00:02:28.000 Hi, I'm Melinda, and I'm here to say that Trump is very anti-American.
00:02:35.000 He's anti-American, he's pro-violence, and he's pro-war.
00:02:40.000 Give one example where he's pro-war.
00:02:44.000 Well, he's very poor Roar when it comes to sewing division within the American people itself.
00:02:50.000 So, in a recent interview, I think, was at Fox News, he talked about the enemy within.
00:02:57.000 He's also talking about...
00:02:58.000 He's been shot at twice.
00:03:00.000 Five Republicans.
00:03:01.000 Is that fair to call somebody who's shooting at him an enemy?
00:03:05.000 Is that a fair game or not?
00:03:06.000 By a fellow Republican.
00:03:08.000 Well, hold on.
00:03:09.000 They were Republican.
00:03:10.000 They were registered Republican.
00:03:12.000 Ryan Ruth was not a registered Republican.
00:03:14.000 Yes, he was.
00:03:14.000 By the way, it should not matter who their party affiliation is.
00:03:17.000 We should agree that if someone gets shot at and he mentions Enemy Within, he probably gets a pass on that.
00:03:22.000 I mean, people also shot at Mussolini, right?
00:03:24.000 Do you think Trump and Mussolini are moral equivalents?
00:03:27.000 Well, that wasn't the example here.
00:03:31.000 No, you brought up Mussolini.
00:03:32.000 I didn't.
00:03:32.000 Well, yeah.
00:03:33.000 The reason why I brought up Mussolini is because obviously we know that people who we call that pro-war – John Trump's quote on that was just – we're leveling just on the same facts.
00:03:43.000 He said, these radical lunatics are the enemy within.
00:03:47.000 He has been shot at twice.
00:03:48.000 I would call those people radical lunatics who are the enemy within.
00:03:51.000 Do you disagree with that characterization?
00:03:53.000 By his own side.
00:03:54.000 He was not shot at by his own side.
00:03:56.000 Yeah, they were registered Republicans.
00:03:58.000 No, again, Ryan Ruth was not a registered Republican.
00:04:00.000 Yeah, he was.
00:04:01.000 No, he was not, okay?
00:04:03.000 Yeah, he was.
00:04:03.000 Anyone who shoots at you is not on your side.
00:04:05.000 Again, again.
00:04:06.000 There's also a common talking point when it comes to talking – a common talking point Republicans have is that there was no new wars when he was – Yeah, what war did he start?
00:04:16.000 Well, when it comes to no new wars, he assassinated Soleimani.
00:04:21.000 No, no, that's not a war.
00:04:23.000 That's a specific military action.
00:04:24.000 What was the war that Trump started?
00:04:26.000 Well, there was no war that Joe Biden started.
00:04:28.000 Well, of course there was.
00:04:28.000 He financed the Russian-Ukrainian war.
00:04:31.000 Well, who invaded Ukraine?
00:04:32.000 Was it Russia or America?
00:04:33.000 How much do you know about the Istanbul meeting five days into the war between Tony Blinken, Boris Johnson, and the Russian ambassador?
00:04:39.000 I'm not sure, but did America invade Ukraine?
00:04:42.000 Hold on a second.
00:04:42.000 Because we actually had a chance to have a peace deal five days into the war, and it was the United States of America that came in and blew up the peace deal in Istanbul, Turkey.
00:04:49.000 The audience will tell you I'm right.
00:04:50.000 It was our own government that wanted the war to continue.
00:04:52.000 So that's Joe Biden's war.
00:04:54.000 Well, no, there's more to that.
00:04:57.000 It's a little hot outside, so I can't do my research right now.
00:05:01.000 But when it comes to...
00:05:02.000 Why does the temperature impact your research?
00:05:04.000 I don't understand.
00:05:04.000 Well, it's hot outside.
00:05:06.000 I've been here all day, so my brain's a little fuzzy.
00:05:08.000 So, number one, when it comes to this idea that Trump is...
00:05:13.000 Anti-war, or there was no new wars under Trump.
00:05:15.000 He's anti-war.
00:05:16.000 There was plenty of wars that were going on during Trump's time.
00:05:19.000 Can you name them, though?
00:05:20.000 And he's also very pro-dictators.
00:05:23.000 Like, he's friends with Kim Jong-un.
00:05:25.000 He talks highly.
00:05:26.000 So we were on the verge of war with North Korea when Barack Obama left the Oval Office.
00:05:32.000 The thing he told Donald Trump is, our top threat is North Korea.
00:05:35.000 I don't care if Donald Trump calls Kim Jong-un a friend or not.
00:05:38.000 He got us off the brink of war with North Korea, which is actually what I care about.
00:05:41.000 We were not really on the brink of war when it comes to it.
00:05:43.000 No, it's correct.
00:05:44.000 Barack Obama thought we were.
00:05:46.000 Obama said to Donald Trump, you need to watch out for two things, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn and North Korea.
00:05:50.000 That were the only two things Obama said to him in Obama's own telling of events in that short Oval Office meeting.
00:05:55.000 So Obama even said North Korea is your number one threat.
00:05:58.000 Well, I disagree with Obama.
00:06:00.000 North Korea was not our number one threat.
00:06:03.000 North Korea is an ant compared to America.
00:06:05.000 Let me ask you, you're anti-war?
00:06:06.000 Are you anti-war?
00:06:07.000 Very anti-war.
00:06:08.000 Okay, do you believe the Russia-Ukraine war needs to come to an end?
00:06:11.000 Yes, Russia needs to end it.
00:06:12.000 Which is the candidate which has said that we need to end the Russia-Ukraine war?
00:06:15.000 Which is the candidate who said we need to continue funding the Russia-Ukraine war?
