and then I think it's time a little bit that it would be okay to start talking a little bit
00:00:12.160
and giving people an update on what we're doing because I think the government's very concerned
00:00:18.440
and the courts don't know what to do with the cases that we have already filed are you okay
00:00:24.700
with talking about that a little bit absolutely and I'd actually like the opportunity to do that
00:00:30.300
thank you they are they are patently worried and they have gone on an attack you know a lawyer told
00:00:40.780
me here in the Okanagan years ago who's now deceased but he had involved exposed corruption
00:00:46.640
within the political system both in the Okanagan and Victoria involving literally tens of millions
00:00:52.680
of dollars suddenly he happened to allegedly die in a car accident right but he informed me he said
00:01:00.660
David the first thing that these people do is try and deny everything make sure it never gets heard
00:01:06.560
as you found out through motions to strike and and Rocco had mentioned that's their first line of
00:01:11.820
defense get it off the record so it's never heard if it's not heard they win automatically right and
00:01:17.660
they don't even have to go to court and the second thing they do is to try and delay everything
00:01:22.620
and ring up people's costs and and so on so with the process right now of laying criminal charges
00:01:30.680
they're doing a combination of both there was a guy who later charge in New Westminster and they
00:01:40.660
tried to say that it was a civil labor issue but case law has said that even if it is uh the judges
00:01:48.240
have already ruled that you can still file criminal charges even if it is civil it doesn't matter
00:01:52.760
the same facts can be both civil human rights criminal and all kinds of different things and labor
00:01:58.100
so the judges are the ones right now who are getting instructions to go ballistic they've gone ballistic
00:02:05.320
all throughout Canada trying to shut people down and um their first uh weapon is to try and deny it
00:02:11.220
you you filed the wrong charge it's wrong section whatever to get them out of court so it's not heard
00:02:16.420
and if that's not working they're trying administrative errors for example in Saskatchewan
00:02:22.200
um people have tried leading charges with action for Canada up in Saskatoon area and they're being
00:02:28.020
forwarded down to Regina which is is absolutely absurd because the charge has to be heard in the
00:02:34.740
location where it took place that's part of common law for centuries and the JP in Regina
00:02:42.940
has told them that they were not going to accept their charges because they should have charged the
00:02:51.120
company but the JP has no power at law to determine who you're going to charge that's your your choice
00:02:57.100
on on who you have reasonable grounds to believe an offense was committed so they're delaying it and
00:03:02.960
delaying it and I've tried contacting them and ironically guess what she's on holidays for two weeks so
00:03:08.960
I've been trying to get a hold of her supervisor and she's conveniently unavailable
