00:00:28.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:31.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:34.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:36.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:37.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:38.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:54.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:20.000 We are parked here in D.C. until further notice.
00:01:25.000 Until all the nation's problems are solved.
00:01:28.000 that It is really something to witness the pace and the rapidity of which this administration is working.
00:01:36.000 I had the opportunity to go to the White House yesterday and see firsthand how hard the staff is working.
00:01:43.000 They don't have to be operating at this kind of pace.
00:01:47.000 They do not have to be setting the pace this way.
00:01:50.000 I mean, there are so many more days to do these things.
00:01:52.000 The way an administration usually works is kind of settle in, go to the Navy mass, sign a couple ceremonial executive orders, say, well, we have to get a big piece of legislation passed.
00:02:04.000 Let's meet with some senators, meet with some congressmen, wait for our cabinet to get confirmed.
00:02:10.000 The White House is now the fulcrum of liberty on the planet.
00:02:14.000 It is the center of a free society.
00:02:17.000 If you desire a free society, it is happening on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
00:02:22.000 And there you see President Donald Trump signing executive order after executive order.
00:02:26.000 There are 1,458 days to go of this Trump presidency.
00:02:32.000 1,458.
00:02:35.000 There are two and a half days fully in the books.
00:02:39.000 Half of a day on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday.
00:02:42.000 Yesterday, President Donald Trump continued his shock and awe, his executive order blitzkrieg, and the media cannot keep up.
00:02:52.000 You see, they are overwhelming the system, kind of very similar to how the cabinet picks were chosen.
00:02:58.000 They just can't keep up with what President Trump is doing.
00:03:02.000 It's hard for those of us that do this for a living to keep up.
00:03:05.000 The news is coming at such a velocity.
00:03:09.000 And I'm a professional.
00:03:11.000 I do this for a living.
00:03:12.000 And I have to really slow down and read the actual text of the executive order.
00:03:16.000 To recap yesterday, as of 5 p.m.
00:03:20.000 last night, the shutdown of all DEI offices in the government and placed all existing DEI employees on indefinite leave, not to be reallocated, not to go be able to do other damage, indefinite leave.
00:03:33.000 That is a precursor likely towards their termination.
00:03:36.000 You want to go be a DEI official?
00:03:38.000 Go work for Salesforce.
00:03:40.000 President Donald Trump announced a new deployment of 1,500 active duty troops to assist in securing the U.S.-Mexico border.
00:03:48.000 And I've been told that that is just the beginning, that it might get up to as much as 10,000, maybe even 20,000 troops.
00:03:54.000 Also, public reporting shows that as well.
00:03:56.000 This one's really remarkable.
00:03:59.000 President Donald Trump had a call with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman.
00:04:07.000 Saudi Arabia announced it would invest $600.
00:04:12.000 $600 billion.
00:04:14.000 $600 billion into the United States.
00:04:17.000 Now think about this for a second.
00:04:19.000 Did Joe Biden ever have a similar type of announcement?
00:04:22.000 Oh, I just got off the phone with the country and they're going to announce investing in money.
00:04:26.000 Donald Trump has secured over $1 trillion in 48 hours.
00:04:31.000 President Donald Trump has secured over $1 trillion of new money coming into the United States.
00:04:36.000 That means more jobs, higher incomes, Less inflation, more prosperity, and more growth into the United States of America.
00:04:45.000 This is the place, this is the safe haven for investment around the planet.
00:04:50.000 From Saudi princes to Japanese banks, they want their dollar bills in the United States of America.
00:04:57.000 So President Donald Trump did not need to author a tax cut.
00:05:00.000 He did not need to have a deregulatory agenda.
00:05:02.000 He needed a phone call.
00:05:03.000 Now it makes you wonder, why did Joe Biden not do that?
00:05:05.000 that because Joe Biden embodied this slow, lethargic, bureaucratic mindset of how to run government.
00:05:12.000 It would seem almost unseemly to, in a diplomatic phone call, announce an investment of money.
00:05:19.000 And President Donald Trump's got him on the phone and said, hey, by the way, what are you going to do?
00:05:22.000 Oh, well, we'll do $400 billion.
00:05:23.000 President Donald Trump said, let's make it $600.
00:05:25.000 How about $600 billion?
00:05:27.000 $600 billion investment into the United States of America.
00:05:31.000 President Donald Trump also ordered the Border Patrol to begin immediately deporting anybody.
