Biden.
00:14:34.000 Cherry pick things you wouldn't.
00:14:36.000 Oh, this is just delicious.
00:14:37.000 Let's keep going.
00:14:38.000 Play Cut 54. And he had an army of super PACs that were so coordinated.
00:14:44.000 I'm sure there's some legal way they were coordinated.
00:14:47.000 I'm sure it was legal.
00:14:48.000 Or illegal.
00:14:50.000 But from the beginning, they were week to week.
00:14:54.000 One super PAC would take a couple weeks and hit Pennsylvania, and then the next one would come in and do the same, and they were all coordinated.
00:15:00.000 We didn't have the benefit of that.
00:15:02.000 Wait, hold on.
00:15:04.000 What happened to all your outside money?
00:15:06.000 Not only did you guys have $1.5 billion in hard money, what happened to the multiple billion dollars outside?
00:15:12.000 And shame on you, Jen O'Malley, Dylan, even suggesting we do something illegal.
00:15:16.000 What exactly illegal would we have been doing?
00:15:19.000 That you're legally allowed to coordinate activity with campaigns now according to the Mark Elias FEC ruling?
00:15:24.000 You guys are so smug.
00:15:26.000 You guys are so self-righteous that you can't actually acknowledge that we out-organized you.
00:15:31.000 You were leaking to the press.
00:15:32.000 Oh, Turning Point doesn't know what they're doing.
00:15:34.000 No, we chased more ballots than you.
00:15:35.000 We registered more voters than you.
00:15:37.000 Can I play that again?
00:15:37.000 I'm sorry.
00:15:38.000 That's as good as it gets.
00:15:39.000 I got to play that again just for my own personal delight.
00:15:43.000 She's saying, oh, wow.
00:15:44.000 Next thing you know, one super PAC comes into Pennsylvania.
00:15:47.000 One comes into North Carolina.
00:15:48.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:15:50.000 We came in and we out-organized you.
00:15:53.000 The ragtag rebels of Turning Point that were made fun of and smeared and slandered by everyone in the media.
00:16:00.000 We went up against all the outside groups on the left.
00:16:03.000 Where did all those outside groups go exactly?
00:16:06.000 All these national action networks and BLM and local community groups and the C3s and the C4s and the Super PACs.
00:16:12.000 Let's play that again.
00:16:13.000 Play Cut 54. And he had an army of super PACs that were so coordinated.
00:16:20.000 I'm sure there's some legal way they were coordinated.
00:16:23.000 I'm sure it was legal.
00:16:24.000 Or illegal.
00:16:25.000 But from the beginning, they were week to week.
00:16:30.000 One super PAC would take a couple weeks and hit Pennsylvania, and then the next one would come in and do the same, and they were all coordinated.
00:16:35.000 We didn't have the benefit of that.
00:16:37.000 Man, she's just acknowledging that.
00:16:40.000 Turning Point beat her.
00:16:41.000 Elon Musk beat her.
00:16:42.000 We out-organized the organizers.
00:16:44.000 It's just such a lie, by the way.
00:16:45.000 They have nothing but outside groups.
00:16:47.000 They have like 600 outside groups.
00:16:49.000 Maybe the unions didn't actually want to go work for you, Jen O'Malley, Dylan.
00:16:53.000 Ever heard of Arabella Advisors?
00:16:58.000 If your approach to everyday aches and pains is to mask them, you know, feel better for a few hours only to have the pain return and then repeat the cycle all over again.

00:17:56.000 Okay, we have Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of Texas, with some breaking news and a breaking story.
00:18:04.000 Great to see you, General Paxton.
00:18:06.000 Share the breaking news with our audience, please.
00:18:08.000 Well, happy Thanksgiving to you and your audience.
00:18:10.000 Yeah, we just filed today.
00:18:11.000 You're the first person I'm talking to.
00:18:13.000 We just filed a lawsuit against State Street Bank, Vanguard, and BlackRock for colluding, buying up shares, large numbers of shares to increase the price of coal by cutting production.
