00:00:00.000 Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians
00:00:10.820 and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of
00:00:16.420 our nation. Through call to action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action. We are committed
00:00:23.060 to protecting faith, family, and freedom. Last year, in response to the unconstitutional
00:00:29.820 measures that were passed by our various levels of government, many dedicated people at Action
00:00:35.060 for Canada launched the Boots on the Ground campaign. Our goal has always been to support
00:00:40.780 business owners as they navigate their way through these unlawful and uncertain times,
00:00:45.400 and we are committed to providing business owners with information outlining their legal duties,
00:00:51.080 obligations, and responsibilities. However, we now find ourselves in the very remarkable position
00:00:57.200 of expanding our outreach to include not only business owners and their employees,
00:01:02.380 but concerned citizens all across Canada who have come to realize that our rights and freedoms are
00:01:07.700 in jeopardy and are being eroded by the various levels of government that are supposed to be
00:01:12.980 protecting us. It turns out that when the COVID-19 lockdown measures commenced across Canada in March
00:01:20.680 of 2020, small businesses all across our nation ended up getting targeted. Even now, small business owners
00:01:28.340 continue to be assaulted by the unlawful provincial measures, and owners are at risk of closure and
00:01:34.980 potential civil litigation. Because of all the confusion and uncertainty, Action for Canada created the
00:01:42.860 business campaign and asked for volunteers to educate the business owners in their communities.
00:01:48.020 For example, many Canadians still do not know that by enforcing masks, social distancing, hand
00:01:55.220 sanitizers, mandatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports, our Canadian constitution and Charter of
00:02:02.400 Rights and Freedoms are being violated. We all have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely,
00:02:08.860 and to be assured of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person, and to not be discriminated
00:02:15.920 against or bullied. We've made a few important changes to some of our resources. If you go to
00:02:23.160 the business campaign on our website, you'll notice that our postcards have been updated to reflect the
00:02:28.880 government's proposed vaccine passports. We've also updated the poster for businesses, which is
00:02:35.320 non-discriminatory and allows customers the right to choose under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:02:40.880 It's essential that we let our local businesses know that they are not required to be mask enforcers
00:02:46.800 or vaccine police, as they are not under contract, nor are they getting paid to enforce mask use or to
00:02:53.960 determine whether or not someone has had the COVID injection. Anytime you represent Action for Canada
00:03:01.080 or share our materials, keep in mind that our goal is to build trust with the business owners,
00:03:06.200 as well as to provide them with valuable information. We do have a code of conduct,
00:03:11.320 and we ask that you are professional at all times in appearance and demeanor, that you don't wear any
00:03:17.760 badges or buttons identifying you as belonging to any particular group, that you always communicate
00:03:23.540 respectfully and not engage in any physical, verbal, emotional, threatening, or abusive behavior
00:03:29.440 towards business owners, their staff, customers, or bystanders. We have a real opportunity in these
00:03:36.560 very confusing, polarizing, and uncertain times to show kindness to others as we share information with
00:03:43.280 them. And we encourage you to be calm, friendly, understanding, compassionate, and respectful as you
00:03:49.440 interact with others who don't yet fully understand what is going on in Canada right now. Remember that
00:03:56.060 people all over our nation are beginning to wake up to the truth of what's really going on, and those
00:04:01.380 who might previously have been closed to the truth may now be searching for truth, so never give up
00:04:07.580 in your efforts to educate and support them. Remember, you are not required to wear a mask, provide a
00:04:14.540 doctor's note, or show proof of vaccination to anyone at any time, as that is your personal medical
00:04:20.980 information between you and your doctor, and to ask for it is a violation of the Privacy Act.
