00:01:45.000 Go to NobleGoldInvestments.com.
00:01:48.000 Doesn't she look so beautiful, everybody?
00:01:52.000 I love you.
00:01:53.000 I love you.
00:01:53.000 This is special.
00:01:55.000 I was not anticipating this.
00:01:57.000 I thought we would just kind of walk out.
00:01:59.000 They did the whole entrance thing.
00:02:01.000 You guys that have waited this long, you're in for a real treat.
00:02:05.000 I asked him last night, I said, honey, what are we talking about tomorrow?
00:02:08.000 And he goes, I don't know, like family, life, maybe about the election.
00:02:12.000 And I was like, you're lucky I don't need note cards.
00:02:15.000 He goes, I know that's why I married you.
00:02:19.000 Well, what a year it's been.
00:02:22.000 Wild.
00:02:23.000 In so many different ways.
00:02:25.000 Wild.
00:02:27.000 First of all, I have to say this without getting emotional, but I'm very proud of my husband, and I know many of you are too.
00:02:37.000 You have worked so hard, and I know a lot of you have seen, obviously, His videos on TikTok and all the stuff he does on campus.
00:02:48.000 But no one gets to see him from my angle, except for myself and our children.
00:02:54.000 And the sacrifices that he made this year, he's amazing.
00:03:00.000 I'm very blessed.
00:03:01.000 And I would not have been able to do any of it without Erica.
00:03:04.000 And that's the real truth, I'll tell you what.
00:03:07.000 Where I was going into battle, going into campuses, traveling the country, people that want us dead, and they smear you and slander you, and Erica is holding down the fort at home.
00:03:19.000 And can you believe how good she looks?
00:03:21.000 She had a baby six months ago.
00:03:23.000 Can you believe that?
00:03:23.000 I mean...
00:03:25.000 It's unbelievable.
00:03:26.000 And it's just, this year has been so trying and difficult in more ways than one.
00:03:33.000 You guys might remember, a year ago, I gave the whole speech of, here I am, Lord send me.
00:03:39.000 Does anyone remember that whole thing that we did?
00:03:41.000 Yeah.
00:03:41.000 And it was kind of this joke that we had.
00:03:44.000 As soon as I gave that message, we got so sick.
00:03:47.000 We didn't even have Christmas.
00:03:48.000 Last Christmas, we had Domino's pizza for Christmas.
00:03:51.000 Oh yes, we did.
00:03:52.000 I remember him getting off stage and I say, honey, Do you realize what you just did?
00:03:56.000 He's like, yeah, I just...
00:03:57.000 And I was like, no, no, no, no.
00:03:58.000 You said, here I am.
00:04:01.000 That is a very powerful statement.
00:04:04.000 And God's like, I see you.
00:04:06.000 And he just...
00:04:07.000 I mean, it's been a wild year.
00:04:10.000 But Charlie is so obedient to God...
00:04:14.000 to the word of God and it's been so humbling to witness the way that God has used him this year because he made that declaration a year ago saying here I am I'm ready wherever you need me to be Lord I'll be and I'm your servant and just put me out there in the thick of it and you did it and it's but again now I say if you're gonna stand on stage and say here I am make sure you tell me beforehand so I know what we're going up against so that we're we're prepared And we look back at this last year,
00:04:44.000 and we really left it all in the field.
00:04:46.000 And you guys saw that maybe on the video on election night, where we did not even have words when they announced Donald Trump to become president of the United States.
00:04:56.000 And for us, it was very real.
00:04:58.000 It was very personal.
00:04:59.000 Because who knows what our life would have looked like if Kamala Harris would have become president.
00:05:04.000 Who knows?
00:05:04.000 They would have come after Turning Point.
00:05:05.000 They would have come after us personally.
00:05:07.000 And so we just say glory to God.
00:05:10.000 And the lessons that we learned throughout this last year, you know, we welcomed our son to the world back in May.
00:05:18.000 And balancing that with two kids under two, Erica deserves every prize.
00:05:25.000 She's the Patriot of the Year award, I'll tell you that.
00:05:27.000 That's the award she deserves.
00:05:29.000 And just kind of juggling it all and keeping the marriage strong and keeping that bedrock strong and still doing our best.
00:05:37.000 And we did a really good job.
00:05:38.000 I only, I think, I missed...
00:05:40.000 Three Sabbaths this year, only three times when we did not do the full Shabbat, which I'm a big believer in, that all of you guys should honor a day for the Lord.
00:05:49.000 Turn off your phone.
00:05:50.000 It says it very clearly in the scriptures.
