Transcript

00:00:00.000 It is the lesser known GOP debates tonight, so we're gonna hang out and I guess make fun
00:00:16.000 of the remaining people who aren't going to be president.
00:00:19.000 Okay, look, we were big fans of Vivek Ramaswamy, but let's be real.
00:00:23.000 As much as we like the guy, and as much as a lot of us have routinely praised Ron DeSantis's leadership in Florida, none of these guys are gonna be president, but I think it's still worth listening to what they have to say, and then probably making fun of a lot of it, or agreeing with some of it.
00:00:35.000 You know, credit where credit's due.
00:00:37.000 I don't know what Chris Christie is still doing here, but whatever, fine if he wants to be there.
00:00:40.000 There is a bunch of news that might come up.
00:00:43.000 Donald Trump basically said he'll be dictator for one day, just one day.
00:00:47.000 And that was pretty funny.
00:00:48.000 Joe Biden just canceled a whole lot more student debt, so we'll try to go quick because the debate is starting now.
00:00:52.000 Before we get started, head over to castbrew.com to buy the best cup of coffee you'll ever have.
00:00:57.000 Cast Brew is our company.
00:00:58.000 It's how we sponsor the show.
00:01:00.000 And if you like coffee, you'll like our coffee because Appalachian Nights, Rise with Roberto Jr., Stand Your Grounds, those are our three blends.
00:01:06.000 You got medium, you got light, you got dark, we got ground, whole bean, coffee pods, and a whole bunch of other blends.
00:01:12.000 We even got Mr. Boca's Pumpkin Spice Experience and our limited edition Re-Rise with Roberto Jr.
00:01:17.000 If you like the work we do, you can support us by buying Cast Brew Coffee, but also go to TimCast.com, click join us.
00:01:24.000 There's not going to be a members-only show tonight because we're going to be doing a debate commentary.
00:01:28.000 But we will read your superchats periodically when we get an opportunity, and so get your superchats in.
00:01:34.000 But you will get access as a member to our Discord server where you can hang out with like-minded individuals and join the party.
00:01:39.000 There's pre-shows, there's after-shows happening in our members-only Discord.
00:01:43.000 So again, smash that like button, subscribe to this channel, share the show right now if you like the work that we do.
00:01:48.000 Joining us tonight to talk about this and a whole lot more is Tom Sauer!
00:01:51.000 Hey, what's going on, guys?
00:01:52.000 Hey, such a pleasure to be back here with you guys.
00:01:54.000 Total honor.
00:01:55.000 Really enjoy it.
00:01:56.000 So I'm a Navy Marine Corps Special Operations veteran, and I run a company that serves inclusive veterans for mental health and addiction treatment.
00:02:06.000 That's what we do.
00:02:06.000 So I was in town on the Hill advocating for all the guys and gals who are really seeking help.
00:02:12.000 So, but obviously having a good time.
00:02:14.000 The debate is beginning.
00:02:14.000 Enjoying this.
00:02:15.000 Let's go.
00:02:15.000 We've got Hannah Clare.
00:02:16.000 Hell yeah.
00:02:17.000 I'm Hannah Clare Brumlow.
00:02:17.000 I'm a writer for SCNR.com, otherwise known as Scanner.
00:02:20.000 I have my crystals and I'm Ian Crosland.
00:02:21.000 What's happening?
00:02:23.000 And I'm Serge.com, and let's get right to it.
00:02:26.000 Let the debate begin!
00:02:28.000 And we are live on NewsNation and The CW!
00:02:31.000 Oh, The CW!
00:02:32.000 It is make-or-break time for the candidates... I would love it if they had, like, an Arrowverse cameo.
00:02:36.000 ...primary starting just weeks away.
00:02:39.000 And we have a lot to cover over the next two... Ron looks tall.
00:02:42.000 Yeah, I was looking at his shoes.
00:02:44.000 He looks tall.
00:02:44.000 He looks taller.
00:02:46.000 It's good for him.
00:02:47.000 Oh, look it!
00:02:47.000 He's wearing them!
00:02:48.000 He's wearing them again!
00:02:48.000 He looks good.
00:02:50.000 You can see his boots!
00:02:51.000 You can see his boots!
00:02:52.000 Can't say that.
00:02:52.000 Did you hear his flag black and white?
00:02:55.000 He does not look good, man.
00:02:56.000 black and white.
00:02:57.000 Time to stop talking.
00:02:57.000 Wow.
00:02:58.000 Oh, he does not look good, man.
00:02:59.000 Wow.
00:03:00.000 And the time we have is critical over the next two hours, so we ask the audience to
00:03:03.000 please keep your applause to a minimum.
00:03:05.000 Excellent.
00:03:06.000 All right, with that, let's get started.
00:03:09.000 Why is Chris Christie still here?
00:03:11.000 Chris Crisco?
00:03:12.000 Because he's wealthy?
00:03:13.000 I don't know.
00:03:13.000 Chris Crisco!
00:03:13.000 Chris go given the state of affairs in our political. Yes, he is. He is large.
00:03:17.000 One of you might very well do it.
00:03:20.000 Even many Democrats now admit that President Biden is a weak candidate, just as many Republicans
00:03:26.000 acknowledge that former President Donald Trump's multiple legal troubles could imperil.
00:03:32.000 Oh, rumble.
00:03:33.000 ...his quest for a second term, all of which means one of you could wind up the leader of the free world.
00:03:41.000 Having said that... Maybe, just maybe.
00:03:43.000 Mr. Trump is nearly 50 points ahead of all... 29 points ahead in Iowa where the GOP caucuses are less than six weeks away.
00:03:52.000 And so as Republicans get ready to vote on whether any of you might be preferable to Mr. Trump, we begin with the question of electability.
00:04:00.000 Governor DeSantis.
00:04:02.000 Your campaign and its Super PAC have spent the most money, had the most high net worth donors, and had a wave of momentum coming into this race after your big re-election win in Florida.
00:04:13.000 You were seen by many as the candidate most likely to consolidate the non-Trump field.
00:04:18.000 But here we are, a month out from the first real votes, and you haven't managed to do it.
00:04:24.000 In fact, Yuki Haley is beating you in New Hampshire and South Carolina now, and closing in on you in Iowa.
00:04:31.000 Not to mention Trump, who is not only dominating in the early states, but is beating you in Florida by over 30 points.
00:04:38.000 Is it fair to say, as Senator Tim Scott did when he dropped out?
00:04:46.000 But not now.
00:04:47.000 Only Rosie O'Donnell.
00:04:48.000 So we have a great idea in America that the voters actually make these decisions, not pundits or pollsters.
00:04:54.000 I'm sick of hearing about these.
00:04:56.000 I remember those polls in November of 2022.
00:05:00.000 They said there was going to be a big red wave, it was going to be monumental, and that crashed and burned.
00:05:06.000 The one place it didn't crash and burn was in the state of Florida.
00:05:09.000 They weren't predicting that I would win the way I did, and I won the greatest Republican victory in the history of the state of Florida.
00:05:17.000 I'm looking forward to Iowa and New Hampshire.
00:05:20.000 The voters are going to be able to speak, and we're going to earn this nomination.
00:05:23.000 And here's what we need.
00:05:25.000 I am sick of Republicans who are not willing to stand up and fight back against what the left is doing to this country.
00:05:32.000 You've got to be willing to stand strong, and you've got to be willing to beat these people.
00:05:36.000 I'm the only one running for president that has beaten these people on issue after issue.
00:05:41.000 We beat the teachers unions when we did school choice.
00:05:44.000 We beat Fauci on COVID.
00:05:46.000 We beat George Soros when we removed two of his radical district attorneys.
00:05:50.000 We beat the Democrats on election integrity.
00:05:54.000 I have delivered results.
00:05:55.000 That's what we need for this country.
00:05:57.000 He's shorter than Nikki Haley.
00:05:58.000 Oh no, they're both wearing heels.
00:05:59.000 I wasn't meaning that as a joke.
00:06:00.000 They're both wearing heels.
00:06:01.000 Any time the left comes after her, any time the media comes after her, I did a bill in
00:06:05.000 Florida to stop the gender mutilation of minors.
00:06:08.000 It's child abuse and it's wrong.
00:06:10.000 She opposes that bill.
00:06:11.000 She thinks it's fine.
00:06:12.000 The law shouldn't get involved with this.
00:06:14.000 If you're not willing to stand up for the kids, if you're not willing to stand up and
00:06:19.000 say that it is wrong to mutilate these kids, then you're not going to fight for the people
00:06:24.000 who have them.
00:06:25.000 I will fight for you and I will win for you.
00:06:26.000 Who dropped three inches overnight in TV?
00:06:30.000 Yeah.
00:06:31.000 Ambassador Haley.
00:06:33.000 You left government service in 2018 with just $100,000 in the bank.
00:06:37.000 Five years later, you're reportedly worth $8 million, thanks to lucrative corporate speeches and board memberships like you had with Boeing.
00:06:45.000 Weeks ago, you met with Wall Street heavyweights, including leaders from JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and BlackRock.
00:06:51.000 Several other billionaire investors are reportedly ready to endorse you, or recently have, all of which comes with expectations.
00:07:00.000 Aren't you too tight with the banks and the billionaires to win over the GOP's working
00:07:04.000 class base, which mostly wants to break the system, not elect someone beholden to it?
00:07:08.000 If she said yes, I might actually consider it.
00:07:10.000 Well, thank you.
00:07:11.000 It's great to be here.
00:07:12.000 You know, first I'll tell you, just to respond to Ron, he continues to lie about my record.
00:07:18.000 It's not a terrible move, to be honest.
00:07:19.000 And they're like, oh, she's worth $7 million now.
00:07:20.000 It's like, that's pretty weak, actually.
00:07:21.000 If you're like a governor and ambassador and like, oh, that book, you only made $7 million.
00:07:24.000 That's kind of weak for, you know, come on.
00:07:25.000 And they're like, oh, she's worth $7 million now.
00:07:29.000 It's like, that's pretty weak, actually, if you're like a governor and ambassador and
00:07:32.000 like, oh, that book, too, like, you only made $7 million.
00:07:35.000 That's kind of weak for, you know, what, come on.
00:07:37.000 I was a Tea Party candidate when I became governor.
00:07:40.000 Because it was popular.
00:07:41.000 We opposed every single corporate bailout we possibly could.
00:07:44.000 We passed tort reform.
00:07:45.000 We passed one of the toughest illegal immigration laws in the country.
00:07:48.000 We passed pro-life bills.
00:07:50.000 We moved in unemployment from 11% to 3%.
00:07:53.000 We took on the unions, and we took on Obama when it came to the unions, the Syrian refugees,
00:07:58.000 and everything in between.
00:07:59.000 This is a void of a question.
00:08:00.000 I actually am really impressed with Ron DeSantis so far.
00:08:03.000 Because standing in those heels is probably really hard, but it's true.
00:08:06.000 They got like a whiny sound.
00:08:07.000 But it's true.
00:08:08.000 It stretches your calves.
00:08:09.000 They don't, I don't ask them what their policies are.
00:08:11.000 They got like a whiny sound.
00:08:12.000 They ask me what my policies are.
00:08:13.000 And I tell them what it is.
00:08:16.000 Sometimes they agree with me, sometimes they don't.
00:08:18.000 Some don't like how tough I am.
00:08:19.000 Trump is like a schoolyard bully who's like ganging up on someone else with his buddies
00:08:22.000 behind him going like, look at that fat cow over there, she's so fat.
00:08:25.000 That doesn't matter, that's who I am.
00:08:27.000 It's true.
00:08:28.000 She just doesn't give presidential to me.
00:08:32.000 I feel like I would never listen to her.
00:08:34.000 She gives ex-wife to me.
00:08:36.000 Laughter.
00:08:38.000 Applause.
00:08:40.000 She's going to replace Chris.
00:08:42.000 It wasn't about character identification, though.
00:08:45.000 It was about prohibiting sex change operations on minors.
00:08:50.000 They do puberty blockers.
00:08:51.000 These are irreversible.
00:08:52.000 Talk to Chloe Cole.
00:08:54.000 She went through this.
00:08:55.000 Now she's an adult.
00:08:55.000 She's warning against it.
00:08:56.000 She may never be able to have kids again.
00:08:58.000 That is what Nikki Haley imposed.
00:09:00.000 She said the law shouldn't get involved in that.
00:09:03.000 Which is wild, by the way.
00:09:04.000 When she waffled on that, like, what the hell?
00:09:06.000 the United States and you can't stand up against child abuse how are you gonna be
00:09:10.000 able to stand up for anything? That is the truth. But Haley like did not give an unequivocal answer on this.
00:09:16.000 I said that if you have to be 18 to get a tattoo you should have to be 18 to have
00:09:21.000 anything done to change your gender. You said the law should stay out of it.
00:09:25.000 She said it was like up to the parents and it's like no actually
00:09:28.000 No, it shouldn't be up to the parents for that one.
00:09:30.000 Sorry.
00:09:30.000 You don't get to mutilate your kid.
00:09:32.000 Here we go.
00:09:32.000 My boy.
00:09:32.000 What a time.
00:09:33.000 and that's what I'm talking about.
00:09:42.000 What a time.
00:09:44.000 Oh, please.
00:09:56.000 He's not wrong.
00:09:57.000 He's like, yeah, Ann.
00:09:57.000 He's not wrong.
00:10:00.000 He's like, that was funny.
00:10:02.000 And?
00:10:03.000 Megan, I think there's a time and place for everything.
00:10:09.000 We need somebody in the White House who absolutely is going to be a fighter when it counts.
00:10:14.000 And I did say that there were some good people on that stage in that third debate.
00:10:17.000 Doug Burgum was on that stage at that time.
00:10:20.000 Jokingly, Ron DeSantis is a good person too.
00:10:23.000 I want to go back, though, to Nikki Haley's comment from earlier, that she is somehow not responding to the will of these donors.
00:10:29.000 Nikki, you were bankrupt when you left the UN.
00:10:33.000 After you left the UN, you became a military contractor, you actually started joining service on the board of Boeing, whose back you scratched for a very long time, and then gave foreign multinational speeches like Hillary Clinton is, and now you're a multimillionaire.
00:10:47.000 That math does not add up.
00:10:49.000 Hillary Clinton comparison.
00:10:51.000 And when I said they were bought and paid for, I meant the Republican establishment, not the Democratic establishment.
00:10:57.000 Now you have Reid Hoffman, the person who's effectively George Soros Jr., funding lawsuits across this country against Donald Trump to keep him off the ballot, funding left-wing causes.
00:11:09.000 We discovered this week that he is one of Nikki Haley's largest supporters.
00:11:14.000 Larry Fink, the king of the whole industrial complex, the ESG movement, the CEO of BlackRock, the most powerful company in the world, now supporting Nickelodeon.
00:11:22.000 I'm saying it doesn't matter if it's false because it's after that meeting later that day that she says that every American needs to be doxxed by having their ID, their government issued ID, tied to what they say on the Internet.
00:11:36.000 He's a great man.
00:11:37.000 Good answer.
00:11:38.000 Yeah.
00:11:38.000 He's got the whiz.
00:11:38.000 I even imagined when I entered politics, but I will say this it is going to take a leader from the outside
00:11:44.000 With fresh legs from the next generation to unite this country
00:11:49.000 Not the broken politicians who are puppets of the puppet master, but the actual people in this country Thomas
00:11:56.000 Johnson I think it's gonna be
00:12:00.000 In life or still ahead no kidding to see a country whose best days are ahead of itself
00:12:07.000 And I think I can reach that next generation better than anybody else in this race.
00:12:11.000 On this stage, I'm Vivek all day.
00:12:13.000 All day.
00:12:18.000 First of all, we weren't bankrupt when I left the UN.
00:12:21.000 We're people of service.
00:12:22.000 My husband is in the military, and I served our country as UN ambassador and governor.
00:12:27.000 It may be bankrupt to him, but it certainly wasn't bankrupt to us.
00:12:30.000 Secondly, I did serve on the board of Boeing.
00:12:33.000 I did a lot of work with Boeing when I was governor.
00:12:35.000 They were a great partner to me.
00:12:37.000 I served for 10 months.
00:12:39.000 And then when they decided after COVID that they wanted to go for a corporate bailout, I've never supported corporate bailout, so I respectfully stepped back and got off the board.
00:12:49.000 I love Boeing.
00:12:50.000 They build good commercial airplanes.
00:12:51.000 They build airplanes for our Air Force.
00:12:53.000 I am proud of them.
00:12:54.000 They employ a lot of people in South Carolina.
00:12:57.000 But that's why I left the Boeing board.
00:12:58.000 There's nothing to what he's saying.
00:13:00.000 And in terms of these donors that are supporting me, they're just jealous.
00:13:03.000 They wish that they were supporting them, but I'm not going to say anything.
00:13:08.000 They're just jealous because you've got the sweet corporate defense team.
00:13:11.000 that's the best book talking about ESG and these woke corporations and BlackRock.
00:13:17.000 The idea that I want to do that in Florida, they were managing part of our pension and
00:13:21.000 then when they did the ESG, I took two billion dollars away from BlackRock.
00:13:26.000 We took action.
00:13:27.000 This ESG- Why is the camera shaking?
00:13:29.000 The camera doesn't have a break.
00:13:30.000 Yeah, that was weird.
00:13:31.000 And again, Nikki is- They want to use economic power to impose a left-wing agenda on this country.
00:13:37.000 They want basically to change society without having to go through the constitutional process.
00:13:43.000 We've kneecapped it in the state of Florida.
00:13:45.000 The next president of the United States needs to be able to go to that office on day one and end ESG.
00:13:50.000 And the fact of the matter is, we know from our history, Nikki will cave to those big donors when it counts.
00:13:56.000 Ron's 100% right.
00:14:00.000 I didn't write that book, Ron, and the irony is Nikki Haley was heaping praise on me when I wrote that book, but now I worry I was warning about the woke industrial complex in this country.
00:14:10.000 My wife just texted me saying, this looks like Mystery Science Theater 3000.
00:14:13.000 You know, we're just like watching as they're commenting.
00:14:18.000 Far more dangerous than that.
00:14:19.000 It's really important for people to understand.
00:14:21.000 Great show.
00:14:21.000 We're marching towards fascism under Biden.
00:14:24.000 Jack Smith has subpoenaed every last retweet that someone has issued from Donald Trump in the year 2020.
00:14:31.000 The only person more fascist than the Biden regime now is Nikki Haley, who thinks the government should identify every one of those individuals with an A.D.
00:14:39.000 That is not freedom.
00:14:41.000 That is fascism.
00:14:42.000 And she should come nowhere near the levers of power, let alone the White House.
00:14:45.000 I've got to get to Governor Christie.
00:14:46.000 Too heavy-handed.
00:14:48.000 Can you speak into the microphone?
00:14:50.000 How are you doing, sir?
00:14:50.000 Good, good to see you.
00:14:51.000 Can you please speak into the microphone?
00:14:55.000 It would have been great if she was like, Chris, can you go?
00:15:00.000 I would be happy to, and I love all the attention, fellas.
00:15:02.000 Thank you for that.
00:15:05.000 You know, I'll say this.
00:15:07.000 What I said was that social media companies need to show us their algorithms.
00:15:12.000 I also said there are millions of bots on social media right now.
00:15:16.000 They're foreign, they're Chinese, they're Iranian.
00:15:19.000 I will always fight for freedom of speech for Americans.
00:15:22.000 We do not need freedom of speech for Russians and Iranians and Hamas.
00:15:26.000 We need social media companies to go and fight back on all of these bots that are happening.
00:15:32.000 That's what I said as a mom.
00:15:35.000 As a mom, do I think that social media would be more civil if we went and had people's names next to that?
00:15:41.000 Yes, I do think that, because I think we've got too much cyberbullying.
00:15:44.000 I think we've got child pornography and all of those things.
00:15:47.000 But having said that, I never said government should go and require anyone's name.
00:15:51.000 That's false.
00:15:51.000 He said, I want your name.
00:15:53.000 She absolutely said these two are great!
00:15:55.000 They should high-five right now.
00:15:57.000 I said we were going to get the millions of boxes full of four and five.
00:16:02.000 That's what she said.
00:16:03.000 That's what she said.
00:16:04.000 You can roll the tape.
00:16:05.000 She said, I want your name.
00:16:06.000 That'd be cool.
00:16:06.000 I actually really love Vivek Ranthima.
00:16:08.000 It's funny.
00:16:09.000 Then she got a real serious blowback.
00:16:11.000 Unbelievably so, because it'd be a massive expansion of government.
00:16:15.000 We have anonymous speech.
00:16:17.000 The Federalist Papers were written.
00:16:19.000 Can we make Nikki Haley as America's ex-wife?
00:16:21.000 They're never gonna get to his intro.
00:16:23.000 Pulls out a donut.
00:16:25.000 Like a duro.
00:16:26.000 Can we make Nikki Haley as America's ex-wife?
00:16:29.000 Can we make that a thing?
00:16:30.000 That means we gotta get married to her first.
00:16:32.000 Ah yeah, that's a good point.
00:16:34.000 She's a massive ex-wife.
00:16:36.000 I have to say, I need to vote on this.
00:16:38.000 You're trying to give us 15 seconds and then there is the former governor.
00:16:42.000 Because Ron is so hypocritical because he actually went and tried to push a law that would stop anonymous
00:16:48.000 people from talking to the press and went so far to say bloggers should have to register with the state
00:16:54.000 if they're gonna talk about, write about elected officials.
00:16:57.000 It was in the, check your newspaper.
00:16:59.000 That's a gross, gross mischaracterization.
00:17:02.000 You have to trample on your constitutional rights.
00:17:05.000 This is more dangerous than the Democrats.
00:17:08.000 You endorsed Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020.
00:17:09.000 You gave him an A for his first term.
00:17:11.000 He's usually not somebody who gets missed, but okay, let's go.
00:17:14.000 That's not true, 2%.
00:17:15.000 He's making a comment about his weight.
00:17:17.000 Listen, you endorsed Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020.
