00:05:25.880We're so glad you've joined us and a warm welcome to you.
00:05:28.940We're so grateful to have you as a part of our community.
00:05:32.600Our guest speaker this evening is our good friend, David Lindsay, and the title of tonight's show is A Judge's Oath to God, King and Justice.
00:05:43.540It's Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, and this is the Empower Hour.
00:05:50.800Action for Canada is a national movement reaching out to millions of Canadians and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation.
00:06:02.020Through call-to-action campaigns, we educate, equip, mobilize, and empower citizens to take action.
00:06:10.520We are committed to protecting faith, family, and freedom.
00:06:16.260We want to once again thank all of you who faithfully watch the Empower Hour, support Action for Canada, and share our valuable resources with your friends and family.
00:06:27.000Your financial contributions are always appreciated and are used in ways that make the greatest impact on preserving Canadian sovereignty and our rights and freedoms, especially now that we're appealing the Tyson Cook case as well as the constitutional challenge against the B.C. and federal governments.
00:06:46.280If you've never partnered with us financially and you'd like to, be sure to go to our website and sign up to become a monthly partner or to give a special gift of any amount.
00:06:57.940Thank you also for your faithful prayer support as we stand together to educate fellow Canadians and to uphold our rights and freedoms.
00:07:06.780If this is your first time joining us on the Empower Hour, I'm so pleased to introduce you
00:07:14.540to Tanya Gaw, the founder and leader of Action for Canada. Many of you became aware of Tanya's
00:07:21.100work during the unlawful COVID lockdowns and the resulting constitutional challenge that she'll
00:07:27.320be discussing tonight, but she's actually been working for over 11 years bringing public awareness
00:07:33.440and educating fellow Canadians about the many serious issues facing our nation, including
00:07:39.640government corruption. Will you all please help me welcome Tanya Gaw. Hello, Tanya.
00:07:46.080Hi, Heather. Thank you for that introduction. This is a very timely show tonight, and I am
00:07:51.820super grateful to David Lindsay when I called him after our decision on September 24th
00:07:58.860by Justice Weatherhill, striking our case, our constitutional challenge against BC and federal
00:08:05.400government in its entirety, I thought, okay, what actually is the oath? David and I have discussed
00:08:11.300this before, and I'm aware that they have to take an oath to the king. And it can't all be willy
00:08:17.100nilly here where we have these activist judges just doing as they please. They've got boundaries0.78
00:08:38.600The Bible says for lack of knowledge, people perish.
00:08:41.700So with Justice Weatherhill's remarks, not only striking our case,
00:08:46.000but the statements that he made in court,
00:08:48.940We discussed them a couple of weeks ago with Rocco on the show and Ted Koontz, and basically, you know, saying that our case was a crusade tied to Christian nationalism.
00:09:02.480There is a code of ethics that judges have to, again, abide by.
00:09:08.080And Justice Witherill's remarks and conduct just really raises serious concerns as he clearly violated multiple sections of the Canadian judicial.
00:09:18.000it's called Canadian Judicial Council's Ethical Principles for Judges. See what I mean? They can't
00:09:23.420just all be willy-nilly and doing as they please. But in response to Justice Weatherhill's conduct,
00:09:30.340I filed a complaint with the Canadian Judicial Council on September 30th. I think it's very,
00:09:37.680very important to address this. I think he should be held to account for his actions. And I actually
00:09:43.120believe personally that he just went way too far and he needs to be removed and that he has
00:09:48.600there was an abuse you know of judicial authority and that he violated his duty to hear the parties
00:09:54.540impartially with an open mind and so his ruling really failed in all ways to meaningful address
00:10:02.400the supreme court authorities facts and arguments that Rocco had brought forward so I think we're
00:10:07.900heading in the right direction there by filing a complaint and also doing the appeal. So I'm
00:10:13.640just looking down here because I'm going to share my screen. Just a moment. For some reason,
00:10:23.140the backup is not happening. I'm going to just stop doing that for a moment.
