00:00:00.000 Welcome back everyone. For those of you who are new to the show, we play the orientation

00:00:10.960 website. Our goal is to empower you so you will be confident and educated as you stand up for
00:00:17.160 your rights and freedoms. The orientation as well as the recording of each week's Empower Hour are
00:00:23.760 available on our website should you want to re-watch them or share them with your family
00:00:27.980 and friends. In just a few minutes, Tanya Gaw, the founder of Action for Canada, will be coming on
00:00:33.860 to share her weekly updates with us and then she'll be joined by our special guest speaker,
00:00:39.280 Andy Lee. We'd like to invite you to join an Action for Canada chapter near you so you'll have an
00:00:45.400 opportunity to connect with other like-minded people who will support you as you stand up for
00:00:50.560 your rights and freedoms. Go to our website to join a chapter today. As well, please join us every
00:00:57.480 Tuesday for Taboo Talks with Tanya where she'll be tackling the tricky topics. This Zoom meeting
00:01:04.040 happens every Tuesday at 4 30 p.m pacific time and everyone is welcome, so be sure to register for
00:01:11.340 that. Last Friday was the final session of the eight-week youth leadership and speaker program and
00:01:18.100 it was such a pleasure and a real blessing to watch our young people become empowered under the training
00:01:23.840 and coaching of Dr. Greg Gary. Be sure to go to the Youth Freedom Movement page on our website where
00:01:30.160 you'll be able to watch the incredible speeches that some of the youth submitted. A special thank you to
00:01:35.980 all the young people and their parents who joined us each week for this program. We had a real blast and
00:01:42.020 we learned so much. It's been almost a month since Action for Canada committed to one week of fasting and
00:01:49.520 prayer. That initial one-week period was extended to the entire month of May and now it's being extended
00:01:56.240 yet again to June 4th. Please join us each morning at 7 a.m pacific time as we humbly come before the
00:02:04.100 Lord our God in worship, praise, intercession, and petition. I want to also remind you that we have a place
00:02:11.620 for anyone needing prayer to reach out to us with your specific prayer requests. Please note that your
00:02:18.040 information will be kept in strict confidence. To those of you on this call who have committed to
00:02:24.080 lifting everyone here at Action for Canada up in prayer each day, thank you. Prayer changes things
00:02:30.060 and we're so grateful knowing you're covering us with prayer. Thank you for your love and commitment
00:02:35.180 and for your faithfulness. You are such a blessing to us. As many of you know, Action for Canada is
00:02:42.140 volunteer run and is 100% supported by donations. Any amount helps and we also have a monthly donor
00:02:50.180 plan available to make things easier for you. We thank you so much for partnering with us and
00:02:55.460 contributing to this cause as we provide resources, solutions, and hope to Canadians all across this
00:03:02.260 land. For those of you who live in the Victoria area, please be sure to join Tanya and many other guest
00:03:09.540 speakers this coming Saturday from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Legislature for the Reclaiming Canada Conference.
00:03:17.620 As always, many, many thanks to all the incredible people who volunteer for Action for Canada,
00:03:23.660 from those doing the tiniest jobs to the biggest. I wish I could give you all a great big thank you hug.
00:03:29.640 And now, my friends, it's time for the Empower Hour.
00:03:39.540 Welcome, everyone, to the May 25, 2022 Empower Hour. Tanya Gaw, the founder of Action for Canada,
00:03:51.700 will be coming on in just a few moments to give us her weekly updates. Following that,
00:03:56.160 she'll be joined by our special guest, Andy Lee, who will be talking about the shocking dangers of
00:04:01.680 the rapid antigen tests. Action for Canada is a grassroots movement reaching out to millions
00:04:08.080 of Canadians and uniting our voices in opposition to the destructive policies tearing at the fabric
00:04:13.980 of our nation. Through call-to-action campaigns, we equip citizens to take action. We are committed
00:04:20.680 to protecting faith, family, and freedom. I'm always so honored to introduce you to Tanya Gaw,
00:04:28.540 the founder of Action for Canada, each week. For close to seven years, Tanya has been fighting
00:04:33.780 our big bully governments and has been exposing malfeasance and corruption at every level.
00:04:39.960 As well, she has faithfully been providing resources at rallies and on the Action for Canada
00:04:45.000 website so Canadians can be educated and empowered to stand up for their rights and freedoms.
00:04:51.180 Tanya is an incredible and passionate freedom fighter, a patriot, and a woman of faith and integrity.
00:04:57.640 And before she comes on, I want to ask you to please keep Tanya and Action for Canada
00:05:01.640 in your prayers each day. This is a spiritual battle, and the enemy of our souls is not happy
00:05:07.780 about the work that's being done here. Will you all please help me welcome Tanya Gaw?
00:05:15.660 Welcome, Tanya.
00:05:17.200 Thank you, Heather. And thank you, everybody, for joining us tonight. I always have to say it
00:05:22.260 every week, Heather, you do an amazing job of producing and going through the details of the
00:05:29.300 orientation. And we know we have new people on tonight and welcome to you. That's why we're here
00:05:34.420 at 4.30, opening our doors and at 4.45, the orientation begins, because we want you to know
00:05:40.980 what's available. A lot of people are still waking up, more are to come. And we would really appreciate
00:05:46.720 it if you help direct them to Action for Canada, because we are one of the only organizations that has
00:05:53.840 the type of resources to tangibly help people in their everyday lives fight all things COVID tyranny.
00:06:01.520 All right. So we have things for parents, resources for parents to protect their children, for
00:06:06.940 employees, for employers, business owners. We're really working hard to recruit elected officials
00:06:14.080 across Canada. It's all very grassroots, and it's all very simple. The more of us, there's way more of
00:06:19.740 us than them. We've got to remember this, but we do need to all work together in helping to provide
00:06:26.800 information to our neighbors, our friends, our family, our co workers. Because some of them,
00:06:33.000 some of them are already questioning inside, and they just need a nudge. They need a little information
00:06:39.360 that would help them to say, aha, I knew something wasn't right. And now you've provided me that
00:06:45.900 information. All right, I'm going to get to my weekly updates. And I'm just going to share my
00:06:52.200 screen right now, Terenzio. You're good. Here we go. Okay. All right. You may recognize this
00:06:58.440 gentleman. This is on our legal action page right here, details and updates. I want to let you know,
00:07:03.960 I've had several conversations with Rocco in the last few days as we prepare for our time in court this
00:07:10.100 coming Tuesday on May 31st, in the Vancouver Supreme Court, 10am. We're asking as many people
00:07:16.700 as possible to show up. We really want to have a strong presence to let the government know we're
00:07:21.080 very, very serious about all of this. I've updated the page this week. We took this off the home page.
00:07:25.960 If you want to watch the video, it was when we filed the statement of claim last year, August. And then
00:07:31.800 I've also got the affidavit from the meetings and information I've provided to the top RCMP in BC.
00:07:38.060 And I don't see them doing anything. But I tell you, they'll never be able to say they didn't know
00:07:43.440 multiple, multiple emails. I'll be providing those on this page as well to show the kind of
00:07:48.400 communication that Action for Canada has been putting forth and all of the efforts that we're
00:07:53.700 making. You know, I take a look at, you know, it's amazing that even people on our side want to attack
00:08:01.040 each other. And we've even been attacked regarding our case, you know, people want to say it's taken too
00:08:06.700 long, or it's got to do this and that you should use the Bill of Rights and not the Charter of Rights.
00:08:11.200 Rocco uses both, by the way. But show me a case where the Bill of Rights has won anything in the
00:08:16.160 last two and a half years. And you might you might win me over in that argument. But basically,
00:08:21.300 why would we argue? Let's wish everybody the absolute best with their cases. I am very confident
00:08:28.340 in the case that Rocco has put together. I don't care about the naysayers. It's easy for them on an
00:08:34.380 armchair to be sitting back and, you know, at their computers, making their comments. But I know
00:08:39.680 the work that Rocco has put into this. And I know the strategies and the cases that he's had in the
00:08:44.240 past that he's been successful at. And we're going to continue to count on that moving forward with
00:08:49.100 the case with Action for Canada, Vaccine Choice Canada, etc. And anybody else who Rocco has a case
00:08:54.540 going with. Those are the two top cases, I believe right now in Canada. And just because they haven't
00:08:59.860 hit the courts yet, don't believe for a moment that they're not already having effect. As soon
00:09:04.680 as we launched this case, the BC ferries are included in the statement of claim. They no longer
00:09:10.880 were pressing on people about the masks. And they were horrible, mean, nasty about people not traveling
00:09:17.740 on the ferry, which is the only essential travel between the mainland and the island, and forcing
00:09:24.480 people to wear masks, people with asthma. I had friends that had gone and they just couldn't even
00:09:28.980 climb the flight of stairs because they were being forced. Soon as we filed, they stopped the
00:09:33.740 nonsense about the mask. And they never, ever mandated vaccination for passengers. On another
00:09:39.920 note, you heard in the video at the beginning, for those of you who were here earlier, and I'm at a
00:09:45.100 rally. And I'm mentioning the fact that the other big win is Jennifer Whiteside is the Minister of
00:09:51.000 Education. She never, ever mandated vaccinations for school staff. And we had a huge campaign,
00:09:58.280 they tried to make the school boards be the ones to mandate vaccinations within their own
00:10:03.040 school districts. And we managed to keep 45,000 teachers and the other school staff employees
00:10:10.960 working throughout the whole time. So thank you. Wow, Rocco. Okay, so as Sheila had mentioned,
00:10:19.080 I just wanted to show you where this resource is, we must continue to support our youth. I'm going to be
00:10:25.280 highlighting a video in hopefully all of the calls to action coming up until I've gone through the
00:10:29.820 whole process of the kids who have entered their final speeches. So you go down here to youth
00:10:35.320 movement. You end up on this page. And at the top, we've posted the link. If you just click here,
00:10:42.040 you will come to the video page. And I would highly recommend that you take the time to go through and
00:10:48.780 hear what our youth are saying in Canada. Highly intelligent, highly articulate. They've got good
00:10:54.960 ideas. They've got a good handle on what is transpiring. And I'm just so incredibly proud of
00:11:01.240 them. And I'm so happy and proud of the team at Action for Canada that is reaching out to our youth
00:11:06.960 that's provided this platform, especially to Dr. Greg Gary, who did such an exceptional job on bringing
00:11:14.180 the kids through the program and teaching them how to be speakers, how to be leaders. We talked about
00:11:19.960 some of those social issues. I figure if the left can do it, boy, oh boy, so can we. And we need to.
00:11:25.820 We need to be the loudest voice in our kids' ears. Because I'm telling you, deep down inside, a lot of
00:11:31.100 them, they already know. They just need somebody else confirming what they know. All right. I'm just
00:11:37.040 going to go along. I just every week I want to bring this up. I want to bring up this page. All right.
