00:00:17.920 The presentation I'm going through tonight will introduce you to the Action for Canada

00:00:23.440 For those of you who have never attended this training session before, I want to mention
00:00:28.240 that some of the information I'm sharing refers specifically to BC, where I live, but
00:00:33.840 is similar across the nation.

00:01:00.640 In March of 2020, COVID-19 lockdown measures commenced across Canada, and small businesses
00:01:07.340 ended up getting hit hard.
00:01:09.740 Large corporations have been favored over small businesses, and there are currently over 200,000
00:01:15.780 businesses in Canada that have been forced to permanently close their doors, putting 2.4
00:01:21.840 million private sector jobs in jeopardy.
00:01:25.160 The unlawful provincial requirements continue to put small business owners at risk of closure
00:01:30.760 and potential civil litigation.
00:01:34.040 By enforcing masks, social distancing, hand sanitizers, and mandatory vaccines, the Canadian Constitution
00:01:41.600 and Charter of Rights and Freedoms are being violated.
00:01:44.600 Employees and the public have the right to breathe unimpeded, to move freely, and to be assured
00:01:51.880 of personal privacy, safety, and security of the person.
00:01:57.820 In response to the unconstitutional orders that have been passed by our government, Action
00:02:03.520 for Canada launched the Boots on the Ground campaign in order to support business owners as
00:02:08.940 they navigate their way through these very challenging times.
00:02:12.320 Our goal is to provide business owners with information outlining their legal duties, obligations,
00:02:18.960 and responsibilities, direct them to our website, invite them to start, sign up to start receiving
00:02:25.460 informational emails, and ask for financial support for the legal action.
00:02:31.240 Through the efforts of many dedicated people, Action for Canada was able to compile an educational
00:02:37.380 resource package for volunteers in every province and territory to take to the businesses in their
00:02:43.520 community.
00:02:44.880 Included in the resource package is an informational letter to give to the business owner, a postcard
00:02:51.260 outlining potential violations of their customers' and employees' constitutional rights, business
00:02:57.500 cards directing them to the Action for Canada website, and a mask poster to put on their door.
00:03:03.420 Business owners need to understand they do not have to be mask enforcers or vaccine police, as they are not
00:03:11.460 under contract, nor are they getting paid to enforce mask use, or to determine whether or not you've had the
00:03:18.940 COVID injection.
00:03:19.940 I'd like to go over our code of conduct with you now.
00:03:25.260 Because our goal is to build trust with business owners, we have outlined some very specific
00:03:30.580 directions to follow any time you represent Action for Canada.
00:03:35.020 We ask you to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, in appearance and demeanor.
00:03:41.580 That you don't wear any badges or buttons identifying you as belonging to any particular group.
00:03:47.340 That you always communicate respectfully and not engage in any physical, verbal, emotional,
00:03:53.900 threatening, or abusive behavior towards business owners, their staff, or customers, or bystanders.
00:04:01.760 If things do start to heat up, remember to breathe to regain your composure so that you can be kind,
00:04:08.560 calm, friendly, understanding, compassionate, supportive, and appreciative of the situation and
00:04:15.040 position that many of these business owners and staff are in right now.
00:04:19.600 It's really important that you look after yourself as well and take appropriate rest breaks so that
00:04:25.580 you can maintain your energy and cheerful disposition.
00:04:30.040 Anytime you find yourself with an opportunity to educate small business owners, their staff,
00:04:35.480 customers, or even people you meet in the street, we do have a few important suggestions for you.
00:04:41.240 Try to go out in groups of two or more.
00:04:45.120 Be sure to designate someone to record your interactions on their phone so you have an accurate record of what
00:04:51.480 took place.
00:04:53.220 Find the least intrusive way to speak to the manager.
00:04:56.820 Offer the resource package, get them to sign up to receive Action for Canada's emails,
00:05:02.000 and ask if they'd consider making a donation to the legal action.
00:05:05.800 If they're not receptive, offer to leave the package with them to look over later and tell them you'd like to follow up with them.
00:05:13.840 It's a good idea to keep a list of the businesses you go to as well as the date you visited so you can plan any follow-up visits.
00:05:23.360 After each encounter, you have debrief with your partner to celebrate your successes and to review what you can do differently next time.
00:05:31.720 Remember, you are not required to wear a mask, provide a doctor's note, or show proof of vaccination to anyone at any time,
00:05:41.380 as that is your personal medical information between you and your doctor, and to ask for it is a violation of the Privacy Act.

00:05:54.320 Who is Action for Canada?
00:05:56.500 Action for Canada is a non-profit organization that was founded in August of 2019
00:06:02.000 and is committed to educating, encouraging, and equipping Canadians to take action towards protecting our rights and freedoms.
00:06:10.460 Why did Action for Canada take legal action?
00:06:13.060 The legal action commenced in response to the government's emergency measures that were taken in 2020
00:06:19.420 without having legitimate grounds to do so.
00:06:23.160 Action for Canada retained Rocco Galati, a top-notch Canadian constitutional lawyer,
00:06:28.700 to take legal action against the government.
00:06:32.340 When a donation is made, where does the money go?
00:06:35.740 100% of the funds raised are designated to the legal action.

