00:16:12.080 and bonnie henry was a top expert witness who gave testimony that masks are completely useless that

00:16:19.220 they're ineffective all right so they had uh i don't know what the period of time is on on on action

00:16:29.980 information there but uh yeah she gave expert testimony so they had had the nurses in different

00:16:35.840 scenarios completely masks with people with flu coughing on each other and all the rest it made

00:22:14.360 can't there's no liability to you this is a government mandate well a government mandate is not a law

00:22:20.300 and if it's in violation of the constitution it's of no force or effect so they need to understand what

00:22:26.480 they're doing is unlawful so i will cover those notices of liability in a minute uh when we go

00:23:01.120 legislation that can nor pretend that any measures can override charter or other pre-charter constitutional

00:23:47.440 country is experiencing a critical pandemic if the federal government has not invoked the emergency act

00:25:26.700 people and so uh he bypassed all of that and decided to make backroom deals with the provincial

00:25:32.960 premiers and so then the premiers went into action and i'll give an example every single province did

00:25:39.800 this but they would uh they tabled a bill in bc it was called bill 19 and it was tabled on june 23rd of

00:25:48.500 2020 and it was the provincial emergencies act people started to find out i found out about it july 1st

00:25:55.540 uh they were going to go to the legislature and have public input and debate and all of a sudden

00:26:00.540 i believe it was july 6th or 8th they quickly passed it through second and third reading

00:26:05.280 at the provincial level and they did this in every province so it was unlawfully passed

00:26:10.660 and so i sent uh the bill to a constitutional lawyer i was working with at the time and she came back and

00:26:16.860 showed it to colleagues and said that is the most draconian legislation we've ever seen you've got to

00:26:22.420 challenge it so where my campaign and organization was built on call to action campaigns and mobilizing

00:26:29.780 the masses and giving the silent majority a voice that's what i was doing i was having letter writing

00:26:34.460 campaigns against bill c16 and motion m103 i i didn't quite have legal action on my radar but when

00:26:41.840 this came up and they said the only way to un even though they passed it unlawfully it stands until you

00:26:49.920 do a constitutional challenge against it and so i talked to about five different lawyers at the time

00:26:55.700 and most of them didn't know about the un agenda 21 and 2030 they didn't know about the global compact

00:27:02.080 on migration which is meant to take away our borders and take over our banking system our resources uh our

00:27:10.360 education system and trudeau signed that in december 2018 and that's why you see this socialist

00:27:17.280 agenda just going into our schools critical race theory the lgbtq all of this is part of the un plan

00:27:25.200 the un is an unelected body who's interfering with our democracy and they are a huge threat to canada

00:27:32.920 and one of the top officials that was put on a committee uh a liberal mp david mcginty in 2019

00:27:39.900 had uh access to all of our top um uh intel with uh cbsa isis uh not isis sorry csis and the rest rcmp

00:27:51.900 he came back after reviewing everything and said that canada as at severe threat of foreign interference

00:27:58.100 and he mentioned china and we know that uh the islamists and uh he had mentioned russia but he

00:28:05.240 never mentioned the un so the un has no power to interfere in canada unless there's a leader

00:28:12.220 running the country who who permits that but so any dictate that we hear from the who is worth squat

00:28:19.120 in canada again it's in violation of the constitution so it is of no force or effect

00:28:25.240 but the majority of people don't understand this so it's massive uh uh what we're up against

00:28:31.080 so they passed the bill i ended up talking to rocco galati he knew more about the agenda than i did

00:28:39.080 and i said okay i retained him and in september of 2020 i made an announcement that i'd be taking

00:28:44.780 legal action and started to try to raise the funds i raised half the funds by december of 2020

00:28:51.420 december 25th 2020 and then that's what all of the lawyers had wanted you had to raise half the funds

00:28:57.340 for the constitutional challenge and then they'd get started on the statement of claim which is

00:29:01.760 what rocco did and then we filed in um august uh like i said a 16th and on august uh 30th like i say

00:29:12.420 i ended up filing an affidavit against bonnie henry with superintendent black guitar sitting down in his

00:44:07.520 being immune from legal proceedings and then i said you need to dig into the health act to find out where

00:44:14.620 they are not immune so he did so and he found out that in section 92 subsection 2 it states that

00:54:50.500 government has publicly said they're using it at an amplification of 40 to 45 so which means that it

