Transcript

00:00:00.000 you you
00:00:54.000 you so joe biden has covid the day after he announced i guess
00:01:07.000 accidentally that he has cancer uh Whatever, I guess.
00:01:11.000 This is the world we live in, where the president of the United States goes on, gives some speech, says he has cancer.
00:01:17.000 The White House then comes out and says, no, no, he had cancer before.
00:01:21.000 And then the next day we find out the president's being isolated, but for COVID.
00:01:25.000 However, he didn't say he had COVID, someone else did.
00:01:28.000 And then I jokingly mentioned, he did do a video about it where he's like, you may have heard that I tested positive for COVID.
00:01:33.000 And then I was like, he didn't say he had it.
00:01:34.000 He didn't confirm it.
00:01:36.000 But this is the weird reality of it that either the president says he has cancer and he does, or he accidentally told the world he did.
00:01:43.000 So anyway, look, now he's in isolation.
00:01:46.000 It's a whole lot of weird nonsense.
00:01:47.000 We'll talk about that.
00:01:48.000 We got Dave Chappelle to talk about.
00:01:50.000 He canceled an event because, this is crazy, I didn't know this, but we're apparently learning that people weren't gonna show up and employees just dipped out because I guess Antifa was threatening violence.
00:01:59.000 So we'll talk about that.
00:02:00.000 Plus, we are going head to head With the Democrats, J6 committee, full of garbage lies, primetime show.
00:02:08.000 And we are going to call them out, and we're going to call them out, and we're going to do it right, but before we do...
00:02:13.000 We're gonna shout out our sponsor tonight, which is TimCast.com.

00:03:25.000 We're gonna make it.
00:03:26.000 We started with this.
00:03:27.000 We got Cast Castle.

00:03:35.000 We're gonna put out more shows, documentaries.
00:03:37.000 We're gonna give you everything.
00:03:38.000 And then...
00:03:39.000 The regular person in this country who cares not for politics will say, I signed up to TimCast.com and canceled my Netflix because they're better.
00:03:46.000 And that's how we win the culture war.
00:03:47.000 So don't forget to smash that like button, subscribe to this channel, share the show with your friends.
00:03:51.000 And I will say, the reason we're going to be able to call out January 6 and do it right is because we are being joined by Marjorie Taylor Greene.

00:03:59.000 Howdy.

00:05:39.000 She's just a delight to talk to and hang out with, and I'm stoked for what we talk about tonight.
00:05:43.000 Alright, let's jump into this first story from TimCast.com.
00:05:47.000 President Biden tests positive for COVID, reporting mild symptoms.
00:05:52.000 I don't know how much I should really care about this story.
00:05:54.000 I don't know how much I should believe this story.
00:05:56.000 But the big story, I guess, is the rampant speculation.
00:05:59.000 Immediately, President Harris started trending.
00:06:02.000 Once again, as it often does whenever Biden is sick with something.
00:06:05.000 And then people started speculating as to what's really gonna happen.
00:06:09.000 And so my favorite conspiracy theory, I don't know if it's a conspiracy theory, is that Biden, I'm sorry, Kamala Harris will step down and take a prestigious job to fight climate change or something.
00:06:21.000 Biden will then appoint to VP Newsom.
00:06:24.000 Then Biden will get 25th amendmented, where it's like his brain doesn't work and he's incapable of doing the job.
00:06:30.000 Which is already happening.
00:06:31.000 Well, yeah, I mean, he accidentally claimed to get cancer, or he does.
00:06:34.000 One of the two.
00:06:34.000 Either way, it's bad.
00:06:36.000 And then he chooses Stacey Abrams to be VP.
00:06:39.000 That's like the apocalyptic scenario, I guess.
00:06:41.000 Oh, well, I don't know.
00:06:43.000 Okay, well, first off, let's say this.
00:06:44.000 Cancer's horrible.
00:06:46.000 I mean, God forbid.
00:06:47.000 I really hope he doesn't have cancer.
00:06:49.000 That would be awful.
00:06:50.000 And COVID, we wish him well.
00:06:52.000 We hope he feels better.
00:06:54.000 But he does have dementia.
00:06:55.000 And we really need to know.
00:06:57.000 I mean, he needs to... You were doing so good.
00:07:01.000 I was like, cancer's bad.
00:07:02.000 Yes.
00:07:02.000 COVID's bad.
00:07:03.000 Oh, no!
00:07:04.000 But he probably isn't.
00:07:05.000 He's not doing well.
00:07:06.000 He's not doing good.
00:07:07.000 And but I will say Kamala Harris's president would be fantastic because I can tell you right now Republicans would definitely win in 2024 if Kamala was president.
00:07:17.000 Yeah, but I mean, I feel like they're going to win if Biden's president too, because can you imagine Joe Biden trying to go up against Trump?
00:07:24.000 He didn't do it the first time.
00:07:26.000 He just, what do they call the lid?
00:07:28.000 And then he just hid in his basement.
00:07:29.000 Yeah.
00:07:30.000 And they were betting on people just hating Trump.
00:07:32.000 Now you're going to put out a president who's destroyed the economy.
00:07:35.000 Who presided over, let's just say that, the destruction of the economy, the expansion of a war in Eastern Europe the first time since like World War II.
00:07:43.000 Horrible.
00:07:43.000 Food prices through the roof, inflation through the roof, gas shortages coming, panic, fear, chaos, and then they got it.
00:07:51.000 So I actually think Kamala Harris, as bad as she is, it'd probably knock them up a couple points.
00:07:55.000 I don't know.
00:07:55.000 They don't like Kamala.
00:07:57.000 Like remember when she was in the primary, she was one of the least popular ones.
00:08:02.000 Democrats don't like her.
00:08:03.000 No, I was a Tulsi fella when she ripped into her during the debates.
00:08:09.000 She's done horribly anti-progressive things.
00:08:13.000 With criminal justice in California.
00:08:16.000 I mean, it's been abysmal.
00:08:18.000 She bragged about slavery, right?
00:08:23.000 Previously, she bragged about it.
00:08:25.000 Now she's getting called out for it.
00:08:26.000 It was her office, I believe, that kept inmates in longer to use as cheap labor to fight wildfires.
00:08:34.000 And it's funny when I say that and people go, inmates don't fight wildfires.
00:08:37.000 And I'm like, Oh, buddy, read the 13th amendment.
00:08:41.000 It allows for slavery with after the conviction of a crime or something that effect.
00:08:45.000 So yeah, they can make no money, but they're even doing labor.
00:08:47.000 They give them like a dollar a dollar.
00:08:49.000 Yeah.
00:08:49.000 Yep.
00:08:49.000 Risk your life in a wildfire because you're an inmate and you have, and it's the best thing you can do.
00:08:54.000 And she's like, we'll deny their parole and just do it this way.
00:08:56.000 Also, by the way, remember that the majority of prisoners in America are also there for nonviolent drug offenses.
00:09:01.000 So it's not like they're, like, sending just, like, a rag tag.
00:09:04.000 It's not like Suicide Squad, where they're sending a bunch of assassins to fight wildfires.
00:09:08.000 It's just, like, dudes who were caught selling dime bags in the 80s.
00:09:11.000 Or they're in solitary confinement for going in the Capitol on January 6th.
00:09:15.000 Pre-trial.
00:09:16.000 There's that too.
00:09:17.000 Yeah, a 69-year-old cancer patient.
00:09:19.000 I love this.
00:09:19.000 They claimed... You saw the story, right?
00:09:21.000 Yeah.
00:09:22.000 So, the prosecution said that she was yelling for people to go in the building.
00:09:25.000 And I was like, oh wow, she was really... Kind of like Ray Epps.
00:09:30.000 Like Ray Epps?
00:09:30.000 Whoa, where's that guy?
00:09:32.000 I don't even know.
00:09:33.000 You know, they bring up this, people on the right mention the 69-year-old woman with cancer.
00:09:37.000 Yes, I've been furious about it.
00:09:39.000 Two months, and so then you hear the argument and they're like, she was encouraging people to trespass and all that, and I was like, wow, she was encouraging trespassing.
00:09:49.000 Kind of like the media.
00:09:51.000 Is that anything like the Colbert staffers who lied about having credentials?
00:09:55.000 Cause such a ruckus that a Democrat staffer called for emergency services.
00:09:59.000 We're banging on people's doors, after hours, and telling people they're gonna be putting things in there under their doors.
00:10:05.000 Is that better or worse?
00:10:07.000 You can tell me it's the same.
00:10:08.000 I don't care.
00:10:08.000 It's certainly, at the very least, worse than what someone is accused of doing.
00:10:12.000 And the prosecutor said, well, we wouldn't get a conviction anyway, so.
00:10:16.000 That's a two-tiered justice system.
00:10:18.000 Yeah, that same film crew was outside my office.
00:10:21.000 They targeted my office.
00:10:23.000 Capitol Police have it on video.
00:10:25.000 But yeah, there's no prosecution happening.
00:10:28.000 The office that actually allowed them to come in is Jake Auchincloss's office, and his chief of staff is Tim Hysom.
00:10:35.000 who is the guy caught on camera and arrested by Capitol Police that was targeting the sign
00:10:40.000 outside my office. But no, DOJ won't prosecute any of it.
00:10:44.000 But yeah, they put a 69 year old cancer patient in jail for two months. She walked, she okay, she
00:10:50.000 told people to go in. She walked into the Capitol. I think she was in there five minutes. That's
00:10:55.000 what I read. And then she came back out.
00:10:56.000 She was filming. She said that I like to film these things.
00:11:00.000 And they're like, but you post it on social media that everyone should come down.
00:11:03.000 And this is what they do.
00:11:04.000 If you go on social media and you're like, everybody should protest in DC,
00:11:08.000 and then everyone shows up wearing the pink pussy hats and that's it.
00:11:10.000 Everyone's fine.
00:11:11.000 But you get a couple hundred of those people to then tear a fence down,
00:11:15.000 and they're going to claim that your call for protest was actually a call for violence.
00:11:18.000 That's right.
00:11:19.000 That's what they do.
00:11:20.000 But it's like the media talking about all the Antifa BLM protests, and they were burning cities.
00:11:26.000 They burned Washington, D.C.
00:11:28.000 It was on fire.
00:11:29.000 It was mostly peaceful, a little bit fiery, but you know, I mean, everybody's let off, right?
00:11:35.000 That aerial shot of D.C.
00:11:36.000 with the fire everywhere, the smoke coming out all over the place?
00:11:39.000 Did you guys see AOC's recommendations for how to protest?
00:11:43.000 She has a graphic.
00:11:44.000 Yeah, I remember that.
00:11:45.000 Did you remember that?
00:11:45.000 A while ago, yeah.
00:11:46.000 Do you remember it's on her graphic that she recommends heat-resistant gloves?
00:11:50.000 Whoa, what?
00:11:51.000 Interesting.
00:11:51.000 I didn't notice that.
00:11:52.000 Yes!
00:11:53.000 Oh my gosh.
00:11:53.000 It is unbelievable.
00:11:54.000 Heat-resistant gloves, goggles, and a mask, nondescript clothing, and cover up any identifiable tattoos.
00:12:01.000 It's like a how to be a terrorist thing.
00:12:02.000 When did she post this?
00:12:03.000 It was posted during all the BLM and Antifa riots.
00:12:06.000 2020.
00:12:06.000 Wow.
00:12:08.000 I want to go back to the Biden-COVID thing because I want to point out to everybody that one of the most scariest symptoms of COVID is A loss of your sense of smell.
00:12:19.000 We have this tweet here from Thomas Massey.
00:12:22.000 He said, what if he loses his sense of smell?
00:12:26.000 And it's Biden sniffing children and women.
00:12:29.000 This could be the end of Joe Biden.
00:12:31.000 When he can't sniff women and children.
00:12:33.000 He's like, just let me... He was doing it again the other day.
00:12:36.000 He was?
00:12:37.000 It's a thing.
00:12:37.000 He loves to do it.
00:12:38.000 Someone posted there, like, imagine wearing a mask.
00:12:42.000 Getting double vaxxed and triple boosted and then you catch COVID because Joe Biden sniffed you.
00:12:48.000 That's not good.
00:12:49.000 Not good.
00:12:50.000 I had to pull it up.
00:12:51.000 I know I don't want to derail from the conversation.
00:12:53.000 But I was like, this is like, if Biden were watching a horror movie, it's about a guy who loses his senses.
00:12:58.000 That's what it is.
00:13:00.000 It's just him riding an Amtrak into the sunset.
00:13:03.000 Leave me on this Amtrak to Delaware.
00:13:05.000 All right, Tim, I just texted you AOC's post of her protesting safely, so I just sent it to him and maybe he can give it to you and you guys can put it up.
00:13:16.000 And from what I can tell, I haven't confirmed this independently, but I saw a news article saying that Biden has in fact lost his sense of smell, so it's all over.
00:13:24.000 Oh, boy.
00:13:25.000 Oh, wow.
00:13:25.000 You can fact check it for me.
00:13:26.000 You know, look, look, I just gotta say, For all the faults of Joe Biden to take, to revel in the loss of his one true joy.
00:13:34.000 It's just, it's just.
00:13:36.000 Should we have a moment of silence?
00:13:38.000 I was going to, I was going to try and do this.
00:13:39.000 We should pray for him.
00:13:40.000 We should pray for him.
00:13:41.000 Well, I was going to try and get really close to him.
00:13:42.000 For his recovery and his sense of smell.
00:13:44.000 No, maybe we should pray for it not to return.
00:13:48.000 Save the children.
00:13:51.000 Any child listening to the show is like, no!
00:13:54.000 I just, I really do appreciate, Marjorie, that you're a member of Congress making these jokes.
00:13:58.000 It's fantastic.
00:13:59.000 Well, I'm a normal person.
00:14:00.000 I'm a regular person.
00:14:01.000 That's why a lot of people think I, you know, they say terrible things about me, but... Yeah, you know what?
00:14:07.000 I'll be honest off the bat.
00:14:09.000 When I heard we were going to be on the show together, I just envisioned every liberal that I follow on Twitter, my family.
00:14:16.000 I'm like, God, everyone's going to hate me.
00:14:17.000 And then part of me was like, okay, Maybe I need to get soundbites going after her.
00:14:22.000 And then because of you, Marjorie, I had to watch a ten minute, very unfunny daily show clip.
00:14:26.000 It was so long, dude.
00:14:28.000 It was so long.
00:14:30.000 All About You, and I was like, this is terrible.
00:14:31.000 And then everyone here was like, dude, you're gonna love her.
00:14:34.000 And I'm like, I don't know.
00:14:35.000 And they're like, you're gonna love her.
00:14:37.000 And then literally before the show, I was like...
00:14:39.000 I love her.
00:14:41.000 You were making me laugh, you were telling stories, you were giving me advice on my glasses.
00:14:47.000 Jamie 10 years ago would be too scared to actually confront Jamie now, to be fair.
00:14:52.000 Jamie 10 years ago would be like, if I go on a show with Jamie in 10 years, I'll get cancelled.
00:14:54.000 Yeah, I would just sadly tweet about it and then not talk to this Jamie face to face.
00:14:59.000 But you know what, Jamie?
00:15:00.000 You know what I think the deal is?
00:15:02.000 I think most Americans, we actually agree on more things than we realize.
00:15:07.000 Don't you charm me with that.
00:15:09.000 Yeah, no, I agree.
00:15:11.000 We were talking about this before the show, which is I love the fact that the Congresswoman that is talking about that here is known as one of the most divided.
00:15:21.000 Cause I say that on stage, I do stand up where there in my show, there are stuff where I make fun of the left and make fun of the right and everybody like real people, not Twitter personalities, everybody laughs at the same stuff.
00:15:33.000 And then you go, Hey, if we can take that laughter outside and just assume that you have good intentions and that I have good intentions.
00:15:41.000 And that if we talk, we probably have some similar values and different ways to get to it would probably be fine.
00:15:47.000 That's right.
00:15:47.000 And then everyone's like, yeah, but instead we're just glued to Twitter and Facebook and CNN and Fox News and all these corporations that essentially profit off of us fighting.
00:15:55.000 They do, and they put us into soundbites.
00:15:58.000 100%.
00:15:58.000 So you can make anyone seem horrible or angry or bad in any way if you put them into soundbites.
00:16:05.000 Yep.
00:16:05.000 Because you can twist whatever these little bitty sentence or whatever it is.
00:16:09.000 Yeah, people don't know, you actually went on for three hours about Jewish space lasers.
00:16:12.000 If you heard the whole three hour thing, it was so much more.
00:16:16.000 The context was really stripped out.
00:16:19.000 I know!
00:16:19.000 Yeah, there were poems in it, which was great.
00:16:21.000 Me as a Jew, I appreciated it.
00:16:24.000 Yeah, and I funded them.
00:16:26.000 I voted to fund them.
00:16:28.000 I'm actually impressed with the technology.
00:16:30.000 I think it's amazing.
00:16:31.000 She was super proud of that.
00:16:32.000 Here's the crazy thing that I see though.
00:16:35.000 I see people posting memes claiming that you talked about Jewish space lasers, which you literally did not do.
00:16:39.000 I never said that phrase.
00:16:41.000 Right.
00:16:41.000 I didn't even know the phrase until they were writing articles about me and I was trending on Twitter with the hashtag Jewish space lasers.
00:16:50.000 I was like, what are they talking about?
00:16:52.000 But I look at these memes and there are people who genuinely believe you claimed that.
00:16:57.000 And it was like... Dude, I did!
00:16:58.000 I was just like... because I didn't research it.
00:17:00.000 You see everyone talking about it on Twitter and then you see real verified journalists and you go, alright, well that's the new crazy congress lady who I guess is talking about us having space lasers or whatever.
00:17:09.000 And then you read it and you were talking about PG&E and investment firms and it was like... And I mentioned that a Rothschild was on the board and I didn't even know they were Jewish.
00:17:22.000 I would describe it as... That's so funny.
00:17:26.000 I didn't know.
00:17:27.000 I would describe the post as just asking questions, conspiracy theory, internet posting.
00:17:33.000 Like, you were very much like... It was, it was all question marks.
00:17:37.000 Yeah, it was like, is it possible that this could have happened?
00:17:40.000 I'll tell you personally, I think it's silly.
00:17:42.000 But the fact that they construed a silly post on Facebook into you claiming Jewish people had space lasers is just the...
00:17:50.000 It had nothing to do with Jewish people.
00:17:52.000 It had everything to do with the technology that was new, that was harnessing the sun's energy and sending it back to transmitters.
00:18:01.000 To create energy.
00:18:02.000 It was just, that's what I was talking about.