00:10:25.720all right here we go let's try that again technical issues who doesn't just hate that
00:10:39.880all right hopefully everybody can see my screen and that big beautiful map this is what action
00:10:46.460for canada looks like nationally and we keep encouraging more and more people please sign up
00:10:51.680be a chapter leader, get involved. It is critically important to do so. Now, as I was
00:10:56.980talking about, we had every time we have a guest on, we end up promoting them. I'll be showing
00:11:04.220David's page, but not only just promoting the guest, but the topic, the very critical, important
00:11:09.060topic. And we always have solutions as well. So I had mentioned that we're doing an appeal. We sent
00:11:15.280this message out to the masses. So I really encourage you to look that over. You can find
00:11:20.260Justice Weatherhills filed complaint on this page as well on our website. You can also find it in
00:11:28.100the main menu under legal. It will be posted there as well. And this is the extent, a six-page
00:11:34.920complaint detailing everything that was said and done that day in court. Now, next week,
00:11:40.660I'm going to be hosting the Empower On Myself, providing a presentation over what we've
00:11:47.300accomplished in the last year. And I am going to do a deeper dive into these cases, because the
00:11:52.500other message that just went out today was that we're also appealing the Tyson Cook versus Action
00:11:59.960for Canada. Remember the drag queen that filed a complaint against Action for Canada in December
00:12:05.9002024 for so-called defamation, which we completely reject those allegations. And I just wanted to
00:12:14.980bring to your attention this went out today again if you're not on our email list please sign up
00:12:19.340there was information that we further found on Mr. Cook who's always said minors are never at
00:12:26.320these adult drag events and we ended up finding posted on his own Facebook page the following
00:12:32.480images so this little this little guy here was brought to an event you can see the headphones
00:12:38.280on there. This is the invitation, which clearly says that Tyson Cook, aka Frida Wales, is hosting
00:12:45.580this event. So he's responsible for what happens. It states on here that it was at Moonin's Post,
00:12:50.720it gives the date. And then here it is Moonin's Post with this little fella. And these are some
00:12:57.160of the other performers. And I guess that's a backstage image of these individuals. And so this
00:13:04.760just re-emphasizes the reasons you know why we have these concerns it is about advocating for
00:13:11.880children there has to be certain boundaries and we believe that the position that we've taken
00:13:17.880was the correct avenue and so as a just a one more if you need information again on this issue
00:13:26.600I would encourage you please to go to the legal action page you'll have two choices one is our
00:13:33.240constitutional challenge. And the other one is the case with Mr. Tyson Cook. And so we try to go
00:13:40.360in date order. As we get updates, we provide you updates. You can see the video compilation
00:13:47.080of his creative artwork that was available and made public that children could easily access.0.85
00:13:54.860And it was murdering people, chopping them up, eating them. It's just really, really crazy0.90
00:14:02.600that this individual as well also is an education assistant
00:14:09.660and works with children in Autism for Autism BC.
00:14:17.440We're suggesting that they dismiss this case.
00:14:20.580We've got far too much evidence on our side
00:14:24.440to confirm that this is a matter of public interest.
00:14:28.680the public have a right to know who the people are entertaining their children in libraries and
00:14:35.280who the city of Kelowna is hiring to entertain children at family-friendly events. And so we'll
00:14:41.720continue on that. And we're praying for a great result there. We're praying that they realize,
00:14:46.200you know, that this is not a case that should proceed in the courts. And we're appealing
00:14:50.600the Justice Hardwick's decision because she dismissed our anti-slap, which was saying this
00:14:56.920case needs to be dismissed. And now we're heading to court if we don't appeal it. So we're repealing
00:15:01.120it. I hope that made sense. Okay, so it's very timely having David on because I know in Justice
00:15:08.060Hardwick's case as well, David and I were discussing this and it talks about any reasonable
00:15:13.280person. What would they think or believe by reading the information on Action for Canada's
00:15:18.980webpage? But what they're not describing is who is a reasonable person? Well, my position strongly
00:15:25.600is that in a Christian nation, a reasonable person is going to be a moral upright individual
00:15:32.380that supports our biblical Christian values, that our criminal code was based on, that our
00:15:37.640constitution and our charter is foundational through biblical principles, and our Christian
00:15:43.060God. And so as we go into court, this is the standard. But everybody has been so brainwashed
00:15:50.280into believing that we're a secular nation, a multicultural nation, and now a post-national
00:15:54.860state with no core identity. And I really believe this is an amazing time for us to have this reset,
00:16:01.600say, no, stand on it, be patriots. We are a Christian nation. And the Christian principle
00:16:06.680is should guide everything that moves through the courts and the decisions thereof. So in Quebec,
00:16:12.940on the coronation oath, which of course, I met David in 2020, started teaching me about the
00:16:17.360coronation oath. And now we've been, you know, trying to educate as many people and as many
00:16:22.040elected officials nationwide on what is the coronation oath. And meanwhile, in Quebec,
00:16:26.740as they try for decades to turn towards a secular state, which they're not, they're part of the
00:16:31.820Christian Commonwealth that we know as, and country Canada. And they, this individual didn't
00:16:38.120want to swear an oath when he was elected for office in 2022. Now, a lawyer by the name of
00:16:44.760Lawrence Wong is, sorry, Lawrence David, is challenging this. He is challenging Quebec now
00:16:52.160that they've had this election and all new MNAs, are they called there? I forget the abbreviation
00:16:59.620for Quebec, my apologies. MNAs, members of National Assembly, and stating that, no,
00:17:07.380you don't have a decision. This is constitutionally embedded, you know, so that you,
00:17:12.760every sitting elected official needs to take an oath otherwise you can't serve in parliament or
00:17:18.360the legislature so david will dig more into that and then finally if you haven't already signed up
00:17:25.780with clear with david i encourage you to do that do so because he sends out a weekly email and he's
00:17:32.580he's got several legal actions himself that he's doing himself like so impressive i'm so proud of
00:17:38.140So proud to call him friend. He's working so hard. And he's not one of these lawyers getting, you know, six figures. He's not a lawyer. He's somebody that really educated himself in the common law. And now on behalf of Canadians nationwide, he is fighting for the freedom of speech, freedom of mobility, freedom, everything that, you know, a constitutionally grounded nation would function by.