00:54:57.460 digs deeper into that dna to find that molecule to come up with positive you've got covid no you have

01:06:53.940 nothing that they can do in response to this but i guess they were trying thinking okay well how can

01:06:58.100 we handle this they're right we have no lawful uh right to be doing this and so they said now that

01:07:03.860 there had been other patrons making complaints uh for safety reasons that uh you know they were

01:07:11.700 reporting to them that he wasn't following the mandates so he came back and said i am going to

01:10:02.020 they were announcing for kids to get vaccinated over the pas teachers were talking about it in

01:10:06.980 class they were segregating and dividing children and rocco had informed me that the union in ontario

01:10:14.020 had sent a letter to the teacher saying do not talk about the vaccination in class so this is huge

01:10:20.740 then um to all of our volunteers and everyone across canada they started serving teachers superintendents

01:10:27.940 in bc we had a campaign where we served all 60 bc superintendents the notice of liability it forced

01:10:35.620 their association their union to come back and address what we had said in there we were talking

01:10:40.260 about masks causing harm and they can't discriminate against children and they have a right not to wear

01:11:39.780 they didn't um advise them of was subsections uh where they do not provide a defense and so this

01:11:47.220 says where the school trustees and the and the um superintendents are open up to liability was if they

01:11:54.340 were and begin to guilty of dishonesty gross negligence or malicious or willful misconduct or if they uh

01:12:02.340 it does not absolve them as a board from vicarious liability arising out of a tort committed by a trustee

01:23:05.620 in the orders even by bonnie henry there is nothing in there that gives them a power of trespass

01:23:12.260 or to break any other statute in that regard so they can't come on and say uh to your property for

01:23:18.180 example and say well bonnie henry ordered us that we have the power to check that may be if you let

01:23:23.700 them in your property to do so but nowhere in bonnie henry's orders or anybody else does it give them

01:23:29.700 the the power to trespass in order to do it so once you tell told them to leave and um and either orally

01:23:37.620 or given them a trespass notice in writing they are required by law to leave your property what they do

01:29:49.940 and they put a complete stop to the mandating of vaccination for the health care workers there is

01:29:55.380 power in numbers i mean we're powerful and with a small crew you can see based on the um campaign that

01:30:01.860 we've had for school board trustees it's 130 uh volunteers in bc who signed up and with us and said hey

01:30:09.700 i'm in smithers i'll serve the school board trustees or hey i'm up north and and that's how we got that

01:30:15.060 achieved 130 people have uh you know helped us achieve that so with this my hope is that all

01:30:21.860 business owners employees of all kinds will sign up for this uh we have been having this specific group

01:30:58.580 guy on and he 100 it is illegal to force vaccination on anybody and especially as a means of uh employment

01:37:42.900 view i don't think they have in fact i can guarantee they do not have the power to cancel your business

01:37:47.780 license they cannot do that at all and so ultimately the response is get off the property

01:38:23.380 be able to do something but i highly doubt that it's they're just tickets at the issue so yeah the

01:38:29.300 first thing i would do is why why talk to these people if you don't have to get them off the property

01:38:36.180 and uh and tell them to leave right away right and and i don't know if all any of you heard about uh

01:38:42.740 raleigh's restaurant in hope bc with marlene and she unfortunately found out about action for canada

01:38:49.460 after they had already been applying a whole lot of pressure right for her to close she had not

01:38:55.620 followed any of the mandates they weren't asking people for masks and uh there was no issues there

01:39:00.980 there was no issues but unfortunately um after the fact it doesn't matter even if it's after the fact

01:39:07.060 she was serving the notices of liability and is moving towards taking action but um when she got

01:39:12.660 to the date of court she wasn't well versed on the material in order to defend herself because she

01:39:18.900 could easily shut them down and it was here in the fraser valley so they were against fraser valley

01:39:24.660 health and uh two of bonnie henry's lawyers showed up and they were just parroting misinformation and

01:39:31.940 it was just garbage and the judge had nothing compelling on the other side in order to challenge

01:39:37.300 him in why he would or wouldn't shut her down so he shut her down and so that's why i i know like

01:39:43.220 it's almost been two hours but you guys really part of the most important part of the strategy is you

01:40:06.820 the island who wasn't a business owner he had just gone in to serve his local um mla because she's

01:40:13.540 completely useless and there was total peaceful went to her office as he has a right to do uh the rcmp

