00:00:00.000
for those of you who are new to the empower hour i want to tell you a bit about tanya god the
00:00:10.120
founder of action for canada tanya is an amazing freedom fighter and for the past several years
00:00:16.440
she has worked relentlessly to expose destructive government policies that are affecting all
00:00:21.860
canadians she's a dedicated champion for of those who have been oppressed by the unlawful
00:00:27.840
covet 19 lockdown measures that commenced in our nation last year and has become a respected and
00:00:34.300
sought after speaker at freedom rallies across canada she's very knowledgeable and she's always
00:00:40.320
willing to share information concerning our rights and freedoms hello tanya hello heather and hello
00:00:46.880
everybody we've got a good group of people who have joined us tonight and i just want to start off by
00:00:51.720
saying thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to be here with us and i'm going to
00:00:57.900
work to make this as informational as possible to even equip you um further in being able to stand up
00:01:05.660
for your 100 guaranteed rights so i think that i'm going to start off with some good news we can all
00:01:12.980
use that um yes many of you know we're taking action action for canada commenced legal action
00:01:18.940
against the bc and federal government and we filed our statement of claim on august 16th
00:01:24.600
and you know it doesn't mean that you have to get to court to have results and in bc we have one of
00:01:31.120
the world's largest ferry services it's the second largest in the world i believe bc ferries and it is an
00:01:37.660
essential service to all of our good friends on the island and during this whole covid pandemic when
00:01:44.080
the masks were really being pushed uh throughout last year until about a month ago or so bc ferries
00:01:51.500
they called them the mask nazis and for good reason uh they would not permit people to come on the ferry
00:01:57.800
even if they showed their mask exemption they would demand it it's uh it's a violation of the privacy act
00:02:04.500
to do that it was really vile and it was very upset upsetting to watch this happen and to hear
00:02:10.200
of all of the stories um even of young families uh one lady had a baby in her arm and people started
00:02:17.660
cuss other passengers started to cuss at her and treat her very rudely because she didn't have a mask
00:02:23.320
on humanity has become i think at its lowest point right now and the courtesies that we once you know
00:02:30.920
shared um and and allotted to one another have sort of gone out of the window through fear and we've got
00:02:37.700
to remember what it is that we're dealing with it's a tyrannical government who's lying through their
00:02:43.580
teeth who's pushing an agenda which is fueled by fear and so we have to be prepared for this when we
00:02:51.300
go out and the best way to do it i believe is to to assert your rights to understand i have the 100
00:02:59.880
guaranteed right to breathe freely there is no legislation in canada because they cannot make a law
00:03:06.960
forcing you to wear a mask they can't interfere with your guaranteed right to breathe freely
00:03:12.840
and so that's number one when you're confident when you believe in yourself and you 100 percent
00:03:20.600
understand that all of your rights are guaranteed it makes this journey easier and the more knowledge
00:03:28.040
you have is the other part it makes addressing the individuals who are walking it out in fear easier
00:03:34.720
to deal with because you're calm you're rational because as i always say knowledge is power and if
00:03:41.400
you have it use it don't just walk away from a situation if you have the ability in that moment to
00:03:48.420
patiently walk through it with someone and um on our web page i i just did a bit of a change this week
00:03:55.740
we're going to put more materials on there but on the menu under resources it now says resources
00:04:01.240
and training and the first drop down are some videos that i have done over the last uh five or six or
00:04:10.480
seven or eight months of a few situations that i got myself into i'm not the greatest videographer
00:04:15.860
but i did manage to capture most of these um situations on camera and then put them up and it was
00:04:23.800
really i walked out of there because especially the one at the dollar store that it was actually last
00:04:28.260
november when everybody was mandating these masks and there was so much fear i just walked through
00:04:33.600
the whole process right they'd say you got to leave because you're not wearing a mask i says well
00:04:37.380
actually no i don't have to leave i'm i'm not able to wear a mask and so i'm not going to wear a mask
00:04:42.320
here it is under resources training and uh you know it was probably about an hour and uh 20 minutes
00:04:48.520
of my time that i didn't expect that day but it was an investment and in the end the manager or sorry
00:04:54.260
the store owner came on the phone and i walked him through i had the business materials in my hand
00:05:00.100
and i walked him through what his rights as a business owner were and what the rights of the
00:05:05.780
customers were and that the business owners are not being paid by the government to do their dirty work
00:05:12.460
for them right and so that they have no fear if somebody comes in and they're not wearing a mask
00:05:20.180
of that coming back to them they can't get fined they can't be held accountable and and it was really
00:05:25.500
wonderful you know because his wife had had surgery and she'd had um uh i forget what you know when you
00:05:31.920
have a little tube out of your out of your throat here i'm sorry i can't remember the name of the surgery
00:05:35.780
and he says you know people have been trying to force a mask on my on my wife and he was so upset by it
00:05:41.900
i says well we got resources for you and now we have resources for you as a business owner and he
00:05:46.860
says you know what i'm going to support action for canada then i have another incident here the one
00:05:51.900
with the police it was an rcmp officer it ends up that he was uh top sergeant i didn't know that at
00:05:57.440
the time i'm going to be filing a complaint against him and it was at a white spot and he didn't even
00:06:02.340
know the orders that people with mask exemptions were to be honored and respected and uh you know so there
00:06:09.420
was like three very tall big officers and i just went through the whole process i patiently went
00:06:18.000
through the whole process i gave him every bit of information that he was violating my rights and
00:06:22.600
every opportunity to do the right thing and he chose not to so i'll be filing a complaint against white
00:06:27.960
spot and against the officer that was a few months ago and then the top one is i go through a process
00:06:33.020
at costco that was back in april and this manager i'd had words with before but because i i just knew
00:06:40.660
my stuff and i as soon as they end up saying this is a really tough situation then you know you've got
00:06:47.740
them then you know that you've given them enough information where they're now questioning the
00:06:52.720
mainstream media they're questioning what they've been told and it's almost like we're walking into the
00:06:59.320
middle of uh of uh grounds where you know there's this cult and everybody that has been in this
00:07:06.200
chain link fenced area in this cult is just convinced that the leader of the cult is telling
00:07:12.900
them the truth and then when we walk into this situation and know how to patiently uh process the
00:07:21.240
information and relay that in a manner to the person that we're talking to it is absolutely phenomenal
00:07:27.780
the results and so we really want to empower you and equip you and and make sure you know how to do
00:07:34.660
that so it's been a win uh with the fairies it's also a bit of a win with cbc news but i'll talk about
00:07:41.540
that in a minute oh okay just at the top here fabulous our chapter leader matt in kamloops bc he went to
00:07:49.640
the city hall with about 200 people and they served the mayor and city council and i just if you could
00:07:56.960
listen to how he goes about this and what he has to say i would recommend listen to it 10 times so
00:08:03.500
that it becomes an automatic part of your response and your vocabulary uh because i think that this
00:08:10.000
type of training is is going to help you conquer um huge mountains in your life when you go out and
00:08:15.520
you're in public so that's why we're putting these resources up we need to you know put more resources up i
00:08:21.040
know that some uh people had gone to a um what do you call that at the mall a food court and they
00:08:28.140
had exerted their rights asserted their rights as well and the security was trying to remove them
00:08:33.880
and they knew the constitution they knew their charter rights and then the police came and in the end they
00:08:39.660
couldn't remove them because as i said they knew their charter rights they knew the criminal code
00:08:44.720
and they knew exactly how to relay that information to the people that were interfering with their 100%
00:08:51.440
guaranteed rights and this is my favorite because you actually had customers chiming in and coming to
00:08:58.740
your defense you know it's just awesome to listen to them yeah the one at costco i it surprised me
00:09:05.580
right because i was working with people where we said oh you know we should bring our our notices of
