00:05:45.440 tyranny and thank goodness tens of thousands of uh truckers have had enough and everybody is getting

00:06:52.080 was indicated earlier um i'm a constitutional lawyer i've actually been practicing for over 30 years

00:06:57.680 now um you know basically my entire career has been spent you know suing governments over various

00:07:03.520 violations of constitutionally protected rights um in provinces uh across the country as well as

00:07:10.320 numerous actions against the federal government so you know i don't come you know to this litigation

00:07:15.760 you know as somebody that's a stranger to it nor you know do i come to this litigation with any great

00:07:21.760 faith that the government you know is ever going to be the right thing when it comes to um you know

00:07:27.440 respecting the constitutionally protected rights of citizens that the government is intent on ignoring

00:07:33.440 so you know that's you know where i come from you know by way of background as well you know and

00:07:38.880 this is an interesting aspect of what i've been doing i've been trying for the last year and a half

00:07:45.760 i've been trying to get an answer to what i consider to be the most basic question of all you know with

00:07:51.680 everything that we're dealing with and i'm trying to get i've been trying to get answers from vena hinshaw

00:07:55.840 i've been trying to get answers from you know alberta health services i've been trying to get answers

00:08:01.200 from the college of physicians and surgeons in alberta none of them will answer this one question and the one

00:08:06.800 question is when did anybody by legislation or otherwise cancel the right of a citizen to say no

00:08:17.600 to any medical treatment or procedure in alberta it's pretty clear cut the minimum standards of

00:08:24.160 care in alberta as set out by the college of physicians and surgeons but the minimum standard

00:08:29.440 of care and if a doctor practices medicine below that standard you know they'd be stripped of their

00:08:34.880 license right um the minimum standard of care in the province of alberta is informed consent

00:08:42.160 nobody will tell me when the doctrine of informed consent has been suspended they all seem to think

00:08:48.400 as long as they inform us so we have a bunch of talking heads like you know dina hinshaw or st

00:08:54.080 bonnie of henry or any of the other um uh public health officials who've now been proven to be

00:09:00.640 idiots by the omitron wave incidentally but let's leave that aside for now um all these public health

00:09:05.600 officials all they have to do is inform us and say we say the vaccines are good for you

00:09:11.040 and then if somehow or other the consent component of informed consent goes out the window

00:09:17.120 and none of us have a choice any longer to say no well that's not the law and nobody throughout

00:09:24.560 you know this entire fiasco that we've been living through for the last you know almost two years

00:09:30.160 now um has been able to tell me when the doctrine of informed consent was you know in fact um done

00:09:37.760 away with by the various colleges of physicians and surgeons you know all of whom could be fined

00:09:43.760 you should be stripping you know bonnie henry dina hinshaw you know and the rest of their ilk of their

00:09:49.360 medical licenses because all of them are presiding over regimes you know you know medical tyrannies

00:09:56.160 within their respective provinces where they routinely engage in tactics or conduct or issue

00:10:03.600 directives or uh orders you know chief orders of the chief medical officer that completely ignore

00:10:11.200 the minimum standard of care for practice of medicine in canada which is informed consent this

00:10:16.720 has never been done away with the other thing that they refuse to acknowledge or that they refuse

00:10:22.320 to even deal with or respond to is that the supreme court of canada in the morgenthaler decision

00:10:28.560 has made it crystal clear that section seven of the charter that you know the life liberty and

00:10:34.000 security of the first person section of the charter of rights and freedoms under security of the

00:10:39.840 person the supreme court ironically in the morgenthaler decision which was a case uh you know about

00:10:45.520 therapeutic abortion but in any event in the morgenthaler decision the supreme court stated clearly and

00:10:52.960 unequivocally that any medical procedure performed on a person in canada without their consent constitutes

00:11:02.320 an assault at the common law so not only are these people not acknowledging the fact that we have the

00:11:09.280 right to withhold consent but they're also refusing to acknowledge the fact that through these coercive

00:11:16.800 measures that they're taking threatening people with job loss if they don't get vaccinated um stripping

