Action4Canada - BC Health Trickery Plan20-50 Municipal Coup, Assault： Double Standard？ Dysentery Spreads In Canada, July 31, 2024

00:00:00.000 Welcome, everyone. It is Wednesday, July 31st. We're already halfway through summer. I've been

00:00:10.360 able to sit out in the sun a little bit and my skin is looking a little tanned and I'm feeling

00:00:14.760 a little healthier, even though I got a little bit of a cold still going on. But it's been a

00:00:19.220 good summer. We've been very blessed with the weather and we're going to continue to enjoy

00:00:25.600 August. We've got some big stuff happening in August, so I'll be reporting that on the weekly

00:00:30.280 news update. And the national team as well is preparing for the coming season of school and

00:00:39.280 the fall season. And we've got all kinds of different programs. We don't have them on the

00:00:43.740 website yet, but I just want to let you know we're going to have another youth speaker and

00:00:47.860 leadership program. We're going to have our second annual marriage course. We're going to also have

00:00:55.360 another course for parents. And I think that this is our delight to do this for the public.

00:01:03.420 But I also ask that you would consider supporting us because as you can imagine, as we serve Canadians,

00:01:10.660 keeping Action for Canada going is a big part of that. So please consider becoming a monthly partner

00:01:15.780 with us or a one-time donation. So yes, I have some very good news reports. We are making progress.

00:01:24.840 We just had an Empower Hour with Tom Harris. And so if you missed that, be sure to go in the

00:01:31.120 description and watch that when we upload it to Rumble. It will be in the Rumble description of this

00:01:38.220 weekly news update. Okay, so there is our map. And I'm just finding myself here to my own screen.

00:01:45.200 All right. Just a couple of announcements as well. We had mentioned that we are working with Steve

00:01:55.380 Merrill. And he is a precious metals provider. And we, if you scroll down our page, sorry, I've got to

00:02:06.580 just relax. This has been a busy day. I leave for Ottawa tomorrow. And I'm going to be gone for 11 days

00:02:12.560 because I'm going to be at an event for three days at the PPC convention in Ottawa. And then the

00:02:18.960 following week, I'm going to be doing a speaking tour with Majed El Shephi, which I'll show you in a

00:02:24.120 moment. So I've been racing today and working really hard to get so many things done. And yesterday we

00:02:30.840 found out that our A4C medals at proton.me, the first link when people clicked on it, it would have

00:02:37.440 gone to .com. So Steve did not get those emails. So I just want to make sure if you were ordering

00:02:43.920 precious metals, please make sure that you go back to the website. We've corrected it now. And if you

00:02:50.720 go A4C medals at proton.me, Steve will receive your information and place your order. And the wonderful

00:02:57.440 thing is that Steve is giving us the best prices nationwide. And he's also offering a bonus pure

00:03:03.760 silver bullet. And where you can find that as well, that link is on our homepage. While I was in the

00:03:12.160 background, I was moving some things around here. I just mentioned that I'm going to be doing a

00:03:16.720 speaking tour. Again, this will be under events. If you click on that, you'll see all of the posters.

00:03:23.420 Poster will look like this. Please share this on your social media. This is a very important topic.

00:03:28.540 We are going to be addressing the reasons why Canada needs to support Israel. And I will be 0.97

00:03:35.420 providing information as well as Majed on exposing Muslim extremism in Canada. On the weekly news update

00:03:42.420 that I'm going to give prior to having our special guests on, we have two special guests tonight coming

00:03:47.140 on. Pierre Attala, who is from Winnipeg. He's our Winnipeg chapter leader who's been fighting a battle

00:03:53.020 there against what's called a plan 2050. It's 15 minute cities on steroids. And he's just going to

00:03:59.620 give you a little more information about that so that this is information when you go to mayor and

00:04:04.820 city councils, or if you're on your municipal webpage, you will start to begin to know what to

00:04:11.300 look for. They keep changing the name. And I have a feeling that's because 15 minute cities have a bad

00:04:17.000 name, C40 cities, smart cities, and the rest of them. And so now all of a sudden there's a plan 2050.

00:04:24.640 All of it is nefarious. All of it needs to be shut down. And our teams across Canada are working very

00:04:29.400 hard on your behalf. And anyways, so the event is going to be really important. There has been so

00:04:38.060 much anti-Semitism growing, and that's been all part of the global plan. It is to divide and conquer 0.99

00:04:43.980 the West. Well, guess what? Israel has always been a friend to Canada. They're one of the only

00:04:50.600 democracy, they are the only democracy left in the Middle East. And we need to support them for more

00:04:57.120 reasons than just the fact that I believe it's morally right, and we have a moral obligation to do

00:05:02.920 that. It is because Israel is being attacked by the Islamic Kabul. And Iran is behind it. Multiple 1.00

00:05:15.720 Islamic groups are behind it. Hezbollah, ISIS. I'm going to be reporting on what's happening in Canada 0.98

00:05:21.500 tonight. I'm going to be talking about, I can't believe it, but how many terrorists have been arrested

00:05:28.700 in this last week, including today? A father and his son were going to be stabbing, but I'll get to

00:05:35.420 those reports. But I'm just saying that a knee-jerk reaction has become for people to say, we shouldn't

00:05:41.660 be involved in other people's wars. And generally, I would agree with that. We should pull out of the

00:05:46.580 Ukraine. That is a lot going on there with the U.S. They're funneling money in, they're creating wars,

00:05:52.880 and it's a real mess. The difference is with Israel, because the war is with the Islamists, 0.58

00:06:00.640 they want to not just have to place state. They actually want to destroy Israel off the face of 0.88

00:06:08.520 the earth, off the map. And who do you think they're coming for next? And when we see what's

00:06:14.140 already the plan in Canada, I've talked about this over and over again every week, we need to

00:06:20.220 understand that it isn't Israel that we're just supporting, it's Islam that we're fighting. This is 0.99

00:06:27.580 a common enemy between Israel and Canada. And so we need to unite with our allies, and we need to

00:06:36.300 support them. And so Majed and I will be traveling and speaking and trying to bring more public awareness

00:06:44.220 and knowledge. Okay, I mentioned that Pierre will be the guest coming on the show tonight, and we're going

00:06:49.660 to be talking about Plan 2050. We must put a stop to this. I want to give recognition to what's

00:06:56.380 happened in Jasper. We talked about it briefly on the Empower Hour, but this is such a tragedy that

00:07:05.700 Jasper has been burned down. A third of it is destroyed. The way in which this fire ignited with

00:07:13.920 the velocity and how quickly it was able to move, I would say that we really have to question who was

00:07:22.920 involved and who was behind it. I do not believe that lightning struck and that this was just a matter

00:07:31.320 of nature. I think that normally in these past couple of years, when the government has been

00:07:37.720 targeting areas of our country to burn down, we were hearing about it earlier in the year. And it's

00:07:45.320 later, it's now nearly August, because we had such a wet June. We had very mild, cooler temperatures

00:07:53.080 pretty much nationwide. And so when this happened to Jasper, I thought, well, of course, we've had three

00:07:59.640 weeks of blistering heat. Everything was cinder block dry, and it would ignite. But I truly believe it

00:08:07.020 had some help, and time will tell. Last year, we had Robert Brame on the show. We've got two incredible

00:08:12.380 videos proving that there is individuals who are igniting these fires. And the evidence and the proof

00:08:21.840 he gave is that there would be steps that hadn't burnt down. And then he would give further evidence

00:08:28.260 of the rubber on tires and how they would still exist. And technically, as a forensic analysis,

00:08:36.320 he was able to describe this in ways that I can't, I can't properly do. So we should make those videos

00:08:44.540 available. I'm even I've reached out to Robert to see if he would come on the show again. Because I

00:08:50.220 said, do you see anything nefarious here? For him to use his forensic experience to investigate the

00:08:56.820 fires, he will be able to tell by looking at the photos, whether this fire was ignited, or whether it

00:09:02.540 was natural causes. But either way, my heart goes out to the people in Jasper, and how many people have

00:09:09.160 lost their homes and businesses. And it truly is a tragedy.

00:09:15.260 Okay, now on to some good news reports. And I rapidly want to get on with Pierre and also David Lindsay,

00:09:21.700 who is waiting in the production room to come on as well. All right, so this video, if I were to play it,

00:09:27.560 you won't be able to hear it. But it was remarkable to see all of these young people marching through

00:09:33.900 the streets, praising Jesus. I mean, something really cool is going on around the world. This

00:09:40.200 was in Seattle. But I had mentioned about a month ago, about 100,000 people or more in California,

00:09:47.760 being baptized in the ocean and coming to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. And then in the Netherlands

00:09:53.680 and another place in Europe. I mean, we've said this is a spiritual battle of epic proportions.