00:09:10.620
liability and we should you know bring our business information into a costco and and then have a
00:09:17.280
bunch of customers in there who automatically started taking off their masks and uh this day just happened
00:09:22.860
to be that my 80 year old mom has been doing my shopping at costco because i'm so busy and she's worn
00:09:28.120
out and you know i just needed to go and i said mom that's it let's go uh so we ended up uh heading into
00:09:34.880
costco you know the gal at the door just uh showed my card and i kept walking real swiftly and
00:09:40.580
she goes oh you know your mask and i said no that's okay thanks i don't need one and uh we mom
00:09:45.340
and i said okay let's just go down the back aisles and make it a little bit of fun and hard on them
00:09:48.820
and so they caught up with us here in the freezer cooler section and two managers had approached us
00:09:55.900
and uh i just went through the whole process of you know costco trying to say well you know we're a
00:10:02.000
private uh we're a private uh business and i says well you know do you have do you have an address
00:10:07.140
in the province of british columbia and he goes well yes and i says do you have an address in the
00:10:12.460
city of langley and he says yes and i says do you have a business license with the city of langley
00:10:17.700
and he's like yes and i says then you're open to the public this is an open invitation and so i says
00:10:24.000
according to the orders anybody that can't wear a mask shouldn't be wearing a mask and you need to
00:10:28.100
respect that costco's not special and they were like no well we're a private organization
00:10:32.500
membership based and i says yes and i purchased a membership and nowhere in there did it say that i
00:10:38.480
needed to wear a mask in order to shop at costco and you're also not medical professionals right so
00:10:43.740
how can you tell me i need to wear a mask my mom has asthma you're not going to force a mask on her
00:10:48.720
anyways all of a sudden these customers uh started coming to my defense and and they were you know uh
00:10:55.780
giving opposition to the two managers about being forced to wear these masks and i said i don't know
00:11:02.180
these people but i can tell you i says if costco wants a poll right now they're not happy with you
00:11:07.940
and i just wish more people would um stop complying and then recently i was really happy because uh this
00:11:16.440
this fella lucas he had ended up being in costco enrichment and he put something out on social media
00:11:22.280
and he was in costco without a mask and he says i just want to thank tanya gar because i'm in costco
00:11:27.360
and i'm shopping without a mask and i was just tickled when i saw that and then my mom has told
00:11:33.620
me the last couple of times that she's gone to costco as well she's just gone in without a mask
00:11:37.640
and there's been no problem and actually she's gone to the management been advocating uh for me
00:11:42.580
because uh about a month later they took away my membership when i went to return something stood
00:11:47.460
outside complied with not going in and uh so i'll be taking care of that that issue as well
00:11:53.580
but um it's just remarkable you know when when we know what it is that we're talking about
00:11:59.760
and we assert that authority uh it's it's just been amazing and we're getting so much good feedback
00:12:05.540
from people who have been using the notices of liability i had a mom come to me with three
00:12:11.540
children and she says i just want to thank you so much my children are completely mask three
00:12:15.460
free after using your notice of non-consent and i'm getting reports from across the nation
00:12:21.060
now what i'm gonna delve into here is one more other good report but can you guys can i get a
00:12:26.620
screen share here and i i want to bring up this report by cbc news all right so um there's been a lot
00:12:34.080
of work that uh we've been doing on many different levels other than the legal action other than making
00:12:39.280
you can just maybe click on the rcmp one we're just gonna scoot through these uh links so i this is
00:12:46.880
something to really celebrate everyone the rcmp union says it supports amounties right to refuse
00:12:53.280
vaccination and this has been in response justin trudeau is back in office and of course he's saying
00:12:59.040
that all federal employees need to succumb to this uh lethal injection otherwise they will be either put
00:13:06.980
on unpaid leave basically lose their jobs i'm getting phone calls uh messages constantly from nurses
00:13:13.500
uh who who are just panicking longshoremen uh people from air canada and so in response to this
00:13:21.860
i'm working very hard i need about five or six more hours just to focus on this and there is going to be
00:13:28.660
a notice of liability coming out against the unions because the unions are 100 violating the rights of
00:13:38.160
their members and i don't know why one union member is still paying their membership due if they're
00:13:43.800
going to continue to do this they as well are not doctors they are not medical professionals and
00:13:49.620
therefore they're unlawfully practicing medicine by coercing or threatening anyone to listen to their
00:13:55.920
employer in order to uh keep their job so um i've i've been um having much communication
00:14:03.680
communication with uh the rcmp i've said the general public have the idea that the government
00:14:11.160
is the enforcement for the liberal government's bringing in this tyranny and that they have a duty
00:14:17.280
to uphold the constitution and that they should be making it public decisions that are in line with
00:14:23.760
the charter of rights and freedoms and um so i'm very very happy about this and we're going to hope
00:14:29.660
that this will be the beginning of more uh because you know anybody else anybody that's going along
00:14:35.520
with these unlawful orders are in violation of uh citizens and they are we would be complicit by going
00:14:44.080
along with this to their criminal activity and we just can't we just can't have them force us to break
00:14:49.920
the law and to violate the rights of our fellow citizens and according to rocco as many of you know
00:14:56.440
both government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations ron would you please click
00:15:03.520
on the um archived link this is in our notice of liability third paragraph down it says unlike
00:15:10.380
some countries immunization is not mandatory in canada it cannot be made mandatory because of the
00:15:18.620
canadian constitution all right this is on the government's public health agency of canada
00:15:24.700
website it has been archived of course so that um if they were to try to take it down there is
00:15:31.620
evidence of it now we have a new notice of liability if you want to scoot over to that one ron and it is
00:15:39.080
regarding the fax pass in bc our health officer has put through what i call a faux order f-a-u-x uh she
00:15:48.280
keeps grasping at straws trying to maintain power power that she does not have and we are not going
00:15:55.040
to permit her to have this power um she is uh part of the tyranny part of the globalists and pretty
00:16:02.120
much every single not pretty much every single premier and health officer in canada are also on
00:16:08.560
board with this so bc is um saying that you have to have a vax passport to go to restaurants and
00:16:15.280
uh some what we would call they call non-essential services that's up to them there's nothing that
00:16:21.700
says right here that they can not mandate a vaccine which means they cannot mandate a vax pass
00:16:27.880
and we're not going to permit them to do this and so the notice of liability ron can you just open
00:16:34.600
it up it will be the one down at the bottom if you keep scrolling down a little bit stop and
00:16:40.020
nol against um vax pass nol against business owners for violating citizens rights
00:16:46.920
thank you ron you're a great assistant my crisis okay thanks for making it a little bigger
00:16:56.980
all right okay so here again we repeat both government and private businesses cannot impose
00:17:04.780
mandatory vaccinations and then it has to be very clear you have the right to life liberty and
00:17:12.480
security of the person this means including the right to access services without discrimination or
00:17:18.180
hardship and that we're telling the business owner that your unlawful actions are in direct violation
00:17:24.440
of the canadian constitution the charter of rights bill of rights etc and there are no provisions
00:17:30.240
in any orders of any health minister oh ron i can't read that one oh sorry that's okay um doctor or
00:17:39.500
provincial legislation that can nor pretend that any measure can override the charter or other pre-charter
00:17:45.320
constitutional rights now in my conversations with elected officials and with the rcmp this is very
00:17:52.520
very important i've talked about this um at many times when i've been giving presentations but i'm going to
00:17:58.020
go over it again and again and the reason i don't mind repeating information even if you've listened
00:18:03.120
to me 10 times is because when you repeat a lie often enough people believe it and they've been
00:18:10.860
repeating a lie to us for over 50 years it's it's gone through our education system and right now it is
00:18:17.980