01:40:19.140 show up and they arrest him and take him away and they released him because he hadn't done anything

01:40:23.780 unlawful and and that's the thing what they're trying to do is intimidate people and so we've got to

01:40:29.780 challenge them uh they were going to remove me from a mayor and city council meeting and the mayor

01:40:35.140 had had quoted some bogus bylaw and i'm six rcmp show up i'm completely massless i'm not a very big

01:40:43.300 person i was no threat and and still they insisted that i i leave the the premises but i challenged them

01:40:51.060 i says under what grounds or would you be i said are you arresting me and they're well well no we're

01:40:56.420 trying to avoid that that's why we want you to go outside i says well exactly what grounds would you

01:41:00.260 arrest me they couldn't come up with any grounds so we went outside and actually i ended up having

01:41:05.940 a half an hour conversation with the sergeant who was thrilled about what action for canada was doing

01:41:11.060 said i so glad that uh citizens are doing this so you have a great opportunity to educate the

01:41:16.420 people don't think they're all the enemy but uh you know do be on guard and and do make sure that if

01:41:23.380 you have an opportunity to inform them you have the right to remain silent with the police as david

01:41:28.500 has said and sometimes that may be the best way just tell them that they need to leave they have no

01:41:33.220 right to be there that you've not broken any laws and a mandate is not a law an order doesn't supersede

01:42:24.100 charges and so they had bogus charges but david know exactly david knew exactly how to handle it

01:42:40.660 the reason they do that is to get bail conditions that you can't do what you were doing in this case

01:42:44.980 holding these rallies and uh they failed they failed and the rallies are continuing and there's a lot of

01:42:51.380 people coming to them not just in colonna but in cities all over bc canada and uh and the world

01:42:58.260 there is a lot of opposition and i want to emphasize you are not alone there's a phenomenal amount of

01:43:04.020 people that are opposing what's going on and the fact that people have gotten vaxxed most of them

01:43:10.740 have done it in fear they haven't done it voluntarily they've done it because they were

01:43:15.300 scared of losing their jobs scared of losing family members or whatever scared of not being able to get

01:43:19.940 into hospitals it's been done out of fear but you you are not alone there's just a phenomenal amount of

01:43:26.740 people and you know i tell people when we did our rally at the hospital back in the summer

01:43:31.700 we had 2 000 people in colonna show up a lot of nurses a lot of doctors and the the car honking

01:43:39.380 on the high on the roads going by was deafening it was so many people and if you multiply that

01:43:44.740 by the their family members and friends that support us multiply that by the number of people that

01:43:49.940 couldn't make it because they were working that day and the number of people who couldn't make

01:43:54.260 it because they were simply scared of coming and you get a very quick realization out of 120 000

01:44:00.500 people there's probably at least 30 40 50 000 that are vehemently opposed to what these guys are

01:44:06.180 doing in our government and as one chiropractor said or one doctor said i'm sorry in the okanagan

01:44:12.820 their figures are wrong that they're providing you and and that's the other thing to keep in mind

01:44:18.340 as tanya mentioned bonnie henry talks about cases all the time and what they need to be talking about

01:44:24.180 is infections the how many people that get it die and it's virtually the same as the flu from

01:44:30.100 comorbidities and people that are healthy simply are not dying so um i i mentioned that in order to

01:44:55.380 your attention and it says that fundamental principles cannot be set aside to meet demands of convenience

01:45:01.620 or to prevent an apparent hardship your constitutional rights cannot be set aside simply because the

01:45:08.100 government says somebody else has a risk maybe of getting covet it's not even a risk of dying they

01:45:13.860 just may get a a transmittable disease and um these fundamental principles that we have cannot be set

01:45:20.340 aside simply because somebody in the government says that uh you know we believe it's urgent to do so

01:45:26.900 if that was the case um the supremacy of our constitution would be moot it would mean absolutely nothing

01:45:34.500 and um they would just set it aside whenever they want so i'm really um i'm really excited with the

01:45:40.340 success that that action for canada has had and a lot of other people have had standing up to these

01:45:45.620 people in their in our rallies and so on and um it's going to come down to simply saying no we're not

01:45:59.780 that um we're simply going to need to do in the future and if anything gyms are going to need to

01:46:05.300 be there to promote the health aspect because uh yeah healthy people generally don't get sick right