00:09:59.260 And with that, people are seeing that we're maybe lethargic, weren't thinking about religion,

00:10:04.840 weren't thinking about faith, weren't thinking, you know, about the meaning of life, are coming to see

00:10:10.460 that there is real evil in this world, and then recognizing where there's evil, there's good.

00:10:15.040 And the only thing, only one that is good is God. Everything that he created is good.

00:10:20.060 And so I was just, I was encouraged by this. All right, another thing is ethics commissioner

00:10:25.100 flags conflict at Sustainable Development and Technology Canada. And it says here Sustainable

00:10:31.680 Development and Technology Canada was abolished last month in response to an auditor general that

00:10:38.240 report that cited lapses in the green fund is handling, green funds handling the public money.

00:10:43.980 And so $2.1 billion in federal funding since 2001 have gone towards the organization.

00:10:51.820 And this von Binkenstein determined, Verciron participated in those decisions. Let me just

00:11:00.060 back it up here. During COVID-19 pandemic, this, I believe her name is Verciron. She voted to give

00:11:07.840 emergency relief payments to all companies that had previously been approved for funding, including her own.

00:11:13.120 Ethics commissioner Conrad von Binkenstein revealed in a report. So Binkenstein determined that she

00:11:20.020 was guilty, but she didn't resign on her own. She was forced to resign. And she only did this after 0.99

00:11:26.200 everything was exposed for wasting enormous amounts of Canadian taxpayer dollars. I mean, these taxpayer

00:11:33.820 dollars that were funneled inappropriate to liberal insiders should be paid back by those individuals.

00:11:40.380 That money needs to be paid back and those people need to go to jail. But I just think it's very

00:11:46.260 encouraging that all of this corruption is coming to the forefront and people are actually going to

00:11:52.260 be paying a price for it. Another one, Air New Zealand scraps its 2030 carbon emissions target saying

00:11:58.740 solutions are costly and scarce. That's huge because Air New Zealand a couple of years ago were one of the

00:12:05.280 the first ones to sign on to, you know, get their carbon kudos for being part of this, all this Green New

00:12:13.700 Deal and the Paris Accord, etc. So again, good news coming. And then we have here Castanet. This week,

00:12:21.900 BC, Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix ended up dropping the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

00:12:29.360 We are the last place in the world to do that. But it doesn't seem it's not as good news as it seems,

00:12:37.240 because they're being very sneaky about it. So in turn, the nurses I have inside information,

00:12:44.100 these were emails that had come from Interior Health and from Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix. And in the

00:12:50.820 letter from from Dix and Henry, they say that the government is lifting the COVID-19 state of emergency

00:12:58.140 that was put in place in 2020. As a result of lifting the public health emergency, the requirement

00:13:04.660 for healthcare workers to be vaccinated for COVID-19 is rescinded effective immediately. But

00:13:10.460 they are expected. It's amazing how they deliver a message and say, oh, we're giving you this, but

00:13:15.780 they're really not. They're saying that under this mandatory registration system, okay, and moving

00:13:21.520 forward, the government announced plans to introduce a coordinated provincial approach

00:13:25.300 to track and monitor. Can you hear this words? In a free country to track and monitor the vaccination

00:13:32.300 and immunization statuses of healthcare employees working for the facilities, health authorities,

00:13:39.380 affiliate contract employers, and such as those in long-term care. Under this mandatory registration

00:13:44.940 system, healthcare workers are required to inform their employers on their COVID-19 vaccination status

00:13:51.200 and their immunization status on preventable diseases like measles, mumps, rubella, influenza,

00:13:57.620 chicken pox, hepatitis B, and whooping cough. And so the diabolical thing about this and the

00:14:03.520 dishonesty about it is that this is not a benefit for any healthcare worker to go back. Because if there's

00:14:09.840 an outbreak of measles, Adrian Dix has said, yes, we will put the individuals that are unvaxxed on

00:14:17.100 unpaid leave. And so these dirty dogs are thinking that BC residents are complete idiots and out of 1.00

00:14:25.740 touch with reality. Adrian Dix and Bonnie Henry, I will say it over and over and over again. 1.00

00:14:31.780 They need to go to jail. There is so much corruption going on here. It says, Henry says that level of

00:14:37.640 protection provided by vaccines and hybrid immunity is also helping to protect the population. The other

00:14:44.480 thing they're saying is that the nurses, the healthcare workers need to go for a DNA test and 0.98

00:14:53.440 basically prove, not a DNA test, a test to, sorry, a test to, for their immunity, to check their

00:15:02.520 immunity. And I'm sorry, but there again, are you actually thinking this through, Bonnie Henry and

00:15:08.540 Adrian Dix? Because if you could do a blood test to test for immunity, why weren't you doing this

00:15:15.320 during COVID? Why were they mandating the vaccine when people were saying, test our immunity? They're

00:15:22.480 liars, they're deceivers. And then this report has come out and this particular one shows you what a 1.00

00:15:29.440 liar and deceiver Bonnie Henry is in Adrian Dix, because these are the total adverse events in Canada.

00:15:37.440 And this is only about, they say the numbers could be up to 40 times higher because it's

00:15:43.920 under, under reported. Take a look at that figure, Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix, and tell us how safe

00:15:50.520 these, not even experimental, these mRNA gene therapies are, this bioweapon that you've been

00:15:57.960 implementing and that you still are forcing and promoting in British Columbia. Oh my goodness,

00:16:04.300 I can't wait till we have our day in court. Okay. Record level data from Czech Republic from

00:16:09.200 a freedom of information proves Moderna vaccines increased all cause mortality by over 50%. Okay. So

00:16:17.380 I know that Bonnie Henry has these figures and Adrian Dix, they're liars and deceivers, and they need to 0.97

00:16:23.740 be in jail. Good news report, the Navy SEALs, the sailors who refuse COVID vaccines have had a huge win 0.59

00:16:30.480 in the United States. All of their records will be expunged after legal settlement. They've won.

00:16:36.640 They're going to be able to go back to work. They will maintain their status. I'm sorry, it's got all

00:16:43.640 these pop-ups. Over 200 service members demand Biden's military leadership be court-martialed and

00:16:51.180 fired for forced experimentation on troops with COVID-19 vaccine mandate, leaving significant

00:16:56.940 physical and mental scars. And this is why I'm saying, you know what, I can't wait for Rocco to

00:17:02.740 have our new NOCC done. I'm trusting the delays. We've got a new government coming in on October.

00:17:08.600 We're going to have a new attorney general and Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix and David Eby are not going to

00:17:17.640 be forgotten. And we will continue to pursue justice in the courts. Okay. Meta agrees to pay Texas

00:17:25.080 1.4 billion settlement in biometric data lawsuit. And so this is when Facebook had

00:17:34.180 made public. I'll just read it. It's unauthorized capture and use of the personal biometric data of

00:17:42.980 Facebook users. In a 2022 lawsuit, Mr. Paxton accused Facebook's parent company of using facial

00:17:50.600 recognition technology to collect biometric data of more than 20 million Texans without their

00:17:56.520 permission. So I'm telling you, this is absolutely amazing news. We need to push back against these

00:18:05.500 media giants. Okay. And a bold conservative majority on local Idaho library board forces leftist staff

00:18:13.700 resignations. And so this again, it's just encouraging people. You got to get organized within your

00:18:19.260 community. If you don't like the books at your local library, then you need to raise up people

00:18:23.600 to run as directors and to be board members within that local district. And these people did just that.

00:18:32.180 And they incrementally voted out the individuals that were the leftists making these crazy, ridiculous 0.98

00:18:40.080 pornographic books available to children. And then eventually they were three to two on the board. 0.91

00:18:46.300 And one more couldn't handle, the lefty couldn't handle the pressure because she wasn't being heard 1.00

00:18:51.420 and her ideas were being blocked and she was getting a good dose of her own medicine and she quit.

00:18:57.200 And so that means it's four to one. And we'll see if the last standing lefty ends up, you know,

00:19:03.580 tucking their tails between their legs and also quitting. But they have now captured the library board

00:19:10.680 and justice was served in this district and the children are going to be safe in that library

00:19:18.100 district. I'm just really, really excited about that. But it just shows you what people can do by

00:19:22.140 getting organized. All of these are huge, massive wins as we push back. Okay. The Britain Brits,

00:19:28.800 they actually banned puberty blockers for children. We were very concerned that when the new

00:19:35.400 Labour Party got in that they were going to, they're very leftist, so we thought that they were

00:19:41.200 going to overturn the advancements that Europe and the UK had made in passing legislation to block

00:19:50.020 puberty blockers, but they ended up supporting it. And the High Court has upheld the emergency

00:19:56.740 legislation by the previous Conservative government. So that's again, very good news.

