Summary

In this episode, we discuss the controversial topic of blood transfusions from people who have received the CoDAC-19 vaccine. Is it safe to donate blood from someone who has received the vaccine? Is there any risk to the recipient? And what role does the spike protein used to deliver the vaccine have in preventing post-vaccination complications?

Transcript

00:00:00.000 At this moment, here in America, there is no real distinction within the U.S. Red Cross
00:00:13.940 between blood that was donated by vaccinated people versus those who are unvaccinated.
00:00:18.860 Now, it is the case that when you go to donate blood, they ask you whether or not you've received
00:00:23.140 the COVID vaccine, but that has nothing to do with your eligibility. In fact, over on the Red
00:00:28.440 Cross website, they make a special point to mention that, quote, the Red Cross, like
00:00:33.320 all blood collectors in the U.S., is required to follow the eligibility guidelines set by
00:00:37.980 the FDA. The FDA permits individuals to donate blood with no wait period after receiving a
00:00:42.900 COVID-19 vaccine as long as they are feeling well and symptom-free, and the vaccine they
00:00:47.300 received is one that was approved by the FDA for use in the U.S. Meaning in practical terms
00:00:52.140 that as long as you say you're feeling all right, your COVID vaccination status does not
00:00:56.700 affect your eligibility to donate blood. Furthermore, on the flip side, on the receiving end, if
00:01:01.600 you need a blood transfusion, there's no real way for you to be able to know whether or not
00:01:06.060 the blood you're getting came from a vaccinated versus an unvaccinated source. And while the
00:01:11.840 FDA and the Red Cross on their respective websites, they say that they're fine with the situation
00:01:16.600 and that the mRNA injections do not pose a risk to the recipient, well, a new study calls
00:01:22.460 that premise into question. Specifically, this was a preprint study published roughly 10 days ago
00:01:27.360 out of Japan titled, quote, concerns regarding transfusions of blood products derived from
00:01:32.620 genetic vaccine recipients and proposals for specific measures. And as the name of the study suggests,
00:01:38.660 what these researchers were doing was examining whether receiving blood from COVID vaccinated
00:01:43.840 individuals was truly safe and whether or not it posed a health risk to the recipient. And they were
00:01:49.960 conducting this research in light of the many recent studies which have been published, which have
00:01:53.860 shown that those who took the vaccine were unfortunately at a heightened risk for a variety
00:01:58.700 of different ailments, including, but not limited to what's collectively been called long COVID. Here's
00:02:04.280 specifically part of what they wrote, quote, the coronavirus pandemic was declared by the World Health
00:02:09.240 Organization, the WHO in 2020, and a global genetic vaccination program has been rapidly implemented as a
00:02:15.960 fundamental solution. However, many countries around the world have reported that so-called genetic
00:02:21.160 vaccines, such as those using modified mRNA encoding the spike protein and lipid nanoparticles as the drug
00:02:27.300 delivery system, have resulted in post-vaccination thrombosis and subsequent cardiovascular damage,
00:02:32.740 as well as a wide variety of diseases involving all organs and systems, including the nervous system.
00:02:38.160 In this article, based on the circumstances and the volume of evidence that has recently come to light,
00:02:42.960 we call the attention of medical professionals to the various risks associated with blood transfusions
00:02:47.680 using blood products derived from people who have suffered from long COVID and from genetic vaccine
00:02:52.380 recipients, including those who have received mRNA vaccines. The thinking here goes that it's a little
00:02:58.100 bit odd to, on the one hand, believe that you have all these long-term problems from the vaccine
00:03:03.380 related to heart inflammation, blood vessel issues, as well as long COVID, which apparently persists for
00:03:09.680 months or even years. But then, at the same time, you're okay with letting people donate blood shortly
00:03:15.340 after getting the shot. On the face of it, believing these two things simultaneously seems a little bit
00:03:20.540 contradictory. And so, along that line, what these researchers did was they conducted a review of the
00:03:26.740 available literature in regards to both post-vaccine complications, as well as to long COVID.