00:18:01.340And so we really thank David for that. And like I say, this is just an example of one of his newsletters. Well, he's going to be on our show tonight. Look at that. There he is. So he makes great announcements. I think that'll be of interest to people nationwide and to support him. So with that, Heather, would you please introduce our special guest?
00:18:19.880it's always a pleasure to have our good friend david lindsey joining us on the empower hour
00:18:29.380david is widely recognized for his expertise on the coronation oath the constitution and
00:18:35.900the sacred duties of elected officials and the crown and over the years he's helped thousands
00:18:41.160of canadians understand how our highest laws rooted in the christian faith and the king's
00:18:46.640solemn oath binds every member of parliament, senators, the governor general, and public
00:18:52.800servants to protect our God-given rights and freedoms. David is the co-founder of Common Law
00:18:59.040Education and Rights, or CLEAR for short, and he's the author of several books, including the
00:19:06.140Annotated Criminal Charging Procedure in Canada. Will you all please help me welcome David Lindsay.
00:19:57.280And how can they not be upholding a value, a principle, a morality within the courts that are essential to our Christian foundation?
00:20:07.140and you and I've had many conversations about this and so I say hey can you come on the show
00:20:11.680and let's educate more Canadians now I just want to mention that we're super censored at Action
00:20:17.620for Canada even Rumble is censoring us and YouTube of course we just can't seem to get off the ground
00:20:23.980on these channels and so during any good war where they're trying to usher in communism and
00:20:29.960socialism and communication is key and so we have to rely on the people to pass the information on
00:20:36.740So please give us a thumbs up on Rumble, on YouTube, wherever you're seeing this, on social media, and please share the information, because what we train people on and educate people on, you're not finding anywhere else.
00:20:49.920Nobody else has been talking about the coronation oath, but they're starting to, guess why? Because we've been talking about it for years, and thanks to David.
00:20:57.500So, David, let's start with maybe an update on the cases that you're involved in.
00:21:02.480Hi, thanks. Yeah, there's basically two cases. You know, everybody who has opposed the COVID issue and government crackdown on rights and freedoms has been attacked, pretty much everybody.
00:21:18.200and the two main ones here that they've gone after are our public protests in Stewart Park
00:21:26.800in downtown Kelowna they started by issuing tickets basically every week and that we were
00:21:35.040having rallies and now every month we have them there and now they've three going on four years
00:21:41.420now they tried to get an injunction to stop us from having protests outside and one might think
00:21:49.240well they're constitutionally protected and of course they are but the governments are starting
00:21:54.460to use cities and municipalities to try and bylaw protests out of existence and they're trying to
00:22:01.980say you need a permit and they're trying to classify it in different ways and so on and
00:22:07.300play a lot of word games so i filed a anti-slap application a couple years back and um we lost
00:22:17.480in the first round the judge ruled that expression the city's claim doesn't reference our
00:22:25.600topic that we talk about they just reference whether we're doing this
00:22:30.540and um no other case has ever said that it has to reference that it's just whether you're
00:22:36.800communicating or not so we've gone to the court of appeal the court of appeal in its preliminary
00:22:42.020findings said we have lots of merit and they said it's of um of its importance to the legal
00:22:46.760community in bc so we're proceeding with it and ironically the first part which is the appeal
00:22:53.520record and that's all our documents was supposed it's supposed to get filed tomorrow and talk about
00:22:58.280technical difficulties i was trying to file it earlier today and yeah there's technical difficulties
00:23:03.020trying to file it online with uh with the court and so on so we'll get that done tomorrow but that
00:23:09.180is set for hearing uh march 25th here in Kelowna a three-member panel of the court of appeal will
00:23:16.060be traveling from vancouver here to Kelowna and to hear that so that's going to be um awesome
00:23:22.780to have them here and the only other one is the falsified assault charge on me of course
00:23:28.620Um, and I've made an application for a constitutional challenge and basically they think I should
00:28:55.020a lot of legal repercussions to them as well
00:29:00.000Now, if every, well, let's put it this way, every statute and every constitution, not every statute, but every constitution will have oaths that you have to take that are in there.
00:29:14.620And these oaths, every word that is in the oath has meaning to it.
00:29:18.860They're not just thrown in there superfluously and people think, well, it has no meaning to it.
00:29:25.940you cannot have a ceremonial oath as they try and tell you it is um this this is just ceremonial
00:29:35.400the king takes it as if it's just a procedure they have to go through in order to achieve the
00:29:42.420office of a king or the judge or in any case whatever office it may be but that's an oxymoron
00:29:50.080if it has no meaning, why are the words set out in our Constitution? For example, in 128 of the
00:29:57.480former BNA Act, now the Constitution Act of 1867, why are these words set out in so many statutes,
00:30:05.280which, by the way, are merely a reflection of the common law that went back hundreds and hundreds
00:30:11.420and hundreds of years, and it's simply codified into a statute now in many cases.
