00:00:00.000 Good evening, everyone, and thank you so much for joining us today. It's Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021.
00:00:09.000 My name is Heather Fournier, and on behalf of everyone here at Action for Canada, I'd like to welcome you to tonight's orientation.
00:00:16.000 The presentation you'll be listening to will introduce you to the valuable and powerful information on the Action for Canada website,
00:00:23.000 such as your rights and freedoms as Canadian citizens and the various notices of liability we offer.
00:00:30.000 Action for Canada's founder, Tanya Gough, will open the Empower Hour at 6pm with some encouraging stories.
00:00:37.000 She'll be joined by our special guest speaker this evening, Dr. Charles Hoff.
00:00:42.000 Dr. Hoff's presentation will be followed by a question and answer period, so be sure to stay tuned for that.
00:00:49.000 Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians
00:00:55.000 and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation.
00:01:01.000 Through call to action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action.
00:01:06.000 We are committed to protecting faith, family, and freedom.
00:01:11.000 According to the Canadian Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
00:01:15.000 the Coronation Oath, the Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act,
00:01:20.000 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, our freedoms are being violated by the government
00:01:25.000 as they enforce masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing, mandatory vaccination, and vaccine passports.
00:01:33.000 There are no provisions in any order of any health minister, doctor, or any provincial legislation
00:01:39.000 that can override the Charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights.
00:01:44.000 Please keep in mind that here in Canada, the Federal Emergency Act was never invoked,
00:01:49.000 the provincial orders were passed unlawfully, and the experimental injection should never have been approved for use on the public.
00:01:57.000 The Federal Emergency Act preamble states clearly that emergency orders cannot and do not supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
00:02:06.000 and the Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:02:08.000 We advise that the so-called COVID-19 vaccine is experimental and that the trials don't conclude until 2023.
00:02:17.000 By consenting to get the COVID injection, citizens have become a part of the ongoing clinical experiment.
00:02:24.000 As citizens of Canada, we have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, to be assured of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person,
00:02:35.000 and to not be discriminated against or bullied.
00:02:39.000 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and to be aware of all changes that are occurring at every level of government
00:02:47.000 in our ongoing effort to protect our rights and freedoms.
00:02:51.000 We're seeing how compliance to the unlawful mask mandates across our nation has created a segment of the population who now lives in fear,
00:03:00.000 bows to unlawful and unscientific government mandates, and does the government's bidding without question.
00:03:06.000 This fear is paving the way for uninformed citizens to accept and then demand mandatory vaccinations, vaccine passports, and other unconstitutional orders.
00:03:18.000 Please understand that we still have all our rights and freedoms in Canada, but it's vital that we educate ourselves and take a very powerful stand.
00:03:28.000 We must unite and resist this tyranny and let everyone know that we do not comply.
00:03:35.000 Vaccination is voluntary in Canada. Even if the government attempts to mandate it, there is no law, nor can there be, as it is a violation of human rights and international agreements.
00:03:50.000 Remember, you are not required to take a COVID test, wear a mask, provide a doctor's note, or show proof of vaccination to anyone at any time,
00:04:00.000 as that is your personal medical information between you and your doctor, and to ask for it is a violation of the Privacy Act.
00:04:09.000 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:04:17.000 In an effort to assist you, we have created various notices of liability which will empower you to protect you and your loved ones from an out-of-control government.
00:04:28.000 With these notices, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:04:34.000 When you serve someone a notice of liability, you are holding that individual personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of your personal and business income,
00:04:45.000 and for any interference in your ability to provide food and shelter for your family.
00:04:51.000 If someone chooses to use coercion or discrimination against you, based on your decision to not participate in the experimental COVID-19 vaccine program,
00:05:01.000 then the notice of liability will hold them personally, civilly, and criminally liable for any injuries or death
00:05:08.000 that may occur as a result of recommending, encouraging, advertising, mandating, facilitating, incentivizing, coercing, or administering these experimental injections to members of the public, including minors.
00:05:23.000 Keep in mind that people are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist you take any vaccine.