00:18:28.000 They make a lot of money, unfortunately, for consumers.
00:18:31.000 When that occurs, that means that consumers are paying a lot more for energy.
00:18:35.000 And under federal law and some state law, that's illegal.
00:18:40.000 And we were joined by 10 other states in filing this lawsuit today.
00:18:44.000 Well, that's huge news.
00:18:45.000 So tell us how you came to want to file this and how it affects Texans in particular.
00:18:51.000 Well, we knew that there was this effort among banks and other large corporations to follow this climate initiative, the Paris Accord, that Trump got away from, that Biden came back to.
00:19:02.000 And it's affecting consumers in all kinds of ways.
00:19:04.000 And we started looking at banking.
00:19:06.000 We started looking at other things.
00:19:07.000 So we're dealing with the banks in Texas.
00:19:09.000 And we're actually stopping some of them from doing business here if they discriminate against energy.
00:19:15.000 But in this case, we realized that this was having a dramatic impact on energy prices.
00:19:19.000 And over a period of time, over the next 10 years, it was going to drive up energy.
00:19:23.000 And people who can least afford it are going to be paying higher energy costs.
00:19:26.000 So we saw the purchase of all these shares and the controlling of energy Through proxy votes of other shareholders that they were controlling these coal companies and causing them to do the opposite of what you'd expect, which is to produce more and make more.
00:19:42.000 They're doing just the opposite.
00:19:43.000 They're cutting the production.
00:19:44.000 That has a deleterious effect on our economy.
00:19:47.000 It has a deleterious effect on our consumers.
00:19:49.000 And it forces us to buy more energy overseas.
00:19:53.000 Yeah, I mean, just to have American companies want the price of energy to go higher, I mean, that's criminal.
00:20:00.000 I know that you're suing in a civil way, but I mean, they literally want to break the pocketbook of everyday Americans so that they can make more money.
00:20:08.000 Is this right?
00:20:09.000 That's exactly right, because it's driving up the price.
00:20:13.000 So they produce less, and yet they're making more on less volume because their margins are stronger.
00:20:19.000 And, you know, it has a negative impact on the country.
00:20:22.000 And it's clearly a violation of two different acts, the Clayton Act and the Sherman Act.
00:20:27.000 It also violates our deceptive trade practices in Texas and other state laws.
00:20:31.000 So there's obviously interest if we have 11 states in dealing with this and protecting our consumers.
00:20:37.000 What other states have signed on to this?
00:20:39.000 I don't have a list in front of me, but it's probably some of the same.
00:20:43.000 Usually we have states like South Carolina and Kansas and Indiana.
00:20:47.000 I don't have the whole list, but that's the type of states that typically are with us.
00:20:52.000 And this is a big harbinger of things to come.
00:20:54.000 Drill baby drill and a departure from the ESG nonsense.
00:20:58.000 What would President Trump's energy portfolio and program mean for the state of Texas?
00:21:04.000 I think it's amazing for my state because we produce a lot of energy and we were exporting energy.
00:21:10.000 A lot of that was cut off by the Biden administration when they shut down the Keystone pipeline and then they opened up the Russian pipeline.
00:21:18.000 The Trump administration did just the opposite.
00:21:20.000 They wouldn't let the Russian pipeline open.
00:21:22.000 They opened up ours and allowed us for the first time, I think, at least in many, many years, decades, to become energy independent.
00:21:30.000 That's good for Texas.
00:21:31.000 That's good for the whole country.
00:21:32.000 Instead of buying energy from some of our enemies, We're now buying energy from ourselves and we're exporting.
00:21:39.000 We're making money off of it.
00:21:40.000 It's all good.
00:21:41.000 There's no downside to this.
00:21:42.000 Unfortunately, for the last four years, it's been a fight with the Biden administration.
00:21:46.000 They've gone the opposite direction.
00:21:48.000 They've enabled our enemies and hurt us.
00:21:50.000 So let me dive deeper into this.
00:21:52.000 In Texas in particular, and I know that you are a Texas political expert.