00:11:22.640 people of civil liberties if they don't get vaccinated etc are engaged in coercively assaulting

00:11:30.880 the city of citizens of this country contrary to law that's literally set in stone in this country

00:11:36.640 and has been set in stone for years so in effect all of us are living in what amounts to a criminal

00:11:42.880 regime i refer to it you know alternatively as a medical tyranny or medical dictatorship where we have

00:11:48.880 all of these unelected public health officials who apparently haven't got a clue as to what they're doing

00:11:56.960 at whim making up rules for all of us to live by on a day-to-day basis the problem and of course the

00:12:03.200 problem that we have throughout is that our human rights or our human rights commission and our court

00:12:09.680 have been very slow to intervene in fact the alberta human rights commission just sent me a letter and

00:12:14.800 i'm now going to be taking them to court you know in effect saying that they don't recognize um back

00:12:21.440 you know anything to do with a vaccine mandate um you know as offending the alberta human rights act

00:12:27.200 because as far as they're concerned you know any sure they call it a choice not to get vaccinated

00:12:33.520 shouldn't give rise to a complaint you know under the human rights act so of course what this amounts

00:12:39.200 to is we're all now living in a completely upside down world where instead of our constitutionally

00:12:49.600 protected rights being held to be supreme and being held to be you know the most important thing

00:12:56.960 that the courts and the governments have to recognize they flipped it on their head and

00:13:01.440 it said oh well you know if you actually stand up and say that you're asserting your constitutionally

00:13:06.560 protected rights that's a choice and that choice to have your constitutionally protected rights respected

00:13:14.480 is not protected i mean i've never heard anything so asinine in my entire life you know and and

00:13:21.600 certainly not in my 30 years of practicing law have i seen such a blatant disregard for the constitution

00:13:28.480 of canada and the structure of the constitution of canada and i i would imagine there's a lot of you

00:13:35.200 on the call um that have been you know listening to brian techford's speech and reading some of the

00:13:40.960 articles that he's been publishing and so on well i had the um the privilege of having a conversation

00:13:48.880 with brian techford the other day and you know brian you know confirmed to me you know pretty much

00:13:54.240 exactly what i've thought you know all along with regard to the charter and section one which is that

00:14:01.040 governments are only able to avoid um uh your rights under the charter under the most dire of

00:14:09.680 circumstances and you know as we all know now with omicron being nothing more than you know nothing

00:14:14.880 more than a bad cold you know uh that this this you know this virus whatever it is doesn't constitute

00:14:23.200 a you know a dire circumstance that could lead to the end of the country as we know it as in the case of

00:14:29.600 war or insurrection that's the standard that brian techford um you know was is clear was intended

00:14:37.920 in section one of the of the of the constitution act if governments want to avoid uh charter rights

00:14:46.240 like your section seven right to have complete autonomy over your physical person of course the

00:14:51.600 problem that we've got is that we have too many vaccinated judges sitting in judgment on these

00:14:57.120 matters right that in essence read section one as a form of notwithstanding clause so that any time

00:15:04.240 the government government lawyer stands up in the courtroom and says section one section one you

00:15:09.120 know the judges have been you know all too eager uh to roll over and accept the government's arguments

00:15:15.280 with regard to section one and in effect say oh that's right as long as the government says it's an

00:15:20.560 emergency it's an emergency right so that's why you know we're dealing with the things that we are

00:15:26.640 dealing with um obviously you know um the word you know whatever word is coming out of the lower court

00:15:33.360 uh none of us are taking lying down we're moving everything you know up to the appellate level and

00:15:38.480 we're going to be moving everything to the supreme court if need be um however i still maintain and

00:15:45.600 this is why i support organizations like action for canada that the real remedy to this situation is all of

00:15:52.240 us just standing up and saying no we're not going to tolerate this ridiculousness anymore our

00:15:58.640 constitutional rights are supreme nobody can force you to undergo um you know an experimental medical

00:16:06.400 procedure against your will and even if this wasn't experimental because they like to try to argue

