00:00:15.000 If you want to check out more segments just like this, become a member at TimCast.com.
00:00:20.000 Now, enjoy the show.
00:00:31.000 I saw this story on the Daily Mail, and you know, like Ian was mentioning, I'm chomping at the bit to talk about all this stuff, because I haven't recorded my morning show.
00:00:38.000 And it's the Daily Mail, the trad wife who insists a woman's place is in the home.
00:00:42.000 Mom, 29, who lives like a 1950s housewife, cooking, cleaning, and caring for the kids while her husband works, reveals it's made her family happier than ever.
00:00:51.000 I saw this and I thought to myself, like, Isn't it kind of crazy that women used to have to do nothing and now they're like demanding to work grueling hours?
00:01:00.000 Like, I get it.
00:01:01.000 Taking care of the house and raising kids isn't doing nothing.
00:01:03.000 I'm being somewhat of a dick.
00:01:05.000 But there's like, I'm looking at these pictures of this lady and she's just like making bread with her kids.
00:01:10.000 That just sounds like so much fucking fun.
00:01:13.000 And like, it's work.
00:01:15.000 But it's work in the sense of like the most fulfilling work you can do.
00:01:18.000 And then there's so many dudes who are like, I have to go to the salt mine every day and it's hard as fuck and my back hurts, but I love my family.
00:01:26.000 And then women had this deal where it's like, you are guaranteed the fulfilling role.
00:01:31.000 But then society is now saying it's not fulfilling to take care of a family.
00:01:36.000 I'm just putting it this way.
00:01:37.000 I like what I do and I'm fulfilled by running this company because it's very important to push back in the culture war and all this stuff.
00:01:43.000 But there's a part of me where it's like, wouldn't it be the most fun shit in the world to make miniature versions of yourselves and train them to be little badass super soldiers and smart and play games?
00:01:52.000 Absolutely not.
00:01:53.000 Totally disagree with you.
00:01:54.000 You need, of course, Miss Hernandez to raise you, along with YouTube, Twitch, social media.
00:02:02.000 That's the best way to have a childhood.
00:02:04.000 It's the most meaningful one, to get plugged into the grid, into the pod, eat the bugs, and have no kind of family, and be left alone for the larger predator class to do whatever they want with you.
00:02:13.000 I don't have kids, I know.
00:02:15.000 So a lot of people right now with kids are going like, oh, you have no idea how hard it is.
00:02:18.000 No, no, I get it.
00:02:19.000 People who work here have kids and they're like, man, especially like the first eight months, the first year.
00:02:23.000 I'm like, I get it, I get it.
00:02:25.000 But like, that's really, really hard work.
00:02:27.000 But I look at it like, I'm lucky enough to have a job where, you know, everybody here does something they're passionate about and driven to do, but that's not most people.
00:02:39.000 Women used to have it where that was their offer.
00:02:41.000 I get it.
00:02:43.000 I think if a woman wants to have a job, she should be allowed to have it.
00:02:45.000 I don't think women should be barred.
00:02:48.000 So that's fine.
00:02:49.000 I just think that it's crazy to me, I'm looking at this, you were guaranteed, to a certain degree, relaxing, fulfilling work, being with your family, choosing your hours.
00:03:00.000 Obviously the kid's gotta go to school, there's work that has to be done, but you were in charge.
00:03:05.000 You were the one running the house.
00:03:07.000 You decided, you know what, we're going to the mall today.
00:03:09.000 Shit.
00:03:10.000 If you work, you know, you're serving a different master.
00:03:15.000 Either you're serving your family and your husband, or you're serving a corporate boss who pays you.
00:03:20.000 You could work at a company, I've seen it, people work 10-20 years.
00:03:24.000 The day you resign, your office is cleaned out, the name tag's off the door, and no one gives a crap.
00:03:31.000 If you died from your family, people would be distraught for decades, and they would, you know, you have a legacy.
00:03:39.000 It's such a cold, dehumanized thing.
00:03:41.000 The people pushing it, right?
00:03:43.000 This all comes from somewhere, this societal propaganda.
00:03:47.000 It's from capitalist masses, and I'm a capitalist like crazy, but I mean, they want cheap labor from overseas and from Mexico.
00:03:56.000 They want more tax revenue, income tax, And they want less people.
00:04:01.000 And they want the family destroyed and they want less people to be born.
00:04:06.000 I mean, it's the most evil agenda when you actually look at what is causing all this.
00:04:11.000 This is what I was thinking when I saw these pictures.
00:04:13.000 I'm like, both of these people, the man and the woman, wanted to have kids.
00:04:18.000 One of them has the option to spend all of their time with those kids for better or for worse.
00:04:24.000 Which is a luxury.
00:04:26.000 Absolutely.
00:04:27.000 And I'm just like, I'm just watching this and I'm like, I'm surprised that so many women were like, I would rather not have that.
00:04:33.000 You know what I mean?
00:04:33.000 Like the dude goes and works, doesn't get to see the kids as often, comes home tired.
00:04:40.000 And the only thing he asks is that like, to varying degrees, that there's food and he can eat and be with his family for this, you know, for the third of the day he gets to be with his family.
00:04:49.000 There's a meal and something nice because you got to spend all day.
00:04:52.000 I just can't believe they gave that up.
00:04:54.000 Well, they didn't give it up.
00:04:55.000 They were psychologically manipulated to believe that this was something that's going to empower them, when in reality, it's doing the exact opposite of that.
00:05:03.000 And when you look at the kind of origins of feminism, the origins are with the Rockefeller family, they're with Edward Bernays, they're with larger psychological psyops and tricks.
00:05:15.000 That, of course, brainwashed people to believe your place is in the workplace.
00:05:19.000 It's not with the family.
00:05:20.000 And right now, a lot of women have been brainwashed to the point where even if you go to them and be like, hey, look, you don't got to serve this corporation.
00:05:28.000 You don't got to work.
00:05:29.000 You don't got to pay the bills.
00:05:30.000 You don't got to do anything.
00:05:31.000 I just need you to take care of the home.
00:05:33.000 I need you to make sure that our life here is good.