00:05:37.000 Caught crossing into America illegally without a hearing, ending the insane and anti-American Biden policy of catching illegal border crossers only to let them claim asylum and be released into America with a court date months or years in the future.
00:05:56.000 The last two days of Joe Biden's administration, there were 12,000 people that crossed the southern border.
00:06:02.000 The first two days of Donald Trump's administration before all of this was actually put into place.
00:06:07.000 Only 750. And that number is going to go down.
00:06:09.000 By the way, if it's just 750 over two days, we're on pace for some of the record lowest border crossings in modern American history.
00:06:17.000 But we're going to get that number even further down.
00:06:19.000 We're going to get it down into the teens and eventually, hopefully, even zero.
00:06:23.000 And we can actually manage this now.
00:06:25.000 By the way, more troops, more deportations, no CBP-1 border app.
00:06:31.000 President Donald Trump has executed.
00:06:34.000 A shock and awe deportation campaign.
00:06:37.000 Now, this is the one that shows how morally dark the Democrat Party has become.
00:06:45.000 This one shows how they are against the United States of America.
00:06:50.000 So you would think that if President Donald Trump wants to go deport people, you think, oh, it's only going to be nannies and agricultural workers.
00:06:58.000 No.
00:06:58.000 Embedded in our communities, ICE knew the names.
00:07:02.000 They knew their locations.
00:07:04.000 They knew their criminal histories.
00:07:07.000 And they were just sitting around, probably committing other crimes.
00:07:10.000 And Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, while they were president, refused to act on these people because it would be against the national religion of the American Democrat Party, thou shall not deport a foreigner.
00:07:23.000 Yesterday, over 500 violent, emphasis on violent, over 500 violent criminal illegals were removed from the streets in 36 hours.
00:07:34.000 These are thugs whose whereabouts in crimes were well known by local officials.
00:07:41.000 But Democrats refuse to detain them because it might hurt their feelings.
00:07:45.000 It might hurt the feelings of a child sex trafficker or a child rapist.
00:07:50.000 Democrats can't possibly hurt the feelings of a drug smuggler.
00:07:55.000 Can't possibly hurt the feelings of a gun runner.
00:07:59.000 Every single one of these arrests...
00:08:02.000 Means that there will be one less Lakin Riley, one less Jocelyn Nungari, and one less Rachel Morin.
00:08:11.000 Any Democrat sanctuary jurisdiction refusing to comply, or worse, actively impeding President Trump's deportation orders must be defunded and likely prosecuted.
00:08:24.000 Mess around and find out.
00:08:25.000 President Donald Trump is also mobilizing other parts of the Department of Defense.
00:08:30.000 To using military aircraft to assist CBP in the deportation operation.
00:08:35.000 President Donald Trump also ordered a freeze on Department of Justice consent decrees with local police departments, which Biden and Obama used to shackle local police and prevent them from stopping crime.
00:08:49.000 This is just in the last 24 hours.
00:08:51.000 We're analyzing all this.
00:08:53.000 You are seeing your country be taken back.
00:08:55.000 You see those people being arrested?
00:08:56.000 Those are the worst of the worst.
00:08:58.000 And they were just sitting harboring in your communities.
00:09:00.000 And not to mention, this is the kicker.
00:09:02.000 This is very important.
00:09:04.000 They were terrorizing other legal immigrants and Americans in their communities.
00:09:09.000 These are not exactly good people.
00:09:11.000 These are bad hombres.
00:09:13.000 The rule of law is now being unleashed after...
00:09:17.000 The invasion was unleashed on us.
00:09:19.000 The cure, the solution, the fix to widespread anarchy and open borders and the tyranny in these towns has been, what does the law say?
00:09:34.000 And the law has always been on our side.
00:09:36.000 And that is what is so critical.
00:09:38.000 It's not like...
00:09:39.000 Donald Trump needed to convene both houses of Congress and make an elaborate speech and say we need the ability to deport.
00:09:45.000 Those laws are on the books.
00:09:47.000 We did not need James Lankford's border bill.
00:09:50.000 We did not need a bipartisan thing.
00:09:51.000 You needed the will to say handcuffs on illegals, put them in cars.
00:09:58.000 The bottom line is the color revolution is being rolled back.
00:10:01.000 That cultural depression that we were living through, we are seeing being put to an end.
00:10:07.000 Because we have the will to govern, the will to execute the laws, the will to do what we said we are going to do.
