I am so thrilled to be able to introduce our next guest, Quest Fewitt.
00:00:05.280
Quest is 20 years old and a university student.
00:00:08.800
He's very concerned about the direction Canada is going
00:00:12.160
and is also troubled by the indoctrination in the educational system.
00:00:17.040
We're so thankful that he is willing to speak up about how the unlawful mandates
00:00:21.540
and loss of freedoms have affected him and his peers.
00:00:26.080
Please help me welcome, for the very first time ever,
00:00:40.820
and share with us what it's been like in the last two years for you.
00:00:45.720
Okay, well, when COVID, well, COVID as in the lockdowns first hit,
00:00:54.960
So I originally just thought my graduation was going to get crushed
00:00:58.500
that COVID would last for like about four months.
00:01:01.800
And then it turns out it lasted, you know, till now.
00:01:07.540
Specifically, how it affected me and my peers specifically is,
00:01:13.160
so my generation, I'm sure old people love complaining about the younger generations,
00:01:17.760
but seriously, my generation, the social statistics of my generation is not very good.
00:01:23.660
We're one of the most mentally ill generations, if not the most mentally ill generation.
00:01:34.760
So during the pandemic, I've only seen more social isolation, social decay,
00:01:41.480
and really a lot of people my age are now being put on depressive medication.
00:01:50.780
They're getting put on codeine or just a whole slew of drugs by doctors.
00:01:56.260
And I've just seen my generation is now so unfriendly because they really buy into this COVID stuff.
00:02:05.700
And it's just so depressing because the reason that this is all happening
00:02:15.260
As Action for Canada is very happy to share with everyone,
00:02:20.560
our education system is very, very deeply broken because it's an inherently liberal,
00:02:26.120
or I guess woke is a better term, organization.
00:02:29.120
I remember when I was, even in elementary, I was being taught about LGBTQ stuff.
00:02:34.360
This is from, you know, kindergarten to grade 12.
00:02:37.440
I was being taught about, you know, opening our borders,
00:02:40.580
how socialism is, you know, really helpful and beneficial to us.
00:02:48.960
like, I'm very lucky that I, you know, I kept my head on straight, I suppose.
00:02:57.040
I'm sure a lot of people in this audience too has found this where
00:02:59.580
even their own kids are, you know, incredibly woke
00:03:05.240
Or because my own, you know, my own brother is also incredibly woke
00:03:11.120
And another very depressing thing about the COVID-19 situation is when I was a kid,
00:03:17.780
I trusted doctors, I trusted scientists, and I trusted the government.
00:03:21.800
And all three of these areas have failed me and led to the situation where we're at now.
00:03:26.760
So it's just very depressing seeing all of the institutions that you used to trust
00:03:31.080
and used to think, you know, were fact-based and logical are just political actors.
00:03:45.260
You are, honestly, you're going to be a leader of the future.
00:03:49.120
When I hear you speak with such wisdom, understanding, and knowledge,
00:03:54.800
And I'm encouraged to hear it at the same time.
00:03:58.300
I've called the public school systems, even private school systems,
00:04:04.480
And, you know, I've been fighting for nearly seven years now.
00:04:08.960
The sexual orientation, gender identity, all of what you're talking about,
00:04:12.520
this trans LGBTQ agenda, this should not be part of the school system.
00:04:17.100
And I've been saying for many years that we're the adults.
00:04:20.000
We need to be stepping in and protecting our youth from this attack
00:04:27.900
The climate change propaganda, instilling fear, resentment towards, you know,
00:04:34.380
So, you know, as if we polluted all of the world and done these horrible things.
00:04:38.400
And none of the statistics as well are accurate there.
00:04:41.740
It's because of all these multi-trillion or billionaires wanting to make money.
00:04:47.640
And our kids have had to pay the brunt of this.
00:04:50.900
And so, Quest, I guarantee you, we at Action for Canada are bringing awareness.
00:04:58.300
And we're fighting really hard on behalf of you and your future.
00:05:02.120
And we are wanting to give you a voice because we need our youth fighting with us.
00:05:07.880
I'm always saying to tap into the rebellion, the natural rebellion of our youth
00:05:14.860
And so I'd love it if you'd be part of our team and help us to figure out how to do that.
00:05:23.860
So, Heather, do you want to come on with us as well?
