Summary

Avenatti was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for attempting to extort Nike and lying to the FBI. He is the worst of the worst, and I m willing to make an exception for him because he is the lowest of the low and I was hoping for a better outcome than what happened to him. I have a rule not to take joy in the misery of others, but, for Michael Avenatti, I m making an exception because, well, he is so vile, and because he was hoping, for me, that he was better than the rest. I hope he enjoys his time in prison and reflects on what he has done wrong, because I don t think he is going to be reformed. I think this was a wake-up call that he needed, and maybe this was just what he needed to wake up to the fact that he is not going to get a fair chance to redeem himself. Enjoy the ride, buddy. -T.S. 00:00:00.000 Well guys, I have a rule to not take joy in the misery of others.
00:00:04.000 But, but, for Michael Avenatti, I am going to make an exception to that rule, okay?
00:00:11.000 I am going to break a principle I actually truly believe in, because he is the worst of the worst, right?
00:00:19.000 And the reason I'm willing to break that rule, A, he's the worst of the worst, and B, because he was hoping, for me, What happened to him?
00:00:31.000 Okay? Back in October of 2018, Donald Trump Jr.
00:00:36.000 This is a Michael Avenatti tweet.
00:00:38.000 Donald Trump Jr. will be indicted before his birthday on 12-31-18.
00:00:41.000 New Year's Eve, baby. If you doubt my predictions, please check my record over the last seven months.
00:00:47.000 Hashtag winning. How's that working out for you, Michael?
00:00:51.000 You still winning? And guess what?
00:00:53.000 During that seven months, you weren't winning either, right?
00:00:56.000 Just because Mr.
00:00:57.000 Potato Head Brian Stelter at CNN says that you're a Democrat hopeful for president doesn't mean it's real, right?
00:01:03.000 There's a difference between what you think What are facts and what is reported on CNN, right?
00:01:12.000 The old saying, is that true or did you see it on CNN? Well, that's exactly what happened here.
00:01:16.000 So again, I'm gonna break a fundamental rule that I believe in because Michael Avenatti is the lowest of the low, okay?
00:01:22.000 So Michael Avenatti was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for attempting to extort Nike.
00:01:29.000 Okay? So, given that he was wishing jail time, he was hoping, because he knew so much, right?
00:01:35.000 Just like he knew about Brett Kavanaugh, he knew about Trump, he knew about everything.
00:01:41.000 How'd that work out, Michael?
00:01:42.000 Turns out Michael didn't know anything, but it didn't matter.
00:01:45.000 That didn't stop the media from saying he's a Democratic presidential hopeful.
00:01:48.000 They really hoped to see him run.
00:01:51.000 Didn't stop that.
00:01:52.000 He fell in love with the camera.
00:01:54.000 He did whatever he could to maintain that grip on fame and notoriety.
00:01:58.000 He lied, cheated, steal, tried to extort Nike.
00:02:02.000 And by the way, the two and a half years is pretty light compared to what they recommended, probably because he's a Trump hater.
00:02:07.000 So I imagine someone went light on him.
00:02:09.000 But it almost doesn't matter because he's up for a bunch of other things, apparently.
00:02:13.000 I think he's up for trying to take money or stealing money from one of his clients who happened to be a paraplegic.
00:02:20.000 A man rendered to a wheelchair for the rest of his life and Michael Avenatti is stealing money from him.
00:02:26.000 This is CNN's version of a democratic hopeful.
00:02:28.000 So I hope that Michael has time in prison to reflect on his ways.
00:02:33.000 Michael Avenatti, Mr.
00:02:34.000 Tough Guy. Mr.
00:02:36.000 Tough Guy. Was in the court yesterday, apparently crying in front of the judge, talking about how he'd gone wrong.
00:02:42.000 Now, we all know that Michael Avenatti is just doing that.
00:02:44.000 He's not really upset about that.
00:02:45.000 He's upset that he got in trouble for it.
00:02:47.000 If he could do it again, he probably would for the fame that he so desperately needed, so desperately wanted and fed off of.
00:02:55.000 But I have a feeling Michael Avenatti is not going to be reformed.
00:02:59.000 I have a feeling that two and a half years, while light, As relative to the recommendations, it's probably just the beginning because there's numerous other things apparently that he did that he's also in process for that should add up significant amount of time.
00:03:14.000 So I hope that Michael Avenatti reflects on that.
00:03:16.000 I hope he enjoys his time in prison.
00:03:19.000 You know, Mr. Tough Guy, who spent years talking about how tough he is, crying in front of the judge yesterday.
00:03:24.000 I don't know, guys. Maybe that's just the wake up call that he needed.
00:03:28.000 So again, I hate to break My sort of guiding principle rules.
00:03:33.000 But every once in a while, there is someone so vile, someone so disgusting, someone so despicable that you will make an exception.
00:03:41.000 And for Michael, I'll make that exception for you, buddy.
00:03:46.000 Enjoy. We'll see you soon.