00:17:20.000 You gave him an A for his first term.
00:17:23.000 Since then, however, you've turned on him, calling him a liar, a loser, a con man, and
00:17:29.000 He is a large man.
00:17:30.000 It's like in real life, you're like, oh man, you are, oh, you're big.
00:17:34.000 His approval rating with Republicans is currently at 81%.
00:17:38.000 Yours is at 25.
00:17:40.000 Your best state is New Hampshire, and even there, two thirds of GOP voters say they would
00:17:44.000 be angry and disappointed if you won.
00:17:47.000 You have not stopped, Mr. Trump.
00:17:51.000 And voters may wonder how you could possibly be an ally of a party that does not appear to like you very much.
00:18:01.000 To be the only person on the stage who's telling the truth.
00:18:04.000 And the only person who is taking on what needs to be taken on.
00:18:08.000 I look at my watch now.
00:18:09.000 We're 17 minutes into this debate.
00:18:11.000 I haven't spoken before this.
00:18:12.000 Except for your little speech in the beginning.
00:18:14.000 We've had these three acting as if the race is between the four of us.
00:18:20.000 The fifth guy, who doesn't have the guts to show up and stand here, he's the one who, as you just put it, is way ahead in the polls.
00:18:28.000 Why does he need to be there?
00:18:29.000 And yet, I've got these three guys who are all seemingly to compete with, you know, Voldemort.
00:18:35.000 He shall not be named.
00:18:36.000 They don't want to talk about it.
00:18:37.000 He just gave him power.
00:18:38.000 The fact is that when you go and you say the truth about somebody who is a dictator, a bully, who has taken shots at everybody, Whether they've given a great service or not.
00:18:50.000 Is he seriously saying I'm going to attack the most popular Republican right now and that's going to make me win?
00:18:55.000 Who I endorsed in 2016.
00:18:57.000 How is he going to win a primary if Trump's polling at like 60 to 70 percent and he's trashing the guy?
00:19:02.000 Maybe those future aspirations are now or maybe they're four years from now.
00:19:05.000 But the fact of the matter is truth needs to be told.
00:19:08.000 And for us to go 17 minutes without discussing the guy who has all those gaudy numbers you talked about, He's getting money from Trump.
00:19:16.000 There's no way.
00:19:16.000 That's rich coming from you, bro.
00:19:18.000 It's like imagine being in high school and there's like this nutty kid being like, popular kid is dumb.
00:19:24.000 You're all dumb for liking him.
00:19:30.000 He is right for calling out the truth, which is that Trump is ultimately in control of the GOP in this debate.
00:19:36.000 I just don't think his criticism actually helped him at all.
00:19:38.000 Stop clapping.
00:19:39.000 Who's there?
00:19:39.000 Do we know somebody who's donors?
00:19:40.000 Where are they currently at?
00:19:41.000 Nikki and Ron's and Christy's donors.
00:19:42.000 They're in Alabama.
00:19:43.000 I'd like to first get to some questions on Israel.
00:19:46.000 Stop clapping. Who's there?
00:19:47.000 Do we know somebody who's there?
00:19:48.000 Where are they currently at?
00:19:50.000 Nikki and Ron and Christy Donors.
00:19:53.000 You don't know who they are?
00:19:54.000 They're in Alabama.
00:19:55.000 I think they're in Hamas.
00:19:57.000 I want to text someone down there and be like, can you tell them to stop clapping for me?
00:20:01.000 It's not normal people that are there.
00:20:02.000 Uh-oh.
00:20:03.000 American troops and warships in the Middle East are under attack.
00:20:07.000 How far would you go as president to secure the release of those eight American hostages?
00:20:12.000 And would it include sending American forces into combat?
00:20:17.000 We have to look out for our people.
00:20:18.000 When there are hostages, Commander-in-Chief, you have to do whatever you can to get them done.
00:20:22.000 But the overall issue with this is this administration is trying to hobble Israel from being able to defend itself.
00:20:29.000 They have a right to eliminate Hamas and win a total and complete victory so that they never have to deal with this again.
00:20:37.000 Hamas wants nothing less than a second Holocaust.
00:20:39.000 They would wipe off every single Jew off the map.
00:20:42.000 I'd love it.
00:20:43.000 No.
00:20:43.000 No.
00:20:43.000 state of Israel if we could. Joe Biden will say they support Israel and then they do nothing
00:20:48.000 but try to kneecap him every step of the way. You should not try to direct their war effort.
00:20:52.000 You can still try to give an answer and it comes up better than dodging. So they can
00:20:55.000 bring Hamas to heel. Look, I served in Iraq back in the day.
00:21:00.000 I'm the only one running for president that served.
00:21:02.000 True.
00:21:02.000 said full scale war. I understand that part of the world.
00:21:05.000 It's not the best part of the world. We do have troops there that Biden is leaving
00:21:10.000 basically a sitting ducks and you have the Iranians that are attacking these troops and he's
00:21:14.000 responding with basically pinpricks. You harm an American service member, you're
00:21:19.000 going to have hell to pay when I'm president. We are not going to let our troops be sitting
00:21:23.000 ducks. We also need to look at what's the underlying problem here.
00:21:27.000 Biden is doing nothing to bring Iran to account.
00:21:30.000 You've got to turn the screws on them.
00:21:32.000 Don't let them have any more revenue.
00:21:35.000 They send to Hamas, they send to Hezbollah, and they foment jihad throughout the Middle East.
00:21:40.000 So Biden has empowered Iran, just like he's empowered other adversaries.
00:21:45.000 We stand with Israel.
00:21:47.000 They're our best ally in the Middle East.
00:21:49.000 We have a unique relationship with them, and you will see a strong relationship when I'm the President of the United States.
00:21:54.000 But would you send Americans to Iran?
00:21:56.000 Listen, look.
00:21:58.000 This is the problem with the first three debates.
00:22:01.000 Ron gets asked a question and he doesn't answer it.
00:22:04.000 Your question was very specific.
00:22:07.000 You said, would you send American troops as commander-in-chief?
00:22:11.000 Thank you, Chris.
00:22:11.000 Seriously, get out.
00:22:12.000 He answered it.
00:22:12.000 He said he'd do whatever had to be done.
00:22:13.000 He answered it.
00:22:13.000 He said he'd do whatever had to be done.
00:22:15.000 He answered it.
00:22:15.000 He said he'd do whatever had to be done.
00:22:17.000 He answered it.
00:22:18.000 He said he'd do whatever had to be done.
00:22:19.000 You're not going to have a choice whether to answer that question or not.
00:22:25.000 Your generals, your Secretary of Defense, your Secretary of State, your National Security Advisor are going to present plans to you.
00:22:30.000 They're going to look at you and say, do we go or don't we, Mr. President?
00:22:34.000 And you can't give a 90 second speech about your military service as laudable as it is.
00:22:38.000 So would you send American troops in to rescue those hostages?
00:22:40.000 I would absolutely.
00:22:41.000 Absolutely.
00:22:42.000 If they had a plan which showed me that we could get them out safely, you're damn right I'd send the American people in there to get our guy out.
00:22:50.000 Thank you very much.
00:22:52.000 It's not just a good idea, it's the way you can bait it.
00:22:58.000 You have said it was irresponsible for Ambassador Haley to call Hamas' terrorist rampage an attack on America and for her to, quote, rabidly shout, finish them, end quote.
00:23:09.000 Rabidly?
00:23:10.000 The Hamas terror attack left dozens of Americans dead and was the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust.
00:23:17.000 Why wouldn't it be a good thing to finish Hamas?
00:23:20.000 Finish Them was purposefully vague in a discussion that included Iran, which is what I objected to.
00:23:26.000 And I think as U.S.
00:23:27.000 President, you have to be responsible.
00:23:29.000 What happened to Israel was dead wrong.
00:23:31.000 What Hamas did was medieval.
00:23:33.000 It was subhuman.
00:23:34.000 It was immoral.
00:23:36.000 And we have to call that out for what it is on October 7th.
00:23:38.000 Got a strong hand gesture.
00:23:39.000 But to say that that was an attack on America fails a basic test.
00:23:43.000 I mean, Nick, if you can't tell the difference between where Israel is and the U.S.
00:23:46.000 is on a map, I can have my three-year-old son show you the difference.
00:23:49.000 That is irresponsible because it has major consequences, because then he doesn't pay room for what actually is an attack on America.
00:23:56.000 So I believe I have the strongest pro-Israel position actually on this stage, even though it's a little bit different than the standard GOP talking points.
00:24:04.000 And it is this.
00:24:05.000 The founding vision of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, the George Washington figure of Israel, what did he believe?
00:24:10.000 He believed that we don't want, as Israel, to depend on the fleeting sympathies of the West and have our hands tied.
00:24:16.000 I think Israel has an absolute right to defend itself to the fullest, without the US, the UN, or the EU, or anybody else second-guessing their decisions.
00:24:25.000 Yep.
00:24:25.000 as the Biden administration, guess what, is now starting to do.
00:24:28.000 Yep. Sanctioning.
00:24:29.000 I think it's a more deeply pro-Israel position than anybody else, and it keeps the actual
00:24:33.000 lines of accountability clear because it is a pro-American position.
00:24:37.000 And as leader of the United States of America, just as a father of two sons, my sole moral
00:24:42.000 duty is to my family.
00:24:44.000 As your next president, my sole moral duty is to you, the people of this country.
00:24:50.000 That's how I'm going to lead.
00:24:50.000 So I'll tell Bibi, you smoke the terrorists on your southern border.
00:24:53.000 You go ahead and we're rooting for you.
00:24:55.000 We're going to smoke the terrorists on our own southern border.
00:24:57.000 And that's how I'm going to lead this country.
00:24:59.000 But Americans were killed in that attack.
00:25:02.000 Americans were killed in that attack and so if you if you looked at this terrorist attack and the number of Americans this would be one of the top ten terrorist attacks in American history.
00:25:11.000 So our own people were killed in that attack and I think it's absolutely appropriate to point that out and to say that we're in this together and we are going to work with Israel so that these people are brought to justice.
00:25:24.000 I agree with that.
00:25:25.000 Ambassador Haley, I'm coming to you.
00:25:28.000 Iran is on the threshold of becoming a nuclear state.
00:25:31.000 The Wall Street Journal reported that Iranian military leaders gave the green light for Hamas' attack on Israel.
00:25:38.000 You said in last month's debate that, by contrast to the Biden administration's approach to Iran, you would, quote, punch them once and punch them hard.
00:25:47.000 Were you saying that it's time to bomb Iran?
00:25:49.000 Iran. No, I was not saying it's time to bomb Iran, but I will tell you, I dealt with Iran
00:25:54.000 every day when I was at the United Nations, and they only respond to strength. What they
00:25:59.000 don't respond to is when you weaken the sanctions like they did on Iran that allowed China to
00:26:05.000 send them billions to fill their proxies.
00:26:07.000 What they don't respond to is when you give $6 billion for five hostages.
00:26:11.000 That only makes them want more hostages.
00:26:13.000 What they don't respond to is when they do 140 strikes on our men and women in Syria and Iraq.
00:26:19.000 And we do nothing but just some small shots back.
00:26:22.000 You've got to punch them, you've got to punch them hard and let them know that.
00:26:26.000 That's the only way they're going to respond.
00:26:28.000 So the way you do that is you go after their infrastructure in Syria and Iraq where they're hitting our soldiers.
00:26:34.000 That's what you do and then that's when they'll back off.
00:26:36.000 The problem is you have to see that all of these are related.
00:26:40.000 If you look at the fact that Russia was losing that war with Ukraine, Putin had hit rock bottom.
00:26:45.000 They raised the draft age to 65.
00:26:47.000 He was getting drones and missiles.
00:26:49.000 Drones from Iran, missiles from North Korea.
00:26:52.000 And so what happened?
00:26:53.000 When he hit rock bottom, all of a sudden, his other friend, Iran, Hamas goes and invades Israel and butchers those people on Putin's birthday.
00:27:04.000 There is no one happier right now than Putin.
00:27:09.000 That's what Dustin Trussell said.
00:27:10.000 If Chris Christie devoured Nikki Haley live on stage, I would vote for him.
00:27:14.000 That'd be a good cartoon, Seamus.
00:27:15.000 You listening?
00:27:15.000 At this point, I have to agree because she's just talking so much garbage.
00:27:18.000 I know, so insufferable.
00:27:20.000 What?
00:27:25.000 Taiwan.
00:27:25.000 There's a reason the Ukrainians want to help Israelis, because they know that if Iran wins, Russia wins.
00:27:31.000 These are all connected.
00:27:32.000 But what wins all of that is a strong America, not a weak America.
00:27:37.000 She's basically like, we have to have war, because everybody is bad all the time.
00:27:43.000 The policy experience is not the same as foreign policy wisdom.
00:27:47.000 I want everybody at home to know that I was the first person to say we need a reasonable peace deal in Ukraine.
00:27:53.000 Now a lot of the neocons are quietly coming along to that position with the exceptions of Nikki Haley and Joe Biden who still support this, what I believe is pointless war in Ukraine.
00:28:03.000 And I think those with foreign policy experience, one thing that Joe Biden and Nikki Haley have in common is that neither of them could even state for you three provinces in eastern Ukraine that they want to send out troops to actually fight for.
00:28:16.000 Look at that.
00:28:17.000 This is what I want people to understand.
00:28:18.000 She's so pissed.
00:28:19.000 She's so pissed.
00:28:19.000 I mean, she has no idea what the hell this is.
00:28:23.000 Got him.
00:28:23.000 Got him, coach.
00:28:24.000 No, she can't even name.
00:28:25.000 They're called Oblast, by the way.
00:28:26.000 Yeah, thank you.
00:28:28.000 Yo.
00:28:28.000 She can't even name...
00:28:29.000 They're called Obelisks, by the way.
00:28:31.000 Thank you.
00:28:32.000 ...and makes 8 million bucks after, has real foreign policy experience.
00:28:34.000 Yo.
00:28:35.000 It takes an outsider to see this through, look at the blank expression.
00:28:38.000 She doesn't even know what it means.
00:28:39.000 She wants to actually fight.
00:28:40.000 Literally eating her life.
00:28:41.000 Wow.
00:28:42.000 Donuts.
00:28:45.000 enough, enough, let me just say, you know, his reasonable peace deal in Ukraine, he made
00:28:54.000 it clear, give them all the land they've already stolen, promise Putin you'll never put Ukraine
00:29:00.000 in Russia, and then trust Putin not to have a relationship with China.
00:29:04.000 Let me tell you something, that's no reasonable, that's not my deal, that's not my deal, yes
00:29:08.000 it's exactly what you said, you do this at every debate, you say, no, don't interrupt
00:29:13.000 me, I didn't interrupt you, okay?
00:29:15.000 You say this.
00:29:17.000 You do this at every debate.
00:29:20.000 You go out on the stump and you say something.
00:29:22.000 All of us see it on video.
00:29:24.000 We confront you out on the debate stage.
00:29:26.000 You say you didn't say it, and then you back away.
00:29:28.000 And I want to say one thing.
00:29:30.000 I'm not done yet.
00:29:31.000 That's actually Chris's last name in the background.
00:29:33.000 I'm just kidding.
00:29:35.000 I think Chris misspoke when he said put Ukraine in Russia.
00:29:39.000 The fourth debate that we would be voting in the first 20 minutes as the most obnoxious blowhard in America.
00:29:45.000 So shut up for a little while.
00:29:51.000 I'm going to respond to that.
00:29:53.000 I want to say something else.
00:29:55.000 We're now 25 minutes into this debate and he has insulted Nikki Haley's basic intelligence.
00:30:04.000 Not her positions, her basic intelligence.
00:30:08.000 She doesn't know regions.
00:30:09.000 She wouldn't be able to find someone.
00:30:10.000 I'm going to defend Matt because I don't think he's very smart either.
00:30:13.000 Look, if you want to disagree on issues, that's fine.
00:30:16.000 And Nikki and I disagree on some issues.
00:30:18.000 But I'll tell you this, I've known her for 12 years, which is longer than he's even started to vote in a Republican primary.
00:30:27.000 Not an argument.
00:30:28.000 I can't stand the audience.
00:30:29.000 They're all donors, bro.
00:30:31.000 They're Republican donors, man.
00:30:32.000 We don't disagree on this. This is a smart accomplished woman. You should stop insulting.
00:30:36.000 So I'm gonna take this.
00:30:38.000 I'm gonna throw Trevor a cotton ball.
00:30:40.000 White knighting for Nikki.
00:30:42.000 Just learn something from Chris Kristen.
00:30:44.000 No longer on Team Chrisco.
00:30:46.000 We learned three things right there.
00:30:48.000 First of all, Chris Christie also doesn't know what provinces in eastern Ukraine he actually wants to fight for.
00:30:55.000 Foreign policy experience was closing a bridge from New Jersey to New York.
00:30:59.000 So do everybody a favor, just walk yourself off that stage, enjoy a nice meal, and get the hell out of this race.
00:31:05.000 I think if you're gonna actually send your sons and daughters to go die in somebody else's war, you better- Excuse me, Chris, I'm speaking, and I'm not done yet.
00:31:15.000 You had your chance, and we're gonna be done.
00:31:17.000 I don't know. It's a little much.
00:31:18.000 Listen up to this. If these people want to send your sons and daughters to go die in
00:31:22.000 Ukraine, they've been arguing for it for a year. $200 billion of our taxpayer money sent
00:31:27.000 over. Neither of them could even name for you the provinces that they actually want
00:31:31.000 to protect. And this is the people who have been touting their so-called foreign policy
00:31:35.000 experience. It is intellectual fraud.
00:31:39.000 These people are lying to you, the same people who told you about weapons and mass destruction in Iraq.
00:31:44.000 To justify that invasion, didn't know the first thing about it, yet they sent thousands of our sons and daughters to go die.
00:31:50.000 Stop, stop, he's already dead.
00:31:52.000 Holy shit.
00:31:53.000 Some of his other points are getting lost.
00:31:55.000 Seven trillion of our national debt due to these toxic neocons.
00:31:58.000 I don't mind what he's saying, but there is a moment where I feel like I delivered a point soundly.
00:32:02.000 Let me just say this.
00:32:02.000 You know, he's crushing them.
00:32:04.000 Thank you, Mr. Ramaswamy.
00:32:05.000 Take Cheney all over again at this point.
00:32:06.000 Thank you, Mr. Ramaswamy.
00:32:07.000 15 seconds.
00:32:08.000 He's pouring gas into the stage, dude.
00:32:09.000 Wow.
00:32:10.000 Wow, man.
00:32:11.000 Maybe the provinces.
00:32:12.000 Neither of you could even do it.
00:32:13.000 Let me just say my Easter Sunday.
00:32:14.000 He got him with that one, dude.
00:32:15.000 Let me just say my Easter Sunday.
00:32:32.000 attorney in New Jersey when the terrorist attacks were launched against the United States in 2001.
00:32:37.000 I brought the first two cases in this country against terrorists who tried to attack us again.
00:32:44.000 And I know about the threat of terrorism and bullying.
00:32:48.000 Remember 9-11 argument doesn't work when you have a large voter base, younger voters, who were not...
00:32:54.000 Were little children or even alive?
00:32:56.000 I was 20.
00:32:56.000 I was a marine, active duty guy, but like I was 20, dude.
00:33:01.000 I was a kid.
00:33:03.000 But you remember it.
00:33:05.000 I was 14.
00:33:06.000 But there are actual voters right now who were born after.
00:33:09.000 All he knows how to do is insult good people who have committed their lives to public service and not say anything that moves the ball down the field for the United States.
00:33:19.000 All right, thank you, Governor Christie.
00:33:21.000 I hate the term public service.
00:33:23.000 Sorry, if you're an elected official, you're not a public servant.
00:33:26.000 And that's funny because Crimea's been in Russia for a long time.
00:33:29.000 That's not what's in contention right now.
00:33:31.000 Right, right, right.
00:33:32.000 And so Vivek, I think he absolutely nailed them with that question.
00:33:37.000 Which provinces do you actually want to defend?
00:33:40.000 Well, they're called oblasts.
00:33:41.000 They're administrative regions, and they're basically just named after their cities, but everyone knows Donetsk and Luhansk.
00:33:45.000 Those are the principal in the Donbass region.
00:33:49.000 And then I guess the argument would be Kharkiv and Kiev, which is where Russian forces attacked through Belarus.
00:33:56.000 Crimea they want to liberate, not defend, but I don't want to be too pedantic.
00:34:01.000 Nikki Haley, I don't know how she got those answers.
00:34:03.000 Someone rushed to, you know, did she like check her phone and looked down and be like, No, I think the problem is, like, she is waiting for the moderator to be like, and now you speak.
00:34:11.000 And that's not the game Vivek is playing.
00:34:13.000 That's not the game, to a certain extent, DeSantis is playing.
00:34:16.000 Like, he said it, she didn't even realize the camera was on her, so she's staring blankly because she's listening to someone who's standing over there.
00:34:22.000 Maybe she doesn't know the agents, maybe she doesn't, but it was perfectly teed up by Ramaswamy.
00:34:27.000 She was not quick enough to respond.
00:34:28.000 That's really what it was.
00:34:29.000 I think the fact that she said Crimea show, she doesn't know what she's talking about.
00:34:31.000 She doesn't.
00:34:32.000 And it took her, like, five minutes to get to it, right?
00:34:34.000 She could have said it immediately.
00:34:36.000 Instead, she was flustered by being called out like that.
00:34:38.000 Crimea's been, for a decade, under the control of Russia.
00:34:41.000 And Sevastopol, the Russians have already been there well before that with their naval base.
00:34:48.000 So maybe you can argue she didn't understand what exactly he meant and she was interpreting it as, but I'm not playing that game.
00:34:53.000 He immediately called her out.
00:34:55.000 And if it were me, I'd be like, look, first of all, I don't actually care that much about Ukraine.
00:35:00.000 My whole position is more, along with Vivek, of we should not be sending troops over there and fortifying this.