00:20:01.960 And so what is Canada known for? Canada's gender transition policies for minors are least

00:20:08.320 restrictive worldwide. We have to replace this government. Okay. This was the warning. It's a

00:20:14.700 health warning. I'm going to tell you about it. It's disgusting. Human feces are fueling spread of 0.99

00:20:19.520 rare illness in Canada. And, you know, I feel so terrible about these individuals having their photo

00:20:27.820 out there and, and then being put on social media. I'm sharing it because it's part of the article,

00:20:33.520 but human dignity in other parts of the world are different than what Canada has been blessed to live

00:20:43.740 in as far as how we raise our children and the moral society that we had and being brought up in a,

00:20:52.400 in a way that would respect others and even have some self-respect. And so what the problem is,

00:21:00.320 is immigrants are coming into Canada and they are defecating on our sidewalks and beaches. 1.00

00:21:07.920 And people are very, very concerned about this because how can you go to the beach? Where do you 0.98

00:21:13.580 know your children are walking or yourself where somebody hasn't done their business? And so within

00:21:20.020 Calgary and Edmonton, apparently this virus is spreading. CTV news has also done a report on it

00:21:28.220 and it says Calgary's homeless population suffering, suffering Shigala outbreak, but it isn't just the

00:21:35.980 homeless population. I mean, that is again, where is human dignity? Because the government has legalized 1.00

00:21:43.140 so many drugs and made this readily available to citizens that sadly, when you see the tent cities

00:21:49.160 and how these people are living, they, they wouldn't even probably know how to function or

00:21:53.480 use a bathroom anymore. And because they are defecating in the streets, this is causing this

00:21:59.600 disease. And they've said clearly in the article that this is something that you would see in third

00:22:04.040 world countries. And so for them to say that this is from the homeless population, I, I think that this

00:22:10.140 is proof that it is from the mass immigration, bringing people in from third world countries where 0.99

00:22:15.240 potentially they don't know any better. And, and this is a reason why you can't, you can't bring

00:22:23.180 mass amounts of people in from the third world because they need time to adjust and be accustomed to 1.00

00:22:30.860 living in the West. All right. So please guard yourself. Big major win. Germany shuts down Islamic 1.00

00:22:39.560 center in Hamburg. I'm hoping that, uh, I know that Sweden has done some in Switzerland as well,

00:22:45.020 but this is a massive move on Germany's part. And so that should be a great celebration. And I had

00:22:51.980 mentioned earlier on about the Toronto terror arrests, uh, and they were ISIS. They were people from

00:22:58.780 ISIS. The alleged plot disrupted by this week's arrest involved in acts and a machete, which were seized by

00:23:04.420 police. Ahmad, uh, LL Didi and his son, Mustafa were charged with six terrorism offenses, and they are

00:23:11.680 accused of planning an attack for the benefit of ISIS. The father is also accused of a June, 2015

00:23:18.200 aggravated assault outside Canada for ISIS. No further details were provided. Why does he have Canadian

00:23:24.220 citizenship? Well, these two need to be deported immediately. The fact that this guy has been in 0.54

00:23:30.260 Canada since 2015, and he has had ties to ISIS. This is Trudeau. This is Trudeau's new Canada.

00:23:38.160 And, uh, Canadians are rising up. We're fed up. We're sick of this. And then the police say,

00:23:43.540 he said there was no remaining risk to the public. It's a lie. And I don't know why the police would make

00:23:52.240 such a ridiculous comment because we know that there are hundreds, thousands of terrorists living in 0.98

00:23:59.940 Canada. And many of them, CSIS has lost track of. This is of growing, incredible concern. 0.99

00:24:08.000 And it said the family is believed to have moved to Canada at some point, but police could not say

00:24:12.460 when. You're telling me that, that you don't have any idea of their citizenship? They, they had like

00:24:18.920 three weeks that they were following these guys and they don't know every detail around them. I don't

00:24:23.700 believe this. And I believe that the RCMP need to get involved at the federal level because this is

00:24:30.160 federal offense and, uh, terrorism is a federal crime. Now I'm just going to close off here and

00:24:36.740 then bring Pierre on. And so this was going on in, uh, Calgary. The Kalistanis want a referendum.

00:24:42.540 They want a place to call their own. And so they've brought their war from India, who, from Punjab, 0.98

00:24:48.880 they are not going to allow the Kalistani Sikhs to, to have a country of their own. And now what do 1.00

00:24:55.420 you think they're going to do when this referendum fails? They're going to make Canada. They're going

00:25:01.100 to start pressing in on Canada to, maybe they want to take over the province of Alberta or maybe,

00:25:07.120 maybe here in Surrey, but there are a hundred thousand Kalistani Sikhs. There's a million Sikhs

00:25:13.260 nationwide. These people need to be deported. They were showing up with swords. They pose 0.98

00:25:18.820 a danger. And they were yelling and, uh, for support in Calgary, demanding that India be killed. 1.00

00:25:25.740 Can we just agree? These people need to go. All right. Immigration from third world countries 1.00

00:25:31.140 and, uh, violent countries is not where the government should be looking for, uh, for, for future

00:25:39.860 Canadian citizens. This is being done on purpose, my friends. This is a war against our civilization. 1.00

00:25:46.380 All right. So please sign the petition to stop mass immigration and demand a moratorium. All right. 0.99

00:25:52.700 If we could bring Pierre on, that's it for my updates. And Pierre, thank you. There you are,

00:26:00.260 my friends. So this is Pierre Atala. He is the chapter leader for Action for Canada in Winnipeg.

00:26:06.760 And I'm telling you, my friends, this gentleman has been working so hard on behalf of his community

00:26:13.160 and the citizens and for all Canadians, because every win we have in Canada is a win for every

00:26:18.780 Canadian. So Pierre, thank you for coming on the show. And I'd like to hand the platform over to you

00:26:25.720 and that, uh, you could share screen and just explain to us plan 2050 and what is happening

00:26:32.720 in Winnipeg and why Canadians need to be concerned about this. And if, if you are in another province

00:26:39.880 and you know residents in the Winnipeg region, please let them know, please get them in contact

00:26:45.160 with Pierre. All right, Pierre. Thank you.

00:26:48.960 Hi. Okay. Well, thank you for, uh, for having me on the show here. I'm just going to share my screen.

00:26:54.140 Okay. Here we go. There we go. So yeah, so plan 2050, um, this is a really, uh, important,

00:27:05.580 uh, plan that's, uh, that's being proposed by our provincial government under the planning act.

00:27:12.260 They've mandated that, uh, a plan be developed and, uh, the Winnipeg metropolitan region has taken

00:27:19.540 responsibility for that, but the, the plan that they're proposing, uh, has been changing, uh,

00:27:27.460 nefariously changing, uh, not for the better over time. And now we're getting closer to the,

00:27:33.160 uh, end phases of the adoption process. And, and we're seeing changes like what you see on the screen

00:27:39.600 here, uh, because this, this prevailing law section, for example, is one of the nefarious

00:27:44.660 things. This was not in the draft version at, uh, in the, in the draft 2.0 from last year.

00:27:49.900 And I'll just read it to you here where provisions contained in any appropriate federal

00:27:53.420 or provincial legislation implies open overlapping regulations, laws, policies over the use of land,

00:27:58.740 buildings, or structures, or contain any restrictions covering any of the same subject

00:28:02.520 matter contained here in the most restrictive or highest standard will apply. So this is basically

00:28:08.400 saying that they want to make a law. That's going to be by this WMR who are unelected people.

00:28:14.660 That will have more authority than our federal, uh, government or our federal law that includes

00:28:19.120 our constitution charter of rights. That is absolutely ridiculous. I mean, uh, what they're 0.91

00:28:24.740 proposing should be thrown off the table immediately. And, and the reason people need to be concerned

00:28:29.660 about this is because it affects, it affects a large area, uh, of, of people in what they call

00:28:38.400 their Winnipeg metropolitan region. You can see here on the map,

00:28:43.360 it goes all the way from Niverville to Lake Winnipeg. And some of the, some of the policies

00:28:51.240 that they're bringing in with this plan is, uh, density, density minimums on private property.