00:16:11.920 that these shots aren't an experiment and i'll come back to that in a second um it doesn't matter whether

00:16:18.560 these shots are experimental or not you still have the right to say no and that's what needs to be

00:16:25.680 ignored you know through all of this and employers have been getting away with bloody murder the

00:16:31.040 governments have been getting away with bloody murder and you know i think the only remedy of

00:16:35.920 course all of this is for all of us to continue to put hold their feet to the fire continue to

00:16:41.680 demonstrate continue to write letters to your mlas continue to write letters to your mps participate in

00:16:47.280 peaceful protest and just continue to make a ruckus over what's going on so that the government knows

00:16:54.320 that there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of us out here that are not going to take any of this

00:17:00.560 lying down because the simple fact of the matter is that at the end of the day and this is you know this is

00:17:07.440 you know um coming more and more clear every month that it's absolutely crystal clear that our public

00:17:14.480 health officials don't have a clue as to what they're doing and you know again you know delta

00:17:19.920 wave covid they're bringing in back mandates all of the science and we've read all of it um you know

00:17:25.040 indicated that even delta wave covid was as transmissible by the double vaccinated as it was by the

00:17:34.160 unvaccinated now along comes omicron and it appears that omicron may in fact be more transmissible by the

00:17:41.040 vaccinated than the unvaccinated and certainly you know contrary to the propaganda that we are all

00:17:48.080 having our faces rubbed in you know a month or two ago uh you know under delta where they were you know

00:17:53.600 continually claiming that whatever was going on with the pandemic of the unvaccinated um uh what we see

00:17:59.760 here with omicron is a pandemic of the vaccinated where you know people that the current statistics are in

00:18:05.920 alberta that the largest cohort and the largest block per hundred thousand of omicron infections

00:18:13.280 in alberta is in fact the uh double vaccinated and our hospital populations now uh we have as many as

00:18:20.880 twenty percent of people in hospital in alberta that have in fact been triple vaccinated and of course

00:18:26.960 what happens today well we get an announcement uh you know uh coming out today in alberta that you're

00:18:32.720 dina hinshaw's breathlessly announcing the fact that you know fourth shots are seen going to be

00:18:37.920 available to people well again and i think a lot of us have heard this or a lot of us have said this

00:18:44.000 over and over throughout all of this foolishness you know what's going on appears to be the very

00:18:49.040 definition of insanity and that specifically is doing the same stupid thing over and over and over

00:18:55.840 again and expecting to get a different result you know the simple fact of the matter is as we all you

00:19:02.160 know those of us that pay attention are aware you know the ceo of pfizer admitted last week that

00:19:08.080 double vaccinations have no effect against omicron and even a third shot has little to no effect

00:19:14.080 against omicron so in the face of those admissions by the ceo of pfizer i you know for the life of me

00:19:20.800 to not figure out why it is that the government continue to think that vaccine mandates are either

00:19:27.760 appropriate or defensible from a section one uh perspective under the charter of rights and

00:19:34.080 freedom you know not only you know are they illegally mandating us to take a medical treatment against

00:19:40.560 their will but they're now mandating if you just imagine the stupidity of this mandating us to take

00:19:46.400 the medical treatment against our will that's been proven time and time and time again to be completely

00:19:51.920 ineffective so you know um you know this unfortunately is the you know is the world

00:19:58.000 that we live in the other thing i wanted to touch on just because it was brought up

00:20:02.480 when i was being introduced um is that i did want to touch on briefly the criminal complaint that we

00:20:07.760 filed against pfizer with the rcmp um for those of you again you know that have been following these

00:20:14.480 things um you're aware of table 14 of the pfizer emergency use application that was filed in the

00:20:25.040 united states and of course that table shows pfizer's own data that demonstrates how dangerous these

00:20:32.320 vaccines are for children in the 5 to 11 year old cohort pfizer's own application to the fda made it

00:20:41.600 clear that pfizer projected that of every um million kids were vaccinated with pfizer that only