00:30:15.960so the fact that these words are spelled out means that they have they have meaning to
00:30:24.360or the words wouldn't be there and as a learned man once said a long time ago all
00:30:29.820debates all arguments would cease if people would simply start by defining their their words
00:30:37.360and that's what we need to look at when we talk about an oath the the maximum law is that the
00:30:45.180law does not compel vain or useless things. So they're not going to force you to go through this
00:30:50.480big pompous ceremony for nothing. It has meaning. It has ramifications, legally, constitutionally,
00:30:58.540morally, and ethically, that people who are taking an oath are doing it for a legal or
00:31:05.140constitutional reason. Ceremonial oaths are an oxymoron. You can have ceremonial functions
00:31:12.460after you take the oath governor general is a prime example of that lieutenant governors they
00:31:17.640have many ceremonial functions they do and that's part of their power but you cannot have a
00:31:23.820ceremonial oath in order to attain that position of power in the first place the whole purpose of
00:31:30.940the oath is to bind your conscience for whatever it is that you're doing or you're swearing to to
00:31:37.380do or not to do for the person who's doing it and anyone who is saying that the oath is ceremonial
00:31:46.480is either lying to you it's absurd they don't know what they're talking about or they're covering
00:31:52.240something up because all the oaths have real real meaning to them there was a court case
00:31:59.160back in 1932 and one of the judges had this comment to make and i will quote from the
00:32:06.460the Philippi court case. It is to be assumed that a person taking the oath understands precisely
00:32:12.440what he is doing until the contrary is shown. That fundamental principle, that presumption,
00:32:19.340applies to the king and it applies to judges taking their oath. They know what they are swearing to
00:32:26.320when they take that oath. So if they break it, it's presumed that they knew what they were doing
00:32:31.480in the first place so the most important part when we talk about the the judges and so on
00:32:37.340is the beginning because and it bears repeating if i'm going to tell you what to do there's only
00:32:45.280two ways to do it force or by agreement in our law it's by agreement of course and that agreement
00:32:51.960is set out in the coronation oath and in the oath of allegiance and oath of office from various
00:32:57.220people within the king's minions and as a result they pay they have to take an oath to limit their
00:33:06.080powers because nobody's going to allow somebody and agree to somebody to tell them everything that
00:33:10.540to do in life or you'd be you'd be a slave and as a result all and i urge everybody remember this
00:33:17.900principle all power flows from the oath if they don't take that oath they have constitutionally
00:33:26.200legally lawfully they don't have any power that is the purpose of taking the oath is to limit their
00:33:33.300powers that they're going to have over you and the oath of allegiance and the oath of office
00:33:38.220limit the powers of the king i'm sorry of the judges and the people who are taking it within
00:33:44.500the government as well so there's a maxim that the person delegating power cannot delegate more
00:33:54.300power than that person has already. It's a strong common law principle that goes back hundreds of
00:34:00.060years and is well settled in our law. As a result, the king cannot delegate to MPs, MLAs, or to judges
00:34:09.340and judicial officers more power than the king has already. So the judges that are sitting on the
00:34:16.960bench, they are limited in their powers, not just by the charter, but they are limited higher up by
00:34:24.020the coronation oath itself. And the king cannot pass any law that would allow judges to have more
00:34:30.200power than the king has himself. And the judges, if they do that, they are what's known as being
00:34:37.700outside the execution of their duties, because they are limited. So when we give the king power,
00:34:44.840the king has a certain box that he's bound by. It can't go out of that. And when you have judges,
00:34:51.000They may be independent, but they're bound within that box as well. They can't go outside that box in what they're doing, or they're outside the execution of their duties, because they don't have the power, and that's limited by these oaths that they have to take.
00:35:07.840now when you look at the courts they are called the king's courts for a reason
00:35:13.340constitutionally under the coronation oath the king set up these courts
00:35:18.160and appointed the judges who were going to be there so these judges are sitting
00:35:24.060generally speaking supposed to be sitting originally at the king's pleasure that was
00:35:29.000changed in 1701 with the act of settlement um and previous to that they were working up to
00:35:34.620getting to there where they were sitting outside the king's pleasure and they had to be removed
00:35:40.480for cause and they were supposed to be independent after that and the oath of allegiance basically is
00:35:48.620is one of the two oaths that they have to take and it's an oath of fidelity to the king
00:35:52.600and it basically means an oath of loyalty trustworthiness honesty faithfulness to
00:36:02.160the king and really it's more to the office than the king personally and to the values and the
00:36:09.520constitutional structure that we have in place and even if the king breaks the law there's i mean
00:36:16.360there's two options if you're going to be loyal to the king does it mean you're loyal to the king
00:36:21.360even if he breaks the the law even if he breaks his oath sorry i swore i swore loyalty to the king
00:36:27.620So, even though he's broken the law, I'm going to stand by him. Or the other option is, we're only loyal as much as the king keeps his promises as well.
00:36:42.140And the book, The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate, is quite clear that these lower minions, including judges, their oath ends where the king starts to break his oath, because they're not allowed to go outside of it.
