00:01:12.980 use that um yes many of you know we're taking action action for canada commenced legal action

00:01:18.940 against the bc and federal government and we filed our statement of claim on august 16th

00:01:24.600 and you know it doesn't mean that you have to get to court to have results and in bc we have one of

00:01:31.120 the world's largest ferry services it's the second largest in the world i believe bc ferries and it is an

00:01:37.660 essential service to all of our good friends on the island and during this whole covid pandemic when

00:01:44.080 the masks were really being pushed uh throughout last year until about a month ago or so bc ferries

00:01:51.500 they called them the mask nazis and for good reason uh they would not permit people to come on the ferry

00:01:57.800 even if they showed their mask exemption they would demand it it's uh it's a violation of the privacy act

00:02:04.500 to do that it was really vile and it was very upset upsetting to watch this happen and to hear

00:02:10.200 of all of the stories um even of young families uh one lady had a baby in her arm and people started

00:02:17.660 cuss other passengers started to cuss at her and treat her very rudely because she didn't have a mask

00:02:23.320 on humanity has become i think at its lowest point right now and the courtesies that we once you know

00:02:30.920 shared um and and allotted to one another have sort of gone out of the window through fear and we've got

00:05:51.900 with the police it was an rcmp officer it ends up that he was uh top sergeant i didn't know that at

00:05:57.440 the time i'm going to be filing a complaint against him and it was at a white spot and he didn't even

00:06:02.340 know the orders that people with mask exemptions were to be honored and respected and uh you know so there

00:06:09.420 was like three very tall big officers and i just went through the whole process i patiently went

00:06:18.000 through the whole process i gave him every bit of information that he was violating my rights and

00:06:22.600 every opportunity to do the right thing and he chose not to so i'll be filing a complaint against white

00:06:27.960 spot and against the officer that was a few months ago and then the top one is i go through a process

00:06:33.020 at costco that was back in april and this manager i'd had words with before but because i i just knew

00:06:40.660 my stuff and i as soon as they end up saying this is a really tough situation then you know you've got

00:06:52.720 mainstream media they're questioning what they've been told and it's almost like we're walking into the

00:06:59.320 middle of uh of uh grounds where you know there's this cult and everybody that has been in this

00:07:06.200 chain link fenced area in this cult is just convinced that the leader of the cult is telling

00:07:12.900 them the truth and then when we walk into this situation and know how to patiently uh process the

00:09:17.280 bunch of customers in there who automatically started taking off their masks and uh this day just happened

00:09:22.860 to be that my 80 year old mom has been doing my shopping at costco because i'm so busy and she's worn

00:09:28.120 out and you know i just needed to go and i said mom that's it let's go uh so we ended up uh heading into

00:09:34.880 costco you know the gal at the door just uh showed my card and i kept walking real swiftly and

00:09:40.580 she goes oh you know your mask and i said no that's okay thanks i don't need one and uh we mom

00:09:45.340 and i said okay let's just go down the back aisles and make it a little bit of fun and hard on them

00:09:48.820 and so they caught up with us here in the freezer cooler section and two managers had approached us

00:09:55.900 and uh i just went through the whole process of you know costco trying to say well you know we're a

00:10:02.000 private uh we're a private uh business and i says well you know do you have do you have an address

00:10:07.140 in the province of british columbia and he goes well yes and i says do you have an address in the

00:10:12.460 city of langley and he says yes and i says do you have a business license with the city of langley

00:10:17.700 and he's like yes and i says then you're open to the public this is an open invitation and so i says

00:10:24.000 according to the orders anybody that can't wear a mask shouldn't be wearing a mask and you need to

00:10:28.100 respect that costco's not special and they were like no well we're a private organization

00:10:32.500 membership based and i says yes and i purchased a membership and nowhere in there did it say that i

00:10:38.480 needed to wear a mask in order to shop at costco and you're also not medical professionals right so

00:10:43.740 how can you tell me i need to wear a mask my mom has asthma you're not going to force a mask on her

00:10:48.720 anyways all of a sudden these customers uh started coming to my defense and and they were you know uh

00:10:55.780 giving opposition to the two managers about being forced to wear these masks and i said i don't know

00:11:02.180 these people but i can tell you i says if costco wants a poll right now they're not happy with you

00:11:07.940 and i just wish more people would um stop complying and then recently i was really happy because uh this

00:11:16.440 this fella lucas he had ended up being in costco enrichment and he put something out on social media

