00:00:10.140
Hour. We're so happy you can join us today. We have yet another great show planned for
00:00:15.700
you. Our guest speaker this evening is Remo Gaeta, and he's going to talk about domestic,
00:00:21.680
cross-border, and international travel, so be sure to stay tuned for that. Tonight's
00:00:27.240
show will be available to re-watch. Go to the Action for Canada website in order to share
00:00:32.660
this valuable and informative webinar with your family and friends. Action for Canada
00:00:38.800
is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions of Canadians and uniting our voices in opposition
00:00:44.740
to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric of our nation. Through call-to-action
00:00:49.900
campaigns, we equip citizens to take action. We are committed to protecting faith, family,
00:00:56.400
and freedom. It's always an honor and a pleasure to introduce you to the founder and leader
00:01:03.560
of Action for Canada, Tanya Ga. For those of you who are new to the Empower Hour, Tanya is
00:01:09.880
a passionate truth-seeker and freedom fighter. For the past seven years, she has been diligently
00:01:16.160
exposing the malfeasance and corruption of local, provincial, and federal governments. She
00:01:22.820
has provided many resources in order to educate and empower Canadians to stand up for our rights
00:01:28.980
and freedoms, including the Notice of Liability regarding mobility rights, as well as the new
00:01:37.660
The notices of liability that Tanya and Action for Canada have worked on are powerful tools
00:01:43.380
in our hands, so be sure to check out our website to see all the incredible documents she's made
00:01:48.960
available, and then share the information with others so they can be empowered too. Tanya,
00:01:54.800
I know I speak for everyone on this call. We're so grateful for your leadership and knowledge
00:01:59.700
as you inspire us to take a stand against our corrupt governments. Welcome and thank you so much for all
00:02:10.400
Hi Heather, and I just want to welcome everybody. I was seeing the chat, Heather, light up with,
00:02:16.360
you know, people saying, my first time here, my first time here, and you know, we happen to report
00:02:22.340
on a number of different issues, and we thought it was long overdue. We've been meaning to do this
00:02:28.380
for a while, but how do you pick what's most important, right? Our kids are important, what's
00:02:33.280
going on in the schools and all the sexualization. Immigration is important, what's happening to our
00:02:38.600
country, the vaccine or the experimental injections need to be addressed, notices of liability launched,
00:02:44.680
and so in between all of that, you know, we have tried to facilitate people with the travel, but I
00:02:50.060
think this was a huge step towards making a bigger effort towards that, and I hope it's going to really
00:02:55.480
help a lot of people. So thank you, Heather, so much, and we'll again see you shortly. All right, welcome
00:03:02.480
everybody. I'm going to get straight into doing what I do every week and just bringing some updates
00:03:08.940
your way. Happy to see that there's so many new people on. All right, this is what Action for Canada
00:03:14.820
looks like right now across the nation. We are building chapters in every town and every community.
00:03:21.020
I've told you in the past, but this is for the benefit of the new people on tonight. We had to put
00:03:25.780
a pause for a few months because we had to put provincial leaders in place and make sure that our chapter
00:03:32.980
leaders were getting the support that they need. So we're going to commence vetting shortly, and
00:03:39.420
hopefully there's going to be a lot more red maple leaves all across Canada. We've headed up into the
00:03:46.140
Yukon, and so we're just very, very excited about the growth, and hopefully you can all see the vision
00:03:53.520
for the mission. We get into every single community. We work towards getting the school board trustees,
00:03:59.300
the socialists, all removed and put some God-fearing people in place who actually love Canada
00:04:05.520
and love what Canada and support what Canada was founded on. Then we go to mayors and city councils
00:04:11.920
who you know the UN is using to implement their agenda because the municipalities are closest to
00:04:18.600
the people. Let's just say not on our watch. Let's put a stop to this. Let's get these city councillors
00:04:24.140
and these mayors who are receiving financial incentives or just communists, whatever they are,
00:04:29.480
however they're being motivated, you know, to destroy our freedoms. Let's get them removed from
00:04:35.180
office. Then we're creating a database. It will include MLAs and MPs. So as we've said for a really
00:04:43.960
long time, we want to get into the communities and replace elected officials at all levels of
00:04:50.360
government. And so we want you to be involved in that. So please make sure if somebody else sent
00:04:55.460
you the link that you actually go onto our website and join, and then you will receive our weekly emails
00:05:01.060
and all updates, calls to action, etc. Without that good friend, thank you good friend for sharing the
00:05:07.580
link to tonight. Okay, just for those of you again who are new, if you go under call to action,
00:05:14.520
you can also find on our homepage, the six most recent actions that we're doing. But if you want
00:05:21.600
to stay involved and maybe go back and find weekly actions, you can under call to action, just pop down
00:05:27.820
here, click on weekly actions, and this page will come up. We're changing our format a bit. This is how
00:05:33.220
it used to look. But now you get a better glance at what we're doing. So every week, we post the
00:05:40.080
Empower Hour separately with our special guests so we can share it all over social media and get
00:05:44.620
people to come to these Empower Hours. And then there is always a weekly email newsletter to support
00:05:52.100
the topic that we're speaking on. And as well, generally, we always include an action because we
00:05:58.680
don't want to just inform people of all the terrible things that are going on. We want to mobilize you,
00:06:04.620
we want to equip you with incredibly effective resources and get you actively involved
00:06:09.600
in this war against our freedom, right? You have a voice. There's more of us than them. Let's just
00:06:16.340
put it that way. But if we can mobilize the us, then the millions of us, then we're going to come
00:06:21.840
out of this a whole lot quicker. All right. So if you actually click on a link, I've already opened the
00:06:27.400
page, then it'll take you into the action. Forgive me, that was the actual notice of liability.
00:06:33.460
So I create an action on whatever topic. So I have an opening. And of course, this week is
00:06:43.020
promoting the notice of liability for travel. I wanted to let you know, we had a bit of a bump,
00:06:48.860
we thought we always hope that we're being very thorough when we're creating the notices of
00:06:54.200
liability. But there was a comment made as far as that the passport is your property. And we needed
00:07:01.740
to clarify that. So we ended up taking the original down within hours of posting it. And we've revised
00:07:08.120
it. So just make sure that if you printed one off yesterday, maybe you just rip that one up and print
00:07:14.860
off the newest notice of liability. And then you should have the up to date one. I'll show you in
00:07:19.380
a minute what the change was. So as you know, Remo is coming on tonight. And you know, when I was
00:07:24.500
talking to Remo, I always do bios, you know, for our guests. And Remo was just like, I'm just an
00:07:29.980
ordinary Canadian who spent the time to educate myself, and then be able to assert my God given
00:07:37.200
inalienable rights. And I just love it. So we're going to look forward to Remo coming on. And I'm
00:07:43.820
going to say right now, Action for Canada nor Remo are giving you guys any legal advice. What when Remo
00:07:50.300
will be coming on, he'll be sharing his experience, what has worked for him. Action for Canada, when we
00:07:57.000
created the notice of liability, we really dove into legislation, criminal code, constitution,
00:08:04.280
and we just put all of that information into the notice of liability, and then are helping to equip
00:08:11.440
you to assert those rights confidently. And I always say knowledge is power. And when you have it,
00:08:18.100
you have a duty to not only use it, but you should share it, share it with others. Because the more
00:08:22.840
Canadians that we have actively involved in this, the faster we're going to tear down all of this
00:08:28.840
fraudulent activity on behalf of Justin Trudeau and his treasonous government. Okay, so it can be
00:08:36.120
overwhelming the amount of information when I'm doing the research and putting a page like this
00:08:40.640
together, copious amounts of information, I want to get it down to maybe a 10 minute or under read,
00:08:46.460
so that you could just fly through here and read all the highlights and be super educated,
00:08:50.320
or do a deep dive and get super, super educated. But all the resources are here. Privacy Commissioner
00:08:56.660
has launched an investigation over concerns with respect to the collection of personal information
00:09:01.500
through ArriveCan. Well, isn't that just, is that shocking to anybody? No, no, it's your personal
00:09:06.960
information. You don't have to give anybody any of your medical personal information. That's between
00:09:12.120
you and your doctor. Okay, up to 40% of travelers are either not filling out the app, or they don't know
00:09:19.020
how to fill out the app. Mayors want it scrapped. And NDP leader, Brian Mass, had said, listen to this,
00:09:25.660
NDP leader. That's amazing. He should just do a revolt and become an independent in the house. Like,
00:09:31.220
do something, Mr. Mass. That's going to be really, really impactful. Step away from these corrupt
00:09:37.880
parties. He said the ArriveCan is about tracking and has nothing to do with public health. It's being used
00:09:45.000
as a backdoor to permanently track all border crossing. Further than that, to permanently track
00:09:51.100
every citizen in Canada. All right. Thank you, Mr. Mass, for speaking some truth there. So I said that
00:09:58.240
doesn't this just give you some good reasons to dig in and just say, no, I do not consent. Is it safe to
00:10:04.520
fly? This is just a two-minute video. Like I say, just go through, watch these, share them with other
00:10:10.520
people. It's really quite frightening. And so sad to hear how so many pilots felt forced to take the
00:10:18.040
jab in order to keep their jobs and provide for their families. Mr. Flint gives a story of having
00:10:25.300
to make an emergency landing due to being vaccine injured. We want to make sure we're taking flights
00:10:31.040
with multiple pilots because, you know, it's highly unlikely that three of them will be unable to fly
00:10:37.760
the plane at the same time. All right. This fella is with a group of people is suing WestJet. Super,
00:10:44.240
super amazing to see employees across Canada taking legal action. I'm very encouraged by it.
00:10:50.520
And every week we highlight one of our youth. If you're new, you may not know that we had an eight-week
00:10:56.780
program for our youth back in the spring to help raise up future generations of leaders and give them
00:11:05.540
special speaking skills. And so at the end of it, each one of our youth was to create a video. And
00:11:12.960
Matthew educates us here on what is really going on behind the experimental injections
00:11:18.900
and entreats us to educate friends and families so we can put a stop to the harms these jabs are
00:11:25.860
causing. Matthew closes by quoting Thomas Jefferson,
00:11:29.780
If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicine they take, their bodies will soon
00:11:37.260
be in a sorious state as our souls who live under tyranny. And I'm just amazed after we came through that
00:11:44.580
we met with all the kids last week who who could join us on Friday night, we want to keep in touch with
00:11:49.520
them. We're working towards getting a youth team together so that we can have participation with youth
00:11:55.600
across the nation. We're going to shoot for once a week. But like I say, we're getting that team
00:12:00.160
together. And we want more training. We focused on the Constitution, the Charter of Rights and
00:12:04.840
Freedoms. What an amazing group of young people and how awake and aware they are. All right, we've got to
00:12:10.560
invest in our youth. I would love it as well for those of you who feel called to also become monthly
00:12:17.780
donors with Action for Canada, because I need to hire some people to take on these positions that cost
00:12:24.340
money. And honestly, I know there's a lot of good organizations out there. But Action for Canada
00:12:29.740
is very unique in how broad the scope is of what it is that we're doing at so many different levels.
00:12:36.980
All right, last week, we had to take down the Empower Hour video of Rocco and I. So anyways, we just had
00:12:44.540
some troubles and we had to re-upload it. So if you haven't yet watched it, it is on the Empower Hour
00:12:50.620
page, which I will show you next. Actually, I say that, but maybe I'll just take a pause. I want to
00:12:57.540
go over the Notice of Liability. This is what the page looks like that you could join on and share on
00:13:02.700
social media. Open it up and we come to incredible information. And if you haven't read the inside
00:13:10.660
of your passport, do it. It's really interesting. It just says right there, allow the bearer to pass
00:13:17.240
freely without delay or hindrance. And I included this and to afford the bearer such assistance
00:13:23.680
and protection as may be necessary. I added, that includes protection against the illegal and
00:13:31.720
unlawful mandates and actions of our Canadian government. Trudeau is committing treason against
00:13:36.540
his people. And right here, it says on our passport that they must provide assistance and protection to
00:13:42.980
us. And so that includes any unconstitutional actions that violate our privacy rights, our
00:13:50.740
Charter of Rights and the criminal code. A valid Canadian passport is all that is required to travel
00:13:56.700
within or I say to use it within Canada. You'll have to jump through some hoops to get that passport.
00:14:03.700
So instead of domestic travel, providing your driver's license, which has your, you know,
00:14:09.840
your home address and private information. And some of you have your medical information on the back
00:14:14.260
of it. Instead, why not just use your passport? Anyways, requesting additional verification when you're
00:14:21.000
flying to the states in or out, such as driver's license, address, phone number is an impingement on the
00:14:27.040
bearer's fundamental right to freely travel. Now, this is the section where we pulled out that the passport is
00:14:34.300
the property of the person. And we added the definition of passport in section two of the Canadian passport
00:14:41.140
order shows the sections means an official Canadian document that shows the identity and nationality of
00:14:48.780
a person and expressly states that it is only for the purpose of facilitating travel by that person
00:14:55.360
outside Canada. Any other purpose is prohibited. It is not constitutionally, statutorily, or otherwise
00:15:03.680
authorized by law to be used by federal or provincial health officials for any purpose, including
00:15:10.380
obtaining your confidential medical information. So it's super duper important that you understand
00:15:18.200
that border guards, transportation personnel or employees or public health employees, they have no
00:15:24.440
business. They have no right and no grounds to stand on to get any medical information from you.
