00:00:00.000 We're going to have to leave the property.
00:00:01.440 We had this conversation last week.
00:00:02.600 What's your name, badge, and bill number?
00:00:04.360 You know me from just last week.
00:00:06.080 I don't have your name.
00:00:07.100 I don't need you to give me my name.
00:00:08.420 Yes, you do.
00:00:08.940 My badge number is 341.
00:00:10.360 That's all I'm required to provide you.
00:00:11.800 You're required to give your name also.
00:00:13.880 What's your name, badge, and bill number?
00:00:17.220 207.
00:00:20.660 349.
00:00:21.580 Good.
00:00:24.300 341.
00:00:25.080 All right.
00:00:25.860 We need you to leave the premises now.
00:00:27.420 I'm not going to explain to you again
00:00:28.800 because I just spoke to you last week.
00:00:30.060 What law am I breaking?
00:00:32.420 You're trespassing.
00:00:33.800 What article of the Trespass Act have I breached?
00:00:36.380 This is private property.
00:00:37.700 It's public property?
00:00:38.480 Security.
00:00:38.820 No, it's not.
00:00:39.360 It's private property.
00:00:40.180 It's a public school.
00:00:41.880 So you're in breach of trespassing
00:00:43.060 and I'm required to remove you.
00:00:44.820 You don't have to wear a mask if you don't want to,
00:00:46.420 but right now the current provincial health order
00:00:48.080 requires you to wear a mask,
00:00:49.660 and if you don't want to
00:00:50.400 and you're on private property
00:00:51.640 and they don't want you anymore,
00:00:52.720 you need to be removed.
00:00:54.220 I already explained this to you last week
00:00:55.860 and I'm not going to explain it over and over again.
00:00:57.680 So what article of the Trespass Act have I breached?
00:01:01.100 Doesn't matter.
00:01:02.020 Under the Trespass Act,
00:01:03.580 you want me to give you the exact article number?
00:01:05.540 Yes.
00:01:06.560 And we'll do that outside.
00:01:07.640 Yeah.
00:01:08.320 I don't know what law I've broken though.
00:01:11.160 Okay.
00:01:11.700 I've already explained to you.
00:01:13.540 I don't want to leave because I'm here.
00:01:16.520 You're not obeying by the rules, okay?
00:01:19.320 No, but those aren't laws.
00:01:20.460 Stand up and leave.
00:01:21.100 They are laws.
00:01:21.760 They are.
00:01:21.980 Are you a policy officer or a police officer?
00:01:24.380 Are you a student?
00:01:25.460 Yes.
00:01:25.680 I'm an activist.
00:01:26.480 I'm a student.
00:01:27.220 Okay.
00:01:27.800 Stand up please.
00:01:28.840 Will they be able to discuss this outside?
00:01:30.720 No.
00:01:31.860 Okay.
00:01:32.860 Okay.
00:01:37.600 What will you do?
00:01:39.000 I'm really going to take you.
00:01:40.240 Okay.
00:01:40.520 So under section 2 sub 3 sub C of the Trespass Act,
00:01:46.340 you have been directed either orally or in writing by an authorized person to leave the premises.
00:01:53.660 If you do not enter, we have these ability to remove.
00:01:56.860 So right now you're under arrest for trespassing?
00:01:58.620 Oh.
00:02:08.060 Wow.
00:02:11.960 So this young man knew his rights.
00:02:14.640 And remember, we've said knowledge is power.
00:02:16.820 When you have it, you've got to share it, but you've got to use it.
00:02:19.300 And Leo was calm.
00:02:22.680 He was collected.
00:02:24.120 He was respectful to the officers.
00:02:27.560 And this was not public property.
00:02:30.160 Douglas College is not, sorry, private property.
00:02:32.240 It's public.
00:02:32.780 And he also has a contract in agreement with them because he paid to go to school.
00:02:37.420 He paid to be there.
00:02:38.640 Nowhere in that contract does it say that he has to wear a mask.
00:02:41.860 The other thing is, is we've got to remember that masks are not legislated in Canada.
00:02:45.720 There is no actual law that says anybody has to wear a mask by law in Canada.
00:02:51.800 The reason is because you can't legislate against breathing freely.
00:02:56.160 That's why with Rebel News, with Fight the Fines for everybody that got a fine for not wearing a mask,
00:03:01.220 they've all been dismissed.
00:03:02.220 They're being dismissed because the court cannot process those fines because they're unlawful.
00:03:08.120 So I understand that when they got Leo to the police station, he had to actually go into a cell.
00:03:13.660 And that it wasn't legitimate.
00:03:16.360 They can't charge him with trespassing.
00:03:18.720 And so I believe they've tried to charge him with mischief.
00:03:23.200 So they don't even know what they're doing.
00:03:25.420 And there's going to be legal action commencing.
00:03:28.980 And that's the right thing to do.
00:03:30.580 There's a young man in Ontario who's also gone through the same thing.
00:03:34.540 He's hired a good lawyer.
00:03:35.960 And he's also going to be pursuing action.
00:03:38.420 But this is where I would say shame on those police.
00:03:41.700 Shame on the officers.
00:03:43.020 They don't know the law.
00:03:44.280 They're in violation of their oath.
00:03:46.100 And we need to hold them to account.
00:03:47.560 And under legal actions on Action for Canada,
00:03:50.960 you can also see that we have a link on how to file complaints against the police.
00:03:55.420 And in every situation like this, we need to follow through
00:03:58.740 because they must actually follow through with investigations.
00:04:02.260 And all of those officers deserve to have a complaint filed against them.
00:04:07.000 to be continued...
00:04:09.020 And I hope that they all looked for him.
00:04:11.920 Thank you.
00:04:12.960 A fourth time is it,
00:04:15.900 if you are the first Tagelalia who's gone on to the law which has been articulated,
00:04:19.040 why don't do the arrestใ—ใŸ intimidating or more?
00:04:20.660 Now let's have nothing in the law.
00:04:21.620 And the time number is it,
00:04:22.540 hope that we have to do more justice that we can possibly keep trying because we break
00:04:24.000 as the trouble of the need now is the law.
00:04:24.880 So if you should join us,
