Action4Canada - Legal Updates, Emergency Act, Border Security...BC Nurse Call Back？ With Tanya Gaw Jan 24, 2024

00:00:00.000 Hello, everyone. Welcome. I'm Tanya Gaw, and this is the Action for Canada weekly update

00:00:11.380 for January 24th, 2024. I've got a lot to cover as I do every week. I can see why we've

00:00:18.080 got our good friends in independent media reporting daily. There's just so much going

00:00:24.060 on. I'm going to get straight to it. We have an amazing guest coming on the Empower Hour

00:00:27.680 tonight, Alex Newman, and we're going to be talking about multiple different things,

00:00:33.180 Davos, and some updates on what's going on with the U.S. border, and of course, getting

00:00:37.920 right down to his new book. So if you're watching this after the fact, when we've posted it on

00:00:42.560 Rumble, please be sure to go to the description and click on the Empower Hour link. All right.

00:00:49.260 So here we go with our map. I always love starting off with the map because for those of you who

00:00:54.380 are new, this is just a snapshot of what Action for Canada looks like nationwide. And we are

00:01:01.280 working so hard. All of our volunteers across the country are just sacrificially giving of their time

00:01:08.040 to fight for the future for your children and for you. We need all hands on deck, though.

00:01:13.220 So if you are not already involved in some way, please come to Action for Canada and join us.

00:01:19.380 Under join, you can see A for C chapters. It will bring you to this page. Scroll down and pick a

00:01:26.080 province and see if there's a chapter there. If not, please consider registering as a volunteer

00:01:31.780 and being a leader. And even if you want to be a volunteer within the chapters, please register as

00:01:37.840 well. Like I say, we need all hands on deck. All right. I've been just announcing to bring

00:01:42.120 attention to Action for Canada's Rumble page. We have so many incredible guests on as well as the

00:01:48.540 weekly updates and the parent webinars, the Empower Hour and so much more. And so would you please

00:01:54.400 subscribe to Action for Canada's Rumble page so that you are easily able to access all of this

00:01:59.840 amazing information and then please share it. Give us a thumbs up and please share the work that

00:02:05.160 we're doing. Also, again, under join, you can go down to Empower Hour. It will bring you to this page

00:02:12.940 page because we always give an update of who our guest is coming on this week, but we also have

00:02:19.000 this in Podbean form so that while you're mobile, maybe going for a run or something, you can have

00:02:24.880 your earbuds in and listening to an Empower Hour. And then if you scroll down, all of our previous

00:02:29.940 Empower Hours are here for you to enjoy. Again, please share the work that we're doing. All right. If you

00:02:36.920 appreciate the work of Action for Canada, I don't normally do this, but I'm starting off

00:02:41.040 this week's weekly update to ask you to please donate. Please become a monthly donor, a one-time

00:02:47.140 donation. We'd really appreciate it. As you can see, we're a really large organization and we've got

00:02:53.420 a lot of stuff going on in the background. So we're doing battles that we can't always talk about on

00:02:57.420 the front line, but these are legal battles. These are campaigns and initiatives that are pushing back

00:03:04.960 in provinces on behalf of Canadians and our kids against the, how shall I say, the mass immigration, 0.79

00:03:14.100 the financial disaster that that is causing, but also the threat of the Palestinians. Now that Trudeau 1.00

00:03:20.600 has opened the door to Palestinians coming and you can already see what they're doing on our show.

00:03:24.980 So we really need you to help support all of the work that we're doing. All right. Please also follow

00:03:31.260 me on Twitter. Um, I was once blocked, uh, some time ago, years ago, and with Elon Musk back, I thought

00:03:37.840 those numbers will go up, but I really, it's one of the only social media platforms that we're able

00:03:43.880 to share on. So please help me increase my numbers there. All right. Um, as I've mentioned back in

00:03:49.300 October, finally, we are going to have our day in the appeals court in the Vancouver court of appeals

00:03:54.540 with our case. Rocco of course is representing us on February 14th at 10 AM. If you're in the

00:04:01.180 Vancouver, Surrey, lower mainland area, please consider coming and join us. Uh, Rocco has been

00:04:07.480 despite, boy, there's some critical people out there about Rocco, but has that man sacrificially

00:04:12.260 been fighting for Canadians? And I want to tell you, he doesn't compromise. He doesn't take a deal.