00:15:30.860
And right here it says that the purpose of customs in the border when you are a Canadian citizen
00:15:37.340
is to let you pass freely without delay or hindrance. So stand on that. That's all I'm going to outline
00:15:45.760
there. We were, David Lindsay and I were diving in last night about, you know, when they can revoke a
00:15:53.440
passport and it's royal prerogative. And so I was joking with them last night and I says, yeah, can you
00:15:59.320
imagine the queen with the thousands of Canadians, you know, that aren't going to comply with these,
00:16:04.800
uh, this unlawful arrive can the queen will make a trip here and, uh, you know, start, start revoking
00:16:11.660
thousands of Canadian citizens passports. I don't think she's going to be doing that. They don't have
00:16:16.840
royal prerogative. You have to have committed a criminal offense and not filling out arrive can and
00:16:23.100
not giving your medical information is not a criminal offense. So these, these are the numbers
00:16:27.820
of times that, um, the, uh, royal prerogative has been, um, issued and you can see from 1947
00:16:35.780
to 2005, it's been pretty minuscule, but I just, I just thought that was an interesting little bit
00:16:42.040
of information. Again, for those of you who are new on the show tonight, notices of liability,
00:16:47.920
liability, please be sure to check out this page. We have done so much work in the last two years
00:16:53.320
in, um, effectively equipping Canadians to stand on their rights with their employers
00:16:58.380
in travel, et cetera. And then lastly, I just want to end with under join. This is where you find the
00:17:06.160
empower hour link. And over here to the right, um, is a chat link. Sorry, I've got a little pop-up in my
00:17:13.640
way. Under join and power. I think I can click on it now. Yep. There it is. And so if a guest, uh,
00:17:21.920
provides information, a PowerPoint, et cetera, this is where you would find it for past, um, for past
00:17:28.100
guests like Dan Vachon last week, amazing presentation he did on the food security. All right. I am going
00:17:36.100
to just make sure. Yep. I'm going to shut her down right there. And, uh, Heather, if you would be so
00:17:42.940
good to come back on please and, uh, introduce our guest. And thank you, Tanya, for your updates and
00:17:50.540
the good news stories and for going through the website for us. I am so pleased to welcome for the
00:17:55.940
very first time on the empower hour Ramo Gaita as our special guest. Ramo, Ramo describes himself as
00:18:03.640
an ordinary Canadian. However, he has spent much time researching and educating himself on his God
00:18:10.560
given inalienable rights as a Canadian citizen. As a result, he now possesses a wealth of knowledge
00:18:17.680
and information on how to deal with border services officers, the RCMP, and health officials.
00:18:24.980
In spite of unlawful restrictions and mandates, Ramo does not live in fear because he knows he has not
00:18:31.820
committed any crime, but rather is standing on his guaranteed rights as a Canadian citizen.
00:18:38.160
We are so grateful that he has agreed to discuss domestic, cross-border, and international travel
00:18:44.760
with us tonight, as well as to share tips and information with us. Will you please help me
00:18:50.500
welcome Ramo Gaita to the empower hour. Ramo, welcome. And thank you so much for joining us today.
00:19:00.280
Thank you. Hi, Ramo. Good to be here and support you there.
00:19:05.460
Good. We're excited to have you on. When I had come across the information last week through a video
00:19:13.220
of what you had so courageously done. And I thought, oh my goodness, you know, we happen to be working
00:19:19.600
on a notice of liability for travelers. And I thought the timing was impeccable. So I'm super excited that
00:19:25.300
you agreed to come on the show tonight and provide your testimony. I just, one thing I forgot to tell
00:19:31.140
everyone when I was doing my intro as well, I had amazing news from our chapter leaders in New
00:19:37.640
Brunswick. They had been part of a rally that had taken place in New Brunswick with quite a thousands
00:19:46.120
of people and, and a number of other groups had shown up. Some of that activity was on the streets,
00:19:51.320
you know, having a bit of a convoy and everything. Anyways, they ended up getting a ticket and you
00:19:57.780
know, they were really being pressed in on and they had to be in court two days ago and they just stood
00:20:04.380
their ground. They had a Supreme court ruling that I'm going to add to the rally page on the right
00:20:10.380
to be out there protesting in the streets. And yeah, they won. They won. And so that's a big win
00:20:18.220
on our side. There are good judges still in Canada that are holding up our constitution and our charter
00:20:23.160
of rights. So I know that it wasn't regarding travel, but I almost forgot to tell you. And I
00:20:28.520
thought everybody needs a bit of a pick me up and encouragement here to know that the pushback is
00:20:34.140
working. Okay. So remote, what I'd like to do is I would just like to hand the floor over to you.
00:20:41.080
And if you could again, relate your experience and how you managed when you came back into Canada
00:20:51.980
Very good. First, I'd like to explain that others may have the exact same steps and may say the same
00:21:01.020
things. If you don't have the belief that you are a free person, and as long as you're not committing
00:21:08.800
any criminal activity. And once you have that belief, and then following these simple steps,
00:21:17.820
you will bypass and get through the border very easily, whether it's a land border or at the
00:21:23.900
airport. I've done a lot of research on this. I printed a lot of the documentation, the notice
00:21:30.400
liabilities, the Bill of Rights, Charter of Rights, and many other documents, and had it all ready to go.
00:21:37.840
And I've read them inside out, I know them really well, and know what my rights are, and know what
00:21:43.560
I'm also what I'm not allowed to do, even, you know, filming, I'm doing all that, I have my rights
00:21:49.800
there as well. So once you have that knowledge, and I have, I'm very comfortable exercising that
00:21:56.980
knowledge as well. So what I did was when I got when I landed in Vancouver, first of all, before landing
00:22:03.280
in Vancouver, when I, when I got my boarding pass in Mexico, the lady at the counter said that, you
00:22:11.120
know, are you aware that you're going to Canada, you require an arrive can app. And I said, yes,
00:22:16.120
thank you. That was all. That's, you know, that's all I said, but I never downloaded any app, never
00:22:21.140
would. And got on the plane. No one confirmed anything. No one asked me anything. Otherwise,
00:22:26.760
I was ready to be there for two or three days fighting this and standing my ground, because
00:22:31.340
they're not allowed to deny me access to a plane to get back to my country. So but again, you have
00:22:38.100
to be calm and stand your ground, but nothing happened there. So got on the plane, got on the
00:22:42.640
connector, got in the Mexico City, got on the flight to Vancouver, again, it was no issues. And as well,
00:22:49.260
I did not wear a mask, I refuse to wear a mask, I've never worn a mask in this in these two and a
00:22:54.180
half years or before. So and I stood my ground on that as well. Then when I arrived into Vancouver,
00:23:01.200
the scan my passport got the printout, it's actually thermal paper, it's a larger printout that you get
00:23:08.280
from scanning in your passport, getting in the lamp lineup to speak with the customs officer. And as
00:23:15.940
soon as I arrived at the customs officer, and he informed me that, you know, he asked me why I'm
00:23:21.960
not wearing a mask. And I said, I don't wear a mask. And that was that. Then he said, Oh, I noticed you
00:23:28.600
don't have your arrive camp filled out. I said, that's correct. And then he said that I must fill
00:23:34.000
it out. And I says, I don't require it. You're I told him, you know, very well, you see these
00:23:40.740
passwords all day long, that on the first page, it says you cannot deny a Canadian
00:23:45.620
citizen entry into Canada, and for any other reason. And he continued to say, well, then he'll
00:23:55.580
ask me questions, and you'll fill out the paper document of the arrive camp. And again, I said,
00:24:00.740
I do not consent, and I will do not comply with that. Very calmly, very clearly. And, and again,
00:24:08.120
the key is, is being calm and confident, and, and, and also respectful. And then he started asking me
00:24:15.860
the basic questions about where I went, what city, how long I was there, and what, what goods that I
00:24:21.920
bring back with me. And, and so I answered those questions, I have no issues with those. Then he went
00:24:27.080
on to ask me the questions and the paper document that they arrived. And in terms of whether I was
00:24:33.080
vaccinated or not, whether with the COVID vaccine, whether, whether, what, what is my phone number,
00:24:39.180
my cell number was, where's my address. And again, I simply and calmly refused all that. I said, do not
00:24:44.620
consent, do not comply with any of that information. I don't require it. Then he said, he threatened me
00:24:50.540
with calling the RCMP. And, and I just decided to raise my voice a little bit. So everyone else around
00:24:58.500
can hear everyone in the lineup behind me. I said, Oh, great. You're going to call the RCMP.
00:25:03.400
Wonderful. Then I'm going to tell the RCMP all the unlawful demands you're asking of me.
00:25:09.080
And then he's, jaw just dropped. He didn't know what to do. Then he said, okay, wait here. I said,
00:25:14.060
sure. He stood up, grabbed my passport and print out and started walking out. And right away, my alarms
00:25:20.040
about my alarms went off. And I thought, okay, he's going to be handing this to a health officer. I do not
00:25:25.240
want this in the hands of a health officer. So immediately I called him out. I said, do not
00:25:29.460
hand my passport. And I said, it was my property. And I said, it has to stay here in my site. You
00:25:36.300
do not hand it to anyone without my authorization. He sheepishly turned around, put the passport back
00:25:42.060
on the counter and walked out. And that's then, then, then he came back two minutes later with by
00:25:48.720
himself. He didn't bring anyone. And he started punching into the computer again, and again, demanding
00:25:54.180
me of answering the questions and, and, and, and requiring that I have to do a testing, a COVID
00:26:01.540
testing. I'm required to quarantine. I'm required to speak to the health officer. And again, I just
00:26:06.560
said, clearly, I do not, I do not comply. I do not consent to any of this. And I refuse this. And then
00:26:13.380
he said, okay, take this passport and give it to the next customs officer on the way out. So I walked
00:26:20.360
out, I thanked them. I walked out, got my luggage, walked in the next line up to walk out of the,
00:26:25.500
out of the airport. I handed my paper document to the customs officer, happened to be female. And
00:26:33.000
she right away out loud, oh, you need, you're required to test, you're required to quarantine.
00:26:37.880
And, and again, I just said, no, I do not comply. I do not give consent to any of that. Then they asked
00:26:44.500
me to, to walk out the doors there to speak with a health officer. And, and I, I just walked out. And
00:26:52.820
if I encounter them on the other side of the door, I would just walk right by them. There's no reason
00:26:57.800
to, for me to do, to engage with them whatsoever. So I would walk out those doors. Nobody's there,
00:27:03.580
no health officer, no RCMP officer, no customs officer. And I just proceeded to walk right out of
00:27:09.300
the airport. It was literally that simple. I, I, I, I thought it was going to be a lot more than that,
00:27:14.480
but it wasn't. It was very simple. And I was calm the whole time, ready for it. And I video,
00:27:19.600
radio recorded the, the whole process. So that's basically what happened. Yeah.
00:27:27.680
Okay. All right. Do you have me unmute? There we go. All right. Um, so, okay. Thank you, Remo. So,
00:27:34.160
um, is there anything in addition as well? Like, uh, was there at any time that you were feeling
00:27:40.680
overly stressed or concerned, uh, about your position in the stand that you were taking?
00:27:47.400
Not at all. And was that because you, go ahead. Yes. Um, I was ready for a lot more. Uh,
00:27:58.640
I was armed with all the knowledge and information and documents to hand them. Um, I was ready for
00:28:04.140
them to say, let's, let's go to an office to speak, uh, privately. And I would have refused
00:28:09.060
that. Uh, I would have, I would have said what, you know, am I being detained? And they said, yes,
00:28:14.080
we're just an investigation. And I would have said, what is your reasonable suspicion that I've
00:28:19.300
committed a crime? I am committing a crime or I'm about to commit a crime as past, present,
00:28:24.020
future. And you know, I would, I'm already, I would have asked all these and they would not
00:28:29.140
have had any answers. They would have had to let me go. And I would just refuse any,
00:28:34.140
any interactions with them whatsoever. Because again, I know I'm not committing a crime,
00:28:38.320
so I would not go along with them. And I would not give any bit of information to them whatsoever.
00:28:43.940
Soon as they get any information from you, that's when they start, they, they, they get
00:28:48.360
their claws in there and they start digging in. And hence that's, that's why I believe people
00:28:52.480
have, uh, received fines with it because they gave information they shouldn't have given.
00:28:57.360
So, yeah. Yeah. I know many, many, uh, people that have reported to me said, oh, you know,
00:29:03.580
they offered to help me fill out the form rather than have an app on my phone. And it's like,
00:29:07.840
they felt like that was a win. And so they went ahead and filled out the app and, you know,
00:29:13.540
then they were still expected to quarantine, even though they, you know, refuse to test. There are
00:29:18.580
some people who are going ahead and just testing as well, thinking, you know, it's just a test,
00:29:22.800
but any aspect of this, knowing that it is criminal, knowing that it's a violation of your
00:29:28.540
rights, uh, you have to take that stand and you need to do that not only for yourself, but on behalf
00:29:35.220
of all Canadians. And I just love what you've done, Remo, because you, you articulated yourself
00:29:41.520
very clearly to them every section of the way, and they couldn't challenge you on it. Um, especially
00:29:47.840
like I say, I call, uh, when I was going through the notices of liability and, you know, creating
00:29:53.520
those and then making them available to people and doing the training, I ended up creating a
00:29:58.380
document. I called the, I nicknamed the drop the mic letter and it had section 52, one of the
00:30:04.500
constitution in there, you know, saying that any law or order, anything that is not in line with the
00:30:09.600
constitution basically is of no force or effect. So I'm like, boom, drop the mic, end of the
00:30:14.860
conversation. This is in violation of the constitution. You know, the next one was, uh, you
00:30:20.560
know, the section that states that, uh, vaccines are not mandatory in Canada. Another drop the mic
00:30:25.780
letter. Anyway, so I just went through this letter and, and really that's what we're facing right here.
00:30:30.740
The passport says that you are allowed to access Canada freely and without, without delay. And,
00:30:40.040
and they know that. So if you stand your ground, open up your passport and clearly show
00:30:44.740
that to them and that they are to protect you and your rights based on the constitution.
00:30:50.680
And so we provided all of that information in the notice of liability that if it does begin to
00:30:56.340
escalate, uh, you, you, you have the tools to, um, you know, defend your position. But,
00:31:02.900
but I think something that you've also said is also use the right to remain silent.
00:31:08.020
Correct. Correct. Correct. And also, yes. Uh, the other thing was this, I was also prepared for
00:31:17.980
them to hand me the tests to take. Apparently they're handing two tests at different times to
00:31:23.080
take. I would have, I would have outright refused. I would not have touched those tests whatsoever.
00:31:28.220
Um, uh, and again, do not consent, do not comply. I will not take those home that that's all you'd
00:31:34.760
have to do. Um, very simply, um, it never got that far. Cause it, to me, it was quite simple.
