00:02:38.100 Tonight's topic is Analyzing Sexual Predatory Behavior and Systemic Grooming in the Education

00:04:12.040 And the sexual deviance, as you say, these white-collar sexual psychopaths are the ones that we need

00:04:21.220 And you were able to walk us through that last week in a way that it made me think differently

00:04:29.060 about the people that even I, in my position with Action for Canada, as we're creating the

00:04:35.480 notices of liability and asking people to go into the school boards, dealing with ministers of

00:04:40.560 education and government officials, thinking, how can they do this?

00:04:44.020 How can they go along with the sexualization and sexual exploitation of our children and the

00:04:50.240 mutilating of our children and giving them drugs?

00:04:53.180 I have been just at such a loss.

00:04:55.400 But after listening to you last week, it helped put things in a different perspective.

00:06:30.540 Now, as far as the literature, as far as the science, as far as those that are in the field

00:06:38.740 that speak to the issue of psychopathy, I want people to understand that there is science behind

00:06:44.600 it, they've been able to scan the brains of psychopaths.

00:06:49.100 And so there's no question that a psychopath's brain now works differently.

00:06:54.040 That's different than the gray and white matter.

00:06:56.060 This is how it processes things.

00:06:58.680 This is how it sees things, as it were.

00:07:02.680 So you can put it under a scan, you can see colors as far as where activity is, and where

00:07:11.180 activity is in a normal person's brain that has a conscience, has empathy, has remorse,

00:07:17.800 a lot of activity in the frontal lobe, in the occipital, I'm sorry, in the orbital area.

00:07:26.120 That's where somewhere in there is conscience.

00:07:31.480 So someone who has a conscience doesn't have to think about how they will respond, especially

00:07:37.640 when it has to do with impacting someone else.

00:07:41.140 And that's what our conscience is there for.

00:07:43.140 Our conscience is designed to keep us on our side of somebody else's boundaries.

00:07:49.400 But boundaries separate things of importance.

00:07:51.480 So to the extent that I care about you as much as I care about me, I will keep myself

00:07:58.240 in check, and therefore my conscience will be active, it'll be effective, it'll be that

00:08:03.560 still small voice for those of us that are Christians, I believe the Lord uses our conscience

00:08:08.320 to get our attention.

00:08:10.780 And so if you ask a normal person if they want to violate their conscience, a normal,

00:08:18.080 healthy person will say, no, I don't want to have a hardened heart, I don't want to have

00:08:22.500 a hardened conscience, because they value their conscience.

00:08:26.620 They know what it's there for.

00:08:29.280 But if you started to violate your conscience, eventually, strangely enough, you would go through

00:08:34.920 several different stages, I think about eight to ten stages, and eventually you would get

00:08:40.920 to a point where, actually probably about ten stages, you'd get to a point where you actually

00:08:46.720 were not just okay without having a conscience, or not having a conscience, but you would actually

00:08:52.260 enjoy it, you'd actually be very free, and you would start to have disdain for those that

00:08:58.100 do have a conscience, and eventually you would experience two things if you were a psychopath,

00:09:03.560 and there's two kinds.

00:09:04.560 The kind that we most typically think of, that's called a bloody psychopath.

00:09:09.200 These two terms come from Dr. Robert Hare out of the University of British Columbia, the

00:09:14.580 author of the PCLR, the Hare Psychopathy Checklist.

00:09:18.280 I'm certified in that forensically.

00:09:21.500 He coined the phrase, he coined two phrases, a bloody psychopath and a white-collar psychopath.

00:09:28.620 Bloody psychopath, that's self-evident, that's what most of us think of.

00:09:31.960 That's what I thought of before working in the prison system.

00:09:35.440 But Dr. Robert Hare referenced a white-collar psychopath.

00:09:39.500 He's also written a very good book called Snakes in Suits.

00:09:43.980 So, Snakes in Suits, a snake, a snaky kind of person in a three-piece suit.

00:09:48.400 Where do we find that person?

00:09:50.140 We find them in politics, we find them in finance, we find them in the ministry.

00:09:56.380 2 Peter chapter 2 describes that.

00:09:58.660 At 2,000 years old, Peter was talking about exactly the description of someone that has

00:10:06.300 no conscience and he is working people and he's helping himself to the cash and the women.

00:10:11.820 But you notice it doesn't say small children.

00:10:15.140 When somebody eventually gets to a point where they have descended through the various stages

00:10:20.900 of eventually what's called deviance and they begin to hunger after having a negative effect

00:10:29.960 or negative impact and that's what deviance is.

00:10:32.860 That's what psychopathy is all about.

00:10:35.160 Sociopathy is about sales.