00:06:45.980 A constitutional challenge of this magnitude is very complex and costly.
00:06:51.300 Attorney-client privilege prevents us from disclosing the exact amount,

00:07:22.000 The lockdowns and mask mandates have become more and more unpopular with Canadians, even though all levels of government and even some businesses continue to push mask use.
00:07:33.840 The expert opinions of doctors and scientists, as well as numerous peer-reviewed studies, report that masks are ineffective in protecting people against so-called COVID-19.
00:07:45.500 These studies prove that aerosol particles are too minute to be blocked and can easily penetrate through and around every model of mask.
00:07:55.660 According to Ted Kuntz, President of Vaccine Choice Canada and a clinical psychologist with over 25 years' experience,
00:08:04.940 the mask is a psychological tool and is used to create compliance.
00:08:09.920 It diminishes our individuality, our authority, and our personal strength.
00:08:14.820 It's a tool that was used in Guantanamo to create submission, and it was also used by slave owners to force the slaves to comply.
00:08:22.580 Masks have been used throughout human history, and it is well understood as a psychological tool.
00:08:29.760 It also cleverly identifies those of us who refuse to comply, and therefore identifies which ones of us are dangerous.
00:08:38.560 Many Canadians are not aware that the Federal Emergency Act preamble states clearly that emergency orders cannot and do not supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:08:50.880 It's imperative that we continue to think critically and be aware of any changes that are occurring at all levels of government in our ongoing effort to protect our rights and freedoms.
00:09:02.140 We have seen how compliance to the mask mandates across our nation has created a segment of the population who now lives in fear, bows to unscientific government mandates, and does the government's bidding without question.
00:09:17.440 This fear is paving the way for people to accept and then demand mandatory vaccinations and other unconstitutional orders.
00:09:27.340 As Canadians, we have inalienable rights.
00:09:30.980 We have our Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the rule of law.
00:09:35.860 If you want to protect your rights, then you must take action.
00:09:39.440 In an effort to assist you, we have created many resources which will empower you to protect you and your loved ones from an out-of-control government.
00:09:49.540 With our Notices of Liability, you will hold those who are violating your rights personally liable.
00:09:55.640 A notice of liability against forced COVID testing has been created in regards to any COVID-19 testing forcibly required, mandated, or administered to Canadian citizens, including children, by the government or appointed officials, employers, educators, etc.
00:10:14.540 It will protect you and your family's guaranteed inalienable right to bodily autonomy.
00:10:21.400 Keep in mind that no order or government mandate supersedes your guaranteed right to work, assemble, worship, or visit your loved ones.
00:10:31.780 It cannot force you to have anything stuck into any part of your body without your 100% consent.
00:10:38.620 If you want to keep your rights and freedoms, then you must not concede, comply, or give in to this tyranny.
00:10:47.760 The Notice of Liability for Businesses is for business owners who are visited by a government representative, such as public health officials, by-law officers, or the police.
00:10:58.860 This notice explains the rights of the business owners according to the Canadian Constitution, the Coronation Oath, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Bill of Rights, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
00:11:12.040 It holds the government official personally responsible for any financial injury and or loss of personal and business income.
00:11:20.080 We also have a Notice of Liability for Workers to Give to their Employers.
00:11:26.380 Employers are not medical professionals and, therefore, they are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and or using coercion to insist employees submit to the experimental medical treatment for COVID-19,
00:11:41.340 namely, being injected with one of the experimental gene therapies commonly referred to as a vaccine.
00:11:47.180 According to Rocco Galati, government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations as that would be unconstitutional and or illegal and unenforceable.
00:11:59.600 Employers need to be notified that they will be held personally liable for any financial injury and or loss of personal income if they choose to use coercion or discrimination against you based on your decision to not participate in the COVID-19 experimental treatments.

00:12:26.160 With this notice, you will be notifying your child's school officials that your child will no longer wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, participate in social distancing, or take the experimental injection.

00:12:46.300 Another is for concerned citizens who don't have kids in school but who are equally interested in stopping the experimentation of our children.

00:13:35.020 Only one Notice of Liability needs to be served per person.

00:13:41.220 Fill in the name of the person you are serving.

00:13:46.480 For example, if you have more than one supervisor or your child has more than one teacher.
00:13:51.860 Keep a photocopy or take a photo with your phone for your records.
00:13:56.240 Be sure to video record when serving the Notice of Liability in person.

00:14:04.280 Remember to keep a record of all your information, documents, videos, dates, times, etc.

00:14:16.740 Canadians are entitled to the full protection guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
00:14:22.560 the Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights, the Nuremberg Code, and the Medical and Legal Ethic of Informed Consent.
00:14:30.440 The Nuremberg Code of 1947 was created at the end of the Second World War to protect citizens from experimental medical procedures
00:14:39.600 and to limit the medical power of federal governments.
00:14:43.840 Now in 2021, we are dealing with a similar crisis in the form of the new experimental COVID injections.
00:14:51.340 The Nuremberg Code stipulates that consent must be voluntary.
00:14:55.300 Telling someone that they are required to take the COVID injections or else they will lose their job,
00:15:01.260 not be permitted to go to school, or not be allowed to travel is coercion, not voluntary consent.
00:15:08.400 Forcing medical tests and or procedures goes against every known law, including the Nuremberg Code,
00:15:14.660 and must be fought against because without medical freedom, we have no freedom at all.