00:35:06.000 But immediately I was like, wait, I'm like Donetsk and Luhansk, like that's the news.
00:35:11.000 I can name those two right now.
00:35:13.000 You could be president too, Tim.
00:35:16.000 Yeah, the one thing I'm not sure of is, I know those are the names of the regions, but I fact-checked, they're basically the names of the cities.
00:35:23.000 So Kharkiv, Kyiv, those are also the names of the... Belgorod, Dnipro, I'm reading them off a map right now.
00:35:29.000 Zaporizhia, etc.
00:35:30.000 Well, the funny thing is, if you think about it, right, so it's like, you know, we pull out of Afghanistan in the most horrible way.
00:35:36.000 Surrender.
00:35:36.000 Yeah, you know, like, my buddy who came with me here, who's, you know, downstairs right now, like, he was up, like got no sleep for weeks, uh, trying to get guys out, right?
00:35:46.000 A lot of guys did, right?
00:35:47.000 Trying to get guys out of there.
00:35:48.000 It was a total disaster.
00:35:50.000 And then six months later, you know, all the, you know, the military industrial complex, right?
00:35:54.000 They needed a new business, you know?
00:35:56.000 So it's like business development, like, what do you know?
00:35:59.000 Right?
00:35:59.000 Six months later, we got a new war, more money, all that, you know, I like, I'm not trying to sound too conspiratorial, but you know, it looks that way.
00:36:05.000 Yeah, well they split up the Soviet Union and they gave all that land to the Ukraine.
00:36:11.000 Those oligarchs must have known it was going to cause contention with Russia down the line not having access to the Black Sea.
00:36:15.000 And we don't call it the Ukraine, we call it Ukraine.
00:36:18.000 It is borderland.
00:36:19.000 Yeah, you're absolutely true.
00:36:22.000 I'm no, like, Eastern European Russian expert or anything like that.
00:36:25.000 Right.
00:36:25.000 It's like all of a sudden everyone has to say Keeve now instead of Kiev.
00:36:29.000 You know, like, come on.
00:36:30.000 We've spelled Zelensky's name like three different ways.
00:36:31.000 Zelensky!
00:36:32.000 It's crazy.
00:36:33.000 How many whys?
00:36:34.000 Fewer whys?
00:36:34.000 Maybe more whys?
00:36:35.000 Seven whys.
00:36:36.000 I think it is worth noting that ultimately, Christy was right that it's about Trump more than anything else.
00:36:42.000 Of course.
00:36:43.000 And it is interesting to watch the fighting.
00:36:46.000 Like, I think Viveca's performing well.
00:36:48.000 You know, there's been interesting moments, but ultimately, the question remains, how will anyone stand up if they were to debate Trump?
00:36:55.000 They won't.
00:36:55.000 It shows the two legitimate candidates is DeSantis and Ramaswamy, and then the other two are like war hawks that are just kind of on the trail because of big money.
00:37:04.000 100%.
00:37:05.000 That's like, that's absolutely it.
00:37:07.000 And honestly, like I was saying earlier, is like on that stage, on that stage, like the Vick's the guy.
00:37:13.000 He's the guy, absolutely, for normal folks.
00:37:15.000 I think he has the charisma.
00:37:16.000 I mean, I think there are questions about his policies in some respects, but I think he always has been the most charismatic person in all of these debate performances.
00:37:25.000 Again, he does have the occasional thing, you know, he said something like, I have a longer future than Donald Trump.
00:37:31.000 He has sparred with Donald Trump very indirectly, and again, I wonder what that would look like
00:37:36.000 if they were up against each other.
00:37:37.000 It's more anecdotal, but he's humble in the sense that he was willing to come in and do
00:37:41.000 this interview when Tim was out of town.
00:37:44.000 So I interviewed him, Hannah Clare interviewed him, it was Seamus Coughlin.
00:37:46.000 And hold on, it's worse than that.
00:37:48.000 We had a miscommunication here about who was contacting his team to let him know that I was at a doctor's appointment, not going to be in town.
00:37:56.000 And so they found out really late.
00:37:59.000 And Vivek was super cool.
00:38:00.000 He's like, oh, don't worry about it.
00:38:01.000 I get it, man.
00:38:01.000 These things happen.
00:38:02.000 Indication to me, he will listen to his advisors.
00:38:04.000 Like, that's a huge, important thing for a leader.
00:38:06.000 Absolutely.
00:38:07.000 But also the fact that, like, he'll go talk anywhere.
00:38:09.000 He'll go, like, I mean, obviously, this is a huge show.
00:38:11.000 Here we go, we're back.
00:38:12.000 Huge show, but it's like, he goes on all the podcasts.
00:38:14.000 It's great.
00:38:15.000 Nikki does not.
00:38:16.000 Polls show immigration and the crisis are among the most pressing issues for Republican voters right now.
00:38:22.000 Both the issue of migrants crossing illegally into our country.
00:38:27.000 And the separate issue of fentanyl being smuggled in mostly through legal ports of entry.
00:38:32.000 All year, NewsNation has been at the border documenting the crisis.
00:38:35.000 In 2023 alone, Border Patrol encountered a record 2.4 million migrants.
00:38:43.000 All four of you have talked tough.
00:38:45.000 The question now is how realistic is the talk?
00:38:48.000 So, Governor DeSantis, I'd like to start with you.
00:38:51.000 You have pledged to send the military to the southern border on day one of your administration with orders to shoot, quote, stone-cold dead anyone illegally entering with a backpack that you believe contains fentanyl.
00:39:04.000 Critics have called this a shoot-first-ask-questions-later policy that would amount to extrajudicial killing.
00:39:12.000 You are a former military lawyer.
00:39:14.000 Why do you think this idea of yours would be legal?
00:39:17.000 The drug cartels are invading our country, and they are killing our citizens by the tens of thousands every year.
00:39:24.000 We had a situation in Florida.
00:39:26.000 There was an 18-month-old baby that was crawling on the floor of an Airbnb rental.
00:39:31.000 There was fentanyl residue on the carpet.
00:39:33.000 and the baby died. Is this acceptable in this country? I know the elites in D.C. they don't
00:39:39.000 care. They don't care that fentanyl is ravaging your community. They don't care that illegal
00:39:43.000 aliens are ravaging our community and overwhelming our community. The commander in chief not only has
00:39:48.000 a right, you have a responsibility to fight back against these people. And does that mean shooting
00:39:54.000 first? It means you're going to you're going to categorize them as foreign terrorist organizations
00:40:00.000 and we will identify just like we would anywhere. When I was in Iraq, the Al Qaeda wasn't wearing a
00:40:05.000 uniform.
00:40:07.000 You'd see anyone walking down the street, they all had man dresses on.
00:40:09.000 You didn't know if someone had a bomb, an IED attached or not.
00:40:13.000 And so you had to make a judgment based on intelligence, based on positive identification.
00:40:18.000 But we're going to be able to get the intelligence on these cartel people.
00:40:21.000 And here's the thing.
00:40:22.000 If we had a wall across the southern border, which I support, This would not have happened.
00:40:27.000 We need to build a wall across the southern border.
00:40:30.000 I'll get it done, and I'll make... Mexico is supposed to pay for it, remember?
00:40:34.000 Here's how you do that.
00:40:35.000 I'm going to have fees on remittances from foreign workers when they send the money back to foreign countries.
00:40:40.000 We're going to tax it, and we're going to build a wall with that.
00:40:43.000 So yes, you should have had that.
00:40:45.000 But we don't have it.
00:40:46.000 I'm going to build it.
00:40:47.000 But we have to lean in on this problem.
00:40:49.000 I am not going to sit there and allow mothers to lose more kids because of fentanyl overdose.
00:40:55.000 I am not going to sit there and let sex trafficking go unabated or human trafficking go unabated.
00:41:00.000 there's going to be a new sheriff in town and these drug cartels better fuck off.
00:41:04.000 Nothing disagreeable.
00:41:06.000 Ambassador Haley, you have pledged to catch and abort all migrants who are here in this country.
00:41:14.000 Abort?
00:41:14.000 Did she say abort?
00:41:14.000 Did she say abort?
00:41:15.000 Did she say murder?
00:41:15.000 Then you said in Londonderry, New Hampshire last month that you will not deport those who are working and paying taxes rather than feeding off the system.
00:41:23.000 She knows.
00:41:23.000 Which is it?
00:41:25.000 So first of all, what I said is all of the 7 or 8 million illegals that have come under Biden's watch absolutely have to go back.
00:41:32.000 We have to stop the incentive of what's bringing them over here in the first place.
00:41:36.000 Biden just gave temporary protective status to 500,000 Venezuelans.
00:41:40.000 That's a half Half a million social security cards, that's a half a million driver's licenses, and I know from my time at the United Nations, the first thing they do is pick up the phone and say, we came over, come on over.
00:41:52.000 And that's what sends more.
00:41:54.000 You have to go and deport these people so they know it can't happen again.
00:41:58.000 For those that have been here longer than that, we've got to start seeing who is it, how long have they been here, have they been vetted, have they paid taxes, have they been working, and figure out who else is out there.
00:42:10.000 But what I know is my parents came here illegally.
00:42:13.000 They put in the time, they put in the price.
00:42:15.000 They are offended by those that are coming illegally.
00:42:18.000 We can't let them skip the line.
00:42:19.000 But when you talk about fentanyl like you did before, let's look at something else.
00:42:24.000 Yes, I think we should send special operations over and take out the cartels.
00:42:28.000 I think we should Yeah.
00:42:29.000 a remain in Mexico policy so they never step foot in US soil in the first place.
00:42:34.000 But look at where fentanyl came from.
00:42:36.000 Let's go to the heart of the matter.
00:42:38.000 It came from China.
00:42:39.000 That's why we need to end all normal trade relations with China until they stop murdering
00:42:44.000 Americans with fentanyl.
00:42:45.000 I promise you they need our economy.
00:42:47.000 They will immediately stop that.
00:42:49.000 But this is where Trump went wrong.
00:42:51.000 Trump was good on trade, but that's all he was with China.
00:42:55.000 Because here he allowed fentanyl to continue to come over.
00:42:59.000 He continued to allow them to take, he would give them technology that would build up their military and hurt us.
00:43:05.000 He allowed the Chinese infiltration for them to buy up farmland, to put money in our universities, and to continue to do things that were harmful for America.
00:43:13.000 We now have a spy base in Cuba and police stations.
00:43:16.000 And Trump didn't do anything about it.
00:43:18.000 On her China though, I mean, this is rich because when she was governor of South Carolina,
00:43:22.000 she was the number one ranked governor of bringing the CCP into her state.
00:43:27.000 She wrote a love letter to the Chinese ambassador saying how great a friend China is.
00:43:31.000 You can look at it.
00:43:32.000 We put it on our website, rondesannis.com.
00:43:34.000 There's also a video of her as governor standing in front of a Chinese flag with a Chinese
00:43:39.000 business saying that she now works for them, talking about this Chinese company.
00:43:45.000 So she's been very weak on China.
00:43:47.000 Now here's the problem.
00:43:47.000 The rhetoric is different, but the one on her donors, these Wall Street liberal donors, they make money in China.
00:43:54.000 They are not going to let her be tough on China, and she will cave to the donor.
00:43:59.000 She will not stand up for you.
00:44:00.000 I think Ron's actually doing really well.
00:44:05.000 First of all, he's mad because those Wall Street donors used to support him and now they support me.
00:44:10.000 The second thing is... He's still ahead of you.
00:44:12.000 The Chinese company, UGAS, that he just did a rally there last year, they have given you 340,000 campaign donations between them and their employees.
00:44:23.000 They are tied to the Communist Party.
00:44:26.000 JNCO Solar is another one.
00:44:28.000 They went and expanded, you gave 2 million in subsidies.
00:44:31.000 ban China from buying land in the state of Florida.
00:44:33.000 And the Department of Homeland Security.
00:44:34.000 I ejected the Confucius Institute.
00:44:36.000 Nikki Haley brought Confucius Institutes to the universities in South Carolina.
00:44:40.000 That is not true.
00:44:41.000 I ejected them.
00:44:42.000 So I have a record of standing up and do what's right.
00:44:44.000 And here's the thing.
00:44:45.000 You have a record of lying.
00:44:46.000 She's trying to say things like that.
00:44:48.000 Even the liberal media groups that, usually if I say the sky is blue,
00:44:51.000 they'll fact check me and say that's wrong.
00:44:53.000 They looked at the charges.
00:44:54.000 They said it was totally false that they could not find one instance
00:44:58.000 of me recruiting a Chinese business coming to Florida.
00:45:00.000 You know why?
00:45:01.000 Thank you.
00:45:02.000 recruited any Chinese business over the past year has killed more than 75,000
00:45:11.000 Americans 1,000 of them right here in Alabama You have vowed to use the military to, quote, annihilate drug labs inside Mexico, something the president of Mexico said would be a hostile act.
00:45:23.000 But Fentanyl can easily be made anywhere, and labs that are shut down can easily and quickly be replaced.
00:45:30.000 Are your tough enforcement policies offering false hope to a country wracked by addiction?
00:45:36.000 To the contrary, I don't think it's going to have to come to that if we deal with the actual demand-side problem that we also have in this country.
00:45:43.000 I mean, the easy part is talking about how we're going to use our military to secure the border.
00:45:46.000 I will, and I believe that everybody else wants to do the same thing.
00:45:50.000 But the harder part is dealing with the crisis of purpose and meaning, the mental health epidemic raging across this country like wildfire.
00:45:58.000 And there's a reason why after the opioid crisis you see fentanyl.
00:46:01.000 And even after we get fentanyl, and we are going to be sure to make sure we do it, this one is worse for many reasons.
00:46:06.000 They're illegally lacing it into pharmaceuticals, so it's more dangerous.
00:46:10.000 But we're deluding ourselves.
00:46:12.000 The real false promise here is thinking that we're going to have dealt with that underlying mental health epidemic in this country by just dealing with the demand side of it.
00:46:21.000 But I want to get back to this issue of the root cause, because a lot of these are coming from labs in Wuhan, China, of all places.
00:46:27.000 Drug materials that are going to the Mexican drug cartels, that they're pumping across that southern border like a modern opium war.
00:46:33.000 I think it is going to take a U.S.
00:46:35.000 president that's going to have a very different conversation with Xi Jinping than what Joe Biden just had in California.
00:46:42.000 I will tell Xi Jinping, you will not only not buy land in this country, or donate to universities in this country, U.S.
00:46:48.000 businesses won't expand into the Chinese market until they're playing by the same set of rules.
00:46:53.000 And the same country that's putting fentanyl into illegal pharmaceuticals in Mexico, it's no coincidence, is the exact same country that also unleashed hell on the world with the COVID-19 pandemic.
00:47:04.000 We also have to hold them accountable with every financial lever that we have available.
00:47:10.000 That is what it actually means to stand with a spine.
00:47:13.000 And you mark my words, if we're willing to stand with a spine, China will absolutely have to fold because they're in a tougher spot than we are.
00:47:19.000 And then we're back to playing by the same set of rules.
00:47:21.000 Thank you, Mr. Ramaswamy.
00:47:21.000 That's the answer.
00:47:22.000 Thank you.
00:47:24.000 Let's talk about the economy.
00:47:26.000 Ambassador Haley, homeownership has always been part of the American dream, but it's increasingly out of reach for younger Americans.
00:47:34.000 This year, mortgage rates reached 30-year highs.
00:47:38.000 Home prices have risen $190,000 over the past decade.
00:47:43.000 Is this a free market at work?
00:47:45.000 No.
00:47:45.000 Or should the federal government do something to make homes more affordable?
00:47:49.000 What?
00:47:50.000 Well, first of all, you're exactly right.
00:47:52.000 My daughter just got married and I saw how hard it was for her and her husband to buy a home.
00:47:56.000 Right now, the average homeowner In America is 49 years old.
00:48:02.000 You've got young people everywhere.
00:48:03.000 That used to be the American dream and now it's out of reach.
00:48:07.000 But you look at what happened.
00:48:08.000 You first of all look at what the Fed did.
00:48:10.000 The Fed did a terrible job when they allowed all of that money to go through.
00:48:14.000 You saw the Treasury bond rates go up.
00:48:16.000 That affected mortgage rates, that affected automobile rates, that affected insurance rates.
00:48:20.000 And so now we have a high interest rate.
00:48:22.000 You've got a supply issue.
00:48:24.000 Ask any builder.
00:48:25.000 The supply issues have continued to be there.
00:48:28.000 That's caused the rate to go up.
00:48:30.000 And then you've got insurances that have gone up.
00:48:32.000 And so what you have is a lot of younger people who, one, can't afford a home, but two, the banks aren't lending them any money.
00:48:40.000 They've made the regulations so hard that they don't want to give loans on mortgages anymore.
00:48:45.000 So what we have to do is we have to open it up.
00:48:47.000 We have to, one, Grow our economy so that people have more money in their pockets.
00:48:52.000 We've got to look at the supply chain and make sure that we are funneling that so that builders don't have to sit there and go overseas to find things.
00:48:59.000 And then we need to make sure that we really stop paying down this debt, make sure that we stop the borrowing, stop the spending.
00:49:05.000 I'll veto any spending bill that doesn't take us back to pre-COVID levels because our kids are not going to forgive us for all the spending that happened.
00:49:13.000 And as much as everybody wants to talk about how Donald Trump had a good economy, $9 trillion in debt, he did just in four years.
00:49:22.000 And we're all paying the price of that, including those mortgage prices.
00:49:25.000 Yeah, but a lot of that was COVID.
00:49:26.000 We're going to come back to pregnancy.
00:49:27.000 Extraordinary circumstances.
00:49:29.000 A lot of spending.
00:49:30.000 Governor DeSantis.
00:49:31.000 The latest News Nation decision desk poll found that inflation tops the worries of American voters.
00:49:37.000 61% say they're very concerned and the working class is hardest hit.
00:49:42.000 Economists say this is a glut of federal spending.
00:49:46.000 The Biden administration has added $6 trillion to the national debt so far.
00:49:51.000 But President Trump wasn't exactly a penny pincher.
00:49:55.000 His administration added $7.8 trillion.
00:49:58.000 They do.
00:49:59.000 But it's not shared equally.
00:50:00.000 President Trump share the blame for inflation and what concrete steps would
00:50:04.000 a President DeSantis take to help Americans make ends meet?
00:50:08.000 Borrowing, printing and spending of money was both parties in Washington DC.
00:50:13.000 That's just the fact these Republicans in Washington have spent. It's driven
00:50:17.000 your prices higher and it's driven your interest rates to the point where you
00:50:21.000 I met a young fella in Iowa.
00:50:23.000 He had graduated college a couple years ago, and he's like, Governor, I don't have a chance.
00:50:28.000 I'm gainfully employed.
00:50:29.000 He's like, I have no chance to afford a home and start a family.
00:50:32.000 That is taking the American dream away from people.
00:50:34.000 So we're going to get the inflation down.
00:50:35.000 We're going to get the interest rates down.
00:50:37.000 We are going to reduce spending, and I will be willing to veto, and I vetoed a lot as Governor of Florida, and we'll do that.
00:50:42.000 We're also going to open up all of our domestic energy for production.
00:50:45.000 Lower your gas prices.
00:50:47.000 Lower the price of fuel.
00:50:49.000 That's going to help the economy.
00:50:50.000 It'll also help jobs, and we'll do it.
00:50:52.000 But you know, another thing that's burdening young people are these student loans.
00:50:56.000 Now, I don't support having a truck driver having to pay a student loan for someone that got a degree in gender studies.
00:51:01.000 That is wrong.
00:51:02.000 We should not have taxpayers do that.
00:51:04.000 Biden's doing that right now.
00:51:05.000 What I'm going to do though is I'm going to get to the root cause of the problem.
00:51:07.000 These student loans are going to be backed by the universities because they need to have
00:51:11.000 an incentive to produce gainful.
00:51:12.000 I love it.
00:51:13.000 They should not be indulging in ideological studies.
00:51:18.000 They should be focusing on things that work.
00:51:20.000 And we're going to take some of this money and we're going to move it to actual vocational
00:51:25.000 In Florida, we doubled apprenticeships.
00:51:27.000 We have more truck drivers.
00:51:28.000 These are in-demand skills.
00:51:30.000 Don't let anybody tell you that the only way you can be successful is through a four-year brick and ivy degree.
00:51:35.000 That's one way you can be.
00:51:37.000 It's not the only way, and we're going to fix that problem in the United States of America.
00:51:45.000 You praise cryptocurrency like Bitcoin as an opt-out from our, quote, broken financial architecture, and you oppose efforts to regulate it.
00:51:55.000 Wait for Christie to break in and be like, hey guys, I'm still here.
00:51:57.000 Joe, he's just going to leave suddenly.
00:51:59.000 Yeah, it'd be great if he cuts back and he's gone.
00:52:01.000 He reminds me of the time.
00:52:04.000 You say your cryptocurrency plan will, quote, ensure economic freedom for Americans, end quote.
00:52:10.000 Won't it also ensure economic freedom for fraudsters, criminals, and terrorists?
00:52:15.000 I did not model.
00:52:16.000 Good question.
00:52:16.000 Fraudsters, criminals, and terrorists have been defrauding people for a long time.
00:52:19.000 Our regulations need to catch up with the current moment.
00:52:23.000 The fact that SBF was able to do what he did at FTX shows that whatever they have as the current framework isn't
00:52:29.000 working.
00:52:29.000 And I think it is nothing short of embarrassing that Gary Gensler, the current leader of the SEC, in front of Congress, could not even say whether Ethereum counted as a regulated security or not.
00:52:41.000 And so I think that this is just another example of the administrative state gone too far.
00:52:46.000 Here's the dirty little secret in American politics today.
00:52:49.000 The people who we elect to run the government are not the ones who are even actually What are they not doing?
00:52:57.000 Tell me.
00:52:58.000 They're writing regulations that Congress never gave them the authority to write.
00:53:02.000 And the good news is, a U.S.
00:53:04.000 president can absolutely fix that.
