00:01:00.640 it was parents that needed assistance uh with their children uh even post-educational kids whatever it

00:01:06.760 was then the business owners uh what it ultimately ends up as i was thinking about it over christmas is

00:01:12.360 i need to spend more of my time writing and calling and coordinating because we have some great plans

00:01:17.340 moving into the new year and i really believe we we left last year on a really high note i'm going to

00:01:23.800 go over a couple of those wins and where we're at and uh you know basically it was coming down to i was

00:01:36.320 situation so i think it would be a better use of all of our time if we have one meeting and the other

00:01:54.700 not in a chapter if there's one not in your neighborhood i want you to consider being a leader

00:02:28.140 serving school board trustees within their community and possibly throughout the province if there's not

00:02:32.740 others doing it we're looking for business owners who would be willing to go and meet with their

00:02:37.300 mayor and city councillors and say like what are you doing and challenging them and serving them a

00:02:42.360 notice of liability and then we've got the workers unite a group who is unionized or non-unionized

00:02:49.360 workers who could effectively be coming together through chapters finding out that there may be

00:02:55.420 employed under the same union and then targeting their union and pressing criminal charges however it is i think

00:03:02.080 it's time to start bringing these community of people together and then business owners within a

00:03:07.200 chapter could find out that we don't want our kids to be in the public school system and there's a lot of

00:03:12.500 parents that are either both working or a single parent who's in a very difficult situation and if a

00:03:18.320 business owner or a church would open up their basement or a room where teachers who will not comply

00:03:24.360 with certain orders are completely worn out from all of the propaganda within the school would say i would

00:03:30.380 love to step up and help teach your children and then you know so that's why i'm saying there's

00:03:36.280 opportunities here for churches and businesses and parents and everybody to be working together and

00:03:40.600 within your community and so if this doesn't work out we'll go back to the zoom calls but i'm hoping

00:03:47.800 that it will and i want to let you know a little bit of our strategy moving forward because we've got all

00:03:53.460 the materials to do this right so i think what i'll do is i'm going to um pop in here to the screen

00:04:08.760 out of the way um over christmas we had the empower it just went so well we had wonderful

00:04:13.800 celebrations still on the empower hour so we're winning in ontario and we have again through a

00:04:20.040 chapter leader back in uh mid-november to early november he had started to serve the school board

00:04:25.520 trustees and the superintendents in uh his region in wentworth hamilton wentworth the notices of

00:04:32.540 liability and then prior to a vote that had taken place uh on on december 11th he had again on the

00:04:40.500 weekend emailed every single school board trustee as well as the superintendents and he had attached the

00:04:46.820 notices of liability that he had served them originally to remind them of of the fact that

00:04:53.160 they could be held personally liable not under the protection as a school trustee or superintendent but

00:04:58.540 personally liable because by interfering or by trying to force an experimental injection on somebody

00:05:04.880 if you're not a doctor and that's not your your actual patient you have no business you have no

00:05:10.800 business mandating vaccinations for anyone it's completely unlawful in canada anyways we're very

00:05:16.680 very very pleased that they had a vote on the uh monday night seven to three against mandating

00:05:23.620 vaccination for staff very pleased about that i say we're having a massive impact in saskatchewan

00:05:30.140 tony wells is one of our chapter leaders there so thrilled she's a powerhouse we have tanya in

00:05:35.520 saskatchewan as well some really really great chapter leaders and so she has been beating the pavement

00:05:41.040 all of these gals uh tanya and some uh parents have been really uh for five months ago at least the

00:05:48.660 beginning of summer they were already serving our notices of liability to teachers to principals to

00:05:53.880 superintendents and then a couple of months ago tony came on and she's been making a point to go after

00:06:00.580 businesses and and union leaders etc to the point where if you don't know who scott moe is scott moe is

00:06:08.040 the premier of saskatchewan and from several different mlas they reported that scott moe was talking about

00:06:15.140 action for canada and our notices of liability in the legislature so that's a big deal and what's scott

00:06:21.640 moe trying to do well they say they're going to make an amendment that would uh allow business owners

00:06:27.840 uh freedom from any liability if they're implementing these forcing these measures