00:05:53.000 For six days you shall work, on the seventh day you shall rest.
00:05:57.000 And we do a really bad job of that as American Christians.
00:06:01.000 We do a horrible job of honoring the Sabbath.
00:06:03.000 In fact, the word in Hebrew literally means Shabbat, which means to stop, to cease all of activity.
00:06:10.000 We should speak about how our family...
00:06:13.000 I could be traveling for six days, but as long as we get one Sabbath, it makes up for all those six days.
00:06:20.000 No phones, no technology, just family and quality.
00:06:24.000 Well, and it's quality over quantity.
00:06:26.000 And, you know, when Gigi sees you walk into the room, she just Beelines for daddy, but it's one of those things too.
00:06:33.000 I mean people have asked like, how do you do it when Charlie's traveling and like all over the place?
00:06:38.000 It's because we understand our biblical roles in our marriage.
00:06:42.000 He is the head of the household and I am not a servant.
00:06:47.000 I am not a slave to the master.
00:06:49.000 I am his helpmate.
00:06:51.000 I am the guardian of the home.
00:06:52.000 That is my domain and the enemy...
00:06:57.000 And the enemy would love nothing more than that territory because those four walls are not just a home.
00:07:03.000 Those four walls are for when he comes home after battling and building.
00:07:08.000 And those four walls are the walls...
00:07:10.000 I mean, we're creating our child's childhood, which is so special, but it's one of those things where we understand our roles and, you know, we ask each other every single day, How can I be praying for you?
00:07:24.000 Is there anything I can do for you to help make your day better?
00:07:27.000 And I always want to know like what do you need in order to when you get home take your shoes off like an easy soft landing pad for each other.
00:07:35.000 So it's just being a team and loving one another and knowing that you guys aren't against one another but we're in the thick of it together.
00:07:44.000 Yeah, and then being able to go back into the war after that.
00:07:48.000 And I know what every guy is thinking in the audience.
00:07:51.000 How do I get a wife like Erica?
00:07:52.000 I know that's what you're all thinking.
00:07:54.000 And the answer is you don't deserve it and I don't deserve it.
00:07:56.000 It's by God's grace.
00:07:57.000 That's the answer.
00:07:58.000 But in all seriousness, you know, we get a lot of questions about dating and, you know, I'm sure a lot of people are wondering.
00:08:06.000 I mean, I have a lot of thoughts on this, but There's this question of how does the church, how does the conservative movement win back young women and bring women back into this idea of traditional practices and roles?
00:08:23.000 How should people think about that?
00:08:25.000 I mean, I feel like it should be a duty of the church to help teach Titus 2 to women to understand how to be a biblical woman in society.
00:08:36.000 I think it was Elizabeth Elliot that said, being a woman does not make me a better Christian or a certain Christian, but being a Christian makes me a very different woman.
00:08:47.000 And I think understanding, yes, your biblical role, but also, like, Be the woman that your future husband deserves.
00:08:56.000 Like, be the woman that, you know, God wants you to be.
00:09:00.000 You don't have to be out partying.
00:09:01.000 Don't, you know, be crazy thinking, like, I'm running out of time when your God is the author of time.
00:09:07.000 So just chill, you know?
00:09:09.000 Like, you're going to find you're human.
00:09:11.000 God knows your timing.
00:09:12.000 And I think that that's another thing right now that you see, too.
00:09:15.000 You know, young men and women, you hear it all the time, like, where am I going to find my future spouse?
00:09:20.000 How do I find my future spouse?
00:09:22.000 But maybe I know, so you never know.
00:09:25.000 But it's one of those things where it's really important that you have to have an environment where it's conducive towards swimming in a stream of significance, where you're around people that are pouring into you, that are loving on you, that are a conducive environment for you to be the person that you need to be.
00:09:45.000 It's really important.
00:09:46.000 Yeah, and I mean, my advice to young men in particular is you need to stop acting like grown boys and infants and actually become men.
00:09:54.000 And that starts with it is not attractive.
00:09:58.000 I mean, Erica can support this.
00:09:59.000 It's not attractive to women how much liquor you can drink or how many drugs.
00:10:05.000 Or how many women you've slept with?
00:10:07.000 I think it's actually not interesting at all.
00:10:10.000 It's the opposite.
00:10:11.000 It's are you able to support the family and do difficult things and be able to bear an obligation to be able to do this very challenging thing called life?
00:10:21.000 And what we've done is we have created a condition where it's okay for men to kind of continue to stay in that infant stage.
00:10:31.000 And that goes for both men and women.