00:53:07.000 That takes a U.S.
00:53:08.000 president with a spine.
00:53:09.000 So what I've said is in my administration, by the end of year one, we will have a 75% reduction in the number of federal bureaucrats.
00:53:18.000 We will shut down government agencies that should not exist.
00:53:20.000 I am okay with this.
00:53:21.000 I don't know much about that.
00:53:22.000 any regulation that fails the test of West Virginia versus EPA, which is the most important
00:53:27.000 Supreme Court case of our lifetime, that said if Congress didn't delegate that to an administrative
00:53:32.000 agency, then it's unconstitutional.
00:53:35.000 These are seismic changes.
00:53:38.000 These are big changes that the next president can deliver without asking Congress for permission
00:53:43.000 or for forgiveness.
00:53:44.000 And I want people to understand that distinction because people have been sold myths by politicians for a long time saying, I'm going to work with Congress to do this or that.
00:53:52.000 Much of what you've heard on the stage from the other politicians fit that description.
00:53:55.000 They need Congress.
00:53:56.000 The things that I'm promising you, this is what the leader of the executive branch gets to do under Article 2 of the Constitution.
00:54:03.000 Thank you, sir.
00:54:04.000 Cut down the bureaucracy.
00:54:05.000 Thank you, sir.
00:54:06.000 Cutting the federal government like that is tumultuous and difficult, but we're walking.
00:54:12.000 It'll be painful.
00:54:14.000 One of the dangers that we're going to face, Biden wants, is a central bank digital currency.
00:54:19.000 They want to get rid of cash, crypto.
00:54:21.000 They want to force you to do that.
00:54:22.000 They'll take away your privacy.
00:54:23.000 They will absolutely regulate your purchases.
00:54:26.000 On day one as president, we take the idea of central bank digital currency and we throw it in the trash can.
00:54:31.000 it'll be dead on arrival.
00:54:33.000 I don't know if anybody is live timing how much time they'll get in.
00:54:37.000 We have a whole second hour to get to, it's exciting.
00:54:39.000 And when we come back, we've got a big subject. Huge.
00:54:41.000 Ron's best debate so far, to be honest.
00:54:44.000 He's a little nerdy.
00:54:45.000 He's a little nerdy.
00:54:45.000 That's fine.
00:54:47.000 And what I mean by that is...
00:54:49.000 A lot of good facts, but not being presented really well.
00:54:52.000 I'm talking high school level.
00:54:54.000 It's the charisma thing, but I think he's doing pretty well.
00:54:57.000 Vivek, of course, is always doing really well.
00:55:00.000 You were right that he was a little too nerdy when he started talking about Ethereum, and that Gary Gensler couldn't identify if it was a security or not.
00:55:06.000 Sure.
00:55:06.000 It basically means, is it going to be used as cash, or is it going to be used as a commodity?
00:55:10.000 Right.
00:55:10.000 The word commodity is a little nerdy.
00:55:11.000 for your average.
00:55:12.000 Let's uh, we'll grab some superchats during the commercials.
00:55:15.000 We got um, MF Damien says Ron makes some decent points but sounds too rehearsed and inauthentic
00:55:20.000 when he speaks.
00:55:22.000 King Vivek all day.
00:55:23.000 Yeah, yeah, that, that, that, like, I feel like Ron's actually doing really well.
00:55:28.000 Yeah.
00:55:29.000 But, he's got the head bob going on.
00:55:31.000 He needs a smile once in a while.
00:55:33.000 But like a real smile, not the whole like... The Gavin Newsom smiling was too weird.
00:55:38.000 I don't know.
00:55:38.000 Yeah, he got called out because his smiles are inauthentic.
00:55:42.000 I won't let you down.
00:55:43.000 It's just not him.
00:55:44.000 Yeah.
00:55:45.000 No, it's weird.
00:55:45.000 He looks sad when he smiles.
00:55:46.000 And honestly, you made a great point there when you're talking about the Gavin Newsom.
00:55:50.000 Bring that up.
00:55:51.000 Like, look, when everyone says, oh, Gavin Newsom.
00:55:53.000 I think Terry was here last night to say, oh, I'm not that worried about Gavin Newsom.
00:55:56.000 Like, I'm worried as hell about Gavin Newsom.
00:55:58.000 This is a good one right here from Nick Williams.
00:56:00.000 Yeah, please.
00:56:00.000 Yeah, he didn't insult her intelligence like Chris Christie said.
00:56:03.000 He pointed out that she didn't have the information, that she was ignorant.
00:56:05.000 care about Ukraine. The only thing Nikki is worried about is Lockheed and Raytheon's
00:56:09.000 stock price. Yeah, he didn't insult her intelligence like Chris Christie said. He
00:56:13.000 pointed out that she didn't have the information. Yeah, but tomorrow the headline's gonna be
00:56:17.000 Chris Christie defends Nikki Haley from Vivek who becomes too aggressive on stage.
00:56:20.000 Attacks women, hates women.
00:56:22.000 Right, right, right.
00:56:22.000 And so in some ways, like, the fact that he left it ambiguous and didn't correct it at all, I mean, he was on a roll, he had good energy in that moment, so there's a reason to, but it will give Chris Christie this moment, and it also makes Nikki Haley look like a submissive woman, which will turn feminists off from her.
00:56:38.000 If there's any, you know, Vivek staff members listening, I hope they hear this.
00:56:42.000 Technically, I hope they don't, but just, you gotta say, Nikki Hillary over here, I'm sorry, I mean Haley.
00:56:48.000 No, he did have that Hillary Clinton comparison before.
00:56:49.000 No, but call her Nikki Hillary.
00:56:50.000 Yeah, that's true.
00:56:51.000 Excuse me, yeah, and like fake, you know, correct himself.
00:56:53.000 They're like texting him right now.
00:56:55.000 Nikki Hillary.
00:56:56.000 No, but when he compared her to Hillary Clinton, like, that's a very serious indictment, right?
00:57:00.000 Women in politics, either side, being compared to Hillary Clinton is not a good thing, right?
00:57:05.000 Because if you're a Democrat, she failed repeatedly.
00:57:08.000 And if you're a Republican, it's Hillary Clinton.
00:57:11.000 Yeah, but look, Hillary Clinton could be running on the give you a million dollars party and people would still hate her.
00:57:17.000 It doesn't matter if you're a Republican or Democrat policy-wise, she is an awful human that people despise.
00:57:23.000 America's ex-wife.
00:57:23.000 When Nikki Haley came out and said that she wanted to track people that use social media and get their identification and make everyone... That, I think, indicates low intelligence.
00:57:35.000 That, I can argue, is a low intelligence claim because she hasn't thought ahead into what kind of corruption and totalitarianism... Or at the very least, authoritarianism.
00:57:42.000 Let me grab this one from NetOneGamer.
00:57:44.000 He says, I was born in November 2002, and people my age were signing up to fight in this war that has been around longer than myself.
00:57:51.000 We're not doing that again.
00:57:52.000 Politicians can suck it.
00:57:53.000 Thank you.
00:57:53.000 I hear you, brother.
00:57:55.000 21 years old!
00:57:58.000 So you voted in several election cycles already, and you were born after.
00:58:01.000 But let's even talk about someone born in 1997.
00:58:03.000 Okay, you're four or five years old. You don't remember any of this. So when when Chris Christie's like I was the
00:58:09.000 attorney general During 9-11. It's like yo, that doesn't mean anything
00:58:12.000 It might mean something to people who are in there like mid 30s and everybody else
00:58:17.000 I don't I don't I think I was in kindergarten and I grew up in Connecticut, right?
00:58:21.000 So I had friends whose parents commuted into New York.
00:58:23.000 Like, I remember not going to school that day the towers fell, but, like, all of it is stuff that I grew up hearing, but it's not... People who have teenagers, right, who are, like, coming up military age, it's like, you know, and, like, for example... Do you want them to go?
00:58:35.000 Yeah.
00:58:36.000 Right.
00:58:36.000 Like, my little brother, my little brother is... He's still active duty.
00:58:39.000 He's still out there.
00:58:40.000 I got a lot of friends.
00:58:40.000 I got a friend here who's active duty, and I got a... I know a lot of folks who are, like, younger than me, like, and it's like, I don't really want you to go there.
00:58:46.000 The fall of the Berlin Wall.
00:58:47.000 That's how I would think.
00:58:49.000 Yeah, 89.
00:58:50.000 89.
00:58:50.000 I was 3.
00:58:51.000 I saw it on TV.
00:58:52.000 I was 3 years old.
00:58:54.000 Actually, was I?
00:58:55.000 Yeah, I was about to turn 4.
00:58:56.000 And I only have vague memories of references to it.
00:59:00.000 Right.
00:59:01.000 I'm 3.
00:59:01.000 I don't remember anything at all other than... It's not relevant.
00:59:04.000 People mentioning it as I was a kid, that it happened.
00:59:07.000 Sure.
00:59:07.000 And I'm like, huh.
00:59:08.000 Can I say something as well?
00:59:09.000 What Vivek said, he talks about cutting 75% of the federal government.
00:59:15.000 is look it's something that like a lot of people especially people who you know live in the beltway other it's like balkers like oh my god you can't do it right it's terrible it's crazy oh here we go but i gotta say it'll be painful uh it'll be tumultuous but if it happens we'll get through it yeah most of you on the front runner in the second hour they got to talk about gdp as you know we'd like to ask you a couple questions about him I think she's wearing a great color.
00:59:40.000 I just have to say.
00:59:41.000 She looks great.
00:59:43.000 She looks fantastic.
00:59:44.000 Did Trump actually say Muslim countries?
00:59:50.000 Okay, let's listen, let's listen.
00:59:53.000 No longer will we allow dangerous lunatics, haters, bigots, and maniacs to get residency in our country.
01:00:00.000 We're not going to let them stay here.
01:00:02.000 If you empathize with radical Islamic terrorists and extremists, you're disqualified.
01:00:07.000 You're just disqualified.
01:00:08.000 He didn't say Muslims.
01:00:09.000 Yeah, he didn't.
01:00:10.000 Oh, come on!
01:00:10.000 Dude, that's unreal.
01:00:11.000 president trump's plan for ideological screening oh come on
01:00:14.000 i don't think that you have a straight up muslim ban as much as you look at the
01:00:18.000 countries that have terrorist activity that want to oh come on
01:00:21.000 you do you gotta email megan kelly and be like what was that
01:00:24.000 that's the way we should look at it is which countries are a threat to us
01:00:27.000 you look at what came across the southern border what worries me the
01:00:30.000 most are those that came from iran from yemen from lebanon those areas where they say death to
01:00:36.000 america that's what you want to be yes let me just okay okay sure trump should ban terrorists
01:00:44.000 If someone is coming to this country and we find out that they support terrorist and radical ideologies, you're disqualified.
01:00:50.000 It's not a big ask.
01:00:51.000 It's not crazy.
01:00:52.000 And the false framing by Megyn Kelly and now Nikki Haley is reprehensible.
01:00:57.000 And the biggest threat we have right now is communist China.
01:01:01.000 But you have to also look at what Iran and Russia are doing as well.
01:01:04.000 And we need to be paying attention to that.
01:01:06.000 That's why we have to focus on things like cyber, on space, on artificial intelligence,
01:01:11.000 and not just the regular things that we've always focused on.
01:01:14.000 It's not just, it's not just terrorism though.
01:01:17.000 That's important.
01:01:18.000 But look what's happened in Europe.
01:01:20.000 You have more anti-Semitism in Germany than at any time since Adolf Hitler.
01:01:25.000 Why?
01:01:25.000 Because they imported mass numbers of people who reject their culture.
01:01:31.000 Europe is committing suicide with the mass migration.
01:01:34.000 And it's illegal and legal.
01:01:36.000 Nikki Haley said the other day there should be no limits On legal immigration and that corporate CEOs should set the policy on that.
01:01:44.000 There needs to be limits on immigration.
01:01:46.000 And we should not be importing people from cultures that are hostile.
01:01:51.000 So, for example, I said with the Gaza, you had some of the squad wanted to import 300,000 people from the Gaza Strip.
01:01:57.000 I said, no, we're not taking anyone from Gaza because of the anti-Semitism and because they reject American culture.
01:02:04.000 So we've got to get smart about this.
01:02:06.000 We cannot let the United States be like Europe.
01:02:08.000 If I may just hit this point because it relates to what they just said.
01:02:14.000 There are things that the government can do right now that nobody's talking about among the professional politicians in this race.
01:02:20.000 I don't think he's got any questions.
01:02:22.000 I think he's got like one or two questions for an hour.
01:02:24.000 Here's the answer.
01:02:25.000 There's 287G in the law.
01:02:28.000 That is a provision that already allows ICE agents to deputize or allow local law enforcement to enforce those ICE rules.
01:02:37.000 And it shocks me that nobody in the Republican Party is talking about it because there are one million then officials, law enforcement officials in this country.
01:02:45.000 And against that backdrop, we absolutely have the ability to deport anybody who's in this country illegally.
01:02:50.000 We need to be talking about it.
01:02:56.000 Governor Christie asked last night in Iowa whether he would be a dictator if he wins a second term in office.
01:03:02.000 Donald Trump quipped no, quote, except for day one, promising to seal the southern border.
01:03:09.000 He has also pledged to begin the largest deportation operation in American history, saying that migrants are, quote, poisoning the blood of our No, illegal immigrants are.
01:03:18.000 These people are despicable.
01:03:21.000 Yes, undocumented!
01:03:27.000 I think it's completely predictable.
01:03:30.000 I mean, look, he's made it very clear.
01:03:32.000 There's no mystery to what he wants to do.
01:03:35.000 He started off his campaign by saying, I am your retribution.
01:03:40.000 I think he doesn't get that Americans like Trump.
01:03:44.000 He hasn't understood the poll margin yet.
01:03:46.000 He's winning the primary!
01:03:47.000 Chris Christie's a Democrat.
01:03:48.000 the primary.
01:03:49.000 He's acting retribution on anyone who has disagreed with him.
01:03:54.000 Anyone.
01:03:55.000 Chris Christie's a Democrat.
01:03:56.000 He's on stage being like, I represent non-Republicans.
01:03:59.000 Every one of these policies that he's talking about are about-
01:04:02.000 Will Chamberlain just tweeted a minute ago.
01:04:05.000 At the first debate, my three colleagues on this stage, when asked if he would be convicted
01:04:11.000 of federal felonies, would they still support him, raised their hand, looked into the camera,
01:04:18.000 and let everybody know that they would still support him even if convicted of federal felonies.
01:04:22.000 Federal felonies, by the way.
01:04:24.000 Federal felonies which involve our election process.
01:04:28.000 Federal felonies which involve the most sensitive of our governmental secrets.
01:04:34.000 Federal felonies where he instructed others to commit crimes.
01:04:37.000 Folks who are now agreeing to go to jail because of what they did in his name.
01:04:42.000 So do I think he was kidding when he said he was a dictator?
01:04:46.000 All you have to do is look at the history.
01:04:48.000 And that's why failing to speak out against him.
01:04:52.000 Making excuses for him.
01:04:54.000 Pretending that somehow he's a victim.
01:04:57.000 Empowers him.
01:04:58.000 You wanna know why those poll numbers aren't where they are?
01:05:00.000 Because folks like these three guys on the stage make it seem like his conduct is acceptable.
01:05:05.000 Let me make it clear.
01:05:07.000 Does he not get that the majority of Republican voters like Trump?
01:05:11.000 What's he trying to make clear?
01:05:13.000 I don't know.
01:05:13.000 His conduct is unacceptable.
01:05:15.000 He's unfit.
01:05:16.000 And be careful of what you're going to get.
01:05:18.000 If you ever got another Donald Trump term, he's letting you know, I am your retribution.
01:05:23.000 That's a good thing!
01:05:25.000 Thank you.
01:05:25.000 It will only be his own retribution.
01:05:27.000 He doesn't care for the American people.
01:05:29.000 I don't care either!
01:05:30.000 I want Trump to get his retribution.
01:05:36.000 Governor DeSantis, Donald Trump would be older on day one of his second presidency than Joe Biden was on day one of his first.
01:05:45.000 You have said Trump is not the same man he was when he ran in 2016.
01:05:50.000 Your campaign is running ads showing Trump confused and you have said he has quote lost the zip on his fastball.
01:05:58.000 You seem to be saying Donald Trump is no longer mentally fit to be president.
01:06:01.000 Is that what you think?
01:06:03.000 Look, he is showing, father time is undefeated.
01:06:06.000 The idea that we're going to put someone up there that's almost 80 and there's going to be no effects from that, we all know that that's not true.
01:06:13.000 And so we have an opportunity to do a next generation of leaders and really be able to move this country forward.
01:06:18.000 We also need a president that can serve two terms.
01:06:21.000 I don't think Donald Trump, I think he's going to have, I don't think he's going to be able to get elected.
01:06:24.000 The Democrats want him to be the nominee.
01:06:26.000 We see that.
01:06:26.000 They are going to turn the screws the minute, if he got the nomination, you're going to see it.
01:06:31.000 I think we need to have somebody younger.
01:06:32.000 I think when you get up to 80, I don't think it's a job for that.
01:06:35.000 But let me just respond to some of the things there.
01:06:37.000 Look, the media is making a big deal about what he said about some of these comments.
01:06:40.000 I would just remind people, that is not how he governed.
01:06:43.000 He didn't even fire Dr. Fauci.
01:06:45.000 He didn't fire Christopher Wray.
01:06:47.000 He didn't clean up the swamp.
01:06:49.000 He said he was going to drain it.
01:06:50.000 He did not drain it.
01:06:51.000 He said he was going to build the wall and have Mexico pay for it.
01:06:53.000 We don't have the wall.
01:06:55.000 He did say in 2016 he'd have the largest deportation program in history.
01:06:59.000 He deported less than Barack Obama did when Barack Obama was president.
01:07:04.000 So some of these policies he ran on in 2016.
01:07:08.000 I was cheering him on then, but he didn't deliver it.
01:07:11.000 Here's what I can promise people.
01:07:12.000 100% of the things I promised as governor, I delivered on those promises.
01:07:17.000 I beat the left time and time again.
01:07:19.000 We've got to start winning again as a party.
01:07:23.000 Yes, win the election, but we've got to start getting these issues.
01:07:27.000 I will go in and wreak havoc on this bureaucracy.
01:07:30.000 You will see people fired and we are going to bring a reckoning for how this government handled it.
01:07:34.000 Why isn't he just answering the question?
01:07:43.000 The question was very direct.
01:07:46.000 Is he fit to be president or isn't he?
01:07:49.000 The rest of the speech is interesting.
01:07:51.000 Chris isn't a democrat up there to destroy.
01:07:54.000 He's ruining the debate itself by talking about the debate.
01:07:58.000 No they would.
01:07:58.000 They would strike the No, they wouldn't.
01:08:03.000 I guess you're not answering it.
01:08:04.000 You just don't like...
01:08:05.000 Is he fit?
01:08:06.000 You have your thing.
01:08:07.000 You have your thing.
01:08:08.000 No, I don't have my thing.
01:08:09.000 He's the thing.
01:08:10.000 We do not want to do someone that's almost 80.
01:08:11.000 You're talking about him being 80 years old.
01:08:12.000 It doesn't mean that somebody couldn't get elected.
01:08:13.000 That's what I'm saying.
01:08:14.000 Governor DeSantis, slow down.
01:08:15.000 Slow down.
01:08:16.000 What is it?
01:08:17.000 No, I'm not going to...
01:08:18.000 They zoomed in on Ron's face.
01:08:19.000 Did you see that?
01:08:20.000 Ron?
01:08:21.000 Is he fit?
01:08:23.000 Did you see that?
01:08:27.000 It was intensifying.
01:08:29.000 The party likes Donald Trump.
01:08:31.000 Donald Trump is winning and Chris Christie is attacking Donald Trump on stage.
01:08:34.000 Yeah.
01:08:34.000 Where Ron DeSantis is even trying to avoid going too heavy.
01:08:37.000 Yeah.
01:08:37.000 He wants to be Attorney General.
01:08:39.000 This is a solid point, even though, so you do think he commits a strong thesis.
01:08:41.000 We do not nominate somebody who won't answer.
01:08:43.000 who's gonna be spinning nails on day one and for eight years delivering the news.
01:08:47.000 Chris Christie is running for a cabinet subunit or a democrat.
01:08:51.000 Who's almost 80 years old.
01:08:53.000 He's afraid to answer.
01:08:55.000 No I'm not!
01:08:57.000 No, you have to, either you're afraid or you're not listening.
01:09:00.000 No, it's not just a simple question.
01:09:01.000 You shut up.
01:09:02.000 You think it's a fit?
01:09:03.000 You think it's a fit?
01:09:04.000 Hey, hey, hey, nobody can hear this.
01:09:06.000 Sandata against Trump, that was a good one.
01:09:08.000 Girls, girls.
01:09:09.000 Alright, you know, look.
01:09:10.000 Ladies, please.
01:09:11.000 I'm a simple guy.
01:09:13.000 I'd be like, hey Lardo, calm down.
01:09:16.000 Is he fit or isn't he?
01:09:18.000 I can see you're fit, Ron.
01:09:21.000 You're a new generation.
01:09:23.000 You're 44 years old.
01:09:24.000 I wish I was still 44 years old.
01:09:26.000 45.
01:09:28.000 Well, congratulations.
01:09:29.000 I'd still take 45.
01:09:30.000 Is he fit or isn't he?
01:09:32.000 And this is the problem with my three colleagues.
01:09:37.000 They're afraid to offend.
01:09:39.000 If you're afraid to offend Donald Trump, then what are you going to do when you sit across from President Xi, you sit across from the Ayatollah, you sit across from Putin?
01:09:53.000 You have to be willing to offend with the truth.
01:09:57.000 And the answer to that question is zero.
01:09:59.000 That is the base of course there is.
01:10:01.000 I promise Ron DeSantis, a minute and not a full minute, I've got a second.
01:10:04.000 It's not about waiting and then we're moving on.