00:31:40.800
I was expecting a lot more, uh, of a challenge, but there wasn't. So, so there was no threat to
00:31:47.120
quarantine. Nobody was calling you at home after you arrived home. Uh, you left the airport and that
00:31:53.760
was, that was it. Correct. I hope. Yeah. I also had my cell phone with me. It was on. I never turned
00:32:01.980
it off. I didn't put it in any, any, um, bag that, you know, hides the signal. There's no need for any
00:32:07.940
of that. Um, there's no need to worry about that. Uh, you just walk in, uh, as, as a free man or free
00:32:14.420
woman and, uh, exercise your rights and go home. That's very simple. And, and what we can say without
00:32:21.600
any doubt is that although the passport on the second page says it's the property of the government
00:32:27.320
and I've, we've turned that around and said, okay, they can, they can say it's the property
00:32:31.280
of the government. I paid for that passport and I have a duty to ensure that that passport is, uh,
00:32:38.340
kept safe and that the constitution is adhered to. And so that's where our rights within the passport
00:32:45.000
come in now. Um, so, oh, I just, I just had a little brain blip for a moment because that was leading
00:32:51.360
uh, to something else I was going to say, oh yeah. So they don't have, um, a right to your phone
00:32:57.800
that we can a hundred percent say the phone is a hundred percent yours. They cannot tell you when
00:33:03.700
you arrive to upload the app. They can't force you to use the app on somebody else's phone or to
00:33:11.000
upload it on their phone. The answer is no, I am not filling out the arrive can app. I will not fill
00:33:18.400
out in a form, uh, form and, uh, I'm a free Canadian. And according again, according to the
00:33:25.060
passport, you need to let me enter freely. It's, it's not something that's even up for question or
00:33:30.380
debate. Now, will you please share as well your story in Mexico of, uh, right of now you're in a
00:33:38.860
foreign country. People would say, oh my goodness, you know, coming into Canada is one thing, but, uh,
00:33:44.060
you know, messing with the authorities and challenging them in Mexico is quite, I can't
00:33:48.220
even imagine a Mexican prison. So why don't you bring, uh, your story to the forefront here and
00:33:54.100
ease, you know, the minds of some of those who may be traveling in other countries and also
00:33:59.040
want to, uh, stand on their rights there as well. Absolutely. Again, I come with the foundation
00:34:07.220
that I'm a free man. I will never do anything to harm anyone or cheat anyone or take advantage.
00:34:13.520
Uh, therefore I am free to, to be mobile, to live and, and to go as I please. Um, and that's
00:34:20.540
just what, what my belief is. Now I got into, I flew into Mexico city when I, uh, from Vancouver
00:34:27.040
and then I went to another city, uh, called Queretaro. And when I got there, I scanned the FMM card
00:34:34.620
that you get when you first arrive, uh, at customs in Mexico city before I did the connecting
00:34:41.280
flight to Queretaro. And I sent that to my consultant and, uh, who's helping me, uh, with
00:34:46.620
some documentation. And so she said, oh, your FMM card is incorrect. So I, I decided to fly
00:34:51.860
back to Mexico city, get that corrected while I was there. I decided what, you know, I'm just
00:34:55.700
going to go spend a couple of days at the beach because I'm going to be inland most, most of
00:34:59.220
the time that I'm there. So I purchased the connect a flight to, uh, Extapa. And, um, and
00:35:06.460
again, I'm not wearing a mask mask wearing is the only thing they're doing in Mexico.
00:35:11.460
It has a low, low vaccination rate, very low. And the government also informed the citizens
00:35:16.980
on TV that they're not required to wear a mask if they don't want to. Um, that government
00:35:22.280
is nothing like ours. Um, and, uh, they're not pushing any mask mandates, nor, nor, uh,
00:35:28.780
the vaccines. In fact, it's the corporations that are pushing it, not the government. And
00:35:34.400
so knowing all this, um, and my rights as a human being, as a man, um, I, when I got onto
00:35:42.600
the gate, I, first of all, I informed the, the, the, when I checked in to get my ticket,
00:35:49.160
I informed them that I have, uh, uh, you know, that I'm not wearing a mask. And, um,
00:35:54.080
and then I got through security. Then I got to my gate. Then now you're walking down to
00:35:59.500
the tarmac to take a bus, to get to the plane. So it's a smaller plane. So as soon as I get
00:36:04.620
off the bus right away, I'm challenged because I'm not wearing a mask. They held me back.
00:36:09.720
Everyone else is on the plane, except for me. And so, um, what the, he's asking me questions
00:36:15.660
and he's really being aggressive. And I said to him, are you, you're not adhering to the
00:36:20.280
announcements that are every five minutes on the plane, as well as every five minutes
00:36:24.200
of the airport, it comes on in Spanish. And then in English, it basically says in English,
00:36:29.120
it's mandatory to wear a mask unless you're an infant or have a, or have a medical exemption.
00:36:34.200
That's, that's what they're using. And again, I know the term mandate is not law. There's
00:36:38.480
nothing they can do to you if you don't wear it, except for denying you service, which then
00:36:42.100
you have to, you have other remedies to, to rectify that. Um, it's not easy, but it's
00:36:47.380
well worth doing. And so anyway, I said, you're not adhering to the announcements. And then
00:36:52.740
I said, if I was a paraplegic, would you force me to walk? And so anyway, he, he didn't like
00:36:58.920
that. And then he said, okay, I'm going to go speak with the stewardess and the airline
00:37:03.380
pilot and see if they'll allow you on. And I said, well, they have no choice. They have
00:37:06.380
to follow policy. It's not about their feelings and how they feel about it.
00:37:10.380
So within a few minutes, waved me on, I finally got on the plane, got to my seat, excuse me,
00:37:20.100
and sat down and think, okay, this is great. We can get going. The door still didn't close.
00:37:26.480
And a minute later, another gentleman came with Ariel Mexico wearing the fluorescent vest,
00:37:32.500
the tarmac worker, and he has a clipboard and he came right to my seat very aggressively, and
00:37:37.800
demanded that I wear a mask and demanded to know why. And, and I basically said, I'm not
00:37:44.200
wearing a mask. And, and then he demanded me to get off the plane to have a conversation
00:37:51.100
off the plane, I refused. And then he escalated and saying, I'm going to call the army. I said,
00:37:56.080
great, call the army, that would be wonderful. I'd love to speak with him and, and tell him
00:38:00.200
how, how aggressive you're being with me. And, and then he's stormed off, comes back a few minutes
00:38:06.180
later, again, demanding of me to wear a mask. And I refuse. And then, and I even told him I out loud,
00:38:12.600
so everyone else can hear. And the good thing was, there was an interpreter about three or four rows
00:38:16.520
up, and another interpreter three, four, three or four rows back to mail, they were interpreting what
00:38:22.080
I was saying to all the Spanish on board as well, 95% Spanish on board, Mexicans. And so, and I
00:38:29.000
thought, okay, the people on the plane are going to start booing me and, you know, calling me out
00:38:33.620
and so forth. None of that happened. They're hearing everything I'm saying. And then the gentleman that
00:38:40.100
was working, who more than likely a supervisor, who was getting aggressive with me, and I called
00:38:45.200
them out, it says, where is the army now? You said you're going to bring them, where are they?
00:38:48.020
And, and then he ended up getting upset. He left two minutes later, the doors closed and we're off
00:38:54.040
flying. That was it. I stood my ground, I wouldn't move. I knew that it was all smoke and mirrors.
00:38:59.740
It's all fear based, because they have no justification whatsoever. And I knew the police nor the army
00:39:05.640
had any right, and they wouldn't come in and remove me because there's, I haven't committed any crime.
00:39:10.660
So that's, I stood my ground, even in a foreign country.
00:39:13.300
Whew. I know somebody had said in there, I'd be too afraid to do that. But wow, I just am just
00:39:22.040
amazed by your courage. Somebody had asked the question, said, Aero Mexico will not let you board
00:39:30.380
their plane from Mexico to Canada without filling out Arrive Can. They will deny you boarding, citing
00:39:36.940
they get a huge fine from the Canadian government if they allow anyone on the plane without the
00:39:44.120
Again, it's, it's all threats to smoke screen. No one ever approached me. No one, no one,
00:39:49.820
that could, that could be possible. It just never happened to me. And if it did, I'd stand my ground
00:39:56.200
and I'd fight it. And I, I would video record the whole process. So I have evidence. That's the way
00:40:02.560
That's exactly okay. I was having myself a bit of a, like a head shake and a bit of a chuckle when
00:40:08.800
you said, uh, quote, uh, you're talking about Mexico and they say that government is nothing
00:40:13.700
like ours. I mean, if everybody, if all our viewers could just let that sink in for a minute,
00:40:19.260
right? I mean, we used to be the freest nation in the world and we'd look at Mexico and say,
00:40:24.080
you know, those poor people that live in Mexico. And now we're saying their government's nothing
00:40:28.420
like ours, you know, no, no lockdowns, no mass, no dangerous injection, et cetera. Uh,
00:40:35.700
one of the things as well, uh, you had said to record the event. Tell me the different ways that
00:40:41.480
There's three different ways to record. Um, where's my, the glasses here. One of them
00:40:48.380
are these sunglasses I have and, uh, they had, there's one hour recording on these. It's
00:40:55.360
Ivy. You can order them online on Amazon and you just click a button and then a red light
00:41:01.720
comes on on the inside. There's a red light there and it's good for one hour. It's also
00:41:06.480
infrared and full color, uh, uh, 1040, sorry, uh, 10, uh, 1080, uh, quality. So, um, it's
00:41:13.020
very good. Another one is, is a, um, a body cam, the exact same, uh, camera that's used by
00:41:20.160
the police in the United States. I purchased that online as well. And, uh, it's called Camco.
00:41:25.720
You can order that. It's about a couple hundred dollars. The camera is about 300 something
00:41:29.420
dollars. Uh, so I have that as well. And, uh, you use your, your cell phone. So there's no
00:41:35.020
need to hide your cell phone away in your luggage or whatnot. Use your cell phone, record
00:41:38.720
everything. And if you have more people flying with you, then everyone should be recording
00:41:44.200
at different angles, um, to get it, to get all and ask questions. What are their names
00:41:49.920
for first name, last name, and their employee number or badge number, whatever they have,
00:41:54.280
whatever number that is to identify all the people speaking with you. Now, if there's individuals,
00:41:59.820
for example, RCMP officers, police officers, or customs officers, or even medical people
00:42:05.720
standing around, uh, supporting that individual speaking with, get all their names and badge
00:42:11.880
numbers and or employee numbers, because now you can use them as witnesses to the event
00:42:16.700
as well. So to corroborate what happened, right. And you have it on video. So you're going to
00:42:21.460
catch more lies and, and it's more advantageous to get all the, all those individuals, not just
00:42:26.540
the person you're speaking with. So, and be very calm about it, ending mission.
00:42:33.620
That's exactly. And I love it too, right, is we're so used to us being put on the defensive
00:42:38.520
and it's time to flip the tables. They need to be on the defensive. They need to know that we're
00:42:44.360
holding them personally, personally liable and accountable for their actions. And that if they
00:42:49.140
don't know, uh, the law and your rights, that they better take the time to serve the notice of
00:42:54.560
liability. I mean, you may want some sort of little checkboard or something with you that you can
00:42:59.180
start filling out and say, just, you know what, hold on one moment. I'll be right with you. Put
00:43:03.000
their name down, their badge number on the notice of liability, you know, take a recording of it and
00:43:08.360
hand it to them. And, uh, you have a right to record. If they say, I am not consenting to you
00:43:14.180
recording me. I, I turn around and what my, always let my line right back is, well, this is, uh,
00:43:19.440
evidence because you are violating my rights and I feel discriminated against right now.
00:43:25.240
And I'm going to hold you accountable. And this will be evidence for that. And you got to, you know,
00:43:29.860
find the words within yourself, read the notice of liability and the instructions over like
00:43:34.780
two dozen times so that it just naturally flows from you. Like Remo has, has, uh, accomplished here.
00:43:42.320
And, and, and as for the glasses and the spyware, I went on and Googled a spy store and I was just
00:43:48.180
amazed at all of the different kinds of gadgets they had. You know, you got the pen, you've got
00:43:53.000
all kinds of ways that you could be recording them. So take a look at a spy store. Uh, I guess
00:43:59.020
you could go around Amazon as well, but we don't want to support Amazon too much. If you had a local
00:44:03.040
spy store, go and support them. Um, okay. We're going to get to, yeah, we're going to get to a Q and
00:44:09.000
a time right now. If you have a question, please raise your hand and Terenzio. Um, I know I have
00:44:15.880
Q and a as well in the zoom Q and a, we'll get to those as well. And are you ready Terenzio?
00:44:21.600
Yep. I am ready. Uh, for those, for those that are going to be brought on, uh, if you look for a
00:44:27.320
little message, it'll pop up on your screen to unmute, then you can join the conversation. The first we
00:44:31.760
have is Dixie. Dixie, you should, you, uh, should see a message pop up on your screen.
00:44:49.600
Hi, Dixie. Sorry, Terenzio. That's okay. Don't think it's working.
00:44:56.240
No, I hear her. I see she's on mute, but I don't hear her. Okay. We'll go, we'll go to the next in the
00:45:01.320
meantime. Uh, next is Wayne. Hello. Hello, Wayne. How are you? Good. How are you, Wayne? What's your,
00:45:13.160
what's your, what's your question? Tell us your question. We're going to ask everybody to keep
00:45:16.920
your question short too, because we have quite a lineup of people who need questions answered.
00:45:21.800
Go for it, Wayne. Yeah. Everything was pretty straightforward and I appreciate all the information.
00:45:26.040
I guess the one dark horse for me, is it true that the airlines are a private company that they can
00:45:34.600
decide whether you gain access to their aircraft in sense that it was the same, like, you know,
00:45:41.880
a restaurant during the fax passports could deny you entry. I just don't know from the legal purposes,
00:45:48.280
could you sue them if there was a denial? Well, Remo, do you want to answer that or
00:45:55.960
shall I? My, go ahead, Tanya, and I'll comment. No, no, I, well, I'd like to actually hear first
00:46:02.280
what you have to say on it. Sure. Sure. My belief, and based on my research, um, the airlines, if they're
00:46:09.880
flying to Canada and you're a Canadian citizen, they do not have the right to deny you, uh, to get on the
00:46:16.840
plane as long as you've paid your ticket and you're not causing any trouble. You're not yelling. You're
00:46:21.800
not screaming. You have nothing that they're hanging their hat on to deny you from flying. Okay. That's
00:46:27.160
the key is just be pleasant, be nice and, and be, be assertive. Uh, okay. But not, not aggressive.
00:46:35.000
And, um, and if, if they do record everything, get back, get names, like first names, last names,
00:46:41.080
employee numbers, everybody, and, and get all the documentations, send out the NOLs. And that's how
00:46:47.080
you do it. Eventually you will get on, especially as it goes up and they know that you're strong,
00:46:51.720
you know what you're doing and that they're going to have a lawsuit on their hands and you're going
00:46:55.160
to win guaranteed. So, um, that's all, that's what I've learned and what I was ready to do. It's never
00:47:01.160
happened. Okay. Yeah. Super. And, um, you know, as we've said with stores, with Costco,
00:47:09.480
if they've got a business license, which they do, um, well, the Canadian and domestic, uh, air,
00:47:16.280
air travelers, and there's agreements, right. As far as travel is concerned. And so it would be
00:47:23.080
like them taking you hostage, basically, in my opinion, uh, that would actually be an angle that
00:47:29.580
I would even be tempted to try saying, are you keeping me here hostage? Uh, because there's laws
00:47:34.840
against that. And I'll, I'll contact the Canadian consulate and advise them of your actions. And
00:47:41.800
there is, uh, no law in Canada or here stating that I have to be, uh, I'll use the term vaccinated to
00:47:49.240
travel. Okay, great. Uh, next question, Terenzio. All right.