00:36:57.620Now, originally, passing from common law, they brought in the Promissory Oaths Act in England, I think in the 1800s, and then the Oaths Act in 1978.
00:37:06.460And it says, I swear by Almighty God, I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, heirs and successors, according to law.
00:46:16.240If the king gives royal assent, it's valid and binding 800 years later, unless it's been repealed.
00:46:23.800All of these statutes that were passed which form part of our constitution and the rules of succession such as the Coronation Oath Act and the English Bill of Rights and the Act of Settlement, they're not void for lapse of time and the judges are bound to uphold them in the exercise of execution of their duties.
00:46:42.920in 1963 the Ontario Superior Court mentioned the nature of what this oath these both of these
00:46:54.420actually entail I want to read you one sentence it's it just really blows away any claim that
00:47:04.940oaths are ceremonial and the court said the oaths of allegiance and the prescribed oaths of office
00:47:11.840of her majesty's judges and ministers together with the oath of office of all public officials
00:47:17.260all acknowledge the supremacy of god this is directly from the ontario superior court of
00:47:24.460justice and they recognize that these oaths that they're taking are an oath to uphold the
00:47:31.940coronation oath of the king directly or indirectly and then they have to apply that of course in
00:47:41.060their courts so one may say look at all the oaths of allegiance they're pretty short today i will
00:47:47.280bear true allegiance to her majesty and for a lot of people they go what does that mean
00:47:51.160i tried to get some uh examples of it a long time ago and i want to show you uh exactly a couple
00:48:00.260copies of what the oath means and um can i just share my screen here for a second turns you yeah
00:48:07.660go ahead ready uh which one am i going to put here there we go hopefully i get the right one okay uh
00:48:16.700sure can you see this oath of allegiance sure can awesome thank you oh it's fairly small i'll
00:48:26.780try to expand it a little and this was from back i'm sorry it got cut off at the the bottom but i
00:48:35.260think it was back in the oh here was this it was from the court of um peel in saskatchewan they had
00:48:45.140a plaque that was their um table with glass over and i saw these oaths in there i had been trying
00:48:52.280to get oaths from the judges in bc none of them want to release their oaths they don't what are
00:48:57.080they hiding that the judges do not want to talk about these oaths they just don't want to go there
00:49:02.460And I found this and it says, Hector MacDonald in the province of Saskatchewan, sincerely promise and swear, I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to his majesty, the king, George V, as lawful sovereign of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Ireland and his dominion of Canada, depended on and belonging to the said kingdom.
00:49:22.920And I will defend him to the utmost of my power against all traitorous conspiracies or attempts whatsoever, which shall be made against his person, crown, or dignity.
00:49:33.340And I will do my utmost endeavor to disclose and make known to his majesty, his heirs or successors, all treason, traitorous conspiracies and attempts, which I shall know to be against him or any of them.
00:49:46.760And all this I do without equivocation, without mental evasion or secret reservation.
00:49:52.220they're not hiding anything so help me god it is a sworn oath to be true and allegiant to the king
00:50:00.440no matter what no matter what happens he will be allegiant to the king now that of course is bound
00:50:09.400by the oath because if the king breaks the oath this judge would be breaking his oath
00:50:16.020if he supported the king in doing that.
00:50:21.540And the other one that I picked up here was from 1974,
01:04:33.720And that's why I said at the beginning of the show,
01:04:35.760we need some true patriotism from Canadians.
01:04:38.620It's like, do you need permission to stand up for the foundation of your nation?
01:04:42.920It's like, we're giving it to you tonight.
01:04:44.440we're asking you we're begging you pleading you stand up and and understand secularism
01:04:49.900is communism all right you you think that it's like oh you know we don't need god we don't need
01:04:55.620to believe we can just have a society that functions aside from god but if you're if you're
01:05:02.120not happy with how canada is being run right now that you can't afford groceries and that you have
01:05:09.900these dictators that are in office, you're making that decision every time you vote. And you have
01:05:17.580to know who the candidate is, where they stand on these issues, and you actually need to invest in
01:05:22.940those candidates and help them get elected. We have some really important elections coming up
01:05:27.740here in BC at the municipal level, and at the provincial level, and we have great options.
