The DA and AG of the State of New York have charged the Trump Organization's CFO with tax evasion and conspiracy to commit tax evasion. Is this a political witch hunt or is this an abuse of power by government officials run amok? How is this any different than what Vladimir Putin does to his political enemies? How does this compare to what the mullahs in Iran do to their enemies? What is the difference between Putin and Donald Trump? What does this have to do with the Mueller investigation? How could this be anything other than a political persecution? What are the odds of this happening to Trump? Is this really a witch hunt, or is it a political ploy by the government to get rid of Donald Trump and his business empire in order to protect their political enemies from the press and the public? What will the media have to say about this, and why is this a bad thing? I'll tell you what, it's not a witchhunt, and it's NOT a political smear campaign. And I'll give you the numbers to back it up! If you don't like it, you're not going to like this, you won't like the results. I promise you won t like it! I'm not here to make it, I'm here to break it down and explain why this is a scam, and I'll show you why it's a scam! and why you should be mad at the media, not mad at it and what it is not a political corruption, and how it's no different than Vladimir Putin did it, and what we should do to our enemies in the same thing in the past, and we should all be mad about it, not like it. and how they should do it in the future. And why it would have been different than it would be different than this, not the way Putin does it in a few years ago, not in Iran, not Iran, and Iran does it like this in a couple of years, and much more. Let me know what you think about it. I'll be back with my thoughts on this in the next episode of the latest episode of Conspiracy Theories. Tweet me . if you agree or disagree with it? 00:00:00.000Well, guys, it's a sad day for America.
00:00:03.000The District Attorney and the Attorney General of the State of New York indicted the Trump Organization's longtime accountant, 48 years, on charges essentially amounting to fringe benefits, you know, like a corporate car.
00:00:20.000He got a corporate car. After 48 years of service, he got a corporate car, didn't pay tax on it.
00:00:24.000Because that never happens in corporate America, right?
00:00:27.000Definitely not a witch hunt, guys, right?
00:00:30.000This is what they got. They're able to tie in the Trump Organization because he's the CFO, right?
00:00:34.000So they try to do that for the flowery headlines because this is what they've been promising you, right?
00:00:39.000The Attorney General of the state of New York campaigned on it before she had any evidence because it wasn't like she worked in the offices.
00:01:14.000Countless hours of grand jury testimony.
00:01:18.000Three million documents reviewed by the AG and the DA. Three million documents.
00:01:27.000What they've got someone on is he didn't pay taxes on fringe benefits.
00:01:31.000Let's break it down a little bit further because they've spent a lot of time trying to make this thing look really long and really scary and really powerful because that's what they do, right?
00:01:39.000They're manipulating the facts then because they know they have a mainstream media that will run with it rampantly.
00:01:46.000But funny enough, I'm watching commentators on CNN saying, man, this is what they got.
00:01:51.000Kind of small potatoes, but that's not going to stop them, because this is what they do to their political enemies.
00:01:56.000Again, five years, three million documents, hundreds of witnesses, presumably, countless hours of grand jury testimony, and they got the CFO on not paying taxes on fringe benefits.
00:02:09.000They say since 2005, I believe, about 16 years, He didn't pay taxes on $1.7 million worth of these fringe benefits.
00:02:21.000By the way, half of that number was because my father, after almost 50 years of employment, paid for his grandkids' private school in New York City.
00:02:30.000My dad did that because he's a good guy.
00:03:44.000Now, if you take the schools and you take that out of it, because our IRS people tell us it's totally legit and totally fine, it's less than 5 grand a year.
00:03:54.000You're telling me this isn't a political persecution?
00:03:56.000You're saying this isn't abuse of power by government officials run amok?
00:04:02.000And then just having a field day because they can get away with it?
00:04:05.000How is this any different than what Vladimir Putin does?
00:04:31.000No one cares. Our media should be more outraged about that, but I guess because of the love fest of Putin now with Biden, they probably let it pass.
00:04:38.000If it was under Trump, they'd go crazy.
00:04:42.000How is this any different than what the mullahs in Iran do to their political enemies?
00:04:49.000To make it and take it a little bit further, the IRS in 230 years, we were not able to find one case where they prosecuted fringe benefits criminally.
00:05:03.000Do you think the DA pays taxes on the parking pass that he gets to park downtown in New York?
00:05:09.000That's like, you know, 30 to 50 bucks a day.
00:05:12.000You think he does that or you think it's just sort of part of the job?
00:05:15.000That's what we're talking about here, folks.
00:05:18.000The DA's office has never prosecuted a claim like this on fringe benefits.
