Summary

This is the story of what happened to me in prison and how I was tortured and kept in solitary confinement for over 30 days. I was finally released after the torture and was taken to a maximum security unit where I was placed in a metal box and isolated in a cold, dark place with no access to the outside world. This is a story of torture and abuse.

00:00:00.000 So anyway, fast forward, they interrogated me for hours and shipped me to Calgary, Riemann, when I spent over 30 days in solitary confinement, believe it or not, which according to the international law is considered a torture.
00:00:18.040 So I was being tortured for over 30 days. The inmates were coming to me with the stories that the guards were inciting violence against me to beat me up or to murder me.
00:00:28.600 The guards were telling the inmates, well, we'll leave Pawlowski's door open. And if you can do something, that would be great. And if you do, we're going to give you incentives.
00:00:38.640 You will have more time outside of your cell and we're going to give you stuff. So that's what I was going on in Calgary, Riemann.
00:00:45.740 For weeks, what they would do, they would take me out of my cell, solitary confinement, and they would place me on concrete.
00:00:53.160 They would take me out of my cell and they would place me in a tank cell on hard benches.
00:00:59.580 I was released a month ago. I'm still seeing a doctor that is fixing my back because of what they have done to my body under their care.
00:01:10.100 So also, one time they took me and they placed me to a metal box and I had no idea why they placed me in a metal box.
00:01:22.380 Later on, I find out that you only place people in that like a telephone boot metal box when you are completely crazy.
00:01:31.520 You're punching and yelling, kicking, screaming, and you are a danger to another human being that will put you in a metal box so you can calm down.
00:01:42.740 Well, I was put in a metal box, first in a green one, and then I had the privilege to be put in another metal box for hours in a small blue metal box that you sit like this.
00:01:54.120 And there is absolutely no movement for no reason whatsoever.
00:01:57.460 Later on, I find out that what they were trying to do, they wanted to break me completely, so I would take the plea.
00:02:04.720 And that's very important to understand the level of corruption within our justice system because they have charged me with multiple charges.
00:02:13.800 But they know that those charges are bogus charges. They're cooked up charges.
00:02:18.100 So what they did when they were torturing me in prison and they knew I desperately wanted to get out of this pickle, if you will, this torturing place, they came with an offer.
00:02:31.480 And behold, crown prosecutor, a happy camper, come say, hey, you can be out of this place.
00:02:37.340 If you plead guilty to one little small charge, we will withdraw the other charges and you can go home.

00:03:25.740 One day I was kidnapped from Calgary Riemann Center.
00:03:29.820 And then without the knowledge of my lawyers, without the knowledge of my family, my wife, I was kidnapped to Edmonton.

00:03:40.740 Max spot is a unit for extremely dangerous murderers.
00:03:45.240 People that have murdered someone under, you know, being in prison or they attacked guards.
00:03:51.760 So those types of extremely dangerous individuals are being placed in a max spot, which is a unit top security max prison.

00:04:04.820 On top of that, I was alone on the entire unit.

00:04:11.320 I was so dangerous that I had to be placed there by myself on the entire floor.
00:04:18.240 And they put me on the third floor for the most dangerous offenders.
00:04:22.760 And they cranked up air conditioning to a point that I could not, I could not do anything and I could not sleep.

00:04:32.080 When I said that to the guard, I said, listen, I came here healthy, but I'm not going to leave this place either alive or healthy.

00:04:45.780 I remember there was still a minus 20 in Edmonton.
00:04:51.220 And he laughed and he said, oh, at least you have fresh air.

00:04:55.320 So this is the abuse of power I had to endure being under their care.
00:05:01.100 And then from that unit, I was taken to a psych ward.
00:05:04.920 I don't know if you remember how the communists were dealing with an opposition.
00:05:09.900 So during communism, and of course, that's being done in North Korea, China, and in Russia to this day.
00:05:16.280 When they, you know, when the opposition needed to be dealt with, they would take them and put them in a mental ward and, you know, put drugs on them or mess their mind completely.
00:05:27.420 So they would never be able to rise against them.
00:05:30.900 So they shipped me to a psych ward.
00:05:33.260 And when I went over there, I asked the guards, where am I?
00:05:37.180 And they were laughing.
00:05:38.480 They thought it was hilarious.
00:05:39.680 They said, you're in a wild, wild west.
00:05:42.720 This is a psych ward.
00:05:44.640 And then the doctor comes a few days later.
00:05:47.340 And he asks me to come and sit with him.
00:05:49.760 And he says, what are you doing here?
00:05:51.600 And I said, well, sir, I have no idea.
00:05:54.600 They took me from the max spot and they put me here.
00:05:57.540 And here I am.
00:05:59.080 I was placed with a schizophrenic in one cell.

00:06:04.280 So he said that the administration was not allowed to do that.
00:06:08.580 I was not allowed to be there without approval of the AHS.
00:06:13.140 So even they go against each other.
00:06:15.740 And here is what I think they wanted to achieve.
00:06:18.980 Not only they wanted to break me, so I'll take the deal, the plea deal.
00:06:23.340 But also they were hoping that the schizophrenic guy is going to either hurt me or murder me during that time that I was supposed to spend there.
00:06:35.280 So that's how evil and crooked the whole system is.
00:06:41.240 Right now I'm facing five or six trials, many, many tickets, criminal, dozen criminal charges that they have cooked against me.
00:06:52.940 And one of the crazy stories that happened while I was in prison was that they piled up other charges on top of the ones that I already had.
00:07:05.460 And there was an incident in Canada post in Shoppers Drug Mart when I received a document to pick up a registered mail.
00:07:13.500 And it said, I am the only one that can come and receive that mail.
00:07:17.320 So I didn't think twice.
00:07:18.280 I went over there and I wanted to retrieve my mail.
00:07:21.320 And as you know, it's against the law, a theft of a mail.
00:07:25.400 It's a federal offense.
00:07:27.220 You go to prison for stuff like this.
00:07:29.100 But the clerk, the manager of the Canada Post, she recognized me from social media and the news.
00:07:36.760 And she says, I'm not going to serve you.
00:07:38.420 She refused to serve me.
00:07:39.760 And she walked away and left me without my mail.
00:07:45.020 So I stood there for over 10 minutes.
00:07:46.600 I recorded the whole incident and I left.
00:07:48.700 The next day, I called a friend of mine, an ex-RCMP officer, and I asked him, you know, what would he do?

00:07:58.040 He says, call the police and tell the police that you want to retrieve your mail and this person have stolen your mail.
00:08:05.520 He refuses to give it to you.
00:08:06.880 So that's exactly what I did.

00:08:09.040 Police shows up and then they threw, they went to retrieve my mail.
00:08:14.100 So they, you know, they knew that what I was saying was the truth.
00:08:19.320 However, they came out with a manager and a trespass order.

00:08:26.560 Because I have a medical exemption and I do not wear a muzzle.
00:08:31.620 And this manager refused to serve me because she would not serve an individual that was not wearing a muzzle.

00:08:41.300 She was not charged with any offense, which is, of course, what she committed was a criminal offense under the federal law.

00:08:50.860 And then ultimately, I was arrested coming back from Leduc with my wife.