00:28:59.260 I'll just show you some of that right here. So, and, and like you said, Tanya, this is,

00:29:03.600 this is really difficult to explain to people because of all the deception that's built into

00:29:07.800 the document. You can't even explain this to people. If this was like a mugger going around

00:29:12.200 saying like stealing people's wallets, it would be so easy to tell people, you know,

00:29:16.240 there's a mugger, he's stealing wallets. We have to stop him. Everybody would jump on board

00:29:19.800 and say, yeah, let's get this guy. But, but the way this is written, they, for example,

00:29:25.800 let's look at the, they call it greenfield areas. Well, most people would say, you know,

00:29:33.080 don't worry about it. That's a greenfield area. But if we look at the glossary and what they define

00:29:37.560 is a greenfield area. So if you look here, you were mentioning earlier about a third of an acre

00:29:42.060 being a third of 24 for the inter-metro area, that's most of Winnipeg. And that would be eight,

00:29:46.740 eight units on a property now of a third of an acre. So, and then, then people say, well,

00:29:52.400 that, well, that's greenfield. So, um, well, a greenfield is defined as an area designated for

00:29:57.040 future growth located in an existing built up area that was not serviced, which may be further

00:30:03.480 identified. But, but then the word built up is also defined in their document. And then you go

00:30:08.820 to the definition of built up to two levels deep in the, in the glossary. And you find out that it's

00:30:13.540 a cluster of billion of buildings. So they're basically trying to say that the greenfield

00:30:17.940 is a cluster of buildings. It doesn't make any sense. It's so hard to explain to people,

00:30:21.380 uh, to bring awareness to this, even because of the way they've set it up, the person explaining it

00:30:27.100 is the one that kind of looks a little bit off key. But meanwhile, it's all their, their 0.98

00:30:31.240 intentional doing because you can't call black, white and white, black without knowing that you're

00:30:35.640 lying. Okay. So that, that's one of the first points that makes this important for anybody

00:30:39.900 in this area here that I'm sure. And this goes from, uh, Niverville all the way to Lake Winnipeg.

00:30:47.660 And, uh, we're having a meeting to discuss this in more detail next Tuesday at the new Bothwell,

00:30:53.560 uh, picnic shelter. Uh, the other issue that is quite concerning is these Metro roads. Now,

00:31:00.580 if you look at all the red roads on this map, every one of these roads, according to the section 2.4.2

00:31:06.820 of this document is scheduled for priority access. Uh, what that means, the board was refusing to

00:31:15.820 answer questions about what that means, but, uh, Michael Phil from the city of Winnipeg planning

00:31:19.840 was up and he was concerned about some of the businesses being destroyed or completely failed

00:31:24.540 if they fall within any of these, you know, within these, within the priority road of Pemina

00:31:29.480 highway. But my, and when he showed that during the public hearing, they showed a sliver of this

00:31:34.220 map. And then I, having studied this map in great detail, I was thinking, well, what about the

00:31:39.040 Trans-Canada highway? I mean, that goes all across the country. And according to this map here, you can

00:31:43.260 see that it is scheduled or slated for foreclosure, for priority access. And this is set all to happen

00:31:50.500 if this passes for January of 2025. That's only months away. I mean, what, imagine if this was

00:31:57.400 to pass, this would be a hundred times worse than any two we saw during COVID. That was just a,

00:32:03.500 a walk in the park compared to what they're suggesting here. This looks like a complete

00:32:07.040 nightmare. We've got highway 59 from Winnipeg to Grand Beach completely blocked off with their

00:32:13.140 priority access road there. And that would include all the towns along the path would not have a direct

00:32:19.700 access to, uh, the highway 59. We've got, uh, Dougal Road. We've got Pemina highway. We've got

00:32:26.360 main street, uh, McPhillips. It's, it's complete, uh, it's complete, uh, and trying to explain this to

00:32:32.960 people, it's, it's, it's difficult. If you're, if you're starting cold with somebody fresh, like,

00:32:38.180 uh, it's really hard for people to comprehend the idea of what they're proposing. And when I even

00:32:43.160 talk to counselors about it, some of the counselors that are a bit blueless about this, they even say,

00:32:47.560 well, that'll never happen. And I'm like, well, it's right here in black and white. It's written

00:32:51.780 in their proposed law. And like, well, yeah, they'll, they'll just write it, but they won't do

00:32:55.500 it. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me that you think I'm going to just trust them to make all

00:32:59.980 these, these, and just to trust that they're not going to implement them. And then on top of that,

00:33:06.740 we've got the minister responsible for approving this. His name is Ian Bushy. He doesn't even live in

00:33:11.800 this area that he's going to be affecting. Uh, he was elected by less than 13,000, uh, electorals

00:33:17.220 and God knows how many of those actually voted. So he could be coming in on very few votes and he's

00:33:22.140 going to make a decision that's going to infect this entire region. And he's not even affected

00:33:25.860 by it. I don't think so. This, this whole notorious evil plan is, is evil. It's deceptive

00:33:31.360 and, and it needs to stop. So we're calling on all Manitobans to, because this, this region

00:33:37.440 could grow. We're calling on all Manitobans to come to our information sessions on this.

00:33:41.740 Like I said, the next one is in, uh, new Bothwell next Tuesday at six 45. And also the main public

00:33:51.160 hearing to oppose this is going to be next Thursday, uh, sorry, August 8th at 2 PM at in

00:33:59.120 Niverville. So those 10 minute cities page on the, and I encourage people to,

00:34:06.940 to learn more about this. And if they live in the rural parts of Manitoba, I encourage

00:34:11.120 them to reach out to the Winnipeg chapter to request an information session, because we'd

00:34:14.880 be happy to come out to your community, your rural community, and talk about this plan in

00:34:18.980 more detail, answer questions about it and have an information night.

00:34:24.700 Back to you, Tanya.

00:34:27.240 Thank you, uh, very much, Pierre.

00:34:29.560 What we had done under call to action, under weekly emails, it'll also be under urgent actions,

00:34:35.120 is we provided all of the information for you to view. And the plan 2050, for instance,

00:34:42.100 Pierre has taken the time and highlighted in yellow. So I think it's just really important

00:34:47.960 that people come to this page, take a look at the report and, uh, within your own city. Oh,

00:34:53.760 here we go. It was down at the bottom. We've provided all these links. Pierre has done so much

00:34:58.020 work. Again, uh, close your eyes because I'm going to scroll down. It gets a little dizzy.

00:35:03.360 And here you go. Here's, here it is. Yep.

00:35:08.000 The Winnipeg mayor, Scott Gillingham, displayed no knowledge of the fact that the change was

00:35:13.320 introduced into these final stages of the federal law being over, over, uh, over,

00:35:18.700 oversaw it. Um, when a man at the delegation brought it up, he, he interrupted him and tried

00:35:24.100 to say that it wasn't a federal issue, but, but clearly in the, in the latest document,

00:35:27.660 they are trying to get more power than our federal government and give it to this unelected small,

00:35:34.060 um, board who don't want to answer questions, uh, at, at the open house they had last year,

00:35:40.800 they were, they were saying that the public hearings were the place to answer questions or ask

00:35:44.140 questions and that's not happening. So we need, uh, publicity on this. Uh, we need media attention

00:35:50.160 on it. And I encourage people to write their MLA, their MP and ask questions, contact your

00:35:54.000 councillors in your, in your municipality and, and ask a lot of questions about this plan.

00:35:58.060 Right. And, uh, you know, they're always, they're very good at marketing their ideas,

00:36:02.260 no matter how sinister they are, they make it look like it's in the public's best interest.

00:36:07.280 And it's, it's a very vague in what they're saying. And they'll come across like plan 2050 is a

00:36:12.680 long-term policy framework that underscores our dedication to sustainable land use and

00:36:17.900 development. And, and it's like sustainable. Anytime you hear sustainable coming up or land

00:36:23.680 use coming up, these should be major red flags. Our commitment to developing the first regional

00:36:29.320 plan in Manitoba has been unwavering. Well, you know what? You better put the brakes on because

00:36:34.960 the citizens of Manitoba are not in support of this. And so we put this page together. Uh, Pierre has

00:36:41.620 done, uh, like I said, amazing work on it. He has written a letter and he is asking individuals

00:36:48.760 to print this, get signatures so that they can bring it to the meeting on the eight. Now,

00:36:55.720 Pierre, did you bring up, um, an image of the region that the WMR consists of the municipalities?

00:37:05.600 I did. Yes, I can show it to you. Okay. I'm just thinking if we can take one more look

00:37:12.660 at that, because I was really confused when Pierre was bringing, okay, we can stop my share

00:37:17.240 screen. And if you're able just to show that. Just give me a second and I'll pull it up.

00:37:23.240 Because there's like a governing body over the municipalities and it's not the province.