00:06:19.000 Trump is for backing up Trump.
00:06:22.000 Trump is for ending the Russia-Ukraine war.
00:06:24.000 That's what he said.
00:06:25.000 Kamala Harris is continuing to fund the Russia-Ukraine war and said she would continue to vote in favor of it.
00:06:29.000 Under which candidate was there a major war in the Middle East?
00:06:31.000 Was there a major war in the Middle East under Donald Trump?
00:06:33.000 To the first point, when it comes to Ukraine and Russia, America is funding the Ukraine because of an agreement we had in, what, 2014?
00:06:43.000 We're holding up a peace treaty with NATO that if any country who wants to join NATO— We have to give them some type of funding.
00:07:12.000 Yeah, so look, the NATO treaty that actually says we're going to defend a NATO ally, Article 5, that doesn't apply to Ukraine because Ukraine is not a member of NATO. I know what you're talking about.
00:07:23.000 Why was Ukraine not a member yet?
00:07:25.000 Because Russia invaded them.
00:07:27.000 That's not correct.
00:07:27.000 Because they wanted to be a member.
00:07:28.000 No, no, Ukraine should never – do you think Ukraine should be part of NATO? Yes, of course.
00:07:31.000 Whoa!
00:07:32.000 Okay, that's remarkable.
00:07:33.000 Yeah, of course.
00:07:34.000 So the U.S. actually made a commitment back in 1990 to say that NATO would expand not one inch past East Germany.
00:07:41.000 Our Secretary of State made that commitment to his counterpart in – actually, it was Gorbachev who led the Soviet Union.
00:07:47.000 So – We've actually, in some ways, been responsible for creating the conditions that have created global instability, but that's actually gone up under Joe Biden.
00:07:56.000 So I'm with you on being anti-war.
00:07:58.000 I'll just look at what were the major wars under Donald Trump.
00:08:00.000 We still haven't named one.
00:08:01.000 What are the major wars under Joe Biden?
00:08:03.000 We have several, from what's going on in the Middle East, Israel-Hamas, to Russia-Ukraine, and I judge based on results.
00:08:09.000 Clarifying question.
00:08:10.000 When you say new wars under Joe Biden...
00:08:14.000 Is that implying that Joe Biden started these wars?
00:08:17.000 They occurred under his administration.
00:08:18.000 And supported and subsidized them.
00:08:20.000 And paid for them.
00:08:20.000 For example, Donald Trump prevented an Israeli Hamas war.
00:08:23.000 How?
00:08:24.000 Through the Abraham Accords.
00:08:26.000 The Abraham Accords was bringing all the people to the table, cut Palestinian Authority funding, also cut Iranian funding so that the Iran piggy bank could not fund terror throughout the region.
00:08:35.000 Brought Saudi Arabia, the United Emirates, Bahrain, and Israel in the room and signed a historic once-in-a-generation peace deal between those Arab partners and Israel.
00:08:42.000 And that region was the quietest it ever was in 50 years.
00:08:45.000 With Russia, Ukraine, he told Vladimir Putin, you go into Ukraine, I will bomb Moscow immediately.
00:08:51.000 It's interesting.
00:08:52.000 Under George W. Bush, Vladimir Putin took Georgia.
00:08:56.000 Under Obama, he took Crimea.
00:08:58.000 Under Biden, he took the Donbass.
00:08:59.000 Under Trump, he didn't take anything.
00:09:01.000 Why is that?
00:09:02.000 Under Trump.
00:09:03.000 Under Trump, Vladimir Putin did not gain a square inch of new territory.
00:09:07.000 Why is that?
00:09:08.000 Trump literally talks about deals or secret meetings that he had.
00:09:13.000 No, but it's just a very simple question.
00:09:14.000 If Trump was bought by Putin or was friends with Putin, why did Putin not expand his country under Trump and every other president he expanded his country under?
00:09:23.000 So under Bush, Russia got bigger.
00:09:26.000 Under Obama, Russia got bigger.
00:09:28.000 Under Biden, Russia got bigger.
00:09:30.000 Under Trump, Russia stayed the same.
00:09:32.000 Why is that?
00:09:34.000 Russia didn't stay at the same.
00:09:35.000 They tried to invade Ukraine.
00:09:36.000 Not under Trump.
00:09:37.000 Not under Trump.
00:09:38.000 That invasion was in February of 2022. But Trump supports Putin.
00:09:43.000 Well, no, he doesn't, actually.
00:09:44.000 It's interesting.
00:09:45.000 He talks about how good Putin was.
00:09:47.000 No, he believes in diplomacy.
00:09:48.000 For example, do you believe that FDR was right in partnering with Joseph Stalin to defeat Hitler?
00:09:53.000 Um, yes.
00:09:55.000 Okay, so at times you have to partner with really bad people for a broader goal.
00:09:58.000 That is called- But Ukraine is not the enemy.
00:10:00.000 Well, we're not saying- You know who is the enemy?
00:10:02.000 China is the enemy.
00:10:03.000 And Russia.
00:10:04.000 Well, Russia's not the enemy, exactly.
00:10:06.000 How many of your friends have died because of Russians?
00:10:08.000 How many of your friends died because of Ukraine?
00:10:10.000 A lot of your friends have died here because of the cartels, and we don't call them an enemy, and they are an enemy within.
00:10:14.000 So when Donald Trump is talking about the enemy within, he's talking about the cartels that are here that are poisoning our streets with drugs, that are bringing illegal guns into the country.
00:10:20.000 That is the enemy within.
00:10:22.000 Yet we say Russia is an enemy.
00:10:23.000 Russia has never attacked the United States of America.
00:10:25.000 There is proof that Russia has been funding far-right groups in America – Russia is also very tied to a lot of prominent right-leaning figures.