01:10:06.000 Just a yes.
01:10:06.000 Oh, this is so stupid.
01:10:07.000 want to elect somebody who will be older than Biden was when he went in 2021.
01:10:07.000 I just can't stand people.
01:10:12.000 Just say yes.
01:10:12.000 I don't think he was he's as bad as Biden was at all. But I do think that over a four year period,
01:10:18.000 it is not a job for somebody that's pushing 80. We need somebody that's younger. We need
01:10:23.000 somebody that's going to be able to go in there. Donald Trump is fit to be president.
01:10:27.000 I kind of think I can run two terms.
01:10:29.000 Thank you.
01:10:29.000 Have a nice day.
01:10:34.000 All three of them have been licking Donald Trump's boots for years for money and endorsements.
01:10:40.000 Ron DeSantis, you've been a great governor, but I don't think that's the point.
01:10:43.000 Same thing with Chris Christie as a lobbyist.
01:10:49.000 Begging them for COVID money for his special interests in New Jersey, prepping him for the debates last time around.
01:10:55.000 These people are now Monday morning quarterbacking some decision he made.
01:10:59.000 I think the real enemy is not Donald Trump.
01:11:01.000 It's not even Joe Biden.
01:11:02.000 It is the deep state that at least Donald Trump attempted to take on.
01:11:06.000 And if you want somebody who's going to speak truth to power, then vote for somebody who's going to speak the truth to you.
01:11:12.000 Why am I the only person on this stage, at least, who can say that January 6th now does look like it was an inside job?
01:11:18.000 Whoa!
01:11:20.000 There we go.
01:11:21.000 Correct.
01:11:22.000 of Saudi Arabia's involvement in 9-11.
01:11:24.000 That the Great Replacement Theory is not some grand right-wing conspiracy theory, but a
01:11:29.000 basic statement of the Democratic Party's platform.
01:11:32.000 That the 2020 election was indeed stolen by big tech.
01:11:37.000 That the 2016 election, the one that Trump won for sure, was also one that was stolen
01:11:43.000 from him by the national security establishment that actually put up the Trump-Russia collusion
01:11:47.000 Oh, now they want to cut him off.
01:11:48.000 There's a reason why I'm the only person on this stage who can say these things.
01:11:52.000 That's what it's going to take.
01:11:53.000 Not people who were licking his boots one time, and now Monday morning quarterbacking and criticizing when it's convenient.
01:11:58.000 Okay, but he also sucks up to the Trump government.
01:11:59.000 That's not his point, though.
01:12:00.000 He's pointing out, they were sucking it.
01:12:03.000 No, no, no, no.
01:12:04.000 They're kissing his boots, but now turning on him, trying to steal, and Vivek's standing out of it.
01:12:08.000 Vivek's going to turn against him, too, as soon as he can.
01:12:10.000 The surgeries done on minors involve cutting off body parts.
01:12:13.000 At a time when these kids cannot even legally smoke a cigarette.
01:12:17.000 Kids who go from puberty blockers to cross-sex hormones are at a much greater likelihood of winding up sterile.
01:12:24.000 How is this a debate?
01:12:25.000 She's like, please leave.
01:12:25.000 should be able to okay these surgeries.
01:12:27.000 Never mind the sterilization of a child.
01:12:29.000 And aren't you way too out of step on this issue to be the Republican nominee?
01:12:34.000 No, I'm not.
01:12:35.000 Because Republicans believe in less government, not more.
01:12:39.000 Less involvement with government, not more involvement in people's lives.
01:12:44.000 And you know what, Megan?
01:12:46.000 I trust parents.
01:12:47.000 Oh, man.
01:12:49.000 We should empower parents in education.
01:12:52.000 We should empower parents to make more decisions about where their kids go to school.
01:12:56.000 I agree.
01:12:57.000 We should empower parents to be teaching the values that they believe in, in their homes, without the government telling them what those values should be.
01:13:05.000 And yet, we want to take other parental rights away.
01:13:08.000 I'm sorry.
01:13:09.000 As a father of four, I believe there is no one And if they want to cut his penis off?
01:13:15.000 There's no one who loves my children more than my wife.
01:13:19.000 There's no one who cares more about their success and health in life than we do.
01:13:24.000 Not some government bureaucrat, not some...
01:13:26.000 You look at these jokers down in Congress.
01:13:29.000 It takes them three weeks to pick a speaker, and up until two days ago, they couldn't promote
01:13:34.000 somebody in the military in the United States Senate who earned their new rank.
01:13:39.000 And we're going to put my children's health and my decisions in their hands?
01:13:44.000 For them to make those decisions?
01:13:46.000 For Joe Biden to make those decisions?
01:13:48.000 Let me just say this.
01:13:49.000 This is not something I favor.
01:13:50.000 I think it's a very, very dangerous thing.
01:13:51.000 But that's not the way to do it.
01:13:53.000 I think it's a very very dangerous And I get to make the
01:14:01.000 the decisions about my children, not anybody else.
01:14:04.000 And every parent out there who's watching tonight, you start to turn over just a little
01:14:08.000 bit of this authority, the authority they're going to take from you next, you're not going
01:14:12.000 to like.
01:14:13.000 I'll stand up for parents each and every time.
01:14:23.000 My kid wants his hand cut off.
01:14:25.000 He thinks he should be an amputee.
01:14:28.000 When you were governor in 2017, you signed a law that required new guidelines for schools dealing with transgender students.
01:14:35.000 Those guidelines required schools to accept a child's preferred gender identity, even if the minor's parents objected.
01:14:43.000 Whoa!
01:14:43.000 And it's said that there is no duty for schools to notify parents if their son or daughter changes their gender identity, allowing this serious issue to remain a secret between the school and a child.
01:14:55.000 How is any of that pro-parental right?
01:14:58.000 That's simply not true.
01:15:02.000 That's simply not true.
01:15:03.000 That law was put into effect in 2018 and regulated in 2018 before I, after I was out of office.
01:15:09.000 You mandated the guidelines.
01:15:10.000 No, we did not Megan.
01:15:12.000 We did not issue those guidelines and you're wrong about that.
01:15:15.000 Simply wrong.
01:15:16.000 I have stood up each and every time.
01:15:18.000 So I think if this is one issue that's disqualifying, it's this one.
01:15:22.000 I stood up every single time for parents to be able to make the decisions for their minor children.
01:15:28.000 Every single time, parents should make those decisions.
01:15:31.000 And by the way, you know what?
01:15:32.000 Every once in a while...
01:15:34.000 You do not have, as a parent, you do not have the right to abuse your kids.
01:15:38.000 protections for trans students. He is lying! You don't know that slippery slope what rights are
01:15:44.000 going to be taken away next and what's going to be focused on next. You do not have as a parent,
01:15:48.000 you do not have the right to abuse your kids. This is cutting off their genitals. This is mutilating
01:15:55.000 these minors. These are irreversible procedures and this is something that other countries in
01:16:00.000 Europe like Sweden once they started doing it, they saw it did incalculable damage. They've
01:16:04.000 shut it down. I signed legislation in Florida banning the mutilation of minors because it is
01:16:10.000 wrong. We cannot allow this to happen in this country and I know Chris disagrees with me and
01:16:16.000 I think he has an honest position. Nikki disagrees with me.
01:16:19.000 She opposes the bill that we did to ban that. She said the law shouldn't get involved with it.
01:16:23.000 She's so under her skin.
01:16:24.000 Yeah, she gaffed that one.
01:16:25.000 She said keep government out.
01:16:26.000 Also though, I think, and this is flows from what she did as governor of South Carolina,
01:16:30.000 they have bills to try to say that men shouldn't go into girls bathrooms.
01:16:34.000 And she killed that bill, and she bragged that she killed that bill, even to this day
01:16:38.000 she bragged that.
01:16:39.000 I don't think men should be going into little girls bathrooms.
01:16:42.000 I think it's wrong, and I think we have every right to protect them from that.
01:16:49.000 So quickly.
01:16:50.000 I think the North Star here is transgenderism is a mental health disorder.
01:16:54.000 We don't let you smoke a cigarette by the age of 18.
01:16:57.000 We don't let you have an addictive drink of alcohol by the age of 21.
01:17:00.000 And I just challenge Ron DeSantis to go one step further and support what I think is clearly within the authority to do using federal funds just like Reagan did in 84.
01:17:09.000 For the Highway Act that said the minimum drinking age needs to be 21.
01:17:14.000 We can do the same thing when it comes to banning genital mutilation or chemical castration.
01:17:19.000 I know Ron's been unclear on the federal level.
01:17:21.000 I'm crystal clear.
01:17:22.000 That's where I stand.
01:17:24.000 That's a mental health disorder.
01:17:25.000 That's where we need to be at.
01:17:28.000 It is literally a disorder.
01:17:29.000 It's in the DSM-5.
01:17:30.000 So first of all, Ron has continued to lie because he's losing.
01:17:33.000 No, it's not a lie.
01:17:34.000 You are lying.
01:17:35.000 You said it on tape.
01:17:36.000 So first of all, I will say that when I was governor, ten years ago when the bathroom situation came up, We had maybe a handful of kids that were dealing with an issue.
01:17:49.000 And I said, we don't need to bring government into this, but boys go into boys' bathrooms, girls go into girls' bathrooms, and if anyone else has an issue, they use a private bathroom.
01:18:01.000 Now, ten years later, we see that this issue has exploded.
01:18:04.000 And this shows how hypocritical Ron continues to be.
01:18:07.000 When he was running for governor, and they asked him about that, he said he didn't think bathroom bills were a good use of his time.
01:18:15.000 You can go look that up.
01:18:16.000 I signed a bathroom bill in Florida.
01:18:18.000 I don't believe her.
01:18:19.000 Ron's a culture warrior.
01:18:23.000 It's the only thing he's got.
01:18:24.000 These are his issues.
01:18:25.000 The idea that you would say that I was against that- I signed it.
01:18:28.000 You didn't.
01:18:28.000 You killed it.
01:18:29.000 I signed it.
01:18:30.000 I spelled for little girls.
01:18:31.000 You didn't do it.
01:18:32.000 And there was this- They are a good contrast- I was actually just in South Carolina.
01:18:35.000 Some of the legislators told me at the time there were boys going into the girls.
01:18:39.000 That's the whole reason why they did it.
01:18:41.000 And so they say when she does that explanation that that doesn't hold water.
01:18:44.000 And this is the upstate of South Carolina.
01:18:46.000 I signed the bill.
01:18:47.000 I protected the girls.
01:18:48.000 She did not do it.
01:18:50.000 I know that.
01:18:51.000 No, no, no.
01:18:54.000 You are not going to talk about my state like that, because I will tell you for a fact, South Carolinians never allowed that to happen, and we did not have that issue at the time.
01:19:03.000 What I have always said is boys going to a boys' bathroom, girls going to a girls' bathroom, but hold on one second.
01:19:09.000 I also say that biological boys shouldn't be playing in girls' sports, and I will do everything I can to stop that, because it's the women's issue of our time.
01:19:20.000 We're going to move on.
01:19:21.000 more Trump and way more base than she ever was.
01:19:25.000 So they have new pastors even if they ever supported her.
01:19:27.000 When discussing your Hindu faith in September, you seemed to take a shot at Ambassador Haley,
01:19:32.000 who is also Indian American and who converted to Christianity as an adult.
01:19:36.000 You said, an easy thing for me to do, being a politician, is to shorten my name, profess
01:19:41.000 to be a Christian, and then run.
01:19:44.000 Make Vivek Vicky or whatever, end quote.
01:19:47.000 Are you questioning Nikki Haley's Christian convictions?
01:19:50.000 And why has your campaign made a point of referring to Ambassador Haley by her given first name, Nimrata, even though she's gone by Nikki for her whole life?
01:19:59.000 Well, my whole deal is if Nikki Haley, of all people, should know how to pronounce my name correctly, the rest of the news media can learn it.
01:20:04.000 My deal is I'll call her Nikki when she can say my own name right.
01:20:07.000 That's our little fun side bet there.
01:20:09.000 Here's what I will say is deeper.
01:20:10.000 I don't question her faith, but I question her authenticity.
01:20:13.000 And I think that's deeper here.
01:20:14.000 We were just talking about the trans issue.
01:20:16.000 This is a symptom of a deeper cancer in American life.
01:20:20.000 Identity politics.
01:20:22.000 This new religion that says your race, your gender, and your sexuality are your identity.
01:20:26.000 It is anti-American.
01:20:28.000 It is meritocratic.
01:20:29.000 It's anti-meritocratic.
01:20:30.000 And it is dividing this country to a breaking point.
01:20:33.000 And I've spoken about this to the left.
01:20:34.000 My books are all about this.
01:20:36.000 I've preached this to the left.
01:20:37.000 But it's even worse when Republicans try to play the same game.
01:20:41.000 We're talking about that trans issue.
01:20:43.000 Nikki Haley's campaign launch video sounded like a woke Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light ad talking about how she would kick in heels.
01:20:50.000 At the first debate, she said that only a woman can get this job done.
01:20:54.000 That's what she said.
01:20:56.000 After the third debate, when I criticized Ronna McDaniel after five failed years of leadership of this party, and criticized Nikki for her corrupt foreign dealings as a military contractor, she said that I have a woman problem.
01:21:07.000 Nikki, I don't have a woman problem.
01:21:10.000 You have a corruption problem.
01:21:14.000 Nikki is a fan of the show. I tweeted that thing that somebody sent
01:21:20.000 out and I thought that was a joke. I thought it was photoshopped.
01:21:26.000 I betrayed that line.
01:21:29.000 He's doing that right now because he wants it to be a meme.
01:21:31.000 He wants everyone to know his name.
01:21:32.000 That was amazing.
01:21:33.000 My buddy sent me a picture of the tweet.
01:21:35.000 I thought this was photoshopped.
01:21:35.000 I thought it was photoshopped like this is like 10 minutes ago.
01:21:38.000 I thought it was photoshopped and it's real.
01:21:39.000 But that's not him holding up.
01:21:40.000 yet is that i can't you know i'm sick and tired of the double standard so people
01:21:44.000 have a little bit amazing but i think it's really cool and i thought the
01:21:47.000 photoshopping and i thought i was probably like a little like a risk i'm
01:21:51.000 not sure how and it's really it's not but that's not a holding up that's the
01:21:55.000 overhead shot of him hearing correct She knows it's true.
01:22:00.000 I thought this was shot.
01:22:02.000 No, let's just talk about Vivek crushing Nikki.
01:22:04.000 Can we please talk about that?
01:22:06.000 Please, Vivek crushing Nikki?
01:22:07.000 I'm going to photoshop something right now actually.
01:22:11.000 About the Justice Department and our election system, here's Tom Fitton with Judicial Watch.
01:22:16.000 Let's just talk about Vivek crushing Nikki.
01:22:18.000 Can we please talk about that?
01:22:19.000 Please, Vivek crushing Nikki?
01:22:21.000 No?
01:22:22.000 That's uh...
01:22:23.000 President Trump and many of his supporters claim...
01:22:24.000 That sounds reasonable.
01:22:25.000 Most yoked fucks.
01:22:26.000 Most yoked dude out there.
01:22:27.000 ...have abused his civil rights for the last eight years by, among other things, spying on him and now prosecuting him while having treated Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden with kid gloves.
01:22:38.000 A recent Gallup poll shows that Americans think more highly of the U.S.
01:22:42.000 Postal Service than they do the FBI or Justice Department.
01:22:46.000 What would you do as president to restore the faith of the American people in these agencies?
01:22:54.000 Well, first off, I'm the only person on this stage who's actually done a job in the Department of Justice.
01:22:59.000 I was the U.S.
01:23:00.000 Attorney in New Jersey in the fifth largest office in this country, appointed by President Bush on September 10, 2001.
01:23:07.000 And it was an extraordinary time in this country to be on the front lines of fighting the greatest attack against our country since Pearl Harbor.
01:23:17.000 And I'm proud of the seven years I spent in the Justice Department.
01:23:21.000 And one of the reasons I am is because I had an Attorney General when I came in named John Ashcroft.
01:23:26.000 And John Ashcroft stood up and told each and every one of us our job was to do one thing.
01:23:32.000 To make sure justice was done every day regardless of partisanship, regardless of gender or race or any other consideration.
01:23:41.000 And that's what we did for seven years, and at a time when our country was at its greatest moment of danger in the last 40 years, we did exactly that, and there was not another domestic terrorist attack on this soil.
01:23:54.000 So what I would do as president, having had that experience, and the only one who's had that experience, is to pick an attorney general who will absolutely do the same thing that John Ashcroft did.
01:24:06.000 To pick U.S.
01:24:07.000 attorneys who will only care about making sure that justice is done without regard to any other consideration but the facts that are presented and whether someone is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and the government can prove it.
01:24:21.000 We have had attorneys general like Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch and Jeff Sessions And now, our current Attorney General, who have not met that standard.
01:24:34.000 And the only way you restore people's faith in the justice system is to put someone like that in charge of the Justice Department, and then as President, to get the hell out of the way on anything that involves criminal investigations.
01:24:47.000 If a President's involved in trying to do something and put their thumb on the scales, Donald Trump says he will do... Ah, shut up.
01:24:54.000 I agree.
01:24:55.000 I apologize.
01:24:55.000 I know, I hear you.
01:24:58.000 Thank you.
01:24:58.000 He made an okay point.
01:24:59.000 Trump was talking, I didn't even notice.
01:25:01.000 Yeah, he made an okay point.
01:25:02.000 Many Republicans are concerned about the legitimacy of elections.
01:25:05.000 A federal judge just ruled that Pennsylvania must count undated mail-in ballots.
01:25:11.000 And unlike Alabama, many states still don't require any identification to vote.
01:25:16.000 What should states do now to increase election integrity and voter confidence for the 2024 election?
01:25:23.000 Well, Tom, thanks for the question.
01:25:25.000 Thanks for you guys doing Judicial Watch.
01:25:27.000 It's really, really important.
01:25:28.000 There's a lot of corruption in this government.
01:25:30.000 You guys are doing a great job.
01:25:31.000 Here, here.
01:25:32.000 Judicial Watch is awesome.
01:25:33.000 Do what we did in Florida.
01:25:35.000 20 years ago, Florida and elections was a joke.
01:25:38.000 Everybody would laugh at it.
01:25:40.000 I came in, I removed a couple supervisors from South Florida.
01:25:43.000 We require voter ID universal.
01:25:46.000 No Zuckerbucks.
01:25:48.000 No mass mail balloting and no ballot harvesting.
01:25:52.000 We even have an agency that prosecutes people for violating election laws.
01:25:56.000 The result of that in both 2020 and 2022, we counted millions and millions of votes on election night, produced the results, it was transparent, and everybody was happy.
01:26:06.000 That is not happening throughout this country.
01:26:08.000 Let me tell you this as the nominee.
01:26:09.000 I think it's important.
01:26:10.000 Not every state's where we need it to be.
01:26:12.000 There is ballot harvesting in places like Nevada, all these places.
01:26:15.000 I am not going to fight with one hand tied behind my back.
01:26:18.000 I'm going to have organizations in all the swing states.
01:26:20.000 If they're harvesting, we're harvesting.
01:26:23.000 If they're Zuckerbucks, we're Zuckerbucks.
01:26:25.000 We are going to exploit whatever the rules are.
01:26:27.000 I favor changing the rules to be like Florida and some of the other states that have done a good job.
01:26:32.000 But until then, we have to do that.
01:26:33.000 And then just on the Justice Department and FBI.
01:26:36.000 I mean, I remember being, you know, in Iraq working with FBI on the ground and being, and then I was a special assistant.
01:26:42.000 I used to have such a high regard for these agencies.
01:26:45.000 What they did to Donald Trump with the Russia collusion was one of the biggest abuses of power in the history of our country.
01:26:52.000 These agencies need to be cleaned out.
01:26:55.000 With me, you'll have a new FBI director on day one.
01:26:58.000 We're gonna clear out the DOJ, the IRS, all these places.
01:27:02.000 Buckle your seatbelts.
01:27:03.000 There's gonna be a new sheriff in town.
01:27:06.000 Thank you.
01:27:06.000 Alright, gotta do a quick break.
01:27:07.000 We're gonna come back in one minute.
01:27:09.000 China, up next.
01:27:10.000 Just once.
01:27:10.000 I'm photoshopping right now.
01:27:12.000 Yeah, I'm using my phone.
01:27:13.000 That blew my mind, dude.
01:27:15.000 So, like, when Josh, my buddy downstairs, was like, he sent me the picture, the meme of that, of the whole, you know, Haley's corrupt.
01:27:21.000 I thought it was literally photoshopped.
01:27:23.000 So you had like an aerial shot of it.
01:27:24.000 Yeah, there's like overhead shot.
01:27:26.000 I retweeted and I'd like literally thought it was like, oh, it's like, oh, so before you know, he holds up a holy shit for a long time.
01:27:33.000 I know, those wild 10 seconds.
01:27:35.000 He just stood there and had it at the correct angle.
01:27:37.000 He's like, I am about to become a meme.
01:27:39.000 Grandpa, how did Nikki Haley's political career end?
01:27:42.000 Just show that picture.
01:27:44.000 Like, they crushed it, bro.
01:27:46.000 I am curious to see what the polls are like tomorrow, because Chris Christie's barely here.
01:27:50.000 I mean he's not talking at all and in fact there was a whole segment where they never even tossed him a question.
01:27:55.000 I couldn't even hear him breathing over the mic either.
01:27:58.000 No no you couldn't and so and then you have Nikki Haley who she is holding a pretty steady position in New Hampshire but again will this shake it enough to put you know I would be really curious.
01:28:10.000 Right now it doesn't look like Vivek would win New Hampshire.
01:28:12.000 It looks like Donald Trump will win Iowa and New Hampshire, but I wonder who that second place will be.
01:28:17.000 Will that be enough?
01:28:19.000 Yeah, that's what I was picturing!
01:28:21.000 I hope that goes on Twitter.
01:28:22.000 Should I tweet it?
