00:00:37.860 President Trump referred to the impeachment inquiry against him as a lynching, and the left is
00:00:43.320 absolutely furious that the man that they have spent three years calling a Nazi would even consider
00:00:49.480 referencing racial violence in his metaphor. We will use our high-tech to examine the history of
00:00:56.340 high-tech lynchings. Then a major win and an even worse setback for sanity in the gender identity
00:01:01.680 movement. A possible new Democratic presidential candidate. An assurance from Miley Cyrus that you
00:01:07.360 don't have to be gay. And even more weird, creepy Democrat sex scandals. All that and more. I'm Michael
00:01:13.600 Knowles, and this is The Michael Knowles Show. What a day. What a day. We're going to be talking about
00:01:25.660 lynchings, gender identity, whether or not you have to be gay, Miley Cyrus' words, not mine,
00:01:32.500 and Democrat sex scandals. But first, I've got to thank our friends over at Mint Mobile. You know,
00:01:38.840 I know. You sign up for a big wireless plan. You don't really know what you're getting, but you sign
00:01:43.600 on the line, and then every month, you don't know what they're going to charge you. All you know is
00:01:47.600 they're going to charge you a lot more than you thought you were signing up for. That is where Mint
00:01:51.480 Mobile comes in. Mint Mobile can cut your cell phone bill down to $15 a month. Oh, Michael, that's not
00:01:58.160 possible. There's no way. It's going to be $15 plus this plus that. No, $15 a month, that's it. How does it
00:02:02.860 work? The way it works is that big cell companies sell you unlimited data that you don't need. You're on
00:02:08.700 Wi-Fi for the vast majority of your day, whether it's at home or at the office or wherever. You're
00:02:13.080 not using it. So what you can do with a Mint Mobile plan, you can get unlimited nationwide talk and
00:02:19.000 text. You can get extremely fast 4G LTE data. You can cut that bill down to $15 a month with your
00:02:25.420 existing phone number, with your existing contacts. You can use your own phone with any Mint Mobile plan.
00:02:30.980 If you're not 100% satisfied with Mint Mobile, they've got you covered with the seven-day money-back
00:02:35.180 guarantee. But you are going to love it. I know you've been burned so much that you don't believe
00:02:40.820 that you can get your cell phone bill down to $15 a month. You truly can. To get your new wireless
00:02:45.720 plan for just $15 a month, get the plan shipped to your door for free. Go to mintmobile.com
00:02:51.160 slash Knowles. That's mintmobile.com slash Knowles. K-N-O-W-L-E-S. Cut your wireless bill down
00:02:57.260 to $15 a month. Mintmobile.com slash Knowles. Here it is. Here is Lynchgate. President Trump
00:03:09.020 used the word lynching in a metaphor to refer to a political attack against him. He tweeted out,
00:03:17.420 quote, so someday if a Democrat becomes president and the Republicans win the White House, even by a
00:03:23.160 tiny margin, they can impeach the president without due process or fairness or any legal rights.
00:03:28.340 All presidents, all Republicans must remember what they are witnessing here, a lynching. But we will
00:03:33.820 win. Okay. I've heard this before. You might think you've heard this before. But the Democrats,
00:03:41.720 the left, are furious that President Trump would ever reference racial violence in his metaphor.
00:03:48.200 For comment, we turn now to Beto O'Rourke. Is that not going too far to make a comparison
00:03:53.560 between the president of the United States and the Nazis? Find me a better analogy of another
00:04:00.100 leader of a Western democracy describing all people of one religion as inherently defective or
00:04:05.680 disqualified or dangerous. And that's what the president has done when it comes to Muslims,
00:04:09.600 seeking to ban all Muslims from this country, repeating the lie that Mexican immigrants pose
00:04:14.500 a violent risk to this country, calling them animals and predators and rapists and criminals,
00:04:20.280 asking four women of color elected by their constituents to Congress to go back to their
00:04:24.360 home country and having an almost Nuremberg-like rally where people are chanting, send her back.
00:04:30.360 Oh, it's okay when the left does it, but it's not okay when Trump does it. By the way,
00:04:34.260 he opens up and he calls Trump a Nazi. Then he lists all these things that Trump didn't do. He never
00:04:39.240 said that all people who are Muslims are terrible, awful people. He never said that all people who are
00:04:43.640 Mexicans are rapists and murderers, never did any of those things. Then it ends with Nuremberg.
00:04:49.980 So he brings it back to Nuremberg in the end. That's okay. But when President Trump uses the
00:04:58.740 word lynching, that is evil. The left was actually trying to defend this distinction yesterday.
00:05:05.600 They were actually trying. You could see it all over the internet. They were saying, look,
00:05:08.960 Trump is doing things like the Nazis and therefore it's okay to invoke racial violence against Jews
00:05:14.400 in the 1930s and 40s when you're talking about a metaphor with Trump, but it's not okay to invoke
00:05:20.180 lynchings. That was actually the position that they were trying to defend with a straight face
00:05:24.060 until we used our little high technology over here to go into the way, way back machine of the internet,
00:05:29.400 which is forever, to find out that the Democrats have actually used the word lynching in political
00:05:35.520 metaphors for a very, very long time. So here's, here's the left, here are the Democrats with a real
00:05:40.060 straight face telling you how absolutely terrible it is to use the word lynching.
00:05:45.540 How dare the president compare lynching to impeachment?
00:05:55.880 I don't know how to characterize that from a president except as grotesque.
00:06:01.320 Thousands of African Americans were slaughtered during the lynching epidemic in this country
00:06:09.060 for no reason other than the color of their skin.
00:06:14.740 How dare he do this? Does he not know the history of lynching in this country?
00:06:20.780 The president should not compare a constitutionally mandated impeachment inquiry
00:06:29.260 to such a dangerous and dark chapter of American history. It's irresponsible for him to do so.