really impacting our education system to the point where we have radical ideologies being taught in our
00:18:24.880
schools so our kids are being brainwashed i call them these petri dishes of indoctrination i'd say
00:18:31.340
everybody pull your kid out of the public school system figure out how to homeschool figure out how to
00:18:36.780
get together with others ask a church to open up get the teachers who don't want to be in these pods get
00:18:43.160
them out and get them into a church teaching your children but we've got to be very actively involved
00:18:48.160
in in protecting our kids and their minds they're being brainwashed about the the global climate
00:18:54.120
change total nonsense they're being brainwashed about the um what do you call it blm and critical
00:19:02.940
race theory trying to pit one another against each other we were a colorblind society until the liberal
00:19:10.320
government got into office and now that he's back and again this is part of his agenda it's part of the
00:19:15.440
global agenda um and and it's it's disgusting and so um anyways if you could go back to to that uh notice
00:19:24.180
i just now want to go over the reason i was saying this even if there were a okay so even if the federal
00:19:32.780
government had invoked the federal emergency act and this is why i was about repeating okay because
00:19:37.480
i've told you all repeated this many many times the federal emergency act has never been implemented
00:19:44.000
because justin trudeau would have lost power because in the con in the charter it says that they have to
00:19:50.520
demonstrably prove that there is a national emergency and a national emergency does not include viruses
00:19:59.400
it would be storm flood typhoon whatever you want right national disaster virus does not qualify
00:20:09.400
so the un is trying to amend it to include viruses this is never this is going to be no ending and the
00:20:16.580
un is an unelected body we need to pull out of the un and and they need to stop interfering with our
00:20:23.180
democracy and what canadians decide to do with their lives and teach in our schools etc so even if the
00:20:31.280
federal government had invoked the federal emergency act which it is not this is what it states and whereas
00:20:38.000
the governor and council in take set taking such special temporary measures would be subject to
00:20:44.180
the canadian charter of rights and freedoms the canadian bill of rights and must have regard for
00:20:49.400
the international covenant on civil and political rights particularly with respect to those fundamental
00:20:55.320
rights this is the important part the fundamental rights that are not to be limited or abridged
00:21:01.620
even in a national emergency so the federal act had it been implemented said that no order can
00:21:10.700
supersede our rights under the charter so now the government of the federal government didn't want
00:21:16.740
to do the dirty work here because he would have lost control so he's making these backroom deals with
00:21:21.320
the premiers and they're putting these orders through that they rush through legislation without public
00:21:27.120
input and debate which was the other thing in the charter that said if they could interfere
00:21:32.280
with canadians rights they had to demonstrably prove that we were in an emergency and there needed to be
00:21:39.540
public input and debate so they unlawfully passed the provincial measures so as we said here vaccination
00:21:48.820
is voluntary in canada and i provided you know we just took a look at that link
00:21:53.540
so even if the government attempts to mandate it there is no law nor can there be as it is a violation of
00:22:02.160
the human rights and international agreements businesses are infringing on human rights and
00:22:07.480
putting themselves personally at risk of a civil lawsuit for damages and potential imprisonment
00:22:13.560
by attempting to impose any vaccine including the covet experimental injections on patrons in exchange for
00:22:22.700
services so let that sink in for a moment what i want you to see here is that we in all of our notices of
00:22:31.820
liability we are referring to personal liability we are not going after this employer all right as as an
00:22:43.000
individual that owns a gym we are going after this individual as a civilian and this is going this is going to
00:22:51.560
make more sense as to why you really need to understand why this is so vital part of of why
00:22:57.640
the notices of liability pack such a punch as much as the government right now and the unions and the media
00:23:04.540
are trying to uh minimize the notice of liability and saying you may as well put your grocery list on them
00:23:11.360
you know because they're they're they just they're not worth anything they they're not powerful
00:23:15.800
they'll have no effect in a court of law all right so canadian humans rights act so we talk about
00:23:22.340
discrimination then uh we go down and again say be advised that businesses whether private public or
00:23:29.140
membership based are operating under a business license which is an open invitation to the public
00:23:34.960
denying service would be violating the terms of that business license the no shirt no shoes argument
00:23:41.780
does not apply in this instance as it is not comparable to enforcing compliance to a vaccine
00:23:48.500
which is a medical intervention so they are unlawfully practicing medicine by facilitating
00:23:54.940
enforcing incentivizing and using coercion to insist patrons submit to any vaccine including the
00:24:02.760
experimental gene therapy can you scroll down just a little bit more ron yeah i just want to see
00:24:09.280
yes so we just cover a few more things we go into section 52 of the constitution act that clearly
00:24:15.580
states that um all right just yeah you're right there states that any law that is inconsistent with
00:24:23.020
the constitution is of no force or effect so any law any order that is in violation of the constitution
00:24:31.440
is of no force or effect okay um i'm gonna keep moving along
00:24:41.220
do you see my screen tanya yeah i see that you're on my page um you have to go scroll down
00:24:53.140
oh there we go yeah there you go and the reason i want to bring this up is as we know uh we're we're
00:25:00.180
going to have a notice of liability coming out for the media and i know i've said that for the last six
00:25:03.880
weeks but every morning i have to prioritize what i'm going to work on and when it is done we're
00:25:09.580
going to hit every single reporter and every single executive in the media very hard and we're going to
00:25:14.860
count on all of you uh to help us out with this and so just scroll down just a smidge more there it is
00:25:21.260
there's the cbc report it's really quite pathetic you know when this i i use this term lightly chris walker
00:25:29.060
if you want to click on this link for a moment uh ron to this article down at the bottom there it
00:25:33.980
says cbc article what the media is trying to do and this is why i want you to know for anybody that's
00:25:39.980
saying they're hearing that the notices of liability aren't very effective well i want to ask you then
00:25:45.260
why is cbc trying to uh write a scathing article first about all about our freedom movement
00:25:51.980
of all of the uh canadians who are standing up for our constitutional rights david lindsey is an ally
00:25:59.440
of ours david lindsey is a good man he's been talking about the constitution and charter rights
00:26:04.060
for 20 years and in this article they put a spin on it calling it the freeman movement which has a very
00:26:10.780
negative connotation saying anti-government anti-vax all of this and we're like no no no
00:26:16.760
we're anti-experimental injection that's killing people that would have normally been pulled off
00:26:22.500
the market after 50 deaths we have hundreds of thousands of deaths from this injection we're anti
00:26:28.720
that everybody should be anti that this is anti-murder right i'm anti-murder and then the other thing
00:26:36.460
about being anti-government we're anti-corrupt government anyways this this reporter has humiliated
00:26:43.060
himself as far as i'm concerned and he consistently talks about the notices of liability but he never
00:26:49.900
names action for canada and i also take that as a win because cbc is has been served the statement
00:26:57.120
of claim last week by the way they've got it in their hands now and as well so they're they're named
00:27:03.620
as a defendant in our legal action so they're probably being careful as far as that's concerned
00:27:07.660
but they also don't want the readers to come and take a look at the notices of liability
00:27:13.320
so if they're so useless why wouldn't they give the source why wouldn't they give an example
00:27:19.160
all right so question everything don't listen to these guys all right let's go into the qp
00:27:24.600
link right now because i'm going to show you some more success that we're finding
00:27:30.520
so this is uh a large union and they've come i'm i'm just going to read it out here on the left it
00:27:42.000
says and i want you to listen to the language of what the unions are doing and why when we get the
00:27:47.120
notice done why we're 100 in our right to start holding them to account as an individual i'd like
00:27:53.140
to know who wrote this and we're going to serve them so they start out saying while there are currently
00:27:58.740
no public health orders that directly address mandatory immunization for education workers