00:10:18.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:19.000 In this new year, it's going to be exciting.
00:10:21.000 2025 is bringing a regime change in America, a chance to reorder and make things right again in our country.
00:10:27.000 Why not do the same thing for you and your family?
00:10:29.000 Now's the time to hit your financial reset button.
00:10:32.000 And my friends, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian with Sierra Pacific Mortgage are the only ones I trust to help you do that.

00:11:07.000 I think the world of these two men, they've helped me with so many different issues and problems.
00:11:11.000 High integrity, Christian, they share our worldview.
00:11:14.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:11:19.000 Rolling back the color revolution is not easy.
00:11:22.000 And that's why you must start fast.
00:11:24.000 You must start with a triumphant shock and awe.
00:11:28.000 The Lake and Riley bill, by the way, is now soon to become law.
00:11:32.000 It's past the House, past the Senate.
00:11:33.000 I bet President Trump is going to do a big signing ceremony with Lake and Riley's family around him, as he should.
00:11:39.000 Don't underestimate the strategy of this Trump administration.
00:11:42.000 People think, oh, first Trump administration, chaos, all this.
00:11:45.000 No, no, no.
00:11:45.000 This is a different team.
00:11:47.000 These are the young guns, the people like Stephen Miller, the people...
00:11:52.000 Like Sergio Gore, people like James Blair, the people like Dan Scavino.
00:11:56.000 These are the young guns of the prior administration that didn't always get a chance to flex their muscles.
00:12:02.000 They saw things happen in the first administration, and they wished that things would have gone differently.
00:12:07.000 And then they saw President Donald Trump displaced from power in the 2020 election, and we all know what happened there.
00:12:13.000 And they had four years to think about it, to plan for this.
00:12:18.000 Russ Vogt had four years to methodically plan, what will I do?
00:12:24.000 And if you think, by the way, things are going well now, wait until you have Pam Bondi.
00:12:29.000 Wait until you have Kash Patel.
00:12:31.000 Wait until you have Russ Vogt at Office of Management Budget.
00:12:33.000 Wait until you have Bobby Kennedy.
00:12:35.000 Wait until you have Tulsi Gabbard.
00:12:37.000 It is just about, this is just executive actions.
00:12:40.000 Now actually implementing things, it's going to get better and better.
00:12:43.000 But the young guns in the White House, they're playing for keeps.
00:12:47.000 This is what is a—I don't think the media has actually ever made this argument.
00:12:52.000 It wasn't just Donald Trump who feels emboldened because of all the indictments against him.
00:12:59.000 Donald Trump's team concurrently experienced all those feelings alongside of him.
00:13:05.000 And his team are equally as empowered and focused with precision to execute the agenda.
00:13:15.000 They were there when President Donald Trump got the phone call in Benminster, New Jersey, saying, Sir, you are indicted.
00:13:22.000 They were there in the New York City courthouse when he actually got convicted.
00:13:27.000 They were there at Mar-a-Lago when his home got raided.
00:13:30.000 And those staffers who stood alongside of him, like Walt Nada, what a great American he is, and they tried to turn Walt against the president, and they failed.
00:13:38.000 Or Natalie Harp, or Susie Wiles, who is just a rock star.
00:13:44.000 They are in complete harmony with this kind of strategy.
00:13:47.000 Because deep down they said, no, you put us all through hell.
00:13:50.000 You try to put us all in jail.
00:13:52.000 You try to make us all your subjects and your servants.
00:13:55.000 So no, there will be no compromise.
00:13:57.000 There will be no metaphorical quarter.
00:14:00.000 We're not going to put up with it.
00:14:03.000 It's not going to happen.
00:14:05.000 So people think, oh, well, President Trump is just kind of on this errant mission.
00:14:10.000 No, his team is unified.
00:14:13.000 His team has the same cadence, and they're battle-tested.
00:14:18.000 The Trump team, I can tell you this personally, they're phenomenal people.
00:14:22.000 There's no team of rivals or knifing or strife.
00:14:26.000 It is they tried to take us all out.
00:14:28.000 They tried to put us all in federal prison.
00:14:30.000 They tried to kill our guy.
00:14:32.000 They tried to kill the boss.
00:14:33.000 And now we are here to fulfill that mandate.
00:14:36.000 It is well-orchestrated.
00:14:37.000 It is organized.
00:14:38.000 And do you know what else is not happening?