00:10:33.000 Women, you need to demand more out of men as well.
00:10:37.000 And men, you need to demand more out of yourself.
00:10:39.000 And I say this all the time, which is, I ask the question, like, why are you drinking alcohol?
00:10:44.000 It makes me feel good.
00:10:44.000 Okay, that's a really stupid reason, actually.
00:10:46.000 I'm not saying if you want to drink, it's fine.
00:10:47.000 I'm not trying to be a legalist about it.
00:10:49.000 But to actually give me a good reason, is it going to help you succeed?
00:10:51.000 Is it going to help you flourish?
00:10:52.000 Is it going to help you thrive?
00:10:53.000 And the answer is this.
00:10:54.000 The highest performing people that you guys like at this conference are people that actually don't drink alcohol.
00:10:59.000 Tucker Carlson.
00:11:01.000 Donald Trump.
00:11:02.000 They don't drink alcohol, actually.
00:11:03.000 And again, if you want to do it, fine, do it in moderation, be responsible and all that.
00:11:07.000 I don't drink.
00:11:08.000 Again, I'm not trying to say it's because, you know, it makes you better, but here's the thing, your mornings are easier, way easier to keep off weight, by the way, and immediately you become more focused and a much more clear thinker about the problems in front of you, and you never have to worry as if your mind And your being is going to be put in jeopardy by some substance you put into your body.
00:11:31.000 By the way, you'll save a ton of money as well, just so we're clear.
00:11:34.000 Like a ton of money.
00:11:35.000 People say, I'm broke!
00:11:37.000 Like really, how much you spend on liquor a week?
00:11:39.000 And the answer is probably a lot.
00:11:41.000 And going even deeper and beyond that, I think it's really important that we understand that the battle is between, obviously, your flesh and your inclination to try to do what you want to do whenever you want to do it.
00:11:52.000 But that is why God gave us the law.
00:11:54.000 And the law is a schoolteacher towards Christ.
00:11:57.000 Because, look, if it was easy, then we wouldn't actually need the law.
00:12:00.000 You just kind of follow your flesh, follow your heart, do whatever you want to do.
00:12:02.000 No, you actually must restrain your impulses and restrain your desires.
00:12:07.000 And that is what actually marks a successful person in pursuit of what is good, true, and beautiful.
00:12:13.000 Well, and on top of that, think about it.
00:12:15.000 If you, not just you, but if someone was drinking and totally inebriated and you got an emergency phone call at 3 a.m., like if someone really needs you that loves you, that's not good.
00:12:29.000 And basically, if you get super drunk, you're telling the world, I actually don't have that much important stuff going on.
00:12:34.000 That's basically what you're saying.
00:12:35.000 That actually, I don't matter other people that much.
00:12:37.000 But when you don't drink, you're like, I am willing to serve my neighbor, my friend, my spouse, my sister at any time.
00:12:45.000 Well, and then I get this question all the time and I want you to share with it.
00:12:50.000 You're a father now, obviously, but what advice can you give to young dads that are either about to have their first child or just had their first child?
00:13:02.000 What would you, I mean, we've been through all of that, but how, I mean, what would you say to help encourage them?
00:13:09.000 Well, I would say you need to understand the biblical role of the father.
00:13:12.000 Again, I'm still learning this.
00:13:13.000 I've only been at it, you know, for two and a half years.
00:13:15.000 We're still young.
00:13:16.000 But when it comes to your child, you are tasked to protect them both physically, spiritually, and emotionally, and really outside the house, and obviously in other ways as well.
00:13:27.000 Quality time is everything.
00:13:28.000 You're not above any of the duties or the tasks or the roles.
00:13:31.000 But you're also, you as a father and as the provider, you need to get your act together so much that your wife never has a financial pressure ever on the family.
00:13:43.000 And if you have not done that, then you've got to get your act together.
00:13:46.000 And let me tell the men.
00:13:48.000 You do not spend a dime on video games or sports games or things for yourself until your wife does not have to worry about finances.
00:13:55.000 You come last in the family when it comes to finances.
00:13:59.000 Period.
00:13:59.000 That is your job.
00:14:01.000 Your wife gets whatever she wants.
00:14:02.000 Whatever she wants.
00:14:03.000 The kids get whatever they want.
00:14:05.000 And I hear all the time, like, well, it's really hard to meet ends meet.
00:14:07.000 Like, let's go get a beer.
00:14:07.000 I'm like, you have no reason, actually, to do that.
00:14:09.000 Like, you are tasked with the provider.
