00:02:59.740 but I had some interest on the failure of multiculturalism worldwide if the host country's values weren't being embraced.

00:03:48.000 So you wonder why Justin Trudeau is doing all this nefarious stuff with the proroguing of Parliament.

00:04:47.000 which they've corrected, which could be a reason why we only have about 5,000 signatures on there.

00:04:52.420 As far as I'm concerned, with the position that the majority of Canadians,

00:04:57.640 how they feel about immigration right now,

00:04:59.980 we should have like a million signatures on that petition.

00:05:47.680 The massive wins, of course, that we reported

00:05:50.340 were that we completely overturned the 15-minute city plan.

00:05:55.680 It was called Plan 2050.

00:05:57.180 I call it the AKA 15-minute city on steroids in the Winnipeg metropolitan region.

00:06:02.940 And I want to play you a brief video,

00:06:06.360 but as well for any of you who missed this through the Christmas rush,

00:06:09.740 we did the call to action campaign in BC

00:06:12.360 against the fraudulent election that had decided that the NDP, in the end, had won.

00:06:21.080 There are too many anomalies to call this a fair election.

00:06:25.320 And so I'm working with people in the background,

00:06:27.560 and I'm hoping that an investigation will commence

00:06:31.140 and that this decision will be overturned.

00:06:33.260 And in response to Action for Canada's call to action campaign,

00:06:38.700 asking, you know, demanding for a re-election, but an investigation,

00:06:43.500 we called John Rustad's office and 3,200 people wrote letters, 3,200 people.

00:06:49.020 So it's very, very critical that our members respond to our call to action campaigns

00:06:56.700 because they are effective.

00:06:58.220 And for John Rustad, he hears the voice of the people,

00:07:01.840 and this is why we're changing the conversation in politics,

00:07:05.640 is because of this pushback.

00:07:08.460 They want to go where the votes are.

00:07:10.640 And previously, the minority groups, the radical, you know, Muslims,

00:07:15.980 and the radical sex activists in the LGBTQ movement,

00:07:19.980 which were less than 1% once upon a time,

00:07:22.860 were the squeaky wheel they got the attention.

00:07:25.200 We are the majority, and that majority rules,

00:07:27.640 and the work that we're doing is paying off

00:07:30.500 as we all unify and work together as a united body.

00:07:35.380 So in the CBC, you just got to love them.

00:07:38.700 What I want you to note is that they never mention Action for Canada,

00:07:43.200 that they try to undermine the work that we do.

00:07:46.320 When they talk about the hundreds of people that showed up at this event,

00:07:51.560 they had two public meetings that the WMR was mandated to have

00:07:57.720 to bring public awareness.

00:07:59.840 And Pierre Atala, as I've mentioned before,

00:08:01.620 our chapter leader, provincial leader in Winnipeg,

00:08:04.880 he did an amazing job at getting people to show up.

00:08:08.960 And that's another reason why you need to respond

00:08:10.980 to our local call to actions as well,

00:08:13.300 because every body is a number, and it counts,

00:08:16.340 and it applies pressure.

00:08:17.360 And they had to have a place to accommodate everyone.

00:08:22.120 And by the next event, we were able to get 1,000 people showed up,

00:08:26.280 and they had to shut the meeting down.

00:08:28.540 But listen to the spin that CBC puts on this.

00:08:32.220 ...framework for Winnipeg and its neighbours is not going ahead.

00:08:37.080 The Winnipeg metropolitan region voted this morning

00:08:39.680 not to proceed with Plan 2050.

00:08:43.000 CBC's Bartley Kivas joins us to break down what this means

00:08:46.460 and really why it matters.

00:08:48.180 So, Bartley, what is the Winnipeg metropolitan region

00:08:51.620 and what was Plan 2050?

00:08:53.840 Well, the Winnipeg metropolitan region is the city

00:08:55.800 and 17 surrounding municipalities.