00:06:32.760 on their staff or on citizens so it's a no-go i don't care what kind of amendment he makes if it's

00:06:39.040 not in line with the constitution and our charter rights it's not worth the paper it's written on

00:06:44.180 they've tried doing that in bc as well in response to our notices of liability and our response is the

00:06:49.760 same to them in new brunswick super thrilled to hear about what pastor ken and bonnie have been

00:06:57.540 doing there this is pastor ken and his wife bonnie and they became chapter leaders uh way back in

00:07:02.880 february of this year of 2021 so almost a year they've been chapter leaders and they did a pots

00:07:09.760 and pans rally outside the legislature i believe it was in november and to the point where they got

00:07:15.580 the legislature shut down the mlas had to come through this angry mob of people well they were

00:07:20.560 peaceful but you know their feelings were were being um known through the pots and pan rally of making a

00:07:26.540 whole lot of noise it was intimidating for the mlas because they've been sitting comfortably for two

00:07:31.560 years in their office not having to worry about an income but just supporting these unlawful measures

00:07:36.960 without speaking up against it and so uh these wonderful people have been really applying pressure

00:07:42.960 and as you may have heard in december i think december 4th the government of new brunswick had put an

00:07:49.760 order in place that uh you had to show a vax pass in order to buy groceries right is this communist china

00:07:57.800 i don't think so so they continued uh they've served all the notices liability there was going to be a huge

00:08:04.700 open market and they had coordinated that everybody that was going to try to go into the market would serve

00:08:10.880 notices of liability uh to the individuals running it and then peacefully go over to where the rally was taking place

00:08:18.080 but the day before it transpired and this is a great video to report on it the day before it transpired

00:08:24.080 they canceled they reversed uh the order saying that you had to show a vax pass in order to get groceries

00:08:30.460 so this is massive this is a big win this is great pushback and we just love our chapter leaders they're so

00:08:37.260 effective and they're working in line with uh the campaigns that we have and i just love talking about it

00:08:43.440 now another big huge success is because the notices of liability um and our teams that are in alberta

00:08:50.800 had been serving them to elected officials must have been doing a really good job of it as well

00:08:55.440 because a lot of mayors and city councils were being served so this organization this company here

00:09:00.960 rma insurance decided to send out an urgent bulletin you got to take i'm not i'm serious look

00:09:07.360 urgent bulletin urgent action for canada awareness and they were talking about how we were serving

00:09:14.000 people with the notice of liability and they wanted to say that we identify as a grassroots movement

00:09:20.160 but then they turned around and compared us to freedom on the land and sovereign society which are

00:09:26.840 organizations who do not believe we have a constitution or a charter of rights and the rule of law means

00:09:32.700 nothing as well you can see right here freeman on the land now i mean that is nothing and it doesn't

00:09:38.940 even compare to the principles that action for canada stands on which is to fully support our

00:09:43.720 constitution charter rights that's what we've been bellowing out for the last two years stop closing

00:09:48.760 your businesses because you have the absolute 100 right to be open stop masking your children

00:09:54.900 because you have the 100 right to breathe freely uh stop worrying about travel because you have the

00:10:01.160 ability to travel without it being interfered with these are all guaranteed rights so we very much

00:10:06.860 believe there's a constitution and a charter of rights and a rule of law that we all are living by

00:10:12.120 in canada and so then they try to also make it out that anybody serving the notice of liability could

00:10:18.460 be dangerous so if you feel a threat call law enforcement so i immediately once i found out about this

00:10:25.420 i sent them a cease and desist notice and paul mclaughlin is the president of the organization

00:10:32.120 and this was on a wednesday and on friday one of our chapter leaders who had met with the mayor in

00:10:37.380 her community had a very successful meeting the mayor ended up calling after she talked to the

00:10:42.820 address the mayor and city council within an hour he actually called her and they were going to set up a

00:10:48.040 meeting on friday and lo and behold he happened to know paul mclaughlin and was going to invite him

00:10:53.440 and i've been invited but once he received this letter his lawyers told him not to communicate

00:10:59.220 with me further so i'm still going to be following up on this because i think it's important that they

00:11:04.640 publicly retract their statements because they are libelous and defamatory and or i'll just take