00:47:54.440
Next question is from Wendy. Wendy, are you there?
00:48:13.800
Okay. She sounds like she's having problems with her volume Terenzio. All right, we can go to the
00:48:24.360
next. Uh, Wendy, if you're there, just say something and we can bring you back in. Uh, next question is
00:48:29.240
from, uh, Henry. Hello, Remo. Can you hear me? How you doing, Henry? Yes, I can. Great. I'm, uh,
00:48:40.200
I'm, uh, really, uh, uh, excited about your story there. Uh, I've been, uh, looking to leave Canada
00:48:47.960
and, uh, again, not going because of all the, uh, uh, problems it seems to cause. Uh,
00:48:55.720
I'm not, I, I, I did get one shot forced to do it, but I don't have the arrive camp. I, uh, deleted
00:49:03.160
that off my phone. Uh, what was it like boarding on the Canadian side? Uh, aren't they,
00:49:11.000
sticky that way? And you use air, aero Mexico. Is that, um, the reason you use aero Mexico?
00:49:18.280
Because it's not like air Canada is easier or is there, would there be any difference?
00:49:24.600
Um, I, I chose aero Mexico because it was the cheapest and, and only two stops and, and it was
00:49:30.200
accommodating me for the time and dates that I wanted to go. That's why I chose it. Um, but it was
00:49:35.960
absolutely effortless to get on. There was no issues whatsoever and as well as being maskless.
00:49:44.440
So you just walked in, you went up to the, uh, uh, I guess you used, did you use the, uh,
00:49:52.360
teller or did you use the, uh, uh, electronic, uh, uh, boarding pass?
00:49:58.760
I went to the teller and I had her print out a boarding pass for me. I would not use the
00:50:02.280
electronic one. I wanted a hard copy in my hand.
00:50:04.520
Yeah. And that was it. It sounds like, uh, the old days.
00:50:16.040
Book a flight then because, uh, uh, I mean, it looks like coming back would be a problem
00:50:21.000
because then I'm going to have to definitely stand my ground like you did. But, uh, yeah.
00:50:26.760
It's not a problem. It's not a problem unless you believe it is.
00:50:34.840
Thank you. All right, Henry. I'm going to do a couple now through the Q and A that, uh,
00:50:39.320
people have applied in zoom here. Uh, Daniela says, but the address is required to be manually
00:50:45.160
filed in the passport, isn't it? And you know, what's funny about this, Daniela?
00:50:49.320
Uh, I really have never really looked. I've had a passport, you know, for so many years.
00:50:54.200
Mine's expired right now. I've got to get a new one. Um, not that I'm planning on really
00:50:58.280
doing a lot of traveling, you know, but I, I still need one for, for some upcoming potential,
00:51:03.160
uh, trips. And I had never even seen before. I think it's on page four that it requests that
00:51:09.480
you put your full address in there in my whole life. I've never filled that out. No, it is not
00:51:14.440
mandatory that you need to fill that out. I would just leave it blank. Absolutely.
00:51:19.000
When you got your passport, think about all the loops you had to go through. And, uh, they,
00:51:24.840
they did a thorough investigation on you before they sent you a passport. They don't need your
00:51:29.720
address. That's for this purpose so that they can open it up and look in your passport to see where
00:51:35.160
you live. So do not fill that out. I'd be tempted to put a little white out on there. All
00:51:39.800
right. All right. So see, next question. Are there any anecdotal cases of those who have come into
00:51:45.480
Pearson without the arrival app and have been successful to the Pearson airport?
00:51:52.280
I couldn't answer that one myself, um, offhand. Uh, do you know of any incidents?
00:52:00.040
I'm not aware of any. No. Yeah. That's, that's something we can't answer. All right. Do you have
00:52:04.600
any advice for unvaxxed American friends and family to come visit us in Canada without having to use a
00:52:11.240
arrive can quarantine or pay fines? Are there any other penalties, pitfalls to be aware of?
00:52:19.880
Remo? Again, again, I'm not a non-citizen, so I'm not aware of
00:52:25.960
the challenges for a non-citizen entering Canada. I'm, I'm assuming they would have to follow those
00:52:35.000
policies because they don't, they don't have the inalienable right as we do with the Canadian passport.
00:52:42.120
Exactly. So I would just encourage your U.S. friends to, uh, you know, put the onus back on
00:52:47.080
them to do the research, just like what we've had to do here in Canada. Uh, one issue I want to
00:52:52.280
go over, Remo, is, um, about the masks. And, you know, I, somebody has asked, um, if you don't mind,
00:52:59.880
actually, I'll cover this one. Masks, just to begin with, are not legislated in Canada,
00:53:06.040
and you can't legislate against the right to breathe freely. There is no law, therefore there
00:53:11.480
is no criminal code. So if you're not wearing a mask, you are not committing any criminal offense,
00:53:18.440
and they can't force you to wear a mask. And we know that wearing masks are very unhealthy.
00:53:23.640
It is just a barometer for the government to see who's complying. So we need everybody. If you're
00:53:29.000
somebody that, oh, I'm just running into Costco, take the mask off. You're hurting all of Canadians
00:53:33.640
by doing this. If you're going to a doctor's office, challenge them. Uh, my mom's nearly 82,
00:53:39.320
and you know what they did to her when she went to the optometrist recently? At 82, I wish I'd been there.
00:53:44.520
And, uh, they told her that she had to stand in the hall because she's unvaxxed,
00:53:48.760
and, uh, she couldn't wear a mask. She's got COPD, and she's got asthma, and they wanted her to wear
00:53:54.920
a mask. And they made her wait in the hall. She said at least 20 people saw the optometrist before
00:54:01.160
her, and they finally brought her in right before lunch. They didn't give her a chair, and after an
00:54:05.800
hour, she finally sat on the floor. And then she waited 10 or 15 minutes before they brought them in.
00:54:10.840
My mom has arthritis in her back. I am so disgusted by this, and we are, uh, between my sister and I
00:54:17.160
and a friend, we are going to hold, uh, this office to account for this. Uh, this is not only
00:54:23.920
discriminatory, it's cruel and unusual, usual punishment. What does a rule come to? But you
00:54:29.740
see, you have to be willing. Do I want to do this? Do we have time to do this? No, we need to take the
00:54:34.780
time to do it, to defend others, and to stand for our rights. So the, uh, like I said, the masks are
00:54:41.080
just a tool for the government. They serve absolutely no purpose for anything else but to, uh, um, make all
00:54:48.620
of you slaves, uh, you know, and ruin our democracy. Do you have anything else, uh, I think, Remo, to add
00:54:55.400
to that, except for you and I also discussed that we don't use the term we're exempt from wearing a
00:55:00.700
mask. Because when I was talking to Rocco, this was almost two years ago, he says, well, if you say
00:55:06.180
you're exempt, that means there's something you believe you need to be exempt from. And I went,
00:55:11.920
wow, that is very true. So I never say I'm exempt. I'm saying I don't wear a mask, period.
00:55:21.880
Anything to add to that when you're flying, right? Okay. All right. I'm going to get,
00:55:26.360
I'm not strong and video tape it all. So you just make sure you videotape your, all your occurrences
00:55:32.980
before it even happens. Just be ready. And if anyone says, do not, do not videotape me,
00:55:39.020
you don't have permission. You do anywhere in public where you're anywhere in public,
00:55:44.160
wherever you're standing, whatever your eyes can see, you are allowed to film and don't tell,
00:55:49.580
let anyone else tell you otherwise. Exactly. Good. Okay. So I'm not talking to my friends on my
00:55:56.340
phone. I'm, I'm, I've got questions on here. Okay. So I'm crossing, this is a message. I'm
00:56:02.480
crossing the border in Maine with my adult kids. They have arrived can on their phone. I will not
00:56:09.200
get the app. How do I go around it when crossing back, especially if they insist I use their phone
00:56:19.240
Just say, no, I, I, it has nothing to do with anyone else's phone. You just say, no, I'm not
00:56:27.980
filling it out. I don't need it. There's my passport. That's all I need. Very simple, fewest words.
00:56:33.020
That's how you win. That's all. You don't need to elaborate. You don't need to get into any other
00:56:36.840
discussion because they'll hook you with other information. So just keep it really simple and
00:56:42.480
just say, no, that's all. Exactly. I think as we go through these questions, we may be repeating
00:56:48.900
ourselves somewhat, but it really is that simple. I mean, when you came on and gave your testimony of
00:56:55.000
what happened, it wasn't 15 or 20 minutes that you had to say, you know, this is the process I went
00:57:00.520
through. This is what I stuck to. Right. And we've provided that information step-by-step in the
00:57:06.180
instructions with the notice of liability. Um, okay. Can masking at airports on planes be enforced?
00:57:13.100
If yes, does the airline have to accept medical exemptions? If yes, does one have to show the
00:57:20.800
exemption letter? No, nobody. Even if you have an exemption letter, it is absolutely a violation of
00:57:27.860
your privacy for them to even ask to see your medical exemption. It's none of their business. That is
00:57:34.980
privately protected information, a hundred percent. End of story. But I do know that traveling in
00:57:42.120
Canada domestically is really tough. Like somebody was saying about Air Canada, uh, they just really
00:57:48.680
are holding the line as far as forcing you to wear a mask. Uh, Remo, have you done any, uh, domestic
00:57:55.320
travel in Canada lately? No, no. The only flight I've done in two and a half years because of this
00:58:01.740
BS is, uh, when I went to Mexico, that's all, uh, and back. That's the only thing I've done.
00:58:09.300
Okay. Um, and some of these are going to have, I'll try to kind of vet them, but it goes,
00:58:14.240
we're going to attempt crossing the border in Ontario. How risky is it to cross into the USA
00:58:20.140
at one location, then return to Canada via another border crossing? What, what would you advise?
00:58:26.560
There's nothing wrong with that whatsoever. Yeah. It makes no difference. What we're saying,
00:58:34.500
you could go through the same border crossing. You're going to get different border, uh, um,
00:58:39.060
officers, officials that you're going to be dealing with who could have, you know, uh, who could be
00:58:43.940
power tripping. Uh, they, they just feel like they've got to dig in and make, and just make you
00:58:49.480
comply and you got to just dig your heels in a little harder. And then there are going to be
00:58:55.020
some of those who a hundred percent already know that what they're asking of you is illegal and
00:58:59.620
unlawful. And, you know, you'll go through the process a lot quicker, be kind, be confident,
00:59:05.120
but be firm. Is the vaccination status checked to fly out of the country, fly back in the country?
00:59:14.040
How did you go about that to fly in and out without being vaxxed?
00:59:21.260
Well, first of all, I bought my ticket right after, uh, January, sorry, June 20th, where
00:59:27.100
non-vaccinated individuals were able to fly. So that's when I booked my flight and, uh, no one
00:59:34.260
asked me if I was vaccinated or not when I booked my flight. And, uh, they didn't ask me if I was
00:59:39.640
vaccine or not to get on the plane. So there was, that's not, that's a non-issue. Okay. Yeah. It's,
00:59:47.060
it's really as simple as that, but my friends, you know, we know that we're up against a government
00:59:53.100
that is using CBSA, RCMP, uh, the military, whomever they can to in inflict their, um, unlawful
01:00:03.800
agenda upon citizens. It can be very intimidating. A friend of mine got a $5,000 fine yesterday coming
01:00:11.480
back into Canada because he, he didn't know everything regarding the notice of liability.
01:00:15.940
So we really believe that this document and the step-by-step is going to assist you, uh, dramatically
01:00:23.780
in your traveling. But if next month the government turns around and says, it's now again,
01:00:29.140
mandatory to vax to travel. I believe that we should still be applying this, but you know,
01:00:37.160
there are some things that are going to be completely out of our control until we remove
01:00:41.260
this government and set things straight. But in the meantime, uh, we've got to assert our rights.
01:00:46.320
All right, Terenzio, can we go to a couple more hands, please? I know there's like 43 questions and
01:00:51.400
16 hands up, so we'll see what we can do. Lots of questions up. Next is from Celia.
01:00:57.900
Hi, Celia. Can you unmute? If everybody could be prepared, if you've got your hand up as well,
01:01:08.840
please be prepared. For some reason with Zoom, sometimes we can't unmute and hear people.
01:01:14.380
It is an idea at that point to, um, exit Zoom and then sign back on and make sure that you have
01:01:22.220
clicked the tab for audio. Uh, it doesn't look like Cecilia can come on. Okay.
01:01:26.680
We can go to the next one. Next one is from Charlene.
01:01:39.260
My question is, um, over the land border into the U.S. Uh, apparently they're asking if, uh,
01:01:48.300
we are vaccinated. How do you answer that? You're going in.
01:01:56.440
Sure. Um, if they're asking you a generic question, are you vaccinated? I would say yes,
01:02:02.880
because I am. I was vaccinated as a child, so I would say yes. And, and that's truthful and that,
01:02:08.500
and leave it at that. Again, the fewest words, you don't get into any conversation. You don't add
01:02:12.880
any more information. You keep it really simple, smile, be happy, and move on. Okay. And if it,
01:02:20.120
if further and ask you if, you know, to see it, what do you do then?
01:02:27.240
Well, to see what, ask him what, to see what? Uh, your vaccination proof.
01:02:33.120
Okay. Okay. And then that's where you say you're not required to disclose any, any health
01:02:39.460
information to anyone. It's only between you and your doctor. Just keep it really simple. No angry
01:02:45.040
tone whatsoever. Just keep it really simple. Right. Okay. I would actually, Charlene, I've got
01:02:51.900
to interject there for a moment. I would actually right off the bat, I tell them the same, that's
01:02:56.360
private medical information. And as a citizen and under, um, uh, UN declarations, I would have to
01:03:05.040
look that up. I hate, I hate bringing in the UN, but all member nations, I wouldn't even bring up
01:03:11.300
the UN. I would just stick to the fact that that's actually privately, private medical information, both
01:03:16.220
in Canada and the US. That's all I'd say. Correct. Yeah. And, and, and you could be recording
01:03:23.700
that conversation, maybe as you're going up to the queue to have your recorder going. And, um, if it
01:03:31.020
gets to a point where you've got to pull your camera up to show, you know, I am recording this
01:03:34.820
conversation and what you're doing is in violation of myself as a Canadian citizen.
