Action4Canada - Action4Canada 2022 Orientation

00:00:00.000 Protect yourself, your job, and your children. Personal liability is a critical weapon in this

00:00:13.760 war against individual rights and freedoms. All Canadians have inalienable rights, and according 1.00

00:00:20.200 to the Canadian Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Coronation Oath, the Bill of

00:00:25.800 Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, our freedoms

00:00:32.020 are being violated by the government as they enforce masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing,

00:00:39.200 COVID testing, mandatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports. There are no provisions in any order of

00:00:47.260 any health minister, doctor, or any provincial legislation that can override the Charter or

00:00:54.180 other pre-charter constitutional rights. The so-called COVID vaccines are experimental and

00:01:01.440 should never have been approved for use on the public. These experimental trials don't conclude

00:01:08.760 until 2023. By consenting to get the COVID injection, citizens have become a part of the ongoing clinical

00:01:17.680 experiment. As citizens of Canada, we have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, to be assured

00:01:25.620 of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person, and to not be discriminated against or bullied.

00:01:33.640 No order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed rights. As a Canadian citizen, you have

00:01:40.460 the guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, and visit your family and friends. No one can force you

00:01:48.360 to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent. If you do not want to lose

00:01:56.060 your rights, then you must take action to protect them by holding those who are violating your rights

00:02:01.960 personally liable. In an effort to assist you, Action for Canada's Notices of Liability and Non-Consent

00:02:09.240 Forms have been created to protect you and to empower you to stand up against the unlawful mandates that

00:02:17.120 our tyrannical government is attempting to force on Canadian citizens. For more information, be sure to

00:02:24.400 go to the Action for Canada website.

00:02:26.740 All Canadians have inalienable rights, and if you want to protect your rights, then you must take 1.00

00:02:42.700 action. Vaccination is voluntary in Canada, and anyone, including employers or businesses, are unlawfully

00:02:50.820 practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist you take any vaccine.

00:02:58.700 Even if the government attempts to mandate it, there is no law, nor can there be, as it is a violation of human

00:03:06.500 rights and international agreements. If anyone attempts to coerce you or discriminates against you based on your

00:03:14.420 decision to not participate in the experimental COVID-19 vaccine program, then be sure to serve

00:03:20.500 them Action for Canada's Notice of Liability. The Notice of Liability will hold them personally, civilly,

00:03:28.100 and criminally liable for any injuries or deaths that may occur as a result of recommending, encouraging,

00:03:35.300 advertising, mandating, facilitating, incentivizing, coercing, or administering these experimental

00:03:43.620 injections to members of the public, including minors. The NOLs will also hold individuals

00:03:50.340 personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of your personal and business income,

00:03:56.260 and for any interference in your ability to provide food and shelter for your family. According to the

00:04:03.060 Genetic Non-Discrimination Act Bill S-201, it is an indictable offense to force anyone to take a DNA,

00:04:10.820 RNA test, or deny any service, employment, or education opportunity. If anyone is attempting to

00:04:18.020 force you to take a COVID test, you may wish to first warn them that they are committing a criminal

00:04:23.540 act. If they do not immediately change their position, serve them with the Notice of Liability

00:04:29.780 Against Forced COVID Testing. This NOL has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing forcibly

00:04:37.300 required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including children, by the government,

00:04:43.460 or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc. Any blood test, saliva test, nose or throat swab

00:04:51.460 cannot be administered without your 100% consent. These tests are illegal, pose a health hazard to humans

00:04:59.220 and pets, and have a negative impact on the environment. The mandate to undergo rapid testing

00:05:06.260 is a criminal offense and is in violation of the Privacy Act and the Criminal Code. Also posted on

00:05:13.700 the Action for Canada website is a template letter which refuses testing. It was successfully put into

00:05:20.180 practice by a city employee and resulted in continued employment without testing. Know your rights and refuse

00:05:28.420 to be tested today. The Notice of Liability for businesses is for business owners who choose to

00:05:34.340 remain open and defy the unlawful orders and are then visited by a government representative such as

00:05:40.820 public health officials, by-law officers, or the police. We also have a Notice of Liability for workers to

00:05:47.540 give to their employers. According to top constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati, both government and private

00:05:54.820 businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations on their employees. Mandatory vaccination in all

00:06:01.460 employment contexts would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable. Union reps are in serious

00:06:09.700 breach of the employee collective agreements when they pressure or coerce union members to comply with

00:06:15.380 any medical treatment, including wearing masks, COVID testing, or submitting to any vaccine.

