00:00:21.000 Joe Biden!
00:00:22.000 The administration is suing Arizona over proof of citizenship voter law.
00:00:28.000 Justice Department says GOP-backed law turns back the clock.
00:00:32.000 State Republicans say it is aimed at curbing fraud.
00:00:34.000 I want to start by talking about this, but I'm also really curious about your thoughts, Kerry, on the voter fraud stuff, on the Arizona investigation, and what's happening with all of that.
00:00:44.000 So let's just start simply addressing this, because this is the big news.
00:00:47.000 What's going on with this law?
00:00:48.000 Why is Biden suing Arizona?
00:00:50.000 Because we want to make sure you're a citizen when you vote.
00:00:53.000 And I believe it was the Supreme Court.
00:00:55.000 I'm sorry.
00:00:57.000 That's all you're doing?
00:00:58.000 And Joe Biden's trying to stop you from doing that?
00:01:00.000 Yes.
00:01:01.000 What the fuck?
00:01:02.000 Exactly.
00:01:03.000 I mean, we've been saying that they want this crush of illegal immigration because they want to change the voting demographics.
00:01:11.000 They can't win on their ideas because the American people have figured it out.
00:01:15.000 Their ideas are horrible.
00:01:17.000 You know, the Democrat idea is just go to California, and we in Arizona, you know, a day trip to California, and you see just this dead-end Democrat policy in full display, destroying a once-great state.
00:01:29.000 There is poop all over the streets.
00:01:30.000 Drug use.
00:01:32.000 They've not dealt with the homeless problem.
00:01:33.000 They've allowed the misery to continue and to grow.
00:01:36.000 It's unfair for the homeless people, and it's really unfair for the taxpayer as well.
00:01:39.000 But they have a Democrat supermajority in most of these cities and in the state, don't they?
00:01:44.000 Yeah.
00:01:45.000 So their agenda, they have no obstructions.
00:01:47.000 They can do all of their hopes and dreams could be accomplished.
00:01:50.000 Well, but people are waking up to it and they're leaving California and they're going to these other states and so they can't win on their ideas.
00:01:56.000 And so therefore they have to bring people in and allow this illegal immigration to go unchecked.
00:02:00.000 And now we know that they, we've been saying for a long time, they want to change the demographics.
00:02:04.000 They want Democrat voters.
00:02:06.000 This proves it.
00:02:07.000 Because when we make a law, when the people of Arizona send their representatives to our state capitol and they make a law to protect us so that American citizens are only able to vote, the Department of Justice comes in and sues us over that law because they want people to vote who are illegal.
00:02:28.000 Illegal immigrants or I should say non-citizens of all types.
00:02:31.000 Do you believe they are voting in current elections?
00:02:34.000 And do you believe they voted in previous elections?
00:02:36.000 Yes.
00:02:37.000 I think the estimate and I don't don't quote me on this.
00:02:40.000 I think it was 30,000.
00:02:41.000 It's believed voted for sure in the last election in Arizona.
00:02:45.000 How do they vote?
00:02:47.000 In the federal election?
00:02:48.000 Yeah.
00:02:48.000 How does a non-citizen vote?
00:02:50.000 I mean, they just go in they cast a vote.
00:02:51.000 How are they on the voter?
00:02:52.000 How are they in the system?
00:02:54.000 Well, I mean, one of the things about getting a voter, I had a guy who used to be pretty high up in ICE, and he said one of the reasons that people who are here illegally really want to get a voter ID card is because if you can get a voter ID card, that is one of the documents you need to prove to be able to work in this country legally.
00:03:15.000 Interesting.
00:03:15.000 And so it's one of the documents on, I think it's the I-9 form, when you're trying to prove you can be legally employed, if you can say you've got a voter ID card.
00:03:25.000 Now, some states, Arizona, you have to have an illegal driver's license, and they don't give driver's licenses to people who are here illegally.
00:03:30.000 But other states, they do.
00:03:31.000 That's why it's really important.
00:03:33.000 That's how they, I think, get people in to vote who are here illegally.
00:03:36.000 They say, then you'll have a document to use when you go to apply to work legally on your I-9 form.
00:03:44.000 Regardless, though, yeah, people are voting illegally, but I'm really appalled and just as appalled by the made-up, phony ballots that are being harvested and trafficked.
00:03:55.000 There's nobody behind the ballot, they're just filling them out, and that's what was happening in Arizona.
00:03:59.000 I don't know if you've seen the movie 2000 Mules, Dinesh D'Souza's movie, and the True the Vote people taking video evidence of people trafficking ballots.
00:04:09.000 These aren't even people.
00:04:10.000 These are just people who filled out ballots illegally and they estimated, and this is a conservative estimation, 200,000 were pumped into Arizona.
00:04:19.000 Joe Biden won by 10,457 votes.
00:04:22.000 So I googled searched it.
00:04:23.000 The first thing that comes up is there's a lawsuit.
00:04:31.000 They're saying, unverified, a lawsuit claims 234,570 extra votes were cast by non-citizens in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, enough to deliver a win for President-elect Joe Biden.
00:04:43.000 According to a report from Just Facts Daily, the website is an extension of the conservative-leaning research institute Just Facts.
00:04:51.000 So they just say unverified.
00:04:52.000 That's all they really say.
00:04:53.000 Well, that's what they say about all of the facts.