00:10:37.000 Psychopathy is about having an effect.

00:10:39.640 So, by the time a person, I'll focus on men right now, although you can have psychopathic

00:10:46.280 women, if you've ever seen the movie Tangled, that animated film with Rapunzel, Mother Gothel

00:10:52.020 was a white-collar psychopath.

00:10:55.220 How about Cinderella?

00:10:57.180 How about the wicked stepmother?

00:10:58.820 She was a white-collar psychopath.

00:11:00.140 So, you can have either gender, right?

00:11:04.460 Either sex.

00:11:05.320 How about Ghislaine Maxwell and Epstein?

00:11:10.520 Both are psychopaths.

00:11:12.440 You will tend to see male and female psychopaths operating in different ways.

00:11:18.220 So, there's pretty characteristic modes of operating.

00:11:23.360 Women, female psychopaths will tend to be very calculated.

00:11:28.720 Both are calculating.

00:11:30.140 But they're not going to get into...

00:11:32.320 This sounds interesting, but ready?

00:11:34.120 They're not going to get into...

00:11:35.440 They're not going to be the ones to sexually harm someone, to inflict harm.

00:11:39.960 They're going to be getting the cash.

00:11:42.380 They're going to be getting power out of the deal.

00:11:44.740 They do love watching somebody in duress, but rare is a time that you will have a female

00:11:50.280 actively inflicting sexual trauma upon someone as far as, let's say, using objects.

00:11:57.440 You don't have that among the female populations of sex offenders, let's say.

00:12:04.540 There's very few female sex offenders.

00:12:07.640 For instance, in the state of Pennsylvania, I just spoke to this on social media because

00:12:11.720 somebody was trying to equate male and female sex offenders, and there's no equating them.

00:12:18.200 Now, I'll give you an example.

00:12:19.900 In the state of Pennsylvania, in the United States, you have 23 prisons.

00:12:25.740 Guess how many are female?

00:12:29.340 Two.

00:12:30.720 Okay.

00:12:30.960 So, right there, you know, they need 21 prisons for men and just two for women.

00:12:35.940 Of the overall percentage, and this is where I will actually now bring up one of my slides.

00:12:44.080 There are far more men that are sex offenders than women, number one.

00:12:48.740 And the majority of women who offend, maybe I'll prepare my little slide here behind the

00:12:55.080 scenes if I can find it.

00:12:57.680 I think that's it.

00:12:58.800 Yes.

00:12:59.040 So, now I'll, I'm going to share my screen.

00:13:03.340 Rare is the time that you have a woman that's arrested for a sex offense.

00:13:07.360 And generally speaking, you will have those women who either facilitated kids being a predator

00:13:16.560 gaining access.

00:13:17.600 So, those are the ones, and I'm not justifying or minimizing any of the effect, but it's the

00:13:23.600 mother that was into drugs that allowed the perpetrator to gain access.

00:13:28.660 It is the woman who allowed for the filming of the child.

00:13:33.880 I don't even know of a single situation.

00:13:36.140 Of course, they're out there, but it is so rare to hear that a woman used an object in

00:13:41.640 offending a child.

00:13:44.200 You have women that are involved in trafficking other women, so female pimps.

00:13:49.740 You hear about massage parlors, and oftentimes women are involved in that.

00:13:54.660 It's still surreal to me, but you're going to, you're not going to have typically the

00:14:01.820 female who's the active party, especially when it comes to young children.

00:14:06.300 Oftentimes, which you'll also read about in the newspaper, and again, anytime they're

00:14:10.700 sex offending, it hits the newspaper.

00:14:12.700 You'll tend to hear that there was a female teacher, either high school or junior high, and

00:14:18.500 she was grooming and then exploiting young kids, either having a party, filming things, or was

00:14:25.960 having sex with these kids, young boys.

00:14:29.220 But typically, you're not going to have a woman.

00:14:33.780 Again, I do sex offender treatment.

00:14:37.600 I'm not minimizing any of this.

00:14:39.080 But the reality is, rare is a time that a woman herself actually offends a child younger

00:14:46.580 than puberty.

00:14:47.960 For men, see it all the time.

00:14:49.840 We call them pedophiles.

00:14:51.280 Okay.

00:14:51.780 This is a chart I put together.

00:14:53.380 These are the facts based upon in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

00:14:57.500 I'm going to assume that it's probably the same in every state, every province.

00:15:02.560 So what you have, you have the bell-shaped curve here.

00:15:04.700 In the U.S., about 1% of the population is in prison.

00:15:11.080 So you notice over three deviations outside the norm, we've got the bell-shaped curve.

00:15:16.520 From there over to the right, you have the prison population.

