00:06:20.220 understand that it isn't Israel that we're just supporting, it's Islam that we're fighting. This is

00:06:27.580 a common enemy between Israel and Canada. And so we need to unite with our allies, and we need to

00:06:36.300 support them. And so Majed and I will be traveling and speaking and trying to bring more public awareness

00:06:49.660 to be talking about Plan 2050. We must put a stop to this. I want to give recognition to what's

00:06:56.380 happened in Jasper. We talked about it briefly on the Empower Hour, but this is such a tragedy that

00:07:05.700 Jasper has been burned down. A third of it is destroyed. The way in which this fire ignited with

00:07:13.920 the velocity and how quickly it was able to move, I would say that we really have to question who was

00:07:22.920 involved and who was behind it. I do not believe that lightning struck and that this was just a matter

00:07:31.320 of nature. I think that normally in these past couple of years, when the government has been

00:07:37.720 targeting areas of our country to burn down, we were hearing about it earlier in the year. And it's

00:07:45.320 later, it's now nearly August, because we had such a wet June. We had very mild, cooler temperatures

00:07:53.080 pretty much nationwide. And so when this happened to Jasper, I thought, well, of course, we've had three

00:07:59.640 weeks of blistering heat. Everything was cinder block dry, and it would ignite. But I truly believe it

00:08:07.020 had some help, and time will tell. Last year, we had Robert Brame on the show. We've got two incredible

00:08:12.380 videos proving that there is individuals who are igniting these fires. And the evidence and the proof

00:08:21.840 he gave is that there would be steps that hadn't burnt down. And then he would give further evidence

00:08:28.260 of the rubber on tires and how they would still exist. And technically, as a forensic analysis,

00:08:36.320 he was able to describe this in ways that I can't, I can't properly do. So we should make those videos

00:08:44.540 available. I'm even I've reached out to Robert to see if he would come on the show again. Because I

00:08:50.220 said, do you see anything nefarious here? For him to use his forensic experience to investigate the

00:08:56.820 fires, he will be able to tell by looking at the photos, whether this fire was ignited, or whether it

00:09:02.540 was natural causes. But either way, my heart goes out to the people in Jasper, and how many people have

00:09:09.160 lost their homes and businesses. And it truly is a tragedy.

00:09:33.900 the streets, praising Jesus. I mean, something really cool is going on around the world. This

00:09:40.200 was in Seattle. But I had mentioned about a month ago, about 100,000 people or more in California,

00:09:47.760 being baptized in the ocean and coming to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. And then in the Netherlands

00:09:53.680 and another place in Europe. I mean, we've said this is a spiritual battle of epic proportions.

00:09:59.260 And with that, people are seeing that we're maybe lethargic, weren't thinking about religion,

00:10:04.840 weren't thinking about faith, weren't thinking, you know, about the meaning of life, are coming to see

00:10:25.100 flags conflict at Sustainable Development and Technology Canada. And it says here Sustainable

00:10:31.680 Development and Technology Canada was abolished last month in response to an auditor general that

00:10:38.240 report that cited lapses in the green fund is handling, green funds handling the public money.

00:10:43.980 And so $2.1 billion in federal funding since 2001 have gone towards the organization.

00:10:51.820 And this von Binkenstein determined, Verciron participated in those decisions. Let me just

00:11:00.060 back it up here. During COVID-19 pandemic, this, I believe her name is Verciron. She voted to give

00:11:07.840 emergency relief payments to all companies that had previously been approved for funding, including her own.

00:11:13.120 Ethics commissioner Conrad von Binkenstein revealed in a report. So Binkenstein determined that she

00:11:20.020 was guilty, but she didn't resign on her own. She was forced to resign. And she only did this after

00:11:26.200 everything was exposed for wasting enormous amounts of Canadian taxpayer dollars. I mean, these taxpayer

00:11:33.820 dollars that were funneled inappropriate to liberal insiders should be paid back by those individuals.