00:18:04.000 And that's more like a Mexican thing.
00:18:05.000 Just kidding.
00:18:06.000 I'm just kidding.
00:18:06.000 I'm just kidding.
00:18:08.000 Just kidding.
00:18:09.000 Or maybe that's what happened to my forehead.
00:18:11.000 I actually burned it with a curling iron.
00:18:16.000 They knew that if they tried to actually say, here's what it is, they find a post from you where I think, like, I don't know enough about the transmission technology.
00:18:26.000 I have read about how they do solar capture and then they use- I thought it was really interesting.
00:18:31.000 Solar capture, energy transmission to base stations in the U.S.
00:18:33.000 has been stuff that I've read about in sci-fi.
00:18:35.000 And then you were asking if it could be used to start wildfires or something.
00:18:39.000 No, no, no.
00:18:40.000 I was asking, and I was just asking, like anytime there's something new, right?
00:18:46.000 Whenever there's a new invention, a new creation.
00:18:49.000 Is there a mistake like when the Wright brothers started to fly?
00:18:52.000 How many times did you see like brand new airplanes people trying it out and they crashed right?
00:18:57.000 I was just asking could there be like a miscalculation and where they're sending it back to could it miss because our earth rotates and Things move in space.
00:19:08.000 It was like literally just asking questions.
00:19:10.000 That was it.
00:19:11.000 I wasn't accusing anyone, especially Jewish people.
00:19:14.000 I would never do that.
00:19:15.000 Thank you so much.
00:19:16.000 You're welcome.
00:19:17.000 The post is nothing.
00:19:18.000 The post is nothing.
00:19:19.000 And so there's no story unless you reframe it as Jewish space lasers.
00:19:24.000 And I think it was in 2018.
00:19:25.000 Yeah, it was insane.
00:19:27.000 Let me tell you.
00:19:28.000 I'm going to rag on this because I know I bring up a little bit, but it's a good segue.
00:19:32.000 When I said this in January, how are you going to convict people on January 6th of trespassing if the police are on video opening doors for them?
00:19:41.000 Now, obviously, the people who broke glass and are fighting with cops, they're hitting cops.
00:19:45.000 Of course you get charged for that.
00:19:47.000 Right.
00:19:47.000 The Young Turks did a segment saying I had the stupidest argument ever.
00:19:51.000 And it's like they just literally strawmanned and misconstrued on purpose what I was saying.
00:19:56.000 I was right.
00:19:57.000 A guy, I think his name is Matthew Martin, was acquitted on all charges because the judge saw the video of the cops fanning people in.
00:20:03.000 Now, some people were fanned in, some people the doors open.
00:20:07.000 AOC said so.
00:20:08.000 She did.
00:20:09.000 But this is what we see, that is what we refer to as the quote-unquote left, is like they will intentionally misconstrue your post in a way to smear you because they know their viewers aren't smart enough to actually fact check.
00:20:21.000 Well, they have a purpose in this story, right?
00:20:24.000 It's a political purpose.
00:20:26.000 They don't want Trump to run for president again.
00:20:28.000 They have to smear him as much as possible.
00:20:32.000 They have to embarrass him and everyone that worked for him, anyone that aligns with him, because they want to stop him from running for president again.
00:20:41.000 That's what this is all about.
00:20:42.000 Same as the Russia hoax.
00:20:43.000 They wanted to impeach him and get him out.
00:20:45.000 And January 6 is another issue.
00:20:47.000 So it's they target anyone that that defies their
00:20:51.000 narrative.
00:20:52.000 Well and also what's so frustrating about it is look me and you are going to
00:20:56.000 disagree probably on some trans stuff.
00:20:58.000 We're going to disagree probably on abortion stuff. We're going to disagree.
00:21:01.000 A lot of things right.
00:21:03.000 But if I'm just taking things that you didn't
00:21:07.000 say or saying things that are out of context.
00:21:09.000 That means I don't have an argument.
00:21:12.000 I would so much rather talk to someone and find out what we do have in common and then we can talk about it.
00:21:19.000 So like abortion is a great example where I used to just be no questions asked, completely pro-choice.
00:21:27.000 And then I talked to conservative friends and I learned about some of the late-term abortions and I'm like, I don't love that.
00:21:33.000 But one thing that I will always say and I will vehemently a defend is I go, hey, if we're restricting abortion rights, which a lot of the stuff I don't agree on, maybe we should also talk about more sex education or more access to contraceptives.
00:21:49.000 And I feel like with every political issue, there are these middle grounds where it's like, OK, if I give you that, like how if the goal is just here's the issue.
00:22:00.000 The right is offering nothing but compromise.
00:22:03.000 It is objectively true.
00:22:04.000 The overturning of Roe v. Wade is a conservative compromise.
00:22:08.000 Well, let me ask you, right?
00:22:10.000 Do you think abortion should be banned totally?
00:22:13.000 I am unapologetically, I believe in life at conception.
00:22:17.000 I do.
00:22:18.000 I think that, and I'll tell you because I'm a mom, I have three kids, and there's nothing that I could ever do in my life, even if I became president, even if I created world peace, there's nothing I could do in my life that would be greater than being a mom because I love my kids that much and I consider it a true blessing.
00:22:36.000 So, and I don't think anyone is a mistake.
00:22:39.000 I do not.
00:22:40.000 I believe that every single person that God has a plan for them, even if they're unwanted, even if they came out of a horrible rape or something, I just, I truly believe that there's a reason for them.
00:22:53.000 I want to separate this into two distinct questions in the same area, right?
00:22:58.000 There is the political implementation of a ban versus the personal feeling there should be, right?
00:23:03.000 Do you personally feel abortion is wrong and shouldn't be allowed?
00:23:06.000 Yes, that's how I personally feel.
00:23:08.000 Politically, do you think in the entire nation there should be a nationwide ban on abortion in every state at the federal level?
00:23:14.000 If I had to vote on that, yes, I would vote on that.
00:23:17.000 So, here's the issue.
00:23:19.000 But let me add to it.
00:23:20.000 I do not think Our government is serving the American people and we should do more for women.
00:23:28.000 We should do more for orphans.
00:23:31.000 We should do more to help.
00:23:32.000 We should help people.
00:23:33.000 And we don't do that.
00:23:35.000 We send our monies overseas to foreign countries.
00:23:38.000 We build schools and walls and roads in foreign countries.
00:23:41.000 We fund foreign wars.
00:23:43.000 But we do nothing to incentivize families.
00:23:47.000 Flint, Michigan needed water pipes for a long time.
00:23:50.000 But here's my point.
00:23:51.000 What the Republicans ended up doing is allowing the states to decide if they have abortion or not.
00:23:57.000 And the left is acting like... Well, no, the Supreme Court did that.
00:24:00.000 I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
00:24:00.000 Yeah, the Supreme Court ruled that... They gave the right back to the states.
00:24:04.000 Gave it back to the states.
00:24:06.000 And now you have red states saying, you know, many red states saying, we're putting limits on abortion, and blue states, that's a compromise position.
00:24:13.000 The Republicans didn't come out, and the Supreme Court, I should say, could have ruled abortion was completely illegal under the 14th Amendment.
00:24:21.000 The Supreme Court, six to three of conservative justices, could have said, the 14th Amendment guarantees equal rights under the law and we hereby recognize life at conception as a simple moral principle.
00:24:31.000 They could have said that.
00:24:32.000 They didn't.
00:24:33.000 They went halfway and said, we shouldn't decide on this.
00:24:35.000 It's up to you guys to figure out.
00:24:37.000 Well, they gave it back to the states to decide because really our federal government has grown way too big.
00:24:45.000 I mean, you could look at this in so many different issues and avenues, but giving it back to the states actually gives people more control.
00:24:53.000 It really does.
00:24:54.000 I agree.
00:24:54.000 But you see the point?
00:24:55.000 The left is telling you that you need to live the way they want to live, and they want things in your state to be completely the way they want them.
00:25:03.000 And you're saying, no, no, your state should be allowed to do what it wants, and our state should be allowed to do our thing.
00:25:07.000 You're offering up a compromise.
00:25:09.000 Instead of telling blue states to live the way you live, you're saying, let's agree to disagree, and they're saying no to you.
00:25:14.000 That's the problem.
00:25:15.000 Well, that is true.
00:25:16.000 But I'm also sometimes in favor of a national divorce, because I'm glad you said of the fighting because you pause and I was like you're gonna say your husband?
00:25:23.000 sick and tired of. This is why I'm like MTG is like the best. Oh, I'm glad you said of the fighting
00:25:29.000 because you pause and I was like, you're gonna say your husband. I want to clarify real quick. Like
00:25:33.000 it is just the jokes you make the points you make you you're fearless.
00:25:37.000 I really respect that.
00:25:38.000 Thank you.
00:25:41.000 Look, we've had politicians on this show.
00:25:42.000 I've met with many politicians.
00:25:43.000 I typically can't stand them because they won't just say what you said.
00:25:47.000 You just fearlessly will say something as potent, I suppose, as sometimes in favor of a national divorce is a powerful thing to say.
00:25:55.000 Well, I think it's a lot better than a war.
00:25:57.000 I don't want to ever see a war.
00:25:59.000 A civil war would be awful.
00:26:00.000 Do you think that's where we're headed?
00:26:01.000 God, I hope not, but it seems that the divide and just the arguing and the vitriol and the hate, it just keeps building and building and building, and it's really upsetting.
00:26:13.000 We were in session all week this week, and it's nothing but bitter fighting.
00:26:19.000 It's just constant fighting on extremism and extreme issues and I just feel like if we're to this point, maybe we should consider that you have your blue states and we have our red states and we can all maybe figure out how to get along and talk again after we separate a little bit.
00:26:38.000 Headline Marjorie Taylor Greene wants civil war.
00:26:41.000 Well, they did that already, remember?
00:26:47.000 They did?
00:26:47.000 There was that big story where you said you said something about You know, this could lead to a civil war and they wrote Marjorie Taylor Greene wants war Oh no, I never want a war.
00:26:59.000 Never.
00:27:00.000 You want to know why?
00:27:01.000 All these gung-ho, you know, people older than me, if they think that they're going to go fight in the Civil War, sorry old out-of-shape people.
00:27:09.000 You are going to be the one doing it.
00:27:11.000 You know who it's going to be?
00:27:12.000 It's going to be my kids.
00:27:14.000 And I don't want that.
00:27:15.000 And I think that's wrong.
00:27:16.000 We want a good future for our children.
00:27:18.000 Let me pull up this post that you referenced earlier from AOC.
00:27:21.000 You sent it to me, and then I pulled up May 30th, 2020.
00:27:25.000 This is just after the George Floyd incident.
00:27:28.000 It's the summer of love.
00:27:30.000 Some of the worst writing we have ever seen in this country.
00:27:32.000 Some of the worst writing we have seen.
00:27:34.000 The most damage and loss since the 50s.
00:27:38.000 Dozens of lives lost.
00:27:40.000 AOC, protesting safely.
00:27:42.000 What to wear?
00:27:44.000 Nondescript solid-layer clothing.
00:27:47.000 Heat-resistant gloves.
00:27:49.000 I'm sorry, what?
00:27:50.000 Heat-resistant gloves.
00:27:52.000 Goggles, mask, emergency contacts written down.
00:27:55.000 Tie your hair up.
00:27:56.000 Don't bring things you don't want to be arrested with.
00:27:58.000 They got cotton, they got a knife.
00:27:59.000 Turn your cell phone off.
00:28:01.000 Why would you turn your cell phone off if you're protesting safely?
00:28:05.000 Well, I actually, if it was just the... What was the date?
00:28:09.000 May 30th.
00:28:10.000 Oh, wow.
00:28:11.000 If it, look, I think... 2020.
00:28:13.000 I'll tell you what, the one thing that really alarms me, and it's the heat-resistant gloves.
00:28:17.000 Me too!
00:28:17.000 That is, that is her basically saying, get ready for terrorism.
00:28:21.000 Yeah.
00:28:21.000 Now look, if you tell... Absolutely!
00:28:22.000 Why would you wear heat-resistant gloves?
00:28:24.000 Molotov cocktails.
00:28:26.000 Okay.
00:28:26.000 I mean, it could also... Lighting a fire.
00:28:27.000 Tear gas canisters.
00:28:28.000 Okay.
00:28:29.000 Tear gas can get hot or cold.
00:28:32.000 I'm not sure which one.
00:28:33.000 Is it exothermic?
00:28:34.000 I don't know.
00:28:36.000 I think it might get hot.
00:28:37.000 I'm not sure.
00:28:38.000 I'm not sure.
00:28:38.000 You're trying to find out if I'm undercover Antifa right now.
00:28:41.000 You're like, Jamie, which one is it?
00:28:42.000 Do you have your heat-resistant gloves with you?
00:28:45.000 Heat compression is usually cold.
00:28:47.000 Right.
00:28:47.000 But I've heard people say hot, so someone in the chat can correct me.
00:28:50.000 This would be arson.
00:28:51.000 Wearing insulating gloves is literally about picking up tear gas and throwing it or Molotov cocktails or starting fires.
00:28:57.000 But it says protesting safely.
00:28:59.000 Yeah, okay.
00:29:00.000 For you, yeah.
00:29:00.000 To be fair, and this is not, I have a list of things you were talking about that I would much rather defend than AOC right now, but could it also be, which is also bad, fire could be there, this is how you protect yourself, not inciting, wear these gloves so you can make fire.
00:29:19.000 Not at a safe protest.
00:29:21.000 Not at a peaceful protest.
00:29:22.000 Also, don't bring anything you want to be arrested with.
00:29:26.000 Yeah.
00:29:26.000 Well, look, look, look.
00:29:28.000 I've seen people get wrongfully arrested at protests, and I've seen people get arrested because the cops can't make a determination on who's the ones throwing the molotovs, and so they'll arrest everybody and then sort it out.
00:29:38.000 I don't agree with it always.
00:29:40.000 Sometimes, like, Sometimes it's like, okay, I don't know.
00:29:43.000 I don't know how you solve the problem.
00:29:44.000 But telling someone, I think it's good advice to turn your cell phone off and turn off face and touch ID.
00:29:49.000 Because the cop can take your phone and hold up your face and then get into it.
00:29:52.000 And Fourth Amendment, I'm not a fan.
00:29:55.000 The one thing I'm like, I want people to protest safely.
00:29:58.000 I want them to have washcloth and snacks and stuff.
00:30:02.000 But they tell you to bring water for drinking and tear gas and to wear heat resistant gloves.
00:30:06.000 And I'm like, sounds like y'all are getting ready for some violence.
00:30:08.000 That is not a safe protest.
00:30:10.000 At least that's not a protest I would want to be involved in.
00:30:13.000 there's a saying here. I wouldn't want to be near any of that. The left likes to post a meme where they say
00:30:17.000 to look who's starting a riot, to look at who is starting a riot, look who came
00:30:21.000 dressed for the riot and they show riot cops and then I'm just like uh huh, and you're also wearing
00:30:27.000 masks with heat resistant gloves and showing up with sunglasses and bricks and bats and
00:30:32.000 stuff Yeah, you're both.
00:30:34.000 The cops wouldn't be there wearing riot gear if rioters weren't showing up.
00:30:38.000 Exactly.
00:30:39.000 Yeah.
00:30:39.000 But they do show up, which creates a precedent.
00:30:41.000 And now the police will show up in riot gear regardless.
00:30:44.000 Speaking of AOC, she was just arrested this week.
00:30:48.000 Faking being handcuffed.
00:30:49.000 Well, first off, they were laying... Did she have her heat-resistant gloves when she was arrested?
00:30:53.000 She did not.
00:30:53.000 She did not.
00:30:54.000 Oh, she didn't read her own crap!
00:30:56.000 She didn't.
00:30:57.000 She forgot.
00:30:57.000 Come on, man!
00:30:58.000 Well, they were laying in the street.
00:30:59.000 They were laying across the road.
00:31:01.000 The Capitol Police asked them three times...
00:31:04.000 Congresswoman, would you please get out of the road?
00:31:06.000 You make it run over.
00:31:08.000 They refused, and so the police were escorting them out.
00:31:11.000 But here's something, you guys.
00:31:12.000 I want everyone to know, you can go to cuffthesquad.com and send AOC or Ilhan Omar some handcuffs.
00:31:20.000 Oh my gosh, really?
00:31:21.000 So for those who don't know, they pretended to be handcuffed.
00:31:26.000 They did.
00:31:26.000 They pretended.
00:31:27.000 So send her some.
00:31:28.000 See, there's her picture.
00:31:29.000 Now also, I want to point out, it was like 93 degrees at the time.
00:31:34.000 It's very warm.
00:31:34.000 It is warm.
00:31:35.000 She's wearing a lot.
00:31:36.000 And she doesn't look sweaty.
00:31:37.000 They're both wearing dark clothing.
00:31:39.000 Long sleeves.
00:31:40.000 Nondescript clothing.
00:31:41.000 Yeah.
00:31:42.000 And a green scarf for the group that George Soros funds.
00:31:47.000 Interesting.
00:31:48.000 Yep, that was out in the news today.
00:31:51.000 It was an organized effort with a George Soros funded group.
00:31:56.000 The Green Scarf?
00:31:57.000 Yeah, the Green Scarf.
00:31:58.000 I forget the name of the group, but it's out in the news and the whole thing was organized.
00:32:01.000 So we want them to have handcuffs because they don't have any there when they're faking their arrest.
00:32:06.000 They need them.
00:32:07.000 CuffTheSquad.com.
00:32:08.000 If they had their own, they could have taken the cuffs out, put them on behind their own backs.
00:32:12.000 Their photos would have been a lot better for their fundraising emails.
00:32:15.000 That would have been cool.
00:32:17.000 It would have been seamless.
00:32:19.000 Just fake blood smeared across their face.
00:32:22.000 This one really, this story really pissed me off.
00:32:24.000 It is a brazen and blatant attempt at, they know the media will protect them.
00:32:29.000 AOC can go on Colbert and make up nonsense about the Civil War.
00:32:33.000 Did you see that one?
00:32:34.000 No.
00:32:35.000 I don't watch Stephen Colbert.
00:32:37.000 You know, I respect it.
00:32:39.000 I have to watch it because it's like I'm trying to, you know, she made an appearance.
00:32:42.000 I want to see what happened.
00:32:43.000 Right.
00:32:44.000 She said the craziest thing ever.
00:32:46.000 And, you know, I think it was Seamus who mentioned it was a total Chad move to go on national television.
00:32:50.000 Just lie like that.
00:32:51.000 He's not wrong.
00:32:52.000 But she said, she's like, look at what happened in the Civil War.