00:06:21.700 The union's responsibility and obligation is towards employment security and the health and welfare of

00:06:28.820 its individual and collective membership. Remember, you are not addressing them in their capacity as a

00:06:35.780 union rep, but as a citizen who is committing an indictable offense. The Notice of Liability for

00:06:42.580 Elected Officials informs the elected officials in your community that they have absolutely no authority or

00:06:49.300 jurisdiction to authorize or prescribed medical treatments and that they must cease and desist.

00:06:56.180 Did you know that medical professionals are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing,

00:07:01.460 recommending, and or using coercion to insist that you submit to the experimental COVID-19 injection?

00:07:08.580 It's a further violation for medical personnel to refuse care to anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated.

00:07:15.220 Hundreds of thousands of deaths are being reported worldwide as a result of taking the experimental

00:07:22.100 injection. The government, health officials, and mainstream media have been completely silent

00:07:28.180 in reporting the severe reactions, including death, and instead are continuing to promote the so-called

00:07:34.740 vaccine. Therefore, notify anyone administering this experimental shot that they are on notice and will be

00:07:42.420 held personally liable for any death, injury, and or loss of personal income as a result of their

00:07:49.060 participation in giving this shot. Also on our website is our Canada-wide formal Notice of Liability and

00:07:56.580 Non-Consent Exemption for students. With these notices, you will be notifying your child's school officials

00:08:02.900 that your child will no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the

00:08:10.020 experimental COVID injection. We have an NOL for parents who currently have a minor child in the

00:08:16.500 education system, one for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school but who are equally interested

00:08:23.140 in stopping the experimentation of our children, one for post-secondary students to give to the

00:08:29.380 educational institution they're attending in order to protect their right to bodily autonomy, as well as one

00:08:36.500 for kids in sports and the performing arts. Take action by sending the notice of liability to

00:08:42.820 teachers, principals, teachers unions, ministers of education, school board trustees, district

00:08:48.980 superintendents, etc. Private stores and businesses in your community cannot legally ask to see a vaccine

00:08:56.340 passport. You have the guaranteed right to life, liberty, and security of the person, including the right to

00:09:03.860 access services without discrimination or hardship. By attempting to impose a vaccine on patrons in

00:09:11.060 exchange for services, business owners are infringing on guaranteed human rights and are putting

00:09:16.900 themselves personally at risk of lawsuits. The media has ethical journalistic standards to meet,

00:09:23.540 and when they are in violation of these standards, there are consequences. The media needs to be held

00:09:30.420 personally liable for the distortion of facts and the deception they've committed in regards to

00:09:35.700 withholding information and or promoting hate speech, including, but not limited to, the harms of

00:09:42.580 masking, lockdowns, social distancing, PCR testing, the experimental COVID injections, as well as targeted

00:09:50.740 attacks against any dissenting voice, including churches and medical professionals. It's time to hold the

00:09:58.260 media to account. Be sure to serve this notice to executives, producers, editors, directors, writers,

00:10:05.540 reporters, anchors, radio and TV hosts, etc. New to our website is the Mask Notice of Liability for any

00:10:14.260 establishments in your community who say you're not allowed in their building and they won't serve you

00:10:19.700 unless you wear a mask. Be proactive and take action by informing them that they have absolutely no

00:10:26.580 authority or jurisdiction to force you to wear a mask and that they must cease and desist or be held

00:10:33.060 personally, civilly and criminally liable. Our notices of liability are having a powerful impact.