00:11:41.400 If you haven't joined a chapter, please go under join to the A4C chapters. This is a map across Canada
00:11:48.380 of 159 chapters. We're also up here. You see that? We're up in the territories. This is a big deal,
00:11:54.600 my friends. This is a really big deal. And the reason it's such a big deal is because we've said
00:12:00.740 we want to take back every town and every city. And if we get enough people to join a chapter,
00:12:06.400 make it a priority, keep an eye on the chapter page, because down here you can see by province
00:12:12.000 how many that we've got. Here, look at this, Ontario, 48 chapters. I mean, we are having some
00:12:17.700 changes in some of the chapters. We are having a little bit of difficulties with communication
00:12:21.880 because it's people just like you and I with super good intentions that are working full-time jobs
00:12:26.780 that have offered to run a chapter, but they need people joining and supporting and coming together
00:12:32.680 as a team recruiting elected officials to run as school board trustees, mayor, city councils,
00:12:37.740 because we have a number of huge elections all across Canada coming this October at the municipal
00:12:43.180 level and with trustees. All right. And for those of you who are new, every week, we end up sending
00:12:51.720 out a weekly email. I'm not sure how you ended up hearing about this tonight. Maybe a friend sent you
00:12:55.860 the link. But if you want to know in the future, under call to action, under weekly emails,
00:13:00.660 this is where you would find this information. I also want to point out urgent actions. Make sure
00:13:06.820 you go and check out that page because we post our urgent actions there asking you to write to
00:13:11.580 senators and MPs, et cetera, on specific, very specific issues. So for today, we are going to go
00:13:18.100 into the corruption that is at all levels. And I'm not going to go in in depth about this. If you have
00:13:24.920 not listened to this video, please do so. A friend of ours and a member of our team, Lisa had done
00:13:32.460 incredible research into the rapid testing and the harms of it along with the team. She's part of our
00:13:38.400 writer team as well at Action for Canada. Well, she decided to call a company called Artron who are
00:13:45.000 providing in BC the rapid testings to children. And as we know, and as we'll go into in this show,
00:13:52.460 none of this should be put in the hands of children, nevermind adults, but children specifically,
00:13:59.020 very dangerous, the contents that are in the rapid testings. But anyway, she goes on to have this
00:14:04.700 recorded conversation. And Dr. Uma at Artron would not provide the information of whether or not certain
00:14:13.060 chemicals, sodium azide, et cetera, were in their particular product. And they pass the buck off,
00:14:20.400 you have to call Health Canada, who again, pass the buck off, et cetera. So nobody is getting informed
00:14:25.660 consent. You can't have informed consent. And the packaging doesn't give all the risks of what it is
00:14:32.340 that many of you are sticking up your nose and up your nose of your children. So please stop it. By the end
00:14:37.400 of this program, I'm hoping you're going to be convinced never ever to take a rapid test again. It's
00:14:42.640 illegal, it's unlawful, you don't have to do it. So we provide a little more information, as well as
00:14:48.080 about 50 calls made to poison control. I'd imagine that's an incredibly low number. I imagine that Health
00:14:55.640 Canada, like everything else, as far as injuries is concerned, is covering up. But they're at the same
00:15:00.720 time, very honest with us, because on their own webpages, it said, you know, don't don't provide to
00:15:05.200 children, it should be handled by medical professionals. It's really quite a joke. And the joke is on us.
00:15:10.660 And it's, it's very serious. Okay, so look at this dude. Yeah, Mr. Jerry Dias, not a surprise.
00:15:18.460 Largest union, one of the largest unions in Canada, the national president accepted $50,000
00:15:24.060 from a COVID-19 rapid test kit supplier. Always follow the money, money making business. If you go
00:15:31.060 on to this link, the government has poured in 4 billion, I've heard it's four to $8 billion towards
00:15:36.260 these useless rapid tests, these useless, dangerous rapid tests that they're trying to
00:15:40.900 force Canadians, and they are successfully convincing many Canadians to take. Rocco made
00:15:46.900 this video some time ago, we encourage you to listen to that. And then we get down here,
00:15:51.540 we always want to provide you solutions and help. And honestly, if you follow this to the T, you have
00:15:57.220 got to apply the pressure and you've got to talk the lingo, the language, the legal lingo,
00:16:02.660 in order to get these rapid testings turned around if you are being mandated to take them
00:16:08.340 at your place of work. We provide the notices of liability, there's two different ones. We provide
00:16:13.460 a template letter that I've had incredible success with. City of Surrey, I helped an employee, he never
00:16:18.980 had to take another test. All right, take a look at the letter, take a look at the language, copy whatever
00:16:24.180 you need from it and start engaging your union and your employer. And then this week as well,
00:16:29.860 we are providing a fact sheet again, thanks to Lisa and the team and our writers team as well for
00:16:36.100 putting that together. A little exciting news, Action for Canada is part of an award-winning
00:16:42.180 documentary, multiple awards to Peter Sacco. He was brilliant putting this together and it's gone to
00:16:49.620 film festivals. And again, I'd encourage you, it's a long one, but it is amazing. And many months ago,
00:16:58.260 they'd asked me to interview. So it was just a talking back and forward. He took a few bits out
00:17:02.260 of there. I think I could have found more compelling bits that I've spoken about in my life, but I still,
00:17:07.940 I had no idea what he was going to do with the material and it ends up in this award-winning
00:17:11.860 documentary. So I encourage you to watch that as well. Okay, that was yesterday. We had Mr. Ken
00:17:17.380 Drysdale on and that's the report that many of you would have seen. The investigation into criminal
00:17:22.980 allegations concerning pandemic response. He's in Manitoba. It is to go to police across Canada, MPs,
00:17:29.940 MLAs, etc. This is an amazing report. And don't let the fact that it's some, if the information is
00:17:37.220 specific to Manitoba, stop you from sharing it or going to the police if you're in another province,
00:17:42.260 because it's an example of what is going on in every other province. And so the police should be
00:17:47.860 commencing investigations. All right. Heather, would you please come back on and introduce
00:17:52.820 Andrea for me? I am so happy to do that. Thank you, Tanya, for your updates. I am so pleased to be
00:17:59.620 able to introduce for the very first time on the Empower Hour, Andy Lee. She's an independent
00:18:05.780 investigative reporter and tonight she's going to provide details about the rapid antigen tests
00:18:11.700 that our government, Health Canada, and the producers and distributors of the tests are not
00:18:17.220 telling the public. By the end of this evening, I know we'll all be very grateful for the plethora
00:18:22.900 of information that she will be sharing and the research that she's done. Please help me welcome
00:18:28.980 Andy Lee. There she is. Hi, Andy. We're so excited to have you on. We know we became familiar with you
00:18:40.340 about a month or so ago as we were doing the research and Lisa was coming on with us on board and
00:18:46.580 she had all this wonderful information that's on the fact sheet about the harms of the testing.
00:18:52.500 And you have done incredible research and independent news sourcing, investigative reporting,
00:19:01.380 and I just want to hand it the floor right over to you and ask you to do a deep dive. Again,
00:19:06.980 everyone, I want to highly recommend that if you know somebody, there should be thousands of people on
00:19:13.860 this call. So Sheila, if you could just post the link fresh in the chat, please invite people to
00:19:20.580 join the show right now. They're going to want to hear what it is that Andrea has to say. All right,
00:19:25.460 Andrea, welcome. And it's over to you for your presentation. Yeah, thanks. Thanks for having me.
00:19:30.580 Yeah, so it's my first time here. So I'm a little bit nervous, but that's okay. You know,
00:19:36.340 I think that we've got a lot of information that is going to be really, really interesting.
00:19:40.660 I didn't set out to investigate rapid tests. We will, you know, I'll let you know how I sort of
00:19:46.020 fell into the story. It's really, really fascinating. But we've, you know, we've all seen these,
00:19:51.620 they're sent home with us, a lot of us put them up our nose, or we're being asked to put them up our
00:19:56.420 nose, or our children are being asked to put them up our nose, their noses. So, you know, it's really,
00:20:02.340 really important that we know sort of what's in them. And I don't think that our government has been
00:20:06.260 entirely upfront on that. And normally, I would just talk. But I think that for this purpose,
00:20:13.700 I put together a PowerPoint presentation, it might be a little bit drier than what I would normally do.
00:20:19.460 But I think it's really important that I show you all that what I'm going to tell you is all backed
00:20:24.180 up by documents. So I have all the documents there, so that you can look for yourselves, and judge for
00:20:30.820 yourselves, you know, what I'm going to show you, and, you know, come to your own conclusions based on
00:20:36.020 evidence, not not hearsay. So yeah, I mean, if there's nothing else, then I'll just dive into
00:20:42.660 it. And I'll tell you what I found out about rapid tests. So ARTRON COVID-19 antigen rapid tests,
00:20:48.580 are they as advertised? So I'm going to take you on a dive here. We'll look at these tests,
00:20:53.940 we'll look at where they're manufactured, where they're put together. And like I said, I think that
00:20:58.900 your eyes are going to be a little bit opened at the end of this presentation. So let's just get
00:21:02.100 into it. So ARTRON BioResearch, Inc., it also goes by ARTRON Laboratories, Inc.,
00:21:07.140 founded in British Columbia in 2002, it's located in Burnaby. So it's known for developing and
00:21:12.820 manufacturing an array of things, antibodies, antigens, critical components for tests.
00:21:19.780 So this is something that they do, they don't just do COVID rapid tests, they do all kinds of rapid
00:21:24.340 tests. And so they've got a board of directors. So this is Jerry Zhang, Helen Key, Zhang Ozcan,
00:21:30.580 Jeff Guo, and Jun Zhang. So this is the board of directors. So I'm just going to go over here.
00:21:37.700 Now, what do we know about this company? I'm going to tell you, as an investigative journalist,
00:21:43.700 and I'm going to use that term to be fair, I've just started doing this. You know, I do it for myself,
00:21:48.820 I don't do it for anybody else, I do it for myself, and I do it for Canadians. I was compelled to do it,
00:21:53.540 mostly after COVID hit. And, you know, I was very concerned about what was going on in my country.
00:21:59.780 And that compelled me to start researching because I felt like something was, you know,
00:22:03.620 deeply amiss in our country, and that things were going wrong. And so I felt like I had to come
00:22:08.820 forward and I had to start working and researching and doing work to, you know, to do my part and to
00:22:15.940 try to repair what's going on in our country. So I could find almost nothing on this company. There's
00:22:22.580 almost no biographical information on this board of directors. So this is a company that Health Canada
00:22:28.180 has authorized to distribute rapid tests. So I'm just going to show you, if you actually go to their
00:22:33.620 website, this is what you see. So if you go to their website, this is the board of directors.
00:22:40.980 So there's no sort of information, there's no pictures, there's, there's not really anything
00:22:45.860 here. I can find almost nothing on these individuals, which is unusual for me, I did find a
00:22:53.060 little bit there. But, you know, so I mean, this in and of itself, when you think of a, you know,
00:22:58.340 a professional company that's distributing rapid tests for Health Canada, you would think that they
00:23:04.820 would have a very, very slick website, you know, it would be done up very, very well, there would
00:23:10.500 be a lot of research at your fingertips, and a lot of information about that company that you could
00:23:15.060 find out very, very easily. And I didn't find that at all. This is what I found. So, so Jerry Zhang
00:23:21.860 is the president of Artron, that's what we know. So I did find that he was listed as a business delegate
00:23:27.300 during the premier British Columbia's trade mission to China in 2015. So you can see he's listed
00:23:33.780 down there, Jerry Zhang, president of Artron Bio-Research. So we do know that he's a Chinese
00:23:38.900 business delegate, there's nothing nefarious in that in the of itself in that fact. But I was just
00:23:46.980 trying to look for and trace back ties, and find out what this company was all about. You know, this
00:23:53.220 company was sort of a mystery behind it that's located in Canada. So that's one of the things that
00:23:58.660 I found out. The other thing that I found out is that the president, Jerry Zhang, collaborates with
00:24:02.980 Chinese firms on research studies. So this was a research study that I found. It's on SARS,
00:24:08.100 COVID. And so it's about tea helper responses. And now if you look at the study, I'm not going
00:24:14.340 to go through all the details of the study, and you don't really need to know it. But if you look at the
00:24:18.100 study, Artron Bio-Research is the lone company in Canada that contributed to the study. Every single
00:24:27.540 other company is located in China. And, you know, again, that's not necessarily nefarious. If
00:24:33.700 some of you know me already, you'll know that my children are Chinese. I've got a big spot in my
00:24:38.580 heart for Chinese people. I do a lot of activism. But, you know, it's a little bit of a red flag that
00:24:45.140 I can't find any Canadian collaboration between this company and any other companies, right? Like
00:24:52.020 you would think that you would see them partnering with universities in Canada or something like that.
00:24:58.100 I can't find any of that. The only thing I find is that they partner with research facilities in China,
00:25:03.300 right? So we're talking about the National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention,
00:25:07.300 Sinovac, right? So these are big, big, big Chinese companies that do a lot of the drug research.
00:25:16.500 And, you know, of course, whenever we've got these, you know, these sort of collaborations,
00:25:22.260 and it's not a stretch to say, we're always worried about, you know, maybe sharing information
00:25:27.620 with China. And, you know, we're worried about intellectual property rights and things like that.
00:25:32.740 And it's fair to say that. So that was something unusual that I found about this company.
00:25:37.300 So the vice president sank Oz Kan, and he's sort of a funny character. There's almost no background
00:25:43.780 on him. If you look him up on Instagram, I didn't post any pictures here. But let's just say he's,
00:25:50.420 you know, he lives quite an interesting lifestyle, it looks like. So he gave an interview to City News.