00:32:56.000 The Supreme Court was passing rulings that was hindering Lincoln's, the Confederacy taking over the Supreme Court was hindering Abraham Lincoln.
00:33:03.000 Like with Dred Scott, which said that black people couldn't be citizens.
00:33:06.000 So what did Abraham Lincoln do?
00:33:07.000 He signed the Emancipation Proclamation.
00:33:09.000 Okay.
00:33:11.000 Dred Scott happened like four or so years before Lincoln became president.
00:33:15.000 The Confederacy did not take over the Supreme Court.
00:33:17.000 The secession happened before Lincoln became president.
00:33:20.000 And the Emancipation Proclamation was two years after he became president and had no effect whatsoever on Dred Scott.
00:33:26.000 But she just lies.
00:33:27.000 The media doesn't do anything about it.
00:33:29.000 So when she faked having handcuffs on, And the photos came out with their hands behind her back and I saw all the people on Facebook and Twitter being like, why are they cuffing her?
00:33:37.000 Why are they cuffing her?
00:33:38.000 I'm like, what a scumbag!
00:33:41.000 I can't stand these people, man.
00:33:42.000 Everyone should be angry because here's the deal.
00:33:45.000 AOC, she comes from New York.
00:33:48.000 New York has abortion.
00:33:50.000 The women in her district have full access to abortion.
00:33:53.000 Why is she laying in the street and faking being arrested?
00:33:57.000 Ilhan Omar, they have abortion in Minnesota.
00:34:01.000 The women in her district have full access to abortion.
00:34:05.000 I mean, it's fake outrage.
00:34:06.000 And that's the thing.
00:34:07.000 It's like, if you truly believe in your cause, you should be able to argue it without fake publicity stunts.
00:34:15.000 And me as someone who is pro-choice, it's like, this just makes us look stupid.
00:34:20.000 I would so much rather you have a conversation about why than a publicity stunt for your Instagram or your TikTok or whatever.
00:34:28.000 I agree.
00:34:28.000 Politics flows in one direction.
00:34:30.000 That's gonna be the sound bite by the way they use against me just you looking at me going I agree and they're gonna
00:34:34.000 get Cancelled I love you
00:34:37.000 Okay, so I do he's gonna regret Politics flows in one direction
00:34:45.000 Yeah, if a person on the left stand next stands next to a person on the right it proves the person on the left is
00:34:50.000 Right. It's a right winger. Yeah, we should have a picture of me and you and then it just says she becomes progressive
00:34:56.000 Why can't that happen?
00:34:58.000 Look at her going to the left.
00:35:00.000 I'll stand on the left and you stand on the right.
00:35:04.000 I'm thinking of the math, right?
00:35:06.000 If one person If a progressive stands next to a conservative, people will be like, look at this, they're hanging out with conservatives, they're right wing.
00:35:14.000 But what if it's one liberal standing next to two conservatives?
00:35:19.000 I'm sorry, what if it's a conservative standing next to two liberals?
00:35:22.000 Are both liberals now conservative?
00:35:24.000 Or did the two liberals kidnap the conservative?
00:35:26.000 How many liberals equals one conservative?
00:35:29.000 Exactly.
00:35:29.000 This is some common core math going on here.
00:35:34.000 Imagine one conservative guy in the middle with five Antifa around him and he has his arm around their shoulders.
00:35:40.000 Are they gonna say those Antifa are all right-wing?
00:35:42.000 All of them?
00:35:42.000 No, they're gonna say they kidnapped him.
00:35:44.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:35:45.000 Yeah, Antifa kidnaps conservatives.
00:35:48.000 So yeah, point made.
00:35:50.000 Well, so I want to circle back to abortion, he says regretfully.
00:35:56.000 Oh, I miss Jen Psaki.
00:35:57.000 She was so good.
00:35:59.000 I liked her way better than Kareem.
00:36:05.000 Let's do this.
00:36:06.000 We actually have a story here that we can get into.
00:36:10.000 From Timcast.com, YouTube to remove videos containing false claims and unsafe instructions regarding abortion.
00:36:16.000 Quote, we prioritize connecting people to content from authoritative sources on health topics.
00:36:21.000 Now, this is interesting.
00:36:23.000 This is censorship about false claims and unsafe instructions regarding abortion.
00:36:28.000 Is that actually helping conservatives?
00:36:32.000 No, no, think about it.
00:36:34.000 The Vice magazine, Vice, their website, published an article on taking horse medicine to induce abortion.
00:36:41.000 Oh yeah, that's right.
00:36:42.000 What?
00:36:42.000 Yes.
00:36:43.000 I thought we were supposed to be against horse medicine.
00:36:46.000 That's what I was going to say.
00:36:47.000 Only if Joe Rogan says it.
00:36:49.000 We are against horse medicine.
00:36:50.000 Are we against it?
00:36:54.000 So there's a funny meme and it's called the horse. It's called the horseshoe medicine theory and it's uh, it's on
00:37:01.000 the right It's I've ever maxed on the left. It's I forgot what it's
00:37:03.000 called. You guys know what it's called No, it was like an antacid or something or I don't know
00:37:08.000 induces abortion and then in the middle was Bojack Horseman, but it's like
00:37:11.000 Vice actually ran that So think about what's happening right now.
00:37:15.000 You've got red states banning abortion.
00:37:17.000 YouTube enacts a censorship policy that's going to stop progressives and liberals from giving advice on how to induce abortion or seek it out in these states.
00:37:26.000 Wow.
00:37:27.000 So that's actually... So maybe YouTube's kind of against the baby killing?
00:37:31.000 Or, what, where are we going?
00:37:33.000 I think YouTube's always been scared of liability.
00:37:35.000 They should be.
00:37:36.000 That's it.
00:37:37.000 So that's why when you get claims from the right about saframectin, they're like, no, no, shut it down, shut it down, because someone would sue them.
00:37:42.000 Now you've got progressives who are gonna be like, here's how you induce an abortion, and they're like, no, no, no, no, no, shut it down, shut it down.
00:37:47.000 Yeah, but this is where corporate communism comes in.
00:37:50.000 I'm very much against censorship.
00:37:52.000 So, you know what's really amazing is I believe in people and I believe in their intelligence and I believe if you allow them, if they can read as much as they can and see people debate and argue and share ideas, guess what?
00:38:05.000 People are going to figure out the truth.
00:38:07.000 So let's take this.
00:38:10.000 What if YouTube didn't censor all that stuff, and you know how pro-life I am, and you have people putting out stories about how to self-induce an abortion, which I think is horrific.
00:38:20.000 They'd die.
00:38:21.000 They would die.
00:38:22.000 It's awful.
00:38:24.000 But then you would also have people trying to save their lives on YouTube saying, this will kill you.
00:38:30.000 Don't do this.
00:38:31.000 It's not going to just kill your baby.
00:38:32.000 It's going to kill you.
00:38:33.000 And so I suppose the issue is...
00:38:36.000 I mean, we don't want anyone to take a drug and kill themselves, and that's horrific, and that's an extreme example, but when you allow people to debate ideas instead of cover it up, you know what?
00:38:49.000 The truth is going to get revealed.
00:38:50.000 So I totally agree with you on that free speech point.
00:38:53.000 That's why free speech is so important, to debate the real ideas.
00:38:56.000 I'm still in shock that me and you went for the same horse joke at the same time, and I'm like, damn it, now we are friends.
00:39:02.000 You're gonna stop all the rumors about me, Jamie.
00:39:06.000 That's awesome.
00:39:07.000 That's my goal. That is my goal.
00:39:10.000 That's awesome.
00:39:11.000 The other thing I liked that you said was the anti-war comment.
00:39:17.000 Because to me, being truly pro-life is pro-life.
00:39:22.000 If you're pro-life when it comes to abortion, in my opinion, pro-life is also anti-death penalty, it's anti-war, it's all these things.
00:39:31.000 No, no, it's a stance on abortion.
00:39:33.000 No, no, no.
00:39:33.000 But like, if you're taking it as a bigger picture, right?
00:39:37.000 No, because I think that's whataboutism.
00:39:39.000 Because it's like, oh, you're pro-life?
00:39:41.000 Well, what about this social issue I hold dear to me?
00:39:44.000 And this one, and this one, and this one?
00:39:46.000 And if you don't agree with me on all of those, well, then you're not pro-life, are you?
00:39:50.000 Well, I take back my one compliment, Marjorie.
00:39:53.000 No, I really do think that, like, if you take it out of an abortion context, right?
00:39:59.000 So you could flip it the other way.
00:40:00.000 But it is only in the abortion context, though.
00:40:03.000 We at TimCast.com had an editorial meeting and we do not use, to the best of our abilities, we refrain from using the terms pro-choice and pro-life in these contexts because it does not adequately explain what's happening in many of these protests.
00:40:16.000 So there were a bunch of protests.
00:40:19.000 Some people were out there being like, we're pro-choice.
00:40:21.000 And it's like, what does that mean?
00:40:23.000 Because all that results in is like, you got people who are for a VAX mandate.
00:40:27.000 And then the inverse argument happens.
00:40:28.000 Well, if you're really for pro-choice, then you have to support my right not to take medicine, medication.
00:40:33.000 And the left doesn't do it.
00:40:34.000 And then the left says, well, if you were really pro-life and then I'm like, that doesn't matter.
00:40:37.000 Right.
00:40:38.000 Are you for abortion or do you oppose abortion?
00:40:40.000 Sure.
00:40:41.000 The pro-choice group was actually advocating for the expansion of abortion.
00:40:44.000 And the right group was arguing for Cool, I will rephrase.
00:40:53.000 I like that you're anti-war.
00:40:55.000 I am anti-war.
00:40:57.000 I like that a lot, and I think a lot of people on the left probably don't know that, especially as the left is advocating for war.
00:41:02.000 My question on abortion, and I mean this like, it's not a gotcha thing, like I legitimately want to know, Which would be awful.
00:41:09.000 It would be awful.
00:41:10.000 when you were talking about those YouTube videos and obviously women would get hurt right if they
00:41:13.000 try to induce their own abortion because you're watching I can barely learn a song on guitar
00:41:16.000 watching YouTube tutorials let alone am I gonna figure out how to perform an abortion
00:41:20.000 which would be awful it would not be good so my question is we don't want anybody to do that
00:41:25.000 No one should do that.
00:41:25.000 What do you do?
00:41:27.000 What is your solution for those cases?
00:41:31.000 And I don't care about percentages.
00:41:32.000 Let's say it's one for those cases of a child being raped.
00:41:37.000 For the case of incest, what is the answer?
00:41:41.000 Because I don't know, right?
00:41:42.000 What's the answer for what happens a lot of times with prohibition?
00:41:46.000 Where it's still going to happen, but it's going to happen unsafe.
00:41:49.000 What do we do about those situations if because I do believe that you're pro-life for like I believe that you Well, there's a really simple argument, because we've had this conversation like 50 billion times.
00:42:01.000 Banning murder, you still have murders, so right?
00:42:04.000 So if the idea is that an abortion is wrong and it's a murder, and people decide to go and just try and commit it in an unsafe way, it's like, that's gonna happen.
00:42:12.000 No, but I just want to know, because you did make that point about how you want to help women as well, so like, what would you do if abortion was legal to help those women?
00:42:21.000 Well, Tim just made a really good point.
00:42:23.000 Murder is illegal and people are getting murdered every day.
00:42:28.000 We don't have a perfect world and it's impossible to control everything and stop anything bad from happening to anyone.
00:42:35.000 We wish we could, but it's impossible, right?
00:42:39.000 So and a child being raped, incest is wrong, all of that stuff are horrific and occasionally they happen.
00:42:47.000 And so that's why there's some people have different levels of what they think is right and wrong for abortion.
00:42:53.000 I still believe in life at conception.
00:42:56.000 I really do.
00:42:57.000 And then on rape, Now, this is what happens.
00:43:00.000 When a woman is raped and if she goes to the hospital right away, they typically give her a Plan B pill.
00:43:06.000 That happens almost in every single instance when a woman goes to the hospital and there's an extensive process for the woman to be treated.
00:43:16.000 So that is, like, it's such a small percentage.
00:43:19.000 Real quick, does Plan B prevent conception?
00:43:22.000 Plan B prevents implantation.
00:43:27.000 And I'm not saying I'm for that.
00:43:28.000 I'm just saying that's what happens when women are raped.
00:43:31.000 Are women informed that they're given that pill?
00:43:33.000 Yes, they are informed when they go to the hospital that they're given that pill.
00:43:38.000 So just letting you know how rare it is.
00:43:40.000 If a woman is really raped and she goes to the hospital for it, I think most women are taking it.
00:43:47.000 But there's also some amazing stories.
00:43:49.000 Oh my gosh, you meet some of the most beautiful people in here.
00:43:52.000 There's stories that were born out of rape.
00:43:55.000 And wow, those are some strong women to have that child that was born out of a horrible, horrible situation.
00:44:07.000 But I will say this.
00:44:08.000 Abortion was not legal until, what was it, 1973?
00:44:12.000 Yeah.
00:44:14.000 So imagine how many people have lived since the beginning of time because there weren't abortions.
00:44:20.000 Well, and that's why whenever you get people on the left who sound like they're pro-abortion, not to say it's rare and legal, but just like, you know, all willy-nilly about it.
00:44:29.000 Like, I'm never going to be on that side.
00:44:32.000 The reason that the word choice for me is so important is because of those rare circumstances.
00:44:39.000 You know what I mean?
00:44:40.000 And that's where I just go, It's so hard for me to fully commit over to the other side when you hear, you know, terrible stories about things that happen to, you know, kids.
00:44:49.000 And then you just go, I don't know.
00:44:51.000 It's so hard.
00:44:52.000 It's so hard.
00:44:53.000 I think it's absolutely insane that we've gotten to the point where there's advocacy for post-viability abortion.
00:45:02.000 Because elective, contraceptive post-viability abortion to me just sounds like insane.
00:45:09.000 It is insane.
00:45:10.000 You mean you can deliver the baby, it can be C-sectioned, you can induce labor, and the baby can live, but you want to kill it anyway?
00:45:16.000 That's just, I'm sorry.
00:45:17.000 Oh, it's too much.
00:45:18.000 It's like, it's such a thing you can't even comprehend it.
00:45:21.000 But really, I think we forgot, I think so many people have forgotten that before 1973, there was an abortion.
00:45:30.000 And over 63 million people have been killed in the womb, and you have to ask, who are those people?
00:45:37.000 Who would they have been?
00:45:38.000 And how would our society be different if they were here with us?
00:45:43.000 What if they were all the bad people?
00:45:45.000 I don't think they were.
00:45:46.000 I'm just kidding.
00:45:47.000 Five times more likely to be black.
00:45:50.000 I believe it's five times more likely.
00:45:52.000 It is truly black genocide.
00:45:53.000 It really is.
00:45:54.000 It's absolutely insane to me.
00:45:55.000 It's awful.
00:45:55.000 And just the way that you can have the conversation I think is so important where it's just we are lacking empathy, right?
00:46:02.000 It's either you are pro-women dying or pro-babies dying if you just look at it on Twitter or Facebook or whatever.
00:46:11.000 And I think just having that second when you hear a story, and this is with all issues, not even just abortion, when there's a school shooting.
00:46:18.000 Everyone, we don't live in a world anymore where when a tragedy happens we can all take a deep breath and actually feel empathy for the people who were actually hurt or for the woman who was raped or for, you know, all these stories.
00:46:32.000 We immediately have to go, what is our side saying?
00:46:36.000 How can we blame the Republicans?
00:46:37.000 How can we blame the Democrats?
00:46:38.000 And that's where I think we're losing our soul.
00:46:41.000 I gotta tell you, you know, as someone who's been traditionally liberal and pro-choice, I do not see that from the right.
00:46:47.000 I see... No, I'm saying in general.
00:46:49.000 But I don't hear, uh, it's the Democrats' fault, how can we blame them?
00:46:53.000 I hear... You know what?
00:46:55.000 Let me see if I can pull something up on Instagram.
00:46:58.000 Let me pull up the old Timcast Instagram.
00:47:00.000 I think it was the last thing I posted.
00:47:02.000 Alright, is it gonna give me the business?
00:47:03.000 Let's see if I can, uh... I'll get it, I'll get it.
00:47:06.000 Here we go!
00:47:07.000 Take a look at this.
00:47:07.000 Okay, let's go.
00:47:08.000 So, we show this all the time, the ground news bias.
00:47:11.000 Mine is left-leaning, but there's a 30% right.
00:47:15.000 Bhatia Angarsargon of Newsweek, actually more right-wing than left-wing.
00:47:20.000 And then we have Ben Shapiro, 39% left, 48% right, and then you have the NBC News team.
00:47:24.000 Just all completely left.
00:47:26.000 I don't hear that when it's like there's an argument happening, the right says, guys, let's figure this out, let's compromise, and the left just says, you're far right and crazy and I won't listen to you.
00:47:37.000 Especially after Roe was overturned.
00:47:39.000 Think about all of these pro-life advocacy groups and crisis pregnancy centers that were getting targeted after that.
00:47:47.000 I feel like that's all being perpetrated by the left and by pro-abortionists.
00:47:55.000 To shut them down.
00:47:56.000 Yeah, they want to literally ban them.
00:47:58.000 This is a senator.
00:47:58.000 She thinks they don't have the right to exist in these pregnancy resource centers.
00:48:02.000 These places are run by women.
00:48:03.000 The entire pro-life movement is run by women.
00:48:05.000 To help women.
00:48:06.000 For free.
00:48:06.000 To help women.
00:48:07.000 And I volunteered at one of them, and they had fake appointments booked all the time by these pro-choicers who wanted to sabotage the purpose of that place, which is all volunteer-based to help women.
00:48:19.000 So, by the way, can I tell you as a dude on the left, What I heard about those places, so I know nothing about those places, straight up.
00:48:28.000 Like, I would ask you who worked there.
00:48:31.000 But what we heard on the left, all I knew, was essentially, oh those are the places that trick girls who want to get abortions and pressure them into having the baby.
00:48:40.000 That's like the talking point that I got.
00:48:42.000 There's no trick.
00:48:43.000 No, no, no, but like that's... Yeah, they like give carriages and like formula.
00:48:47.000 And they help him sign up for government services.
00:48:50.000 Free ultrasounds.
00:48:51.000 Free ultrasounds.
00:48:52.000 Free resources, free counseling.
00:48:55.000 The counseling is... Monsters.
00:48:57.000 ...is framed as like, we're going to trick you into not getting an abortion.
00:49:00.000 There were plenty of clients who walked out all the time saying like, no, I think I'm still going to get an abortion.