01:28:24.000 Yeah, I don't know, I mean... Vivek, 2024, TRUTH.
01:28:28.000 Tweet it really big with the word TRUTH all in caps.
01:28:30.000 Vivek and, uh... I gotta fix your camera there, Ian, I just saw it.
01:28:33.000 Oh, okay.
01:28:34.000 Oh, you know what I will do, though?
01:28:36.000 That's a funny one.
01:28:36.000 So, for those that are wondering, I just... One second.
01:28:38.000 I'm using my phone here to edit this wonderful Vivek photo, and I drew male genitals on his...
01:28:48.000 All of them.
01:28:49.000 On his notepad.
01:28:49.000 No, but what I will do is I'm going to post, I'm going to erase what he wrote and post the blank white notepad.
01:28:56.000 Yes, that's a good idea.
01:28:58.000 Create systems.
01:28:59.000 Create systems.
01:29:01.000 I will unleash it unto you, and I will not post the vulgarity myself.
01:29:06.000 I take no responsibility for what you say.
01:29:09.000 Yeah, David Robinson in chat feels that one.
01:29:12.000 He had the image.
01:29:13.000 So Christie said how he would restore faith in the FBI was to replace, what was it, the Attorney General?
01:29:20.000 Yeah, they also, like, clear out the, you know, the front office, so to speak.
01:29:23.000 I feel like he could have punched harder at the Biden administration.
01:29:26.000 Like, the thing is, Trump is dominating this.
01:29:29.000 They're all critiquing Trump's record.
01:29:30.000 He was the last Republican president.
01:29:32.000 But they could all be attacking Joe Biden for all kinds of things, because those will be the immediate problems they take on when, if anyone theoretically, not that I think any of them are going to get elected, but Whoever is elected next is going to take on the legacy of Joe Biden, and he has left a lot of messes behind.
01:29:49.000 Like, he is a destructive president in so many ways.
01:29:51.000 Let's just talk about the border.
01:29:53.000 All of them have interesting and strong, fairly strong positions.
01:29:55.000 The border way stronger than Republicans have been in the past, but it's not enough, right?
01:29:59.000 They need to talk more directly about what Biden is not doing.
01:30:03.000 Also, the Trump-didn't-build-the-wall thing, I don't think it was a one-term job.
01:30:07.000 No, it wasn't.
01:30:08.000 It's like a three... And it could take 16 years, you know?
01:30:11.000 It could take a long time in reinforcement.
01:30:14.000 There was obstruction, and when several border states started building their own barriers, the federal government under Biden came and took them down.
01:30:20.000 Oh, yeah.
01:30:21.000 Do you remember when they imported their voters from one way or another?
01:30:23.000 Doug Ducey out of Arizona to take, he had these shipping containers in the gaps.
01:30:27.000 Yeah.
01:30:28.000 You have to go shut down.
01:30:29.000 They're in federal land or something.
01:30:30.000 Then you're like, OK, are you going to put a wall up?
01:30:32.000 And they're like, but no, the animals migrate through here.
01:30:36.000 There's one thing as well when you mentioned there where they went like Christie talks
01:30:38.000 about saying, hey, clean out DOJ.
01:30:41.000 And it comes out like, well, you know, for example, one of my close friends from the
01:30:44.000 Navy who's now been in the FBI for about 15, almost 15 years now, you know, he's kind of
01:30:51.000 He is very based in many ways, but also at the same time, he kind of looks at it as he's worried about this, like, throw the baby out with the bathwater kind of thing.
01:30:58.000 And, you know, I'm more of the mind, like, no, you need to, like, make some very disruptive changes, as in, like, breaking it up, right?
01:31:05.000 Like, that's happened.
01:31:07.000 A lot of folks, you know, I'm not saying, like, look, and one thing we have to realize, though, is, like, the phrase we had when I was in the service, it's called, you know, one aw shit ruins a thousand attaboys.
01:31:15.000 Right.
01:31:16.000 Cause guess what?
01:31:16.000 Like the FBI does do a lot of really good work.
01:31:19.000 They stop drug dealers, you know, child predators, they do actual real work.
01:31:23.000 But the thing is though, is like, look, when there are like these massive fails and not even fails, but like evil, bad things that the You know, that federal law enforcement are doing.
01:31:34.000 It's like you like that does not that negates all the good work.
01:31:39.000 It's got to be split up and it's got to be like it can be divvied out to different agencies, state level, federal level, but it's way too powerful.
01:31:46.000 If you read about how the FBI started, it's wild.
01:31:50.000 Oh yeah, J. Edgar Hoover.
01:31:51.000 It was like his personal military or something.
01:31:53.000 Yeah, it was wild.
01:31:53.000 I don't know much about it.
01:31:54.000 Oh yeah.
01:31:54.000 Oh, it's insane.
01:31:55.000 We're back!
01:31:57.000 And this girl.
01:31:57.000 House Republicans yesterday hauled elite university presidents up to Capitol Hill to answer for the displays of anti-Semitism on college campuses.
01:32:06.000 And they all defended it.
01:32:07.000 These leaders, including the president of Harvard, were asked whether calling for the genocide of the Jews would violate school policies against harassment and intimidation.
01:32:16.000 They said no.
01:32:17.000 All of them said it would depend on the context, including whether that speech veers into conduct.
01:32:24.000 How do you think these schools and the rest of society should balance the imperative of free speech against the need to prevent radical activists from harassing and intimidating others?
01:32:34.000 It was disgusting to see what happened.
01:32:37.000 You know, if this had been the KKK that was doing protests on those campuses, every one of those college presidents would have been up in arms.
01:32:45.000 This is just as bad.
01:32:47.000 The idea that they would go and allow that kind of pro-Hamas protest, or agree with the genocide of Jews, and try and say that they needed context on that?
01:32:56.000 There is no context to that.
01:32:57.000 She lost it.
01:32:58.000 This is what we need to do to deal with it.
01:32:59.000 You don't allow protests.
01:33:00.000 Protests are allowed.
01:33:00.000 First of all, we have got to get foreign money out of our universities.
01:33:04.000 You've got Arab money, you've got Chinese money, you've got others.
01:33:07.000 We need to go to every university and say, you either take foreign money or you take American money, but the days of taking both are over.
01:33:13.000 The second thing we need to do Already getting the fake clipboard memes.
01:33:18.000 Already got one my buddy just sent me.
01:33:20.000 From downstairs.
01:33:21.000 There's one in super chat, I can't say it though.
01:33:23.000 Fair enough.
01:33:24.000 It's really good.
01:33:24.000 If you don't think Israel has a right to exist, that is anti-Semitic.
01:33:28.000 We will change the definition so that every government, every school has to acknowledge the definition for what it is.
01:33:34.000 The third thing is, we really do need to ban TikTok once and for all.
01:33:38.000 And let me tell you why.
01:33:39.000 For every 30 minutes that someone watches TikTok, Every day, they become 17% more anti-Semitic, more pro-Hamas based on doing it.
01:33:51.000 How do you measure that?
01:33:53.000 Who did this study?
01:33:54.000 I mean, probably true.
01:33:55.000 We do know that TikTok pushes pro-Hamas content.
01:34:01.000 That's a problem.
01:34:01.000 When campuses also don't go and protect when they have these rallies and you've got students that are scared, we need to go to these universities and say, if you're not going to protect these students, if you're not going to acknowledge anti-Semitism, we'll take your tax-exempt status away.
01:34:15.000 That'll fix it and that'll take care of it for good.
01:34:19.000 Stay with you, Ambassador Haley.
01:34:22.000 On October 6th, the Israeli government thought it had a clear-eyed view of the threat from Hamas.
01:34:27.000 In fact, according to the New York Times, it even had Hamas's attack plan and dismissed it as an aspiration.
01:34:34.000 The Israelis were wrong.
01:34:36.000 In our country, the FBI director told the Senate panel just yesterday that he sees, quote, blinking red lights everywhere and that the threat level has, quote, gone to a whole nother level since October 7th.
01:34:49.000 Which of the threats facing our country do you worry could blindside us?
01:34:53.000 What worries me and what keeps me up at night is what happens between now and election day while Joe Biden's in office.
01:35:00.000 That's what worries me more than anything else.
01:35:03.000 But I'll tell you that America right now is acting like it's September 10th.
01:35:09.000 We better remember what September 12th felt like because it only takes one.
01:35:13.000 And whether you're looking at open borders that are allowing people to come in, Iran knows the easiest way to get to America is through the southern border.
01:35:20.000 and we're not doing anything to stop it.
01:35:23.000 We've got to get the foreign infiltration out of our country.
01:35:26.000 Whether it's in our schools, whether it's on our social media,
01:35:29.000 whether it's we need to stop all foreign lobbying that's happening to members of Congress,
01:35:33.000 and we need to start securing America again.
01:35:36.000 Until we do that, we are going to be at threats.
01:35:39.000 We've got to look at Iran.
01:35:40.000 China and Russia want to destroy the West.
01:35:42.000 I was in the Senate today.
01:35:43.000 You know how many Ukraintans I saw?
01:35:44.000 We have to start acting strong again.
01:35:45.000 We've got to start protecting Americans.
01:35:47.000 Right now, Americans don't look protected, and we're not doing anything to strengthen it.
01:35:51.000 So Joe Biden continues to be a problem.
01:35:53.000 That'll change on Election Day.
01:35:54.000 Governor DeSantis, if China invades Taiwan, would you send American troops, as President Biden has said he would do?
01:36:05.000 We will be able to deter that from happening.
01:36:07.000 I think that's the important thing.
01:36:08.000 We need a strategy of denial so that we're deterring Xi's ambitions.
01:36:13.000 What if it doesn't work?
01:36:14.000 It's going to work.
01:36:15.000 Taiwan's an ally.
01:36:16.000 We have longstanding American policy, and you know how that's done, and we will follow that.
01:36:22.000 But here's the thing.
01:36:23.000 Taiwan is important not just because of semiconductors.
01:36:26.000 It's important because if China's able to break out of this first island chain, they're going to be able to dominate commerce in the entire Indo-Pacific.
01:36:34.000 Correct.
01:36:34.000 They will use that to export authoritarianism all around the world, including here in the United States.
01:36:40.000 You look at some of these guys, actually some of them that are supporting Nikki on Wall Street, they grovel to China.
01:36:46.000 Anytime something happens, they gotta go do that.
01:36:48.000 So they already exert a huge amount of authority over this country.
01:36:52.000 It will get a lot worse.
01:36:53.000 So deterring China's ambitions is the number one national security task that I will do as president, and we will succeed.
01:37:00.000 The 21st century needs to be an American century.
01:37:04.000 We cannot let it be a Chinese century.
01:37:06.000 Mr. Ramaswamy, I'm coming to you next on Taiwan.
01:37:11.000 You said if you want to stop Xi from invading Taiwan, quote, let's open a branch of the NRA in Taiwan and put an I stand by that.
01:37:20.000 Yes.
01:37:20.000 I mean, you know, I stand by that.
01:37:27.000 Yes.
01:37:28.000 Geez.
01:37:29.000 Well, it's part of a broader deterrence strategy.
01:37:40.000 And so I think, I'm going to respectfully disagree with Ron here.
01:37:43.000 I think the next U.S.
01:37:43.000 president needs to be crystal clear that at least for the foreseeable future, the U.S.
01:37:48.000 will absolutely defend Taiwan.
01:37:50.000 And it is with that clarity that we actually achieve deterrence.
01:37:52.000 But I have a broader strategy than that.
01:37:54.000 We need to get on side in our relationship with India, take it to the next level.
01:37:58.000 India has to be able to block the Andaman Sea, which is where China gets most of its Middle Eastern oil supplies.
01:38:04.000 That's critical.
01:38:05.000 I also do believe the Second Amendment is a critical way of preventing foreign autocrats from being able to... It's worked in America.
01:38:11.000 Why wouldn't it work in Taiwan?
01:38:13.000 So it is part of a broader strategy.
01:38:15.000 But I do think that we need to be specific about our deterrence strategy or else Xi Jinping is just encroaching by the day.
01:38:22.000 And the reason why we're not doing it for China, I want to be crystal clear, is because we're scared.
01:38:26.000 Why are we scared?
01:38:27.000 Because we depend on them for our modern way of life.
01:38:30.000 Why do we depend on them for our modern way of life?
01:38:33.000 It's because Nikki Haley's latest friends, like Larry Fink, have created co-mingled economies with BlackRock, Telen, Exxon, and Chevron.
01:38:39.000 They can't drill here, while being a shareholder of PetroChina, not applying those same constraints in China.
01:38:45.000 So it is our economic dependence on China that makes us scared.
01:38:48.000 If that were a Russian spy balloon, we'd have shot it down in an instant.
01:38:51.000 Correct.
01:38:52.000 If that were a Russian spy base in Cuba, we'd be actually going hard on them instead of turning the other way as we are with China.
01:38:59.000 So it comes back down to that economic dependence.
01:39:02.000 We cannot depend on them for our pharmaceuticals, our semiconductors, and people have been lied to for a long time.
01:39:08.000 Our own military, the F-35 jets that we make in this country, depend on China, and it's taking an outsider to fix that broken establishment.
01:39:15.000 Thank you, Mr. Ramaswamy.
01:39:16.000 Ambassador Haley, would you like to respond?
01:39:17.000 You should come back with, like, if every 30 minutes a kid's on TikTok, they're 74% more anti-Semitic, that means Nikki Haley's kid is, like, 8,500% anti-Semitic.
01:39:27.000 We win in Ukraine, that we protect our friends, but also let China know that they'll be held accountable if they go into Taiwan.
01:39:34.000 They need to know that there is going to be a force that's going to go against them.
01:39:38.000 And they need to know it's not just going to be the United States.
01:39:41.000 That is why we need to build our partnerships with India, with South Korea, with Japan, with the Philippines, with Australia.
01:39:47.000 We need to start pulling that alliance together.
01:39:50.000 And the first way we do that is we need to make sure that on day one, we look at the fact, if China pulled the rug out from under us tomorrow, would we be ready?
01:40:00.000 Think about what happened during COVID.
01:40:02.000 Everybody told you to wear a mask.
01:40:04.000 They were made in China.
01:40:05.000 Everybody told you to take a COVID test.
01:40:07.000 They were made in China.
01:40:08.000 Everybody went and, I mean, everything that happened.
01:40:11.000 If you go to the drugstore, all those medicines are made in China.
01:40:15.000 We have to make sure that we are not relying on China for anything related to our national security.
01:40:19.000 I hope that's not hyperbole.
01:40:19.000 Oh, somebody caught a clip after the break.
01:40:20.000 Chris Christie went over to the desk during the break and started pitching to Big Kelly.
01:40:23.000 Whoa, really?
01:40:23.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:40:24.000 He's like, I should be the moderator.
01:40:25.000 Governor Christie, I'd like you to weigh in on that.
01:40:27.000 Do you think our American family in Taiwan was an A.R.
01:40:31.000 I don't think we have constitutional authority over Taiwan to give them a second amendment.
01:40:39.000 I think they can only do that for themselves.
01:40:42.000 But look, I want to be really clear.
01:40:44.000 Once again, I don't want to play the role of actually answering your question, which is if China went after Taiwan, you're absolutely right.
01:40:53.000 I would, as president, have us go militarily and defend them.
01:40:57.000 Secondly, I'm not afraid, based upon those economic relationships, to do that.
01:41:02.000 Because these economic relationships mean nothing.
01:41:04.000 Nothing.
01:41:05.000 If what's going to happen is that China is going to come and act in that region of the world however they see fit.
01:41:11.000 It's not right.
01:41:12.000 And I'll say this about what I heard from Nikki earlier.
01:41:18.000 She said that Donald Trump was good on trade.
01:41:22.000 He wasn't.
01:41:24.000 And the proof that he wasn't good on trade with China is that all he did was impose tariffs, which raised the prices for every American.
01:41:30.000 You want to know what has contributed to inflation in this country?
01:41:34.000 Yes, it's more government spending.
01:41:35.000 Yes, it's the fact that we're losing so much money.
01:41:38.000 Absolutely, but it was also the increase in prices that were driven by Donald Trump's tariffs.
01:41:43.000 And one last thing, you can't say he was good on trade because he didn't trade, he didn't change one Chinese policy in the process.
01:41:52.000 He failed on it.
01:41:53.000 Thank you, Governor Christie.
01:41:54.000 Governor DeSantis, switching subjects here.
01:41:57.000 For 15 years, Republicans have been burned by politicians' promises to repeal Obamacare.
01:42:03.000 Trump repeatedly promised to replace it with, quote, something terrific, but failed to propose anything.
01:42:10.000 You're now promising something better, but Florida has more uninsured people than almost any other state.
01:42:17.000 Why should Americans trust you more than any other Republicans who've disappointed them on this issue?
01:42:23.000 Well, I think we have millions of Americans who do not have access to affordable health care.
01:42:29.000 And it's not just getting some type of card and Medicaid, because a lot of times they don't even get access to doctors.
01:42:35.000 You actually get access to care.
01:42:37.000 The other thing is we have millions and millions of people don't have access to good doctors and good hospitals.
01:42:42.000 Florida did not expand Obamacare.
01:42:45.000 I think the states that did that, I think are struggling financially.
01:42:48.000 So that, yes, we declined to do that, and I don't think that that was the right policy to do.
01:42:53.000 But we are going to go after the cost.
01:42:55.000 You're paying too much for everything.
01:42:57.000 We've actually addressed this in Florida in some ways, but you need price transparency, you need to hold the pharmaceuticals accountable, you need to hold big insurance and big government accountable, and we're going to get that done.
01:43:07.000 I think it's very, very important economically.
01:43:09.000 I think it's very, very important for the country that we get that done.
01:43:13.000 Yeah, so I actually wanted to.
01:43:14.000 This is a very personal issue to our family.
01:43:16.000 I wanted to take actually a minute to recognize my wife, who's here today.
01:43:21.000 Badass surgeon.
01:43:22.000 She did a bunch of cases with cancer survivors earlier today.
01:43:25.000 Flew here to be not tonight.
01:43:27.000 We'll be back at 7 a.m.
01:43:28.000 Columbus, Ohio tomorrow taking care of those patients in the OR.
01:43:32.000 Most accomplished.
01:43:33.000 And on the front lines of people who have actually not swallowed for years.
01:43:36.000 Aperva.
01:43:37.000 And here's what's something that's awful that's happening in our healthcare system.
01:43:41.000 They'll pay for anything like feeding tubes, doctors to be pill pushers, but for the procedures
01:43:46.000 that can actually make these patients better, we have a broken healthcare system that doesn't
01:43:50.000 pay for it.
01:43:51.000 My wife Aperva in many cases does not get paid for those procedures.
01:43:54.000 She does them anyway because it's the right thing to do.
01:43:57.000 But that does not work system-wide.
01:44:00.000 So here's the answer.
01:44:00.000 I can tell you about that one.
01:44:01.000 We don't have a healthcare system in this country.
01:44:04.000 We have a sick care system.
01:44:07.000 We need to start having diverse insurance options in a competitive marketplace that cover actual health, preventative medicine, diet, exercise, lifestyle, and otherwise.
01:44:18.000 And that's how we deliver that.
01:44:19.000 And the antitrust exemptions for health insurance companies.
01:44:23.000 That's where the competitive marketplace begins.
01:44:26.000 That's the answer.
01:44:27.000 right multiple times over.
01:44:29.000 He has a big purse.
01:44:31.000 I mean he has no political experience.
01:44:33.000 The Trump administration and private industry developed a COVID vaccine in record time.
01:44:35.000 Wow.
01:44:37.000 Whoa.
01:44:38.000 Can't talk about the vaccine, apparently, on Rumble.
01:44:40.000 Okay, that's not us, that's them.
01:44:42.000 Oh, yeah.
01:44:42.000 That was a joke.
01:44:43.000 Technical issues!
01:44:46.000 Dude, as soon as they start talking about vaccines, come on, guys.
01:44:50.000 Dude, Vivek just explained how to solve it.
01:44:52.000 He said that you need to end the antitrust exemptions on the pharmaceutical insurance agencies.
01:44:58.000 Wait, wait, wait.
01:45:00.000 She just asked about vaccines and the whole thing just shut down.
01:45:02.000 Dude, that's some straight, like... Don't make me want to put on tinfoil hat, guys.
01:45:07.000 But, like, come on.
01:45:08.000 Like I said, if it was YouTube, I'd be like, oh, that makes sense.
01:45:10.000 I mean, we're on YouTube.
01:45:12.000 So you and the antitrust... We'll be right back.
01:45:15.000 ...for insurance agencies.
01:45:16.000 That's pretty cool.
01:45:18.000 I like the music, though.
01:45:22.000 You know what?
01:45:23.000 The music makes it all... The music makes it okay.
01:45:25.000 Of all those folks on stage, I gotta say the things you think about,
01:45:27.000 like the guys, Vivek, right?
01:45:30.000 Like tremendous private sector experience, right?
01:45:33.000 And his wife's super accomplished too.
01:45:34.000 Like, you know, it's mostly you compare him in terms of like legacy, like what they've done before,
01:45:39.000 like politician compared to someone who, you know, like started huge companies.
01:45:46.000 He's a billionaire or I don't know if he's a billionaire.
01:45:48.000 He's a nine figure dude, at least.
01:45:50.000 Like that is, that's pretty hard to do.
01:45:52.000 Yeah, I think often about, I'm not qualified to get into politics yet
01:45:56.000 because I haven't done jack shit with my personal life.
01:45:58.000 Like I guess I have, but now what's going on?
01:46:00.000 I know, it's wild dude.
01:46:01.000 Okay, but what if it's not the vaccine thing?
01:46:03.000 What if, like, Chris Christie finally stormed off stage or, like, fell over or something?
01:46:07.000 Who knows?
01:46:07.000 I don't know, man.
01:46:08.000 No, but for real, like, what if something happens?
01:46:10.000 Is this airing somewhere else?
01:46:11.000 Well, right now... Well, online, this is... It's on Rumble.