00:25:56.980 And so he said that throughout most of the pandemic, the company, Artron, had been working with foreign
00:26:02.340 governments. However, after winning a contract with the government of Canada,
00:26:06.420 Canada, he stated that we are now prioritizing Canada to support our homeland, of course.
00:26:12.900 So again, that's just one, you know, it was like a little, a little drop that he put out there saying
00:26:18.740 that, yeah, they don't normally collaborate within Canada, which is really, really unusual
00:26:23.860 for a Canadian company, you know, to put that out there that they're mostly working with foreign
00:26:29.060 governments, not within the government of Canada. That's really, really odd.
00:26:32.340 So as of fall 2020, Health Canada still had not approved any COVID-19 rapid tests, there was no
00:26:41.540 approved rapid tests, as of fall 2020. So that's almost a year deep in the pandemic now, right.
00:26:48.420 And so what happened is, you know, we were told over and over again, that these rapid tests were
00:26:54.180 useless. We heard Theresa Tam saying that they weren't worth using, you know, they were flawed,
00:27:00.660 and then all of a sudden, in late 2021, early 2022, Health Canada all of a sudden pivoted, right,
00:27:07.940 they turned right about face. And they said, you know, we're going to start acquiring these.
00:27:13.860 So it was a little bit of a bizarre, and nobody really explained why all of a sudden they changed
00:27:18.660 their position. Because we were told that these, you know, these weren't up to snuff.
00:27:22.900 You know, they weren't specific, they weren't sensitive. You know, they weren't a useful tool.
00:27:28.740 And, you know, we had a whole bunch of these stockpiled, and they weren't distributed, right?
00:27:33.060 The provinces all had them. They weren't distributed out, though, because Health Canada was saying no.
00:27:38.020 And then all of a sudden, they did this crazy about face. So I was like, why? And I couldn't find any
00:27:43.860 really good reason except for public pressure, right? And so provinces, individuals, you know,
00:27:52.820 Action for Canada, places like that, everybody wanted to reopen. And PCR testing was, you know,
00:27:59.300 also flawed and not sustainable. So, you know, as society reopened, pressure started to mount on
00:28:06.420 Health Canada and Theresa Tam to get these rapid tests out there, so that we had another tool that
00:28:12.260 we could use, right? You know, to get people through airports and to get people back to work
00:28:18.340 and things like that. So the only really reason I can find that they changed their stance is because
00:28:22.980 of public pressure. So because Health Canada delayed approving our rapid tests, our acquisition
00:28:31.380 was pushed way back. So then, you know, the country was scrambling to get them. We wanted to catch up.
00:28:37.780 We wanted to reopen society. Employers were looking for tools, right? They were looking
00:28:42.020 for ways to, you know, safely bring their employees back into the workplace. And so rapid tests was one
00:28:47.380 of those things that they wanted to use. So while Health Canada initially used to spend months and
00:28:53.300 months and months reviewing these rapid antigen tests, you know, they sort of stopped doing that.
00:28:59.220 Meanwhile, the US agencies were fast tracking them, right? They were way, way, way ahead of us.
00:29:04.340 So keep in mind, even as of December 2021, Theresa Tam was still downplaying the use of rapid tests.
00:29:13.060 So this was just a news article. So, you know, she says, if you get a negative rapid test, just
00:29:18.100 remember this is more like a yellow light, right? So she's even saying then that these aren't, you know,
00:29:23.780 really a good tool to be using, but we're going to use them anyways. And then she said, you know,
00:29:28.260 if you look at the United Kingdom, the more they used rapid tests, that hasn't necessarily improved
00:29:33.700 their outcomes or reduced the health impacts. So she said, in Canada, we've actually done better
00:29:38.980 even having not used them, right? And then all of a sudden, you know, we were trying to leave
00:29:46.020 lockdowns and we were scrambling. So we were scrambling for these rapid tests. And so what we
00:29:51.220 actually did is we introduced legislation to acquire an abundance of rapid tests to make them part of our
00:29:56.660 our official response. And then all of a sudden we went from having three rapid tests approved in
00:30:03.620 late 2020 to having over 40 approved in 2022. So the bulk of those were authorized as pressure mounted
00:30:12.420 in late 2021 or early 2022. I think over 30 of those were approved, you know, in summer 2021. So,
00:30:21.620 you know, we went through this sort of rigorous screening process where Health Canada really
00:30:25.940 analyzed these tests, you know, to just sort of pumping them through to get them out in the
00:30:32.020 market because people wanted them, right? So we sort of dropped that rigorous process that these tests
00:30:38.420 previously went through for screening. They just threw that at the window and started to approve them left,
00:30:43.620 right and center. And so now we've got over 40 approved. Oh, sorry, I don't know what I did there.
00:30:49.620 Yeah. All right. And so sorry, this was the, this was the legislation that they actually put out. So
00:30:54.820 this was the news release. So the Honorable Jean Duclois, Minister of Health, you know,
00:31:00.980 the bill has received royal assents. And so they're going to fund these rapid tests. So this was in March
00:31:06.900 4, 2022. So we sort of enshrined this funding. So this is going to, you know, be a part and it was a part of
00:31:13.300 the budget as well last year. So that's just the documentation showing the legislation. And so
00:31:19.540 what's the issue with this? So the issue with this is that all of a sudden we, and we're taxpayers,
00:31:23.780 right? So we're paying for this. Now, you know, this isn't, this isn't the government that's paying
00:31:28.100 for it. We're paying for it. So all of a sudden we began to hand over billions and billions of
00:31:32.580 dollars to companies because we desperately needed rapid tests. Some people want them, some people
00:31:37.460 don't. I'm going to leave that up to you as to whether you want to use them or you don't want to use
00:31:41.300 them. I don't use them myself personally, and you'll find out why at the end of this.
00:31:45.780 But, you know, there's a huge amount of money going into this $4 billion has been budgeted so
00:31:50.500 far in rapid tests. And I actually listened to House of Commons committee saying they might actually
00:31:55.540 increase that to $8 billion. That's a crazy amount of funding for these. And so, you know,
00:32:02.020 there's concerning aspects to this. And so this is sort of where our Tron comes in.
00:32:06.340 So according to the City News article, as of January 6, 2022, our Tron became one of only two
00:32:15.060 Canadian, Canadian manufacturers authorized by Health Canada. So the company touts its rapid
00:32:21.540 antigen tests as being 100% made in Canada. So far, Health Canada, according to their website,
00:32:26.180 has procured almost 28 million of these tests. That's a lot. That's almost one for every person
00:32:31.380 in Canada so far, right? They retail for about $9 a test. Now, I mean, that's to me and you,
00:32:38.740 I don't know what Health Canada is paying for them. Let's say they pay $4 or $5 a test.
00:32:44.420 Think about that. That's $140 million. That's a lot of money at stake for these contracts, right?
00:32:52.100 You score one of these contracts for rapid tests, you really hit the jackpot.
00:32:55.780 So the article states, when they came up with the prototype antigen test in July 2020,
00:33:02.580 Research and Development Department had to keep working with it to refine it and to respond to
00:33:07.940 ever-changing specifications and demands by Health Canada and the US Food and Drug Administration.
00:33:14.900 It wasn't until October 2021 when it got approved for professional use. So that was our Tron's
00:33:21.540 statement. Now, here's the funny thing about that statement. Artron's COVID-19 rapid engine tests
00:33:29.380 were never approved by the FDA. They never got FDA approval at all. But the article makes it sound
00:33:34.820 that way and their statement makes it sound that way, doesn't it? Let's just go back there.
00:33:40.180 Demands by Health Canada and the US Food and Drug Administration. It wasn't until October 2021
00:33:45.540 when it got approved for professional use. This is what they said. Now, it makes it sound like it was
00:33:50.740 approved by the FDA. It was never approved by the FDA at all. In fact, these tests are banned
00:33:55.620 for use in the United States. A recall notice was issued in the US, pulling these so-called
00:34:01.700 wayward tests. And so here is the article, FDA Pulse Plug on Wayward Coronavirus Antibody Tests.
00:34:10.180 I'm not going to read the entire thing, but if you look down at the very bottom, you can see
00:34:15.060 RTRON Bioresearch slash RTRON Laboratories COVID-19 antibody tests. So in a statement about its
00:34:22.820 publication on the removal list, the FDA said it's providing transparency for antibody tests. So this
00:34:29.380 was on a removal list. So these got pulled from shelves in the United States. Not allowed to be
00:34:34.420 sold, not allowed to be used, not allowed to be distributed. So what are the problems with these
00:34:38.980 tests? Well, we just don't know exactly. We can speculate. So I did try to do some digging and I
00:34:46.580 found a study. Now, keep in mind, the study had a small sample size. So that's always, you know,
00:34:51.540 a little bit of a red flag, but it was a study comparing these RTRON rapid antigen tests to other
00:34:56.980 brands. And the specificity of this particular test was as low as 91% for RTRON. So what does that mean?
00:35:07.460 It means that it may not, it may be detecting something, but it may not be COVID, right? That's
00:35:14.300 what the specificity means. So it could be detecting something else. So another study on this test that
00:35:21.360 compared it to, in this case, it was five other brands and that they had a relatively high false
00:35:27.560 positive rate when compared to other tests. Now, this is very, very important because if we're using
00:35:32.620 these tests and we're inflating our numbers, or maybe you're missing work because you think that
00:35:37.820 you've got COVID and you don't have it, right? You've got a false positive result. And it's really,
00:35:42.940 really interesting because this company is very, very proud of and touts, you know, very, very loudly
00:35:49.020 on its website that they're, you know, they've got the highest sensitivity rate. So what does
00:35:54.040 sensitivity mean? It means that it's detecting, you know, a lot of the time it's detecting COVID,
00:35:58.760 but part of the downfall of that is if you have a very, very high sensitivity rate,
00:36:03.640 you can also have a high false positivity rate, right? In the sense that, let me put it in a layman's
00:36:09.940 perspective, your tests are a bit trigger happy. So this information is in direct conflict with the
00:36:16.620 company's own claims, which are on their website, which are on Health Canada's website, saying that
00:36:21.440 they have a reliable specificity of over 99%. So we've got one study saying that the specificity is
00:36:28.360 only 91%. We've got RTRON saying that the tests are over 99% specific, right? So we have a little
00:36:35.200 bit of a problem here. So in fact, not only are these RTRON tests not approved by the FDA,
00:36:42.320 they're actually under an import alert. So I'm going to call it, it's a sort of blacklist,
00:36:46.780 but what it actually is, is it's a red list. So these are what these, these import alerts look
00:36:53.180 like. So I found this import alert, you know, and so basically these are subject to detention without
00:36:59.820 physical examination. Okay. So basically, you know, if these come into port, they're subject to
00:37:05.420 detention. And so if you look, this is what I found under this FDA import alert. So RTRON Laboratories
00:37:13.580 Inc., right, it was published. So this was in 2020. This was, I think, just a little bit after
00:37:19.760 these tests were recalled. And so you can see it's right there. It's the company in Bridges,
00:37:24.280 Columbia. Well, what are they blocking? Well, if you look at what they're blocking on here,
00:37:30.100 they're blocking reagents for the most part, right? They're blocking components of these tests.
00:37:36.400 They're blocking the actual antigen test detection system. So, you know, that's, that's what they're
00:37:43.840 actually blocking. And so, like I said, this is all, you know, this isn't speculative. This is found
00:37:48.520 on the FDA's website, right? So, you know, we're sending these tests home with people in Canada.
00:37:53.940 Meanwhile, the FDA is seizing them. So, I mean, what's going on here, right? So this brings me to the
00:38:01.360 part of the presentation where I came to be involved. And this is going to sound a little bit
00:38:04.280 bonkers because it is a little bit bonkers. But this is what I do, right? I investigate things.