00:49:05.000 And they were like, okay.
00:49:06.000 And then you tie them down and you know, like we can't stop you, but like we can't stop
00:49:12.000 you, but we can lock these doors.
00:49:14.000 They were like, we actually have this room here.
00:49:16.000 You can stay in the doors lock for nine months.
00:49:19.000 That does not happen.
00:49:22.000 No, but I mean, but, but, but this is what I'm talking about, right?
00:49:25.000 Where it's like, and I'm sure by the way, there are pro choice people who would make
00:49:31.000 points, I hope about sex education or about things like that, that maybe you guys would
00:49:36.000 agree with, or maybe pro-life people would agree with.
00:49:38.000 And when I hear what those centers really are, I go, okay, man, well, I guess I was wrong about that.
00:49:43.000 And I just wish we could have more conversations like this, where it's like, the goal should be less suffering, period.
00:49:49.000 Whether that's for babies, whether that's for women.
00:49:51.000 And then you take people who disagree and you go, how do we get there?
00:49:57.000 I enjoy you being in this conversation because I think men should be in the conversation because you want to know something?
00:50:02.000 Being a father is also so important.
00:50:05.000 And why don't men get a say?
00:50:08.000 Why has it taken me since 40 years old to hang out with conservative women?
00:50:12.000 This rules.
00:50:13.000 That's right.
00:50:14.000 I am important.
00:50:14.000 You guys hear that?
00:50:15.000 Follow me on Twitter.
00:50:18.000 Well, I wonder if a lot of what we see with, you know, look, it's like two thirds, 70% of millennial females are Democrat voters.
00:50:26.000 So I wonder how many of those guys are just like, whatever you say, I'll say whatever I have to say to hook up with you, right?
00:50:31.000 I don't know, but I passed by a whole table full of them last night in a restaurant.
00:50:36.000 And I have to tell you, I got to tell you guys what happened.
00:50:40.000 So we're in this restaurant.
00:50:42.000 We got there.
00:50:43.000 They had a little American flags along the sidewalk.
00:50:45.000 I was like, I think I'm going to be safe here.
00:50:48.000 So we're hanging out, have a great time, but we're walking out and we're walking by the patio and there's a large table of, yeah, millennial age women.
00:50:58.000 What tipped you off to them?
00:51:01.000 Was there, when you saw them, were you like, uh oh?
00:51:04.000 No, I wasn't like, oh, it was they were like, oh, she's horrible.
00:51:10.000 Oh, my God.
00:51:10.000 I can't believe that's MTG.
00:51:13.000 Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:51:14.000 And I was like, oh, boy, here we go.
00:51:15.000 And then they started, they were throwing the names and making the comments.
00:51:19.000 So I just turned around to him and I said, hey, thanks for voting for Biden.
00:51:24.000 The inflation, it's great.
00:51:26.000 Gas prices, I can't afford them.
00:51:29.000 You guys are doing awesome.
00:51:30.000 Your president, he's the best.
00:51:31.000 You guys did great.
00:51:33.000 And they were like, they're yelling at me and I said, I hope you all have babies.
00:51:37.000 I hope you all have babies.
00:51:38.000 I can't wait.
00:51:39.000 You should be a mom.
00:51:40.000 Everybody be a mother.
00:51:42.000 Have a baby.
00:51:43.000 And then I left and then oh that they were unglued.
00:51:46.000 The fact that your heckle line is I hope you have a baby is so funny to me.
00:51:51.000 It's what hits home for those women the most.
00:51:53.000 The city living late.
00:51:56.000 I just want to write a blog.
00:51:57.000 I don't want to have a baby.
00:51:58.000 No, I just want them to be happy.
00:52:00.000 They're so bitter because they don't have that.
00:52:02.000 But think about how they're targeted though.
00:52:04.000 They were encouraged to have a career.
00:52:06.000 And then the company they work for is probably some corporation or a big one like the federal government because it was in Washington DC.
00:52:12.000 Oh boy.
00:52:13.000 Yeah and but think about this what are what are corporations doing right now?
00:52:17.000 Paying for abortions.
00:52:18.000 Abortion vacations.
00:52:19.000 Stingy on parental leave too.
00:52:21.000 Yeah but you want to know what's more difficult for the employer?
00:52:25.000 That maternity leave.
00:52:27.000 Yeah dealing with those them missing to go to all their doctor's appointments.
00:52:30.000 So we, uh, a couple things.
00:52:32.000 One is apparently companies that are doing that are getting sued because men say it's a discriminatory practice to offer benefit to only females.
00:52:39.000 Yeah.
00:52:40.000 But, uh, oh yeah, I should get a vacation just to knock people out.
00:52:43.000 No, no, no, no.
00:52:44.000 The idea is this, if I was going to try to balance a guy, Jamie, sorry, sorry.
00:52:48.000 A guy should be able to go to the company and say, I think I got a woman pregnant and she needs an abortion, so pay for it.
00:52:52.000 And they should have to do that as well.
00:52:54.000 Otherwise, it's a discriminatory practice to only pay for abortion services for female employees.
00:52:58.000 So are you into depopulation?
00:52:59.000 Is that what's going on here?
00:53:00.000 This sounds very World Economic Forum to me, Tim.
00:53:02.000 Here at Timcast, we will not pay for our female employees' abortions.
00:53:07.000 We will give them unlimited maternity and paternity leave for the men, because we trust the people who work here legitimately want to work here, and if they need time with their children, they're allowed to have it.
00:53:17.000 Alright, well, I guess that LA trip I told you about next week is off.
00:53:20.000 Well, I'm not paying for abortion services, but if you have a kid, go take care of your kid and we'll let us know when you're good.
00:53:25.000 So it's not like we have a big company, but we do have a lot of employees and then family agents have come up and I'm like, take as much time as you need.
00:53:34.000 I trust that the job you do is something you're passionate about.
00:53:37.000 And if you're not, then maybe you shouldn't be here anyway.
00:53:39.000 So just go do your thing and then we'll figure it out.
00:53:42.000 And then if we don't hear from them for a couple of weeks, I'll be like, how's it going?
00:53:46.000 Let us know when you're ready.
00:53:48.000 I think, you know, maybe it's too trusting.
00:53:49.000 A lot of big corporations don't want to do that because they don't trust their employees, and a lot of employees probably would exploit that, but I don't know.
00:53:56.000 Maybe I'm just stupid.
00:53:56.000 I will say the care you have for us is insane.
00:54:00.000 I will also say he doesn't take compliments well.
00:54:05.000 Don't get mushy.
00:54:06.000 Don't you tell me I care about my employees!
00:54:09.000 He locks us in the IRL studio all day.
00:54:13.000 He doesn't give us any food.
00:54:15.000 He only locked you in there for nine months.
00:54:17.000 Yeah, nine months.
00:54:18.000 Yeah, that was the rule.
00:54:20.000 I give you bacon!
00:54:21.000 Tim will text me really good news, like, hey, we're gonna do this, and I will write him the sappiest response, where I'm just like, this has been a dream of mine and I've been through so much, and then his response is just like, see you at five.
00:54:32.000 I'm like, alright.
00:54:34.000 Or K. There's a lot of that.
00:54:35.000 It's a lot of that.
00:54:36.000 We're having a love fest here tonight.
00:54:39.000 Everybody's all sweet.
00:54:40.000 Alright, so let's talk about what's happened on the January 6th.
00:54:44.000 What a segue.
00:54:45.000 Everyone's all sweet.
00:54:46.000 January 6th.
00:54:47.000 Well, it's time to spice it up.
00:54:49.000 Come on.
00:54:49.000 Hard cam, hard cam.
00:54:50.000 Well, what's going on January 6th?
00:54:52.000 So they had an 8 o'clock primetime hearing tonight, which is, I'm sure already started.
00:54:58.000 And it was all about the one, it's supposed to be about the 187 minutes that Trump did nothing to stop the riot.
00:55:07.000 Okay.
00:55:07.000 That's what it's about.
00:55:08.000 But, so I brought my notes because I had to, I had to make notes for this.
00:55:12.000 Would you say that—let me preface this.
00:55:16.000 I'll ask you a question the way a CNN reporter would ask the White House press secretary.
00:55:22.000 They would say, Congresswoman, we know for a fact that the January 6th committee lies.
00:55:29.000 They lie often, and they smear innocent people, notably— Wait, this is CNN?
00:55:34.000 Oh.
00:55:35.000 Yeah, so, well, how they would ask the question, right?
00:55:37.000 Okay.
00:55:38.000 So we know that the Democrats and the January 6th Committee are lying about everything.
00:55:44.000 Can you comment?
00:55:45.000 Oh, well, that doesn't sound like CNN, because... Well, no, no, no, no, but they do the inverse of that.
00:55:50.000 Oh, the inverse, okay.
00:55:51.000 They'll say, they'll go out and they'll give the answer to the question to the press secretary.
00:55:55.000 That's not normally how they talk to me.
00:55:58.000 They'll say, we know that Donald Trump committed these crimes and these crimes, so thank you for your time, and they'll sit down.
00:56:05.000 Oh yeah, there it is.
00:56:06.000 And then they just flow in to give all the information.
00:56:10.000 They present the answer in their question for the White House.
00:56:15.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:56:17.000 Well, you have to do that for Corrine, because she needs that help.
00:56:22.000 They have to feed it to her.
00:56:23.000 She's really bad at this.
00:56:24.000 She's terrible.
00:56:25.000 Jen Pseki was actually a good spin doctor.
00:56:28.000 She was great.
00:56:29.000 Yeah.
00:56:30.000 She was a good spin doctor.
00:56:32.000 Corrine is just like, someone asks a question about Biden doing something horrible and she'll go, oh, he did?
00:56:37.000 She's like flipping through the book.
00:56:39.000 They're going the plausible deniability route.
00:56:44.000 They're like, don't tell her anything because then she can't get caught in a lie.
00:56:47.000 Absolutely.
00:56:48.000 I mean, what would you do if you were her?
00:56:50.000 I would run off stage every day crying.
00:56:53.000 In all seriousness, though, look, I'm obviously bitter because Jamie Raskin included me to defame me in his evidence.
00:57:01.000 So tell us what's going on and what's happening with these current lies.
00:57:04.000 Well, I think that what they're missing is someone that's really important to the entire day, and that's Ray Epps.
00:57:12.000 They want to blame President Trump.
00:57:14.000 They want to say that he caused it.
00:57:16.000 He told people to do it.
00:57:17.000 But, you know, Ray Epps is on camera telling people to do it.
00:57:21.000 Literally, January 5th, he's on video telling people to go in to the Capitol.
00:57:31.000 To get personal, they include a clip of me reading a Fox News article and claim that was me promoting Trump's protest, and they not once have shown rape apps literally telling people to storm the Capitol.
00:57:43.000 No, but they showed you.
00:57:44.000 So they slandered you, and they made you as if you were part of organizing this event that's supposed to be the worst day in American history.
00:57:54.000 These are evil people.
00:57:55.000 Yeah, you should sue them.
00:57:56.000 You can't.
00:57:57.000 Speech and debate clause.
00:57:58.000 Oh, yeah, speech and debate.
00:57:59.000 That's right.
00:58:01.000 Yeah.
00:58:01.000 Maybe we should bring you in, Tim, when we get our turn, when Republicans take back the House.
00:58:05.000 Well, I can certainly talk to that and be like, here's a video of me reading a news article and then them accusing me of... Yeah, we should give you the opportunity to set the record straight because that's not fair.
00:58:15.000 I mean, how many times have you guys been swatted?
00:58:18.000 I'm sure that people think that you're somehow part of some crazy insurrection or something.
00:58:24.000 I think there are a lot of people who, you know, Jamie was saying this, it's the Democrat version of the Fox News dad, I guess you called it?
00:58:31.000 Yeah.
00:58:32.000 It's the people who turn on CNN and MSNBC and then sit there with their eyes glazed and their drool pouring out of their mouth and they just believe everything uncritically without challenging it.
00:58:44.000 And then they live in the conspiracy world.
00:58:47.000 They believed Jussie Smollett!
00:58:49.000 And we're supposed to, they're holding a panel together and they're the people who believe just like, come on, they can't govern.
00:58:55.000 Are you nuts?
00:58:56.000 People forget the rise of Fox News happened after September 11th and MSNBC was, you know, had anti-war voices on, like Phil Donahue, right?
00:59:09.000 And immediately when Fox News became popular and they go, okay, We need American flags, we need patriotic music, we can't
00:59:14.000 have any war.
00:59:15.000 And suddenly, you know, the only debates you saw against the war, it would be like a five-star
00:59:20.000 general on the right, and then on the left it would be like Janine Garofalo.
00:59:23.000 It would just be like these terrible, just like smash debates to make the anti-war left
00:59:28.000 just look like a couple actors, right?
00:59:29.000 Right.
00:59:30.000 And so then MSNBC and CNN, they had to play catch up because Fox News was getting all
00:59:36.000 the ratings, was just smashing them.
00:59:38.000 And so then they became, you know, at first they sort of became the adversaries for Fox News.
00:59:46.000 and then when I would say like probably when like Obama got elected they just became okay now we're not necessarily gonna push back now we're just but just party lines whatever that is but it was the exact same tactics the exact same music the exact same big personalities the exact same stifling dissent blah blah blah blah blah all the networks do it now now. It's the same, but we're so used to because Fox News
01:00:09.000 was first. We're so used to just going, ah, Fox News, ah, that's classic Fox News, Fox News. But
01:00:15.000 what we don't realize on the left is, no, no, no, MSNBC. They're hard left. They've all done it.
01:00:21.000 I wouldn't say look, MSNBC is crackpot conspiracy nonsense.
01:00:26.000 Big time.
01:00:26.000 Fox News has some, like... With Fox News, you've gotten a bit of Tucker Carlson being like, where's Ray Epps?
01:00:34.000 What does this mean?
01:00:35.000 And the media comes out and says he's a conspiracy theorist bringing up Ray Epps.
01:00:38.000 Attacking him constantly.
01:00:39.000 No, he's not.
01:00:39.000 But on MSNBC, they entertained... Rachel Maddow was like Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia for three years.
01:00:45.000 She nearly cried when the Mueller report came out that Trump didn't do it.
01:00:48.000 It's crazy.
01:00:49.000 You see that video?
01:00:50.000 She's like...
01:00:52.000 It's like, wow, your whole life is breaking in front of your face.
01:00:55.000 Maybe you should have actually done research instead of just lying.
01:00:57.000 Yeah, but the thing is, really a lot of news doesn't represent regular people and how we think.
01:01:03.000 So I've been a Republican all my life, but when we went into Iraq looking for weapons of mass destruction, I was sitting here going, why are we going in Iraq?
01:01:14.000 They were from Saudi Arabia, the 19 terrorists.
01:01:16.000 And then I'm like, well, where's the weapons of mass destruction?
01:01:19.000 Did you ever find any?
01:01:21.000 No.
01:01:21.000 So everybody's going like, what are we doing?
01:01:23.000 I mean, I asked those questions.
01:01:25.000 What are we doing that?
01:01:26.000 I hated it the whole time.
01:01:27.000 And this is, people got so divided.
01:01:29.000 I remember anytime I criticized the war, even from the left, they would go, you're anti-troop.
01:01:33.000 And what I always explained is no, you're not anti-military.
01:01:36.000 That is a pro-military stance.
01:01:38.000 Pro-military and pro-America.
01:01:39.000 Saying I don't want you to die because some politicians don't know what they're doing.
01:01:44.000 That, especially when they come home and they're not treating PTSD
01:01:47.000 and they're not getting the benefits they deserve.
01:01:49.000 It's like being anti-war.
01:01:50.000 And they're missing limbs.
01:01:51.000 Yep, that is a- And they're changed forever.
01:01:54.000 100%.
01:01:55.000 And Jamie's far right confirmed, he's agreeing with Marjorie.
01:01:57.000 Oh.
01:01:58.000 How about my favorite, when Barack Obama drone bombed a 16-year-old American kid.
01:02:06.000 I mean, it's just, the Obama administration, they called him Obama.
01:02:10.000 It's amazing.
01:02:10.000 They called him the deporter-in-chief.
01:02:13.000 I pulled this up on my segment earlier today because we have other news too, we'll get into it in a second, that Joe Biden's approval rating aggregate is lower than Trump's lowest point.
01:02:21.000 So Biden has broken the record.
01:02:22.000 What?
01:02:22.000 This is the most popular president in history.
01:02:24.000 He's number one.
01:02:24.000 He's number one.
01:02:25.000 I want to put a tag on that, but So I was looking at news.
01:02:29.000 Obama was 42% positive coverage, 20% negative.
01:02:33.000 And he literally executed an American citizen without charge or trial.
01:02:37.000 The media is derelict in this country.
01:02:41.000 Absolutely.
01:02:43.000 Remember when the only scandal in this country was a tan suit?
01:02:46.000 I remember when he killed a kid.
01:02:49.000 Now the media has gone beyond derelict, and now they're complicit.
01:02:54.000 Now they're actively engaging in the PSYOPs and the manipulation of the American people to defend criminals.
01:02:58.000 They are.
01:02:58.000 Hunter Biden, for instance.
01:02:59.000 Absolutely.
01:03:01.000 Both of them.
01:03:02.000 So I've introduced articles of impeachment over and over and over.
01:03:05.000 You looked so excited when we brought up Hunter Biden.
01:03:07.000 You lit up in your chair.
01:03:08.000 That was great.
01:03:09.000 I can't believe it.
01:03:10.000 You want to know something?
01:03:11.000 I have to tell y'all something.
01:03:12.000 Yep.
01:03:12.000 Remember the iPhone leak that just happened recently?
01:03:15.000 Hunter Biden's iPhone leak?
01:03:16.000 iPhone and iCloud, I think both, right?
01:03:18.000 Yes.
01:03:19.000 Someone, it was in the middle of the night, someone sent me a telegram channel and people had loaded that thing up with contents of his iCloud and iPhone.
01:03:29.000 And I saw things that I, I wish, they're like nightmares in my head now.
01:03:34.000 I'm not kidding you.
01:03:35.000 The man was always naked.
01:03:36.000 Sure.
01:03:37.000 Um, had sex with, I don't know how many women.
01:03:41.000 Women of the night.
01:03:43.000 All kinds of women.
01:03:45.000 But there's several videos that I cannot get over.
01:03:48.000 And this is where it's so upsetting.
01:03:51.000 This was like your Clockwork Orange.
01:03:54.000 They were probably 14 to 15 years old.
01:03:58.000 Whoa!
01:04:00.000 But is that all confirmed?
01:04:02.000 That is me, what I saw with my eyes, and making my own judgment.