00:14:41.000 Almost no leaks.
00:14:44.000 So far.
00:14:45.000 And that's a big deal.
00:14:47.000 Reporters are very used to the Trump operation leaking like a sieve.
00:14:51.000 Almost no leaks.
00:14:52.000 They're the ones that are actually learning about this on social media.
00:14:55.000 Now, there might be a leak here or a leak there.
00:14:57.000 But generally, in Trump world, they think they can always kind of get one step ahead.
00:15:01.000 Not this time.
00:15:02.000 No, you're not going to get inside action on what the executive orders are or who the next people are.
00:15:07.000 And the media, all of the media's atmospherics and the media's ability to Ascertain what direction things are coming from, their head is spinning.
00:15:18.000 As it should be.
00:15:19.000 And it's just the start.
00:15:20.000 This is the new normal.
00:15:22.000 This pace is not going to slow down.
00:15:24.000 Until every single one of the problems that was identified as solved, it's not going to slow down.
00:15:28.000 This is a spiritual mission to restore our republic.
00:15:31.000 And there's a lot to restore.
00:15:32.000 Just the other night, our Turning Point USA chapter at University of Washington had an event canceled because the university did not support their right to free speech.
00:15:41.000 Maybe the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division run by Leo Terrell needs to open investigation into the University of Washington.
00:15:46.000 Maybe the Department of Education needs to withhold their funding.
00:15:49.000 This is going to be a full court press in every major corner of the country.
00:15:55.000 Chicago, LA, San Francisco, Denver, Phoenix.
00:15:58.000 We're not going to put up with this.
00:16:00.000 Because they did everything they could to try to take all of us out.
00:16:04.000 And we remember that on a daily basis.
00:16:07.000 Neutral gear is not an option.
00:16:09.000 Either you get run over or you're setting the pace.
00:16:11.000 That is the only one of two things in D.C. Either they're calling the shots or you're calling the shots.
00:16:16.000 D.C. is a binary town.
00:16:19.000 Either you're in power or you are not.
00:16:21.000 There is no middle ground.
00:16:22.000 There is no neutral ground.
00:16:23.000 You got to keep the foot on the gas.
00:16:25.000 Full speed ahead.
00:16:26.000 And the pace that President Trump is setting is making Democrats scream for mercy.
00:16:32.000 It's only been two and a half days.

00:17:45.000 Dave, I want to have you on the program because I wanted to sufficiently celebrate the pardon of Ross Ulbricht with somebody who understands the issue.
00:17:52.000 I've been pushing for Ross very, very hard.
00:17:54.000 In fact, it was my greatest failure of the first Trump administration the last couple of weeks.
00:17:59.000 I tried so hard to get him out of federal prison.
00:18:01.000 Ross Ulbricht is a free man with a full and unconditional pardon.
00:18:05.000 Please educate our audience, Dave.
00:18:07.000 Who is Ross Ulbricht?
00:18:09.000 What was he convicted of?
00:18:10.000 What is the significance of this party?
00:18:12.000 Sure.
00:18:13.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:18:14.000 And I appreciate your work on this issue as well.
00:18:17.000 A lot of people were really in President Trump's ear about this case.
00:18:22.000 Ross Ulbricht, he was essentially convicted of...
00:18:27.000 Starting a website.
00:18:28.000 Now, the feds would say that he was convicted of like money laundering or drug dealing, but the logic of it would essentially be like if you were to say on Craigslist, there's illicit stuff going on.
00:18:40.000 But this wasn't just the government shutting down Craigslist.
00:18:44.000 This was the government arresting Craig and giving him two life sentences plus 40 years when he had not committed a violent crime.
00:18:53.000 At all.
00:18:54.000 And it was just so preposterous.
00:18:59.000 Michael Knowles was tweeting about this, and I went back and forth with him a little bit.
00:19:03.000 And by the way, I like Michael Knowles.
00:19:04.000 I'm not like knocking him.
00:19:05.000 But he was kind of saying, I understand why libertarians are supporting this, but why do conservatives care about this guy who created like a website where drugs were being sold on it?
00:19:15.000 And I think that it's interesting because I've been listening to a few minutes of your show as I was waiting here.
00:19:20.000 And I think that you kind of laid it all out already.
00:19:22.000 It's because, look, first of all, conservatives, the...
00:19:26.000 Highest priority should be conserving liberty.
00:19:29.000 And aside from that, look, your framing of 2020 was spot on.
