00:00:00.000 And now for our presentation.
00:00:06.380 Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation.
00:00:16.980 Through a call to action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action.
00:00:21.420 We are committed to protecting faith, family, and freedom.
00:00:24.520 According to the Canadian Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Coronation Oath, the Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, our freedoms are being violated by the government as they enforce masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing, mandatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports.
00:00:46.560 There are no provisions in any order of any health minister, doctor, or any provincial legislations that can override the Charter or other pre-Charter constitutional rights.
00:00:59.260 Please keep in mind that here in Canada, the Federal Emergency Act was never invoked, the provincial orders were passed unlawfully, and the experimental injection should never have been approved for use on the public.
00:01:09.820 The Federal Emergency Act preamble states clearly that the emergency orders cannot and do not supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:01:20.220 Be advised that the so-called COVID-19 vaccine is experimental, and that the trials don't conclude until 2023.
00:01:28.460 By consenting to get the COVID injection, citizens have become a part of the ongoing clinical experiment.
00:01:34.800 As citizens of Canada, we have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, to be assured of the safety and security of the person, and to not be discriminated against or bullied.
00:01:51.200 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and be aware of all changes in our ongoing effort to protect our rights and freedoms.
00:02:01.520 We're seeing how compliance to the unlawful mask mandates across our nation has created a segment of the population who now lives in fear,
00:02:10.980 bows to unlawful and unscientific government mandates, and does the government's bidding without question.
00:02:17.560 This fear is paving the way for uninformed citizens to accept and then demand mandatory vaccinations, vaccine passports, and other unconstitutional orders.
00:02:28.360 Please understand that we still have all our rights and freedoms in Canada, but it's vital that we educate ourselves and take a very powerful stand.
00:02:38.020 We must stand together to resist this tyranny and to let everyone know that we do not comply.
00:02:45.980 Vaccination is voluntary in Canada.
00:02:48.980 Even if the government attempts to mandate it, there is no law, nor can there be, as it is a violation of human rights and international agreements.
00:02:58.360 Remember, you are not required to take a COVID test, wear a mask, provide a doctor's note, or show proof of vaccination to anyone at any time,
00:03:09.500 as that is your personal medical information between you and your doctor, and to ask for it is a violation of the Privacy Act.
00:03:17.220 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:03:25.560 In an effort to assist you, we have created various Notices of Liability, which will empower you to protect you and your loved ones from our out-of-control government.
00:03:35.700 With these notices, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:03:40.280 Action for Canada's Notices of Liability have been created to empower you to stand up against the unlawful mandates that our tyrannical government is attempting to force on Canadian citizens.
00:03:53.360 When you serve someone a Notice of Liability, you are holding that individual personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of your personal and business income,
00:04:04.260 and for any interference in your ability to provide food and shelter for your family.
00:04:08.960 If someone chooses to use coercion or discrimination against you, based on your decision to not participate in the experimental COVID-19 vaccine program,
00:04:18.440 then the Notice of Liability will hold them personally, civilly, and criminally liable for any injuries or deaths that may occur as a result of recommending, encouraging, advertising, mandating, facilitating, incentivizing, coercing,
00:04:33.460 or administering these experimental injections to members of the public to members of the public, including minors.
00:04:40.180 Keep in mind that people are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist you take any vaccine.
00:04:49.660 The Notices of Liability are having a powerful impact.
00:04:53.680 In response, the government, unions, and mainstream media are trying to discount their effectiveness.
00:04:59.240 The Notices of Liability against forced COVID testing has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens,
00:05:16.960 including children, by the government or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:05:22.320 Please understand, you have the right to refuse COVID testing.
00:05:27.820 You cannot be forced to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:05:36.200 The Notice of Liability for businesses is for business owners who choose to remain open and defy the unlawful orders,
00:05:43.580 and are then visited by a government representative, such as public health officials, by-law officers, or the police.
00:05:50.600 We also have a Notice of Liability for workers to give to their employers.