01:04:06.000 I can't confirm it.
01:04:07.000 I'd say give it to the FBI, but I'm not sure.
01:04:11.000 No!
01:04:11.000 You want to know what happened?
01:04:13.000 While I was going through the horrific things, and I'll tell you there was a picture of a boy in a bathtub that had to be pre-teen, somewhere in early teens, pre-teen.
01:04:24.000 And we don't know if these are real?
01:04:26.000 No, they looked 100% real.
01:04:28.000 They were from, but while I was going through it, the entire channel got wiped clean.
01:04:34.000 Everything disappeared.
01:04:35.000 And was that telegram that did that?
01:04:38.000 I don't know.
01:04:38.000 I can't tell you to this day.
01:04:40.000 Now, I would never have saved any of that stuff on my phone.
01:04:43.000 You want to know why?
01:04:44.000 You'll get in trouble.
01:04:45.000 Yes!
01:04:45.000 It's illegal.
01:04:46.000 I remember people posting that and it was like publicly available.
01:04:49.000 I didn't click on it because I knew it.
01:04:51.000 Yeah, it's horrible stuff.
01:04:52.000 It's horrible stuff.
01:04:53.000 I feel like the crack and the prostitutes and everything like that is just a distraction from the political corruption though.
01:04:59.000 Right, yeah.
01:05:00.000 Well, doesn't the drug use actually make Hunter Biden more human?
01:05:03.000 Like, you actually feel sorry for him because drugs are horrible.
01:05:07.000 Drugs are horrible, and they do horrible things to people.
01:05:09.000 But having sex with minors?
01:05:12.000 No, that's illegal.
01:05:13.000 It's wrong.
01:05:13.000 But then people focus on one thing.
01:05:15.000 They're like, You're degrading this person for having a drug problem.
01:05:19.000 Do you know how many people have seen all that?
01:05:23.000 People in power, people with positions that can do something about it, and no one does anything?
01:05:30.000 That's the part that I can't take.
01:05:31.000 But there's even more to it.
01:05:33.000 The same way there's that kind of content, there's also information on business deals and banking information.
01:05:41.000 And with foreign countries.
01:05:43.000 And this is the president of the United States' son?
01:05:45.000 And Joe says that Hunter is the smartest guy he knows?
01:05:51.000 Why are we all in this situation?
01:05:53.000 That is my question.
01:05:54.000 As American citizens, why are we all in this situation?
01:05:59.000 And why does our media protect it?
01:06:02.000 Well, let's jump to this big news.
01:06:05.000 Ladies and gentlemen, it is a historic day today.
01:06:09.000 The latest Quinnipiac poll came out showing Joe Biden's approval rating is at 31%.
01:06:14.000 When you add this to the latest aggregate numbers, Joe Biden's approval rating right now in our real clear politics average is 36.8.
01:06:24.000 Add in the 31% and it drops down to 36.2.
01:06:27.000 It is a historic day because Donald Trump's lowest point was 37.1.
01:06:32.000 That's right.
01:06:33.000 Joe Biden, or is it 30?
01:06:34.000 It's 37.0.
01:06:35.000 Sorry.
01:06:36.000 I thought it was 0.1.
01:06:36.000 Or is it 30?
01:06:37.000 It's 37.0.
01:06:38.000 Sorry, I thought it was point one.
01:06:40.000 37 is the lowest point.
01:06:43.000 Joe Biden's approval rating right now in aggregate, all of the polls combined is lower than the
01:06:49.000 lowest point Trump ever experienced in his presidency.
01:06:52.000 This means, objectively, historical record, Joe Biden is, to the American people, a worse president than Trump.
01:07:01.000 Now I think, the thing about Trump is, I actually think Trump was one of the best presidents we've had.
01:07:06.000 You look at the economic indicators in 2018 when Democrats won a bunch of seats.
01:07:13.000 Really great economy.
01:07:14.000 Jim Cramer of all people.
01:07:15.000 Best numbers of our lives.
01:07:17.000 Lot of good things from Donald Trump.
01:07:18.000 Now you can talk about decorum.
01:07:19.000 Fine.
01:07:20.000 Joe Biden across the board.
01:07:21.000 Inability to speak.
01:07:22.000 No decorum.
01:07:23.000 Sniffing children.
01:07:24.000 No decorum.
01:07:25.000 I will take Trump being a potty mouth, and I'll say, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:07:28.000 But then Joe Biden sniffs kids.
01:07:30.000 Then he destroys the economy.
01:07:31.000 He presides over one of the worst economies in the history of this country.
01:07:36.000 Record inflation.
01:07:37.000 Record soaring gas prices.
01:07:40.000 It's just food shortages are coming.
01:07:42.000 War in Eastern Europe.
01:07:44.000 The surrender of Afghanistan.
01:07:46.000 No question.
01:07:47.000 Even with Donald Trump, according to Pew, only receiving around 5% positive coverage, he still is now objectively polling, has polled better than Biden did.
01:07:58.000 Isn't that something?
01:07:59.000 Biden's got to go.
01:08:00.000 Unreal.
01:08:00.000 He's got to be impeached.
01:08:03.000 He does.
01:08:04.000 He needs to be impeached.
01:08:05.000 Do you think you'll be able to impeach him when you guys win in November?
01:08:08.000 I think it's unforgivable to not impeach him.
01:08:12.000 That's how I feel.
01:08:13.000 And I think the American people feel this way.
01:08:18.000 So I believe in accountability.
01:08:20.000 I think if someone is doing a bad job, or they're intentionally doing a bad job, or they're not fit for the job, you have to fire them.
01:08:27.000 And you have to replace them with someone that can do a better job.
01:08:30.000 And right now, we are in a crisis.
01:08:32.000 And I'm gonna go off, because they impeached Trump twice, and what did Trump do for us?
01:08:36.000 The Abraham Accords?
01:08:38.000 Historic.
01:08:38.000 Amazing.
01:08:39.000 Peace in the Middle East.
01:08:40.000 Coming.
01:08:41.000 What did he do in- Peace in the whole world.
01:08:44.000 He met with Kim Jong-un, and he was mocked for it, and he entered enemy territory with no security detail.
01:08:51.000 One of the most tremendous things I've seen a president do in my lifetime, and with having family going back to my- I believe my great- maybe my great-grandfather, Was a great I think my great-grandfather.
01:09:03.000 Yeah, actually was from the north There was no north at the time So the country splits and I actually got to go and visit Seoul and see like, you know learn, you know Try and see like where my family come from.
01:09:14.000 What cities are they from?
01:09:15.000 You know having a family that came from outside of the u.s.
01:09:17.000 It's a really interesting thing.
01:09:18.000 Then I hear Donald Trump He's like I want peace.
01:09:21.000 I want to end this conflict.
01:09:22.000 I'm like, how amazing would that be?
01:09:24.000 And he crosses the DMZ walks into enemy territory after all the threats and all the fear and all the saber-rattling.
01:09:32.000 They could have just taken him right there and held him hostage.
01:09:34.000 They could have done anything.
01:09:35.000 And they didn't.
01:09:35.000 They didn't do it.
01:09:36.000 Trump was tremendously brave for doing that.
01:09:38.000 Trump had done such great things on foreign policy.
01:09:40.000 He was getting our troops out of the Middle East.
01:09:42.000 He was setting a timeline for getting out of Afghanistan.
01:09:44.000 Joe Biden screwed that up.
01:09:46.000 They impeached him twice.
01:09:47.000 And he did some of the greatest things I've ever seen as someone who is just livid over the lies of Obama and his foreign policy to see the tremendous foreign policy of Donald Trump.
01:09:56.000 I thought the worst thing that was gonna happen to me was becoming pals with Marjorie.
01:09:59.000 It was a great economy, but oh, I can admit it.
01:10:02.000 I didn't like the way he had his attitude, but that didn't matter in the long run.
01:10:05.000 School choice, opposing critical race theory and government contracting, good foreign policy.
01:10:10.000 This is a guy who needed another term and he needs another one now.
01:10:12.000 I thought the worst thing that was going to happen to me was becoming pals with Marjorie.
01:10:16.000 The worst thing is Tim making me like Trump for five minutes.
01:10:20.000 Look I think- That North Korea stuff, I've never heard a phrase like that.
01:10:23.000 And I was like, that's like, that's kind of badass.
01:10:26.000 It is.
01:10:27.000 And I was, I was so angry when they were like, he's ponying up to dictators.
01:10:32.000 And I'm like, that's what I heard.
01:10:33.000 They could have killed him.
01:10:34.000 Yeah.
01:10:34.000 He went to North, he went there.
01:10:37.000 And have you seen the videos of the North Korean soldiers trying to steal the South Korean soldiers or the people trying to flee North Korea getting shot and killed by the North Korean soldiers?
01:10:46.000 And Donald Trump was like, let me walk in here.
01:10:48.000 Yeah, dude.
01:10:49.000 Dennis Rodman at least looks like he can take them physically.
01:10:51.000 Trump couldn't even run away if they wanted to.
01:10:53.000 Bro, I almost cried when I saw him do that.
01:10:56.000 It was amazing.
01:10:57.000 I was just thinking to myself, like, an American president, foregoing security, standing next to enemy soldiers.
01:11:03.000 We are still at war. The war never ended.
01:11:05.000 And I was just like, wow, man.
01:11:07.000 Yo, someone tweet me that YouTube video.
01:11:09.000 And then also put like the 24 theme song over it.
01:11:12.000 And I'll watch that tonight.
01:11:13.000 It's a meme.
01:11:14.000 They did the meme.
01:11:15.000 They did?
01:11:15.000 Kim Jong-un has a skateboard?
01:11:16.000 Yeah.
01:11:16.000 Cause he's like, he's like gesturing.
01:11:19.000 Are you serious?
01:11:20.000 This is great.
01:11:21.000 You know, he also moved the American embassy to Jerusalem.
01:11:25.000 Yeah.
01:11:26.000 That was, I thought that was incredible.
01:11:28.000 I really did.
01:11:28.000 It was incredible.
01:11:29.000 He pulled us out of that Iran deal, which, which the Biden administration is trying to get back into it right now.
01:11:35.000 It's like everything we, it's really Obama's third term, right?
01:11:39.000 It's Obama's third term, and Joe Biden has no idea what's going on.
01:11:43.000 The Abraham Accords, that planes would be flying from Israel over Islamic countries, that commerce would start.
01:11:52.000 And what I heard from the former anti-war left, supposedly the current one, is they go, yeah, well, everyone knows they're all secretly working together anyway.
01:11:58.000 And I was like, are you kidding?
01:12:00.000 You couldn't fly from one country to the other.
01:12:02.000 You couldn't enter one country if you had a stamp from Israel.
01:12:05.000 Now you can!
01:12:06.000 Now you can, that's right.
01:12:07.000 It's incredible.
01:12:08.000 I'm just, you know, Donald Trump tried getting our troops out of, I think Syria was, and the officials lied about how many troops were in there because the war machine will not even listen to the president.
01:12:22.000 And what happens when Biden gets in?
01:12:23.000 He botches and surrenders Afghanistan, burns everything to the ground.
01:12:28.000 Let me tell you something, Tim.
01:12:29.000 This is why they hate President Trump.
01:12:33.000 Because he wasn't controlled by the State Department.
01:12:35.000 And why is it that Vladimir Putin didn't invade Ukraine?
01:12:39.000 Why the conflict had simmered down under Donald Trump?
01:12:43.000 It's because Donald Trump was actually lowering tensions globally.
01:12:46.000 It's remarkable to think about.
01:12:47.000 He created relationships with people like Vladimir Putin.
01:12:51.000 With Kim Jong-un.
01:12:52.000 He created relationships and that created peace.
01:12:55.000 But they want the war.
01:12:56.000 They love the war.
01:12:57.000 The military-industrial complex?
01:12:59.000 They can't have Donald Trump.
01:13:00.000 Yeah, I've been voting no on this garbage ever since it started.
01:13:03.000 No, they want it.
01:13:05.000 And I've been amazed.
01:13:06.000 I'm shocked by it.
01:13:07.000 It's not saving anyone's life.
01:13:09.000 It's killing more people.
01:13:10.000 Trump fired 59 Tomahawk missiles into Syria.
01:13:14.000 Me, I get mad a bunch of the populist right people are like, like, what is he doing?
01:13:19.000 And then the media is like, is this Trump's truly presidential moment?
01:13:22.000 Yeah, that's how they see the world, isn't it?
01:13:25.000 Well, it's it's it's something to behold.
01:13:27.000 But what's happening in Ukraine should severely concern everyone.
01:13:32.000 It really should.
01:13:33.000 And I'll tell you why.
01:13:33.000 It's we don't belong there.
01:13:36.000 We're neglecting our own border.
01:13:37.000 We're neglecting our own people.
01:13:40.000 Our economy's falling apart.
01:13:41.000 Inflation's out of control.
01:13:43.000 Democrats are literally destroying energy.
01:13:46.000 Fossil fuel industries.
01:13:47.000 They want to completely wipe them out.
01:13:50.000 And it will kill people.
01:13:52.000 We have become a great nation based on fossil fuels.
01:13:56.000 We have air conditioning.
01:13:57.000 We have heat in the wintertime.
01:13:59.000 Don't you use air conditioning against me.
01:14:01.000 I know.
01:14:02.000 I know.
01:14:03.000 I love it so much.
01:14:03.000 I do too.
01:14:04.000 I love air conditioning.
01:14:06.000 Well, I think there has to be a middle ground, right?
01:14:08.000 I mean, these are all amazing things and it became possible through fossil fuel energies,
01:14:13.000 but the Democrats want to take it away because they're saying that carbon is the problem.
01:14:17.000 Well, I think there has to be, I think there's a middle ground, right?
01:14:21.000 Because you've said we've gotten a lot from fossil fuels.
01:14:25.000 And just like you were talking about, you know, abortion was only became legal in the in the 1970s.
01:14:28.000 It's like, okay, so some things from the past are also bad, right?
01:14:32.000 Like we also used to have slaves.
01:14:33.000 We also used to not have polio vaccines.
01:14:36.000 We also used to look like cast members of the Oregon Trail.
01:14:40.000 But, I think acknowledging that it's like, yeah, some stuff we use in excess is hurting the environment.
01:14:48.000 What is that?
01:14:48.000 How can we come up with alternatives for that?
01:14:51.000 While also not going the complete lefty route of like, throw it all out!
01:14:58.000 You know what I mean?
01:14:59.000 Let it be market driven.
01:15:01.000 And here's the thing.
01:15:02.000 So we can't rely on wind turbines right now.
01:15:06.000 Remember, they froze in Texas.
01:15:08.000 I was in that storm, by the way.
01:15:10.000 I lived in Austin for like three weeks.
01:15:13.000 I was like, ah, Texas is great.
01:15:14.000 And then suddenly you had to like Sophie's Choice.
01:15:16.000 Because he was in Austin.
01:15:17.000 Oh, yeah.
01:15:18.000 Oh, that's what it was.
01:15:19.000 A hundred percent.
01:15:20.000 I was like, this isn't what everyone's talking about. It's just a bunch of hipsters and Joe Rogan.
01:15:23.000 It was wonderful and breakfast tacos. And then yeah, within three weeks that storm happened.
01:15:28.000 And you suddenly have to like, I was like, dumping chlorine pool water into the back of
01:15:34.000 my toilet so I could like attempt to flush it and none of us had like it was totally it was crazy.
01:15:39.000 So that's a failure.
01:15:40.000 We can't rely on that energy.
01:15:43.000 It's not there yet, and I'm not a fan of those things.
01:15:46.000 I think they're gigantic and ugly.
01:15:48.000 And then we have solar panels overheating right now.
01:15:50.000 They can't provide enough electricity.
01:15:52.000 And we have China and other countries moving back to coal.
01:15:55.000 So what do you do if... Real quick, we do have a bit of a breaking story that I want to get to in a second, but I still want to ask one quick question before we move on.
01:16:05.000 Who do you think for 2024?
01:16:07.000 I mean, obviously Trump's running.
01:16:09.000 President Trump's running.
01:16:10.000 He's running.
01:16:11.000 So you're Trump 100%.
01:16:11.000 He just hasn't said it yet.
01:16:13.000 Well, we just talked about all the great reasons to have him as president, right?
01:16:16.000 Yeah, for me, I mean, foreign policy has always been one of the biggest issues for me that, you know, we have to...
01:16:23.000 Look at where we are right now, especially in the world.
01:16:32.000 Where we are right now, we're in a dangerous place.
01:16:35.000 We are actively fighting a proxy war with a nuclear country, Russia.
01:16:41.000 That is dangerous.
01:16:43.000 I'm curious of your thoughts on DeSantis because he's the name that's popped up.
01:16:48.000 I think DeSantis is fantastic.
01:16:50.000 I really do.
01:16:51.000 But I'm a little selfish.
01:16:53.000 I would love to have President Trump for four years and then I want DeSantis for eight.
01:16:56.000 What about Trump DeSantis for four years, and then DeSantis for eight years?
01:17:01.000 They can't though, right?
01:17:02.000 Because they're from the same state.
01:17:05.000 And a president and vice president cannot be from the same state.
01:17:10.000 You and your conspiracies.
01:17:12.000 I know.
01:17:12.000 I didn't know that either.
01:17:16.000 New Jersey.
01:17:17.000 So if he moved his residence to New Jersey.
01:17:20.000 He's in New Jersey right now, isn't he?
01:17:22.000 Yeah.
01:17:23.000 What if he says I'm a resident of New Jersey now?
01:17:27.000 What if that's why he's doing it?
01:17:28.000 Aren't they doing construction on Mar-a-Lago or something?
01:17:31.000 What a convenient story.
01:17:34.000 You know something!
01:17:35.000 Just look on your face.
01:17:36.000 Lock the doors.
01:17:37.000 Lock the doors.
01:17:37.000 No, I'm just enjoying listening to you guys.
01:17:40.000 I think we're going to see a lot of people run.
01:17:42.000 You're going to see, oh my goodness, we've got Nikki Haley, probably Mike Pence.
01:17:46.000 Who else is going to run?
01:17:48.000 Kristi Noem.
01:17:48.000 Kristi Noem, maybe.
01:17:49.000 Oh, wow.
01:17:50.000 Yeah, there's going to be a lot of people running.
01:17:53.000 And then obviously on the Democrat ticket, there's going to be a lot of people running, too.
01:17:57.000 No one with any... I can't wait for Gavin Newsom.
01:18:00.000 It's gonna be so much fun.
01:18:01.000 He's the worst.
01:18:03.000 Do Democrats like him?
01:18:05.000 No, right?
01:18:06.000 He's awful.
