you know with respect to the the criminal charging procedure um i'm really hopeful
00:00:14.300
that charges are going to get through a lot of them are in the process right now and a lot of
00:00:18.900
it been adjourned um we had one on monday this week it got adjourned and the crown is using
00:00:25.580
various tactics to prevent these from coming uh and the evidence that could before coming before
00:00:29.880
the court there's many in ontario and uh in manitoba and other provinces that have also
00:00:34.800
been adjourned and the fact that they have been adjourned so many of them is is indicative to me
00:00:42.740
that the crown is working in unison uh throughout the country uh the provincial crowns to to delay
00:00:49.880
these as long as possible fortunately on on monday the prosecutor although it was adjourned she did
00:00:56.020
comment that um it was under investigation and they were looking at doing get doing further
00:01:01.880
investigation on the charges that we've laid against an employer so the crown is not hinting
00:01:06.820
they're going to stay it they're looking at saying we want to see what other information is out there
00:01:10.900
and um and we're going to work hopefully work with them over the next few weeks on that to get some
00:01:15.060
information directly to them but again if um if these if this procedure had no merit if uh if it
00:01:23.220
really had no merit at all um you wouldn't see any charges getting through the fact that the crown has
00:01:29.240
got such an attempt to try and stay a lot of them tells me that um we're we're we're onto something
00:01:35.840
that they don't really other than a stay they've got no power to control and we're looking in the near
00:01:42.880
future of possibly doing a judicial review on a on a crown that has stayed the charges as well
00:01:48.600
and somebody was in court today i don't know all the details yet as to what happened we know we got a
00:01:56.000
um a major one coming up tomorrow in vancouver somebody's also in court on it and because these
00:02:02.640
hearings are in camera i'm not really at liberty to give details about it yet but i'm optimistic that
00:02:09.520
we're going to get charges laid and i've done further research on uh over the last three or
00:02:15.800
four months on extortion intimidation the two main charges were laying and i have found some just
00:02:21.520
incredibly supportive authorities on it and um unfortunately judges don't like non-lawyers and
00:02:28.820
um it's difficult for somebody who's not a lawyer to to get into court and it's difficult for an agent to
00:02:36.440
get into court but i'm working on trying to get in on somebody's case right now to come in as an agent
00:02:41.520
to help them because they um my experience of knowledge they won't get around me in in the
00:02:45.880
process hearing for example in um new westminster about four months ago a judge ruled this was an
00:02:51.900
employment issue and did not issue a summons on that regard that's illegal
00:03:09.580
from has a movie and we will stop planning so you can get that option
00:03:11.120
and i would just encourage them to keep all of us under my