00:38:10.160 So, like I said, I didn't set out to investigate these tests. I sort of fell into my lap. And so
00:38:15.740 I was sent messages in Chinese from a friend on Weibo, which I had translated. And so these chats
00:38:23.080 that I was sent were from workers saying that they were being mistreated. They were being exposed to
00:38:28.600 toxic chemicals and they were not being paid for their labor. Now you have to keep in mind, this is the
00:38:33.200 only part where I'm saying I can't verify these claims yet. This is hearsay, right? This is things
00:38:38.920 that were presented to me, which I haven't been able to verify myself independently yet. But that
00:38:44.780 doesn't mean that it's not important information. So I'm going to show you, this is exactly what I
00:38:49.280 was sent. So I was sent these messages and there's more of it. I just, I just put one up. And so
00:38:55.360 basically I've got somebody who's translates Chinese for me. I've got a few people. So I ran it by two
00:39:00.680 people. They gave me the same story. And so I said, you know, these are from a factory that
00:39:04.860 makes rapid COVID tests for Canada. What do these chats say? And so my translator said,
00:39:11.660 this is a translation. I spoke to my lawyer about the situations and I did not know that the test
00:39:15.680 box were toxic. And so I said, well, they say that they are made in Canada. They're not.
00:39:20.680 And they say that they are mistreating their employees. And so the chat said, I got the coronavirus
00:39:25.520 after working here for two days. I was checked in at the hospital and then it goes on to say,
00:39:31.240 I wasn't paid. I'm going to retain a lawyer. So we went back and forth and I got all these
00:39:37.820 chats translated. So naturally after seeing these and reading these, you know, my curiosity peaked
00:39:44.380 and I was very, very concerned as well. And initially I didn't know where they came from.
00:39:50.680 I wasn't sure where they came from. I thought that maybe where they were actually coming from China.
00:39:54.420 But when we tracked down the people in the chat, they were actually traced back to a warehouse
00:39:59.560 in British Columbia that was reportedly assembling rapid COVID tests. And so we found this warehouse.
00:40:06.300 So it's unlisted. It's unmarked. It's leased from an energy company. I tried to pull the lease
00:40:12.640 agreements from City Hall. So that's something that's a work in progress. So there's no discernible
00:40:17.680 features on this building showing that it's in any way a medical device manufacturing
00:40:24.400 facility. And how do I know that? Well, you know what? I sent people there. I asked people to go
00:40:30.460 there and video it and photograph it for me. And they're monitoring it. They monitor it regularly.
00:40:35.680 Somebody's going to be going there this weekend. So what did we find? Well, this is what we found.
00:40:42.380 We found this building, right? Like I said, does this look like somewhere where your rapid test
00:40:49.480 should be assembled in Canada? I don't know, right? So these are the initial pictures that I was sent.
00:40:56.060 So these weren't taken by me. These were sent to me by the person who helped me sort of trace back
00:41:01.560 these chats to this warehouse. And so you can see inside this warehouse, there's people, they're
00:41:06.780 wearing face masks, they're wearing shields, they're wearing gloves. There's lots of trays there.
00:41:11.620 There's sort of rapid test components all strewn about. So there's numerous concerns here.
00:41:16.340 You know, are these perhaps being contaminated? You know, why does this look like some sort of a
00:41:23.840 backroom operation? Right? I mean, this is supposed to be a bioresearch facility that's doing cutting
00:41:30.120 edge technology for Canada. And so this is what we found. So even at this point, I wasn't sure that
00:41:36.140 this was Artron. So we kept going back and we kept going back and I kept getting them to photograph
00:41:41.460 it until they got a new delivery. I had a suspicion that this was Artron, but I wasn't sure because this
00:41:48.220 is located not in Burnaby, BC, where Artron is. This is located in Richmond, BC. It's in a totally
00:41:55.120 different location in BC. But then finally, we hit the jackpot. We saw a delivery was made. And then you
00:42:02.780 can see on there, Artron COVID-19 antigen tests. Right? And so there was the link. This was obviously
00:42:10.660 Artron's setup. And so this is just a picture of what it looks like when nobody's working there,
00:42:15.760 right? You can see everything's all stacked away neatly. And those are the shipments, right? And so
00:42:22.240 the shipments clearly say Artron on them, right? If you read them, they say COVID rapid antigen tests.
00:42:28.860 And the other funny thing is that you'll notice these obviously aren't Canadian labels. These are
00:42:35.480 labels in Chinese, right? So that's the warehouse, right? This is what it looks like.
00:42:45.120 You know, I considered initially that this was maybe just a storage facility.
00:42:50.100 But, you know, after going back and looking at this a couple of times, you can see they've got a
00:42:54.680 lunchroom set up. You know, they've got cleaning products there. They've got personal protective
00:43:00.060 equipment there. So I'm leaning towards the fact that this is not just a storage facility.
00:43:05.680 It's not just a warehouse. This is somewhere where, you know, test components are perhaps
00:43:11.220 actually being assembled. Test components that we're consuming as Canadians, right?
00:43:17.620 So I think it's fairly safe to say at this point that this company is not as advertised.
00:43:22.140 Now, the problem is if you go on their website, and I probably should have put their video up,
00:43:26.320 but it's a little bit long. So I didn't. So they have a video on their website and it goes through
00:43:30.620 and it says, all of our components are 100% made in Canada. Even your rapid test kits,
00:43:39.220 100% made in Canada. I would say that it's fairly certain that most, if not all of the components
00:43:44.700 for 100% made in Canada tests are obviously coming from China. You know, that's what the bills say.
00:43:51.060 That's what the labeling says. And so what's the issue here? Well, the issue here is that this
00:43:55.980 company is misleading us, right? And that's very, very serious, I think, when you think that this
00:44:00.840 company is winning Health Canada contracts with perhaps hundreds of millions of dollars. I would
00:44:06.220 say that's a pretty serious offense. So, you know, and they want it based on the premise and the proud
00:44:12.640 statement that these tests were 100% manufactured in Canada. I'm sorry, that's just not what we're
00:44:18.180 seeing here at all, right? So I have a feeling like we're out of, I have a feeling like we're
00:44:26.040 out of order here, but that's okay. We'll get back to it. So anyway, so there's lots of concerns here,
00:44:31.420 right? And so once I saw that this warehouse indeed existed, because I was skeptical, right? I was like,
00:44:35.820 I'm not sure that this even exists, but we did find it. You know, and once I found out that it
00:44:40.540 existed, I gave a lot more merit to those chats. You know, again, I don't know, are these workers being
00:44:47.280 mistreated, right? Are they not being paid? Are they even Canadian citizens, right? Are they being
00:44:52.220 manipulated by this company? There's so many questions. Are these tests contaminated? Why is
00:44:58.660 this warehouse not identified? Why is it not listed anywhere on websites as a medical device manufacturing
00:45:04.020 facility? Why are there no inspection reports, right? There's no indication that this warehouse is
00:45:10.260 linked to Artron. There's no paper trail, aside from those boxes inside that have the Artron labels on
00:45:16.500 them, right? It's not listed anywhere. So it's really, really weird. So Artron, who are they really? So I
00:45:26.680 use my translators, we got the, you know, the shipping labels, and we trace them back and we found the bill
00:45:34.480 of ladings. So the bill of ladings, we traced back to a company called Aoshuang Biotechnology in Shandong,
00:45:42.580 China. So, you know, is Artron really Artron or is Artron really Aoshuang? I'll tell you, Artron is not
00:45:50.640 100% made in Canada. That much I'm almost positive of at this point. So Artron, who are they? So you can
00:45:57.840 look up their import records. So we do have a translated bill of lading that shows that, but I
00:46:02.960 didn't put that up just because it's really, really messy and everybody will be like, what are we looking
00:46:06.540 at? And again, I want to, you know, my translators, obviously, some of them have family in China.
00:46:13.660 They do this at personal risk. For me, unfortunately, that's the reality. So I didn't want to put up
00:46:20.520 anything that could be traced back to them, perhaps, because they do this, you know, as a favor for me,
00:46:26.820 and they do it risking if they are found out that, you know, their families could actually face
00:46:31.980 repercussions in China. That's how serious this is. So a quick look at the import records,
00:46:38.400 you know, Aoshuang is top importers, Artron BioResearch. It's all laid out there. This is
00:46:44.400 one of the import records that we pulled. So the importer is Artron Laboratories. It's coming from
00:46:49.180 Aoshuang Biotechnology in Shandong. What have we got? We've got packaging paper, we've got
00:46:54.320 plastic aluminum foil bags, we've got straw cartons, desiccant sealing tapes, we've got phosphate buffers,
00:47:02.400 we've got cassettes, okay, so everything you need to manufacture rapid tests. So again,
00:47:09.260 they manufacture all sorts of rapid tests, right? Am I positive that this import label are the rapid
00:47:18.380 antigen test, the COVID test? No, I can't say that for certain. But I will say that, you know,
00:47:23.740 it's very, very suspect. And again, we've got boxes of COVID test component kits sitting there
00:47:29.140 with Chinese shipping labels on them, sitting with an Artron label on them, right? So I think
00:47:34.420 that tells you everything that you need to know. So what did I do? I called Artron to set the record
00:47:39.420 straight. I gave them a chance to tell their story. Of course, you know, they kind of stonewalled me for a
00:47:44.260 bit, the entire phone call is recorded. Maybe one day we can play that and dissect it after I come back
00:47:49.880 and follow up with this and get a little bit further. But I spoke to Dr. Uma Gore, which Action
00:47:55.160 for Canada has also spoken to. So she's been quoted in several news articles, and she's sort of a
00:48:00.580 spokesperson for the company. I'm not sure exactly what she does as a doctor. So I, you know, wanted
00:48:06.460 to know if their components were made in Canada. She insists that the components are 100% made in
00:48:11.000 Canada, manufactured in Canada, not just made in Canada, because we know that there's tricky wording
00:48:17.340 where you can make something in Canada out of stuff that you completely import. No, no, no. She said
00:48:22.560 that they were 100% manufactured in Canada. I asked her about what was in the extraction buffers. You
00:48:28.300 know, why was, you know, why are these being seized by the FDA? You know, what's in these, what's in
00:48:34.720 these test components? What's in these kits? What are the chemicals in there? So she said that the
00:48:39.720 reagents, although they're not listed on their packaging, are 100% completely safe. She wouldn't comment if
00:48:45.460 they had sodium azide. She also said that they were not obligated to provide that information to
00:48:51.960 the public. She said, what we are doing is not providing tests for public consumption. We are a
00:48:59.520 distributor, and our authorized distributor is Health Canada. So she said the onus is on Health Canada
00:49:06.060 to provide that information. Health Canada decided to not provide that information. And that was up to
00:49:11.920 them, not up to the company. And they also said, of course, they didn't know about this warehouse,
00:49:18.000 even though there's boxes sitting in there with their stuff in it. So she said, I can't comment on
00:49:23.220 that warehouse, but that we have multiple warehouses, which makes me wonder how many more of these things
00:49:28.180 they've got, right? So, you know, that was a really enlightening phone call. I was really,
00:49:34.760 really concerned that they wouldn't talk about the components and all this. And, you know,
00:49:39.580 like I said, at the very least, this company is doing, you know, sort of a pretty deep deception,
00:49:46.220 I think, at this point. There's little doubt in my mind that there's a good measure of deception
00:49:51.560 going on, and they're being misleading. At the worst, you know, maybe these workers' claims are true,
00:49:58.140 right? You know, maybe they are suffering. Maybe they're being exposed to something as they're
00:50:03.880 concerned about. And maybe they're not given training, you know, safety, backup, right? The
00:50:10.000 equipment that they need to deal with these things. So I followed up with complaints, right? Of course,
00:50:16.400 I did. So I called everybody, I called everybody. And then I called, you know, everybody that everybody
00:50:20.960 else knew. And, you know, a lot of people, of course, did the pass the buck, right? Nobody wanted to
00:50:25.540 touch this. Of course, it sounds like an insane story. And that's okay. It does sound like an insane
00:50:30.740 story. Because it is an insane story. That's fine. But again, I've showed you everything that
00:50:34.900 you need to, you know, back it up, right? It all exists. It's all real. So finally, I landed on
00:50:41.060 WorkSafeBC. So WorkSafeBC told me that they would be sending somebody out. And Health Canada. So Health
00:50:46.900 Canada finally did get back to me. They said that they would assign an investigator to the case.