01:18:07.000 Let me tell you the dark horse that I don't think he's running, but it would make it hard for Republicans, but they hate him.
01:18:15.000 They would never do it, is Joe Manchin.
01:18:17.000 We do hate him.
01:18:21.000 Think about that.
01:18:23.000 We have some breaking news that happened about an hour ago that I want to talk about.
01:18:27.000 So, Lee Zeldin.
01:18:29.000 He's a Republican rep, I believe.
01:18:32.000 And he's running in New York for the governor.
01:18:34.000 Someone just tried to kill him.
01:18:35.000 What?
01:18:36.000 Someone tried to stab him and he's fine.
01:18:40.000 Nobody got hurt.
01:18:41.000 Oh, thank God.
01:18:42.000 He finished his speech!
01:18:44.000 You love to see it.
01:18:45.000 That's pretty badass.
01:18:46.000 Okay, that away.
01:18:48.000 Was that a Teddy Roosevelt thing?
01:18:49.000 Was it Roosevelt?
01:18:50.000 He was like, I have more to say.
01:18:53.000 Yeah, that's awesome.
01:18:56.000 And they arrested the person.
01:18:59.000 I'm just seeing this on Twitter.
01:19:00.000 After speaking on Bailform, someone just tried stabbing New York Governor Candidate Lee Zeldin.
01:19:04.000 Unreal.
01:19:04.000 News 10 NBC New York Post.
01:19:06.000 I'm not sure.
01:19:06.000 Are we seeing more from this?
01:19:07.000 Oh man, Lee Zeldin's gonna win.
01:19:10.000 Is there any more confirmation on this?
01:19:12.000 I want to be very careful here.
01:19:13.000 I'm seeing from Will Chamberlain, whom I trust implicitly.
01:19:16.000 But I don't have further facts.
01:19:18.000 It's so breaking it's still only on Twitter, but I'm sure they'll have news.
01:19:22.000 I bet Post Millennial has news.
01:19:23.000 It could be some random person posting some random nonsense.
01:19:27.000 You know, we're waiting for some official confirmation.
01:19:31.000 But I don't know if I see anything other than people just posting a photo.
01:19:37.000 Wow.
01:19:37.000 So I want to make sure we have, you know, confirmation on this for sure.
01:19:40.000 Yeah.
01:19:41.000 Oh, okay.
01:19:42.000 Here we go.
01:19:42.000 Looks like we've got Rochester first.
01:19:45.000 Okay, we got confirmation.
01:19:47.000 Zeldin attacked at Parents Inn campaign stop.
01:19:50.000 Confirmed.
01:19:50.000 Confirmed.
01:19:52.000 Let's see.
01:19:52.000 He was attacked at a campaign event.
01:19:53.000 Witnesses say he was giving a speech about bail reform when a man got on stage, started yelling, wrestled with him a bit, and pulled out a blade.
01:19:59.000 The alleged attacker was suppressed by AM Vets National Director Joe Chennelly.
01:20:04.000 Whoa.
01:20:04.000 A witness with Zeldin after the attack said Zeldin was not hurt and took the stage again when it was over.
01:20:08.000 Bravo!
01:20:08.000 Good sir!
01:20:09.000 Heroic!
01:20:09.000 Now, uh, scary and disgusting.
01:20:12.000 Yes.
01:20:13.000 That's terrifying.
01:20:14.000 Horrible.
01:20:15.000 Unbelievable.
01:20:17.000 Yeah.
01:20:17.000 Thank God he's okay.
01:20:19.000 Absolutely.
01:20:19.000 And, um, and he stood- stood up and gave his speech and I- man, mad respect.
01:20:25.000 Okay.
01:20:26.000 I- I got some questions, Marjorie.
01:20:27.000 Okay.
01:20:29.000 What is the balance, right?
01:20:31.000 So this conversation, great.
01:20:32.000 We're talking about bringing people together.
01:20:33.000 We see what happens when extreme rhetoric, I mean, this guy could just be not even political.
01:20:37.000 He could just be mentally unhinged.
01:20:38.000 We have no idea.
01:20:39.000 The story is just coming in, but obviously there's toxic elements on both sides right now on both extremes.
01:20:47.000 Apparently you've said some controversial things, right?
01:20:50.000 And we were talking about this before, where it's what gets attention on issues, right?
01:20:57.000 But what is that line between, like, would you get as much attention if you were like, hey, I'm just trying to bring people together, blah blah blah, the war is bad, I agree with the left, here's, I'm pro-life, I agree with the right, etc.
01:21:12.000 Or, like you were saying, you know, before we went on air, you were talking about sometimes this extreme rhetoric is what gets attention, but is the extreme rhetoric also what leads to like... Bombastic is maybe a better word.
01:21:23.000 Bombastic, yeah.
01:21:24.000 Yeah, I'll take that.
01:21:25.000 I'm very direct.
01:21:27.000 You are.
01:21:27.000 You don't have much of a filter, as they say.
01:21:30.000 Well, I think that if we're going to solve problems, you have to really get down to what the issue is.
01:21:35.000 Yeah.
01:21:36.000 Do you have an example?
01:21:38.000 Um, yeah.
01:21:39.000 I don't even know if I'm allowed to say it without getting booted off YouTube.
01:21:43.000 After show.
01:21:45.000 Uncensored.
01:21:45.000 Sign up for the after show.
01:21:48.000 Okay, so here's an example.
01:21:52.000 I don't like Nancy Pelosi.
01:21:53.000 And maybe this is the Daily Show taking it out of context.
01:21:55.000 You can correct me.
01:21:55.000 I don't like Nancy Pelosi.
01:21:56.000 I don't think a lot of people like Nancy Pelosi.
01:21:58.000 I wonder if that's why her husband drinks.
01:22:00.000 I don't know.
01:22:01.000 I don't know.
01:22:05.000 But wasn't there a clip on this stupid daily show thing I watched where you were like, it's treason and treason you get killed or something like that, implying, and what everyone said was you were implying Nancy Pelosi should be killed because Nancy Pelosi committed treason and the punishment for treason is death, right?
01:22:25.000 Could that be extreme rhetoric?
01:22:28.000 That would be the extreme punishment, but there's also prison.
01:22:31.000 That's not the one you said.
01:22:33.000 No, I didn't call for her to be killed.
01:22:35.000 No, I know you didn't call, but even by, by using, like, there are so many things.
01:22:40.000 I do think it's, I do think people who are elected and hold, and we swear an oath and we're to defend the constitution, we are supposed to uphold the law.
01:22:50.000 A hundred percent.
01:22:50.000 And Nancy Pelosi and I'll say Joe Biden and many others that will not secure our border.
01:22:59.000 Right.
01:22:59.000 I believe that is committing treason because they are allowing an invasion into our country.
01:23:06.000 And it's breaking our laws.
01:23:08.000 And they're encouraging it.
01:23:10.000 They're turning their back on it.
01:23:12.000 And they're just washing their hands of it.
01:23:14.000 And at the same time, Nancy Pelosi and all the Democrats that want sanctuary cities.
01:23:18.000 Where they're harboring people that broke laws to come into our country.
01:23:23.000 When do we acknowledge that these elected leaders that swore an oath to uphold our Constitution, our laws, what do we call this?
01:23:32.000 What do we call it?
01:23:34.000 I call it treason.
01:23:36.000 That's a good point.
01:23:37.000 I think legally treason is providing aid.
01:23:40.000 Aid and comfort to enemies.
01:23:42.000 So, but enemies have to be declared by Congress, I'm pretty sure.
01:23:45.000 If it was like an ISIS sanctuary city in Delaware, that would be like, well, that's not good.
01:23:50.000 There is a very serious problem that I would say the cartels are our enemies.
01:23:55.000 I agree.
01:23:55.000 We don't call them our enemies and they are enabling and making this happen.
01:23:59.000 It's human trafficking.
01:24:00.000 Yeah.
01:24:01.000 on a scale that you've never seen before.
01:24:03.000 And they also work inside our country.
01:24:06.000 The cartels, since Biden, the Biden has taken over, they have moved into our country.
01:24:11.000 This is what we've been told when I went on my border trip.
01:24:14.000 And they are actually, there's a massive network in our country.
01:24:18.000 Did you know Obama gave them guns?
01:24:20.000 Yeah.
01:24:20.000 The Fast and the Furious program, you know that?
01:24:22.000 Fast and the Furious, that's right.
01:24:23.000 They gave, yeah, they gave guns to cartels.
01:24:25.000 So, good point, I think, if you're providing any comfort. I'm not calling for the death penalty
01:24:30.000 of anyone, but I think the American people deserve better.
01:24:34.000 Well, I really do.
01:24:35.000 I just wanna address, I wanna add to this.
01:24:38.000 But...
01:24:39.000 People don't understand what we hear a lot from like Tucker Carlson and people on the right is that the Democrats are bringing in illegal immigrants so they can vote for them.
01:24:46.000 And then the left says they can't vote.
01:24:48.000 That's wrong.
01:24:49.000 And both sides are wrong.
01:24:51.000 When California brings in a million illegal immigrants and refuses to abide by federal law, they get an extra electoral college vote.
01:25:01.000 This gives California an extra congressional seat, which gives them more power to vote in Congress.
01:25:06.000 That is subversion.
01:25:09.000 So perhaps a seditious conspiracy, I suppose, to steal power from the other states in the union.
01:25:13.000 To be fair, I don't even think illegal immigrants want to move to California right now.
01:25:16.000 They get free health care under 26.
01:25:17.000 Or there's some kind of program like that.
01:25:21.000 So this is the issue, right?
01:25:22.000 This is why Trump wanted the citizenship question.
01:25:24.000 Because sanctuary states like California know they get extra seats.
01:25:28.000 Well, they've recently lost.
01:25:29.000 New York lost one because people are fleeing.
01:25:31.000 But I believe that's the real game plan.
01:25:33.000 You bring them in right before a census, as many as you can, you do the census, you're gonna get extra votes for the presidential election.
01:25:40.000 So illegal immigrants don't vote personally, but that extra congressional seat, that's a solid vote.
01:25:46.000 And we're talking about 538.
01:25:48.000 So that is a huge, huge advantage, one or two extra votes.
01:25:52.000 At what point are you gonna see a state like Texas say what they are doing by not abiding by federal law is subverting?
01:26:01.000 Now, what did we see in the first Civil War?
01:26:03.000 It was the Fugitive Slave Act.
01:26:05.000 The South said, we have a federal law.
01:26:08.000 If a slave escapes to the North, the North has to return them.
01:26:10.000 And the North said, no, we won't.
01:26:13.000 Now, interestingly, I mean, I agree with the North.
01:26:14.000 Which is good.
01:26:15.000 Right.
01:26:15.000 They should not have been doing that.
01:26:16.000 They should have been saying no.
01:26:17.000 Some things are just morally abhorrent.
01:26:19.000 Think about where that brings us today.
01:26:21.000 What happens when the Republicans pass a federal law saying if a woman takes a viable, is pregnant with a viable baby and flees to
01:26:29.000 a state for an abortion, the state must return her to the state of residence and
01:26:32.000 they say no.
01:26:33.000 All of a sudden now you're going to be entering the same territory.
01:26:37.000 When Texas says California is violating federal law for political power, we say no.
01:26:43.000 At what point, to your point, is someone going to say we demand the politicians subverting
01:26:47.000 this country be held accountable?
01:26:49.000 And what form does that take?
01:26:50.000 I think impeachment.
01:26:52.000 I think Nancy Pelosi should not be allowed to run.
01:26:53.000 I think she forfeits office.
01:26:55.000 And then we can bring in whoever else who might run the district.
01:26:57.000 And you know what?
01:26:58.000 Maybe even might be more progressive than she is.
01:27:00.000 Don't know, don't care.
01:27:01.000 Vote for whoever you want, San Francisco, but get the corruption out of there.
01:27:04.000 No, it's correct.
01:27:05.000 We have to hold people accountable because we are falling apart.
01:27:10.000 We're falling apart and that affects everybody.
01:27:15.000 There's a bunch of people that don't even vote, could care less.
01:27:19.000 Trump woke them up for sure.
01:27:20.000 Yeah, he did.
01:27:21.000 He did.
01:27:23.000 A lot of first-time voters.
01:27:24.000 Absolutely.
01:27:25.000 But, you know, I'm one I'll attack the Republicans sometimes more than I attack the Democrats because I feel like Republicans have let me down so many times.
01:27:35.000 I didn't even vote for Mitt Romney.
01:27:36.000 I couldn't even vote.
01:27:37.000 I was like, I can't vote for this guy.
01:27:38.000 I mean, yeah, no.
01:27:40.000 Yeah, and I didn't want Barack Obama, my goodness, but I definitely did not want Mitt Romney.
01:27:45.000 That Romney thing is one more point for our friendship, buddy.
01:27:48.000 It's kind of crazy because I voted for Trump in 2020 but not 2016, but after seeing what he did, if I could go back in time, I'd vote for him in 2016.
01:27:56.000 Oh yeah, I was all in.
01:27:58.000 I was unapologetically all in, like ridiculously all in for President Trump and I still am.
01:28:02.000 I love the guy.
01:28:04.000 Absolutely love him.
01:28:05.000 Is he perfect?
01:28:06.000 No!
01:28:06.000 But you want to know something?
01:28:08.000 As messy as our world is and as screwed up as our country is, I want to put the meanest, toughest, most successful, proven leader in there to fix it for us all.
01:28:19.000 And I think that's what we need.
01:28:21.000 I don't understand why he's not the preferred candidate of Antifa.
01:28:24.000 If they really think that he is this destabilizing force who's gonna go in and just gut the country, they should be voting for him being like, oh no, oh no, it's Trump.
01:28:34.000 Right?
01:28:36.000 They just believe it's like, the Democrats are like, he's dismantling our government one step at a time, he's firing people.
01:28:41.000 Then Antifa should be like, yeah, actually, They should, but the fight the system, Antifa, were also
01:28:47.000 the same ones to put mask on and get out there and riot for the vaccines. Yeah. It was crazy
01:28:53.000 watching the video of them attacking people outside of, like Antifa attacked an anti-censorship rally.
01:29:00.000 And I'm like, what? Are you pro-corporate?
01:29:02.000 These are people purchasing corporations. Then you had people processing outside of a facility
01:29:08.000 against mandated vaccines, vaccine mandates, and Antifa attacks them too. And I'm like,
01:29:12.000 they're opposing government authority. Then I love the memes where they're like,
01:29:16.000 you know, AOC saying the Supreme Court shouldn't have the jurisdiction over abortion.
01:29:21.000 And it's like, okay, they literally ruled that.
01:29:23.000 Like, you agree with them?
01:29:24.000 They said they were rescinding authority and giving back to the states.
01:29:28.000 But AOC wants jurisdiction transferred to a different federal court anyway.
01:29:31.000 No, she just wants to completely take apart the Supreme Court.
01:29:34.000 Packing the court?
01:29:35.000 It's fascistic.
01:29:35.000 Pack the court.
01:29:36.000 That's what they want.
01:29:37.000 I love the ban the guns Democrats.
01:29:40.000 Leftists, like real ones, they like guns.
01:29:42.000 There's like the Socialist Rifle Association, for instance.
01:29:45.000 The ones that hate me love guns.
01:29:47.000 They love guns so much they called my husband and left a voicemail on his cell phone this past weekend And said a lot of nasty things about me and said, this is what I'm going to do to your wife.
01:29:58.000 And then they cocked their gun and fired it several times.
01:30:00.000 I told you I was sorry about that voice memo.
01:30:04.000 I don't know how to say it on air.
01:30:06.000 I told you before.
01:30:07.000 Yeah, that's horrible, man.
01:30:08.000 I'm sorry that happened.
01:30:09.000 Like whenever I...
01:30:13.000 Whenever I see people on the right be attacked with some of the tactics that I used to criticize on the other side, I always want to just be like, man, that doesn't represent me at all.
01:30:24.000 That's awful.
01:30:25.000 It's awful.
01:30:26.000 But how often have you heard the left say, respect the diversity of tactics?
01:30:30.000 Right.
01:30:31.000 That's a code word for when you see people getting violent, don't try and stop them or criticize them.
01:30:36.000 What?
01:30:37.000 They call it respecting the diversity of tactics.
01:30:40.000 What does that even mean?
01:30:42.000 Just allow it to happen?
01:30:44.000 We used to, like, get in trouble.
01:30:46.000 Anyone who talked about, you know, when protests got violent, even around Occupy, if someone brought up Martin Luther King Jr., they'd be like, oh, that's like a sellout.
01:30:56.000 It was a sellout tactic.
01:30:57.000 If you brought up Martin Luther King Jr.
01:30:59.000 and you'd say, you know, oh, he believed in peaceful protests, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
01:31:03.000 They would almost say that.
01:31:05.000 Now, it is ridiculous when even this year you see, like, the FBI posting, like, Martin Luther King Day tweets and stuff.
01:31:12.000 You're like, okay, that's a little ridiculous.
01:31:14.000 But I think that having him as a role model is certainly not a bad thing and shouldn't be labeled as a bad thing.
01:31:21.000 So the diversity of tactics thing, just to clarify, the idea is that when we protest, a bunch of people will try different things.
01:31:29.000 And so whenever someone would show up wearing all black and throw bricks, the organizers would say, well, we respect a diversity of tactics.
01:31:37.000 What?
01:31:38.000 That's violence.
01:31:39.000 It's breaking the law.
01:31:40.000 Yeah, it's wrong.
01:31:40.000 There should be no respect for that.
01:31:43.000 And just like you said you get more mad at Republicans sometimes, I feel like the left should get really mad at that because that derails.
01:31:50.000 You know, if you're throwing bricks through windows, now the story becomes bricks through windows, not Was this man murdered by the police and it's like we don't want to take away from that We if you actually care about the problem if you want to fix Institutional racism if you want to hold bad cops accountable and help good cops, you shouldn't be throwing bricks through windows You should be actually making your point be out in the streets.
01:32:11.000 Yeah, peacefully protest wear your heat-resistant gloves We're always wear the gloves guys pretend to be handcuffed and wear the gloves It's awful, I mean I'm doing right now but well I was mad about January 6th.
01:32:27.000 I was mad.
01:32:28.000 I was upset.
01:32:30.000 I was scared.
01:32:31.000 I was angry.
01:32:31.000 I could not believe it.
01:32:33.000 I was like, what is happening?
01:32:34.000 How is this happening?
01:32:36.000 I couldn't believe it.
01:32:37.000 The weird contradiction though, they don't hold each other accountable but they do falsely accuse each other.
01:32:42.000 It's a circular firing squad is what Obama called it.