00:06:38.140 And I hope that he will apologize.
00:06:41.080 Does he not know that thousands of African Americans were lynched, mob violence?
00:06:51.140 Does he not know that this is the equivalent of murder?
00:06:54.900 How dare the president compare Article 2, Section 4 of the Constitution,
00:07:02.800 a lawful constitutional process to mob violence and lynching?
00:07:06.800 It makes you no better than those who burn crosses.
00:07:09.520 It makes you no better than those who wear hoods and white robes.
00:07:13.680 Do you not understand what you're doing to this country?
00:07:18.240 That's right. If you use the word lynching in a political metaphor,
00:07:23.800 you are basically a member of the Ku Klux Klan.
00:07:26.840 You're basically committing racially motivated lynchings yourself.
00:07:31.160 Joe Biden tweets out, impeachment is not lynching.
00:07:34.580 It is part of our constitution. Our country has a dark, shameful history with lynching.
00:07:39.420 And to even think, to even think about making this comparison is abhorrent.
00:07:46.660 It's despicable. Isn't that right, Joe Biden? Isn't that right, Democrats?
00:07:50.920 It's abhorrent, right? You would never, ever do it, right, Joe Biden?
00:07:54.060 The president should be impeached. History is going to question whether or not this was just a partisan lynching
00:08:01.140 or whether or not it was something that, in fact, met the standard, the very high bar that was set by the founders
00:08:08.300 as to what constituted an impeachable offense.
00:08:10.780 And indeed, it is a political lynching.
00:08:12.780 Political lynch mob.
00:08:14.400 I will not vote for this lynching.
00:08:16.060 We're in so much hurry to get this done so it can be in the Saturday-Sunday news cycle and have our mint juleps at 5 o'clock.
00:08:29.060 We are going to find a rope, find a tree, and ask a bunch of questions.
00:08:34.180 Oh, no. And you know the best part? Biden obviously didn't expect this to come out, so he responded to this on Twitter
00:08:44.260 because they said, wait a second, dude, you did the same thing.
00:08:49.380 When it was the impeachment of Bill Clinton, you were all using the same exact language that Trump used that you're a salient for.
00:08:55.180 And Biden tweets this out, quote, this wasn't the right word to use, and I'm sorry about that.
00:08:59.940 Trump, on the other hand, chose his words deliberately today in his use of the word lynching
00:09:04.940 and continues to stoke racial divides in this country daily.
00:09:08.980 Joe Biden actually said, yeah, when I said it, it was fine, but when Trump said it, it's really, really bad
00:09:14.080 because he didn't remember that he said this, that he used it.
00:09:17.860 And by the way, it's not like they just used the word once.
00:09:19.840 They all used it a lot, and then by the end, you had Jim McDermott there saying, we're going to go get a rope.
00:09:25.020 He's actually vividly describing this.
00:09:26.540 Now, of course, all of this, the Democrats and President Trump's reference,
00:09:31.500 was brought along by the most famous use of this metaphor, which was by Justice Clarence Thomas,
00:09:37.280 when leftists tried to railroad his nomination to the Supreme Court.
00:09:41.440 Clarence Thomas famously said, this is a circus, it's a national disgrace, it's a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks.
00:09:48.020 Something is dreadfully wrong with this country when any person, any person in this free country would be subjected to this.
00:09:57.480 This is not a closed room.
00:10:00.020 There was an FBI investigation.
00:10:01.680 This is not an opportunity to talk about difficult matters privately or in a closed environment.
00:10:13.780 This is a circus.
00:10:15.040 It's a national disgrace.
00:10:16.400 And from my standpoint, as a black American, as far as I'm concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks
00:10:27.320 who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas.
00:10:35.200 And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you.
00:10:43.760 You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. Senate rather than hung from a tree.
00:10:57.120 Incredibly powerful testimony from Clarence Thomas.
00:10:59.620 It ended the whole ridiculous circus of them trying to railroad his Supreme Court nomination.
00:11:03.700 They've been doing it to conservative nominees ever since Judge Bork in the 1980s.
00:11:09.840 And obviously they still do it up to Brett Kavanaugh.
00:11:12.340 And so Clarence Thomas uses this famous phrase, high-tech lynching.
00:11:16.180 The phrase has a long history in political metaphors because it serves as a good metaphor.
00:11:21.500 What's so amazing, though, it's not just that we've forgotten the history of the term lynching in politics.
00:11:26.160 We've actually forgotten the history of lynching.
00:11:28.300 And it's all part and parcel of this leftist, constant strategy to silence conservatives, to say that they can say certain things.
00:11:37.320 They can do whatever they want.
00:11:38.720 They can speak their mind.
00:11:40.420 But when conservatives speak their mind, it's evil and terrible and they have to get shut up.
00:11:44.140 We'll get into the real history of that in a second.
00:11:46.060 Then we'll get into the high-tech lynching itself.
00:11:49.460 We'll get into impeachment, possible new Democratic candidate for president, and weird, weird leftist sex scandals.
00:11:56.320 But first, I've got to thank our friends over at NetSuite.

00:13:30.160 So what's the history of lynching?
00:13:31.660 Is it okay to use lynching?
00:13:32.860 Is it only okay for Democrats to use lynching?
00:13:35.300 Is it only okay for leftists to use the word lynching?
00:13:38.800 Obviously, the term lynching has a racial component to it.
00:13:42.320 So from 1882 to 1964, there were 4,743 lynchings recorded in the United States.
00:13:51.260 That's a lot of lynchings.
00:13:52.440 I mean, you're talking about a period of 90 years or something during an incredibly racially divided period.
00:13:57.660 And so, you know, you could think the number would be significantly higher than that.