00:05:36.000 Organize it.
00:05:37.000 Set it up.
00:05:38.000 Make sure we're moving in a pathway where you're able to help me with just some of the basic things in life.
00:05:43.000 And then we're gonna go forward and you have nothing to worry about, I'll take care of you.
00:05:46.000 And then they're like, fuck you!
00:05:48.000 Get the fuck out of here!
00:05:50.000 Giving you trouble, giving you shit, fucking treating you like shit.
00:05:54.000 If they cook for you, you're like, oh my god, I'm fucking cooking for you?
00:05:57.000 What am I, your servant?
00:05:57.000 What am I, your mother?
00:05:58.000 Like, no.
00:06:00.000 We're trying to get a deal here where I'm able to work my ass off to make sure that we're good.
00:06:07.000 And then you got to take care of other things.
00:06:10.000 They don't want to do it.
00:06:11.000 It's fucking crazy.
00:06:15.000 It's fucked up.
00:06:21.000 They've programmed people to think that killing your own children via abortion is a good thing and empowering and freeing even though there's so much trauma that's associated with that that never leaves.
00:06:32.000 And, you know, to be fair, this affects a lot of men, too.
00:06:36.000 A lot of men are programmed to think that their only job in life is to go sit in a cubicle and produce, produce, produce, and then spend 10, 15 years retired and die.
00:06:45.000 Wait, it's not?
00:06:48.000 You know, living a life of passion, and that's one of the things I really like about the show, is you're showing people that you can literally do the things you love and make a living out of it.
00:06:57.000 But here's the other thing.
00:06:59.000 Passion used to be derivative of duty.
00:07:02.000 When we would raise our kids, we'd, you know, it's like, imagine there's this like, Big, hulking, Norwegian villager, Viking dude.
00:07:13.000 And he's got his small, you know, seven-year-old son, and he goes out and he's like, we have to catch food today, otherwise your mother and your sister will starve.
00:07:24.000 It is our duty, it is our responsibility.
00:07:26.000 When that kid grew up, he felt passion for that, to protect and serve others.
00:07:32.000 The problem today is we don't teach kids discipline and duty, and so their passions become garbled nonsense.
00:07:38.000 So now you get people saying things like, I want to be able to be free and live the life I want to live, and the life I want to live is going to the bar and getting drunk.
00:07:46.000 If you took a kid and you raised them to be responsible and disciplined, they wouldn't be saying that.
00:07:52.000 They'd be older saying like, my passion is to serve my community.
00:07:56.000 It feels good to do so.
00:07:58.000 So that's the issue.
00:08:00.000 It's same thing for dudes as it is for women in this regard.
00:08:02.000 Women gave up the passion and the freedom.
00:08:08.000 And men gave up, similar, to work in the mechanized, cubicle, factory bullshit.
00:08:14.000 I mean, we did it to ourselves.
00:08:15.000 It was capitalism.
00:08:16.000 I'm not saying communism's good.
00:08:19.000 I'm saying it's a component of capitalism.
00:08:20.000 It's globalism.
00:08:22.000 It's not even capitalism.
00:08:23.000 It's internationalists taking advantage of a lot of people.
00:08:28.000 When they started creating these machines, it was a company saying, I don't want my employee to leave, to be with his son's little league game or whatever, because I need widgets.
00:08:38.000 And so they started changing the culture.
00:08:41.000 And they also implemented no-fault divorce around the same time.
00:08:44.000 Right, well no, that was the 80s.
00:08:46.000 No, the communists in 1917 introduced it.
00:08:47.000 Oh, right, right, right, right, right.
00:08:49.000 All around that time with the factories.
00:08:51.000 Yeah, I'm a little bit old-fashioned, because I'm Slavic, I was born in Poland, like, you know, I grew up in a particular way, so there's even, you know, influencers that are like trad life influencers that are doing the exact opposite of what they preach, and, you know, it's just weird, and it's just perplexing, and, you know, it's difficult, because financially, A beach trip turned breakdown is a drag.
00:09:18.000 Summer can really take a toll on your car with broken A.C., overheating, and electrical issues.
00:09:24.000 An A.C.

00:09:26.000 A condenser can be over $800.
00:09:29.000 Even a window switch motor can cost you $500.

00:10:17.000 There's one situation, but psychologically, a lot of people have been just brainwashed and tricked towards just being servants and little worker aunts and little worker bees and little slaves of the establishment, rather than individual, unique, hardworking, loving, and just badass fucking human beings.
00:10:33.000 Let me ask you guys about this one.
00:10:34.000 We got this one from the Daily Mail.
00:10:35.000 Meadow will free the nipple.
00:10:37.000 Facebook and Instagram lift ban on bare breasts because it impeded right to expression for women, trans, and non-binary people.
00:10:43.000 This is like the weirdest shit to me.
00:10:45.000 I mean, I don't know if I care all that much, but it is a shift away from the traditional into the progressive.
00:10:49.000 So there was a big thing happening where women would take pasties, you know, those stickers of your nipples, of men's nipples, and put them on their female nipples, and it was okay.
00:11:00.000 And people were like, wait, what?
00:11:01.000 That made no sense, because male nipples are allowed, female nipples aren't, right?
00:11:06.000 And then there were trans men.
00:11:08.000 Females would get their breast material removed, But keep the nipples and then post pictures and Instagram's like, well, it's fine.
00:11:18.000 Like it's a guy now, so it's fine.
00:11:20.000 And my attitude is kind of like, it's still a woman.
00:11:22.000 You know what I mean?
00:11:23.000 Like if you're banning female nipples, you're banning female nipples.
00:11:26.000 It is stupid though.
00:11:28.000 I saw you roll your eyes there.
00:11:31.000 I haven't processed this.
00:11:34.000 I'm actually admittedly not super into the trans space of culture war issues.
00:11:40.000 That's Matt Walsh and some other people.
00:11:43.000 I'm very corruption focused.
00:11:49.000 Personally would rather than ban just like all nipples and you know like I think you know libertarianism can become a bad thing in excess and You know just have no shirtless photos as opposed to having full Topless photos across the you know kids are on this app and why stop there though I mean Instagram should should not allow people to post photos of themselves not wearing suits and I agree.