00:28:04.600
some of our members may be indirectly impacted by the bc government's vaccine certification program
00:28:10.300
where an employer jobs duties place them in locations or at events that require vaccination
00:28:16.560
employers may require vaccination status disclosures so right there why would the union
00:28:23.940
be advising them saying some of the employers may require your vaccination status do they not know
00:28:29.600
the law have they not actually spoken to the lawyers and by saying that saying they're committing
00:28:35.860
a criminal offense here such policies would likely be found to be a reasonable exercise of management
00:28:42.240
rights second lie employers adopting such policies however are required to provide reasonable
00:28:50.540
accommodations for employees who choose not to be vaccinated for medical or religious grounds
00:28:55.280
there we go okay they're throwing something in there making it look like they're being cooperative
00:28:59.880
or supporting the employee aside from protected human rights grounds where employees are not
00:29:06.560
vaccinated or choose not to disclose their vaccination status there may be employment consequences
00:29:12.820
so they've given with that left and they're swooping and they're taken away from the right
00:29:18.640
these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis some examples may include modified work duties
00:29:27.380
transfers or unpaid administrative leaves qp will continue to advocate for the protection of our members
00:29:34.720
jobs and will address the address the employer's actions on a case-by-case basis
00:29:39.680
right here they've just done and did you know contradicted everything that they've said it's a
00:29:47.040
whole mishmash of gibble garble that what their job is and what they're being paid to do is to protect
00:29:53.260
the union members and they are in violation they have breached their contractual agreement with their
00:29:59.100
union members now it goes on to say some support staff and this is the notices of liability to
00:30:06.500
everybody across the country this is the impact of these so-called useless notices of liability
00:30:13.040
some support staffing the k-12 sector have recently been presented with documents from parents which
00:30:20.440
claim to exempt their child from various covid19 public health measures these documents are sometimes
00:30:26.000
titled notice of liability or non-consent exemption they contain a dense collection of legal jargon
00:30:33.220
related to compliance with mask mandates testing protocols and other public health measures well
00:30:39.480
let's talk about the testing protocols the genetic non-discrimination act is very clear
00:30:45.200
that it is a criminal offense libel up to a million dollars and five years in prison
00:30:50.900
to take people's mr mrna or dna and some people have said well they're not taking that information
00:30:58.040
when you have a pcr test when you have a test done they are taking genetic uh fibers from your body
00:31:07.700
genetic material from you and testing it all right genetic non-discrimination act criminal code if
00:31:15.540
you're getting tested go on our website and serve we've also got the warning letter which is very clear
00:31:20.900
to them i'm going to give you a warning letter and i'm going to tell you i've become aware that what
00:31:25.700
you're doing is actually illegal and if i take action it could cost you a million bucks or five
00:31:31.380
years in jail so i will not submit to any more genetic testing and if you do not comply serve
00:31:38.640
them with the notice of liability it's obviously a very powerful document qp members in the great in
00:31:46.060
the k-12 sector kindergarten to grade 12 can safely disregard these notices k-12 support staff are in no
00:31:54.840
way personally liable for any of the alleged harms described in these documents qp members are not
00:32:00.820
responsible for developing safety protocols or public health orders thus matters uh those matters are the
00:32:07.960
responsibility of public health officials the government and the employer our members should
00:32:13.000
continue to act in accordance with their direction from their employers and may forward the notices of
00:32:18.500
the to the employer now the problem with this is is in canada can you scroll up just a minute just a
00:32:27.440
smidge more to the top of this page i just want to see is this the one to okay this isn't the um that's
00:32:34.360
all right i'll get to the next one if you want to bring up the next one ron it is uh regarding the school
00:32:40.300
superintendents and so we all as canadian citizens every single one of us must abide by the law and we
00:32:49.900
have a duty to know the law and we have a duty to be informed and so when we have a place of
00:32:56.380
responsibility especially over children if we've been given a notice of liability that shows us proves
00:33:02.540
that we are doing harm and we're committing an act of um basically violence in some in some
00:33:09.900
instances an assault against a person if we're causing mental anxiety and health this is considered
00:33:19.540
assault so if we're assaulting someone and our students are being assaulted 100 then we have a
00:33:26.280
duty to make sure that that action stops now let me show you again where our notices of liability are
00:33:32.860
so ineffective so this was again in bc and it is directed at the superintendents and secretary
00:33:41.120
treasurers so of course we have we have served all 60 school board trustees with a notice of liability
00:33:50.300
in bc and i know that other provinces are doing it as well so here they say there is very little risk
00:33:58.220
that school districts would be generally generally liable for having vaccination clinics in schools
00:34:04.100
or requiring students to wear masks the legal threats in the notice of liability letters take two forms
00:34:11.180
it's unlawful for the district to pray to practice medicine by having vaccine clinics so that's great
00:34:17.060
that they're they're acknowledging this it's unlawful to require students to wear masks in school
00:34:21.940
to back up these legal threats the notice of liability letter quotes various laws good for them
00:34:28.200
they're seeing that these are supreme court cases by the way studies or international declarations and
00:34:34.260
orders the nuremberg code helsinki it's an international agreement that canada's part of
00:34:39.400
while we cannot comment on the validity of any study quoted we can advise that the laws and
00:34:46.720
international declaration orders quoted are either not applicable
00:34:49.780
to the jurisdiction of british columbia or represent an inaccurate legal summary
00:34:54.140
so how can the nuremberg code not be applicable to all canadian citizens that's for one
00:34:59.660
to back up these legal threats the notice of liability oh sorry sorry sorry any liability
00:35:06.740
a school district might face is more likely to arise in the form of a human rights complaint
00:35:12.000
most likely an individual complaint but possibly a group complaint
00:35:16.480
alleging that a student was discriminated against for having to wear a mask and follow
00:35:21.280
covid protocols such as physical distancing in school they talk about the human rights tribunals
00:35:27.100
are closely scrutinizing and following this and we know that the human rights tribunals
00:35:31.780
in every single province are going along with the globalists all right they are not processing
00:35:37.260
these on behalf of the uh citizens whom they're supposed to be protecting based on what we have as far
00:35:44.840
as human rights are 100 guaranteed to citizens so what we are also um taking a turn on is that with the
00:35:53.720
notices of liability because we're saying this is a personal liability against the citizen
00:35:58.900
we're looking at civil litigation and we're beginning to encourage people to start finding lawyers and
00:36:07.060
taking civil action because these are criminal offenses that are happening and being perpetrated
00:36:11.780
against the citizens so now it goes on to say however school just districts should still ensure
00:36:18.020
they are complying with their human rights obligations to students to mitigate against the risk of a human
00:36:25.100
rights complaint i want you to take this in this is a notice of liability having a great effect
00:36:32.380
in the school systems these are wins these obligations include considering accommodation options for
00:36:39.520
students who cannot wear a mask due to a protected characteristic such as a valid medical reason or
00:36:45.840
sincerely held religious belief this is a very general and brief description of school districts human
00:36:52.000
rights obligations and um to provide an educational program it is assumed that most school districts are
00:36:59.160
already aware and engaging with these issues at school level but your school district legal counsel can
00:37:05.080
provide additional information if needed apart from human rights complaints school districts also have an
00:37:11.540
obligation get this not to deny a student an educational program for not wearing a mask so school districts
00:37:20.480
should consider what alternative protocols or methods they can have in place to ensure all students are
00:37:26.300
getting access to an education program even if some students are refusing to wear masks because we've said
00:37:33.080