00:15:21.460 And so I tried to show kind of populations within populations within populations.

00:15:26.520 So within, not everybody that goes to prison has anti-personality disorder.

00:15:32.340 So it may sound strange, but you have some people that are able to be rehabilitated.

00:15:39.480 I'll give you one example.

00:15:40.840 That would be, let's say, somebody that's in for DUIs, driving while under the influence.

00:15:47.280 That person can be rehabilitated if they take things seriously, drugs and alcohol.

00:15:53.260 There's drug and alcohol units that go through programs.

00:15:56.160 Okay, so there are offenses that somebody, you know, if they get in a car accident, they were driving while under the influence, and now you have vehicular manslaughter.

00:16:07.380 The person is in there, there is the ability to be rehabilitated, but he may be in for 5 to 10 to 25 years or longer, depending upon what he did.

00:16:17.360 Okay, so within the prison population, though, you have a significant number, though, that are antisocial.

00:16:27.480 Now, what is antisocial?

00:16:29.480 It sounds a little different than what it really is.

00:16:32.880 Oftentimes, we will use the word antisocial to mean, technically, within the field of psychology, we call it asocial.

00:16:39.400 So, if somebody is shy, they're not called antisocial, though we say that a lot.

00:16:45.580 They would be asocial, so somebody that doesn't socialize.

00:16:50.480 Antisocial is someone that goes against the norms or mores of society.

00:16:55.780 Now, you can tell, depending upon the society, you can have fewer or, you know, that can fluctuate.

00:17:02.020 But antisocial personality disorder is part of what's called the cluster B of personality disorders.

00:17:07.880 That has to do with those that are going to be very dramatic, very self-centered, and those that will cross boundaries.

00:17:17.700 So, antisocial personality disorder is someone who, the easiest way to view it is this.

00:17:23.260 They give themselves permission to craft the rules themselves, and they are not going to be hemmed in by society's norms.

00:17:32.720 It tends to be antisocial personality disorder, it tends to be impulsive by degree.

00:17:38.420 They will have a history, a paper trail of bumping up against and crossing societal norms and rules.

00:17:47.940 So, they will typically have a number of arrests.

00:17:53.220 And these are the ones that tend to stand out.

00:17:55.900 Where is the time that you have antisocial personality disorder that doesn't stand out?

00:18:00.920 And there's a misnomer that says psychopaths have antisocial personality disorder.

00:18:06.440 That is not true.

00:18:07.340 Not all of them.

00:18:09.100 As a matter of fact, I would say the ones that we're concerned about for this program,

00:18:13.460 the ones that I'm concerned about, the sophisticated psychopaths, sexual predators,

00:18:19.020 they are not antisocial.

00:18:21.460 Let me qualify that again.

00:18:23.380 Are they normal?

00:18:24.140 No.

00:18:24.960 Do they appreciate society's norms?

00:18:28.460 No.

00:18:29.720 But they fit in well.

00:18:31.160 Why?

00:18:31.480 Because they're calculating.

00:18:33.080 You don't run for political office if you are antisocial.

00:18:37.640 Why?

00:18:37.880 Because you have a criminal history.

00:18:39.820 You appear smooth.

00:18:41.880 You appear congenial and affable and likable.

00:18:47.780 An antisocial personality is not likable.

00:18:50.380 When you meet somebody that has antisocial personality, you really know up close and personal very

00:18:59.640 quickly.

00:19:02.000 And again, they're not impulsive.

00:19:04.100 The sophisticated psychopaths are very methodical.

00:19:07.200 Within that overall rubric of antisocial personality disorder, you then will have, in my estimation, sociopaths and psychopaths.

00:19:19.180 And then we're going to get into what's called the sexually violent predators, SVP.

00:19:23.560 And then within sexually violent predators, which that is a designation, by the way, given by a judge, at least here in the U.S.

00:19:32.080 There is no law that says if you break certain laws, you get SVP designation.

00:19:37.560 You don't.

00:19:38.460 That is added to a judge.

00:19:40.180 So, in a way, there's not consistency as far as who gets SVP and who doesn't.

00:19:45.540 Trust me, there's a lot of people that should be given SVPs that have not.

00:19:49.700 I'll give you one example.

00:19:50.920 Jimmy Hinton, Pastor Jimmy Hinton's father, Jimmy Hinton and I started ChurchProtect.org.

00:19:57.860 We started because we found there was commonality in our concern for protecting kids in churches.

00:20:04.560 His father was a pastor for about 25 years or so, was perping on his own kids.

00:20:09.760 They homeschooled, was perping on his own daughters, kids in the congregation, and kids in the community for years and years.

00:20:17.180 So, there's a guy that is truly a sexually violent predator, yet the judge was going to give him that label.