00:10:35.000 There's a lot of Russian money funding in right-wing circles.
00:10:38.000 In order to play that out, first of all, you're talking about a couple right-wing podcasters that received Russian cash.
00:10:43.000 Not a couple.
00:10:44.000 Just so we're clear, Hillary Clinton received money from the mayor of Moscow's wife, so did Hunter Biden.
00:10:48.000 They give money all across the political spectrum.
00:10:50.000 But I just want to be very clear, because I think it's important.
00:10:53.000 Can you show me...
00:10:54.000 One new ground war that started under Donald Trump for his four years.
00:10:59.000 There was no new wars under Joe Biden either that he started.
00:11:03.000 Ukraine, Russia, and the Hamas-Israel war started under Joe Biden's watch.
00:11:07.000 Do you believe it's the job of the United States commander-in-chief to lead by securing peace and reducing risk for the United States?
00:11:15.000 Do you believe that?
00:11:16.000 I think you probably do.
00:11:17.000 Of course.
00:11:18.000 And do you believe that you should judge a president based on their results or based on their words?
00:11:22.000 Both.
00:11:22.000 Okay.
00:11:23.000 So I judge based on results.
00:11:24.000 And on the basis of those results, we had no new wars under Donald Trump.
00:11:28.000 We have at least two major new wars under Biden.
00:11:31.000 And for my part, I don't care whether Donald Trump calls some other world leader a friend or not.
00:11:36.000 What I care about is whether he's advancing American interests.
00:11:38.000 Trump also talks about putting more funding into Israel.
00:11:43.000 To further the genocide of the Palestinians.
00:11:46.000 Okay.
00:11:47.000 We've already discussed that earlier, but I'm guessing you're voting for Kamala Harris.
00:11:51.000 I'm just kind of guessing.
00:11:52.000 Am I right?
00:11:52.000 Yeah.
00:11:53.000 Unfortunately, yes.
00:11:54.000 I'm not a Kamala stan.
00:11:56.000 Okay.
00:11:57.000 Why is that?
00:11:59.000 It's complicated, but...
00:12:01.000 Go ahead.
00:12:01.000 This is interesting.
00:12:02.000 Well, no.
00:12:03.000 It's complicated.
00:12:04.000 I'm more anti-Trump than I am pro-Kamala Harris.

00:13:11.000 What do you think is important for the country?
00:13:13.000 I think...
00:13:14.000 Pick your top two issues.
00:13:16.000 What are the top two issues for the country?
00:13:17.000 The top two issues for the country is getting...
00:13:20.000 What do you want to see happen in the next four years?
00:13:21.000 Getting rid of disinformation and also securing more hope in our system.
00:13:28.000 So disinformation is protected by the First Amendment, you would agree?
00:13:33.000 Yes.
00:13:34.000 Disinformation when it comes to news outlets is what I mainly talk about.
00:13:37.000 So you and I both agree we should pull CNN's broadcasting license?
00:13:40.000 More like Fox News.
00:13:42.000 No, that's the point, is that all of a sudden, CNN has a right to be able to do what they do.
00:13:46.000 Well, Fox News is actually currently, or actually, I think about a year ago, is going through a deflamatory court case.
00:13:56.000 Do you think that it should be legal to have different opinions?
00:14:00.000 Of course you do.
00:14:01.000 Illegal?
00:14:02.000 Legal, legal.
00:14:03.000 I mean, yeah, I'm mainly talking about news corporates or like news outlets and also big media figures who can spin sort of disinformation and that can swing the election.
00:14:14.000 For example, like Elon Musk targeting people on his platform that are liberal and targeting or like pushing out.
00:14:22.000 Why should that be illegal?
00:14:24.000 Because he's trying to sway the election.
00:14:26.000 So?
00:14:26.000 He's a citizen.
00:14:27.000 Should Taylor Swift not be able to speak about?
00:14:29.000 She's swaying the election.
00:14:30.000 Well, no.
00:14:32.000 How is Taylor Swift and Elon Musk different?
00:14:33.000 She's far more popular than Elon Musk.
00:14:35.000 Because Elon Musk on his platform is prohibiting information about Kamala Harris.
00:14:41.000 No, he's not.
00:14:43.000 Let me just say something.
00:14:44.000 We're all against disinformation here, but let me just ask you two pieces of disinformation that we know are disinformation.
00:14:48.000 Where did the pandemic begin?
00:14:50.000 I don't blame you.
00:15:11.000 I don't even blame you because the government stopped you from being able to know that.
00:15:14.000 So right now, we're having a conversation where you believe that the pandemic did not begin, that COVID-19 did not begin in a lab in China, because guess what?
00:15:23.000 That's exactly what our government required you to believe.
00:15:26.000 If anybody said it did, they required it to be censored.
00:15:28.000 What evidence do you have that was created in life?
00:15:30.000 You now actually have the genetics of the virus to be able to go back to actually the lab that was manipulating a non-human virus.
00:15:36.000 It was never a naturally occurring virus.
00:15:38.000 The only way that they now know based on the genes.
00:15:41.000 SARS is not a naturally occurring virus?
00:15:42.000 SARS-CoV-2 is not.
00:15:44.000 It was designed to spread more rapidly, which is exactly why I did.
00:15:48.000 But suffice to say that now at least every major scientist or medical researcher today who said two years ago that it did not believes this is the most likely origin of the pandemic.
00:15:58.000 And yet most of the public, including even yourself, believes what the government told us two years ago.
00:16:03.000 That's actual disinformation.
00:16:04.000 Let me ask you another thing.
00:16:05.000 Was the Hunter Biden laptop story on the eve of the last election?
00:16:08.000 The 2020 presidential election.