00:04:55.000 We have a ton of evidence, a mountain of evidence, and you hear these dumb reporters go, there's no evidence.
00:05:00.000 Yes, there is.
00:05:01.000 You're just either too dumb, too lazy, or unwilling to look at it.
00:05:04.000 Or you're working for a company who refuses to cover it, and you are attached to that paycheck and are unwilling to walk away as a journalist when you're being told not to cover a story.
00:05:14.000 Our election was fraudulent.
00:05:16.000 We had a ton of corruption.
00:05:17.000 This is a huge story they should be covering.
00:05:19.000 I'm going to pause real quick for our good friends at NewsGuard.
00:05:22.000 USA Today, a NewsGuard certified source with 100 out of 100, says the claim is plausible but unproven.
00:05:31.000 The fact checkers and the media matters people will watch this, and they're going to try and claim that you are saying nonsense or whatever, so I'll say it right here.
00:05:36.000 they put out, but this is important.
00:05:38.000 It's important.
00:05:39.000 Sorry.
00:05:40.000 They're going to come to this.
00:05:41.000 The fact checkers and the media matters people will watch this and they're going to try and
00:05:44.000 claim that you are saying nonsense or whatever.
00:05:46.000 So I'll say it right here.
00:05:48.000 I agree that it's an unproven claim.
00:05:50.000 I agree that it's plausible.
00:05:52.000 USA Today said it's plausible, but unproven.
00:05:55.000 Wonderful.
00:05:56.000 Let's get an investigation.
00:05:57.000 How about that?
00:05:57.000 Yeah, let's show some curiosity as a journalist out there and go, wow, we're seeing evidence.
00:06:02.000 We're seeing these videos of people shoving all the ballots in.
00:06:05.000 That's illegal.
00:06:06.000 Why aren't they more curious about that?
00:06:08.000 Aren't they inquisitive as journalists?
00:06:10.000 Because what we have with 2,000 mules is evidence I wouldn't say it is definitive.
00:06:19.000 It is proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but it is evidence, and evidence warrants an investigation, a very serious one, into all of these people, what they were doing, why they were doing it.
00:06:28.000 Now, if the reality is it's going to hurt the Democrats, of course they'll oppose it.
00:06:33.000 It's going to hurt a lot of Republicans as well.
00:06:34.000 They knew that they had a corrupt election at play.
00:06:37.000 A lot of people in power in Arizona.
00:06:40.000 They watched it play out.
00:06:41.000 Then they certified a corrupt election.
00:06:44.000 And we have an illegitimate president in the White House.
00:06:47.000 And stolen elections have serious consequences.
00:06:50.000 I say deadly consequences because we've got fentanyl pouring over at record numbers.
00:06:55.000 I talked to a mother and father whose 22-year-old daughter took a half a Xanax pill and died of a poisoning.
00:07:00.000 Half a pill of anything shouldn't kill.
00:07:03.000 It was laced with fentanyl.
00:07:05.000 Two 19-year-old boys in Prescott Valley died when they took a pill.
00:07:09.000 So they're poisoning and weakening America with this and the CCP is behind it.
00:07:14.000 Funneling it through Mexico into Arizona and they're trying to weaken this country.
00:07:19.000 Take our young people.
00:07:22.000 And that's all because of a stolen election and a corrupt election.
00:07:25.000 And we had the pullout of Afghanistan.
00:07:27.000 We lost 13 of our finest men and women in the military.
00:07:29.000 It was a surrender.
00:07:30.000 It was a surrender in Afghanistan.
00:07:32.000 We surrendered to the Taliban.
00:07:34.000 We were winning the war and Biden surrendered the war.
00:07:37.000 All the people and gear, billions of lives, tens of thousands of people that were left to die with their children.
00:07:45.000 It was the largest flaw in American military history.
00:07:50.000 And the media loudly covers it.
00:07:51.000 It's fucking insane.
00:07:54.000 He is such a shitty leader.
00:07:55.000 No, no, it's like when Ian goes up on Biden, you gotta let him go with it.
00:08:02.000 I don't know that anger is the way out of it.
00:08:03.000 That's why I don't bring it up a lot, but good God, he's terrible.
00:08:07.000 He's useless.
00:08:08.000 He's not good at his job.
00:08:10.000 He's the commander-in-chief of the fucking military, and he surrendered to the Taliban.
00:08:15.000 Do you know who benefited from Afghanistan?
00:08:18.000 The Chinese.
00:08:18.000 China.
00:08:19.000 The Chinese are set up over there.
00:08:21.000 They're moving in and they're going to take it.
00:08:24.000 Thanks.
00:08:25.000 And I have that same anger toward the media for refusing to cover that story.
00:08:28.000 Barely got any coverage.
00:08:30.000 You know Biden gave Megan Rapinoe the Medal of Freedom?
00:08:34.000 Where we have people like Tim Kennedy who went into Afghanistan to retrieve thousands of people that were fleeing for their lives from the Taliban after the surrender.
00:08:43.000 I don't know where's the media attention on Tim Kennedy right now.
00:08:45.000 Tim Kennedy's a fucking American hero.
00:08:48.000 And Megan Rapinoe, I don't know what she did to deserve the Medal of Freedom exactly.
00:08:52.000 I don't think she's ever served.