00:08:58.200 Now, the former PC government under Brian Pallister,

00:09:01.420 when he was around, he asked them, he required them,

00:09:03.880 to put together a regional framework

00:09:05.240 to coordinate infrastructure planning.

00:09:07.460 This plan was created,

00:09:08.600 and it was going through a public hearing process

00:09:10.420 over the past summer

00:09:11.420 when it started to face widespread opposition.

00:09:13.920 So, really, who was it that opposed the plan,

00:09:17.100 and why were they so opposed to it?

00:09:18.920 Well, two different groups of people.

00:09:20.120 For starters, several mayors and reeves.

00:09:23.780 Some of them complained, these mayors and reeves,

00:09:25.760 about a loss of autonomy.

00:09:26.980 This plan called for standardized guidelines

00:09:29.120 for developing residential neighbourhoods,

00:09:31.200 and there was also opposition from people

00:09:32.680 opposed to aspects of the plan

00:09:34.120 that weren't even real.

00:09:35.300 There was a public hearing in Niverville in August,

00:09:37.240 and it had to be cancelled

00:09:38.340 after hundreds of people showed up.

00:09:40.100 So, is that really all that it took to cancel this plan?

00:09:43.920 No, no, it wasn't.

00:09:45.080 I mean, there was a period back in the summer

00:09:47.280 where former Municipal Affairs Minister Ian Bushy

00:09:50.500 defended the plan 2050,

00:09:51.880 and then days later,

00:09:53.260 Premier Wabkenu announced

00:09:54.180 the province will let municipalities

00:09:55.720 in the Winnipeg metro region

00:09:57.400 leave the Winnipeg metro region.

00:09:59.320 The NDP government then introduced legislation

00:10:01.380 to allow them to leave,

00:10:02.980 and that legislation hasn't passed,

00:10:04.860 but it effectively killed the plan.

00:10:06.760 And that's why there was no opposition this morning

00:10:09.420 to a motion to not proceed with the plan.

00:10:12.420 So, where does this leave us?

00:10:13.960 What happens next?

00:10:15.160 Well, it is interesting.

00:10:16.620 In the meantime, in two years,

00:10:18.900 the municipalities that choose to remain in the region

00:10:21.440 expect to have a new plan.

00:10:23.580 They have until 2027 to create a replacement plan.

00:10:26.740 Some leaders, like Mayor Scott Gillingham of Winnipeg,

00:10:29.020 say they fear major businesses

00:10:30.500 will skip over the Manitoba capital

00:10:32.860 in favour of other provinces

00:10:34.600 and other provincial capital areas

00:10:36.100 because they can't count on

00:10:37.560 consistent planning rules here.

00:11:08.540 in areas where people would no longer be able

00:11:14.820 it's because of this Plan 2050.

00:11:17.820 They were going to be shutting down mines

00:11:19.500 and taking, not mines, sorry, wells,

00:11:22.780 and taking control of wells on people's property,

00:11:26.820 prohibiting them from using it.

00:11:28.280 And so the whole thing was very nefarious,

00:11:30.880 and it was because of the lobbying of government

00:11:34.240 that Action for Canada and our members were doing,

00:11:38.060 and we're just so grateful,

00:11:40.880 and that's why I want to emphasize to our members,

00:11:43.520 it's so important that you join our chapters.

00:11:45.980 We are having incredible, miraculous success,

00:11:49.600 and we cannot do this without you.

00:14:25.220 urgently needs our support.

00:14:28.040 She's been charged with discreditable conduct

00:14:30.560 and is on the brink of losing everything

00:14:33.120 for simply doing her job,

00:14:35.760 investigating nine unexplained infant deaths

00:14:39.200 potentially linked to their mother's vaccination status.

00:14:43.000 Among the evidence she uncovered

00:14:44.380 and presented to her superiors

00:14:46.200 was a Pfizer report revealing

00:14:48.380 that 31 out of 32 pregnancies

00:14:51.400 ended in spontaneous abortion.

00:14:54.540 Early in her investigation,

00:14:56.560 in December 2021 and January 2022,