01:05:32.760There are several other provinces that are having elections right now. Are you involved in those
01:05:37.540elections do you know what those candidates um stand on are they aware of the coronation oath
01:05:43.140are you taking our resources and providing them to the elected officials and during bill c9 david
01:05:49.880had prepared um an oath for mps a letter that spelled out to them what their oath was their
01:05:56.820oath of office and uh there's an individual in alberta uh we were talking about alberta and this
01:06:03.380this uh fellow that they're challenging uh miss mr uh what was his name again mr
01:06:09.940oh missed it sing mr sing wearing wearing yeah wearing right and the the thing is is that as the
01:06:18.900minister of justice is mickey amory his real name is kassim muhammad mackie amory and he's a muslim
01:06:25.300and when he came into office he was permitted to take his oath on the quran so he's sworn a false
01:06:30.840oath. You cannot be a Muslim and take an oath to the king and our Christian foundation. And this is0.78
01:06:37.880why it is also important to advance this in order to take care of this so-called multiculturalism
01:06:44.120and all of these tribes that are moving into Canada and, you know, trying to vie for position
01:06:50.740and implement their failed foreign systems of government in Canada. This is all working,0.94
01:06:56.840everything from the coronation oath up to the constitution up to the charter this is the
01:07:01.600foundation that david is talking about and that's what we need you to understand and embrace and
01:07:06.740and these are the individuals that we need to call out and we will be even calling out further
01:07:12.240i think there needs to be conversations about foreigners in office who refuse to swear an
01:07:17.300oath on the bible and truly take our oath this needs to be questioned and these people need to
01:07:21.920be removed and you need to be aware of this when you're going into the upcoming elections and i
01:07:28.720loved what you said david about all powers flow from the oath of office and oath of allegiance
01:07:34.600and i have one question because i know we're always about uh solutions here so i had written
01:07:41.520it down pre it says um you've explained the relationship between judicial oath allegiance
01:07:46.100to the crown and the coronation oath how would you turn that constitutional argument into an
01:07:51.040enforceable remedy in the court and what authorities would a judge have to address
01:07:56.500it depends on what the issue is in the court if for example if you're in small claims court and
01:08:03.180you're suing somebody for a thousand dollars um the oath in the supremacy of god may not have any
01:08:09.680direct relevance to the applicable laws because if if statutes or regulations or bylaws violate
01:08:18.020god's laws in the bible you have the power of peaceful civil disobedience because it is a higher
01:08:23.160law but if the laws do not violate god's laws in the bible then they're binding so for example
01:08:29.720driving on the right hand side of the road doesn't really violate doesn't violate any
01:08:34.920christian principles that i'm aware of and therefore it would be binding on you and that
01:08:39.660you would be required to comply with it so as a result it it's going to be contextual
01:08:45.060if you're in a situation where the oath applies then it all comes down to how you plead it before
01:08:54.160the before the court because the court will only recognize it if it's pleaded in a certain manner
01:08:59.360which means if you're say in the superior court of your province you can file it by a notice of
01:09:06.180civil claim statement claim or a petition notice of application wherever that depending the
01:09:11.940province and then you would have to put the relief you want if you're declaring that a certain
01:09:17.520statute violates the constitution of canada and here's why or here's the specific section that
01:09:24.520it's violating and here's why here's the statute here's what it does and here's the sections of
01:09:29.940god's laws that it violates and you can go and challenge it on that basis you can also use it
01:09:35.540as a defense as a defensive mechanism if you're charged with something and you have a defense
01:09:40.980that's recognized in christianity and they're trying to not allow it then you can say no hold
01:09:46.260on you can't do that and the judge is required to uphold the coronation oath in the execution
01:09:51.980of his duties in that courtroom so it's all contextual on what it is you're in court for
01:09:56.720and why but essentially if they're trying to force a statute on you that violates god's laws
01:10:02.940then you need to make some sort of request to the court that it's um it's either unconstitutional
01:10:09.660and the judge cannot enforce it pursuant to his own oath and keep in mind there's a difference
01:10:17.660in the courts like if you're in the superior court they can strike legislation no problem
01:10:22.820provincial courts cannot so if you're in the provincial court of bc all you can do is apply
01:10:29.720to the court and ask them not to apply that statute in the context of your case because it's
01:10:38.920unconstitutional and the judge doesn't have the power to do it.
01:10:42.940They, provincial court judges, do not have the power to actually strike legislation.
01:10:47.700You would have to go to a higher court to do that.
01:10:51.120So there's no one simple answer to that.
01:10:54.100It all depends on why you're in court or if you want to go to court, what it is you want
01:10:58.880to achieve and what it is you want to challenge in court.
01:11:02.920If you want to challenge an act and say it's unconstitutional, you need to go to the superior
01:11:07.780your court in your province and and do that and the applications have to be structured a certain
01:11:12.960way and they have to be served on the attorney general of your province plus the attorney general
01:11:17.520of your Canada and you need proof of service that they got it and then you have to figure out what
01:11:23.500evidence you're going to bring to support it as well okay so I guess where I was going with that
01:11:29.620is like we've we've got a case like Action for Canada's COVID case and we have a judge that made
01:11:36.520obviously a predetermined decision i've received his uh right oral uh reasons for judgment seven
01:11:43.740pages and then i also received the oral reasons for judgment from judge hardwick who took a month
01:11:50.400to decide didn't decide same day in court 34 pages so you can see that judge hardwick even
01:11:56.980though we don't agree with her decision she did her duty she put time into it and and she came up
01:12:01.880with reasons. And then you've got Justice Weatherhill, who hadn't even finished here,
01:12:08.420just barely finished hearing our lawyer's submissions and Supreme Court rulings, case law.
01:12:14.540And he says, I'm going to make a decision right here and now without having considered any of this.
01:12:20.640So when you've got a judge like that, that's taken an oath, allegiance to the crown, the coronation
01:12:26.680oath, it's in a matter like that, maybe that's what I should have been more specific on.