00:11:40.380 That money needs to be paid back and those people need to go to jail. But I just think it's very

00:11:46.260 encouraging that all of this corruption is coming to the forefront and people are actually going to

00:11:52.260 be paying a price for it. Another one, Air New Zealand scraps its 2030 carbon emissions target saying

00:11:58.740 solutions are costly and scarce. That's huge because Air New Zealand a couple of years ago were one of the

00:12:05.280 the first ones to sign on to, you know, get their carbon kudos for being part of this, all this Green New

00:12:13.700 Deal and the Paris Accord, etc. So again, good news coming. And then we have here Castanet. This week,

00:12:21.900 BC, Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix ended up dropping the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

00:12:29.360 We are the last place in the world to do that. But it doesn't seem it's not as good news as it seems,

00:12:37.240 because they're being very sneaky about it. So in turn, the nurses I have inside information,

00:12:44.100 these were emails that had come from Interior Health and from Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix. And in the

00:12:50.820 letter from from Dix and Henry, they say that the government is lifting the COVID-19 state of emergency

00:12:58.140 that was put in place in 2020. As a result of lifting the public health emergency, the requirement

00:13:04.660 for healthcare workers to be vaccinated for COVID-19 is rescinded effective immediately. But

00:13:10.460 they are expected. It's amazing how they deliver a message and say, oh, we're giving you this, but

00:13:15.780 they're really not. They're saying that under this mandatory registration system, okay, and moving

00:13:21.520 forward, the government announced plans to introduce a coordinated provincial approach

00:13:25.300 to track and monitor. Can you hear this words? In a free country to track and monitor the vaccination

00:13:32.300 and immunization statuses of healthcare employees working for the facilities, health authorities,

00:13:39.380 affiliate contract employers, and such as those in long-term care. Under this mandatory registration

00:13:44.940 system, healthcare workers are required to inform their employers on their COVID-19 vaccination status

00:13:51.200 and their immunization status on preventable diseases like measles, mumps, rubella, influenza,

00:13:57.620 chicken pox, hepatitis B, and whooping cough. And so the diabolical thing about this and the

00:14:03.520 dishonesty about it is that this is not a benefit for any healthcare worker to go back. Because if there's

00:14:09.840 an outbreak of measles, Adrian Dix has said, yes, we will put the individuals that are unvaxxed on

00:14:17.100 unpaid leave. And so these dirty dogs are thinking that BC residents are complete idiots and out of

00:14:25.740 touch with reality. Adrian Dix and Bonnie Henry, I will say it over and over and over again.

00:14:31.780 They need to go to jail. There is so much corruption going on here. It says, Henry says that level of

00:14:37.640 protection provided by vaccines and hybrid immunity is also helping to protect the population. The other

00:14:44.480 thing they're saying is that the nurses, the healthcare workers need to go for a DNA test and

00:14:53.440 basically prove, not a DNA test, a test to, sorry, a test to, for their immunity, to check their

00:15:02.520 immunity. And I'm sorry, but there again, are you actually thinking this through, Bonnie Henry and

00:15:08.540 Adrian Dix? Because if you could do a blood test to test for immunity, why weren't you doing this

00:15:15.320 during COVID? Why were they mandating the vaccine when people were saying, test our immunity? They're

00:15:22.480 liars, they're deceivers. And then this report has come out and this particular one shows you what a

00:15:29.440 liar and deceiver Bonnie Henry is in Adrian Dix, because these are the total adverse events in Canada.

00:17:50.600 recognition technology to collect biometric data of more than 20 million Texans without their

00:17:56.520 permission. So I'm telling you, this is absolutely amazing news. We need to push back against these

00:18:05.500 media giants. Okay. And a bold conservative majority on local Idaho library board forces leftist staff

00:18:13.700 resignations. And so this again, it's just encouraging people. You got to get organized within your

00:18:19.260 community. If you don't like the books at your local library, then you need to raise up people

00:18:23.600 to run as directors and to be board members within that local district. And these people did just that.

00:19:50.020 puberty blockers, but they ended up supporting it. And the High Court has upheld the emergency

00:19:56.740 legislation by the previous Conservative government. So that's again, very good news.