01:03:42.000
Okay. Did you have a second question? Yes. Uh, we have more questions. Uh, next question is from
01:03:48.160
Terry. Terry, you should see a message pop up on your screen.
01:03:53.700
I know Terry was in the chat saying that he couldn't, uh, Terry, can you unmute?
01:03:57.300
Thank you. I found it. I found them. Yeah. Okay, good. Cause I couldn't find your question. So
01:04:02.580
you, you made it. Thank you for the lovely presentation. Uh, did you say that when they
01:04:08.100
ask where you've been or where you're going and your phone number, those are basic questions,
01:04:12.480
which we must answer? Uh, uh, not quite. Um, where you've been, like I told them, I went to Mexico.
01:04:21.360
What, where Mexico, Mexico city, how long were you there? I told them how long I was there. And then
01:04:28.240
they asked me, what did you bring back? And I said, nothing. Um, not, and other than that,
01:04:32.820
I would not answer any other questions. Thank you very much. All right. We tried to be very
01:04:38.960
specific of the standard questions that traditionally we would be asked that they
01:04:43.380
have a right to ask, you know, where did you travel to? Uh, I, I remember when I was 23 years
01:04:48.480
old, long time ago, but I was coming back from a big trip. They wanted to know how much I had spent
01:04:53.940
because I was gone for three months. I mean, that's fine. They want to know, you know, that
01:04:58.120
you're not doing any money, money laundering, that your suitcase isn't filled with cash or something.
01:05:03.900
Answer those questions, but personal questions about address, phone number. No, I don't have to
01:05:09.320
provide that information. I've given you my passport, stick to it. I've given you my passport,
01:05:14.900
have the front page open and says that you have to let me enter freely. And, um, I'm just going to
01:05:20.360
take a side note right now. Michael, uh, Duver at 5 58 PM in the chat had said, this is awesome. He
01:05:27.320
says, I printed off the notice of liability. So appreciative. I will donate. Thank you for that.
01:05:33.760
You know, throughout the years, our resources have all been, yeah. Thank you, Trendio. I love that
01:05:38.660
little clap thing. Um, throughout the years, uh, we have just been at Action for Canada. So intent on
01:05:45.220
getting the resources into Canadians hands. We've been worried about people who are out of work.
01:05:49.540
We've been worried about kids who are being abused and masked in the schools. And we just wanted to
01:05:54.680
make sure that's available, but I hope you can appreciate. There's a lot of expense and cost to
01:05:59.320
keeping Action for Canada going. And so this time around, I did, I asked for a $20 donation if
01:06:05.400
anybody was going to, uh, print and use the notice of liability. So we would appreciate it. You're
01:06:11.540
traveling, uh, you know what, pay, pay the 20 bucks and help keep us going. If you can become a monthly
01:06:17.220
donor, uh, that would be amazing as well, because as I said earlier, we have, you know, the, the youth
01:06:23.560
events, we have so many different, uh, leadership roles where we need to start bringing people on
01:06:29.800
contracting out to them and helping us run this, this ship, right. For the benefit of Canadians.
01:06:34.860
Okay. Terenzio, next question. Next question is from Garth. Garth, you should see a message pop up on your
01:06:41.240
screen. Okay. Are you able to hear me? Yes. Yes. Okay. So, um, I'm an unvaccinated person. Just came
01:06:50.060
back to Canada a few days ago. So I, I, I was in Jamaica and I did accept the app. I didn't realize I,
01:06:57.040
I didn't, I didn't want to, but nonetheless, I did. But I've been back, haven't answered any of their
01:07:02.540
calls. Haven't filled out the daily, uh, requirements in terms of updates. I have not,
01:07:08.060
um, done the day one and will not do the day eight app or anything like that the day, the testing. So
01:07:15.460
my question is, can I avoid quarantine, skip the calls, delete the app and avoid any kind of COVID test?
01:07:27.800
Okay. So I have meetings and work, so I can get the one going to work tomorrow then.
01:07:34.880
Absolutely. Carry on with your life. You're a free man. Live like it. Right.
01:07:40.180
And, uh, Sheila, Sheila assists us in the chat. I just want to, you know, yes, you guys see the face
01:07:46.740
of Tanya on these shows and Heather, but we have a whole team behind the scenes. And Sheila is one of
01:07:52.100
those people that is constantly filling the chat, answering people's questions and providing links.
01:07:57.620
And so there are notices of liability as well, that you can serve to anybody that even tries to
01:08:03.100
come to your door. We say, don't open your door. Don't pick up the phone. This is harassment and
01:08:08.560
it's abusive. And, uh, you don't have to go through that because they have no right to your private
01:08:13.180
medical information. Sheila, could you post the notice of liability that they could use
01:08:17.980
if someone shows up, uh, demanding that they provide their medical information and that they
01:08:24.060
be jabbed? Okay. Some of you have asked, uh, or Sheila is posting it saying, uh, printed it off,
01:08:31.120
uh, sorry, the notice of liability. So what happens after you serve the notice? And well, that should,
01:08:38.460
you know, depends on whether they're obviously going to accept it. If they say, I'm not accepting
01:08:44.600
that you can drop it at their feet and say, you have been officially served. You're recording it.
01:08:50.600
They have, it's up to them to pick it up and read it. All right. You don't have to rely on them
01:08:55.540
accepting it into their hands. Say you have been served. You can drop it at their feet. And, uh, this
01:09:01.300
is not illegal or unlawful. If you go to the government website on serving documents, this is a legal
01:09:07.760
means of serving of service. And the notice of liability is not a legal document. All right. It is
01:09:15.720
a notice. If you decide to use it as evidence, when you go to court, it is evidence to support that
01:09:23.720
what they're doing, it's warning them that what they're doing is either causing harm or it's illegal.
01:09:30.040
So some people like to term it a legal document, but it's a notice. It's a fair notice saying what
01:09:35.060
you're doing is causing harm or illegal or, and, or illegal. And that if necessary, you now have
01:09:41.580
evidence and proof that you advise them that they were breaking the law or in violation of your
01:09:47.340
constitutional or charter rights. So if they then see the notice and they continue to ask questions
01:09:53.140
saying, I've asked ever all the questions, am I being detained? Uh, you have to be committing a
01:09:58.900
criminal offense, you know, in order for them to detain you and, and say, if not say, well, what
01:10:05.180
you're doing is criminal, say what part of the criminal code I'd like to be advised of what I'm
01:10:08.580
doing is wrong. And they won't be able to answer that question because there's nothing in the criminal
01:10:13.460
code about wearing a mask. There's nothing in the criminal code about getting jabbed. Um, and there's
01:10:18.940
nothing in the criminal code stating that you need to quarantine, quarantine as a healthy person.
01:10:24.680
Again, go back to the first page of the, uh, passport saying that they just need to let you in
01:10:33.000
freely. You don't have to do any of this. Okay. Uh, next question, please. Next question. We have a
01:10:38.800
doctor, Dr. Raman. Oh, hello. Thank you for taking my, uh, call. Uh, my question is that we, we,
01:10:50.680
we, uh, uh, we don't believe in masks. We don't get vaccinated. We, nothing. So we clean, we want to
01:11:00.440
pass that information rather, but we are not Canadian passport holders. We are Canadian residents. My wife
01:11:08.680
and I, we have a, we have a European passport. So does the same, uh, routine that you explained so
01:11:19.000
vividly with the Canadian passport apply? Cause we have to show when we have traveled in the past,
01:11:25.640
the resident card, which has all the details, I think. So if they, uh, I don't know how you go about
01:11:36.760
things. Okay. So, uh, Remo, did you have an answer for this?
01:11:44.360
You're on mute for some reason. I do not. I have not read that card. I haven't seen a permanent
01:11:48.840
resident card. Can you hear me now? Yes. Yes. I have not seen a permanent resident card. Uh, so
01:11:56.520
I cannot comment on that. Okay. Can, can I just ask because I'm not too sure whether the permanent
01:12:04.120
resident card has one's address and telephone details, uh, maybe, maybe not. I, I haven't looked
01:12:11.560
at it. Uh, but this is a requirement that you have to show to the immigration person when you are
01:12:19.320
getting back into Canada. Okay. Did you say that you're from the UK? Dr. Dr. Raman, did you say that
01:12:28.280
you're from the UK? Yes. Okay. Well, from my research, uh, the information in the UK is very
01:12:36.200
much in line because we're both under a British Commonwealth is very much in line. Your rights
01:12:41.880
are the same in the UK as they are in Canada. And I think that you should just, uh, make sure that
01:12:48.120
you're asserting those rights as well. We can't really answer on it, on that, uh, you know, a hundred
01:12:54.200
percent because we haven't researched that it was for a permanent, permanent. Are you a permanent
01:12:59.720
resident? I actually, I apologize. I actually, uh, asking him to unmute himself right now. Dr. Raman,
01:13:10.440
are you there? I'm here. Yeah. Yeah. I'm a permanent resident from the UK. My wife is a permanent
01:13:19.160
resident from Germany. But you're a permanent resident in Canada, correct? Yes. Yes. Yes.
01:13:26.440
Yes. Then, then, then this should, this applies to you as well. Okay. Thank you. All right. Yep.
01:13:35.240
Thank you for your question. All right. Next question, please. Next question is from James. James,
01:13:41.160
you should see a message pop up on your screen. Are you there, James?
01:13:43.640
James? Yes, I'm here. Do you hear me? Yes. Very good. So, uh, I'm sitting here, uh, in Thailand
01:13:52.040
right now. Uh, I was supposed to come back, uh, to Canada, uh, on September the 8th with Air Canada.
01:14:01.400
But I just found out, uh, Tuesday morning this week, my, my dad died. So, uh, I had to change my,
01:14:11.240
uh, to make a long story short. Now I'm flying with, uh, Etihad Airways, uh, through, uh, United Arab Emirates,
01:14:31.720
uh, Abu Dhabi. So I, uh, on Sunday I depart from Phuket and, uh, then I fly to Abu Dhabi. I have a nine
01:14:42.600
hour layover and then my flight goes to Toronto from Abu Dhabi. So I, I saw a previous interview with,
01:14:52.520
uh, Remo and, uh, it was very interesting. I learned a lot. And then from this, uh, Zoom call,
01:15:00.120
I'm, I'm learning more. So I really get the, uh, when, when arriving in Canada,
01:15:07.080
I, I, I understand everything clearly and I thank you for your contribution.
01:15:12.840
What I'm concerned about it. You're very welcome. Yeah. What I'm concerned about is boarding the flight
01:15:18.520
in, uh, in Phuket. And, uh, cause I, I understand the situation in Mexico. I spent a lot of time in
01:15:28.280
Mexico and I flown all over the country in Mexico and back to Canada, et cetera.
01:15:35.160
But from Asia, I'm concerned about, cause Asia is generally more strict when it comes to masking,
01:15:40.520
when it comes to, uh, PCR testing. Normally I was supposed to go on, uh, my, I would fly with Eva
01:15:48.120
airways, uh, via, uh, Taiwan, because, uh, that I've done that for about, uh, 15 years.
01:15:57.480
Uh, but I checked with, uh, so James, so your question, I take it is that when you get into,
01:16:04.440
uh, Dubai, was it Dubai? Um, you know, how do you deal with it? Abu Dhabi. Well, there's a Canadian,
01:16:11.880
there's a Canadian consulate there. Uh, uh, uh, you know, none of us know a hundred percent for sure,
01:16:17.960
uh, you know, what the rules are, how it's going to transpire, but I would say there,
01:16:22.440
look up the Canadian consulate before you arrive, be ready to contact the Canadian consulate and, uh,
01:16:29.640
that you are a citizen that is being, uh, denied or held hostage. And, and that, um, as a Canadian
01:16:38.040
citizen, you insist that you, uh, be able to board that plane and travel to Canada. I, I, I, will it
01:16:44.600
work? Boy, we're still, we're going to want to hear from you, but that would be my advice to anybody
01:16:48.920
that's flying from a foreign country. Okay. All right. Uh, that's an interesting question, isn't it
01:16:56.940
though? And a hundred percent, I've got to confirm with everybody that again, just to reiterate, we are
01:17:03.140
not lawyers. We're not giving you legal advice. We're trying to find solutions so that, uh, citizens
01:17:09.840
worldwide can, can travel and get, get our lives back. Uh, there's nothing more than I like, or
01:17:16.020
possibly even can go so far to say I deserve as to get on a plane and go on a vacation, right? Enjoy
01:17:21.540
some time, do something. Uh, there's some business stuff I need to do. And, and, and so to be prohibited
01:17:26.980
from doing that freely, to feel like we're under threat, uh, that we're risking something by speaking
01:17:32.180
up and asserting our rights. It's a horrible place to be. And so we want this to be a platform as well,
01:17:37.560
to share our experiences. And, uh, maybe what we'll do again is in September, Remo is we'll have
01:17:44.840
you back and, uh, I'll be doing the taboo talks on Tuesday. We might do a taboo talk on Tuesday on this
01:17:51.540
matter, and then invite all of you, um, who have been traveling to share your stories with us. And even
01:17:57.780
with that, uh, I don't know if you can bring that up to Renzo, but email us at call to at action for
01:18:05.280
Canada.com. And I want all of you sending us your testimonies, please. Anybody that has a story where
01:18:12.520
you're having success, and we're going to find a way to post this on the website. Uh, it would be on
01:18:16.840
the mobility page. We'd probably create a separate page for it. Uh, we have success stories with the
01:18:21.880
notices of liability, but one, we couldn't keep up with, uh, putting them up there because we're a thin,
01:18:27.040
thin crew at times with these objectives. But I think that we all need to share in this. Thank
01:18:32.360
you, Terenzio. There's our, uh, our email address. We do really want to hear from you. Remo, are you
01:18:37.840
up to a few more questions? 15 minutes, shall we say? 15 more minutes? Absolutely. I, absolutely. I
01:18:43.980
just like to comment as well and to add what you were saying. Now, throughout this whole, I call it
01:18:50.060
plandemic, okay? Uh, throughout this whole process, what majority of people have forgotten and, and maybe
01:18:56.620
even not known, is the fact that the government works for you. You do not work for the government,
01:19:04.220
okay? So, when, when, uh, you're questioned and, like, you're detained, like you're a prisoner,
01:19:10.180
and you're asking all these, uh, questions that are not, that, that are in the, not, you know,
01:19:15.660
against your rights, you need to stand up and have zero fear. Now, do it with calmness and, um,
01:19:23.340
and with conviction and, and with zero fear, and that's, you don't want to put fuel in the fire by
01:19:29.980
swearing and, and raising your, being angry. That doesn't work either. So, even though you have the
01:19:35.820
right to do that, freedom of speech, it's not to, I would not do that. I, I've never done that. So,
01:19:40.620
and I, I stand my ground, and I do not allow any government to walk, to step on me and walk all over
01:19:47.980
me. That's, that's the foundation I, I, I come from. So, if you have that as your belief, this
01:19:53.660
becomes easy to do. Right. Yeah. Thank you for that, Remo. It's really, you know, what we've been
01:19:59.420
trying to say for the last two and a half years at Action for Canada was you have a hundred percent
01:20:04.060
guaranteed rights and, and you really do need to assert them. And I think what will happen after
01:20:09.420
tonight's show is I'm just having this thought with the last gentleman that was on. And, uh, the more I'm
01:20:14.780
thinking about, there are consulates in, in most of the nations that you're all traveling. I know
01:20:20.220
Jenny's on tonight, and I think we'll update, update this, uh, NOL one more time with instructions
01:20:26.700
on it, stating and, uh, maybe advising people to find out where the Canadian consulate is
01:20:32.700
and to be prepared. Are you holding me hostage? Right. And contacting the consulate, um, in Canada,
01:20:40.300
we're free, um, in every country, privacy is protected and we do not need to divulge that
01:20:46.860
information. And if you're holding me hostage, I need to get a hold of the Canadian consulate
01:20:53.180
to instruct them as such. And I think we're going to put a little bit of, uh, verbiage like that
01:20:58.220
in an update, the notice of liability one more time. And then again, uh, when you write to call to
01:21:04.780
action for Canada.com and you're specifically being potentially held up for this reason in the
01:21:11.100
subject line, put attention, Tanya, RE travel, and then, um, our team that oversees the call to
01:21:18.380
action email will ensure that gets to me because I really do want to hear your story. And then as
01:21:24.220
much as possible, we want to make sure that that page and those instructions stay as up to date and
01:21:29.740
as helpful as possible. Okay. Uh, Terenzio, next question. Yes. Next question. And we do have
01:21:35.100
quite a few questions, Tanya. So maybe if we can, uh, please ask our guests, uh, to just state your
01:21:40.220
question and we'll put you on mute. Um, so that way the question can be answered and we can go on to
01:21:45.420
the next, uh, next question is from, uh, Rochelle. Rochelle, uh, possibly Rachel, I apologize.