00:14:03.400 But still, 4,743 lynchings recorded in the United States.
00:14:07.180 72.7% of those were perpetrated against black people.
00:14:10.760 Also a sort of surprising number because, at least in my mind, before I knew that historical tidbit,
00:14:15.800 I thought 100% were perpetrated against black people.
00:14:18.500 But that actually wasn't the case.
00:14:19.840 It was the vast majority of them, but not all, a little less than three quarters.
00:14:24.460 An additional 27.3% were not perpetrated against black people.
00:14:28.520 They were perpetrated against other people.
00:14:30.340 Actually, it turns out, little known historical tidbit,
00:14:33.700 the largest mass lynching in the history of the United States was against Italians.
00:14:37.580 It was a group of 11 Italian Americans in New Orleans.
00:14:41.500 They were all lynched en masse in 1891.
00:14:44.680 And that's part of the reason why the next year in 1892,
00:14:47.380 we started to celebrate Columbus Day before leftists ruined that holiday too.
00:14:51.480 The term lynch itself also does not reference killings of black people.
00:14:56.960 That's not where the term lynch comes from.
00:14:59.440 So what etymologists believe, etymologists, the people who are studying the meaning and history of words,
00:15:05.040 they believe that phrase arose during the American Revolution,
00:15:08.680 and it referred to Lynch's law, specifically to these two brothers, Charles and William Lynch.
00:15:14.560 And what Lynch meant specifically was not even just, you know, hanging somebody, you know, in the mob violence.
00:15:20.380 It was all extrajudicial punishments,
00:15:24.300 so punishments that took place outside the scope of proper jurisdiction and the law.
00:15:28.680 Charles Lynch was a guy who headed a county court,
00:15:31.500 and during the American Revolution, he imprisoned Tories.
00:15:34.820 People who were sympathetic to the British for up to a year,
00:15:38.300 even though he didn't have proper jurisdiction.
00:15:40.320 So he basically took justice into his own hands and imprisoned these Tories during the American Revolution.
00:15:45.580 But it's not like he was, this was being used against black people specifically,
00:15:49.920 which is how the term later came to be used.
00:15:52.280 Actually, Charles Lynch does appear to have had a racial bias,
00:15:56.520 but the racial bias was not against black people.
00:15:59.260 He acquitted black people of murder on at least three occasions.
00:16:03.180 The racial bias, it would appear, was actually against Welsh minors.
00:16:08.280 He just had a real thing for the Welsh.
00:16:10.720 So that's the early history of the term.
00:16:13.800 Then there's the question that the left is posing, which is,
00:16:17.660 is there a racial requirement to use plain language?
00:16:21.020 More or less, what they're saying is,
00:16:22.980 Trump can't use the word Lynch because he's not a black person.
00:16:26.680 Then it turns out that the white Democrats were all using that word Lynch.
00:16:29.740 They say, well, yeah, they can use it too because we give them permission to use that.
00:16:35.600 But white Republicans are not allowed to use that.
00:16:39.340 Obviously, you do not need to pass some racial purity test to use a metaphor.
00:16:45.260 That is not the case.
00:16:46.380 But if there is a racial purity test to use a metaphor, allow me.
00:16:49.680 Certainly my Sicilian heritage should give me some say in this stupid leftist premise,
00:16:54.400 given that Italians were the victims of the largest mass lynching in American history.
00:16:59.260 So I hereby invoke my Southern Italian DNA to officially absolve President Trump of the sin of using a metaphor.
00:17:08.100 Is the metaphor apt?
00:17:11.560 Absolutely.
00:17:12.040 What is a metaphor?
00:17:15.240 A metaphor is when you're comparing something to something else.
00:17:17.880 So if you go out and you say, hey, how'd you do on that test, on that exam?
00:17:23.720 You say, I killed it.
00:17:25.920 Is that offensive to victims of murder and the family of victims of murder?
00:17:29.900 No, it's not.
00:17:31.340 You're using a metaphor.
00:17:32.480 You didn't actually murder the exam, but you killed it, man.
00:17:35.640 You slayed.
00:17:36.220 You did a great job, right?
00:17:38.180 Same thing with the word lynching.
00:17:39.740 It's why it's been used by people of all races, of all parties, to refer to political acts.
00:17:44.060 And here, what the president is talking about is he's saying there is an extrajudicial, illegal process going on to remove me from office
00:17:53.460 because the Democrats are upset they lost the 2016 election.
00:17:56.180 That is happening.
00:17:57.840 That's been happening for three years.
00:17:59.420 There is no legal basis for this impeachment inquiry right now.
00:18:02.760 How do I know that?
00:18:03.760 Because they've been trying to impeach him since day one, and they've been looking for a crime.
00:18:07.340 It's an impeachment in search of an impeachable offense.
00:18:10.100 First, it was Russia.
00:18:10.980 Then it was Stormy Daniels.
00:18:12.400 Now it's a long-distance phone call to Ukraine, basically.
00:18:15.940 How else do I know that this is extrajudicial?
00:18:18.820 The impeachment inquiry has completely shut Republicans out.
00:18:21.620 This is not one branch of government doing its duly appointed oversight duties on another branch of government.
00:18:28.940 This is left-wing Democrats shutting out members of their own branch of government to try to attack the president who's of the opposite party.
00:18:38.820 How else do I know this?
00:18:40.220 So much of this is based on anonymous whistleblowers.
00:18:42.780 Who's the so-called whistleblower?
00:18:44.300 We have no idea.
00:18:46.020 We have no idea.
00:18:47.840 Obviously, the Democrats haven't thought far enough ahead about this because if they actually do impeach the president, then it's going to go to trial in the Senate.
00:18:53.900 And if it goes to trial in the Senate, Lindsey Graham is definitely going to call that whistleblower to testify.
