obligations, and responsibilities. However, we now find ourselves in the very remarkable position

in jeopardy and are being eroded by the various levels of government that are supposed to be

protecting us. It turns out that when the COVID-19 lockdown measures commenced across Canada in March

of 2020, small businesses all across our nation ended up getting targeted. Even now, small business owners

continue to be assaulted by the unlawful provincial measures, and owners are at risk of closure and

potential civil litigation. Because of all the confusion and uncertainty, Action for Canada created the

business campaign and asked for volunteers to educate the business owners in their communities.

For example, many Canadians still do not know that by enforcing masks, social distancing, hand