00:14:11.000 Oh, you want all the benefits of being called the head of the household, but now the responsibilities are the obligations.
00:14:17.000 And it comes with a lot of responsibilities.
00:14:18.000 And so...
00:14:19.000 Again, I speak very directly to young men.
00:14:21.000 Erica is the, you know, young woman outreach part of this.
00:14:24.000 But young men need to be talked this way, actually.
00:14:27.000 Because they say, oh, I want to be a dad.
00:14:28.000 Like, really?
00:14:28.000 Are you earning enough money?
00:14:30.000 Have you done the right work?
00:14:31.000 Have you asked for a raise, asked for a promotion, got up earlier, stayed up later to make sure your family does not have any financial pressures or issues?
00:14:36.000 People say, oh, you know, it's not that easy.
00:14:38.000 I understand that.
00:14:39.000 But then you need to come last in everything.
00:14:41.000 In the sense where I'm not going to spend money on myself until my family is able to not have that kind of financial pressure.
00:14:47.000 And guess what?
00:14:48.000 You as men are a lot tougher and a lot more productive and can work a lot harder than you think.
00:14:52.000 You can push yourself even harder.
00:14:54.000 You could do a double-double.
00:14:55.000 You could do an all-nighter.
00:14:56.000 You could do the red-eye flight across the country.
00:14:57.000 You could push yourself to be able to provide for the family.
00:14:59.000 Because here's the one thing I have found.
00:15:01.000 Once you have kids, there is this primal thing that comes into you where if you think you have worked hard before When you have to go feed a child and provide for a family You are willing to go to the ends of the earth and push yourself in ways that you never thought possible And that is your initial and most important task is above So last year was here I am Thank you.
00:15:25.000 What is the word?
00:15:27.000 You haven't told me yet, so I'm like bracing myself.
00:15:29.000 What's a good word for 2025?
00:15:31.000 I mean, right now my word is just thank you.
00:15:33.000 Honestly, thank you to God.
00:15:35.000 Thank you to our Creator for sparing us from this terror.
00:15:40.000 I don't have anything more profound than that, honestly.
00:15:43.000 I'm just still kind of in this constant state of gratitude.
00:15:46.000 And our posture before the election was the same as it is now.
00:15:50.000 In one sense, God, what is your will?
00:15:53.000 If your will is to see this country go into the judgment that we deserve, then we will praise you.
00:16:00.000 Exactly.
00:16:01.000 I don't know if you guys heard that or not, but as soon as I said judgment, some sort of oxygen tank exploded or something.
00:16:09.000 It's very cosmic.
00:16:12.000 And so, yeah, I mean, I just say thank you.
00:16:15.000 And look, I'm actually excited for off election years because I love reading.
00:16:21.000 I love studying.
00:16:22.000 I can finally get back to my hundred books a year.
00:16:25.000 I kind of got off that this last year because I was just too busy reading the news and looking at polling and turnout data and precinct by precinct modeling and You're still listening to Prager.
00:16:34.000 I was still listening to Prager.
00:16:35.000 By the way, can we all just say a prayer for Dennis Prager right now, an American hero?
00:16:39.000 I don't know if you guys know this or not, but Dennis is hospitalized in a very serious condition.
00:16:44.000 I can't say more than that, but Dennis is in a very serious circumstance right now and deserves our prayers that God might heal him and God might bring him back to this stage right here on AmericaFest at some point.
00:16:57.000 Because we need Dennis Prager in this country.
00:16:58.000 Dennis Prager is an American hero.
00:17:02.000 You're right.
00:17:03.000 I continued listening to Dennis and Larry Arnn.
00:17:06.000 That is for sure.
00:17:08.000 So also, I want to brag on Erica.
00:17:10.000 In addition to being an incredible mother and phenomenal wife, she also runs a ministry in her spare time that helps you read the entire Bible in one year.
00:17:24.000 You know what I'm talking about?
00:17:25.000 It is called BibleIn365.com.
00:17:29.000 Write it down.
00:17:29.000 Go to the website right now.
00:17:30.000 Honestly, take out your phone.
00:17:31.000 It is BibleIn365.com.
00:17:34.000 What she does is she makes it so easy for you to read the entire Bible in one year.
00:17:40.000 She will text you the verses.
00:17:41.000 She will email the verses.
00:17:43.000 And honestly, if you've never read the Bible, you should go read every single word of the Word of God.
00:17:48.000 It will change your life.
00:17:49.000 It will heal you.
00:17:50.000 It will challenge you.
00:17:51.000 It will deepen you.
00:17:52.000 And she will do it in micro bits of...