00:05:56.760 According to top constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati, both government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations on their employees.
00:06:06.620 Mandatory vaccination in all employment context would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable.
00:06:14.480 Union reps are in serious breach of the employee collective agreements when they pressure or coerce union members to comply with any medical treatment,
00:06:25.220 including wearing masks, COVID testing, or submitting to any vaccine.
00:06:30.740 The union's responsibility and obligation is towards employment security and the health and welfare of its individual and collective membership.
00:06:39.420 If your employer or union is disregarding the Notice of Liability, be sure to go to the Unionized Workers Unite page on our website to see how you can hold them personally liable for any loss of income or damages you suffer as a result of their actions.
00:06:56.700 Remember, you're not addressing them in their capacity as a union rep, but as a citizen who is committing an indictable offense.
00:07:04.220 We also invite you to join the support group we've created in response to the overwhelming number of workers who have requested help.
00:07:12.300 Unionized and non-union workers are all welcome to join.
00:07:17.000 The Notice of Liability for elected officials informs the elected officials in your community that they have absolutely no authority or jurisdiction to authorize or prescribe medical treatments and that they must cease and desist.
00:07:31.860 Medical professionals are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist the public, including minors, submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection.
00:07:46.200 It's a further violation for medical personnel to refuse care to anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated.
00:07:54.640 Tens of thousands of deaths are being reported worldwide as a result of taking the experimental injection.
00:08:00.620 The usual protocol is that if a vaccine causes 50 deaths, it's immediately pulled from the market.
00:08:08.120 The government, health officials, and mainstream media have been completely silent in reporting the severe reactions, including death, and instead are continuing to promote the so-called vaccine.
00:08:19.360 Therefore, notify anyone administering this experimental shot today that they are on notice and will be held personally liable for any death, injury, and or loss of personal income as a result of their participation in giving this shot.
00:08:34.840 Also, on our website is our Canada-wide formal notice of liability and non-consent exemption for students.
00:08:43.340 With these notices, you will be notifying your child's school officials that your child will no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the experimental COVID injection.
00:08:56.000 There are five PDFs to choose from.
00:08:58.780 One is for parents who currently have a child in the education system.
00:09:02.980 Another is for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school, but who are equally interested in stopping the experimentation of our children.
00:09:11.020 The third is for post-secondary students to give to the educational institution they are attending in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy.
00:09:20.280 The fourth is for elected officials who are involved in children's care.
00:09:24.320 And the fifth is for children involved in minor sports or performing arts.
00:09:28.720 There is no expiration dates on the notices of liability, and they apply and are in full force and effect through the entire 2021-2022 school season and beyond.
00:09:40.200 Please take action by sending the notices of liability to teacher, principals, teachers' unions, ministers of education, school board trustees, district superintendents, etc.
00:09:53.900 Private stores and businesses in your community cannot legally ask to see your vaccine passport.
00:10:00.380 You have the guaranteed right to life, liberty, and security of the person, including the right to access services without discrimination or hardship.
00:10:10.760 By attempting to impose a vaccine on patrons in exchange for services, business owners are infringing on guaranteed human rights and are putting themselves personally at risk of lawsuits.
00:10:22.640 When you serve the notice of liability, be sure to have at least two copies of the appropriate notice of liability on hand.
00:10:32.380 You'll probably want to have extra copies as well, just in case you need to serve others who are infringing on your rights and freedoms.
00:10:39.820 Fill in both copies with the name of the person you're serving, one notice per person.
00:10:45.260 Sign and date the bottom.
00:10:46.620 Keep one copy for yourself and either deliver it personally or send it by registered mail.
00:10:53.060 You do not need a notary or the person you are serving to sign it, just you.
00:10:58.660 For parents, do not give the notice of liability to your minor child to serve.
00:11:03.720 We do not recommend that you email the notice of liability.
00:11:07.700 To serve the document personally, you or someone acting on your behalf will simply hand the document to the other person.
00:11:14.300 If the person refuses to take it, you can drop it on the floor at their feet.
