00:00:00.000 Hello, officer, before I give you my passport, I would like to give some points.
00:00:30.000 It's important for you to understand that what I'm going about to say is not to infringe
00:00:35.340 in whatever you need to do or offend your character in any way, shape, or form.
00:00:41.500 All what I need is a few minutes for me to state some important points that I think
00:00:45.520 it's important for you to understand.
00:00:46.480 Okay, yep, do you want me to, you can talk, would you rather talk to immigration?
00:00:50.380 What do you mean?
00:00:51.820 Well, can I have your passport?
00:00:53.420 Well, before I give you the passport, I just need to ensure that my rights are, so just
00:00:59.420 give me two minutes.
00:00:59.960 It's going to take only a few minutes of your time, okay?
00:01:03.160 So as I stated, it is not my intention to infringe in any procedures whatsoever, and it's not
00:01:07.920 my intention to offend you in any way, shape, or form.
00:01:09.960 All what I need, all my intention is to defend my rights as a Canadian citizen because my
00:01:16.600 rights have been violated in the past.
00:01:18.880 So as I already, as you already know, I have rights and duties in this passport, and I'm
00:01:23.260 obligated, as I stated on page one and four of my passport, and sections nine and ten of
00:01:29.540 the Canadian passport order, to safeguard it at all times and ensure that it is not used
00:01:33.720 unconstitutionally, and also purposes that are not authorized by law, and to further ensure
00:01:40.300 that it is not lost or stolen.
00:01:42.640 I am providing it to you only for the accepted condition that you do not take it out of your
00:01:50.340 sight or provide it to any health officials.
00:01:53.420 The definition of passport in section two, as you know, means, so in section two of the
00:02:00.440 Canadian passport order, means an official Canadian document that shows the identity and
00:02:04.760 nationality of the person, and expressively states that it is only the purpose of the
00:02:09.840 sleep-heating travel by the person outside Canada.
00:02:13.140 Any other purpose is prohibited.
00:02:15.680 It is not constitutionally statutory, otherwise authorized by law, to be used by federal provincial
00:02:21.340 health officers, and any purpose, including obtaining my confidential medical information.
00:02:26.680 If you're required to share my passport with other border officers, I'm fine with that,
00:02:31.800 but I do not concern you sharing my passport with any health officials, as they do not have
00:02:37.000 any jurisdiction on federal property when someone is arriving from any foreign state.
00:02:42.200 Are we in an agreement?
00:02:43.040 Yeah.
00:02:43.720 Thank you.
00:02:49.800 So where were you?
00:02:51.340 Finland.
00:02:52.560 How long were you gone for?
00:02:53.680 Two weeks.
00:02:54.300 Okay, do you have any food?
00:02:55.620 Nope.
00:02:56.120 Any alcohol or tobacco?
00:02:57.520 Nope.
00:02:57.860 Okay.
00:02:58.400 So what were you worried about?
00:02:59.720 What were you worried I was going to do?
00:03:01.620 It's just, uh, my rights have to be protected, and I've been, I've been, uh, my Canadian rights
00:03:06.760 and freedoms have been violated in the past two and a half years, multiple times.
00:03:10.560 I just want to make sure that those rights are not violated.
00:03:13.720 Okay, like what kind of rights?
00:03:15.640 Well, I mean, with, uh, with, uh, this whole, uh, arrive can situation, so.
00:03:20.140 Okay, just one second.
00:03:21.080 Oh yes.
00:03:21.460 Thank you.
00:03:21.960 Thank you.
00:03:22.560 Thank you.
00:03:27.240 Thank you.