00:37:28.740 There's some, there's a group in between a middleman between that and the province and the federal

00:37:34.380 government. And so where they're getting their financial incentives from as well is, is wanting

00:37:40.820 to take control of all 18 municipalities. We already have enough problems getting into see our mayors

00:37:48.580 and city councils. Can you imagine now when it's given over to the WMR, not even when with an

00:37:54.740 election? And they do this as if it's in the public's best interest. Yeah. Yes. Okay. So

00:38:00.880 there it all is. If you know anybody in any of these, so what they're doing is basically like

00:38:05.040 town halls. They're obligated to inform the public. And so it's important for the residents within these

00:38:12.060 regions to show up to every single meeting, even, even if it's, uh, you know, a, a municipality over,

00:38:19.840 make sure that you're getting a group of people signing this petition, going out and getting

00:38:24.160 other signatures and, uh, helping Pierre as he organizes and leads this campaign. Okay. Thank

00:38:32.160 you, Terenzio. All right, Pierre. Awesome. Was there anything else that you want to add?

00:38:36.360 So just a reminder to people, you're having a meeting this upcoming, uh, Tuesday, a week,

00:38:41.500 Tuesday, and the location will be in there. Where's the location?

00:38:46.160 That is a new next Tuesday, 645 in New Bothwell, Manitoba at the picnic shelter. Okay. And again,

00:38:55.160 public hearing Thursday, uh, August 8th at 2 PM. All right. Okay. Thank you so much. And I'm just

00:39:04.860 going to ask everybody, all of our viewers, please share this information. And if you know contacts

00:39:10.160 within this region, help them become aware of it and encourage them to get out and, uh, join Pierre.

00:39:16.380 Thank you for all the work that you're doing, Pierre.

00:39:19.160 You're welcome. It's great to be part of a Bible believing, a Judeo-Christian social political 0.74

00:39:23.600 activist group.

00:39:25.540 Thank you. And I love it. If you watch, uh, Pierre, when he went up to the mic, uh, to do his delegation

00:39:32.760 and make comment on this plan 2050, he actually, um, started by saying, I thank God and God alone

00:39:41.140 for the ground that I'm standing on. So every time we go to these public meetings, they're always

00:39:45.760 giving, uh, recognition to indigenous, uh, uh, tribes, indigenous regions and land uses, et cetera. But

00:39:54.700 you know what? We shouldn't be doing that. Uh, it is divisive and this land belongs to God. And so

00:40:00.780 we're claiming it back for his good and his glory. All right. So our next guest is, uh, David Lindsay

00:40:06.580 and I can't say enough, bring David. And there you are, my friend. I can't say enough, David,

00:40:11.580 can you bring your screen down a little bit? You look like you're a little, a little hobbit. 0.99

00:40:16.040 All right. Um, I can't say enough how much I appreciate what David's going through. He was supposed

00:40:21.400 to be in a sentencing hearing a couple of weeks ago, but he ended up in the hospital. No, it wasn't a

00:40:27.700 stunt that he pulled. He was actually very sick and, uh, the courts and ended up saying,

00:40:33.540 Oh, I don't really think he's sick. He's just trying to avoid a sentencing. And so they sent

00:40:38.040 the police to the hospital to check on you. And the police officer said, yeah, you don't look good.

00:40:43.300 And, uh, yes. So you were legitimately not well. And your next sentencing hearing is going to be on

00:40:49.560 August 9th, if I'm correct. And the reason I wanted David to come on to the weekly and news

00:40:57.940 update is because Canadians have to understand this, this case against David, these cases involve

00:41:04.140 all Canadians. What the city of Kelowna is trying to do to David is they've got a petition to shut

00:41:09.940 down rallies because David has been very devoted and committed to rallies in his community. They have

00:41:17.180 always been fun. They've always been peaceful. The speakers have not been controversial. Uh, we

00:41:24.080 have a moms coming up, uh, from the United States and other places coming into Canada, preaching hate 1.00

00:41:30.060 and, and there's, there's no problem. They get across the border just fine. They, they continue, uh, on.

00:41:37.300 They don't get shut down. The Canadian government isn't doing about anything about it. A mayor's not

00:41:41.940 touching it, but David Lindsay was having rallies with children and women and pets and great speakers.

00:41:50.900 And it was, uh, such a threat to the former mayor of Kelowna that they garnered, uh, that they created

00:41:58.760 a petition in the courts to shut David down. And this is very significant because this case could be

00:42:05.940 precedent setting. Now, this conversation could end up in the court. So I just want to say if it does,

00:42:11.940 your honor, thank you for having us in the court today. I hope that you will allow all of the

00:42:21.360 evidence that David has to be submitted to the court. In fairness, he has a video that proves

00:42:27.740 that he has never committed any violence or an offense. Another individual, I believe from interior

00:42:33.320 health was it who lied about that. And the court will not allow them to, uh, submit your video as

00:42:41.900 evidence on your behalf. And because of that, you are being charged with assault, which you didn't

00:42:50.820 commit. You were permitted to go into the, um, interior health building. We've seen the video

00:42:56.360 before, but for those of you who are new to your story, we're going to show that again. And if, uh,

00:43:02.580 it's good for the goose, it's got to be good for the gander. And Justin Trudeau was on the beach

00:43:07.260 and he assaulted an individual. And so in the same manner of what they're doing to shut down David

00:43:14.680 Lindsay and put him in prisoner is, is the same going to apply to the prime minister who was under

00:43:21.280 no threat by the individual that approached him. And so David, you've got a very interesting story.

00:43:26.180 You've had a very huge, um, long journey in this. And, um, for, we're going to want your email again,

00:43:34.020 because I'd like people to support you and the work that you're doing, because this has become

00:43:38.540 a full-time job for you and you've sacrificed a great deal. And the last thing I say before I turn

00:43:44.980 it over is that, uh, one of the individuals from interior health as well has, uh, expressed concerns

00:43:52.980 about his picture having been shown on an action for Canada in power hour and that we had expressed

00:44:04.880 concerns over his conduct and that, is this a legacy that he's going to be leaving for the next

00:44:10.620 generations? And, and, and he's concerned now, uh, very stressed out about the fact of, uh, public

00:44:18.280 opinion, I guess, but he has had absolutely zero concern for your wellbeing as you have had your

00:44:24.720 good named name smeared throughout the courts and, uh, throughout Castanet repeated articles about you.

00:44:33.760 And it doesn't seem that anyone seems to be concerned about the backlash that you've received

00:44:39.820 or how this affects you personally and the stress that it has created for you in your life,

00:44:46.960 David. So that's sort of my summary, a little bit of, uh, what's going on with you. So I want to just

00:44:52.460 hand it over and, uh, to give a, give everybody an update on where we're going here.

00:44:58.160 Hi. Yeah. Thanks, Tanya. Um, this has been going on now since December of 2021. Um, so it's going on

00:45:06.840 almost three years now, excuse me, that they have dragged me out through the court system. Um, for those

00:45:14.720 that have seen the video, um, just very, very briefly, we were picketing the, uh, protesting the,

00:45:21.100 uh, internal health, interior health building where a mask order had been issued. I had gone in two

00:45:27.240 weeks prior and the week prior I had gone in, talked to reception and there's a principle it's called

00:45:33.460 open by invitation and interior health is a government facility. Government people work there

00:45:38.880 and they, they cannot deny you access without a reason. So for example, in 1953, they tried to

00:45:46.300 take away a, uh, liquor license of Ron Corelli in Quebec because the premier didn't like the fact

00:45:52.600 that he was supporting JWs. And that went to the Supreme Court of Canada and he was awarded 0.99

00:45:58.620 at that time, $30,000 in damages. And the Supreme Court was very clear, government officials cannot

00:46:05.280 arbitrarily take away your privileges, let much less you're right. So yeah, I, um,

00:46:13.660 Greg Smith from interior health tried to, uh, allegedly ban me from the building.

00:46:19.480 And fortunately we had a friend get the, uh, the incident all on video to prove that there was no,

00:46:25.040 uh, no, no, no, he alleged that I caused a disturbance to the police and he falsified that

00:46:30.480 anti-falsified that in court as well. So it really was a, um, um, an attack on me and,

00:46:38.860 and basically attack on everybody because they didn't want anybody going in to talk to them from

00:46:44.560 our, uh, from our group of protesters. Everybody else was allowed in the building, of course.

00:46:50.220 And my concern, Tanya, is, is a growing, um, I don't know what to call it, but just a growing sense

00:47:00.020 of offensive action by government officials. If you remember the Menzies affair, where the RCMP

00:47:07.600 intentionally bumped into Menzies and then arrests him and charges him with, charges him with assault.