00:12:14.000 Men must wear suits.
00:12:16.000 Women must cover up even their ankles.
00:12:16.000 I agree.
00:12:18.000 Yes.
00:12:19.000 The problem with banning all nipples, which is possible, is that all the beach photos of all the dads would get banned.
00:12:24.000 It's silly.
00:12:25.000 And like I said, I have not thought this through.
00:12:27.000 I'm saying I would rather them go towards more restrictive than more open.
00:12:31.000 I think this is just a degradation of society overall, which we've seen across, you know, look at the drag shows with the kids.
00:12:38.000 It's like you can't have that much freedom to the point where it affects children.
00:12:44.000 And how are they gonna monitor this so that kids aren't just looking at porn on Instagram?
00:12:50.000 But it's so crazy.
00:12:52.000 Yesterday, I just got fact-checked on Instagram because I posted Joe Biden touching kids inappropriately.
00:13:00.000 And they said, this is a fact check, this is false, he's not a child predator.
00:13:04.000 And I'm like, it's a video of him doing it.
00:13:07.000 Yeah, he's not convicted.
00:13:09.000 So it's all, you know, no holds barred for, you know, the chosen oppressed in full restriction.
00:13:17.000 Yeah, I think it'll be enforced differently around the site.
00:13:21.000 If a girl puts her boobs on top of a guy's head, that'll probably get banned, whereas if a trans woman just stands there, it wouldn't get banned.
00:13:28.000 I don't know.
00:13:30.000 Selective enforcement.
00:13:31.000 Ian, I'm glad you bought this book, too.
00:13:33.000 We should get all the other ones, too.
00:13:36.000 I'm reading it more and more.
00:13:37.000 You know this book?
00:13:38.000 No.
00:13:38.000 This is the one where they're putting it in grade schools and it's got the blowjob in it.
00:13:44.000 Oh, yeah.
00:13:46.000 But here's the most interesting thing that I think is why conservatives need to read it.
00:13:51.000 She outright says on page 162 that her main kink is autoandrophilia.
00:13:57.000 That means her fetish is her being a man.
00:14:01.000 And so that really says something.
00:14:03.000 She later says she fantasizes about top surgery.
00:14:10.000 She's having a sexual fetish of... Of a mastectomy.
00:14:15.000 Of being a guy.
00:14:16.000 There's a big difference, like as Blair White was talking about this, between gender dysphoric individuals and autogynephilic individuals.
00:14:29.000 So there are a lot of trans people who are sexually aroused by the thought of being the opposite sex.
00:14:34.000 And then there are people who look in the mirror, like Blair White, and feel physical discomfort and pain because their brain doesn't align with how they view themselves.
00:14:42.000 This individual wrote a book called Genderqueer, talking about how it's like, oh, I'm non-binary and I'm all these things, when in reality, she just gets off on imagining herself as a dude, and that's translated into her wanting to get surgical mastectomies and things like that.
00:14:58.000 Which, as an adult, do whatever the hell you want, you know?
00:15:03.000 What's to say that's different from getting tattoos on your neck or your face?
00:15:06.000 I mean, you know, do whatever you want.
00:15:08.000 It's just when it impacts children, that's where... And I agree for the most part, but this is where it gets to an interesting territory, and the reason I brought it up in this context, because the libertarian element is what makes this all happen.
00:15:25.000 Saying, hey, you're an adult, you live your life.
00:15:27.000 Like, I agree with that to the great extent.
00:15:29.000 Just recognize, then you're gonna have a bunch of teachers who are wearing Z-cup massive breasts, and then you're gonna be like, hey, now you're fucking with kids, and they'll be like, it's who I am.
00:15:39.000 The law allows it.
00:15:40.000 That came up last night.
00:15:41.000 I think one of the things libertarians have been missing is the cultural, their hands off the culture.
00:15:46.000 It's like hands off politics.
00:15:47.000 Yeah, like let people live politically the way they want to.
00:15:50.000 But as soon as the culture is affecting you and your family, libertarianism isn't going to keep you off that.
00:15:55.000 Like that is your life, regardless of your political structure.
00:15:58.000 If your kid's coming home and saying, hey, the guy showed me this, then like you're involved.
00:16:03.000 Who wants to read that?
00:16:03.000 I'll read it.
00:16:04.000 Seventeen-year-old scolded for crying over transgender woman's penis at YMCA.
00:16:12.000 Oh God.
00:16:13.000 A California teen cried as she recalled seeing a naked man in her local YMCA.
00:16:13.000 Wow.
00:16:19.000 Which, how much you want to bet the individual that exposed themselves, that's their fetish?
00:16:24.000 It is, right.
00:16:25.000 That's the point.
00:16:27.000 So, not all of trans people, because again, Blair White talked about it.
00:16:31.000 Which is illegal.
00:16:33.000 But there are people like this person who wrote this book who outright says it is her fetish.
00:16:40.000 Yeah, to be a guy.
00:16:42.000 So when she goes out in public dressed like a man, saying I'm not a woman, she's getting sexually aroused by you using her pronouns.
00:16:52.000 And how much you want to bet her fetish is by children reading that book?
00:16:56.000 Yeah, it could be.
00:16:58.000 Tucker Carlson actually interviewed her last night.
00:17:00.000 It was pretty eye-opening to say the least.
00:17:03.000 Pretty fucked up what's going on here.
00:17:05.000 Yeah, I think we should definitely have her on our show.
00:17:09.000 I think when you kind of look at this, I mean, Libertarians don't have any kind of positions of power.
00:17:14.000 A lot of this is happening under Democrats using state power to protect themselves.
00:17:18.000 Police officers protect this.
00:17:20.000 A lot of, you know, kind of what's going on here is pushed on by some really fucked up satanic pedophile motherfuckers out there who are absolutely fucking evil.
00:17:31.000 And I don't think it has anything to do with those kind of principles and ideas.
00:17:35.000 Conservatives kind of been sitting on their hands, allowing a lot of these things to happen, and they've kind of been pathetic.