all along that this is the public school system if you were a parent and you kept your kid home from school
00:37:39.700
and you weren't educating them you can bet that you'd be getting a knock on the door from the government
00:37:44.300
saying your child needs to be educated so it works both ways they can't turn around and deny your child
00:37:50.660
an education or access to it and they can't deny their human rights which guarantees that they are
00:37:56.540
not discriminated against and that they're treated with respect all right these are huge wins
00:38:01.900
it is also important to note that under the school act section 94 trustees employees and officers of a board
00:38:10.440
are statutorily immunized from claims against them personally a review of the section of the school
00:38:16.420
act may assist boards and district staff in addressing concerns from school staff regarding notices of
00:38:21.960
liability now ron would you please click on school act section 94 i gotta thank wayne for this i
00:38:29.400
hadn't had a chance right there no no go up right in the sentence uh second to last pair yes sir
00:38:34.860
i gotta thank wayne because he brought this to my attention um all right so under i'm gonna read it
00:38:42.480
off my paper because i think i have it in okay all right so they they quote section 94 one but what they
00:38:50.960
don't do is they don't go to 90 94 two which says all right so um if we go from subsection do not
00:39:00.860
provide a defense if all right that means they're not going to be uh free of being liable if the
00:39:08.640
trustee officer employee or volunteer has in relation to the conduct that is the subject matter of the
00:39:15.420
action been guilty of dishonesty gross negligence or malicious or willful misconduct
00:39:23.720
the cause of action is liable or slander those are the two situations now if you've read this notice
00:39:32.180
of liability and you see the evidence and information there they are grossly negligent if they continue
00:39:40.740
to mask children and go along with this and if they continue to allow to have vaccine stations in
00:39:47.760
their school grossly negligent subsection number four here and do not absolve a board from vicarious
00:39:56.460
liability arising out of a tort committed by a trustee officer or employee of the board a student
00:40:03.720
or a volunteer for which a board would have been liable had subsections 113 and whatever not been
00:40:09.340
enforced now what is tort i have that here let me just find it tort law provides compensation to
00:40:18.380
individuals who have been injured including mental injury by the wrongdoing of others whether through
00:40:25.500
negligence or intention and so if if the the all the school board trustees and these individuals okay
00:40:33.300
ron we can go back to the letter they have been duly warned duly noted duly advised educated on the fact
00:40:40.880
that they're causing tort harm to students mental we have a 31 percent increase in emergency mental health
00:40:50.960
visits to the hospital in ages 12 to 17 we've had two nine-year-olds in surrey commit suicide many many more
00:40:59.460
many more um in our our um video the little three minute video that i did that goes along with the
00:41:07.120
mask non-consent the gal that was in there a student beautiful wonderful young woman she was saying that
00:41:14.260
at least 50 percent of her classmates are struggling with anxiety and depression all right this is not
00:41:22.060
something that's a secret okay ron let's um i think
00:41:27.400
all right i think that i've covered all of that uh i know that this has been a lengthy presentation
00:41:35.800
but i thought that as i've been coming across this information actually ron can you just go to uh scroll
00:41:43.440
up a little bit i had a new link that i'm going to be launching can you scroll up a little bit more i'm a
00:41:49.720
little bit um not sure where i put this okay go down back down to the bottom oh maybe it's at the
00:41:56.640
very bottom oops stop right there okay right there government tyranny exposed i'm going to be launching
00:42:05.620
this in the next couple of days and if you are not aware what i want to do here is that i i i want
00:42:13.800
people to become aware of what it is that elected officials are doing who work for the people
00:42:19.440
who are part of the tyranny and so in new brunswick our chapter leader pastor ken and bonnie they have
00:42:27.860
uh brought to my attention that the public health officer has come out and said that the constituents
00:42:34.880
are uneducated individuals and claims that they know best for them then russell goes on to say she
00:42:43.200
threatens that they're going to forcefully vaccinate the citizens and they will remove children from their
00:42:48.700
parents saying unvaccinated children will be seen as a form of child abuse from the parent and we will
00:42:56.780
intervene we're at war the government has has publicly commenced war against the canadian people
00:43:05.500
these are elected officials they're not going to take our children from our home they're not going to
00:43:10.880
intervene anyways if you just scroll down this will be this information will be coming out to you
00:43:17.900
now this baby i i had originally been informed that this child had been given the covid vaccine
00:43:24.120
but this child has actually had the diphtheria dtap vaccine as part of the childhood vaccination
00:43:30.700
and the mother is reporting on it and it's been like seven or eight months this child is very ill
00:43:36.760
now what vaccine choice canada has been doing for the last 20 plus years
00:43:42.100
it is they've been trying to bring attention to the fact that childhood childhood vaccines have many
00:43:48.600
dangers one of them is that because it's gone from when i was a kid there was four facts that vaccine 16
00:43:55.860
doses last year when i did a study on it there was uh 20 some odd uh vaccines 72 doses going into our
00:44:06.780
children this is a pharmaceutical money making trillion dollar business autism is off the scale
00:44:16.020
because of the childhood vaccine this has been proven and they're trying to bury this people are getting
00:44:22.440
murdered over this because they don't want this information to come out and what is happening right
00:44:28.620
now in response to the covid vaccine is that the government wanted there was about 10 percent of
00:44:35.640
canadians who were just totally we don't want vaccines we don't agree with men my child's not
00:44:40.720
vaccinated maybe for health reasons maybe for religious reasons 10 of the population they wanted
00:44:47.220
zero percent of the population who weren't vaccinated and that's what this campaign is meant to do with a
00:44:54.320
deadly lethal experimental injection not a vaccine all right but in the meantime our kids have been being
00:45:01.120
filled with this toxic poison that has been you got to watch this video uh you know i don't i don't care
00:45:08.040
saying oh well i can't no you've got to watch this video i'm going to be putting it up a couple of times
00:45:13.040
and so now i've updated the page to let people know that this was actually from one of the childhood
00:45:17.760
vaccines ted coon's son was a perfectly healthy child as well who after taking the vaccine ended up having
00:45:25.580
seizures for a lifetime we're talking dozens a day having to wear a helmet it was excruciating for ted
00:45:33.980
to go through this for a lifetime of watching his child suffer unnecessarily so we need to be able
00:45:40.880
to hold those who are providing the vaccines accountable there is nobody that can sue or find but yet
00:45:48.680
they paid out billions of dollars in vaccine injury cases down in the united states in canada they don't
00:45:56.160
want us to know about any of this so that's something i just want to bring to your attention
00:46:00.260
ron could you scroll up for a moment nope nope sorry down my bad down then i'm gonna go into this young
00:46:08.400
man and i say more government mandated child abuse what they do to this little guy in a daycare trying
00:46:14.400
to force him to wear a mask is absolute abuse and we're sending our kids every day to school like
00:46:20.980
this parents why are we doing this this is harmful and we need to tell our kids there's nothing to be
00:46:27.080
fearful of and take the mask off and use our notice of liability you go in and you assert your power
00:46:31.920
and you assert your authority with the teachers and the principals and say my child will no longer
00:46:36.500
be wearing a mask and i wanted to i want them to be treated with respect now down to uh mr mo i won't
00:46:43.720
even call him premier because this man belongs in jail and i'm not shy about it mo has to go that's
00:46:51.060
my new campaign he's now uh run out of patience with the citizens in saskatchewan and he's mandating
00:46:58.380
and telling everybody that they need to get vaccinated now we'll go down a little bit more to this lady in
00:47:03.680
the kootenays i love sheila sheila's part of our team and she ended up uh giving me the uh fuller
00:47:09.520
version of uh an interview with the lady that you'll see in this video it is frightening what
00:47:16.840
happened to her after taking this experimental injection in vancouver last week an elderly man
00:47:23.420
who was obviously a freedom fighter but doing it respectfully went to earl's restaurant to have a meal
00:47:30.000
and he says no i'm not going to show my vax pass the police got uh were called and they brought this
00:47:36.120