00:50:52.860 But I haven't heard back from them yet. That was weeks and weeks ago. They also did tell me,
00:50:58.720 though, they said, you know, you're not going to be privy to any information as to, you know,
00:51:03.720 what we find during our investigation. So, you know, they're not apparently they're not obligated
00:51:09.320 to update me or anything like that. And furthermore, I filed some some access to information requests
00:51:15.860 regarding this particular contract. I want to know why this company was chosen, how it was chosen,
00:51:21.260 what was the vetting process? You know, why did you land on this particular company,
00:51:26.600 and decide to give them this massive contract for rapid tests? And not only that, keep in mind,
00:51:32.140 not only do they just have, you know, contract and authorization, they are distributing tests
00:51:37.060 through insurance companies. They're sent home in British Columbia schools, they're given to Canadian
00:51:42.340 Armed Forces. Okay, so they've got a decent chunk of this pie, and they just came out of nowhere.
00:51:47.760 And again, there's very little history on this company. And there's a lot of conflicting
00:51:51.200 information. So and furthermore, I'm also monitoring this warehouse periodically, like I said,
00:51:56.820 and we're going to try to actually talk to some of these workers. Although I need somebody who is,
00:52:01.580 you know, fluent, you know, in Chinese, or perhaps Cantonese, or perhaps Mandarin to be able,
00:52:08.940 I think, to do that. Because if you look at some of the other photos that I've got, basically,
00:52:13.780 there's no English in it, it's almost all the writing is in Chinese. So I think that there's a good
00:52:20.720 chance that a lot of these workers may not even be fluent in English. And I want to make sure that
00:52:25.200 if we send somebody there that we've got somebody who was able to, you know, get a good translation
00:52:29.680 and communicate well with them. So another particular concern about these rapid tests,
00:52:35.560 sorry, this is probably going longer than I intended it to. So I'm going to try to zoom through
00:52:40.680 this. So another thing is that right after this particular test was approved, Health Canada sent out
00:52:45.180 a recall notice warning that some rapid tests which were unnamed could contain toxic chemicals
00:52:50.700 in the extraction buffers. These were instruction buffers that we saw on import labels coming from
00:52:56.820 Oshwain biotechnology. And again, keep in mind, these tests are authorized by Health Canada,
00:53:01.500 they're sent home with kids, right? So Health Canada did not require that Artron listed those
00:53:06.960 ingredients that was sort of funny that all of a sudden, these tests could approve, they hit the
00:53:10.600 market. And then bam, there it is, we've got a recall notice. So there it is from Health Canada,
00:53:15.560 rapid antigen test kits and potential exposures to hazardous substances, right? So does this sound
00:53:23.880 like it is something that there's nothing to be concerned at? Does this sound like Uma Groh is
00:53:29.300 correct in that she said, our components are 100% completely safe, there's nothing toxic in it,
00:53:35.100 there's nothing to be worried about? Well, there's nothing to be worried about. What's up with this
00:53:39.460 recall notice? So another thing worth noting here is that Artron's manufacturing labels differ
00:53:45.520 from warning labels provided by the government, the government of British Columbia. So we've got
00:53:51.380 this nice little, you know, list here. Do not reuse, da da da da da. We've got wash hands thoroughly
00:53:59.680 after finishing tests. Do not eat, drink or smoke in the area where specimens or kits are being handled.
00:54:04.560 Clean up spills thoroughly with appropriate disinfectants, which the disinfectants that are
00:54:08.980 appropriate aren't even listed. Handle all specimens as if they contain infectious agents,
00:54:14.200 da da da. Observe precautions against microbiological hazards, disposable specimens and use devices in a
00:54:20.600 proper biohazard container. So, you know, there's some warnings here. And if you look at, this is what
00:54:26.840 BC gives you for the exact same test. Now, I'm not going to go through this all, but I'm going to tell
00:54:33.100 you none of those warnings are on this. This is the handout that BC gives out. There's no warnings,
00:54:38.100 there's no precautions on here, right? So if you've got one of these tests and you've got a
00:54:42.920 problem or you spill something or your kid splashes, maybe they spill it in their face or get it in
00:54:47.700 their eyes. You go to BC's website and this is what it says about Artron rapid intestine test. And you
00:54:53.480 can see Artron is right on there. So these are their specific, you know, their specific instructions
00:54:58.940 for Artron, which differs from what Artron says.
00:55:03.940 So conclusions, if the test is safe, why are we calling for safety precautions on Artron's
00:55:10.340 instruction street? So keep out of children's reach, right?
00:55:14.940 And sorry, if the, this is important. If the extraction buffer contacts skin or eye flushed
00:55:22.540 with copious amounts of water. So if there's nothing in these extraction buffers, why do we
00:55:28.140 have to do an eye wash if we get splashed on us? And again, these, this is really, really
00:55:33.180 concerning that this information isn't dished out by the government of Canada, right? You know,
00:55:38.820 this is, this is important information. So, you know, so what do you think, right? Are these tests
00:55:48.460 100% manufactured in Canada? Are they as advertised? Are they sensitive? Are they specific? Like the
00:55:55.320 company says, did Health Canada rush the approval of these tests under pressure? Are they completely
00:56:01.660 safe? What do you think about the work conditions, right? Is that where you would work? If you were
00:56:06.900 assembling medical devices, are those the conditions you'd expect to work under? And so, like I said,
00:56:13.040 you know what, and we may never know, but I'm going to keep on trying to find out. And there is,
00:56:18.460 of course, that article from CBC that shows that 50 calls, at least 50 calls have been made to poison
00:56:24.560 control centers, overexposures to these test kits. And so thanks for listening. Sorry, like I said,
00:56:30.840 I ran on a little bit there, but that's it. I hope that was good. And I hope I didn't bore you
00:56:36.780 to death. And, you know, I hope that there was good information. And like I said, it's all backed
00:56:42.300 up by websites, documents, import records, photos, right? So there's no speculation, you know,
00:56:49.200 under any of this, except for maybe the worker chats. And I'd love to talk to those workers and
00:56:53.860 find out exactly what's going on. Right. No, you've done a tremendous amount of research here,
00:56:59.940 Andrea. And I know that I was watching the numbers, like not one person has signed off this,
00:57:04.840 the you've got them engaged. This is no, it is an incredibly important topic, because the average
00:57:13.280 person doesn't know how to see their being they keep, you know, I mean, people are letting up on
00:57:17.740 that now of trusting the government that they have our best interests in mind. But it's really,
00:57:22.940 really not the case. And especially when you see something like this, I love the one question
00:57:27.820 that you provided is why did they provide, you know, a contract to Artron? It's evidence that,
00:57:35.100 you know, there is no proper history there. Who is this company? Why is it all in Chinese? Why are
00:57:41.040 they lying and saying that it's 100% Canadian made? Right? Well, I mean, it just you do see sort of
00:57:46.640 these, you know, these shell Chinese pharmaceutical companies, I'm not saying that that's what this is.
00:57:50.760 But I'm saying, you know, I think that in light of the fact that there's very little history,
00:57:54.360 and there's no collaboration with any Canadian institutions that I can find that, yeah, we have
00:57:58.780 to consider that this is, you know, a satellite company of oceanic biotechnology, right?
00:58:03.600 If anybody has any questions directly for Andrea, I'm going to ask you to raise your little zoom hand.
00:58:09.520 Okay, so I see a couple in here. And it says, is a rapid antigen test classified as a DNA test,
00:58:15.120 according to the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act? Do you have a specific answer for that?
00:58:20.900 I don't know, actually, that would probably be for your specialty than mine. I don't know if you have a
00:58:26.160 right, an answer for that. I do. I'm not sure because is it a DNA test?
00:58:33.900 No, there, what's happened? Yeah, what's happened here is, of course, the PCR tests were absolutely,
00:58:40.880 you know, they were going for DNA RNA material, and they tried to deny it the whole time. And of
00:58:46.080 course, the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act was in place. And so as part of our notices of liability,
00:58:52.120 Canadians knew that they could rely on that. And going to court as well, the government wouldn't
00:58:58.280 have a leg to stand on, really. So then they did this transition over to the rapid testing,
00:59:04.440 which I can give you only give it to you in the layman terms that I understand it as well,
00:59:09.520 is that they're going for a protein. So they test the protein. But the protein, because in my mind,
00:59:17.240 as us girls were going back and forth to emails yesterday talking about this, I'm saying any
00:59:22.240 substance that comes from your body has your DNA in it. And like they want to take an air follicle,
00:59:29.600 test your DNA and find out if that's your baby. Or did you murder that person? And, you know,
00:59:35.620 or commit some sort of other offense. So the point is, is that they're saying, well,
00:59:41.440 as an employee, I'm taking the test myself. You know, they're not testing it. They don't have
00:59:48.380 access to the test. You know, I do the test. But what we've got to remember is, why are you taking
00:59:54.680 that test? How does it differ if they force you and administer the test, or they force you to
01:00:02.800 administer the test? They are forcing you to take a medical treatment. They are forcing you to take
01:00:09.880 bodily fluids, right, and test it. That's against the law. And our proteins are attached in the mucus
01:00:17.620 to DNA. And that only makes sense. So we are staying firm on the fact that the Genetic
01:00:24.820 Non-Discrimination Act does qualify. But more than that as well, they're forcing you to take a
01:00:31.700 medical treatment. And they're demanding that you provide your private medical information. That's
01:00:37.460 against the law. So no matter how they look at this, the rapid antigen testing is against the law.
01:00:44.340 And let's add one more. There's very toxic, harmful substances in that. And some people could say,
01:00:52.380 oh, well, you know, it's only just a small amount. But think about how many people are having to take it
01:00:57.700 daily, multiple times a day, etc. What is that doing to a person's body? What are they exposing
01:01:04.560 people to? So bottom line, Action for Canada is staying firm. This is 100% against the law. Use
01:01:11.540 our notices of liability, the fact sheet and the extra letters. Use my template letter and start
01:01:16.820 writing to your employers and saying you're going to take action against them if they don't knock it off
01:01:21.460 and cease and desist. And then as a bonus on top, they're not even reliable tests at that point as
01:01:29.900 well. Right? Totally. Yeah. So yeah, that's what I was thinking. And I mean, you know, and I really want
01:01:35.840 to get into the swabs at some point and look at what's on the swabs, because we've all seen those,
01:01:40.380 you know, those experiments where some of them fluoresce and some of them don't. Yeah. Sort of what are
01:01:44.780 the, you know, what are the preservatives that are on the swabs on some of them evidently? And yeah,
01:01:49.980 I mean, you know, some people take these every day. I know some school kids actually that take
01:01:54.600 them every day because they get, you know, they get them from school. So I see themselves all the
01:01:58.920 time. And so, you know, and, and again, you know, I think it's just crazy when, when I found out that
01:02:04.960 the government of BC didn't even put any warning information on their label. Yeah. It's so criminal
01:02:11.360 in the thought that these kids are going home with it. Sandra has already said in the chat,
01:02:15.340 my nose started to bleed after two weeks of those tests. She's never had a bleeding
01:02:19.920 nose in her life. And, you know, it's just very, very concerning to think what else is happening
01:02:27.860 to people, how, you know, everybody responds differently depending on their immune system,
01:02:33.560 depending if they have, you know, propensity towards maybe allergic reactions. And bottom line,
01:02:39.760 it's, it's, it's a chemical. They're asking you to stick this chemical up your nose and think about
01:02:43.440 our kids. Think about our children who are at 0% chance, my friends of getting this virus. It's a
01:02:51.780 respiratory virus that is highly treatable. Please, if you're giving it to your kids, stop it,
01:02:57.640 provide parents, the information, the fact sheet is being posted. Thank you to Jenny and Sheila for
01:03:02.760 doing that. Okay. Let's go. Another question here. Um, uh, Mariana has asked, uh, do you happen to
01:03:08.700 have any info about PCR tests? No, like I said, I, you know, this is all really new to me. The story
01:03:15.740 sort of fell into my lap, so it's not something I've been investigating. All right. So, um, maybe
01:03:21.040 Sheila or Jenny, you could provide the link that Action for Canada has on the PCR testing, because
01:03:26.220 we've done a lot of research on that. Kerry Mullis was the inventor of the PCR test and he said it was
01:03:31.040 never meant to test for a coronavirus and that it is not reliable. Um, as no surprise in the summer of
01:03:39.140 2019, uh, Kerry Mullis died. And, you know, I, I don't think that that was by accident. I think it
01:03:46.820 might have been by design, uh, because this, this man, um, you know, would have had a lot to say about
01:03:53.040 this at this point, nevermind the Shermans as well, the billionaires, uh, who owned a pharmaceutical
01:03:59.280 company and what did they, uh, supply? One of the largest suppliers in the world was hydroxychloroquine.