00:17:42.000 And I do believe children do deserve to be protected.
00:17:45.000 Libertarians have been allowing it to happen.
00:17:45.000 I disagree.
00:17:48.000 It's conservatives who have become more libertarian-bent because... But we have no institutional power, so there's no way... I mean, we could say, like, some crazy libertarian could say, yes, sex work, yes, this is okay, but institutionally-wise, it doesn't really affect anything.
00:18:03.000 So when conservatives pick up a libertarian-bent and then start saying things like, I don't care, live your life how you want to live it, here's the simple process.
00:18:13.000 You've got a hundred people 50 men, 50 women.
00:18:17.000 Some of them are queer or whatever.
00:18:20.000 The libertarians and the liberals say, hey, live your life how you want to live it, you're an adult.
00:18:25.000 All of a sudden, out of 100 people, there's 10 visible queer people.
00:18:30.000 They start going into places of business, they start doing their things, as we've said, live your life.
00:18:34.000 Little kids start asking about it.
00:18:36.000 Then we say, hey, I can explain to you what it is, but we don't want that influencing our kids, because we don't want our kids confused or whatever.
00:18:43.000 But, You're an adult, live your life as long as you don't fuck with the kids.
00:18:48.000 10 years later, there's 30 out of 100 people who are doing some weird thing.
00:18:53.000 And this is millennials, by the way.
00:18:55.000 Millennials in Gen Z say they're like 30% LGBTQIA.
00:18:59.000 Now you've got these people, these millennials are teachers, and they're demanding we tell these students about what we are, what we believe, and why we believe it.
00:19:08.000 And we're saying, hey, you're fucking with kids.
00:19:10.000 How are you going to vote against 30% of the population?
00:19:13.000 They're going to form a substantial voting bloc.
00:19:16.000 Democrats are then going to cater to that voting bloc.
00:19:18.000 That voting bloc will then win.
00:19:20.000 I think a lot of that is not organic.
00:19:24.000 And the problem is, this is being pushed, a lot of it's by the WEF and ESG and it's corporation top-down.
00:19:31.000 Watch what happens.
00:19:32.000 And the equity score.
00:19:34.000 And the DEI.
00:19:35.000 This is top-down social programming.
00:19:38.000 Watch what happens in June.
00:19:39.000 Everything turns into a rainbow.
00:19:41.000 Every company.
00:19:42.000 Every bank.
00:19:43.000 Except the Saudi Arabia branch.
00:19:45.000 Yeah.
00:19:46.000 Every defense contractor logo.
00:19:49.000 Rainbow, right?
00:19:50.000 This is not an organic thing.
00:19:52.000 The 10 to 30, yes, that's a problem in a lot of respects.
00:19:57.000 It's not because we have said you as an adult can do that.
00:20:02.000 Like I said, it's when it impacts kids.
00:20:04.000 Like, oh, the teacher wears the big thing.
00:20:06.000 I don't think that should be allowed.
00:20:07.000 I don't think you should be able to talk to the kids about certain things that are sexualized in nature.
00:20:12.000 I don't think a porn star should be able to come in and talk to the kids about their life just as much, I don't think, as someone should explain their sexual life as a trans person.
00:20:19.000 I think that's awful.
00:20:21.000 The way I'll describe it is, it's like, hey, we're going to let the neighbors onto our property.
00:20:29.000 But, you know, we don't want them, you know, we want them eating our food.
00:20:35.000 So one day, you know, you got five neighbors on your property and there are seven people who live in your house.
00:20:41.000 Now you've got five people all demanding food.
00:20:44.000 Like, this is the issue, like, all that matters in politics is the willpower of the mass.
00:20:51.000 And so, if you tell people, live however you want, you're an adult, Eventually you will get a large voting block doing that, and there is no, stay away from kids, there is no, you shouldn't be in schools.
00:21:03.000 It's impossible.
00:21:03.000 This is the challenge.
00:21:04.000 I kind of disagree.
00:21:05.000 I think this is a more coordinated, top-down effort.
00:21:08.000 That's just my perspective, and I kind of disagree with your kind of assessment.
00:21:11.000 But whether it is or isn't, it's happening, and it should be addressed.
00:21:14.000 And what I'm saying is, regardless of who's doing it, If you personally, and again, because I said the same thing, I mostly am libertarian on this, like, I don't wanna be involved in your life, go live how you wanna live, but I recognize that means you're gonna get a large portion of the population who want fucked up shit, and then once they're all out in public demanding fucked up shit, they band together, and then you can't stop them.
00:21:39.000 So you think the majority of the population is fucked up and wants fucked up shit?
00:21:43.000 No, I'm saying that we've got, A voting bloc in the minority that has been weaponized, or that is very good at activism and organizing, there's enough of them that it's become a key political issue for both sides.
00:21:59.000 And because conservatives are now saying, hey, get these people away from the kids, Democrats are saying, here's our chance.
00:22:07.000 But they're losing in Virginia.
00:22:09.000 They're losing this issue.
00:22:10.000 I think when anybody looks at this issue, right, like you or me specifically, talking about the top-down stuff, I'm like, this is fucked.
00:22:17.000 You say that, but almost every single state has enshrined gender identity, civil rights protections.
00:22:22.000 I think the backlash is growing. Florida is leading the way.
00:22:26.000 DeSantis has laid out a blueprint for how to fight the woke mob. There's an anti-woke caucus
00:22:32.000 being formed by Scott Perry, or Jim Banks, I believe, in the Congress, in the House. I
00:22:38.000 think the backlash is growing.
00:22:40.000 And I frankly think Twitter is going to do more to stop this
00:22:44.000 metastasization of this movement by allowing free speech.
00:22:51.000 Like Seth Dillon said, you know, we weren't allowed to ridicule any of this.
00:22:55.000 They were sacred cow class.
00:22:57.000 You could not say a single thing.
00:22:59.000 Now, I think all we need is free speech, to be honest.
00:23:02.000 And it's a very small block that was given a disproportionate amount of power, and I do think that the tides are turning somewhat And I would say that's the main reason why they were able to get away with it and get it to be so prominent as it is right now, because the federal government got involved in social media and said, no, this is okay.