01:32:45.000 So it's like, you'll watch someone on the left do something egregious and they'll look at you and be like, so what?
01:32:50.000 Wasn't there a famous comedian that just got, oh yeah, Dave Chappelle.
01:32:54.000 Yes, Dave Chappelle.
01:32:56.000 Antifa threatened the venue, I guess, and then he bailed out.
01:32:59.000 The left used to love Dave Chappelle!
01:33:01.000 But why?
01:33:02.000 Who did he attack?
01:33:03.000 It was because of his transphobic remarks, supposedly.
01:33:08.000 So what were his transphobic remarks?
01:33:10.000 Because I get accused of that too.
01:33:12.000 Uh, I mean, he's made a lot of jokes about, like, the whole trans issue.
01:33:17.000 I think he's kind of pigeonholed himself in that way.
01:33:20.000 Uh, I don't think they're super funny personally, but, like, I mean, obviously the left has decided that the trans issue is, like, taking priority right now.
01:33:33.000 It's the golden calf.
01:33:34.000 Because it's like the ultimate lie that you have to believe in order to be part of their group.
01:33:40.000 So like some of the venue staff was doing a strike and then the venue I think was just sorry that they got caught.
01:33:50.000 They kind of wanted to have him on under their radar and then apologize afterwards.
01:33:55.000 I saw their post on Instagram about it saying like We want to be a safe space for everyone.
01:34:00.000 We want to be better.
01:34:01.000 We're not just a black box with people in it.
01:34:03.000 We're like a home for freedom of expression.
01:34:06.000 But it's not a safe space for Dave Chappelle.
01:34:07.000 Except we just cancelled Dave Chappelle.
01:34:09.000 And also you know that the next venue that is willing to overlook that is eager to have him because he sells out everywhere.
01:34:15.000 Wow.
01:34:16.000 What the left doesn't realize I've been doing stand-up for 20 years.
01:34:22.000 I've seen Chappelle perform in front of 20 people, in front of sold-out crowds.
01:34:28.000 What they don't understand is they're actually pushing more people to the right.
01:34:34.000 Because there are so many comedy fans who are fans of offensive comedy.
01:34:40.000 I say offensive things I'm a fan of offensive comedy because a lot of good comedy it comes from trauma you know when people when people would ask me an interview is like were you the class clown I'm like nope the class clown beat me up uh like a lot of comics are sad right I remember getting into comedy because I had a really rough childhood and you'd use humor to kind of Escape and same with you know
01:35:02.000 even politics if you can make someone who disagrees with you laugh that breaks the ice and now you can have a
01:35:08.000 conversation right and so what's happening is
01:35:12.000 Comics also they don't take crap and they double down because to them comedy is the religion which means that I
01:35:20.000 Am constantly trying to walk that line and see how far I can take an audience where they get scared scared scared
01:35:26.000 scared And then I'm gonna hit him with a punchline and then they're
01:35:29.000 gonna laugh even harder because they thought they were gonna
01:35:30.000 gonna disagree.
01:35:32.000 So Chappelle had like, yeah, I'm not a huge fan either, Mary, of like some of the early like trans jokes.
01:35:37.000 I'm like, oh, that was kind of easy, whatever.
01:35:39.000 Didn't think they were like hateful by any means.
01:35:42.000 Then he gets attacked as, like, the world's worst, you know, transphobe, whatever, which is also not true.
01:35:47.000 He gets physically assaulted on stage, by the way.
01:35:50.000 He does the same thing that this, uh, representative was saying.
01:35:53.000 Yeah, and man, he handled that guy.
01:35:55.000 Um, and so what happened in, I don't think his last special, either his last special or second to last special, is he tells this really touching story about a trans friend of his who was a comic who he would bring out on the road with him and, or, or have open a couple of times.
01:36:13.000 It was really beautiful and you could tell that was him as an artist trying to grapple with what was happening and then they just went after him harder and and and his friend by the way committed suicide and he tells that in the story so it's this tragic story and It's what good art should be.
01:36:30.000 It's what good comedy should be.
01:36:31.000 It's honest.
01:36:32.000 It's edgy.
01:36:33.000 It's dealing with, um, the adversity that he's facing.
01:36:36.000 And then again, they are acting like this dude wants trans people locked up.
01:36:41.000 They're acting like he has political power and he isn't just an artist.
01:36:44.000 So now he's just labeled as that.
01:36:46.000 And it's driving all these comedy fans away from the left.
01:36:49.000 Cause they go, Oh, you just don't care about freedom of speech or comedy.
01:36:52.000 It's the recurring theme of the meme where the guy's standing in the middle and then someone on the left shoves him to the right and then he gets picked up and they're like, are you alright?
01:37:00.000 And the left goes, why are you siding with them?
01:37:01.000 We gotta go to Super Chats.
01:37:05.000 So if you haven't already, would you kindly smash that like button, subscribe to the channel, share the show with your friends.
01:37:09.000 We are going to have an uncensored After show.
01:37:12.000 We'll be live about 11.
01:37:13.000 It'll go up on the website at TimCast.com at about 11 p.m.
01:37:16.000 So sign up.
01:37:17.000 And when you sign up, you're using Parallel Economy.
01:37:20.000 It is a payment processor co-founded by Dan Bongino.
01:37:22.000 It is censorship resistant.
01:37:24.000 And we took PayPal off the site because we don't like what they stand for.
01:37:29.000 Now, I will add briefly, too, there's an issue with foreign payments, I guess, that we're trying to figure out.
01:37:35.000 So apologies.
01:37:37.000 Of course, there are bugs because we just rolled it out.
01:37:39.000 We're getting to it, but tons of people have already signed up.
01:37:42.000 When you sign up using Parallel Economy on the site, you're supporting our work directly, but you're also supporting the infrastructure of Parallel Economy, and hopefully they take over, and they take over the market from PayPal.
01:37:52.000 That would be fantastic.
01:37:54.000 All right, let's see what you got.
01:37:56.000 Doomsday Party says, Hi Tim.
01:37:58.000 Hi Timcast.
01:37:58.000 As an agnostic atheist, I often wonder, is it possible to solve Hume's is-ought problem and establish objective morality in a hypothetical world where no gods exist?
01:38:09.000 That was the most atheist question I've ever heard in my life.
01:38:12.000 I just have to say, it takes a lot of faith to be an atheist.
01:38:16.000 It does.
01:38:16.000 Damn.
01:38:17.000 It's true.
01:38:18.000 You have to believe that hard that there's no God and no creator.
01:38:23.000 That's actually a lot of faith.
01:38:25.000 If you look at nature and just look at how things work.
01:38:30.000 Yeah, I've never been a fan.
01:38:32.000 When I was younger, I was very much like, there's no God, I'm atheist.
01:38:35.000 Me too.
01:38:35.000 And then I actually just kind of read a few books and was like, I actually have no idea.
01:38:38.000 No idea.
01:38:39.000 But isn't that kind of beautiful?
01:38:41.000 Yeah.
01:38:42.000 Right?
01:38:42.000 It's like, just treat everyone good.
01:38:45.000 Like, that's it.
01:38:46.000 Or maybe that search that you end up believing.
01:38:50.000 It's okay.
01:38:51.000 The whole thing is a process.
01:38:53.000 But it takes a lot of faith to take a hard stance and say there's no God.
01:38:56.000 All right, fine.
01:38:57.000 Take me to church tomorrow, Gary.
01:38:59.000 Well, we can talk about it.
01:39:01.000 I love talking spirituality, religion, DMT, all that good stuff.
01:39:03.000 Me too.
01:39:04.000 All right.
01:39:04.000 Ben D says, MTG, I want to apologize on behalf of all of MA 4th District.
01:39:09.000 I know how Mr. Hisom and his staff treat you.
01:39:12.000 I contact the office constantly to remind them of their unacceptable behavior.
01:39:16.000 What is that about?
01:39:19.000 That's the Chief of Staff for the Democrat representative that has been targeting me for months and months and I want to tell whoever that person is, thank you very very much because I have so many death threats and for months I had no idea who this person was.
01:39:34.000 It's wrong.
01:39:34.000 It's silly.
01:39:34.000 targeting me, attacking my faith, attacking my Christianity, attacking me as a woman,
01:39:40.000 and my belief and my freedom of speech to say there's only two genders, male and female.
01:39:44.000 So thank you so much for trying to hold your representative accountable.
01:39:49.000 I really appreciate it.
01:39:50.000 And it's wrong.
01:39:52.000 It's silly.
01:39:53.000 It's over a sign.
01:39:54.000 But the fact that, you know, they push and push and push what they think and they believe
01:40:00.000 and what they want and expect all of us to just take it.
01:40:03.000 But yet I am attacked constantly for standing my ground and saying, no, this is this is the hill I'm going to die on.
01:40:09.000 There's only two genders and I'm going to protect children and stop all this gender brainwashing stuff.
01:40:15.000 You know, I've been attacked relentlessly.
01:40:17.000 So thank you very much for for trying to tell them to stop.
01:40:20.000 Can I ask you a question about that?
01:40:23.000 The thing that makes me nervous is, so I've always, I mean I started my comedy career under Bush talking about like same-sex marriage.
01:40:32.000 Anytime I see people getting discriminated against, the instinct to me goes, that sucks!
01:40:36.000 I want to defend them, right?
01:40:38.000 And, but then, and I've lost some fans on the left and friends even for talking about like,
01:40:44.000 I don't like that.
01:40:45.000 Like I have trans friends, but I'm like, I don't like the drag shows.
01:40:49.000 I don't like the surgery stuff.
01:40:50.000 The sports stuff confuses me.
01:40:52.000 And I think that that should be a reasonable position to not be exiled from the left.
01:40:58.000 It is what it is.
01:40:59.000 The question is, and I saw this this week, was I posted about same sex marriage
01:41:05.000 and somebody said I used to be for same sex marriage, but now I'm against that
01:41:10.000 because essentially I think gay people are groomers, right?
01:41:13.000 So how do we differentiate between actual predators, groomers, and then just like the LGBT community at large,
01:41:21.000 like the suburban husbands who are just kicking it?
01:41:23.000 Well, first off, I think there's a major difference.
01:41:28.000 I don't want to know what people do in the bedroom together.
01:41:32.000 It's their own privacy, two consenting adults.
01:41:35.000 You don't need to see those Hunter Biden tapes again?
01:41:38.000 God forbid, no.
01:41:40.000 But sincerely though, grooming is a real thing, and children are so impressionable, and we've got to protect kids, and kids go through identity crises.
01:41:50.000 Oh my God, totally.
01:41:50.000 I mean, and how many of us wanted to be something when we were 10 years old or 15 years old, and then we totally changed our mind when we became adults?
01:41:57.000 We gotta leave kids alone, let them grow up, but you can't.
01:42:00.000 This telling kids they can change their gender is so dangerous.
01:42:04.000 It's child abuse because puberty blockers, these medications, they sterilize them.
01:42:11.000 Medications, they hurt their health.
01:42:13.000 And then, mastectomies.
01:42:15.000 Teenage girls having mastectomies.
01:42:19.000 Boys actually having genital mutilation surgeries.
01:42:24.000 Yes, that actually, you know what that does?
01:42:26.000 They have terrible issues their entire life, and it's horrific!
01:42:31.000 These are things we have to protect children.
01:42:34.000 We have to protect children at all costs, and we can't go to the place where we're teaching a lie.
01:42:40.000 All right, let's read some more.
01:42:41.000 We got Jason Fisher says, To Mary, Eric July just started his own comic book company called The Ripaverse.
01:42:46.000 It would be cool to have him on Pop Culture Crisis to talk about it.
01:42:49.000 Yeah, we were talking about that on the show the other day.
01:42:52.000 I think it was last week.
01:42:55.000 I know he's been on IRL, right?
01:42:56.000 He is.
01:42:57.000 Yeah.
01:42:57.000 Yeah.
01:42:58.000 We'd love to have him.
01:42:59.000 We can have him on both shows.
01:43:00.000 That'd be cool.
01:43:00.000 That'd be super fun.
01:43:01.000 If you go on Pop Culture Crisis, then later in the week.
01:43:02.000 Totally.
01:43:02.000 And Chet Hanks.
01:43:03.000 Yeah.
01:43:04.000 He's been in the talks.
01:43:05.000 Is Chet saying yes?
01:43:07.000 I've been texting with him.
01:43:09.000 We'll see.
01:43:09.000 Are you serious?
01:43:10.000 I'm working on it.
01:43:10.000 Oh, cool.
01:43:11.000 That'd be awesome.
01:43:12.000 Yeah, the second he started following me on Instagram, I frantically texted Mary and Brett screenshots.
01:43:16.000 I'm gonna I'm gonna read this comment because I want it to be brought up.
01:43:19.000 Raymond G. Maga Stanley Jr.
01:43:20.000 says, Marjorie, do you agree with McConnell and not wanting to impeach Biden for all his obvious crimes against the US?
01:43:26.000 We need action to forward the line.
01:43:28.000 I just I know your answer.
01:43:30.000 And I agree with it.
01:43:30.000 And I want to hear it again.
01:43:31.000 So absolutely impeach Biden immediately.
01:43:35.000 Tim is requesting the Marjorie hits.
01:43:38.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:43:38.000 And I think Mitch McConnell needs to go too.
01:43:40.000 It is.
01:43:41.000 Oh, I'm with you on that.
01:43:42.000 I met Taibbi's reporting on Ukraine with what Joe Biden was doing.
01:43:47.000 The obvious quid pro quo.
01:43:48.000 I'm sick of it.
01:43:50.000 We need some leaders to go in there and just calmly and dispassionately say, here's the allegations.
01:43:55.000 Here's the filing.
01:43:55.000 I love Taibbi.
01:43:56.000 I haven't read those yet.
01:43:57.000 The Taibbi stuff?
01:43:58.000 Yeah.
01:44:00.000 Victor Shokin, the prosecutor in Ukraine, was actively investigating Burisma, where Hunter Biden worked, and Joe Biden went in and said, fire the prosecutor or I'm withholding U.S.
01:44:08.000 aid to Ukraine.
01:44:09.000 And they said, you don't have the legal authority to do that.
01:44:10.000 He says, try me.
01:44:11.000 Call the president.
01:44:12.000 Like the most obvious illegal activity.
01:44:15.000 Joe Biden is on video.
01:44:16.000 Saying he did it.
01:44:17.000 Saying this.
01:44:18.000 Saying he did it.
01:44:19.000 Lock him up!
01:44:20.000 Yeah, for that reason alone, that was my first set of articles of impeachment.
01:44:25.000 It's abuse of power.
01:44:26.000 He's compromised.
01:44:27.000 It's not the good.
01:44:28.000 All right, all right.
01:44:29.000 Here's a good one.
01:44:29.000 Infernal Machine says, is it true as reported by The Hill that Milo Yiannopoulos is now a congressional intern for Marjorie Taylor Greene?
01:44:36.000 It is true.
01:44:37.000 He is an unpaid intern.
01:44:40.000 Yes, it is true.
01:44:41.000 What does he do?
01:44:41.000 Working his way to the top.
01:44:43.000 He does a lot.
01:44:44.000 He does a lot.
01:44:44.000 He's great.
01:44:45.000 Wow, that's actually... I love that story.
01:44:47.000 Wait, hold on, is this not a bit?
01:44:49.000 It's real.
01:44:49.000 It's real.
01:44:51.000 Yeah, it's legit.
01:44:52.000 Oh no!
01:44:52.000 Can I ask you about... I thought that was a bit!
01:44:54.000 Can I ask you about... I'm not a comedian!
01:44:58.000 No, you are!
01:44:58.000 You're very funny.
01:45:00.000 Marjorie, can I ask you about F-Pac 3 and your experience there?
01:45:03.000 What was that like?
01:45:05.000 So I went and gave a speech there.
01:45:07.000 It was, oh my goodness, so many young people.
01:45:11.000 Didn't know much about the group, but gave the same speech I give everywhere.
01:45:14.000 I give that speech to, like, Democrat union workers give the same speech in my district.
01:45:21.000 How'd they receive it?
01:45:22.000 They loved it!
01:45:23.000 Nice.
01:45:24.000 So did the Democrat union workers.
01:45:26.000 I just saw so many people were tearing you apart for that and it's not fair.
01:45:29.000 They did, you know, and I resent the reaction because I don't believe in canceling people.
01:45:36.000 Totally.
01:45:36.000 And I think that's wrong and I don't know why it's wrong to talk to everyone.
01:45:42.000 Why is that wrong?
01:45:44.000 But no, I got attacked.
01:45:46.000 Even by the right.
01:45:47.000 Oh, I got more attacked by the right, actually.
01:45:50.000 I got canceled by some people, and that's unfortunate.
01:45:54.000 And I don't think I should, just because someone else doesn't like a person, I shouldn't take on other people's enemies.
01:46:01.000 Those aren't my enemies.
01:46:03.000 I'm literally just working for the good of our country, and I think that involves talking to everyone.
01:46:08.000 And I think those kids needed to hear what I had to say.
01:46:11.000 All right, we have a question that you wouldn't be able to answer if you could, I think.
01:46:15.000 Sam Urey says, will MTG take VP in a Trump or DeSantis ticket?
01:46:21.000 Oh, I would heavily consider that.
01:46:24.000 Oh, wow.
01:46:24.000 All right.
01:46:25.000 I don't know that it would happen.
01:46:26.000 I would imagine the establishment on the right would do everything they could to stop it.
01:46:30.000 I wonder what a Trump-DeSantis ticket would look like, how the establishment right would react to that.
01:46:36.000 Um, I don't know.
01:46:38.000 I don't see anything wrong with it.
01:46:39.000 What's wrong with that?
01:46:40.000 No, no.
01:46:40.000 They really hate Trump, though.
01:46:42.000 That's crazy.
01:46:42.000 Oh, they hate Trump.
01:46:43.000 They hate him.
01:46:46.000 All right.
01:46:46.000 Let's see.
01:46:47.000 John White says, My name is John.
01:46:49.000 I'm a 33-year-old white male.
01:46:50.000 Been listening regularly for two years and have lived in the AZ mountains for the last 15 months with my wife, two young boys, and chickens.
01:46:57.000 No regrets.
01:46:57.000 Hashtag Carrie Lake.
01:46:58.000 Awesome.
01:46:59.000 Ooh, go Carrie.
01:47:00.000 Glad to hear it.
01:47:01.000 Yes.
01:47:01.000 She's great.
01:47:02.000 She is great.
01:47:03.000 Yeah.
01:47:03.000 You know what I find is that, I mean I think you were even mentioning it, the people we end up having on the show, like you Carrie or Thomas Massey or whatever, just act like real people.