00:08:53.000 Yeah.
00:08:54.000 Kneeling for the national anthem.
00:08:57.000 Disrespect for our country.
00:08:59.000 You know, I look back at—somebody sent me the most—it was the singing of America the Beautiful, and it was a bunch of Hollywood stars from, like, John Wayne to—I mean, you name it, all those—that era.
00:09:12.000 And they got together, and it was a little clip of each of them singing, like, a few words, and they edited it together.
00:09:17.000 And I thought, wow, gosh, this is, you know, a generation or so ago.
00:09:22.000 And they were so patriotic, our stars and celebrities.
00:09:25.000 They love this country.
00:09:26.000 Now, can you imagine?
00:09:27.000 Now they sing imagine.
00:09:29.000 Yeah, they sing imagine.
00:09:30.000 Literally.
00:09:32.000 But, you know, can you imagine that we should have love for our country?
00:09:36.000 That's what draws us together.
00:09:37.000 We can be from different places, grow up in different states, be immigrants from different places, coming to America and getting citizenship legally.
00:09:46.000 And different backgrounds, different religions.
00:09:49.000 And that is that common thread that binds us together, our patriotism and our love for this country.
00:09:54.000 And the left turned that into a bad thing because they knew with a President Trump leader and great policy, and if he brought people together under the beautiful patriotism and love for this country, that he was unstoppable.

00:11:27.000 I felt like 9-11, the Patriot Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, and George Bush's Dick Cheney's wars in Iraq, basically Cheney and Halliburton's wars in the Middle East, that made me hate America.
00:11:38.000 It made me think it was a fucking evil military machine that I just happened to have been born into.
00:11:43.000 I didn't realize that it was global organizations like corporations and shit that have basically co-opted our organization with the Federal Reserve and these Quasi, like the Federal Reserve bows to the Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland.
00:11:57.000 It's an arm of a Swiss bank, and we're letting it control for a hundred years our system.
00:12:02.000 It's not the Americans that's the problem.
00:12:05.000 The Constitution's amazing.
00:12:08.000 If you read the... I mean, if you adhere to the Constitution, that's, I think, the key.
00:12:11.000 It's not what America has become that's so great.
00:12:14.000 It's what it could be and what it's supposed to be.
00:12:15.000 Yeah, but, you know, you give someone control of the currency and they don't care about the Constitution or the laws, right?
00:12:24.000 And they're printing.
00:12:25.000 The printing press is going, you know, full steam ahead.
00:12:27.000 Oh, don't burr!
00:12:29.000 Well, so let's go back to the election stuff.
00:12:33.000 So you don't think that Joe Biden won?
00:12:36.000 No.
00:12:37.000 Do you think that was fraud?
00:12:39.000 I think there was fraud.
00:12:41.000 I mean, even Karen Fan says we cannot tell who won that election because there was so much corruption.
00:12:48.000 Some of it's corruption, some of it's malfeasance, some of it's just ineptitude.
00:12:54.000 So many laws were broken, and election laws and election rules were broken.
00:12:59.000 And then they were creating new election rules, and the only people who can create election law are state legislators.
00:13:07.000 And they usurped that.
00:13:09.000 And they had people who had no right to change election laws, changing election laws.
00:13:13.000 You know, it's interesting, they use COVID.
00:13:16.000 They shut down our churches and schools.
00:13:18.000 Now, where did we used to vote?
00:13:19.000 Churches and schools and small precincts where we could control and easily spot corruption.
00:13:25.000 They moved us into these voting centers.
00:13:28.000 And I think it was a way they use COVID to really affect this election.
00:13:33.000 As governor, do you have any plans to address the 2020 election?
00:13:36.000 Yes.
00:13:37.000 We have to get through 2022, and I think they're trying to set things up to try to cheat, to steal this one, to be honest, and here's how.
00:13:43.000 2022?
00:13:44.000 Gubernatorial admonition?
00:13:45.000 This coming election right now.
00:13:47.000 And, you know, the Democrats and the Rhino Republicans are afraid of me.
00:13:52.000 They do not want a Trump Republican.
00:13:53.000 They don't want an America First candidate, and they're doing everything they can.
00:13:56.000 We've been number one in polls since day one.
00:14:00.000 Our opponent is, you know, our internal polling, that's the good stuff, okay?
00:14:04.000 That's where you tell the pollster, give it to me straight, I just want the truth.
00:14:08.000 And the internal polling I've seen that we've done shows us anywhere between 20 and 15 points
00:14:15.000 up.
00:14:16.000 That's huge.
00:14:17.000 Now, they get these fake pollsters to put public polling out and go, oh, it's a tight
00:14:21.000 They're trying to set the public up for, oh, it's a tight race.
00:14:24.000 Then they do these BS articles that we showed in the Tim Kast, the other segment we did, saying, oh my gosh, independents need to vote for the other person, not Kerry.
00:14:35.000 So they're trying to set this up, I believe, to try to seal it.
00:14:38.000 But we're going to show up in droves.
00:14:40.000 We have a movement everywhere we go.
00:14:42.000 If we go to a place and there's supposed to be 40 people, we'll have 100 people.
00:14:46.000 People are off the couch, in the game, and they are going to vote like their lives depend on it.
00:14:51.000 I think what we need to get... Oh, but then I didn't answer how I'm going to fix it.