00:04:17.980 There are some big law firms that have brought in millions of dollars from Canadians. They've lost a

00:04:23.540 lot of their cases and you know, however they do their cases, that's up to them. But the thing is,

00:04:28.560 is that they've taken deals. So it makes like the makes it look like they've had wins and we're not

00:04:33.540 willing to take a deal. We're not doing a case based on an exemption because we don't believe there's

00:04:38.240 anything to be exempt from. And so please, uh, support action for Canada support Rocco. Uh, it is just

00:04:46.720 been absolutely, I'm even considering that I may do a special on the attacks that have come from people

00:04:53.480 that call themselves within the movement, but have, uh, connections to the WEF. Uh, one particular

00:04:59.860 individual is trying to backtrack on that now, but we discovered that with one of our, um, people last

00:05:05.800 year had advised us. And I think this needs to be made public because Rocco deserves our respect and

00:05:11.280 our support. Okay. Carrying on, uh, as you all know, man, that was big news this week. Wasn't that just

00:05:17.820 absolutely amazing federal court declares Trudeau's use of emergencies act unconstitutional during the,

00:05:26.600 um, convoy. And of course this, uh, justice Richard Mosley just, I think blew so many people away by

00:05:34.620 saying that it was definitely a violation of the, uh, charter of rights. It was an overreach and that

00:05:42.160 the government had no way of, uh, no right to be using this as a tool in order to implement it.

00:05:49.080 He has named charter section two B and eight. And, um, I'm just going to actually bring the charter

00:05:55.620 up for those of you who haven't been well-versed in this. And another part of it, um, just going,

00:06:02.120 referring to my notes a little bit here for a minute, if I can find them. Sorry, you're probably

00:06:06.080 hearing my paper scratching. Okay. So he said that, uh, neither of the sections had infringed

00:06:14.040 under section one, sorry, infringement was neither infringement section two B and eight was justified

00:06:21.420 under section one of the charter. And if we go back to section one, it says the Canadian charter of

00:06:27.880 rights and freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in subject only to such reasonable

00:06:33.260 limits prescribed by laws can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

00:06:38.640 Now this goes way back to 2020, even in the beginning of COVID, this isn't every one of

00:06:43.160 our notices of liability. They never demonstrably proved nor could they that we were having some

00:06:49.320 medical emergency. If Trudeau had invoked the emergency measure back then, he, he would have

00:06:54.720 just lost, he would have lost power. He would have had to be in the legislature proving this. And of

00:06:58.840 course he couldn't, he is a liar and a thief and complicit to the mass genocide of so many Canadians. 0.97

00:07:06.560 And, uh, slowly we see hopefully that justice is coming. Of course, to be is the freedom of thought, 0.98

00:07:12.920 belief, opinion, and expression. And if we move down to section eight, it is everyone has the right to

00:07:18.540 be secure against unreasonable search or seizure. And of course the beauty of section seven is we have

00:07:24.380 the right to life, liberty, and security of the person. So this house of COVID continues to fall.

00:07:30.640 Trudeau and his little minions, um, are going to be paying a price. Justice is coming. Anyways, I just

00:07:36.080 wanted to bring up, uh, chief justice, um, justice Mosley. I, I just want to give him a huge shout out

00:07:43.060 and I just appreciate him so much. I, I wish we had an email so that we could flood him with love letters

00:07:50.060 because that's, uh, in Canada, you know, you hear about some good judges down in the States,

00:07:54.920 but you don't hear too many times where we have a judge that's actually committed to his oath to the

00:08:00.400 bench and to serve Canadians and uphold the constitution and the chart of rights and freedoms.

00:08:04.320 So big shout out to you, uh, justice Mosley. Okay. Um, I'm not sure I do want to move. I'm a little

00:08:11.220 bit worried about time if I'm going to get through everything. So I think I'm going to skip this three and a

00:08:17.540 half minute video. It's really good. And it goes against all of the, uh, proof and evidence that

00:08:25.360 that's just being revealed with the liberals. I really wish I had time to, uh, play this one.

00:08:31.900 And in the end, you know, Trudeau in his, his style is just right there blatantly lying to Canadians

00:08:39.420 that it was the RCMP who were the ones that were, were the ones that, um, appealed to him to implement

00:08:47.140 the emergencies act, which was an outright lie. They have the testimony of commissioner lucky who

00:08:53.040 was a RCMP commissioner at the time. Anyways, we'll get that video out and, uh, even just look

00:08:58.920 it up. It's by devil's advocate is the one that, uh, has posted it. It might even be true North that

00:09:04.780 created it. I'm not sure. All right. But what we will do is we gotta, we gotta listen. I'm sorry.