00:19:34.000 I mean, this was a color-coded revolution that we just lived.
00:19:37.000 It had all the earmarks of a color-coded revolution, I'll say, to borrow the Fed's terminology.
00:19:43.000 But look, first of all, the judge in the case...
00:19:47.000 She was a woke judge who said at one point that if a drug dealer in the Bronx had been caught, they'd have the book thrown at them.
00:19:56.000 Therefore, we're going to make an example out of this kid.
00:20:00.000 It was this totally backward, racist, woke logic that we should punish this kid for the color of his skin.
00:20:09.000 And, you know, I've met his mother several times.
00:20:12.000 She's been all over the place for the last decade.
00:20:15.000 Lynn Albrecht was tirelessly advocating for her son.
00:20:18.000 The fact that Donald Trump, you know, just ended this poor woman's nightmare and just freed a kid.
00:20:24.000 Look, man, I mean, I know I'm a hardcore libertarian, and I know that there are some issues where conservatives and libertarians disagree.
00:20:32.000 I mean, the idea of giving somebody a double life sentence plus 40 years, can't we all agree that that should be reserved for, like, violent criminals, murderers, people who abuse children, something like that?
00:20:45.000 The idea that a guy committed a website, he did nearly 11 years in prison for it.
00:20:51.000 Thank you, President Trump, and God bless him for freeing this guy.
00:20:56.000 Yeah, one more detail on this.
00:20:58.000 And by the way, this is part of the coalition.
00:21:00.000 You're going to have libertarians as part of a coalition.
00:21:02.000 You're going to have more aggressive people on foreign policy, which I'm not with them on this.
00:21:06.000 You have to build a coalition and you have to have non-negotiable principles that when they're broken, they're off the team.
00:21:12.000 Like John Bolton is never coming back on the team.
00:21:14.000 That's just not going to happen.
00:21:15.000 Liz Cheney's never come back on the team.
00:21:16.000 But let me just emphasize one other thing, though, is that the website...
00:21:21.000 Was operating, shouldn't it have been protected, theoretically, by Section 230?
00:21:28.000 For example, Mark Zuckerberg is not going to go to jail, nor should he, if somebody uses WhatsApp to traffic drugs, which, of course, it's probably happening, right?
00:21:38.000 Or if somebody uses Instagram or Facebook...
00:21:41.000 To illegally smuggle guns.
00:21:43.000 So why wasn't Ross Ulbricht afforded the same Section 230 protections that the biggest tech companies are given on a daily basis?
00:21:53.000 Yeah, I mean, that's a great question, and the answer to it is essentially that he started a market.
00:22:00.000 He was a big Ron Paul supporter, and this is why a lot of libertarians got behind him, kind of felt like he was one of us.
00:22:07.000 But what he was trying to do was start a marketplace where you could trade in Bitcoin, and it would be away from government surveillance or government control.
00:22:15.000 And so this is why they went after him and made an example.
00:22:18.000 I mean, look, first of all, you're absolutely right.
00:22:19.000 right, he should have been protected by 230.
00:22:21.000 But none of these other people who played ball with the previous regimes are nobody's thinking about going after Zuckerberg like this.
00:22:27.000 I mean, I said this kind of tongue in cheek, but I was saying on Twitter the other day, I mean, like a whole lot of people launder money and buy prostitution and drugs with cash, but we're not.
00:22:37.000 Locking up the Fed chairman over it, which, by the way, that one I might support doing.
00:22:43.000 I might be convinced on this logic if that's what we were doing, but that's one of the things that I think conservatives should really pay attention to, right?
00:22:50.000 It's this anarcho-tyranny that we've been living under for so many years now, where you have these laws or whatever on the books, but then...
00:23:00.000 Who do they go after versus who they don't go after?
00:23:03.000 I mean, you see this all over the place, right?
00:23:05.000 In California, in many of these blue cities, they're not going to go after the people doing carjackings.
00:23:10.000 They're not going to go after the people stealing, strong-arm robbing stores.
00:23:14.000 But...
00:23:14.000 Let a property owner with a legal firearm try to defend themselves against one of these criminals, and they will throw the entire book against that person.
00:23:24.000 You know, a lot of this would be cleaned up if they just let the Second Amendment take care of this stuff and let citizens protect their own property.