00:05:32.000 The notices of liability are having a powerful impact. In response, the government, the unions, and mainstream media are trying to discount their effectiveness.
00:05:44.000 Do not listen to them. They are lying in an effort to push their agenda.
00:05:51.000 The notice of liability against forced COVID testing has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including children,
00:06:04.000 by the government or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:06:09.000 Please understand you have the right to refuse COVID testing.
00:06:13.000 Based on the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act, Bill S-201, it is an indictable offense to force anyone to take a DNA, RNA test, or to deny any service, employment, or education opportunity to anyone who refuses to take such a test.
00:06:30.000 It is prohibited for any person to require an individual to undergo a genetic test as a condition of
00:06:37.000 A, providing goods or services to that individual, B, entering or continuing a contract or agreement with that individual, or C, offering or continuing specific terms or conditions in a contract or agreement with that individual.
00:06:53.000 The punishment is a fine of up to $1 million or imprisonment for up to five years or both.
00:07:00.000 No order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, or visit your loved ones.
00:07:07.000 It cannot force you to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:07:14.000 New to the Action for Canada website is the notice of liability to give to union representatives.
00:07:21.000 Union reps are in serious breach of the employee collective agreements when they pressure or coerce union members to comply with any medical treatment, including wearing masks, COVID testing, or submitting to any vaccine.
00:07:36.000 The union's responsibility and obligation is towards employment security and the health and welfare of its individual and collective membership. Members should accept nothing less.
00:07:50.000 The notice of liability for businesses is for business owners who choose to remain open and defy the unlawful orders and are then visited by a government representative, such as public health officials, by law officers, or the police.
00:08:05.000 With this notice of liability, any measures taken by a government authority to force you to comply to unlawful orders by means of instigating confrontation, threatening to remove you, harassing you in an attempt to demean, humiliate, or coerce you into complying, attempting to seize you or your property, or issuing fines and or charges will be met with a human rights complaint, civil litigation, and or potential criminal charges.
00:08:34.000 We also have a notice of liability for workers to give to their employers.
00:08:39.000 According to top constitutional lawyer, both government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations on their employees.
00:08:49.000 Mandatory vaccination in all employment contexts would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable.
00:08:58.000 Employers are not medical professionals and therefore they are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist employees submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:09:14.000 The notice of liability for elected officials.
00:09:16.000 The notice of liability for elected officials informs the elected officials in your community that they have absolutely no authority or jurisdiction to authorize or prescribe medical treatments and that they must cease and desist.
00:09:30.000 Medical professionals are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist the public, including minors, submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:09:42.000 It's a further violation for medical personnel to refuse care to anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated.
00:09:51.000 Tens of thousands of deaths are being reported from taking the experimental injection.
00:09:56.000 The usual protocol is that if a vaccine causes 50 deaths, it's immediately pulled from the market.
00:10:03.000 The government, health officers, and mainstream media have been completely silent in reporting the severe reactions, including death, and instead are continuing to promote the so-called vaccine.
00:10:17.000 Therefore, notify anyone administering this experimental shot today that they are on notice and will be held personally liable for any death, injury, and or loss of personal income as a result of their participation in giving the shot.
00:10:34.000 Also on our website is our Canada-wide formal notice of liability and non-consent exemption for students.
00:10:41.000 With this notice, you will be notifying your child's school officials that your child will no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the experimental COVID injection.
00:10:54.000 There are four PDFs to choose from. One is for parents who currently have a child in the education system.
00:11:01.000 Another is for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school, but who are equally interested in stopping the experimentation of our children.
00:11:10.000 The third is for post-secondary students to give to the educational institution they're attending in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:11:20.000 And the fourth is for elected officials who are involved in children's care.
00:11:25.000 There is no expiration date on the notices of liability, and they apply and are in full force and effect throughout the entire 2021-2022 school season and beyond.
00:11:37.000 Please take action by sending the notice of liability to teachers, principals, teachers unions, ministers of education, school board trustees, district superintendents, etc.