00:20:25.780 But the inmate, senior Mr. Hinton, who's now going to essentially serve life in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, given his age.

00:20:36.480 I think he got 25 to 50 years.

00:20:38.080 He should have gotten life.

00:20:40.600 He appealed to the judge to not give him that designation, and the judge agreed.

00:20:46.980 It's like, whatever.

00:20:48.540 You know, it's surreal.

00:20:49.480 But Hinton knew that if he goes to prison and he's called to SVP, he's an easier target.

00:20:54.960 So, he was able to finesse the judge.

00:20:58.500 So, again, as we talked about last time, a sophisticated psychopath knows how to manage impression and work the crowd.

00:21:07.220 So, a child predator is among those that are SVPs, and you can have a sexually violent predator designation placed upon you if you harm women.

00:21:17.560 So, let's say you are raping a bunch of women.

00:21:19.700 You're a serial rapist.

00:21:20.800 You will be called a sexually violent predator.

00:21:23.000 If you go after children, it's much easier, typically, to have that designation placed upon you.

00:21:30.080 But look at how few there are.

00:21:33.660 All things being equal, you're almost in five deviations outside the norm.

00:21:38.460 But I want to tell people that for my purposes in trying to awaken people to the dangers of predators in churches and those that are the most sophisticated,

00:21:53.680 we're talking about the men in that far right box.

00:21:59.120 How many of those does it take to endanger a church full of people and especially kids?

00:22:11.300 It only takes one.

00:22:13.000 Why?

00:22:13.720 Because do you know how many victims they will have?

00:22:17.260 The average pedophile has hundreds of victims by the time they're busted.

00:22:21.900 Why?

00:22:24.040 Because, and what's it take to create a victim?

00:22:27.080 A single incident.

00:22:29.340 Okay.

00:22:29.640 This man, Senior Hinton, was actually abusing kids when he would baptize them.

00:22:38.680 He would put his finger inside the girl's vaginas while he was baptizing them.

00:22:44.400 Let that sink in.

00:22:45.540 And this is how vile we're talking about.

00:22:47.920 Okay.

00:22:48.320 So, the concerns I have are for those men because SVP, child predators, do you know they're not doing life?

00:22:56.580 Well, there will be some that will be in for life.

00:22:59.060 But it is possible, depending upon how you were assessed and what kind of sentence was handed down, you could be out in 10 years.

00:23:11.700 And I'll tell you where those men are typically going to go.

00:23:15.540 They're going to go to church.

00:23:17.200 Why?

00:23:18.040 Because most churches will open their arms to these men.

00:23:21.340 Now, if the man had stolen money from the bank account, oh, he'd never be welcomed back.

00:23:28.220 But somehow, we're going to view these men as like David and Bathsheba.

00:23:33.560 Folks, these are not David and Bathsheba.

00:23:35.540 As a matter of fact, I will make the case that Judas was a psychopath.

00:23:40.280 You have to be pretty bad for Satan to possess you.

00:23:42.880 But I don't believe Judas would have offended a child.

00:23:48.920 I would have been okay having Judas babysit my kids.

00:23:52.960 That may sound strange.

00:23:54.000 But I wouldn't worry about him perping on my kids.

00:23:57.820 Now, stealing from my bank account, yes.

00:24:00.240 But I don't think he would have perped on kids.

00:24:05.080 So, again, the little tiny boxes over on the right is the folks that we're focusing on.

00:24:15.380 Now, how do you spot them in a crowd?

00:24:18.300 You don't because the further someone goes outside the norm, they either look really whacked out or they look really normal.

00:24:28.620 I'm going to now show you how this plays out in a way.

00:24:44.000 But here's the best way to understand psychopaths and psychopathy.

00:24:49.700 As you go down, and I guess this is the other one, I have another chart that actually lists, and I'll tell you where those are.

00:24:57.800 As far as narcissism, sociopathy, and psychopathy, okay?

00:25:02.820 We have our two little people up here, and this will pertain to what we're dealing with now in sexual psychopaths and the dangers of the trans movement, by the way.

00:25:16.300 Our little guy on the right, you see these two people as they are traversing, they're either going up or going down on their journey of life.

00:25:25.180 The person on the right doesn't have any knapsacks.

00:25:29.480 The knapsacks represent the person's responsibility to do what is right, just, and fair.

00:25:34.720 That comes out of Proverbs 1 and 2.

00:25:37.460 So, Paul told people, each man should carry their own load, but we bear one another's burdens.

00:25:43.100 The Greek word for burden is bolder.

00:25:45.580 But we are to each own our own load.

00:25:50.680 That's a knapsack.