00:23:21.000 Criticizing it is not.
00:23:23.000 That's not something that's to be blamed on libertarianism.
00:23:26.000 That's something to be blamed on the state.
00:23:28.000 opposite of libertarianism. That is responsible for this larger growth of this larger perversion
00:23:34.000 and this larger over-sexualization of children, which the U.S.
00:23:38.000 government centralized and organized with your tax dollars. If people get more of the
00:23:42.000 truth about what this actually entails, how harmful it is, and the people that detransition,
00:23:48.000 you know, people and the effects of the hormone drugs and what Big Pharma is doing to actually
00:23:55.000 incentivize this type of stuff so that that they can make more money.
00:23:58.000 I think once people actually know the harmful truths about so much of this, it will go, it will kind of get defeated over time.
00:24:07.000 Yeah, the truth eventually does come out.
00:24:09.000 Florida under federal law protects gender identity.
00:24:12.000 So I understand it's a federal issue, but that matters as well.
00:24:15.000 In terms of discrimination.
00:24:17.000 Yes.
00:24:18.000 You cannot, like, discriminate in hiring and... Employment, housing, public accommodation.
00:24:25.000 Not credit and lending.
00:24:26.000 That's weird.
00:24:27.000 And policies for state employees.
00:24:29.000 I agree with that.
00:24:30.000 Oh, wow.
00:24:31.000 They protect state-level employees.
00:24:33.000 But what is gender identity?
00:24:36.000 I like equality.
00:24:37.000 I don't like... What is gender identity?
00:24:40.000 Someone choosing to identify as- In New York, it's defined as your self-expression.
00:24:45.000 Meaning you- Jesus.
00:24:46.000 That means furries.
00:24:48.000 Yeah.
00:24:48.000 Yeah.
00:24:49.000 So my point here is like, I remember, I can't remember, I think it was West Virginia and like seeing a sign on a wall at a fast food restaurant being like, gender identity is protected, it's illegal to discriminate in like their employment things or whatever.
00:25:01.000 And I'm just like, These laws are being enacted and people are saying, well, you know, they shouldn't be allowed to discriminate.
00:25:08.000 It's like, bro, they're passing a law that would allow you to dress up in a fursuit and show up to work in a fursuit.
00:25:15.000 They're not passing a law saying, like, they're passing laws where, remember Superman?
00:25:21.000 The big, you know, biological male came in and said, it's mom!
00:25:24.000 And smacked shit at the game stop or whatever.
00:25:27.000 Yeah, that person is going to be working.
00:25:29.000 But you can get them on so many other things.
00:25:32.000 Being violent, having outbursts.
00:25:34.000 It doesn't necessarily have to be... I actually agree with equal... And then you'll get all the special interest groups screaming and filing lawsuits like Baker and Colorado.
00:25:41.000 So do you think there should be a state solution here so the government come in and say, no, you can't dress up as a furry?
00:25:46.000 Is that what you're advocating for?
00:25:48.000 I think that the challenge here is To what extent are businesses allowed to discriminate?
00:26:00.000 And discriminate, I mean, in the literal sense.
00:26:05.000 To discern between who they will do business with, who they will hire, and who they will not.
00:26:10.000 Ron Paul, of course, and the libertarians take the approach there should never be any non-discrimination laws.
00:26:15.000 They think that anybody, any business can work with, serve anybody they want, or not.
00:26:20.000 Yeah, it's the bake-the-cake argument, right?
00:26:22.000 Libertarians are like, if they don't want to bake the cake, they shouldn't bake the cake.
00:26:24.000 I think equality isn't the problem.
00:26:27.000 I like equality.
00:26:28.000 The 14th Amendment guarantees equal protection of the laws.
00:26:32.000 I don't like special treatment.
00:26:34.000 And that's what's been happening.
00:26:36.000 And it hasn't necessarily been from the government directly.
00:26:39.000 It's been top-down from the corporations and with certain... And the ESG and the Federal Reserve and the Black Rock and the big bankers.
00:26:45.000 Yes, they've done it in the private sector because they can't actually do that fully under the government.
00:26:51.000 So I don't mind equality.
00:26:53.000 I fight for equality.
00:26:55.000 I do not like special treatment that you are not allowed to even criticize with free speech.
00:26:59.000 They deny our constitutional rights.
00:27:01.000 And just like with COVID, they were able to get away with so much with COVID because no one was able to criticize it.
00:27:06.000 There's a limit.
00:27:08.000 There's a limit.
00:27:10.000 Saying something like, hey, you know, this guy's brown, this guy's white, you can't discriminate because the guy looks different.
00:27:15.000 That I understand.
00:27:17.000 but to say your gender identity, that's fabricated.
00:27:20.000 You know, that's like saying you can't discriminate against someone.
00:27:22.000 Like, the meme is, you don't have a gender identity of a personality.
00:27:26.000 Yes, they're quite literally saying you can't discriminate against someone's personality.
00:27:30.000 So, and it's funny because the left, these motherfuckers just lie about everything.
00:27:36.000 We saw that Veritas video.
00:27:38.000 You saw the Veritas video?
00:27:39.000 Where the guy's like, I'm teaching CRT to kindergartners.
00:27:41.000 I just don't call it CRT.
00:27:43.000 Then when you go and talk to these other people, they say, there's no CRT in schools.
00:27:46.000 They know they're just fucking pieces of shit and they're fucking lying to you.
00:27:50.000 So when I called three different human rights lawyers in New York over the story in 2018, and said, I read the human rights law, it says gender
00:28:01.000 identity is self-expression, your name is your gender identity, your clothing is your
00:28:05.000 gender identity, and I said, so what's to stop a guy from dressing up like a wolf and
00:28:10.000 calling himself Vulsiferon, Herald of the Winter Mists, at Starbucks? And they all said
00:28:15.000 it would get laughed out of the courtroom.
00:28:18.000 And I said, why would it get laughed out of the courtroom?
00:28:22.000 Because no one would take it seriously that you view yourself as an animal. And I said, there are
00:28:26.000 hundreds of thousands of furries.