00:16:09.000 There was a lot of compromising information about Hunter Biden found on a laptop that was found about a month before the election.
00:16:16.000 Was that made up or was that actually true?
00:16:19.000 Hunter Biden was prosecuted.
00:16:21.000 Was the laptop story, was it true or false?
00:16:24.000 It doesn't matter.
00:16:25.000 Turns out it was true, but you were told it was false.
00:16:27.000 So we share with you a passion for getting rid of disinformation.
00:16:32.000 The Central Intelligence Agency came out and signed a letter, 50 of them, saying that this was Russian disinformation.
00:16:37.000 I lost my Twitter account because I started to share the Hunter Biden laptop during the election.
00:16:41.000 One in four swing voters during the 2020 election said they would have voted differently if they knew about the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:16:47.000 That's our own government.
00:16:48.000 And that's disinformation.
00:16:50.000 Yeah, but his father...
00:16:51.000 His dad was all throughout the laptop talking about foreign deals, Chinese cash, Ukrainian meetings, Russian deals.
00:16:56.000 All that was in the laptop.
00:16:57.000 Hunter Biden was prosecuted.
00:16:58.000 Right, that's not the point.
00:16:59.000 Just like how Trump was prosecuted.
00:17:00.000 Right, right.
00:17:00.000 34 felons.
00:17:01.000 Yeah, we got that.
00:17:02.000 So I'm going back, though, to the laptop.
00:17:05.000 Our own government came in and said that that laptop was Russian disinformation.
00:17:09.000 Let me ask you a question, though.
00:17:10.000 Do you believe that saying that...
00:17:15.000 Closing schools during COVID was a good thing?
00:17:18.000 Yes.
00:17:19.000 Okay.
00:17:19.000 That is now widely accepted as being epidemiologically wrong, morally wrong.
00:17:24.000 Who?
00:17:25.000 We got a lot of kids who are now suffering from mental health disorders.
00:17:28.000 You got a lot of kids who have failed to acclimate socially, who are two, three, four years old, that grew up into that and never going to be the same again.
00:17:33.000 More importantly, should I have been able to say during the pandemic that closing schools was wrong?
00:17:38.000 You as an individual?
00:17:39.000 And my media company.
00:17:41.000 Your media company?
00:17:42.000 Probably not.
00:17:43.000 But you as an individual?
00:17:44.000 Sure.
00:17:45.000 So we're going to disagree.
00:17:46.000 I agree.
00:17:46.000 On this one, we're going to agree to disagree.
00:17:47.000 We have a Stalinist view of speech, basically.
00:17:50.000 Charlie, even the labels aside, if somebody believes that you should not have been able to say during the pandemic that schools should remain open, if it's your belief that a media company should not have been allowed to say that...
00:18:02.000 Then I think if you're voting for Kamala Harris, you are voting for the right candidate for you.
00:18:05.000 I truly believe that.
00:18:06.000 Okay, sure.
00:18:07.000 She is the censorship candidate.
00:18:08.000 Her belief for the world is that if Charlie Kirk and Elon Musk get too powerful...
00:18:12.000 So when Donald Trump said that people who nail for the national anthem should go to jail, is that free speech?
00:18:18.000 Well, he never said they should go to jail.
00:18:19.000 He said they're not patriotic.
00:18:20.000 He never said they should go to jail.
00:18:21.000 Yes, he did.
00:18:22.000 You can look that up.
00:18:23.000 He never said they should go to jail.
00:18:24.000 Yes, he did.
00:18:25.000 Okay, see, again, you are a victim of disinformation.
00:18:28.000 No.
00:18:29.000 Let me ask you just one more question.
00:18:31.000 Can men give birth?
00:18:32.000 Can men give birth?
00:18:33.000 Yeah.
00:18:34.000 If they're transgender.
00:18:37.000 So again, the beauty of this country is that she gets to have that view and vote for who she wants.
00:18:43.000 And I think we have laid out here, this is a Kamala Harris voter.
00:18:47.000 If you believe men can give birth, vote for Kamala Harris, not Donald Trump.
00:18:51.000 If you believe that you should not have been allowed to say as a media company that schools should not have closed during COVID-19, that you should have been banned from saying it, absolutely Kamala Harris is your candidate, not Donald Trump.
00:18:59.000 But this lays out the choice in the election.
00:19:02.000 Your media companies should not put out this information.
00:19:06.000 Let me just have one more question.
00:19:07.000 Who judges its disinformation?
00:19:09.000 Who's in charge of that standard?
00:19:11.000 It depends on what it is.
00:19:12.000 If we're talking about COVID, we should look for the medical scientists and doctors.
00:19:17.000 Were they wrong about anything during COVID? Some things.
00:19:21.000 So then why should we give them unilateral authority?
00:19:23.000 This is where we're different.
00:19:25.000 This is science, not scripture.
00:19:28.000 So science can be changed.
00:19:30.000 Yes, that's how science works.
00:19:31.000 It always evolves.
00:19:32.000 We believe that the Earth was in the center of the universe.
00:19:36.000 Should a media company be allowed to say that climate change is not an existential risk to humanity?
00:19:44.000 It depends on what type of data that they're putting out.
00:19:48.000 So if a media company says the climate change agenda is made up on false premises and that, you know what, global surface temperatures will be allowed to go up, should they be banned from saying it?
00:19:57.000 Should a media company say that bleach is good to drink?
00:20:01.000 They should be allowed to say it.
00:20:03.000 First of all, that never happened.
00:20:04.000 That never happened.
00:20:05.000 Never happened.
00:20:06.000 They should be allowed to say that?
00:20:07.000 And they should be allowed to say it, of course, because the First Amendment protects all speech, hate speech, disinformation, misinformation, and correct speech.
00:20:13.000 You cannot police...