00:03:32.440 Quote,
00:03:32.680 Contrary to earlier expectations, genes and proteins from genetic vaccines have been found to persist in
00:03:49.860 the blood of vaccine recipients for prolonged periods of time. In addition, a variety of adverse
00:03:55.140 events resulting from genetic vaccines are now being reported worldwide. This includes a wide range of
00:03:59.960 diseases related to blood and blood vessels. Some studies have reported that the spike protein in the
00:04:04.800 mRNA vaccines is neurotoxic and capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. Thus, there is no longer any doubt
00:04:11.300 that the spike protein used as an antigen in genetic vaccines is itself toxic. Now, what they wrote here
00:04:17.200 regarding the spike protein is quite accurate, and actually, it deserves a bit of an explanation. This right
00:04:23.340 here is a picture of the coronavirus which causes COVID-19. And if you zoom in a little bit, you can
00:04:29.140 clearly see the spike protein. This spike protein, also known as the S protein, is by far the largest
00:04:34.840 structural protein on the entire virus. And in fact, if you look at the virus from the right angle,
00:04:39.540 you can see that the spike protein creates a shape kind of like a crown, which is actually where the
00:04:44.440 coronaviruses get their general name from because the word corona is Latin for the word crown. And their
00:04:50.720 crown shape comes exactly from these spike proteins. Now, when the pandemic first started back in the year
00:04:56.180 2020, naturally, people's understanding of the COVID spike protein was rather limited. That's
00:05:02.000 because at first, it was believed that the only role that the spike protein played was to help the
00:05:07.300 SARS-CoV-2 virus invade our cells, specifically by binding to the ACE receptors on our cell walls.
00:05:13.400 However, that was quickly found to have been a very, very limited understanding. And over the past
00:05:19.540 three or four years, scientists have slowly discovered that the effects of the spike protein are
00:05:24.480 actually multifaceted, and that the spike protein interacts with many of our other cellular tissues,
00:05:29.740 not just the ACE receptors on our cell walls. In fact, many studies have analyzed the effects of
00:05:35.180 the spike protein from many different aspects, and they discovered that it's harmful to the human body
00:05:40.640 in at least eight different specific ways. These include by damaging the lung cells, including the
00:05:46.900 pulmonary alveoli and the pulmonary endothelial cells. It includes damaging the mitochondria and the DNA
00:05:52.900 structures within our cells. It includes damaging our cardiovascular cells. It includes increasing the
00:05:58.260 risk of blood clots. It includes damaging our brain cells. The spike protein has been found to promote
00:06:03.020 long-term inflammation. It's been found to suppress immunity, and it has even been found to increase
00:06:07.840 the risk of cancers. Now, it's worth mentioning that many of these different side effects are actually
00:06:12.080 interrelated. For example, various studies have shown that the organ cells of the heart, the brain,
00:06:17.500 and the cardiovascular system as a whole that can be impacted by the spike proteins. As an example,
00:06:23.060 there was a study published in the BioRx IV Preprint Repository. You can see that study up on screen for
00:06:28.400 yourself, and that study, it found that the spike proteins, they cause, for one, the type 1 catalytic
00:06:34.000 receptors to increase in our kidney cell tissues, and these types of receptors, they can become hosts for
00:06:38.640 the virus, making the kidneys more susceptible to viral infection. Secondly, that study found that the
00:06:44.220 spike protein causes cells in the small intestine to stimulate a large amount of L-sine receptors in
00:06:49.540 order to defend against pathogens, which, on the one hand, sounds like a good thing. However, this
00:06:53.980 causes a chain reaction, which eventually makes the small intestine more susceptible to viral infection.
00:06:59.280 And thirdly, the study found that the spike protein causes the amount of DS-sine receptors in the lungs
00:07:05.140 to increase, which may cause inflammation in the lungs. And specifically in that third point,
00:07:10.340 regarding the lungs, there was another study that was published in the Journal of the
00:07:13.960 American Heart Association, you can see it up on screen for yourself, which likewise found that
00:07:18.000 the spike protein has a direct effect on lung function. Specifically, what that study found
00:07:22.200 was that when spike proteins are present in the human body, the pulmonary alveolar cell walls in
00:07:27.240 the lungs, they begin to thicken and solidify, causing lung function to decline. And just for your
00:07:32.080 reference, pulmonary alveoli, they're those tiny little balloon-shaped air sacs that expand and
00:07:37.060 shrink in our lungs as we breathe. And the spike protein causes the walls of those air sacs to thicken
00:07:42.200 and solidify. Furthermore, touching upon the subject of so-called long COVID, one of the main
00:07:47.400 symptoms that people experience when they have long COVID is a feeling of chronic fatigue.