00:47:13.160 And then in this particular instance, they did the same thing to me. Um, government officials,

00:47:19.960 they blocked the entrance that I had a right to, and then they physically blocked me from entering

00:47:24.740 and then charged me with assault in the protest, in the process. And I'm concerned that more and more,

00:47:32.360 it seems like the government is going on the offensive against us and then charging us as a

00:47:37.720 result of what they do to, to us. Um, interestingly, um, it, it will be interesting to see what happens

00:47:45.700 because, um, the reporter for counter signal, Cam Bexty, put his video up recently about

00:47:52.700 Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the assault that Trudeau did on him. And it, it was much, um,

00:48:02.180 I mean, mine was not an assault. I simply was trying to enter the building. But Trudeau intentionally,

00:48:06.800 with two hands, pushed Bexty back on a couple of occasions, even after being warned, don't touch me.

00:48:14.800 So Trudeau has committed, under the criminal code, an assault. And it'll be interesting to see what the

00:48:21.500 government, um, the attorney general does in British Columbia now, if they're going to lay

00:48:25.820 criminal charges against him, because his assault was intentional. It was egregious and, um, and

00:48:32.420 unprovoked. Whereas mine, of course, uh, which wasn't an assault, I was simply trying to enter a

00:48:37.580 building and they physically forced me out of the building. But I am really concerned about, um,

00:48:43.100 government officials using force on us and, and leaving us with no recourse in the long run.

00:48:50.260 Um, next week is the sentencing date, uh, August the 9th at two o'clock in the afternoon here in

00:48:56.700 Kelowna. I don't know what they're going to do. Um, they have, originally the Crown wanted, for, for,

00:49:05.820 for me, the Crown wanted two years in jail and, uh, a DNA sample, three years probation and a 10 year

00:49:12.760 weapon weapons ban. And, um, they've since lowered that to nine months to 12 months in jail. They backed

00:49:21.160 off on the DNA after hearing my presentations on that. And, um, they're still wanting a three year

00:49:29.560 probation and a 10 year weapons ban, however. So their major argument was that we were doing a

00:49:37.260 lawful protest. And because I tried to enter the building after being told that, uh, allegedly I

00:49:42.780 couldn't, that it could have set off a riot similar to the Stanley Cup riot that took place. And the,

00:49:50.320 it's just absolutely absurd to think that that would happen with 40 or 50 seniors, middle-aged people

00:49:56.480 who are way on the other end of the building. And, and at, at that time, many didn't even know what

00:50:01.080 was going on. And, um, his position is all based on speculation, because as you said, even the RCMP

00:50:09.180 have gone publicly and said that all our protests were peaceful. So, excuse me, it really is, um,

00:50:17.460 frightening to see how they're going on the offensive against us and then charging us in the process.

00:50:22.300 And I, I really find it, um, what I really want to advocate to people from this point forward,

00:50:28.080 if government officials touch you in any manner, you need to charge them or file a complaint with

00:50:33.220 the police to have them charged before they come up and start charging you. Um, like I said, I don't

00:50:40.380 know what's going to happen next week. Um, I was supposed to be in court on July the 10th, but yeah,

00:50:44.820 there was some pretty pain. I, I, you know, if the Crown had phoned in, if David Gravedic had phoned in

00:50:53.100 and said, you know what, I'm sick, I can't make it, that would have been the end of the matter.

00:50:56.840 I would have shown up, the judge would have said, look, the Crown is sick, go home, we'll come back

00:51:00.400 in another day. We don't get that same respect. And even though I have not missed a day, there's been

00:51:07.560 30 appearances in this case over two and a half years, and I have not missed a day. Um, I also sent

00:51:13.140 a representative. Bettina went down and appeared at court on my behalf to say, look, David's in the

00:51:21.760 hospital. He cannot make it. Gravedic begins by saying, well, I'm sick on a regular basis too. And

00:51:28.700 I still come to work every day and just minimizing the whole aspect of it. And I'm going to be short,

00:51:36.200 but it gets worse. Um, you're right. They sent the RCMP down, the doctors. I'm very,

00:51:43.140 grateful to them. They kept my private health information quiet. And they, they just wanted

00:51:49.080 to know if he could come in and talk to me. And I said, yes. So he came in, he took one look and he

00:51:53.380 said, yeah, you're not, you don't look good. And I said, yeah, I'm not. So he went back, reported to

00:51:58.860 the Crown, reported it to the judge. And then the, and that I was on an IV, I had air up the nose and so

00:52:05.600 on. And the judge, Judge Heinrich, if you can believe her comment, she said in court,

00:52:13.540 why don't you take the IV out? I know IVs can be taken out and he can show up at two o'clock in the

00:52:19.540 afternoon. So suddenly now it's not Judge Heinrich anymore. It's Dr. Heinrich. And I'm just appalled

00:52:28.340 that a judge would make that determination. I'm in a hospital. I'm on opioids. They have made medical

00:52:36.720 determinations that I cannot leave the building. And she is coming in, possibly threatening me with

00:52:43.640 arrest warrants if I don't get the IV taken out and show up at two o'clock in the afternoon. And

00:52:48.440 what would I have done? Going to court, high on opioids, possibly still having the IV in me at the

00:52:55.860 time. And then she throws me in jail. How, I mean, how, how would I, I deal with that? It's just,

00:53:02.120 she could have put my life at that risk by, by doing that. So it really goes to show how much

00:53:08.240 these people are on the attack against me personally. And it will be interesting now to

00:53:14.260 compare that to what they do to Justin Trudeau after what he did to this reporter in Tofino last

00:53:19.640 week. Will they charge him? Well, let's play the video for a moment so that people can do the

00:53:25.180 comparison. Now the video portion with David, the sound is low. We can't do anything about that.

00:53:31.320 But you'll get the gist of what's happening there. IH, it seems like it was all pre-planned. The RCMP

00:53:37.560 were there as if they were just waiting for this opportunity to scream, you know, like that this

00:53:44.000 was assault. And that's why I said shame on Greg Smith the last time you were on, because what is

00:53:48.420 this, you know, this is not how a man conducts himself and it's deceitful. It's, uh, inhumane

00:53:56.380 the way that they've treated you on the day that you were in the hospital. The judge's comments are

00:54:00.980 inappropriate. And, uh, where have we come to where, you know, this is not a communist country,

00:54:07.160 but boy, there are sure some bad actors here acting as if it already was. So let's just play this clip.

00:54:18.420 So let's just play this clip.

00:54:34.420 So let's just play this clip.

00:54:38.420 So that's considered assault. Assault. Yeah. Is that Greg? Which one's Greg Smith?

00:54:54.880 The one on the left-hand side.

00:54:56.840 Okay. Keep, keep playing it, Terenzio. That's okay. I just wanted to comment on it.

00:55:01.260 So David was saying, because you can't hear it, he was saying, I have a right to enter. And he does.

00:55:05.740 It's a public facility and, uh, they were standing there blocking it. And so when he walked in,

00:55:10.940 it was actually them that assaulted him, not the other way around. Legally.

00:55:15.080 And that's Greg Smith on the left. Yeah. And interestingly, he says those two police officers

00:55:21.000 are there to support him. They just showed up just a couple of minutes earlier. They were not

00:55:25.980 there throughout the day. So Greg Smith had no idea if they were supporting him or not,

00:55:30.380 unless this was a setup already in the background.

00:55:32.640 Well, that's what I'm thinking is that, that they had called it, maybe anticipating this.

00:55:37.740 All right. So the second video, Terenzio, the one with Trudeau, where is that?

00:55:43.560 The second part of the video on the same page, if you scroll down just a smidge.

00:55:49.200 Yeah. And, uh, yeah, there it is.

00:55:52.060 Right there. There it is, him touching him.

00:55:54.200 Mm-hmm.

00:56:02.640 Okay. So that's, that's a good clip. Thanks. Um, yeah, I mean, I, I mean,

00:56:13.880 how petty all of this is, David.

00:56:16.860 Absolutely.

00:56:17.420 And it's like, are you a man or a mouse, Greg Smith?

00:56:20.220 I don't get it. Uh, this is a, a political, uh, campaign against you. We can see that. I don't

00:56:28.540 think that there's anybody on here who would have any respect for any of the three men standing there

00:56:33.220 or the RCMP that actually showed up to take you to the side on this. Uh, where does it come where

00:56:39.180 they say, you know what, we're walking away? I mean, we have terrorists in this country that I had

00:56:43.320 reported earlier in the show that had bought axes and machetes that were going to do significant

00:56:49.200 damage. They don't, they don't know to who, but they are working for ISIS. And we have a terrorist,

00:56:56.180 two of them who were arrested in Edmonton last week. One was killed. I believe he was in Israel.