00:09:10.040 We gotta listen to the little bobblehead here. Christia Freeland. Oh my goodness. She's a little 1.00

00:09:14.780 more so somber than she normally is. Trenzio, can you play this one, please?

00:09:19.740 So we are aware of the court decision. We have discussed it with the prime minister,

00:09:27.380 with cabinet colleagues, with senior federal government officials and experts. We respect

00:09:37.100 very much Canada's independent judiciary. However, we do not agree with this decision and respectfully,

00:09:52.500 we will be appealing it.

00:09:55.060 Sorry. I can, I can never watch that without laughing. I mean, respectfully, you know, we're

00:10:02.440 going to appeal it and we respect, they just respect democracy. You've seen that in action

00:10:07.460 from Christina, Christia Freeland in the past four years. Um, you know, like I, I, I'm not going to say

00:10:15.220 anything further because it wouldn't be positive. And, uh, here's Jagmeet Singh. Gotta love it. You know,

00:10:21.060 that they were, the NDP was only reluctantly supported imposing the emergencies act. And then

00:10:27.380 if we were to scroll down, I don't know where it is. It's going to be on my Twitter post, but somebody

00:10:32.940 had saved the letter that he had sent to Justin Trudeau, appealing him to implement, appealing to him

00:10:40.540 to implement the emergencies measure way back when it took place. I mean, again, liar extraordinaire. I 0.85

00:10:46.620 mean, I don't know if they all, they did. Didn't they all go to the young? Yeah. What is it? The

00:10:51.860 young WEF club, the Soros group. I think that's where they must've had a course, probably a whole

00:10:58.160 season's worth of teaching them how to lie with a straight face. I don't know, but it's not convincing.

00:11:02.900 All right. The gig is up. These guys are going down and please remember all of these mugs going into 1.00

00:11:08.600 the next election, please. All right. We don't want any more repeats. Okay. So of course,

00:11:13.760 Trudeau appointed judges to decide on next step for war measures, emergencies act appeal. Another

00:11:20.720 waste of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars for the guilty parties. So we're just

00:11:25.740 going to pray that the Lord would, would intervene and that justice would prevail. There's so much

00:11:31.300 evidence against these individuals that they are traitors, that they have committed crimes against

00:11:36.500 humanity. And, and this ship is, it's a sinking ship. All right. So, um, okay. Another news report,

00:11:43.560 just before I was coming on, Odessa has, uh, posted, she's only speaking. It's not an actual video

00:11:50.680 about, uh, BC unvaccinated healthcare workers who are starting to get phone calls or texts offering

00:11:57.800 them shifts again. So I've been in the background as well, texting some of the nurses I know.

00:12:03.380 And, uh, one said it's the first they've heard of it. I haven't heard anything from anyone up here.

00:12:08.080 I do know some unions are notifying their terminated members and telling them the union is dropping

00:12:14.000 their grievances because the union doesn't feel they will win. We are encouraging everyone to

00:12:19.200 appeal, of course, and be very cautious. If they're calling you to go back to work, that you make sure

00:12:24.700 that you have agreements, that it's not going to affect any grievances that you have.

00:12:29.420 Just use caution moving forward. And, uh, Odessa said that as she gets information, she will update.

00:12:36.460 All right. WHO, you know, I know, um, when Alex comes on as well, he and I have, uh,

00:12:42.080 exchanged correspondence regarding all of this freaking out about the WHO and this, uh, health

00:12:48.260 agreement that, you know, that they've been pushing. And to me, I've always gone, I don't care

00:12:53.180 what agreement they sign. If it is in violation of our constitution and the charter of rights and

00:12:58.720 freedoms and our coronation oath, this is an unelected body and they have no right to interfere

00:13:04.200 with our democracy. But, but here is Tedros. He's, he's a communist through and through.

00:13:09.700 He's a dictator up at the WHO, one of the globalists elite, uh, you know, who have this

00:13:15.380 nefarious plan right from the get-go. And he said that momentum had been slowed down by

00:13:20.300 entrenched positions and a torrent of fake news lies and, sorry, and conspiracy theories.

