00:00:00.000 Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians and
00:00:08.080 uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation.
00:00:14.400 Through call to action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action.
00:00:19.020 We are committed to protecting faith, family and freedom.
00:00:23.800 Many Canadians still do not know that by enforcing masks, social distancing, hand sanitizers,
00:00:29.920 mandatory vaccinations and vaccine passports, our Canadian Constitution and the Charter of
00:00:35.800 Rights and Freedoms are being violated.
00:00:38.600 We all have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, to be assured of personal
00:00:44.080 privacy, safety and security of the person and to not be discriminated against or bullied.
00:00:51.680 There are no provisions in any orders of any health minister, doctor or provincial legislation
00:00:57.560 that can override the Charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights.
00:01:03.800 The lockdowns and mask mandates are very unpopular with Canadians, even though all levels of government
00:01:09.580 and many businesses continue to push mask use.
00:01:13.600 The expert opinions of doctors and scientists, as well as numerous peer-reviewed studies, report
00:01:19.760 that masks are ineffective in protecting people against so-called COVID-19.
00:01:25.480 And studies have proven that aerosol particles are too minute to be blocked and can easily
00:01:31.000 penetrate through and around every model of mask.
00:01:35.800 Forced masking is a psychological tool and is being used to create compliance.
00:01:41.320 It diminishes our individuality, our authority and our personal strength.
00:01:46.760 Remember, you are not required to take a COVID test, wear a mask, provide a doctor's note
00:01:53.940 or show proof of vaccination to anyone at any time, as that is your personal medical information
00:02:00.540 between you and your doctor and to ask for it is a violation of the Federal Privacy Act.
00:02:07.000 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and be aware of any changes that are occurring
00:02:13.180 at all levels of government in our ongoing effort to protect our rights and freedoms.
00:02:18.680 We've seen how compliance to the unlawful mask mandates across our nation has created a segment
00:02:24.360 of the population who now lives in fear, bows to unlawful and unscientific government mandates,
00:02:30.920 and does the government's bidding without question.
00:02:34.200 This fear is paving the way for uninformed citizens to accept, and then demand, mandatory vaccinations,
00:02:41.380 vaccine passports, and other unconstitutional orders.
00:02:46.140 Please understand that we still have all our rights and freedoms in Canada, but it's vital
00:02:50.860 that we educate ourselves and take a very powerful stand so that we don't lose them.
00:02:56.680 We must unite and resist this tyranny and let everyone know that we do not comply.
00:03:04.160 Keep in mind that the Federal Emergency Act Preamble states clearly that emergency orders cannot
00:03:10.300 and do not supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:03:15.980 Please understand that as Canadians, we have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect
00:03:21.420 your rights, then you must take action.
00:03:24.700 In an effort to assist you, we have created various Notices of Liability which will empower
00:03:30.460 you to protect you and your loved ones from our out-of-control government.
00:03:35.420 With these notices, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:03:43.400 The Notice of Liability against Forced COVID Testing has been created in regards to any COVID-19
00:03:50.020 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including children, by
00:03:56.780 the government or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:04:01.740 Please understand, you have the right to refuse COVID testing.
00:04:06.780 It is an indictable offense to force anyone to take a DNA-RNA test or to deny any service, employment,
00:04:19.280 or education opportunity to anyone who refuses to take such a test.
00:04:24.540 It is prohibited for any person to require an individual to undergo genetic tests as a condition of A, providing goods or services to that individual,
00:04:35.040 B, entering into or continuing a contract or agreement with that individual, C, offering or continuing specific terms or conditions in a contract or agreement with that individual.
00:04:49.800 The punishment is a fine up to $1 million or imprisonment for up to 5 years or both.
00:04:58.300 The Notice of Liability against Forced COVID Testing will protect you and your family's guaranteed inalienable right to bodily autonomy.
00:05:07.300 Keep in mind that no order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, or visit your loved ones.
00:05:16.300 It cannot force you to have anything to stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:05:22.800 If you want to keep your rights and freedoms, then you must not concede, comply, or give in to this tyranny.