00:10:40.580 In response, the government, unions and mainstream media are trying to minimize and discount their

00:10:47.140 effectiveness. Do not listen to them. They are lying in an effort to push their agenda.

00:10:56.580 All Canadians, including children, need to know that it is illegal to be bullied or abused. In an effort to

00:11:09.540 assist you, Action for Canada has created the iCare card to enable you to take immediate action to stop

00:11:17.060 bullying or abuse. Harassment, bullying, coercion, duress, force or overreach is described as any unsolicited

00:11:27.860 and or unwelcome conduct, comments, gestures or contact which causes offense or humiliation. Any bullying

00:11:36.020 or actions based on race, religious beliefs, skin color, physical or mental disability, medical choices,

00:11:43.540 age, ancestry, marital status, source of income, gender, etc. Any physical harm which creates fear or

00:11:51.860 mistrust or which compromises and or devalues the individual. Any exclusion, segregation or isolation

00:12:00.100 of individuals. Any intimidation, cyber bullying, displaying or circulating offensive pictures or material

00:12:08.020 in either print or electronic form. Deliberately setting up the individual to fail, intentionally

00:12:14.980 withholding information or giving wrong information, taking away work or responsibility without cause.

00:12:22.580 It is well documented that violence and harassment can seriously compromise any environment. For the victim,

00:12:30.100 abuse can result in anger, depression, guilt, self-doubt, anxiety and PTSD type symptoms. Abuse can be damaging for

00:12:40.580 others as well as they may no longer feel safe or comfortable at work or school. This may lead to lost

00:12:47.460 productivity and decreased work performance. Parents and employees, be sure to fill out the iCare card to

00:12:55.300 report potential hazards or events of objectionable or unwelcome conduct, including comments, threats,

00:13:02.580 bullying, and physical or psychological harm. The purpose of this program is to develop a positive safety

00:13:09.780 culture in our daily environment, including that of our children, and to grow the type of culture where

00:13:15.860 unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are noticed and corrected. For more information, be sure to visit the

00:13:24.020 Action for Canada website. Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in, and leave Canada.

00:13:39.940 Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada

00:13:46.020 has the right to move to and take up residence in any province and to pursue the gaining of a livelihood

00:13:52.900 in any province. Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of the person, and the right

00:13:59.380 to not be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice. Everyone

00:14:06.100 has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure. In addition, Section 9 states that

00:14:13.460 everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned. Section 8 also covers the right to

00:14:20.340 personal and medical privacy. The values underlying the privacy interest protected by Section 8 are

00:14:27.700 dignity, integrity, and autonomy. The personal, territorial, and informational protection Section 8 provides for

00:14:35.700 privacy is essential not only to human dignity, but also to the functioning of our democratic society.

00:14:43.380 As such, Section 8 protects a sphere of individual autonomy within which people have the right to be

00:14:50.260 let alone and on which the state cannot intrude without permission. If you are stopped by the police,

00:14:57.620 always be polite, but know your rights. The recommended response is to ask the officer,

00:15:04.820 why have I been pulled over? If you're questioned about where you're going or why you are not at home,

00:15:10.820 state the following, I'm performing an essential service. The Charter of Rights, our foundational law,

00:15:17.700 provides the right to travel free of harassment. Your oath and the Police Services Act agree. The

00:15:24.980 Charter also gives me the right to remain silent. Following this statement, say nothing further,

00:15:31.140 or if need be, repeat the statement. If you're questioned about your personal medical information,

00:15:37.300 such as requesting vaccination status, refer to the section on guaranteed right to privacy above,

00:15:43.780 and remind them of their oath to uphold the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and

00:15:48.420 Freedoms. Provide your driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration only if asked, but remain

00:15:55.140 silent. If you are issued a ticket, accept the ticket and immediately file to dispute it. As long as you

00:16:02.420 identify yourself verbally or with documents when requested, the police have no arrest authority. If the

00:16:09.220 police show up at your home, do not answer the door and do not invite them in. They require a crown

00:16:15.780 warrant to enter and also need reasonable cause to do so.