00:20:14.000 For individual.
00:20:15.000 No, and companies.
00:20:17.000 And individual, like companies, individuals, LLCs.
00:20:19.000 Companies are run by individuals.
00:20:20.000 Platforms.
00:20:21.000 Free speech transcends all platforms all the time, and you cannot all of a sudden...
00:20:25.000 I think this is useful, because I do think there's a difference in opinion.
00:20:27.000 It's so illuminating.
00:20:28.000 And if you have the views you do, I do think Kamala Harris is your candidate.
00:20:31.000 And the final point is, under your view, last thing, let's say Trump wins and becomes supreme dictator of America.
00:20:37.000 Why would you give him the power to shut up liberal media?
00:20:41.000 What?
00:20:42.000 You believe that the experts or whatever should be able to close disinformation.
00:20:47.000 If Trump were to win, why would you give him that power to shut up liberal media?
00:20:51.000 If the liberal media is wrong?
00:20:54.000 But Trump would say they're wrong, so he'll shut it up.
00:20:57.000 Is Trump an expert?
00:20:59.000 Okay, that's the point, is that at some point, that's why you should have First Amendment, because whoever's in charge gets to determine what is right or wrong.
00:21:06.000 That is what Orwell wrote about.
00:21:07.000 When it comes to medical and scientific, things like that, it should be...
00:21:13.000 They were wrong about everything.
00:21:14.000 They were wrong about six feet to slow the spread.
00:21:15.000 They were wrong about the vaccine, safe and effective.
00:21:17.000 And they were wrong about whether the earth revolves around the sun.
00:21:20.000 By the way.
00:21:20.000 The heliocentric theory.
00:21:21.000 They've been wrong for a long time.
00:21:23.000 Other scientists.
00:21:24.000 And not politicians, right?
00:21:26.000 Through free speech and open debate, which we need more of in the country.
00:21:29.000 Open debate gets you to truth, not totalitarianism.
00:21:31.000 Thank you so much.
00:21:32.000 That is one of the scariest I've heard in my 12 years of doing this.
00:21:37.000 She's a victim.
00:21:38.000 I mean, I'm not mad at her.
00:21:39.000 No, I mean, that's the death of the country if you just say I should be able to shut you up because...
00:21:42.000 I'm not mad at her, man.
00:21:44.000 I'm not.
00:21:44.000 I'm just saying it's so...
00:21:45.000 It's bone chilling.
00:21:47.000 This is a victim of what's going on in the country.
00:21:48.000 It's bone chilling.
00:21:50.000 Okay, so I'll try to be as quick as possible because I have to go to class, but I want to go back to January 6th real quick.
00:21:57.000 Let's just start with a point of common ground.
00:22:00.000 Hypothetically, if one of our candidates had insurrected the government, or at least attempted to, do you think that candidate is eligible to be voted upon?
00:22:08.000 Well, the Constitution says no, but it wasn't an insurrection.
00:22:11.000 No one's been tried for insurrection.
00:22:12.000 Do you realize that he's being tried on that?
00:22:14.000 No, he isn't.
00:22:15.000 He's actually not.
00:22:15.000 Well, not on insurrection, the specific statute, but he's being tried for that.
00:22:19.000 Insurrection is a very specific crime in the federal code.
00:22:21.000 He is not being tried for insurrection.
00:22:22.000 Yeah, I understand that.
00:22:24.000 But he's still being tried on that case, right?
00:22:26.000 No, he's being tried on the events of that day, which is not an insurrection.
00:22:30.000 That I word is actually a super important word because that literally means armed rebellion to overtake the United States government.
00:22:35.000 Not necessarily.
00:22:35.000 You don't have to be an armed rebellion.
00:22:37.000 Which class are you going to?
00:22:39.000 Which class do you have next?
00:22:40.000 Ethics.
00:22:41.000 Okay, so it's relevant.
00:22:42.000 Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, though.
00:22:45.000 Insurrection is the word that's used.
00:22:47.000 Indeed.
00:22:47.000 So there was actually a rebellion.
00:22:50.000 There was widespread speculation about whether Jack Smith would bring this case against Donald Trump.
00:22:55.000 Indeed.
00:22:56.000 He did not.
00:22:57.000 Why did he do that?
00:22:59.000 And the reason Jack Smith didn't bring the case is that he would have lost 9-0 at the Supreme Court if he did.
00:23:04.000 Well, hold on.
00:23:04.000 That's funny that you say that.
00:23:06.000 That's exactly the result that they had with a number of the cases that have gone to the Supreme Court as well.
00:23:10.000 You say it would be 9-0 the Supreme Court, right?
00:23:12.000 As it was on the case where Trump could be on the ballot, went to the Supreme Court, it was 9-0, hands down.
00:23:16.000 This would have been 9-0 as well.
00:23:20.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:23:21.000 If you ever had a doubt that there's a war on the unborn, you now know beyond a doubt that is the case.
00:23:25.000 It'd be easy to give up, but you know I'll never give up on giving the truth to girls and women who the other side want to choose death for their baby.
00:23:31.000 I'm standing for life no matter what the other side says, and we're going to save more babies than ever before to show them that truth will win out.
00:23:37.000 It can only be shared with girls and women who will make the right choice.
00:23:40.000 Preborn provides free ultrasounds to girls and women.
00:23:43.000 It's the truth that they deserve, and it doubles the chance that she'll choose life.

00:23:52.000 $280 can save 10 babies and just $28 a month can save a baby a month for less than $1 a day.
00:23:57.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, join me in saving babies right now.

00:24:07.000 That is a $15,000 gift.
00:24:08.000 We'll provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:24:11.000 Go to Preborn banner at charliekirk.com.