00:20:52.640 that they would notionally only hypothetically save one life per million because of course incidents

00:20:58.400 of deaths in children in covid you know is so rare as to be non-existent and when that unfortunate

00:21:04.560 occurrence does happen much like in you know some of our senior population there's usually one two or

00:21:09.920 three other comorbidities associated with that one death but generally you know it's you know five

00:21:15.760 of the um covet is not fatal to children so pfizer had to come up with a number to show that their

00:21:22.560 vaccine is going to do something the best they could do was say it was going to save the life of one child

00:21:27.360 in a million but to save the life of that notional or hypothetical child in a million pfizer admitted that

00:21:34.480 they were likely going to give 108 children myocarditis and then of the 108 children they're

00:21:41.840 going to give myocarditis they were going to put 58 of them in hospital and 34 of them in the icu

00:21:49.120 so and then if you're at the end of the table and this is where it gets really remarkable

00:21:54.240 pfizer then says how many children do you think will die from the vaccine and they say zero zero point

00:22:00.000 zero zero and for those of you with a medical background anybody would know that you can't

00:22:05.920 put 34 kids into the icu without probably killing 10 of them it's generally you know about a you know

00:22:11.920 about a third of children that go into icu don't ever come back out so in other words on the basis of

00:22:19.600 pfizer's own data you know what it looks like is in order to notionally save one child per million

00:22:25.760 we're you know we're going to kill 10 or 11 and you know and that's again on the basis of of pfizer's

00:22:32.960 own data and applying statistics that are readily available with regard to icu mortality of children

00:22:40.080 in the five to eleven year old age group so you know i provided that information to the rcmt along with

00:22:46.640 a strong um suggestion that um uh that a criminal investigation should be taking place that letter was

00:22:54.240 also sent to uh prime minister trudeau and to theresa tam prior to the vaccines being approved

00:23:00.800 and of course three days after receiving that letter uh they in fact approved the vaccine so you know

00:23:07.520 our view now is that criminal complaints the you know the minute that a child in the five to eleven

00:23:12.720 year old cohort dies from covid criminal charges should be you know should be forwarded against prime

00:23:19.840 minister trudeau and theresa tam on the basis of the fact that they would both be guilty of criminal

00:23:25.840 negligence causing death or worse under the canadian criminal code you know on the on the basis that

00:23:32.160 they knew or should have known that these vaccines were fatal to children and approved them notwithstanding

00:23:39.120 the fact that these vaccines were in fact fatal to children while providing little or no benefit to

00:23:44.720 children and in those age cohorts so um those are the types of things that you know that i've been

00:23:51.200 working on i've obviously been also working on suing ahs over uh the vaccine mandates that they've

00:23:57.440 you know imposed on doctors and i think you know combination of the litigation uh a lot of really

00:24:03.200 great public action going on in alberta for those of you that are listening that were involved in the uh

00:24:08.080 uh the empty booths campaign where uh there was a touring exhibition of 800 pairs of cheese and

00:24:14.240 booths that were donated by healthcare workers that were uh you know being uh put on uh unvoluntary

00:24:20.480 leaves of absence uh by a test was touring the legislature and other places in alberta

00:24:26.080 um you know along with other public pressure campaigns um you know forced ahs to blink

00:24:31.600 and reverse themselves on their vaccine mandate policy uh you know by at least opening up it up to rapid

00:24:38.240 testing but again you know all of this um wouldn't happen without people just standing up and making

00:24:45.120 a ruckus and continuing to do it i mean even the fact that you know they're now allowing rapid testing

00:24:50.320 in alberta you know it's something that we're going to be fighting back against obviously with omicron

00:24:55.520 uh where it's clearly uh you know a pandemic of the vaccinated and where the vaccinated are more

00:25:02.160 transmissible than the unvaccinated you know discriminating against uh unvaccinated workers

00:25:09.200 or people and requiring them to be rapid tested while you're not testing everybody else again is

00:25:14.640 ludicrous through a public health perspective uh we have a we have a client in alberta um who

