00:00:00.000 Tonight, it's something that we've had in the making for quite some time.
00:00:09.060 This show is going to be very special tonight because Action for Canada has stood on the foundation that Canada nationwide as a country is founded on biblical Christian principles.
00:00:23.400 And we've said that this is not a political war.
00:00:26.260 And tonight, we're going to show some evidence through the testimony of our pastors that this is indeed a spiritual war, but that when we honor the Lord, when we are obedient to him, he is just so faithful to honor us and bless us.
00:00:42.160 And so that's why I say I can't wait to get to the pastors and hear how the Lord, even though they've gone through the valley, have come out the other side with immense blessing and a blessing on their church and their congregation.
00:00:56.260 So, Trenzio, I'm just going to share my screen right now.
00:00:58.800 I always start it off with the image of our map of Canada with the Action for Canada logos in towns and cities nationwide.
00:01:11.500 Our chapters, we're commencing the bedding.
00:01:14.660 You're going to please keep an eye on our chapter page because if you don't have a chapter in your community, there may be one coming to you very soon since we have commenced the bedding.
00:01:24.960 I know that there was three additional chapters to the island alone last week.
00:01:29.960 I'm excited about that because this is the growing resistance in Canada.
00:01:36.020 All right.
00:01:36.400 We are organized and we love Canada.
00:01:39.560 We believe in Canada.
00:01:40.560 But I'm going to emphasize over and over again, we as an organization believe in Canada as a Christian, Judeo-Christian nation.
00:01:49.700 And it is so important to our freedoms.
00:01:52.680 It is foundational to our freedoms.
00:01:55.360 This is a spiritual war that we are in, my friends.
00:01:59.140 And as we take over little towns and cities, as we start reaching out in love to school board trustees and mayors and city councils and start educating them on what it is that's transpiring and the evil that is seeping in to all levels of government.
00:02:16.940 There are hearts to be saved in the city councils and on school board trustees.
00:02:22.820 There are those who were deceived.
00:02:24.860 Some of you on here tonight and those that will be viewing this video later on, you were deceived in the last two and a half years.
00:02:31.580 You believed that we were in a true pandemic and you had been overcome by fear.
00:02:38.120 And the same thing is going on in city councils and all levels of government across Canada. 0.95
00:02:44.140 A lot of these elected officials also were cowards. 0.98
00:02:47.720 And there's a lot of pastors that were cowards. 0.97
00:02:51.940 And we're going to be addressing that tonight.
00:02:54.320 And we're going to be calling, especially tonight, we're going to be calling on the pastors nationwide to not only hold the line, but step up in their obedience to God first and not man.
00:03:05.160 So the action this week, it's really been amazing.
00:03:09.180 Like I say, we've been meaning to launch this for at least six months, but it's just taken time and we always count on God's perfect timing.
00:03:18.720 So for those of you who are new, go down to weekly emails.
00:03:22.860 You'll see this page and see all the amazing work that Action for Canada has been focused on, our campaigns, our strategies.
00:03:31.280 We've sent out recently a big thank you to all of our donors, volunteers and supporters with great news, great successes as to what your time and your financial donations are resulting in, the successes.
00:03:49.140 Okay, so I'm going to go straight to the action we sent out this week.
00:03:53.600 Hans is an amazing artist that's on our team and he develops the images and then we craft based on the message that we'll be putting out.
00:04:04.120 And this is just such a good look at what's been happening to the churches across Canada.
00:04:08.800 For those who remained open, even though there were fines and some imprisonment, God is blessing them.
00:04:15.900 People are hungry for a place to come and congregate.
00:04:19.600 We had all along the freedom of religion and the freedom of assembly.
00:04:25.240 And so for the churches that ended up going online, I think this is just a great image to display God's displeasure with them and that the parking lots are empty.
00:04:37.600 And yet those who have honored God are full and full and rich of God's blessing.
00:04:42.260 And so tonight, again, I'm going to go just straight to the notice of liability because this is our main objective right now.
00:04:52.800 This is a campaign.
00:04:54.260 I did a similar campaign in December of 2020 where it was called a declaration at the time.
00:05:01.460 And I had sent it to pastors throughout BC.
00:05:04.480 That's where we began the campaign.
00:05:06.580 And wonderful pastors like Pastor Jim Butler and others were actually printing them.
00:05:11.380 And as their congregants were coming to church, they were handing this out to their congregants and asking them to sign it.
00:05:17.920 And basically, it was a message to the premier and the health officer saying we will not comply with orders that are irrational, inconsistent, unlawful, and in violation of the Constitution.
00:05:31.240 And as a result, the health officer, that was December of 2020, the health officer, by January of 2021, was trying to double down and, you know, in an effort to keep the church silent and to keep the church closed.
00:05:46.180 And she failed.
00:05:47.460 Also, between Christmas and New Year's of December 2020, I was talking to the top RCMP.
00:05:55.060 And we had an amazing conversation for about 45 minutes.
00:05:58.900 And after I was able to explain to him what it was the government was doing in ushering communism into Canada and using the RCMP to hold us back,
00:06:07.500 and he said to me, this is a very difficult situation.