01:04:05.420 So something very sinister is afoot. And so we're trying to keep, um, you know, ahead of all of
01:04:10.920 these details to make sure that everybody is well informed on the issues and that not that you're
01:04:16.220 only well-informed and educated, but that you have tangible resources to take action for yourself and
01:04:22.080 your families. And if you don't serve the notice of liability, you may not get a great response at
01:04:27.320 first, but it's coming. People are using this as they're going to, um, you know, register for legal
01:04:33.980 actions. And then you're going to have evidence that you told, uh, your employer, the school
01:04:39.120 principal, whatever, that they were causing harm and that their actions were illegal. So please take
01:04:44.340 the time to, uh, commence the actions for yourself and your family. Okay. Um,
01:04:50.460 is it, isn't it required for the companies that want a government contract to be vetted? Yeah,
01:04:59.080 that would be reasonable. What's your opinion? I mean, like I said, I mean, I, you know, I'm pretty
01:05:04.080 decent at what I do. I'm new, right. I don't have all the resources. I'm not a big newsroom. I'm just
01:05:08.680 me. I've got no funding. I don't even get paid, but I mean, I'm usually good at finding stuff out.
01:05:13.160 I can find precious little on this company. Uh, like I said, but I'm trying to find out more. I want to
01:05:17.560 know why they got granted this contract. I think that they were given it under scramble and under
01:05:22.720 immense pressure from, uh, to health Canada. You know, I think that they were just looking.
01:05:28.200 And the other thing is that if you look at their, their, you know, their statistics on their website,
01:05:32.520 they're very good, right? The tests look like they're very sensitive and they're very specific,
01:05:37.400 but you know, at the same time, we've got a study saying, no, they're not.
01:05:41.560 This can all be, um, you know, just, I, I wouldn't doubt for a moment that it's all made up.
01:05:46.540 And the reason I say that is at the very onset of so-called COVID in February of 2020, very early
01:05:56.340 on hydroxychloroquine was named within weeks that this is a very effective treatment. And so of course,
01:06:04.120 the UN and the Canadian government were trying to squash this, making all efforts. I believe it was
01:06:09.820 around April that, uh, a Lancelot journal, which is a, one of the world renowned medical journals
01:06:15.600 had put an article in there from Surgisphere warning, everybody stopped taking hydroxychloroquine
01:06:21.680 warnings. It's causing heart defects and, and, uh, problems. The doctors in the United States,
01:06:28.260 I believe it was the frontline doctors ended up exposing that the company Surgisphere had been
01:06:34.020 set up within about a matter of a month. And their so-called expert information had about 11 years
01:06:41.880 worth of documentation. There was no way that they, that that was a legitimate company. And so
01:06:47.960 with, you know, mud on their face, the UN never apologized. Lancelot journal took it down. And about
01:06:53.940 three weeks later, they're commencing another action to support hydroxychloroquine and do trials.
01:06:59.560 And the trials that they recommended were at four times the recommended dose.
01:07:03.720 And so back in 1973 or six, I can't remember it, the UN, the WHO did, um, uh, studies on hydroxychloroquine
01:07:13.060 and it was proven to be one of the safest drugs, but it said, but not in high doses and Canada signed
01:07:20.680 on to that trial. And I followed that through to the hospitals and, and, uh, et cetera. So anyways,
01:07:26.740 this is why in my mind, it doesn't surprise me that Artron is probably not a legitimate, uh,
01:07:32.940 company. And I would like to see, uh, who is truly behind it because that's where the money goes.
01:07:38.840 That's exactly where the money is and all of the corruption. Okay. We have some raised hands.
01:07:43.600 Terenzio, could you bring somebody on please to ask their question?
01:07:46.560 Absolutely. First question is from Ken.
01:07:48.780 Okay. Hi, my question is about, uh, have you gone to Public Works Canada to look for what the request
01:07:56.080 for proposal was and whether there was a bidding process or if they actually went to single source
01:08:01.400 of this company and the reason scored. And the second question I would have is, uh, have you,
01:08:06.820 is there enough material do you think to go to the police and say there's something wrong with this
01:08:10.920 business in the way that they're operating and are they operating illegally? Thank you.
01:08:16.820 Uh, that's a good question. So, um, I, I don't, I didn't find any indication that this is a single
01:08:21.880 source contract, but like I said, I'm still digging into the contract. I think it was part of this broad,
01:08:26.240 uh, you know, deal that was made. And like I said, about 30 of these companies started to get very,
01:08:31.800 very rapidly approved. I'm sure that this isn't the only company that's got a little bit of a,
01:08:36.620 you know, sketchy background. Uh, so I want to try to look into the other ones as well,
01:08:40.720 but my main concern about this one is that their claim is that everything's made in Canada and
01:08:44.840 they're a Canadian company. And I'm seeing, you know, a lot of overwhelming evidence. Otherwise,
01:08:50.020 have I considered about going to the police? I definitely have. Um, I was hoping that WorkSafe BC
01:08:55.160 would get back to me or Health Canada would get back to me first. Um, but I have considered,
01:08:59.860 yeah, just calling the RCMP and saying, um, again, these are, you know what, these are medical
01:09:05.080 devices that we're using. So, I mean, at the very least there's something wrong here. Um, you know,
01:09:10.820 at the very worst, maybe we've got workers who are being exploited, which is a huge concern to me.
01:09:16.240 Um, you know, and like I said, I didn't give those, I approached those chats with some healthy
01:09:20.800 skepticism at the beginning, but when I realized that this warehouse was indeed true and
01:09:25.120 and we started following it and looking at it, uh, you know, I got more and more concerned that
01:09:29.700 these are workers who are being exploited and, uh, you know, they haven't given me any reason to
01:09:34.480 doubt their information yet. All their information has been good so far. So, yeah, I mean, that's,
01:09:39.100 that is on the table. I think, um, like I said, it's sort of, you know, you, you get the runaround.
01:09:43.820 Um, but I think that I'm going to go back to WorkSafe BC at the end of the week.
01:09:48.020 And then if I don't have any sort of inspection going on, then I might just go to the police and
01:09:53.600 file a police report and it'll be much easier for me to do now because I can literally just give
01:09:57.860 them my PowerPoint presentation and say here, right, here it is. Right. Here's the chats. Like
01:10:03.920 it's all here. This is all the evidence you need to go have a look for yourself. So yeah,
01:10:08.060 it's a good question. Thanks. Yeah. Thank you, Ken. All right. Uh, Trento, next question.
01:10:13.280 Yes. Next question is from Claire. Can you hear me? Yes, we can. What's your question?
01:10:18.860 Yeah. My question is this, uh, sounds, uh, it appears to be very illegal. Everything that's
01:10:24.460 going on, obviously the labels are from China. The warehouse doesn't appear to be manned properly.
01:10:30.140 What they're stating you've discovered is none of it is factual. So I would say this is illegal
01:10:36.080 and it's probably against business policies, government policies, et cetera. Now you mentioned
01:10:42.660 going to the RCMP. I don't know if I would advise that because unless you find one or two or three
01:10:50.320 or more that are sympathetic to the, and know the truth about the vaccines, they're, they're,
01:10:55.500 they're not going to go further with it. And they might even get someone after you, or, you know,
01:11:01.060 you could be even be in danger. This is nothing to fool around with. I, it is highly illegal. And I
01:11:06.860 would suggest you talk to some lawyers of some kind, business lawyers, and possibly, uh, if there
01:11:13.760 are some politicians that are trustworthy and against the vaccines and suspect this stuff anyway,
01:11:19.320 that would be the way to, that would be the way to go. Uh, lots of RCMP in Canada already are being
01:11:25.020 served with stuff and are just ignoring it and are behaving like goons. I look at the truckers,
01:11:30.060 the truckers are suing the police in Ottawa for what they did. I mean, this is no joke. And this
01:11:36.200 is very serious. What you found out is so awesome. It's extremely disturbing. And we're talking billions
01:11:42.480 of dollars. We're talking hundreds of millions of dollars. Yes. And furthermore, you're not, you're not,
01:11:49.520 yeah, you're lying to us all basically. That's right. And then who else is lying to us about
01:11:53.000 everything? The top politician in Canada and his cronies. So this is dangerous. I, I think there's
01:11:59.900 people who are against him and against what's going on and you would need to go that route too, but
01:12:05.440 be careful. But I don't know, Tanya, do you think Rocco could do something with this or?
01:12:11.180 Yeah. So what I was going to, uh, I'll, I'll be having some discussions with, uh, Andrea in private.
01:12:17.380 And because I as well believe that, you know, we got to be wise with the actions and the steps that we
01:12:23.020 take. And I've been very vocal about my actions with the top RCMPs, the deputy commissioner
01:12:29.600 of British Columbia, the affidavit that's on the page, the communications that I've had with them.
01:12:34.940 They will never, ever be able to say, we didn't know. But when the time comes and all of this goes
01:12:41.920 and is actually before the courts, because I believe we are going to see justice. I believe
01:12:46.500 people will be going to jail and all it is a matter of, we've got to continue on with the evidence.
01:12:52.080 Um, we've got more politicians who are stepping up. I think it's a good idea to put it in the hands
01:12:56.860 of, of an elected official as well. Some of them want to get reelected, believe it or not.
01:13:02.620 And, and so maybe they'd be willing to put themselves out there. Um, and who's in Richmond
01:13:08.600 right now? Didn't Kenny two get outed? Yeah, I, I, I, I haven't paid attention to who the MPs are,
01:13:16.240 who are in Richmond right now, but I know it doesn't have to be in Richmond to take action on this.
01:13:20.740 It would just need to be an elected official. This is a federal crime, what we're talking about
01:13:25.000 here. And so I don't believe this should be, you know, the head of a party assisting and helping
01:13:29.640 with this as well and applying pressure to the police, but we're going to continue the exposure
01:13:34.900 of it, uh, helping people to become aware that you should not be taking these tests. A friend
01:13:39.640 texted me yesterday and I was just like, he texts always, I'm not feeling well, I'm going to go get
01:13:45.240 the test. And I texted back and said, don't you dare take that test, right? It's just a whole
01:13:50.540 total scam. It's illegal and it has the potential of causing you great harm.
01:13:55.380 All right. Uh, Terenzio, another question, please.
01:13:58.060 Next question is from, uh, Lorette.
01:14:01.240 Hi. There you are. Hi.
01:14:04.240 Good, good work there, Andy. It's, it's amazing. Uh, we all knew the PCR test was garbage and now,
01:14:09.920 you know, this is crap too. Uh, did you by chance try and follow where the money goes?
01:14:15.980 Did it get into our lustrous leaders' pockets or, you know, this type of thing when you're
01:14:20.360 doing your research? Uh, for these particular tests, you mean?
01:14:25.220 Yes. For this antigen test that you were doing the research on, like there's lots of money,
01:14:28.940 right? So where is this one going?
01:14:31.900 We all know that everything's in a blind trust right now, right? So we have no idea what he's,
01:14:38.700 uh, what he's invested in. That's, um, apparently he himself doesn't even know what he's invested
01:14:44.120 in. Although I questioned that actually, I actually wrote an article about it, um, in retribution for
01:14:50.060 what they did to truckers. I went on a little witch hunt on my own and, uh, tracked down some of his
01:14:55.060 private accounts and his holding accounts. So, um, you know, I can't say that I know that this is
01:15:00.620 being funneled back to people, but I mean, we know that, you know, it's elected officials
01:15:05.680 obviously are invested in, in multiple companies. Uh, you know, it's really, really hard to track
01:15:11.180 them down. They're supposed to disclose all this stuff, but they do tend to, I mean, we saw Anita
01:15:15.640 Anand giving, you know, favorite contracts to, uh, you know, companies her husband was associated
01:15:20.680 with. So, um, you know, have I found, have I found a political link to our trying yet? No,
01:15:27.380 but I'm going to keep looking for one. It doesn't mean that there's not one there. It just means I
01:15:31.440 haven't found one yet. Right. Well, and as we had exposed as well, well, not ourselves, but we,
01:15:37.320 we provided the link to the, uh, Unifor president as well. The, the corruption goes deep, uh, you know,
01:15:43.940 $50,000 is nothing to the people that are holding billions of dollars of Canadians money
01:15:50.240 at ransom so that they can pay these players to help them out in this scheme. Right. So it's going
01:15:56.800 to take a matter that when the first dominoes start to fall and people start getting arrested,
01:16:00.920 uh, then we'll see some of them quivering in their boots, but we're going for the low hanging fruit
01:16:05.400 right now. We got to take out the workers on the ground, the employers, uh, et cetera, union leaders
01:16:10.420 who, who are commencing these actions on these illegal actions on behalf of the government.