01:21:54.460
Okay. There we go. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the mic going. So I, you know,
01:21:59.580
a lot of my questions have been covered, um, because I am trying to go to Jamaica and you did,
01:22:04.940
you did say that. So you simply, when you go to the airport, you simply print a pass and you just
01:22:12.380
go straight through, you don't look, don't use any apps. You do everything directly at the counter.
01:22:17.740
And then on return, you don't use any apps. You don't fill out any forms.
01:22:21.740
Just please confirm that I have that right. And then I just, uh, we'll ask my next.
01:22:28.860
All right. Um, I, it would be kind of nice if you guys would do it. I know it's all listed there,
01:22:34.140
but more detail, or if there's someone we can call when we're coming in, like a hotline,
01:22:40.940
anything like that. That's not just possible, Rachel.
01:22:44.860
That's not possible. Yeah. Just watch this video numerous times, read the information we've said,
01:22:51.180
you know, it's got to be that simple. And again, what we want to say, and Rima will agree is if you
01:22:57.020
get, if they decide to find you just peacefully, take it, do not sign it, do not agree. You're not
01:23:02.940
agreeing with it. You're not going to sign it. They'll hand you the fine. And then you would
01:23:07.500
immediately, uh, contest it. So what's your second question, Rachel?
01:23:12.300
Rachel. Okay. So that was mine. Like if there's any coaching or anything, but, um,
01:23:17.980
um, I think that's it. Thank you so much. Great information. Oh yeah. The link is going to be,
01:23:24.620
is that going to be in the chat at the end or it'll be emailed out to this broadcast so I can send it to
01:23:29.180
other people. It will be up on the empower our page on action for Canada by tomorrow.
01:23:35.100
Okay. Thank you so much. All right. Thank you. All right. Next question is from Jen.
01:23:43.980
Hi, Jen. Hi guys. Thank you. I'm so happy. Thank you so much. Your story is amazing. And
01:23:50.460
just thank you for being a warrior and for action for Canada. All you guys are doing. It's amazing.
01:23:55.180
So my son has an opportunity to play hockey in a school this year. That's going to probably be
01:24:00.700
crossing the border. Hopefully not till a little later. My fingers are crossed that
01:24:05.100
some things, you know, happening obviously in the political scene might change this whole arrive can
01:24:10.220
stuff. But do you have any advice for, I thought about going, you know, maybe the religious route
01:24:14.780
as, and maybe even pre doing some of his flights once I see, um, itineraries, but Canadian, you know,
01:24:22.060
he's a Canadian citizen, obviously non-vaxxed. I would not be going on these trips. He's a minor,
01:24:27.100
he'd be 15. And after the end of the new year, 16, do you have any advice sending him on this trip?
01:24:35.260
There is no need for any, any exemption, whether it's religious, medical, there's no need for it.
01:24:40.780
It's just simple. No, I do not consent. I do not comply. That is all you need.
01:24:47.900
Yeah, Jen, it's a tough situation, you know, knowing he's a minor, but, um, as I said, you know,
01:24:52.940
we, we had the youth event where we were training kids for eight weeks, how to have a voice and you
01:24:59.820
need to possibly sit down with your son. If you're comfortable doing that, either, either you're not
01:25:04.300
going to send him because you're concerned over what would happen or you prepare to send him and
01:25:09.020
you make sure that he's well-versed on his rights and that he has you on speed dial.
01:25:14.860
Is he good? You know, he could have one friend who is recording it and he could have you on the phone
01:25:20.060
as well. And he could be going through this process. Give him the support, train him up
01:25:25.020
in the way that he should go, help him to be confident and prepared. Thank you. Okay. Next
01:25:29.900
question, Trenzio. All right. Next question is from Dana.
01:25:37.100
Hi, can you hear me? Yes, we can. Yes. Yay. Okay. Hey, Remo. Oh my God. Balls of steel. That's all
01:25:43.820
I have to say. I watched that video that was posted on YouTube. I was like, oh my God. Anyway,
01:25:50.300
I'm in a couple of groups leaving Canada. I'm vaccinated because, you know, we all want to run
01:25:56.140
and get out. And of course, now the talk is all about arrive can and dah, dah, dah. And a lot of
01:26:01.660
people, some people have had success crossing back into Canada without any fines, any issues,
01:26:10.060
but I have heard of people getting huge fines. Like just the other day, somebody posted they came in
01:26:15.180
and refused arrive can, refused to give any information. The pass, the CBSA officer,
01:26:20.940
this was at an airport. I think it was Vancouver. Actually, they took her passport. So she didn't do
01:26:26.460
what you did, like yelling out, Hey, that's my passport. Give it back. They took her passport and
01:26:31.740
basically walked it over to PHAC. And then she was forced to interact with those people. And she got
01:26:39.100
like a big fine. And, you know, I know people are contesting them. They're citing Section 58 of the
01:26:46.220
Quarantine Act as, you know, having the authority to give you these fines. I don't know if you
01:26:52.140
have any comments on that. Like, I'm just wondering if, you know, these fines, I know there's no guarantee,
01:26:58.060
but do you think they'll stand in court? I can't really see that. No, no, they do not. They do not
01:27:05.820
stand in court because they do not have jurisdiction. They have zero legal right to hand anyone a fine.
01:27:12.780
And those fines are on blue, blue ticket paper, the same fines given for vehicle violations. Okay.
01:27:20.220
And ICBC is collecting the monies if you choose to pay them. What you do on the back of the ticket,
01:27:26.860
follow exactly word for word and don't wait 30 days, do it immediately to fight the fine. You know,
01:27:33.100
you want to go to court to fight it. As soon as you do that, it gets thrown out immediately by the
01:27:38.460
judge because the judge knows they have zero jurisdiction and these fines are not worth the
01:27:43.500
paper it's written on. Yeah. One girl said she... Go ahead. Sorry, Tan, go ahead.
01:27:49.740
Sorry. I just, I just wanted to add to that section 14.1 of the quarantine act. I'm just
01:27:55.500
going to read it. It says, any qualified person authorized by the minister may to determine whether
01:28:01.260
a traveler has a communicable disease or symptoms of one use any screening technology authorized by
01:28:06.220
the minister that does not involve the entry into the traveler's body. So, sorry, that was the wrong
01:28:11.420
section of the act that I meant. Right. What I was going to refer to is that there has to be reasonable
01:28:20.140
grounds as well. Do you have a fever? Do you have a snotty nose? Like, what would be the reason that
01:28:25.660
they would demand that you would even have to be pulled aside to talk to a health official? But bottom
01:28:31.100
line is, if those people had the notice of liability and our instructions, they would have known the
01:28:37.580
passport is not its private information. It must not be provided to a health official.
01:28:43.660
Right. And by the way, one girl who got a fine literally a few days ago, she entered it July 29th.
01:28:51.660
Um, she took it already. She went down to the courthouse, I guess, to register the whatever,
01:28:57.820
to follow the instructions. She obviously doesn't have a court date. And she said that the person handling
01:29:04.540
her ticket or taking her information said he's received thousands of these. So people are fighting
01:29:11.340
back in droves. Right. Which is great. It's just very unnerving. Right. To be handed a $12,000 ticket.
01:29:18.940
So. Well, it is indeed. And, uh, I know that when they were serving the tickets out
01:29:25.660
a year ago regarding the mask two years ago, again, there were so many tickets before the courts that,
01:29:32.380
uh, the timeframe for them to hear it runs out and they, the majority of them will be dismissed.
01:29:37.340
You're on the side, the side of right here. And we need to remember that. Okay. Next question.
01:29:48.620
Hi, can you hear me? We can hear you. Okay, great. Thank you. Um, so yeah, I was one of
01:29:53.340
the unfortunate ones that was fine, about $7,000. Um, I essentially got pulled back into the office
01:30:02.540
after I had been told I was cleared. I was forced to give them my bag in which they took my passport
01:30:09.260
and driver's license from me, unbeknownst to me and searched my vehicle while they had that
01:30:16.460
information to write the ticket. So I'm considering pursuing legal action. And I'm just wondering,
01:30:22.220
like, you know, is it illegal for them to take my driver's license and passport without my knowledge
01:30:29.340
and hand it over to another agent to then write a ticket? Like, like the health agent, like the,
01:30:36.780
like the public health officer? Yeah, you did not give consent for search and seizure. They did not
01:30:43.340
inform you first. So absolutely. That's, that's an offense. Um, and, uh, I would document that all you
01:30:49.740
should, you should, you should document every officer or customs officer or health officer,
01:30:55.100
whoever you were involved with should be documented. Give them an NOL and I would pursue
01:31:01.100
suing them. Absolutely. And, and that's one of the reasons why in our instructions, we said,
01:31:08.220
if you are border crossing, uh, you know, by land, you're going to an actual through an actual border
01:31:13.340
cross, you're driving and they pull you over. We've made it very specific. Take your bag with you and
01:31:18.700
even go so far as to take your insurance out of the glove box. Anything that has your identification
01:31:24.300
in your car, make sure it's in your purse, um, or in your wallet. If you're a man, I don't know,
01:31:28.940
have a bag that you're prepared, uh, you know, to bring into the border facility with you so that if
01:31:35.900
they search your car, because they are, they are allowed to do that. If they have reason to suspect
01:31:39.660
something, they don't have to ask. They can go search your car. And, and that's to the best of my
01:31:44.940
knowledge. Am I, am I even incorrect in that? They have to have reasonable grounds to believe
01:31:50.140
there's a reason to search your vehicle. So you could question on what grounds do you feel
01:31:55.100
and need to search my vehicle because it has to be reasonable grounds. I'd have the video recorder
01:32:00.060
going at that point and, and question them. Um, have I committed a crime? Is there, is there some
01:32:05.900
concern? Like it'd be different if they had the sniffer dogs and, and you know, they thought they,
01:32:10.220
that you could have drugs, but we've known forever that every 20th car, they count them,
01:32:15.500
they randomly pull them over and search them. So I think the easiest way around this is just,
01:32:20.460
uh, be polite, be cooperative in that much, bring your bag in with you, provide them only your passport,
01:32:26.220
and then you have control over, over your belongings. Correct. Okay. And, uh, at the same time,
01:32:33.980
they can search your car, as you said, Tanya, uh, but they still need to inform you that they're
01:32:39.500
doing that. Okay. They can't just tell you to go inside and then search your car without informing
01:32:45.100
you. First of all, um, I wouldn't have gone inside. I would have stayed outside. There's no reason.
01:32:50.780
What, you know, I would have said, why am I being detained? Why am I going inside? What crime have I
01:32:56.060
committed? I would not go inside and talk to anyone at all for any reason. You need to stand your ground.
01:33:01.260
Okay. That's a very good point. That's a very good point, actually. And even as I process this,
01:33:07.020
when I think about people's testimonies over the last, um, the last year, I've had many who have said
01:33:13.980
that some were walking across and one of our chapter leaders in Saskatchewan, she was in touch
01:33:20.540
with several people who were, who had walked across to go to the U S, uh, flown to whatever destination
01:33:27.180
they did from that point. And when they came back into Canada, uh, they would, the U S on the U S side,
01:33:33.500
if they were going to the Canadian government, they would first go to the U S border patrol
01:33:38.540
and say, I'd like to seek asylum in the United States. And they don't want you against the
01:33:45.500
Canadian government for this dictatorship. You don't feel safe. They don't want to keep you in
01:33:51.500
the United States. So the report was, there was three incidents that I know of where they walked
01:33:56.140
the individuals, the Canadian citizen back across to the Canadian side. And, uh, once they were on
01:34:02.300
the Canadian side, they just, they kept walking. And if border patrol came to them, they said, I'm
01:34:07.740
Canadian citizen and that you have the right to enter freely, provide your passport. If they tried to
01:34:13.900
detain you again, you go through the whole process that Remo has discussed with us here.
01:34:18.380
All right. Next question, please. Next question is from Dana.
01:34:27.580
Oh no, I already asked my question. I'm so sorry. I'll lower my hand. Thank you.