01:47:13.000 Yeah.
01:47:14.000 I've talked to politicians in the past and it's just like the canned plastic response.
01:47:20.000 I think your podcast is the test.
01:47:22.000 Right, can you stand two hours?
01:47:23.000 I'm serious.
01:47:24.000 If somebody can't come and be on your show then... And just hang?
01:47:27.000 Yeah.
01:47:27.000 Who was the congressman who the second he saw my cauliflower ears downstairs was like, let's wrestle.
01:47:31.000 Oh yeah.
01:47:33.000 Yeah.
01:47:36.000 So we started grappling downstairs and I was like, man, I may not agree with all of you guys, but you are a lot more fun.
01:47:42.000 Noam Chomsky didn't try to wrestle me when I interviewed him.
01:47:44.000 Come on, man.
01:47:45.000 That's awesome.
01:47:47.000 All right.
01:47:48.000 Latina Prepper says MTG for president.
01:47:51.000 And then a bunch of American flags and heart emojis.
01:47:55.000 All right.
01:47:56.000 Creamer of the Dairy Squad says, Tim, make an American dad-esque animated sitcom, then I'll sub to your site.
01:48:01.000 It's very expensive.
01:48:02.000 I mean, we're making a sitcom, so I would still do it.
01:48:06.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:48:07.000 Also, you get to hear the uncensored version of this conversation afterwards, so why wouldn't you support someone who's bringing you real news like this, right?
01:48:16.000 That you're not going to hear anywhere else.
01:48:17.000 Yeah, one of the things with the vlog is that it was in dire straits, and people who like the current iteration of it need to understand that it was an untenable situation.
01:48:26.000 It was money going into a project that was slowly just about to evaporate.
01:48:30.000 And so I was like, let's breathe some life into it and try and just make it something better and new.
01:48:36.000 And now it's started turning around and it's been improving.
01:48:39.000 Some people might not like it's a dramatic change in the identity of it, but it's, I think, better than just shutting down.
01:48:44.000 Well, and also, I mean, the compliments that we have gotten and the callbacks to the inside jokes has been so cool.
01:48:52.000 And now we get to make it like an actual show.
01:48:55.000 And I just watched the first cut of like the first episode and it's, it's so, it's The first longer form one.
01:49:00.000 The first longer form one, and it's so fun.
01:49:02.000 They were like 10 minutes, and now they're gonna be 20 minutes once a week.
01:49:05.000 And the best part is, by putting it on the website, we can actually make edgy jokes that YouTube would ban you for.
01:49:12.000 That's not even offensive, it's so dumb.
01:49:13.000 And I made them.
01:49:15.000 They are on episode one.
01:49:17.000 There are political things you can't say on YouTube, and it's the stupidest thing.
01:49:20.000 It's ridiculous.
01:49:21.000 You can't trust the machine to give you the algorithms, the voice recognition thing, to understand a joke or context.
01:49:28.000 And we're not on YouTube right now.
01:49:30.000 We are, yeah.
01:49:31.000 Oh, we're still on it.
01:49:31.000 Yeah, we're still on YouTube for about 12 more minutes.
01:49:33.000 Yeah, we actually end the show with me teaching how to give an abortion on YouTube.
01:49:38.000 Oh my gosh, no we don't.
01:49:40.000 Okay, alright, alright everybody.
01:49:42.000 We're going to try not to teach that.
01:49:43.000 Got it, got it, got it, got it.
01:49:45.000 I'm learning.
01:49:45.000 Hey, just let me baby step my way to you guys, all right?
01:49:48.000 All right.
01:49:49.000 Angel Tora says, Marjorie, would you agree that President Trump should mandate trade school programs in high school with our taxes instead of paying for college debt?
01:49:57.000 Oh wow.
01:49:58.000 You know, college debt, that one's tough.
01:50:01.000 I don't think that the government should be paying off people's college debt.
01:50:04.000 But I am a huge believer in trade school.
01:50:07.000 I think that's where most young people should go because you know something?
01:50:10.000 Those are awesome degrees and they lead to high paying jobs instead of a bunch of student loan debt when you can't get a job.
01:50:19.000 The Isaac Glover Show says, it's okay, Jamie.
01:50:21.000 We'll slowly but surely massage you into becoming fully pro-life.
01:50:24.000 Your destiny is the dark side.
01:50:26.000 Every day on Twitter, you guys, you guys all make me laugh because I'll just get these like either red pill emojis or I'll tweet something that's like centrist and literally all your fans will just be like, it's happening.
01:50:38.000 And they'll just tweet me that.
01:50:40.000 The left calls this the love bomb.
01:50:42.000 They claim that the right will be really nice to you to trick you into joining their side.
01:50:45.000 Well, it works everybody.
01:50:48.000 What do we do to them after they've been tricked?
01:50:50.000 Have a beer?
01:50:55.000 Guys love bombing rules But it's like it's nefarious.
01:50:58.000 They're just trying to be nice you to trick you and it's like Maybe you should take a take a note from that and be nice to people.
01:51:05.000 Well, and here's the thing too.
01:51:06.000 It's nice on top of the fact that we have disagreed and have asked each other questions and have Like that's the difference, right?
01:51:16.000 You're still trying to get to the bottom of things and this notion that if you become More centrist or if you're a liberal and you take on a conservative view on like guns or if you're a conservative And you take on a liberal view on say like I don't care if gay people marry or whatever Somehow you're like a grifter or a sellout instead of like no man people are complicated and there are gray areas And it's allowed to have you're allowed to have friends and thoughts on both sides.
01:51:41.000 I think that is healthy I think it's hell.
01:51:43.000 It'd be boring if we all agreed.
01:51:45.000 The worst!
01:51:46.000 RJ says, I'm pro-life and I support the death penalty for murder.
01:51:49.000 I argue executing a murderer upholds the sanctity of life.
01:51:52.000 Pro-life does not mean anti-death.
01:51:54.000 Yeah, I was just talking about there are so many cases that are, you know, we either find out like, Oh no, maybe he wasn't guilty.
01:52:04.000 Right.
01:52:05.000 Yeah.
01:52:06.000 And then it's like, well, what do we do?
01:52:07.000 Right.
01:52:08.000 That's why I oppose the death penalty.
01:52:09.000 Yeah.
01:52:09.000 Like life in prison is pretty rough, but at least you can go back on that.
01:52:13.000 Yeah.
01:52:14.000 Well, no one's more innocent than an unborn child.
01:52:17.000 Correct.
01:52:18.000 Yeah.
01:52:19.000 Are you pro death penalty?
01:52:21.000 Yeah.
01:52:22.000 In some cases I am.
01:52:23.000 My concern with it is, I think it's kind of unfair to do, but I think it makes the point.
01:52:29.000 I don't trust Kamala Harris to decide who deserves to die.
01:52:33.000 She's in California and this is basically what she's doing.
01:52:37.000 And then I said, do you think that she's going to make sure that the people who are on death row are all truly guilty?
01:52:43.000 Like, if she came to me and said, Tim, that guy right there killed a man and I wanna put him to death, I'd be like, I don't believe you.
01:52:49.000 Like, I don't take your word for it.
01:52:52.000 Um, so the challenge is, I know people have said, like, Tim, if someone, like, on video, you're watching them do something, you know there's a risk, there's no rehabilitation.
01:52:59.000 I'm like, I get it, I get it.
01:53:01.000 The challenge is, in a very specific, simple context, I understand that, but creating a legal framework that says, trust the state to kill people, I'm like... Right.
01:53:11.000 Well, it is that is that's a very hard line.
01:53:14.000 It's a it's an extremely difficult topic But I think I'm a believer in prison reform.
01:53:20.000 I think we have a lot of issues in the prison system When I went in the DC jail, one of the things that really bothered me other than how the January 6 Pre-trial detainees were being treated was I saw people In extreme suffering, in solitary confinement, in other parts of the prison, and they were in there because of violence and attacking the guards and all kinds of issues, but that is suffering as well.
01:53:46.000 Yeah, and how is that going to rehabilitate them?
01:53:48.000 It's not.
01:53:50.000 Right, and it's just, oh, I don't know, there's a lot of problems there, and I think we should do better.
01:53:55.000 Stop love bombing me with prison reform talk.
01:53:57.000 Ian likes to talk about Shea's Rebellion.
01:54:00.000 Are you familiar?
01:54:01.000 Yeah, shortly after the revolution you had a bunch of guys who were not paid because the US was broke as a new country So they revolted and then when they were captured and arrested I can't remember who because you know he talks about it They were pardoned like all but like three guys were completely pardoned They were like we cannot do this a new country cannot just you know hang or punish these guys Because they were you know indebted, you know, we owe the money and we couldn't pay so it's like let him go Let him go simmer things down calm things down.
01:54:27.000 I think I think the Republicans gotta get into November.
01:54:31.000 And look, I think anybody who is smashing, you know, attacking cops and shoving and getting violence, they should be held accountable.
01:54:39.000 Yeah, I do too.
01:54:40.000 But we need real leadership, because the Democrats won't do it, to go in and find all of these people who are being abused in the D.C.
01:54:47.000 jails and who are being wrongly held over misdemeanor nonsense to just be released.
01:54:51.000 Pardon?
01:54:51.000 They should be.
01:54:53.000 It's time served.
01:54:55.000 Absolutely.
01:54:55.000 They should be released.
01:54:56.000 It's too much.
01:54:58.000 What they've gone through is too much.
01:54:59.000 But the issue is if the Democrats did it, it would actually be a de-escalating moment where they came out and said, were they to come out and be like, look, we don't want to play this game.
01:55:07.000 We're getting too close.
01:55:09.000 They might actually win some elections if they behave like that.
01:55:12.000 But they don't.
01:55:13.000 But aren't they the party of love and tolerance?
01:55:15.000 They are funding Trump candidates while claiming Trump candidates are the threat to this country, which is a literal political false flag operation.
01:55:23.000 What?
01:55:23.000 You didn't know that?
01:55:24.000 No.
01:55:25.000 The Democrats are literally putting money into promoting Trump-supporting candidates.
01:55:29.000 Because they think that's the play?
01:55:31.000 They think they have a better chance of winning against them.
01:55:34.000 Yep.
01:55:34.000 The Democrats' Governor's Association, I think, put in a couple million bucks into a couple Republicans that were pro-Trump.
01:55:40.000 Trump endorsed.
01:55:41.000 Yep.
01:55:44.000 They think when the general election comes, they'll beat the Trump-endorsed candidate.
01:55:49.000 Oh my gosh.
01:55:50.000 It's a false flag.
01:55:51.000 I can't even comprehend it.
01:55:53.000 And then they go on the January 6th hearing and they're like, this is an existential threat to this country.
01:55:57.000 Quick, give them more money.
01:55:58.000 Yeah.
01:55:59.000 False flag.
01:56:00.000 It's scum.
01:56:01.000 It's man.
01:56:02.000 That is an incredible lie.
01:56:04.000 So they're lying on the January 6th committee, and they've done it a lot tonight.
01:56:09.000 And then they're going to paint these candidates with these lies, and then they're going to put money behind them.
01:56:15.000 That's a terrible trick.
01:56:17.000 Collis L. Bryant says, signed up at TimCast.com today.
01:56:20.000 I dropped my Hulu subscription back in June because Disney owns a sizable percentage of it and has gone off the deep end.
01:56:26.000 Happy to invest in a company striving to have a positive impact.
01:56:29.000 I really appreciate it.
01:56:30.000 Thanks, bud.
01:56:31.000 And I want to tell all you guys, I think a good portion of our members who sign up are mission driven, right?
01:56:37.000 They see what we're trying to do and they're like, it's 10 bucks and it will help make that mission happen.
01:56:41.000 I will add to that.
01:56:43.000 Parallel economy is just getting started.
01:56:45.000 We need them to succeed because PayPal owns like 80% of the online financial market of transactions.
01:56:53.000 Whatever companies you can find that use parallel economy, start supporting.
01:56:56.000 That's Dan Bongino's, he co-founded it.
01:56:58.000 And we also use the Rumble Player.
01:57:00.000 But I also want to add, you don't have to sign up if our content isn't good.
01:57:04.000 My goal is to make sure that we have good content so you don't even think twice about it.
01:57:07.000 And you just go, eh, Hulu or Timcast.
01:57:09.000 Eh, Timcast's got better shows.
01:57:11.000 That's my goal.
01:57:12.000 Also, we care about you.
01:57:14.000 Like, total shoutout, because I talked a little bit about mental health when I was on Monday.
01:57:18.000 Shoutout to all the, especially men, man, like, who don't talk about this a lot, who hit me up either on Instagram or Twitter to talk about, like, the mental health comments.
01:57:27.000 They were also saying that somebody tweeted me that Dan, that's what reminded me, really helped him on the show as well.
01:57:34.000 You want to support communities that actually do care about you, that actually do have diversity and opinion, that are trying to make good content and not just trying to take your money.
01:57:43.000 So thank you to everyone who signs up.
01:57:45.000 And man, I want to tell you about the stuff that's coming, but just get excited.
01:57:49.000 I want to read this comment from one of our favorite superchatters, TheRealHydro.
01:57:54.000 He superchats endlessly all day every night.
01:57:56.000 He does.
01:57:57.000 That's true.
01:57:57.000 Often very critical, and sometimes, to be completely honest, Hydro, I don't think they're actual good faith questions, but you do make a good point here that I want to address.
01:58:05.000 He says that Tim flip-flops so much he went from, Trump represents the worst of America, to, I vote for Trump.
01:58:10.000 Liberals don't commit, wake up people.
01:58:13.000 My point about Trump representing the worst of America is the culture, the TV show, the grab-em-by-the-you-know-what, the horse face, the fat pig stuff.
01:58:25.000 Yeah, I say that all the time.
01:58:27.000 It's not a flip-up.
01:58:27.000 Literally, I think Trump has no—there was a lack of decorum.
01:58:30.000 It was an issue, in my opinion.
01:58:32.000 But I don't think it was substantial enough when it came to the issues.
01:58:37.000 So the first time around, it was like I saw the way he behaved, but also just didn't believe he would do anything.
01:58:42.000 I had no faith in the political system.
01:58:45.000 Then I watch this guy who gets smeared and lied about in the media non-stop all day every day.
01:58:49.000 Actually did pretty good.
01:58:50.000 Then he comes out with his second term agenda.
01:58:53.000 I actually really liked it.
01:58:53.000 And I said, you know what?
01:58:54.000 I don't care all that much about decorum.
01:58:57.000 I do think it represents the worst of American culture, but that's not that big a deal to me when it comes to what the country is.
01:59:03.000 I would take a Donald Trump who goes on stage as the president, calls him a horse face, Who creates a great economy and tries to bring about peace in the Korean peninsula over Joe Biden, who can try and be nice and then sells us out.
01:59:16.000 So Hillary Clinton was the worst of American government.
01:59:19.000 Crony corporate garbage.
01:59:21.000 I've long maintained I am not a big fan of Trump's demeanor.
01:59:26.000 But that's like, on a level of importance, not that much.
01:59:30.000 I can understand why to some people it is, but...
01:59:32.000 I think Trump did well enough to where I'm like, yo, give me the mean tweets.
01:59:36.000 I don't care.
01:59:37.000 Literally.
01:59:38.000 Bring a good president about.
01:59:39.000 If Hydro doesn't like Trump's comments, he should read some of the stuff the left says about me or to my face.
01:59:45.000 I think Hydro actually really likes Trump's comments, to be honest.
01:59:47.000 I don't know for sure.
01:59:48.000 I think he's just criticizing me because I've been critical of Trump, you know, and his character versus why I vote for him.
01:59:55.000 Like, I don't think that's contradiction at all.
01:59:57.000 No.
01:59:57.000 Okay.
01:59:57.000 I think in fact it's a good thing that you have people who are like former liberals willing
02:00:01.000 to be like, hey Trump, be better, do better because you are doing a good job as president.
02:00:06.000 At this point, I put it this way, we were talking about your tweet about Rachel Levine
02:00:11.000 and we'll get into that in the Members Only show.
02:00:14.000 And I said, you know what, I may not like it but it doesn't matter.
02:00:18.000 I will never vote for a Democrat because they are pro-child sex change operations.
02:00:22.000 So does it really matter how it's framed?
02:00:25.000 I'm not going to agree with someone who's like, don't say that, we should be giving—no, uh-uh, sorry, you know what I mean.
02:00:31.000 Sometimes you have to call something exactly what it is to make people realize how bad it is because they're calling it gender-affirming care.
02:00:38.000 And this is a man that's identifying as a woman, but yet he was a man most of his life, or is a man still, and is a father, but is proactively trying to force something on children and being a part of it that will sterilize them.
02:00:54.000 They won't be parents.
02:00:56.000 Genital mutilation is all going to happen before they grow up.
02:00:59.000 I just... Democrats are on board with all that stuff.
02:01:03.000 It's mind-numbing to me and they just lie about it.
02:01:06.000 Let's grab a couple more.
02:01:09.000 Uh, let's see, Duloc says, Hey, Timcast, your West Virginia neighbor joined Timcast this week, dropped Paramount+.
02:01:14.000 Tales of the Inverted World is fantastic.
02:01:16.000 Great, great work guys.
02:01:18.000 Yeah, that did wonders.
02:01:18.000 I, you know, my, my, my dream vision, and we're going to need like, probably like $2 million to do something like this.
02:01:25.000 The goal for what I really want to do with Tales from the Inverted World, Shane is this, he's a great writer.
02:01:29.000 It's fantastic.
02:01:30.000 Shane's awesome.
02:01:31.000 I want to make an actual fictional show.
02:01:33.000 Yes.
02:01:35.000 Using those stories as the basis for an actual sci-fi investigatory show, Hunter S. Thompson meets the X-Files.
02:01:43.000 Yes!
02:01:43.000 That would make the amusement park.
02:01:45.000 Maybe once we have a $5 million budget for a real show, we can put together hour-long drama sci-fi shows where you have an investigative journalist exploring UFOs and conspiracies.
02:01:56.000 Congress!
02:01:58.000 Yeah, investigating Congress.
02:02:00.000 I'll let you guys come and visit me anytime.
02:02:02.000 Y'all can see what's going on.
02:02:04.000 Oh my God, we can do like a Congress ride-along?
02:02:06.000 Not like the Stephen Colbert film crew.
02:02:09.000 Right.
02:02:09.000 Yeah.
02:02:10.000 That'd be cool.
02:02:10.000 I mean, it'd be cool.
02:02:11.000 We're allowed to film in there and everything too, right?
02:02:13.000 Yeah.
02:02:13.000 Pretty sure.
02:02:14.000 Cool.