01:16:15.020 And we're just going to keep pressing back. Uh, we're very patiently moving forward in doing this
01:16:19.820 and we need everybody's support. Okay. Trends, you another question.
01:16:23.280 All right. Shannon. Hi there. Hi. Um, hi, Andy. I appreciate the work that you've done. Uh,
01:16:29.380 I had happened upon you on Twitter a little while ago and I got a little bit of this context earlier,
01:16:33.580 but the PowerPoint was great to kind of give a whole or picture of it. So thank you for doing
01:16:38.780 that. Um, are you back on Twitter at this point? Uh, I I'm back on for now. We're not expecting to
01:16:45.300 be there for long, right? Like I said, I'm trying not to not get too invested. I used to do most of
01:16:52.400 my stories on there and long threads, but I'm trying not to do as much as that anymore. I've kind of got
01:16:57.080 my own show now and I want to get back into writing and things like that, just because we all know that my,
01:17:02.680 uh, they couldn't pull the plug on me at any moment. So yeah. Well, the fact they're pulling
01:17:09.120 the plug on your shows, you're actually onto something worthwhile. Yeah. Well, the fact that
01:17:13.800 they did it right before my, my bank accounts got frozen, I mean, talk about a coordinated hit.
01:17:20.660 Oh dear. Okay. I had to chop up for social media before, right? I mean, they didn't want me on,
01:17:28.280 on social media, freaking out about the fact that, and now my private blanker says,
01:17:32.540 maybe I might've been flagged by FinTrack. So that would be a permanent flag.
01:17:37.680 Yeah. They're going to, they're going to continue trying to take good people down,
01:17:41.220 but we'll find other ways of popping back up and providing even, you know, a platform with
01:17:45.660 action for Canada help to get your voice out. Um, if Tom ends up Tom Quiggin, I know that you're
01:17:50.640 associated with him as well. I'm going to have him one day on my show soon. And, uh, if you record in
01:17:55.980 the USA, they can't take it down. And, and so there's ways around this. We're going to just keep
01:18:00.400 working. All right. I have, um, a question up. I'm not, I haven't read it in advance.
01:18:07.620 Okay. Is there a government appropriation committee behind the awarding the contracts?
01:18:13.620 Couldn't someone submit FOI POP to get the names of the politicians behind the awarding of contracts,
01:18:20.800 as well as the lobbyists behind affiliated. So, yeah, that's a good question. Um, freedom of
01:18:25.560 informations are highly effective and, uh, you know, sometimes it takes a little time to get
01:18:31.820 them, but it's definitely worth filing for them. Have you done any of that work?
01:18:35.620 Yeah, I did. So, yeah. So I called them ATIPs, access to information and privacy. So, so yeah,
01:18:41.520 I did do some freedom of information access requests regarding this. I want to know more about
01:18:46.780 this contract. I want to know who dished it out. Um, I want to know the terms behind it because I can't
01:18:51.320 find any of that. Um, and so, yeah, so it would have been, you know, uh, under public, um, you know,
01:18:57.120 public services procurement. Um, so, and you know, you can see that, you know, how many tests we've
01:19:03.180 given them and all that is under that. But I mean, a lot of these COVID contracts are just shouted in
01:19:08.320 secrecy, you know, they were just doled out and, and these ATIs, I mean, I've been filing FOIs for a
01:19:16.340 long time. Most of them come back and they're pretty much black. Um, or, you know, they, they
01:19:23.040 take months and months or half a, half a year, even, you know, maybe a year, right. I still haven't
01:19:28.140 got some of my first ones that I've filed back and that was a long time ago. So, but I have done that.
01:19:32.500 So, you know, let's have hope. But I think the important thing is that, you know, we just understand
01:19:37.400 what these are all about right now. And I'm not saying, you know, if you want to use them,
01:19:41.740 use them, but be informed. I think the problem is that we're not being informed about what we're
01:19:48.020 using, right. We're being misled again and again and again by our government, right. Um, we're being
01:19:56.120 mizzled. So if you want to use them, use them. I've used them, right. Am I scared of them? No.
01:20:01.400 Would I use them every day? Yeah, no. Um, absolutely not. Right. But, um, but that's the problem is that
01:20:08.440 they're just not being forthcoming with the information and that they're doing it continuously,
01:20:13.980 right. So now we have to look in every single nook and cranny to find how many times they've
01:20:19.040 lied to us, right. If they did it with this one company, how much more of this has gone on?
01:20:24.000 I just happened upon this. I wasn't even looking for this. And now I've got to look through all 40
01:20:29.620 of these companies. Yeah. Well, we know that I can't imagine there being one legitimate, uh,
01:20:36.120 rapid testing company available. And, and to me, I'm like zero tolerance for this. Um,
01:20:42.260 I wouldn't recommend anybody take them because of the agenda behind it. Uh, because, uh, we don't
01:20:48.320 want to buy into anything. When I was talking to Rocco, there's one legal action that's been
01:20:54.160 commenced, not with us. And they've taken a very broad action and it's just kind of kept narrowing
01:20:59.960 down and shipping away to the point where they're merely asking for an exemption for some health
01:21:05.300 workers. And our position is that we will not ask for an exemption because if we're asking for an
01:21:11.040 exemption, that means that we feel we need to be exempt from something. And the whole thing is
01:21:15.460 illegal, right? Every part of the lockdowns, every mandate, we have guaranteed rights in this country
01:21:22.960 that are guaranteed charter rights, constitutional rights. The constitution, as I said in the speech at
01:21:27.920 the, at the beginning of this is the Supreme law of Canada. And anything that is in opposition of it
01:21:34.500 is of no force and effect. That's the mindset. All of us as Canadians need to embrace and continue
01:21:40.080 even regarding this treaty. Everybody's panicking about the, uh, WH treaty and they're going to take
01:21:45.960 control of us as citizens. No, they aren't. They're an unelected body. They have no control in Canada.
01:21:52.060 And even if Trudeau signs onto the treaty, it's of no force or effect because it is in violation of
01:21:58.000 our constitution. If we don't stand firm with this at the forefront of our mind, we're going to lose
01:22:03.340 this battle. And so we got it. We got to stay really, really firm on it. Oh, Terenzio, I think
01:22:07.940 we have one more person that has a question. From Paolo. Oh, from Paolo. Okay. Hi, Paolo.
01:22:16.020 I think your question was outside of the realm of the rapid testing. If I saw you're in the Q and A,
01:22:23.000 can you unmute or?
01:22:24.620 I don't see him unmuting.
01:22:29.960 We do have one more.
01:22:31.100 Oh, wait, there he is. Yeah. Hi, Paolo.
01:22:33.160 Okay. Hi. Yeah. I thought I'd do this. Um, I thought I'd give you up and I thought I'd post this on both
01:22:37.320 sections so, so you could see it when it came to employment and everything else. Now, here's my
01:22:41.720 situation. I work, cause I work for the city of Vancouver local QP 15. Now I submitted a grievance,
01:22:48.680 uh, sent my NOLs and I got a case number. Now it's going to step two, which includes going to be
01:22:55.700 a WebEx meeting next week, a week from now, which is going to include my direct managers,
01:22:59.520 um, my union rep, and I, and I think someone from HR. Now, what important stuff should I take
01:23:07.120 to prepare for that? Uh, or should I record the whole conversation? Anything else I should do besides
01:23:12.320 it? Yeah, absolutely. Record the conversation. Have you used and looked up the template letter
01:23:18.380 that I've used with a city of Surrey and a, and a North Vancouver, um, city and union?
01:23:24.680 I haven't seen that success. Okay. Uh, uh, Sheila, would you mind please put in the template letter?
01:23:30.840 Oh, she's right on me. Every time we talk about something, you're awesome, Sheila. I'm going to give
01:23:34.580 you a big shout out. And then Paolo, I would recommend you come to the Tuesday show and, uh, you and I
01:23:40.780 can have a conversation potentially at the end of that. Okay. Okay. We'll prepare a little more.
01:23:47.460 That'll be great. Okay. Yeah. I'm going to be a little late joining that show because I'm,
01:23:50.620 because I'm working that day. So I'll be catching the last portion of that. Okay. All right. Well,
01:23:55.200 your homework is to study the, uh, template letter, go down to the city letters, please. And, um,
01:24:02.780 just, uh, check out the titles of them, whether it's the rapid testing or the other one,
01:24:06.400 read them both. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Now this is an individual one. It's only,
01:24:09.660 it's going to be applying to me, not, not my fellow union members. They're taking on a one,
01:24:13.840 like an individual basis here. Yep. That's okay. That's the way I dealt with it with these
01:24:18.180 employees as well. Like I said, great success. Okay. Uh, okay. Great. Thanks. Okay. Thank you.
01:24:25.220 All right. Uh, Trenzio, did you say there was one more hand up? We do from Carolyn. Hello. Hi,
01:24:31.140 Carolyn. What's your question? Well, my question is I watch Dr. David Martin a lot. Do you both
01:24:37.080 know who he is? Yes. Someone who had come in? I was watching him yesterday and he's saying he's
01:24:45.320 going around the States and he'd like to go around the world and meet with anybody to get to the bottom
01:24:51.140 of this. And he said lots about Trudeau. He said he knows everything he's done. Yes. Yeah. Dr.
01:24:57.380 Martin has made some very broad, very firm statements. I've been actually, uh, directly in
01:25:03.160 touch with him back in the fall. And, um, so yeah, you know what he's, he's got apparently
01:25:10.580 investigations going. He's provided information. Uh, the documentation that he provided me wasn't
01:25:16.640 something where it was actual evidence, uh, for instance, like an invoice that somebody, you know,
01:25:24.960 had paid or a transfer of funds that somebody had paid for potentially Bonnie Henry, um, or John
01:25:30.420 Horgan or the government. I haven't seen any tangible evidence, uh, from Dr. Martin. I'm not
01:25:36.400 saying he doesn't have it, but the report that he sent me, I didn't find anything there other than,
01:25:41.880 um, uh, not even speculation. Like we know what the government's doing is corrupt. And so, but we need
01:25:47.820 super tangible information in order to move forward with that. And the police need that as well.
01:25:52.280 But to me, with the information that I've personally put provided to the police, because I've actually
01:25:57.920 also included seven death certificates to show that they were, um, misleading. And to me, it's
01:26:03.740 fraudulent, uh, assignment of death to say it was by COVID when somebody has four stage four cancer
01:26:09.180 and inflating the numbers. Um, so anyways, uh, we'll continue to see what the, uh, Dr. David Martin
01:26:15.900 comes up with. Um, I, I, I'm, I'm not following him closely. I know that if there is something truly
01:26:21.680 good to report that somebody will definitely send me a link. All right. And thank you for bringing this
01:26:26.800 up, uh, Terenzio. I really encourage people to use the notices of liability to get ahold of the
01:26:34.420 template letter. I should add the template letter to this page actually as well and make it as user
01:26:38.660 friendly as possible. And, uh, yeah, we're going to want to hear some more good news reports. Like I
01:26:43.740 say, when I've been personally involved with helping employees, we've had great success in either getting
01:26:50.780 the mandated vaccinations overturned or in, um, helping individuals not to have to undergo the
01:26:58.580 rapid testing. So I hope that this show tonight has been super, super informative. I've been so
01:27:05.320 pleased with the presentation that, uh, Andrea has provided. If we were to say, you know, what could
01:27:11.600 we do within this information? We're going to put this show on the empower hour. I'm going to ask
01:27:18.180 Andrea also for her PDF links. And, and so I would encourage people to send this to your local police.