00:20:01.960 And so what is Canada known for? Canada's gender transition policies for minors are least

00:20:08.320 restrictive worldwide. We have to replace this government. Okay. This was the warning. It's a

00:21:35.980 homeless population. I mean, that is again, where is human dignity? Because the government has legalized

00:21:43.140 so many drugs and made this readily available to citizens that sadly, when you see the tent cities

00:21:49.160 and how these people are living, they, they wouldn't even probably know how to function or

00:21:53.480 use a bathroom anymore. And because they are defecating in the streets, this is causing this

00:21:59.600 disease. And they've said clearly in the article that this is something that you would see in third

00:22:04.040 world countries. And so for them to say that this is from the homeless population, I, I think that this

00:22:10.140 is proof that it is from the mass immigration, bringing people in from third world countries where

00:22:15.240 potentially they don't know any better. And, and this is a reason why you can't, you can't bring

00:22:23.180 mass amounts of people in from the third world because they need time to adjust and be accustomed to

00:22:30.860 living in the West. All right. So please guard yourself. Big major win. Germany shuts down Islamic

00:22:39.560 center in Hamburg. I'm hoping that, uh, I know that Sweden has done some in Switzerland as well,

00:22:45.020 but this is a massive move on Germany's part. And so that should be a great celebration. And I had

00:22:51.980 mentioned earlier on about the Toronto terror arrests, uh, and they were ISIS. They were people from

00:22:58.780 ISIS. The alleged plot disrupted by this week's arrest involved in acts and a machete, which were seized by

00:23:04.420 police. Ahmad, uh, LL Didi and his son, Mustafa were charged with six terrorism offenses, and they are

00:23:11.680 accused of planning an attack for the benefit of ISIS. The father is also accused of a June, 2015

00:23:18.200 aggravated assault outside Canada for ISIS. No further details were provided. Why does he have Canadian

00:23:24.220 citizenship? Well, these two need to be deported immediately. The fact that this guy has been in

00:23:30.260 Canada since 2015, and he has had ties to ISIS. This is Trudeau. This is Trudeau's new Canada.

00:23:38.160 And, uh, Canadians are rising up. We're fed up. We're sick of this. And then the police say,

00:23:43.540 he said there was no remaining risk to the public. It's a lie. And I don't know why the police would make

00:23:52.240 such a ridiculous comment because we know that there are hundreds, thousands of terrorists living in

00:27:05.580 uh, plan that's, uh, that's being proposed by our provincial government under the planning act.

00:27:12.260 They've mandated that, uh, a plan be developed and, uh, the Winnipeg metropolitan region has taken

00:27:19.540 responsibility for that, but the, the plan that they're proposing, uh, has been changing, uh,

00:27:27.460 nefariously changing, uh, not for the better over time. And now we're getting closer to the,

00:27:33.160 uh, end phases of the adoption process. And, and we're seeing changes like what you see on the screen

00:27:39.600 here, uh, because this, this prevailing law section, for example, is one of the nefarious

00:27:44.660 things. This was not in the draft version at, uh, in the, in the draft 2.0 from last year.

00:27:49.900 And I'll just read it to you here where provisions contained in any appropriate federal

00:27:53.420 or provincial legislation implies open overlapping regulations, laws, policies over the use of land,

00:27:58.740 buildings, or structures, or contain any restrictions covering any of the same subject

00:28:02.520 matter contained here in the most restrictive or highest standard will apply. So this is basically

00:28:08.400 saying that they want to make a law. That's going to be by this WMR who are unelected people.

00:28:14.660 That will have more authority than our federal, uh, government or our federal law that includes

00:28:19.120 our constitution charter of rights. That is absolutely ridiculous. I mean, uh, what they're

00:28:24.740 proposing should be thrown off the table immediately. And, and the reason people need to be concerned

00:28:29.660 about this is because it affects, it affects a large area, uh, of, of people in what they call

00:28:38.400 their Winnipeg metropolitan region. You can see here on the map,

00:28:43.360 it goes all the way from Niverville to Lake Winnipeg. And some of the, some of the policies

00:29:03.600 this is really difficult to explain to people because of all the deception that's built into

00:29:07.800 the document. You can't even explain this to people. If this was like a mugger going around

00:29:12.200 saying like stealing people's wallets, it would be so easy to tell people, you know,

00:29:16.240 there's a mugger, he's stealing wallets. We have to stop him. Everybody would jump on board

00:29:19.800 and say, yeah, let's get this guy. But, but the way this is written, they, for example,

00:29:25.800 let's look at the, they call it greenfield areas. Well, most people would say, you know,

00:29:33.080 don't worry about it. That's a greenfield area. But if we look at the glossary and what they define