00:14:55.000 We're going to have a red wave and we are working hard to get America first people in our state legislature and we're going to shore up our election laws because we want honest elections.
00:15:07.000 I don't want any special treatment as a Republican.
00:15:10.000 And I don't want to give the Democrats any special treatment, a level playing field.
00:15:13.000 I believe in Election Day, to be honest.
00:15:16.000 Paper ballots, back to small precincts, hand counting.
00:15:19.000 I'm involved in a lawsuit right now in federal court to ban the use of these electronic voting machines.
00:15:24.000 You've heard of them, they're ES&S, Smartmatic, Dominion, you name it.
00:15:28.000 These machines, they won't tell us how they work.
00:15:30.000 They've got software.
00:15:32.000 Everyone, if you've ever dealt with software, you know it could be hacked.
00:15:35.000 It's not transparent.
00:15:37.000 And we know for a fact that they've given inaccurate results.
00:15:41.000 Case in point, in Georgia, this last primary election, they did a hand count in two counties.
00:15:46.000 They took the machine count, and the first place winner in the machine count turned out to be third place in the hand count.
00:15:52.000 Vice versa, the third place winner in the machine count And the hand count was the first place winner.
00:15:58.000 How long has this been going on?
00:16:00.000 Well, I saw a testimony from the late 2008 or maybe it was like 1998 from a guy in Florida
00:16:06.000 testifying that he wrote code to flip vote tallies 5149.
00:16:10.000 And they're like, well, would anyone see it in the code?
00:16:12.000 We don't have the source code.
00:16:12.000 He's like, not you.
00:16:13.000 You couldn't find it.
00:16:14.000 We have an ironclad case.
00:16:16.000 We have the best experts in cyber.
00:16:19.000 We have the best experts in elections that have put statements in our case.
00:16:24.000 We've got amazing attorneys, and we even brought a liberal attorney in.
00:16:27.000 We don't want people to think this is partisan.
00:16:30.000 I'm involved in this because I want to make sure we have a country.
00:16:33.000 I want my kids to be able to vote and know that their vote counts.
00:16:36.000 We brought Alan Dershowitz in because we wanted to show, hey look, we're not trying to have
00:16:40.000 a partisan case here.
00:16:41.000 This is about getting these machines out.
00:16:43.000 We take our sacred vote, we hand it 100% of it over in Arizona to three private companies
00:16:49.000 who won't even tell us how these machines work and we trust them to count our vote.
00:16:53.000 Even Kamala Harris in 2017 said she watched with her own eyes as they hacked one of these
00:16:59.000 electronic voting machines right in front of her.
00:17:01.000 They do it every year at DEF CON in Vegas.
00:17:04.000 Why are we trusting our vote to this?
00:17:06.000 It's got to be a global call.
00:17:08.000 Hopefully we get some resolution on this case.
00:17:08.000 I have no idea.
00:17:11.000 It's working its way through the process.
00:17:13.000 Of course, Katie Hobbs, who's going to be my Democrat opponent, is named in the lawsuit.
00:17:17.000 And our Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County and Pima County are named in the lawsuit.
00:17:22.000 And they want the judge to just dismiss it.
00:17:24.000 But we're saying no, it's too important.
00:17:27.000 Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
00:17:33.000 Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
00:17:40.000 There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare debilitating and affecting the 2024 presidential election.
00:17:49.000 We do all that every single day right here on America on Trial with Josh Hammer.
00:17:53.000 Subscribe and download your episodes wherever you get your podcasts.
00:17:56.000 America on Trial with Josh Hammer.
00:17:58.000 I don't know if you're able to, if you have the time. When's the primary? August?
00:18:02.000 August 2nd, but again, we're right in the middle of early voting.
00:18:05.000 Right. DEF CON in Vegas is August 11th to the 14th, and they have, I think, something called Voter Village.
00:18:13.000 He's going to that.
00:18:14.000 He's going to that.
00:18:15.000 So they do this all the time.
00:18:17.000 They take voting machines and they just let people go at it and you will watch someone in five minutes hack a voting machine.
00:18:24.000 So you should definitely check it out if you have the time or have someone you know check it out.
00:18:28.000 It's maddening.
00:18:28.000 Talk to these people because you're going to meet, you might find some 16 year old kid who's just like, oh I can give you the documents on how to hack the machine.
00:18:35.000 Here you go.
00:18:36.000 And they'll hand it to you and it'll break it all down.
00:18:38.000 Maybe you can pull this up.
00:18:38.000 This is Diebold, these guys.
00:18:40.000 It's called, it's on YouTube video.
00:18:41.000 Computer programmer testifies he coded computers to rig elections.
00:18:46.000 And it's like a 12 minute video of him testifying in Congress.
00:18:49.000 Oh, and we have a lot of this in our case.
00:18:51.000 I mean, some of the stuff that you're talking about might even be in our case, because we talk about how easily they can be hacked into.
00:18:57.000 And they don't even have to be hooked up to the internet, by the way.
00:18:59.000 People who go, it wasn't hooked to the internet, doesn't matter.
00:19:02.000 You can still hack these and you can still change votes.
00:19:04.000 That's serious manipulation.
00:19:07.000 So, there's something called bluejacking, for instance.
00:19:10.000 When your Bluetooth is on, someone can hack into your phone, whether it's connected to anything or not.