00:23:30.000 But so that's what you have here in this Ross Ulbrich case, a case where they targeted this guy in a way that they would never have gone after others for the exact same, as you pointed out, Zuckerberg just admitted the other day when he did this turnaround, which I was happy to see, that, yeah.
00:23:44.000 We got a real problem with child trafficking on this site.
00:23:47.000 And we all probably want to take measures to make sure that child trafficking is eliminated.
00:23:51.000 But no one even thinks Zuckerberg should go to prison for life over it because that's madness.
00:23:57.000 Two life sentences.
00:23:59.000 And the other element here that you touched on, Dave, of why they went after Ross with such ferocity was because he was a pioneer of cryptocurrency.
00:24:08.000 And you got to give Trump credit in the libertarian world.
00:24:11.000 Is that he really has decided to tell the Jamie Diamonds to go pound sand.
00:24:16.000 We are seeing an ascendant.
00:24:18.000 Type of public policy portfolio where cryptocurrency is going to be allowed.
00:24:23.000 There was a question, Dave, you remember this six or seven years ago, was Elizabeth Warren and the worst people in government, are they going to allow crypto to continue?
00:24:31.000 Are they going to just say that it's illegal?
00:24:33.000 Ross Ulbricht was one of the early pioneers of decentralized blockchain technology.
00:24:38.000 I believe they wanted to put him on a show trial for that reason, saying that, no, you must use the government-authored currency or else.
00:24:47.000 But now President Trump...
00:24:48.000 Trump has fully embraced cryptocurrency.
00:24:50.000 I think Roger Ver, by the way, who also deserves a pardon, is kind of equally in that category.
00:24:55.000 I'm pushing for Roger as well because they wanted to make examples of, no, you must use our own monopoly on money.
00:25:03.000 Can you comment on that?
00:25:04.000 And also, President Trump has a crypto czar and wants to be the most pro-crypto president in history.
00:25:10.000 Yeah, well, it's really remarkable to me to watch Donald Trump's evolution on a lot of these issues.
00:25:17.000 And, you know, Donald Trump is not without his faults.
00:25:22.000 And one of those, obviously, is...
00:25:25.000 Yes, of course.
00:25:26.000 And one of Donald Trump's faults is that he has an ego, for sure.
00:25:29.000 I mean, I'm guilty of the same thing as well, and I haven't accomplished nearly as much as he has in life, so I'm not knocking him for it.
00:25:35.000 But even Donald Trump admitted that his first go-around, he just really didn't know much about D.C. And I do think that Donald Trump, in some ways, underestimated How vicious the swamp was and how many brutal tactics they had.
00:25:51.000 And he got burned quite a bit in his first term.
00:25:54.000 And I do think that he's shown an eagerness to learn since then.
00:25:59.000 And he's gotten, as you were just pointing out before I joined you, he's gotten a lot better people around him this time.
00:26:04.000 And this is one of the areas where the idea of like cryptocurrencies, specifically Bitcoin, where he's really come around, I believe, on this issue.
00:26:13.000 And he's, I'm impressed with the fact that he's listening to smart people, which by the way, as you remember, eight years ago, this was one of the knocks on Donald Trump that he doesn't listen to anybody and he thinks he has all the answers himself, but he's already kind of proven that knock to be not true.
00:26:28.000 And so I love David Sachs being in there I think it's a very interesting dynamic.
00:26:35.000 There's a lot of possibilities.
00:26:36.000 Of course, as I'm sure you know, the swamp isn't defeated yet, and I'm sure they will be coming back at Donald Trump.
00:26:43.000 But to your point...
00:26:44.000 You know, they're going to try.
00:26:46.000 Look, a lot of the stuff they tried didn't work, and they've tried just about everything so far.
00:26:50.000 But right now, I mean, there's going to be an attempt to remove all of the good people around Donald Trump.
00:26:56.000 That's what they did last time when they got Flynn out, and they got Bannon out, and they got a lot of the outsiders out of power.
00:27:03.000 But regardless, I think your point is spot on.
00:27:05.000 This was always about protecting power.
00:27:08.000 And the most, the lifeblood of...
00:27:11.000 Big government power is the money supply.
00:27:14.000 And they wanted to make an example out of anybody who would challenge that monopoly.
00:27:19.000 Donald, I don't think that's going to be happening under the next Donald Trump administration.
00:27:24.000 Or the current, I should say.
00:27:25.000 What a smart point.
00:27:25.000 That's exactly right.
00:27:27.000 That is so smart.