00:25:20.400 you know a doctor who's gone back to work on the basis of rapid testing uh who's now in the bizarre

00:25:26.240 position of not being able to go into work uh because there's been a huge outbreak at the hospital that he

00:25:32.160 worked at entirely amongst the vaccinated and because there's been an outbreak he can't he can't

00:25:39.040 attend a testing center to get tested because none of the public testing centers want people

00:25:43.680 that are associated with an outbreak near them although of course in typical fashion with omicron

00:25:48.720 the unvaccinated are not infected and it's the vaccinated um that are both infected and

00:25:55.680 spreading the disease and causing hospital closures and other other mayhem um that the government

00:26:00.800 doesn't want anybody to know about or to uh you know to talk about so um you know that's you know

00:26:07.440 in a nutshell some of this is sort of an overview of some of the things that we've been doing and

00:26:11.680 some of the things that we're involved in um you know the big takeaway i think for me tonight and the

00:26:17.200 message is stay strong keep making a ruckus do everything you can to resist because what's going on

00:26:23.600 in our country is atrocious and has no place um in uh in the canada that any of us grew up in and uh

00:26:32.480 you know i think that three or four years from now uh you know we are going to see a you know we you

00:26:37.120 know we are going to see a reckoning you know where royal commissions are going to have to be

00:26:41.280 established and criminal actions are going to have to be taken you know against all of those you know

00:26:46.160 that were involved you know in this ongoing fraud you know knowing it could be exactly that um you

00:26:52.720 know and nothing more or less than a mechanism you know to sell vaccines so um uh that's apparently now

00:26:59.120 at omicron have been proven not to work so anyway that's uh those are my remarks for the evening and

00:27:32.560 somebody talks about a variant that they always get weaker as each uh flu season comes until you know

00:27:38.400 that they're basically not not a terrible threat to anyone because people's immune systems would

00:27:43.600 grow stronger and in this case i think that we can completely agree that none of this has to do with

00:27:49.200 a public safety or public health this is a global agenda to attain power to empty our bank accounts and

00:27:56.320 to um uh you know take uh destroy company uh countries economies and put all this money and and wealth

00:28:04.880 into the the big banks and those that are uh part of the world economic forum you know these are not

00:28:10.800 things of conspiracy theories when you talk about the um health officers they were all groomed they were

00:28:17.600 all prepared hand-picked for this time bonnie henry has deep ties to bill gates and the world health

00:28:24.240 organization and her history in preparing for such um tragedies right she comes well prepared and and so i

00:28:33.040 think it's very important for us to maintain you know the truth at the onset of this of what we're

00:28:38.480 up against another thing is whenever we talk about rising up in defiance of the government's uh mandates

00:28:44.880 i like to say that we need to stay open we need to take actions in compliance with the rule of law

00:28:51.440 the constitution and the charter of rights and freedoms because all of those are ours 100 guaranteed even

00:28:58.240 under uh even if there was an emergency federal emergency um had been invoked which it has not

00:29:04.880 so i have a question uh i know that there's a lot of single parents in the country right now who are

00:29:11.920 struggling with an ex-spouse that wants to vaccinate their their child there's a gentleman in manitoba i've

00:29:18.400 been working with but he came kind of later in in december and he was already going to the courts he lost

00:29:24.560 and the manitoba government mandated that his 10 year old child get vaccinated a father on friday

00:32:10.240 was literally you know hiding out with his child to you know keep his child from being um uh you know

00:32:18.400 from being forced to being vaccinated under a court order right and you know obviously you know as an

00:32:23.840 officer of the court i can't recommend that people you know violate court orders or you know behave

00:32:30.160 you know extra judicially but the problem we have is you know that these rulings you know on their face

00:32:37.440 you know are you know are you know are you know are you know so problematic you know from the context of

00:32:45.600 you know the court just needs to be accepting that the vaccines you know are necessary or are good for

00:32:52.000 children or our normal vaccine you know in the sense of the vaccines we all likely had when we

00:32:56.880 were kids like polio and smallpox and you know and whatever um but it's a you know that it's a really