00:28:28.000 And not only that, But if there is the right of the judge to laugh at you for being ridiculous, what happens when a six foot three, 200 pound man walks in in a dress and goes, my name's Jackie.
00:28:45.000 And the judge starts laughing and says, no, it's not, get the fuck out of my courtroom.
00:28:48.000 And they're like, well, you can't do that.
00:28:49.000 Why not?
00:28:50.000 He can laugh at my self-expression, but not yours.
00:28:53.000 And then all the lawyers were like, well, I see what you're saying.
00:28:56.000 It just depends on the judge.
00:28:57.000 I guess they interpret the law.
00:28:58.000 When I tell this to leftists, they say, but it's not about furries.
00:29:03.000 It's about gender identity.
00:29:05.000 And I say, yes.
00:29:06.000 And gender identity can be anything.
00:29:08.000 Any shirt you wear, your pants.
00:29:10.000 It can be a beard.
00:29:11.000 It can be your hair.
00:29:12.000 Tattoos.
00:29:12.000 You're talking about the slippery slope, which has been proven to be a slippery free fall.
00:29:17.000 What these laws in Florida and other states are basically saying is that you can walk in in full bondage gear into a Starbucks and they can't kick you out.
00:29:28.000 If I said I identify as- No, in Florida, you public indecency, you'll get it.
00:29:32.000 Nope, no way.
00:29:33.000 Look- Gender expression.
00:29:35.000 There will be instances- You show nudity in Florida, you will get arrested.
00:29:38.000 I didn't say nudity, I said bondage gear.
00:29:39.000 I'm talking about a gimp suit with a ball gag.
00:29:44.000 Did you see the guys with the dog masks on the ground barking at children and they're having the kids pet the guys?
00:29:51.000 Homosexual adult males on the ground crawling around wearing dog masks.
00:29:55.000 Should be illegal.
00:29:57.000 It is, I believe, just not enforced.
00:29:59.000 Gender identity protected.
00:30:01.000 They could crawl into a Starbucks on their hands and knees, barking, and you can't kick them out.
00:30:06.000 Yeah, that's puppy play, to identify as puppies, literally.
00:30:09.000 That's not a gender, is a puppy a gender?
00:30:11.000 Yes, it is.
00:30:12.000 It is now.
00:30:12.000 Gender is defined, at least in New York, I'll be specific, as your personal self-expression.
00:30:17.000 Whatever that might be.
00:30:18.000 Which includes any clothing you wear, any name you use.
00:30:21.000 That's nuts, because what if you have swastikas all over your shirt, and you're like, I identify as the cosmos, and this is the wheel of life.
00:30:28.000 Yes, yes.
00:30:29.000 And you pull up your tattoos of swastikas.
00:30:33.000 And I said, what would happen if a guy goes to Harlem wearing a southern plantation outfit with a cane.
00:30:39.000 I see what you mean.
00:30:39.000 And he walks in and when the black barista says, can I get a name for the order?
00:30:43.000 He goes, my name is Massa.
00:30:46.000 I guess it gets to a point where- And guess what?
00:30:47.000 Massa is an Iberian name.
00:30:48.000 It's a real name.
00:30:50.000 And so you're gonna tell me that that guy at Starbucks has to yell out that name?
00:30:55.000 Fuck off.
00:30:55.000 Yeah, the realistic thing is the law can't protect everyone and it gets to a point where if you push it too far, society breaks and snaps and will like, you can't do that.
00:31:05.000 You can't walk in with your- This is why people are leaving New York.
00:31:08.000 By the tens of thousands, it's an outflow.
00:31:10.000 But it's in Florida.
00:31:11.000 Florida has the same laws.
00:31:13.000 Federal control.
00:31:15.000 We're looking right now at lgbtmap.org and it outright says, gender identity, because of the Supreme Court ruling, even Florida has to abide by this.
00:31:24.000 Yeah, but I don't, the categories listed there don't match Starbucks pup play.
00:31:30.000 Do you know what public accommodation means?
00:31:34.000 Starbucks is a public accommodation.
00:31:36.000 If they offer it to any member of the public, they have to offer it to all members of the public.
00:31:41.000 If gender identity is protected federally, that means if John walks in wearing a suit, they can't say, no suits allowed.
00:31:49.000 No, that's part of someone's gender expression.
00:31:51.000 If John wears a dress.
00:31:52.000 I just don't think Florida's laws match New York's.
00:31:56.000 As a result of June 2020 U.S.
00:31:58.000 Supreme Court ruling, people in all states can seek recourse for employment discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity through the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in federal courts.
00:32:07.000 It then goes on to add, Sexual orientation and gender identity.
00:32:12.000 Protected?
00:32:12.000 Yes.
00:32:14.000 But only for employment, they said.
00:32:15.000 No.
00:32:16.000 Come on, man.
00:32:17.000 I see that category there, but that's state law and then that... Yes.
00:32:17.000 No, no, no.
00:32:17.000 I know.
00:32:23.000 Florida's state law for public accommodation does protect gender identity.
00:32:28.000 You see right here the green checkmark.
00:32:30.000 It does.
00:32:31.000 Public accommodation, gender identity protected.
00:32:34.000 I just don't know that Florida's law is going to match New York's exactly, that pup play.
00:32:38.000 Each state is going to be different in that respect.
00:32:40.000 It doesn't say pup play in the law.
00:32:42.000 Right.
00:32:42.000 It says... I just don't know that Florida's law would include, like you say, oh, they'd get laughed out of court and blah, blah, blah.
00:32:48.000 Either way, this is my point.
00:32:50.000 Florida has gender identity protections.
00:32:53.000 That's it.
00:32:55.000 Like, this is my point.
00:32:56.000 Even the based states are enacting these policies, and it's only the glamour culture war issues that Ron DeSantis addresses.
00:33:06.000 Dude, this transhumanist thing is nuts.
00:33:08.000 The Supreme Court said you can patent life.
00:33:11.000 I think it was 2011 they decided that.
00:33:13.000 You can create life and patent it.
00:33:14.000 Now you own this type of life form.