00:19:15.000 If your Wi-Fi is on, oh, it's not connected to the internet.
00:19:17.000 Someone else can force their way in through open connection.
00:19:21.000 This guy's name is Clinton Eugene Curtis, for anyone that wants to reference his testimony about... Is it this one right here?
00:19:27.000 We got pulled up?
00:19:27.000 That's him, yeah.
00:19:29.000 I'm like, it's a 12-minute video.
00:19:30.000 It's a long video, but man, he says some damning stuff.
00:19:32.000 I think we actually might have some of that in our case.
00:19:35.000 And this CISA stuff that came out, or CISI, I forget how you say it, but basically they said in the 2020 election, There were problems now.
00:19:43.000 They didn't look into all of the corruption into it because they're not saying it doesn't exist It's just they didn't dig into it, but they are acknowledging that these machines are not secure and Are not transparent.
00:19:55.000 Why are we trusting our vote?
00:19:56.000 I think you know for me.
00:19:57.000 I'm not I think the fraud narrative makes it unapproachable for average people and They hear the story about a big scheme or a conspiracy and they go, they fan you off.
00:20:12.000 You tell them, hey, a private company owns our voting machines.
00:20:15.000 Isn't that a little weird?
00:20:16.000 And that's an open door.
00:20:18.000 And they'll be like, what, private company runs it?
00:20:20.000 Yeah.
00:20:20.000 Why is it like, shouldn't the public own that stuff?
00:20:23.000 Why should a massive multinational corporation with billionaires running it be in charge of how we get to vote?
00:20:28.000 We should have public open source voting machines or paper ballots, right?
00:20:32.000 Yeah, and guess who makes the components on those machines?
00:20:34.000 Our adversaries.
00:20:35.000 Right.
00:20:36.000 In China.
00:20:37.000 And France got rid of them this last election and they counted 67 million votes in one night.
00:20:43.000 We can do that.
00:20:43.000 We need to get rid of voting month.
00:20:46.000 Elections are supposed to be one day, as per the Constitution.
00:20:49.000 One day to go vote and that's it and if you can't get the job done too fucking bad.
00:20:53.000 You need it because you can't it's not ethical to know how many votes got tallied yesterday so that you know how many more you need to win because then it's an incentive to cheat the system.
00:21:01.000 That's exactly what's going on here and I actually suggest that our you know right now Maricopa County is what kind of decides the election and they get all the votes from every other county in and they add them up and go okay you know what do we need to win this election?
00:21:17.000 How many more votes?
00:21:18.000 It took 10 or 11 days to keep counting votes in 2020.
00:21:22.000 And we kept saying, how many more votes do you have to count?
00:21:24.000 How many more?
00:21:25.000 We couldn't get a straight answer on that.
00:21:27.000 Because the answer was, we're going to keep counting until our guy wins.
00:21:30.000 And we're not going to allow that to happen anymore.
00:21:32.000 So these were the unconstitutional administrative changes violating, which article is it?
00:21:38.000 The Constitution says only the state legislature can change voting rules.
00:21:44.000 So I think what needs to be focused on by Republicans right now is targeting the policy manipulation that we saw in Pennsylvania, that we saw in Georgia with Raffensperger and Kemp, what you saw in Arizona.
00:21:57.000 Wisconsin.
00:21:59.000 Did you see the elderly people at the nursing homes?
00:22:02.000 You know, they had 105% turnout in the nursing homes.
00:22:05.000 And they go, oh, I didn't know that Mr. Smith voted.
00:22:09.000 He's 98.
00:22:09.000 Let's go interview him.
00:22:11.000 Well, Mr. Smith has been in a vegetative state for six years.
00:22:14.000 He doesn't have power of attorney anymore.
00:22:17.000 And he can't even speak.
00:22:17.000 So that actually happened?
00:22:18.000 Oh my gosh, yeah.
00:22:20.000 I mean, this was amazing.
00:22:21.000 They rolled one case after the next.
00:22:23.000 But see, the public doesn't know about this, and I don't blame you for not knowing, because the media won't cover it.
00:22:28.000 This was the saddest thing.
00:22:29.000 I was watching it.
00:22:29.000 We were traveling across the state, and I was watching this one interview after the next, and they're in the nursing home, and you see these people.
00:22:38.000 They obviously can't even feed themselves.
00:22:40.000 Somebody voted for them.
00:22:41.000 Hmm, interesting.
00:22:42.000 Ballot harvesting.
00:22:43.000 And they had 105% turnout in the nursing homes.
00:22:46.000 Wow.
00:22:46.000 And it was... Such obvious bullshit.
00:22:48.000 ...100,000 boats.
00:22:49.000 Hundreds of thousands of boats.
00:22:51.000 In Florida, they were like, we got 127% turnout in this area.
00:22:53.000 And I was like, well, because people moved.
00:22:54.000 And it's like, fuck off.
00:22:55.000 Yeah.
00:22:56.000 So they found 1,000 ways to cheat.
00:22:59.000 And they utilized each and every one of them.
00:23:01.000 I mean, I think of the case in Sells, Arizona.
00:23:03.000 It's on the Indian Reservation.
00:23:05.000 And my numbers aren't exactly right.
00:23:07.000 Roughly 1,375.
00:23:11.000 Adults who are of voting age not even all registered, but that's how many people could vote.