00:29:37.560 is a greenfield area. So if you look here, you were mentioning earlier about a third of an acre

00:29:42.060 being a third of 24 for the inter-metro area, that's most of Winnipeg. And that would be eight,

00:29:46.740 eight units on a property now of a third of an acre. So, and then, then people say, well,

00:29:52.400 that, well, that's greenfield. So, um, well, a greenfield is defined as an area designated for

00:29:57.040 future growth located in an existing built up area that was not serviced, which may be further

00:30:03.480 identified. But, but then the word built up is also defined in their document. And then you go

00:30:08.820 to the definition of built up to two levels deep in the, in the glossary. And you find out that it's

00:30:13.540 a cluster of billion of buildings. So they're basically trying to say that the greenfield

00:30:17.940 is a cluster of buildings. It doesn't make any sense. It's so hard to explain to people,

00:30:21.380 uh, to bring awareness to this, even because of the way they've set it up, the person explaining it

00:30:27.100 is the one that kind of looks a little bit off key. But meanwhile, it's all their, their

00:30:31.240 intentional doing because you can't call black, white and white, black without knowing that you're

00:30:35.640 lying. Okay. So that, that's one of the first points that makes this important for anybody

00:30:39.900 in this area here that I'm sure. And this goes from, uh, Niverville all the way to Lake Winnipeg.

00:30:47.660 And, uh, we're having a meeting to discuss this in more detail next Tuesday at the new Bothwell,

00:30:53.560 uh, picnic shelter. Uh, the other issue that is quite concerning is these Metro roads. Now,

00:31:00.580 if you look at all the red roads on this map, every one of these roads, according to the section 2.4.2

00:31:06.820 of this document is scheduled for priority access. Uh, what that means, the board was refusing to

00:31:15.820 answer questions about what that means, but, uh, Michael Phil from the city of Winnipeg planning

00:31:19.840 was up and he was concerned about some of the businesses being destroyed or completely failed

00:31:24.540 if they fall within any of these, you know, within these, within the priority road of Pemina

00:31:29.480 highway. But my, and when he showed that during the public hearing, they showed a sliver of this

00:31:34.220 map. And then I, having studied this map in great detail, I was thinking, well, what about the

00:31:39.040 Trans-Canada highway? I mean, that goes all across the country. And according to this map here, you can

00:31:43.260 see that it is scheduled or slated for foreclosure, for priority access. And this is set all to happen

00:31:50.500 if this passes for January of 2025. That's only months away. I mean, what, imagine if this was

00:31:57.400 to pass, this would be a hundred times worse than any two we saw during COVID. That was just a,

00:32:03.500 a walk in the park compared to what they're suggesting here. This looks like a complete

00:32:07.040 nightmare. We've got highway 59 from Winnipeg to Grand Beach completely blocked off with their

00:32:13.140 priority access road there. And that would include all the towns along the path would not have a direct

00:32:19.700 access to, uh, the highway 59. We've got, uh, Dougal Road. We've got Pemina highway. We've got

00:32:26.360 main street, uh, McPhillips. It's, it's complete, uh, it's complete, uh, and trying to explain this to

00:32:32.960 people, it's, it's, it's difficult. If you're, if you're starting cold with somebody fresh, like,

00:32:38.180 uh, it's really hard for people to comprehend the idea of what they're proposing. And when I even

00:32:43.160 talk to counselors about it, some of the counselors that are a bit blueless about this, they even say,

00:32:47.560 well, that'll never happen. And I'm like, well, it's right here in black and white. It's written

00:32:51.780 in their proposed law. And like, well, yeah, they'll, they'll just write it, but they won't do

00:32:55.500 it. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me that you think I'm going to just trust them to make all

00:32:59.980 these, these, and just to trust that they're not going to implement them. And then on top of that,

00:33:06.740 we've got the minister responsible for approving this. His name is Ian Bushy. He doesn't even live in

00:33:11.800 this area that he's going to be affecting. Uh, he was elected by less than 13,000, uh, electorals

00:33:17.220 and God knows how many of those actually voted. So he could be coming in on very few votes and he's

00:33:22.140 going to make a decision that's going to infect this entire region. And he's not even affected

00:33:25.860 by it. I don't think so. This, this whole notorious evil plan is, is evil. It's deceptive

00:33:31.360 and, and it needs to stop. So we're calling on all Manitobans to, because this, this region

00:33:37.440 could grow. We're calling on all Manitobans to come to our information sessions on this.