00:21:56.000 Ken, the final results in Texas are remarkable.
00:22:01.000 I mean, for years, Democrats have been trying to spend money to make Texas blue.
00:22:06.000 It's been one of their top efforts.
00:22:08.000 The final report here shows that Donald Trump won Texas by 14 points, Ken.
00:22:14.000 I mean, that is breathtaking.
00:22:17.000 What happened to the hundreds of millions of dollars they were spending to make Texas blue?
00:22:21.000 Look, we fought them.
00:22:22.000 We had 22 election initiatives related to voter fraud.
00:22:24.000 We got pushed back after we were successful four years from stopping the mail-in ballot scheme that happened in Georgia and Arizona and Pennsylvania.
00:22:32.000 And you can see we were successful last time.
00:22:34.000 But this time, we had all kinds of different initiatives focused on making sure that our elections were protected.
00:22:39.000 I knew if we protected our elections, if we made that our number one priority, I had over 200 lawyers working on this.
00:22:46.000 I knew if we protected our elections that the results would be Republican.
00:22:51.000 And you'll notice that a lot of our South Texas counties that had been Democrat have moved Republicans, become fully Republican.
00:22:59.000 And I think that's because they can see the negative impact of the Biden policies, both internationally, on the border, most affecting them because they're on the border.
00:23:07.000 And then also economically, they realize how they were under Trump.
00:23:10.000 And how they are under Biden, it's much worse.
00:23:13.000 All of that, shockingly to the Democrats, moved them our way.
00:23:17.000 So their strategy of bringing in illegals to vote did not overcome the strategy of bringing in Hispanics and other ethnic groups that are now voting Republican because they're being negatively impacted by the Biden administration.
00:23:30.000 I mean, this is a game changer that Texas is now R plus 14. I mean, in what world do you think that Georgia goes for Trump by two points and Texas goes to Trump for 14 points?
00:23:44.000 Let's continue on the border here.
00:23:46.000 General Paxton, you've been filing a lot of lawsuits trying to secure our border and do everything you can.
00:23:52.000 What can Trump do to assist you in those lawsuits, specifically going after the NGOs on the southern border?
00:23:59.000 Well, actually, now we can find out, hopefully, where that money went, how it was spent, because the way the program worked under Biden, they sent billions of dollars to these NGOs, and they were washing this money.
00:24:10.000 And then those NGOs, we believe, were illegally helping the illegal aliens that were coming into our country by moving them around and providing all kinds of services, whether it was giving them a place to live.
00:24:21.000 And then the ultimate goal was to put them in the right states, the swing states, to vote.
00:24:25.000 And they were helping them get a registered vote.
00:24:28.000 We saw that in Texas.
00:24:29.000 We shut it down when we realized our state police were allowing people who could not get legally registered at DPS offices.
00:24:37.000 They would let these NGOs set up and register other people, which the only people that need to register there are people who can't qualify as citizens and votes.
00:24:45.000 So that's what I want to know.
00:24:47.000 I want more information.
00:24:48.000 I also want to know we had 450,000 people in our role who we asked the federal government to tell us, are these people citizens?
00:24:54.000 And we're only one of, I think, three or four states that asked for that information.
00:24:58.000 Of course, the federal government wouldn't give it to us, even though they're required to tell us.
00:25:02.000 And we're not allowed to ask.
00:25:03.000 We're not allowed to force people to tell us whether they're citizens or not.
00:25:06.000 So I want to know, I want those lawsuits now to tell us, I want the federal government to tell us the answers to those questions so we know who was voting.
00:25:14.000 So, Ken, a lot of people were floating out your name for Attorney General.
00:25:18.000 I know that you are a big fan of Pam Bondi.
00:25:20.000 What is your advice for the incoming Attorney General, and what should her top priorities be?
00:25:25.000 Yeah, I worked with Pam when she was Attorney General of Florida.
00:25:28.000 I came in after her, and she was part of a leadership team that sued the Obama administration.
00:25:33.000 So I would just encourage her to be very aggressive.