00:25:51.840 So, our knapsacks constitute our responsibility to treat each other properly.

00:26:00.220 But to the extent that I begin to care more about myself than someone else, I will start to objectify someone else.

00:26:08.100 So, instead of loving people and using things, the more I get into selfishness, the more I start to descend into the minus numbers, my ego grows, and your value decreases in my eyes.

00:26:25.520 And so, I will begin to use you.

00:26:29.500 And I will do that by taking my responsibility to do what is right, just, and fair, and begin to place it on you.

00:26:36.360 So, a dysfunctional relationship, by the way, is a one-up, one-down relationship.

00:26:41.000 The person on the right doesn't have any knapsacks.

00:26:42.720 Now, the further somebody goes downhill, they will inevitably start to use other people for all they're worth.

00:26:53.420 So, they will begin to gather to themselves.

00:26:56.880 They will begin to manipulate people on the way down as far as revealing who they are in a masterful way.

00:27:07.060 Who they, meaning the person on the right.

00:27:08.760 So, the person on the right, in this current relationship, we call it a toxic relationship.

00:27:15.540 It's all one way.

00:27:17.060 We have the person on the right being the dump or the person on the left being the dumpy.

00:27:20.720 Now, what does this have to do with psychopathy?

00:27:23.720 Question is this.

00:27:24.540 We know this person on the right is at a minus four at this point.

01:25:14.200 I've heard you say that if there was no pornography, there would be no LGBTQ, and as far as sexual

01:25:22.360 offenses and things like this are concerned.

01:25:24.300 And you've also said, you know, that they're trying to, not trying to, they're accomplishing,

01:25:30.960 affecting a child's intuition.

01:25:32.780 And we are born with some natural intuition, you know, where you say, you know, my gut, I

01:25:40.960 And now they're so perverting what it is that a child in a normal, healthy society would be

01:25:50.620 I remember growing up, there were individuals that came to school, there was police officers

01:25:55.240 and said, look, we've got black socks, and you know, certain characteristics about they

01:25:59.640 are if anybody approaches you, and they're not wearing those black socks and different

01:26:04.920 things, then you have to question whether or not they're legitimately a police officer

01:26:08.800 and whether you should go away with them.

01:26:10.820 Like there were certain things being instilled into us.

01:26:14.160 And, you know, there was this over-sexualizing in the school systems, these pornographic books.

01:26:58.480 world, I mean, the US, Ireland, the UK, everybody is dealing with this same thing.

01:27:11.720 school boards and being censored and shut down and turned away and blocked.

01:27:17.880 And so what we're finding with the notice of liability, and we did this regarding the

01:27:24.040 jab as well, is that we thought, okay, there has to be a sense of liability because not everybody,

01:27:29.540 not seven out of seven of those school trustees are pedophiles or groomers.

01:27:35.220 Some of them are just those individuals that don't want to, they just are there for the

01:27:39.380 job and they don't want to create any type of trouble for themselves because they don't

01:27:44.460 care about the children.

01:27:45.660 So they're going along to get along.

01:27:48.680 And what we're doing is we're saying, look, what you're doing to children, a notice of liability

01:27:54.260 liability is a notice that says, what you're doing is either unlawful or causing harm.

01:27:59.700 And then we provide evidence of it, the criminal code.

01:28:02.900 And in this situation, it's both what they're doing is criminal and it's causing harm.

01:28:08.080 And so there, these individuals that are going along to get along are thinking, hmm, I see

01:28:14.080 the criminal code is being quoted there.

01:28:27.160 And I want to talk to you about a couple of them, a superintendent school board trustees like

01:28:34.400 We've done several videos on her in the Chilliwack school district, who is denying even the

01:28:42.400 conversation to address the books.

01:28:46.100 And if you talk about any type of the criminal code or the legal aspect of it, you know, she

01:28:52.140 mutes people.

01:28:53.220 Then you've got the person sitting next to her, Karen Bonder, whom I understand that you

01:28:59.540 have done your risk assessment on.

01:29:02.180 But I want to talk about somebody else.

01:29:04.960 I'm going to give a scenario rather than bring up names.

01:29:07.680 We have, um, in British Columbia, an individual who is a drag queen.

01:29:14.380 So we dug into who this drag queen was, and it ends up that they weren't only a drag queen,

01:29:20.380 they're an EA, an education assistant at the local, in the local school district.

01:29:26.220 And they are also part of, um, BC Autism Association.

01:29:32.320 So we did a little more deeper dive into this person, one thing to be a drag queen, but we

01:29:38.900 know, I would encourage everybody to do this.