00:35:34.060 um, board who don't want to answer questions, uh, at, at the open house they had last year,

00:35:40.800 they were, they were saying that the public hearings were the place to answer questions or ask

00:35:44.140 questions and that's not happening. So we need, uh, publicity on this. Uh, we need media attention

00:35:50.160 on it. And I encourage people to write their MLA, their MP and ask questions, contact your

00:35:54.000 councillors in your, in your municipality and, and ask a lot of questions about this plan.

00:35:58.060 Right. And, uh, you know, they're always, they're very good at marketing their ideas,

00:36:02.260 no matter how sinister they are, they make it look like it's in the public's best interest.

00:36:07.280 And it's, it's a very vague in what they're saying. And they'll come across like plan 2050 is a

00:36:12.680 long-term policy framework that underscores our dedication to sustainable land use and

00:36:17.900 development. And, and it's like sustainable. Anytime you hear sustainable coming up or land

00:36:23.680 use coming up, these should be major red flags. Our commitment to developing the first regional

00:36:29.320 plan in Manitoba has been unwavering. Well, you know what? You better put the brakes on because

00:36:34.960 the citizens of Manitoba are not in support of this. And so we put this page together. Uh, Pierre has

00:36:41.620 done, uh, like I said, amazing work on it. He has written a letter and he is asking individuals

00:36:48.760 to print this, get signatures so that they can bring it to the meeting on the eight. Now,

00:36:55.720 Pierre, did you bring up, um, an image of the region that the WMR consists of the municipalities?

00:38:19.840 make sure that you're getting a group of people signing this petition, going out and getting

00:38:24.160 other signatures and, uh, helping Pierre as he organizes and leads this campaign. Okay. Thank

00:39:54.700 you know what? We shouldn't be doing that. Uh, it is divisive and this land belongs to God. And so

00:40:00.780 we're claiming it back for his good and his glory. All right. So our next guest is, uh, David Lindsay

00:40:06.580 and I can't say enough, bring David. And there you are, my friend. I can't say enough, David,

00:40:16.040 All right. Um, I can't say enough how much I appreciate what David's going through. He was supposed

00:40:21.400 to be in a sentencing hearing a couple of weeks ago, but he ended up in the hospital. No, it wasn't a

00:40:27.700 stunt that he pulled. He was actually very sick and, uh, the courts and ended up saying,

00:40:33.540 Oh, I don't really think he's sick. He's just trying to avoid a sentencing. And so they sent

00:40:38.040 the police to the hospital to check on you. And the police officer said, yeah, you don't look good.

00:40:43.300 And, uh, yes. So you were legitimately not well. And your next sentencing hearing is going to be on

00:40:49.560 August 9th, if I'm correct. And the reason I wanted David to come on to the weekly and news

00:40:57.940 update is because Canadians have to understand this, this case against David, these cases involve

00:41:04.140 all Canadians. What the city of Kelowna is trying to do to David is they've got a petition to shut

00:41:09.940 down rallies because David has been very devoted and committed to rallies in his community. They have

00:41:17.180 always been fun. They've always been peaceful. The speakers have not been controversial. Uh, we

00:41:24.080 have a moms coming up, uh, from the United States and other places coming into Canada, preaching hate

00:41:30.060 and, and there's, there's no problem. They get across the border just fine. They, they continue, uh, on.

00:41:37.300 They don't get shut down. The Canadian government isn't doing about anything about it. A mayor's not

00:41:41.940 touching it, but David Lindsay was having rallies with children and women and pets and great speakers.