00:11:11.020 legal action against him all right so then we finished up with the highlight but i'm not going to

00:11:17.860 talk about this i'm going to let priscilla come on priscilla why don't i i'm going to just click on the page

00:11:23.300 and um maybe i'll just bring it bring them up to date that uh you know most of you know about the

00:11:32.280 success of the the school board and the campaign i'll let uh priscilla talk about it but right before

00:11:38.620 christmas uh one of the school districts sent out a vaccination data collection notice trying to get

00:11:44.280 around having these votes and so we immediately dressed that and sent a notice out to them telling

00:11:50.080 them uh to cease and desist a very strongly worded letter to this superintendent kevin cardell and

00:11:56.620 then priscilla was amazing because then she took this letter made sure that kevin cardell was served

00:12:01.940 and then made sure all the superintendents in bc uh got this information because we knew they're

00:12:07.680 trying to take a slippery slope and go down another path and redirect uh so that they can set a

00:12:14.140 precedence uh for the 38 uh school boards that had not yet voted okay priscilla come on in i'm gonna

00:12:23.480 bring that page up actually yeah no it's it's it's a little bit personal for me because that's my school

00:12:30.420 district and uh they were the first to get served our notices of liability and they are like you said

00:12:38.200 they're very sneaky we got some insider information and heard that kevin cardell the superintendent was

00:12:46.380 planning to have the school district be the ship that turned this this whole thing around and they

00:12:53.440 were going to vote yes for the mandate but in the meantime before they did that they were going to make

00:12:58.860 it uh mandatory for the teachers to disclose their vaccination status so they were being very sneaky about

00:13:05.960 it um we found out about this and of course i told tanya and she said okay time for a new notice so we

00:13:14.020 sent kevin cardell that notice that tanya is showing you and we are waiting to see what happens i have

00:13:21.140 some more information that the teachers the staff refused to answer that survey so i mean they're not

00:13:28.620 supposed to be getting that information it's obvious that the province is asking the school boards to do

00:13:34.220 their dirty work and find out who's vaccinated and who's not so they can't get that information

00:13:40.060 they're not allowed to so we are pushing back and waiting to see what happens in the meantime we've

00:13:46.860 heard back from three other uh school boards so the qualicum school board 69 uh the cowichan school

00:13:55.120 district 79 and the victoria school board 61 have voted no so we're at the we're at a um we're at 25

00:14:03.600 out of 60 that have voted no so that's what maybe thousands of people's jobs that have been saved

00:14:10.080 tens of thousands tens of thousands of teachers and and that's not just teachers it's staff janitor

00:14:16.360 bus driver anybody that's within the school the school staff uh their jobs have been saved and we have

00:14:24.080 heard from numerous of numerous staff uh thanking action for canada for doing their part to fight to fight

00:14:32.000 for their for their jobs so um you know it's it's a success story in it in and of itself so happy to

00:14:39.180 be part of that we are trying to get this across all of canada um like you were mentioning there

00:15:04.140 and i love i love seeing those red i know it's so exciting you know we always we were kind of

00:15:11.980 joking but you know if you consider this sinister plan for the government uh you know jennifer whiteside

00:15:18.900 is the bc minister of education and she is a named as a defendant in action for canada statement a claim

00:15:25.820 that we filed in august 17th against the bc and federal government or august 16th and so she didn't

00:15:31.420 want to i don't think she wanted any more liability so she was putting it on the school boards and

00:15:36.460 telling them to be the ones to vote whether or not teachers should get vaccinated i mean you and i

00:15:41.840 could be a school board trustee right if we got voted in i'm not qualified as a medical professional

00:15:46.600 to be making this decision so i find it quite comical that they would try to well not comical but in a

00:15:52.480 way like how how absolutely absurd that they would try to take another avenue so between october 24th

00:15:59.460 and november 26th or 27th 22 out of 22 school boards had voted in all voted no so we're putting

00:16:06.720 these red voted no in bold on here and i imagine the government is you know taking a look at this

00:16:11.360 every time and getting an ulcer you know because they're not getting their way and all of a sudden

00:16:16.640 it went quiet for a couple of weeks and then it was through this uh inside source that we had who

00:16:22.360 ended up letting us know that the school board superintendent had sent out this um email demanding