01:46:14.000 Like, if you want to watch on television, we could... Well, I'm not saying you should pull it up, but just, like, let's make sure it's, like... It's not a Rumble problem.
01:46:21.000 It's a Rumble problem and not a, you know... This is their stream.
01:46:23.000 Yeah, this is their stream.
01:46:25.000 So, like, Rumble right now is just looking into it from what I can see.
01:46:28.000 But I'm like, if other folks are airing it right now... Yeah, it looks like TV is still on.
01:46:32.000 Yeah, okay, okay, so if you're watching on key on cable.
01:46:35.000 You're still getting it.
01:46:36.000 Okay, Chris Christie.
01:46:38.000 He's what he's eating the microphone Charge the camera he's like I'm tired of this the entire deal no Austin Peterson tweets vivek just hammered the final nail in the neocon coffin era tonight.
01:46:53.000 I want to rewind what did he say?
01:46:55.000 But the idea of like any politician, right, who's coming out there where it's like, this guy, like Vivek and Trump for that matter, they don't need the job, right?
01:47:04.000 He does not need to be here, right?
01:47:06.000 A lot of these folks here, that's how they make their money.
01:47:07.000 Yeah, I can't believe they just lost the debate.
01:47:10.000 The thing is, everyone on stage needs to be here to raise their national profile on some level, and that's totally understandable.
01:47:17.000 That's why they were invented in the first place, right?
01:47:19.000 So Americans could get to know the candidates, but it is a weird stage when ultimately we know... I wonder if Trump is waiting until there's basically one left, and then he's like, okay, I'll do a debate now.
01:47:30.000 Like, he doesn't need to be here while they throw punches at each other, but we all ultimately want to know how whoever comes out of this stacks up against Trump.
01:47:38.000 I gotta say, if he's still maintaining a ridiculously strong lead, he has no incentive to.
01:47:42.000 Well, that's what he said!
01:47:43.000 It's all downside for him.
01:47:45.000 Right, and the GOP needs him more because he's essentially a headliner, right?
01:47:49.000 If he goes, they're like, it's ridiculous to skip this, that was Ronald McDaniels, but he would boost all of their ratings.
01:47:54.000 Are we back?
01:47:55.000 What is going on?
01:47:56.000 When anyone asks who lost the debate tonight, the answer is Rumble.
01:47:59.000 Ouch.
01:47:59.000 I know it sucks because I love Rumble.
01:48:01.000 I mean, yeah, I just refreshed it and now it's just doing this.
01:48:04.000 It's the trip counter of Joe Biden and it's versus Rubble HQ tripping all over the place.
01:48:08.000 Here we go.
01:48:09.000 Here we go.
01:48:09.000 No, no, no.
01:48:10.000 Oh, you're rewinding.
01:48:11.000 Oh crap.
01:48:11.000 Yeah.
01:48:12.000 I hope it picks up.
01:48:13.000 They just switched to cut to some trips.
01:48:16.000 Okay.
01:48:16.000 Yeah.
01:48:16.000 Switch to some.
01:48:17.000 They're like, remember how much you don't like Joe Biden?
01:48:18.000 It's fine.
01:48:19.000 You're exclusive.
01:48:20.000 The Biden blooper reel.
01:48:22.000 Now they're selling me elephant pens.
01:48:23.000 I do feel like they're not talking about Biden enough.
01:48:25.000 I think that there's a lot of infighting, which makes sense as a Republican primary.
01:48:28.000 But like I said, they're going to inherit.
01:48:30.000 They're going to inherit whatever Trump or Biden leaves.
01:48:32.000 Oh, OK.
01:48:33.000 I guess Rumble just lost it.
01:48:36.000 I don't know.
01:48:37.000 I get I get annoyed when they talk about other people.
01:48:40.000 Did it go to commercial now, I guess, because they're running commercials.
01:48:44.000 I mean, they must have been pretty close to a commercial break anyways.
01:48:48.000 They're looking into it right now.
01:48:49.000 now that's all I can see. Rumbles just everyone at rumble they're all jumping
01:48:53.000 through their asses trying to figure it out. But I think it went to
01:48:57.000 commercial anyway so. Okay like I said I think pretty sure they were close to a
01:49:00.000 break-in. Still but right when they're talking vaccine stuff just a little weird.
01:49:04.000 That's what I'm saying.
01:49:06.000 I know I'm with you. I think it's like an armless Palmer.
01:49:10.000 Uh, they don't make those anymore Oh, they don't you cuz liquid death got sued my so just a
01:49:15.000 shout out to now It's called dead billionaire the the best one of the best
01:49:19.000 mill blog guys out there on mill Twitter So if you guys are out there a guy named commander salamander
01:49:23.000 who I CDR salamander strongly recommend on any sort of like military
01:49:27.000 Special naval issues. He's retired naval officer friend who I know in real life, but he maintains himself very non
01:49:33.000 Anyways, he was like tweeting at me. He's like what's that can that Tom has right now?
01:49:37.000 He's watching right now.
01:49:38.000 And so, hey Sal.
01:49:39.000 And so yeah, it's Liquid Death and it's a limited edition and obviously discontinued.
01:49:43.000 Yeah.
01:49:43.000 So yeah.
01:49:44.000 It's actually called, uh, I think it's not Dead Billionaire, it's Dead Golfer.
01:49:46.000 Dead Billionaire?
01:49:47.000 Yeah.
01:49:48.000 Oh, wow.
01:49:49.000 But to the friends or anybody who's watching right now, if you're interested in anything military on Twitter, Commander Salamander, CDR Salamander, 10 out of 10 recommend.
01:49:57.000 He's a great dude.
01:49:58.000 Oh, that's awesome.
01:49:58.000 I just followed him.
01:49:59.000 Oh, he's phenomenal.
01:49:59.000 Do you talk to a lot of people who don't use Twitter?
01:50:01.000 Like, how often do you?
01:50:02.000 Oh, yeah.
01:50:02.000 Oh, a ton.
01:50:03.000 I mean, that's like my family.
01:50:04.000 And do you feel like they exist in a different world than you?
01:50:06.000 We were talking about this the other night.
01:50:08.000 Yes, generally.
01:50:09.000 My mom's always asking me, like, oh, did you watch this?
01:50:10.000 And I was like, no, I don't watch Fox.
01:50:13.000 But you have all sorts of information that they probably don't have.
01:50:15.000 Yeah, I mean, it's one thing that also a lot of us who are very online, especially on political, cultural issues, you've got to realize that it's like, that's a pretty niche field.
01:50:27.000 It is.
01:50:27.000 Yeah.
01:50:28.000 And outside of folks, even when I mention, oh, I'm going on this podcast tomorrow, blah, blah, blah.
01:50:33.000 Like, you know, a lot of folks, the folks who are, like, following politics or online watching things, they all know this.
01:50:39.000 Yeah.
01:50:39.000 But a lot of folks are like, oh, I've heard of that Mike.
01:50:41.000 Like, oh, Tim Poole, you heard about him?
01:50:43.000 He used to work for Vice.
01:50:44.000 He used to do this, this, this.
01:50:45.000 You know, Occupy Wall Street, but way back in the day, like, oh, yeah, I think.
01:50:48.000 But a lot of, like, a lot of the normies, you know, they don't follow Twitter.
01:50:52.000 They don't know what's going on.
01:50:53.000 So how do you feel like that will affect With a 2024 election.
01:50:57.000 Because there is, I think, even more than 2016, more than 2020, a division between people who are online and see one thing and actual, you know, not even like lefties who are offline, like just moderate voters who don't exist in this space.
01:51:09.000 I think they're actually Okay this is just me guessing and I could be wrong and I'm trying to like set my own biases aside.
01:51:16.000 I think they're actually more base than we think.
01:51:18.000 I believe that.
01:51:18.000 I believe that.
01:51:19.000 I feel like the left has dragged the barometer so far over that they point to the middle and say you're far right.
01:51:25.000 Cthulhu always swims left.
01:51:27.000 Right.
01:51:27.000 You know, if you follow Curtis Yarvin's stuff at all, how Cthulhu always swims to the left.
01:51:32.000 Because one of his flippers are bigger than the other?
01:51:34.000 Right.
01:51:34.000 Well, yeah, but it's just always that way.
01:51:35.000 One of the things I've always said is politics always flows left.
01:51:39.000 Yeah.
01:51:39.000 And what that means is if an Antifa guy stands next to a Trump supporter in a photograph, they're both right-wing.
01:51:45.000 Right.
01:51:46.000 Or does that mean, yeah, politics only flows to the right?
01:51:48.000 I don't know, it flows in one direction.
01:51:49.000 Well, yeah, take your, like, conventional, like, mainstream, well-known conservative, like, uh, like your Ben Shapiro, right?
01:51:55.000 For instance, right?
01:51:56.000 Who we would consider, right?
01:51:57.000 You transport him back in time 100 years, he's a wacko lefty.
01:52:01.000 Right?
01:52:01.000 You know what I mean?
01:52:03.000 By 1923 standards, right?
01:52:04.000 And then if you take, you know, somebody who's on the right from 1923, right?
01:52:10.000 And you transport him to 1823, he's a wacko lefty, right?
01:52:15.000 So it's like, always kind of swims to the left, right?
01:52:19.000 And then until there's usually some sort of a Reset, you know, not to get all like... So does that mean that you feel like we're approaching a reset period?
01:52:27.000 If you feel like the moderate... I wish we weren't, but we probably are.
01:52:30.000 Because, yeah, I mean, I think a lot of people can agree.
01:52:33.000 It's like a vibe, whatever you want to call it.
01:52:35.000 But we're back.
01:52:36.000 We're back.
01:52:36.000 We're back.
01:52:37.000 Let's do it.
01:52:37.000 President Reagan.
01:52:39.000 That's going to be called What Would Reagan Do?
01:52:40.000 Go back to the vaccines.
01:52:40.000 That book's going to come out early in 2024.
01:52:42.000 He's writing books now.
01:52:43.000 All right, here we go.
01:52:45.000 Yeah.
01:52:45.000 Was it Ronald Reagan was a slave to the truth?
01:52:49.000 Ronald Reagan stood up for the truth, whether it was popular or unpopular at the moment.
01:52:53.000 In 1964, he stood up against the John Birch Society, when it was very unpopular to the party to do it, but he would not put up with our party standing for lies and deceit, even if it gave him political progress.
01:53:07.000 That's the kind of president that I will be, and I would draw that inspiration from the 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan.
01:53:14.000 Ambassador Haley?
01:53:16.000 Well, I have to say, too, I think George Washington, when you look at the responsibilities he had, how do you go and take on this great American experiment and make sure that the people are protected?
01:53:27.000 And they always knew that government was intended to secure the rights and freedoms of the people.
01:53:31.000 It was never meant to be all things to all people.
01:53:34.000 And then you look at Abraham Lincoln, and you look at the challenges, and you look at the division that happened in our country, and the ability to lead in spite of the loud noises and say, what will bring out the best in people to get us through the lower reaches is always something that's important, and I think we need that now more than ever.
01:53:52.000 I feel like she's lusting.
01:53:53.000 She doesn't open her mouth when she talks.
01:53:55.000 She's talking like this.
01:53:56.000 She mentioned George Washington.
01:53:59.000 One of the guys I'll take inspiration from is Calvin Coolidge.
01:54:02.000 Now, people don't talk about him a lot.
01:54:04.000 He's one of the few presidents... He understood the proper role of the federal government under the Constitution.
01:54:12.000 We need to restore the U.S.
01:54:14.000 Constitution as the centerpiece of our national life, and that requires a president who understands the original understanding of the Constitution, who has a good sense of the Bill of Rights, and who knows how we've gone off track with this massive fourth branch of
01:54:28.000 government uh... this administrative state which is imposing its will
01:54:32.000 on us and is being weaponized against us
01:54:34.000 so silent cal knew the proper role the federal government the country was
01:54:38.000 in great shape when when he was president united states we cannot
01:54:42.000 work are not learn a lot a lot from calvin coolidge
01:54:45.000 already well great thanks for joining us
01:54:49.000 he's not wrong i will say ron picked a president who was born on july
01:54:53.000 fourth I'll pick one who died on July 4th.
01:54:55.000 It's Thomas Jefferson.
01:54:57.000 He was 33 years old when he wrote the Declaration of Independence.
01:55:01.000 And you all are sitting on a swivel chair today.
01:55:03.000 He invented the swivel chair while he was at it.
01:55:05.000 While writing that Declaration of Independence.
01:55:08.000 That's that founding spirit that we miss.
01:55:10.000 That we're the pioneers.
01:55:11.000 We're the explorers.
01:55:12.000 The guy who sent them out on the Lewis and Clark expeditions.
01:55:15.000 And I think a lot about what would Thomas Jefferson say to today's Republican Party.
01:55:18.000 And I think one thing he'd remind us of, we haven't talked about it as much tonight, but I think it is one of the interesting ideological discussions we're having in our party is freedom of speech.
01:55:28.000 You get to express your mind freely no matter how heinous the opinion.
01:55:31.000 Thomas Jefferson understood that.
01:55:33.000 He's an inspiration for me.
01:55:34.000 Thank you, sir.
01:55:35.000 Thank you, Mr. Ramaswamy.
01:55:35.000 And believe it or not, It's time for closing statements.
01:55:40.000 Governor Christie, would you like to begin?
01:55:42.000 Sure, thank you.
01:55:43.000 I want you all to kind of picture in your minds election day.
01:55:47.000 You'll all be heading to the polls to vote.
01:55:49.000 And that's something that Donald Trump will not do.
01:55:53.000 Because he will be convicted of felonies before then, and his right to vote will be taken away.
01:55:59.000 Does he not understand the base likes him?
01:56:02.000 Here's the bottom line.
01:56:03.000 You can boo about it all you like and continue to deny reality.
01:56:07.000 But if we deny reality as a party, we're going to have four more years of Joe Biden.
01:56:11.000 When my colleagues here raised their hands and said they would support him even if he was a convicted felon, the bigger problem with it is they were confirming the lies he's told to the American people.
01:56:21.000 If you're too timid to take on Trump, believe me, others will see that timidity.
01:56:27.000 Xi, Putin in the Ayatollah, the border crossers on the southern border, and the criminals in our streets.
01:56:34.000 They'll sense that timidity and they'll take advantage of that failure of leadership.
01:56:37.000 He struggles to talk.
01:56:38.000 We need to get back to an old American idea.
01:56:40.000 That every person is responsible for their own conduct.
01:56:44.000 Even a president.
01:56:47.000 I'll be the kind of president who has the humility that knows that you work for the people.
01:56:52.000 It's not the other way around.
01:56:55.000 I will earn your trust.
01:56:58.000 I want to earn your vote.
01:57:02.000 I'll use this to just address a topic we didn't talk about tonight but I think it's one of the most important topics that needs to be discussed.
01:57:07.000 That is this climate change agenda that is shackling this country like a set of handcuffs.
01:57:12.000 I said it the first debate and I stand by it.
01:57:15.000 The climate change agenda is a hoax because it has nothing to do with the climate.
01:57:20.000 That's what we have to see.
01:57:22.000 98% reduction in the climate disaster-related deaths in the last century.
01:57:26.000 Eight times as many people are going to die of cold temperatures this year than warm ones.
01:57:31.000 Yet against that backdrop, there's an issue coming up in Iowa.
01:57:33.000 It's core to Iowa farmers.
01:57:35.000 I met Kim Junker, Kathy Stockdale, and other farmers who are about to have a carbon capture pipeline built across their land using eminent domain to do it.
01:57:45.000 That's unconstitutional and it's wrong.
01:57:47.000 And if you thought COVID was bad, what's coming with this climate agenda is far worse.
01:57:52.000 We should not be bending the knee to this new religion.
01:57:55.000 That is what it is.
01:57:56.000 It is a substitute for a modern religion.
01:57:59.000 We are flogging ourselves and losing our modern way of life, bowing to this new god of climate.
01:58:04.000 And that will end on my watch.
01:58:06.000 Thank you, Ambassador Haley.
01:58:11.000 Thank you very much.
01:58:12.000 Our country is in chaos.
01:58:15.000 We see it on the southern border.
01:58:17.000 We see it on our streets and our cities.
01:58:20.000 We see it on college campuses.
01:58:21.000 Open your mouth, dude!
01:58:22.000 We feel it with our economy, with inflation and with debt.
01:58:25.000 Why won't she open her mouth?
01:58:26.000 Yeah, she probably threw a tox.
01:58:28.000 Some crazy surgery or something.
01:58:30.000 Injections.
01:58:30.000 We have to stop the chaos, but you can't defeat Democrat chaos.
01:58:34.000 It's a bit of rubber-licking chaos.
01:58:36.000 And that's what Donald Trump gives us.
01:58:40.000 My approach is different.
01:58:42.000 No drama.
01:58:43.000 No vendettas.
01:58:45.000 No whining.
01:58:46.000 Just war.
01:58:47.000 I envision an America where we're protected from illegal immigration and Chinese infiltration.
01:58:53.000 I envision an America where we unleash our economy and we reject socialism.
01:58:59.000 But more importantly, I envision an America where we rediscover our national purpose and our pride.
01:59:06.000 I crushed Joe Biden in the polls and if you give me this chance, we will crush him in November and take our country back.
01:59:17.000 We are in jeopardy of being the first generation of Americans to leave to our kids and grandkids in America less prosperous and less free than the one we inherited.
01:59:33.000 I refuse to sit idly by and let that happen.
01:59:36.000 But we've got to have people that are going to be willing to fight the people that are doing this to us.
01:59:41.000 You can't be these establishment Republicans that just cave at the first sign of opposition.
01:59:45.000 I'll fight for you.
01:59:47.000 We also need to win again as a party.
01:59:48.000 Yes, win the election, which we've struggled to do, but also win on these big issues.
01:59:53.000 And nobody has defeated these people more than what I have done in the state of Florida on issue after issue.
01:59:59.000 We have won, and we have won big, and that's what we'll do for you.
02:00:02.000 We also need leadership.
02:00:04.000 Leadership is not about doing what's easy, it's about being willing to set out that vision, knowing they're going to shoot arrows at you, they're going to come at you.
02:00:11.000 I will fight the good fight, I will keep the faith, and I will finish the race.
02:00:15.000 Thank you and God bless you.
02:00:16.000 Thank you, Governor.
02:00:17.000 Thank you all of you.
02:00:18.000 Thanks to all of you.
02:00:19.000 Thanks for watching.
02:00:20.000 Thank you, guys.
02:00:21.000 Mic drop.
02:00:22.000 Matt, can I tell you something, if I may real quick, is if you guys might remember back in 2016 during the Democratic debates, which was like a hilarious like, you know, joke, they asked the like, you know, the final closing out arguments to say who is it somebody that you're proud to call your enemy?
02:00:38.000 Right?
02:00:38.000 And it was like, Bernie Sanders is like the NRA or somebody and Hillary Clinton's like Republicans or whatever.
02:00:43.000 And then they had, you guys remember James Webb?
02:00:46.000 You guys remember he ran?
02:00:46.000 What a throwback!
02:00:47.000 He was a senator from Virginia, former secretary of the Navy under Reagan, also kind of like one of my personal heroes who I looked up to as a kid, Naval Academy guy, Vietnam war hero, all this.
02:00:57.000 And what he says, it was great.
02:00:58.000 And there's like, he was too based for Democrats.
02:01:00.000 He goes, the North Vietnamese infantry officer who threw a grenade at me, but he's not around to talk about it anymore.
02:01:08.000 Is that the guy they named the James Webb telescope after?
02:01:10.000 No, different guy.
02:01:11.000 Totally for James Webb.
02:01:13.000 But yeah, when I saw that, it was like all the Democrats couldn't handle that.
02:01:16.000 Well, I think it's clear after watching this, a tremendous performance by some of the candidates, and we all now know who the nominee is going to be.
02:01:24.000 Donald Trump?
02:01:25.000 Donald Trump.
02:01:26.000 I think so.
02:01:27.000 Thanks everyone for hanging out for two hours so that we could confirm that it would be Donald Trump.
02:01:32.000 But I gotta give it up.
02:01:33.000 I do think it was good.
02:01:34.000 I think Ron actually did his best debate performance.
02:01:36.000 He did well.
02:01:37.000 I still think he's got a personality problem.
02:01:40.000 And his campaign is poorly run.
02:01:42.000 There is.
02:01:42.000 But there's a lot of really great points when it comes to cultural issues.
02:01:45.000 Nikki Haley lied.
02:01:45.000 Chris Christie lied the most.
02:01:47.000 So I pulled up the article, I tweeted it out, from Politico.
02:01:50.000 Chris Christie signed the bill on the trans bathroom stuff and other trans rights and other things.
02:01:54.000 Really?
02:01:54.000 He's lying.
02:01:55.000 And he knows he's in trouble.
02:01:56.000 Yeah.
02:01:57.000 With that.
02:01:58.000 Nikki Haley also did say parental rights.
02:02:00.000 She also did say she will make it so you can't be anonymous.
02:02:03.000 Yeah.
02:02:03.000 She's gaffed way too much.
02:02:05.000 So, you know, Ron and Vivek.
02:02:07.000 Vivek obviously took the night.
02:02:09.000 But I want to make sure I point out Vivek is speaking to us.
02:02:13.000 Of course.
02:02:14.000 There's a lot of people he's not speaking to.
02:02:16.000 Sure.
02:02:16.000 So we saw in his first debate performance, he actually saw favorability go up and unfavorability go up.
02:02:21.000 Sure.
02:02:22.000 So there were a lot of people who didn't know who he was.
02:02:23.000 Right.
02:02:24.000 And he polarized.
02:02:25.000 Yeah.
02:02:25.000 I mean, honestly, I think Vivek can, you know, write his ticket in the Trump administration.
02:02:31.000 And Chris Christie can write his for the Newsom administration.
02:02:34.000 You're not wrong.
02:02:35.000 But I don't think the Newsom administration, I mean, they would take him just to eventually kick him out and dramatically because he is a Republican.