00:41:50.900 And it was, uh, such a threat to the former mayor of Kelowna that they garnered, uh, that they created

00:41:58.760 a petition in the courts to shut David down. And this is very significant because this case could be

00:42:05.940 precedent setting. Now, this conversation could end up in the court. So I just want to say if it does,

00:42:11.940 your honor, thank you for having us in the court today. I hope that you will allow all of the

00:42:21.360 evidence that David has to be submitted to the court. In fairness, he has a video that proves

00:42:27.740 that he has never committed any violence or an offense. Another individual, I believe from interior

00:42:33.320 health was it who lied about that. And the court will not allow them to, uh, submit your video as

00:42:41.900 evidence on your behalf. And because of that, you are being charged with assault, which you didn't

00:42:50.820 commit. You were permitted to go into the, um, interior health building. We've seen the video

00:42:56.360 before, but for those of you who are new to your story, we're going to show that again. And if, uh,

00:43:02.580 it's good for the goose, it's got to be good for the gander. And Justin Trudeau was on the beach

00:43:07.260 and he assaulted an individual. And so in the same manner of what they're doing to shut down David

00:43:14.680 Lindsay and put him in prisoner is, is the same going to apply to the prime minister who was under

00:43:21.280 no threat by the individual that approached him. And so David, you've got a very interesting story.

00:43:26.180 You've had a very huge, um, long journey in this. And, um, for, we're going to want your email again,

00:43:34.020 because I'd like people to support you and the work that you're doing, because this has become

00:43:38.540 a full-time job for you and you've sacrificed a great deal. And the last thing I say before I turn

00:43:44.980 it over is that, uh, one of the individuals from interior health as well has, uh, expressed concerns

00:43:52.980 about his picture having been shown on an action for Canada in power hour and that we had expressed

00:44:04.880 concerns over his conduct and that, is this a legacy that he's going to be leaving for the next

00:44:10.620 generations? And, and, and he's concerned now, uh, very stressed out about the fact of, uh, public

00:44:18.280 opinion, I guess, but he has had absolutely zero concern for your wellbeing as you have had your

00:44:24.720 good named name smeared throughout the courts and, uh, throughout Castanet repeated articles about you.

00:44:33.760 And it doesn't seem that anyone seems to be concerned about the backlash that you've received

00:44:39.820 or how this affects you personally and the stress that it has created for you in your life,

00:44:46.960 David. So that's sort of my summary, a little bit of, uh, what's going on with you. So I want to just

00:44:52.460 hand it over and, uh, to give a, give everybody an update on where we're going here.

00:44:58.160 Hi. Yeah. Thanks, Tanya. Um, this has been going on now since December of 2021. Um, so it's going on

00:45:06.840 almost three years now, excuse me, that they have dragged me out through the court system. Um, for those

00:45:14.720 that have seen the video, um, just very, very briefly, we were picketing the, uh, protesting the,

00:45:21.100 uh, internal health, interior health building where a mask order had been issued. I had gone in two

00:45:27.240 weeks prior and the week prior I had gone in, talked to reception and there's a principle it's called

00:45:33.460 open by invitation and interior health is a government facility. Government people work there

00:45:38.880 and they, they cannot deny you access without a reason. So for example, in 1953, they tried to

00:45:46.300 take away a, uh, liquor license of Ron Corelli in Quebec because the premier didn't like the fact

00:45:52.600 that he was supporting JWs. And that went to the Supreme Court of Canada and he was awarded

00:45:58.620 at that time, $30,000 in damages. And the Supreme Court was very clear, government officials cannot

00:46:05.280 arbitrarily take away your privileges, let much less you're right. So yeah, I, um,

00:46:13.660 Greg Smith from interior health tried to, uh, allegedly ban me from the building.

00:46:19.480 And fortunately we had a friend get the, uh, the incident all on video to prove that there was no,

00:46:25.040 uh, no, no, no, he alleged that I caused a disturbance to the police and he falsified that

00:46:30.480 anti-falsified that in court as well. So it really was a, um, um, an attack on me and,

00:46:38.860 and basically attack on everybody because they didn't want anybody going in to talk to them from

00:46:44.560 our, uh, from our group of protesters. Everybody else was allowed in the building, of course.

00:46:50.220 And my concern, Tanya, is, is a growing, um, I don't know what to call it, but just a growing sense

00:47:00.020 of offensive action by government officials. If you remember the Menzies affair, where the RCMP

00:47:07.600 intentionally bumped into Menzies and then arrests him and charges him with, charges him with assault.