00:23:16.000 Okay, if you registered in 2700 people voted there They don't have that many people who are of voting age.
00:23:24.000 So it's all these little ways that they use we had 740,000 ballots that Had no chain of custody.
00:23:32.000 So there you cannot authorize those ballots and you can't count them, but yet they were counted I I I think the administrative portion of it is the key to everything.
00:23:42.000 I think you can avoid the politics, you can avoid the media, you can avoid the conflict around the word fraud, and simply point out election day is a single day.
00:23:51.000 They broke the law, they violated the Constitution by doing election over four days over a week.
00:23:57.000 You can't do that.
00:23:58.000 That right there, in my opinion, invalidates.
00:24:01.000 Anything after, what is it, November 9th should have been in the gutter.
00:24:06.000 They wrote an article, The Shadow Campaign, to save the election, and they explained how they changed the rules in ways that were unconstitutional.
00:24:13.000 They've lost lawsuits.
00:24:15.000 In Pennsylvania, universal mail-in voting was ruled unconstitutional.
00:24:19.000 That's the stuff that I think needs to be focused on and targeted.
00:24:22.000 We tried that in Arizona, and I was part of the case.
00:24:24.000 I did an amicus brief with that, and we said, look, it's right there in the Arizona Constitution.
00:24:29.000 It says election day, not election month.
00:24:32.000 It says secret ballot.
00:24:33.000 Well, a mail-in ballot is not a secret ballot.
00:24:36.000 And we asked the Supreme Court to rule in that, and they kicked it back down to the lower court.
00:24:41.000 We asked them to rule because time is of the essence, obviously.
00:24:44.000 Is the Supreme Court Republican, Democrat, Conservative?
00:24:46.000 It's Republican, but you know, this is not even a Republican issue because we already know that there are... Cowards.
00:24:52.000 Cowards in there, yeah.
00:24:53.000 I mean, we had a Republican governor who certified that election.
00:24:57.000 We've got swamp creatures, okay?
00:24:59.000 And a lot of them, many, if you look at the people who made all the decisions on what are we going to do with the audit and looking into this corruption, many of these boards of supervisor members won by a couple hundred votes.
00:25:11.000 They maybe don't want to dig into that election because maybe they really didn't win.
00:25:15.000 And I think there's a lot of people, I know in one of the secret recordings, one of the Board of Supervisors members said, Jack Sellers, who's another Board of Supervisors member, probably doesn't want to look into this because he barely won.
00:25:26.000 What if they dig into this and go, oh, I didn't win?
00:25:30.000 When the courts are corrupted, then you're fucked, I don't know what to tell you.
00:25:36.000 During the 2020 election, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, it was all on standing or procedural rules dismissed these cases.
00:25:44.000 Never looked at the evidence.
00:25:45.000 Never on the merit.
00:25:47.000 And when the Republicans said universal mail-in voting in Pennsylvania is unconstitutional, they said, too fucking bad.
00:25:53.000 And then after the election, they went, you were right, by the way, and they ruled it unconstitutional.
00:25:59.000 So, what the fuck do you do as a country when the court will tell you outright, fuck you, we're certifying this anyway, and then after they do, by the way, it was fraud.
00:26:10.000 Or I say it was unconstitutional.
00:26:12.000 Well, here's what you do.
00:26:13.000 You vote people in to office who are vowing to get to the bottom of it.
00:26:17.000 I am surrounding myself with, I'm endorsing people who care about election integrity, and we are going to change the laws and firm them up.
00:26:26.000 To solidify our voting rules and laws to make sure that it's fair.
00:26:30.000 All we want is a level playing field so when we go to bed on election night, we know the winner and we're okay with it.
00:26:34.000 This is the problem.
00:26:35.000 They don't, right?
00:26:36.000 So when you have red states saying, we're going to mind our own business, leave us alone, and the blue states say, fuck you, no, we won't.
00:26:43.000 When you have Republicans saying, we're content with a compromise on abortion.
00:26:48.000 Republican states can have their own way on abortion.
00:26:51.000 So blue states can have it.
00:26:52.000 Red states can say no.
00:26:54.000 And then the blue states say, fuck you.
00:26:56.000 We are going to force you to do what we want.
00:26:59.000 You can't live that way.
00:27:00.000 When you have, you know, you want a level playing field, you want to be fair, and they're saying, we literally don't care, and we will change the rules in ways to benefit us every step of the way.
00:27:14.000 How do you keep playing a board game with someone who is cheating in front of you?
00:27:18.000 And you're like, well, the Supreme Court's got to get involved.
00:27:21.000 You were recently saying that if people want to vote, they need to show with some effort that they want to vote.
00:27:28.000 And with all this unchecked fraud and also unchecked federal power, why would they want to vote?
00:27:37.000 They don't want to participate in a system that's clearly broken.
00:27:42.000 And we're getting that a lot, and I keep telling people, vote.
00:27:45.000 I know it's not fixed right now, but I believe this is our last election.
00:27:49.000 If we don't get it right, if we don't get people in who truly care about this country over anything else... I think it's our last election.
00:27:56.000 Well, let's get out and vote like our lives depend on it.
00:27:58.000 What do you think the left will do if Trump wins?
00:28:01.000 You think they're going to sit back and be like, fair game, bravo?