00:05:30.800 The Notice of Liability for Businesses is for business owners who choose to remain open and defy the unlawful orders,
00:05:39.800 and are then visited by a government representative such as public health officials, by-law officers, or the police.
00:05:46.300 With this Notice of Liability, any measures taken by a government authority to force you to comply to unlawful measures by means of instigating confrontation,
00:05:57.800 threatening to remove you, harassing you in an attempt to demean, humiliate, or coerce you into complying,
00:06:05.800 attempting to seize you or your property, or issuing fines and or charges will be met with a human rights complaint, civil litigation, and or potential criminal charges.
00:06:18.300 By serving this Notice of Liability, you will be holding the government authority personally culpable for the financial injury and or loss of your personal and business income,
00:06:29.300 and that of your employees, and for any interference in your ability to provide food and shelter for your family.
00:06:38.800 We also have a Notice of Liability for workers to give to their employers.
00:06:43.800 Employers are not medical professionals, and therefore, they are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist employees submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:06:58.800 Employers need to be notified that they will be held personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of personal income if they choose to use coercion or discrimination against you,
00:07:11.300 based on your decision to not participate in the vaccine program.
00:07:16.300 The Notice of Liability for Elected Officials informs the elected officials in your community that they have absolutely no authority or jurisdiction
00:07:26.300 to authorize or prescribe medical treatments, and that they must cease and desist.
00:07:31.800 If they choose to continue, this Notice of Liability will hold them personally, civilly, and criminally liable for any injuries or deaths that may occur as a result of recommending, encouraging, advertising,
00:07:44.800 mandating, facilitating, incentivizing, coercing, or administering these experimental injections to members of the public, including minors.
00:07:56.800 Medical professionals are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist the public, including minors, submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:08:09.800 It's a further violation for medical personnel to refuse care to anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated.
00:08:16.800 The Federal Emergency Act was never invoked.
00:08:19.800 The provincial orders were passed unlawfully and, therefore, the experimental injection should never have been approved for use on the public.
00:08:29.800 Tens of thousands of deaths are being reported from taking the jab.
00:08:34.800 The usual protocol is that if a vaccine causes 50 deaths, it is immediately pulled from the market.
00:08:40.800 The government, health officers, and the media have been completely silent in reporting the severe reactions, including death, and instead are continuing to promote the so-called vaccine.
00:08:52.800 Therefore, notify anyone administering this experimental shot today that they are on notice that they will be held personally liable for any death, injury, and or loss of personal income as a result of their participation in giving this shot.
00:09:11.800 Also, on our website is our Canada-wide formal notice of liability and non-consent exemption for students.
00:09:18.800 With this notice, you will be notifying your child's school officials that your child will no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the experimental injection.
00:09:30.800 There are four PDFs to choose from. One is for parents who currently have a child in the education system.
00:09:37.800 Another is for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school, but who are equally interested in stopping the experimentation of our children.
00:09:46.800 The third is for post-secondary students to give to the educational institution they are attending in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:09:56.800 And the fourth is for elected officials who are involved in children's care.
00:10:01.800 There is no expiration date on the notices of liability, and they apply and are in full force and effect throughout the entire 2021-2022 school season and beyond.
00:10:13.800 Please, take action by sending the NOL to teachers, principals, teachers' unions, ministers of education, school board trustees, district superintendents, mayors, etc.
00:10:26.800 The notice of liability to give to minor sports and performing arts personnel is intended for personnel who are involved in minor sports and the arts.
00:10:35.800 Keep in mind that these people are not medical professionals and therefore are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist minors submit to any vaccine, including the experimental injection for COVID-19.
00:10:52.800 This notice allows you to take action and inform all individuals who oversee minor sports and performing arts that they must cease and desist, and they will be held personally, civilly, and criminally liable.
00:11:07.800 Private businesses cannot legally ask to see your VAX passport.
00:11:12.800 According to top constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati, both government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations.
00:11:21.800 You have the guaranteed right to life, liberty, and security of the person, including the right to access services without discrimination or hardship.