01:34:39.660
Hi, can you hear me? We can. Yes. Hi, um, my name's Taylor. I'm Anne's daughter.
01:34:45.420
Um, I actually flew in from Mexico on Monday. Um, I was supposed to fly in on the Sunday,
01:34:53.020
but air transit actually denied me boarding. Um, after three hours of me not complying with arrive
01:35:01.260
can, they finally gave me, um, a waiver to sign, which was fine, but then they wouldn't let me board
01:35:07.980
because I wouldn't disclose my vaccination status. Um, so that happened. And I had to book a flight
01:35:15.740
with air Canada for the Monday. I boarded fine, no problems. But when I got to the CBSA officers,
01:35:26.140
they took my passport, walked it to the back section with public health, where there was, um,
01:35:32.540
um, a lunch, like a lunch table with police officers there and they enclose you and, um,
01:35:39.900
the public health officer or the CBSA handed public health, my passport. And at that point,
01:35:47.820
they asked for my address, um, my driver's license to write me a ticket. Um, and when I refused to do it,
01:35:54.780
the police officer actually took my passport and called it in for a background check and got my address.
01:36:00.460
Is that legal? No, it's not. No, I can't imagine it is. Yeah. He actually took it from, um,
01:36:10.380
public health, gave it to him and, uh, he called it into his radio and he got my address from there.
01:36:17.740
And then they wrote me the ticket. Were you recording this event? That is a violation.
01:36:23.260
No, I didn't. I didn't record it because I was using my phone to quote, like every, I had all of
01:36:31.420
the laws and everything on my phone and I was reciting them. Um, and I stuck to my grounds and
01:36:37.260
I said, I wasn't doing arrive can. I even mentioned that it's under investigation from the commissioner
01:36:42.780
and public health agreed to it. They said they were aware of that. Um, and then they did that. And,
01:36:50.300
uh, yeah, they threatened to put me in a quarantine hotel too.
01:36:55.180
Wow. That must've been so scary for you. I'm so sorry to hear that you went through that.
01:37:00.620
You are a courageous soul. You are a warrior for Canada. That's what I see. And, um, this no,
01:37:06.460
seriously, I, I really mean that. And this is not any of this to be taken lightly, like as if we're,
01:37:12.860
you know, just saying, Oh, do this, this, and this, it'll be magical. But you know,
01:37:15.820
there were some steps that you didn't have in advance and that was before you pass them that
01:37:21.020
before you hand them your passport, you need to read out what we've now included in the notice of
01:37:28.540
liability. Um, and, and so that if they're going to have to think twice about it and you're going to
01:37:33.740
be recording that you, this is one reason why it's very important, unless you have the extra body cameras
01:37:39.340
and glasses and everything that a super spy Remo had, you're going to need to have extra recording
01:37:46.220
on you in, in order to do this and, um, or print all the materials, print the extra documentation.
01:37:52.700
Like we said, the, uh, we didn't, we weren't going to print a privacy act just so everyone knows if you
01:37:58.060
want to go, because the privacy act is provincial. They do have a federal one, but it's very vague,
01:38:02.860
but you have to go to your province and they're all different. So it wasn't advantageous to us to say,
01:38:08.700
okay, we're going to go to every province and provide you that look it up, look up the privacy
01:38:12.460
act, find out what your privacy rights are. So what we did, um, I had received multiple Supreme
01:38:18.700
court rulings from David, uh, Lindsay. And so we put all those Supreme court cases on a page,
01:38:24.700
print that off and, and, uh, the quarantine act and the other material that we've made available to you,
01:38:30.300
along with multiple notices of liability, and then just follow the step-by-step instructions.
01:38:35.020
And I think that a lot of these situations will be avoided moving forward because they're going to
01:38:40.380
realize, you know, your rights. So thank you for being a brave warrior. All right. Next question.
01:38:51.500
Hi, thank you for all the information. Um, we are planning to cross the border to the U.S.
01:38:56.780
on land, uh, soon. And if we are for any reason, well, for the unvaccinated reason denied entry,
01:39:06.380
uh, how does that affect if you're aware, how does that affect, uh, you know, if we ever try to enter
01:39:11.740
again, or would you dare to just go to another border crossing and enter again? Because they may
01:39:17.100
ask you, and I think one of the participants have asked this question as well. They may ask you,
01:39:21.260
you know, have you ever been denied entry into the U.S.? So what do you know about that? And my second
01:39:27.900
question is, um, are the, are children, uh, required to be included in the Arrive Can app? Uh, we have
01:39:35.900
children and we're going to be traveling with them. So, uh, I don't intend to do the Arrive Can app, but
01:39:41.100
what can they demand over children? Nothing. First of all, nothing. You do not need to fill
01:39:48.780
out the Arrive Can app whatsoever. It doesn't matter how old you are. It doesn't matter, uh,
01:39:53.660
what nationality you are, what sex you are. Uh, you, you know, you're a Canadian citizen
01:39:58.620
improvement resident. You do not fill out a Arrive Can, period. That's it. Not even manual,
01:40:03.340
not even answer any questions regarding Arrive Can. None whatsoever. Um, now regarding the border
01:40:09.100
crossing and being denied, you got to look at why you're being denied. Uh, I, again,
01:40:13.580
I'm not clear, you know, what, why you're being denied. Cause if they're asking you a question
01:40:17.980
about whether you're vaccinated or not, if you have been vaccinated as a child, you say yes.
01:40:22.380
Um, and a lot of the border guards are asking that generic question just to help you get by,
01:40:26.860
just to get by. They're not saying they, are you COVID vaccinated? They're not asking that. They're
01:40:31.340
usually asking the generic question, are you vaccinated? And I am. So when I was a kid, I was,
01:40:36.220
so I said, I truthfully say yes. And, and I crossed the border, no issues and there's no denial. But if
01:40:41.180
they're going to ask, ask me the COVID backs question, I'm not, I'm going to refuse answering.
01:40:47.340
So they wouldn't know whether I am or not. And they can't deny me entry. I haven't done anything
01:40:52.140
illegal. So if the board, if the border guard does deny me to come in that day, it's the, it's,
01:40:58.140
it's not like you've committed any fraud that you can't come in again. It doesn't make any sense.
01:41:02.780
Yeah. I think if they're going to deny entry, um, and it go on your record where you can't like to
01:41:08.860
officially say you've been denied entry, it would have to be something criminal,
01:41:12.540
you know, where there was an official reason for it. Michael, uh, I'm, I kind of had left my
01:41:17.500
chat at 601 here. He said, according to my own experience cross from, I think it was Quebec to
01:41:22.540
USA twice in June and July. And according to a signal group I'm following, there's very few
01:41:27.740
U S border officials asking the question, maybe 10%. Um, okay. That's, that's good news. Hopefully
01:41:34.700
that will be the experience. And, uh, then what somebody had asked as well, what do people do
01:41:40.540
if they're already downloaded the arrive can app? How do they stop being tracked? What, what I've,
01:41:48.060
yeah, what I've learned is you can't just delete it. It stays on your phone on the inside. So what you're
01:41:53.820
forced to do now is factory set your phone. Yes. It's a lot of work, but all your software
01:41:59.340
and re customize it all, you know, get it tailored again, the way it was, but you have to reset your
01:42:05.180
phone to factory settings and start all over again. That's the only way you're going to remove that app
01:42:11.100
from your phone. Okay. Good to know. I didn't know that. That is a lot of work, but to me it's worth it.
01:42:18.780
It really is. Uh, I know some have said, you know, don't even have data, et cetera,
01:42:23.100
on your phone. Why even give them the opportunity? Just use it as a, as a tool. Didn't we make out
01:42:28.380
nicely in the good old days without cell phones? I think we did, right? We could borrow, you know,
01:42:33.500
you could call from a hotel, you could call friends and family, you get your one call from prison,
01:42:38.620
from jail, you'll, you'll work it out. Just get rid of that cell phone. All right. Um, as well,
01:42:45.420
I want to tell, uh, thank Lynn at 603 Lynn said she's going to donate as well. Thank you for that,
01:42:50.380
Lynn. I'm going to scoot down to the bottom here. I hope a lot more of you are going to see the value
01:42:55.260
of what action for Canada is trying to help to do with people where we're also, you know,
01:42:59.340
we're, we're realists here. We know that, uh, you know, you're going to be dealing with
01:43:03.500
individuals. Some are going to be power tripping and it doesn't matter what you do or how kind you
01:43:07.900
are, how well you know your rights. They're just going to give you a hard time and they're going to,
01:43:12.060
you know, make life rough for you. So, um, hopefully that, you know, that won't happen
01:43:16.620
too often. Thank you, Jessica. I see that as well. Awesome. Thank you very much to everybody
01:43:21.420
who's going to donate to action for Canada. Please do consider become becoming a monthly donor.
01:43:26.940
Even $10 a month would make such a huge difference. I know for a lot of organizations,
01:43:31.660
the, the trucker scare and the, and the banks freezing it, it all, you know, it caused a lot of
01:43:37.020
people not to want to write a check anymore or transfer money. But what if you opened up an
01:43:42.300
account at another bank and made sure that was to help to support the good organizations that are
01:43:48.220
out here on the front line fighting for you? There's got to be a way around this, right?
01:43:52.380
Take all your money out of the bank and find, find a way and only keep enough in there to deal
01:43:57.340
with your monthly details that if the government does decide to go all crazy on us and try to, uh,
01:44:03.340
freeze bank accounts again, that, uh, it's just not going to be effective. There's ways
01:44:07.500
around helping organizations like ours and other good organizations that you may, uh, be supporting
01:44:13.260
like Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson. Boy, has she ever been a voice for the people as well, right? She's
01:44:17.820
a good friend of mine. All right. Um, let's do, it's so hard because I don't want to cut people off.
01:44:23.340
I'm hoping that the, uh, questions that have been answered today and the information has been
01:44:28.620
extremely effective for you all and, um, helpful. So let's go with two more
01:44:34.620
people asking questions, Terenzio, and then we're going to wrap up this evening.
01:44:50.620
I'm his husband. I will talk for her. Um, we just went to the States, uh, three days ago
01:44:55.820
and they asked us if we had, we were vaccine. We said, yeah, yes. One. And, um,
01:45:03.180
the guy crossing the States said that's not legal, but he said, uh, go away. So we did,
01:45:09.340
we went for supper and after we came back to cross in Canada. So they asking, uh, are you vaccinated?
01:45:15.900
Yes. One. So they call, um, uh, Canada health public agency. So they, we went aside and after that,
01:45:27.420
um, they told us we had to do the app and we didn't do, and, uh, they can give us a fine. Uh,
01:45:37.420
all right. They didn't do. And after we, they let us and we went home and now we're reading all this and
01:45:45.660
we just want to stop her fucking quarantine or 14 days. I don't want to do that at all.
01:45:51.980
It's against our law, but we call Canadian and yesterday and they say, and they were rude.
01:45:59.740
And the guy is, he, he put his voice higher and said, you will not inform properly. You need to be
01:46:07.980
double vaccinated and that you need to fill up the form and this, and we challenged him and we asked him
01:46:14.380
his, uh, his, uh, badge number and everything. And he said, basically we were not informed properly
01:46:21.260
and we're not following the rules. And they're bullies. Yeah. I'm going to interject there.
01:46:28.060
They're, they're just bullies. They, uh, it was amazing, uh, about, was it a year and a half ago,
01:46:33.260
the government had on their website, uh, it was job opportunities, right. To, to be health officers,
01:46:40.060
health officials. So you got to imagine the bootcamp training they went through for intimidation
01:46:45.340
and bullying techniques and they're using them. And the thing is, is truth trumps the bullying
01:46:50.940
techniques and lies. And that's why you have to be very well educated and you have to be willing to
01:46:57.900
assert your rights. And if they show up at your door, you don't answer, you don't answer the door.
01:47:02.940
I mean, good grief, quarantine, handy people, healthy people. Uh, it's like, this is just a
01:47:09.260
shocker how many people have felt threatened to comply with it. So that's been effective.
01:47:14.060
Remo, what else would you add to that? Well, here's what I add to that is this,
01:47:19.500
let's say I decide to go to China and live. If I'm not going to learn the language,
01:47:24.940
how easy is it going to be for me to live there? Extremely challenging. So you're in Canada,
01:47:30.860
learn the laws. Okay. It's very important to understand all the laws that you're required
01:47:36.220
to live by. And, uh, and then, then you can enforce them. So again, you must educate yourself
01:47:42.700
and then you must also assert them. Uh, if you're not going to educate yourself and don't assert them,
01:47:48.300
then you have nothing. And then you're literally a sheep, excuse my French, but you're, you're not a
01:47:53.660
man or woman with God, with, uh, with God on your side. And you're not enforcing your,
01:47:59.020
your God given enable rights. That's what it comes down to enough of this. Well, I'm seeing this.
01:48:04.860
I'm afraid. I'm tired of all this and hearing this from people. If we don't stand up, we will have
01:48:10.380
nothing for ourselves and nothing for our children. And, uh, and all this is done for nothing. And
01:48:16.620
you're going to live a slave. If you know, if you're still alive and I'm not kidding, this is where it's
01:48:21.340
going. And unless we all stand up and say no and do the right thing. And we don't need to be angry
01:48:27.020
standing up. It's just calm and quiet and, and, uh, collectively educating each other and just
01:48:33.500
saying, no, no, thank you. I do not consent. I do not comply. Thank you very much. Move on. Don't
01:48:39.020
give me any further information. It really is that simple. It doesn't take much. Absolutely. Yep.
01:48:45.740
Thank you, Remo for that. I love it. All right. Next question. All right. Next question is
01:48:51.100
from Frederick. Hello there. Can you hear me? Yes. Uh, perfect. Yeah. Um, I think actually
01:49:01.820
I kind of forgot I was my hand up there, but, um, I was the one who someone mentioned before
01:49:08.540
who got $12,500 in fines. Um, so, and I'm obviously going to fight that. And I was just going to pick
01:49:16.940
your brain on, uh, other than following the steps on the back of the slip there. Um, I mean, there's
01:49:23.180
been a ton of information just with, with the notice of liability and all that, but is there any other,
01:49:29.500
any other hacks or tips and tricks? Well, let me, let me ask you a question.
01:49:35.260
What do you think you did that you got you the fine?
01:49:47.100
No. What did you do that they gave you a fine? What did, what information did you give out
01:49:55.020
Oh yeah. Yeah. Okay. So yeah. So this, the, the, the sequence that was happening, I was very inspired
01:50:02.300
by, uh, your video or your interview there before. Um, I got to the, like the second booth, if you
01:50:07.820
would say, um, and they're like, Oh no, or I can. Um, and, uh, the border officer there, she was about
01:50:15.020
to walk away with the passport and I'm a Swedish citizen and I have a Canadian permanent resident card.