00:04:28.740 On August 18th, Action for Canada reached 100% of our financial goal for the legal action. We want to
00:04:36.340 extend our most sincere gratitude to the thousands of Canadians who helped raise this money. We are
00:04:42.660 heading into this legal battle fully armed and ready to win. Moving forward, we ask that you continue to
00:04:50.100 support Action for Canada directly as we work to protect Canadians' rights and freedoms through
00:04:55.940 providing effective resources, legal actions, training, and more. We are not for profit and rely solely on
00:05:03.940 the contributions of our donors to support the work we're doing. For those of you who haven't already
00:05:10.660 heard, the Statement of Claim has been officially filed. On August 16th, 2021, Action for Canada and the
00:05:18.340 Constitutional Rights Centre formally filed legal action in the BC Supreme Court to hold multiple
00:05:24.740 parties accountable for their actions with respect to COVID-19 measures. The defendants include the
00:05:31.780 Government of Canada, the Government of British Columbia, various public health officers, the Canadian
00:05:37.620 Broadcasting Corporation, and others. The lockdowns and mask mandates have become more and more unpopular with
00:05:45.620 Canadians, even though all levels of government and some businesses continue to push mask use. The expert
00:05:52.260 opinions of doctors and scientists, as well as numerous peer-reviewed studies, report that masks are
00:05:57.940 ineffective in protecting people against COVID-19. And studies have proven that aerosol particles are too
00:06:06.260 minute to be blocked and can easily penetrate through and around every model of mask.
00:06:11.300 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and be aware of any changes that are occurring at
00:06:18.660 all levels of government in our ongoing effort to protect our rights and freedoms. We've seen how
00:06:24.260 compliance to the mask mandates across our nation has created a segment of the population who now lives
00:06:30.580 in fear, bows to unscientific government mandates, and does the government's bidding without question.
00:06:36.660 This fear is paving the way for uninformed citizens to accept and then demand mandatory vaccinations,
00:06:44.660 vaccine passports, and other unconstitutional orders. It's time for us to stand in truth and power,
00:06:52.100 to resist, to unite, and to say that we do not comply. Many Canadians are not aware that the Federal
00:06:59.780 Emergency Act preamble states clearly that emergency orders cannot and do not supersede the Charter of
00:07:06.340 Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights. Please understand that as Canadians,
00:07:11.540 we have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:07:18.100 In an effort to assist you, we have created Notices of Liability, which will empower you to protect
00:07:24.340 you and your loved ones from an out-of-control government. With these notices, you will hold those
00:07:30.180 who are violating your rights personally liable. The notice of liability against forced COVID testing
00:07:38.580 has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered
00:07:45.780 to Canadian citizens, including children, by the government or appointed officials, employers,
00:07:51.060 educators, etc. It will protect you and your family's guaranteed inalienable right to bodily autonomy.
00:07:59.140 Keep in mind that no order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed right to work,
00:08:04.420 assemble, worship, or visit your loved ones. It cannot force you to have anything stuck into
00:08:10.740 any part of your body without your 100% consent. If you want to keep your rights and freedoms,
00:08:17.620 then you must not concede, comply, or give in to this tyranny.
00:08:23.140 The notice of liability for businesses is for business owners who are visited by a government
00:08:28.580 representative such as public health officials, bylaw officers, or the police.
00:08:34.100 This notice explains the rights of the business owners according to the Canadian Constitution,
00:08:39.460 the Coronation Oath, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Bill of Rights, and the Universal
00:08:44.100 Declaration of Human Rights. It holds the government official personally responsible for any financial
00:08:50.660 injury and or loss of personal and business income. We also have a notice of liability for work
00:08:58.740 to their employers. Employers are not medical professionals and therefore they are unlawfully
00:09:04.900 practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist employees submit to the
00:09:12.500 experimental medical treatment for COVID-19, namely being injected with one of the experimental gene
00:09:18.580 therapies commonly referred to as a vaccine. According to lawyer Rocco Galati, government and
00:09:26.660 private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations as that would be unconstitutional and or illegal and
00:09:34.260 unenforceable. Employers need to be notified that they will be held personally liable for any financial
00:09:41.780 injury and or loss of personal income if they choose to use coercion or discrimination against you
00:09:48.740 based on your decision to not participate in the COVID-19 experimental treatments.
00:09:55.300 Also on our website is our Canada-wide formal notice of liability and non-consent exemption for
00:10:01.060 students. With this notice you will be notifying your child's school official that your child will no longer wear a
00:10:07.700 mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the experimental injection.
00:10:15.140 There are four pdfs to choose from. One is for parents who currently have a child in the education system.
00:10:22.500 Another is for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school but who are equally interested in stopping
00:10:28.580 the experimentation of our children. The third is for post-secondary students to give to the
00:10:34.180 educational institution they are attending in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:10:40.740 And the fourth is for elected officials who are involved in children's care. To be clear,
00:10:46.740 what is being administered is not a vaccine. It's a harmful and deadly experimental gene therapy.