00:47:13.160 And then in this particular instance, they did the same thing to me. Um, government officials,

00:47:19.960 they blocked the entrance that I had a right to, and then they physically blocked me from entering

00:47:24.740 and then charged me with assault in the protest, in the process. And I'm concerned that more and more,

00:47:32.360 it seems like the government is going on the offensive against us and then charging us as a

00:47:37.720 result of what they do to, to us. Um, interestingly, um, it, it will be interesting to see what happens

00:47:45.700 because, um, the reporter for counter signal, Cam Bexty, put his video up recently about

00:47:52.700 Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the assault that Trudeau did on him. And it, it was much, um,

00:48:02.180 I mean, mine was not an assault. I simply was trying to enter the building. But Trudeau intentionally,

00:48:06.800 with two hands, pushed Bexty back on a couple of occasions, even after being warned, don't touch me.

00:48:14.800 So Trudeau has committed, under the criminal code, an assault. And it'll be interesting to see what the

00:48:21.500 government, um, the attorney general does in British Columbia now, if they're going to lay

00:48:25.820 criminal charges against him, because his assault was intentional. It was egregious and, um, and

00:48:32.420 unprovoked. Whereas mine, of course, uh, which wasn't an assault, I was simply trying to enter a

00:48:37.580 building and they physically forced me out of the building. But I am really concerned about, um,

00:48:43.100 government officials using force on us and, and leaving us with no recourse in the long run.

00:48:50.260 Um, next week is the sentencing date, uh, August the 9th at two o'clock in the afternoon here in

00:48:56.700 Kelowna. I don't know what they're going to do. Um, they have, originally the Crown wanted, for, for,

00:49:05.820 for me, the Crown wanted two years in jail and, uh, a DNA sample, three years probation and a 10 year

00:49:12.760 weapon weapons ban. And, um, they've since lowered that to nine months to 12 months in jail. They backed

00:49:21.160 off on the DNA after hearing my presentations on that. And, um, they're still wanting a three year

00:49:29.560 probation and a 10 year weapons ban, however. So their major argument was that we were doing a

00:49:37.260 lawful protest. And because I tried to enter the building after being told that, uh, allegedly I

00:49:42.780 couldn't, that it could have set off a riot similar to the Stanley Cup riot that took place. And the,

00:49:50.320 it's just absolutely absurd to think that that would happen with 40 or 50 seniors, middle-aged people

00:49:56.480 who are way on the other end of the building. And, and at, at that time, many didn't even know what

00:50:01.080 was going on. And, um, his position is all based on speculation, because as you said, even the RCMP

00:50:09.180 have gone publicly and said that all our protests were peaceful. So, excuse me, it really is, um,

00:50:17.460 frightening to see how they're going on the offensive against us and then charging us in the process.

00:50:22.300 And I, I really find it, um, what I really want to advocate to people from this point forward,

00:50:28.080 if government officials touch you in any manner, you need to charge them or file a complaint with

00:50:33.220 the police to have them charged before they come up and start charging you. Um, like I said, I don't

00:50:40.380 know what's going to happen next week. Um, I was supposed to be in court on July the 10th, but yeah,

00:50:44.820 there was some pretty pain. I, I, you know, if the Crown had phoned in, if David Gravedic had phoned in

00:50:53.100 and said, you know what, I'm sick, I can't make it, that would have been the end of the matter.

00:50:56.840 I would have shown up, the judge would have said, look, the Crown is sick, go home, we'll come back

00:51:00.400 in another day. We don't get that same respect. And even though I have not missed a day, there's been

00:51:07.560 30 appearances in this case over two and a half years, and I have not missed a day. Um, I also sent

00:51:13.140 a representative. Bettina went down and appeared at court on my behalf to say, look, David's in the

00:51:21.760 hospital. He cannot make it. Gravedic begins by saying, well, I'm sick on a regular basis too. And

00:51:28.700 I still come to work every day and just minimizing the whole aspect of it. And I'm going to be short,

00:51:36.200 but it gets worse. Um, you're right. They sent the RCMP down, the doctors. I'm very,

00:51:43.140 grateful to them. They kept my private health information quiet. And they, they just wanted

00:51:49.080 to know if he could come in and talk to me. And I said, yes. So he came in, he took one look and he

00:51:53.380 said, yeah, you're not, you don't look good. And I said, yeah, I'm not. So he went back, reported to

00:51:58.860 the Crown, reported it to the judge. And then the, and that I was on an IV, I had air up the nose and so

00:52:05.600 on. And the judge, Judge Heinrich, if you can believe her comment, she said in court,