00:33:17.000 But what's the solution to all of this?
00:33:19.000 Mike, Tim, how do you solve this?
00:33:21.000 Does the state get involved here?
00:33:23.000 Do we try to get people to be more religious?
00:33:28.000 I think we're also at a very crucial point where a lot of human beings are physically fucked up and that leads to them being mentally fucked up.
00:33:36.000 I didn't realize how extreme phthalates in the water are estrogenizing people.
00:33:42.000 Yeah, it's fucked up.
00:33:43.000 That's why people got loops.
00:33:45.000 If you zoom out, LGBT Map says, Florida's a state where state explicitly interprets existing prohibition on sex discrimination to include orientation and or gender identity.
00:33:56.000 And of course, gender identity is protected.
00:33:59.000 So like, Look at this.
00:34:01.000 Okay, I was wrong.
00:34:02.000 West Virginia doesn't.
00:34:04.000 No explicit prohibitions for discrimination.
00:34:06.000 But Florida does.
00:34:08.000 New York does.
00:34:08.000 I'm sorry, Texas doesn't.
00:34:10.000 New York is fucking explicit.
00:34:13.000 But I'll have to pull up the actual Florida law.
00:34:15.000 I mean, Florida has some laws that I really disagree with.
00:34:20.000 We actually passed a red flag law for the second amendment in 2018 after the Parkland school shooting.
00:34:26.000 And we're hopefully going to repeal it under DeSantis.
00:34:30.000 I mean, you know, he has really only gotten his super momentum mojo the last couple of years where he can push anything through.
00:34:37.000 So it's going to take some time.
00:34:38.000 We are definitely cleaning up a lot of things.
00:34:42.000 Yeah, there's also concealed carry licenses.
00:34:44.000 It's like, what the fuck do I need a license for?
00:34:46.000 We don't have constitutional carry.
00:34:48.000 Unless you're going hunting.
00:34:50.000 So if you're going hunting in Florida, you could have, you know, you could.
00:34:56.000 Can you be hunting in like an urban environment?
00:34:58.000 To be fair, they do say it has a very, very low score.
00:35:03.000 Like it's overall.
00:35:04.000 Yeah.
00:35:04.000 Florida?
00:35:05.000 Not negative, but low.
00:35:06.000 I was going to say, it's like, I just, you know, just in my experience being, you know, again, Florida's not perfect, but we're, we're, I think DeSantis is, I like DeSantis because he's a lawyer and he takes no bullshit.
00:35:20.000 And I do think a lot of this is a legal fight.
00:35:24.000 You know, people ask me, oh, what can we do for election fraud over this next two years before 2024, which is probably the biggest concern.
00:35:31.000 We can fight a lot of this stuff, chip away at it in the courts.
00:35:35.000 Who wants to read that?
00:35:36.000 Wow.
00:35:37.000 The state criminalizes exposure and or transmission of HIV.
00:35:42.000 How are the... Negative law, negative law.
00:35:45.000 What does that mean?
00:35:45.000 It means that if in Florida you intentionally spread HIV, it's a criminal penalty and they're mad about it.
00:35:51.000 Isn't that protected?
00:35:51.000 Can I be like a bug chaser?
00:35:53.000 I almost got cast in a movie called Bug Chasing.
00:35:58.000 I didn't know what I was in for.
00:36:00.000 There's no gender neutral option for driver's licenses in Florida.
00:36:07.000 Oh, I just got the opportunity.
00:36:08.000 I'm getting my Maryland license and they're like, what gender are you?
00:36:11.000 And I was like, I was so tempted to say other.
00:36:13.000 You know why you don't do it though?
00:36:14.000 I just said white man.
00:36:16.000 I just default Caucasian male.
00:36:19.000 I've thought about it.
00:36:20.000 Like, you know, Lawrence Southern's a man, right?
00:36:23.000 Remember Lawrence Southern got her man thing?
00:36:24.000 Unspecified is what it was.
00:36:26.000 It'll cause you problems at the border.
00:36:27.000 It'll cause you problems in other countries.
00:36:29.000 Yeah, I foresaw that.
00:36:31.000 It would be fun for them to be like, what it says unspecified.
00:36:33.000 Do you want me to specify?
00:36:34.000 And they'd be like, yeah, male.
00:36:37.000 Well, anyway, look, look, I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer.
00:36:39.000 I think Florida, obviously, is doing well on a lot of things, and maybe they'll start pushing back on this stuff, but my main point is just this.
00:36:45.000 I'm all about freedom and liberty for individuals.
00:36:47.000 They can live however they want to live.
00:36:49.000 It's none of my business.
00:36:50.000 Just don't bring around kids.
00:36:51.000 I get that point.
00:36:52.000 But what happens is adults will teach it to their own kids, and then those kids will come and tell your kids about it, and the adults... And this is my point.
00:37:00.000 There is no such thing as saying, be an adult and live your life, And don't show it to kids.
00:37:07.000 It's impossible.
00:37:07.000 Well, the mothers that show them to kids are usually obese, single-parent households, and they're just white carrots.
00:37:14.000 Look, that's not what I'm saying.
00:37:15.000 That's not what I'm talking about.
00:37:16.000 I'm talking about you create a block of individuals.
00:37:20.000 They build a culture.
00:37:22.000 Markets then cater to that subculture.
00:37:24.000 The subculture can either grow or shrink.
00:37:26.000 In this instance, you're telling people to engage in acts of euphoria.
00:37:32.000 Of course, that's a growth trajectory.
00:37:36.000 You're then going to get Disney saying, how do we get these people to watch a movie?
00:37:40.000 So they make a movie about two gay dudes.
00:37:43.000 Now, a major release is in the culture and it's now amplifying everything.
00:37:50.000 Look, I don't care if a dude dresses up like a giant rubber duck and gets off by banging a hole in the mattress.
00:37:57.000 The issue is, I recognize, To a certain extent, when people are all doing this, eventually they're going to get on the internet, they're going to find each other, and then they're going to be like, I'm tired of hiding who I really am.
00:38:08.000 And then they're going to say, we should go march down the street in our duck costumes.