00:13:27.140 He warned that if any, if nobody was prepared to seize, seize the initiative or give ground

00:13:33.500 to the whole project, risk going nowhere. Tedros told the WHO's executive board in Geneva on Monday,

00:13:40.380 time is very short and there are several outstanding issues that remain to be resolved.

00:13:45.500 Failure to strike an agreement would be a missed opportunity for which future generations may not

00:13:51.180 forgive us. Future generations won't forgive us if you do. So Tedros said claims that the accord

00:13:58.520 would cede sovereignty to the WHO or give it the power to impose lockdowns and vaccine mandates were

00:14:04.920 completely false. Remember, these people have been in, in this course to lie and, and to deceive.

00:14:12.840 They've deceived us for four years. So, I mean, I don't even know if he said this with a straight face,

00:14:17.080 but you can't believe them. Okay. We cannot allow this historic agreement, this milestone in global

00:14:22.540 health to be sabotaged. Ashley Bloomfield, the chief executive of New Zealand's health ministry

00:14:27.580 during the pandemic is co-chairing the IHR negotiations. Like Tedros, he criticized a

00:14:34.160 coordinated and sophisticated campaign of misinformation and disinformation attempting to undermine the

00:14:39.900 process. So that's really good news. Global pandemic agreement at risk of falling apart. So

00:14:44.860 should it. So should it. Okay. We've learned our lesson. And, uh, you know, this, this, like I say,

00:14:50.660 is a sinking ship. There's wonderful things going on across the country. I mentioned that they are an

00:14:55.740 unelected body that we have the constitution act. This is solid. It trumps anything that, uh, the WHO

00:15:02.920 can manifest and try to implement. It says clearly here, the constitution of Canada is the supreme law of

00:15:08.880 Canada and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the constitution is to the extent of the

00:15:14.800 inconsistency of no force or effect. So even if Trader Trudeau, you know, signs on to this agreement,

00:15:20.700 we are going to battle based on section 52.1. All right. This is a warning. Uh, we were really

00:15:28.700 battling this last year in Canada. Uh, Canada is leading the way on euthanasia. I mean, we were even

00:15:35.440 outdoing the Netherlands at this point. And now of course, the, uh, made for children, the continued 0.98

00:15:41.700 threat with mental illness is a very looming reality. And, uh, there are reports that assisted

00:15:48.700 death is already being offered to Canadians who are suicidal and made advocates are already speaking 0.69

00:15:54.140 openly about extending physician assisted death to children as young as 12. Well, you can see that

00:16:00.300 our kids in the school system, because of them indoctrinating them and, uh, putting all of this

00:16:05.600 fear in them regarding climate change catastrophe, the, uh, DEI agenda, uh, uh, what do you call it?

00:16:13.540 Critical race theory. And of course the LGBTQ trans agenda that is depressing and filling our children 1.00

00:16:21.820 with anxiety. So now they're going to be depressed and now there's going to be this lineup of kids and

00:16:27.260 parents will not have a say. So, you know what? I almost say, lock your children in your home,

00:16:31.400 build a big fence around your yard and get out here and help us fight this fight. I mean, we've,

00:16:37.480 we've managed to successfully get SOGI 123 shut down in Saskatchewan. There's still a battle going

00:16:43.520 that, uh, we are also assisting in, in the fight. Uh, but we need all of you, all hands on deck.

00:16:50.900 Okay. Uh, just another thing, uh, again, the U S border, the Southern border is of great interest to

00:16:57.140 Canada. I don't know if you've been paying attention to what's going on there, but

00:17:00.700 half a million people crossing the border, a million. I mean, it is just, you think Canada

00:17:05.560 is being flooded with immigrants as part of the agenda 21 agenda 30. It's just to tear down our 1.00

00:17:12.240 borders and have all of these immigrants come in and destroy our sovereignty, which is increasing 1.00

00:17:16.580 our crime. Uh, it is plummeting Canada and the U S into poverty. It is unsustainable. Don't you just

00:17:23.220 hate that word? The 17 sustainable development goals. It's a joke anyways. So governor Abbott in Texas,

00:17:30.540 has passed legislation. They put up a wire fencing razor wire. And, uh, anyways, the, uh, Biden

00:17:38.340 administration came in and the court has, uh, just ruled five to four giving federal border agents

00:17:45.060 to green light to remove razor wire installed by Texas. But hold on. What does the Texas government

00:17:51.400 says to say amidst the towering shadows of challenge? Texas stands undeterred utilizing every strategy and

00:17:59.480 resource to protect its sovereignty, combat criminal activity, and discourage illegal immigration.