00:24:15.000 I'm a donor and you should be a donor as well.
00:24:16.000 Go to charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:24:20.000 One of Trump's private counsels, one of his lawyers, right?
00:24:25.000 I believe his name was...
00:24:25.000 Name doesn't matter.
00:24:27.000 John Eastman.
00:24:28.000 Eastman, correct.
00:24:28.000 Is it not true that he also thought that his plan to attempt to coup to the government, or attempt to, let's say, subvert the electoral process in 2020, would lose 7-2 of the Supreme And then he later amended that comment by saying it would actually probably lose 9-0 of the Supreme Court.
00:24:43.000 So what is the question you have as it relates to January 6th?
00:24:47.000 It's very simple.
00:24:48.000 If one of our presidential candidates had attempted to coup the government, he is unelectable.
00:24:54.000 Obviously.
00:24:55.000 Correct.
00:24:55.000 And you just deny the fact that Trump attempted to coup the government.
00:24:58.000 No, he did not.
00:24:58.000 That's not what happened that day.
00:24:59.000 What happened that day is he had a rally a mile and a half away from the Capitol.
00:25:03.000 Okay, sorry.
00:25:04.000 To everybody here, I implore you to read the first section of Jack Smith's court filings or read the Wikipedia page or read the one...
00:25:12.000 But you have to be honest.
00:25:13.000 Half of that got thrown out by the U.S. Supreme Court on presidential immunity, right?
00:25:17.000 Do you think that...
00:25:17.000 Half of it is invalidated.
00:25:19.000 Do Do you think that was a reasonable Supreme Court ruling?
00:25:21.000 Of course!
00:25:21.000 More than reasonable.
00:25:22.000 You really think so?
00:25:23.000 Yes, it was nearly unanimous.
00:25:25.000 Even the liberal justice...
00:25:26.000 I like that we're pivoting.
00:25:27.000 No, no, hold on.
00:25:27.000 It's not pivoting.
00:25:28.000 You have to be honest.
00:25:29.000 Do you think Barack Obama should be able to be tried for war crimes?
00:25:31.000 I don't care.
00:25:32.000 I have no interest to speak about anyone else besides Trump.
00:25:34.000 I'm saying, hold on.
00:25:36.000 Your standard must apply equally.
00:25:37.000 Presidential immunity means what happens when you do during president cannot be.
00:25:40.000 You cannot have crimes brought against you if it's in your official code of business.
00:25:43.000 You agree with that?
00:25:44.000 No, absolutely not.
00:25:45.000 There's no precedent in the entire history.
00:25:46.000 Hold on.
00:25:47.000 Yes, there is.
00:25:47.000 There is none.
00:25:48.000 Absolutely.
00:25:49.000 Let me finish, okay?
00:25:51.000 Go on.
00:25:51.000 Obama killed a U.S. citizen without due process on foreign soil.
00:25:54.000 That is a war crime.
00:25:56.000 No, it's not.
00:25:57.000 Wait, he went to legal counsel, correct?
00:25:59.000 But legal counsel can be wrong, man.
00:26:02.000 It doesn't matter if it's wrong.
00:26:03.000 I could bring that case in any jurisdiction across the country.
00:26:06.000 He did not get First Amendment rights, Second Amendment rights, Fourth Amendment rights, Fifth Amendment rights, Sixth Amendment rights.
00:26:10.000 They just drone strike a U.S. citizen.
00:26:12.000 Imagine if the government just does that.
00:26:13.000 They just come by and pop you in the head.
00:26:15.000 That's illegal.
00:26:15.000 And Obama did that.
00:26:16.000 That's not illegal.
00:26:17.000 But however, I don't think Obama should be able to go to prison because you should get immunity as president against your actions or else a president would never be able to do anything.
00:26:23.000 But sure.
00:26:25.000 Regardless, going back to January 6th, you do acknowledge...
00:26:30.000 Do you acknowledge any of the voter fraud allegations or any of that?
00:26:34.000 Do you think Donald Trump committed a coup against the US government?
00:26:37.000 He attempted to, absolutely.
00:26:39.000 So why do you believe he left the White House?
00:26:42.000 What do you mean, why do you leave the White House?
00:26:44.000 Somebody who's really leading a coup.
00:26:45.000 It failed.
00:26:46.000 Why did he call for the protesters to go home?
00:26:49.000 I just think this idea...
00:26:49.000 He didn't do that, though, right?
00:26:51.000 He waited three hours in the White House as multiple...
00:26:53.000 That's not correct.
00:26:53.000 Oh, really?
00:26:54.000 Within 30 minutes, he sent a tweet out.
00:26:57.000 He said, go home.
00:26:57.000 No, no, no.
00:26:58.000 Hold on.
00:26:59.000 He said to remain peaceful, correct?
00:27:02.000 He told rioters to remain peaceful.
00:27:04.000 Does that make sense?
00:27:05.000 Peaceful and patriotically before anything ever happened at the Capitol.
00:27:08.000 Okay, he said that one time during his one and a half hour speech at the ellipse, correct?
00:27:12.000 Well, so you acknowledge he said peaceful and patriotically marched.
00:27:14.000 I'm not a four-year-old who analyzes a speech, takes out one sentence from a speech and says it's all okay.
00:27:21.000 When did he ever say do anything violent?
00:27:22.000 He said to fight, fight, fight, or else you're going to lose your country.
00:27:26.000 What does that mean?
00:27:27.000 What does that mean?
00:27:29.000 Also, you know who says fight, fight, fight?
00:27:30.000 Kamala Harris has it as her campaign slogan, fight, fight, fight.
00:27:33.000 When we fight, we win.
00:27:34.000 I heard every 20 seconds at the DNC. Wait, hold on.