00:05:26.940
Is there anything else that you would like to add, Quest, or to just if you were to give
00:05:34.440
a word to youth, whether in high school still or just the beginning years of university,
00:05:42.700
Well, unfortunately, by the time most people reach university, they're pretty very well,
00:05:48.060
But I encourage people to, like, sincerely, I know this is going to sound cliche and that
00:05:54.300
everyone says it, but I sincerely ask of people my age, especially, just straight up to listen
00:06:02.200
I'm not sure if you guys are keeping up social statistics of people my age, but we're incredibly,
00:06:10.680
Most of my studies come from the United States, but I can extrapolate them due to my own experience
00:06:16.100
and due to my knowledge, generally, of what the youth culture is like.
00:06:21.600
Lots of liberals, or people, I should say, in America are just willing to cut off the
00:06:26.440
other side or any people that dissent from their views.
00:06:29.340
They're just willing to cut off and not interact with.
00:06:31.100
So I know a lot of people, like, in my opinion, a long-held belief that I've had for my entire
00:06:37.220
life is, you know, organic food is a scam, and GMOs are 100% good, no matter what, because
00:06:44.920
And I never listened to people who told me to eat organic, but never listened to people
00:06:49.840
And then now, you know, I'm starting to think, like, there's truth in this.
00:06:53.960
Like, we are eating terribly, and part of that is our food process.
00:06:56.980
So I really encourage people to listen to the other side, as cliche as that is, because
00:07:02.420
And I feel like the biggest problem with my generate, well, not the biggest, but one of
00:07:06.780
the bigger problems is we just completely tune out anything we don't like, and we only
00:07:14.360
And I think that leads to incredible polarization and just hate towards people who think differently
00:07:21.220
And, you know, you made the comment of, you know, they don't agree with people who don't
00:07:27.200
That's even an oxymoron, or think like they do.
00:07:34.500
They've not been taught how to think critically or to question.
00:07:37.840
And if they did question, there was, you know, a subtle kind of reprimand for it, a conditioning,
00:07:45.440
Having kids stand up in classrooms, you know, the vaccinated on this side, the unvaccinated,
00:07:49.500
over there, you know, they have that herd mentality.
00:07:54.660
And they're counting on that with kids, because we as parents, we're bringing our kids up as
00:07:58.660
well to respect the adults, the authorities in their lives.
00:08:07.540
And I believe that if the youth understand that the government is using them as pawns,
00:08:13.080
if we can get that message because they think they're gullible, and they're stupid, and they
00:08:17.520
don't know how to think on their own, and that they'll just follow anything, you know, that
00:08:22.100
they're presenting to them, I think we may have a chance of undoing this, something has
00:08:27.320
Somebody has asked, like, how was, how has, how had you made out in university?
00:08:35.440
I actually haven't been on university campus yet, because up until, I think it's February,
00:08:43.560
I wasn't allowed on campus because I chose not to vaccinate myself.
00:08:46.880
And I wasn't allowed on campus because of that.
00:08:50.360
So I've really only been attending Zoom calls, and on said Zoom calls, not in all of them,
00:08:55.520
but in a lot of them, you know, like the unvaccinated, there were, you know, derogatory
00:08:58.680
comments towards the unvaccinated during them, or like, oh, this is all the unvaccinated people's
00:09:04.700
University is just as bad, if not worse than, you know, than all of high school and elementary.
00:09:11.940
University, we're constantly bombarded with, you know, LGTB, you know, propaganda and celebrations
00:09:20.360
and panels, and, you know, all of the woke propaganda, we're just absolutely bombarded
00:09:32.100
Yeah, basically, a lot is on the kids too, because the kids have their own volition, and
00:09:37.140
they have the right to, they have the right to choose their own paths.
00:09:39.860
And if they go on the wrong path, then that's their decision.
00:09:41.980
But I definitely think parents really need to watch out for what they're teaching, because
00:09:46.760
my mom didn't know what they were teaching me when I was in elementary or high school,
00:09:51.040
and I didn't know what they were teaching me was wrong, so I had no reason to tell her.
00:09:55.500
So I, like, really, parents need to be very involved in what, you know, information their
00:10:09.860
I'm realizing, because we need to get to David, but I think in the next few weeks, we're going
00:10:14.260
to have another youth evening, and I'm going to want you to come back on Quest.
00:10:19.200
We're going to have more interaction and conversation.
00:10:22.660
I believe that there's questions from our audience that they would like to ask you as
00:10:28.020
We want to know how we can help in talking to the next generation.
00:10:33.560
How can we do this in a way to reach out to them?
00:10:36.980
And so I think that that is definitely something that we are going to coordinate and arrange.
00:10:42.560
And so, Heather, was there anything else you want to add before we bring David on?
00:10:46.900
Yeah, I just wanted to say, Quest, thank you so much for coming on and for standing strong
00:10:50.820
too, and for being an example for all the other people in your age group.