00:07:52.580 And one of the possible causes for that constant feeling of being tired might be the fact that
00:07:57.480 spike proteins damage the cell's mitochondria. And in case you haven't been in a biology class for the
00:08:02.460 past 45 years, I'll mention that mitochondria are those little organelles within our cells that are
00:08:07.940 responsible for synthesizing energy. And normally, when you look at healthy mitochondria within a
00:08:12.360 cell, they look like little tubular power stations. However, studies have shown that when the spike
00:08:17.460 proteins stimulate our lungs, blood vessels, or lymph nodes, what happens is that for one, the structure
00:08:23.020 of the mitochondria within those cells, they can change dramatically, becoming heavily fragmented.
00:08:28.360 And then secondly, the number of tubular mitochondria can actually be greatly reduced. And as an example of
00:08:34.660 what this actually looks like, up on your screen are several graphs from one study that looked at
00:08:38.640 mitochondria. And as you can see, when antibodies are present in the cell, the mitochondria look
00:08:43.380 healthy. However, when the spike protein is present, the mitochondria experience damage and become
00:08:48.480 fragmented. In fact, this bar chart right here, which came from that same study, it visualizes the
00:08:53.400 change rather well, showing that with the presence of the spike protein, the proportion of tubular
00:08:58.380 mitochondria decreases dramatically, while the percentage of fragmented mitochondria increases.
00:09:02.960 And so these types of findings, they have led researchers to hypothesize that what's generally
00:09:08.560 called long COVID and the associated fatigue that people experience, it may be caused by exactly this
00:09:14.160 mechanism, the damage that's done to mitochondria, meaning that the chronic tiredness that a person
00:09:19.220 experiences might be due to the fact that cellular mitochondria are either damaged or dying, which then
00:09:25.740 results in the human body having a lack of energy at the most basic level of our physiology, at the
00:09:31.020 cellular level. And so the basic gist here is that the spike protein is not something that you want
00:09:36.620 in your body. Maybe you want it for a super quick moment, just so that your immune system can learn
00:09:41.160 to guard against it. But it's definitely not something that you want to stick around for the
00:09:45.340 long term. However, here's the problem. Besides all of the people around the world who have been
00:09:51.380 infected by some version of COVID, there are also now nearly 6 billion people who have been
00:09:56.480 vaccinated for COVID. And the thing with the vaccines is that they present a unique challenge
00:10:01.460 to the human body in regards to the spike protein. Because the COVID mRNA vaccines that are currently on
00:10:07.140 the market, like the Pfizer and the Moderna shots, they inject a small piece of synthetic mRNA into your
00:10:12.460 body so that your own body produces viral spike proteins. But here's the big question. How long do these
00:10:18.540 spike proteins from the vaccines remain in the body? And the answer might actually surprise you,
00:10:23.320 because it definitely surprised the researchers who were looking into it. You see, the spike proteins
00:10:28.500 can be divided into two separate parts, the S1 part and the S2 part. And once a spike protein has been
00:10:34.520 used by a virus to invade a cell, the S1 part remains in the blood, while the S2 part gets bound to the
00:10:40.680 cell membranes. And according to this study right here that you can see up on your screen, which was
00:10:45.060 published in the Clinical Infectious Diseases Journal, the researchers discovered that the S1 proteins would
00:10:50.320 appear in people's bloodstream soon after they got their first dose of the Moderna vaccine, which was
00:10:55.220 exactly what you would expect. However, what was unexpected was that some people still had fully
00:11:00.680 intact spike proteins two full weeks or even more after their first dose of the Moderna vaccine. In fact,
00:11:06.740 you can see some graphs up on your screen from that study showing that in some cases, the intact spike
00:11:11.700 proteins were still present even a month after vaccination with Moderna. And then in terms of the Pfizer
00:11:17.000 vaccine, there was another study published in the Journal of Immunology, and it found that the S2
00:11:21.580 proteins could still be detected within a person four months after the second dose of the Pfizer
00:11:26.580 vaccine. In fact, you can see the graphic up on your screen for yourself, which came from that