00:18:59.000 So this isn't going to last forever.
00:19:00.880 I don't think the Democrats even think or care that it's going to get that far.
00:19:04.400 This is a political stunt being used to affect the 2020 election and very likely to anticipate the IG investigation and the Durham investigation,
00:19:15.660 which are looking into all the Democrat misdeeds that occurred in the 2016 election.
00:19:20.540 And they're basically trying to get out ahead of that and say that everybody's corrupt.
00:19:23.580 But on the extrajudicial part, on the illegal aspect of this, let's not forget how many sources in this impeachment push have been anonymous.
00:19:34.400 They've been murky.
00:19:35.100 They've been hiding in the shadows of the bureaucracy.
00:19:37.180 You can't face your accuser.
00:19:38.480 You can't answer these charges.
00:19:40.320 Just the other day, to use an example of this that is slightly related, Chris Wallace, even on Fox News, came out and he said,
00:19:48.560 you know, big time Republicans tell me there's a good chance that Trump gets thrown out of office.
00:19:53.620 But he doesn't say who the big time Republican is.
00:19:55.720 It's an anonymous source.
00:19:57.300 Much worse than that, the New York Times published an anonymous op-ed last year called, quote,
00:20:03.180 I am part of the resistance inside the Trump administration, published anonymously, so breaking with precedent and with norms of journalism.
00:20:12.220 And the subheader was, I work for the president, but like-minded colleagues and I have vowed to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.
00:20:20.400 Basically saying, I am part of the swamp and I am going to undermine the election of 2016.
00:20:28.120 I'm going to undermine the duly elected president because I want to and no one can stop me.
00:20:32.320 And this is being abetted by the mainstream news media and by the left, but I repeat myself because they're publishing this anonymously.
00:20:38.760 This is, as far as political metaphors go, the perfect opportunity to use this metaphor of lynching.
00:20:45.860 Because what is lynching?
00:20:46.780 It is an unjust mob that shows up all anonymously, nobody's held to account, nobody's following any laws, and they're taking somebody out.
00:20:55.660 They're exacting their vengeance.
00:20:57.780 They're exacting their own poor form of justice on that person without any accountability.
00:21:03.620 That's a high-tech lynching.
00:21:05.020 And fortunately, we have high-tech at our disposal to go back and see the hypocrisy of this, of the very same people like Joe Biden,
00:21:12.140 who are assailing Trump for using that word, used the same word 20 years ago.
00:21:18.300 We have that, we have good high-tech there.
00:21:20.780 But also, why is no one, while we're on the subject, why is no one talking about how offensive
00:21:26.780 President Trump's use of the term witch hunt is to members of the Hillary Clinton community?
00:21:31.780 You ever think about that?
00:21:33.460 If we're really going to be analyzing how terms are being so misapplied here,
00:21:37.960 Trump is using witch hunt as a metaphor, that's very offensive to real witches.
00:21:42.440 And speaking of those witches, we might get another 2020 Democratic presidential candidate.
00:21:48.040 I kid you not, there is a prospect right now that we could get Hillary 3.0.
00:21:53.780 This being reported by the New York Times, being reported by a number of outlets,
00:21:58.200 Mrs. Clinton has told people privately in recent weeks that if she thought she could win,
00:22:06.500 she would consider entering the primary.
00:22:08.540 But she's skeptical that there would be an opening, according to Democrats who have spoken with her.
00:22:13.380 The chances that another major contender decides to run are remote.
00:22:18.140 But she's talking about it.
00:22:20.500 Let me tell you something.
00:22:21.800 This would not appear in the New York Times.
00:22:23.500 First, the Clinton paper, this would not appear in the official Democrat Pravda
00:22:29.700 if this were not being pushed by the Clinton campaign.
00:22:33.180 Hillary Clinton was on a campaign stop.
00:22:34.720 Oh, my God, that was a Freudian slip.
00:22:36.100 She was actually on a book stop, but it seems like a campaign stop, with her daughter.
00:22:39.960 And she was asked who she's going to back in the election.
00:22:42.460 She said, well, it's just important we have the best candidate.
00:22:45.840 It's just important that we win, you know.
00:22:48.200 And I'm not, she's not going to come out and support anybody yet.
00:22:51.040 Someone yelled from the audience, you should be the candidate.
00:22:53.500 And she encouraged it.
00:22:55.320 She said, oh, get out of here.
00:22:56.940 Oh, come on, go on, go on.
00:22:59.460 There is a chance that we could get Hillary 3.0.
00:23:01.640 And frankly, if I'm a Democrat right now, maybe that's not the worst idea.
00:23:05.500 You got to give the devil her due every now and again.
00:23:07.740 She did come pretty close to beating Trump.
00:23:09.860 If she could pick out Wisconsin on a map, she very likely would be in the White House right now.
00:23:15.520 And the pitch that she was making on that campaign stop is, look, you might hate me.
00:23:19.320 I might be a terrible, awful, corrupt person.
00:23:23.340 But maybe I have the best chance to win.
00:23:25.680 There was that poll out of New Hampshire from the Boston Herald.
00:23:27.840 It showed that you had the top three candidates, Warren, Biden, and Bernie, all statistically just about tied in New Hampshire.
00:23:34.780 But then when you added in a candidate like a Michelle Obama, who's not currently in the race, but is popular among Democrats, all of a sudden those other candidates go away.
00:23:43.560 Michelle Obama is the top dog.
00:23:45.200 The Democrats are unsatisfied with their choices right now.
00:23:48.320 You could see Hillary 3.0.
00:23:50.080 I mean, I could not possibly be more delighted if that were the case.
00:23:54.700 It would be so, so enjoyable again.
00:23:57.840 I think we should all encourage her as much as we can.