00:33:02.560 really difficult issue and a real uphill battle um you know to try to to try to turn it around so

00:33:37.520 week in order to work or that you had to be sexually assaulted we would all say that's that's incredible

00:33:43.280 that's assault and and so if they're going to mandate a vaccination that would be as well

00:33:50.000 considered assault because it's experimental with proof that you know it's causing harm and even death

00:33:55.600 so could a parent that's been in this situation and the father this had happened mom went out and

00:34:00.640 bought him an xbox the son got him vaccinated that night was so proud of the fact that she'd done this

00:34:50.560 saying the father is an anti-vaxxer and he has been filling the children's heads heads full of misinformation

00:34:58.320 right so you know there was no no debate on the science there was as far as the judge was concerned

00:35:04.320 whatever the government had to say about the vaccine you know was uh you know was the word of god and uh

00:35:10.720 you know if anybody disagrees with anything the government has said they're a quote-unquote anti-vaxxer

00:35:17.520 and um are spreading in it are spreading misinformation so i mean that's the that's the framework

00:35:24.240 that we're operating under and it's you know you know as a lawyer i have to say it's a pretty shocking

00:36:25.440 to hold a judge accountable for being in violation i mean it's very clear that the public health agency's

00:36:32.160 own website says vaccines can't be made mandatory uh because of we are protected under the constitution

00:36:39.760 section seven charter of rights uh life to you know security of the person and so these uh judges

00:36:47.520 i would say are in violation of of their position on the bench well i think i think you have to be

00:36:54.400 careful i think we have to be careful about that i mean you know i'm very disappointed with a lot of

00:36:59.760 the lower court rulings my response to that is that that's why we have appellate courts so to the

00:37:04.400 extent that none of these cases have made it up to the appellate court yet um you know it's something to

00:37:09.280 keep in mind and then the other issue here you know is unfortunately in these domestic situations

00:37:14.720 where you have a dispute between two parents what the court is doing the judge isn't actually you know

00:37:21.440 ordering that the child be vaccinated right what the judge is doing is giving power and control over

00:37:27.520 medical decisions to you know one parent or the other and they generally have been favoring the parent

00:37:34.800 this pro vaccination as opposed to anti-vaccination right so then at that point it's on the parent

00:37:41.680 who has the right to consent or not consent for the child to then make those medical decisions for

00:37:47.040 the child so you know ultimately the judges are one step removed from it obviously under our

00:37:52.320 constitutional system and otherwise you know you're not able to see judges for you know for bad

00:37:57.360 rulings that they make or you know for criminal charges against them on the basis of a ruling i mean

00:38:02.960 he'd be laughed out of court and any lawyer trying to do it you know would end up being disbarred

00:38:07.840 right because that's not how the system works but you know that being said you know i'm hopeful that

00:38:13.440 you know that the you know that the appellate courts are going to be forced to deal with this sooner

00:38:40.400 arguing it you know i'd be tempted you know to ask the judge you know the minute the word anti-vaxxer

00:38:46.160 came out of the judge's mouth i'd be tempted to ask the judge to refuse him or herself you know on the

00:38:51.520 basis of having an evident bias you know because kindly disrespectful the litigants in the court in

00:39:02.720 judge by a judge right you know so you know you know i think those are those are issues that need

00:39:10.080 to be looked at for sure okay and do you think that this uh a parent would be able to take any kind

00:39:16.640 of action against the other parent who is approving us or because the judge has given them the uh the

00:39:23.520 go ahead no that's that that's the problem right i mean that you know the the the parent took action

00:39:31.520 they went to court and they lost so you know the only remedy that parents the parent on the losing

00:39:37.040 side of that argument would have you know just to go to the is to go to the appellate court but you're

00:39:42.080 certainly not going to get a uh any prosecutor to prefer charges against the parent but as a court

00:39:48.480 order in their back pocket saying that they could make a medical you know they have power to make

00:39:52.560 medical decisions for their children to be vaccinated with the coven vaccine there's no prosecutor in the