01:12:31.880How do we enforce? So yes, I've written to the Canadian Judicial Council, who could just be a body with really limited powers, because this is serious. This is serious what Canadians are having happen in the court.
01:12:49.460We paid good money to get into court, and we're supposed to be able to have impartial judges, and the judge didn't do that.
01:12:58.680So we're also needing to have justice, like in fair, like we're spending an enormous amount of money simply to challenge an injustice that we believed, you know, has occurred, and they strike it.
01:13:14.640So that's, I think, where Canadians' hearts is at.
01:13:18.300we can't even get into court with all of the evidence that we have to have a conversation
01:13:23.720and put that information forward on COVID and we hear that others who are having COVID challenges
01:13:30.200are experiencing the same thing so based on the oath of a judge yeah and based on what you're
01:13:37.720saying what is a possible solution or step forward that we could take to address this to make sure
01:13:43.920that we people people not just us people have their day in court as the constitution has guaranteed
01:13:51.060us it needs to be pleaded in your case for example the duties and obligations of the judges pursuant
01:13:58.520to their oath was not in your pleadings at all and for anyone else in Canada you're not the only one
01:14:04.160it has not been pleaded in um Chris Barber's case to Merrill Leach none of that was pleaded
01:14:10.240in any case that's before the court the duties and obligations of the judge if you're going to rely
01:14:16.280on them they need to be pleaded in the in your pleadings as to what they are and and why those
01:14:22.500duties and obligations do not allow the judge to rule in any other manner other than what you're
01:14:27.400seeking before them right and you and i had a conversation and this is this is what uh this is
01:14:32.280the meat and potatoes of of what i want to pull out of this conversation right now um because the
01:14:37.240judges do have parameters. They have duties and they have limitations, just like the governor
01:14:43.320general. As we said, she just can't rubber stamp every law that the wacko liberals are putting1.00
01:14:50.120through that are undermining our constitution. So we need to be able to address this and coming up0.99
01:14:58.700with a letter to the judges and every single judge in this country needs to be served a letter
01:15:06.140advising them of these duties and limitations maybe in advance of every hearing but also
01:15:12.220it's shocking to think that oh you you know you forgot to put those in your pleadings or you
01:15:16.580didn't put those in your pleadings they have an oath they've taken their oath uh i think it's a
01:15:21.160matter of reminding them in advance this is your oath and this is what uh you need to uh abide by
01:15:27.500yeah the problem with that is if it's not in the pleadings and you just tell them this is your
01:15:32.600oath and i'm i'm demanding you uphold it um essentially you just get into an argument it
01:15:38.820says no i'm not and keep in mind most of these judges a lot of them have no idea the implications
01:15:45.300of these oaths when they take them they they simply have no idea so they've gone in and and
01:15:50.880sworn out an oath and they're so immersed and so happy they're appointed as a judge nothing else
01:15:56.920matters and they forget the meaning and implications or simply don't know and they take this oath
01:16:02.220and they take it not knowing it so essentially a false oath or they take it and then they break
01:16:08.620it later on down the road because they're given orders to follow or they just as somebody um was
01:16:15.080mentioned the other day especially with the charter um these judges really do think they're
01:16:19.700gods on the stand now they think that their ego is so inflated and they think they can do virtually
01:16:25.660anything they want well they think they're untouchable and i think and i think i think
01:16:30.760this reign of terror is coming to an end as more and more Canadians wake up. And I like what Kim
01:16:37.100said is that, you know, Canada is having an identity crisis right now. She has mentioned
01:16:41.600in the chat, and we know our identity. But all of these foreigners coming in don't know our1.00
01:16:47.100identity. All of these young kids going through the law society right now, getting their legal1.00
01:16:52.780degrees are being indoctrinated. They're not being provided, you know, a good history on Canada,
01:17:00.580what their actual oath means you've got a foreigner that's come into canada wanting to become a lawyer0.98
01:17:06.460and then wanting accommodations wanting to change our constitution and people are oblivious of the1.00
01:17:13.060fact that this is illegal and unacceptable and we're with the judges so with the judges sick
01:17:18.500of being taken advantage of and so action for canada and david lindsey are committed to stand
01:17:23.720on the front line of this battle and we need your help sharing this information you need to send
01:17:30.120it to elected officials and we are going to have an action coming out on this in the next couple
01:17:36.120of months because this is critical. The laws that are being set in our courts are in violation of
01:17:42.320our constitution. They're in violation of our God-given inalienable rights and we need to
01:17:46.640take this challenge on full force. So please consider, continue to financially support us,
01:17:52.460support David Lindsay. He's working for Breadcrumbs and nobody really realizes the kind
01:17:59.680of work that he's doing in the background for all of us. And David, I'm always so grateful to you,
01:18:04.320because whenever a legal matter has come up, or I have a question, you are always so ready
01:18:08.500to answer those for me, as you and I will be up to midnight on the phone, talking strategy and
01:18:14.780talking about issues and, you know, trying to move forward on this. And I think we are,