00:57:03.360 He was going to stab somebody with, but he was a so-called citizen from Canada. And I think any 1.00

00:57:08.980 immigrant that is tied to any of this needs to be deported, but I'm just saying this, this is not

00:57:15.600 where we should be wasting taxpayers' money. How much money do you think they have spent on the

00:57:20.140 courts? 30 court, you said 30 court appearances? How much of taxpayers' money do you think has been

00:57:26.160 spent on this? I don't know, but I know they've, they falsified charges on a, on another protester

00:57:31.960 here. Um, my friend Bruce and his case is over. I now have an access request in to find out how much

00:57:38.120 they have, uh, spent on his case. I was contacted today with a couple of questions they wanted to

00:57:43.960 know. So I'm expecting within 30 days, I will get how much they charged in his case. Under the

00:57:50.060 access legislation, I can't find out what they've done in my case until all the appeals have been

00:57:54.580 exhausted. So I won't know probably until next year sometime, but, uh, there's not only the 30

00:57:59.840 hearings, but there's all the crown research, all the police that went into it, the interviews and

00:58:04.280 everything. Um, how much? I have no idea. I don't, I don't have a clue, but, uh, it will be interesting

00:58:09.400 when we find out. This is, this is, this is crazy. The, the city, the province has a fiduciary duty

00:58:16.120 to spend the tax dollars responsibly. This is irresponsible. This is a waste. And, uh, I, I look

00:58:23.940 forward to the day that these people are removed from office. But the mayor and council, the, the new

00:58:28.540 mayor coming in should, should have recognized this, said, look, this is petty. David Lindsay

00:58:33.740 and the people that are showing up at these rallies aren't creating any violence. There's

00:58:37.960 never been one incident at the rallies perpetrated by any of, any of, um, you know, the people that

00:58:44.120 were attending. It's all been peaceful, which is according to the constitution and the chart of

00:58:49.060 rights and freedoms. You are within your right. And, uh, so to the mayor and city council of

00:58:54.660 Kelowna, knock it off. It's time to just stop this. You are frustrating Canadians who 1.00

00:59:00.580 can hardly put food on the table and, uh, can hardly make ends meet. And you're wasting

00:59:06.480 tax dollars on this case, this bogus case against David Lindsay and Greg Smith. Shame

00:59:11.980 on you. Shame on you. And Mr. Is it Gabber, Gabber, Gabber Vic, David Grabovic, David Grabovic.

00:59:21.040 That's, uh, he's the crown and crown attorney. Yeah. If I can pause for one second, when we

00:59:27.520 were in court the last time on my sentencing submissions, um, I coined a new term in court

00:59:32.860 and I said, this is a new principle where the crown comes up in court and advocates that

00:59:43.780 it is perfectly lawful for government officials to do something they're not entitled to do,

00:59:50.260 like ban me from a building because I hadn't done anything. And if we try to exercise our rights,

00:59:56.360 we are the ones that go to jail, even if they had no power to do it. And I said, that new word is

01:00:01.700 called grab-a-vism. And as soon as I said that, he just started smiling and laughing and he turns

01:00:07.060 around to the media and he's going like this all throughout the trial. He's going like this to the

01:00:11.840 media and he's turning back and he's looking at them. And I'm telling you, he is using the media

01:00:16.780 as his proxy to basically to bad name me throughout the public. And of course, I have no love for

01:00:24.560 Castanet. I'll be, I'll be just partying the day that, that organization goes under. Um,

01:00:30.160 they're just a ragloid basically NBC and that's it. But, um, and of course he, um, he brings up our 0.97

01:00:38.780 last time when March, when we were, uh, when we had an interview on your show as well, he brings

01:00:43.120 that up, which had no relation to sentencing whatsoever, but simply to bring it up because

01:00:48.540 he didn't like some of our comments on the show. So the whole thing, not just me, but everybody

01:00:53.840 who's being charged for Randy Hilliard to Tamara, to the Coutts, everybody, the Coutts boys, everybody

01:00:58.780 are being politically targeted and lied to. Um, and what scares me, for example, um, is with the

01:01:05.840 Coutts issue where they had women come in and try to befriend the people in there and try to make it 1.00

01:01:10.780 look as if they were, you know, attracted to them and interested in a relationship to gain their

01:01:15.460 trust. This is where the governments are going. And you know what? The first police force to do that

01:01:21.200 in the world was the RCMP and the Winnipeg general strike in 1919. They had, they were the first ones to

01:01:27.000 use agent provocateurs to go in. And they're doing that everywhere in Canada right now for people who

01:01:32.920 oppose the government. So it's very scary for people who believe in freedom right now in Canada.

01:01:37.260 Well, I was looking, there's a big uprising in Venezuela right now because they had an election

01:01:42.620 and the current dictator, uh, cheated and the so called far right, uh, candidate that was running.

01:01:51.420 She, she is, uh, making it known because she had a tremendous lead. And the clip I saw yesterday

01:01:57.860 was where the Venezuelan people were very upset and they were rallying and the police officers started

01:02:04.320 to take their uniforms off and join the people. They said, look, these are your family. These are

01:02:10.020 your friends. This is your country. And, uh, this is what Venezuela is what Trudeau models. It wants to

01:02:17.560 model Canada after. And Ken Hardy, my liberal MP, when we were years and years ago discussing the

01:02:24.140 legalization of recreational marijuana, he would go to give examples. Oh yes. You know,

01:02:28.680 we're following Venezuela. And well, that's a dictatorship. Why would you follow anything

01:02:33.200 Venezuela does? And so the lying and cheating that's going on, uh, it's going to come down as

01:02:38.580 we see in Europe and the UK with Tommy Robinson this week, I didn't report on it, but, uh, after his

01:02:44.560 tremendous rallies, I, I, some said 50,000 people, I'd say there was more who had showed up a sea

01:02:50.360 of, uh, authentic British people showed up. And then as well, the daycare, um, uh, a Muslim came 0.99

01:03:00.460 in with a knife and stabbed to death, uh, three children injured, more injured adults. And so then

01:03:07.420 there was a vigil on the streets in this, uh, town as well. And thousands and thousands, a sea of

01:03:14.000 people, authentic British people showed up. And Tommy came out the other day with a, he was very

01:03:21.980 passionate about what he was saying. He dropped a few F-bombs, but he said, there is a time for

01:03:26.840 righteous anger. Don't call the men thugs that were throwing. Cause there was, uh, stones and things

01:03:31.940 were being thrown at police cars by the Brits to say enough of this. This is an invasion. Stop the

01:03:38.060 rape of our women. Stop the murder of our children. This is going to be civil war against the Islamists. 0.98

01:03:44.000 And now what we're seeing in Venezuela and other countries, because of these tyrants that got 0.91

01:03:49.300 into office, Trudeau is a tyrant. Uh, we see what the British, uh, uh, BC government is doing.

01:03:56.160 And I, I truly believe that justice is coming and it will be served. And so I'm just so grateful to

01:04:02.720 you for being in the fight, David, to the level you have. And, uh, that's why I wanted you on so that

01:04:09.840 people could have more understand, uh, have a better understanding of your story, but also your

01:04:13.980 sacrifice and the importance of these cases. And so I'll be away until the 11th. I leave tomorrow

01:04:20.940 until the 11th. And, uh, so I won't be able to be present with you, but I know you'll be texting me

01:04:27.080 on the ninth to let me know how things go. I'm appealing to the, to the government, to the crown,

01:04:32.400 drop this case. You, you have this vindictive spirit against, uh, David. You want to see him

01:04:39.160 persecuted. You've done that, but now it's time to stop it because Canadians are rising up in British 1.00

01:04:45.080 Columbia. We have an election in October. And that's why David Eby and Adrian Dix and Bonnie Henry

01:04:50.960 have so-called dropped the, uh, mandates for vaccination against the healthcare workers because

01:04:57.360 they know how unpopular they are. But this is very unpopular, persecuting innocent citizens.

01:05:04.120 And you know what? Justice is coming. So David, thank you, my friend. Really appreciate the

01:05:09.580 update and we're going to be looking forward to more. Yeah. Thank you very kindly for having me

01:05:14.760 on again. And if I could just, um, I mentioned, you know, with 30 appearances and there's going to

01:05:19.540 be more in appeal, uh, appeal hearings that are coming up and so on. Um, yeah, there's definitely

01:05:24.780 been a lot of, um, a lot of costs involved. And if anybody's able to help with donations,

01:05:29.520 it'd be, it'd be great. Um, I'm not the only one. There's a lot of people on the front lines

01:05:33.840 who have been charged. And, um, when they do do this, um, a lot of people have needed lawyers.

01:05:38.920 I'm grateful that, that God has helped me from the beginning that I can do my own legal work, but

01:05:43.140 there's still a lot of costs that go along with it. And, um, if anybody could help with costs,

01:05:47.500 I'd be very, very much appreciated. Yeah, absolutely, David. And it's not just a matter that

01:05:51.860 you're doing your own legal work, but you're at, you're, you're at home doing this. You know,

01:05:56.180 it's not like you can have a full-time job and do this. You've had to be fully committed to this.