01:27:25.420 I would encourage people to take the PDFs, take the videos and provide it to the, um, uh, police
01:27:33.200 because this is not just happening in Canada. I'm sorry, in British Columbia, it is with the students.
01:27:39.800 Um, I don't know, Andrea, do you happen to know if they're providing it to kids in other provinces as
01:27:46.660 well, or was it only BC? They were distributing this particular rapid antigen testing. I believe
01:27:52.400 that this was only distributed in British Columbia for now. Right. Um, but, and I, and I want that,
01:27:59.580 sorry, apologies. Sorry. My kids just got back from soccer. So I knew something had gone out.
01:28:05.720 I'm trying to like, be like here to stay here for a second.
01:28:09.240 No, this is real life. And everybody, we're just a family here and friends coming together on a
01:28:14.020 Wednesday night to help each other. And so I was trying to give a bit of an instruction, like,
01:28:18.340 what do we do with this information? And so I'm encouraging people, uh, take the empower hour.
01:28:23.760 Once we post it, it'll probably be up on the page by tomorrow. Would you mind providing us the PDF,
01:28:28.680 uh, of your presentation as well? We'll provide that information. And I would take this resource.
01:28:34.240 I would send it again to municipalities, mayor, city council, school board trustees, uh, MLAs,
01:28:41.020 MPPs, every single elected official in your district. And also point out, it didn't come up
01:28:47.480 as much tonight, but it is in the report that our Tron it's in the video on the page. Like I say,
01:28:52.940 please listen to that video of the recording that Lisa had to have the patience and time to take with
01:28:57.980 that Dr. Uma, because in there, she refused to say if sodium azide was an ingredient in this test.
01:29:04.620 Now, other tests, um, producers of the test distribute and distributing them actually say
01:29:10.800 sodium azide is, uh, uh, is an actual ingredient. And I can't tell you enough that this is a toxic
01:29:18.860 ingredient. Nobody should be sticking this in a child's nose. And, and as well, we didn't really
01:29:24.160 talk about the environment, environmental impact tonight, but think about, we saw it was 608,
01:29:30.520 over 608 million units have been purchased by a multitude of suppliers. Now with those being
01:29:39.780 distributed to millions of Canadians across Canada, yes, it's a little jar of sodium azide and whatever
01:29:45.620 other, um, ingredient is there. It's now going in the drain. This is supposed to be disposed of
01:29:53.000 in a manner that, uh, with hazmat, et cetera. This is supposed to be, it's a biohazard. And in the
01:30:00.580 quantities, can you imagine a parent, you're going to be at the sink in the bathroom and the kids will
01:30:05.240 say, Oh, I want to tip the bottle over. I remember having little ones, you know, they want to do stuff
01:30:08.920 too and, and, and, and be big and participate. Now they're spilling it in their hands. It's going into
01:30:14.260 the drain or they're pouring it in the toilet or they're throwing it into the garbage. And, and so we
01:30:19.900 really need to let people know how, um, incredibly, uh, dangerous this product is and how far ranging
01:30:28.240 the problem is as far as I'm environmental, the risk to our pets, the risk to our kids,
01:30:33.460 et cetera, the risk, risk to adults, to you as an adult. All right. Well, Andrea, we're going to,
01:30:39.060 we're going to end the show tonight. It's probably good timing with your kids coming in. Thank you.
01:30:44.060 There goes one. Hi little person. We're doing this for you. We're fighting for you,
01:30:52.320 my little friend. Okay. Scoot in the room. Be a good boy. Thank you. Yeah. Thanks for having me.
01:30:57.180 It was good. I hope everybody that was informative. And, and like I said, you know, a lot of us get
01:31:01.760 branded as conspiracy theorists, myself included, but I mean, you know, all this is all documented.
01:31:06.720 It's all in records. It just, it really doesn't look good. And I'm really concerned here and I'm
01:31:12.700 really frustrated. Um, because you know, I'm like, Oh my gosh, I've sort of, you know, hit on this
01:31:17.900 bombshell story and there's so many facets to it. And like I said, at the very least they're lying
01:31:24.680 and they're misleading us at the very least. And is that becoming of a company that is authorizing
01:31:30.540 medical devices for Canadians? No, absolutely not. Right. They should get their contracts pulled
01:31:35.740 just from that. Yeah, no, I agree. I think it's beyond 40 million for tax dollars.
01:31:41.840 Yeah. I think it's a hundred percent, um, um, criminal. And just so, you know, just so our
01:31:47.340 viewers know as well, as far as the entree, um, artron in BC is concerned in the schools because
01:31:53.580 of the amount of pushback from Lisa and her team action for Canada, et cetera, they've apparently
01:31:59.580 pulled them and they're now all sitting in a, in a warehouse. And this is millions and
01:32:05.540 hundreds of millions of dollars that is just going to waste. And if we have our way, none of them
01:32:10.860 will be removed from a warehouse again. And, and, uh, you know, it's going to be amazing to see how
01:32:15.940 we recover from all of this waste, this tremendous waste of the government who are, you know, talking
01:32:21.340 about climate change and filling our kids, kids, kids with this pollution in, in the schools. And here
01:32:27.860 they are putting millions and billions of masks and gloves and this garbage in, into our landfills and
01:32:34.620 down our drains. So we got some work to do. I think we're making a huge dent and thanks to people like
01:32:40.680 yourself, this is going to be the kind of evidence we need to apply even more pressure.
01:32:46.220 So in closing, what would you have to say, uh, to our viewers?
01:32:52.620 Well, I mean, you know, follow you guys, um, you know, uh, try to support work, especially independent
01:32:58.780 journalists, you know, throughout the pandemic, we've had this sort of David and Goliath battle through,
01:33:03.740 you know, our, our mainstream media and our mainstream media isn't all bad, but we've definitely
01:33:08.260 seen an, uh, you know, an ugly underbelly to them. Um, so, and, you know, the independents have
01:33:14.080 really owned information during this pandemic. So, you know, if you can support their work,
01:33:20.920 follow them, follow me, uh, if you can contribute, even if it's just a little bit, right. You know,
01:33:27.160 I'm talking about true North rebel, Fernando, Western standard, um, you know, uh, there's so
01:33:34.300 many of us out there. So, um, find them black locks, right. Find them, support them, contribute
01:33:39.880 to them. Um, so that, you know, everybody can keep on doing this because it's a lot of work.
01:33:44.440 And like I said, there's massive stories out there and, you know, we're, we're running on
01:33:49.020 no funding at all. Most of us, no government dollars, you know, and very, very minimal funding.
01:33:54.700 And we're the ones who are cracking all the big stories and we've been doing it throughout the
01:33:59.000 entire pandemic, right. We've been on the ball where MSM has been dropping it. So, you know,
01:34:04.080 support those people and don't go to my webpage yet because it's not done yet because I'm making
01:34:09.340 it myself because I can't afford a web designer. So, um, it's not ready yet, but it's the real
01:34:14.980 Andy Lee show.com and I'm going to have, Oh, there goes another one. So yeah. So that's my website.
01:34:20.100 So I'm going to be posting all my stories on my shows and all that stuff on there, but it's not
01:34:24.300 quite done yet. Like I said, cause I'm doing it myself. Just like I do everything by myself,
01:34:28.240 but I know what you mean. I started that way too. Right. We're all, we're all grassroots
01:34:33.540 movements here. So what's the best way Andy for people to, um, provide some funding to you?
01:34:43.160 Well, I don't have it. I don't take any contributions or anything like that. So I do this as a, you know,
01:34:47.580 service, um, when marketing, they did, if they wanted to, uh, provide you some funds for your
01:34:52.940 work, is there a way, a means to do that? There's no way to do it. So. Okay. All right. Well,
01:34:57.420 you're going to need to set something up because we need to keep you up and running. And I totally
01:35:02.220 agree. Uh, where would we be without the independent media at this point? My, my show,
01:35:07.920 I'll probably put a little tip jar up just because all these flights to Ottawa are destroying me.
01:35:12.440 Absolutely. I'm going back there to follow James Topp and for Canada Day. And I've promised that
01:35:18.320 I'm going to go to Parliament Hill and pitch a tent on Parliament Hill Canada Day, whether Justin
01:35:21.920 Trudeau likes me, uh, wants that or not. He definitely doesn't want it. So I'm going to go
01:35:26.160 do it. All right. But they do. Good to know. Well, if anybody's in Ottawa on Canada Day, go and meet
01:35:32.380 Andy. Andy, thank you again so much for being on your show. We're going to have to be in touch. I'm
01:35:37.080 going to want to have a separate conversation with you as well. So.
01:35:39.960 Yeah. And we'll have to follow this story up too and find out where it goes.
01:35:43.780 Terrific. Thank you so much.
01:35:45.420 All right. Thanks a lot.
01:35:46.560 Woo. All right. Well, everyone, that was an amazing evening. Uh, be sure that if you're like,
01:35:53.440 oh man, I wish others were attending the show tonight. We're going to have it on the Empower
01:35:57.700 Hour within the next day or two. Be ready to share it and get it out to the masses. Uh, we need you to
01:36:03.560 help us to be super spreaders, uh, on our social media. We love that name, the social media,
01:36:09.000 the A4C social media super spreaders. That means that when we send you the weekly action, you take
01:36:14.460 that action and you spread it on Twitter, Facebook, whatever social media platform you're on. I know
01:36:20.560 people go, oh my goodness, Twitter and Facebook. We'll take advantage of them as long as we can. So
01:36:25.000 please help us get the information out. It's super important. Next week, we are going to have, uh,
01:36:30.340 Dr. Denny Rancourt on, this is going to be an interesting one. Denny has been, uh, written
01:36:35.380 many articles on the masks, uh, geopoliticals, uh, geopolitics he's involved in, uh, the vaccinated,
01:36:43.160 the unvaccinated. It's going to be a really interesting conversation. So please be sure
01:36:47.300 to come and join us next week. And then, you know, everybody take a deep breath and just know
01:36:54.340 that we are on the side of right and make sure that you join an action for Canada chapter.
01:37:00.600 Don't be alone. Make sure that you have somebody else in your life. And you know, one of the best
01:37:05.640 things you can do when you're feeling down is find somebody else to encourage because that not only
01:37:11.620 lifts their spirits, but it lifts your spirits as well. It's a feel good action. And, uh, anyways,
01:37:17.400 I just want to wish you all the best. I know there's so much stress in life right now.
01:37:21.600 Some of you are in very precarious situations and I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate you.
01:37:27.300 You are loved. Please join a chapter because those communities need to grow. And it's the
01:37:32.880 most effective thing that we could be doing and uniting together on right now.
01:37:36.780 All right, my friends, we'll see you next week. God bless you and God bless Canada.
01:37:40.740 That's what I'm going to say. Look at this crowd. I'm going to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.
01:38:00.980 I'm going to thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much
01:38:11.900 for our freedom.
01:38:15.640 And I'm calling on you today.
01:38:18.760 Don't put them to shame.
01:38:21.000 Don't waste what they did.
01:38:22.820 We have guaranteed rights in this country.
01:38:30.980 We are putting chapters across the nation.
01:38:36.640 We are going to be in every town and every city.
01:38:40.300 And we are going to build communities within these communities of like-minded people who
01:38:45.060 are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other and give each
01:38:49.320 other their help when they're down.
01:38:51.320 We are going to use the teams and the people that build within chapters to support our businesses.
01:38:57.800 The government's actions are completely, 100% unlawful.
01:39:04.860 Judgment will again be found on justice and those with virtuous hearts will pursue it.
01:39:13.120 You have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom and righteousness.
01:39:19.020 God says he will turn the sins of evil people back on them.
01:39:30.000 He will destroy them for their sins.
01:39:35.000 I take great comfort in that because I serve a mighty living God who has allowed us to go
01:39:44.320 through this season of discomfort because we as a nation have turned our backs on him.
01:39:50.680 And we need to get right.
01:39:53.140 So I am just going to thank you so much.
01:39:56.760 I'm going to say God bless you and God bless Canada.
01:40:00.440 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:40:30.440 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:41:00.440 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:41:30.440 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you.
01:42:00.440 God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and God bless you and how youå¾… past you.
01:42:02.440 Thank you.
01:42:32.440 Thank you.