01:18:20.900we are moving forward, we are gaining ground. And we're going to continue to do that until
01:18:25.940all of this is overturned and so thank you my friend for being on the show tonight do you have
01:18:32.140a final word in closing um i'll just take one minute terenzio can i show my my screen one more
01:18:39.780time i just had a quick something i wanted to share this is the presentation that we've done
01:18:52.980that Terenzio and Heather were so kind enough to help me with a couple of years back. And this
01:18:59.04015-part presentation, which is about 28 hours and 1,300 slides, goes through everything you need to
01:19:06.000know on the coronation oath, the oaths of judges, politicians, more than I can ever get into in
01:19:12.140today, for example. And we talk about the fundamental issues that you need to think
01:19:18.400about before you even get to that level, like the importance of words, the constitutionality of
01:19:23.340words, how statutes are interpreted, what each level of government's powers are and where they
01:19:28.920come from. And everything in our presentation is supported, everything. So I put where I'm getting
01:19:34.820the information from so you can verify it and not just take my word for it. But this took literally
01:19:40.94025, 20 years of research from Halifax all the way to Victoria, all over Canada doing research to get
01:19:48.220this information and and copies of the documents are there the case law the authorities are there
01:19:53.080to back everything up so we talk about for example what is the rule of law whether we have a
01:19:58.100constitution and the coronation oath what the king's duties are what parliament's duties are
01:20:03.020the judges all their duties i go into a whole separate chapter here on what the judges duties
01:20:07.760are we talk about income tax and how that fits in and property rights and show you where in our
01:20:13.740Constitution property is located and be happy it was not in the charter. And from there, we go on
01:20:20.220and talk about personhood. I had a woman bang into me at the Victoria Library one day and her1.00
01:20:26.320papers went flying everywhere. And I just asked her what the rush was. And she said, I'm in first
01:20:32.480year law school. My prof wants me to do this thesis on what a person is in law. And she said,
01:20:37.100I hadn't even started. So I'm just rushing off to do it. And I thought if they're teaching law,
01:20:41.780First-year law, they're teaching what a person is.
01:23:23.460The battles continue within the courts, but these are critical and essential to protecting the freedom of speech, the identity of women, the innocence of children, and, of course, on the COVID front, you know, our bodily autonomy, our health, our everything that these globalists, you know, agenda that is in place to annihilate, what is it, a third or two-thirds of the world?
01:23:49.000I don't know. These people are crazy and they've got to be exposed and they've got to be stopped.
01:23:53.400And so we're going to continue this fight. We're encouraged that Rocco is doing the appeal and we're moving forward on the COVID case and that Lee Turner, as well as working hard on the case regarding Tyson Cook, a.k.a. drag queen, free to Wales.0.77
01:24:08.380All right. So the Bible verses for tonight. The first one is from Second Chronicles, 19, six to seven.0.71
01:24:14.340then he said to the judges take heed to what you are doing for you do not judge for man but for the
01:24:20.400lord who is with you in the judgment now therefore let the fear of the lord be upon you take care and
01:24:27.440do it for there is no iniquity with the lord our god no partiality nor taking of bribes this is
01:24:34.120it's just so powerful the verses when you start digging into them and understand when we say that
01:24:41.620our nation is founded on christian biblical principles and we're talking you know about
01:24:46.160judges they are to rule with the authority of the lord based on biblical scriptures this has been
01:24:52.500given to us and it it is the only way we're going to have a just and safe society is when we honor
01:25:00.280god okay and for the next verse it is from amos 5 14 to 15 seek good and not evil that you may live
01:25:07.860so the lord god of hosts will be with you as you have spoken hate evil love good you know everybody's
01:25:14.820like oh you gotta love everybody you gotta accept everybody the foreigners oh you gotta like what0.82
01:25:18.660they're doing it's like no not when it goes against godly principles you gotta hate evil you0.93
01:25:24.160can love the person but hate the evil and love good establish justice in the gate and that is
01:25:31.100many times in ancient times where justice was held where people would come and uh you know talk
01:25:36.420talk about their complaints or an injustice to pursue justice. It was established, justice was
01:25:42.220established in the gate. It may be that the Lord God of hosts will be gracious to the remnant of
01:25:47.480Joseph. Oh, we pray that the Lord is going to be gracious to Canadians and to us as we seek
01:25:52.980to honor him. And then finally, Galatians, as I mentioned, my favorite one, Galatians 6, 9,
01:25:59.900let us not become weary in doing good for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not
01:26:05.540give up. And I have faith the size of a mustard seed. That's all we need to move mountains. And
01:26:10.760I am just trusting the Lord that Canada is going to turn this around. People are going to repent.
01:26:15.440They're going to get on their knees and they're going to get right with God. And then God says
01:26:18.800he's going to heal our land. Amen. All right. So thanks for joining us tonight. I look forward
01:26:24.040to seeing you next week. God bless you and God bless Canada. In times of financial uncertainty,
01:26:31.860safety, safeguarding your assets is increasingly important.
01:26:36.240In response to ongoing inflation, economic challenges, and market instability, many Canadians