00:11:50.000 The minor sports and performing arts notice of liability allows you to take action and inform all individuals who oversee minor sports and performing arts that they must cease and assist, and they will be held personally, civilly and criminally liable if they continue to prescribe, recommend, coerce or insist your children submit to the experimental COVID injection.
00:12:15.000 Private stores.
00:12:16.000 Private stores and businesses cannot legally ask to see your VAX passport.
00:12:21.000 You have the guaranteed right to life, liberty and security of the person, including the right to access services without discrimination or hardship.
00:12:30.000 By attempting to impose a vaccine on patrons in exchange for services, business owners are infringing on guaranteed human rights and are putting themselves personally at risk of lawsuits.
00:12:45.000 When you serve the notice of liability, be sure to have at least two copies of the appropriate notice of liability on hand.
00:12:52.000 You'll probably want to have extra copies as well, just in case you need to serve others who are infringing on your rights and freedoms.
00:13:00.000 Fill in both copies with the name of the person you're serving, one notice per person.
00:13:05.000 Sign and date the bottom.
00:13:07.000 Keep one copy for yourself and either deliver it personally or send it by registered mail.
00:13:13.000 You do not need a notary or the person you are serving to sign it, just you.
00:13:18.000 For parents, do not give the notice of liability to your minor child to serve.
00:13:23.000 We do not recommend that you email the notice of liability.
00:13:27.000 To serve the document personally, you or someone acting on your behalf will simply hand the document to the other party.
00:13:35.000 If the person refuses to take it, you can drop it on the floor at their feet.
00:13:41.000 This applies throughout Canada.
00:13:43.000 You do not need a lawyer to serve a notice of liability.
00:13:47.000 Keep a photocopy of the notice for your records and take a photo with your phone.
00:13:54.000 Keep copies of everything, including dates, times, videos, all documents, as well as your personal notes of what happened.
00:14:02.000 Have someone record you as you give the notice of liability.
00:14:06.000 The notice of liability and the video recording will serve as evidence that you fully advise the person that they were in violation of your rights and the law.
00:14:16.000 By serving the notices of liability, you're making a powerful statement, which in turn could empower others to take a stand to no longer comply with unlawful orders or do the government's dirty work.
00:14:31.000 Also new to the Action for Canada website is the Advanced Medical Directive.
00:14:36.000 If you're concerned about the possibility of going to the hospital as a result of an emergency and being given the COVID-19 injection without your consent, then be sure to sign this directive and attach it to your medical card.
00:14:49.000 This directive clearly states your non consent to any COVID-19 protocols and has been designed in such a way that it covers your personal details on your care card.
00:14:59.000 It should be taped to your care card to keep it secure and also as further proof that it has been seen by the medical professionals as they will have to remove it to get your care card number.
00:15:12.000 Action for Canada is developing chapters all across Canada to help get people connected and in order to share all the resources we have.
00:15:21.000 We believe there is strength in numbers and by building chapters across our nation, we can mobilize an incredible army of like minded people who will work together to protect our inalienable God given rights.
00:15:34.000 We've had a huge increase in people wanting to volunteer with action for Canada, so be advised that there may be a bit of a wait as we process all the registrations and thank you for your patience.
00:15:45.000 Be sure to go to our website and see if there's a chapter near you.
00:15:49.000 Thank you so much for your continued financial support.
00:15:53.000 Any amount helps and your donations enable us to work to protect your rights and freedoms through providing effective resources, legal actions, training and more.
00:16:03.000 We are not for profit and rely solely on the contributions of our donors to support the work we're doing.
00:16:11.000 It's very clear that the unlawful shutdowns mask mandates and vaccine passports have nothing to do with the so called pandemic, but everything to do with government control.
00:16:21.000 We're in a war fighting to protect our constitutional rights and freedoms, and we hope this presentation will empower you to take a stand.
00:16:30.000 Please sign up to receive our informational emails and be sure to visit the Action for Canada website as often as you can.
00:16:37.000 This presentation is just a sampling of the many valuable documents available for you and your loved ones, your friends and your community to use.
00:16:46.000 Stand strong, have courage and let your voice be heard. God bless you and God bless Canada.
00:16:53.000 God bless you and God bless Canada.