00:11:31.800 Anyone interfering with these rights are violating the law, and they are in direct violation of the Canadian Constitution, the Coronation Oath, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
00:11:47.800 There are no provisions in any orders of any health minister, doctor, or provincial legislation that can override the Charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights.
00:11:59.800 It's important that you serve the Notice of Liability correctly.
00:12:03.800 Be sure to have at least two copies of the appropriate Notice of Liability on hand.
00:12:09.800 You'll probably want to have extra copies as well, just in case you need to serve others who are infringing on your rights and freedoms.
00:12:17.800 Fill in both copies with the name of the person you are serving, one notice per person.
00:12:23.800 Sign and date the bottom.
00:12:25.800 Keep one copy for yourself and either deliver personally or send by registered mail.
00:12:31.800 A Notice of Liability only needs to be served once to a recipient, not three times.
00:12:38.800 You do not need a notary or the person you are serving to sign it, just you.
00:12:43.800 For parents, do not give the NOL to your child to serve.
00:12:48.800 We do not suggest or recommend that you email the Notices of Liability.
00:12:53.800 To serve a document personally, you or someone acting on your behalf will simply hand the document to the defendant or other party.
00:13:02.800 If the person refuses to take it, you can drop it on the floor at their feet.
00:13:07.800 This applies throughout Canada.
00:13:10.800 You do not need a lawyer to serve a Notice of Liability.
00:13:14.800 Keep a photocopy of the notice for your records and take a photo with your phone.
00:13:21.800 Keep copies of everything, including dates, times, videos, all documents as well as your personal notes of what happened.
00:13:29.800 Have someone record you as you give the Notice of Liability.
00:13:33.800 The Notice of Liability and the video recording will serve as evidence that you fully advised the person that they were in violation of your rights and the law.
00:13:43.800 By serving the Notices of Liability, you are making a powerful statement which, in turn, could empower others to take a stand and no longer comply with unlawful orders.
00:13:54.800 In fact, you will be empowering other people to advise any government representative that they will not do the dirty work for the government or be forced to comply with unlawful orders that violate individuals' rights and put them at risk of liability.
00:14:10.800 The NOLs are having a powerful impact.
00:14:14.800 In response, the governments, unions, and media are trying to discount their effectiveness.
00:14:20.800 Do not listen to them.
00:14:22.800 They are lying in an effort to push their agenda.
00:14:25.800 Action for Canada is developing chapters across Canada to help get citizens connected in order to share all the resources we have.
00:14:35.800 We believe there is strength in numbers and by building chapters across our nation, we can mobilize an incredible army of like-minded people who will work together to protect our inalienable, God-given rights.

00:15:46.800 We are not-for-profit and rely solely on the contributions of our donors to support the work we are doing.
00:15:53.800 As we stand together, we can make an impact on the future of Canada and the security of our children and grandchildren.
00:16:01.800 The unlawful shutdowns have nothing to do with the so-called pandemic, but everything to do with government control as they attempt to take away our constitutional rights and freedoms, and we hope that this presentation will empower you to take a stand.
00:16:18.800 We encourage you to visit the Action for Canada website as often as you can, and immerse yourself and become familiar with your constitutional rights and the valuable documents that are available to you.
00:16:31.800 Be sure to sign up to receive the informational emails and the calls to action, and to connect with the chapter near you.
00:16:38.800 Get your friends to sign up as well, and to attend the weekly Empower Hour presentations.
00:16:43.800 The fight to protect our rights and freedoms is huge, and for those who have been damaged by the experimental mRNA injection, it's a matter of life and death.
00:16:54.800 Some of you are on the front lines of this battle.
00:16:57.800 Your livelihoods are threatened, and you're feeling extreme pressure to give in to the government's demands.
00:17:03.800 Stand strong, and do not give in.
00:17:06.800 Here at Action for Canada, we believe that if we stand strong and are united, we can work together to topple this evil regime.
00:17:15.800 There is strength in numbers, and our voices will be heard.
00:17:19.800 God bless you, and God bless Canada.
00:17:24.800 God bless you.