00:28:05.000 I think the left is shrinking.
00:28:08.000 It's a group of people who are shrinking.
00:28:10.000 Yeah, that's true.
00:28:11.000 As people run away.
00:28:13.000 I was with Brandon Strock.
00:28:14.000 He's the guy who came up with the walkaway movement.
00:28:16.000 Oh yeah, we've had him on several times.
00:28:17.000 I said, you need to rename it the runaway for your life.
00:28:20.000 Because people aren't just walking away anymore.
00:28:22.000 They are running away.
00:28:23.000 They're sprinting away from this party.
00:28:25.000 and we're growing.
00:28:27.000 So I don't think the majority is going to...
00:28:29.000 But I hear what you're saying.
00:28:30.000 If you've got corruption in California and in other blue states,
00:28:33.000 you can fix it in Arizona, but in a federal race, you've got people who shouldn't vote,
00:28:37.000 voter rolls that are a mess.
00:28:39.000 California is two to one Democrat.
00:28:41.000 They're going to keep voting the way they vote.
00:28:42.000 I think if Trump wins, we already saw it when that Boston Globe story where they said they did a war game of the 2020 election, and the Democrats said if Trump wins, they would advocate for the West Coast to secede from the Union.
00:28:58.000 That's in the Boston Globe reporting that.
00:28:59.000 That's John Podesta of the Hillary Clinton campaign arguing for that stance.
00:29:04.000 I think if Trump wins, They know, these corrupt people, the bureaucratic state, they know Trump is coming for them, and they're in trouble.
00:29:12.000 Their best bet is to hack the election before he can get a chance.
00:29:17.000 They did this last one.
00:29:18.000 That's probably their best bet.
00:29:21.000 No, no, no.
00:29:21.000 That is to stop them from losing.
00:29:23.000 But if they lose and they can't do anything about it, they're going to be jumping off the side of the ship.
00:29:27.000 They're going to be scuttling away as fast as they can.
00:29:29.000 I think what they should do now is fess up.
00:29:31.000 We want people to come forward.
00:29:32.000 I mean, the True the Vote people are watching what's happening.
00:29:35.000 And these cell phones and people voting are pretty powerful.
00:29:39.000 You should have those guys on.
00:29:41.000 You'd have to put them on the underground show.
00:29:47.000 We're working on it.
00:29:50.000 We're working on it.
00:29:51.000 We've got some stuff in the works.
00:29:52.000 I can't talk about it publicly as we're finalizing details and stuff, but we got changes coming.
00:29:56.000 Is 2,000 mules a must-see?
00:29:58.000 Absolutely.
00:29:59.000 Oh my gosh.
00:30:00.000 Everybody and get people who are who don't even believe that the election was corrupt.
00:30:04.000 Get them to watch it.
00:30:05.000 We had a debate was really interesting Republican debate and I'm running against a rhino who has skipped out.
00:30:10.000 We've had four debates.
00:30:11.000 She skipped out on three of them because she's afraid of me.
00:30:14.000 And she got all memorized, her consultants had her memorize her lines for two months,
00:30:19.000 and she shows up to the debate and everything's like written by a consultant.
00:30:23.000 And I just kind of stumped everyone because they asked me about the election.
00:30:26.000 I said, let me just see a show of hands who thinks that election was corrupt?
00:30:29.000 Well, three of us raised our hand and she sat there with her hand down.
00:30:33.000 We can't put somebody in office who won't even acknowledge we have corruption in our election system.
00:30:38.000 We've got to get someone who will fix this.
00:30:40.000 Who is she pandering to?
00:30:42.000 I mean, who does she think is going to vote for her by saying that?
00:30:44.000 I think she's pandering to the same people who need corrupt elections to win.
00:30:47.000 A lot of them are Republicans and a lot of them are Democrats.
00:30:50.000 The wave of the future for America is America first.
00:30:57.000 And I know people associate that with President Trump.
00:30:59.000 He's the one who kind of ushered in that movement.
00:31:01.000 But that's where we're going.
00:31:02.000 I think, here's how I'd put it.
00:31:05.000 I don't think it was fraud that got Joe Biden to win in 2020.
00:31:09.000 I think it was corruption.
00:31:11.000 I think there's evidence of fraud, but I don't see that we have definitive proof that fraud put him over the mark.
00:31:17.000 I think we do have evidence that corruption did.
00:31:20.000 We have them admitting it in the Time Magazine article.
00:31:22.000 We have numerous states that violated the Constitution.
00:31:25.000 Texas filed a lawsuit over it and the Supreme Court refused to hear it.
00:31:29.000 There is ample evidence that corrupt actors in these states changed the rules unconstitutionally to benefit Joe Biden.
00:31:35.000 That is overt!
00:31:37.000 And this is why I say this, because I'm like, we know there's fraud.
00:31:40.000 Even Bill Barr said there was fraud.
00:31:41.000 The question is, did it put Joe Biden over the mark?
00:31:44.000 Well, I don't know.
00:31:44.000 What I can tell you is they gave Joe Biden extra days.
00:31:47.000 That's corruption.
00:31:47.000 He sure seemed very comfortable not campaigning.
00:31:50.000 He felt real comfortable, real secure that he was going to win that.
00:31:54.000 And we also had $480 million dollars, the Zuckerbucks they call them.
00:31:58.000 That's corruption.