00:11:30.400 Journal of Immunology study showing the detection of the spike protein S2 four full months after the
00:11:35.880 second dose, meaning in practical terms that while the majority of people's bodies do get rid of the
00:11:41.180 spike proteins in their system rather quickly, there does appear to be a percentage of people for whom
00:11:45.960 the spike proteins linger around for weeks or even months after they get the shot. Now, I will mention
00:11:51.020 in passing that the concentration of these spike proteins that remain in these people's bodies appear
00:11:56.400 to be rather small, which is a good thing, because all the harmful effects that we've been discussing
00:12:00.380 regarding the spike proteins does seem to be related to the amount present within the system. In fact,
00:12:06.680 all the aforementioned side effects that we went through, such as the blood clots, the damage to brain
00:12:11.000 cells, damage to mitochondria, and so on, they were all based on in vitro studies, meaning studies
00:12:15.980 conducted on a petri dish. And what the researchers found in all those studies was that the relatively
00:12:20.580 serious damage to the human body occurred only when the amount of spike proteins was large, meaning
00:12:25.800 that if someone got infected with COVID or they took the COVID vaccine and they happen to be one of the
00:12:31.060 the spike proteins linger in the system for a long time, well, the concentrations appear to be low
00:12:36.440 enough to not cause any serious complications, at least for most people, which is of course good
00:12:40.880 news. However, circling back to the researchers in Japan, they write in their study that this is
00:12:46.040 still an emerging field and that, quote, the impact of such genetic vaccines on blood products as well
00:12:51.320 as the actual damage caused by them are currently unknown. And because of that, they made the following
00:12:57.040 recommendation regarding blood donations, quote, the genetic vaccination status of blood donors is not
00:13:02.940 collected by organizations, even though the use of such blood may pose risks to patients. As such,
00:13:07.900 we recommend that when blood products are derived from such people, it is necessary to confirm the
00:13:12.460 present or absence of spike protein or modified mRNA as in other tests for pathogens. If the blood
00:13:18.220 product is found to contain the spike protein or a modified gene derived from the genetic vaccine,
00:13:22.480 it is essential to remove them. However, there is currently no reliable way to do so. Since there is no way
00:13:28.040 to reliably remove the pathogenic protein or mRNA, we suggest that all such blood products
00:13:32.920 be discarded until a definitive solution is found. And indeed, along the line of this recommendation,
00:13:37.880 in at least one state here in America, there is now a blood labeling bill making its way through
00:13:42.900 the state legislature. It's known as House Bill 115 over in Wyoming, and it would, quote,
00:13:48.060 require people collecting blood donations to ask donors whether they've ever received a COVID-19
00:13:52.380 vaccine or an mRNA vaccine. If the donor says yes, their blood must be conspicuously marked.
00:13:57.880 After all that, when someone in need of blood is at the hospital in a non-emergency situation,
00:14:02.200 they'd have the right to choose whether to use the marked blood or not, as long as the requested
00:14:06.360 blood is available. And what's really interesting about this particular bill is that even though
00:14:10.880 it would be a state-level law in Wyoming, well, because the bulk of blood donation is run nationally
00:14:16.360 by the U.S. Red Cross, it might actually force all states to have to label their blood, unless,
00:14:20.780 of course, they invent a workaround to avoid having to do that. It's not certain to have national
00:14:24.880 implications, but it could. Regardless, at the moment, even though this particular bill has 21
00:14:29.040 co-sponsors, it appears to be stuck in the state legislature. We here at the Epoch Times will keep
00:14:33.460 an eye on it and give you any updates if there are any. Until then, if you'd like to go through
00:14:37.780 either the details of the study which just came out of Japan, or if you'd like to go through the
00:14:41.700 details of any of the other studies that we went through in today's episode regarding the spike
00:14:45.000 protein, I'll throw the links to all my research notes. You can find them down in the description box
00:14:49.080 below if you're the type of person that likes to dig into the weeds. And then, until next time,
00:14:53.380 I'm your host, Roman from the Epoch Times. Stay informed. Most importantly, stay free.