01:06:00.540 They've robbed you, you know, of so much of your time and energies and, uh, your emotions all the

01:06:08.160 way around. So David's email is clear 2012 at PM.me that's C L E R 2 0 1 2 at PM.me 20 bucks. Send

01:06:19.920 them. If everybody that's viewing this sent him 20 bucks, if, uh, you know, for each time that you hear

01:06:25.940 somebody, we, you know, you don't have to send a hundred dollars or $300 if you can do it. But if

01:06:30.540 we share the load as Canadians for each of these cases, it will make the burden lighter. And David

01:06:36.500 has carried an amazing burden for Canadians. And, uh, so just show him some appreciation by sending

01:06:41.960 some financial love his way. Okay. All right. Thank you so much, David. God bless you.

01:06:47.940 Blessings. God bless you too. All right. Well, thank you so much for joining us on the weekly news

01:06:53.960 update. I just want to remind everybody that next week there will be no empower hour. Uh,

01:07:00.840 the production team has taken a break. Um, I will be having a break because I will be in Edmonton

01:07:06.500 at that point. And so I'm looking forward to meeting people and chatting with them and getting some more

01:07:13.800 information out on some important issues. So on August 14th, we have Alex Newman. He's been a

01:07:20.780 special guest speaker numerous times with Action for Canada. He's phenomenal. The job that he's doing

01:07:25.980 in the United States in, um, helping to turn things around, especially for the children is very

01:07:32.260 successful. So he's going to be talking about, uh, rescuing our freedoms by saving our children or

01:07:38.880 rescuing, yeah, saving, saving our freedoms by rescuing our children. And I think it's a very

01:07:46.280 good point. When I was in Red Deer recently, he gave a presentation and I've asked him to give the

01:07:51.060 same presentation. We are in the month of August as of tomorrow, which means that that's wonderful,

01:07:57.720 but the first day of school is coming very, very quickly. So we're asking men to bring their 0.98

01:08:01.920 children to school. We're going to, in that first week and serve notices of liability and let

01:08:07.700 principals and teachers know this is my kid. And don't you either even dare think to talk to them

01:08:13.060 about these LGBTQ ideologies. They're unscientific, they're harmful, and, um, I'll, you'll have to 1.00

01:08:20.020 have another word with me if this happens. And my kid starts coming home talking about changing

01:08:25.140 genders. And then there's also the ban non-governmental flag, all of those little political

01:08:29.920 symbols that are in the schools, 100%. There's a duty of state neutrality. All of this rubbish needs to

01:08:35.440 be removed from our schools. Uh, we don't need LGBTQ allies at school. We need our kids to go there 1.00

01:08:41.600 and learn reading, writing, and arithmetic. And if we, as parents don't take control of this,

01:08:46.540 then you know what you, this is what you're going to get in the education system. So there's a mass

01:08:51.760 exodus from school, from the schools. Uh, and, uh, Alex has talked about that numerous times. So I'm

01:08:57.160 excited to have him on the show. Okay. In closing, we're going to have, uh, two Bible verses to hope,

01:09:02.780 to encourage you. Genesis 8, 22. And we had, uh, the reason I'm using these verses as well is

01:09:09.380 because we had Tom Harris on and we were talking about so-called climate change and the strategies

01:09:14.940 on how to approach mayors and city councils and effective strategies. I got to say effective

01:09:19.960 strategies working together with Action for Canada and God has control of the weather. He's in control

01:09:25.700 of the climate. The climate has always been changing. And of course they're using this as, uh,

01:09:31.220 propaganda in order to gain control of the masses. But I just want to remind people,

01:09:35.820 God is in control. He created all of this, the stars, the moon, the sun, everything. So it says,

01:09:41.580 as long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter,

01:09:47.200 day and night. That's Genesis 8, 22. It doesn't say that there's going to be extreme, uh, um,

01:09:54.600 that you're not going to be able to plant. I mean, sometimes we have droughts.

01:09:57.720 Sometimes there are things that happen, but it says there will be, as long as the earth remains,

01:10:03.680 it's saying there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.

01:10:08.940 So that's first part of it. So let's go to the second verse, which is from Job 28, 20 to 28.

01:10:16.920 Where then does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell? It is hidden from the eyes

01:10:22.820 of every living thing, concealed even from the birds in the sky. Destruction and death say,

01:10:29.180 only a rumor of it has reached our ears. God understands the way to it, and he alone knows

01:10:35.100 where it dwells. For he views the ends of the earth again. He views the ends of the earth and

01:10:40.720 sees everything under the heavens. When he established the force of the wind and measured

01:10:48.880 out the waters. When he made a decree for the rain and a path for the thunderstorm. Then he looked at

01:10:55.520 wisdom and appraised it. He confirmed it and tested it. And he said to the human race, the fear of the

01:11:02.700 Lord, that is wisdom and to shun evil is understanding. So there's such a beautiful mix of, um, things in,

01:11:11.820 in this particular scripture, because it talks about, again, it confirms he established the force

01:11:18.660 of the wind and the measure of the waters and the decree for the rain and the path for the

01:11:22.680 thunderstorm. It just, again, confirms he is in control of all these things. But the other point

01:11:28.800 of this scripture is to talk about the fear of the Lord. That is wisdom. To shun evil is

01:11:34.460 understanding. Wisdom, knowledge, understanding, discernment are better than fine gold,

01:11:38.720 fine gold and jewels. And you can understand that in the day that we're living in. Aren't you glad

01:11:43.920 that you have wisdom? Aren't you glad you have understanding that COVID was a fraud and not to

01:11:48.340 take the jab and, uh, of all the other nefarious things you have the eyes to see it. That's a

01:11:53.960 blessing. And that's a blessing from God. And we need to pray for more people in Canada to have eyes

01:12:00.180 to see and ears to hear, and then the heart to receive it and the feet to walk it out in truth and

01:12:06.120 righteousness. And so, uh, yeah, just, uh, if you're not in the word of God, you will be

01:12:11.620 encouraged. There's always something new every day when you open the word of God. I can sometimes

01:12:16.040 read a verse three times at different times in my life and get something else, something out of it,

01:12:20.860 depending on what I happen to be, uh, navigating through. So anyways, thank you so much. We'll miss

01:12:26.940 you next week, but I'll look forward to seeing you on the 14th. If you happen to be in, uh, Calgary

01:12:32.460 on the 6th or Edmonton on the 7th, please come out and see us. I'll be in Langley on the 8th,

01:12:38.800 the 9th in Campbell river and on the 10th, we'll be in Victoria here in British Columbia. So thanks

01:12:44.420 so much. I look forward to seeing you have a wonderful rest of the two weeks, enjoying some

01:12:48.980 summer weather and time with your families. God bless you and God bless Canada.

01:12:54.460 Today's episode was sponsored by Galatians 5.1 Freedom Coffee. Galatians 5.1 is the first

01:13:01.200 freedom fighting coffee company focused on bringing unity back into community by bridging

01:13:07.020 the divide with gourmet coffee. It goes beyond fueling the fight for freedom. Action for Canada

01:13:13.120 receives 10% of all coffee sales made. Galatians 5.1 offer a wide selection of coffee products.

01:13:31.200 That's what I've got to say. Look at this crowd. I'm going to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.

01:13:52.200 I'm going to thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much for our

01:14:04.200 freedom. And I'm calling on you today. Don't put them to shame. Don't waste what they did. We have

01:14:16.260 guaranteed rights in this country. We are putting chapters across the nation. We are going to be in

01:14:30.340 every town and every city. And we are going to build communities within these communities of

01:14:36.580 like-minded people who are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other and

01:14:41.880 give each other the help when they're down. We are going to use the teams and the people that

01:14:48.520 build within chapters to support our businesses. The government's actions are completely 100%

01:14:57.020 unlawful. Judgment will again be found on justice and those with virtuous hearts will pursue it.

01:15:06.420 You have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom and righteousness.

01:15:14.620 And then verse 23 comes along with a promise. God says he will turn the sins of evil people back on them.

01:15:25.060 He will destroy them for their sins.

01:15:29.060 I take great comfort in that because I serve a mighty living God who has allowed us to go through this

01:15:40.520 season of discomfort because we as a nation have turned our backs on him and we need to get right.

01:15:49.100 So I am just going to thank you so much. I'm going to say God bless you and God bless Canada.

01:15:59.060 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.

01:16:29.060 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.

01:16:59.060 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.

01:17:03.200 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.

01:17:04.800 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and Him.