old guy to the ground and then some muscly customer who thinks he's some do-gooder gets on this man's
00:47:43.200
legs with his knees it is horrible to watch and then this other disgusting individual the health
00:47:51.860
officer from manitoba in january shockingly says repeatedly that the orders do not apply to any level
00:48:00.820
of government and so i'm going to close this page on this note do not be deceived mandatory required
00:48:08.480
mandated requested ordered ordinance decree compulsory is not a law and we have the freedom of bodily
00:48:17.800
autonomy and with a deadly injection meant to uh control the population and annihilate change
00:48:26.920
civilization as we know it we need to stand up my friends and we need to use the notices of liability
00:48:34.300
and with everything we've got i i end the page and i'll be i'll be making this available to the public
00:48:41.980
these are great resources that you need to share with friends and family who really think that our
00:48:47.900
government is working on our best best interest and we'll have more coming now uh there were some
00:48:53.880
questions and i know i'm hoping where are we at as far as time is concerned i'm at the top of the hour
00:49:04.200
questions all right um i know that some of you are saying and i'm hoping that i've answered a lot of
00:49:15.180
the questions that you've had through here and it goes how and who do we serve a notice of liability to
00:49:21.100
you serve a notice of liability to who whoever is violating your rights under these fake orders
00:49:29.140
under these unlawful orders if it's a teacher violating your child's right you are the parent
00:49:35.700
in the room don't let your kids be abused in the school system please do your teacher a favor and serve
00:49:42.440
them a notice of liability i don't care how nice they are this will empower them because they can go to
00:49:47.600
their principal and say i'm not going along with any of this if a child's not wearing a mask and the
00:49:52.160
parents made that decision i support it i am not going to be civilly held liable and brought to court
00:49:58.580
one day because i'm causing harm to a child if it's your employer tons of people are having success with
00:50:06.520
our notice of liability putting the employer on notice and i've already gone over the testing 100
00:50:12.120
nobody has to do the testing we've got a warning letter for you to use and etc elected officials
00:50:18.600
serve your notice the notice of liability to elected officials you can either serve them in person
00:50:24.840
or you can serve them by sending it registered mail we are having reports that uh the canada post is is not
00:50:32.140
delivering registered mail so that they're putting it at the post office for people to pick up
00:50:36.180
this again if our notices and what action for canada is doing it is so ineffective how come
00:50:42.800
we're having such a great powerful impact all right so there are different ways that you can do this
00:50:48.320
you can wait outside and serve somebody an elected official they got to go home sooner or later and go
00:50:53.140
to their car you're not making any threats you're going to do it calmly just say here you go
00:50:58.220
and i did a little bit of research as well and if somebody isn't going to take it you have your
00:51:02.820
recorder on and you can drop it at their feet and say you are served and you walk away you don't need
00:51:09.340
to have any further conversation if they say well i'm not typicking that up say i've got you on camera
00:51:14.500
you're officially served and you are bound by what's in that document i suggest you read it
00:51:20.800
okay elected officials are not medical professionals they have no business it being part of this government
00:51:28.360
campaign all right to violate individual human rights what happens after they serve a notice of
00:51:34.900
liability now what we're finding is there are some people individuals like the school board trustees who
00:51:42.280
have come up with this information saying oh no no don't worry about it you're not going to be held
00:51:46.260
personally liable but we're proving that they are so i can't do all the work for you look up the
00:51:52.760
information from the school boards find it start googling on the websites ask for other parents
00:51:59.360
to provide you information share the information with other parents and then start writing to the
00:52:04.060
school school board superintendents i'm probably going to i'm very likely going to update the um the
00:52:10.940
notice to include this information so that teachers understand and that school board superintendents
00:52:16.760
understand because it's not just in bc that's you know the information i have this is going on in every
00:52:21.180
single province it'll be the same message that's coming along because it's a top-down problem right
00:52:25.820
they're feeding everybody this this this same scenario so you need to get involved you need to start
00:52:33.280
looking up information when i get this information as i get the time i update we've updated all notices
00:52:39.580
of liability just so you're aware to include the genetic non-discrimination act that's now in there
00:52:46.020
to include we we revamped and did vaccinations are uh not mandatory and that the government can't we
00:52:53.220
we changed the line there but the biggest and most important thing is is that posted on health canada's
00:52:59.580
website under pfizer they authorized a vaccine under the non-emergency so normally these the only under
00:53:09.240
the emergency measures can they administer an emergency vaccine that hasn't been approved right
00:53:16.000
the one that's on trials so they took a back a pfizer vaccine the biotech they renamed it they say in it
00:53:23.280
that the exact same ingredients are in it and they've approved it so i thought that way it would have made
00:53:30.120
the notices of liability non-effective because it originally said that you're unlawfully practicing
00:53:36.360
medicine by prescribing an experimental injection so now we've said any vaccine including and the
00:53:44.260
covid 19 experimental injection because it doesn't matter vaccine experimental nobody has a right to
00:53:50.880
tell you what goes in your body so we're ahead of them on that i'll look at redoing the one for
00:53:55.940
educators to include the information i've spoken about tonight um i would recommend that people start
00:54:01.760
like i said earlier start looking up lawyers for civil claims and let's get this going figure out
00:54:08.140
how to file claims in civil court and start naming people if the people they serve the notice of liability
00:54:15.040
to continue their actions then what well this is what i've said right tell them that they've been
00:54:20.400
forewarned continue the pressure if they serve a notice of liability to their employer and still get
00:54:27.040
terminated then what you hire a lawyer you file a human rights complaint and you hire a lawyer and
00:54:33.840
you take action and there's going to be a lot of lawyers coming out right now because this is going
00:54:39.080
to be a money-making business for them because what the employer is doing is unlawful now there was a
00:54:45.520
parent that had um quite an incident the other day there was a vaccine station in the school and she
00:54:52.140
found out what the nurse's name was looked her up and mailed her a notice of liability
00:54:57.600
little did she know that the address was to the nurse's home so the nurse felt so threatened that
00:55:05.880
she received this notice of liability that she called the police and the police ended up going to
00:55:12.480
uh you know the person that wrote the notice of liability and sent it she ended up explaining
00:55:17.760
saying that i didn't know that that was the home address but then she was afraid that she could get
00:55:23.620
arrested or charged with um harassment but when you go and you look at serving serving court documents
00:55:32.060
or notices of liability it's really interesting when i was looking this up the other night it happened
00:55:38.580
to be just before this it is it is if you're serving somebody civilly it is the right thing to do to
00:55:45.800
have their home address we're not going to go knock on their door we're not creating any kind of a
00:55:51.620
threat to them in a divorce matter if there's court documents to be served it gets served to the individual
00:55:58.760
at their home it can be a you know a court appointed person a process server somebody is going to be
00:56:05.640
coming out of store and bam all of a sudden there's the process server they're not stalking them
00:56:09.940
they're not harassing them they're serving them a document and that's all we're doing with the
00:56:16.460
notices of liability so don't be concerned if they say you're harassing say no i and you know according
00:56:23.860
this is on the government's own website on how to serve go on there get familiar i put it in one of
00:56:30.460
the in the most recent action i've actually it each province had basically the same thing the ones that
00:56:36.800
i looked up but in the most recent action that i have launched and i'm going to try to make it
00:56:42.060
available on all of them i i do give a link to the uh government website where it says how to properly
00:56:48.720
serve so it is not harassment right we're not stalking them we're just serving a court document or a legal
00:56:55.120
document or whatever we're serving them a notice of liability and the notice of liability