00:27:28.000 Dave, we are out of time.
00:27:29.000 Please plug your podcast, your upcoming shows, how people can support you.
00:27:33.000 Sure.
00:27:34.000 Part of the problem is the podcast.
00:27:36.000 Comicdavesmith.com is the website.
00:27:38.000 Thanks so much, Charlie.
00:27:39.000 Dave, thank you so much.
00:27:40.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:42.000 I just love this new coalition that's being built.
00:27:45.000 And we've allowed disagreements on the small stuff to not expand the movement sufficiently.
00:27:52.000 I can work with libertarians on five or six main things.
00:27:55.000 On drug stuff, not going to agree.
00:27:57.000 That's fine.
00:27:57.000 On some immigration stuff, not going to agree.
00:27:59.000 On foreign policy stuff, I'm almost 100% with them on a lot of this.
00:28:02.000 I think it's insane we're sending money to Ukraine.
00:28:04.000 I think it's insane that we're warmongering in every corner of the world.
00:28:07.000 And then on some of the more, let's just say, aggressive foreign policy people, they tend to be better in immigration.
00:28:12.000 We need to find a coalition.
00:28:13.000 You have to govern the country and you bring these different pockets together.
00:28:16.000 And the president has done this brilliantly.
00:28:19.000 He's done this brilliantly.
00:28:20.000 And the power of this movement is today on Thursday, January 23rd, we have Dave Smith about libertarian issues.
00:28:27.000 Tomorrow, I'm going to be in the March for Life.
00:28:29.000 By the way, that coalition coming together, that's how you win in a country of 330 million people.
00:28:36.000 And by the way, next week we're going to be at the Bobby Kennedy hearings at the U.S. Senate, Maha.
00:28:41.000 On the other side, we have the Second Amendment folks.
00:28:43.000 We have the cryptocurrency people.
00:28:45.000 We have the tech bros.
00:28:46.000 We have young people.
00:28:47.000 We have the pastors who we adore.
00:28:49.000 We have pro-Israel.
00:28:51.000 You bring it all together, you have a unity party.
00:28:55.000 Making America Great Again starts with making America healthy again.
00:28:59.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:00.000 I lost 40 pounds with the PhD weight loss and nutrition program.
00:29:04.000 And two years later, I haven't gained a pound back.
00:29:06.000 I started the PhD weight loss program because I need to be healthy to keep up with my crazy schedule.
00:29:11.000 Most people start a weight loss program to get healthier.
00:29:14.000 So why is Big Pharma spending millions to convince you to use their weight loss injections that do just the opposite?
00:29:22.000 They have harmful side effects and lifelong dependency.
00:29:24.000 Take a natural approach that isn't connected to a big pharma bottom line.
00:29:29.000 PHD changes the way you think about food.
00:29:31.000 They custom design a plan that is simple and works with your schedule.
00:29:36.000 You'll learn to quiet cravings and finally release the unhealthy belly fat.
00:29:40.000 You won't be hungry and you'll never take medication.
00:29:43.000 Call 864-644-1900 to schedule your one-on-one consultation or visit myphdweightloss.com.
00:29:51.000 That is myphdweightloss.com, 864-644-1900.
00:29:58.000 The raids are beginning, as they should be.
00:30:00.000 It's what the people voted for.
00:30:02.000 It's what the people wanted.
00:30:04.000 And these are violent, violent people.
00:30:06.000 The worst of the worst in our society.
00:30:10.000 And they shouldn't be here.
00:30:12.000 They weren't invited.
00:30:14.000 They broke into the interior of the nation.
00:30:16.000 They committed crimes and they're still harboring themselves in our communities.
00:30:20.000 Fox News got exclusive access to follow along on one of these raids.
00:30:25.000 Now, I need to prep you before you see this clip.
00:30:28.000 This almost feels like artificial propaganda.
00:30:33.000 In fact, Blake in our chat said, come on, I know it's real, but it feels as if no way.
00:30:39.000 This is the deportation effort of an illegal Haitian violent criminal in Boston, Massachusetts.
00:30:45.000 I believe he's violent.
00:30:46.000 If he's not, I'll correct myself at a future time, but based on all public reporting, he is.
00:30:49.000 The reason I have to say that, though, is I could see some lawsuit from the ACLU suing me because I slandered a foreigner on our land.
00:30:55.000 No, seriously, this is where we're at.
00:30:57.000 Charlie Kirk slanders violent criminal.