01:29:41.740 If you know that there's going to be a drag queen in a community library, library, or invited

01:29:46.480 to a school, start doing some research on them because you will see them proudly going

01:29:50.860 across the stage in, you know, with the most vile, uh, in conduct and go to their social

01:29:58.240 media sites.

01:30:01.740 We found videos that were not performances on stage, but videos enacting murders.

01:30:09.800 This individual would murder somebody in the video.

01:30:14.800 Then they were grinding up their body parts and making a meal and eating them and then feeding

01:30:20.640 them to a pig, their pet pig.

01:30:22.960 This pet pig happens to be a pig that is used as a prop in the municipality, in family friendly

01:30:33.320 events in the parks during the summer.

01:30:37.380 We have a situation in British Columbia years ago where we had the Picton pig farmer, where

01:30:42.680 he was, uh, murdering prostitutes and feeding them to their pigs.

01:30:47.500 There's, you know, there's some very sick details about this individual.

01:30:51.760 And then the social media site was filled with the most vulgar, uh, disgusting content

01:30:58.520 that I'd ever come across.

01:31:00.620 And we captured all of that.

01:31:02.480 So what we did is we put all this evidence together and we provided it to the school board

01:31:07.940 and the school board superintendent.

01:31:09.180 And I have had reports that the school board superintendent told this individual, just turn

01:31:15.600 your social media off from the public and we're okay.

01:31:20.980 And as far as it, what would we said?

01:31:23.300 It was, uh, the videos are artistic, uh, license is, is what they had said.

01:31:28.660 So if I'm looking at this from two scenarios, I know, I know schools trustees, uh, that are

01:31:35.700 speaking up on that school board about Soji and about the books.

01:31:39.200 I know there's really good people.

01:31:41.200 And, and so they're watching all of this unfold and doing their best to manage it.

01:31:46.360 But the school superintendent has consistently covered up, supported the books, said it's

01:31:53.680 on based on, um, you know, the, the amendment to the human rights code to include gender identity

01:31:58.860 and gender expression.

01:31:59.720 They're just complying.

01:32:00.760 And, uh, you know, they don't want to be in violation of, of the human rights code.

01:32:05.300 And this is the position that he's taking now, just to finish off in this city, the RCMP

01:32:12.860 are, are, um, federal, uh, police.

01:32:15.920 That's they're called the RCMP in Canada.

01:32:18.940 The RCMP have just launched a new unit because of a surge in child pornography.

01:32:25.760 The mayor was arrested a couple of months ago for sexual crimes.

01:32:30.940 They waited till after the election, I believe to arrest him.

01:32:34.480 And I just saw another, um, headline that, uh, there's a high rate of sexual exploitation

01:32:41.220 of children in this same city.

01:32:43.920 So there's a lot going on.

01:32:45.740 I've just unpacked a little bit, but with this individual, if you were to do a risk assessment

01:32:51.340 of someone like this, being around children in such an intimate environment of taking care

01:32:58.920 of their every need, what would you in, in a professional aspect say about this?

01:33:06.200 I would say that if anybody doesn't take him at face value, you don't understand how to keep

01:33:12.880 people safe.

01:33:13.500 So the one thing about psychopaths is, is this, especially sexual psychopaths, but it's

01:33:21.120 by the time somebody becomes psychopathic, especially a man, half the fun, I use that

01:33:27.400 in quotes because they're driven.

01:42:06.020 assistant commissioner at the time, and now he's the deputy commissioner in charge of British Columbia.

01:42:13.620 And he seemed like a genuinely good man, referred to himself as a Christian.

01:42:18.640 And he was at odds because they were demanding the LGBTQ wanted to put the flag up the flagpole.

01:42:26.240 And there should be no flags up our flagpoles except for the Canadian flag.

01:42:32.080 The creator of the pride flag said that's what flags are for, about proclaiming power.

01:42:56.380 And I had reached out to the RCMP in Chilliwack to do an assessment to commence an investigation regarding the books.

01:43:05.380 And so Corporal Goddard had said, well, you know, give me a list of the books.

01:43:11.800 And it was, it's perfectly normal, genderqueer, identical.

01:43:15.780 The Chilliwack school, high school, has seven books of identical.

01:43:19.820 One was out at the time that we took the screenshot and new home, et cetera.

01:43:25.060 I mean, this is pornographic material.

01:43:27.000 I said, this is pornographic, sexually explicit.

01:43:29.840 And I'm very concerned about our kids.

01:43:32.120 And he said, well, you need to go through the process of the school boards.

01:43:37.700 They're shutting down the school board meetings.

01:43:40.000 They're not permitting discussion on this.

01:43:43.060 The superintendent, Rohan, is supporting all of this as well.

01:43:46.900 That was on a Friday, and I was at a speaking engagement out of town.