00:16:29.820 that all school staff fill out this unlawful illegal uh data collection notice and basically it was

00:16:36.940 another back door saying oh you need to fill this out by january 4th so we're all helping each other

00:16:42.660 we're all in this together and then oh by the way you know if you don't uh fill it out or you don't

00:16:47.940 provide your information you could be put on unpaid leave and and so we're bringing this um information

00:16:53.840 to your awareness uh even though you you may be here as a business owner because you may have kids uh you

00:17:00.780 may have a wife and children and your wife may think you know what i want to get involved in this

00:17:05.680 and so whether you have a chapter in your district or not but you feel led to be part of this within

00:17:11.760 your province we want to invite you to reach out to priscilla because she's overseeing this so when

00:17:17.860 we did this in bc once we found out what bc was doing we immediately uh priscilla and i were talking

00:17:24.800 about or we got to get these notices of liability into the hands of every school trustee so they

00:17:29.000 understand what they're voting on and that they could be held personally liable and uh so we've got

00:17:34.160 this uh telegram page that's special and so uh priscilla put in a a request out there hey who wants to be

00:17:41.720 involved in this campaign 130 priscilla is that correct 150 yeah 150 people in bc stepped up

00:17:50.080 saying i'll do it in my community i'll do it in my community so we were getting them served like this

00:17:54.700 and where you know there was a bit of a list of trustees that didn't get it uh priscilla made sure

00:18:00.020 that she and her team in in cologne sat down we had our last notice of liability party and we served

00:20:19.740 of liability and they still put people on unpaid leave just so y'all know a um a business does not

00:20:29.480 have the right to put somebody on unpaid leave it is only up to an employee to request being put on

00:20:36.520 unpaid leave that's their decision if they for some reason need to have a break for six months maybe

00:20:42.140 there's a family situation they can go to their employer and say i'd like to be put on unpaid leave

00:20:47.080 but an employer cannot put them an unpaid leave it's not a thing and and so for all these nurses and

00:20:54.060 the threat of teachers and everybody being put on unpaid leave is ridiculous and so david has come on

00:29:18.520 with the notices of liability as well if you're being forced to take covet testing 100 unlawful

01:19:28.840 the point where she had served her personal manager and her personal manager all of a sudden went on

01:19:47.640 have the vaccination or she was going to be put on unpaid leave and so she was having a it was a phone

01:21:53.000 breathe with them on you know 10 or whatever hours a day they're doing their shift so it went before an

01:21:57.560 arbitrator bonnie henry from bc the health officer was an expert expert witness who swore before the

01:22:04.920 crown all right that masks do not work they're not effective and so for a period of time they did

01:22:12.360 testing of nurses who were around people coughing and with the flu with masks on and those without

01:22:18.280 masks and in the end the arbitrator ruled that masks were punitive discriminatory and meant to push

01:22:25.240 vaccination so that's 2015 and bonnie henry was the expert witness who swore under oath in december

01:22:32.680 on december 4th of 2019 in bc bonnie henry again ended up signing on behalf of the bc nurses saying that

01:22:42.200 they did not have to have a flu shot and if they weren't then they didn't have to mask and she said

01:22:48.840 it's punitive and discriminatory this is meant to force vaccination my friends and throughout last

01:38:56.840 children that committed suicide in surrey a firefighter reported it this is very serious i read a report

01:39:04.040 yesterday where girls uh 50 increase in suicide rates in girls this is very we're in a war for

01:40:13.400 of a school board trustees and they voted no to mandating vaccination for the teachers okay so that's

01:40:20.040 now and that's when we serve them okay we started seeing the result in bc a little more effectively

01:40:33.480 happens to be a dependent in our claim and so it gave us powerful pushback right away and we happen

01:42:51.800 comes back and says no under the bc health act under section 92 one i'm actually protected right

01:42:57.640 right um i'm immune from liability and so he dug in as we did with the school act and he found out

01:43:03.320 in section 92 whatever sections that she was acting in bad faith okay so that's an indictable

01:43:09.800 offense and he says no actually you've been acting in bad faith when you were demanding that i violate

01:43:15.400 the privacy rights of my customers and my staff you were acting in bad faith when you did this this