00:27:36.000 Did Kamala Harris or the Democrats try to coup the government?
00:27:38.000 Well, actually, yes.
00:27:39.000 It's interesting.
00:27:40.000 Oh, right.
00:27:41.000 Oh, let's do it.
00:27:42.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:27:43.000 Hold on a second.
00:27:43.000 How did she become candidate?
00:27:45.000 How many votes did she get?
00:27:47.000 She was on the ticket of Biden, correct?
00:27:48.000 Because of a coup, they removed a sitting president named Joe Biden and put her on the top of the ticket.
00:27:52.000 Who are you voting for?
00:27:52.000 When you vote on a ticket, who are you voting?
00:27:54.000 Well, actually, no.
00:27:54.000 In the primary, you're only voting for Joe Biden, not Kamala Harris.
00:27:57.000 Hold on.
00:27:57.000 The people aren't voting for that, correct?
00:27:58.000 In a primary campaign, Kamala Harris was not on the ticket, and you know that's correct.
00:28:02.000 Joe Biden received 16 million primary votes without Kamala Harris as her VP. And all of a sudden, they said— Also, I love who we're pivoting all the way out of this.
00:28:08.000 This is amazing.
00:28:09.000 I love this.
00:28:10.000 No, you're the one doing the rabbit hole.
00:28:11.000 I just want to ask a question, though.
00:28:12.000 Who died on January 6th?
00:28:13.000 One person.
00:28:14.000 Or multiple police officers.
00:28:15.000 No, actually, one person died on January 6th.
00:28:16.000 And it was Ashley Babbitt, an unarmed Trump supporter, who got shot in the head by one of— Maybe she shouldn't have trespassed in the Capitol.
00:28:21.000 I don't know.
00:28:22.000 Yeah, I know.
00:28:23.000 It's going to be a hard one.
00:28:24.000 I will bite that bullet.
00:28:25.000 Absolutely.
00:28:26.000 Obama's death penalty now makes more sense.
00:28:28.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:28:28.000 So the death penalty for walking through your own Capitol.
00:28:31.000 No, but you shouldn't be trespassing trying to subvert the election results, correct?
00:28:35.000 Have you seen the video what happened?
00:28:36.000 No warning whatsoever.
00:28:38.000 Absolutely, yeah.
00:28:38.000 Lieutenant Michael Berg pops her right in the head and this guy says, oh, cry me a river.
00:28:41.000 No warning?
00:28:42.000 Really?
00:28:42.000 He pulled out the gun and she jumped through the window.
00:28:44.000 What do you expect to happen?
00:28:45.000 Did you get mad about the death of George Floyd?
00:28:47.000 I really don't care about any of this.
00:28:49.000 I don't care.
00:28:50.000 Go back to the focus.
00:28:52.000 It's irrelevant.
00:28:53.000 No, it's not.
00:28:54.000 You can yell all you want.
00:28:54.000 The whole country blew up for George Floyd, and yet a Trump supporter gets shot in the head, peacefully and patriotically protesting, and that's basically fine.
00:29:02.000 I am for all of you to read the first section of Jack Smith's court filing.
00:29:05.000 No one's going to read that crap, okay?
00:29:06.000 Instead.
00:29:07.000 You know what?
00:29:07.000 I'm not surprised.
00:29:08.000 I'm not surprised.
00:29:09.000 But we have gotten to the point where we don't trust the media, we don't trust our legislator, we don't trust the executive, we don't trust anything.
00:29:15.000 You know why?
00:29:15.000 BAM earned our trust.
00:29:16.000 Alright, true.
00:29:18.000 Let's go to the list.
00:29:19.000 Hunter Biden laptop misinformation.
00:29:21.000 Where did the virus come from?
00:29:22.000 BioLabs in Ukraine.
00:29:24.000 No, it's exactly...
00:29:24.000 Yeah, fine.
00:29:25.000 It's okay.
00:29:25.000 Go to your ethics class.
00:29:28.000 Alright, I'm a...
00:29:29.000 My name is Zach.
00:29:30.000 I'm 38 years old.
00:29:32.000 I dropped out of college my first semester 20 years ago, so I'm not indoctrinated.
00:29:37.000 You won't hear any of that crazy misinformation coming from me.
00:29:40.000 So I watch you guys all the time.
00:29:44.000 I agree with 99% of the stuff I hear you all say.
00:29:46.000 It might have to do with the fact that watching you all helped develop my… Well, 100 would be weird anyway.
00:29:52.000 So a question for both of you about immigration.
00:29:56.000 It's kind of on the same… On the same conversation the guy earlier had whose parents were from Mexico.
00:30:04.000 I know you all say we should follow the laws that are on the books, but a more nuanced question I have is I've got several.
00:30:11.000 I work.
00:30:11.000 I'm a landscaper.
00:30:12.000 I've got several friends that are Hispanic.
00:30:13.000 Some are here illegally.
00:30:14.000 Some aren't.
00:30:16.000 One friend in particular has multiple children that have been born here.
00:30:20.000 I've got other friends that have kids that they brought with them.
00:30:23.000 And I'm curious what y'all's thoughts are on that group that doesn't really get talked about, these kids that are brought here before the age of consent.
00:30:31.000 They're not natural-born citizens.
00:30:32.000 They don't have the – they're not citizens like kids that are born here, but they were brought here before the age of consent, and then they turned into adults and have lives to live.
00:30:40.000 I was wondering what y'all's stance was on that.
00:30:42.000 Yeah, I mean I'm not running for office.
00:30:43.000 All should be deported back as a family, but again, that's why I wouldn't win an election.
00:30:49.000 Yeah, so look, my view is we've got to restore the rule of law.
00:30:52.000 Sometimes it's uncomfortable.