00:57:00.080
is is something that can be held up in a court of law saying i warned this person of the harms
00:57:08.340
i informed them and yet they still continued that's the only reason we would be moving forward with this
00:57:15.140
all right so i'm hoping that the information tonight has been very helpful and that i've answered a lot of
00:57:22.360
your questions um heather i if people needed to leave at this point um you know we understand some
00:57:29.740
of you are in the far east not the far east but in far east of canada and so if there's a couple
00:57:35.500
more questions heather that you uh or people that wanted to come on and answer or ask a question i could
00:57:40.960
do that and and before you as you're as you're looking that up i would also again like to know if this
00:57:48.360
was helpful tonight and if you sometimes we're we normally bring on special guests which can be
00:57:54.300
very informative but we can get that on youtube and anywhere else um so if it is if this is beneficial
00:58:00.780
to you for me to be coming on and giving this information and you want more of this say yes please
00:58:06.300
more or we like it as well when you have special guests we'll be doing both but i just want some
00:58:12.460
feedback from you more okay good i know because so many people feel isolated and you know i'm working
00:58:23.660
at this 12 14 hours a day and i'm filled with with all this information to give and i want you to i just
00:58:30.520
one of the biggest messages is don't be fearful we are on the side of right i feel very hopeful i feel
00:58:38.080
very empowered i feel very good about the um meetings that i've been having some of them which
00:58:44.140
i can't even talk to you about the pushback is incredible we've got to remember you know that uh
00:58:51.060
that one health official in alberta ended up resigning from his position and it was because of
00:58:57.060
the pushback from the public we have a powerful voice and i said when i got into this six years ago
00:59:03.720
that i wanted to give the silent majority of voice and these notices of liability are doing that
00:59:09.360
and i want you to share the information i want you to hit the cbc news and anybody else when i get
00:59:16.880
these notices ready for you that um you'll for sure be using them i'm excited about this i'm very excited
00:59:24.120
about the opposition that we're experiencing because even in taking our website down that means we're
00:59:30.280
powerful and we're powerful because of all of you alone we would be achieving nothing right now it's
00:59:36.640
because canadians are actually getting busy and taking action i'm so proud of all of you all right heather
00:59:42.040
do you have a question heather you're on mute gotcha got me i was i was unmuted and then i muted myself
00:59:56.080
erica m can you ask can you question please you're unmuted okay hi i've been really watching your
01:00:06.240
shows every week and it's helping a lot and trying to help a lot of share your information um so i have
01:00:12.660
been not wearing my mask as much as possible to push against this i'm in lake country bc i went into a
01:00:21.680
store friday actually monday of this week and the store owner said right away put on your mask and i went to say
01:00:30.860
i'm i'm exempt another citizen in the store a very large man came around the aisle and said we don't do that
01:00:41.080
here and he started to push me out of the store he literally pushed me from the back of the store to the front of
01:00:47.680
the store okay and like almost zombie like and it was very terrifying and i have his license plate
01:00:56.180
number and a photo of him because i sat outside and he just started around and i i just don't know
01:01:04.620
whether to go to the police or like because what's happening right now in society and um erica first of
01:01:11.520
all i am so sorry to hear that you experienced that this is assault 100 you charge this man with
01:01:21.780
assault and we need to do this because it needs to set a precedent for others and if you've got a video
01:01:28.860
of him i i do you have a video at all of this situation we don't have a video of it um there was one
01:01:37.560
other person in the store who was also shopping who just left i literally had no okay to record it
01:01:44.400
so it is very important i i would imagine the score store has video of this and it's vital that you
01:01:52.020
report this immediately and that you demand that the store provide you with the uh video of what
01:01:59.320
transpired as evidence because you're i do want to mention do that quickly because the the cameras do
01:02:06.820
roll over so make sure you go to the store as as soon as you can before new footage gets placed on
01:02:12.100
top of that okay somebody's saying here erica i'm in late lake country teresa dockstetter if you need
01:02:20.700
support i'll go with you so thank you i'm i i found a couple places in lake country where the store owner
01:02:28.940
is um quite like almost like a police you know they jump in front of me but this was an assault so i would
01:02:36.060
i'll put my email address here is that the best way you can come with we get it it was uh was it
01:02:42.120
teresa dockstetter you can go to chat and you can put teresa dockstetter in there and then you can give
01:02:49.540
her your email um i'm going to want to ron could you please get erica's information or heather somebody
01:02:57.480
for me and make sure that i'm in touch with erica
01:03:01.800
and you have uh you would be under the rcmp there is that correct erica
01:03:08.500
yes there's a lake country rcmp all right so we're going to make sure that you get that filed
01:03:15.700
and that this individual is charged with assault and then i would love it if you would take our
01:03:23.020
business materials and that you would ask for the ask for the store owner and deliver our there's a
01:03:31.740
postcard you can just print it off in whatever style you want right now a postcard a letter that
01:03:37.740
we we have on the website under our business materials and it's called business campaign uh
01:03:43.940
resources and and then serve the let me just see think about this for a second because i think it
01:03:52.160
would be best for you to have a conversation with the store owner because bonnie henry came out with
01:03:55.920
these orders today and i have learned something i don't say i'm exempt from anything anymore um
01:04:02.220
because i'm realizing that if we say we're exempt we're agreeing that there's something we need to be
01:04:06.840
exempt from and it gives legitimacy there is no order uh that can tell us to wear a mask so i i don't
01:04:13.860
wear a mask is is all we need to say and if they say anything to you even the new order that came out
01:04:21.340
exempts you from wearing a mask say according to the orders you need to respect people's exemptions
01:04:28.840
well what is your exemption say that's actually that's actually um protected under the privacy act
01:04:34.520
and it's a violation for you to even ask me that and if you continue i'm going to file a civil human
01:04:41.300
rights against you and what is your name get your camera on people and you have to turn this on them
01:04:47.840
saying you are violating and my rights you're discriminating against me you're making me very
01:04:52.880
upset right now you're making me feel stressed and anxious i came in here to shop you can't
01:04:58.840
discriminate against me and i expect that you're going to stop and you keep your phone on them and
01:05:04.840
they say i don't consent to that well actually it's only it's two people it only takes one to consent
01:05:10.440
and i'm consenting and i need this as evidence when i file a human rights complaint against
01:05:16.100
against you now the orders clearly say that you must respect my exemption and even you don't need
01:05:26.500
an exemption but this is the language that they need to hear okay so that's how you would handle
01:05:32.980
that situation as for this guy if you could have got your camera on i've been in situations uh similar
01:05:39.080
where i just i didn't get my camera on in time but you were smart you got a picture you got his license
01:05:44.140
plate and now you're going to file you know a complaint against him i would go to the store
01:05:48.920
first thing in the morning i'd insist on speaking to the manager have them contact if the manager's
01:05:54.240
not in saying you need to contact the manager right now the police are involved and i need to speak to
01:05:58.920
the owner the owner or yeah i would go straight to the owner all right thank you to you okay i uh and
01:06:07.760
i'll get uh somehow i'll get your information because i'm gonna want to uh hear from you okay i sent it
01:06:13.840
in the chat to the panelists so hopefully you'll have it okay yep thank you do you want another question
01:06:19.140
tanya yeah sure if people are okay i'm ready to go okay see gems
01:06:31.540
i've asked to unmute okay uh we'll go we'll go to paulette
01:06:43.400
are you there paulette yeah hi okay go ahead and ask tanya your question
01:06:52.580
hi tanya how are you good thank you what's your question paulette
01:06:57.180
so i'm feeling that things are escalating like crazy in canada and i'm kind of scared that things
01:07:06.720
like what's the percentage that we might have the scenario that's taking place in australia
01:07:13.420
because today in alberta it's if i live in ontario myself but i'm following the news in alberta it's
01:07:21.180