00:05:21.000Frankly, Christie's Auction House Helped its clients avoid $189 million in taxes.
00:05:31.000$189 million! Not five grand over 16 years, $189 million!
00:05:36.000And they did a deferred prosecution where they paid a fine.
00:05:40.000And yet, if you read this, it's the biggest Criminal malfeasance ever.
00:05:45.000Because it's all optics and it's all nonsense.
00:05:48.000Because they promised you these indictments.
00:05:50.000Rather than just saying, you know what?
00:05:52.000Maybe there's a chance that Donald Trump is just really good at building buildings and managing them.
00:05:56.000Maybe he's really good at building golf courses and running them.
00:06:00.000Maybe he's really good at building hotels.
00:06:41.000Guys, the only problem with that is there has to be something to flip on.
00:06:45.000Right? What if there's nothing to flip on because you ran a great business?
00:06:50.000You think that in those three million documents, five years, the DA, the Attorney General, as well as teams of specialists they brought in costing, again, New York millions, you think maybe those guys would have found something beyond getting someone to flip.
00:07:07.000Because you can't just say something, you have to actually back it up.
00:07:11.000Maybe there's nothing to flip because I keep hearing, oh, he's going to cooperate!
00:08:09.000Say, wow, I thought presidents got impeached for that kind of stuff.
00:08:13.000So again, after everything they've promised you, you think this is what they were intending?
00:08:19.000You think that the DA's office, who's been leaking all of this stuff selectively, or the AG's office leaking this stuff selectively because we hear about it from reporters before our own lawyers ever even hear it?
00:08:29.000You think that this is what they expected or were hoping for?
00:08:33.000I'm watching people on CNN say, man, if this is what they've got, it's small potatoes.
00:08:40.000It's not going to stop the optic of it.
00:08:41.000I get that. That's the game they've been playing forever.
00:08:43.000They could get away with that. You think that if this was the case that they were hoping, this was going to finally take down Donald Trump, you think they'd drop it at 3 o'clock on an afternoon on Thursday going into the 4th of July weekend?
00:08:57.000No, guys. That's when all the people that they're playing to, all the rich Manhattan-like liberals that are in their cars going onto the Hamptons, they won't even see this stuff because if they saw what was really happening, maybe even those partisan leftists would be like, man, this sounds a lot like a political persecution.
00:09:14.000This sounds a lot like what Putin does to his enemies.
00:09:17.000And they'd be right. And that's why it's dropping.
00:09:21.000Late in the week, late in the day on a Thursday, when the city is empty, I'm looking out my window, I don't even see cars in the city.
00:09:26.000Everyone's gone. You think that if they had something real that was going to take down Trump, all the things they promised after this many years and millions of dollars, you think they're doing that when they don't get the press bang for it?
00:09:40.000No, they're doing it because they know it's a joke.
00:09:42.000I'm watching liberal commentators say it's a joke, okay?
00:09:46.000And when a liberal commentator who hates Donald Trump's guts is saying, man, I hope there's more than this, you know they have a problem, but they had to do something.
00:09:54.000They were forced because they told the American public for so long there was definitely something.
00:09:58.000They told them they were going to take down Trump, right?
00:10:23.000Not rapists. Hell, they're letting some of those people just go.
00:10:26.000Right? They decided not to prosecute hundreds of people that looted and rioted in New York over the last year.
00:10:32.000They're not even going to get a slap on the wrist.
00:10:34.000They're just letting them go. Whether it's because they're leftist, you know, partisan hacks or crazy, or maybe it's because they were too busy focused on this kind of nonsense.
00:10:44.000You know, they didn't spend this kind of time on, you know, Purdue Pharma creating opioids and killing millions of Americans.
00:10:51.000But we're going to get Donald Trump because we don't like what he says and we view him as a threat to the Democrat Party because he actually got things done.
00:11:02.000For the African-American community, for the Hispanic community, things that Democrats talk about but don't actually do.
00:11:07.000You know, they show up every four years, you know, with posters, vote for me, but don't actually do anything.
00:11:12.000You know, maybe they saw that and they saw that as a threat.
00:11:14.000They realized that so many of the other mealy-mouthed Republicans, they would much rather run against them because they'll fold under pressure.
00:11:28.000You think this is, honestly, even the most ardent leftist in New York City?
00:11:33.000You think this is what they were hoping for?
00:11:35.000No, but this will be the excuse to drag it out, millions more dollars, countless hours wasted, missing actual crime going on in New York so they can try to hurt a 75-year-old guy so that he flips on Trump, but there's nothing to flip on.
00:11:50.000But maybe they're just hoping that he lies about Trump at this point.