00:24:01.880 Trump has been encouraging her a lot.
00:24:04.300 It's very possible.
00:24:05.380 The defining feature of the Clintons is that they have no shame.
00:24:08.680 That is the defining feature.
00:24:11.200 They commit scandal after scandal with impunity.
00:24:15.060 They don't answer for it.
00:24:16.180 And then when you finally ask them for months and months, they say, oh, that's an old scandal.
00:24:19.740 They just do it.
00:24:20.480 They lie right to your face.
00:24:22.020 Bill Clinton goes on national television, lies to the American people.
00:24:25.320 I did not have sexual relations with that woman.
00:24:29.500 And then it goes on TV, what, a month or two later, it goes, all right, listen, I know I might have had sexual relations with that woman just a little tiny bit, but I'm being really, really honest now.
00:24:41.540 You can believe me now.
00:24:43.800 Bill Clinton.
00:24:46.660 With a complete straight face.
00:24:49.040 No hint of irony in it whatsoever.
00:24:52.780 So I can't wait.
00:24:53.740 I think it might actually happen again.
00:24:54.720 There is a chance.
00:24:55.520 We can close our eyes.
00:24:56.320 We can dream.
00:24:56.900 It would be a lot of fun.
00:24:59.540 We've got a lot of left-wing sex scandals coming up.
00:25:02.580 Some of them are funnier than others.
00:25:04.580 We will get to the sex scandals that involve actual elected members of Congress, but there's a bigger sex scandal at play here.
00:25:12.860 And that is the sex scandal of the gender-neutral society.
00:25:15.660 That is the sex scandal of trying to deny sexual difference itself, which the left has been doing for a long time, and now it's exploded in this transgender ideology.
00:25:23.700 This is not just a victimless crime.
00:25:27.100 This is not just some silly social experiment.
00:25:29.560 We'll see how it turns out.
00:25:30.560 This is affecting real people.
00:25:32.500 This is very likely going to ruin a little young boy's life.
00:25:36.520 We'll get into the terrible Texas decision that led to that.
00:25:41.960 Then there's a slight victory, at least, for sanity in this gender ideology movement.
00:25:48.820 You remember Jessica Yaniv.
00:25:50.760 Jessica Yaniv is that man who identifies as a woman who put little immigrant women's beauty parlors out of business, these small businesses, because they refused to wax his scrotum, and he wasn't able to force himself on them.
00:26:05.760 You know, this is Jessica Yaniv, the same man who tried to host a topless pool party for LGBTQ youth 12+, it's not a joke, this lunatic.
00:26:18.600 There was a slight victory, a slight victory against him.
00:26:22.160 And then Miley Cyrus, even confusing the issue further by saying you don't need to be gay.
00:26:28.200 Queer icon Miley Cyrus says you don't need to be gay if you find a good man.
00:26:32.220 We will get into the specifics.
00:26:33.520 First, I've got to say goodbye to Facebook and YouTube.
00:26:36.440 You know, you'll probably notice that I haven't been in my studio in L.A. all week.
00:26:40.660 I'm now sitting in a lovely hotel room in Gainesville, Florida, with pictures of pelicans and flamingos on the walls.
00:26:46.920 That is because I'm going to be speaking tonight at the University of Florida.
00:26:49.680 When I was at the Kennesaw State University in Georgia the other night, there was actually a professor who required her students to protest me.
00:26:59.160 That was their class assignment for the day, was to protest me.
00:27:02.180 Obviously, she had no idea about anything I've ever said.
00:27:05.520 I assume she's never heard me speak or watched a show or listened to a lecture or anything.
00:27:09.620 But she knew she hated my guts and she wanted the students to protest me.
00:27:14.620 She was a gender studies teacher.
00:27:15.960 Surprise, surprise.
00:27:16.880 She taught a course called Love and Sex.
00:27:18.880 Ironic because those are two of my favorite subjects.
00:27:20.820 We are going to be taking this tour on the road tonight.
00:27:25.640 We'll be at the University of Florida and we will be discussing a very important uncomfortable truth, namely that leftism is not compassionate.
00:27:33.380 This is how the left always tries to win their arguments.
00:27:36.100 They don't win them on the facts of the case.
00:27:37.740 They win it by saying that you're a hater, you're a bigot, which is such BS because it is their ideology that is causing suffering.
00:27:46.520 It is their ideology that is hateful and dismissive of their fellow Americans.
00:27:50.080 And we will put an end to that lie tonight.
00:27:53.360 Leftism is not compassionate.
00:27:54.580 If you are not able to make it out to Gainesville, Florida, then be sure to check it out on the YAF YouTube page.
00:28:00.300 That's a Young America's Foundation YouTube page.
00:28:02.540 Head on over to dailywire.com.
00:28:04.120 Ten bucks a month, hundred dollars for an annual membership.
00:28:06.240 You get all the shows.
00:28:07.080 You get questions in the mailbag.
00:28:08.320 Ask them because that's coming up tomorrow.
00:28:10.320 And you get the Leftist Tears Tumblr.
00:28:11.880 Going to be very important tonight at the University of Florida.
00:28:14.740 Dailywire.com.
00:28:15.360 We'll be right back with a lot more.
00:28:24.580 Major setback for sanity in the gender identity movement.
00:28:31.600 And this coming from a judge in Texas, Texas of all places.
00:28:37.200 Jeffrey Younger is a father of a seven-year-old boy.
00:28:42.660 Jeffrey Younger's, I guess, ex-wife is trying to get sole custody of this seven-year-old boy
00:28:49.380 and is trying to transition, quote unquote, the seven-year-old boy into a girl.
00:28:54.580 She wants to start dressing him as a girl, making him identify as a girl,
00:28:58.880 and eventually give him puberty blockers and permanently screw up his body chemistry and ruin his life.