00:10:53.540 With Action for Canada's notices of liability, you are empowered to refuse the injection and protect
00:10:59.620 yourself and your loved ones. Also note that there is no expiration date on the notices of liability,
00:11:06.260 and they apply and are in full force and effect throughout the entire 2021-2022 school season and beyond.
00:11:16.660 I'll go over the instructions for giving a notice of liability with you briefly,
00:11:20.660 but do be sure to go to the website for further details and to read the disclaimer.
00:11:26.020 Print the notice of liability and fill in the name of the person you are serving. One notice for each
00:11:31.700 person involved. For example, if you have more than one supervisor or your child has more than one
00:11:37.460 teacher. Keep a photocopy or take a photo with your phone for your records. Be sure to video record when
00:11:45.620 serving the notice of liability in person, and if mailing you must send it by registered mail. Remember to
00:11:52.340 keep a record of all your information, documents, videos, dates, times, etc.
00:11:59.300 Canadians are entitled to the full protection guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights
00:12:04.180 and Freedoms, the Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights, the Nuremberg Code, and the
00:12:10.260 medical and legal ethic of informed consent. The Nuremberg Code of 1947 was created at the end of the
00:12:17.620 Second World War to protect citizens from experimental medical procedures and to limit the medical
00:12:23.540 power of federal governments. Now, in 2021, we are dealing with a similar crisis in the form of the new
00:12:31.220 experimental COVID injections. The Nuremberg Code stipulates that consent must be voluntary. Telling
00:12:38.820 someone they are required to take the COVID injections or else they will lose their job, not be permitted to go to
00:12:45.220 school or not be allowed to travel is coercion, not voluntary consent. Forcing medical tests and or
00:12:53.220 procedures goes against every known law, including the Nuremberg Code, and must be fought against, because
00:13:00.180 without medical freedom, we have no freedom at all. Action for Canada is developing chapters across Canada
00:13:08.420 to help get citizens connected and in order to share all the resources we have. We believe there is
00:13:15.140 strength in numbers and by building chapters across our nation, we can mobilize an incredible army of
00:13:20.980 like-minded people who are there to protect our inalienable, God-given rights. If you're interested in
00:13:28.020 starting an Action for Canada chapter in your area and you're already registered as a volunteer, email us at
00:13:35.300 call to at actionforcanada.com and let us know. If you're not yet registered with us, you can register
00:13:42.660 as a volunteer and click on chapter leader as your area of interest and we'll follow up with you. Your
00:13:48.980 contact information will be kept private and will not be shared with anyone. I should mention as well
00:13:54.900 that we've had a huge increase in people wanting to volunteer with Action for Canada, so there may be a bit
00:14:00.660 of a wait as we process all of the registrations. We are also on Instagram, liberty.com, TikTok, Gab,
00:14:09.300 Facebook, YouTube, and Rumble. There is power in numbers, so please join us today so you can share
00:14:15.540 the incredible Action for Canada resources with others. Action for Canada, along with liberty.com,
00:14:22.660 has created a platform to document vax injury stories to ensure that these stories are not censored or erased.
00:14:29.380 If you have been injured or if you know of someone who has died due to the COVID experimental
00:14:35.060 injection, then please share your story. By sharing your story, lives can be saved and injuries can be
00:14:41.780 prevented. Please be sure to invite your friends to join us every Wednesday evening for the Zoom meeting.
00:14:48.740 The orientation and introduction to the Action for Canada website begins at 5 45 and the main meeting
00:14:54.980 starts at 6 pm Pacific time. You must pre-register for each weekly Zoom meeting. As each day goes by,
00:15:02.980 it's becoming more and more apparent to Canadians in every sector of society that the unlawful shutdowns
00:15:09.140 have nothing to do with a so-called pandemic, but everything to do with government control and the
00:15:14.660 taking away of our constitutional rights and freedoms. We're so thankful that you're standing in unity with
00:15:20.660 Action for Canada and taking steps to educate and protect your family, friends, neighbors and community.
00:15:27.780 Be sure to sign up to receive our informational emails and check out the Action for Canada website
00:15:33.140 regularly as it is constantly being updated and improved. Thank you for joining me today and giving
00:15:39.860 me this opportunity to share a bit of what Action for Canada is all about. God bless you all.
00:15:49.860 Always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the oppressed. Silence encourages the tormentor,
00:15:57.940 never the tormentor, the tormented.