00:52:13.540 why don't you take the IV out? I know IVs can be taken out and he can show up at two o'clock in the

00:52:19.540 afternoon. So suddenly now it's not Judge Heinrich anymore. It's Dr. Heinrich. And I'm just appalled

00:52:28.340 that a judge would make that determination. I'm in a hospital. I'm on opioids. They have made medical

00:52:36.720 determinations that I cannot leave the building. And she is coming in, possibly threatening me with

00:52:43.640 arrest warrants if I don't get the IV taken out and show up at two o'clock in the afternoon. And

00:52:48.440 what would I have done? Going to court, high on opioids, possibly still having the IV in me at the

00:52:55.860 time. And then she throws me in jail. How, I mean, how, how would I, I deal with that? It's just,

00:53:02.120 she could have put my life at that risk by, by doing that. So it really goes to show how much

00:53:08.240 these people are on the attack against me personally. And it will be interesting now to

00:53:14.260 compare that to what they do to Justin Trudeau after what he did to this reporter in Tofino last

00:53:19.640 week. Will they charge him? Well, let's play the video for a moment so that people can do the

00:53:25.180 comparison. Now the video portion with David, the sound is low. We can't do anything about that.

00:53:31.320 But you'll get the gist of what's happening there. IH, it seems like it was all pre-planned. The RCMP

00:53:37.560 were there as if they were just waiting for this opportunity to scream, you know, like that this

00:53:44.000 was assault. And that's why I said shame on Greg Smith the last time you were on, because what is

00:53:48.420 this, you know, this is not how a man conducts himself and it's deceitful. It's, uh, inhumane

00:53:56.380 the way that they've treated you on the day that you were in the hospital. The judge's comments are

00:54:00.980 inappropriate. And, uh, where have we come to where, you know, this is not a communist country,

00:54:07.160 but boy, there are sure some bad actors here acting as if it already was. So let's just play this clip.

01:03:38.060 rape of our women. Stop the murder of our children. This is going to be civil war against the Islamists.

01:09:14.940 on how to approach mayors and city councils and effective strategies. I got to say effective

01:09:19.960 strategies working together with Action for Canada and God has control of the weather. He's in control

01:09:25.700 of the climate. The climate has always been changing. And of course they're using this as, uh,

01:09:31.220 propaganda in order to gain control of the masses. But I just want to remind people,

01:09:35.820 God is in control. He created all of this, the stars, the moon, the sun, everything. So it says,

01:09:41.580 as long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter,

01:09:47.200 day and night. That's Genesis 8, 22. It doesn't say that there's going to be extreme, uh, um,

01:09:54.600 that you're not going to be able to plant. I mean, sometimes we have droughts.

01:09:57.720 Sometimes there are things that happen, but it says there will be, as long as the earth remains,

01:10:03.680 it's saying there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.

01:10:08.940 So that's first part of it. So let's go to the second verse, which is from Job 28, 20 to 28.

01:11:02.700 Lord, that is wisdom and to shun evil is understanding. So there's such a beautiful mix of, um, things in,

01:11:11.820 in this particular scripture, because it talks about, again, it confirms he established the force

01:11:18.660 of the wind and the measure of the waters and the decree for the rain and the path for the

01:11:22.680 thunderstorm. It just, again, confirms he is in control of all these things. But the other point

01:11:28.800 of this scripture is to talk about the fear of the Lord. That is wisdom. To shun evil is

01:11:34.460 understanding. Wisdom, knowledge, understanding, discernment are better than fine gold,

01:11:38.720 fine gold and jewels. And you can understand that in the day that we're living in. Aren't you glad

01:11:43.920 that you have wisdom? Aren't you glad you have understanding that COVID was a fraud and not to

01:11:48.340 take the jab and, uh, of all the other nefarious things you have the eyes to see it. That's a

01:11:53.960 blessing. And that's a blessing from God. And we need to pray for more people in Canada to have eyes

01:12:00.180 to see and ears to hear, and then the heart to receive it and the feet to walk it out in truth and

01:12:06.120 righteousness. And so, uh, yeah, just, uh, if you're not in the word of God, you will be

01:12:11.620 encouraged. There's always something new every day when you open the word of God. I can sometimes

01:12:16.040 read a verse three times at different times in my life and get something else, something out of it,