01:43:21.000 and this and he put it all in bullet point and that's what i've been going over with the business

01:44:05.400 want uh to have a freedom of information and i want you to show me exactly who it is that is allegedly

01:44:13.400 making these claims that i am not following the backs pass because if she as well is making these

01:44:19.960 statements saying oh you know people are complaining well she she is if she's lying one thing that's

01:44:25.480 going to be one and she needs to provide that freedom and information to prove who's making

01:44:29.960 these complaints and secondly she is promoting hate because she is trying to make it out that he

01:44:36.040 and the community doesn't care about his community as a business owner which is completely couldn't be

01:44:40.600 farther from the truth he's actually fighting for his rights by not complying and so then he can go back

01:44:45.720 to her and say i had suggested to him i said please let her know that you're possibly going to

01:44:50.760 charge her with libelous and defamatory statements and promoting hate if she's not

01:44:55.480 real careful so this is the procedure we're going through with business owners and so we're trying

01:50:12.040 i was pumping it out by province and so in this is bc we got nearly 9 000 signatures

01:50:19.000 and this is against terry mooring and she's horrible she's head of the teachers union here in bc

01:50:26.920 and so we asked us further that people would also email her and phone her and so we set this up in

01:50:33.800 every single province and every time a citizen go petition is signed the person that we have put in

01:50:42.040 as email which was jason shilling in in alberta he would get an email so in bc

01:50:48.920 she got this email 9 000 times nearly right and uh you know the pressure was on i would have

01:50:56.840 liked to seen it like all of these petitions for every single province and terry territory up to a

01:51:02.680 you know a hundred thousand so we have been working very diligently against the school board um

01:51:08.520 sorry against the unions against the school board trustees provincially and against the actual

01:51:13.560 ministers of education yeah and i guess i could resurrect these and uh we could get them going

01:51:20.200 again but yeah so where there was a point when we were targeting this over the masks and now it's

01:51:25.400 just a matter of parents got to step up yeah for sure and you have that for them so that's good i was

01:53:36.840 hockey after or access to essential or non-essential services so going into a clinic is an essential service

01:53:49.480 it's illegal for them to ask for any personal information showing that you're so-called

01:53:54.680 exempt i just said i can't wear a mask and they say well we'll need proof of that i say that's not

01:53:59.000 your right to do that so this is the form and it's very educational because it goes into the fact that there

01:54:12.520 nor pretend that any measures can override charter or other pre-charter constitutional rights

01:54:24.440 that is not in compliance with it is of no force or effect and uh so that's where we can say that

01:54:31.560 bylaws acts orders statutes anything anything like this need to absolutely 100 be in agreement with

01:54:41.880 the constitution or they're of no force or effect so when i had mentioned to you all earlier that an

01:54:47.080 environmental health officer came back and said oh no i'm protected under the bc health act if that

01:54:53.640 that health act the reason i knew that there was going to be a section in the health act where she

01:54:59.080 would be liable because it's not a free-for-all in canada we all have to uphold the law and so once

01:55:04.600 we started digging into the health act every health act has to ensure that it's upholding the

01:55:09.400 constitution or the health act is of no force or effect and that's why we could say under the

01:55:15.080 section where she was acting in bad faith same with the school act every provincial school act

01:55:20.440 is different but it all has to comply with the constitution so if they're telling you we're immune

01:55:26.440 from liability under your provincial health act or your provincial school act dig into it and you will

01:55:32.920 find the section where they are not protected and where we are all duty bound to uphold the law

01:55:38.520 every single canadian all right so this goes on to say that according to the public health agency of

01:55:43.960 canada canadian national report on immunization 1996 it says vaccines are not mandatory in canada and

01:55:51.080 they cannot be made mandatory because of the canadian constitution this hasn't this 1996 uh this has not

01:55:57.560 been amended this stands today all right and it says because of the canadian constitution which means

01:56:03.720 you're protected under the actual constitution you do not you cannot be forced to mandate uh and

01:56:09.880 take a vaccine then as i mentioned before the federal emergency act if it had been enacted it says that

01:56:16.840 the canadian charter of rights and bill of rights must be respected particularly uh respect to those