00:31:01.000 Jean-Jacques Lopierre from Haiti or something.
00:31:05.000 I don't know his name.
00:31:06.000 And it's almost, you look at this, you say, come on.
00:31:10.000 Is this really what he's saying?
00:31:11.000 Yes.
00:31:12.000 This is a violent criminal.
00:31:13.000 I'm not going to spoil it for you.
00:31:16.000 Stop whatever you are doing.
00:31:17.000 If you're washing dishes, stop that.
00:31:19.000 If you're mowing the lawn, you must be in Cancun.
00:31:23.000 If you are shoveling snow, if you're working out right now, just stop what you are doing and listen intently.
00:31:30.000 Play cut 141. Good morning, everyone.
00:31:33.000 It's a frigid five degrees in the pre-dawn hours just outside of Boston, where this team of elite ICE officers is briefing on their targets for the day.
00:31:42.000 We're going to be targeting some extremely violent offenders today.
00:31:45.000 Within moments, the officers are on the move, with eyes on their first target.
00:31:49.000 Looks like we got a movement target vehicle coming out.
00:31:53.000 They quickly take him into custody.
00:31:55.000 He's an MS-13 gang member wanted in El Salvador for aggravated murder.
00:32:00.000 And he has an Interpol Red notice out for his arrest.
00:32:03.000 We are targeting very violent threats to our community.
00:32:09.000 I'm not going back to Haiti.
00:32:10.000 One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti.
00:32:13.000 ICE says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions in recent years.
00:32:19.000 You feel me?
00:32:20.000 Lil' Biden forever, bro.
00:32:22.000 Thank Obama for everything that he said for me, bro.
00:32:25.000 F Trump, Biden forever, thank you Obama for everything he did for me.
00:32:30.000 This guy is a violent criminal that Joe Biden just allowed to continue to operate in these communities.
00:32:36.000 This is a public safety hazard.
00:32:39.000 And by the way, the other illegal is from El Salvador.
00:32:42.000 There were two people in that clip.
00:32:44.000 There was one from Haiti, one from El Salvador.
00:32:46.000 The El Salvador was the MS-13 member.
00:32:50.000 These people are all throughout our neighborhoods, and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris refuse to do anything.
00:32:54.000 And now we need to do our job.
00:32:56.000 If you have one person in your family that voted for Joe Biden and still doesn't like Trump, text them this clip.
00:33:03.000 Text them this clip.
00:33:04.000 Say, how could you possibly be against this?
00:33:08.000 A guy that has multiple violent counts.
00:33:10.000 I'm not going back to Haiti.
00:33:12.000 Oh, yes, you are.
00:33:13.000 Go make Port-au-Prince great again.
00:33:15.000 Or how about the MS-13 gang member?
00:33:18.000 They're just hanging out.
00:33:19.000 These people are convicted of crimes and we're treating them as if they are sitting on city councils administering food kitchens.
00:33:29.000 And ICE has known who these people are and they have just been chomping at the bit.
00:33:33.000 And Joe Biden refused to do any of this.
00:33:35.000 The entire previous administration wanted them here.
00:33:39.000 They wanted the violent.
00:33:40.000 They wanted the rapists.
00:33:41.000 They wanted the drug smugglers.
00:33:42.000 And none of this is an exaggeration.
00:33:44.000 You saw it on this piece of film.
00:33:46.000 The American left hates Donald Trump so much, they've fallen in love with MS-13.
00:33:53.000 That diversity is our strength.
00:33:54.000 And they're all going home.
00:33:56.000 Every single one of them.
00:33:58.000 It's going to take some time, but we know where a lot of these people are, and they have not been given the green light.
00:34:03.000 Some of these gangs are like militia.
00:34:05.000 They have some military training.
00:34:07.000 And Aurora is going to be liberated.
00:34:09.000 And Springfield, Ohio is going to be liberated.
00:34:12.000 And Chicago is going to be liberated.
00:34:14.000 And Seattle and Portland and Phoenix, they're going to be liberated.
00:34:19.000 We're going to find every single illegal invader, every single one of these MS-13 bad hombres that's going after our children, that's smuggling drugs, and they will go back to the country of their origin, and America will be safer because of it.
00:34:36.000 The migrant crime wave will come to an end, and we will liberate our country from...
00:34:43.000 The current occupation and invasion that we have been suffering through.
00:34:47.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:34:49.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
