Action for Canada is a Christian organization that is dedicated to fighting for the freedom of worship in Canada's churches. In this episode, Pastor Jim Butler and Trenzio Trenzo speak on the need for our pastors to stand up and fight for their faith in the face of fear and intimidation.
00:00:00.000Tonight, it's something that we've had in the making for quite some time.
00:00:09.060This show is going to be very special tonight because Action for Canada has stood on the foundation that Canada nationwide as a country is founded on biblical Christian principles.
00:00:23.400And we've said that this is not a political war.
00:00:26.260And tonight, we're going to show some evidence through the testimony of our pastors that this is indeed a spiritual war, but that when we honor the Lord, when we are obedient to him, he is just so faithful to honor us and bless us.
00:00:42.160And so that's why I say I can't wait to get to the pastors and hear how the Lord, even though they've gone through the valley, have come out the other side with immense blessing and a blessing on their church and their congregation.

00:01:29.960I'm excited about that because this is the growing resistance in Canada.
00:01:55.360This is a spiritual war that we are in, my friends.
00:01:59.140And as we take over little towns and cities, as we start reaching out in love to school board trustees and mayors and city councils and start educating them on what it is that's transpiring and the evil that is seeping in to all levels of government.
00:02:16.940There are hearts to be saved in the city councils and on school board trustees.
00:02:24.860Some of you on here tonight and those that will be viewing this video later on, you were deceived in the last two and a half years.
00:02:31.580You believed that we were in a true pandemic and you had been overcome by fear.
00:02:38.120And the same thing is going on in city councils and all levels of government across Canada.
00:02:44.140A lot of these elected officials also were cowards.
00:02:47.720And there's a lot of pastors that were cowards.
00:02:51.940And we're going to be addressing that tonight.
00:02:54.320And we're going to be calling, especially tonight, we're going to be calling on the pastors nationwide to not only hold the line, but step up in their obedience to God first and not man.
00:03:05.160So the action this week, it's really been amazing.
00:03:09.180Like I say, we've been meaning to launch this for at least six months, but it's just taken time and we always count on God's perfect timing.

00:03:31.280We've sent out recently a big thank you to all of our donors, volunteers and supporters with great news, great successes as to what your time and your financial donations are resulting in, the successes.
00:03:49.140Okay, so I'm going to go straight to the action we sent out this week.
00:03:53.600Hans is an amazing artist that's on our team and he develops the images and then we craft based on the message that we'll be putting out.
00:04:04.120And this is just such a good look at what's been happening to the churches across Canada.
00:04:08.800For those who remained open, even though there were fines and some imprisonment, God is blessing them.
00:04:15.900People are hungry for a place to come and congregate.
00:04:19.600We had all along the freedom of religion and the freedom of assembly.
00:04:25.240And so for the churches that ended up going online, I think this is just a great image to display God's displeasure with them and that the parking lots are empty.
00:04:37.600And yet those who have honored God are full and full and rich of God's blessing.
00:04:42.260And so tonight, again, I'm going to go just straight to the notice of liability because this is our main objective right now.
00:05:06.580And wonderful pastors like Pastor Jim Butler and others were actually printing them.
00:05:11.380And as their congregants were coming to church, they were handing this out to their congregants and asking them to sign it.
00:05:17.920And basically, it was a message to the premier and the health officer saying we will not comply with orders that are irrational, inconsistent, unlawful, and in violation of the Constitution.
00:05:31.240And as a result, the health officer, that was December of 2020, the health officer, by January of 2021, was trying to double down and, you know, in an effort to keep the church silent and to keep the church closed.
00:05:47.460Also, between Christmas and New Year's of December 2020, I was talking to the top RCMP.
00:05:55.060And we had an amazing conversation for about 45 minutes.
00:05:58.900And after I was able to explain to him what it was the government was doing in ushering communism into Canada and using the RCMP to hold us back,
00:06:07.500and he said to me, this is a very difficult situation.
00:06:12.000And I said, yes, it is, but not so much if the RCMP and the police will pick a side, right?
00:06:18.600Throughout history, it's when the police and military stood on the side of people that tyranny was not successful in entering a nation.
00:06:49.120I said, I'm asking you to cease and desist.
00:06:51.080And as a result, whether coincident or not, I don't believe in coincidences, but in B.C., there were no other fines to pastors.
00:06:59.660And that was after, you know, quite a campaign at the end of December of 2020,
00:07:05.040and there's pastors on here that can attest to the harassment and bullying that they received at the hands of the police.
00:07:12.300So we're very pleased to come back with what we're calling this time around a notice of liability, freedom of religion, and right to assemble.
00:07:21.240I think it's a very powerful document.
00:07:24.020Justin Trudeau, as you know, has threatened to reimpose COVID mandates, and if Canadians do not get the COVID boosters.
00:07:30.800And so it is possible that if left unchallenged, the government will reinstate the oppressive measures previously endured in order to force compliance.
00:07:40.100When, as followers of Christ, we find God and our government colliding, according to Acts 5.29, it says we must, not maybe should, we must obey God rather than man.
00:07:54.880And so as I say here, that's why we've created this notice of liability as a proactive measure.
00:08:01.560And so we are calling on pastors, church leaders, Christians, and concerned citizens that if you do not agree with this,
00:08:09.760we are asking you to print this document, sign it, just with your signature.
00:09:14.100This, again, is not a maybe, if, or but.
00:09:16.380This is 100%, even if there were a national emergency.
00:09:19.920Even in those circumstances, we have guaranteed rights, and God's law prevails over man's.
00:09:25.580And so it says, in terms of regulating its faith and practice or in classifying its existence or activities as non-essential.
00:09:34.480So I refuse to comply with any and all actions of the state to take coercive measures against the church
00:09:41.280by criminalizing, inhibiting, or regulating any of the activities undertaken by the church as acts of worship or service to God.
00:09:50.840The document goes on to provide your Charter of Rights and Freedoms, guaranteed 100% the freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of peaceful assembly.
00:10:03.100It talks about the criminal code that I mentioned a moment ago, that it is an indictable offense to interfere with clergy.
00:10:09.840There are no provisions in any orders of any health, minister, doctor, or provincial legislation that can either override or pretend to override Charter or other pre-Charter constitutional rights.

00:10:28.780We've been talking about this for a year and a half as we've had our previous notices of liability in response to the experimental injections.
00:10:37.280It says, and to all the lockdown measures, the Constitution Act, 1982, all laws, statutes, orders, bylaws, and acts must be consistent with the Constitution or they are of no force or effect.
00:10:51.200The Constitution is the supreme law of Canada and anything that is in violation of it, we are not bound or duty bound to obey it.
00:11:02.220And I want to just give you an encouragement as well.
00:11:05.100Some of you have expressed concerns about whether or not this agreement, you know, the G20 agreement, these UN agreements, the agreements that this traitorous, traitorous, traitorous government is making with the UN, they are of no force or effect.
00:11:22.280The UN is an unelected body interfering with our sovereignty and our democracy.
00:11:35.180And this is why we are expressing to you as Canadians, whether you're a Christian or not, and we're trying to express that this is indeed a spiritual battle.
00:11:45.860If they take down the church, then they destroy our freedoms and democracy because that is what it is based on and that is what it is founded on.
00:11:54.240So please join us in signing this Notice of Liability and sending it to all elected officials if you have the time, but especially your premier and the prime minister will be our first focus.