01:50:21.500
And this is where, this is where it started to go sideways. Cause I was asking her, it's like,
01:50:26.860
Hey, can you give back my passport and leave it on the counter here? And she did, but she took her
01:50:32.140
permanent resident card with her without me knowing. Um, so that was the first kind of mistake on my
01:50:40.220
end. Um, and then she went with it to P like a public health agency there. Um, and then she came back
01:50:48.300
and then she's like, because she went away to talk to them first. And then she came back and she's
01:50:51.820
like, Oh, you got to talk to these guys. And I was like, no, I refuse to, I don't have to, uh,
01:50:55.980
I'm a permanent resident. And from what I've read up on and what someone else had asked before about
01:51:02.460
the rights of permanent resident, you, as far as I know, you have the same rights as a citizen,
01:51:08.060
except for you can't take some high level government jobs and you can't vote. And that's basically it,
01:51:14.140
as far as I know. Um, anyways, I was the same protections. Yeah, exactly. Um, yeah, exactly.
01:51:21.660
The bill of rights and the charter and all that. Um, so that kind of forced to go to, uh, see the
01:51:30.060
public health, um, people there and, um, and what they do is they probably did what someone else
01:51:39.500
mentioned here before they took the information. Cause when you apply and go through the permanent
01:51:43.500
resident application, you submit your address and your phone number and, and that whole thing.
01:51:48.780
And, and I was, yeah, arguing with her about giving that back and she wouldn't. And then she's like,
01:51:54.860
we're going to fine you for this. And, you know, trying to get to me basically, but yeah, thanks for
01:52:01.820
sharing that, uh, Frederick. We're sorry, you know, that you didn't have some of this information in
01:52:06.060
advance. And like we say, it's not a guarantee that this is going to work, but it sure makes your
01:52:10.780
chances a whole lot better, you know, that you're going to have success. So, all right. Well, thank
01:52:16.140
you. We're almost at, uh, seven o'clock here. And I was just again, looking in the chat. I see JS says
01:52:22.860
that, um, you've had a good experience. Please make sure with that testimony that you write to
01:52:27.500
call to an action for Canada.com and be sure to tell us, uh, what your experiences are and your
01:52:32.940
testimonies. We really, really want to hear about them because it'll help us do a couple of things.
01:52:38.220
It'll help encourage others and it will help that if there's any information that we, uh, you know,
01:52:44.300
could add that would be additional to the notice and, and the, um, instructional section that it will
01:52:51.100
help other Canadians assert their rights as well. And again, I just want to thank you. I know there's
01:52:56.300
numerous people who have said, Pam, et cetera, that have said they're going to donate to Action for
01:53:01.420
Canada. Thank you so much. Continue to ask that you consider becoming a monthly giver. Uh,
01:53:07.340
so Remo in wrapping up, uh, this session, um, what are, what are your final words? We just thank
01:53:13.820
you. We appreciate you so much. I mean, it has been so helpful. No worries. Um, I'm, I'm happy to do
01:53:21.260
this and, and, um, I'm happy to, to share this with, with, uh, my fellow, uh, men and women on this
01:53:27.660
planet. And then we need to unite and support each other. And this is what, what it's all about. I will
01:53:33.420
never take any fees for, for sharing this information whatsoever, because we all need
01:53:37.660
to do this and we all must educate ourselves on this and exercise it. And, and that that's really,
01:53:44.140
it's really that simple. And that's why it was easy for me. Um, once you do that and say no to
01:53:49.660
everything, do not give into anything whatsoever. That's where the challenges come in. Um, and,
01:53:55.260
and video record everything, get ready with the camera before you even speak to anybody.
01:54:00.380
That's gotta be a must and even have two cameras if you have to. So, um, you know,
01:54:05.260
you really need to do that. And, um, that that's what it comes down to is you, we all have to educate
01:54:10.220
ourselves, stand up for what's right and really record all interactions and, and live your life
01:54:15.900
as normal as possible. You know, just continue on. Awesome. All right. Well, Remo again, thank you so
01:54:22.860
much. Uh, we're going to look forward to being in touch with you in the future. I know you have some
01:54:26.620
other, uh, traveling planned and, uh, we will reconnect and maybe when I've got taboo talks
01:54:32.540
going again in September, we'll have a session. So everybody remember taboo talk starts again on
01:54:37.980
the 13th. I don't know what I'll be addressing at that time. It's sometimes a surprise to me.
01:54:42.940
We're trying to stay up on the most current events and where people need help and to continue to help
01:54:48.060
educate, educate, educate, and empower Canadians to take action. So just God bless you and, uh,
01:54:55.020
future good luck and wellbeing on your, on your travels.
01:54:59.740
One more thing, Tanya. Um, I just want to compliment you on everything you've done with
01:55:05.340
Action for Canada. You are amazing. You're an angel. It's a blessing to have you, to know you
01:55:11.100
and what you're doing for the people of Canada and the world is phenomenal. Um, please people donate.
01:55:16.940
This is an important thing. This, this is, uh, really it's almost life and death for us as citizens
01:55:23.020
in Canada. We please donate, please support Action for Canada. They're doing amazing things. Thank you.
01:55:30.460
Yeah. Thank you so much, Remo. We'll see you again. Awesome.
01:55:34.300
Oh, all right. Well, I, I am just so grateful for that final, uh, shout out for Remo as well. Uh,
01:55:40.220
most of you who attend empower hours every Wednesday night know that I don't usually
01:55:45.100
ask, uh, for finance or finances or donations. I leave that up to the hearts and minds of the people.
01:55:50.300
For those of you who have lost your job and really struggling to make ends meet, we don't want a dime
01:55:54.860
from you. For those of you who have the security and are able, we are asking you to support us because
01:56:00.380
we have such huge campaigns that, um, we are launching across Canada from building a database
01:56:08.460
for the elected officials at all levels of government. I mean, think about the cost and the oversight that's
01:56:14.060
involved in that, uh, to bring on youth leaders, uh, to have a pastoral leadership team and a team
01:56:21.180
overseeing our parents. I really don't know of one organization. Like I say, lots of good organizations.
01:56:26.700
I'm not slighting them, but I've just been called by the Lord and the vision for the mission and our
01:56:32.700
team sees that vision as well. And so that's why we're putting chapters across Canada and getting into
01:56:37.420
communities because the globalists know that the easiest way is to overtake communities and implement
01:56:44.220
these egregious and vile, uh, agendas. And so we got to take back our communities. It's very grassroots
01:56:51.180
and, and we do need your assistance and your help to do that. Um, I am going to, uh, read something from
01:56:57.660
the word of God this morning. I was reading the Bible and in first Samuel two, it was, um, Hannah
01:57:05.900
that was writing a letter. God had blessed her with a son and she committed and promised God that she would
01:57:12.580
return her son over to God and that he would be part of the church and doing God's work. She was just so
01:57:19.100
faithful. And she said, um, in there, and this is talking about God, first of all, that, uh, now I have an
01:57:26.300
answer for my enemies. I rejoice because you Lord rescued me. No one is holy like the Lord. There is
01:57:34.020
one beside you. The Lord is no, he's the rock like our God. There is no one like him. Stop acting so
01:57:41.580
proud and haughty. Don't don't speak with such arrogance for the Lord is a God who knows what you
01:57:48.140
have done. He will judge your actions. The bow of the mighty is now broken and those who stumbled are now
01:57:55.340
strong. There, those who were well-fed are now starving and those who were starving are now full.
01:58:03.500
The childless woman has now seven children and the woman with many children wastes away. The Lord gives
01:58:10.040
both death and life. He brings some down to the grave, but raises others up. The more Lord makes
01:58:16.060
some poor and others rich. He brings some down and lifts others up. I just bear with me as I'm reading
01:58:23.140
all of this because there's such a purpose to it. He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from
01:58:28.440
the garbage jump. He sets them among princes, placing them in seats of honor for all the earth
01:58:35.480
is the Lord's and he has set the world in order. He will protect his faithful ones, but the wicked will
01:58:43.360
disappear in darkness. No one will succeed by strength alone. Those who fight against the Lord will be
01:58:52.000
shattered. He thunders against them from heaven. The Lord judges throughout the earth. He gives power
01:58:58.900
to his kings. He increases the strength of his anointed ones. And this was just such a word of
01:59:05.820
encouragement to me because evil throughout history has never been able to prevail. It has a time when
01:59:12.960
it's going to be crushed and it's going to come apart. But as I've mentioned before in past shows,
01:59:18.100
that Canada is a Christian nation built on biblical principles and values. And it truly does set us
01:59:25.640
apart from other nations with different belief systems, such as the 57 Islamic majority countries,
01:59:32.420
North Korea, Pakistan, China. I wouldn't give up Canada to live in one of those nations ever,
01:59:38.460
never, ever. And we're getting to a bad state though, because we didn't think about who we were electing
01:59:44.060
and what were their core values. We need to elect people in the upcoming elections that understand
01:59:50.620
and embrace that Canada was founded on biblical principles, which means immigrants, Canadians,
01:59:57.300
they can come to Canada, they can live in Canada, we can all live in Canada together, multiple cultures
02:00:03.960
can live together and in peace, but we must all embrace the foundational values that Canada was founded
02:00:10.960
on. It doesn't mean you have to be a Christian, but you need to recognize that our political system
02:00:16.200
is built off of biblical principles, which does set us apart from other nations. And we have turned our
02:00:22.720
back on God. We turned our back on God when we took prayer out of the schools, and where we started
02:00:29.960
to allow vile agendas to come into Canada that undermined our biblical values. And it's time to start
02:00:37.440
taking a stand, get rid of all of these social, socialist and social campaigns that are coming
02:00:42.840
from the UN and that are infiltrating through government elected officials that many of you
02:00:48.620
voted for. All right, it's time to remove them. If you love your country, and if you're feeling to call
02:00:54.400
be and you're feeling to be called as an elected official, we encourage you to get in touch with one
02:01:00.280
of our chapters or the nearest one. And we're going to make sure then that we collect your information.
02:01:05.520
And once we launch our database, whether it's an MP, an MLA, school board trustee, or maybe a mayor or a
02:01:13.760
city councillor, we're going to want you to be in our database. And then when we got all our chapters
02:01:18.760
into place, and when next elections come along, we're going to call on you. And then we're going
02:01:23.280
to help and support you in whatever grassroots way we can. And we're going to outnumber the enemy,
02:01:28.780
and we're going to get good people voted back into office. And so I just encourage you,
02:01:33.340
you know, if you don't know the Lord, call out to Him, because this nation needs to return to Him so
02:01:39.160
that we can maintain peace and democracy and freedom once again. For the rest of this month,
02:01:46.400
I believe it's a good time to start addressing our school systems again, and what the education system
02:01:55.460
is teaching our children. And our special guest next week is going to be Alex Newman. He is an incredible
02:02:02.920
individual. He actually lives in Florida. He was in Canada many years ago, several years ago, and I met
02:02:08.800
him. We spoke at a mutual conference together. And he is just doing an incredible job down in the United States
02:02:16.840
of bringing awareness and outing the government and educators. And so he's written a book as well
02:02:23.320
called Crimes of the Educators. So we want to talk about how communism is infiltrating into the school
02:02:30.200
system, how they're dumbing down our kids, they're inflating their grades to make it look like our
02:02:36.000
education system is succeeding. But worldwide, it is not a successful system. And they're doing that on
02:02:43.100
purpose. Because kids that are not functioning at the highest degree that they're capable, of course,
02:02:51.820
cannot rise up against the government in the future. So we need to really pull our kids out of
02:02:57.420
the education system, homeschool them, we're reaching out to churches to open their doors.
02:03:02.740
And so we're going to be talking about this for the rest of the month, we're going to be exposing
02:03:06.660
critical race theory, and the climate change fraud. And of course, the sexual orientation and gender
02:03:12.820
identity, trying to sexualize children at the earliest age possible, they are grooming our
02:03:18.300
children through this program. And there's absolutely no doubt that pedophiles are becoming
02:03:24.640
rampant within our school boards, teachers, somebody has sent me reports on the number of teachers
02:03:31.380
that are being charged with either child pornography. It's just disgusting. And we as a nation can no longer
02:03:38.640
be shamed into being quiet because they say we're racist or intolerant or xenophobic or whatever else
02:03:44.940
they want to call us. It's time to step up and grow backbone and say these are our kids we're talking
02:03:49.940
about and we're going to fight for them. So I'm starting that off next week with Alex Newman. I'm so
02:03:54.900
excited about having him on the show. So make sure that we'll be launching all of that in the weekly
02:04:00.260
email that goes out Sunday night. So you'll have it in your inbox on Monday morning. So please make sure
02:04:05.700
that you send it to your friends and family. Be social media super spreaders for us. Take all of
02:04:12.520
our actions and make sure that you're spreading them on social media. They're trying to shadow ban
02:04:17.480
Action for Canada's Facebook page, my Facebook page. And we just want to make sure as many Canadians as
02:04:23.040
possible join us so that we really create a momentum of people across Canada that are informed
02:04:29.420
and mobilized. All right, that's it for me. Thank you so much for joining us tonight. God bless you
02:04:42.300
That's what I've got to say. Look at this crowd.
02:04:44.300
I'm going to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.
02:04:59.300
I'm going to thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much for our
02:05:11.300
freedom. And I'm calling on you today. Don't put them to shame. Don't waste what they did.

We have guaranteed rights in this country. We are putting chapters across the nation. We
02:05:36.080
are going to be in every town and every city. And we are going to build communities within
02:05:42.080
these communities of like-minded people who are actually going to care for one another
02:05:47.080
again and love on each other and give each other the help when they're down. We are going
02:05:52.080
to use the teams and the people that build within chapters to support our businesses. The government's
02:06:00.080
actions are completely 100% unlawful. Judgment will again be bound on justice and those with
02:06:11.080
virtuous hearts will pursue it. You have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom
02:06:19.080
and righteousness. And then verse 23 comes along with a promise. God says he will turn the
02:06:28.080
sins of evil people back on them. He will destroy them for their sins. I take great comfort in
02:06:38.080
that because I serve a mighty living God who has allowed us to go through this season of discomfort
02:06:49.080
because we as a nation have turned our backs on him and we need to get right. So I am just
02:06:57.080
going to thank you so much. I'm going to say God bless you and God bless Canada.