01:43:52.800 And so on the Wednesday of the following week, I thought it would take a week or two weeks through their sexual crimes division to come through to a decision.

01:44:02.220 And I know that these are sexually explicit and pornographic, but they came back with the decision that the head of the sexual crimes division said that they have determined that these are not pornographic.

01:44:13.860 And I still need to get back in contact with them because I had also said sexually explicit.

01:44:20.380 At the same time, the mission school board is banning Action for Canada on the same night because we had presented in January, and it took a lot of effort to make sure that I was able to display the books on the Zoom call.

01:44:38.660 They actually shut me down, but not until I had a considerable amount of it on record.

01:44:43.220 The headline in the media was that Action for Canada was being banned for not following policy and for showing disturbing and graphic material.

01:45:51.560 This gal, unfortunately, went down that avenue of being bi, trans, you know, being really mixed up.

01:46:01.040 But she got also hooked on hard drugs, and she ultimately had a fentanyl overdose.

01:46:06.180 And the school district is aware of this.

01:46:09.040 And then the same day I'm meeting with the superintendent in Mission,

01:46:13.300 mother had, the headline was, is that a mom in Mission was filing legal action against the Mission School District

01:46:20.780 because her nine-year-old boy, her son, was sexually assaulted by five classmates.

01:46:27.960 And so, you know, this is the type of thing that we're fighting against.

01:46:32.480 Legal actions will be commencing.

01:46:34.760 And so I think that I would want to give people encouragement who are watching this show,

01:46:39.420 who are also showing up at the school board meetings.

01:46:42.440 We need thousands of people to show up at these meetings.

01:46:45.740 We need them to understand that we are not going to sit back and allow our children to be sexually exploited

01:46:53.900 and sexually abused within the school system and then physically mutilated and harmed for the rest of their life.

01:53:14.740 So if you have XY chromosomes or if you have XX chromosomes, to tell someone they have the opposite, you are now affirming a delusion.

01:53:30.300 And the one thing predators go after, by the way, is they have to overcome somebody's resistance.

01:53:36.200 Resistance comes from, or really boundaries, it comes from intuition.

01:53:46.060 the reason why they went into the trans movement is either social or for their own safety's sake.

01:53:52.480 Sexual abuse survivors and kids on the autism spectrum both have a very hard time with their intuition, with trusting themselves.

01:53:59.680 Therefore, they are easy prey.

01:54:02.220 So if you're a predator, what population are you going to look for?

01:54:06.500 Where are you going to find those?

01:54:07.460 In churches and in the trans movement, because they want to believe.

01:54:12.780 So my greatest concern is this, for the board members, do you want to take a high bar or a low bar approach?

01:54:18.500 Low bar approach causes you as a mandated reporter to reinterpret the red flag indicators of sexual abuse,

01:54:28.220 So you can't fulfill your basic duty of protecting these kids.

01:54:32.300 And here's the greatest concern, as much of a concern as I have for survivors and protecting them, protecting women and children.

01:54:40.160 I have a little bit more concern about creating the climate and bringing about the ingredients that will create not just sex addiction, but sexual predators.

01:54:54.420 You put highly sexualized material in front of boys and you run the risk of creating a sexual psychopath that is a hunter and all he needs is what?

01:55:07.120 Time alone with some vulnerable kid in a single space bathroom.

01:55:12.060 And therefore, here would be my final message to any school board member, which would be this, as a parent, I'll issue those concerns and say, so I want to put you board members on notice that if there is an increase in sexual assault or if my kid gets sexually assaulted,

01:55:30.220 I'm going to sue you in your professional capacity and personal capacity because you have been given enough notice to ensure that you raise the bar on child protection.

01:55:42.940 And if you can't discern who is or isn't safe, and if you opt for a low bar approach, you have made it easy.

01:55:57.660 So if there's an increase in sexual assault on campus and if my child is sexually assaulted, you've been forewarned.

01:56:06.940 That's exactly what it is that our notices of liability are for, because we've told people very, very clearly that as Canadians, we are all we all have a duty to uphold the law, the criminal code and an amendment to the human rights code to include gender identity and gender expression.

02:02:27.940 Well, I've done some digging in some research, and I know I'm going to come across the information

02:02:32.500 that I need, but I have found out that in mission, they are actually having a, I won't call it

02:02:39.720 a crisis, but they're having elevated and severe concerns with children's mental stability.

02:02:50.020 And then I've also been informed that they are targeting grade four, five, and six with this

02:02:57.320 trans agenda, the queer, queer, queer agenda.