00:30:54.000 If your first act of entering this country broke the law, then you have to be returned to your country of origin.
00:30:59.000 Now, for kids, do they enjoy birthright citizenship?
00:31:02.000 I think if you're here as the kid of illegals, birthright citizenship doesn't apply to you.
00:31:07.000 And the reason why is even if – I'll give you a different example.
00:31:10.000 The kid of a Mexican diplomat who's here in this country legally, if that kid's born on American soil, he doesn't actually get birthright citizenship.
00:31:18.000 He's still a citizen of Mexico.
00:31:20.000 So if the kid of a Mexican diplomat who's here legally doesn't enjoy birthright citizenship, then certainly somebody who hears illegally doesn't automatically get birthright citizenship either.
00:31:29.000 So it's uncomfortable on the surface, but you've got to think through it logically, and I think that that's the principle we have to apply.
00:31:33.000 You can inform me.
00:31:34.000 Is that aspect of it covered in the 14th Amendment?
00:31:37.000 Yes, it's a great question.
00:31:38.000 So...
00:31:39.000 So I'll tell you section one of the 14th Amendment.
00:31:41.000 Here's how it goes.
00:31:42.000 All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof shall be citizens.
00:31:48.000 So the and subject to the jurisdiction thereof is the part that does the heavy lifting here.
00:31:52.000 And because of that, the same reason the kid of the diplomat isn't a citizen, the kid of somebody who's here illegally doesn't enjoy that citizenship either.
00:31:59.000 And so I think that is already contemplated by the 14th Amendment.
00:32:02.000 It also doesn't apply to foreign invaders.
00:32:05.000 So if there's a foreign invader that crosses the Rio Grande and then has kids in the United States, no legal scholar in American history believes that that kid enjoys birthright citizenship.
00:32:13.000 And I'll give you one more example because you're asking a smart question.
00:32:15.000 Turns out it didn't apply to Native Americans.
00:32:18.000 So for a while it didn't even apply to the kids of Native Americans.
00:32:20.000 They had to pass a separate law to make that true.
00:32:22.000 Even after the 14th Amendment.
00:32:24.000 So that's why the arguments of birthright citizenship from the left often get distorted and oversimplified to the actual truth of what the Constitution says, and I'm on the side of the Constitution.
00:32:33.000 Thank you.
00:32:34.000 Anyone disagree?
00:32:35.000 Anyone?
00:32:36.000 Disagreements?
00:32:36.000 Okay, let's try to get a couple of those.
00:32:38.000 Yeah.
00:32:39.000 Do you disagree?
00:32:40.000 One, two?
00:32:40.000 Yeah.
00:32:40.000 And then you?
00:32:41.000 Yeah.
00:32:41.000 And then we've got to run.
00:32:42.000 My name is Reggie, and I'm a proud American born in Chicago, raised here in Georgia.
00:32:47.000 And my question is based on immigration.
00:32:49.000 So I agree that illegal immigration is probably the biggest issue that America is facing right now.
00:32:55.000 I mean, we see that the border crisis is, I mean, just devastating in major cities like Chicago, which is where I'm from, and New York.
00:33:01.000 But my question is, for people like my grandmother, who is an immigrant from the Caribbean, we had this conversation, and she told me that she never even thought to come to this country illegally.
00:33:11.000 She came using the law, following the law, and coming illegally never even crossed her mind.
00:33:16.000 And she worked hard, and she now lives a nice life here in Georgia, like me.
00:33:20.000 So my question to you, both of you, is how do we separate the people that come with good intentions, that want to build family legacies, and the people that come with bad intentions, like criminals, I appreciate the respectful question.
00:33:33.000 I respect your grandmother.
00:33:35.000 She's like my parents who came to this country legally as well.
00:33:38.000 Here's the way you separate it.
00:33:40.000 Do you come following the law or do you come breaking the law?
00:33:43.000 That's the simple distinction.
00:33:45.000 And if your first act of entering this country broke the law...
00:33:49.000 I think it is legitimate for the United States of America to treat you as a lawbreaker.
00:33:53.000 Now on the question of legal immigration, who should actually be able to come in?
00:33:56.000 My view is you should only be able to come in if you benefit America, that is the American citizens who are already here.
00:34:02.000 So that means if you're going to be a customer of the welfare state, Medicaid, welfare, etc., you shouldn't be allowed in.
00:34:07.000 If you can't speak English, you shouldn't be allowed in.
00:34:10.000 If you don't know the first thing about the United States of America, you shouldn't be allowed in.
00:34:14.000 And if you're not willing to actually work and make contributions to the people who live here, you shouldn't be allowed in.
00:34:19.000 And I think it's that simple.
00:34:19.000 I don't think we need to make it much more complicated.
00:34:21.000 It's that simple.
00:34:22.000 I respect the question.
00:34:23.000 Yeah, but like my grandmother, she came from a very poor country.
00:34:25.000 She didn't have any resources.
00:34:27.000 She didn't have a lot of resources, but she worked very hard to build what she has today, so she wouldn't be able to come in.
00:34:32.000 Well, I think if she's going to make contributions to this country and she fits the criteria people are going to assimilate into and love the United States, that's the kind of people our legal immigration system should select for.
00:34:41.000 Today it selects for, you know who it selects for?
00:34:43.000 People who are willing to lie.
00:34:44.000 Right.
00:34:44.000 The number one human attribute that our legal immigration system selects for isn't who's smart, isn't who's going to work hard, isn't who loves the country.
00:34:51.000 It's are you willing to lie to the U.S. government or not?
00:34:53.000 If you are, you get in.
00:34:55.000 If not, you don't.
00:34:56.000 That's the way it works.
00:34:56.000 Thank you so much.
00:34:57.000 Thank you.
00:34:58.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