00:25:36.000 We have a huge job at DOJ and FBI to root out the corruption.
00:25:40.000 I think the Obama administration was the beginning of entrenching people at different levels of those organizations.
00:25:47.000 And now instead of justice, those those those agencies operate on injustice.
00:25:52.000 They're political.
00:25:53.000 They went after Donald Trump.
00:25:54.000 And I sued Jack Smith over destroying files and tried to stop those destruction.
00:25:58.000 I know that they investigated me for four years and I would love to see the files because I have feelings that they did things that they weren't supposed to do and that some of those files are going to disappear.
00:26:07.000 But it's not just me.
00:26:08.000 A lot of conservatives were targeted.
00:26:10.000 And that cannot be the way our government operates.
00:26:13.000 We have to trust our criminal justice system that they're out that those agencies are out to do justice, not to create injustice.
00:26:20.000 And we are so far from that.
00:26:22.000 And Pam has a huge job in front of her, and there will be internal fights to try to stop her, to hurt her, and she's just going to have to be strong and overcome that and bring in the right people to overcome that.
00:26:32.000 Yeah, and so let's dive deeper into that.
00:26:35.000 What are some of the top targets you think should Trump Department of Justice should go after criminal enterprises that have not been prosecuted or looked into in the last couple of years?
00:26:44.000 So look, I know that the Public Integrity Unit has targeted people.
00:26:48.000 We need to dig into that unit and find out who they are, what they're doing.
00:26:53.000 I certainly know some of them.
00:26:54.000 I've been dealing with them for four years.
00:26:56.000 Ever since Biden came into office, I've been under investigation.
00:26:59.000 And I think that now is obviously over because they spent four years trying to either dig something up, which was unsuccessful, or they tried to create something for me.
00:27:07.000 And I think that's the way they've operated.
00:27:09.000 I also think we need to start focusing on prosecuting things that have not been prosecuted.
00:27:13.000 They need to go back to doing their job of focusing on terrorism and focusing on actual crime, organized crime.
00:27:20.000 They were created to stop organized crime, and they became organized crime, funded by taxpayer dollars.
00:27:26.000 We're a long way from where we started, and we need to get back to the Department of Justice and the FBI doing the things that they were created to do.
00:27:34.000 Absolutely.
00:27:35.000 And finally, Ken, you have experienced a lot of inner party shooting towards you in Texas, and you survived it.
00:27:41.000 You mentioned this.
00:27:42.000 What should Pam Bondi look for in the type of deputies, chief of staff, and the team to be able to withstand the ferocity of the regime in Washington, D.C.? Look, the kind of people you have to have that I've had to survive this, the internal fights and the external fights, you've got to have really tough people who don't care what is being said about them and who are really smart and tenacious.
00:28:06.000 Because if you're not tenacious, if you're not persistent, they will perceive you as weak.
00:28:11.000 They will try to hurt you.
00:28:12.000 They will try to damage you.
00:28:13.000 They will leak information constantly.
00:28:15.000 She will have to deal with it.
00:28:17.000 She's actually doing your job.
00:28:18.000 They will be leaking negative things about her constantly.
00:28:20.000 And she's going to have to be willing to just ignore that and keep going.
00:28:23.000 And she's going to have to have people working for her who are tough and who are willing to get in there and not worry about what's being said about them and endure the pain of the first year to two years of extricating the people that need to go.
00:28:36.000 Ken Paxton, we're behind you 100%.
00:28:38.000 Thank you for the advice, the guidance, and the leadership.

00:30:54.000 AmFest.com.
00:30:56.000 AmFest.com.
00:30:57.000 Okay, I want to go deeper into this story that we were touching on earlier, which is the Democrats try to explain away why Kamala Harris lost, which is really interesting.
00:31:06.000 They're saying that none of their internal polling showed them up.
00:31:09.000 If that's the case, why did they have the most boring, stale campaign imaginable?
00:31:15.000 This is David Plouffe, Playcut 55. You know, she was on tape.