00:11:22.280 and he was in costco without a mask and he says i just want to thank tanya gar because i'm in costco

00:11:27.360 and i'm shopping without a mask and i was just tickled when i saw that and then my mom has told

00:11:33.620 me the last couple of times that she's gone to costco as well she's just gone in without a mask

00:11:37.640 and there's been no problem and actually she's gone to the management been advocating uh for me

00:11:42.580 because uh about a month later they took away my membership when i went to return something stood

00:11:47.460 outside complied with not going in and uh so i'll be taking care of that that issue as well

00:11:53.580 but um it's just remarkable you know when when we know what it is that we're talking about

00:13:06.980 on unpaid leave basically lose their jobs i'm getting phone calls uh messages constantly from nurses

00:13:13.500 uh who who are just panicking longshoremen uh people from air canada and so in response to this

00:13:43.800 going to continue to do this they as well are not doctors they are not medical professionals and

00:13:49.620 therefore they're unlawfully practicing medicine by coercing or threatening anyone to listen to their

00:13:55.920 employer in order to uh keep their job so um i've i've been um having much communication

00:14:03.680 communication with uh the rcmp i've said the general public have the idea that the government

00:14:11.160 is the enforcement for the liberal government's bringing in this tyranny and that they have a duty

00:15:31.620 evidence of it now we have a new notice of liability if you want to scoot over to that one ron and it is

00:15:39.080 regarding the fax pass in bc our health officer has put through what i call a faux order f-a-u-x uh she

00:15:48.280 keeps grasping at straws trying to maintain power power that she does not have and we are not going

00:15:55.040 to permit her to have this power um she is uh part of the tyranny part of the globalists and pretty

00:16:02.120 much every single not pretty much every single premier and health officer in canada are also on

00:16:08.560 board with this so bc is um saying that you have to have a vax passport to go to restaurants and

00:23:41.780 does not apply in this instance as it is not comparable to enforcing compliance to a vaccine

00:23:48.500 which is a medical intervention so they are unlawfully practicing medicine by facilitating

00:23:54.940 enforcing incentivizing and using coercion to insist patrons submit to any vaccine including the

00:25:51.980 of all of the uh canadians who are standing up for our constitutional rights david lindsey is an ally

00:25:59.440 of ours david lindsey is a good man he's been talking about the constitution and charter rights

00:26:04.060 for 20 years and in this article they put a spin on it calling it the freeman movement which has a very

00:26:10.780 negative connotation saying anti-government anti-vax all of this and we're like no no no

00:26:16.760 we're anti-experimental injection that's killing people that would have normally been pulled off

00:26:22.500 the market after 50 deaths we have hundreds of thousands of deaths from this injection we're anti

00:26:28.720 that everybody should be anti that this is anti-murder right i'm anti-murder and then the other thing

00:27:13.320 so if they're so useless why wouldn't they give the source why wouldn't they give an example

00:27:30.520 so this is uh a large union and they've come i'm i'm just going to read it out here on the left it

00:27:42.000 says and i want you to listen to the language of what the unions are doing and why when we get the

00:27:47.120 notice done why we're 100 in our right to start holding them to account as an individual i'd like

00:27:53.140 to know who wrote this and we're going to serve them so they start out saying while there are currently

00:27:58.740 no public health orders that directly address mandatory immunization for education workers

00:28:04.600 some of our members may be indirectly impacted by the bc government's vaccine certification program

00:28:10.300 where an employer jobs duties place them in locations or at events that require vaccination

00:28:16.560 employers may require vaccination status disclosures so right there why would the union

00:28:23.940 be advising them saying some of the employers may require your vaccination status do they not know

00:28:29.600 the law have they not actually spoken to the lawyers and by saying that saying they're committing

00:28:35.860 a criminal offense here such policies would likely be found to be a reasonable exercise of management

00:28:42.240 rights second lie employers adopting such policies however are required to provide reasonable

00:28:50.540 accommodations for employees who choose not to be vaccinated for medical or religious grounds

00:28:55.280 there we go okay they're throwing something in there making it look like they're being cooperative

00:28:59.880 or supporting the employee aside from protected human rights grounds where employees are not

00:30:20.440 claim to exempt their child from various covid19 public health measures these documents are sometimes

00:30:26.000 titled notice of liability or non-consent exemption they contain a dense collection of legal jargon

00:30:33.220 related to compliance with mask mandates testing protocols and other public health measures well

00:30:39.480 let's talk about the testing protocols the genetic non-discrimination act is very clear
