00:00:41.800possible mandate vaccination of the teachers and the other members of the
00:00:48.460school staff so my concern is really the mandate mandated vaccination of teachers
00:00:58.600and school board which is now strongly in the air so the government of BC is
00:01:08.560instructing school boards to make the decision regarding teachers being
00:01:14.080forced to be injected with the experimental gene therapy referred to as the
00:01:21.700COVID-19 vaccine and this is opening up you the trustees to personal liability
00:01:31.540according to school act so you have got a letter from the British Columbia School
00:01:41.980trustee Association which advise that trustees of the school board members
00:01:48.820are immunized from claims against them personally but this information is false
00:01:58.880they neglected to include two paragraphs of the section 94 of the school act in the
00:02:09.880letter you received from the British Columbia School trustee Association and according to these
00:02:21.040paragraphs trustees are not absolved of liability for any injuries sustained by a person so I really urge you possible with the help of any legal advice
00:02:39.860advice to your disposal to carefully examine the details of the letter which was presented to you and which I will give you as well today
00:02:52.860so legal actions has already commenced against the PC and the federal government
00:03:02.860so the BC Ministry of Education Jennifer Whiteside is named as the defendant in lethal action commencing against the BC government
00:03:17.860and to avoid the threat of liability associated with mandating employees to take the vaccine
00:03:28.860so that she is moving the responsibility for implementing implementing the vaccine mandate to you school box
00:03:43.860further I would like to mention that the Constitution Act mentions that any law that is in is inconsistent with the Constitution
00:03:56.860the Constitution is of no force and effect the Constitution protects the guaranteed right of the individual to decide what happens to their body
00:04:15.860and by attempting to enforce the vaccine mandate you are in violation of the Constitution
00:04:27.860so I'm here today to make an effort to warn you for any action against you by serving you with the personal notice of liability
00:04:42.860and I'm very pleased to hear today that in other school districts