00:06:12.000 And I said, yes, it is, but not so much if the RCMP and the police will pick a side, right?
00:06:18.600 Throughout history, it's when the police and military stood on the side of people that tyranny was not successful in entering a nation.
00:06:27.100 So we got a call on our military.
00:06:29.620 We got to continue to press in on the police, and we got to call them up.
00:06:33.260 And I said, by going in and disrupting services, because they had undercover police going in to services,
00:06:41.780 they were fining officers.
00:06:43.500 I says, this is against the law.
00:06:45.600 It's an indictable offense.
00:06:47.460 And so he said, what are you asking?
00:06:49.120 I said, I'm asking you to cease and desist.
00:06:51.080 And as a result, whether coincident or not, I don't believe in coincidences, but in B.C., there were no other fines to pastors.
00:06:59.660 And that was after, you know, quite a campaign at the end of December of 2020,
00:07:05.040 and there's pastors on here that can attest to the harassment and bullying that they received at the hands of the police.
00:07:12.300 So we're very pleased to come back with what we're calling this time around a notice of liability, freedom of religion, and right to assemble.
00:07:21.240 I think it's a very powerful document.
00:07:24.020 Justin Trudeau, as you know, has threatened to reimpose COVID mandates, and if Canadians do not get the COVID boosters.
00:07:30.800 And so it is possible that if left unchallenged, the government will reinstate the oppressive measures previously endured in order to force compliance.
00:07:40.100 When, as followers of Christ, we find God and our government colliding, according to Acts 5.29, it says we must, not maybe should, we must obey God rather than man.
00:07:54.880 And so as I say here, that's why we've created this notice of liability as a proactive measure.
00:08:01.560 And so we are calling on pastors, church leaders, Christians, and concerned citizens that if you do not agree with this,
00:08:09.760 we are asking you to print this document, sign it, just with your signature.
00:08:15.820 You don't have to print your name.
00:08:17.040 You don't have to provide your address if you're worried that the government is going to somehow track you down.
00:08:21.800 That is not what this is about.
00:08:24.220 This is about you putting your John Henry on this document and sending it to the prime minister's office.
00:08:30.300 Send it to your premier to say, we are letting you know in advance that there is talk of further lockdowns and restrictions,
00:08:37.260 and we're letting you know we will not comply with the ungodly, unlawful measures that are being implemented.
00:08:44.200 And we go so far in this document to include some language in there.
00:08:51.560 I'm just going to actually click on the next link just to get my bearings here.
00:09:00.360 Okay, so as well, there is no earthly authority.
00:09:04.280 No earthly authority has jurisdiction over the church in terms of regulating its faith and practice.
00:09:11.760 This is 100%, my friends.
00:09:14.100 This, again, is not a maybe, if, or but.
00:09:16.380 This is 100%, even if there were a national emergency.
00:09:19.920 Even in those circumstances, we have guaranteed rights, and God's law prevails over man's.
00:09:25.580 And so it says, in terms of regulating its faith and practice or in classifying its existence or activities as non-essential.
00:09:34.480 So I refuse to comply with any and all actions of the state to take coercive measures against the church
00:09:41.280 by criminalizing, inhibiting, or regulating any of the activities undertaken by the church as acts of worship or service to God.
00:09:50.840 The document goes on to provide your Charter of Rights and Freedoms, guaranteed 100% the freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of peaceful assembly.
00:10:03.100 It talks about the criminal code that I mentioned a moment ago, that it is an indictable offense to interfere with clergy.
00:10:09.840 There are no provisions in any orders of any health, minister, doctor, or provincial legislation that can either override or pretend to override Charter or other pre-Charter constitutional rights.
00:10:24.260 Section 52, 1 of the Constitution Act.
00:10:27.980 I love this.
00:10:28.780 We've been talking about this for a year and a half as we've had our previous notices of liability in response to the experimental injections.
00:10:37.280 It says, and to all the lockdown measures, the Constitution Act, 1982, all laws, statutes, orders, bylaws, and acts must be consistent with the Constitution or they are of no force or effect.
00:10:51.200 The Constitution is the supreme law of Canada and anything that is in violation of it, we are not bound or duty bound to obey it.
00:11:02.220 And I want to just give you an encouragement as well.
00:11:05.100 Some of you have expressed concerns about whether or not this agreement, you know, the G20 agreement, these UN agreements, the agreements that this traitorous, traitorous, traitorous government is making with the UN, they are of no force or effect.
00:11:22.280 The UN is an unelected body interfering with our sovereignty and our democracy.
00:11:28.560 They have zero power over us.
00:11:31.580 So we must stand in that power.
00:11:35.180 And this is why we are expressing to you as Canadians, whether you're a Christian or not, and we're trying to express that this is indeed a spiritual battle.
00:11:45.860 If they take down the church, then they destroy our freedoms and democracy because that is what it is based on and that is what it is founded on.
00:11:54.240 So please join us in signing this Notice of Liability and sending it to all elected officials if you have the time, but especially your premier and the prime minister will be our first focus.