00:31:19.000 You know, surgery for trans, for people who want to transition in prison was part of the Biden-Harris platform in 2020. It was part of what the administration did.
00:31:33.000 So we took it very seriously, but it wasn't something, at the end of the day, what matters in election is.
00:31:39.000 Is something causing someone to behave differently, either who they vote for or whether they vote?
00:31:46.000 And our sense was in the battleground states, This was not driving vote behavior to the same extent like the economy was generally, even immigration.
00:31:59.000 So I think that it's important to understand, I think, that we were very much in voyeuristic listening mode here in terms of how are voters processing this?
00:32:11.000 That is David Plouffe, the former Obama campaign manager, author of Audacity to Win, and also came in at the late...
00:32:19.000 Moment to be the campaign manager for Kamala Harris.
00:32:22.000 They were unable to debunk the fact that Kamala Harris wanted surgeries for illegal immigrants paid for taxpayers for gender transition because it was true.
00:32:34.000 I want to continue this.
00:32:35.000 Let's play cut 51. 51 is all about public polling.
00:32:40.000 Play cut 51. When we got in, my recollection is some of that snapped back, but, you know, we were behind.
00:32:46.000 I mean, I think it surprised people because there was these public polls that came out in late September, early October showing us with leads that we never saw.
00:32:54.000 You know, I mean, it was just basically a race that in the battlegrounds was 46-47, 47-48.
00:33:01.000 So that's not where we started.
00:33:02.000 We started behind.
00:33:04.000 She was able to climb out.
00:33:05.000 I think even after the debate, we might have gained, what, 0.51?
00:33:09.000 It wasn't a race that moved a lot.
00:33:11.000 And so I think when you think about our own internal analytics, you know, if you have Wisconsin at 47-47 or Pennsylvania 48-47 Trump, let's say, which I think is where we had it at the end, you know, you've got to have undecided to break your way more than your opponents, and you've got to get a little benefit from turnout, which we weren't able to do.
00:33:32.000 Well, benefit from turnout.
00:33:33.000 I thought you guys had the turnout machine.
00:33:35.000 You guys were mocking us because you guys knocked on so many doors.
00:33:39.000 Remember all the stories?
00:33:40.000 Oh, Kamala Harris knocked on 11 million doors.
00:33:43.000 The media scum this cycle will never, ever be brought to justice.
00:33:47.000 They need to.
00:33:47.000 For what they put us through, nonstop media increase.
00:33:51.000 Well, how many doors did you guys knock on this weekend?
00:33:53.000 Well, actually, we're chasing ballots.
00:33:54.000 Well, the Kamala campaign knocked on 11 million doors.
00:33:57.000 On election night, you have Joy Reid mocking us before the returns come in.
00:34:02.000 She's like, well, I'm really betting on Kamala Harris's ground game.
00:34:04.000 This was not a ground game.
00:34:06.000 This was a grift game, is what it was.
00:34:08.000 A lot of people made a lot of money.
00:34:11.000 And we don't know where that money went.
00:34:14.000 He knows they were never up in the polls.
00:34:16.000 Their analytics never showed that.
00:34:17.000 We were targeting 400,000 low propensity voters in Arizona and 400,000 in Wisconsin.
00:34:23.000 Our plan was better and ours worked.
00:34:25.000 They were using vanity metrics and we said that the entire time.
00:34:28.000 We said that this is a vanity metric driven campaign.
00:34:32.000 The entire time we made that argument, 400,000 low propensity voters in Arizona, and we got a lot of them out to vote, and Donald Trump won Arizona by 197,000 votes.
00:34:44.000 197,000 votes.
00:34:47.000 You can knock on 10 million doors all you want, but how many new voters did you get into the system?
00:34:52.000 The answer is they were just kind of paying these canvassing firms and they were probably taking 20% off the top and getting nothing for it.
00:34:58.000 They were trying to get strangers to vote.
00:35:01.000 Our team was getting friends and relationships to go vote.
00:35:05.000 People that they've developed relationships with.
00:35:07.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:08.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:10.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