00:38:12.000 And they do.
00:38:13.000 And then kids see it, and it has an impact on your culture.
00:38:17.000 We need another Mr. Rogers.
00:38:18.000 And if we have free speech and actual fair elections, which we'll never fully have, but I think that actually defeats that type of debauchery.
00:38:30.000 Yeah, something like that.
00:38:31.000 It has to be made illegal.
00:38:34.000 The 10 to 30 percent number is total bullshit.
00:38:37.000 I think doing it in public, I mean, yeah, we discussed this in law school and we said, what is wrong with someone walking down the street Nude.
00:38:46.000 Assuming no children.
00:38:48.000 Right?
00:38:49.000 What is actually wrong with that?
00:38:51.000 And we discussed it for an hour.
00:38:53.000 We ultimately just decided... It's just because more than 50% of people voted for a law that said it shouldn't be.
00:38:59.000 When it comes down to it.
00:39:00.000 It doesn't really affect... There's nothing in the Constitution that says... So, yeah.
00:39:03.000 We can just organize more people on our side to ban this stuff.
00:39:06.000 You cannot walk in public in a duck costume.
00:39:08.000 That's just what we agreed.
00:39:09.000 There's no constitutional right to do it.
00:39:12.000 That's a challenge though.
00:39:13.000 Like, what's wrong with the duck costume?
00:39:15.000 It's like, here's the real problem.
00:39:17.000 It's a moral question.
00:39:18.000 The problem is culture.
00:39:19.000 It's already illegal to jump around naked, right?
00:39:21.000 In most places.
00:39:22.000 Yet all these pride events they do anyway.
00:39:24.000 And not a single cop will do anything about it.
00:39:26.000 I think that's just because they're afraid of the backlash.
00:39:29.000 Exactly.
00:39:29.000 I think the laws are actually in place that are just not being enforced.
00:39:31.000 Look what happened in 2020 when we're behind the paywall.
00:39:35.000 There was so much fraud.
00:39:36.000 We saw them dropping off ballots at 3 a.m., pulling boxes, and no one would enforce them.
00:39:41.000 When was that, though?
00:39:42.000 Which one was that one?
00:39:44.000 Just the 2020 election.
00:39:45.000 We saw in Detroit at like 3 a.m.
00:39:47.000 a white van dropping off.
00:39:49.000 Two times they came around and dropped off giant pallets of boxes when no one was observing.
00:39:54.000 They were escorted by a black sedan.
00:39:58.000 And then in Georgia, they pulled the boxes out from under the table.
00:40:02.000 Did you watch the full video of that one?
00:40:04.000 Republican observers, I watched most of it.
00:40:06.000 The full video shows them putting the boxes under the table too.
00:40:10.000 I believe in that instance, the observers were outside the building watching from far away.
00:40:14.000 In the video where they pull the box out from under the table, if you watch the actual full surveillance footage, you can actually see them take, as people are dropping ballots off, they put them in the boxes and then put them under the tables.
00:40:25.000 So those, like you can actually watch those ballots come in.
00:40:28.000 Okay.
00:40:30.000 In Michigan, I could list a ton of things.
00:40:32.000 In Michigan, there were people that were registered to vote and voted that had been dead for 20 years that you could search on a public database.
00:40:41.000 Fleckus actually found 10,000, went through a bunch of them on a list of 10,000 and CNN tried to disprove it and just actually lied inside of it.
00:40:48.000 There was the athlete from, I think, Tennessee who was like in Colorado And voted absentee, and then also voted in person, and he was like, what the fuck?
00:40:56.000 And he went on, I think he went on like Tucker Carlson or some shit.
00:40:58.000 And just what we saw in Arizona, where they literally shut down 62 voting stations in a Republican district on election day, and the judge says, well, you know, I don't know, not enough to really do anything here.
00:41:11.000 It's like, guys, they're shutting down the elections at this point.
00:41:14.000 What else do you need?
00:41:16.000 So that's why I'm like three when we know Peter Thiel three years to save the country.
00:41:21.000 That's what he said last year.
00:41:22.000 I don't know.
00:41:23.000 It's blocked you out.
00:41:24.000 Two more years, according to Peter.
00:41:26.000 That's why we look at it more.
00:41:28.000 I think I think Elon buying Twitter is a massive, massive.
00:41:31.000 Yeah, I think that bought us at least a couple more years.
00:41:34.000 I feel like Matt Gaetz coming on the show last week bought us another 20, 30 years.
00:41:38.000 I have so much more they did in the house is is historic.
00:41:43.000 And he's open about blockchain backups for voting, too, because he knows.
00:41:47.000 I was like, what about making them, you know, mandating with the government that they release their source code?
00:41:52.000 These companies like Dominion, whoever have proprietary machine code.
00:41:56.000 He's like, fuck the code.
00:41:58.000 Blockchain.
00:41:58.000 Blockchain.
00:41:59.000 100%.
00:41:59.000 Why don't we?
00:42:00.000 The Senate map in 2024 is ridiculously favorable for Republicans.
00:42:06.000 The Democrats have to defend like 15 seats and a lot of them are in like Montana, West Virginia, Texas.
00:42:14.000 Sorry, Democrats not in Texas.
00:42:17.000 Arizona.
00:42:19.000 You know, so we I was looking at, if we had fair elections, Republicans would probably have like 62 or 63.
00:42:26.000 They were looking at a filibuster-proof majority.
00:42:28.000 Now with election fraud and whatever, at the very least we're probably going to get at least 51 or 52.
00:42:33.000 And it's likely going to be 56.
00:42:35.000 So we've got a really good roadmap in the future we've got to get the president in.
00:42:39.000 We've got to get ballot harvesting.
00:42:41.000 We have to ballot harvest.
00:42:43.000 But we've gone way over.
00:42:45.000 Hey man, thanks for hanging out.
00:42:46.000 It's been a bliss.
00:42:47.000 Well, thank you for having me.
00:42:48.000 Absolutely.
00:42:49.000 This was a good one.
00:42:50.000 And for everybody who's a member, thanks for all the support making it possible.
00:42:53.000 We'll see y'all next time.