becoming uh brutal like the police is behaving i don't know i don't want to say words like
01:07:29.320
but what's the percentage that we might face the same scenario taking place in australia
01:07:36.160
well i don't have a magic ball and you know i can't foresee the future um i know that uh months ago i
01:07:44.840
learned that australia i i have said repeatedly that they're going after the five top five judeo
01:07:50.760
christian nations because we're the ones that are built on democracy built on the system of
01:07:55.020
governance built on biblical principles these are just facts i'm not making this up we just have a
01:08:00.340
different system of governance because of these values and so they're going after the uk australia
01:08:06.420
new zealand america and canada and australia happened to have the weakest constitution
01:08:13.480
of the five of us and so i understood that they were going to push them to the max to see how far
01:08:21.860
they could go i think before they break and as we can see some very good reports coming out of australia
01:08:29.600
that the people are rising up and another thing australia to the best of my knowledge doesn't have
01:08:36.980
guns we do and this is why justin trudeau was working so hard to take away our guns in the last
01:08:46.020
six years because he doesn't want people who can defend themselves and gun ownership in the united
01:08:53.020
states is easier because it's part of their constitution and here it's like they say it's considered
01:08:59.540
a privilege well no no no no no it's considered a right for us to bear arms in this country i don't
01:09:07.060
care what justin trudeau says and we are moving towards civil war if they continue at the pace they
01:09:14.140
are to put a deadly injection into people's bodies i've never known one person not even one reported
01:09:22.460
person that if that died from covet 19 i know people who have had the flu i see this as a yearly
01:09:29.800
influenza it is a serious viral infection that is treatable and they are prohibiting the treatment in
01:09:36.340
canada they're actually removing ivermectin i've had pharmacists who have reported to me that merc
01:09:44.180
has said that they cannot provide ivermectin to doctors
01:09:48.540
okay ivermectin thousands of doctors around the world are saying that ivermectin saves lives
01:09:58.440
from this respiratory illness as does good doses of vitamin c and vitamin d and some other products
01:10:05.680
but the government's not providing those india fellow whose mom died went to india staying with
01:10:11.360
his dad the indian government provided him with vitamin c vitamin d and ivermectin there was one
01:10:17.700
other thing i can't remember the name of as well that was on them right as preventative and and so
01:10:24.320
the corruption in this this country is is unprecedented and justin trudeau has a minority
01:10:31.640
government again but he's going to rely on the ndp there's only like two greens and the bloc
01:10:37.760
quebecois so it's going to be a matter of how much pressure is the public going to put on the
01:10:44.680
government leaders and how much are the are the how much is the public going to take we need to see a
01:10:51.320
million people out in the streets in every city across this nation they are toppling down our our
01:10:58.200
founding forefathers the people the images some people said what is a founding forefather to me and
01:11:04.620
that's okay you know the statues in memory of the people that founded this nation because in order
01:11:13.580
to do that they want to replace it with tyrannical are they going to topple over uh trudeau senior
01:11:20.900
because i think he should go i think he should be toppled like if we're going to be toppling bad
01:11:26.820
governments who have done a lot of damage to this government where does it stop and and where does it
01:11:31.600
begin and end okay so we have to understand that if we aren't going to assert our rights on mass
01:11:41.300
the government will win and we will be in the same place as australia look at all the fighting age men
01:11:49.320
in australia who have sat home and allowed this to happen look at all the men in canada that have sat in
01:11:59.120
their offices or at home and watch this happen to their kids and to the women in this nation
01:12:05.320
now i want that to be a call for our men to find your warrior in you because i'm seeing the warrior
01:12:14.680
in a lot of women and a lot of moms across this nation but we need our men to rise up and we need you
01:12:22.620
to rise up now they have spent 50 years emasculating men and empowering women and i am not a woman's liver
01:12:30.680
i love men i've said that so many times i believe in the strength of men i believe there are warriors
01:12:37.480
and i'm calling on you the only reason i've stepped up in this capacity is because the men have been absent
01:12:43.800
but on action for canada's team you want to find men you've got ron raywald on this call you've got
01:12:51.240
ray you've got lonnie and todd and henry we've got men rising up in action for canada we have men
01:13:00.420
across this nation joining as as leaders of our chapters so if you really want to do something get
01:13:08.160
involved with our chapters because we are facilitating everyone at every level and we can do it best
01:13:15.660
raising up huge communities of people in our chapter and that's our focus i had this vision of this like
01:13:22.240
five years ago right that we needed an organization where we were in every town in every city where we're
01:13:29.140
going to take back our school board trustees we're going to take back our municipalities and we're going
01:13:34.720
to take back our provincial and federal legislatures so if we don't want to see what's happening in
01:13:41.320
australia we need to get out of our homes and out of our offices we need to be writing letters i love
01:13:48.560
what maxine did and said when he got arrested if any of you heard that he says you know the officer says
01:13:54.220
do you have any what did he say do you have any weapons and he said only my words only my philosophies
01:13:59.940
all right words are powerful if you're signing a document that has punch but they're even more
01:14:08.320
powerful when you start accessing the legal as well and we start on mass filing legal actions against
01:14:17.200
civilians in this nation and we start taking away their forced support from the government and get them
01:14:25.100
to start thinking clearly again we're not going to get there by being passive and being nice and
01:14:30.300
thinking someone else is going to take care of this and that's why i'm so proud of all of the people
01:14:36.720
from action for canada the hundreds of thousands of people who are coming to our website and sourcing
01:14:41.700
our materials and using them because this is what's going to turn this nation around all right
01:14:46.720
probably went on there but that was a good one wow tanya you know what i think that is a perfect
01:14:52.160
note to end this meeting on that that call to action for for our men and for women too in our
01:14:58.640
country i think that's amazing for everybody to hear that so if it's okay with you i'd like to close
01:15:04.440
the meeting absolutely okay so thank you so much tanya you're just amazing and we've i've just been
01:15:12.280
seeing so many comments thanking you i don't know if you've had a chance to see them but everybody is
01:15:16.420
just so very thankful i know you're you've been busy um and i do encourage everybody who's left on
01:15:21.920
the chat please please please go to the action for canada website so many of your questions will
01:15:26.100
be answered when you go on the website and tanya mentioned it before as did i that the documents
01:15:32.020
are getting constantly updated so just check check that out daily even if you have to and just learn
01:15:37.700
all that you can and i want to just thank you all for coming and joining us here this evening
01:15:42.000
and we invite you back again next week same place same time bring your questions with you
01:15:47.100
and i guess that's it i'm gonna ask one more thing to the 623 people or five i need my glasses so bad
01:15:57.420
i am terrible about asking for financial support but i want to ask you my friends that if you can
01:16:05.460
even five dollars a month that you could become monthly donors that that would be incredibly helpful
01:16:11.780
to us because we've got volunteers that are working full-time jobs and given all of themselves
01:16:17.640
and our tech person and there are only a couple of people who are getting paid but i need full-time
01:16:23.980
people in order to keep this um organization functioning at the level we need and uh we have
01:16:31.100
incredibly dedicated and uh committed um uh volunteers but there needs to be some paid
01:16:38.760
positions and i've never taken a penny myself other than you know for gas money if i had to travel
01:16:44.480
or an airline once in a blue moon when i travel or a hotel but other than that i'm not taking anything
01:16:50.120
personally myself because my priority is making sure this organization stays up and running and that
01:16:56.060
we get the people that are absolutely critical and vital to make sure that we remain that way so
01:17:01.480
thank you so much thanks for being here with us uh bring five people next week and we'll see you again
01:17:07.700
good plan and thank you all for your continued love and your prayers we really appreciate you all good night