00:29:06.840 Jeffrey doesn't want that to happen to his son.
00:29:09.840 So he petitioned a court in Texas to give him sole custody of his twin sons, James and Jude.
00:29:14.840 James Younger is the little boy whose mother is trying to ruin his life.
00:29:19.080 And James, the little boy, when he's with his mother, he says he'll be called Luna and he'll be a little girl,
00:29:28.880 obviously just to please this horrible woman.
00:29:31.320 But when he's with his father, he says he doesn't want to be a girl.
00:29:34.320 So the father takes this to court and the court sides with the mother.
00:29:42.120 And it's actually worth noting, the mother is his adopted mother.
00:29:47.300 The mother is actually not the biological mother of James Younger.
00:29:50.720 James Younger was conceived through in vitro fertilization from Jeffrey Younger and a donor egg.
00:30:00.000 So the mother has no biological connection to the son, though she is his adopted mother
00:30:04.000 and has ostensibly helped to raise the boy who she's now trying to turn into a little girl
00:30:09.460 or to turn into a simulacrum of a girl.
00:30:12.260 The mother is Anne Jorgoulos.
00:30:16.200 She wants to chemically castrate her son.
00:30:20.260 She wants to begin hormone replacement therapy for her son.
00:30:24.360 And the court, not only did the court deny Jeffrey Younger's petition to have sole custody,
00:30:29.800 it actually just granted Anne Jorgoulos sole custody of her children
00:30:37.740 and allows this woman to go forward giving James life-changing medical procedures
00:30:45.200 based on no science, without any idea of what the consequences for this will be for this poor kid,
00:30:52.100 and without the consent of his father, and without his own consent,
00:30:55.420 because he's a seven-year-old boy and he can't give consent.
00:30:57.440 That's why we have age of consent laws.
00:30:59.800 I mean, the people who back this kind of stuff, this sick, sick perversion.
00:31:08.500 Just think about age of consent, because consent has become a big topic these days,
00:31:13.460 especially in the Me Too movement.
00:31:15.440 You're telling me that a 17-year-old girl is not able to give her consent
00:31:21.380 for a one-night stand with a 23-year-old guy, let's say.
00:31:25.920 But a seven-year-old boy can give consent to permanently alter his body chemistry
00:31:31.820 based on totally experimental medical procedures.
00:31:37.140 You're telling me that a 25-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman,
00:31:41.320 who has six or seven drinks with Matt Lauer and then goes up to his hotel room,
00:31:45.760 is too drunk to give her consent to continue a months-long sex affair with him.
00:31:50.540 But a seven-year-old boy is old enough to give consent for life-altering medical procedures
00:31:57.720 that will permanently screw up his body chemistry.
00:32:01.440 Have you lost your freaking mind?
00:32:04.500 No.
00:32:05.020 What the left has done, they're not using their mind at all.
00:32:09.380 What the left is doing here is they are prioritizing their ideology
00:32:13.220 over reality and over human suffering, as they always do.
00:32:17.420 I mean, this is the leftist line that you hear as early as the French Revolution,
00:32:22.260 and you hear it from people surrounding Joseph Stalin.
00:32:25.380 They say, you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
00:32:28.800 Yeah, sure, maybe we're going to completely ruin this little boy's life.
00:32:32.020 But look, it's important to our gender ideology.
00:32:34.860 It's important to equality of the sexes and genders,
00:32:37.520 and it's important to the sexual revolution that we ruin a seven-year-old boy's life.
00:32:41.840 So you got to do it.
00:32:42.540 Can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs.
00:32:45.420 Absolutely terrible stuff.
00:32:47.420 The mother of this boy, Anne Georgoulis, should be in prison.
00:32:52.620 She should be removed from society.
00:32:55.080 There should be laws to prevent this.
00:32:57.520 And obviously, a society that permits this kind of thing
00:33:01.100 has not just gone a little bit astray.
00:33:04.340 It has seriously rotted itself out from the inside.
00:33:08.140 And it shows you just the work that is to be done by anybody who has any sense of goodness, truth, and beauty,
00:33:16.600 anybody who's trying to conserve any semblance of sanity and civilization in our society.
00:33:21.960 That's the bad story.
00:33:23.480 The good story, the slight victory at least, is that that lunatic guy, Jessica Yaniv,
00:33:29.540 who is the one who dresses up like a woman, goes into beauty parlors,
00:33:32.660 and insists that impoverished immigrant women wax his scrotum,
00:33:37.100 and when they say no, he puts them out of business.
00:33:38.720 That guy, the guy who was found to have inappropriate sexual contact with underage girls,
00:33:44.420 that guy, the guy who this past summer tried to host a topless LGBT youth pool party
00:33:51.700 for people ages children, ages 12 and above, that guy, Jessica Yaniv.
00:33:58.340 Jessica Yaniv has lost his suits against those beauty parlors for not waxing his genitals.
00:34:08.040 He lost the suits.
00:34:09.620 So the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms is representing five of the women
00:34:14.800 who were targeted by Yaniv, because Yaniv didn't just do it to one beauty parlor.
00:34:17.840 He went to like a dozen beauty parlors,
00:34:19.760 because he doesn't actually even care to get his unpleasant parts waxed.
00:34:25.860 He's trying to advance this ideology, and you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs.
00:34:31.180 So he's totally willing, he's eager to put these immigrant women out of business,
00:34:35.380 because it can advance his sexual delusions and his ideological fantasies.
00:34:40.520 So the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms announced that the cases,
00:34:45.520 Jessica Yaniv's cases against his clients, against the center's clients,
00:34:50.600 have been thrown out by the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal,
00:34:54.140 and Jessica Yaniv will be forced to pay $2,000 to at least three of the women.