00:39:58.160 world that would that would prefer criminal charges in that circumstance right so it's just one of those

00:40:03.520 like i said really really difficult heartbreaking um uh you know issues that we've been having to deal with

01:07:39.040 the authorities but of their own members too so um i i think that this time when they closed us down

01:09:09.440 some sort of what financial relief or something or what is that part of yeah so they they're we call

01:09:14.880 it hush money so they're they're basically buying people off to to do their bidding and i'm gonna get back

01:09:28.720 open the portal until january 12th we applied right away um they say that you you're not supposed

01:09:35.200 to receive it if you're not following the orders but to my mind that's our money anyways and the only

01:09:48.800 phone with the with the guys and they said that it's not going to be issued for another two to three

01:09:54.880 weeks as of today so and the other thing is is that most i don't think we're unusual most gyms are large

01:10:02.320 spaces in downtown areas and it's very expensive and um you know it doesn't it doesn't it like it's five

01:10:11.440 thousand dollars for most of the facilities or less and so it's it's vastly inadequate and and very

01:10:18.560 untimely um despite the fact we were all over czech tv uh yesterday even though we told them explicitly

01:10:27.120 not to uh they they called us they reached out to us right away in the morning uh they came down

01:10:32.080 unannounced uh we told them they didn't have permission to come they stayed anyway they sent a camera

01:10:37.440 operator back later in the day and they took all kinds of footage and we were all over the news we

01:10:42.720 were fully expecting a visit from the inspectors today and uh i'm actually quite disappointed that

01:10:49.040 they didn't show up because we were we're allowed to be open tomorrow so they missed their window of

01:13:09.440 asking us to do something that they were unable or unwilling to do and so that every time every time

01:13:15.920 they came with the intention to intimidate it had the exact opposite effect because they for two

01:13:21.280 months they were unable to do anything and they would leave scratching their heads and you know

01:13:26.080 wondering what to do with us um but they came down one time when i wasn't there and they basically

01:13:31.440 had the run of the place um for about 20 minutes and people were scrambling to put their masks on and

01:13:36.800 so it was an admission of guilt and then we got a letter from city business licensing office

01:13:42.000 saying that they were going to pull our business license and they gave us 24 hours to do it i wasn't

01:13:46.240 even in town and uh to to be fully compliant or they're going to pull the license so the the the one

01:13:54.160 thing that most business owners are terrified of is being closed down and again it's a it's a gift

01:15:35.120 said are you guys gonna start implementing a vax pass and uh i said well we are but we're also doing it

01:15:42.320 in a legal and lawful way and so with this latest closure i reached out to them again i said hey what are

01:15:49.520 you guys doing on behalf of uh gyms and they said oh you should sign up and and join in on the calls

01:15:55.520 and so i did and uh i i basically took the message from brian and and what a bunch of us were doing

01:16:03.120 and i said you guys have to let bonnie henry know they meet with her on a regular basis um and they're

01:16:08.560 doing good work they're they're um they're lobbying on behalf of the industry which is great and uh and

01:16:23.520 issue and basically i was just trying to let them know that there is a large and growing number of

01:16:30.320 gyms and fitness providers that are going to open regardless and bonnie henry has basically one of

01:16:35.760 three choices she can extend the closures and she can revoke the business licenses of 50 to 60 legitimate

01:16:44.400 operators and look terrible doing it number two she can extend the closures and have 50 to 60

01:16:52.720 businesses completely ignore her and look like an absolute fool or number three and this is what we

01:17:00.000 were pushing her to do was to pretend that it was her idea all along and save face and open the gyms

01:36:32.480 them and see if there's something you can work out yeah um they they may they may want to help you but

01:38:22.960 we can help to alleviate that so that's where i would begin you could also help to educate them

01:46:49.200 the government and mandate that school staff get uh get this jab we know that uh we know that we're

01:47:02.080 it needed to be because we're representing a lot of plaintiffs in different scenarios

01:47:06.400 and those in turn represent you in different scenarios we still are going to be putting a stay