02:03:00.980 And specifically what they're doing is they are no longer saying, if you feel this way,

02:03:42.620 And so if I could just, because I want to focus on him for a minute, what would you have to

02:03:47.760 say about the school board superintendents like Mr. Cardell and Mr. Wilson in mission,

02:03:54.040 whom I had an hour and a half conversation with, and I had thought that it had gone very

02:03:58.680 well, but he was one of the ones in the school board meeting that's silent and allowing those

02:04:03.400 kids in that community to be harmed.

02:11:58.560 It was the poor, un-understood lack of understanding and compassion for gay and lesbians, which, you know, morphed into the queer and the trans and now the pedophiles and the beast, those with doing bestiality, the furries.

02:12:16.120 I just want to point out, you were talking about, this is grooming in the system and that the kids that are susceptible of whether autistic or low self-esteem, et cetera, who may have been either sexually harmed, maybe a huge amount of neglect or physical harm within their family dynamics.

02:12:41.000 But I think a lot of the problem now, aside from that, a lot of these kids are coming from good homes where none of those issues are what are, is the reason why they are moving towards saying they're non-binary.

02:12:58.100 It is almost like the new fad.

02:13:00.760 And the reason is, I was talking to a lady today and a mom with a 10-year-old daughter in the school system, I might have even been in the mission school system, actually, and the 10-year-old daughter was coming home and she was, she didn't want to go to school.

02:13:16.100 She was so upset, she was being bullied and picked on.

02:13:18.680 And the reason was, 10 years old, is that the rest of the girls in the class were going to the Gay Straight Alliance Club.

02:13:26.940 And of course, they're announcing those on the PA and asking kids that are gay straight by, you know, questioning to come to this club.

02:13:35.580 And she didn't want to participate in the club.

02:13:37.820 She just wanted to be a 10-year-old kid.

02:13:39.720 And so they started turning on her and being very cruel.

02:13:43.400 So I think a lot of this is because of this indoctrination, this social contagion is at the root of it.

02:13:52.460 And then, yes, I have no doubt that now as well, these kids are being immersed in pornography.

02:13:59.980 A lot of the sites you're talking about go to, I want parents to be aware of Out in Schools, which is tied to the Queer Film Festival.

02:14:08.440 We've got links that kids have accessed through Out in Schools that go to hard gay porn.

02:14:15.480 And, I mean, we're talking about the real deal right there.

02:14:19.460 You can't undo that when your child sees this type of thing.

02:14:24.040 Their innocence is gone so quickly.

02:14:26.360 And the reason I'm talking just in closing about that, because I know it's, you know, very late.

02:14:31.480 But the government of Canada, Corrections Canada, has just come out with a report.

02:14:37.180 And the report was talking, it was specific to gender-diverse offenders with a history of sexual offending.

02:14:46.480 And 88% convicted were prior sex, had prior sex offenses.

02:14:51.840 And their main victims, children were 58%, and women were 55%.

02:14:58.780 And they had repeat offenders.

02:15:01.700 And what are they pushing in the school but gender diversity?

02:15:06.460 So basically what they're doing is they're creating very potentially future sexual offenders.

02:15:13.900 And these young boys who are in the school system who sexually abused this other nine-year-old boy is the evidence of it.

02:15:21.960 And so we have an insidious, prolific problem within our schools.

02:15:25.820 And I would just call on parents, just take your kids out.

02:15:28.780 Don't put them in the school system.

02:15:30.760 And for the rest of you, we're reaching out to pastors.

02:15:34.300 We're calling on them to ask their congregations to get involved with this movement that Action for Canada has.

02:15:46.660 They're opening their doors to us and saying, have your meetings here.

02:15:50.300 We won't be banned again from a rotary club or a local club run by the municipality.

02:15:56.080 And then we're asking them to get their congregation involved with us in showing up at the school boards, in being involved in future elections.

02:16:05.600 And I think that this is, you know, it was a very grassroots movement that's moved into a remarkable machine that's having a great impact.

02:16:13.460 And so, John, in closing, two more questions.

02:16:17.080 One is, how do you manage being immersed in this on a date?

02:16:21.820 How do you self-care for yourself and with your family?

02:16:25.140 I mean, this must be very difficult.

02:16:27.400 I know I have big shoulders for myself.

02:16:30.940 I believe God's given me an incredible shield to be, you know, doing this work.

02:16:41.140 And then not only do I have a regular client loan, but I deal with sex offenders.

02:16:47.860 So it's a whiplash effect.

02:16:50.300 And then dealing with all the social media stuff and then the trans stuff, trying to protect kids.

02:16:55.840 So a lot of prayer, exercise, trying to maintain my own anger, righteous indignation.

02:17:03.480 You have to have a righteous indignation if you don't, then you don't know what's happening.