00:35:00.260 That's a slight victory.
00:35:01.960 Okay.
00:35:03.640 $2,000 is nothing in the grand scheme of ruining someone's business.
00:35:08.380 You can't live on $2,000 for very long.
00:35:11.080 It's a slight victory.
00:35:13.100 I'm glad that a human rights tribunal in British Columbia has not completely lost its mind.
00:35:18.460 It is pretty sad, by the way, though, that left-wing Canada is saner on the topic of gender ideology than a Texas courthouse.
00:35:26.640 That's a big problem.
00:35:27.680 It shows us how far the United States has fallen.
00:35:32.100 So Yaniv puts at least one of these women out of business.
00:35:35.360 Now he has to pay $2,000 out to three women.
00:35:37.440 So he's got to pay out $6,000.
00:35:39.740 That ideology is going to go marching on.
00:35:41.680 They're not going to be stymied by $6,000, especially when they're getting such victories in Texas.
00:35:47.320 For those of you who say, who cares?
00:35:49.100 It's not a big deal.
00:35:50.260 Let's just talk about the economy.
00:35:51.600 Let's forget about all this, you know, gender stuff.
00:35:53.480 It's all wacky, but it doesn't affect me.
00:35:56.080 How can you possibly say that?
00:35:57.920 How can you stand by and say nothing and do nothing
00:36:00.820 when a seven-year-old boy's life is about to be ruined by some sick pervert mother?
00:36:05.780 How can you possibly do that?
00:36:07.160 Based on an ideology that changes every single day.
00:36:12.240 This gender and sex ideology.
00:36:14.020 It's not like we said for all of human history, men are not women.
00:36:18.620 And then five minutes ago we said, oh, wait a minute.
00:36:20.600 Men can be women and we now have a fully fleshed out ideology
00:36:23.580 and this is what it is and this is how it makes sense.
00:36:25.380 Of course that's not how it works.
00:36:27.100 The ideology changes all the time.
00:36:28.780 The sexual ideologies change all the time.
00:36:30.600 At first we were told that same-sex attraction, homosexuality is a choice.
00:36:35.600 It's a choice. You're choosing certain behaviors.
00:36:38.180 Then we were told in the 80s and 90s it's not a choice.
00:36:40.260 Who would ever choose this?
00:36:41.860 We are born this way. It's the Lady Gaga song.
00:36:44.540 I'm on the right track, baby. I was born this way.
00:36:47.100 Then we were told by Cynthia Nixon, a lesbian, that she chose to become a lesbian.
00:36:51.100 It was a choice for her.
00:36:53.340 Then the transgender movement chose to adopt this idea.
00:36:56.800 They said, we're born this way.
00:36:58.660 Who would ever choose to not be born this way?
00:37:00.660 Who would ever choose to be born this way?
00:37:02.040 It involves so much suffering.
00:37:02.920 Then we were told by the transgender movement, actually, you're not born this way.
00:37:06.560 You can choose your gender. It's completely fluid.
00:37:08.520 You can choose to be a man one day and a woman the next day and one of the other 54 genders the day after that.
00:37:14.480 There is no internal logic.
00:37:16.400 There is no consistency to these movements whatsoever.
00:37:20.080 And yet we are told, if you do not go along with whatever we deem to be the official orthodoxy today,
00:37:25.100 we will ruin you. We'll put you out of business.
00:37:26.740 We'll destroy your child's life.
00:37:28.140 The person who is exemplifying this for all of us, who is actually showing the world the incoherence of this ideology is Miley Cyrus.
00:37:39.060 You know, wisdom comes from strange places sometimes.
00:37:41.740 Kanye West has had more moral clarity than most people in the country probably over the last few weeks.
00:37:47.920 Miley Cyrus is showing this too.
00:37:49.520 Miley Cyrus was doing an Instagram stream with, I guess, a friend of hers.
00:37:53.080 And she said, you don't have to be gay, that she thought she had to be gay because she couldn't find a good man.
00:38:00.400 Then she found a good man and she doesn't have to be gay anymore.
00:38:02.960 So you have gay icon, LGBTQ, whatever icon, Miley Cyrus, now coming out and saying the most retrograde comment you possibly could about homosexuality,
00:38:12.780 that it's basically just a fallback option if you can't find a good member of the opposite sex.
00:38:18.900 Here's Miley.
00:38:19.260 I was, guys, I was being a little too, like, I was just being, like, I don't know, hardcore feminist vibes and just, like, I don't know, not allowing anyone in.
00:38:29.120 But now I am.
00:38:32.100 There are good men out there, guys.
00:38:33.520 Don't give up.
00:38:35.900 You don't have to be gay.
00:38:37.140 There are good people with d***s out there.
00:38:38.820 You just got to find them.
00:38:39.800 You got to find a d*** that's not a d***, you know what I mean?
00:38:41.480 You don't have to be gay.
00:38:44.040 I know.
00:38:44.740 I always thought I had to be gay because I just thought, like, all guys were evil, but it's not true.
00:38:49.260 There are good people out there that just happen to have d***s.
00:38:56.380 I've only ever met one.
00:38:59.280 But.
00:39:00.980 I've only ever met one.
00:39:03.020 And I'm just live.
00:39:04.320 Okay.
00:39:07.200 Not the most eloquent way to put it, but actually a pretty sophisticated idea.
00:39:12.160 What Miley Cyrus is saying is sexuality is very complicated.
00:39:16.620 Sexuality is a deep and profound and essential aspect of human nature.
00:39:20.260 And we don't know everything about it.
00:39:22.000 And you can't spell it out into a little doctrine and put it on a slogan and hand it out on a leaflet.
00:39:26.220 It's very, very complicated.
00:39:27.880 It's based on a whole lot of factors.