00:31:59.000 That's total corruption.
00:32:00.000 That's absolute corruption.
00:32:01.000 When executives in the states were changing the rules in violation of the Constitution, it's corruption.
00:32:06.000 When Texas says, here's our claim against Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, I think Nevada and Arizona may have been included in that, and the Supreme Court just says, we're not getting involved, that's cowardice.
00:32:18.000 I'm sick of cowards.
00:32:20.000 Right.
00:32:20.000 This one's a coward, by the way.
00:32:23.000 She had a chance to vote.
00:32:24.000 I'm sorry, I'm going to go with my triggered mama bear here.
00:32:28.000 I told you that the masks on our children are the thing that just killed me the most.
00:32:32.000 Watching mothers and fathers who had to go off to work and they had to get their kids on the school bus.
00:32:37.000 They know these things are wrong and having to put these masks on their little ones.
00:32:41.000 She had a chance to vote the kids out of that because she was on the governing board for our universities.
00:32:45.000 Mind you, it's 115 degrees in Phoenix in the summer.
00:32:48.000 Come back to school in August and she voted.
00:32:51.000 She had a chance to vote our kids out of those masks and vaccines.
00:32:55.000 Vaccines aren't even needed for young people.
00:32:56.000 You know what we need?
00:32:57.000 She sat the vote out.
00:32:58.000 She refused to vote.
00:32:59.000 That's a coward.
00:33:00.000 You ever see the movie They Live?
00:33:02.000 No.
00:33:03.000 Rowdy, Rowdy Piper.
00:33:05.000 He finds a pair of sunglasses.
00:33:07.000 When he puts them on, he can see the reality.
00:33:09.000 Oh, I've seen clips from that.
00:33:11.000 Some people are aliens.
00:33:12.000 We need that for RINOs and establishment, Uniparty and all that stuff, just to be able to put on the glasses and be like, I ain't voting for you.
00:33:19.000 Well, you don't need the glasses, you just need to dig around and look into their... We've done the digging, and we've looked into her record, her voting record.
00:33:30.000 But in the movie, there's this guy who refuses to wear the glasses.
00:33:35.000 And this is, it's a great movie, you gotta watch it.
00:33:38.000 It's Rowdy Roddy Piper's playing this guy, he puts the glasses on and he goes, holy shit,
00:33:42.000 what is the real world, right?
00:33:44.000 This other guy says, I ain't wearing those glasses, and he goes, just put them on one
00:33:47.000 time and he goes, no.
00:33:48.000 And they beat the shit out of each other and he has to force the glasses onto his face
00:33:51.000 and then finally he goes, what the fuck?
00:33:55.000 He sees the real world in you.
00:33:57.000 It's such a great metaphor for reality.
00:33:59.000 These Democrat people, no matter what you show them, they refuse.
00:34:03.000 They just say no, they won't hear it.
00:34:04.000 And there are even people who would vote for this person who just refuse to hear it.
00:34:08.000 I think that you're right, that people need to be exposed.
00:34:10.000 There needs to be a sense of exposure to people that want to work in the public office.
00:34:14.000 They need a certain amount of time front-facing to the public.
00:34:18.000 I think it should be...
00:34:20.000 It should be required that people that want to be in office have to spend X amount of hours per week
00:34:25.000 Communicating with the public if they're a public official or at least a front-facing public official like a political
00:34:31.000 official or something like that Yeah, I do today in the Democrat that I'm gonna be running
00:34:34.000 against in the fall won't do a debate either She won't debate her the fellow Democrats because she's
00:34:40.000 ahead in the polls. Well, I'm ahead in the polls. I'll debate anybody
00:34:43.000 Yeah, well, I'm not a master debater, but I'm willing to discuss ideas and that's what the people need
00:34:48.000 They need to know what's your idea? And here's what my idea is which one's better and we discuss it
00:34:52.000 I think authenticity is what people are craving and so just having long-form conversations doing, you know
00:34:59.000 Shows like this is what is gonna change the game and maybe pull us out of this this tailspin
00:35:04.000 So with that being said, Carrie, it's been a blast.
00:35:07.000 Thank you.
00:35:07.000 I'm so glad to be back on.
00:35:08.000 I had such a great time last time I was here and I was looking forward to it.
00:35:11.000 Well, you can come back whenever you want when you're governor and you're changing the game and changing the world.
00:35:15.000 We'd love to have you back as well.
00:35:16.000 Thank you.
00:35:16.000 We need to get the people who are listening in Arizona.
00:35:19.000 If you know somebody in Arizona, call and make sure they vote.
00:35:23.000 I'm open.
00:35:23.000 I would love to have the Democrats who are waking up to the nonsense that they're seeing.
00:35:27.000 And there are probably a lot of people going, wait, this isn't the Democrat Party that I remember.
00:35:31.000 I think if John F. Kennedy were alive today, he would be a Republican, a Trump Republican.
00:35:35.000 Absolutely.
00:35:36.000 For sure.
00:35:37.000 So we want your vote.
00:35:38.000 If you're fleeing the Democrat Party and you're waking up, I want your vote.
00:35:42.000 If you are an independent who wants common sense policy, I want your vote.
00:35:46.000 Don't believe what the BS are writing in the news because they're just trying to stop all of us ultra mega candidates.
00:35:52.000 Right on!