00:18:05.220 A visual Testament of this unwavering commitment unfolds at Shelby park where Texas national guard

00:18:12.400 personnel boldly set up more razor wire, sending a clear message that the state will not yield to

00:18:18.020 federal pressure. Do you know that when Europe several years ago was being flooded with millions of,

00:18:26.700 uh, Muslim young warrior men that it was, uh, not Poland, Hungary put up razor wire around and just

00:18:36.500 refused to allow any of them into their country. And do you know that Hungary is one of the only 0.99

00:18:43.520 nations, I think, well, Alex will be able to confirm this, that is not struggling with the mass

00:18:48.840 immigration and their children and women being raped and murdered or beheaded like what's going on in 0.93

00:18:54.720 the UK and Europe. So right on Texas, we stand behind you. What happens at the Southern border 0.99

00:19:00.560 of the U S affects our Southern border as well. Okay. And you know what, uh, Trendu, I'm going to do

00:19:07.740 these ones next week. I just love what's going on just as a highlight. I hope you're paying attention

00:19:12.820 to all this, that the Tesla charging stations lined with dead cars and freezing cold, a bunch of dead

00:19:17.680 robots out there. Anyway, sweet justice, you know, all of this propaganda, uh, you know, to take us

00:19:25.060 away from our, our, our natural resources, oil and gas is falling apart at the seams. And, uh, you know,

00:19:32.280 these are just the images. Anyways, it's this guy. I hope to fit him in next week because he's just

00:19:36.220 awesome. Okay. Globalist panic as homeschooling explodes across the U S I might've reported on this

00:19:43.540 before it's happening in Canada as well. I just wanted this to segue well into the empower hour

00:19:49.460 tonight. Our guest is Alex Newman. And, uh, this is the gentleman here. We're going to be talking,

00:19:55.420 as I said, about COP 28, mass immigration, Davos, and then get straight into his book about

00:20:01.180 indoctrinating our children to death, government schools, war on faith, family, and freedom. Boy,

00:20:06.780 that's right at the core of action for Canada and how to stop it. All right. In closing,

00:20:12.460 I'm going to read Philippians four, six to seven. Do not be anxious about anything,

00:20:17.700 but in every situation by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your request to God

00:20:23.800 and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your

00:20:28.500 minds in Christ Jesus. So I encourage you that if you don't know Jesus, this is a spiritual battle.

00:20:34.120 If you need peace in your life, uh, you know what, reach out, reach out to action for Canada,

00:20:38.060 to our pastors at action for Canada, we'll have it in for prayer. And also if, uh, if you're having

00:20:44.800 a nudge and you have some questions about receiving Jesus into your heart and having that peace in your

00:20:49.760 life, then like I say, we'll have a link in the description for you to reach out to us. And

00:20:54.000 one of our team will be in touch with you.

00:21:54.820 Welcome to Tanya. God.

00:22:03.560 That's what I've got to say. Look at this crowd.

00:22:06.520 I'm going to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.

00:22:20.960 I'm going to thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much for our freedom.

00:22:29.440 And I'm calling on you today. Don't put them to shame. Don't waste what they did.

00:22:39.800 We have guaranteed rights in this country.

00:22:50.500 We are putting chapters across the nation.

00:22:53.960 We are going to be in every town and every city.

00:22:57.920 And we are going to build communities within these communities of like-minded people

00:23:02.460 who are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other

00:23:06.320 and give each other the help when they're down.

00:23:09.440 We are going to use the teams and the people that build within chapters to support our businesses.

00:23:17.440 The government's actions are completely, 100% unlawful.

00:23:23.900 Judgment will again be found on justice.

00:23:27.000 You have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom and righteousness.

00:23:39.460 And then verse 23 comes along with a promise.

00:23:44.300 God says he will turn the sins of evil people back on them.

00:23:49.860 He will destroy them for their sins.

00:23:53.820 I take great comfort in that because I serve a mighty living God

00:24:01.260 who has allowed us to go through this season of discomfort

00:24:06.800 because we as a nation have turned our backs on him.

00:24:11.180 And we need to get right.

00:24:13.780 So I am just going to thank you so much.

00:24:17.620 I'm going to say God bless you and God bless Canada.

00:24:21.480 Thank you.