00:39:29.540 There's even one little factor hidden in there, which is she said, I've only ever met one good guy and he's on this stream.
00:39:34.520 She's ostensibly referring to her friend.
00:39:36.720 How do you think her father feels about that?
00:39:39.100 What do you think that says about her relationship with her father?
00:39:41.340 I don't want to get too much into psychobabble here, but she's the one saying these things.
00:39:45.380 And all of that is playing in, obviously.
00:39:47.160 She's saying sexuality is very complicated.
00:39:50.580 My views on sexuality change a lot.
00:39:52.420 And of course they do.
00:39:53.140 They change with seasons of life.
00:39:54.780 Your views on sexuality when you are 30 years old are a lot different than they are when you're 25 years old.
00:40:02.960 Or a lot different when you're 20.
00:40:04.900 Or a lot different when you're 15.
00:40:05.980 Or a lot different than when you're seven years old when this monster in Texas is trying to castrate her adopted son.
00:40:15.240 That is a cause for humility.
00:40:18.880 That's all I'm suggesting.
00:40:20.160 That is my grand statement on politically how to handle the sexual revolution is slow it down.
00:40:28.180 You don't know everything that you're pretending to know.
00:40:30.800 We cannot possibly comprehend sex.
00:40:33.640 Sex is so mysterious.
00:40:36.220 It's one of the most mysterious aspects of our human nature.
00:40:40.760 And if you one day declare that this sexual innovation, this new idea, this is the only virtuous way to view sex, you probably have it wrong.
00:40:53.240 Maybe you should compare that to the wisdom of the ages.
00:40:55.500 Because people have been thinking about sex for a very long time.
00:40:58.680 Miley Cyrus isn't the first one to do it.
00:41:00.540 Jessica Yaniv's not the first one to do it.
00:41:02.340 This sick pervert mother in Texas is not the first one to do it.
00:41:05.520 The court in Texas is not the first group to do it either.
00:41:08.660 We've thought about this for a long time.
00:41:11.200 Maybe you do not comprehend everything about one of the most complex parts of your human nature.
00:41:16.380 It's the same thing, by the way, on Capitol Hill.
00:41:18.440 This is, I guess, the very literal sex scandals.
00:41:21.180 There are two major sex scandals going on right now in the House of Representatives among Democrats that not a lot of people are talking about because the mainstream media are going to block it out because it doesn't look good for Democrats.
00:41:34.600 There's Katie Hill, who is a Democrat congressman who was engaged in not just a lesbian love affair for a couple of years.
00:41:43.240 She was engaged in what was termed a thruple, a three-way love affair with her husband and this very young staffer.
00:41:49.960 And there's a photo that leaked of Katie Hill sitting completely naked, combing and brushing her 22-year-old staffer's hair.
00:41:58.380 And this photo leaked.
00:41:59.360 Now, imagine, of course, if this were a Republican, what the story would be.
00:42:02.680 I mean, this would be wall-to-wall coverage demands for resignations.
00:42:06.620 This would be going on 24-7.
00:42:09.480 Now, imagine it were a man.
00:42:10.900 Could you, oh my gosh, I can't even contemplate if it were a man.
00:42:14.180 But because it's a Democrat, it goes away.
00:42:16.260 Ilhan Omar is in a sex scandal now because she left her husband for, oh, by the way, the thing with Katie Hill,
00:42:22.640 the reason she broke up the couple and her husband is now filing for divorce is because Katie Hill simultaneously was sleeping with her male campaign consultant as well.
00:42:31.720 Same thing here.
00:42:32.600 Ilhan Omar has an affair with her campaign consultant.
00:42:35.540 She's married.
00:42:36.380 He's married.
00:42:37.400 He leaves his wife.
00:42:38.840 She's leaving her husband and they're having an affair together.
00:42:41.040 I don't mention this because I even want to publicly shame Katie Hill and Ilhan Omar for their sex scandals.
00:42:48.500 Politicians having sex scandals is not news.
00:42:51.420 Politicians having sex scandals is a daily occurrence, especially this is true of members of Congress.
00:42:57.160 So I don't mention it to shame them.
00:42:59.700 I mention it.
00:43:00.560 I mean, I'm sure they feel a lot of shame as they should, but I mention it because, one, it shows you the double standard on how sex is treated among Democrats and Republicans.
00:43:11.740 Two, it shows you how complicated sex and relationships are.
00:43:17.220 I mean, there were some people who were applauding Katie Hill for leaving her husband because she's come out as a lesbian now.
00:43:22.940 And her husband responded and said, she's not a lesbian.
00:43:25.380 She's bisexual and she's leaving me for a man.
00:43:27.680 She's not.
00:43:28.920 And so that's a bad thing.
00:43:30.940 But it would be good if she left him for a woman for some reason.
00:43:33.520 And to show you the double standard on the behavior on every topic from sex to rhetoric to lynchings all the way to presidential rhetoric at the top.
00:43:44.040 When Democrats do it, when the left does it, it's wonderful and beautiful and to be celebrated.
00:43:48.380 When Republicans do exactly the same thing, it's awful and terrible and could never be worse.
00:43:54.460 The one advantage we talked about yesterday about how awful social media is and how it really feeds into this narcissism we all feel in our culture.
00:44:02.780 The one advantage of this high technology is it gives us a lot of historical perspective.
00:44:10.240 Nothing goes away on the Internet.
00:44:11.820 The Internet is forever.
00:44:13.020 We can compare these things.
00:44:14.960 We can expose that hypocrisy.
00:44:17.040 That is the silver lining in the storm cloud.
00:44:19.680 Come check us out tonight at the University of Florida.
00:44:21.540 We're going to be talking about why leftism is not compassionate.
00:44:24.400 And you can stream that on the YAF YouTube channel as well.