00:11:19.900 And this applies throughout Canada.
00:11:22.120 You do not need a lawyer to serve a notice of liability.
00:11:26.860 Keep a photocopy of the notice for your records and take a photo of it with your phone.
00:11:32.060 Keep copies of everything, including dates, times, videos, all documents, as well as your personal notes of what happened.
00:11:39.400 Have someone film your interaction on their phone or camera when you give the notice of liability.
00:11:45.580 The notice of liability and the video recording will serve as evidence that you fully advised the person that they were in violation of your rights and the law.
00:11:56.000 By serving the notices of liability, you are making a powerful statement,
00:11:59.980 which in turn could empower others to take a stand to no longer comply with the unlawful orders or do the government's dirty work.
00:12:09.880 Also new to the Action for Canada website is the Advanced Medical Directive.
00:12:14.400 If you're concerned about the possibility of going to the hospital as a result of an emergency
00:12:20.420 and being given the COVID-19 injection without your consent,
00:12:24.920 then be sure to sign this directive and attach it to your medical card.
00:12:28.900 This directive clearly states your non-consent to any COVID-19 protocols
00:12:34.780 and has been designed in such a way that it covers your personal details on your care card.
00:12:40.960 It should be taped to your card to keep it secure and also as further proof
00:12:45.880 that it has been seen by the medical professionals as they will have to remove it to get your care card number.
00:12:53.380 In Canada, we do not have provincial borders.
00:12:56.620 They are provincial boundaries.
00:12:59.520 Every citizen has the right to freely move to and take up residence in any province.
00:13:05.960 And every Canadian citizen has the right to freely pursue employment in any province.
00:13:11.580 As well, every Canadian citizen has the right to freely enter, remain in, and leave Canada.
00:13:18.240 Do not let anyone deceive you into thinking you cannot freely travel from one province to the other.
00:13:23.840 Action for Canada is developing chapters across Canada to help get people connected.
00:13:30.940 And in order to share all the resources we have, we believe there is strength in numbers.
00:13:36.100 And by building chapters across our nation, we can mobilize an incredible army of like-minded people
00:13:42.180 who will work together to protect our inalienable, God-given rights.
00:13:46.300 We've had a huge increase in people wanting to volunteer with Action for Canada.
00:13:51.060 So be advised that there may be a bit of a wait as we process all the registrations.
00:13:56.040 And thank you for your patience.
00:13:57.820 Be sure to go to our website to see if there's a chapter near you.
00:14:02.060 Thank you so much for your financial contributions.
00:14:05.300 We are not-for-profit and rely solely on the donations of people who share our concerns
00:14:12.640 and support with the work we're doing.
00:14:15.040 Any amount helps, and your donations enable us to provide effective resources,
00:14:19.620 legal actions, training, and more.
00:14:22.420 We realize that many of you are not able to help financially at this time,
00:14:26.760 and we totally understand that.
00:14:28.700 But we do have a favor to ask.
00:14:30.680 Please pray for us and consider becoming a volunteer with Action for Canada.
00:14:36.580 It's very clear that the unlawful shutdowns, mask mandates, and vaccine passports
00:14:42.040 have nothing to do with the so-called pandemic, but everything to do with government control.
00:14:47.780 We are in a war, but make no mistake, this is not a traditional war where guns are drawn
00:14:53.680 and bullets are fired.
00:14:55.280 In this war, we're standing on guard to protect the hearts and minds and souls
00:14:59.480 of ourselves and future generations.
00:15:02.680 In every war, there are heroes.
00:15:05.300 And my question to you is this.
00:15:06.980 Will you be a hero for the sake of your children, your grandchildren, your friends, your neighbors?
00:15:12.220 Will you take a stand right now for the rights and freedoms of all Canadians?
00:15:16.880 My dear friends, stand strong, have courage, and let your voice be heard.
00:15:22.220 God bless you, and God bless Canada.
00:15:29.480 God bless you.
00:15:49.040 God bless you.