00:17:55.000 How do you do it?
00:17:55.000 Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs, right?
00:17:57.000 It's only about seven minutes.
00:17:59.000 It's biblein365.com.
00:18:01.000 It's free of charge.
00:18:02.000 How many people have gone through it?
00:18:04.000 We have over 180,000 that have gone through the program since...
00:18:07.000 180,000 people.
00:18:09.000 Isn't that amazing?
00:18:10.000 That have gone through the Bible in one year.
00:18:13.000 Lives have changed.
00:18:14.000 People have given their lives to Christ.
00:18:15.000 Marriages have been formed through it.
00:18:16.000 Marriages have been formed through it, yes.
00:18:18.000 But also, too, I tell Charlie all the time, I'm like...
00:18:21.000 Look at this, because we get prayer reports and praise requests, praise reports.
00:18:27.000 And we get some that are like, thank you so much for having this.
00:18:31.000 And I look at him and I'm like, this is what it's all about.
00:18:33.000 We get to be a part of people's faith journey.
00:18:35.000 That's so special.
00:18:36.000 I love it.
00:18:37.000 But no, thank you.
00:18:38.000 It's a fun ministry.
00:18:40.000 And the ministry is growing.
00:18:42.000 And she also runs Proclaim Streetwear, which is the best Christian clothing line in the country.
00:18:46.000 They have a booth out there that you can support.
00:18:48.000 So she's an entrepreneur as much as anything else.
00:18:51.000 But I highly encourage you guys, Biblein365.com.
00:18:54.000 Tell them the story of how that kind of came to be.
00:18:57.000 In a very brief SparkNotes version, I started for the first time in 2016. I was like, you know what?
00:19:04.000 I need to read the Bible cover.
00:19:05.000 I never have before.
00:19:07.000 And I created a program and I was like, I don't know who's going to do it with me.
00:19:10.000 So I asked one of my friends, Jess, to join me.
00:19:13.000 And she was very sweet.
00:19:15.000 She was my accountability partner.
00:19:17.000 And every day we would check in.
00:19:19.000 What did you learn today?
00:19:20.000 What did, you know, which commentary did you use for this?
00:19:23.000 And We just kept diving deeper.
00:19:25.000 And anyways, at the end of that, almost towards the end of that, unfortunately, my grandfather had passed away.
00:19:31.000 And that was a very rough moment for me because I loved him so much.
00:19:38.000 And so once I read the full Bible in a year, I just prayed on, you know, God, what direction do you want to take this?
00:19:49.000 And long story short, I'm not going to get into the deep details of it, but That's when Proclaim was born.
00:19:53.000 That's when Jess and I decided we should invite a few more people.
00:19:57.000 We just invited, you know, the handful of people that are in our community and our friends.
00:20:00.000 And then it just grew from such a small little...
00:20:03.000 And that's what's so beautiful is when you have those small little home groups or those little communities, accountability communities, and then have it watch grow from there is really, really special.
00:20:13.000 I mean, it's not me or anything.
00:20:14.000 It's all God's hand.
00:20:16.000 So I take no credit.
00:20:18.000 As we close here, any final messages for the attendees here, the pastors here on Faith Night?
00:20:24.000 That's tough because I feel like, and just like you, we have been given such a beautiful blessing.
00:20:31.000 On a platter, like on a silver platter.
00:20:34.000 And it's up to us to really just continue to build and be leaders and know that like we obviously were made for such a time as this, but truly just own it and be out there, be the hands and the feet.
00:20:48.000 Don't be afraid to talk about your faith.
00:20:50.000 Be bold.
00:20:51.000 Don't be afraid to say, yes, okay, you voted for Donald Trump, but more importantly, you're a Christian, and you're here for a purpose.
00:20:59.000 And like I say, like, your role is to make heaven crowded.
00:21:02.000 That's why you're here.
00:21:03.000 We're just here recruiting.
00:21:04.000 I say that all the time.
00:21:05.000 But your role is to make heaven crowded.
00:21:07.000 And so, just for some encouragement, thank you.
00:21:09.000 I mean, honestly, you guys being here is a huge testament to But just thank you for supporting my husband and being there for him and all the members for the Members Only for Charlie's podcast.
00:21:19.000 Thank you for supporting that because behind the scenes, I get to see the team get so excited when new members sign up and just to be able to see your support for his podcast and for his radio show.
00:21:31.000 As a wife, I mean, I can't even put that into words.
00:21:35.000 So truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being the reason why AmFest and Turning Point USA And my husband and the way they've been able to build things.