02:02:41.000 No, Newsom is going to be like, we're going to bring unity to this country.
02:02:45.000 We want Republicans on our side.
02:02:47.000 Chris Christie, I need your help.
02:02:48.000 No, he would take like a Liz Cheney because Liz Cheney's never endorsed Trump, whereas this guy has.
02:02:54.000 But I think that's the point of what Chris Christie is going for.
02:02:56.000 Unpopular statement, guys, so I think it's a matter of time before Gavin Newsom is president.
02:03:00.000 One of these days.
02:03:01.000 I mean, he's still relatively young.
02:03:03.000 I'm not saying 24.
02:03:04.000 I think he'll campaign.
02:03:05.000 I'm not saying 24.
02:03:06.000 No.
02:03:07.000 Really?
02:03:07.000 Okay.
02:03:09.000 I hope I'm wrong and I hope you're right.
02:03:10.000 He doesn't have it.
02:03:11.000 Really?
02:03:11.000 You don't think so? No, absolutely not. He's a Mitt Romney type. Okay. Right? Like the governor,
02:03:16.000 you know, Mitt Romney is a governor. He's a senator. And then he runs for president. And
02:03:20.000 it's just like, but Joe Biden, old Mitt Romney, Joe Biden was the Mitt Romney type. He was so
02:03:24.000 gross and oh, when I was watching them debate, the other thing is like the Democrats have this
02:03:29.000 identity issue, which is that they, they don't want white men in office anymore.
02:03:34.000 So theoretically they could run Gavin Newsom.
02:03:36.000 He's good on some positions.
02:03:37.000 He's a white man.
02:03:38.000 He's a white man.
02:03:39.000 And this is going to continue to be one of the issues that bifurcates the voters in that party.
02:03:44.000 This is something that Joe Biden was like hinting at during his campaign.
02:03:46.000 Like, I'll be the last of the old guard.
02:03:49.000 Just let me this one time.
02:03:50.000 And now he doesn't want to leave.
02:03:51.000 And if they put in a J. Gavin Newsom, it'll be the same thing.
02:03:53.000 With Gavin, I look at it this way.
02:03:55.000 It's like, Gavin is charming.
02:03:58.000 He is charismatic.
02:03:59.000 He is handsome.
02:04:00.000 And guess what?
02:04:01.000 That matters, you guys, a lot.
02:04:03.000 More than people are willing to admit.
02:04:04.000 No, for sure.
02:04:04.000 And when people watch... Every once in a while, I watch him.
02:04:06.000 Every once in a while, he'll talk about certain things.
02:04:07.000 I'm like...
02:04:09.000 But he's... He can spin like there's no tomorrow.
02:04:12.000 He doesn't have the X Factor.
02:04:13.000 I hope you're right.
02:04:16.000 Yeah, he doesn't have it.
02:04:18.000 I mean, he may be like, you know, he may be Tier 1, but he's not Special Tier.
02:04:24.000 Right?
02:04:25.000 There's people who are well above.
02:04:27.000 Sure.
02:04:28.000 I would say Gavin Newsom falls into your standard ranking of politicians on the high end.
02:04:32.000 Okay.
02:04:33.000 But Trump, Obama, I wouldn't necessarily say George W. Bush, but yes, the people who become presidents have something above everybody.
02:04:40.000 Except Biden.
02:04:41.000 Yeah, but Biden was anti-Trump.
02:04:43.000 Yeah, after he won.
02:04:44.000 So Newsom winning, maybe as an anti-campaign.
02:04:47.000 Sure.
02:04:47.000 But that's happened, like, very rarely in this country.
02:04:51.000 Newsom is He may be top tier, but he's not special class.
02:04:56.000 Trump is something magical.
02:05:00.000 His persona, his character, his life story, his golden toilet.
02:05:04.000 There is a uniqueness to his arc.
02:05:05.000 Gavin Newsom is a background character.
02:05:07.000 It's charisma mixed with intelligence.
02:05:09.000 I don't get the intelligence out of Gavin.
02:05:11.000 I don't know him as well, but Obama had intelligence and charisma.
02:05:14.000 Trump had intelligence and charisma.
02:05:16.000 That's a big combo.
02:05:17.000 Gavin Newsom is Bradley Cooper in Wedding Crashers.
02:05:20.000 Like Bradley Cooper went on to become a big famous actor.
02:05:23.000 He's got a prominent role in the movie but he's not the main character.
02:05:27.000 It's Donald Trump up there in the front with Vince Vaughn and Bradley Cooper is Gavin Newsom and they're supporting characters.
02:05:34.000 But one thing as well that's interesting to point out though is that you've noticed that Gavin Newsom, I might be wrong on this, you can fact check me, but he rarely goes hard or goes after Trump directly at all.
02:05:47.000 Now granted, there is a family connection between the Trumps and the Newsom family, like a lot of people aren't aware of.
02:05:51.000 You know, Gilfoyle.
02:05:52.000 Yeah, Gilfoyle.
02:05:54.000 Yeah.
02:05:55.000 She was married to Newsom, right?
02:05:56.000 Right.
02:05:57.000 And it's like, but he very rarely, like Newsom very rarely goes after Trump directly, you know what I mean?
02:06:03.000 And it's almost like, and even like, remember, there's a massive California wildfires back in the day when Trump was in office.
02:06:08.000 Trump came out and sees the two of them walking together, right?
02:06:11.000 And also like, hey, during when, you know, when Gavin had that debate with DeSantis, well, I thought, Gavin did really well.
02:06:17.000 When you watch Gavin have that interview with Hannity, he, like, who else goes on Fox?
02:06:22.000 Like, I'll go on Fox, and like, guess what?
02:06:23.000 Like, you know, I thought Gavin Newsom, like, I hated to admit it, but like, oh man, he body slammed Hannity.
02:06:29.000 I had a vision.
02:06:29.000 He did a great job against Hannity.
02:06:30.000 I was like meditating.
02:06:31.000 Which is not much, but you know what I mean.
02:06:32.000 I had this, this like vision where I was hanging out with Newsom and Ramaswamy together, like the three of us were hanging out, talking about stuff.
02:06:38.000 Yeah?
02:06:39.000 Yeah, that was a good feeling.
02:06:40.000 What did you talk about?
02:06:41.000 It was just as vague as that.
02:06:43.000 Nothing like specifics, but I just felt the presence of the two of them working together.
02:06:46.000 That was kind of an interesting.
02:06:47.000 But every once I watch that guy talk and I'm just like, I know he's lying all that, but son of a bitch.
02:06:52.000 He has the personality.
02:06:53.000 He could do it.
02:06:56.000 I think with him not critiquing Trump directly, it's almost right now, at least, because he doesn't want to upset the DNC and Biden administration.
02:07:04.000 If he starts attacking Trump directly, it makes it more obvious he sees himself as the heir apparent and should be the Democratic nominee, which I think he has to tiptoe around because when he was debating DeSantis, he went out of his way to defend Biden, right?
02:07:17.000 He needs the Biden support.
02:07:18.000 He needs their institution support as much as he needs to And Newsom's taking his time.
02:07:23.000 I mean, he's still relatively young.
02:07:24.000 He's got time.
02:07:25.000 He's kind of like waiting on, he's kind of on the bench in case something happens.
02:07:28.000 He's hanging out and like, he's got time.
02:07:29.000 He doesn't, you know, like for, you know, for Trump, for instance, like this is like Trump's last shot.
02:07:34.000 Yeah.
02:07:34.000 I want to, I want to play this clip.
02:07:36.000 Endwokeness just posted.
02:07:37.000 Here we go.
02:07:38.000 I'm sitting opposite you, but you are a little overweight.
02:07:42.000 Yeah.
02:07:42.000 Why?
02:07:47.000 If I could figure that out, I'd fix it.
02:07:48.000 Do you try to diet?
02:07:49.000 I think I can figure it out.
02:07:51.000 Barbara, I've had more diets and lost and gained back more weight in my lifetime than I care to count.
02:07:56.000 There are people who say that you couldn't be president because you're so heavy.
02:08:01.000 What do you say to that?
02:08:02.000 No, that's ridiculous.
02:08:02.000 Taft was president.
02:08:03.000 But I completely agree.
02:08:05.000 Yeah, it's a weird thing.
02:08:05.000 Dude, come on, man.
02:08:06.000 Calories in, calories out.
02:08:08.000 Don't even, don't even make, and they're not, I don't think all food products are the exact same.
02:08:14.000 So I really don't, there are people who are like, it's just calories in, calories out.
02:08:17.000 And I'm like, it's technically true, but it doesn't help someone who's like Chris Christie.
02:08:20.000 Yo, Chris, stop eating the bread and the carbs and the sugar.
02:08:23.000 Not kidding.
02:08:24.000 Higher protein, high fat.
02:08:26.000 You get some veggies in there.
02:08:27.000 Just, the dude has clearly not talked to a nutritionist.
02:08:30.000 He has clearly not even tried.
02:08:32.000 And I've seen him in person up close, right?
02:08:35.000 One time, and I was like, oh my god.
02:08:38.000 He's huge.
02:08:39.000 And to be honest, a lot of the suits he wears, those suits are actually pretty slimming, if that's anything.
02:08:46.000 But it's real bad.
02:08:48.000 And he's actually probably fairly, his legs are probably super ripped, because they have to carry all that weight.
02:08:54.000 But it's one of those things where, this sounds crazy, but when you see somebody who's that big, you're like, okay, there's something going on there.
02:08:59.000 There's something, like, deeper than just, like, you know, it's like, well, why is this?
02:09:02.000 Why is that, you know?
02:09:03.000 I'm not trying to, like, psychoanalyze, you know what I mean?
02:09:06.000 He got a lap band surgery in February 2013.
02:09:08.000 That's when you get, like, a belt wrapped around his stomach.
02:09:12.000 He lost 100 pounds, and then he weighed at 320.
02:09:17.000 If he has, like, some crazy thyroid issue, right?
02:09:19.000 Like, that's the only way it could be, like, maybe it's really difficult for you to lose weight.
02:09:22.000 Yeah, but that means he's not trying.
02:09:23.000 And also, maybe I don't need you to be president, because if you have unexplained medical conditions... Oh, yeah.
02:09:29.000 It's like being an alcoholic.
02:09:30.000 We were talking about this the other day, because our spin drifts are certified gluten-free, for whatever reasons.
02:09:37.000 And so, you know, I cut out most carbs, and now I've eliminated bread and gluten from my diet, and I actually feel better than I did.
02:09:45.000 Oh, 100%, dude.
02:09:45.000 Like, even my skateboarding, the clips that I've gotten, some of these tricks, you know, some of the best I've ever done.
02:09:51.000 Sure.
02:09:51.000 And at 37, I was like, wow, I kind of think the bread is messing me up.
02:09:55.000 I've long thought that.
02:09:56.000 I do think cutting out carbs helps, but we were talking about it and, you know, it usually goes to, it's probably not the bread, it's the chemicals they put in bread in the United States.
02:10:06.000 Because when we've had European bread imported flour and things like that or pure organic.
02:10:12.000 Yeah, it is different.
02:10:13.000 It is different Yeah, and like look I'm not suggesting that like hey if you got to be running for public office You need like be the paragon of fitness or anything, but holy crap you guys like that's that's yeah, that's a lot It's a health risk And that's a risk to our national security if the president falls down and has a heart attack in the middle of the day on a Tuesday Like what's that gonna do the country?
02:10:30.000 Oh, dude, look can't risk that we've got you know Foo Fighters drummer Right? He died. Taylor Hawkins. Yeah, experiencing chest
02:10:38.000 pains and then dies. Yeah. And uh, something they at first they claimed he had drugs in the system, but
02:10:43.000 then the band I guess claimed that's not true. He was not doing drugs. Yeah. And so I'm like,
02:10:48.000 dude, if a fit drummer, right. And they said he was super exhausted because they were playing like crazy.
02:10:53.000 If someone that fit, yeah. Is, is going to die of a heart issue or whatever. You know, Chris
02:10:58.000 Christie.
02:10:59.000 Cut out the azo dyes, Chris Christie.
02:11:01.000 And also say what you want about, you know, George W. Bush.
02:11:04.000 That dude is running like a sub 25K in office.
02:11:07.000 Like, I mean, like that dude, like he like.
02:11:10.000 Bush was fit.
02:11:11.000 He was athletic.
02:11:11.000 I was reading a little bit about Christie.
02:11:13.000 He used to be an athlete, and then he quit in his 20s to get into politics, and that was when he was at his heaviest.
02:11:18.000 Was he skinny?
02:11:18.000 No, he was like 350 pounds in college.
02:11:21.000 Whoa.
02:11:22.000 350 in college?
02:11:23.000 It was 322.
02:11:23.000 A322, like football.
02:11:23.000 Yo, look at this.
02:11:24.000 Look at this.
02:11:28.000 Yeah.
02:11:29.000 That's Chris Crisco?
02:11:29.000 Who's that young Chad?
02:11:30.000 That's the thing.
02:11:32.000 Some athletes carry a lot of weight and that number sounds weird.
02:11:36.000 He's like total Chad, bro.
02:11:38.000 Man, I want him to be healthy.
02:11:41.000 You know he got it in you, Chris.
02:11:42.000 What?
02:11:44.000 There's no excuse, man.
02:11:46.000 Intermittent fasting, really.
02:11:47.000 It's elimination itself.
02:11:49.000 What?
02:11:50.000 Yeah, he's eating garbage and he doesn't care.
02:11:52.000 He's like, if I could figure it out, I'd tell you.
02:11:54.000 Nah, that's not even it.
02:11:55.000 That picture of him in a baseball uniform.
02:11:56.000 He's not trying.
02:11:56.000 People that are like, I don't eat that much, but then they snack and they don't realize how much is much, you know?
02:12:01.000 What's that picture of him in the baseball uniform earlier?
02:12:03.000 There we go.
02:12:03.000 That's a cool one.
02:12:04.000 Jersey boy.
02:12:05.000 I see why they like him.
02:12:06.000 He's like a teenager, but that dude's total chad, total stud.
02:12:08.000 That's the politician that I would vote for.
02:12:10.000 Like a guy like that, I'm like, he's a leader.
02:12:12.000 Right.
02:12:12.000 The weight issue, though, is like... That's wild.
02:12:15.000 It's lack of self-control.
02:12:16.000 He started eating and he didn't stop.
02:12:19.000 Like, look man, you cannot gain weight if you're not consuming food.
02:12:24.000 I'm not saying starve yourself, I'm saying go talk to a doctor, a nutritionist, there are ways they can help.
02:12:28.000 We were watching this show a long time ago, you can probably Google it and figure out which one it is, and they track people and what they eat all day, and there's these two morbidly obese women who are like, we don't eat that much!
02:12:38.000 For breakfast I have a salad, and for lunch I have a sandwich, and I keep gaining weight!
02:12:43.000 And so they follow him around all day filming him.
02:12:45.000 At the end of the day, they're like, how many calories do you think you ate?
02:12:47.000 And she's like, well, for breakfast I had two eggs and bacon, so that's maybe 300 calories.
02:12:51.000 And then I had for lunch a salad, so that's maybe 400 because of the dressing.
02:12:55.000 So I think I'm maybe around 900.
02:12:56.000 And they're like, you're at 37 because you were eating chocolates and you were eating chips.
02:13:02.000 Because every few minutes you'd walk past and grab a cookie out of a bowl and eat it.
02:13:06.000 And they were like, all of the snacks you ate totaled thousands of calories.
02:13:11.000 Yep.
02:13:11.000 Hey, if we wanted to put a talk about deflaws on when it comes to candidates, one of the things like despite all the corruption with Nikki Haley and all that, here's the thing.
02:13:18.000 And like, I know this might sound like some weird, unpopular opinion and it might sound strange,
02:13:21.000 but it's like, okay, you were a very popular governor in South Carolina.
02:13:27.000 You were the UN ambassador.
02:13:29.000 A lot of people like you, your well-known household name, right?
02:13:32.000 Even before she started running for president this time.
02:13:34.000 You got a book deal, all this stuff.
02:13:36.000 And it's like, oh, well she and Richard, on the board of Boeing, are you kidding me?
02:13:41.000 And then it's like, she's only worth like $8 million.
02:13:44.000 Like, I know it sounds weird, but like, for that level of game,
02:13:47.000 That's not a lot of money.
02:13:49.000 Does that mean there's money somewhere else?
02:13:51.000 BuzzFeed News actually wrote an article ten years ago called Seven Photos of a Skinny Chris Christie.
02:13:56.000 Oh wow.
02:13:57.000 The New Jersey governor recently had a lap band surgery to reduce his weight at the urging of his family.
02:14:01.000 Well, it didn't work.
02:14:03.000 It didn't take...
02:14:04.000 But, uh, so we're gonna wrap things up here.
02:14:07.000 I mean, this is a debate night.
02:14:08.000 We usually, uh, we don't do Members Only on debate nights because we don't know how long they go, or, um, you kind of have a general idea.
02:14:14.000 But, uh, no, we're gonna wrap it up there.
02:14:16.000 So, uh, we'll be back tomorrow, of course, with the regular show and news segments and all that, so you can smash the like button, subscribe to this channel, share the show.
02:14:23.000 Head over to TimCast.com, click join us, become a member, watch Infringed, the new documentary by Lauren Southern, came out just a month or two months ago, I think now, right?
02:14:32.000 About a month.
02:14:32.000 About a month.
02:14:33.000 Oh right, it was the beginning of November.
02:14:35.000 Yeah, so it's really great and we recommend it.
02:14:38.000 It's showing people gun culture, explaining the importance of gun rights, and you should definitely check it out.
02:14:43.000 And as a member, you're helping us do all of that.
02:14:45.000 So we've got more documentaries being planned.
02:14:47.000 We're launching one of the biggest private skateboard facilities on the East Coast because we are building culture.
02:14:52.000 Yeah, several million dollars.
02:14:53.000 Hell yeah.
02:14:53.000 We're investing several million dollars into a gigantic private skate facility.
02:14:57.000 Several pro skateboarders are coming out.
02:14:59.000 We're going to be wrapping in all the action sports and pro elements because we are going to build and we are going to take over the culture and push out the woke elements.
02:15:08.000 And we're already starting to win.
02:15:09.000 And that's thanks to all of your support.
02:15:11.000 So again, become a member at TimCast.com if you think that is a good thing.
02:15:14.000 You can follow me at TimCastEverywhere.
02:15:17.000 Follow at the, no, what was it?
02:15:18.000 At BooniesHQ on Instagram, I believe is the handle.

02:15:28.000 I'm not sure which one it is on YouTube, you know?
02:15:30.000 Either way, you'll find it.
02:15:32.000 We just pulled up, we got a bunch of skate edits that are going up, and the new facility is currently under construction.
02:15:39.000 All the kitchen appliances are coming in.
02:15:40.000 Yo, Freedomistan is coming along.
02:15:42.000 It's going to be super amazing.
02:15:44.000 We're building a massive concrete outdoor section, a massive wooden indoor section, and we're going to have mega ramps.
02:15:50.000 We're going to have a lot, because as I was told by these large industry pros, if you build it, they will come.
02:15:57.000 And so we intend to.
02:15:59.000 And we've already had several victories against the weird woke nonsense that I'll get into later because we're going to play this one light and not just go for the throat.
02:16:08.000 A lot of the woke people are trying to destroy our industry.
02:16:10.000 But I really do appreciate everyone's support.
02:16:11.000 We're going to be building a lot of culture.
02:16:13.000 Coffee shop, of course.
02:16:14.000 Go to casper.com.
02:16:15.000 You can follow the show at Timcast IRL.

02:16:25.000 We are in the life-saving business.
02:16:26.000 We are here to save veterans' lives from addiction and mental health.
02:16:30.000 I've been in D.C.
02:16:30.000 right now pushing for expanded access to veterans' care through the VA, and that's what I've come out here.
02:16:40.000 I'm out in D.C.
02:16:40.000 once a month talking to folks on the Hill, and we're really pushing hard to get the VA to, you know, Increase the access standards so when a veteran is showing up to their VA provider in an addiction or mental health crisis, that the VA should put that person into a bed, you know, in a treatment center within 72 hours, which is not a crazy ask, and currently it's like a month.
02:17:03.000 So that's what I'm here for.
02:17:03.000 I push for Miramar Health as a company.
02:17:06.000 Thomas P. Sauer, thank you so much for having me, you guys.

02:18:20.000 Follow me at Surge.com.
02:18:21.000 See you guys tomorrow.
02:18:23.000 So, with Boonies HQ...
02:18:26.000 And with the coffee shop we're launching, our location in Martinsburg is beginning the process of launching our second floor private club, hangout, and skate shop.
02:18:36.000 And so our initial plan is going to be, it's going to be private.
02:18:41.000 So, if you're a member of TimCast.com or of Boonies HQ, because there will be a separate membership for the other website, then you have membership access to come and hang out in the physical location.
02:18:53.000 And we're going to have skate gear, equipment, and other things, and it's going to be at lower rates because you're a member.
02:18:59.000 So, effectively like a Costco style, but for a skate shop.
02:19:03.000 And you're going to hang out.
02:19:05.000 Right now we're ordering sofas.
02:19:07.000 We're gonna put two TVs facing away from each other with PlayStation, Xbox, video game consoles, so you can play multiplayer, play video games, hang out, and a lot more planned for the space.
02:19:17.000 It's decently large, it's gonna be a lot of fun.
02:19:19.000 There's gonna be a little mini bar, hang out, but it's private!
02:19:22.000 So there's a lot we can do with a private space, and we're hoping to have that up very, very soon, because it's actually really, really easy to do.
02:19:29.000 All we gotta do is order the stuff and put it in there, and then have someone open the door, and y'all can come hang out.
02:19:34.000 Gonna be super exciting.
02:19:35.000 The coffee shop!
02:19:36.000 Yeah, there's a lot of construction that has to happen, so that's taking forever.
02:19:39.000 But the private club section is going to be super easy.
02:19:42.000 So that's coming really, really soon, and I'm really excited.
